described how his girlfriend had turned violent during their confrontation hey how can we help you where start um so my girlfriend was here her phone was like all off and stuff she is down the street now and her dad is down there with her but he can't calm her down there so just so you guys know she is down okay um this is her dealer's house and I came here because she said she was at work and it was just my first guest so I drove here I saw her car and then her dad said that get her help time and then she came out and then that's when I got out hey what's going on and I was still on the phone with the operator at this time that she was like took my glasses off my face screaming bloody murders he came out he was banging on my window saying get thead but like I'm not trying to start anything out man I don't know what I'm supposed to be showing just coming back to fight everyone and beat the out of the cops coming back to fight Ed can't believe you call the cops of all people hope you assault on a peace officer and interference with official acts this boyfriend's tantrum includes so many things including the world's worst Escape Plan clearly anger management wasn't on his to-do Santa Rosa County officers were dispatched to a neighborhood in response to a reported domestic dispute Witnesses reported seeing a young male assaulting a young female aggressively breaking her vehicle's windows and slashing her tires the officers then spoke with those at the scene unfolding the disturbing events from firsthand accounts it's her boyfriend but my son unfortunately and I say I didn't mean to say unfortunately but I'm just not changing and I've literally told her to leave leave leave leave and she won't listen to me this wallet right here mom I've got I fig and listen if they freaking look at his biological before adoped he has felonies misdemeanors he has everything so I mean if y'all would actually look at the whole picture here suicide nine times like literally Landing okay where is the that located do you do you know the street uh it's right off of uh Norman Riley out in Lake Baker okay all right if you look up Wilderness Landing Park it's a free camping okay she she was okay um so I I noticed that you have injuries on your face you have you know a black eye your cheek is swollen um how did you get those injuries the black eye was a couple days ago my busted lip was last night and my cheek was today okay was that while you guys were in the vehicle no it was at my my cheek was right then and there at the corner when one of the neighbors literally ripped him out of the car because he was hitting me inside the vehicle he I locked myself in the car he got out and he started stabbing my tires and he started destroying my windshields and trying to get in trying to unlock the door he finally unlocks the door and he hops in and starts punching me he pulls the E bra on I can't put it down um so you said he did that to your windshield did you have um air here or he destroyed that last night and my tail light he did your tail like last night or today last night okay um so your lip it looks like it's bleeding is that from when he was punching you in the vehicle that was last night before before they called the cop okay um so your swollen cheek is from today okay okay um yeah thank you the girlfriend continued revealing more about his behavior and actions he could have cut himself when he was uh he was threatening to stab himself in the chest the whole way okay um and that was from the fight he's extremely suicidal he kept telling me over and over we've been on and off for almost 3 years okay um he his biggest threat is he's going to kill himself if I leave and we've broken up before and we got back together after a month okay I was really just trying to go back home I kept telling him let me just take take my thing and just leave where's home okay um and when were you guys stopped down there is that how the he pulled the E bre and probably almost pop the back tires because every every tire is pretty much bald because he just dogs my car he wouldn't let me drive it it wouldn't let me do anything I couldn't did you see what literally been driving around all night he just had court he already had a cave with you okay um what happened last last night when the deputies were calls uh we drove off I never spoke to them okay so you left before they got there um yesterday was a court case for battery for you as the victim yeah in uh Chris view okay are you guys um living together at the tent site we were but not anymore we packed everything okay my name's nicked what happens uh ly yeah hey did you lose conscious at all peace s where did the witness go I don't know who's the it was the no the blue shirt that was walking I saw a group of people walking that way is that was P woman it's a male he was down there okay that's probably his house then cuz when I first came by he's the one that told me where it is the house directly and I can go talk to him for you okay yeah I just need to get a statement from him cuz apparently he actually witnessed the battery is what she's saying of him punching old man yeah okay I know he was she said it was the guy in the blue shirt I think he was wearing a blue shirt okay you I don't remember I don't remember what you said something I thought you were just screaming for your there and I saw him trying to get out he was using his elbows and hands to kind beat on the windshield I think he shattered it with his okay and then she let him in the car and then at that point I was already kind of getting out and I saw her saw hit her and her head kind of went into the to the driver side window and that's when I heard okay so she was in the driver's seat at the time that she was hit um do you remember was it like a closed fist like a punch or slap it had to be a close fist her head recoil but I didn't see it okay so you saw the motion of him like swinging at her several times several time I just saw the one hit that that got her pretty solid at that point I P okay do you remember um was the door open or closed at that point okay the passenger door was like cracked open that um and then was he standing outside of the vehicle do you remember or was he inside like on top of her okay okay um and then did you already provide your information okay um let me grab a I I threw styrofoam freaking plates at her I took a roll a styrofoam place cuz she beat the crap by me and like slammed be on my hip and I got back up I hit her with a bag of Styrofoam plates that should be in the back of the car still okay and um oh sorry that's okay take your time I'm trying to think it was a really eventful night um so then after after that she started sewing like aess she slung a I think it was a 2x4 and then a a broom pole at me and I dodged the broom pole and uh and that's how that damage to the mirror happened on the car I and this was all last night last but so what happened today no I not done yet okay and then she made me run from the cops last night she turned off the lights and run okay why is this zapping me or is this my arm not zapping you okay okay keep going and um so we we we got we got to like Alabama for some reason cuz I was driving in the dark and I can't see what was happening bad eyesight and like halfway one eye and a stigmatism also okay I'm choking up sorry I got that's okay and um so we had turn all the way from Alabama and on the way back from there is when we started arguing again and she bit me this don't really show anymore oh she bit me physical Al altercation and I'm afraid to even say this part because last time we talked about it the first battery charges that got dropped she attacks me first she's a very uh offensive a woman okay I'm usually on the defense gotcha I'm string be I can't do much um um what was it so we we pulled over and we talked about it and we promised we never hit each other again despite his claims of self-defense officers had clear evidence that told a different story of The Assault it was evident to them who was lying we were on the way here and I just didn't want to go near people I wanted to spend all day with her today I grew up watching my step I beat my mom and I think of him as a monster and I can't live with myself like that and I told her I'd like to spend my day with you than by myself she was going to leave me here as soon as I did it I started realizing what I did cuz I I black out whenever I get like that I didn't take my medicine day I have anxiety and I almost something depression medicine and and take of this today we ain't eaten today so we both probably hungry and she wouldn't let me in the car I freaked out and as soon as I freaked out I was turning and my foot was staying on the brake he kept trying to hit the gas uh and turn the wheel and try to get me off he was trying to push me out of the car so I bit his shoulder and that's when he punched me in the face and that was after he already sliced your tire with smashing the wind sh okay okay that was right when the neighbor came out and literally reached in and yanked him off I mean he literally chucked him out of the car shut the door and told me to run the man was charged with resisting arrest property damage and domestic violence battery when pretending to be someone else goes neighborhood following a report of possible domestic violence involving a woman named Deborah consolo who falsely identified herself as Christine leelan upon arrival officers confronted her and began 2021 Athens Clark County Police Department officers responded to a domestic violence call involving a suspect who had recently been released from a 7-year prison sentence despite being on parole with tried to get all she tried to grab on to me again and like I took her arm off right that's whenever this scratch and then like I have a scratch on my back for like her trying to grab like the back like the collar right cuz it's pretty high up and still but she finally left but that's whatever I realized I left my car keys like what's going on okay so we went to go get something to eat and then we came back here where did you guys go to eat R grip where was that R grip oh okay okay then we came back here we right here he was driving I was in the passenger then we got into this big argument this big fire or whatever my son's actually in the back he sleeping what was the argument about him cuz we were together and now we're not together and we have a baby together okay and then so I asked him a question and then it brought up like girls that he has done things with or this that and the other and I just got mad he got mad and then we started fighting over that and then he stormed out got out of the car left his car keys and then um I dri he threatening to uh no no no no no not at that point he just literally left he just ran into his house then I was in the past seat I jumped into this um seat then I just drove off or whatever cuz he went in the house and then he called me and then he was like give me my car keys give me my car keys and then that's when I was like dude like you this B the other like this a bunch of stuff or whatever he was like if you don't bring me my car keys I'm going to send these videos to him and I'm going to send videos to him and he knows a lot of people he's going to spread it or whatever and I'm just like like why would you do that like I entrusted you with those videos of whatever you know and then that's just what he's been saying this whole entire time which is why he said he's going to call the cops and I was like I mean go for it like I'll be more than glad to sit here and wait which what which is what I did so that's just what happened and then he just still has the videos and he refuses to delete them and he's going to send them like he literally said like he literally already texted somebody and they texted me and they was like don't do that or whatever and then um he was all regardless whether you bring me my car my car keys back like I'm going to send them I'm going to send them to people I'm going to send them to him I'm going to send them to him he's going to send them to people was like like then I'm not going to bring them to you or whatever so then he stood right here and then he said he was going to call the cops so call the cops and I was like okay I'll sit here and I'll wait and then push thing my thing or whatever he was standing right here I R her down a little bit okay it's just keep talking okay like literally tried to drive off so he wouldn't break it so he's in the back sleeping so then um I like drove off and then I like circled and he like called me again and then I need to bring him his keys and bring his keys and then I think that's after I cired that time I came here I parked because and then I stood right here and I just waited in the car for he was set in his car I set in my car and we just waited for you guys okay so would you you guys initially started arguing coming back after eating yes okay so you guys started arguing about the past about ex y y y did you guys stop after we got a drink we drove a little bit more up north to figure out what I wanted to eat or whatever so then he um suggested Rib Crib and I was like sounds good so then we got Rib Crib everything was good everything was fine then then after uh went to Rib Crib got through go that Rib Crib we were par there we're waiting for it we drove back down back down and then was it here you start yeah think we were parked then he came back here after I had you already got back from your food the food yes the situation was intense leaving officers hesitant to draw any conclusions prompting them to we were like fighting fighting physical and then um after he stayed in the car and then he started driving and that's when we got here the first time the very first time we don't have drinks we don't have food nothing we were just sitting here and then that's when I was like are you going to go get food with me and then eventually he was like yeah let's go so then that's when we went and then we got to kichi we got the drink and then from kich to Red Crib and then back here and then back here so when did the scratching happen on his arm I'm assuming when the shirt got ried was that back here ripped and then he got he got his scratch and then whenever he started driving we were still arguing we were still arguing and that I was getting more mad even more mad and he was just like shut the [
