I just grabbed her phone and her sweater and I put it in the bag. Okay. Ask you if there's anything in there. Hey, what's your first name? Alexis. You have anything in the bag that we should know about? No. No. Like nothing in there? No. There's nothing in it. Says there's nothing. There's nothing in it. But some personal hygiene stuff. Meet the woman whose holiday season spiraled into chaos just days before Christmas on December 23rd, 2024. She snapped and put her hands on her baby daddy's minor sister, turning family drama into violence. [Music] What happened? Um, they have there's a 50-50 custody thing going on. Mhm. Her brother is the dad of the kid. Uh-huh. The mom of the kid came and I guess it's the dad's day. The mom came to get they trying to stop and trying to say no. I'm in the house. I'm not sure. Has a trespass warning for here. So, I'm not entirely I don't know how it transpired, but long story short, it was the mom coming to get the kid on dad. Okay. So, the mom came to get the kid. She's not supposed to be here. Correct. What happened? Why is her eye bleeding? I was in the house with my own kid, so I don't know how exactly the details. I don't not Okay, ma'am. Can you tell me what happened? Yeah. Yeah, for sure. You mind if I come in? Okay. Is anybody else inside? Okay. Have a seat right here. Take a breath. Tell me what happened. She came over Friday night. We were doing Christmas Saturday morning for Yeah. Oh, yeah. Zoney has a trespassing warning for here. Okay. Okay. Grab it. Grab it for me. Well, who's here with me? Wait. They're neighbors. Oh, so the person that punched you is your neighbor. No, she punched me. Zi punched me in the face. Witness what happened? Yes, they did. Okay, so where is this Zouri person? Zi's mom of your nephew. Niece. Yes. Okay. Your niece call your niece? Yes. Where's your brother at this time? I just called him. He was calling me back. How do they have your sister's cell phone? They don't I don't know if they have her phone. Her location still says it's here. Okay, take a moment. I'll be right. Who took the baby? And it's not her day and she trespassed on this property to get her. You mean it's not her day? It's not her day for their custody share. So why did she come here today? Because we told her she needs to get off fentanyl and percoets and she she said, "I'm coming to get my baby. Y'all got me Okay. Where's your father? He's working. That's why I'm watching her cuz I'm on break from school. Okay. What's that? What's that? The mom arrived on the scene stirring trouble. The dispute involved a custody disagreement where the mom showed up on the dad's custody day. She hurt my child. And no, my child is hurt. Yes, they she they jumped me. They jumped me. It's trespassing. The father is not here. The last the last time I came, she she is a she is a witness. The last time I came, they she did the same thing. Tried to jump me. They did the same thing. I'm 21. So one time I punched her and he hurt you. I told you I have to whoop you. I told you I have to whoop you. All right. You want to kiss? You have to be hurting me. No. Detaining you right now. Turn around. I came against my daughter. Turn around. Stop moving. For my daughter. My poor baby's in the car. The father is not here. Sir, you got to understand my frustration. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But when you're here yelling and we're trying to talk to you. I'm sorry. Okay. We don't do that. All right. Come with me. I know. They always do this. It's the same. They hit my mother. Please. 1 hour before and I got a wife detained. Please. I wouldn't get arrested. I just detained. No worries. Yeah, you're just detained right now. So, she's alive. I promise you I didn't want to hurt her, but she was hurting my child. I punched her one time back after they jumped me. The one that looks all nice and [ __ ] she was the one shoving my mom's face, punching me in the face, pulling my hair, the neighbor had to get in on this. And when I was younger, you were punched in the face. Yes. Yes. I don't I was I was all of them. Thank god I'm okay. Thank god I'm okay. Where were you? My nails popped off. Mom, every everything fell, sir. Because I'm looking at you. I don't see any bruises. You if I touched you right now, you would have a bruise. I don't see a bruise on your face. I don't see a bruise on this side. There's witnesses. But listen, we're going to get to the bottom of it. Just have a seat. Have a seat. They did this the last time I was here. No worries. So, father ID on you? It's in the car. Okay. What's your name? My name is Sunni. All right. Put your foot in. All right. All right. I'm turning the air up so you get some back there. Okay. All right. So, she So, it's not her dad. This is what the sister she showed up out of the right there. Her brother's This is grandma. Where's the court order? Don't ask the documents. Where's the kid? Get to the back. I need Did we already get her 14? Grab it. Do you Do you have her her ID? Thank you. Thank you so much. The cops gathered evidence from the victim before turning to the mom, who insisted the dispute began over a disagreement regarding the custody schedule. Hey, could you grab a statement from her? Um, we're going to merandize her and get her status. Right. You want the little Please can you grab it for me? Hey. Hey, Cruz. Did you Miranda? Okay. Yeah. I'm going grab my The father never walked over. The sister's always been this way with me. The mom got in a fight with me years ago. She tried to steal my daughter. Come on. Let him. Let him. All right. Listen. You're going to get to speak your entire piece, but before that, I have to read you something. Okay? I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. I pull up, right? Mhm. Um, and literally the day that the mom begged me to come out here, she picked up the child, not Jerome. Um, I got in contact with Jerome and we came together. During the party, they all got drunk. Eventually, I told his mom I have to go. She begged me to stay. Of course, Jerome heard I was leaving. He lost his mind. He tried to put his hands on me. He threw the stuff that I had in his car out on the street. The police came. I had to wait out here an hour to get my Uber home. Two days ago, I had to wait an hour to get Uber home. What happened today? Guess what? I swallowed that. Today, I have to come get my daughter, right? Of course, Jerome's not here. Who's he? Who's they Who are they with? The sister and the sister's sister. So, they're playing doll with her because I get here and the kids are outside by themselves. So, I grab the child of the other lady, which must be older sister, and I put her in the house. I hear somebody boom boom boom boom boom coming outside. No. Boom. Went to punch me in the face. Malaysia's in my hand. I don't know how the hell that hurts, but I've been this way my whole life. I've been defending myself and dealing with people like this my whole life. I know my demeanor might give up. Like, hey, I take this. I can handle it, but it's only so much. And then eventually my daughter comes out of my hand. She tries to reach for her. My mom comes out to help me. And the other chick is pulling my hair while the other one's pulling my leg. They're pulling my arms. And in all of this, they're they're like squeezing my daughter's stomach to try to to try to convince me that they're hurting her enough for me to let go. I said, "No, you're not going to hurt her. I don't care what you think this is happening. Let go of her." No, cuz it's Jerome's day. Jerome's day. Jerome's day. Jerome's day. Jerome doesn't raise her. Okay. Let me just get He's never even been here. So Jerome is your father. Your ex from like four years. So the father of your child. All right. And you came here to get your daughter from technically Jerome, but he's not here. So his sister is here with him. She's 17. Okay. Sister is 17. She smokes. She don't got nothing going on right now but school. And I never said is there a custody agreement? Yes. Okay. So this is valid. Okay. So you're says every other weekend on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Yes. And it's I paid 5,000 for a lawyer. Jerome doesn't even show up to the courthouse. So that has nothing to do with what's going on. This is your this is your custody agreement like he's trying to find out. When is your custody agreement? Cuz obviously you both agree and it's a court order. Yes. So when's your gentleman knows I'm supposed I was supposed to know it's right there. He only he only gets her Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Okay. Today is what? Uh Monday. Okay. I was supposed to pick her up. He supposed to pick her up Sunday, not Monday. I didn't come yesterday. Okay. So, this is this is this is what we're trying to get to. You your your your your uh uh court order says you have to be on Sunday here to pick her up. So, if you weren't here, the best thing you should have done, call the police. We come here. We grab the child. Well, we don't grab her. I didn't know. I know. But you came in here and you started I didn't know. I didn't start it, sir. I didn't know. You came in here knowing you weren't supposed to be here. What? Cops informed the mom that she had arrived on the wrong day, violating the custody order. They then explained the proper custody protocol to her. This should have been done yesterday. I don't have a car, sir. My mom couldn't bring me yesterday. That's why. That's the only reason. But I called you guys and right before I got here and the lady said y'all would to get there. She never told me, "Hey, you know, maybe got the call." Yes. I didn't call 911. I called the non-emergency. You still didn't get the call. Just called right away. I called the non-emergency because I was on the phone with the mess, right? And then um I got out because the children were outside by themselves. I see my daughter. I grabbed her. Can you look at me real quick, ma'am? You could have easily parked. Look at your kids because they're not going to be in danger as long as you got your eyes on them. I'm just giving you advice here. You could have parked and went, "Hey, when's the police coming? We would have came. Child would have been outside. We would have took the child." No, we wouldn't. We would have told him, "Give us the child. We would have looked at this. We would It doesn't matter. It's a court order. It's our job to give you back to give the child back to them." Mhm. You know what I'm saying? This entire thing exists so this doesn't happen. Correct. That's the literal reason for this. And now we're here because we let our emotions get the best of us. No, that's why this is my child. No. No. That's completely understandable. I raised her. I raised her. I've raised her since she came out of my womb. I raised her. I raised her. They don't raise her. They play dog doll with her on the weekend. They haven't had her in months. I just told them fine, cool. And the weekend I came, there was a problem. Of course, Jerome wants more than just co-parenting. Of course. So, listen, when it comes to your custody agreement and modifying that, that's not going to be through us. That you have to go back to the court. You every time there's an issue, you call us, we come out, document it, you keep those case numbers and those reports, and you go back to the judge with your lawyer and say, "Hey, this is what's happening. I need a modified time share or we need a uh we need a a medium for us to drop the kids off since we can't I can't come here. They can't come to your house. You guys need to meet somewhere in between. Whether it's the district 16 Green Acres substation right there or it's gun club. Regardless, the father's supposed to be here. She can't be with a minor. I never approved of this crap in the past. She's old enough to take care of the child. Now, if there was a 10-year-old here too, that would be a problem. I understand. She's old enough. She's old enough to take care of a child. No, I'm saying I understand that. I never said I was okay. Yeah. And the father didn't need anything. But it doesn't say anything here either. He doesn't give any rules at all. He doesn't give any. He just explained to you what you mean to do. Yes. I need to go to court. I guess I'm just overwhelmed. They've been dealing with these people for years and you keep coming back. I don't. And why is the child here? Jerome took it to court and the mom showed up right on her knees. I have a video of her going on her knees. hardly believe this lady. I did. I want my daughter. I want my daughter. It's the same crap. It's the same the same. All right. The same. Just put your feet in. I'll be back. Let me hold on to this. You want me to give it to your mom or cuz this this is going to come with you, but it's not going to be on your person. Okay. I can put it in a I have to put it in a separate bag. Or do you want your mom? Yeah. So, right now you're under arrest for domestic battery. What? Yeah. What? No. No. No. No. No. No. She hit me, though. There's There's There's proof. Okay. I'm going to go take a look and we'll determine that. I'll be right back. No, no, no. But this No, no, no. I killed me. I'll be right back, sir. Please. I'll be right back. The woman was charged with domestic battery. Watch how Bingham's road rage turned a simple issue into a felony when she tossed a pen at a cop. It began on September 26th, 2024 when police pulled her over for speeding. So, I can see inside the vehicle for my safety. Hey, buddy. How are you doing? You got two little ones? Three. Three. Okay. Reason I pulled you over is for 57 and a 40. Your radar detector must not be working real good for you. Do you got uh license insurance and registration? Yeah. It picks up speed coming down the hill and Yep. No, I thought it was 55. Yeah, it's 40. If you look right there, whenever you leave across from this 55 sign, there's another 40 mph speed limit sign going this other way. Okay. Fantastic. Wait to find it. Okay. I just need the insurance. Oh, I need the insurance. You gave me the registration. I also have a sick kid that just threw up down the side and I kind of pulled over so he can throw up again right away. So thankfully he's okay right now. Yeah. All righty. So, there's two ways to handle the speeding ticket. Okay? You can either pay the penalty or go to court. What would you like to do? Well, I can't make the choice for you [Music] cuz I'm going to write your ticket. And so, on your ticket, when I write your ticket, I have to put whether you want to go to court or whether you want to pay the penalty assessment. If you choose to pay the penalty assessment, you have 30 days to pay the penalty assessment. takes seven to 10 business days to process the citation. Whether you want to go to court and have a bench trial against me in front of the magistrate judge in So City. Thank you. What's that? I'll pay the ticket. In a minute, I'm going to be taken to jail for obstruction and those kids will be going to CYFD. Really? You better start acting right. Conduct yourself in a professional manner. Okay. All right. Don't sign it. If you don't sign this, you are going to jail and those kids are going to CYFD. Why? because I'm getting a felony right now. No, because if you don't sign this, that's failure to comply. That's obstructing. Here's the deal. I'm I'm trying to be cordial with you. You're the one that was speeding and breaking law, not me. The officer warned Bingham about obstructing and issued her a simple ticket, but she chose to take the situation too far with her defiant attitude. I'm doing my job, okay? I'm looking out for the safety of your kids as well as you. Their lives are in your hand. You're the one that's chosen to speed in this on the highway, right? So, at the end of the day, just follow the instructions, be professional, and act like an adult. Okay? All right. You're going to sign right here. By signing here, you're admitting to the penalty assessment of 126. Okay? You have 30 days to pay it. 7 to 10 business days to process the citation. You were clocked at 57 miles an hour in a 40 mph speed limit zone. Okay. At mile marker 6 next to Mule Creek Post Office. Okay. All righty. The instructions on how to pay, I'll show you how to do it. Okay. By signing this, you're admitting to guilt. Okay. Hey, that's obstruction. Get out of there. That's assault on a piece officer. You just You just threw a pin at the face. Get on your face. Stop it. You're under arrest for assault police officer. Stop it. I did not hit you with the pen. It went out the window. Give me your other hand now. Give me your hand. I can't resist you. That hurts. Roll on your side. What are you doing? Excuse me. Checking you for weapons. Oh, yes. All right. Roll to your butt. What did you stand up? What is your problem? I have kids to take care of. Yeah. Now, right now, you're under arrest. I I can't leave my kids. All right. Your kids will be taken care of. My husband's 5 minutes up the road. Can I call him? No. Please. I need to I need someone. I need help with my kids. Can I please call him? We'll talk about that in a minute. I can't leave them right there. I can't leave them. Why? I cannot leave my kids. Yeah, well, you shouldn't have thrown the pin at me. I didn't throw the pin at you. It went on me. I'm I'm Everything's recorded. Fantastic. Great. Get in. I can't leave my kids. I'll take care of the kids. Get in. I'll charge you with another charge. Get in. I can't leave my children. Get in. Hey, I've got 1015 141. Send another unit my way. This vehicle's got kids and the lady assaulted me and she actually battery on a peace officer. Afterward, the cops allowed Bingham to call someone, and she called her husband to securely pick up her children. You want to try to call your husband? I asked you that 10 minutes ago. Yeah. Well, it don't work that way. We don't We're not running on your time. Of course. Um I My hands are behind my back. It's not going to work cuz you've already messed with it. All right. Watch your code. Don't worry about it. Now, if you made it too long, he's not going to have service right now. That's why I wanted to call him. You're the one to choose what you did. How long until they get service again? H How long till they get service? Please leave your message. Who? My husband. Where is he coming from? I just met him at the corner exchange. Where was he going back towards? He's going back to Alpine. Alpine. So, he would have service depending on his phone provider should have service all the way until he gets to Ciss Pass. Wow. Which is like 40 miles. There's no service. It goes straight to Yeah. There is a few places that you do lose service in a draw or two. Hey, you got to come back. Um, there's a cop that thinks I'm getting arrested. Oh, no. You are arrested. He can't catch him. So, can you come can you come back? The kids are probably scared. Are you there? Hello? Can you hear me? Hello. Hello. I don't know if you heard any of that. Yeah. So, yeah. Yeah. Just make sure you get a good Okay. What What's the estimated time that somebody can pick up the kids? I don't know. It depends how far we got up the road before you let me call. Okay. She can't get a hold of him. So, he's on his way. Okay. So, he's on his way. You asked me an estimated time. I don't know an estimated time. Okay. All right. I guess he'll get here when he gets here. And when he arrived, they explained how Bingham had made the situation worse and put herself in legal trouble. All right. Okay. I'll give her an hour. Okay. All right. I can give you an hour. Hopefully he gets here in an hour. Okay. I'm not leaving my kids at the side of the road till he gets here. They won't be. There's another officer on their way. Okay. So, at the end of the day, I'm going to transport her to our office in Silver City. Then she'll go to Grant County Detention Center and then of course she'll at that point she'll be in in jail until she can speak to the judge. They'll release her and then she'll be released from Grant County Detention Center. I can't tell you when or what day. She's going to be on her own. I got to hustle her husband starts tomorrow and lead you to one. Okay. So, she going to be on her merry way. I'll take the kids. And I didn't know if you guys were divorced or what. You know, we're not in the best situation right now. But yeah, I didn't know cuz she said that you guys were exchanging kids and we do a lot of child exchanges. It's usually with couples that are split. Well, we were just I'm up there looking for my holes. My hunt starts tomorrow. She's in Safford and she brought the two older ones up so I can take them with me. Right. That's why she brought them up, right? And I didn't know your situation. It's none of my business. All I know is she committed a felony. We'll just go this way. Yeah. Can you get in or do you need assistance? Not from you. Okay. Still going numb. If you promise not to throw anything at me, I could put the cuffs in the front. Thank you. Do you promise? Yes. Going to throw. All right, brother. We're going to take you to the restroom. brother. Throw that cup. Jordan repeatedly demanded bathroom breaks, creating some awkward moments between him and the officers. But you ain't going to come and get me. Yeah, I'll come and get you. It wasn't my fault. Now you got to unbuckle. Nah, you unbuckle yourself multiple times, bro. Come on, man. Hurry up. Nope. I've seen you do this multiple times, bro. You can't tell me that. You've peed three times already. No, I didn't. Well, I'm not going to help you. Why? Because I've seen you do it on your own. You don't want to help? Look, see, you just did it by yourself. Yeah. You don't want to help me? No, I don't, bro. I want you to piss. Thank you. You're welcome. And now you going to watch me? No, we ain't watching. Yeah, you are. No, we're not. I really I really can't pee when somebody is watching me. I'm not I'm not that I was I was surprised when I seen the red cup. I really can't. But I do got to be. But guess what? Um do me a favor. I have I have stomach issues. Okay. Okay. I need I need to call my girl and tell her to bring all my stuff. So, so the jail won't take the jail won't take your prescriptions. So, you can deal with whatever you got going on at the jail. The jail has a prescription, has a pharmacy, and they'll take care is not Yeah. Thank you. See All right, Billy. Stand up. [Music] Same deal, please. Yeah, it's okay. I got it. I don't know why. Let me get rid of my red cup. I got to just went to the bathroom and I wouldn't even bother you. Right. What do you mean? What's the deal, man? What's going on? We're doing some paperwork so we can get you up to the jail. Take this home. Yep. What? What's up? What's up? Just give me back the red cup so I don't have to bother you guys. No, brother. We're not going to have you pee in the red cup. Why? Because I destroy it. I just It's just not me. I came. You peed. You peed when we were there at the house in front of more people. No, I didn't. Yeah, you did. I got you on buddy cam. [Music] Deputy Medina has taken you to where I need to go. Okay. Well, we got to finish the paperwork, but every time we come in here, we can't. Okay, we're done. Thank you. We'll get done as soon as we can. I have somebody that's over y'all that don't give a about nobody. He don't give a about you. That's fine. What does that have to do with you? All I want to do is be I can't I can't I can't just sit there and just Officers gave Jordan multiple chances to use the restroom properly. Yet he continued to complain about the lack of privacy. It was already here. I don't care. Okay. And you picking a cup is not going to work. So that's it. So go ahead in the wall. You're going to get more. You break my law. I'm going to get more charges and you don't care. That's where we're at. I know. I know. I got that. I got that. Just you don't give a I just want to pee, man. And I understand. I can't pee while somebody watching. Nobody's watching. We're open. Make sure you don't do nothing. We have the door three times and let you do your thing. I can't let you be either by yourself. And you're not going to pee in the cup. So, they give you opportunities. You don't want to do it. That's it. That's it. End the discussion. Either you go, you pee or you don't pee at all and you can wait till the jail. Can you explain to me what's going to happen? Oh, man. I got I I have to pee. Okay. Well, we've been giving you opportunities. I can't I can't just I just just give you the opportunity to just pee. We giving you three opportunities to pee. I can't do it. And I'm sorry that you can't do that. No one's looking at you. I know. Do you think I like to watch somebody else pee? Yeah. You look I don't. Yeah. And I don't know about anybody being around, but obviously you give about somebody watching you. No, it's just it just always I'm sorry that you feel that way, bro. You're giving you multiple opportunities and you want to pee in a cup and get disrespectful, man. Is how that's disrespectful. Telling us your white boy. I mean, hey, that's the way it's all and we've given you multiple opportunities right and I'm not going to do that. Why? It's unsanitary. We just deliver and before the cup was there. I'm sorry. do was there and glad you peed the first time, but we're not going to do it again. It's not going to happen again, bro. So either we're almost done. Finish up. You can go pee at the jail if you don't want to pee here and you can go do over there. That's where it's at. So just chill out. Wait, where you at? He's almost done. But every time he keeps stopping me. Yeah. Where? The white guy. He's inside. Come here. Tell him to come here. What do you want him for? Please, Corporal. Listen, no disrespect, okay? It was a red cup here and I used to I I understand that. I get that, man. I'm telling you, it's it's I no disrespect. All I I mean I don't I I don't think y'all understand where I'm at. Like I I get that you're you're having trouble using the restroom. No, it's not. It's just it's just it's this point of I have people watching me and and then I mean, yeah, you got the door open and you say you're not watching me, but you're watching and I No, brother. I'm watching you whether you're sitt it's it is a big difference to me. I can't let you do it. I'm sorry. I can't. There's nothing I can do about it. If it was something that was simple, we could let you do it. That's fine. I can't let you do it again, man. That's not something I can let you do. Well, y'all need to try to get some Okay. And we're apologize that somebody didn't clean up the mess and someone didn't catch it. Okay. I understand that. Okay. I understand. [ __ ] happens. We get it, right? I let you go to the bathroom, but I have to be at the door. I can't let you lock the door cuz then it goes into a whole other thing that goes into more. It wasn't even you. I know. But I'm telling you, I I worked at the jail for years. I know how hard it is to deal with somebody with somebody who has an issue being I have to be in there. I'm not looking at It's not only that. It's not only that. I have other issues on top of that. Like what? Explain to me what other issues you have. I I wear a diaper. Okay. Okay. No, you don't believe. No, I know. I No. You don't believe me? Relax. Jordan disclosed some medical issues and while the police showed empathy, they informed him of the procedures he still had to follow. Doesn't help me help you. No, I'm just saying I I'd like to have my own privacy. I'm not And I understand that, but as of right now and I understand that, brother, but because of our policies and all that, I can't let you have privacy. It just doesn't work that way. And because you were having the attempts, I'm telling you right now, the jail has that. I No, they gave me my respect the first time. Okay. Well, this is not this is not how it going to go. Okay. So, you can go to the jail. They'll get you. I ain't even did nothing to nobody. Okay. Well, you'll find the paperwork. You'll get the charges. But that's where we're at right now, Mark. Okay. I know the jail. The jail will help you out. I get that. The jail will help you. Whatever you need. I don't need to call your wife for your girlfriend to come bring you something. Okay? I I can tell you that right now. I don't for all that. But that's where we're at. Not trying to make this any harder than it has to be, man. We're just trying to finish the paperwork, but I can't I can't have you doing that in the holding cell. We can get in trouble if you go inside, and I'm not going to say you do, but let's say you go inside, you lock the door. We then have to beat the door down. It's something else that comes up. We just can't have you do that. Officer Medina can put his phone in the door and close it. Well, check this out. But check this out. It was a puppy right here, right? All due respect. All due respect, you didn't just give me that bag in the red car. Why? I just won't like it's just don't do it. It's just not something we can't. The red cup was in here probably because they brought somebody water, not because they were allowing somebody to pee. Okay. Well, give me some water. No, cuz you're going to pee in the cup. We can't That's where we're at. The sooner we get this done, the sooner we get you out of here, we can get you up to the jail and they have a different facility and different things and we can get you taken care of there. But every time we come in, why are y'all taking me to jail? You are getting first of all your wife I don't I don't even know your girlfriend wants charges for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. We called the district attorney and the charges. She called she called the police on you. She didn't call the police on you. We tried to stop you but when we were there she wanted charges. We discussed her. She signed a vehicle a stolen vehicle affidavit that was approved by the district attorney. So you have charges for unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. You have one for resisting evading an obstruction of an officer for driving four miles with deputy medina behind you with lights and sirens. You have um a careless driving and you have what the original stop for was driving license revoked pursuant to one's drive 122G. You know you can't drive, right? You understand that, right? You got a DUI a while back and you can't drive unless you have a breathalyzer. And that's where it is. Those are the four charges we have. Those are what you're being committed. What happens from here? I don't I don't That's you, the district attorney, and your girlfriend. That's not something we do. All we do is we show up. These are the crimes I committed. The district attorney says, "Yes, this is what it is." And we file the charges where it goes from here, man. We don't have any control over it. That's going to be between the district attorney and you and the victim, which would be your your girlfriend on the unlawful taking. Those are the charges you have. That's what you're being taken to jail for tonight. But the sooner we can finish the paperwork, and I mean I'm almost done. Deputy Medina is almost done. As soon as that paperwork's done, we'll get you out of here. And they have a better facility that has a different thing that can help you with that at the jail. We just have to get you up there, man. Not trying to make this any harder. Not trying to make this difficult. Not trying to be a dick. I'm just telling you what I can do within my scope and what I can do. All right. So, let us finish up and we'll get you out of here as soon as we can. All right. Thank you. All right, brother. Right this way. Jordan was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, first offense, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, arrest, and careless driving. Now, before we leave today, we have some truly crazy cases for you. One woman ran a secret lab inside her own home. Another killer blamed her own child for the death of her partner. And the last one is so terrifying. After taking the life of her ex, she claimed he was still alive. These women were completely unhinged and had no control over themselves.
