Put it down. Put it down. Why you not dancing? Why are you doing blaming their partners while playing the victim? These women took manipulation to a whole new level. Some even got physical only to flip the story when cops arrived. But their act didn't last long as officers laid out the real evidence. Want to see how their drama finally unraveled? Let's dive in. This unhinged woman had quite a situation with her boyfriend, but things got way worse when she couldn't keep her cool. It all went down at a local event in Ohio on September 22nd, 2024 when organizers and security saw her yelling and causing a scene. The officer noticed the woman running out of the venue. Finding it suspicious, she followed up and got to the bottom of it. Hi. Put it down. Get rid of it. Put it all down. You have anything on you? No, ma'am. What just happened? I walked in behind my boyfriend. Step over there. What happened? You You Is this your vehicle? No, it's his. All right, turn around for me. Let me check you out real quick. You have any weapons on you? No, ma'am. I just drove you out and he's mad, so he won't give me my ticket. All right. What's your name? Georgia. So, what happened? Georgia. My boyfriend's mad. It's hot. I'm sorry. It's hot. And my boyfriend won't give me my ticket. Ticket for what? To get in there. So, did you did you assault someone in there? No, ma'am. No, ma'am. You sure? Yeah. I was just yelling and then they tried to drag me out when I was walking out. You told me to leave. Why were they dragging you out? Were you telling them you you're not going to leave? No, I told them I was leaving. I was on my way to the car as you could just see. Yeah, I heard that part. Georgia, what's your last name? You have a What's What's your cell phone number? I don't know by heart. Okay. I just got a new number. Is Georgia spelled G E O R G I A? Yeah. 314. I'm going to grab a drink. Name and date of birth. Hold right here. Stay right there. I'm just getting my stuff out the grass. All right. Just real quick. Please don't be like that. No, just stay right there. Georgia, last name. G E O R G I A. Hello. Hi. How are you? Good. They put their hands on me when they told me to leave and I started walking in the car. Well, if they're telling you to leave their establishment, they they can't put hands if you're not walking away. I did. I ran out to the door and they put their hands on me. Absolutely not. I asked Yes, you did. You guys grabbed me. Say otherwise. Nobody touched and there were a bunch of you and two of you put your hands on me. I asked you to leave and I started going to the door. I ran out. I left. Like I left and we followed you out and you touched me. Nobody touched me. You tried grabbing me. All right, just calm it down. Take deep breaths for a minute. I told them I was leaving. Like the organizer soon arrived at the scene and the officer decided to take their statement as well to understand both sides of the story. heard commotion coming from the pit area. So, we rushed down there. Her and her boyfriend were arguing. We separated them. Okay. Nothing physical, just verbal. Nobody touched them. They separated us when he had my ticket. That's what I was Hold on a second. Hold on a second. I'm just making it make sense. I I'm trying to hear one side. I'm going to hear the other side. To be rude. Hold on a second. They were I don't know if you understand what rude is. Go ahead. We were uh you know, they were arguing. We We separated them, asked them to calm down. I told them that they need to leave. We can't have this going on here. Okay. That's when she swung and hit me. I'm not hurt. I'm not injured, but she did hit Where she hit you? Yes. No. Where she hit you? Uh shoulder arm. She just kind of swung both arms and hit me in the shoulder and arm. Grabbed me on my way out. Okay. As that right after that happened, she started walking away. Can you secure her for me? Right after that happened, she started walking away. Put Put her in the cuffs. She got to go in the cruiser. You can't put me in cuffs. Go ahead. Uh after that happened, she started walking away. Sean here started following her. No, she she assaulted them. So just as the staff began explaining what the woman had done wrong, she became furious. With all her actions being exposed, she couldn't handle it. Stop. Not listening. You're not listening. Get her. Tyler, stop. Get this off me. Please scare her. Please get her. Please for the last time. Stop. Hands back. I can't. Give me your hand. I can't. I can't. I have stitches. Stop. Look right there. There's stitches. You're being a for no reason. Ow. I have stitches. Just stop. 3:14. We just caught one. We have her on the ground. Security. We have one sec. We were fighting her. She's going to be in the cruiser. I didn't find anybody. You didn't have a All right, let's get in the car. Let's go on me. Come on. Get out. You don't listen. I I was listening. Stop. I need to talk to you, officer. Please. Please talk to me. Will you please talk to me, sir, because They're being unfair. This woman right here. I'm listening. I'm complying. I don't know who's this. All right, let's start it over. Okay, so after she assaulted me, I asked her to leave. She started to walk away. She's still screaming and yelling. He followed her to make sure that she was actually leaving. Before he even got to her, I made it very clear, do not touch her. Do not put your hands on her. You're not an officer. You did not touch her. We followed her out. None of my staff touched her. If anybody touched her, it was her boyfriend. And that happened before we saw anything. Okay. So, after I was assaulted by her and she was told to exit, we simply followed her out. Nobody touched her. Okay. I have 20 witnesses to that. Like that you She She punched him. She struck at him. Yeah. She was I told her that she had to leave. I can't have this confrontation in my event. Like we're just getting started. Come from they uh This is their This is the car she rode in with her boyfriend. Where's the boyfriend? Uh he went back into the pit. If someone can get him. Yeah. And And can we get all the witnesses? We need to get statements. Yeah. He was a a witness. Uh Tanner, do you copy? Once she was detained, the woman's emotions took a turn for the worse. The officer tried to help her, but her response was complicated and unpredictable. If it it hurts already, so you got those. She's trying to fix them. We have a medic coming out to check you out. Okay. But in the meantime, did your boyfriend assault you at all? No. Okay. What happened to the back window? It's been broke like that. He broke it. He broke it when he got out here. You're fine. She's literally grabbing in this crap. Ow. Please, please, sir. Please. Please. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Please. Please put your hand behind. Can I get a pen? Please put your hand behind your grabbing my stop fighting. I swear to God. That way ow. Hurry the up. Ow. They're They're grabbing my stitches. Tyler, quit pushing on me. I'm not leaving. Get your hands off me. You're going to get I know, but get your hands off of me. You're going to get another charge. Shortly after the woman's boyfriend showed up, the officer needed to figure out what triggered her meltdown and what else she might have done. You wake up. She's already starting some of the bull. I was picking up the trash. I was like, I'm throwing this trash away. And she was doing whatever. I was like, I'm not dealing with this. I'll be back in a little bit. Calm down. I go I have a skateboard in there to go look around at the cars. I like I'll be back in a little bit. If she comes in here and yelling and ripping on my shirt, I'm like walking away. I was like, go back to the car. It'll be fine. I'll be there in a little bit. And then I don't know. I'm just walking away. And then all these people show up and they deal with her and then they're like So tell me the part that happened when they came on scene. What happened? I was gone. I literally I was on the skateboard and one of them's like they came up to like they were dealing with her. I was riding away. They came up to me afterwards and they're like what's going on? I was like she's starting some I'm not dealing with it. I'm walking away if that's fine. He's like okay go cool down and we'll find you when we need you. And then I came back here to get a shirt because she ripped it. And then I was riding that way and they come up on and like they didn't literally say anything. So I was like, "Oh, okay." The She was physical with you. She just my shirt. I don't know what happened between them because I was like, "I'm not dealing with it. That's between you and them." I was like, "I tried to calm you down. I'm not dealing with so I'm just going to leave." Okay. And then I left and then I don't know what happened between all them. All I heard was yelling and screaming and I'm just walking away. And then I think it was him in the gray shirt. He's like, "Go calm down. Go do that. We'll find you later." And then I was just walking around and then the guy in the blue just got me. So do you have your driver's license on you? Yeah. Do you have a push broom on your truck you can bring out to the uh entry lane and spectator parking? There's some glass on the table. So, what happened right here with the broken glass? Oh, that was me being pissed the off on her because I was like, calm down. I'm going to get mad. I was like, sit in the car. Wait. I just busted it with the skateboard. Okay. Any any injuries to her? You guys fighting or anything besides I was walking away. That was from last night. We were at storage and jumped a fence and it ripped her arm open and we had to go to the hospital. She's like, "Can we still go to the event?" And I was like, "Yeah, that's fine." Then we wake up and she's already starting on this. I was like, I'm already here. I don't give a what you do. I'm going in like you can figure it out yourself. Is this like common for you guys to fight like this, argue and all that? Not a lot. I mean, it's been more common like recently, but she usually gets better on it cuz I just cuz like she usually like, oh, gets afraid about it, then calms down. But this time she didn't do it. I was like, I don't give a anymore. Do your own so you can figure it out. Okay. And then she literally didn't listen to any of them. All they were saying it's like, "Go to the car and calm down. It'll be fine." So, she wasn't physical to you? I mean, she just ripped my shirt. All right. Well, she didn't threaten to hurt you. No. I mean, I tried to fight you. She just tried to grab I was just walking away cuz I don't Why Why do you think she was grabbing on to you? What is it that she wanted me to come back and deal with this when literally it was literally nothing in the morning with just her start. I was like, "We're going in. Just do whatever." And then she freaks out. I was like, "I'll be back later once you calm down." And she's like, "Oh, don't leave And I was like, "Gar's right there. You can sit there and wait. I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to be Tyler, Tyler, Tyler, Tyler, Tyler. It hurts. They're on my I told her to calm down. I wasn't going to say anything. Tyler. Tyler, please. The woman was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. You are being placed under arrest. Okay. Four. Domestic domestic violence battery. Battery. Love lives have their ups and downs, but sometimes a small fight can turn into something serious. That's what happened in our next case. It started as a simple disagreement and turned physical. A frantic 911 call on February 22nd, 2025 brought officers to the scene. No, it's just, you know, it got to a point where it got into a fight. Not into a fight. Not You're okay. Not altercation. It just got to a verbal altercation. And I've had enough of it. I told him it's either it needs to stop or you need to go and that's it. Okay. What are you guys boyfriend girlfriend or who's the other girl? We live together. That's his daughter. She's 15. Okay. Her name is Natalie. I have the keys. That's my truck. It's either they need to not they, he Okay. She's 15. How long you all been together? A year. Okay. It gets to a point where he needs to figure it out or he does not and he needs to figure out where he goes. Okay. We have never, and I mean this, never gotten into something like this until now. Okay. we have figured out anything before. What was the argument about today? Like what? It was just the fact of the matter. Go where he goes or he stays where he stays. That's where I got like that's it. Okay, that's it. I understand where Yeah, cuz it was right here. I understand that. And I I apologize. And that is not enough. Okay. Do you have your ID on you? Yeah, it's in the trunk. Okay. Stay over here with me. I'll just get your information. Uh I'll write it down here. I can get it. I'm not going to I just want you to go over there and and and start back up with him. Can Can that not happen? If Yes. Okay. Yes. Okay. I know you don't know me. I can do it. I'm going to go with you. Let's get your ID out of the car. We'll be fine after all that, but it needs to just stop. Let's get our ID out of the truck. And it's his choice after this. It's his choice. No, no, no. It's your choice. What did I tell you when I said we can come over and get your ID? That's yours. All right, let's go back over. The cops stayed calm and focused on finding out who started it. For the woman, it was just one really bad day. The prison. I'm sure you see that as a joke. Everybody does. I got my shirt. I left. I became a bartender and makes more money. That's it. Like, I'm just trying to live my life. I love them more than anything. So, what So, you said his insecurities, but fill me in a little bit like what what causes arguments. It's just how he is. Like, he's been cheated on a 100 times before me. And then we have these conversations, not arguments. Conversations about the fact that he feels this way, this way, this way, this way. It's not because of me. Real quick. Real quick. Talking about he has he has like really fresh scratch marks on his face and on his neck. I never scratched him. That's what I'm asking you about. I'm just saying like from what you said it seems to be scratches. They're very obvious. Never scratched him ever. I love him. Okay. That's what everybody says about their but I truly love him. Sure. And I don't I'm not doubting you on that at all. Okay. I'm just letting you know I love him. I love him no matter what. But we go through our problems just like every other couple. We're getting through it. But at the same time, it has happened. I'm just letting you know. Mhm. We're okay. I got you. Like I said, we have to do our due diligence. Obviously, people called. I saw you guys arguing when I was over there. I appreciate you responding to that because you know something, nobody responds anymore from what I've seen. Sure. Sure. Mind you, I'm not I'm not in your unit. I get it. From what I've seen. That's it. After hearing from witnesses and wrapping up the investigation, the officer had no choice but to take legal action. But the woman's boyfriend became a problem. All right, Samantha, you are being placed under arrest. Okay. Four. Domestic domestic violence battery. Battery. Yes. I got you. You've got plenty of witnesses that called. They saw her give you those scratches. No, not at all. They saw it happen. That's why we're here. I understand. In the state of Florida, if we develop probable cause, one party has to be arrested. The witnesses saw her put her hands on you. No, she never. She's getting arrested. She never put her hands on me, though. She did. You can try to defend her all you want. I just let you know, I have a witness right here says she never put her hands on me. Several witnesses. She never put her hands I'm not here. I'm sorry if this seems like a debate. It's not. I'm just telling you what is going on. Okay. She never put her hands on me. Okay. You have this is just visible. You have visible injuries all over you. Verbal argument, man. People don't get injuries from verbal arguments. She's never done anything wrong in her whole entire life. People don't get injuries from verbal arguments. She's never done anything wrong. Witnesses don't call people for verbal arguments. They just seen somebody argue. That's all. They saw her hit you in the mouth. Never hit me in the mouth, man. Never once touched. Well, sir, this is what's going on. I'm just here to explain it to you. All right. So, she fights it in court and on your body cam, which I verbally stated. She never touched me. That's your prerogative. We have to make the arrest. Okay. It is. It's just she never put her hands on it. You're going to be listed as the victim. So, it's it's up to you in the state. If I go to court and it's it's your prerogative, but there's no reason for you to arrest her. There is you. That's the part you think you're failing to understand is when we have probable cause, we're bound to make an arrest. We're done. Have a seat. If that's how you feel, we're done. We'll get the keys. I'm sure any charges. Oh my god. I've never been arrested before. Ever. We assume that role for you. If at a later time you don't want to cooperate with the state, that's on you. But as of right now on the scene, we assume that role for you and the state of Florida makes an arrest on her in domestic cases. That's how this works. Talk to her? No, sir. You're not allowed to talk to her. Can she talk to her? No, sir. She's not a victim. I I'm telling you that no one can talk to her. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Well, we'll get you some keys. I'd assume you want to drive the truck. I have to. Uh-huh. So, give So, give me a couple minutes. We'll get you out of here. Everything was going smoothly until the woman changed her mind. Sitting in the back of the police cruiser, she started arguing with the officers. I'm being cooperative. I I understand. Like, I don't know how this works. I just would rather somebody help me, please. I've never in my life been arrested. I've never had the reason to. Like, I understand you don't care. Like, this is your job. It's not that I don't care. It's just I have to be very matter of fact in these situations. Okay. And because I have to go off the evidence that we've been provided, okay, off your testimony, his testimony, as well as the third the third party witness. Okay. And his injuries as well. I Oh my god. I just Oh, so bad. I'm We're going to head out in just a second. Okay. But again, do you want him to have the truck or No. Yeah. Okay. I'm going to give him the keys. Is that all right? He's okay with me being arrested. I don't know necessarily believe he's okay with it, but he doesn't have a say. This is the thing you need to understand. Stop talking for a second. This is what I tried to explain to him and this is what this officer tried to explain to you. In the state of Florida, if probable cause is developed, probable cause means we have injuries, we have accusations, and we have witnesses building up to probable cause. If that is established, even if the victim, which would be him, does not want to press charges, the state of Florida assumes that role and we make an arrest anyway for domestic type of relations. Stop for one second. The reason that happens is it's very popular in the news right now, the Gabby Patino situation, right? Those officers did not make an arrest. Those officers did not make an arrest on a domestic situation because she did not want to press charges. Unfortunately, we see what happens. The state of Florida does not want that to happen. So, even if the victim party in domestic situation says, "I don't want to press charges." We don't care. We have a job to do. They mandate us to make an arrest. We have to make an arrest. That is how this works. I'm sorry. Can you explain to me how to go about this from here? I understand that this is not under my control. Correct. Never in my life been arrested ever in my life. Those are my advice to you with me. Okay. I'm I'm just so unsure. I'm nervous. Listen, listen, listen. I'm going explain to you. Okay. That's why I'm freaking out. Would you Can you just let me I'll explain to you and and I'm going to give you I'm going to give you all the information you need. Okay. Oh my god. You're going to get to the Marian County Jail. You're going to get to the Marian County Jail. They're going to book you in, which all that means is they're going to take your picture. They're going to let you sit in the booking area. They're going to go over some paperwork with you. It'll just be like getting checked in. Okay? Once you're checked in, you will stay in the booking area until first appearance. Typically, that happens first thing in the morning, okay? Early in the morning, probably 8:00 a.m. The judge at that time will probably set some boundaries until the resolution of this case. He might say that you guys can't contact each other. He might say that other stipulations have to be met. That's up to the judge. That's not up to us. Once that happens, you'll be out and on your way. Okay. In the morning. Is your phone in the truck? Is your phone in the truck? Yeah. Do you want him to have your phone or do you want it? I would like him to call my mom. That answer I would like him to call someone. Do you want your phone to go into the jail with you? I would like him I would like to know if he can call my mom. I would like to know if some call is you want your phone to go with you to the jail. Yes or no? I don't I don't know. Like I would say probably yes cuz then cuz you get phone calls when you're at jail being honest with me. Listen, you get phone calls when you're at the jail and then numbers out of Is there something of like I don't know how bail works. I don't know how bond works. I don't know how all that works. Like so don't worry about that tonight cuz you can't get one tonight. That's that's out of the equation. Can some like So I'm going to get out in the morning. Yes. How would that work after that? The judge will go over that with you at first appearance. That's that's what the whole immediate when it's first appearance. They'll take you to it. You don't have to worry. The woman was charged with domestic battery. Next up, disputes are common in every relationship, but this woman couldn't hold it together after discovering her husband was cheating on her. In 2025, a domestic dispute turned into a battery case when she caught him secretly texting someone else. um texting um his friends, being late home 3 in the morning and everything. So this morning he wants intimacy. I say no no somehow I let myself uh do this intimacy after 3 weeks. Okay. And right now um we we did what we did and um I grabbed his phone while ordering ordering pizza. I got his home through started looking through it and I saw messages and I asked him who is this late who is this person and it was a lady and he changed the name so he was doing unappropriate things already. Um all the messages there I never say I'll let I'll let you speak in just a second. Okay. So that's just unappropriate just because he just changed the name. So you feel what made you feel like you need to stop? Oh, when I said so what Poncho, everything you do is unappropriate and I gave him the little details of an appropriate thing he's doing like this morning. Then why did you do that? Because I can't cuz I am a that's how man I am. I could do it and I just wanted to that's all I wanted to do. And I smacked him. Okay, that's why I smacked him because he did that after 3 weeks and I finally we finally did something and he just says because I wanted to [ __ ] smack him. No, you did not deserve that then. You messed up. All right. The way you can just sit on that little table right there. All right. What happened with you? Whatever. But uh I all all the time she trying to go on my phone and trying to find whatever she trying to find me. Okay. I have a lady's friends the ones I can send message. Nothing in Africa. Always we're talking about soccer or if I'm at home or whatever. Okay. But she always trying to fight with always. Always like I never say anything and always she's like fighting and fight. I never take uh say something back through here. Always I just listen and listen and listen. So this morning happens what what she say and he left. Okay. He go to the room and stay over there all day. So finally we say we're going to be get some pizzas for the kids. Okay. Call him like okay I will call. I give him my phone and she's try when he got my phone she's looking at the screen up all the message like what are you doing why what are you on my on my phone cuz it's my phone is personal no this is not personal this is from both I said no it is my my phone it is my my things it is personal you cannot be on my phone and I I don't have nothing bad on it so she was like so what did you do this morning to me what did this morning to one detained. Yeah. Okay. You say one detained. And I say cuz cuz I I can't. No, you cannot. Yeah, I can. So, you only want to fight me? Like, yes, I don't want to fight you. And she slap me and take my phone and trying to take from me. And I said, okay. I grabbed the phone and I said, you know what? I call the cops cuz this is not the first time you slap me. And I'm really sorry, but you you you wanted cuz the way you talk to me like Okay. So, did did you slap him in front of the kids? No. No. Okay. Things got suspicious when the officer noticed injuries on the husband that the woman hadn't mentioned. Hiding the truth could get her in serious trouble. Like he said that I said sorry because I smacked him. No, that was not true. When I grabbed his phone. No, I'm saying with your story, what you what you were saying this morning when y'all did whatever. Um, you never mentioned the scratch on you or that you tried to say no. So now you're saying now I'm not sure. I think it is. Mhm. I'm not sure if it was his arm or something, but I know it had to be this morning cuz I never had scratches like this. Mhm. Okay. Did he do anything with you after you slapped him? No. Okay. Okay. It's all It's everybody's own, right? To one's own what they think is personal or not personal. Correct. What I did was because I didn't want to I want to see if there's no disrespect going on with him doing what he's doing. Mhm. That's why I check his phone still and I tell him nothing's personal between us. I tell him we have intimacy that's not that's person not personal either. So the phone I need to see cuz he keeps hiding it. He didn't say that and I didn't mention it either but he keeps go taking it away. I'm like you have something to hide. You have something to hide. And I ran with the phone a little bit and he chased me. He's like, "Um," he's like, that's when he said, "Um, yeah." I didn't say that part. He didn't say it either. And he grabbed me. He's like, "No." And I was like, "Oh, you're need you're hiding something." And he took the bone. I was like, "Wow." I was like, "Wow." So you escalated. You think it's just the anger that got caught in you? You think? Uh, yes. When he said, "Because I can do what I want." I got to tell him, you do whatever you want. I'm trying to talk to you. Say, "No, I got to go get pizza. I'm talking to you. Don't be disrespectful." No, I'm going to go get pizza. So, he does what he wants. He does first and me leave me hanging. And then when he's ready, I'll think he's just there sitting and really charge separate my FBA family valid other stuff. There have been other times where he put his hands on you. Not that. Okay. No, not that. None of that. But um so what would make you I could say emotionally, you know, I could say emotionally whatever and all this other stuff that I did for him, legal stuff that I could help him out to to be legal. Yep. And I have not even stopped that process to try to help him out to be legal. I don't know. I feel like I was too much of a good person and he did what he did right now. He preferred call the police. He didn't care. You said this. Yes. At the best of me, I got angry cuz I like like you dare do that. When 3 weeks were without nothing was better that way. You should have touched me then. Please, you should just left me alone. Yeah. But how does this work if I'm going to be detained? So, we're going to take you to the county or take you to the city, get you booked in, take you to the county. You'll go to jail for a little bit. Um, I don't know how long. I don't know when your court date will be. Um, we have a book in officer for all that. So, we have what? Sorry. A booking officer. So, she'll go in and do your um tell you your charges, which be simple battery, family violent attack. Um, and um, she'll take you from there. The woman was straightforward and asked for leniency, but the consequences of her actions were unavoidable. Do you have text messages? When I tell him you're not supposed to be there, please go home. Cuz he told him like through text message you're not you're drunk. You're not supposed to be driving. He's confirmed that he's been drugged. Um possibly if I go through saying he does this like oh well. That's the kind of proof they will see. But it's totally up to the judge. I can't tell you that they're going to award you it. It's outside of what we do. But I do know that before they serve a TPO, you need some kind of like legitimate proof uh that this guy is dangerous. You don't need to be around him. Okay. We have no we have no leeway. We cannot. The reason why they do that is because there's been a lot of instances where we don't make an arrest, leave, god forbid someone shoot someone, kill someone, and then the liability falls on us because why didn't we act, right? Why didn't we hack? Have little kids, someone little kids get hurt, you know? Why didn't we act? So that's why they put the family violence act in place so we can act. Clear. All right. I'm sorry. Did he say he loves his last night here? He did. The woman was charged with domestic battery. Onto the next case. This one was full of mayhem. And if her behavior with the police was any sign, it was hard to imagine what she initially did to her husband. It all started on November 3rd, 2024 when a gas station turned into quite a scene when a woman publicly assaulted her boyfriend. Hey, what's going on? Nothing. I'm getting gas. What's the problem? What's the problem? Cuz I'm getting gas. We were called out here for a fight in progress. She just called her. She just called. I don't know. I heard her talking about somebody else earlier, but I just got off work. I'm going home. Other than that, I'm getting gas. That's it. Everything's good. Do me a favor. Go ahead and step out of the vehicle. You got anything on you? Anything? All right. Other than that, I'm getting gas. That's it. I don't know what she called for. That's it. She didn't call for nothing. She didn't call for nothing. What I need to come over here for? We got to talk about what's going on out here. There ain't nothing going on is what I'm saying. Are you riding in that white van with that guy? That's it. That's my husband and my three children. Other than that, I don't have nothing. No problem. I'm coming to get gas. So I don't know why she sit here and say that y'all ready to pull up because y'all ready to pull up. I'm going to get gas. I have three kids in the car. I'm going home. Well, you're not going home right now. So I'm not detained. What are you investigating? Ain't nothing to do investigating. Where investigating this? Ain't no assault. You got an ID on you? Yes, I do. Here you go. About what time you did here? Do you know? I just got off work. You just got off work just now. There. Yeah. What time did you get off work? Seven. Seven. I'm supposed to been off, but he just came and got me. So what's the issue? cuz she couldn't have caught if I was just in there getting gas. Well, that's what that's what we were trying to figure out. So, why are people telling us that you're hitting the guy in there? No problem. Nothing. I don't understand who whose people I mean by myself or my husband. He want to tell you that he could tell you that himself. I just got off. So, so why would people be saying so that's them? Okay. Why would they why would people not believe in what would we be getting reports? I'm trying to get off work. I'm trying to go home to my kids. That's it. I mean, myself, Kyne, that's my name. I'm not here for nobody else. Nobody else. I'm a clean person. I'm a good person. Go ahead and run that. Other than that, I need to go home. Whatever somebody's saying, that's what somebody else saying. Was Was there an argument or anything? I'm just trying to get gas. I just paid for his gas. No, no. I mean, I I I get that. We're just We're trying to figure out why someone would be calling saying this. I'm not saying why. Who the is calling him? So, there's nothing that could have been ask. No, no, we will. But, but there's nothing that could have been perceived as a fight. Nothing. No, I'm just paying for gas. I just went in there and paid for my gas. I just came out and you guys before you went in was there any no nothing? No. Other than that, I told her I'm paying for $10 for gas. She charged me $10. She said she wasn't going to pay for anything more. So I was like, "Okay." I gave her $15 in gas. She telling me she can't take my order. So I'm trying to figure out why you can't take my order. Your order? So you trying to get something else or No, I guess I said $15 in dollars. Yeah. No, I'm only taking 10. That's scary. The officer spoke to the victim and got more details, but they didn't match the woman's story. As she kept saying the same thing, it started to seem suspicious. I mean, he will. Exactly. And I have three kids in the car. I'm not I don't have time for that. Did you Did you have any anything to drink or anything tonight or anything? Nothing to do with anything that's going on with him. No, I'm I'm talking about just just you yourself. No, I have nothing to do with anything that's going on with him. So, have you have you taken anything tonight? Have you drank anything? Would you mind standing with my uh my supervisor right here? I'm here with you. You told me they got multiple witnesses. I just spoke with another one. The guy was defending himself. He is balling fist, punching him, assaulting him, and threats, I'll shoot you dead. Do you lunge from the outside of the vehicle on the passenger side all the way in? They started hearing company like he's hidden. They're husband and wife apparently. So what do you think you want to do right now? Salt. Okay. Okay. I'm up because I have ADHD. That's what I have. After putting the woman in custody, one officer learned what happened in the parking lot and gathered critical information. The guy that was supposedly in the back got his info. When I talked to him just now, he said he didn't say choking. He's like like one of those like grab you and like pin you to the dark. That's essentially what he explained. So, are you the dodge? You can go out that side of the parking lot. No, I think his car's blocked in. Oh. Oh, yeah. I got his name and stuff, but uh Oh, and uh the manager doesn't have access to the cameras right now. He said it's one of those things where we'd have to come back like the next day, of course. Okay. Um to see that. But that guy, that's what he saying. He said, so he's just trying to control her basically. But then he said, then he said, well, she was saying things like uh I'm going to die or something like that. The woman was charged with battery on Elio, resisting arrest with violence, trespassing, and DUI. Our next incident takes a wild turn. On August 22nd, 2022, a woman didn't just argue with her boyfriend. She grabbed a broom and used it to attack him. Things got so out of hand that the police had to be called to the scene. You're trying to tell us what happened and we can't really hear you. Me in the head. What the What? The broomstick. I'm just walk through the whole thing. I'm sorry. You walked through the door and then what happened? I just tried to go to the I don't even want to go in the house. So I went to the back and there she's like you're not coming. They just said I could come and you come in. I going to punch you in the face. I stood there and she hit me. Where did she hit you? In my head with the bomb. You show us right here. She just hit me with it. And then you can see the the dust on the mop. You was just talking to me. It wasn't there. I have no reason. I'm just telling you that cuz I don't hit this thing. You hear her back there screaming. Mhm. And then you're like, "Hey, what's going Can you show him the wherever she hit you? Let let him get a really good look at that." Okay, you can cut it. [ __ ] It's red. I'm sure it's probably red right there. She just hit me. So, let me ask you this. What are you wanting to do? I What's your guys' relationship like? Actually, this is my child's mother. Okay. Well, that answers that question. I have a 2-year-old in the house where she's broke and miserable. Who else is in the house right now? There are some other adults in there. Her cousins. Were they out back when it happened? Were they in the house? They were in the house. Are they going to tell us something different? No. What are they going to say? I didn't ask my hands on her. No, nothing. No pushing or anything. It's just I couldn't. I'm at the screen. Okay. Let's do a complete and thorough investigation. All right. Are you willing to provide a sworn recorded statement about what happened? Yeah, I guess. Okay. All right. We were here for a domestic argument. We resolved the domestic issue realizing that it was a verbal argument only. Now once we were leaving the scene, you were advised that you live here. You're a tenant here. What did you do as we left? I went back to go inside. Okay. And she was scanning the screen. Okay. Said I'm They said I can come back and say you're not coming back in here. Said they said I can come back. She said I'll punch you in the face. She knew any more possibly or punched me before and she picked up the broom and she hit me with it. What kind of What kind of broom was it? A mop. It's a red mop. Okay. Like a Swiffer like a uh that mop that you step on that bucket that comes with it and it spins. It's like that. Okay. All right. And where did did she strike you once? Twice. Once right here. Okay. Now, we took a quick look. We don't really see any visible marks. How are you injured from it? No, I'm not injured. Okay. All right. And what did you do after that? Ran back to you guys. I didn't want her to start screaming, saying that I was doing something to her. All right. Is there anything you wish to add, change from your statement? Since it was a domestic matter, the officer needed statements from both parties. But instead of cooperating, the woman gave plenty of attitude. I already told y'all what happened. You didn't want a statement before. Now you want a statement. You were about to leave. So what do you want a statement for now? I want to know what happened on the back patio. What happened on the back patio with the broom and the mop? You tell me. I don't know what you're I want a statement about it. I don't know what you're talking about. You don't know about it. So you're unwilling to provide a statement about All right. Have a good day. You're weird. So at this point I have determined a domestic battery did occur and if you do not come out now and provide a statement I will have to go based off the only information I have and a lie then do it. Go ahead and make your lie up. I just told you I don't know what the talking about. So if you're going to make up a whole investigation if you if you're willing to provide a I can look at your side. If you do not wish are you deaf? I don't know what you're talking about. That's my statement. Okay. So, you either let me through this door. I don't have to let you. And I play Fine. There will be a warrant for your arrest for domestic battery. Right. Right. Have a nice day. You, too. You can go back inside. No, I'm going to stand here. Okay, sounds good. While the officers were conducting their investigation, the woman suddenly stepped in to interfere. Despite being given clear instructions, she chose to take the hard way instead. You're not listening to us. I heard what you said. So, I'm not playing this game with you. You didn't You're not hearing what I'm saying. You're still not hearing what I'm saying. You're still yelling at me for no reason. I am. I am going to yell because when I was talking to y'all, y'all act like you didn't understand what the I was saying to you. So now, obviously, I got to scream it so you can hear it, right? Well, that doesn't help things, does it? To drag me across the floor. Where's Where y'all going to step in with that? Come over here and give us a statement for it and we'll talk about it. I already stood here and told y'all what happened to you giving me a statement that personal. What happened to you? You guys about to leave just now. Why do you guys have reference to subject? Why? When I called and I made a complaint about him doing something to me, you guys didn't do anything. What are you trying to do? You're going to jail. Why? Because you hit him. I didn't him. That's a lie. And I said he hit me. Stop. Stop. Stop. Are you serious? You're I'm not doing anything. He's squeezing me. Don't p up. You're taking me to jail after he hit me. I am going to hurt you. Watch. Now I am going to hit you. Now I am. I was Now you just Now you just fixed your arm. Stop playing games. It's all on camera. Great. And I can feel what you're doing. So stop it. Congratulations. You'll never come back here again. Huh? When you get to the jail and they locate it. I said I have nothing. You can say what you want. I have nothing. Great. I don't care. Put me in the floor so I can go. Patting you down outside. You're a man. Don't touch me. Pick up my thing off the floor, please. I will do that once you step in the car. Okay. All right. I'm going to be buckling you in. Great. What happened tonight? I just got home from the theater in Fort Pierce. Okay. Sunrise Theater. Were you guys arguing out here? No. Okay. No, sir. Not at all. We just got here. Okay, that's fine. And that's fine. And like I said, we wanted to talk to her. You start getting it doesn't matter. We have a call. Yes, sir. That's That's our job. Okay. Yes, sir. We just need you to calm down. That's it. I just I know. But you have to realize all I asked you Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. My ass off. All I asked you was it was a simple question and and it wasn't even to Huh? Dude, this is my house. Uber. Uber. No, sir. Who calls for it? Who is it for? Can I call my probation officer? Yeah. Yeah, we'll talk to them. Yep. Yep. Come out here. Come down here. I just told you to come down here. This is my house. Listen, you're on felony probation. I'm just putting you in the car. You're just being detained. I'm not being detained for anything. Based on how overreactive the husband was, the officer suspected something wasn't right and felt there was more to the story. So, they started by speaking with the woman. You're not really being upfront. Okay. Yeah. you know, you know, something happened. Yeah. Yeah. I know that's not like the the ideal answer, but um No. And I just really hope he's not having a anxiety attack or anything. He's fine. What's up with your foot? What? What happened to your foot? Oh, a bunch of bug bites. A whole bunch here. Even one on the bottom here. No, on the top. I'm talking about the cut. Oh, no. This is another These are um not fresh. No, these are Yeah. Well, the scab might these were really bad. Uh, were you guys laying down in the bed over there? What were you guys laying down in the bed over there? In your bed? I was laying in bed. Yeah. Yeah. I think he was like having a fussing around the kitchen, but Yeah. So, nothing happened between you two? Oh, yeah. What's What is to the left of your bed? Nothing. Okay. Well, why does it look like he was laying on top of you? Over you on the bed? Cuz I saw you through the window. Oh, he was. Yeah. Yeah. I think he came over to like get me out of bed cuz someone was knocking at the door. Okay. Well, that was that was before you guys got up. You didn't even acknowledge the knock. First knock or second knock. And that's when I saw it. Look, we're trying to get Yeah, I was trying to We're trying to get you out of a situation. You need help? No. No. I I don't know. But no, I I was laying in bed and Okay. Water. I'm not trying to put anyone in jail, but we're just trying to investigate. No, I I certainly understand that. But also, it's, you know, um but yeah. No, that that was that was not What's he on probation for? Um whing. Uh how do you how do you not know? Uh like failure to seek assistance I think or something like that. Is this your husband? No. No. Who who is he to you? Uh significant other. You guys have kids together? No. No. No kids? No. Do you live here? No. You don't live here? No. Okay. Is there somewhere you can go tonight? Yeah. Okay. What's your first name? Uh my name is Tracy. Tracy? Yeah. T R A C Y. Okay. What's your middle name? Why? Because I had to write a report about it. Okay. All right. Okay. You guys, how long you guys been together for? Uh, we've been friends for 2 years. Okay. So, you don't live here? Don't have any kids? No. Okay. Were you at all battered or anything like that? No. Is there any battery or anything like that? No. Okay. Can somebody come pick you up for the night so we don't have to come back out here or have to deal with anything anymore with this? Okay. Uh, yeah. I'll I'll get a ride. Okay. Can you go ahead and start doing that now? Yeah. All right. Go ahead and do that and we'll uh we'll take him out. Since the officer didn't find anything serious or solid evidence, they realized the situation may have been overblown. But the man's simple mistake got him into another problem. Spin around. Who is she to you? She's my girlfriend from New England. She makes a really a lot of money and she's a family attorney. So, okay. Sit back up. Yes, sir. I I have I That's fine. You want me to sit in? Yeah. Yeah, just sit. Okay. Can somebody come watch the kids? Yeah, they they back with their mother now. So, there's no kids in there? No. Okay. Slide in. H. I want to take them. You want to take them? Yeah. Yeah. I'm I'm sorry about I didn't I was trying to get her to come down to me and she was like I had him uh I didn't even I didn't even That's my fault, bro. I wanted to No, I'm [ __ ] Yeah. I just wanted to make sure he knew I wasn't just staring at you. Yeah. Yeah. No, I know you called me. I was like I didn't know he was uh No, I uh I felt his hands and then he started like pulling away and then I was like, um I I'll if you want I'll I'll do the uh supplement for just what happened. Okay. Um no, you're right. Yeah. Yeah. No, I I like I said, I didn't know if you wanted everything like Yeah, if you Yeah, I can say if you commands, you pulled away. He tensed up. He did everything. Yeah, I still want you taking somebody from my Yeah, I I I figured. All right. Is there your kids are not here though, right? Is there any kids in there? No, I'm I made my son at a soccer game. Okay, come and grab Yes. I'm going to be Stop pushing away. I'm going to be in jail for 10 years. So, okay. Okay. You make you made you made that decision for yourself. But you guys I I answer as please don't do this and we we asked you several times not to do something and you kept on doing sit in the car like we're asking you now. No, I was I was talking Yes, sir. I don't want to make it worse. I don't want to make it worse. But I can't go to jail right now cuz I'm going to go to Louisiana for 2 years. My I have to take care of my kids. I have to pay for the school. Cool. Are you staying You going to stay here? Uh no. Where is he going? He's going to jail. He's going to resist. Is he resisting? You You saw him. I mean, we're not I'm not I don't And I I didn't Can we get his phone so we can give it to him? So, he has a phone. Yeah. Okay. Does he have keys and like a wallet? Is that everything? Yeah. I don't see his um That's fine. All right. We're going to He's going to go up there. The officer explained the situation to the woman and gave her one last chance to share any concerns about the issue. That's signs of domestic abuse. That That's like That's signs of it. When we ask somebody to separate from each other and he doesn't want you to say nothing because he doesn't want you saying anything. Well, right. So I and I get that from your perspective. Yeah. But when we ask him to that we gave him a lawful order. It's against the law to resist from. That's the thing. We are investigating something. The allegations were serious. So that's why we asked him to separate from you because as soon as we asked you that he doesn't want you to move. And that's that's clear signs of he don't want you saying something. And I'm not going to force it out of you. I'm not going to pry it out of you just to just to I just don't we're not going to do that. If you don't want to say anything, it's your right not to say anything. But I'm telling you that it's going to continue if it doesn't get if it doesn't stop. That's the problem. You know what I'm saying? So that's where we're go. That's where I was going towards that. It's going to continue just like he told you. And look how his attitude is when we ask him simple questions because we gave him plenty of opportunities. He gave him plenty of opportunities to stop and he actually had his hand physically on his shoulder telling him to stop moving and he wants to push him away. That is not good. You don't do that. Especially being on felony probation knowing that you can go back to jail for two years. If he was going to if if he was didn't want to go back to jail, he would have never done any of that. So that's the that's the thing. There's nothing there's nothing illegal that happened here that the thing illegal happened here is him resisting. When we ask you to do something, you have to listen. It's it's is that we are investigating something. Yeah. So that that's that's my thing is and when we get a call saying that a female is running to somebody's car and they're scared and why would they even call us to say that if it didn't happen? You know what I'm saying? That's where we're going and that's why it was weird. That's why I asked you to move away because you were not saying a word next to him. Yeah. Well, I know that the just a a police officer presence in general is going to be very uh triggering. I understand that. So I I mean he has a neighbor that he wanted him to for him to call to come over here. That is a police officer, too. He'll tell you the exact same thing because he has he has to deal with the exact same thing where he's at. I've actually talked to him plenty of times. Yeah. So, he knows we all know that's just that that's the way it is. And he knows better. He's been in trouble before. He knows better that he knows he has to listen to us. And we don't come here just to just to just to take people to jail. You were going to walk right back in the house if you didn't want to say anything. Walk right back in the house. But when I asked you to walk away from him and you start walking towards me, he gets like that, he's going to go to jail. Okay. Is did anything happen that you want to tell me? No. Okay. So, nothing happened? Why did you run to a car and say that Indian River County? Yes. And how is bail set there? H how is bail set? It's 500 bucks. 500 bucks. Is that all you needed to know? Are you going to tell me anything? Anything that happened? The man was charged with resigning. Now, meet a woman who went full-blown dramatic after being kicked out of the house. And she definitely didn't take it well. On April 17th, 2022, officers were dispatched to a residence where a woman was refusing to leave and causing a disturbance. He's trying to make me leave and I live here and he didn't have a problem until just now he's high and he's talking about me behind these people but he's saying that he wants me to leave but he just said that because I said something to him about talking about me behind my back and now he's telling me he wants me to go. I'm not going. I live here. How long have you lived here? Uh for over a week now and he's gone. It's just because he's talking like he's trying to help me. But if you don't move here, you should tell me that beforehand. Don't wait. And you stay cuz he called the cops like that. And no, he's not because I live here. Anyway, I let her stay with me for a few days. Said, "Okay." And anyway, I told the neighbors, "She's not my girlfriend." Okay. And that's what caused all this. Okay. And she kept jump she kept jumping on the fish and bumping her chest in. So, I said, "I better call you." How long uh has she been here? 3 days. That's it. 3 days. She get she get mail here or anything? No. She have a key to your house? Nope. All right. Stay here for me. All right. What was going on today? There's nothing other than him being a So that's Patty. Sorry. He called the cops. There was nothing going on here until I mentioned something that he said about me behind my back. What? And he called the cops about that. So what did he say? Uh something about nothing to do with me. And I'm I was having nothing to do with you. The neighbors said, "Where's your girlfriend?" He's not my boyfriend. And he said to like that like I'm not supposed to be here. Like he don't. And he said, "Well, you can go." Because I heard you said he didn't know I was here. He thought I had left, you know, go somewhere. And he went off about that. That's childish. No, I haven't done anything wrong. I went anywhere. Talk to me. I I haven't I haven't broken any laws. He's going to be the primary officer. So, you you need to tell me your story. I just called him. I'm not He's going to be the primary one. I did nothing wrong. How long How long have you been for 5 minutes? Look. How long have you stayed? You never stop. I'm sorry. I have done nothing wrong. Why does everybody handle me? This mother over here shot off three shot three shotguns the other day. A man over here. Okay, that's not what I'm here for. Very stressful. That's not what I'm here for. And this man is up saying that he don't want me here. But he didn't have a problem. How long have you stayed here? Over two over 3 weeks. Over 3 weeks. He says 3 days. I don't care what he said. You told me one week. He's lying. Okay. So, you just I just been back a week, but I was here before that. All my stuff's here. I have two here. I have belongs here. I have paperwork here. What kind? I'm not going anywhere. What kind of paper? This man over here shot a gun off three times and did not go to jail. All right, you're yelling at me and that's not going to sell anything. I don't care. I'm yelling. I'm not shooting a gun. I talking I got I got freedom to speak. Yep, you do. And that's what I'm doing. Defending myself. I'm not blowing anybody. Nothing that shows that you live here. I don't have nothing cuz I ain't got it from him yet. I'm not dealing with life. If you don't have anything that shows you live here, he has to he has to evict me. No, he doesn't. Yes, he does. No, he doesn't. I'm going in to get my The woman didn't provide the documents and refused to listen. A simple situation became much difficult because of her actions here. Huh? She don't have anything saying that she lives here or anything like that? No. No, absolutely not. She's I let her stay here for a few days. Yeah. And because I was whatever I was helping her. Yeah. No, no, no. I get it. I don't know what happened. Yeah. You're just trying to help her out and see this. She flipped. Yeah, I get it. I get it. Okay. Where's your goddamn day job? This is my day job. Well, you ain't doing a good job. Okay. You going to let a man with a gun get away and you going cuz a man back here is just What am I What am I here for? Come back and the grand keep up. What am I here for? I don't know because that man called you up and you believe in him and I'm not going nowhere. No, you're taking his side, not mine. And I don't give a cuz I'm not. You won't tell me your side. I told you my side. You just want to yell. It's stupid to even have the cops involved in the grand scheme of things, sir. That's why I'm yelling. But this is stupid. Okay. But you have nothing that shows you live here. So I there's nothing that says he lives here. Tell him to have it. Tell him where his ask him. Ask him. I will. Okay. Do you live here? I have to ask. Oh, yes. You have something to show me you live here? You have an ID? You have paperwork? Oh, sure. Well, not at my sister's house. Remember my record? Yeah, actually I do. I I got my uh Sure. Sure. Just check it. I'll I'll get Yeah, you're good. Just that up and then give me something. Show me. You look I'm not trying to hurt yourself. Please don't hurt me. Don't touch me. Sit back. I want to go inside and get my stuff and leave. Okay, this man. No, I don't need him to. I'm No, I'm not going. I'm not going. I'll give you a reason. Sit down. Sit down. No. Don't sit down. No. Sit down right now. I'm not touching you. You're touching me. You're trying to push your back. Sit down. I'm not touching you. You're in my space. Let me get my camera on you. I got it. It's all recorded. Go in there. And it's all recorded. Okay. Did you get the paperwork? That's what I'm working on. But you're out here trying to argue with him. So, no, I'm not. I'm trying to go in. Exactly. You're arguing. Why don't you get the man with the gun to start off the other day? Y'all are stupid. Okay. Okay. Great. Keep my Why are you manhandling me? Cuz you're trying to push past us. I haven't touched you. You came to where I live. I didn't bother you. You're not going in the house. No, I'm not going I'm not going out the house. I'm sitting right here. As long as I'm not in that goddamn house. That's not true. Yes, it is true. That's not true. You're on the property. I don't give a I don't have a ban. I don't have a property ban. What are y'all talking about? I didn't say that property ban. The situation became problematic as the woman refused to sit and instead ignored legal commands confronting the officers. Can I show you why have a problem with her now? Can I show you right here? Why can't go in the house? You're crazy, sir. I have not done anything. I swear I wouldn't hurt nobody. Why are y'all doing this to me? This man right here. I was in here back here working the other day. I've done nothing wrong. I don't care if y'all quil me. Stop. No. Right. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop touching me. Don't [ __ ] touch me. Class here. Don't know what I do. Don't touch me. Hey, you're going to get Why are you touching me, sir? I'm not touching you. Push past us. I live here. You don't. You don't either. Why are you here? You don't know nothing. Leave me alone. Please. That's all I want. And nobody does. Y'all are bothering me. I'm not bothering y'all. Is that y'all's job? Is it really? And see, y'all don't talk to me. Y'all don't listen to him. Y'all don't even listen to me. Why? And y'all wonder why I'm getting mad. Y these people know what happened. They asked him where I was and he got and I got upset cuz he said something about me and that's why he wanted me to leave. Ask them, please. They're witnesses. Did you ask them? Are you a Can you please tell them? I'm about to go talk to them. Please. Hey, I'm not y'all. I'm about to go. I'm about to talk to them. I swear to God. Yeah, I really did. No, I didn't. He called the cops for no reason. Hey, there's here. Sorry. So, I'm doing nothing wrong. Sit down and calm down. I swear though, it's not right. Sit down and calm down. You're screaming at me and trying to push past me because I'm upset, man. Take a big line and daddy, man. Nothing over there for the homies rain out the other day and this man's calling the cops on me and y'all trying to jump on me. I'm a woman. I'm not trying to jump on anybody. Yes, I are. I see y'all together. No, I'm trying to talk to you, but you're not let talking to me. You talking to him. This ain't a man. Him. You didn't even feed his fruit. I've been with you the whole time. I don't care. You have not. You just got here. You don't even know how long I've been here. I meant to. You don't know nothing but what he told you. You're not listening to me. Why wouldn't I be mad? You're yelling at me. You won't. Then talk to me. Don't yell. I'm sorry, but I'm sick of talking. Don't yell. Listen better. I'm sorry. I'm not a bad person. I didn't say you're a bad person. I ain't say about me. Just trying. I seen him outside and I asked him. I said, "Um, where's your girlfriend?" And um he was like, "Well, I think she's going somewhere or whatever." So I said, "Well, okay then." So he was like, "That's not my girlfriend." So I was like, "Okay, well I didn't know." So he was like, "Well, you don't even my girlfriend." So I'm like, "Okay. Yeah. So, I just like sat right here, drank my little soda, and that was it. And she just started going off. No, I get it. It's just one of those things residency. That's all. Yes, sir. I didn't do anything wrong, though. Why is he doing that? Why are y'all doing this? Don't follow or what? I haven't done nothing. Been in here working. Where's your girlfriend at? That's crazy. Y'all throwing me in glass for no reason. Not throwing you anything. Since they didn't find proof she lived there, they would need to evict her. But it's unlikely she would leave without some agreement. His property. All right, Miss Moore, let's go. Go where? Uh, you got to leave from here. I'll leave. Right. I know. Okay, let's go. I'll leave right I won't come in this house. Don't go this way. You going right through the front door? Yeah. And then right through the front door. My kids. It's already out there. Yep. I'm not leaving him without a way to call anybody else. He knows it. I don't have to lie, sir. I can't leave him with no way to call anybody else. No, she's pissed all over me because you're officers. No, y'all want me and that's not mine. Watch that. Okay, that's not my person. That's not I don't want I don't want nothing. Listen, I don't want to take Put this back in your bag or you take nothing of his and him. Put this back in the bag or you're going somewhere. That's not my stuff, sir. I'm not taking this stuff. Put this back in the bag or you're going somewhere. Can I put it in here? This is not mine. I don't want it. I'm not taking nothing that don't belong with him and then say I took something wrong. Okay, I get your stuff and let's go. I just don't want nothing to answer in my bag. It's time to go. No. This is the last time I want my phone. It's time to go. I want my phone. It's time to go. Drew, bring me my phone, please. That's the least you can do. I'm not I'm going, but I need my phone. Please, y'all. I can't talk to nobody or nothing. Where? No. Bring my phone. I just got it. Let's go. Stop yelling. Let's go. I don't know. Let's go. Let's go. We're lying. Let's go. I'm out. Right on the street. Out this property. That's all. [Music] I'm right here off this property. You need to continue to go. No, I want my phone call when I'm off this property. You need to continue to call. Listen. Okay, I'm going. I'm going. Okay. I'm calling. I'm calling you. That's it. Nope. We gave you two. We gave you ample amount of time. My phone. I haven't done anything. I'll stop. I'll stop now. Please. I'm very upset. I'm sorry. Listen, we gave you apple amount of time. Okay.
