Okay. What that means is if you have to come back out here cuz y'all are being allowed again, somebody could get charged, go to jail. You got braces in your mouth. I do. Oh, that's pretty. Okay. Hey, but I don't know for sure who called. Somebody here called. The landlord actually called Somebody called the landlord. The landlord called us. I know who did. Okay. I don't know. What I'm telling you is that if we have to come back out here because you guys are still being loud. Y'all need to happen. We're going to jail. Roll the traffic cameras. I'll bring him over here. I'll bring But what am I going to jail for? I'll explain everything to you. On June 1st, 2023, police were called after she assaulted a man during a road rage incident. Okay. What does she What does she look like? She was African-Amean. She was thinner. Um, she had like a brown robe with like stitch padding. So, there was occupied by skinny brown fox in the back seat. Yeah. Kids in the back seat. Are you pressing charges? I want to. Yes. 98. Hey, we got to tell you off the charges as well. Do you have a video or I have a No, you're not going anywhere. It all happened so fast. Battery so far. Do you need any medical attention? No, it throws something. I mean, so what happened? She had she had an iron on the floor. She got out of the car. What? What was you hit with? I think it was the iron. I don't She saw it. I didn't see it. I didn't expect it, but she got out of her car, came over, and then she started throwing stuff at the car, my truck. So, I got out and I said, "Get back into your car." And that's when I started getting hit. Okay. So, you got hit with another battery. You don't know. I don't know what it I saw her get out with the thing on the corn. And I'm pretty sure Do you need fire? Do you need any type of protection? No. I don't know how. No. Where were they lasting head? They followed me into the uh the uh TGIF parking lot. Okay. And then where'd they go from there? Uh they tried to come out onto the road here, but I w I turned right before she could when the other cars were coming. If you if you were to see this person again, could you? Oh, yeah. Yeah. Whatever she swung at me, it was on a rope and it went around my went around my neck. You said where they came in here, you guys stopped. So when we came in, that's the only thing you have is the roadway. the roadway and you said she was throwing stuff at your car. Yeah. Do you have any damage on your car? I don't know. I didn't even look. As the officer gathered information, the situation looked bad and things got even worse when they checked the victim's injuries. And whatever she had had a rope and it went around me, so she got me around the neck also. Jesus Christ. Why did you guys start arguing? Like when did they start on her? She said I was too close to her. We were stopped. So where were you stopped? At the exit at the light. Uh that's Conroy by the I4. Yeah, we were getting off I4 to turn right to come into here. Okay. So, you were exiting I4 and you were heading uh eastbound and you were getting off. You rolled up next to her and after you rolled up next to her, she got the car in front of you. Well, and the weird thing was is we were sitting there for a while. Okay. It's not like I just pulled up. We were sitting there for a while and then she just got out and she said started screaming at me that I was too close to her. Gotcha. And I rolled on my window. Ma'am, am I hitting you? And she then she started throwing stuff in my car. And then she got something a weapon. She said it looked like an iron and she was coming at me with I asked her to get back into the car. She just kept throwing stuff out. I got out of my car. I said, "Ma'am, get back into your car." And that's when I started getting All right. So, this is going to happen. Um, the vehicle's registered to her. I need you I'm going to put you on a statement right now. Okay. I don't know. Basically, what you told me, put on the statement. At the end of your statement, you want to write wish to press charges and testify in court. Okay. Okay. Good thing you got the tag because um I'm probably going to Where do you live? Okay, cool. So, at some point, I'm going to contact you and we're going to conduct a photo lineup. Okay. And then it's going to have her picture and multiple pictures. And then you're going to be able to pick if and if you pick correctly, then I will write a warrant for this woman's arrest. Okay. Question for you. Sure. Because her hair was put up Okay, that's fine. If that's how I know her, that's fine. If I can't pick her up, does that mean nothing's going to be done to her? Even though I gave the tag because we not we don't know if that was her driving the vehicle or not. But um you know, it's registered two people. Registered to a male and a female, right? So, uh was she the only one in the car? No, she had two she had kids in the back. Do you have your ID on you? And the kids were screaming. Do you have your ID on you? Yeah. How old were they? Were they young? We got them. Oh, you got them. Yeah. Uh probably going to do a show right now. Um [Music] With solid evidence and witness statements in hand, the officer located the suspect not far from the scene and began questioning her about the incident. Me and this man had an altercation. He was behind me and he hit the back of my car a little bit. So, I got out the car to check it or whatever, but I can see him through the car like going like this, cussing me out and stuff. I'mma tell him, but um so he was going like this or whatever. So, um I'm like, I'm not even going to argue with you. And that's just my god brother just in case he take my kids. But um yeah, in that car. So, um I was like, you know, I'm not even going to do this or whatever. Like, I tried to get back in my car, attempt to get back in my car. He got out of his car and started cussing me out. He was He was right here by my car as I was trying to H where did this happen at? Right there on Cornrow Road in front of the super target like when you get off the interstate and the the target like right there in front of you like this like a um it's like you know traffic or whatever the ramp before you turn on the car or you Yeah. So I was turning right. Okay. So as I was turning right or whatever he hit the back of my car a little bit. So I got out the car like I told you. I was checking or whatever and then back to what I was saying. He was right here by the car when I was attempting to get back in the car. He was like, "Oh, you're not going to do nothing. all in my face like we was about to kill and we fought like he hit me and we was fighting on the off ramp. Huh? Over there at the offramp. Yes. So yes. Okay. They were out of their vehicles. So yeah, fender bender and they had a fight. He was He came all in my car and was punching me while my kids were in the car. And you don't need a fire department or anything to check out or an engine. You're okay. And that's who is it? No, that's my god brother just in case he need to get my gifts or anything. Coming to do some shopping or something? Uh yes, I was coming I was actually coming to meet him at the premium outlets. Okay. Did the man stop? Because I when I was on the phone with the lady I was call I was I was trying to get his tag number but he was speeding through the parking lot and I told her I wouldn't go follow him no more but I gave her the wrong tag number. Yeah. So, did you see any damage to your vehicle? Cuz I didn't really see anything. No, I couldn't even look because when we was at the light, when we was at the light and No, when we was at the light, I didn't even get out and look behind before me and him started arguing. Like, when he seen me already get out the car, he was already mad. During the conversation, the woman said something that didn't add up. And when the officer asked for more details, things quickly got messy. I already kind of know the truth. So just tell me your version of these events. Okay. So when we was getting off the exit um the red the light had turned red because it was green and then you know cars be coming through this way. So when the cars was coming um that way or whatever you know I'm stopped at the light or whatever and he um kept jerking up on my car. So I felt like him bump my car. So I got out of the car and like I'm like you don't see the red light? like. So that's when he was cussing me out through the car, all this other stuff. So um I attempted to get back in my car and he already had made his way out of the car to where my um driver's side was and then we was face to face like this, but we we were way closer than what me and you were. And um he was like, "You're not going to do you're not going to do." And before I know it, we was fighting and he was I even tried to attempt to get back in the car. He was in my car like over me. Let let me ask you this. It's good sometimes. Who got out the car first? Yeah, I did to check the back of the car. It's always healthy, but Well, I didn't see any type of damage on his vehicle and I rolled up and I see any type of damage on the vehicle, right? But at the light, you can see him kept jerking up. If you watch the camera, but just because he's moving up doesn't mean But if I feel somebody tap me from behind, I have the right to check my car. And also, if somebody tap me from behind, sometimes it always don't leave a damage. Sometimes it don't leave a damage. because I don't accidentally have the car and it didn't leave a damage on my car or the car. So, I know that that could happen. He was jerking up on my car and my kids can even tell you, my kids are six years old and four year olds. My kids can even tell you that he was in my car hitting me. Okay. So, and who is the witness? His wife. He's not his wife at all. And she her truth is good. It's got his side, which is extreme. getting your side, which is extreme, and I got hers, which was perfect and probably very accurate to what happened. Okay. All right. So, what I'mma ask you is this. Uh, sorry, brain fart. Uh, sorry. Sorry. Sorry. So, at what point did you hit this man with iron? I didn't hit him with no iron. What What did you use? What was in your hand? It was my tire pressure thing because he he got in he got in my car and it's in my front seat. My tire pressure because my tires keep going down. It's a tire pressure that I keep in my car because I have a nail on the passenger side and he was in my car so I hit him with it. Yes. Cuz he was on the floor. Who put hands on who first? He put hands on me and I got and I had his um what is his little badge thing that he had in my car? He he dropped that in my car. That's how you know he was in my car. Why would his badge be in my car? Boulevard. The officer's main priority was to find the truth about the assault and who hit first before deciding what to do next. Is this your car or your mother's? It's mine. My auntie name is on it, too. Okay. Cuz she's the co- another male. Correct. There's two registers. One male, one female. Huh? You heard me? No. Yes. Oh, no. She ain't tell me. Okay. So this is a you plugged this into that. He got he got my he got my other part. Got it. Okay. What are you telling me? He woke up and you got back in the car and then he followed you. He did try to beat her up. Well, no, he ain't following me in the car when me and him was hard down like face to face fighting and well whatever. Like he was pushing him off my hit you first. He hit me right here. But I don't know how. Like you have any other marks on you? No. I mean, you don't got to take off your clothes. No, I about say it's red right there. You know what I'm saying? But yeah, and if he he we was like this. Ask my kids. All right. Didn't y'all see him hitting me? He the man come to the car. But they they're with you. and and no, but they wouldn't lie. Kids don't lie for no reason. And we was right here. We was right here. And he hit, you see, he hit my car a little bit. And when I proceeded to get back in the car, he Sorry, I'm trying to show him demonstrate. So, when I proceeded to get back in the car, he was like this. His his lady even if y'all could roll the cameras and see him in my car. I don't have to lie. Roll the traffic camera. I will happily show you. Well, yeah. I got you. I got you. I got I'm trying to get everybody's story. I wasn't there. Because I know he has I know he have his wife in his car and y'all going to take her side and his side. I Well, I don't know what's going on. And you don't even know what the independent witness is saying. And what if the independent witness is favoring you and you talking all this? No, no. I I'm not even But this is But this but you don't even know what's going on right now because y'all not even trying to listen to my kids and I know that he have an adult witness so that you know standards, right? I know y'all can't question the kids, right? How old how old is this kid? Six years old. Come on. Really? But but the kids don't lie. Like I'm telling y'all, just ask them without me being right here. Ask them. So I'm just trying to put pieces together. Okay. Um you haven't heard information. All right. Um so at what point did he put hands on you first when he when we was face to face and he was like I'm not going to do [ __ ] s like did he put hands and he hit you or he did he touch you or he pushed me like pushed you? Like Yeah. And like I pushed him back. I don't even like I don't even remember like had my fist balled up hitting this man. I didn't ball my fist up hitting this man. I probably scratched him or something, but I didn't ball my fist up hitting him like I was not trying to fight him. Understood. Like it's a man. When I seen him literally like when we were face to face, I'm like fight you. I got you. Okay. So you're So you're telling me that you're telling me that the iron happened when you were in the vehicle? It's not an iron. Whatever. This thing this thing happened while you were in the vehicle. You used it because he was in your vehicle. Yes. So you didn't pull this man into your vehicle or anything like that? No, I didn't pull him into no vehicle. His wife even came and got him out of the vehicle. She was telling him, "Stop. Stop." She said, "Oh, sorry." But she was like, "Stop. Stop." And she have kids in the car. She told me she told me. I was about to Yeah, she said. After reviewing everything, the officer concluded and what the woman tried to avoid turned into her worst nightmare. over here. I'll bring But what am I going to jail for? I explain everything to you, right? Am I going to have a blind? Yeah. So, I'm going to jail for real. Yeah. Is the man going to jail? No. Wait, what? Oh my god. I cannot go to jail. Oh my god. I'm really going to jail. Yes, ma'am. You got nothing on you, R. No, I don't. Please, can you please can you clothes on under this robe? No, I don't. The victim then explained the issue, sharing how the woman caused a scene in front of her child to help the officer with the investigation. She was my own business at first walking whatever and then she just came right here and she's like, "Well, this is your car where you go do all this." So that's I had to get my son and stuff and then and then she left and stuff and then I went inside. I put my son's stuff in there cuz I look like I just felt in my gut like she was looking for something or something's not wrong or she's high or something. And so you were in an altercation, a verbal altercation with this with with this other female that we just walked by. Do you do you recall any of that? Yeah. You do? Okay. Do you want to tell me a little bit about that? You don't? Okay. She It came to a point where she was like, "Bro, look." She like, "Oh, I might have to take this car." And I'm like, "No, you see what I'm saying?" Oh, she like this, bro. She like this. She like, she even tried to open it. She locked it right now. But I had like And then she comes over here, bro. Get inside my house. Try going inside house. Bro, I don't know how the [ __ ] I got to get the key. I would say Do you live here at these apartments? Do you live at these apartments? Sheila, I'm pregnant and she got me. Okay. I had to like She like raise her hand like she doesn't hit you at all or anything or No, but I I kept telling him to please just go like either go over there or tape off somewhere, please like go. She rushed at him more than me. I screamed at her and told me that I'm pregnant. I shouldn't be doing screaming, stressing, anything like that cuz I'm pregnant. Like, do you not want to talk right now? I'm trying to listen. You're trying to listen. Well, let me help you. You You need to try your best to answer my question so I can figure out what's going on. And she came right here and was like she she practically told me she needed a car for her baby. She needed a car basically. You want to steal my car? She was okay. All right. Church, take a seat. church. Watch your feet. Put your feet inside. She ran into the house like trying to get into the house. Did she make it inside or she made it to the road? But I wanted to see how far she was going to take, you know, cuz like I was going to see what was up. So, she she did get to the door. She touched the door knob and then I push I started pushing her away from the door. I pushed me over here. I told her, "No, go over there. Go over there." And then she tried coming into the car again. And then she was saying she was saying, "I need a car. I need a car." I know. I know. I won't be. That's how I've always been. Well, have a seat [Music] for your feet up all the way up. Feet. All the way up. Sorry. My knee My knee got hit. It hurts. Brianna was charged with disorderly. Now, meet this entitled man who decided to pick a fight with the cops. A bad choice since the officer wasn't messing around when it came to doing his job. Go yourselves. You guys tell me. Stand up. Stand up. Now it's disoriented conduct. How about that? drunken disorderly. On January 1st, 2025, a hotel employee contacted the police after a man began acting disorderly and causing a disturbance inside the hotel. How are you, sir? Good. Okay. Are you a guest of the hotel? I'm sure they'd be ashamed of you right now. Get your hand out of my face. You have a Florida driver's license? Yes or no? No. Where are you from? No, I'm not. As you can see, the man may have been under the influence. So, the officer needed to understand the seriousness of the situation and gather information. I'm sorry. He was putting his hands on me. Okay. He actually ran up on the This kid over here. Is that the the dad over there? You guys had an issue with this guy over here? Yeah. He We were at the pool, but he came to the front desk to uh check something and he was verbally assaulting. What What did he say to you, bud? Uh a bunch of like it wasn't really like was trying to like uh like say I was like bad and something. He was being rude and mean. Yeah. Did he touch you or anything? No. No. Because they they tried to like Did he ever touch you? No. No. But he was trying to touch you. Yeah. Like like when I say touch, you like grab you. No, I was at the pool. Okay. Call me like all these problems. Okay. So just just saying bad stuff to you. Not like I'm not I'm no like he didn't threaten you or anything. He didn't say I'm going to hurt you. I'm going to kill you or anything like that. No. Oh god. Just being a Yeah. Not acting like a uh like an adult should. Okay. Are you guys guest here? Yeah. Oh god. Um they've already rescended his uh reservation here. Okay. Um I'm assuming his stuff is in his room, so we're going to get him out of here. Okay. Meanwhile, the man grew increasingly frustrated and instead of cooperating with the police, he made the situation more complicated. Me and doing all kinds of crazy. I'm going by what I've been told. Yeah. Yeah. Why would someone lie about that? You You just go by whatever you're told. Whatever. Whenever years old, you go by whatever you're told. Whenever you're old anytime at any time. What? What? Why are you What are you doing? I'm just standing here. Why? 113 114. You're freaking me out. 10 fork. How long you been staying here? What do you mean? How long have you been staying here? A day. What room are you in? Are you kidding me? I'm not giving you my room. Got a funny feeling you're not going to be staying here much longer. I don't think they want you here. Okay, fine. Okay. And that's up to them, isn't it? Yep. It's Excuse me. Is that not up to them? That's what I just said. Is it Is it up to them? Mhm. Shut up. Stop being There's only one person being obtuse right now. That would be you. I'm being You're being Okay, if you say so. Sit down. Do not get up. I am sitting down. Okay. Come on. I'm making sure that you are. Are you a police officer? Yes, I am. Why are you assigned to me? Cuz you have broughten attention to yourself. What's that? Oh, stop being such a But definitely a prick. Yeah. Jesus. All right. You're no longer a guest of this hotel. So, uh, who's staying with you here? Are you in the hotel by yourself? Are you going to stay in the same uh bed? No. I don't want to be out here any longer than I do. Don't be a smart. Are you here by yourself or do you have someone else staying up in the room with you? Who's here? Who's here with you? There's someone here with you. Are you deaf? Who's here with you? Yes. Who? Shut up. Who is here with you? I ain't no I ain't no I The officer got tired of the man's behavior and at that point it was clear that the man was just moments away from a complete breakdown. Go yourselves. You guys tell me. Stand up. Put your hands on your stand up. Put your hand. Now it's disoriented conduct. How about that? Drunk and disorderly. That's fine by me. See, this could have been a lot easier if you had just pulled this what where you were staying at, where you're staying with, but nah. I'm not I'm not saying, buddy. It's should be unlocked now. Oh, here. Hold on. Let me grab that stuff out of the way. The hospital wouldn't take it. Really? Yeah. Go ahead. Have a seat. Here. Have a seat, man. Here. Hold on. Hold on. Step up. [Applause] Oh, shocker. Here, have a seat. Go ahead. Step up. Have a seat. There you go. By the way, in go put your feet up there. There you go. Watch yourself. And that's easy. So, uh, what what did he do here? Um, so by the time I got out there, he was talking with the foot bus manager is the one you saw. Well, just to be clear, this guy we got in the back of the car. Okay. Yeah. And he was just And he's a guest of the hotel. Now we figured out he was the guest of the hotel. We didn't know at the time cuz he was too drunk and we were trying to get information or the manager was trying to get information from him, but then he just started going crazy and then saying to you and the staff and everything. Yeah. me um the manager and the bellman that he went back and forth with as we were just trying to get him outside away from all the other guests that were waiting to be assisted. Um and then when it came to the whole kids situation as we were trying to get him out, he's drunk and can't walk straight. So he was like stumbling towards the family that was like right there. So the kid only went back and the family went to the side. Um so I didn't see him hit the kid. He could have I I touched him. I talked to him. He didn't he didn't touch everything. Yeah. The man was charged with disorderly conduct. So far, we've seen people act like legal experts and end up making the wrong moves. But what happens when this actual law student gives a cop a lesson? And then all this just for a car, bro. That's it. Okay. I'm going to read your car. It started on January 8th, 2024 when an officer received a report about a man walking around a closed property which raised suspicion. Uh I lost the keys in the junkyard over there. Okay. So I called them to come and get the to come open the gate or what? Huh? To come open the gate? No, the key. No, the car. The car is the one that lost the keys. I lost the key to the car. Oh, like you went into the property and you dropped the keys. Yeah, the I was in there doing, you know, like regular junky stuff looking for my parts. Uh, when I was leaving is when I found out I didn't have my keys. They let me go in, look for them all over the 30 acres of cars they have. Okay. Didn't find them. So, they just grabbed the tractor and moved it moved the car outside so I could call him locksmith. Oh, okay. Yeah, that's weird. Yeah, cuz we got a call with a gentleman with your description. That's why on the property. Were you the only one on there? Yeah, he just got here to the No, we had a description of your your description that you were walking around the property. Yeah. Well, I was here and the car was closed, so I couldn't get out. So, let me understand this. This car is yours? Well, at the moment, I just bought it. You already bought it? Okay. You going to What's wrong with it besides the key? It starts? Yeah, it starts and everything. They just came in and pick up on part. Oh, okay. All right. Yeah, they just sent us out here cuz I'm wondering if the owners cuz there's cameras on your brother. Oh, yeah. Yeah. So they uh saw saw you walking around. Yeah. And they also told me like they told me like, "Oh, the alarm's activated after 5 automatically." So, but they closed the gate behind you or what? Yeah, they they just moved the car here and they close the gate. Okay. What's your last name, brother? Uh just Martinez. I'm sorry. Uh I don't want to give any I didn't find you information. So, I'll just give you my first name. H Well, I need your info, man, cuz I'm talking to you, brother, cuz you're the person that they called on. So, Martinez, first name. Nah, it's Joe. What's that? It's just just just like that. I'm not gonna give my information right now. Okay. Why not? Just just just Okay. Now, now here here's the thing, brother. I'm going to be honest with you, Mr. Martinez. Yeah. Now, me asking you for your information is nothing illegal. Oh, I'm just I'm just asking you because you're the person they called on. I I need to find out who you are and you're telling me one thing. So, I got to call the property manager and ask them if they were the ones that allowed you on the property. Yeah, that's that's the investigation. Yeah. Yeah. So, I need your name, brother. Well, I gave you my last name and You could just you could just call the the property man and and have an ID. I do. You mind if I see it? I do. Okay. Why is that, brother? Cuz I I don't want to be difficult, man. Cuz you know, I don't need as long as I'm cooperative with you, you're cooperative with me, man. Oh, yeah. It just goes a lot smoother for both of us. Okay. Well, we'll leave it like this and we can call it truth. I'll give you my last name and that's about it. Cuz at the end of the day, I don't I'm not legally provided to give you the full name. I'll just just leave it at the last name, bro. Okay. Well, here's the thing is, brother, and I I I don't know. I I don't know where you heard this from or what, but since I'm investigating what's going on in this property and you're the one that matches the description, I need to know who I'm talking to. Now, if if you want to take this further, you want to complain, you want to whatever, it's up to you, bro. But see, look, I'm coming I'm coming to you respectfully, bro. Was it? So, I'm just investigating what's going on, bro. Now, if you fail to ID yourself, I'm asking you lawfully to see who you are, you're the one making it difficult. The cop just needed the man's ID, but instead of cooperating, he made a big deal out of it. The calls are not are not reasonable, articulable suspicion to suspect me of a crime under Florida versus J. But I'm not here to argue with you. I'm not here to argue with defend my right. So I'm asking for Okay, that has nothing to do with me cuz I don't know you. It doesn't. It doesn't I don't know you either, officer. I thought you were I thought you were a chill officer when you got down like, "Hey, I'm whatever." They're like, "Hey, okay, he'll respect my rights. I'll just be on my last name." So you're the one making this difficult. All I'm asking for is your name. It's really not difficult and it's not impeding your investigation cuz it's not a physical or it doesn't or it doesn't my giving you my ID doesn't you're a law school. You're a law student. Yes, sir. So you got to understand, sir, I'm investigating. Okay. You match the description of the gentleman that was in the yard. Okay. So that's the only yard. Yes. They said that you were in the yard. Yeah. It says you were in the So that's the only reason why I'm asking you. Yes, brother. And I'm not I'm not going to run your name. I'm not All I'm doing is that I made contact with you and that's it. You're making it bigger than it is because all I'm asking is for your name and date of birth. You don't want to give me your ID, just give me your name and date of birth and that's it. Unfortunately, the state takes you. Yeah, dude. You have to identify yourself, man. Like, you're making it Texas. You're like you said, all you got to do is give your name. You're making this bigger than it is, brother. That's okay. We go on our way, man. All I have is Martinez. You were giving me your first name like like a normal person would. Okay. My name is not going to help you in your investigation, first of all. Yeah, but I made contact with you, bro. The only contact is not enough reasonable suspicion for you to identification. You're not being placed on arrest or anything, brother. Okay, that's okay. Are you asking for my name? I'm asking for your full name. If you're asking for my name, I I I exercise my fifth amendment right to remain silent. If you're demanding my ID, the fourth I'm not demanding. I did never demand. All I said is give it to me. Okay. Now, here's the problem. I'm investigating. Okay. But asking for my identification or I'm asking you for your name and date of birth. That's all I'm asking for. Asking, right? That's it, brother. Oh, don't answer questions. All right, man. So, if you want to play this car with me, man, I I got on that. You want to call? No. You know what? You don't need a supervisor cuz what's going to happen is, dude, I'm going to place you under arrest for failure ID. Okay? And that's going to be on you, not me, bro. So, you already said that he's going to be under arrest. Yes. If I don't give him, as you can see, the officer refused to let him call a supervisor and went ahead with his actions without realizing he had made a mistake. And then all this just for a car, bro. That's it. Okay. I'm going to read your Miranda. Use your car so we can impound it. Yeah, it seems he just purchased it. All right. Come on, bro. All right. Stand right there. No. No. You're staying right there cuz you're going to my unit. You're under arrest. All right. You want to take a second there? First time on the back of the car, man. You see you're a lawsuit, bro. No, you'll see. You'll see. You'll see when we get to the station. You'll see when you get to the station. That was in the Glock. Yeah. Well, thank God you rolled down, dude. So, what you want to do? Found it. Yeah, I found it, brother. I think they he was saying that they kicked him out. Yeah, that's what they were. I saw the notes. All right, Mr. Martinez, before we go to the station, I'm going to read your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. You cannot afford an attorney. One will be provided to you. If you decide to answer questions now without any attorney present, okay, you will have the right to stop answering any at any time until you talk to an attorney. Do you understand the rights I've just read to you? With these rights in mind, you wish to talk to me? No, I don't answer questions. Okay, perfect. At the station, the man finally spoke with the supervisor and the tables turned in his favor. You You laughed at me. Said that I was a dumb boss, did I? Or did you not? Okay. Did you or did you not? Did I not? Did you say that I was a dumb boss? No, I didn't say what you learned. No, sir. I do not. No, no, sir. You got me into the cruiser. It's on your body, too. It's on my phone, too. You got We got got into the cruiser and you said like, "You're a really dumb bos when we were getting down here in the station. You're a really dumb law student, aren't you?" Get me You get me into the thing and you start making fun. Oh, everybody look at him. He's a law student. He's a law student. And you left me in there with the cuffs on. Okay. And I told you, didn't I tell you that what you were doing was unlawful? Did you believe me? No, it's not that I didn't believe you. I did. Did you get the supervisor when I asked you to? No, you said I didn't need one. No, I said I never said. It's on your body camera. It's on my phone. Don't lie. You ask your supervisor. What did I tell you? You said you don't need one. Turn around and put your hands behind your camera. No, I told you we're not going to No. No, you did. I I wouldn't I wouldn't disrespect my supervisor like that, man. Because we were we were in the motions and and you know, and I'm in the wrong. I really am. I'm not going to lie to you, but Okay, you are in the wrong. And I told you you were in the wrong. And I told you we were going to And I told you all this and you thought it was funny. I never thought it was funny. No, you laughed. You walked in. Everyone laughed. What funny were your comments, brother? That's it. What were my comments? Your comments that you're saying uh Florida code this get a new Mustang. Florida versus JL. That's case law. I can tell because you unlawfully arrested me. It wasn't a mistake. He broke the law. It's not a mistake. And that's what we're here. That's why we're here. And now you are going to buy me a new Mustang. You are. Cuz now all this that's going to get for you request, your dash cam, your car, everything. My phone, your badge numbers, everything's going to come into one single file record. It's going to come in here tomorrow. And that's going to go straight to my attorney. And how you been?
