This is literally put on purpose. >> Back up for me. >> This is on purpose. >> Relax. stupid as it's not me. >> Why don't you ask right? >> Why don't you ask the man about the other lady? >> She didn't leave with >> The woman claimed she hadn't done anything wrong, but by that point, her actions had already spoken for themselves. Avoiding responsibility was out of the question. Instead of admitting her mistakes, she chose to argue. Her defiance only made things worse, pushing the officer to take things to the next level. You're one detained. >> Set for me. >> Ready. >> We're going to have resisting. >> Are you right here? >> Can you just put your both of your hands on me? I'm a female. >> It's against the law. >> That is the law. [Applause] They're hurting me. >> Sliding feet. >> We also gave you lawful orders to get in the car. >> Lawful orders. >> The cop later searched her bag and found illegal substances hidden inside. Ultimately, the woman was charged with possession of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and theft. If that woman caused so much commotion and drama over just a petty theft, our next case involving illegal substances didn't unfold the way you'd expect. On July 4th, 2025, in Sarasota, Florida, an officer was performing a welfare check after noticing a man walking with a flat tire. The area was known for suspicious activity, and the man soon found himself in a complicated situation. The officer began with a routine check, but things quickly took an interesting turn. Hey buddy, just cuz we've had a lot of stolen bikes in here, do you mind if we get your ID real quick? [Music] >> Any weapons on you or anything we should be worried about? >> You got any weapons on you, man? >> No. >> You mind if we do a quick pat down? >> Do a pat down on you real quick? >> Yeah. I mean, cuz I walk my I'm not harming enough. >> I got you. What's What's your name, boss? What's his name? I don't have >> 2.1. Go ahead. >> How do you pronounce your name, sir? >> Manass. >> Manasa. >> Oh, I I see there there's something in your sock there. What is that? >> Okay. How about your other side? Do you mind if I see it? >> All right. Do you mind opening the dollar up? Do >> you mind opening it up? Do I >> mind opening up? >> Yeah. the dollar. >> Do you mind opening up the dollar? >> I'm not. Am I being forced to open up the dollar? >> I'm not allowed to open up the dollar. >> Is there a reason why you don't want to open the dollar? >> Nothing. I'm trying to figure out you can be honest with me, man. I see I see the lump in it. What is it going to be? >> What's going to be in the dollar, man? >> Looking at the suspect's face, it was clear he was more shocked than the officer. The man had something well hidden, something he didn't want the cop to find. But now that it was exposed, the question became, is it anything illegal? >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. I'm sorry. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> He's up. >> He's up. Put your hands behind your back. Double up. Make sure that nice double up. >> What did I do wrong? >> 98 9 800 South Avenue cross street of mound. Second floor injury zone one. Good man. going to be Zim. Got him. >> Let's go test this. >> 87. [Applause] >> Uh, it was in the dollar. It was a baggie. It's all white in there. So, [Music] >> correct. All right, let's uh let's test this real quick and then we'll go to 10:15. >> Not yet. Nope. >> Have you tested any of this? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, are you going to have anything else on you, man? Or is it just I got a stick? >> You got a stick? Okay. Where's that going to be at? >> Okay. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> 153. >> We're trying to get you out of the rain real quick, man. Are you on probation or anything? >> Okay. What did I do wrong? >> 1035 >> for one. You had narcotics on you, man. >> I sound like you ain't know that before. What? What? What made what what where did I do that? >> Well, we were just making consensual contact, but I asked you before y'all were y'all stopped. Just consensual contact. >> Like, like I said before, we've had we've had a lot of stolen bikes, so we're just making contact with people with bikes. Oh, >> is that your bike for real or? >> Well, it belongs to a woman friend of mine. >> Okay. >> While one officer was examining the item to figure out what it was, the other officer decided to perform a full pat down. With each passing moment, the pressure mounted for the man. He knew he was in trouble. The only question now was how quickly the officers would find out the full truth. >> He said he had a stick in his right pocket. >> Left pocket. All right. Just do the full search. You're good for the full search. [Music] >> You said it was pouring already. South Myrtle, >> dude. >> Like that's why I was wondering like as soon as I hit Myrtle, it stopped like entirely. So I'm like, "Oh boy." But it would have already made it up this way if it was moving this way cuz it was like really downpouring. >> Yeah. When we started driving up here, we started getting the drops. I'm like, "Oh go. You had a warrant not that long ago, right? You already got picked up for it. She got in here. You got anything else tucked in? >> Check this out. >> Keep facing the car. >> 2.1 shoes off. 2.1 2 I have to call somebody with a bike, right? >> You don't think it'll fit in yours? >> Yeah, I have so much [ __ ] in my car right now. >> Yeah. >> Are they going to Am I going to lose the bike? >> No. >> You want us to leave it here somewhere? No, I I'm not It don't belong to me. So, >> so it's going to be at the PD. Okay. >> We're going to have it at the police station. So, whenever you get out, we'll uh you can pick it up. Okay. Man, we got a got a phone. [Music] You got a wallet, don't you? Finish checking the socks. 374. [Music] >> Cool, man. All right. You got anything on your head? >> You just take it off. All right, you can put these shoes back on. >> Man, you need to wash them things. I can smell them from here, dude. Oh, >> hold on. Hold on. Getting out of the situation was impossible for the man, so he decided to stay cooperative. It was a wise decision, but not for long. The officers proceeded with testing, and whatever they found would determine what the suspect would face afterward. Put the whole thing in there like that with the dollar. Yep. With the dollar. Dollar is going to be evidence cuz it was inside. That was his personal card. That's his personal. So, this will be his personal bag. Nothing too big, right? >> Yeah, you might need a bigger one then. Make sure you check that cigarette box. Okay, take that out. Bag that separately. I have some else too. Is that something else? Take that uh pipe out. So it's a looks like a push rod. Is there any cigarettes in there or no? So all para uh just take everything out just so we can verify that there's no more dope in here. I'll give you the light. should be more >> still coming with the ERT truck to pick it up. >> Hey, >> so um do you want me to put it in or just lock it up for you? >> Just lock it up, please. Oh, keep that in there and uh we'll put it up. >> Okay. Okay. Just uh put that in there. Close it up. Throw everything in here. [Music] That's going to be trash. You have his ID still with you from the simplest to test. So these guys are going to stick around with the bike. We're get to go 10:15. What do What do we have charges? Ultimately, the officer discovered that the substance was illegal. The man was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. While the man stayed calm and quiet, our next suspect was a completely different story. On January 26th, 2025 in Flaggler County, what started as a routine traffic stop quickly turned into something much more serious. A woman was pulled over for speeding and driving recklessly, showing clear signs that something wasn't right. The moment the officer got close to the vehicle, he noticed there was more going on than just a traffic violation. To keep things calm, he started with a normal conversation. >> Hello. That'd be interesting to the Flyer County Sheriff's Office. >> All right. >> Hey, listen. Reason why I'm pulling you over, you're doing 54 and a 35 on the overpass over there. >> I was. >> Yes, ma'am. That's almost 20 m hour over the speed limit. >> On the bridge? >> Yes, ma'am. It's 35 on the bridge. >> All right. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> Absolutely. But I did stop at the stop sign if you noticed. >> Well, I wasn't worried about that. I was more worried about the almost 20 miles an hour over the speed limit. >> Really? >> Yes, ma'am. >> I'm about a mile from home. >> Where you coming from? >> From a friend's house. >> Okay. >> So, what do you need? >> Your license, your registration, and proof of insurance. >> Here's my driver's license. And I don't believe I was going over speed. >> Okay. >> You got me on that thing? >> Yes, ma'am. I got a a radar system in my car that's certified. >> Sorry. >> That looks like it. Are you the registered owner of the vehicle? >> Absolutely. What is that? Is that this vehicle? >> Hyundai. >> The Hyundai 2025. >> Okay. >> Your Joyce? >> Yes. >> Who do you have for insurance? Um, Gryland. >> Gary Land. >> Where is it? I got my insurance. I can I guess I got it on my phone. >> Okay, that's fine. I can look it up. >> Dairyland insurance. >> Okay. >> Thank you, baby. >> Yes, ma'am. >> You got a lot of cans in your back seat. >> Well, they're not mine. >> They're not yours. >> They're not mine. No. >> Okay. >> All right. Ma'am, I'm doing an investigation. >> All right. >> And you got open containers in the backseat of your car? >> I don't have open containers. They're empty containers. >> Okay. Are they open? Are they containers? >> I don't know. They're empty. >> Okay. But they are Okay. >> No. >> All right. Hold tight, Joyce. Ma'am, stay in the car. >> Get back in the car. >> Huh? >> How long do I have to wait? reasonable enough for me to conduct my finish a traffic stop. So stay in the car for me. >> I understand that as soon as you get back in the car, the faster I can finish this up. >> The open container inside the vehicle raised a red flag and the woman's behavior seemed suspicious, especially when she tried to leave quickly, but not too fast. The officer suspected she might be driving under the influence and decided to continue his investigation carefully. >> All right, Joyce. >> Thank you. >> Hang on a second. Listen, I told you I had to go to the bathroom. >> I understand that. So, listen. >> What? >> Have you been drinking tonight? >> No, not at all. >> Okay. So, >> give me a ticket and let me go home. >> I'm going to ask you to step out of the vehicle. >> No, I'm not stepping out. >> Yes, because I'm going I need you to step out of the vehicle, >> then go home with me and I'll step out. >> No, ma'am. I need you to step out of the vehicle here. >> No, I'm not gone. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm only going to give you one more chance. >> Why should I? >> Because I'm going to do a DUI investigation. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. No, you pull me over for speeding. Give me a speeding ticket and let me go. >> Joyce, please don't please don't do this. Just step out of the car. >> Listen, mother. I'm 81 years old. >> I understand that, Joyce. >> Joyce, step out of the car. >> No, I'm not. >> He's telling me I got to step out of the car. Joy, step out of the car. >> Open my door. >> Joyce, step out of the car. >> I'm not stepping. If you just >> step out of the hand off. >> Yes, ma'am. Step out of the car. >> Get your hand off. >> Joyce, step out of the car. Come on. No, I'm not. >> Come on. >> Look at you. God damn. >> 11. She's 82 years old. >> I'm stay over there. Stay over there. >> Recording everything. >> I understand that. I'm also recording. Step over there. >> He's already got somebody else here that's trying to stop me. >> Mom, sit down. Sit down. >> That's my son. >> I understand that. Go sit in the car. >> Reference to sit in the car. I'm >> noting you whatsoever. I'm I'm I'm giving a lawful order to step se step away from over here. >> I'm acting a journalism right now. It's a constitutionally protected private act. >> Okay. I'm conducting a DUI investigation. I need you to go back to your car. >> You pulled her over for speedy. Correct. >> You pulled her over for speedy, not DUI. >> The woman clearly knew why she didn't want to take the DUI tests. And to back her up, her son started arguing with the officer. The officer hadn't even begun any tests yet, but her defensive behavior said a lot. What she did next really tested the officer's patience. >> You've already hit me once. We're not doing this. I can arrest you right now for battery. >> No, I can arrest you, too. >> Step over here. Step in front of my car. >> I'm not I'm not >> Come on. Get your >> Get your hands off, >> ma'am. No, you're not. >> Yes, I am. >> My whole arm's going to be bruised tomorrow. >> I'll take pictures of him. >> Come on. I need you to step over here with me. >> I'm getting back in your car. You can't get back in your car. >> Get your hands off me, you >> N. Stop fighting. Stop resisting. >> Mother, I'm not resisting. >> You are by by pulling away from me. You're resisting. >> No, I'm No, I'm not. I'm going to sit in my car. >> Doesn't she resisting it? She is. Dude, she's in >> hands off of me. I need you to go. I need you to go with I'm not going. Give me my goddamn speeding ticket. >> Oh, I got beer cans in my back of my car. >> How about that? >> You're not shutting the door. >> Give me a damn ticket. My >> Have a ticket. >> A speeding ticket. >> I understand. I need you to step out of the vehicle. I'm being as polite and as gentle with you as I can. not stepping out the car. >> Captain, we got one on his way. >> So, step her out of the car. She smacked my hand a couple of times. This is her son and he wants to film this. >> I told you. Let's go to my house and I'll do anything. >> No, ma'am. You're going to step out of the car. Got to go to the bathroom. >> I told him that. He pulled me over for speeding. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Listen, you pull over speed. Get her a speed ticket, man. >> We live right over there. >> Listen. Listen. I don't need I don't need the commentary. >> I'm not obviously. >> Sir, supervisors are on their way. They'll speak to you. All right. >> Do not turn your car on. >> Get the out. >> Do not turn your car on, ma'am. Please. Listen. I No, you're not. Listen to me. I >> told you to give me a goddamn speeding ticket, >> which is what you pulled me over for, man. >> The woman was in her 80s, but she didn't know when to quit. Despite the officer's repeated requests, she acted like a stubborn child. The situation grew more intense as she chose to resist rather than cooperate. And things started to get out of hand. >> We're going to have resisting and battering Leo. >> Resisting. >> Ma'am, understand something. You're going to be charged with resisting. >> I don't give a >> You >> charge me. >> If you're going to have that mentality, I don't care how old you are. You >> got him. >> Yeah. >> Watching. >> Get your hands off of me. >> Yeah. >> Do you have anything on you at all? >> No. >> I did listen. >> No, you did not. >> It wasn't avoidance. >> Get your hand off of me. >> The situation could have gone a lot differently if she had followed the officer's lawful orders, but what was done was done. For the woman, her sharp tongue and attitude were unmatched. Actions like that come with consequences, and she didn't like what came next. >> Ask me if I wanted them to check me out. >> I mean, they're just going to take your vitals and make sure you're okay. >> Well, they need to take my vitals then, and this is killing my wrist. >> Well, you have stainless steel against your wristbone. It's not supposed to feel good. That's what happens when you resist. >> You resisted, not me. You did. >> Sure. >> Okay. Here's here's what's going on right now. Do you want the paramedics to check you out? >> Yes. We're going to have them check you out, okay? And then you're going to get in the car. You understand? >> Pretty much. Thank you. >> No, don't let it get towed. >> It's getting towed. >> What the? >> But it doesn't take three growing adults to move a 82y old 105 lb woman. That's why I'd rather keep you out of the road cuz we're down to one lane, man. >> I'm 260, dude. They can they can hit this one all they want. >> Actually 270. >> Go ahead. >> Go ahead and get in. >> It's in the front seat for you. >> Okay. Put your phone in there as well. >> Let me help you. I don't do it myself. >> 10:15. Meet me at the jail for it. >> Oh, watch out. Sorry. >> There's blood all over the thing and you're rubbing your clothes all over it. >> Okay. Wait, that's not an option. >> Really? Really? What's the option? >> Uh, go to the hospital and then to jail or go to jail and stay in jail? For what? >> For resisting. >> Resisting the I didn't I didn't want to get out of my car. >> Right. That's not resisting. >> That is resisting. That is Yeah, that's the >> I'm supposed to obey. No, >> I don't want to go to the hospital. Take me to the hospital. >> You don't want to go to the hospital? >> I do want to go. >> You do? Okay. Is that your final answer? >> Maybe. My final answer. I want to go home. That's my damn final answer for aam speeding ticket. >> Dispatch me >> language please. >> No language. This is so exciting. I hope you guys are proud being such >> dispatch has been updated. >> Oh, look at this. Oh, such a criminal. Jesus Christ. I was speeding and wanted me to get out of the car and I said, "No, I'm not getting out of my car. I don't have to get out of my car." In the end, the woman was charged with assault on a peace officer, battery on a peace officer, and resisting arrest with violence. While the woman was a serious headache for the police, our next suspect took things to a whole new level, going wild just to get on his plane. On September 27th, 2023, at Tampa airport, a man became upset and belligerent, creating a scene on the flight bridge. He wasn't just wasting his own time. He was delaying the flight and frustrating everyone around him. When the captain asked him to leave, he grew even more aggressive. That's when the police came in. >> Let's go. What are you doing, sir? >> What are you doing? Let's go. >> I'm doing nothing. >> Get off the bridge. Let's go. >> You don't listen to people. Is that your problem? >> Come on. Let's go. Keep walking. >> Listen. >> Listen. >> We get to the end, we talk. All right. >> Okay. Let's go. >> Can I talk? >> No, you walk at the end. Talk. Walk now. We talk later. >> What you got? You got a problem listening to people. >> I keep going. Keep walking. Let's go. >> They tell you you're not flying. You're not flying. >> Why not? >> Yeah. They are right. Keep going. >> They racist. >> Okay. Well, they are racist. >> They are racist and I am keep walking. >> I'm wrong. >> Keep walking. >> They are racist and I'm wrong. Sir, >> if they tell you you're not flying, you're not flying. So, you have to listen to them. How about that? >> I I will listen. Keep walking. >> I will listen to the cops. I'm listening you the foolish. >> Well, you got to listen to them, too. >> Yeah. >> No, I don't have to listen to >> Yeah, you do. Yeah, buddy. >> Come on. Let's go. >> Come on, man. Don't worry. Please >> move. >> No violence, right? >> Listen. >> Don't make it Don't make this violence. >> If they're telling you not to go on the plane, why why don't you listen to them if they tell you that? >> I don't know what happened. He he take me. He screaming here. >> Whatever the situation, what you going to do? >> I was over here at >> gate 82. He came over there screaming. >> Why are you >> screaming for no reason? I had no idea what happened. >> The captain was here at the gate. The captain heard him screaming, threatening, and the captain said he doesn't want him on the flight. >> So, we boarded the flight. We told him, "You're not allowed. We can't let you on the flight." >> He was supposed to go at 82. No, he was supposed to go here, but I was working at 82. >> Okay. >> So, the captain heard him screaming at me and screaming at him, >> and the captain said he doesn't want him on the flight. >> She's telling I discriminate her. >> In front of the officer, the man was acting out. But that wasn't the whole story. To find out what really happened inside the plane, the officer spoke with the security staff. And you won't believe how it all started. originally came up to me after I was I was still working in Philadelphia. We were delayed 4 and a half hours and I was trying to get him out of here. He came up to me, approached me here and started yelling at me immediately that he was demanding I help him immediately. And I said, "Hey man, I'll try to help you, but I got to see my Philadelphia passengers off first." And once I said that, he started screaming at me, saying, "I demand help right now." And then uh I told him, "You need to respect me. you need to be quiet and once I'm done with this flight, I'll come help you. Um I had to walk away from it at that point. Came back up here. He wasn't he wasn't available to me, but I got called by my colleague that he had approached her screaming at her and with a this camera recording her. And then I went to go meet a plane and he ran up to me to take a video or photo of me. I asked him not to. He said, "Sir, you keep this up. We're going to have to not allow you to fly with American Airlines." Meanwhile, the officer needed to identify the man to start the paperwork. But for the man, his childish behavior wasn't over yet. Arguing didn't solve any problems, but he chose to do it anyway. >> You got your license? >> I was. >> Okay. He just asked for your license. >> So, it's is really necessary. >> Yes. >> If they tell you you're not flying, you're not flying. >> Means you're not going to fly. >> I'll tell you her. >> I don't know. >> He He tra me. He scrim me. >> Okay. >> And I tell her what you going to do? She said tell nothing. That's what happened. >> Okay. Where's your license? >> License. Why are you >> They said no. They said no means no. >> I was the matter. >> Okay. >> Good for you. >> Good for you. >> Because I did a matteration, >> sir. I You got your license. Come on. License. >> License. >> I need a translation. >> Need a translation. >> License. Sir, I need to go. You're not flying on the pl on the plane. >> You sit down. >> Look. Listen. She's telling I discriminate her. >> Just relax. >> I have been discrimination. >> You say you discriminated me. >> What? >> You I discriminate you. >> Why are you being so loud? >> I have been discriminated. >> Why are you being so loud? >> I'm not I'm >> We're trying to help you. We're trying to help them. >> When you If you want to help me, I need to take this plane. >> You're not going to get on that plane. You're not flying on that plane. And I'm not after this. They're probably not going to let you fly. >> You're not going to fly on a plane. They told you no. No means no. >> That's the rule. >> No means no, >> sir. >> They run the show. >> I passed through the the the reason. That's a private a private company. No, >> they can tell you anybody they want. >> It's a guy to discriminate. >> Well, I'm not here for that. I'm here because they told you no. And you say no. >> I'm here because they told you no. And no means no. Do you understand? No means no. It doesn't mean maybe. It doesn't mean it's up to you because it's not up to you. It's not up to you. It's a private business. They said no. That means no. >> That's what it means. >> Your license. >> I'm going to get a translator over here. I'm going to get a translator over here. Okay. >> Lentia Poravore. If he asks you that, we're going to have a problem. >> I don't have a problem. >> Oh, I'm going to have a problem. >> I I I >> I'm going to tell you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Nothing. >> It's pretty bad for you right now. You're being ridiculous. It's bad for you now and you're making it worse. >> So rude to me. >> I'm not rude to you. I asked you a question for your license. >> Why? I am. >> You're like a 2-year-old kid. >> You have your boarding pass. >> Why? >> I don't know why. >> License or boarding pass? >> Because you're acting like a baby. >> Like a baby, but it's >> You think you're going to just walk onto the plane after they told you no? That's like a 2-year-old. >> Why? >> They said no. They said the cop means no. >> I need to get on. No, you're not going on the plane. You missed that flight. >> It's over with. >> No, not thank you very much. >> You're done. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> You're welcome. We're here to help you. >> We're here to help you. >> On the other hand, the officer confirmed that the altercation inside the plane had turned physical and the victim wanted to press charges. The man was in serious trouble. So much attitude to get on the plane turned upside down. >> Stand up and put your hands behind your back. battery. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> Don't put your hand behind your back. >> Your hand behind your back. That's all you got to do. >> I got it. I got this. >> I got your phone. >> Being arrested for battery. Stand up and put your hand behind your back. >> What happened, sir? >> You're being arrested for battery. >> What happened, sir? >> I'll take this off. >> Okay. Take it off. >> Put your hand behind you. >> No violence. No violence. I just want Put your hand behind your back. >> I just want to put my phone on the bag. >> Put your hand back. >> I >> She's broken my my arm. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> I'll put this. >> Okay. Stop. >> I I just want to take my >> This is what's going to happen. >> Put my hand. I just want I don't I just put here. All right. >> You have to put your hand behind your back. >> You're not You're not >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> And put your hand behind your back. >> I got I got >> it. I got it. Help it. Help it. >> Help it. Help it. >> I get >> help. >> We're okay. Oh man, what are you doing, man? I'm on vacation, man. What you doing, man? >> Have a very hard time. >> Okay, I mean listen you. I ask you for another. All right. >> Wait, it's too tight. It's too tight. It's too tight. Please help me. Somebody help me. It's too tight. Goodbye. >> Stop yelling. >> It's the time, man. >> Where we die. >> You going to stand up or what? Stop yelling. >> Help me. >> You're getting arrested, man. Stop making it a big deal. >> I am arrested, man. I am arrested. I did nothing, man. >> Okay. You are a TV guy. You look like television. You are like television. Can I get my phone and put my bag, please? >> No. >> Just that. >> No. >> Just that's what I'm asking for. >> Sure. You need to stop resisting. Are you still resisting? >> I said no. I just want to take my phone and put in my bag. Please, sir. >> Walk that way. >> What are you doing? My bag. My My bag. My bag. Hey sir, stop yelling. Stop. Come on. >> My victim right there. >> I'll be right back with all that paperwork. [Music] Brooklyn. >> All right. >> The drama wasn't over yet. The man thought he could talk his way out of the situation, but putting hands on someone isn't something you're allowed to do. And once you cross that line, it comes with consequences. >> I just want to know that you touch them. Lady, you could you tell me what I I don't >> battery. >> Battery >> battery. >> Battery. What is it? >> Means you touch somebody that you shouldn't have. >> I touch somebody. >> Yes, sir. >> I didn't use it. >> Yes, sir. >> I can go with you. >> Sorry. I system and stuff. Cell phone bag. >> All right, we're going the other side. We're going in the car. All right. >> Okay. >> Everything's recorded, my friend. Everything. >> I'm afraid. >> The whole encounter. >> I I I will weigh you all the time, >> my man. You take it off. >> No, we're not taking it off. You have to ride with it >> in the front. >> Nope. You want to uh go the other side and put this on? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> No. need to get a break. You should have the victim's information. >> You want me to go with Garrett for the transport? >> Yeah. >> All right. I'll call him if anyone think you got battery and you got resist violence. >> Yeah. >> The man was charged with battery and resisting arrest without violence. If that man was mad, our next suspect was crazy. The interesting part, she was so overconfident that she didn't realize it would all go wrong. On November 18th, 2024, a quiet neighborhood front yard turned into total chaos when a woman showed up to pick up her child from someone who had been babysitting. Normally, you'd just walk up, knock, and wait for the door to open, but not in her case. Luckily, the house's CCTV and doorbell camera captured the scary moment. I see you in there. Open the door and give me my kid. Open the door and give me my kid. I know where you live. No, you you you had to sit there and ignore my text and calls. Give me my kid. Give me my kid. Is my kid here? Yes or no? Is my kid here? Is my kid here? Don't make me throw a rock through your goddamn window, ho. Is my kid here? Is my kid here or not? You >> get in my real quick. Is she in my your house? You wife your wife won't give me my kid. Give me my kid. >> So go in there with your door handle. You're going to have to go through your garage or the back. >> Why are you going to >> You want me to throw >> You want me to throw a goddamn rock through your window? Give me my kid. >> To throw a rock through my window. Yes. >> You want me to open the door? >> How am I going to do it? How am I going to do it? Can I >> feeling where my kid is at? You know I don't >> get the my house. >> Yeah. I'm going to get Bro, get >> I'll you up. >> Her outrageous behavior and damaging the door were completely unacceptable. The disturbance was so intense that the homeowner, Eddie, had no choice but to call the police. He had known the woman for a long time, but their relationship had been strained for years. What exactly set her off that day, though, remained a mystery. >> We don't have anything written. We don't have like custody paperwork. None of that stuff's finalized or done. >> Um, so she was coming down for her sister's thing with what was supposed to be your mom, but I guess with him, and she was going to let me >> your sister's thing, >> her sister had some kind of engagement party. So, anyways, they get here. I picked her up on Friday at 3:00 in the morning. They're supposed to get in at 12:00. I went and picked her up, got her, and then we been hanging out. We had a like through texting, you know, agreement through each other. I was supposed to have her till December 8th, and I was going to fly her back on a round trip and send her back home. And, you know, we went to the fair yesterday, whatever, whatever. >> You and the daughter or you and daughter? >> Me and the daughter. Just me and the daughter. And then, um, we go uh, you know, I got I worked during the week up in Daytona. And, um, so I need somebody to watch her. You know, Nicole was the only person that could watch her today. I'm going to pay her some money for her to watch her. >> Nicole is Eddie's uh wife. We've known them. We've both known them for years that they have two kids. >> How long you known them for? >> I'm 20, about to be 24 middle school, you know, so a long time. And >> and she's known them that just as long or >> just as long. She knew them before me. >> So apparently she has some problem with them. But either way, you know, just like when I wasn't told that, you know, who's watching my kid, you know, when he was watching her, I didn't necessarily think I had to say that cuz I'm I'm I'm her parent, too. >> Were you and her ever married? >> Yes. Yes. Technically still >> or separated, but technically still. >> You guys are not divorced? >> Not fully. No. So, um, anyways, I need somebody to watch her. Nicole has two kids. She's been there, done that. Safe house. Cool. And I went to work and I get started getting blown up by her. My my friend, my best friend's baby mama blowing me up. Where the where's Rya? Where's Ria? Yo, Kane's tripping. This and that and the third. I call her as soon as I call her. Where the this and that. I'm like, hey, like relax. I'm at work. You know, like what's up? She like where's my kid? I'm like she's with the sitter. Who's the sitter? Nicole. Oh no, you got me this and that and the third. Blah blah blah. Hung up on me. So, as soon as that happened, I told my boss like I got, you know, left, came down here to pick up Ray because I don't want to drag them into my, you know, so I tried to get here as quick as possible, but obviously she got there first and I'm on the phone and you hear her banging on the door. And >> you on the phone with who? Uh, >> I was on I was on the phone with Nicole. Yeah, we were all on the phone on like a three-way call and she's in there banging on the door, you know, not not being sane. >> Who was the third party to call? >> The third party to call was Nicole, his wife. >> So, who who was in care for It was you, Nicole, and who else was on? >> Okay. Yeah. >> So, so, um, yeah, I mean, I I tried to call I tried I called her mom to see if she can maybe talk to her or something. Called my mom, you know, she didn't answer anybody, so she found out. And I mean, that's that's where I'm at right now. >> Okay. >> And what did you say to Nicole Wall? >> The more the officer looked into it, the more surprising things came up. At one point, Eddie got really worried about the text messages and the talk he had with her. The situation turned out to be more serious than the officer first thought. >> She does not like Nicole or just doesn't like them in general. >> Apparently, she doesn't like Nicole and has never given me a reason. So, >> and how old is the kid? >> She's two 2 years and 7 months. >> Okay. Um, you said she said you can have her basically until December 8th. Was that text or on the phone? Uh it was through text and the phone. But when she first got a call, I was like, "Why the blown up? She's at the sod. I'm with my job." That's when we called and then that's she hung up. I said, "Hello." I sent her the picture of them having a good time. Looks like it to me. She sent me her number. Sent her the number. Sent her the number again. I asked her if she's taking Rya. She said, "If you don't let me see my kid, I'm going to all of you guys up." >> See the time stamp? uh where >> if I had Nicole watch them in a safe space with other kids because that's my only option today or I miss work and get you know can't provide for I'm not her parent like you know and she's like I'm here I'm an option what is her address last time I'm asking for I call the cops the way you're acting right now I'm scared you're going to act that way in front of Ray scared the kids and I told her like when I was on the way I told her I was picking up Raya right now >> yeah since they were there >> and she goes yeah you got me up and I was like after I get her away from like, you know, out of their business. I was like, then you can come get her if you want. So, what is your address? I was like, you're already threatening Nicole and you're being unreasonable. And I said, uh, I was like, and they'll do what? I mean, cuz you have no I mean, so they're essentially if you call the cops from my understanding, if I had her and she calls the cops, you guys can't really necessarily do anything. And then same thing vice versa, you know? I mean, that's how I was explaining it. I don't know if that's true. >> You guys are still married, so you guys both have legal custody of the child. outside. So, um, and I was like, I'm not trying to be messy. I'm not trying to argue. Just send me the address or I'll see you for concealing information of where my kids at. I was like, you can't even get yourself together. Like, I'm not concealing anything. And she says, I she has videos of me with a gun. And she said, "This is my kid." I was like, "You can have an adult conversation with me. Send me your address or it will get messy." And I asked her, "So, you can take her cuz I just want to know. I want to be clear. Are we taking her back to Tennessee or are we, you know, and she was like, "So I can get her from Nicole's house." I was like, "Are you going to let me have her back?" Yep. And I told her, I don't trust her, you know. And I was like, "We playing this out." I was like, "I'll never get to see my kid." And she said, "Okay, I'm calling the cops, sending them to your mom's house. Have fun." I mean, that was it. That was literally last message up until this point. >> Do you want to try to take a screen recording? >> Yeah. >> How often do you usually see your daughter? I >> think it was sometime in July for like a weekend. A little literal weekend. Um, >> but this year? >> Yes. I mean, I've been gone. Like, I haven't This is I haven't seen her for two years of her life cuz I was in I was in Bahrain. I was in the Navy. And then when I got out, I got out in April and then that's when we fully decided to split up essentially. And then, you know, I came down here. We came down here. Whatever. >> How long have you have you and her been married for? >> Since December 2021. >> Hearing Eddie's side of the story was tense, but the officer also needed to hear the woman's side. After seeing what she did, she needed a good reason to explain all the choices she made. >> Hi. >> Hello. What's your name? >> I'm Deputy Dorsy. >> Deputy Dozits. >> Can you tell us what's going on? >> Um, so I'm about to leave tomorrow morning. I want to see my kid. She was going to stay down here with him for like up until like December 5th. But he's over here dropping her off and concealing where she is. I texted him since 10:00 this morning. It took till 12:30 of me blowing up his phone while he's at work to tell me where my kid is. And he still wouldn't tell me who she's with. I figure it out. I find her address. So, I pull up to where my kid is at. I look in the door. She's shooting my kid into a room. I'm like, "Is my kid here? Is Rehea here?" Knock knock knock. Is my child here? I'm looking in the window. I'm hearing my kid and I'm like, "Is my daughter here?" I see my kid walk out to come get me. She back in the room. So, at that point, I'm kicking her door. I'm going to kick the door. Why are you kidnapping my kid? Why are you holding my kid hostage right now? She's trying to come to the door to get to me and you're literally concealing my child from me. And her um Nicole, Eddie, and Tyrell all three withhold held information of where my child was at. I felt like my child was kidnapped at that point. I'm doing anything I can to get into that door. I couldn't get in. But as I'm like kicking on the door, I kicked their door handle off. her husband, she was at the house by herself with my daughter and her two sons. Her husband, Eddie Rivera, came up out of his car and walked up to the front and I walked away from the door and he was nose to nose with me and I'm like, "You better get your you better get my kid out of that house." Like, >> he walked up to you or you walked up to him? >> He he walked up to me up nose to nose cuz I walked away from the door, kind of met each other in the middle. He was nose with me and he's like, "Okay, Ka, I'll get her." And I'm like, "You better get my kid right now. Like, you better get my kid. You and you can't go through the front door cuz your door handle's broken off. You better go through the garage. He instantly gets pissed. She opens it up from the inside. And as soon as that door is opening, I'm going in there and I grab my kid and I I didn't even step like a foot into the door. She has a Ring doorbell that I was ringing. So, it should be capturing the freaking video evidence of it. I asked nicely and nicely and nicely at first for my child. And after like 10 times of asking where my child was and if my kid was in that room, she's holding my kid hostage. I did anything I could do to get into I was trying to find something to bust through the door. I there was nothing. So I used my foot. >> So after the door opened, what happened? >> So far, she had tried to defend her point of view, but something said otherwise. That's when it got interesting. The drama was just beginning and what she did when she entered the house was absolutely mind-blowing. >> I I went in and I grabbed Ray out and I put her on my right. He already walked in between me and her at that point as I'm grabbing Rhea from her and I put her on my right hip and he's like shoving me and I shove him and then he slams me out the door. My slide gets stuck in the door and my arm gets like pinched in the door and I pull out saying to you >> I don't know. I don't know. And so >> know honestly it was >> okay >> such so fast I really don't know. So then they slide the door and hits your arm and then what happens? >> Yeah. So he slams it. My slide's in there. I have my daughter in my hand. I leave the slide. I walk to the car and I tell him, "All right, go." >> Are you and the father? Are you guys married? >> Legally? Yeah. We've been separated for two years, though. And we're going through a divorce. >> We are like legally married. >> Legally? Yeah. >> Okay. Um when you came down here, >> but I have on like um court documents that were separated. >> My EBT, that part's fine. I'm just finding out whether now you guys >> stating that we've >> we're currently either way you guys at some point were legally married. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, how did you actually find out like where the kid was? Like how did that >> I was texting one of my friends the whole time. I'm like I don't know where my kid's at. And now and I said now she's with now she's with Nicole. She said okay I'll find her address. So she did her little FBI work that she does. She found her address and sent it to me. And I was already in the L section circling looking for the house that I remember is theirs. >> How did you find out she was with Nicole? I think after I called Tyrell after like the 15th time, he finally told me that he was that she was with Nicole and sent me a picture of her playing all happy and still wouldn't send me the address and let me know where my kid was at. >> Okay. >> Cuz when you originally said you said you you were withheld the information of who your child was with and how to contact them. >> Do you want me to show you all the text? >> I saw a text, but now you're telling me that he's the one told you who she was with and the contact number for her >> after he withheld that information for over hours. Yes. >> Okay. We already established that every person you called was at work, right? >> Every person that he said that would be watching my child, he >> was at work, including him, >> including >> So, it would be reasonable that if he's busy at work doing construction, that he wouldn't be able to access his phone number. >> I would think that is reasonable that he would answer the mother of his child whenever he hasn't seen his child in like years, you know, whenever she's calling. >> When was the time he saw his kid? >> April >> of >> this year, but it was for like a little bit, but before then. >> So, it wasn't years, it was months ago. He last saw his kid. >> Yeah. But he hasn't been around her like that for years. He actually has never been around her like that. >> Well, you just said he was deployed for two years. So I I don't know if he would go to whatever country he's in and see the kid. But since he's been back, you've seen seen the kid at least one other time other than today. >> Yeah. Once. >> So it hasn't been years since he saw the kid. He saw her recently. >> And you guys were in agreement that when you come down here, he's going to have the kid until December 7th or 8th and that he he would find a way either roundtrip flight to bring her back to you or a driver. >> Yes, that is correct. The officer was concerned about a possible kidnapping and felt the woman might have taken things way too far. While trying to sort out the information and understand where she was right or wrong, things started to get more complicated. >> So, when you were gathering this information that you believe that in your words that she was kidnapped and information is being withheld, why don't you contact the police? >> Oh, I told him I was going to, but where am I going to send the police to? >> The address is located. As soon as I got that address, I was already in the L section and I pulled up to her house to get my child as civily as possible. >> As civily as possible. I knocked on the door. I asked if my child was there as civily as possible. As soon as I saw her keeping my kid hostage in a room, oh, I'm going >> Well, >> I'm going I don't care. >> She keep hostage, whatever. And I'll charge them with kidnapping 100%. And they're all accompllices. There is no kidnapping right now because at this time he has a legal right to a child just as much as you do. He also has a right to have a babysitter. >> She wasn't with him. She was with >> So when you're in Tennessee, if if you and your boyfriend are working and someone needs to watch the kid. Do you have to call him and say, "Hey, is it okay if >> Yeah. >> Ray is with so and so." You call you call him every single time. Hey, >> I let him know all the time where she's at if he even cares to call. So every day baby >> goes months without checking up on her. I have to beg him for $100 every week for her food >> acting like father of the year and it's crazy. He had the option to come from Bahrain to Florida for her birthday for her first birthday. Didn't choose that. Chose other said like that's crazy acting father of the year. And >> so then when you found out it was Nicole obviously you guys don't each other probably made you pretty upset when you found out she was with Nicole cuz you're not >> No, I was upset. I was upset before I even knew it was Nicole. I was upset because he would not tell me who my child was with and where she was. >> All he said was a sitter. A sitter. A sitter. Even over the phone, he would not tell me. He said she's with a sitter. >> Then once you got to the residence, why I'm still not understand why you didn't call law enforcement if you believe that she was in the residence. >> I feel like there's no reason why I shouldn't be able to knock on a door and have my child given out to me. >> I mean, you can knock. You can always knock on. I can knock on any door in this in this community for any reason. >> I mean, you see in the text, he even said, "What are you what are they going to do? What are the cops going to do?" I mean, like I was >> found out, but instead, you went to the house, you knocked on the door, and under 30 seconds, maybe even 20 seconds, you then began getting an attempt to force entry into the residence. >> It definitely wasn't before 30 seconds, 20 seconds. >> We have the ring footage, >> right? The ring footage. I rang that way after I was sitting there knocking on the door. You run you run it once and you knocked on it and then you went you started banging on it then you started banging the door yelling me walking up to the door. >> Absolutely. >> And it's been 20 30 seconds >> and then you began yelling sending into the residence. Then you began attempting to bang on the door and >> Okay. So what's your stance here? You're sitting over here like >> I'm just trying to like help you a man with a balls trying to come at a woman who had her kids. I'm trying to help you understand about why if I'm babysitting for a friend of mine, someone enters the residence and begins banging on the door, I would be in fear and not want any children, including someone I'm supposed to be taking care of, to come out residence cuz I don't know what the heck's going on and why someone's bing on my door like that. >> Well, she can feel like that all she wants, but emotions are emotions. >> Bold words coming from the woman were almost unbelievable. After everything she had done to the property and her outburst of rage, she still believed she was in the right. >> I threw I came through my right side of the body. You rush the door causing it to swing open and cause damage to the interior of the house. >> On top, >> maybe. >> And on top of that, >> charge me for the house. I don't care. >> All the while he's telling her when I ask you what he said for every time I've asked you anything, you've been to remember everything except when I ask you what did he say when you were in the house. And that is the only thing you can't remember. What he's saying to you is get out of my house. >> Okay. >> Which means you didn't have allow >> give me my kid. >> And then he's saying get out of my house. >> I said give me my kid. Okay. Um, >> do you have kids? >> You don't? Okay. >> I do. >> But you're not you're not a mother. You don't understand that mother instinct. >> Okay. Um, is there >> have your wife in the house with you? Your kid's mother in the house. >> Is there anything else you want to add the statement about what occurred today? >> Yeah. I would like to press charges against him for kidnapping him, him, and his wife. >> Well, there is no kidnapping. >> Yes, there was holding my child hostage. I would like to press charges on it. >> Okay. Well, a hostage is someone taken for ransom or in the commission of another felony. Um, your child wasn't taken for any felony offense or for ransom. They're being babysat by a family friend of the >> No, it was not babysitting. It's holding hostage against the mother's will. So, I would like to press charges. Fine. Go ahead. Press charges on that then. Whatever you want to do. Let's get this [ __ ] in court, though. >> The woman was giving her final statement to get the officer's attention, and she was so overconfident that she didn't see what was coming her way. The officer stayed calm and patient, letting her speak until she finally got a taste of her own medicine >> for holding my child hostage. >> Okay, I just sign right back for me. >> Arresting me? >> You're arresting me? >> I'll explain everything >> for what are you? >> Uh, you're at this time you're being placed under arrest for burglary with a battery times two and a criminal mischief. >> Yeah, that's crazy. We'll get to that in a minute. >> I just like to know. >> Really, Tyrell? This is you want to do? >> Ma'am, please don't scream at our witnesses. At that point, you're incriminating or intimidating a witness and a victim in a felony crime. That's another felony. >> So, please don't talk to them when you walk by. >> What the actual >> You're such an I have to go. what I've been told. Um, and based on your statements and their statements, >> they kidnapped my child. >> Ma'am, keep it up. >> They held my child from me. >> Put me in cuffs. >> This is the initial arrest. You'll have a chance to battle in court, but you're going to catch additional charges if you keep yelling at them. >> Thank you, Tyrell. Thank you. Just face this yellow stripe right here. >> Get the off me. You're being a >> Can you not let Can you not hold on to me? I'm not resisting for >> I don't want you to run away. >> I'm not going to run away. Can you let go of me, though? >> You need to search your first, right? >> Yep. >> You call her type of thing. >> Can you let go of my arm? >> No, I cannot let go of you. Just watch it back. >> Thank you, Tyrell, for taking your kid's mother away from her. Man, if you do that again, you're going to get another felony charge. I told you three times already not to yell at the witnesses and the victim. >> Such an Bro, you really get paid for being You think your dick bigger than that? Because you want to be >> Huh? >> face that way when you talk. I'm doing my job, ma'am. >> Yeah. And your job is up people's lives. >> Nope. It's just >> It is interpreting the violations of criminal law. >> It is though because they literally kidnapped my kid. You want to arrest me? I hope you sleep so good at night. No, you just ruined a child's life. >> Sitting there making calls of arresting me. Then they took my child. That's so crazy. >> Step back here. >> I'll all you too. What's your name? >> Deputy Dorsy. ID number is 107. It's going to be >> Y'all remember that lives? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Your stupid ugly. >> Now you're just being mean, ma'am. >> I am being mean. You going to arrest me for that and charge me for that, too? >> No, it's not her. She's a criminal. >> That's you cuz y'all literally use your judgment to sit there and arrest me. >> Yes, ma'am. >> In the end, she was charged with burglary, two counts of battery, and criminal mischief. It's crazy how emotions can push people to their breaking point. Just like this man, who couldn't control himself and came very close to making the biggest mistake of his life. On September 11th, 2024, in St. Petersburg, Florida, police were called to a home after a fight broke out between a mother and her son. But this wasn't just a simple family argument. While Javvon eventually faced the weight of his actions, our next suspect was overwhelmed by her sense of entitlement and it completely took over. On July 17th, 2025 in Flaggler County, an officer pulled someone over for a simple stop sign violation. But things quickly got complicated when she started showing attitude and became very belligerent. The officer tried to check her documents during the stop to issue a ticket, but you won't believe how she reacted. and he can look at the information. But >> can you hand me your license? >> No, sir. I'll hear that. >> He asked for my driver's license. I showed it to him. I know for a fact that I'm not required by law to give it to him in his hand. >> Where's your driver's license? >> My driver's license is right here. That's my driver's license. I showed it to him because I'm driving a motor vehicle. I'm required to show you my license if you ask me. >> Do you mind if I get that? >> But I I don't have to give it to you. I can get another one of those, but government issued things like another license. >> No, it no sir. I know for for a fact I'm not required to hand an officer my driver's license. I have to show it to you. >> Do you read case law? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Do you know the case law for this? I'll get a lawyer and lawyer will deal with that. >> After reviewing the situation with the supervisor, the officer came back with a surprise for the woman. All the attitude, lectures, and entitlement came crashing down as she realized she had just crossed the line. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Resisting. >> Resisting what? What am I charged with? >> Resisting obstruction. >> Put your hands Put your hands together like you're praying. >> Like you're praying. Put them together. Let go. Just put it back. So, we're going to be doing an inventory search to make sure there's nothing valuable inside before the tow truck driver gets here. >> Okay. Well, they cannot search my vehicle without my permission. We don't need your permission because we're towing it and you are placed. Can I speak? >> Because you are under arrest and we are towing your vehicle. Per our policy, we are required to conduct an inventory search of your vehicle to make sure there's nothing of value in there that the tow truck or wherever can ultimately become missing or stolen later. That's why we are required to do an inventory. >> So, would you like any belongings to take to the jail? That's going to be the last time I ask. I'm trying to be nice. I know that. Okay. So, I'm going to listen real quick. I'm going to pat you down with the back of my hand to prevent any type of groping or anything like that. Okay. >> There's supposed to be a female officer here. >> I don't have one anywhere near here. So, that's why I'm going to pat you with the back of my hand to make sure you have nothing on you sharp. So when the tow truck comes, >> you can't claim anything got stolen or taken. >> They need to get out of my vehicle on body cam multiple times. They do not have permission to get in my vehicle. >> The woman was completely fixated on not letting the officer search her vehicle, but the damage was already done. Since her car was being towed, officers had to document everything inside, which she wasn't happy about here. Check the back. Just make sure there's nothing of value. cuz I don't know if you've done a tow sheet, but you'll see there's a section of, you know, the where they want you to put the contents of the vehicle that's getting towed. So, you know, if the pills inside this little ball, but I don't know what it is. >> So, if the person gets released, they can't say, "Hey, and this is missing or whatever because it's we've notated everything, you know." >> I hope you didn't turn that camera off. I hope that you're watching. I hope that all of that's on. They're conducting an illegal search of my vehicle right now. They are conducting an illegal search of my vehicle right now. I said multiple times they do not have permission to search my vehicle and they're doing it anyways. This is the most corrupted sheriff's office and officers I have ever encountered in my entire life. It's absolutely disgusting. Do >> you want these sunglasses? >> You just conducted an illegal search in my vehicle. I hope that that dash cam. >> Yeah, I do. >> To come with you or the car? >> You know what? Put everything in my car. You don't have the right to touch anything in my vehicle. Nothing at all. You people are disgusting. You're absolute crooks. You're disgusting. This is all going to court. Every single bit of it. You people are disgusting. You're disgusting. You're wrong. You are absolutely corrupt. You guys are corrupted. >> All right. Oh crap. You know this isn't corrupt, right? >> You are so corrupt. You just violated my rights. Like >> you people are dirty as >> I don't know if you learned your rights. >> No, you're dirty. >> Learned it from like TikTok or something, but that's >> With all due respect, I have family members in this agency. You people are dirty as >> All right. Whatever you say. Okay. No, go ahead. Close it. >> I don't want to see your ugly face. >> I'm checking >> your name Christine. >> Dirty. I'm not answering any of your questions. >> All right. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> You deserve to be on the other side of these bars. >> Yes. All right. That's a freaking charge and youing know it. >> You did it. >> No, I didn't do anything. I got out of the vehicle. >> I got out of the vehicle. I don't have to give you my license. I'm not going to give it to you. I'll show it to you. Type in the information in your computer. >> All right. >> Okay. You want to arrest me because I didn't get out of the vehicle the first time you asked me to. >> You're correct. >> You are up. >> Yeah, you're right. >> Yeah, I know I am. It all started with a simple traffic violation, but the woman turned it into a big scene. All because of her arrogance. Her ego kept getting in the way. And for the arresting officer, it was just one of those tough days on the job. >> Misdeeds in this life. You're going to pay for all of them. >> You're sick of crime. >> You I didn't commit a crime. You're the one that's committing a crime. >> Is that all you got? >> You're sick. >> That's what you want to hear. That's all you're You are sick. You're sick as telling me not to commit crimes. I'm a law-abiding citizen. You are a dirty, crooked, corrupted cop. That is what you are. >> I know well I am. Go ahead, smirk and laugh about it. Karma's a You only ain't got else to do around here, do you? Make it seem like you're bad criminals off the street. This is absolutely pathetic. I hope you got those cameras rolling every second. Piece of garbage. Piece of corrupted. Go ahead. Keep looking over here. Disgusting. Unbelievable. So now, if you don't hand over your license, even if you show it to him, which is your only requirement and obligation, if you don't hand it over to them, they'll get pissed and then they'll make up some charge to arrest you just because you pissed them off. Nice. Yeah. >> Van and everything else. >> Do you want to talk to him at all, my supervisor? No. >> Go ahead and take me to the jail so I can get this on the road. Yeah. >> Yeah, that's right. >> That's where you said you're taking me. So, go get on with it. >> I'm just seeing if you want to talk to my super. >> I'll have plenty of time for that. >> Not in front of your ass. >> I bet you feel real good about your self. >> I actually didn't want to. >> Then why did you >> you resist? >> Cuz you thought I was being a little >> cuz I didn't resist. So don't lie and say I did. It's all on camera. You're >> correct. Absolutely correct. Good. >> Absolutely. >> Cuz I didn't resist. >> You're right. >> When you're trying to arrest somebody and they resist, that's resisting. >> Yes. True. >> Resisting what? Resisting your freaking order to hand over my license. >> No, I don't have to hand you my license. I showed it to you. >> All right. >> I don't have to give it to you. That's my personal property. >> All right. >> I don't I'm not going to give it to you. I didn't even have to have my window rolled down. I could have just held my license up to the glass. >> Okay. Guess you didn't see what happened last time someone did that. >> Do you think I care? What are you going to do? Break the glass to my car and rip me out? >> Exactly. Yeah. >> No, we don't live in a fascist country just yet. >> You're right. >> Not quite yet. >> We're almost there. >> You're correct. All good. >> Yep. >> Charge. You would have arrested me right when I stepped out of my vehicle instead of making me wait 20 minutes. This is such a things. >> Nah, it is and you know it, but whatever. Not even going to try to convince you slap the cuffs on me the second I got out of my car. >> Keep telling yourself that. Whatever you have to do. >> Everybody does something differently. No, >> I like to make it even more fair in front of my super. >> Keep telling yourself that. >> Never wrong one of those. >> Keep telling yourself that. >> The woman was charged with resisting arrest and her bond was set at $500.
