okay so let's let's get through these dates okay y'all I wrote them down in order to try to get an idea of what was going on all right so we're gonna start with September 1st 2021 Martha and Ernest got married okay so Martha Williams she's the one that actually got the divorce later in 2021 from Ernest finally um oh no problem you're just fine Jazzy and just take your time it's not you can't really rush it you know you're just fine um okay and then the 10th so four years later the 10th of January 2005 Martha files for a separation for the first time she won 650 a month in child support she wants him to be responsible for the mortgage and she wants him to be responsible for his liens judgments and collection agencies which reasonable um but since I was 2005 two years later in October 15 2007 the the petition for divorce was dismissed without prejudice because I guess they weren't showing up to the hearings or you know like nobody did anything after that so then but weirdly this goes back a few months the 31st of July 2007 Earnest filed for dissolution of the marriage and he stated that their date of Separation was April 2005 and he agreed to pay child support they had a hearing set for July 9th 2008 which was a year later uh then there was just this big gap of time nobody was doing anything on record at least so then we skipped six years up to June 30th 2014. the court stated that more than five years had passed and the case was dismissed then we go to the 28th of July which is a month later so basically um the 30th of June 2014 the courts like y'all haven't done anything the case is dismissed 28 Days Later according to Chronicle speaks math Ernest proposes to Shirley at the radio station and you know there I know there was another radio personality in between I know y'all gonna refresh my memory on the person that it was I can't remember her name but you know in there he was engaged to her in between that time before he got engaged to Shirley's there was another woman um so he proposes to her on the radio show which is for me for him it just looks whack for him Erica I think that's it is that is it Erica I think so um whoa Miss Linda and then January 9th 2015. oh and it was it was Shirley's birthday by the way when he proposed to her just so you know I feel like you're trying to get them dates so he ain't got to forget just like somebody else said on his birthday yes on his birthday ebony still okay yeah ebony still I'm sorry Erica is the next door alleged side chick lady that was his co-defendant and then ebony is the radio personality okay okay got it from the Ricky Smiley Morning Show gotcha gotcha hey Phyllis um okay so January 9th 2015 they get married on Ernest birthday Shirley and Ernest get married on Ernest birthday I feel like that is I I don't know that's personal opinion I don't like it just that date in general um then for so 2015 they get married so we're already where he has no dissolution of marriage from Martha in 2015 right right um so then it skips to September 23rd 2021 that six years later Martha files a complaint for divorce without minor children and the data separation she changed it from I think April or another month she had she changed it to July 1st 2005. she said they have no minor children no she has no requests for alimony no requests for division of marital property and she signed an affidavit to prove she could not find him um on the 25th of August she said she in writing she contacted a friend they know where he was at she contacted her cousin they know where he was at contact the sister they know where he was at contact another friend they didn't know where he was at uh she checked the motor vehicle records couldn't find them checked my space couldn't find them and not in 2021 my space um check the general internet is what she said check the Yellow Pages and white pages and she checked the post office she couldn't find them so they granted her a notice of publication um on October 18 2021 so there's like three or four Publications they were put out to try to notify the person that this person is trying to you know dissolve the marriage and then finally December 29th 2021 is when the actual divorce was finalized from Martha or from Earnest you know with Martha being the plaintiff I cannot I cannot so as Chronicle speaks stated and I agree surely just walk away you ain't got nothing to do right you don't need a divorce Martha was looking for nesto in the daylight with a flashlight just run cinnamon swirl hey Karma girl yes hi Auntie
