[music] right now. >> Come on. Come on. >> Come on. Come on. >> Hit play. Grab [music] the couch. Got your name on the screen. You send me that link. I say, "Girl, [music] let me see." >> Yeah. You left. I lean in close. >> We already know the vibe. One more kick, [music] one more take. Now we both don't line. [music] >> From the first frame to the last frame, >> we don't miss a thing. >> If it's funny, [music] if it's wild, >> baby, let it rain. >> Slide over. >> I got [music] you. >> Don't skip ahead. >> We lock into the moment >> and we ride that way. At some point [music] we watch it together. Trending at some point we stay [music] on it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that bring that [music] you and me. [music] You pick [music] the funny ones. I pick the drama too. We pause on the comments like who said that to you? You smile [music] on the screen glow. Got me in the zone. Every little reaction make this house a home. Late night, same room, same [music] move, same show. If the thumbnail says go, then we already know. >> Slide [music] over here. >> I got you. >> Don't skip ahead. [music] >> We lock into the moment >> and we ride that way. Trending at some point. We watch it together. We stay [music] on it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that play. Bring that heat. You and me. >> Can't be beat [music] on point. Turn it up. Turn it up. >> If the world goes fast, we slow it down. >> One more video. Turn it around. [music] >> Talk back to the screen. Laugh till we cry. >> You be in the All night. >> All night. >> All night. [music] >> All night. We watch it together. [music] We stay on it forever. >> Yeah. Hit that. Bring that. [music] You and me. [music] [music] All right, sound check. Let me know. Are we okay? Can you hear me? Um, if you're new here, I talk. I talk a lot. I be pausing because it's a reaction. It's not just a straight watch through, but I linked all the videos in the description box. If that's uh, you know, what you really really wanted, no problem. All right, for those that are staying, Body Cam Bingo version 9 is out. Links in the pinned comments, I believe, right now or it's No, it's in the description box right now. It's in a comment in the live chat, but I didn't pin it. And then, um, and we just play for fun. It's free. There's nothing happening here. Nothing crazy. All right. So, we do we still continue on with the new format that I've tried, which is what prosecutors must prove. But since this is a follow-up on the very first body cam, I'm not going to do that with this first one because this is the one we watched, I think just last weekend with the lady that uh let me get my let me get the bingo card out the way with the lady that didn't want to provide her ID. Well, we have Sergeant Curtis's point of view to weigh in on her saying she doesn't have to provide her ID and all that stuff. I had I didn't watch it ahead, but y'all know I have come to trust Sergeant Curtis's opinion, so we're going to watch it again with his commentary. Um, I may not have as much to add unless it's just more of a didn't know that or you know, whatever. So, yeah, we're gonna watch it. So, if you're like, I've seen this one before, you have. But we we're just listening to Sergeant Curtis's uh thoughts on it. So, let's go ahead and start with him. And I think that's it. All right. Let me know if the sounds good once the video starts playing, too. >> That's a freaking bogus ass charge, and you know it. >> You did it, not >> No, I didn't do anything. I got out of the vehicle. >> There's a saying that goes headstrong but dead wrong. And no other profession is that more apparent than running into people who push the limit so far that they argue with the officer all the way through the stop straight into handcuffs and directly to jail. This is one of those. >> Dispatch received. >> So right here I just want you to take a look at something that's really interesting from a car stop and officers who are aware. Look at this. You can see the driver and how intently they are looking back at the officer. Another reason why I prefer the passenger side approach, although you can see them in the other mirror. I just take note of how intently they're watching me during my approach. And then most officers who are sharp do the same. >> Hi, how can I help you? >> How's it going? Deputy the sheriff's office. I'm just stopping you for the stop sign there at Walnut. You just kind of rolled straight through it. Okay. I don't want nobody to get hit. People ride bikes and stuff through here. Okay. >> I rolled through the stop sign. >> Yeah. like pretty blatantly. >> Okay. I don't recall doing that at all. I >> That's fine. I watched you do it. Do you have your license insurance? >> Yeah, I do. >> The positioning again back behind the B-pillar. I'm always going to mention it cuz to me it's not tactically advantageous, especially now she's digging inside of her purse. What is she reaching for? We don't know. >> I'll show you my license. I don't ever let anyone hold it. >> Well, I need it. So, >> I'm required to show it to you. >> Okay. I need it so I can go run your information. There's my information. Right. >> Give me your Give me your driver. I'm not doing this, >> sir. >> Ma'am, I'm not required. >> Listen to me. Listen. >> No, sir. >> I need >> I am not required to give it. >> 314 769. >> This is definitely going poorly. From a tactical perspective, I'd like to mention that the officer walked with his back completely. Never kept his eye on this aggressive person who's driving. Can we do both? Can we walk and look and keep an eye on this person? I've mentioned this in videos before. Tactical perspective. want to keep an eye on a person and make it feel uncomfortable that we keep our back to them for any extended period of time. >> Talk to me. >> She's refusing to give me her ID so she doesn't have to give it to me. >> No. >> Yeah. So, we'll see how this goes. >> Do you want me to talk to her? >> Nah. >> You try. She's just I don't know why she >> That's fine. I mean, he can look at the information, but >> can you hand me your >> No, sir. I'm I don't >> They're on the phone. Dial of defense. And we've seen that the dial of defense gives horrible advice. >> Here's my license here. Here's my license. >> I will not hand you my license back. >> Is that like a little colloquial saying, the dial of defense, like when every time somebody get pull over, they got to call somebody and plead their case to whoever's on the phone and then the person on the phone just gives bad advice. Is that what that is? [laughter] cuz I'm I'm taking contest clues. That's what I would take it as. I'm >> not required to hand you in your hand. >> Listen, I'm going to tell you what's going to happen is I'm going to call for a supervisor and he's going to tell you that you're going to give me your license. >> No. No, sir. >> And for for the time being because with all due respect, listen to me. Listen to me. >> No, sir. >> Yes. Yes, ma'am. >> Step out, please. >> No. Step out. >> Excuse me. >> Step out, please. >> No. >> All right. Uh yes, Jacqueline. He said that it's preferred for safety reasons to go in the passenger side. I've seen some police do it, but I don't see it commonly done yet. So, that's interesting that that's the safest way um to do it. So, I wonder if we're going to see more and more police officers go to the passenger side or not. And also, when we watched it the first time, I did not notice her face all intent in the side view mirror. He's got a keen eye for sure. Would have skipped right over that. Okay. You took it that way, too, Lovable. Okay. Like it's just whoever they call, they about to give us some horrible advice. Okay, >> sir. >> Yes, you are uncooperative. I would like you to exit vehic I don't want to talk to you. I'll speak to him. >> This is my traffic stop. >> I I don't care. You don't >> I need you to step out. Yes. >> You'll just have to wait a second. >> No, I don't. It's not on your timing. It's on mine. >> No, it's not. >> There's United States case law. Pennsylvania versus New York. >> I don't care about that. Okay. You're going to go to jail for resisting if you don't get out of your car. >> What am I under arrest for? >> 14. You have a supervisor now. >> What am I under? So just just just hear me out for a second. I >> I am >> He's asked you to step out of the vehicle. Whether you agree with it or not, that's a lawful command. Okay. >> So just if you step out and comply, we can, you know, wrap this up. It probably would have even been a warning. He probably would even gave you whatever he pulled over for. >> Um >> this is Can I say something? >> Of course. Go ahead. I'll hear. >> He asked for my driver's license. I showed it to him. I know for a fact that I'm not required by law to give it to him in his hand. >> So where's your driver's license currently? My driver's license is right here. That's my driver's license. I showed it to him because I'm driving a motor vehicle. I'm required to show you my license if you ask them. >> Do you mind if I get that? >> But I I don't have to give it to I don't ever hand anybody original documents in their hand. >> Okay. Do you mind if I get your license so I can run you? >> There it is right there. I'll show it to you. There. There's my license right there. There's my name right there. I'll show it to you, but I'm not I don't ever hand it over. I've lost licenses that way. I don't >> As soon as you hand over, I'll give it right back. Okay. >> This is what I'm excited about. Lovable. I wanted to hear what he said because I'll just restate the part I remember of my opinion about this. I thought you do have to let them physically hold your license because there's indicators to make sure it's not a fraudulent license. Like the holograms, the little extra pictures, the now now you got the real ID symbols. It's all kinds of stuff. There's ridges sometimes. like I feel like you have to physically touch it for those reasons. Now, I don't know um what they're going to do for the states that now can um have their ID electronically on their phone, but I'm guessing it has to come from possibly a certain app. So, there will be other ways to make sure it's not fraudulent, but that was my guess. So, let's see what Sergeant Curtis says. >> Sir, I don't hand >> It's probably just going to be a warning and we'll get you out of here. You're make you're making this more difficult. >> I don't hand I don't hand my documents. >> So, at this point at this point, I'm asking you to step out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Okay. And I will >> So, go ahead and step out right now at this moment because I' i've tried the nice approach and now you're not listening. >> Permission to touch anything in my vehicle. >> So, go ahead and step out or I'm going to pull you out of the vehicle at this point. >> So, listen. >> I'm going to step out, but you don't have permission to touch anything. >> Can I explain Can I explain something to you very fast? >> What's that? >> So, listen. I am very knowledgeable in this. Okay? If you let me talk, I'll let If you let me talk, I will let you talk. There's United States case law, Pennsylvania versus Mims. If you are ordered to exit your vehicle on a traffic stop by a law enforcement officer, you must do my vehicle, but you don't have permission to touch anything in my vehicle. Nothing. >> When my supervisor gets here, I'll be getting your driver's license. >> No, you won't, sir. It's in my vehicle. >> Stand right there on the hood of that vehicle. Okay. >> So, this is something good that I'd like to mention. The backup officer, he attempted to deescalate the situation. And sometimes handing it off to another officer if you get off to a bad star person is a tool that police can utilize. And if it can deescalate the situation, good. This lady is being very obtuse. She's wrong in everything she's saying because it's clear. In fact, I look at the back of a Florida driver license, a valid one. It says the state of Florida retains all property rights herein. And the last revision on the most recent license that I'm seeing, March 1st of 2020. This occurred after that. So the license that a person has is actually property to state. The officer is acting on behalf of the state. the words that she's getting caught up in is present the license, which is a semantics argument that I presented by just showing me, is this like a hill that you want to die on? Is this an argument you want to make to give the officer your license? It doesn't make sense that adults act this way. >> All right, before we go on, thank you for the super chat, Akuo. Thank you so much. Starting off my morning. Okay, [laughter] I know I'm I'mma get a treat. I don't know what tree yet, but I'm going to treat myself. So, I'm kind of wait. Thank you very, very much. >> Don't have permission. You >> have any weapons on your person? >> No, I don't. >> What? >> No, I do not. >> You don't have permission to touch anything in my car. >> Is that your car? >> Yes, it is. >> So, I'm just going to I just want to start here. I feel like we got off in the back. What's your reasoning for not wanting to give your license? never hand over original documents to anybody. I I carry copy I don't have the copies with me, but I have paper copies of things that I'll show you, but I will not hand >> Is there Is there a reason? >> Yes. Because I've lost things that way before. >> Okay. You lost them, not us. Right. >> I [clears throat] have lost original documents by handing them over before. I will not do that again. >> What's that in his hand right there? Those not original documents? >> No, I Those are papers. I can get more of those. I have more of those, but there is a document. >> They're cut. >> It's clear this woman is confused about what her rights actually are in this situation. Just like how every year countless people find themselves confused when trying to find the right Medicare plan that works for them, which is exactly >> I thought I was losing my mind. Oh my god. I was like, what did she say about Medicare? Hold on. We got Sorry, Sergeant Curts. We got to skip that part. Hold on. I was I thought I was going crazy. I was like, when she mention Medicare? Okay, let's keep going. and say this is your registration. >> Yeah, I think that and that's fine. I can get another one of those, but government issued things like >> also get another license. >> No, too. >> No, sir. I know for for a fact I'm not required to hand an officer my driver's license. I have to show it to you. >> Do you read case law? >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. Do you know the case law for this? >> I don't know it off the top of my head, but I can find it quickly. Okay. >> So, this officer is doing so many good things to try to deescalate. He's being extraordinarily patient with this lady. He even used may we start over again, which is phenomenal to deescalate a situation. But she doesn't want to start over. She wants to keep on the same track. But in fairness, I have to say that I have accidentally held on to people's driver license before. And I'm not saying this is in her defense, and I know other cops have done it before. It's not a reason to not give an officer a license. >> I'm just I'm just saying I know what my rights are. >> Yeah, I know your rights, too. I'm I'm certified in the state of Florida as officer. I know rights. I know case law. I know everything. >> That's excellent. Because right now, >> so I just I just don't understand. >> He's violating my rights right now. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Explain me how >> he's say he first of all, he lied to me saying that I have to hand my license over. No, I don't. I don't have to give it. >> I'mma say it again. I said it the last time when he peaks his head out of the SUV. It tickles me every time. It's like he wants to make sure he catches all the BS coming out of her mouth. [laughter] It's just the way he does it. >> He wants I didn't ask for your opinion. asked how your rights are being violated. >> I just told you that's not opinion. It's a fact that it's okay. >> Um, >> I'm sorry you feel that way about how whatever you got going on with your original documents, but that's unfortunately not how it goes. >> I know what the law is. >> Okay. Hey, you know, >> I know I don't have >> a lot. You can definitely and I feel like we're going to get a lot of bingo squares today. Okay. So, you can definitely do I know the law square somewhere. It's going to be different on y'all's links, but I know the laws of square you can take right now. Uh I don't know if she said anything else yet or they said anything yet, but that's one you can you can do for sure. >> A lot of people a lot of people do think they know the law and >> I have to show it. I don't have to give it to him in his hand. I if they ask for anything of mine, a passport, a driver's license, I'll show you soft copies or I'll show you paper copies. Nobody's Nobody gets the original. >> You want to run it? There's the information on my driver's license right there. >> Type it in your computer. Run it. But I don't have to give it to you to take back to your car. Sit there in front of your computer. >> Okay. Is that That's your opinion. Did you get pulled over often? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. What did you get pulled over for today? >> He's saying that I ran a stop sign or I don't know what he's saying. He's saying that I rolled through a stop sign, not >> so I still haven't heard anything that would violate your rights. I'm still trying to I'm still not tracking on that aspect. >> I'll get a lawyer and lawyer will deal with that. >> Okay. Because you're saying you're right. It's violated because he's saying you have to he has to get your license, right? Does he is he in possession of your license? >> No, but he's threatening me with arrest if I don't hand it to him. >> Well, that's not what the arrest threat was for. He didn't make any threats. He stated that you would be arrested if you didn't step out of all caught on your body. So, we're It'll get >> you You would have been arrested if you didn't step out of the vehicle is what he said. >> Okay. Well, I'm here right now. >> Right. So, here we are. You're here. Your rights have not been violated. He doesn't have your license for the camera, but whatever. We'll deal with it in court if we have to. I'm good. >> For sure. >> What exactly are we waiting for here? >> What do you mean? >> What are we waiting for here? >> For the duration of the stop. >> Okay. >> So, my partner's done conducting his business. You're not free to leave. >> Okay. So I I'm detained and you can only detain me for like 20 minutes unless you're going to arrest me. >> You were detained since since you were stopped. Yeah. >> Is there a certain time limit of deta being detained? Now I a different Sergeant Curtis video I watched. He said that there is an average handle time that they try to stick by. But there I don't think there's an actual hard time limit on how long someone can be detained at a traffic stop. I think it has to be reasonable, but I don't think you can just say, "Oh, 20 minute timer is out. You better have gotten everything you did." uh that you needed to get done done. >> So, we're about 15 minutes into it. >> Assuming you know that case all too, right? >> Okay. She's 100% wrong. There is a US Supreme Court case, US versus sharp with an E on the end. And this US Supreme Court has ruled very clearly that there's no bright line time limit on how long the officers can stop a person during their investigation. However, they have to be diligently pursuing their investigation and not prolonging it for anything other than that investigation. There's another case that's interesting to know as well. Rodriguez verse US, which means if the police pull a person over, for example, a traffic violation, they're writing them a citation, they can't prolong that stop or go on a fishing expedition by like getting K-9 out to extend the time of the stop. stop is as long as it takes to write that citation and they can't divert from that time to try to extend it for a K-9 unit to arrive to start a new collateral investigation. So, two cases to check out, the Sharp case and the Rodriguez case. Very interesting read. >> I do want to look at the Rodriguez case. It's so funny. So, we were out on the work event uh two days ago, Thursday, and while we were waiting our turn to play glow-in-the-dark mini golf, um which was very fun. Um we were talking about some body cam stuff and we were talking about getting stopped, open air sniffs, and stuff like that. And somebody was talking about how they have to already have had a reason for that to be part of their investigation. It can't just be the traffic stop itself to force you to wait for a K-9 to come and sniff the car to see if they can then search the car. It has to be already a part of that stop in some kind of way. They either would have when they talked to the person, it gave an indication that they're maybe hiding something or like this was a I don't know all the reasons. I'mma read I'mma read [clears throat] this though. I do want to look at that. Rodri Rodriguez versus the US and then he said US versus sharp for the timeline of an investigation. But that was interesting because I'm like, we were just talking about that. Okay. Ace Moonshot said, "Yes, you can get in trouble for keeping them too long, but not sure there is a number on that timeline." Right. Where'd she just pull out 20 minutes from? Like, no, ma'am. >> And the investigation diligent can't extend them. >> I don't have to answer that. I'm not going to answer that. >> Does it take that long to run a tag, to run my name? But that's all it's doing in there. I don't know what else we're waiting for here. I need to be on my way. >> Can you turn around? Put your hands behind your back, please. >> What am I being arrested for? >> Arrest for resisting. >> Resisting. What? >> What am I charged with? >> Resist. >> Resisting. Obstruction. >> Put your hands together like >> you're praying. >> Resist. >> On these like hers. I always wonder what is the nuance difference and it's probably not even nuance. It's probably very clear, but what's the difference between her being charged with resisting versus obstructing for not physically handing over her ID? Uh I wonder if he's going to say anything about that. I might have to look it up later if I really get curious and I remember that I was curious about it. >> So what's my original charge resisting? If I'm resisting, then I have to be charged with I have to be arrested for something and I was resisting. >> I don't know who educated you, but that is not even close to correct. Do you have anything on you? Any weapons or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. We're going to show you a vehicle. >> How am I How was I resisting? >> I gave you >> Y'all, we just got a new bingo square. [laughter] [gasps] Omar said, "Hey, officer." [laughter] That is a bingo square. There it is on mine. And it's going to be somewhere different on y'all. [laughter] >> Multiple lawful commands to exit your vehicle. And I did. Can I finish a sentence ever? >> Go ahead. >> I gave you multiple lawful commands to provide you provide me your driver's license and exit your vehicle in which you told me no numerous times. >> I said no to my driver's license. I exited. >> Yes. >> Um >> I'd like to I'd like to roll up the window to my vehicle. >> So let me explain a little bit of what I believe her confusion is. And I'm not 100% sure, but I've heard this before where a person's like, "How are you arresting me for resisting arrest? You have to tell me what I was arrested for first, cuz I can't resist arrest if I'm not arrested." The confusion that people have is when they hear resisting, they think it means that the elements have to be from an arrest. Sometimes in certain jurisdictions, the elements are an obstruction type of the officer's investigation, and those two ride together. So, the arrest part is what the person is getting confused with. She thinks she has to be arrested when it's more of the obstruction interference stuff which were the elements of her not cooperating with the officer's initial investigation. That is my belief and many times people get confused in that. >> Okay, look my question got answered. That's what I tell you. Sergeant Curtis, thank you for lovable and others that introduced me to Sergeant Curtis because he literally just answered my question. So obstruction seems like it can be a subset of resisting. That's okay. I like it. And it did answer my question completely. So, I appreciate that she is doing the most. Terry [laughter] >> inventory search to make sure there's nothing valuable inside before the tow truck driver gets here. >> Okay. Well, they cannot search my vehicle without my permission. >> We don't need your permission because we're towing it and you are placed. Can I speak? >> Because you are under arrest and we are towing your vehicle. Per our policy, we are required to conduct an inventory search of your vehicle to make sure there's nothing of value in there that the tow truck or wherever can ultimately become missing or stolen later. That's why we are required to do an inventory. So, would you like any belongings to take to the jail? That's going to be the last time I asked. >> Values and or things that could be potentially dangerous, hazardous materials as well. They put in a toy yard, blow up, cause a fire. Those are kind of the main reasons for those inventory searches. >> I'm trying to be nice. You want me your phone? Your wallet? >> Um, yeah. I'll take my whole purse. I'll take Actually, you know what? Who's going to do the search in my vehicle? Excuse me, officer. Excuse me, officer. Get out of my vehicle, please. >> Excuse me, officer. Get out of my vehicle, please. >> All right. So, you're going to get your purse and your phone. >> I actually leave it in my vehicle. Put Put my stuff back. >> You don't have permission to go in. >> She doesn't want to take it. She doesn't want to take >> Put my stuff back. Do you have anything on you at all? It doesn't look like you have problems. >> I'm not going to even answer that question again. I've already answered it. >> I'm gonna just let you know if they find anything on your person. >> I already know that. I know that. Okay. >> Listen. Listen real quick. I'm going to pat you down with the back of my hand to prevent any type of groping or anything like that. Okay. >> There's supposed to be a female officer here. >> We do not have one anywhere near you. So that's why I am going to pat you with the back of my hand to make sure you have nothing on you sharp. That's all it is. I'm not going >> I always think Okay. So obviously, yes, it is preferable if you're going to be searched to be searched by a female officer. I have only seen one so far on body cam, one county specific, not state specific yet, but one county specific where it mandatorily has to be a female officer searching a female suspect. But it is to me mathematically impossible that they can make it mandatory in general that a female officer has to search a a female suspect. Make me more comfortable? Sure. I'd rather it be, but but it's there the the numbers aren't there. One, female officers don't just want to be search officers. They're there to do the same duty that the guys are doing. So, they're they're out on their own traffic stops. They're out on their own investigations. They're doing their own thing. So, if you take away those that are doing more than just searches, that's already doing the numbers. That's already small. So, I don't I don't know why people really do think that it has to be a female officer when that is not even general right now. And again, I don't see how the numbers could make it so either. Now, prefer preferably, yes, I would. If it was me, I'd prefer a female officer. But to say you have to, it's illegal if you don't, I don't think so. >> You guys are really crooked and correct. >> It's knowledgeable. >> No, no, no, no, no. >> It's okay. It's okay to not have knowledge in a certain area. That's why we try to educate. >> You know nothing about me. You're right. >> Nothing at all. >> You know everything. Go ahead and hop in. >> So sometimes back of the hand, some departments suggest to use an object just to brush the outer parts of the clothing. Obviously not a penetration type, but just over the outer areas where a person could potentially have a weapon. >> Yeah. That he needs to get out of my vehicle. He's doing an illegal search in my vehicle. >> Inventory. So when the tow truck comes that they don't break, >> he needs they need to get >> Yep. And then to add this layer, ace moonshot, not to mention gender really is not sexuality. That is another thing. And it's um I'll say it was ignored for a long time, but now it does have to be addressed more and more. So that's another complication. >> Out of my vehicle. I have said on your body. >> That's true, Jacqueline. And now I I've seen a couple guys like you need to get a man. So I have seen them say it, but mostly it's when women do it. But yes, that is true as well. They are searching men too because they're out there to do the job. Yes. >> Multiple times. >> Turn your face so I can grab your glasses. >> You do not have permission to get in my vehicle. >> All right. Well, you're going to the green roof in instead. >> I don't >> I hope you didn't turn that camera off. I hope that you're watching. I hope that all of that's on. They are conducting an illegal search of my vehicle right now. I said multiple times, they do not have permission to search my vehicle, and they're doing it anyways. This is the most corrupted sheriff's office and officers I have ever encountered in my entire life. It's absolutely disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. >> You want these sunglasses? >> You just conducted an illegal search in my vehicle. I hope that that dash cam >> Yeah, I do. >> Come with you or the car? >> You know what? Put everything in my car. You don't have the right to touch anything in my vehicle. Nothing at all. You people are disgusting. You're absolute crooks. You're disgusting. This is all going to court. Every single bit of it. You people are disgusting. You're disgusting. You're wrong. You are absolutely corrupt. You guys are corrupt as >> All right. Oh crap. Well, this isn't carto. >> You are so corrupt. You just violated my rights. Like you people are dirty as >> I don't know if you learned your rights. You're dirty. >> I don't know if you learned it from like TikTok or something, but that >> With all due respect, I have family members in this agency. You people are dirty as >> Yeah, that's the same thing y'all said last time. Like, if you're saying you got family members up and throughout the agency, but then you say all of y'all are dirty and corrupt and crooked. What are your family members? Um, I am going to add Tik Tok lawyer to the next bingo version. Version 10. If I can find my notes when it comes time to create version 10 cuz that would have counted for Tik Tok lawyer. [laughter] Let's see. Ace Moon said worst in her entire life. She has led a sheltered existence is all I can say. Right. That's the worst. You are have you are sitting nice. That's a great life. [laughter] >> Right. Whatever you say. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. Close it. All right. >> I don't want to see your ugly face. >> She has no chill. This She doesn't even slow down. She just keeps on this way and it gets even worse when they get to jail. >> I'm checking your name. >> Dirty ass. I'm not answering any of your questions. >> All right. >> You deserve to be on the other side of these bars. That's a freaking bogus ass charge and youing know it. >> You did it, not me. >> No, I didn't do anything. I got out of the vehicle. You're right. >> I got out of the damn vehicle. call. I don't have to. >> Sorry, I was muted. I hit the wrong button. I was saying that I think it's not so much about her getting out of her vehicle. Excuse me. That was a resisting. I think it was very much about her uh handing over her ID. So, not immediately getting out of the vehicle. Maybe they would still tack that on, but it's to me mostly about they said we need to physically hold your ID and you said no. >> Give you my license. I'm not going to give it to you. I'll show it to you. Type in the information in your computer. >> All right. >> Okay. You want to arrest me because I didn't get out of the vehicle the first time you asked me to. >> You're correct. >> You are up. >> Yeah, you're right. >> Yeah, I know I am. >> Dirty ass. Have you been arrested before? >> I'm not answering any of your questions. I invoke my fifth amendment right to remain silent. I want a lawyer. >> Girl, could you do that earlier? Jesus, you doing a lot of talking. Okay. Public friendmy number one says, "When a person puts their signature on a driver's license, that is their agreement to abide by all vehicle code regulations. Non-compliance with an officer on a legal traffic stop is itself a violation." I agree. And and and I do see them say driving is a privilege. It's not a right. So your privilege is uh predicated upon you following the rules that were able that you were able to um even get your license under. So yeah, I don't know why people just think I'm I don't have to [laughter] do anything like you have to follow those rules. >> I know that one. That's good. >> Blow down dirty lying sacks of all of you. >> Right. >> Right. And I think you know it. I don't know how you sleep at night, but you're going to pay for everything. All of your misdeeds in this life. You're going to pay for all of them. >> Yeah, I know. >> You're sick as >> I think she's enjoying it, too. Ace Moonshot. I just want to say this for those of y'all that learned about me later. Just so you know, a lot of these lips and the icons you see popping up, my Joy My Peace has hers right now. She had a different set of lips, I think. And then uh when uh Miss Lady One comes in the chat, she has her green Virgo lips. That's my art. That's my people supporting my art. I I drew those lips and I really appreciate the support of y'all. Oh, and DG, she'll come in with her Veterans Day lips that I made. So yeah, uh you know, I just want to say that cuz most of y'all haven't seen it cuz I I've had to do so much other stuff, but I do draw. Lips were my first thing I felt like I was really good at. So thank y'all for the support and the icons. Don't commit crimes. >> You I didn't commit a crime. You're the one that's committing a crime. >> Yeah, you're right. >> Is that all you've got? >> No, that's all you want to hear. >> Sick. >> That's what you want to hear. You're right. >> That's all you're You are sick. >> You're right. >> You're sick as telling me not to commit crimes. I'm a law-abiding citizen. You are a dirty, crooked, corrupted cop. >> I know. You're right. >> That is what you are. >> You're right. >> I know damn well I am. >> Go ahead, smirk and laugh about it. Karma's a [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> So now, >> oh, she's still talking. That's a good point, Jacqueline. She said, Jacqueline said she didn't want anyone handling her license, but she wants to leave her whole purse in the car. The car that's going to be towed, too, and not even be put with authorities that have a little more responsibility of handling your documents properly, but she won't leave her whole purse in the toe in the uh toward. Okay. Yeah, she makes so much sense. I'm with you, Ace. She just wants to argue. [clears throat] If you don't hand over your license, even if you show it to him, which is your only requirement and obligation, if you don't hand it over to them, they'll get pissed and then they'll make up some charge to arrest you just because you pissed them off. Nice. I bet you feel real good about your self. >> Well, I actually didn't want to arrest you to be honest. >> Then why did you >> Did you resist it? >> Cuz you thought I was being a little [ __ ] Because I didn't resist. So don't lie and say I did. It's all on camera. >> You're cor absolutely correct. >> Good. >> Absolutely. >> Because I didn't resist. >> You're right. >> When you're trying to arrest somebody and they resist, that's resisting. >> Not true. >> Yes. True. >> This the most don't know about the law but says I know the law person. She done tried to name so many things that don't exist. You can only hold me for 20 minutes. I don't have to hand you my ID. Now she's trying to define resisting arrest off of what? You don't know what you're talking about. >> Correct. I don't know where you got that. >> Resisting what? Resisting your freaking order to hand over my license. >> Exactly. There you go. >> No, I don't have to hand you my license. I showed it to you. >> All righty. >> I don't have to give it to you. That's my personal property. >> All righty. >> I don't I'm not going to give it to you. I didn't even have to have my window rolled down. I could have just held my license up to the glass. >> Okay. Guess you didn't see what happened last time someone did that. >> Do you think I care? What are you going to do? Break the glass to my car and rip me out? >> Exactly. Yes. >> No. We don't live in a fascist country just yet. >> All right. You're right. >> Not quite yet. >> You're correct. >> We're almost there. >> You're correct. >> You guys are dirty. >> Dirty. Lowest [clears throat] of the low. >> Bam. I got to ask you questions before you come in. Um, are you currently intoxicated? Do you feel like you are? >> Nope. >> All right. Anything on you that you should not have like a pocketk knife, any needles, weapons of any kind, like guns, bullets, lighters, pills, powders, anything like that? >> Nope. >> All right. If we do find something that you didn't just tell us about, it'll be an additional charge. But you said no, so that's good. Do you feel like killing yourself? >> I'm not answering any more questions. >> If you don't at least answer >> the time she decided to get quiet is on the do you feel like selfdeleting? Girl, just answer the question. that question. We do have to put you in a g in a suicide smock when you come in. So, it would benefit you just to tell us if you are or are not feeling suicidal. >> No. >> Okay. >> So, do you remember you from last time? >> This attitude never ever works. We saw the obstructing resisting type charge the officer mentioned that she was booked for, which is a misdemeanor. But then you get your car towed and all the stuff that you have to go through. And I looked at the timestamps and it looks like it was about 45 minutes from the time she got placed in the car to the time that she arrived at the jail. That's not a fun position to sit in. If you know someone who feels this way about interacting with law enforcement, send them this video because if you don't agree with something, there are places to do it. Not on the roadside. It's not a win. She got maxed out because of her attitude and because she was completely non-compliant. She earned that arrest. Do better. look through the catalog of videos that we have because there's quite a bit of police information that you can learn from and discuss. And in the comment section, let me know if you think that she should have just gotten a ticket and been on her way because they call this a pissing off the police type of situation where you piss off the police and they max you out on the charges because you didn't get along. Like the video, subscribe to Yes. Support Sergeant Curtis. I've already listed all the videos we're watching today in the description box. So, please support the channels that we're actually watching over here and commenting on because yeah, they are there some great channels. Sergeant Curtis has really helped some of the questions I have and um I just don't know and then I forget to go look because then I go on to the next thing I have to do. All right, let's see. Omar says, "So, she's been arrested before talking. I remember you from Yep. Yep. You remember her?" Omar Wow said, "Trin, did she just say she remembers them from the last time?" Yep. This is her regular place. This is her other home cuz she definitely was proud about it. Yes, she did. Love was I was glad she got arrested. Yeah, she she did. And okay, so I wish I'm just going to say this while I remember. I'm going say it. I like the maxed out thing because that's exactly what people are doing out here. Like these things don't have to go so poorly. you could you're they're going from a slight inconvenience of time, sometimes not even money, and then they take it to these other levels. Now, he didn't play the end, but for the one we watched originally, the charges ended up being dropped from her, and I said it must been one of her non-corrupt relatives that worked there that helped her get the charges dropped or whatever. But yeah, um I agree with what everything Sergeant Curtis said. obviously also cuz he's going to cite either case law or how they're trained or something too. It's not just only opinion based. So it's very much appreciated. Now we have one that we will do our little like our key key legal question that we'll ask and then we'll go back and see after her charges. What do prosecutors have to prove? What does the defense or what can the defense argue to try to weaken the prosecution's argument? Okay, so this key legal question for the one we're about to watch is well the title is police surprise mother at her door after fight at elementary school. The key legal question that I'm posing is can investigators prove she was the primary aggressor in the school fight? So being able to prove she's primary aggressor is one of the key things uh especially off of her charges. All right, so let's watch this one >> on March 20th. This is crime time. Cam >> 4th, 2025. Officers responded to a residence for a call of a parent fighting with other parents during a school pickup. >> Hello. >> How you doing? >> Hey, I heard something happening over there. >> Yeah, I got uh they both jumped on me. [snorts] Um uh the the car they was in, the person who was driving, I was parked in front of the school. I always park right in front of the door to grab my kids and leave straight out. Every day is a routine. M >> I was hopping out anyways to get my kids. I'm Damn. Damn. Somebody done tapped my car. >> I look at my car, look at his. I'm out. Okay, you good. It's the two that's in the car. They say that was a Uber or whatever. It's the two that's in the car. Them two uh they hop out. >> They get in my face. Woof. Woo out the bam. I'm [ __ ] Woo out the you know we argue. Whatever. They in my face. She spitting in my like like in my face like who out the bam. I said, "All right, now I'm going to record you because I stay in this building and she stay in that building." So I manag her to the building. >> Okay. >> I said, you know, I'm show you >> cuz she in my face. And before I beat her ass, let me show her. Show everybody how to in my face. This her all in my face on my camera. Remind you this my car. They on my car. This is my car. I'm f to beat her ass. This my car. They They standing on my car in my face. >> Can I see it? just from you see out like >> that is crazy someone standing on your car that that's wild. Why are you standing on Why are they standing on her car? >> We are this her getting in my camera. You see me moving >> back. >> What else? You come out. Okay, here I come, baby. >> In my camera, on my car, in my face. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm just raised because >> some question I know you're upset. I do. There's a lot going on. She comes up to you and everything, right? You're you're >> It's two of them. It's one of me. >> It's not just her. It's both of them. One in the back of me, one in the front of me. She throwing up this >> and all that. And my camera. I pulled my camera out because I knew I was going to need proof before I whoop her ass. >> So So >> you take me quit the day. I did what I had to do. >> Okay. So you had her though. >> Okay. Now it was been a while since I watched this one, but I am going to say maybe it's two things. One is Okay. If the key question is who's the primary aggressor? If I'm her defense attorney, I want to argue the aggression started because they're surrounding her. One she can't see because they're behind her and one in front of her. going off of what she's saying right now. That's what I would I would try to really point out because she may have thrown the first hit. But I feel like aggression would be from how they're surrounding her and then if there's people related to them standing on her car, I don't know. I try to get that in some kind of way, but I think she must have been the one that whooped butt. It was one of her, but she she taught them a lesson. And so they call the police and now she's in trouble cuz she gave them what they were asking for. So later though the some of the things she does is if I watch the full body cam I'll be like dang you had it until you did this at the end. Don't do this part. This is where we can't convince people to sympathize with you. So we'll watch it. But at first I'm like I mean I'm trying to argue that >> we hit each other. They she she bumped me. She got in my face. They pushed me. I said, "All right." I pulled my phone down and I swatted up. >> You put it down because you were gonna fight? >> Yes, I did. >> Did you take a video of the fight? >> I I just showed you. >> That's the only video you have. >> Yes, I got the video of them up in my f >> Okay. Did you talk to any of the school staff at all afterwards? >> We It wasn't no talking. We We in a Everybody arguing. It's commotion. All I'm saying is you just jumped on me. I kept screaming. You just jumped in. I felt you jumping on me. You just jumped in on me. And I'm going to get the video. >> Okay. So, because she jumped in on me >> because she jumped in on me. >> No, the other girl jumped in. So, y'all ain't see two girls when y'all came. >> I'm just trying to understand. Okay. >> And then So, they >> I was fighting one girl, >> right? >> Me and her fight and one of them start jumping on me. >> She needs a defense attorney that understands what jumping looks like. The pre-jump, what it looks like. That's who she needs. She need I wish she had some cops too that knew what looking like you're about to get jumped looks like because I feel like there's based on what she's saying is in her video and what um yeah what she's saying is happening in her video. What she's describing verbally and she's asking you know did you see the cameras? I just need someone to understand what it looks like before a group jumps you because I just feel like that's being missed right now. I may change my mind later. >> What was the first interaction? The first interaction was they spitting in my face. So I said I'm I'm I'm like, "Okay, I'm be I'mma beat your ass." >> What you mean? I'm getting in my my my space. It's nothing to talk. She got hit. She hit me. They spitting in my face. They both in my face. They on my car. Y'all not about to get down on me. >> No, y'all not not. >> And if they spit in her face first, spit is battery. So then they actually did the first uh thing of battery, too. Spitting is battery. So, I'm just saying she has a strong this first part. She has a strong case. Uh, all right. Let me see. Thank you, Kim, for Yeah, this is my other Kim. Thank you, Kim, aka my joy, my peace, for um being a member for 18 months. Kim said, "I was shut up after I showed the video of them tag teaming me and I'm defending myself against two people." Yeah, just just don't say nothing else. Let your attorney fight for it because there's nothing else to say for them to convince them. Unless right now I don't Well, yeah. Once they didn't understand what you're showing in the video, it's nothing else to talk about. Like, all right, do what you came to do. I'll have to fight it in court. >> I'm sorry, but I got kids up in here. I don't even got time. Y'all knocking on my door. That's like diabolical. >> I stepped at the school. I was at the school. I waited. >> Okay. >> Y'all ain't pop up. >> Yeah. So, because they got in your face that you you felt like you need >> What you mean? I had to defend myself. I was threatened. They both was up on me. It was one of me. But they spitting I'm talking about them talking in my face. I pulled the camera out the office manager because I know she stay in the other building and I >> besides like getting and we're not saying it's okay if they got in your face or anything like that. Who hit who first? >> Get out of my house. Get from my house. Take me to court. >> Y'all not y'all just saying me. >> Y'all not letting me too. Like I'm keep >> at this point. You're under resist. You're going to be charged with that. >> Okay. Please >> put your hands behind your back. >> Let me get you in cuffs. We'll talk further. Okay. >> Hey, we're going to talk further. Okay. >> Okay. >> I'm going to make sure they don't get too tired. Okay. I don't care. >> This same little the girl who that they just put out the mama. What's her name? Who they just put out for fighting all the time? >> On the third floor in my kids. Don't let them touch my house. They can't. I ain't [ __ ] Don't my house >> up until this time stamp. I just want to say that watching her video was one of the ones that helps me see that just because someone looks or acts a certain way or looks like they can handle themselves or looks like they are aggressive, I can test myself and see that I'm still listening to what they're actually explaining versus how they're coming off because I I do sometimes, especially if a title is is titled a certain way on a body cam and I haven't watched it before, sometimes I'm predisposed to believe exactly how the title says it is exactly what happened and that's not the case. Half the time it's not the case. So, I try to be careful about that. But with hers, I remember even back then when I watched it and looking at it now when I'm watching it up until this point, I'm just like, it sounds like the other people were the aggressors, but maybe they are the ones that contacted authorities cuz they got their butt whooped. But that doesn't mean she was the aggressor just because she stood up for herself and got the best of them. Um, oh, Kim, my joy, my peace. Thank you for gifting a Trendy Tribe membership. Is it on my phone? Let me see if I can see who got it. I'll keep going through the comments as I get that together and then I'll say congratulations. If y'all see it in the chat, let me know. All right. Jacqueline said, "Just tell your side of the story. Acting out the fight gets you arrested." Yeah, Jacqueline, that does not help. Hey, Vib in my lane. I don't know if I've seen your name before, but I like the name. Uh, let me see. Oh, Sound Checker Annette got it. Hey, congratulations, Sound Checker Annette. That's a good one. That's a good one. Okay. Wow said, "Trin, I'm just saying that maybe why she feels that way. Not talking about the law. I am talking where you are from. The hood lessons are different. And if you don't understand it, you won't get it." Exactly. That's why she needs a good defense attorney that understands that type of background and and can translate that language into she was the one that actually felt threatened. Her narration is her trying to tell these police she felt threatened. She was threatened. They spit on me before I touched them. They're jumping on my car. They're surrounding me. One behind me that I can't watch both of them. One behind me, one in front of me. I'm totally agreeing with you. It has to be framed by the right person for it to be made to be understood if someone doesn't understand it and is taken face value of maybe how they feel she's coming off right now. But I am I am in agreement with you for sure. You you just have to have someone that's going to help you make it be seen that way for others. [laughter] Okay. So Kim, that's the Yes. So, right now, I feel like my opinion is she's going to jail for defending herself. Well, had she been the one that got beat up, she wouldn't go to jail, even had she probably hit them. But I think she's going to jail for defending herself. Well, that's my opinion, though. Um, let me see here. Okay. Now, what she's doing with the police after this, this will be the deciding factor. And if you're coming in, you don't know me, I am not an attorney. I am hope I'm a law school hopeful one day. Um, but so I'm just playing my little hypotheticals right now. But what she's about to do next, I might be like I still believe it was self-defense, but I'm going to see if somebody else can help her because I don't like the extra rigma roll I might have to go through to justify how she's acting with the police after this. Why she's upset, totally understand. I just need you to rein it in so I can be a better defense for you. got it brought. >> Do you have a I'm trying to help you hold me in custody. I ain't did [ __ ] >> We can. And >> you just let two girls jump on me. Y'all not get the camera to be okay. Do you have I'm trying to help you with your kids. Is your neighbor going to watch your kids or is a family member going to watch your kids? >> I'm concerned. >> I'm concerned about your kids and I hope you are too. Who's going to watch them? Did today you were going to jail? You know how that is. >> Oh, >> I'm picking up my kids. Just grab my keys by me. Please grab my keys and everything. >> Can you get her? >> A good time. >> Do you want anything to go with you that you're We won't go into your unit, but your neighbor can grab it for you and bring it out for you. A jacket >> your phone. Stay here. Stay in here. Don't touch me, sir. Let me walk. Stay in here. >> Don't you already locking me up. Come on. >> We're not going anywhere. You need to listen. Okay. >> In custody, so you're gonna listen to >> Okay. I'm in custody. Take me to custody. I ain't got to know your key. >> Do you have anything on you that you shouldn't have? Anything to hurt me? >> Down. I look like a clown. Act like I'm one now. Let me right back out and you ain't going to win that court. So it don't matter. I don't give a [ __ ] >> For no reason, please. >> Don't touch me. >> I'm searching you and I >> don't touch me. >> Thank you. That's what you [snorts] me >> if you'd like to speak further. We can read you Miranda and provide like ask you questions, but you're in custody right now. >> Speak with us, brother. >> I ain't got to talk to you. >> You already think I'm a criminal. >> That's all. I'm black. You can have your phone calls at the jail. >> Just let me get my phone so I can tell my mom my kids. Just let me tell my mom. >> I swear to God. Y'all going to make me sp out. I'm trying. Let me go. [screaming] Let me go. >> You're going to get charged in this. >> Let me go. Y touching me acting like I'm a criminal and I got drunk on me. >> I'll give you a chance to relax cuz I [screaming] mean my phone call >> is crazy. I'm telling y'all. Give me my phone. >> Is your mom safe in >> Give me my phone. hand it to you, but I will open it if you give consent to open it to find your mom's phone number. >> Trying to help you. Do you want a phone call right now for your mom or no? >> A jacket. >> Hold on. Go anywhere. >> You don't leave when we when we say we're leaving. >> You want to be tough. So bad. >> I don't know who you think I am, but I'm not that one. >> You can't run. >> You're in custody and you're in responsibility. So, we're waiting for the transportation ban because we don't want you out walking in this cold without Let me get my phone from her. >> I have it with you. >> Yes, sir. >> Let me move the >> woman charged with battery and resisting arrest. >> All right, so let's look at what prosecutors would have to prove. Oops. Hold on. Okay, so the charges and what prosecutors would have to approve and then what defense attorneys could argue. So this is all hypothetical except the elements of the charges are not hypothetical. All right. So the charge was battery which is classified as a misdemeanor and this was Aurora but I I didn't know for sure if it was Aurora Georgia or Aurora Florida. So this is a more generalized uh statute than it being a state specific statute. And since even if I know now, I can't go back and look it up and have time without wasting y'all's time and having dead air. So, I'm going off of it just being it may be Florida, it may be Georgia. So, it's just a little bit of an in between. So, it's commonly a misdemeanor. Jurisdiction was unknown. Let's see. Uh, but it says prosecutors generally must prove all these elements with uh beyond a reasonable doubt. And it says the defendant intentionally or knowingly made unlawful physical contact with another person. and the contact was harmful or offensive. I can believe they can prove the contact was harmful or offensive cuz she harmed them. She she she gave them what they asked for. But a good defense attorney to me could argue that um it was not knowingly unlawful physical contact because she was the one surrounded. She was the one being spit on. Um it seemed like they it seemed like they approached her if they're jumping on her car like she's heading to her own car. Um, but it says a possible defense argument could be they can question whether did the prosecution prove the defendant was the primary aggressor? She may have been an aggressor. Was she the primary aggressor? So, that's what the prosecution would have to prove and the defense could weaken their argument there. Was the defendant acting in lawful self-defense or defense of another? I feel like they could have a strong argument there. And is the witness or video evidence sufficient to prove an intentional battery occurred? She probably at that point intentionally intended to hit them, but again, she claimed self-defense on that one. Possible sentencing could include fines, probation, possible jail exposure. Penalties vary by jurisdiction. Her other charge was resisting arrest, commonly a misdemeanor, but it may be enhanced depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances. The um prosecutors generally must prove a law enforcement officer was performing lawful official duties and the defendant knowingly or intentionally resisted, obstructed, or interfered with the officer's lawful attempt to make an arrest. Possible defense arguments. Did the prosecution prove officers were acting lawfully when making the arrest? In this case, I say that's a a strong yes. Um they could prove that. Did the prosecution prove the defendant intentionally resisted rather than merely questioned or failed to immediately comply? They could for this one. It it didn't go her way in that part for resisting in my opinion. Is there sufficient evidence establishing physical or unlawful resistance? Possible sentencing. Again, it could be it's commonly a misdemeanor and it can include fines, probation, possible jail exposure. Um, I would think with a good attorney at minimum they would get that battery charge dropped because the circumstances she described along with her video if she's narrating it how it's actually happening in the video then I feel like she could get that dropped the battery part resisting it go either way on that one. All right. So Akuo said most likely it's Aurora Illinois since it was cold out. That's a good point. That's a good point. I didn't even know there was an Aurora Illinois. Okay. Auntie Natty also said it could be Illinois. Jacquine said, "Battery because of the fight or against the officers." Battery because of the fight, not the officers. That one they probably would have did resisting with violence for the officers, but they were there to arrest her for the battery of the fight. That's a good question. All right. So, now we're going to mom reports attempted kidnapping, instantly regrets it. This is EWU Body Cam. And the key legal question to be asked in this one, in my opinion, is can investigators prove the reported kidnapping was knowingly fabricated rather than an honest mistake. All right, so let's look at this one. >> Place you reporting an emergency? >> Um, I suppose so. Yeah. >> What are you reporting? Um my I was just at the Michaels here in Paluma and a couple tried to kidnap my children. >> What the best description you can recall? >> I mean this nice. They're just kind of rough looking. >> Are you or your husband I mean like important people for some reason? Is there something they would be like we're going to take your kids and hold them to ransom? >> Might be my kids are very good looking. I don't know. >> It's hard. I want to like be >> I really do want to be 100% sure because I do not want to falsely >> anything. Um I don't want to >> misrepresent what has happened. I do think it's important for mom parents to be aware, but I don't like it makes me a little uneasy that you guys are getting blown up about this. Katie Sorenson, an aspiring mom influencer, calls 911 to report every parent's worst nightmare. As her follower count skyrockets, the community grows outraged, and investigators are placed under immense pressure to quickly solve the case. But as they dig further into the investigation, they soon find that something isn't quite right with Katie's story. And what they discover turns out to be almost as shocking as the report itself. On December 14th, 2020 in Paluma, California, Katie Sorenson made this call to 911. >> Please, you reporting an emergency. >> Um, I suppose so. Yes. >> What are you reporting? >> My joy, my peace, she actually said, "I don't know. My maybe my kids are good-looking." She really She honestly just said that. I was like, "Excuse me." >> Um, my I was just at the Michaels here in Kaluma and a couple tried to kidnap my children. >> Tell me exactly what happened. We pulled into Michaels. We're getting out of the car and a couple was parked in front of us. They followed us into the store, followed us throughout the store, followed us through checkout. We're on the phone right behind us. I heard them making comments about my children's hair color and eyes, and I thought it was just a polite. I walk out to my car. There's a large white van. >> There were two people who did this? Yes, it was a couple, but then there was a third person that was in the white van. >> Let me get your name and phone number. >> Okay, my name is Katie. >> Okay, I got an officer. He's going to go check the the parking lot of Michael, see if we can locate that van. >> After receiving this unnerving 911 call, Officer McGovern and his trainee meet Katie outside of the police station to get her story. Starting with how the couple had supposedly followed her and her two young children into the store from the parking lot. >> They were kind of suspicious. They were watching me. I took a while to get out of the car cuz I had a stroller. They followed me throughout the entire store. Every aisle I went down, got in line right behind me, were talking on the phone, and they were say I wasn't listening to everything they said, but they did say blonde, hair, blueeyed, boy, girl. They were talking about my kids, I think. >> Okay. >> The lady in front of me could kind of sense they were being off. They were just sitting really close and just kind of saying weird things. >> Okay. >> And then, um, she let me get in front of her. I checked out. Uh, they should have taken a while because they were another person behind him. >> Although Katie might not realize it, what she tells the officer next will later come back to haunt her. As her story hinges on this one unsettling detail, >> they've also put their stuff down. They just followed me right out to the car. I called my husband and we have a code word, so I said it and he's just stayed on the phone with me until I got the kids out. They were walking in circles around my car first. And then as I was buffling my daughter in, they came up to the stroller, did one circle around the stroller, saw that I was watching them, and I was too I don't know why I got too scared to say something to them. So I saw an old man behind them, and he was looking and we just made eye contact. I said, "Excuse me, could you help me lift this?" And him and he was an older man, so he must had a caretaker or something. They both came over and helped me and stayed with me until I left. >> As if this isn't terrifying enough, what Katie describes next is like something out of a horror film. >> And so, where did the people go? >> Um, so they got into their car there. Oh, this was another big part. When I walked up, I knew what was happening because there was a white van parked right next to my car. Um al okay so for her how can I wait I'll wait for that part I want to say that imagine your life thank goodness you'll see at the end how um how can I I'm trying not to jump ahead just imagine your life possibly ruined because somebody just wants to say you look like you were threatening their kids you going to take their kids you circle their stroller and all this stuff and you just minding your business trying to shop just but because this is what they want to do, they could possibly ruin your life depending on how things look, how other people might have some biases already. That is so dangerous and scary for people to just be so comfortable making up stories like this >> with the slider door right close so they could take them, put them in that white van. >> Okay, >> that's my assumption. Um, >> so the only thing you've heard them say is possibly a description of your two kids or you and your two kids. Yeah, that's the only thing that was weird. But then they were circling my stroller and the car van that was parked wasn't their vehicle. They were in a different one. >> Okay. >> Um and so whoever was in the van, he got out and then as those people were walking over to me, he got back in >> and I made eye contact with him and he >> he was the guy with the rimmed glasses that you described. Did they But so outside of proximity, did they communicate with each other? Are you just assuming they were? I'm just assuming they were. >> When asked for a description of the couple's car, Katie tells the officer that she couldn't make out much due to the glare of the sun. However, she was able to see that it was a four-door compact vehicle that was dark in color. Katie was however able to get a good look at the couple. >> If you were presented photos of any of these people, would you be able to recognize them? >> Yes. just because I was looking at them because I I was trying to disregard my feelings and try to make conversation. Maybe I was just being crazy. So, I kept looking right at them to see if they would talk to me and they wouldn't >> make eye contact. >> What were the descriptions of the two females? Were the two ladies? >> No, it was a male and a female. >> Were the two people following you? >> Uh, the male and the female were two people following. >> Okay. Yeah. So, what the best description you can recall? Um, the male was he had darker skin tone, uh, maybe Hispanic, wearing a black hoodie that said Black Lives Matters and had like a graffiti all around it. Um, the mask he was wearing was one of those pull kind of Well, no, it's just a pullover like a >> like a Yeah. Okay. >> I don't know if that's helpful. >> Yeah, like a a gator. >> He had a shaved head. >> Describe the female again. Um, she was, uh, Caucasian, had reddish hair, but it was more of like box dyed. It wasn't natural red. Um, she had on a blue mask that had some sports team. I didn't see the logo. Um, I [snorts] don't recall what she was wearing. >> Okay. So, blue mask, red hair. I mean, that'll stand out. >> Yeah. I mean, this and then I they're just kind of rough looking like I don't know if that helps. >> That's fine. Yeah. I mean this in the nicest way. They were kind of rough looking. No offense, but and then commences to say an offense basically. >> Video posted to her Instagram page. Katie would later describe what happened and what she thought of their appearance. >> Of course she would cuz she's a mom influencer. Of course she going to go on Instagram and get Oh man. Let's hear what she has to say. I did not I only watched enough to try to get the location that this lo was was in and the charges at the end so we could talk about it. So I didn't watch the middle of this one. >> Day of this week, my children were the targets of attempted kidnap. >> I definitely felt the heeie-jeebies. I didn't feel good, but I thought I was judging a book by its cover. Um [clears throat] they were not like kind. That sounds bad. That they weren't um [clears throat] they weren't cleancut individuals. >> With a description of the couple now established, officer McGovern searches for a possible motive. >> Um and they were on the phone with somebody making the given the description. >> I don't know if they were on the phone. I didn't turn around to see if they were talking. You just overheard. >> I just heard and it didn't it was very weird context like it didn't >> uh and then I guess are are you or your husband I mean like important people for some reason. Is there something they would be like we're going to take your kids and hold them a ransom? >> I might be buy my kids are very good looking. I don't know. [laughter] >> Yeah. >> I um I don't know. My my son has special needs so he's non-verbal. >> Okay. But I mean, as far as someone like seeking out us at all. >> Yeah. Um, have has anything like this happened in the past? >> No. >> Okay. Um, well, that's bizarre. Um, and these people, well, you said they look rough looking and your children are >> This didn't seem like a recruiter or something for like a modeling agency. They weren't like, >> oh my god, >> two very attractive kids and were did anything. They would have said something to you most likely. >> Just trying. Okay. As Katie continues to reveal more and more disturbing elements of her story, Officer McGovern tries to piece together some other key details. >> Obviously, the the suspicious behavior is super weird. The fact that they circled your car, circled the stroller is bizarre. I mean, we can I don't necessarily know if it meets the criteria of like attempted kidnapping. Um, >> we don't care to cross. I'm not trying I just want to make it people aware it doesn't happen to someone else's. >> Yeah, clearly. That's why we have like three people circling. >> I I'm with y'all for everyone that said, "Is this for clicks and views?" I think this was for clicks and views. Well, also with with um Oh my gosh, what's the word? with prejudice with some of her personal prejudices involved as well. But ultimately, I think she did want it cuz that she she had to go to Instagram to talk about it. I think she wanted it to be able to talk about get some sympathy uh get some she she might be sponsored by somebody so she you know what I mean like that helps the traffic engagement and everything else but I feel like it was to drive people to watch her video to blow up to get more followers and it all leads back to get more money and then also she has the prejudices to pick out who she wants to be the victim of. It's all in there to me. Oh, and thank you, my joy, my peace. She gifted another Trinity tribe membership. So, we'll have to see who that is. Thank you so much. >> Over there is like what the heck's going on. Um, and then again, associating the two different vehicles, that's just based on a hunch that you think they were associated. Okay. >> All right. Not a problem. But the gentleman in the van, aside from making eye contact them, didn't appear to interact with anybody. >> Not I was so caught. I was on the phone with my husband like just freaking out. So, I didn't really pay attention to that. I was just trying to get us safe in the car. >> Yeah. What uh I mean, and again, you guys obviously have your standard operating procedure. I've never heard of families having a safe word like that. What What made you set that up? >> We listen to true crime. >> Okay, >> there it goes. listens to true crime, which us over here, we are true crime fans, but this is this is one of those that I feel like people that get too into it, take it too far. She's one of those again on top of wanting clout and and having those actual prejudices inside of her, >> which is silly, but we just always decided that if it was more of if you were in trouble like yourself. So, he didn't even know what I was talking about. I was like, "Wait, you're What's going on? Aren't you at Michael's?" Yeah. >> And then I was like, I think someone's following us. >> Got it. >> So, >> okay. >> As the interview comes to a close, Officer McGovern informs Katie of the next steps before they part ways. >> We'll keep looking for them and again, we'll put a B out most likely for I mean, it's a dark colored compact with a possible male, Hispanic, and then the description, a white female, adult with red hair and a blue mask. Um, just to at least contact and sort it out. But again, criminally, it's going to be tough to string together what we got. So, okay. Well, sorry that happened to you today. That's a very rare occurrence, especially since I mean, you said there were a lot of people at Michaels. It's weird that they would have been that, >> you know, forthcoming. So, >> it was very weird. And like I said, we listen to crime podcast, so I try to like not go there, but it was that >> Yeah. >> So, >> all right. I'll let you guys I'll let you guys get out of here. All right. Well, have a have a better day. Um, we'll look for these people. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> Not a problem. Yeah. >> On December 13th, 6 days after speaking to Officer McGovern, Katie posts a two-part video to Instagram recounting her petrifying experience that day. Soon, the videos go viral, receiving more than 4 million views, and Katie's follower count leaps. >> And there it is. I didn't watch this. Like I said, I did not watch this part. Here it is. 4 million views. And some some of y'all said, "Yeah, this became a really big story." Um, okay. Oh, and let's see how much her follower count. Oh, so she wasn't there yet. If she went from 3,000, which a lot of people just off of you being on Instagram stuff, you can you going to get to 3,000 just chilling on Instagram after a while. So, let's see what her follower count jumped to after uh from 3,000 followers to what once she got this 4 million views. >> From about 3,000 to over 80,000 followers in just one day. M >> Katie's story is particularly concerning for residents of Paluma as the city is home to one of America's most notorious child abductions, the kidnap and murder of 12-year-old Poly Class in 1993. >> Oh my gosh, Omar, I don't know if you even knew this. So, there was So, okay, so they just referenced an actual case from 93, right? Omar had put in there, I think it was Omar, he said it sounds like No, no, Auo put in there, hold on, where is it at? She said, "This sounds like a Law and Order episode from 93." I'm pretty sure that's what I saw. Yep. Look, that was before we just saw this. Sounds like she copied a Law and Order episode from 93. That is crazy. Wow. >> Pretty soon, worried parents began calling the Pedaluma Police Department. And the following day, on December 14th, Officer McGovern along with Detective Joerger head to Katie's house to confront her with some surprising new developments. So, it sounds like the the initial statement you gave officer McGovern was a lot different than what you had posted on Instagram and that's why we're here. Okay. Um cuz what you posted on Instagram is pretty concerning to us. So, if we need if they're if this couple is out there attempting >> I'm not a parent. I'm not a parent, but this looks really weird to me on how she's swinging this child for comfort. It's probably some technique I don't know about, but I'm just saying outside looking in this looks this looks weird. >> For still children, right? We need we need to get all the details that we can. >> Yes. >> So, we uh we were able to go to Michael's today and pull up the video surveillance footage from that. Um so, there's just some clarifying stuff, but um so I want to show you a couple photos just to make sure we're talking about the same people if you're willing to look for that. >> Yes. After positively identifying the couple, Detective Joerger presents Katie with her findings, subsequently flipping the investigation into the attempted kidnapping on its head. >> So, on the video footage, um, this couple actually is in the store for about 5 minutes, >> both of them. >> Yeah. And so we watch them um we watch them through on the video footage throughout the store and and they're not following that you guys just happen the only time you guys come back together is in it when you're and check it out. They come back they actually have items with them. >> Um so before we before we blast our photo out right to the media to be on the I want to make sure that you're you're accurate and I'm not I'm not disheartening what you're telling me. I just want to make sure that because what you're telling us and what we're seeing from the video is they don't match and I think this is I'm so glad that this happened. I think this is what [screaming] I think you were the officer. I can't remember. Okay. >> Um you know I work [laughter] >> send the little boy in the house. I I need to be able to pay attention to what's going on and I need her to pay attention too now. Okay. So, now it's important that they bring in the facts versus some things she said. I wonder if they say cuz the narrator said when she was telling her story, what she says next will be a key piece on how they saw that she was basically not being honest. And I think it was when she said they circled her twice, circled the stroller twice or something happened where you're going to be able to see it on the camera. Did it or did it not happen? So, why would you say that if that's not even something that happened uh at least on the cameras to be interpreted? So, I'm waiting to see uh about that part. But all right. So, they came in the store before her and I gotta go back. I'm distracted by this little boy. I'm trying to see what this this investigator saying. So, I'm Oh, she said it's her special needs baby. All right, let's let's go on. I'm going back, though. >> Yeah. >> And so, we watch them um we watch them on the video footage throughout the store and and they're not following that you guys just happened. The only time you guys come back together is in when you're in checking out. They come back, they actually have items with them. >> Um, >> so before we before we blast our photos out to the media to be on the I want to make sure that you're you're accurate and I'm not I'm not disheartening what you're telling me. I just want to make sure that because what you're telling us and what we're seeing from the video surveillance, they don't match. And I think this is I'm so glad that this happened. I think this was an important piece. I I think I you were the officer. I can't remember. Okay. That's why I'm here. >> Okay. Yes. Um you know I a lot of work. >> Yeah. [laughter] But this is my special needs special news. So you when you're in a situation like that and you're on high alert, you hear you think you're hearing things. You think you know what's happening. So this is an important step that I think. So, I'm not like trying to stick to my story or whatever like that. >> No, I mean it's like if these people are out here doing what you're saying to everyone that that's something for us to address, right? Yeah. >> And our next step is is going forward with this is um one prosecuting them, right? Yeah. >> And two, making sure this doesn't happen again. At the same time, we need to make sure that that these people are in fact the people that you saw and they're doing what you were saying that they did cuz nobody wants to accuse somebody falsely. Right. >> Exactly. And >> this might have been her out. This might have been her out with with she's not going to be she's not going to get in trouble for false reporting. Um they they could call it a wash like, "Hey, maybe your your hackles were raised because you're paranoid. you like true crime, you got some internal prejudices. Um, then you're already an account that talks about, you know, you're a mom influencer and maybe you just got it wrong because now we've looked at the surveillance footage and what your brain was thinking is not what's what was happening. So maybe had she dropped it here before it went further, it just be like, it's done. They didn't do anything wrong and you are admitting you may have gotten it wrong and we're dropping it. But that's obviously not what happened or the story wouldn't have uh it wouldn't have kept going. Like this video would probably be almost done by now. >> The fact that that isn't the same person that I saw in the parking lot if they were in there before me. >> Um >> so you just looked at the photo and you said you were definitely >> Yes, I'm 100% sure that that was them. Um I only sorry I'm see don't go inside just a little >> just as the heat >> Omar what okay I see your sentence I understand your sentence are you saying she always said attempted so she didn't shouldn't get in trouble cuz she's saying attempted versus they they did or are you saying something else when you point that out because I think her biggest issue and not separate from your statement. For me, I think the biggest issue is that she described actions that didn't actually happen in a surveillance video and then accused them of a very serious crime or attempting to commit a very serious crime. Um, and attempts are still a crime. Um, what was the other thing I was going to say? Oh, I just wanted to audibly acknowledge that I did see the comments cuz like I said, I have no idea. One, I missed the whole thing that she said the child was special needs. Didn't even hear that. So, thank y'all for pointing that out. And then the chat also pointed out that that is a calming swing for some kids with special needs. Like that is a actual technique. Cuz I was honestly asking. I'm like, "What is happening here?" [laughter] Well, here's the thing, too, though. If she didn't give identifiers, she's just doing a story time. So there's no way for those people to go after or make it really bad for um the people she falsely accused make their lives bad. So she still wouldn't get in trouble for a good story time. Lie or no lie, it's just a story time. But I'm thinking the wor the horrible turning point is either as soon as the investigators see her story doesn't match the surveillance footage or they give her the out that I feel like this investigator is giving her to say, you know what, I panicked. I'm wrong. I'm glad y'all reviewed the surveillance footage. My mind made up a different thing. But because you if you're saying this is very concrete, you're saying a couple and this I'm just picking out an example because I don't know if this is the part that was also a lie. But if you're saying they circled your stroller twice, that is very specific. That is something that can easily be looked at on the surveillance camera. So if they're giving her an out, this would this would have been her time to take an out if she was being offered an out. Yes, attempting is still a crime for if it actually was attempted kidnapping, attempted robbery, and all that stuff. Um, but yeah, I'm just I'm just observing a possible turning point where she could have dead at this with the police. Her story times her story time as long as she didn't give identifiers about those people that could still ruin their lives. Um, but yeah, I'm just wondering was this now? And we'll we'll learn if we'll see if she doubles and triples down, which it seems like she is the way this this the ending happens. Um, let's see. I'm just reading. Okay, I was making sure. Yes, I understand she made a false report, but I am saying let's take it as she is not a mom influencer. She is not white. Let's take that out, too. Let's say she's not white. She's not a mom influencer. And in her mind, because she watches so much true crime, white van, I'm panicking. I perceived that they are following and looking at my children and then when they're on the phone, they're talking about my child. Let's just say that is what happened. And then in her mind, cuz that's why they say eyewitnesses are always they're not the most trustworthy in when uh they do crime when crime is committed and you try to call back a eyewitness and it's very inaccurate a lot of times. So let's just say there's nothing about they were the same race. Let's say they were the same race because I want to look at what her actual words were and her actions were. if she perceived that because she is very much into true crime. And even y'all have sent me some stuff that I'm like, for me, this is this this seems like this person's in panic mode and they're a little bit of an alarmist. Like this is not what is happening to in to me in the video. So, let's just say she's an alarmist. She's a type that just everything is big and because of what she's into, that's what she perceived happened. Then the police come to your house and say, "Hey, just so you know, when we looked at the surveillance footage, that's not what we saw. Do you think you maybe got it wrong because we don't want to go messing up these people's lives?" Um, if you know what we're seeing in the surveillance footage is not matching your story. And I'm just saying if that is the investigators giving her an out, don't double down, don't triple down, and she's like, "You know what? I was scared at the time and I and because of the influence I have and and some other things that was in my mind, that's what I thought was happening. But no, now that you're telling me what you saw in the surveillance footage, I don't think that's what actually happened. And I'm glad y'all pointed that out. I don't have anything else. I'm not trying to go further with this. Would she have been able to stop right there without getting in trouble if you know what I mean? Like I'm trying to That's what I'm talking about. The actions and the words that are happening right now with the investigators have not done anything further with trying to find that couple and then her being punished. >> All right, we'll keep going. >> It is starting to turn up. Katie takes a pause to settle her son, granting her a momentary reprise from Detective Joerger's uncomfortable line of questioning. A few moments later, Katie's husband arrives home. Very cute kids. Dave, very >> people are trying to call you. >> I know you're busy. Just >> I didn't realize. >> Sorry. You probably won't leave me alone. So, >> so anyway, back to this. We want to make sure that because we are pictures on on media. These are the people that you in fact said were doing that and they reached for the scroll and they thought they were going to connect. These are important >> important things that we >> part without a shadow without that is what was happening. There is no there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to someone taking steps forward and bruising. That is without [screaming] a shadow of doubt. I can see how the timing of following >> um the timing of following in I can see how that could have been um misinterpreted. Um >> do you remember what they were saying to you? They didn't say anything to me. They were talking about the kids. They were describing their features. >> Um and then they said they made comments about him not wearing a mask. Um, I didn't listen clearly to everything that they were saying. >> All right. Sounds like if they really made a comment about him not wearing his mask, were you mad because y'all are anti-mask? Cuz it sounds like this would have been around COVID times and then you made up this whole story. But I'm still sticking to my other thing is I'm just wondering if she was about to get an out if she didn't double and triple down. That's my concrete question about that part. was would this have been a turning point of this is not a false report because at the time you believe what you saw was happening but now that they're showing you that that is not what happened at all and they're about and some things she probably said that never happened period she's still going to be in trouble because she tried to pursue it. I'm still going there if she stopped trying to pursue it at the point that that the investigator showed the surveillance footage and and I guess I need to be clear that she was not intentionally trying to frame someone. This is what she actually thought was happening in her mind. She was not trying to frame someone. But it's a lot you got to take out to get to the point that I'm trying to get to. Like if we just saw this in words and we we didn't know anyone that's anyone's ethnicity, nothing racially uh profiling anyone was mentioned. It was just the circumstances of a possible really paranoid mom that thought this happened, how she saw it. Then evidence was introduced to her like, "Hey, this is not what actually happened." and they say, "Hey, we don't want to get anyone else in trouble or or get people in trouble that shouldn't be in trouble. Are you sure you saw what you saw?" And at that point, she said, "You know what? I'm not sure I saw what I saw and I'm done." That's what I'm trying to say. You You have to take out a lot to get to the point of there's no identifiers. This happened and then they're are they giving her an out at this point? >> Don't turn blue eyes. >> Should be easy to distract. Should be easy to Um, [laughter] >> yeah, they were just saying like things usually what I was expecting at first was I thought they were going to make comment to that when I [laughter] kept playing match. So that was where my head was at. Um, and so I wasn't really listening in detail. I just remember this kid the first time that I heard them talking. >> At this very moment, Katie has just backtracked on something she said in one of her Instagram videos. In both encounters with the police, Katie makes it clear that she didn't hear the man speak much. However, she told her followers that after the couple described her children's features, she claims she then heard the man say, >> "The boy will be the boy will be easier because he's not wearing a mask, so the mom not must not really care about him." >> It's hard. I want to like be >> I really do want to be 100% sure cuz I do not want to falsely >> anything. Um, >> as the awkward conversation continues, Katie finally acknowledges what brought the police back to speak with her. >> This whole Instagram thing, like I had I last night, yesterday, I had 3,000 followers, mostly friends, people I went to school with. Like, I did not think that this was going to be anything at all. Um, >> um, following us because they now they're afraid of their children, which is which is one step. So, we either want to reassure them that this >> that we're doing everything we can to find them. >> Yeah. >> Or, [screaming] >> you know, you said we're trying to give you justice and and to do the right thing here. Um, >> at the same time, there's a lot of there's a lot of eyeballs watching. So, 100% they reached for my stroller. 100% they were saying things that they shouldn't have been saying about my kids. Um, 100% they stole my [screaming] car. It should be noted that this is >> all this can be seen in surveillance footage. A lot of 100% being thrown around. >> Is now the third time Katie has told officials that the couple circled her car. First to dispatch and her initial 911 call, then to officer McGovern when he met her outside the police station and now to Detective Joerger. Despite her claims that the couple 100% circled her car, she described the incident to her followers on Instagram differently. >> And they walk around, not the full perimeter, but half of the car. They go back and forth around half of my car. >> Parked closer to Michael. You know, they have no reason to go three cars beyond their own car to walk around my wife's, you know. I mean, that that's what's really >> um and that that is of like I will test that is what happened. Um, one thing that I have felt like I don't have 100% and when people ask me I say I don't really know is the white van. It very it very well has just been coincidental that someone was in a van right behind me. >> Although small, this is another discrepancy in her story. >> There was a white van parked right next to my car. >> Perhaps sensing Detective Joerger's skepticism, Katie's husband chimes in to back her up. You tell them details like you went to the very back corner of the store to get your spray paint. >> So they watched the footage and this couple didn't come in. It's not the same couple that came in at the same time. >> These people that she's saying that follow were already in the store 5 minutes before. We watched them throughout the store and they don't come on surveillance. They don't come with anywhere near her [snorts] until everybody's in line and these people in line are caught up. So that's why we drove out. I'm trying trying to call her to kind of clarify some of this. >> Yeah. >> Um >> I'm so sorry the kids I I really didn't have my and I've been trying not to look at it because it's too much for me right now. >> Yep. Yeah. I don't >> This is all our property. So Okay. Yeah. >> Um so would you recognize these two if you saw them again? If we were to give do a photo line, would you recognize them again? Yeah. and uh willing to go forward with this prosecution. >> That's where I think how Okay, this is where I think she got herself in trouble the most cuz she is still trying to pursue prosecution. This is the for me this is the last chance she had to not do this. But she's she's tripled down. I was just wondering if she would triple down and if she did or if she did not, what would have happened? So, she has now tripled down. It's all on her. And I'm I'm with y'all that she's lying. I'm definitely with y'all on that. I just want to know, did she have an out and did she miss the out that she had? >> Okay. All right. So, what we're going to do is we're going to work people. We're probably going to put this out in some social media, see if some people can help us. Um, and then Officer McGovern will contact you at a later date and a lineup. Maybe you can come down to the station to to view that. >> Okay. >> I don't want to misrepresent what has happened. I do think it's important for mom parents to be aware, but I don't like it makes me a little uneasy that you guys are getting blown up about this. I mean, I think it's important, but I also I don't want to I guess I'm feeling doubt that I misremembered the story and I don't want to misrepresent what happened and make it a bigger I don't know. >> But you're lying because you said yes, you want to pursue prosecution. So, you do want it to stay big. You do all with a lot of doubts and they're lit. They're telling you these things did not even happen in the video. And the couple you originally identified is not even the same couple that I guess now she's trying to say did it. Like it's a lot. It's a lot happened. >> Um so for my personal it's like if I'm if I am a victim of something like this, I would want to um trust us, right, that we're going to do the right thing. I would like to trust the police for that. We're going to do the right thing. I don't know if and this is just me. I don't know if I would want my stuff blasted over. I mean, I don't know how that makes you feel. It would make me feel uneasy. >> Yeah. >> Um but it it definitely makes it harder for us to find them and prosecute them when it's everywhere. >> Yeah. >> Um it just does. It's kind of like I don't need to say this, but the OJ Simpson thing, it was it was so blasted everywhere, right? They had a hard time finding a town that they could prosecute it because they had 12 jurors that didn't know anything about it. Do you know what I mean? So, this doesn't help us when it comes out when it gets blasted like this. Um, I mean, yeah, that's what I don't want. I care more about them not doing this again. I care more about like parents being more aware, but I don't think it's necessary for everybody to know all the details of uh everything. So, >> no, you gave the details. You just you [laughter] you forgot what you said the first time. You described it differently in Instagram for the details. And she also said, again, I just feel like people in the community should be aware. So, you did mean to say what you said. You did mean to give details. You're regretting that your details now don't match up. That's that's all that is. Um, and she doesn't want no people to know details now because they can compare what she said before with what she's saying now and what they're going to release as what was showing in the in the surveillance footage. Uh, let me see. [laughter] My joy, my peace said, hold on. She said, "I know my hubby would have been back at the store looking at videos and for the white van." So, Walter would be out there looking at the like, "Hold on, hold on. Let me just look at the videos and make sure." That'd be funny. Let me see. Akuo said, "For me, her out ended the moment she spoke to dispatch. She decided all other things removed. She decided to divert needed resources for her lies." I Okay, I see where you're coming from and thank you for putting it uh statement by statement because I appreciate that because I clearly see what you're saying. Um I'm I I have to do it on a different one to ask cuz I can't do it with her. She's too much of a bad actor to try to uh to try to see someone else that accidentally wasted resources, if that makes sense. Cuz she's she's not accidentally wasting resources. She did what she did on purpose. So, I need someone that's not a bad actor in the in that did something, but then they were like, "Oh my god, I was mistaken." Um, no, I don't want anything else. Why Kyle said the couple will now be put on news as wanted for questioning. Right. Okay. It we have more that is coming. They kind of It's the end kind of happened fast, but it is coming. Let me see. Right. She told everybody else the details. Mindy, let's see. Lovable [clears throat] said the lies. She reminds me of Susan Smith. I can't even keep up with these women. What does Susan Smith do? Again, her first mistake was calling the police. Okay. And Jacqueline said, "Where's the handcuffs?" All right, we'll keep going. >> I guess that was just you answering the questions to just keep that. Um, [clears throat] I did turn off all the comments and [screaming] >> after Detective Joerger warns her of the possible repercussions of posting more about the case on social media, Katie then >> Hold on, [laughter] hold on. I got to get that sentence. After the detective warns her, okay, let's see this. After Detective Joerger warns her of the possible repercussions of posting more about the case on social media, Katie then goes inside to get her phone so she can show them a message she received from someone online telling her that something similar happened to them in the Michael's parking lot. While the detective looks at the message, Officer McGovern has one more serious issue with Katie's story to point out as they prepare to leave. >> So, did you go right from Michael's back to your car? Yeah, >> the man did exit the store quickly behind you, but the woman remained in the store for almost a minute uh chitchatting with the the clerk. They were she was trying to make a sale. She was scanning something on her phone. I'm assuming that was like a receipt or a coupon. Yeah. So, she remained in the store and was making transactions. That's why I'm trying to see if if the if if you recall both of them how long we got to their car, at what point they linked back up. >> The hand in hand. I didn't visually see that until they were surrounding walking around my car. So I they weren't walking hand in hand behind me out of the store. Okay. >> Um because I was so like just trying to get to the car. I didn't turn around and look. I just felt >> behind me. I just felt Yes. And then getting to my car and seeing them do that is >> So But the last time you saw them, they were inside the store and upon exiting they were also both together. It wasn't just the guy or just the girl. It was both of them were were linked back up at that point. >> Yeah. At the point that I without a shadow of doubt saw them. Yes. Together and they I there is no excuse. I would love to hear if there is a one for taking a few steps forward towards the stroller, a few steps back, a few steps forward. And I saw I saw he had something in his hand because that was my first red flag is why are they holding hands? Like what? >> He he was carrying a phone the whole time he was in the store. So that's probably I don't know why he would have changed his behavior in the parking lot. Okay. >> But that's what he was. And then when she left the store, she was carrying a bag um of belongings. >> After this uncomfortable exchange has concluded, Detective Joerger gives Katie her card and leaves with Officer McGovern. In an effort to corroborate Katie's story, the Paluma Police Department issued a press release which included a photograph of the couple asking for anyone with information to come forward. The couple, later identified as Eddie and Sadi, were made aware of the accusations by their teenage daughter, whose friend recognized them in the photo. The two promptly agreed to an interview with police, and 3 days later, on December 17th, it was announced that Sadi and Eddie were officially cleared as suspects. >> Thank goodness. I'm glad their daughter saw it. I'm glad she alerted her parents. Well, her the daughter's friends saw it. The daughter alerted her parents. Thank goodness. so they could get ahead of it. Thank goodness for the surveillance footage like Gwenis Glowing said because this woman can ruin somebody's lives. Oh, now she trying to add a weapon. I missed the weapon intro introduction cuz they cuz I heard them say that they had bags and stuff in their hands and a phone. So, she tried to introduce a weapon, too. Lord Jesus. Um, okay. Thank y'all for updating me on the Susan Smith. I definitely did not hear about this story. That is crazy. Um, Lovable said, "I hope they sued her." Yeah, she said they look rough. Poetic justice, right? And see, well, she said it was a black hoodie with graffiti and it said black lives matter on it. I don't know if this is the one cuz she also got the couple wrong at first that she wanted to blame cuz it wasn't the same couple in the surveillance footage that she started with or like they weren't it was two separate couples apparently doing the things that she combined the actions or something. Either way, she just started misidentifying people. So, I can't even say. I don't know. I don't know. All right, we'll keep going though. There's still more at the end. >> And the police were now investigating Katie. Katie Sorenson was charged with three counts of falsely reporting a crime. And on June 29th, 2023, she was convicted on one of those counts. She was subsequently ordered to serve 90 days in jail, 60 of which could be served on a work release program, and she was required to complete a 4-hour implicit bias training. She was also placed on 12 months of informal probation where she was prohibited from having a social media presence and ordered to submit to warrantless search and seizure of her electronic devices. Okay. Because her name was so searchable and it came up instantly, the Santa Rosa office of the district attorney did do a press release basically. And I'm going to let you know this just so I'm going to read some of it. I don't know if I'll read all of it, but just so y'all know because I didn't know about this story either, but it says, "Kathleen Sorenson, 30 years old, formerly of Soma, whose Instagram video went viral in December 2020 after she falsely claimed a Pedaluma couple tried to kidnap her children at a local Michael store, was sentenced to jail today on a single count of knowingly making a false report of a crime. The honorable judge Laura Paglia presided over the sentencing hearing and ordered Miss Sorenson to serve 90 days in jail, 60 of which could be served on a work release program. Miss Sorenson was immediately remanded after sentencing to serve her sentence. Miss Sorenson was also placed on 12 months of informal probation, during which time she was ordered to have no social media presence, submit to warrantless search and seizure to include her electronic devices, complete a 4-hour implicit bias training. She needed to be on a 12 month implicit bias training in my opinion, as well as various fines and fees. DA Rodriguez stated, "Miss Sorenson has been held accountable for her crime, and we believe the judge handed down a fair sentence. Our hope is that this measure of accountability will help provide some closure to the couple that was falsely accused of having attempted to kidnap two young children on December. Oh, wait. They're describing what happened in the Michaels. Let me see if I want to point out something I missed while they were talking. Okay. It says she went into great detail on Instagram about the near abduction of her young children. There were significant additional details that were included in her Instagram video that had not been disclosed to the Paluma Police Department. The video went viral which we saw. Her report was determined to be false and resoundingly contradicted by the accused couple as well as store video that was obtained. All right. I don't think her sentencing was enough because think about the sentencing someone could have gotten had her lies been believed. So, I don't think her sentencing was enough. That is my opinion. And I think she should have at least been convicted of two counts of false reporting because it le it was at least, you know, two people she was accusing. So, um, yeah, I don't I just don't think it was enough at all. And she was banned from social media. What they say like a year. She needs to just not be on there cuz she she it's just not enough. It's like it's easy to do it again when you're like that. Then you just learn from it and lie better. Does she work? I don't think she she looks like a trad wife. I don't know if she is. A trad wife from what I've heard is short for traditional wife and they don't believe in which you you can do. That's fine. Trad wife in itself is not a bad thing. It is the way that is portrayed by some of these women that makes it bad. But inherently, if you want to be a trad wife or traditional wife, that's fine. That's when you say, "I do want to take on the conventional roles of I stay home. I take care of the kids. I clean. I'm fulfilled. The husband goes out and makes the money." That's that's what it is, you know, and that's fine if that's how you live your life. Um, but no, I don't think she had a job. I don't but she could have. I just don't think she did. She just gives off trad. Um, Leia's grandma says she needs a job because she has too much time on her hands to be making up stories like this. Lovable said it was not a fair sentence to me because she could have gotten more. I I agree. She needs more than a 4h hour implicit bias training at minimum. That needs to be months of training because that's learned behavior of years. She's 30 years old and you're you're saying that she'll get something from a 4-hour training. No, she's not. Let me see. The jails here, like any in America, are filled with black and brown people? That wasn't nothing what she got. And it wasn't what the couple would have gotten had they believed her at all. That's how it is in Soho Soo County. Okay. Yeah, she probably still married. Her husband good with her. Ain't nothing wrong. She probably still married. She's a stay-at-home mom. Okay. Lovable said she tried the trad wife for three years and said it wasn't for her. [laughter] Yeah. And I'll say again, being a trad wife, it's not inherently anything bad or negative. It's just a it seems like it's a more modern term that has come up to say it. But I do when I usually hear someone say tradife instead of stay-at-home mom and stuff like that, they usually mean like criticizes other women for not staying at home and not living the life how they live it. That's how that's how it seems. But I'm not sure. So I didn't want to put that out there and put that all on all the all the tra just because that's the loudest ones. Why did she get work release without working? She probably could have worked for a place for six months or something. There's the If we looked up a work release program, you probably don't have to have an actual job. Maybe you've already been working at. I'm guessing though. I don't know because I already don't like how her sentencing went down. But I think if we looked it up, we could see if you can have work released without having already been being employed. All right. Um, since her sentencing was already given down, we'll skip the whole what would have had to be proven part and go to our next thing, which is airport chaos after a cruise family fight ends in battery arrest at Orlando airport. Okay. Uh, key question for this one would be, who actually started the physical altercation inside the airport? I bet she never got off social either ring. I'm with you on that one. All right, so let's let's start with the airport one. Let me get it back to the beginning. >> Welcome back to Cop Action on Cam. Today's footage comes from the Orlando International Airport where officers were dispatched to a chaotic family altercation at a Southwest Airlines gate. The suspect was traveling with his family when a heated argument broke out between his sister and his daughter. The situation escalated when a cup of soda was thrown into the suspect's face and witnesses reported the suspect becoming combative and striking two of his relatives in their faces. Now, let's jump into the body cam footage and see how the responding officers handled this volatile situation. >> So, who's the one on the phone? >> Is she a passenger? All right, hold on a minute. Sir, can I see your ID? >> Can you tell me what happened, sir? >> Me and my daughter. Me and my sisters arguing. My daughter Bud Bud Bled. She got loud with me. I got loud with her. >> That's your daughter? >> That's my daughter. That's my sister. She threw something at me and I start swinging to protect myself because she swung. She said, "Look at the videos." >> Okay. blast. Let me see your ID and your boarding pass. >> All right, let's see what they end up finding out because per him, his sister swung at him first. And the the key legal question that I had was who started the altercation. Um that doesn't mean that's what prosecutors will ask. That was just me trying to find um some things to focus on. >> My boarding pass. >> Okay. Your ID. >> All right. Just relax to sit down. Okay. >> I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. All right. >> From what they did, they slammed the [ __ ] out of me. But other than that, they was trying to diffuse the situation. So, I have no I have no >> But no, with this party with your sister and your daughter. >> Well, if you want to say that when she threw the soda all in my eye and all that. If you want to if I want to get that off. >> Besides throwing soda, is she doing anything else? >> Yeah, she swing. She scratching. >> It's swollen all up in here. >> It's falling. It's just burning. >> You probably can't see cuz it's burning. >> What was the whole argument about? >> You told me. >> Yeah. Yeah. Don't tell me. Get Get a s. Yeah. Come over here. >> Okay. So, what? I just got here so I don't know what happened. What happened? >> I told you, man. >> Which man? >> He's taking their testimony. >> They all gonna tell you what happened. Me and my sisters arguing. Okay. And then my sister, it's a family. It's an inside family issue going on with us. >> Okay. Okay. >> Period. >> All right. >> Okay. Now, >> my sister like, "Hurry up." Tracy, I'm out here. I'm coming. >> If you have a ongoing inside family issue, don't go on vacation together. And people always pick cruises. It seem like to in and airports to be in these fights. So, was Okay. When y'all said y'all saw that video, was that the one did? Oh, no. Cuz this was an airport fight. I was thinking of the Carnival Cruise video I saw a couple years ago, but this was a fight in the airport. Don't go with your family if y'all have issues. Don't travel with them. Go on your own individual couple vacation or something. Don't Why are you traveling with your family? You got problems with them. It for for some reason gets highlighted on vacation. It doesn't really get tamped down and oh, we'll just have a good time till we get back home. Nope. This one good, but I won't spoil it for you. Okay, Auntie Netty, I will never get folks getting hyped at the airport of all places when I I'm telling you, I'm trying to be real lowkey at an airport. >> So, we just my sisters argue and being disrespectful, loud, I'm being loud, this and this, you know, just it's just it's just it's just boiled, man. It's just that, you know what I mean? >> I trying to walk away. I try to ignore it. But at the same time as we argue, she will just >> Which sister is there? The one that the officer is talking to. >> No, that's my daughter. That's not my sister. That's my daughter. >> The one that's the one that you had the the altercation with, right? >> Me and my No, me no. Me and my sister was arguing. Then my my daughter jumped in it calling herself policing my sister being smart and I said, "My you didn't." And so she threw that. >> Yeah. >> All right. She assaulted me and I protected myself. >> What did she hit you with the >> She hit me with the top end mother. So at the same time it was all >> where she hit you at where she hit you at. >> She hit me here and all that and swollen. And then when she did that I was like what the >> Okay. All right. And >> so whatever happened whatever happened to it if if whatever happened to it if I hit it I was really just like going on like this. It wasn't like no like lined it all up and all that. You understand what I'm saying? It was >> it took me off guard. I went off guard. You take me off guard, I'm going to go off guard. You get >> She caught you on unexpected. Okay, >> there you go. >> You want to press charges? >> No, I'm not pressing charges on my door. >> Okay, >> I tell you what, this is why I tell I tell Mr. Trenon, please. Now, this is this is not the same cuz we we like each other. We love each other and it's not no, you know, nothing like this going on. But he plays so much and he does it to push my buttons that at home we play fight. I try my best not to play now that I now that I know better. In my 20s, I was out here. I ain't realized that I could get arrested for batteries if it was seen by the wrong person. But anyway, we play fight, but I'm I'm the aggressor of the play fight or I appear to be the aggressor of the play fight because he does the underhanded stuff. So, like even tickling me, I'm like, see if I bop you in your head is not because I actually want to hurt you. It is a defense mechanism against you tickling me or something like and so I'm like, [laughter] you think I took it too far, but I just couldn't even control my body. This is why I'm like, "Do not bother me in public because I'm going to be the one that gets in trouble." >> No. No. She got a She She got a daughter. That's my granddaughter right there. >> The woman. >> You don't know. So, you don't know where she's at now, right? Your sister. >> I don't know where she at. >> She had to She was the video. Tell them to play the video. You want to see what happened? Tell them play the video. Only thing I'm guilty of for being disruptive, you know, because we bizarre. So, >> how about how about those guys that were here, the white guys? What happened with those? >> They was just [laughter] Listen, man. >> They were trying to break you up. >> They was breaking this up. >> Okay. >> I listen, I got no beef with them. Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Right. >> Look, for real. For real. They look like they mad at mother coming. >> Where you guys were flying to? >> Philadelphia. >> You got from Philly? >> Yeah. From Philly. We just came off the crew. >> Okay. This [ __ ] was going on. Look, it was going I stayed away from them on the cruise. They stayed away from me. >> George, you got his ID? >> Did I give you my ID? You got to give it back. I'm not giving it to you back. I have >> Okay. >> I can't get my ID. >> No, he's just He just got to get all >> He won't make me pay for a new ID. >> No, no, no. He's going to give it back to you. >> Oh, okay. >> I'm doing an investigation right now. >> That's all he's going to take. >> Hey, look. >> Until I come back, >> I apologize for y'all going through all this, man. From the bottom of my heart, >> I couldn't take [laughter] it cuz look, that came out of my >> Oh, he and he toasted. Sir, you got to stay out of personal space, okay? They can hear you. You ain't got to get all up in in their personal space to tell your story. >> I couldn't eat that after she threw that. >> No, I got you. >> I couldn't eat that. >> Come on, have a seat. Have a seat. >> Oh, my but you want to say >> No, I hear you. I hear you. >> And then I'm off guard. >> How did you >> You [ __ ] up. My mama. >> My sister Joy. >> I'm like the back. I'm like the black seed. >> Let me tell you something. >> Came a long way, brother. >> I did 15. I've been out. I've been out. I've been out of the way for 15 years. Do my background on that. >> Well, ain't nobody got time bring your background for this 15 years. So, you already served your time. Um, that's even more reason. But I know that be too much like right. Too much like right. But that be even more reason I'm not going to travel with family that I don't get along with because now the probability of us fighting goes up. I'm the one that's already done time and I might be the one back in jail. So why would you do this? He do look like a handful. Sharon, he look like a whole handful. [laughter] >> Listen listen. I've been home 15 years. I'm a former construction. Look, let me show you. Let me show you my own. Ain't no doubt. And what it is, it's like they all draw straws on they I'm going to come home act like a m >> sir. If you're a foreman with a construction company, you can afford your own vacations. This this is the product of having to prove to people you have changed. You got your life together. Look at how good I'm doing. But they still don't like you, so it don't matter. So y'all always gonna end up in an altercation. >> Back to the jail. Play with them guns and all that. Play with them guns. Look, man. I got a [ __ ] job. I'm get ready. Look, man. Look, that's my old [ __ ] >> I got a job, man. Starting Monday. I took my vacation with them for my mom to get me. >> Wait, wait, wait. You got a job starting Monday? I thought he said he was a construction foreman. You keep work on that one. There's no gap in your work. So, was he a foreman before he went to prison then? Cuz that don't make sense to me. You starting a job on Monday. Never mind. He couldn't afford his own trip. >> I worked I worked my shoulder bust. I think because what they did and the tallest >> now what's going on with me with you guys? Y'all finish our investigation, sir? >> Yes. So, there's there's officers that are speaking with other people, >> right? >> You're going to be informed as soon as they know. I'm just here hanging out with you. >> They just walk around doing their but you know they got a security camera. Y'all can't go to security and look at the camera. >> That's a valid question. Right now, I see three officers. If the surveillance footage is readily available to at least be played back, you know, some officers will put their body cam, make sure it's aimed at the camera or the screen, and they watch the playback. Is someone also watching camera playback right now? Because that is a very logical, reasonable question to have. Make sure y'all look at the footage because it might help him. It he might not have been the aggressor and he might have actually been defending himself. with you. Are we uh >> But they leaving, they get to leave and y'all got me. So they get to leave and they was in the occasion and they transgress on me first and I'm sitting here with you cuz I'm a man. Look, I'm just asking a question. >> I know, but first we're going to take a breath. Okay. >> Okay. Hey, >> how do you think you'll feel? >> Have you seen me over there once? >> Not at all. Right. >> Okay. >> Did I get two sides of the story? No, sir. I was going to get a nice packet, man. Come on. Take me to the hospital. Come on. Let's go to the hospital. Let's get some X-rays on this. Y'all ready? You want to get X-rays on it? Come on. Hang on. >> They leaving. I might as well get my X-rays since my show tweaked out and I can't run home and all that and they leaving and I got to be the back of the I guess I guess I might as well go ahead and get him. the medical aspect of it. Are you not wanting to go now? >> I mean, I I need to go, but I can deal with that cuz my fight right here. >> You get what I'm saying? Yeah, of course. Let me see what they do with the doors. >> He's saying now that he doesn't want to go and that he wants to take care of the medical stuff at home. >> Oh, that's weird. He should have went to the hospital. Okay. Lovable said, "Why does he want to go to the hospital?" He said that they slammed him down on the ground. Lovable during the whole altercation, they being his family slammed him or or people that came to break up the fight with him and his family slammed him on the ground. >> Um, is that something >> I can deal with it at home? >> Yeah, I'd love to know that. If I can't leave now, I mean I mean we'll be gone. >> But I know, but they have procedures, too, that they have to fill out cuz you said you want to go to the hospital. We want to make sure you're on. Does that make sense? No, nobody's messing with you, man. I'm trying to see because you want to go. >> I do, but my fight is out there now and I want to leave. I can deal with this at home. I can get on my flight. I can take this ice shake and put this ice on me on the plane and deal with it and deal with deal. >> Understood. What you had said is that you wanted to go to the hospital. >> Yes. >> So, we brought out the resources for you. >> Now, if you're grown, if you don't want to go, >> if I can get on my flight, I don't want to go because I can deal with this. I can put this on. I can fit this pipes on my shoulder. >> Understood. And I can deal with this in the city, Philadelphia. >> Okay. >> If we can get you on the flight, you want the flight. If you don't, are you wanting the am the hospital at all? >> Yeah, because I might go if I can't get on the flight because if I get on there now, I can get right off. I can get off the flight and go right to the hospital. I'm homeing in my city and I'm not held up. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm living the project. I'm in the union. I'm working. >> Not even here to judge you, man. I'm If you need medical, we're here for you. >> I know. I know. I'm just saying though, but I can conquer it better. I got to conquer it, though. >> Yes, sir. >> Meaning, you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. You got checked out. I I get it. >> Well, we're all here for you, my friend. I promise. >> But I know I ain't I know I ain't crazy because I know any of y'all I don't know. We can do that. >> He's gonna Somebody throw something in your face like this, what are you going to do? question. >> Hey son, >> sir. >> Okay, my voice. Damn. >> You're good, man. >> We We going to start >> reaction is a reaction. >> No matter. >> True. >> You're right. Show. Listen. Let's not play games. >> I'm not playing games. >> You're not getting on the plane. So that's out of >> Okay. So I'm not getting on the plane. So, what's next? Is your What's your name? >> Officer Gonzalez. >> All right. Officer Gonzalez. What's next? >> Gonzalez. George Gonzalez. >> Okay. George, what's next, Mr. George? >> Well, you said you were injured. What? This is medical condition. He has to sign up. >> Okay. Now, how come I can't get on the plane? >> Because Southwest representatives are not going to let you fly on this flight. Um, they have the right to do that. Whatever incident occurred, whoever wasn't >> But they took my money though. That's what I talked about rebooking. Yeah. So that's why I was over there talking to them. You'll be rebooked for free. Here's the phone number that you need to call. I have that available. >> I have this ID with them. I'll give you >> So from a medical standpoint, I have the ability to take you to the hospital by ambulance. If you wish to get your shoulder evaluated because you're not getting on that flight, these paramedics will take you to the hospital. You can get assessed, call that number, and and change your flight and catch another flight home. >> I need to get on that flight soon. that I I wish I had the ability to change anything. I cannot and the Southwest representatives will not let me fly on that flight. >> At the hospital, I don't have no car. I got to get back here. >> Sir, they said you No, not they. He said if I can't get on the flight, I'm going to go to the hospital. If I ain't got if I can get on my flight, I'll go to the hospital back home. They said you not get on this flight. So, are you going to the hospital or not? >> 10 minutes late. 10 minutes. >> Y'all going to bring me back here? >> No. >> See what I'm saying? many of the hospitals test. >> I don't have no family down here. I'm from Philadelphia. >> I understand that and I'm sorry that anything happened. I have zero concern. See, >> so now see so now and I can't go to hospital. >> That's why I wanted to get go ahead home and and get right off and go right to the hospital. I don't know this area to you, sir. I have no control over what happened that allowed made them. I had no choice but to say no and stay here and I just hope and pray to God they booked me a flight soon as possible so I can go home. So I'm going to have you sign a form if you wish to say you're not going to go to the hospital by ambulance. I'm going to make a medical report that you injured your left shoulder here at the airport and that'll be available in 5 days through risk management. >> Listen, please go outside. I got to walk. I [laughter] just gotta walk. >> We're walking. Give me a second. Let them finish this [ __ ] out, man. Let cigarette, man. >> Let them finish up and we'll say something. Can I please I just want to just listen to him. >> Just don't even say nothing. Just listen. I'mma [laughter] keep it down. >> I knew it when we first bring up about the vacation. I knew it in the soul. I said, "I'mma do this vacation cuz my mom is over and you want to get some pictures." [laughter] And I kept telling my wife, "This your first time in Leno?" >> Our first cruise. >> A cruise. >> All right, sir. Uh, right now after I did my investigation and all that stuff, be a little more Yeah, a little more aggressive. >> Put your hands behind your back, sir. He's He's cooperating. All right, relax. Please call off. Watch your hands so they don't get hurt. You don't get hurt. >> I'm waiting to see. Yeah, I'm waiting to see what's going on. Do we switch to the body cam of them talking to the sister? The daughter that says something that his daughter was the one throwing the drink at him, too. I kept thinking about that, too. All right. Well, he going >> uh deadlock. >> Hang on. That's okay. My fault. Okay. >> Is this yours? Is this? >> Yeah. That's me. >> Okay. Okay, listen. >> I'm family man. I say something. Did you see the video? >> Yeah. No, >> you got to go look at the video. Don't do me like that. >> Listen to me. Play it. >> Listen. My partner went review the videos and the video is not pointing in the direction where everything happened. >> Okay. Point me like that. >> The video is not pointing in the direction that everything is happening. Huh? I wonder where the blind spots are for an airport. It's Orlando. Y'all need to have camera angles and no blind spots because I'm with Gwen is going. She said it seem like people just go to the Orlando airport to start something so we can watch them on YouTube [laughter] >> because you're the more aggressive. Unfortunately, some other people sustain injuries. All right, just somebody grab this. >> Come on, let's take them downstairs. >> All right. Okay. [laughter] video. >> Okay. Come on. You bring out that with me. [laughter] Listen. After the whole said and done. >> Listen, sir. Let me You're talking You're talking You're talking over me. I I I try to see >> this is cuz your family, you're the, you know, it's kind of domestic. No, not kind of. It is domestic. You are the more aggress even though they're from water and I I people said that, but you are the more aggressive. And the way they train us, when someone is the more aggressor and other people sustain visible injuries, >> you'll get you're gonna be arrested. Okay. >> Okay. Is that when it's called instead of being the uh well, they might use this word interchangeably depending, but I've seen some officers on body cam say primary or predominant aggressor. So, because she has really bad injuries, that's why they're still going to take him even if she was the first to do it. And I wonder if then they're going to say with the one we watched in the beginning with that mom, uh, she's a predominant or primary aggressor because their injuries are worse. Although they tried to jump that mom, their injuries are worse. Still think a good defense attorney will help her out on that cuz to me that doesn't matter. It's not my fault. Especially if I'm using my hands and you was going to use your hands. It's not even like I pulled out something else. So you definitely you going to give me something else. Two on one, you know. So, but yeah, I guess that's why cuz they have worse injuries. She She threw a drink, but he threw hands. >> That's it. That's it. And it's a basic battery. Nothing nothing major. Right. Let's go down here. >> I go to work. I'm a working man. >> We both I'm watch Gonzalez. Anybody put their hand? One sec. Watch. You got me. >> I got you. I got you. >> No, I got you. No, you got >> Okay. >> You got to understand this is different in Florida, in Philly. You understand? >> Oh, you [ __ ] me. >> Yeah, it's different. >> Oh, no. You didn't just say that. >> Oh, no. You didn't just say that. How fast would I be? Y'all want to charge me? Do I got to take bail and all that? >> Yeah. I'm going to explain everything to you. Right. >> All right. Let's search him. Good. He won't have anything in his pockets. Go >> ahead. Just lay up in the front. In the front. Got it. >> This got to be a sign that you got to stay away from family. You you got to go ahead and stay away from from these family members cuz here you are now. You got to post bail. He said he started a job on Monday. So I don't really think he's got the finances to be also having to post bail, get another plane ticket cuz this, you know, this is probably seen as his fault. So them giving him another flight, they're not obligated to at no cost to give him another flight. So yeah, make make this your last vacation trip with family and maybe y'all can work things out over the phone and some maybe some some teleconference type therapy sessions or something cuz this is not going to help him at all. >> I got money in me. >> Okay, I got you know8 camera. Count it. >> Look, she she's going to count it in front of you. >> It's 25 smoking. >> He got 2500 cash on him. So, okay. He'll be able to pay for his bail as long as that ain't rent money he holding on to. Cuz you know, you know, some people do, they'll they'll flex their rent money like it ain't going to rent. But, you know, yeah, long as he got a little cash on him, he can make bail. But again, this is wasted money either way. >> Can I blow one real fast? >> I got faith in y'all. >> Okay. So, thank you for bringing in another perspective. Poetic Justice said if he's an independent contractor, you pick up different jobs. are foremen of construction jobs. Is it common for them to be independent contractors? That's the only reason he named an actual position for construction that he was in. But I do appreciate introducing a whole different perspective on he had he could have steady work. It's just that a job ends, you start another one. That job ends, you start another one. So I appreciate that projects. I get it. I get it. They paid for his trip. Did they they said they paid for his trip? Did he say that? I'm I believe you daddy. You already watched this and I just missed who mentioned it. I hear you. You're right because I took it as Are you just saying that and you ain't had no job? So yeah, I'll take it. It's a different perspective. I want to see the family's input, too. Jacqueline, this is me to do this. No, I ain't talking about the hands. I'm talking about >> Yeah. Go sideways. Go sideways. >> First side. >> So, this is y'all police cars is like this. [laughter] >> George. George. >> Hey, he ain't going nowhere. >> I want to go in and out. I want to get processed. >> Listen. This is what going to happen. I'm the one who's doing the wrestling prep work. I'm an oldtimer, right? Doing this 30 something years. The faster I I'm gonna explain everything to you. But the faster I do this report, the faster you get inside and get out there. What I'm gonna do, we're gonna take you over there. We're gonna get you out the vehicle and we're going to sit in the waiting area because it's more comfortable. And I got to type it up. And then once I'm done, then you go in. >> Real fast before you >> It's a simple battery. That's all it is. Okay. >> Can I smoke a cigarette though real fast? >> Can I smoke a cigarette real fast before you do all that? >> No. He just said the quicker he gets it done, the quicker you go and you want to waste time smoking a cigarette. >> We go when we go into jail, I'll let you smoke a cigarette before we go inside the jail. >> Okay. >> And I'll let you make a phone call, >> my man. >> Okay. But you got to be cool with me. Let me do my thing. All right. >> Just a simple par. >> All right. Where we? >> Yeah. I'm from Philadelphia. >> I'm from New York, bro. >> So you already know where we at. You know NYPD, man. Retired. >> This ain't no shooting cuz if it was a shooting, you would have had to come down. >> I got the window open so you could breathe. All right. I don't know why some people say this. It was another one I watched. I didn't end up um it's not one I'm going to show y'all, but I hate it when people say, "Yeah, you got to shoot me and kill me." Why would you say that? Why are you saying that? Um before he said that, what I was going to say was he does seem like a character. He seems like he likes to be life of the party, class clown. He likes to be the entertainer, the look at me person, which it's not inherently a bad thing, but he's definitely saying a lot to keep that extra attention on him. I don't know how to put it, but there are some people that this this I don't know how to put it. I don't know if it's like a need to be liked or a I don't know, but he gives off that I need you to find all my jokes funny and and it's not a negative thing. I'm just observing this is his type of personality. Yeah, it's the way over there. >> At the time of production, this case was closed. The suspect was initially charged with battery and disorderly conduct, but prosecutors later dropped the charges after determining the case wasn't suitable for prosecution. >> Interesting. I wonder was it not suitable? Because the witnesses that were that got that were on the receiving end of the battery had to fly back home anyway. so they wouldn't be there to even testify? Or was it because they actually ended up feeling like they didn't have enough um to prove beyond a reasonable doubt with the battery and that he was the primary or predominant aggressor? I wonder why. Oh, dang. Between Candace Mindy and Lovable, don't get on their bad side. That's [laughter] what I'm seeing in in this chat. Forever TRL said I'm from Pennsylvania, but we do not claim this man. [laughter] Okay, Mindy said, "Oh, Love said," because they're dumb. But Mindy said, "Yes, Triny. My last dude was an independent contractor with his own small crew. People hired him directly for jobs, remodeling their homes, some plumbing work, etc. He made good money." I accept it. I accept that. I And I do. It does seem like construction is one of the friendlier careers for convicted felons to get in when they get out. So, I can totally believe he's in construction. And with the perspective added from y'all, thank you for um for adding he might just be an independent contractor. That's just normal. Yeah, I I I ended a job. I started a new one on Monday. Not a job as in how I'm seeing a traditional job. It's how construction speaks about a job. I I totally can accept that. That is no problem. Let's see. Yeah, life of the party. He's the life of the party. My joy, my peace. That's what it is. Poetic Justice said he was vindicated. Charge is gone. Let's see. Omar said that's two people who have gotten a charge dropped. Yep, it is. [laughter] Lovable Scorpion said, "Trin, I'm a lovable Scorpion, not a mean one." Okay, lovable. [laughter] Oh, man. And yeah, people do pay with cash on some things. Okay. All right. So, let's go to our next one. I won't need to do what prosecutors Well, actually, yeah, I can still look at what prosecutors would have had to prove and that's all for this one just because they they didn't end up doing it, but this is what they would have had to prove for battery, which would be a first-degree misdemeanor in Florida. And it says prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intentionally touched or struck another person against that person's will or the defendant intentionally caused bodily harm to another person. All right. So, let's go to our next one. And this one. Oh, let me ask y'all. Have we already watched this together? So, I can skip it and go to a different one when we get to this point. Hold on. I got to go to the beginning so y'all can see. One second. It's that teen that uh got caught stealing from Burlington. Cuz this one, y'all remember this one? We did we watch this together? I watched it. I don't remember if I watched it with y'all, but he got caught stealing from his job. And I think he thought he was just going to get kind of in trouble, but he didn't want to be in jail trouble. So, let me know. I think he had a football scholarship, too. We watched this one together. Okay. So, I'm taking this one off. All right. I had already picked a replacement for him. All right. Now, we have Let me get it together. Ultra racist woman goes ballistic after getting arrested. I watched the end of this video. Her how she went ballistic was described. I don't know if it was actually shown though, so the narrator is going to have to pick up the heavy load of talk about how she went ballistic. But the key question is, what specific actions beyond offensive speech gave officers probable cause to arrest her? All right. >> What's the issue? >> Nothing. >> So, you don't have no family members left. Is that what's going on? >> What's going on about some racist? >> Racist? I'm talking to you about your family members. How is that racist? >> Was she saying racial things? >> No, I have a bunch of videos. I can check, but it's somewhere along the lines of Did you see how red this country was? >> Yeah. Did you not see how red this country was when they bought it? >> Over here. >> Yeah, it's red. Is that a big thing? >> You got ID on you, boss? >> Not me. This is my car. Can you grab it, please? >> Is that a restful offense? >> What's going on? >> Well, why are we getting calls about you? >> Cuz he is got hurt feelings >> about what? >> I don't know. Ask him. >> Okay. Do you live here? >> No. I was walking through and he got hurt feelings. He said, "Hold on. I call the cops." I said, "Okay." >> What are his feelings hurt about? >> Cuz I told him, "It don't matter who's president." >> The president's going to fix the country. Oh, you're prejudice. No, I'm not. Mhm. >> And then it went on. >> I got you. Do you have ID on you? >> No. >> What's your name? >> I ain't give you nothing. I want to talk to attorney. >> Okay. >> I want to talk to a lawyer right now at this moment. >> Do you have a lawyer? >> I'll get one. >> Okay. >> Or book me in and I'll find one. >> What? >> Book me in and I'll find one. >> Okay. What's your plan for the rest of the night? >> I'm going home. That's where I was going. But he wanted me to hang out here to talk to you. >> Why? I don't know. He said, "Hang out here. I'm going to call." Okay. Why won't me talk to you? I don't know. >> So, what's what happened, man? >> So, I I'm coming out. I'm going to get groceries. And she was tell she came up to me and she was like, "Can I ask you something?" She's like, "These girls I was trying to talk to and they ran inside like I was going to." So, I keep walking and she starts talking to me about how red it is, how I'm invading. >> No, arrest me. Rest me. I'll go. No problem. >> Why do you want to go to jail? >> Did you do anything? >> I don't want to go to jail. He wants me to go to jail. Did you anything weirdo? >> Anything physical? >> Weirdo. >> Did anything physical? >> You acted stupid. Ask me a real question, ignorant fool. >> Yeah, you've had quite a bit to drink tonight, haven't you? >> No, I haven't. >> I can smell it coming from >> No, I have had a drink. But what I'm saying is you asking stupid like President Trump said, you a Democrat. You acting stupid. Acting stupid. >> How you sound stupid saying somebody acting stupid? [sighs and gasps] Lord. Um, let me see. I'm just trying to see if there was anything else we can add to our bingo squares. I thought we had an alcohol win, but I might have replaced them with our other suggestions for version nine. So, we might not have an alcohol one on this one. Oh, how many drinks did you have? Was that one he kind of said? Would that go? We I'll take it if y'all say we can do how many drinks did you have was kind of close to what he said. >> Questions? I don't think Trump >> He asked me over here to talk to you. I come over here to talk to you. >> I started taking videos. I said, "No, I didn't say that." I take the phone down yell off just talking. She's like, "Do you have what are you alone in the country? Do you have your family?" That's like just absolute nonsense. >> What you trying to figure out, bro? >> Does anything physical happen between you guys? >> No. I don't like him. He's not six. I'm not attracted to punch him. >> Yeah. >> Did he punch me? That's what I'm trying to figure out. >> Go asking. >> I'm asking you. >> Then I got to the car. I was like, I'm trying to leave. She's like in the car. I swear I won't do anything. I was like, I don't want to touch the car. >> You want to pursue charges? >> Um, no. >> Sure. >> I mean, what is the process? >> It'll be a ticket. >> Okay, then. Yeah. >> Okay, that's good. He did. He touched me. >> Okay. >> He pushed me like this. >> He pushed you? >> Yeah. >> Did you push him? >> He know better. No, I we didn't touch each other. Why you acting stupid? asking stupid questions. >> Ma'am, >> ignorant. >> What's Did you get any money? >> No, he's acting asking stupid. No, I'm not giving you a ID. >> Okay, so here's the thing. >> Didn't take me to jail. >> I'm not giving you a ID. >> Here, let me let me talk to you quick. >> I'm not giving you an ID. He asked me over. He talking stupid. Call me a white crank. What the is a crank? >> Okay. >> What the is a crank? >> I have no idea. If you don't even know what it is, but you definitely know what you're trying to call him. I feel like he has a reason to be mad because he he knows what she trying to call him versus I don't know what that is either, but she's mad because he actually decided to defend himself and not let her talk to him any kind of way. And she can't believe that this man called the police on her. That's what this is. But I I am Okay, so I can't do uh federal level politics, so you ain't going to hear me say much about it. Doesn't mean I don't have an opinion, but I ain't going to be saying too much on my channel, okay? But I cannot stand people that want to force their thoughts and opinions on you and they have the nerve to get mad that you got something to say right back at them and they mad because you got them better than they got you. You started this man's just trying to go do whatever he's got to do for his night. You're bothering him. You are a stranger. Why are you bothering him? >> Trying to talk. >> Ask him. >> Okay. So, >> no. You coming over here threatening is what you're doing. want you bring them shoulders back and quit acting like I'm the criminal. Huh? How about that? >> Are you done talking? >> What does that mean? Bring your shoulders back. She thinks she really eating too. >> How about you be done talking? >> Well, you haven't given me no. >> Well, no, because you already took his side. >> So, bring your shoulders down because they don't scare me, little Zen. I know. >> Okay. Well, I'm just trying to talk to you. I'm not trying to >> Well, and talk and quit like that at me cuz it don't work. Makes me more angry. >> Sounds >> When a man acts like they can dominate a woman, it's stupid. >> Okay. We're just out here with you because it sounds like you were bugging some of >> No, I was standing here. He came to me. >> Okay. >> I love that she's proving that she did everything that man said that she did because I don't know if he has any witnesses outside of her just literally telling on herself right now. Well, it sounds like you made some inappropriate racial >> No, I didn't. That's what he said. I could tell you what he said. Would you believe me? And say it sounds like she said, you said this >> [ __ ] He said, >> "No, it don't matter. In court of law, he said she said bullshit." >> So, don't bring that to me. >> Well, I'm just trying to figure >> Are you going to Do you have ID on you? >> No, I'm not giving you ID. I ain't done nothing for you to ID me. What's your name? >> It don't matter. Ask him. He's the one that called you. You going to put on gloves? Like, I'm going to arrest her. I got to put on gloves. >> Why? I >> Is that it? Is that what you're doing? >> I just like my hands to be >> He wants to rest me. Let's go. He wants to arrest me. >> So, what's your name? >> He wants to arrest me. Go ahead. >> What's your name? >> I ain't giving you that. >> Okay. If you don't give me your name, you're going to go to jail. >> All right. Let's go. >> Okay. Place your hands behind your back. >> You're under arrest. >> No. I got nothing wrong. >> Here come that delayed response in 321 cuz she [laughter] she not going to like this. Oh, dang it. What was I going to say? Oh, Teresa says she must have been drinking some Thunderbird from a brown bag or some moonshine. It's some things going on with her >> for obstructing disorderly conduct. >> I ain't done nothing. >> And I don't know if you have any bonds or anything or if you're on probation. >> Let me go. We'll find out. We'll find out. So, we're going cuz I wouldn't give you my name. >> I tried to give you plenty of chances to talk to me to provide a >> what? He's the one that said it. >> And I don't I'm not going to play these games of >> I didn't say that. >> Okay. So, you are going to jail. There's nothing changing my mind about that. >> I didn't say that. Serious. >> That's all right. >> You're also going to have a no contact >> who? Where is this anyway? >> I don't know. What is this place? >> You have a t-shirt under this? >> Yeah. Okay. >> What is this place though? For real. I'm asking. You ain't going to tell me. >> I mean, I don't know. You tell me. But you >> I don't know. >> It don't matter, ma'am. You know, you're you're in America. You're in America. So, it's okay. Just Just go off that. It didn't matter to you before. It don't matter now. >> I think I'm about to call. >> You are correct. >> Oh, quit. I ain't got no guns. What are you looking for? We have to empty all your pockets. >> Oh, what? >> We have to empty all your pockets by the jail. >> That's my freaking way. I'm get my money. >> No, >> I have It's policy. I have to >> What are you Wow. I ain't got news. You think I'm a terrorist? Crazy weirdo. >> What the [ __ ] You all up in my You all up in my You get out. Turn your turn. Turn your camera on. You all in my titty. >> I need to >> You all in my titty. You're in my You're in my honey. You're in my >> You know her breath is bad. Oh my gosh. And ma'am, I think they can just Okay, I'm not going to do it. I I'm just going to say I think that they can search her chest fairly easily without doing too much. They're not all in your breasts. Oh, well, Dad, I forgot about that. >> You so naughty. >> Will you provide a a breath sample to see how much you've been drinking? >> Nope. >> All right. >> Y'all got to get my lawyer. I want lawyer. >> Who's your lawyer? >> I want a lawyer. >> Who's your lawyer? I'll call. >> You're getting unhappy. >> All right. Have a seat back there. [screaming] [screaming] >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Stop doing that, please. [screaming] >> If she was a free, she wouldn't be walking. You just have the county ready for me. Did they say any cons or any >> I uh I did I I him. He said >> levelvel. You were right. This is a good one. Um Candace Candace, you are out of line. I might have to put you in timeout with my joy my peace. Candace coaches said, "I bet the bottom teeth got a quick release and I can't I cannot with you." [laughter] >> He had some videos. Can you just grab them? >> Hey, uh Mike, real quick. You think the ancient crime statue didn't fall on the list? >> Oh, read it. >> Let me know. >> Stop. >> Stop banging your head. >> All right, man. I just got this for uh Rights and Resources, the victim of a crime. >> Did you have videos? >> I do have some videos. >> Did you show him? >> I didn't. >> Okay. You just want to show me quick. >> Stop. Stop banging your head. >> She's trying to uh time up her racial comments to when my phone was put down, but >> all right. I'm going to give you one more chance to [ __ ] get the out of here. Okay. 47 starting 32. [screaming] >> Then I put the phone down and she just make racial comments, but she's I would have gotten in the car, but she's making it seem like she's going to kick it or something. >> Stop doing that. Why you say that? >> Because coming from the generations, you are a disappointment in all areas of life. >> Ma'am, [screaming] stop doing that. [screaming] She's banging her head the whole time here. Yeah, she's yelling. >> No, >> just going. >> Yeah, let let old uh K9 Destroyer sit in the back seat with her. Let's see how much she talk to him then. Or her then. [laughter] [crying] There is a pervasive belief out there. You've probably seen it in your own life, maybe at a family gathering, or certainly on videos like the one we are about to break down, that if you just speak loudly enough, throw around some constitutional buzzwords you half remember from high school civics, and act offended enough, the police will simply vaporize. We often call this the status shield. It's the idea that who you are or who you think you are matters more than what you're doing. It's the belief that your age, your political opinions, or your sheer indignation overrides the penal code. We see it with politicians. We see it with wealthy business owners. And today, we see it with a 55-year-old woman in Lacrosse, Wisconsin, who genuinely believes that her seniority and her political grievances give her a pass to terrorize a stranger. But here's the reality I want you to understand, and it's the core theme of what we do here. The street has a very different set of rules than a debate club or a customer service counter. When law enforcement arrives at a disturbance call, they aren't looking for a lecture on the state of the union. They're looking for two very specific legal triggers: reasonable suspicion and probable cause. And as we are about to see, attempting to turn a simple investigative detention into a roadside law school lecture is the fastest, most efficient way to talk yourself into a pair of handcuffs. We are going to watch a woman turn a situation that could have been a talk and release, a simple go home and sleep it off into a weekend in county jail simply because she refused to follow the basic rules of the road. Let's set the scene properly because context is everything in law. This isn't a traffic stop. In a traffic stop, the officer usually sees the infraction with their own eyes. They saw the speeding. They saw the swerving. They saw the broken tail light. That gives them immediate power. But this is a disturbance call at an apartment complex. That changes the legal texture of the encounter completely. When officers roll up to a scene like this, they are walking into a mystery. They don't know who is right, who is wrong, or who is lying. Dispatch has just told them there's a woman shouting, threatening people, and making racist remarks. That's all they have. So, when the officers arrive, their first legal objective isn't to arrest anyone. It's to hit the pause button. In legal terms, this is called an investigative detention. >> Okay, I didn't want to I didn't want to interrupt him missing. I feel like that was a good stop for just or just a good pause. Leia's grandma, thank you for the super chat. Said Trenton, get your favorite drink today. Okay, I sure will. It's going to involve right now. One of my favorite drinks is that Sonic and it's called a something. It's got whipped cream in it. I can or Sonic's cream if it's not whipped cream and it's a little pink drink. It's like a pink flamingo or something that it's called. So that's what I'mma get today. Thank you very much. I have been craving one of those, too. So, thank you. I appreciate it. [laughter] Or a Terry stop. Think of it like a mandatory timeout in a sports game. The police have the authority to freeze the scene, separate the parties, and figure out if a crime has actually occurred. To do that effectively, they need to know the players involved. They need to know who is who. This is where our subject makes her first catastrophic strategic error. The officer approaches her and asks a simple open-ended question. What's the issue? This is an invitation. He is giving her the chance to control the narrative. He is giving her the floor to say, "Officer, this man was bothering me." Or, "We just had a disagreement about politics." If she says that, calmness prevails, and she probably goes home. Instead, she chooses aggressive deflection. She immediately launches into a tirade about family members, race, and how red the country is. Now, pause and think about this from the officer's perspective. He has a report saying, "Woman is yelling racist and political threats. He walks up to the woman and the first thing she does is yell political rhetoric at him. She is effectively testifying against herself. She is confirming the witness report before the officer has even spoken to the victim. She is establishing the disorderly element of the potential charge right out of the gate. Then comes the pivotal moment, the fork in the road. The officer asks, "You got ID on you, boss?" This is the most critical decision point in the entire video. If she hands over the ID, here is what happens. The officers run her name. They check for active warrants. They see she's clean. They realize she's intoxicated. Sure. But if she's cooperative, they probably just tell her, "Ma'am, you've had a few. Just go inside and stay away from that guy." That's it. That is the path of least resistance. But she chooses the hard way. >> And people like that never choose the the easy way. like this is so you're already like you're getting on somebody's nerves. you're harassing them and the worst that could happen had you actually listened was can you go back in your house or your apartment but nope that's too much like right actually I told you that's my favorite uh that's like I said that's one of my favorite saying too much like right that's one of my favorite but um yeah just choosing to do stupid stuff and continuing to do it probably because she hasn't they said she got a clean record probably because she hasn't been punished in the past for harassing people and it's just like what are you gonna do to me because I've been told this country is for me and I will always be right. So, I'm going to keep doing what I feel like doing. Also, I'm pissed because I'm 55 looking like I'm 85. Candace said crank ass 20 years and I'm done with you again. You're still in timeout. You're still in timeout. [laughter] But no, I She does not look 55. I will honestly say that she did not I didn't I would have not thought 55 for this woman cuz cuz this Auntie Netty talking about she's 70 something. I, Auntie Natty, I thought you were closer to 55. So, yeah. Ain't no way she looked 55 to me. All right. Um, thank you for the super chat, Auntie Natty. Said just for being you. I'mma try to I'mma try to let y'all know when I end up using the super chat song because I do feel I I do like to share that. So, thank you very much, Auntie Natty. Um, I will say last month if you did super chats, it either it it mostly probably went to me getting my locks. That's probably one of the main things it went to. So, you know, thank you for that. I appreciate it. Gwen, gift of a trendy tribe membership. And sweet tea, I don't know if I said out loud, but when you got your gift of the trendy tribe membership, congratulations because I saw you in the chat. Um, let me see if I still have my [sighs and gasps] just want to Okay, I was trying to see who who is this one going to for for Gwen's gifting a membership. Then Leia's grandma, thank you for being a member for 30 months. Leia's grandma said, "Rock until the wheels fall off. You're one of my faves, Trannon." Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, Leia's grandma and and um I have some others I know I'mma forget to say, but Miss Lady won and her daughter and some of some of my other trendies, Justine Battle, they got to come to my painting. And I was so happy to meet y'all in person. Well, I met some of y'all in person on the cruise. I was happy to see y'all at something that was just for us, too. I hope to one day do it again. I got demonetized the last time I had that one. So, it was a lot a lot of out-of- pocket payments that I'm still kind of trying to get right with. So, we'll see if I can do it in 2027 hopefully because we never know. I maybe could have one in 2027. All right. Thank you, my joy, my peace. Okay. Who did it go to? Who got the um the Trendy Tribe membership? I'll hit play while y'all tell me. >> She refuses. Not on me, but this is my car. Then she asks, "Is that a restful offense?" Seemingly meaning arrestable offense. This reveals her mindset perfectly. She is trying to calculate exactly how much she can obstruct the police without actually going to jail. She wants to tow the line. She wants to be difficult, but not too difficult. The problem is she doesn't know where the legal line is actually drawn. She thinks the line is physical violence. She thinks as long as she doesn't punch anyone, she doesn't have to identify herself. She is wrong. The officer tries to explain. He asks, "Why are we getting calls about you?" He's trying to bridge the gap, trying to get her to understand that she is the subject of an investigation, but she doubles down. She claims the victim just has hurt feelings because of her political views. And then she plays the card we see in so many of these videos, the card that everyone thinks is a magic spell. She screams, "I ain't giving you nothing. I want to talk to attorney." Let's stop here and really dig into this because this is one of the most dangerous misconceptions in American life. You have a right to an attorney. Absolutely. It is enshrined in the Constitution, but you cannot call a timeout in the middle of a street level investigation to wait for a lawyer to arrive. That is not how the Sixth Amendment or Miranda rights work. The right to counsel under Miranda generally kicks in during custodial interrogation. That phrase is specific. It means two things must be happening at the same time. Custody, you are under arrest and not free to leave. Interrogation. The police are asking you questions intended to get you to confess to a crime. >> I want to stop here cuz um again, all these videos are credited in my description box. This is Body Cam Justice Reports. Looks like I'm already subscribe to them. I'm going to have to be I'm going to have to be more intentional about seeing what other videos they have. I love some narration where they start breaking things down. So, cuz it teaches me later when we watch ones that don't have any context or things like that and then I start getting used to hearing certain terms, uh specific circumstances. So, this is Body Cam Justice Reports in case you want to support their channel. Um, okay, I'll keep going. >> Right now, looking at this video, she isn't under arrest yet. She is detained, and the officer isn't asking her, "Did you conspire to commit treason?" He is asking, "What is your name?" Courts have ruled time and time again that asking for biographical data, name, date of birth, address, does not trigger Miranda warnings. It is administrative. It is the paperwork of policing. by screaming for a lawyer right now. She is essentially shouting into the wind. The officer ignores it, not because he is violating her civil rights, but because her demand is legally irrelevant at this second. It's like demanding a refund for a movie you haven't bought a ticket for yet. She then makes a bizarre offer. Book me in and I'll find one. She is essentially daring them to arrest her. This is a psychological defense mechanism we see a lot. It's an attempt to reclaim power by inviting the worst case scenario. She's bluffing. She thinks if she acts unafraid of jail, the officer will be intimidated and let her go. But for the officer, this is just more evidence of obstruction. She is making it clear she will not cooperate voluntarily. While she is busy arguing constitutional law with zero training, the officer pivots to the victim. This is how a case is actually built. The victim explains that he was just walking to get groceries when she approached him, ranting about how he is invading and making comments about the country being read. This witness statement provides the probable cause for disorderly conduct. Now, disorderly conduct is a charge people misunderstand. They think it just means being annoying. But legally, it usually requires behavior that is unreasonably loud, abusive, indecent, profane, or otherwise tends to cause a disturbance. Targeting a stranger in a parking lot with racially charged or political shouting matches fits that definition perfectly. It's not about her political opinion. She's allowed to think whatever she wants. She's allowed to stand on her own lawn and yell at the clouds. But when she directs that aggression at a specific person in a public space, causing a disturbance that alarms others, it crosses the line from free speech to disorderly conduct. Back to the suspect, she's engaging in what psychologists might call rapid cycling. One second she is aggressive. Arrest me. The next she is dismissive. He's an ignorant fool. And the next she is denying reality. I didn't do anything. The officer notes the smell of alcohol. You've had quite a bit to drink tonight. She denies it, saying she only had a drink. This is the universal unit of measurement in police encounters. Everyone has had two beers or one drink. But the intoxication is legally significant here. While being drunk isn't a crime in itself, it destroys her credibility. It explains her erratic mood swings. And crucially, it removes the officer's ability to give her the benefit of the doubt. If she were sober, the officer might think, "Okay, she's just having a bad day. Let's reason with her." But because she is intoxicated, he knows he cannot reason with her. He cannot release her on her own recgnizance right this second because she is a potential danger to the public peace. Thank you, narrator. She is a potential danger to the public peace. I agree. I totally agree. Lesie done came out here and said, "Buy you another one on me." Thank you, Lesie. Thank you. Thank you. If I get a different drink, I'll tell you about that one, too, cuz I have a few little drinks and my favorites. They always end up getting some kind of cream added to them. But yes, I will I will get one on you as well. I thank you. So that'll be my second treat. So let's see. End of June I'm getting one. Then I'll get another one in July. Some kind of nice drink I like. But I appreciate that. Thank you very very much. I appreciate your support popping out. [laughter] Poetic Justice. I love the supportive community. This is what we have to have. This has done my heart good today. I'm glad. I'm glad cuz I'mma be how can I put this? It just depends on when people find me and their first impression of me and if they decide to stay. It just depends what we're talking about. But I I try to be open. Some things I'm like I'll keep my opinion but I don't try to destroy someone else's opinion opinion just cuz I might disagree with it. So yeah, it just depends. And yeah, stick with me. I'm I'm pretty wellrounded. I might not always get it right or anything, but I I do try to be as fair as possible, but I am human, so it is what it is. >> If he drives away, she's just going to attack the next person who walks by. She tries to flip the script again, asking, "Did you punch him? Did he punch me?" She is trying to argue that because there was no physical violence, there is no crime. This is the battery versus assault disorderly confusion. She thinks you have to draw blood to break the law, but the law is designed to prevent the violence before it happens. You don't have to hit someone to be arrested. You just have to create a situation where violence is likely to occur. The officer clarifies this for her. You coming over here threatening is what you're doing. He gives her one last chance. This is the tactical pause. He asks for her name again. He explicitly warns her. If you don't give me your name, you're going to go to jail. This warning is legally required in many obstruction statutes. The suspect has to note that the refusal is the specific cause of the arrest. He is telling her point blank that the handcuffs are coming out not because of the shouting but because of the refusal to ID. She replies, "I ain't giving you that." And that is the sound of the steel trap snapping shut. The investigation ends. The administration begins. She is arrested for obstructing, refusing to ID, and disorderly conduct. the yelling. And now watch what happens to her demeanor once the physical arrest begins. I done nothing. This is the cognitive dissonance of the entitled detainee. She genuinely believes that because she didn't throw a punch, she is innocent. She doesn't view her verbal abuse, her intimidation, or her refusal to follow lawful orders as doing something. In her mind, she is the victim. Then comes the search. Officers have to empty your pockets before you go into the squad car. This is non-negotiable policy. It's for officer safety, checking for knives or guns, and to prevent contraband from entering the jail. As the officer searches her, she starts screaming. You all up in my tits? She calls him a pervert. She accuses him of being naughty. This is a tactic, a desperate, ugly tactic. She is trying to sexualize the search to make the officers uncomfortable, hoping they will back off or hesitate. It's an attempt to create a liability fear in the officer's mind. But these officers are pros. Notice how the officer handles it. He doesn't get angry. He doesn't stop. He simply narrates what he is doing. Turning the camera on. He relies on the body cam to protect him from her false accusations. He knows the video will show a standard back of the hand patown, not the assault she is screaming about. Once she is placed in the squad car, the situation shifts from argumentative to genuinely bizarre. She starts interacting with the police K9, Rock, who is in the back. She starts barking. Oh, I nicknamed Rock Destroyer because there was a K9 one time named Destroyer. And I was like, "That's right. Destroyer of lies, futures, everything." So now every K9 I see, if I don't know their name, I'm calling them destroyer. But um Okay. So the K9's name was Rock. Okay. Um there was I'm going to double back real fast with this sixth amendment part. Um because I do see every time when someone's asking for their attorney and they don't say like some of them will say, you know, I'm just going to stop till I can have my attorney. I get that. That that sounds that makes sense. I feel like they know what's going on. But when they say you you can't arrest me without my attorney or I want my attorney here right now, that's not how it works. So, thank you Body Cam Justice Reports for um breaking it down. I love the analogy. They said it's like asking for a refund before you even where they say you were. Oh, before you before you bought the ticket for the movie. It's like asking for a refund for your ticket, but before you even bought the ticket, you're saying you want a refund. So, yeah. And they said they used a very specific phrase, custodial interrogation. So, you have to be in custody and you have to be being interrogated at that moment um for your attorney to be present. But I still think that's also when like mostly when they actually have you in a formal interrogation setting, your attorney can be present. But if you just say you don't want to talk right now after they refuse after you after they read you your Miranda rights, you're still going to be booked. You're going to be sitting somewhere. And if they still want to ask you questions, then your attorney can come for that part. But it does not prevent you from getting the wrist jury and going to sit in jail. It's just that we they are not supposed to continue asking you questions. Um, there's a phrase I just lost that can be used against you. They cannot be they cannot ask you that after you have invoked your right to remain silent and you do want an attorney. And also, I've learned that you kind of have to be explicit about it because if you say, "I think I should have an attorney," or, "I'm thinking about calling my attorney," or, "Should I have an attorney?" That's not the same as you invoking your right explicitly that you don't want to speak until you have an attorney present. So don't talk anymore if you don't want to talk until you have an attorney present and you have to and also explicitly explicitly request an attorney. So then you will be provided with one or you'll have the one that you already have on retainer at the time. Not at the time of this, but at the time it is appropriate to have them when they're questioning you. >> Literally barking. I'm a lion. You getting me? It sounds funny, maybe even pathetic, but legal wise, this is damaging evidence. Barking at a police dog is ill advised for several reasons. First, it agitates the animal, which creates a safety hazard. But second, and more importantly for her case, it serves as undeniable proof of her intoxication and disorderly state. Imagine her lawyer trying to argue in court later that she was a calm, rational citizen who was unfairly targeted by police. The prosecutor doesn't even have to make an argument. He just has to hit play on the video of her meowing and barking at a dog in the back of a squad car. It destroys her credibility instantly. A sober, rational person does not bark at a German Shepherd. Then comes the final pivot, the medical psychological diversion. She starts banging her head against the partition of the car. Thump, thump, thump. Why do suspects do this? Sometimes it is genuine excited delirium or mental distress. But very often it is a calculated strategy. They think if I injure myself or if I act crazy enough, they can't take me to jail. they'll have to take me to the hospital. And technically, she's right. Police have a duty of care. If a suspect injures themselves in custody, the police are liable. They almost always have to transport them to the emergency room for medical clearance before they can be booked into jail. But here is what she doesn't understand. The hospital is not freedom. Going to the hospital doesn't mean you get unarrested. It just means you spend 4 to 6 hours handcuffed to a hospital bed, having your blood drawn with an officer sitting in the corner watching you before you go to jail. Anyway, it doesn't get you out of the charge. It just makes the night longer and more miserable. The officers here are savvy. They tell her to stop. They document it on audio. She's trying to time up her racial comments to when my phone was put down. They are building the record that this is a performance, not a medical crisis. And finally, the nail in the coffin, the evidence package. While she is banging her head, the officers are wrapping up with the victim. The officer asks, "Did you have videos?" The victim says, "I do have some videos." This is checkmate. In a he said, she said disturbance, the defense attorney can often cast doubt. Maybe the victim misunderstood her. Maybe the victim was the aggressor. But when there is digital video on a cell phone showing her screaming regarding Red Country and invading immigrants, the defense evaporates. The officer confirms the video exists and that it corroborates the victim's story. So, let's look at the final tally. For the disorderly conduct charge, they have the 911 call, the victim's statement, and the victim's video. For the obstruction charge, they have the clear repeated refusal to provide identification on body cam after being warned. For the intoxication, they have the odor of alcohol, her admission of a drink, the barking at the dog, and the headbanging. It is a watertight misdemeanor case. The aftermath is standard for this type of offense. She is charged with misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, and released on a signature bond. This means she didn't have to put up cash, but she promised to appear in court. The obstruction charge often gets rolled into the plea deal, but it served its purpose. It was the legal key that allowed the officers to take control of the scene. So, what are the practical takeaways from this chaotic night in Wisconsin? I want you to walk away with three specific lessons. First, and most importantly, remember the two-lane rule. Lane one is the administrative lane. This is the compliance lane. When a cop asks for your name during an investigation or tells you to step out of the car or asks for your license, you comply. You have to. That is the price of admission for living in a society with laws. Lane two is the litigation lane. This is where you fight. This is where you argue that you weren't disorderly or that the witness is a liar or that the stop was unconstitutional. But, and this is the key, you fight lane two in a courtroom with a lawyer months later. This woman tried to merge the lanes. She tried to litigate the validity of the stop physically on the sidewalk while drunk. That causes a crash every time. Second, the lawyer scream doesn't work the way you think it does. Asking for a lawyer when an officer just wants your name is like asking for a referee after the game is already over. It's the wrong tool at the wrong time. Give your ID, stay silent, and then ask for a lawyer when they actually start grilling you about the crime. And finally, silence is your absolute best friend. If this woman had simply handed over her ID and kept her mouth shut, the officers likely would have viewed this as a verbal dispute, told everyone to go home, and she would have slept in her own bed. But by ranting, insulting the victim in front of police, sexualizing the search, and barking at the dog, she provided every single ounce of probable cause that needed to lock her up. The law doesn't care about your politics. It doesn't care about your opinion on the state of the country. And it certainly doesn't care who you think you are. It cares about what you do. And in this case, what she did was talk herself right into a cell. And if you found this breakdown helpful, >> and we did, please, please definitely like the original video. It is linked in the description box. Um, support the channel. And when the law works properly, it doesn't care about your politics. So, I'm glad the law in this case did not care about her politics. That definitely is nice to see. Um, okay. So yeah, I'm not even going to go over my thing because obviously you cannot do anything else beyond that right now. So Body Cam Justice Reports just broke it down. So we're going to go ahead and go to our Pikachu video where someone gets tased. Okay, so this one with the taser is male Karen gets tased and the crowd cheers. Key legal question. Did the suspect's own actions make the taser deployment legally justified? And okay, hold on. Let me get there again. All right, here we go. >> On September 20th, [music] 2025, officers responded to an establishment for a call of a man causing a disturbance. >> So, what I'm going to have you do >> is you're going to come over here. >> Yes, sir. >> Not I'm right with you. >> Not behind me. >> I'm right with you. >> Let's get this girl out of here. >> Okay. So, real quick, what's your name? >> Mhm. >> Okay, hang tight for me. I'll be right back. Okay. You You don't have any weapons or nothing on you, you do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do you? >> No, sir. You can check. >> All right. I'll have you just kind of spend I'll pass you out. No problem. >> So, >> I didn't find this out till later in the video. So, I'm going to state it at the be at the beginning of the video. I believe he is hearing impaired, which is affecting his speech pattern, in case you're wondering. And he's also drunk. So, it's a drunk combo with him being hearing impaired. Just in case you're like, why is he speaking this way? >> Talk to her. >> She'sing because she's scared of what? >> Okay, so we're we're I'm trying to deescalate the situation here without us getting any further. First of all, did anything physical happen or is it >> No. Hell no. >> I got to double check. >> I I paid for >> Do you have a driver's license? >> Yeah, I do. I don't have I didn't pay for it, but I have a I Yeah. >> Okay. I'm not driving. I got I got everything you want to know. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> I am me. >> This is unnecessary. >> Okay. >> You You're hurting the business. >> We're here to stop anything from hurting. Okay. >> Talk to me. >> All right. I got >> freak out about what I'm doing. Oh, we he on one. There is a a square for taser is used on your body cam card. I knew this was coming and I still put the square on there. So, go ahead and take the square for taser is used. >> I'm not freaking out about nothing. >> She is. She's the problem. >> Well, we're here to figure out what exactly happened. Okay. All right. So, >> I hired a cab. She took me the wrong way. I said, "Take me back. You're going the wrong way." >> Were you already in the vehicle and you left? >> Yes. >> Okay. paid transaction. >> Okay. >> From from a friend >> just because she's going the wrong way is the way you would go. She has to follow her. >> We don't go to Port Charles to go northward. Period. >> So you're you're >> put my foot down. I yelled at her. >> Okay. So you're >> freedom of speech. >> You going to shut up now or what? >> No. >> Listen, >> Eric. >> What? You going to get bowed up? I'm listening. >> Oh, that is a big officer. Oh my god. I didn't expect him to come fill up this this uh frame this way. Oh. Oh, you bone, sir. I tell you that. I tell you. Woo. Corn. What is it? Uh cornbread fan. What is it? A corn fan. This is a big officer. [laughter] >> You're not listening to me. >> You would disrespect and I'll get paid. I'll get paid. You relax. You're the deescalator. >> Exactly what I'm doing. >> You're the deescalator. >> Back up. >> I'm talking to you and I need you to calm down. >> Then back up and I'll talk to you. But you don't you don't push on me. I don't touch you. >> I haven't touched you. >> Then back up. I don't need to. You need to stop. >> Okay. I need to stop. What? >> So are you gonna >> You punches. Don't do it. >> Are you threatening to punch me? Is that No, that's not a good idea. So >> what the are you talking about? >> So the incident here >> are you putting hands on me? >> Does it look like I am? >> I think you are. >> Stop spitting out. >> Back up. >> No, man. I ain't [laughter] >> I am >> then back up. >> I'm not backing up. You need to leave. >> I'll I'll back. >> No. No. Don't. >> Yeah. >> I'll take you to the hill. >> Okay. I'll be right back with the trespass. >> Go ahead. You heard me. I see you. I know you. I know. >> Oh, that's interesting. Okay. First of all, lovable. I'm pulling out my spit mask. If I was a cop, I was like, you can still talk, but this spit mask is going over your head because what you're not going to do is be spinning my face as you speak. Secondly, I was watching for it because I missed the part where the cop got that close to him and I was like, "Let me look at his hands and his gestures." Them gestures got this small. Look like this. The gestures didn't go past this point. The cop walks away. His hands all right out. I'm like, "Oh, he got sent." He ain't too crazy. >> Everybody think about you. >> You need to stop. >> Then take care of this. >> We are right now. >> Let it go. >> We're not letting anything. >> I know where he lives. You want me to announce? And his kids and his family. >> Mind stop spitting up? >> He just spit on the camera. It was like five uh directions of spit that just came out that man mouth. I know everything. You with the right one. Get out of here. >> You need to stop looking at her. Okay, >> this is the catalyst. You know who I am. >> This is the first time I've ever met you. >> I'm walking out. Stop me. [clears throat] >> Nope. As of right now. Hey. Hey. >> Put hands on me. Put hands on me. Put hands on me. >> He He's obviously causing a disturbance here. Would you like him trespass from your property? >> You can drop it at a later date, but for now, I don't think he needs to be here. >> No, he doesn't need to be here. >> So, >> see, he's he needs to go. >> Dang. >> Well, the problem is I can't just arrest him because he didn't talk yet. >> It's yes or no. Do you want him trespassed? You hear it, but the police are here probably cuz somebody called them. Do you want him trespass? I don't know why they start doing this once the police actually get there to handle what they were called to do. He's got to be causing a huge disturbance which he's not there yet. So that's why I'm asking if you want him trespass. I can then fill out a >> see stop. >> They don't stop. >> You put hands on me. >> Stop. >> Watch you. >> You need to stop. >> I am. >> You're a man. Yes. back. >> You want trespass? Okay. >> You are now trespassed from this place. We're going to file. >> No, I need to hear from the owner. >> He just told me right now. >> Paper. In paper. In paper. >> Go over here. We're going to give you trespass. >> We're going over here. You're being trespassed. >> Don't touch me. >> You're being trespassed. >> You see that? >> You're being trespassed. >> You want this to go easy or soft? >> I'm not sir. >> One more time. I listen. You better listen. I'm telling you to go over there right now. You're being trespassed. You understand? >> They just told me to trespass you. You trespassed. Exactly what you're doing right now. Causing a disturbance now. >> And I respect that. >> All right. Now, >> don't me or you over there now. >> You need to stop. >> You better get like three of you. >> I'm not going to need three of you. Trust me. So, let's go. >> You will. >> Come on. >> There. Let's go. Come on. >> I'm asking you to be nice. I am being nice down. You'll never get up. >> You'll never taser. Taser. Get over there. >> Let's get over there now. >> Get over there now. Stop. >> I'll take your right now. You're going to get tased. >> Get over there now. You're tased. Let go of me now. You're committing a felony now. >> Stop. Hands behind your back now. Hands behind your back. Hands behind your back. >> Hands are behind your back now. [screaming] >> Hands behind your back. >> Hands behind your back now. >> I'm trying to lift it. Put your hands behind your back. >> Behind your stomach. >> Hands behind your back. >> Take him off. >> Take off. >> You stay up there. Be quiet. >> That point now. >> No, we're not. >> We're past that point. >> I'm calling Call the >> You know who I'm talking about. >> Call the [ __ ] special. >> All right. Well, we weren't here for five minutes, so relax. Giant on the man. >> All right, gun. Stand up, please. Get up to your knees. >> Pull me up. Pull me up. >> Pull me up, please. >> To your knees. >> I live through everything. >> Central 100. >> Call my location, please. >> This is the validation. >> I never go to jail. >> You want to bet? It didn't have to go. >> Okay. I love Now, I heard the crowd cheer lovable, but I I hear them talking to him now about going to jail. So, he yelling back at the crowd cuz sometimes I thought he was talking to the cops. I'm like, "The cop didn't even say nothing to you." But he been arguing back and forth with this crowd. I just heard them say something to him and he answered them back. >> Call my leads on. I'll get the feds over you. I didn't wish you would be in that. >> This could have just got to deescalate. >> Pick that up, please. >> Please pick that up. >> Yeah, we're willing to submit it, sir. >> No, >> just a minute. >> Focus. Focus. Focus. >> Takes me breaths. All right. Jonathan, >> you good? >> We're good. Hey, you guys [ __ ] up cuz now >> you [ __ ] up, bud. >> What? >> How? >> Stop. >> How? >> I got you. >> I'll see you in person. >> We're going this way. We're going this way, sir. >> We're going this way. >> Pick that up. >> We will in a minute. >> In a minute. It's not going anywhere. Stay right there. >> You don't know who I am, Jimbo. Oh. Central 100 traffic. >> Did he tell that man he would f his [ __ ] Cuz that's what his lips said. I'm going to go back so y'all can see. Tell me if you think that's what he said when he yelled back at that man. You can only see his lips though. >> I am Jimbo. Oh >> central 100 traffic. >> I'll be back. Not here. You won't, sir. >> I'll be in your family. >> Don't threaten our family. That's not very smart. >> Then respect me. >> But you put hands on first. >> I never touched you first. >> What? >> We tried you from the beginning. >> Yep. >> We tried to respect you from the very beginning. And now we're here. >> Do what you got to do. >> Please, please walk. >> Do what you got to do. >> Then please watch. >> Tell me where. >> So that car right there. >> Vehicle right here on the left hand side. Hey, place burned down. Watch. Kaboom Tashi. You are so >> 31. Go ahead. >> I got you. >> We got to We got to take those out. You get the uh removal. >> Yeah. >> You I'm going to personally you 24. >> I know everybody. >> Hey, >> advising the >> I know who I am. >> Confirmed from Sarasota County. If you can advise any >> see what it took to take me out. >> Nothing. I'm standing. Nothing. >> That's a fair point, Omar. Was that a terroristic threat? I'll come blow this place up. Kaboom or however he said it. However, he said it, he said kaboom for that place. Yep. He threatened arson in front of the police. He sure is, Mindy. Yeah. Wow. Said he is a He's a nasty man. He better hope nothing happens to that man's business, right? Never. >> Look, I got emails coming here to check you out. >> Yeah. >> I have to >> save your life. You don't respect me. Respect goes forwardings but backwards. I would respect you for your service. You You treat me like [ __ ] >> No, sir. I did not. >> You >> No, you you just came out acting like that. Nobody was doing anything to you. Look like he was trying to get into that little open air bar. I mean, he was he seemed already like he intoxicated. I don't know. He was mad at a woman for driving away. He didn't think that she should have been driving. That's what I call. It was so much he was fussing and yelling about, but it was something about a woman and the way she was driving. I don't even know if he knew this woman or not, but it seemed like he was already a patron of this bar or he already came intoxicated cuz it's it's definitely alcohol involved in this. >> Hear nothing. >> Why? Cuz I'm yelling. >> Yeah. He started talking to you and started. >> No, you just you told me what I had to do. >> Right. >> No, you broke the law right there. >> No. >> Right there. >> We did not break the law. >> We told you you had to leave. We told you to trespass. >> I want to walk up everything. >> Okay. >> I'm You stupid. >> I'm not disrespectful. You >> get the out of me. You are the cause of me getting out of there. >> DSL. Get your sergeant. Where's your sergeant? >> I want your lieutenant. >> How you see, I hate that he's yelling at the cop to deescalate the situation, but he's the only one that's escalating the situation. The situation actually would have been pretty calm if he wasn't acting the way he was asking or acting. And the cop did not um incite him or do any of that. Like cuz sometimes cops obviously just like anything a human can do, there's going to be some people that will escalate something on purpose, but the only one escalating this on purpose is him. He can't What do you want him to deescalate you? They need to tase you again because you're the only one escalating the situation. So in order to deescalate it, you need to get tased again or be put in a wrap or something. I don't know. Because there's nobody else making this worse but him. >> Uh he's not here. >> Get him. make it better. >> Yeah, I have that right. >> No, guess what? They're not working today. It's Saturday. >> Well, then that that eases my court case. >> You dis I didn't disrespect you. >> Yep. You didn't give me the Hey, you didn't give me my papa stickers on you. Lift up your shirt. >> I was You have to provide me up a >> Thank you. Wow. Thank you. Wow. said. Okay, so this is the situation. When he called a cab, he didn't like the way the woman was driving. So he said, "Take me back." And when she did, I think she called the cops for the way he was acting or the business called because the way he was acting. Thank you, Wow. >> to stop it. You lose. >> You were conversing in a normal tone and manner. I know the right on camera. >> Yep. All three of them have it on camera. >> Good. And all the camera's here. >> So, you're charging. >> Wait, I didn't get warned. >> Yes, I did. >> I got I got told I didn't get warned. I got told I had to leave. No trespass. I'll take you to court and I'll eat them up. You >> even said no. >> I'll eat them up. >> Okay. catch you. You hear me, >> boy? I got you. >> And resisting arrest >> for what? You didn't tell me I was under arrest. >> You do. I will eat you up in court. Every thing to the letter of the law. >> Okay. Maybe when you sober up, you'll be a better person. >> No, I have a lawyer. >> Oh, >> that's a truth. I believe him. Cop said maybe you'll so when you sober up you'll become a better person. He said no I never will. I believe that >> will destroy you in every hey you are gonna become what you >> what >> what you dislike is who you're going to become. >> Was charged with disorderly intoxication trespass after warning and resisting arrest. All right, let's look at what prosecutors will have to prove for his Oh, no. Ah, heck. I Hold on. I um I'll just let it go. I'm not going to try to pull it back up for this one. We're almost done. This is the last one, but I was going to try to pull up what prosecutors would have to prove, but that's the tab I accidentally closed instead of unsplitting the tab again. So, this is the last one. >> On January 17th, >> sorry, this last one. Job interview gone wrong. This man, all I saw was a man with his belly out on the ground in a neon polo shirt. So, we'll watch it together to see what happens, but uh yeah, thank you. All the ones we played today were sent to me, by the way. Well, maybe this one maybe this was my pick. Maybe this one wasn't sent to me, but the other ones were. >> 2025 officers were dispatched to the Morings Clubhouse in Florida after reports of a battery that had just occurred. >> Hi, >> we had I see he's down there. I'm coming in there. >> Too late. >> All right, sir. Officer Crowley with the Naples Police Department. Put your hand back. >> Thank you. I got it. >> All right. At this time, you're detained. Okay. You're not under arrest. You're just being detained. All right. I'm just making sure you understand, >> dude. Miranda right now. >> I I'm going to get you a second right now. >> Give me a second. >> I tell you always trying to control a situation. The most ridiculous ones I see is when someone cuz they have they don't have any other control. So they start Yeah. He was growling. It was weird. I didn't like it. Um but like that he says Miranda me right now. That's not how this works. the but the other ones I see that get on my nerves the most so far are when like someone's already handcuffed in the back of the car they are arrested not detained and the cops already driving to the station and they're like yeah you better make a right here you better make a right turn right here or then they'll be like um hurry up and get me out the car or hurry up and open the door and I'm like oh my god you just you got to find something that you can control right now that you feel like you can control right now >> in a job interview smoking smoking fac charges against >> Yeah, definitely. >> Okay. For assaulting me, too? >> Okay. [laughter] >> He's under arrest. >> Everything's on film. >> It's right here. I'm filming, too. >> Oh, and they they got film, too. >> Awesome. All right. >> Everything's on film. >> You want me to read you Miranda? I'm going to read you Miranda now. Give me a second. Sit. Sit. What's going on? Come on. Sit up. Sit up. The thing is I can't [clears throat] stuff. I'll grab it. Can you grab my stuff? >> No. Put them in your car. >> [laughter] >> 98. >> No. Anything that can stick with me? >> No. There's no wallet. I don't need to hear my >> check. This his items. This game during the struggle. That's what he had. A non-smoking campus. He started smoking after some sort of job interview. >> He's sitting out here. >> You have a trash can? >> Uh take care of it. >> Joe won't take this. So, >> did he give you his name, date of birth, and stuff? >> ID, anything? >> The person that was interviewing him told us his first name is Christopher. >> You don't have like license number or anything? >> I said, "We just need you to extinguish your cigarette." >> Okay. This was all about having to put out a cigarette before the interview. What? You know, you got to make the best impression on job interviews, right? Everything is being judged on the day of a job interview from the time they can spot you when you're on that property till the time you get off that property. And then they also now, of course, I hear most of them are searching your social media as well. So, he didn't need that job. He didn't need it. Hey, thank you for the super chat, poetic justice. I appreciate it. Yes. Okay, I'll figure out something. I got two drinks, so I'mma figure out something. But no, thank you very, very much. I do appreciate it. >> Was that you before >> to get me out of here? >> So, well, I said, "Nobody wants to do that. Just extinguish the cigarette and you leave. I don't want to leave." So, I said, "All right, I'm going to help you up." I went to grab him by the elbow and he turned the other hand. tried to put the cigarette out of my chest. >> All right. So, I'm going to read you those Miranda rights. Okay. >> Read it out. >> All right. So, this is Miranda warning. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to an attorney and have him or her present while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be provided appointed to present you before questioning. If you wish, you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand? I need a verbal yes or no. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, what's going on today, sir? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. >> Lawyer. >> All right. Do you know where you are, sir? >> Lawyer. >> Lawyer. Awesome. Sounds good. >> All right. So, at this time, you're being placed. >> Did you have my phone? >> It was placed right here. Is this your phone right here, sir? >> Yes. service. >> And then there's a bracelet. >> Yeah. Bracelet broke. We're going to take that. >> All right. So, I'll tell you right now, at this time, you're being placed under arrest for battery. All right. >> Battery >> and trespass after warning. >> Battery? >> Yes. >> Battery? How? How? Who? He battered me. I didn't. He put his hands on me first. I mean, not you charge me charging. That's what lawyers are for. Lawrence figure out. >> No, that is diabolical. Candace said trying to put a cigarette out cigarette out on someone is diabolical. That is Wow. He's the only smart one that's actually possibly not going to talk because he just says attorney and that's it. Um I sure want to know though. >> Yeah. >> The thing is it's all on tape. That's a beautiful thing about today's world, you know. I didn't bother anybody out of Massachusetts. >> Yeah. I mean, he put a cigarette out on me, but he put his hands on me first. >> Um, can I get a name for you? >> Let's go. Can I get your name? >> I'm going to go to jail. >> What? >> Can I get your name? >> My name? >> Yes. >> You know my name? >> I do not, sir. I will figure it out. >> All right. >> Oh, you That's right. I give you my wallet. I didn't take my wallet. >> You don't even have your wallet, sir. That's why I'm saying >> Well, you don't even know who I am. >> Even great. Even Even better. Take me to jail without knowing my name. That's That's even more fun. >> This isn't the first time I've taken someone to jail without a name, sir. I would think it is. >> I'm just telling you. >> I mean, I I wouldn't ever think that that was the first time, right? That's not a first time for anything for you. But >> figure it out. >> Oh, this makes it even more fun. >> 51 NJC one. >> Put me in jail. Put me in jail. >> Refusing to identify himself. >> So, is it battery or misdemeanor battery? >> Okay. >> Uh that I believe misdemeanor at this time. >> What? >> I believe misdemeanor at this time. >> Okay, fine. You know, take a joke. How about an hour? I'll be out in 9 hours. >> Probably. >> Probably. >> Yeah. >> No, absolutely. Not probably. Absolutely. >> I mean, it could be sooner, could be 8 hours, >> right? >> That's why I said probably not. >> No, I mean, yeah. [snorts] Anyway, I went in there. I mean, if you if you look at the tapes, they attack me. I was there for the job and they come attack me about smoking a cigarette walking up to the and they come and attack >> lovable. I was just about to say and he sound drunk. So you showed up to an interview. You're not supposed to be smoking out there. You smoking then you tried to uh put out your cigarette on somebody and you showed up drunk. I want to know what position he was applying for as well. Whoever asked that question, what job was he going for? I want to know cuz even the attire he's showing up in for a job interview. I'm a little confusion there as well. He did ask for a lawyer. I wouldn't be talking to him either. Don't ask me nothing. Unless you tell me all of a sudden you think you having a medical emergency in the back seat, we don't have anything else to talk about. You ask for an attorney. I have nothing to say to you. But yeah, he does sound drunk. Sounds like a common a common a lifetime criminal. Oh, sounds like a comment a lifetime criminal would say. [laughter] Yeah, right, Omar. You know, he had the audacity to go for management. You know, he did. [laughter] Audo said this sounds like something he had to do but didn't want to do. Oh, I wonder if it's like had to do because a significant other say you better get out there and get a job or had to do because it's some part of like public assistance requirement. You know, I want to know where did the mandatory part come from? Cuz he definitely went in there sabotaging this for sure. [laughter] >> 20 minutes later, you know, I'm like, you can't smoke on our campus and they have to berate me and belittle me for smoking. I'm not a Democrat. Okay. You want to be a Democrat, be a Democrat. I'm a Republican. Strong, hard red Republican. All right. >> And they want after me. >> I didn't set up this morning to do this. Okay. But when people when my problem is when people with me, >> so you have to understand that is a retirement community where a lot of them suffer from lung issues and heart issues where the cigarette smoke will affect them in a different manner. So it's a smokefree campus. >> Oh, good. I don't understand it, but I was sitting there for like 20 minutes before she approached me and I smelled like smoke. So, she came and approached me and told me I can't smoke on her canvas. She She doesn't have any evidence that I had. I mean, and she attacked me for something that I hadn't done yet. >> Okay. >> So, you weren't smoking? >> Not Not the time that she approached me when you when she first >> I wonder can the cops still use any of this cuz he already said he wanted an attorney. The cop stopped talking to him cuz he asked for an attorney. Now they're talking again, but the cop did not establish. So, do you want to talk to me without an attorney? At least I didn't hear that question being asked. And I hear most police have to reestablish or they do make sure they reestablish. So, now you do want to talk to me and you understand you're talking to me without your attorney present. So, this might be a conversation. Don't know if any of it can be used though. Um, there was something. Oh, was it forever TRL that said it? Let me see. Yes. She said this is like a less invasive FaceTime call. I like that. That's exactly what this is. I'm the person that Now, I don't do this in real life. If we're watching a movie together in real life, I don't pause and talk. But you you know how they talk about people that like they've seen something or they want to see it with you, but then they pause the movie and they start talking to you. That's exactly what this is. If you can take that, if that's not your thing, it's not going to work over here. But yes, we pause, talk, interact with each other, and it is like a group FaceTime. [laughter] >> Approach me. Okay. >> So then you pulled one out and started talking. >> Oh, when when Absolutely. >> All right. >> Absolutely. I mean, she told me, they attacked me, they told me. So to show them, I lit one up. Okay. Absolutely. 100%. >> I was going to say cuz I saw a lit one. I saw a lit one. >> No, I put it on his chest. >> Okay. >> Okay. Absolutely. No doubt. I mean, >> they did they grab you. >> Oh, he he he already put his hands on me before I put the cigarette out. He put his hands on me. Okay. I hadn't even smoked. I just told them, "No." Okay. I understand your policy. I won't do it. And they want to keep coming after me. It's all on tape. And they want to keep coming after I was there for a job interview. And they come after me and they start attacking me. And the guy puts his hands on me. Yeah. Then I lit one up and the guy comes out, head of security comes out. I put a I put a cigarette out on his chest. Absolutely. I'm Mexican military. Give me a break. You want to bully? >> He said absolutely. He probably said it earlier, too, cuz I saw you say, "There it is." But he said absolutely. I put it out on his chest and making an excuse for doing it. >> Bully somebody else. Okay. >> Bully somebody else. Seriously, I'm the wrong guy. Okay. [snorts] >> Oh, please. I hope you're not about to spit. I don't like that sound. Akudo said he's offering up information without solicit by cop. Okay, Sergeant Curtis, he did say something about people are their own worst witnesses. So, right now, I guess he's being the worst witness against himself and it's not about if he's still being asked questions or not. [laughter] I hear you. I get that. Makes sense. >> I'm not a bad guy. I don't think you trying to help you. >> They They It's going to be all on film. They attack me. Okay. I I wasn't bothering anybody. I didn't bother anybody. I mean, God, I was there for a job interview. Who leaves Who leaves in a job interview in handcuffs? >> You, cuz you ain't want that job. [clears throat] >> Something be like a news release. [laughter] Give me a break. >> Guess what? What's up? >> I didn't get bullied. You >> stood up for yourself. >> What? >> You stood up for yourself. >> Absolutely. I got bullied in junior high and high school a little bit, but I stood I stood up for myself and but I didn't go in to an elementary school kids. He stood he came after me and I saw him and you know what >> and this what they say the stuff that happens to you in your developmental years it really much shapes you on how you about to be as a person because he said junior high and high school. How many years have you been out of junior high and high school and he's a veteran. Take that free therapy and get your life together cuz now you are a bully. If you are putting a cigarette out on someone you are a bully. I'm I don't know if you haven't realized this yet. I don't know, but you are. >> I stood up to the bully. You know what? I got it. >> He was charged with battery and trespassing after refusing to leave the property when ordered by staff. Share your thoughts in the comments below. And don't forget to like and subscribe. >> Oh lord. I don't know what this is about to be, but it paused here. Oh, Dollar Tree Manager. I think we'll watch that one day. That's probably in my queue why it popped up like that. I don't know. [laughter] All right. Um, I didn't know I got you out your shell, lovable. That's so cool. You just seem like you already came out like just out your shell. I didn't even know. Um, a Audo said, "Adults don't get bullied. Adults commit crimes." Jump scare. That got me. I'm like, what is happening right now? Um, let me see. But thank y'all. I was sitting here trying to read and not interrupt too much. Thank you for the reinforcement and your comments. I took the video down, but when it was in members only and I did my little commentary on that Carmelo Anthony uh trial the best I could cuz we couldn't actually see it. We had to go off what other people said they saw while they were in the courtroom. That was hard. That one was hard. And and some insecurities in myself started being magnified with that one. It was rough. So, thank you. The chat reinforces why I'm like, "Okay, just show up again another day. Try another day." Because it's like you remember the negative so strongly, you forget the positive that come on a daily basis. Like this is actually the baseline. Carmelo Anthony response was an anomaly. Like to me, response of people, how they respond to me was an anomaly, not my norm. But yeah, so I do I thank y'all a lot for what's what y'all are putting in the chat. For real. For real. Let me get y'all. You're going to jail one time because we didn't play it at all today. I forgot. So, hold on. We got to get get the you're going to jail song going. Here we go.
