I know you really want to throw a scene. You will do it when I got here and I was ignoring. What I'm saying is you can't be doing that when I'm outside or inside trying to help you guys out. Fair because now at this point you guys are being on our side, Sasha. On June 7th, 2024, police responded to a report of two women. One was Sasha and another was her best friend being removed from a strip club for excessive noise and disruptive behavior. The police approached both the suspects outside the club, insisting on retrieving their purses. The officer tried to calm them down but was unsure of their intentions. What's going on? No, because Oh my god. Thank God. Please, please. I'm so glad that you're here. Step away. Are you scared of us? No, but I'm not going to have any situations arise. Okay. I don't know what you're going to do. I don't know if you're going to grab this gun. I don't know. Can I just tell you right now? All I'm asking just take a step back. All I want is my purse. Not under arrest, but y'all are actually We called you. We called you. I get that. There's a problem. When I'm in there trying to help you guys out after being detained, they became even angrier, continuing to argue and insist they were scammed. The problem is the reason why you're cuss because you're out here yelling, too. Okay? You guys are being disorderly. Okay? Have a seat against some. Come back over here. Come back over here and sit down. No, I'm not on no violent. You're not being violent. Come on. You think I am, bro? Just lean up against the wall. It's okay. You want to put your little vape thing in your purse? It's like this, bro. I know. Here, Sasha. Let me uh loosen your cuffs. I put them on tight cuz you got pulled away. All right. I literally didn't even do nothing. Bro, the problem is you guys are out here yelling and throwing when I'm trying to do. Listen, me. I know you were the one throwing. Listen, you will do it when I got here and I was ignoring that. But what I'm saying is you can't be doing that when I'm outside or inside trying to help you guys out because now at this point you guys are being disorderly. This is on our side. Sasha, you guys are being disorderly and that's a problem. Okay. Let me see your phone. Let me see your phone. Let me see your phone, Sasha. I'm not taking I'm putting your phone right over here with the rest of everybody else's property. Okay. Give it to me so we don't have any other issues. Okay. Believe it or not, people like to call 911 when they're in handcuffs. So, I got to take people's homes. Please get me out of here. I didn't even do We didn't do You didn't even You You're the one that threw some, bro. I threw my phone at the bar. Get me out of here. All right. No, if you guys calm down and you guys just hang out, you guys are not going to jail. As simple as that. Problem is, you guys are acting disorderly. His badge in his face, bro. I promise you I'm not. He's waving his badge. The problem is you guys are I didn't do anything. You didn't do anything. I know. And he won't believe me. No, I I believe you. I seen it happen. The difference is, listen to me for 2 seconds. All I'm saying is I can't be in there and you guys are out here acting disorderly. You guys are detained right now for that reason. You're not going to jail at this moment. I have no desire to take you to jail when I get off in an hour. I'd rather not cuz then that holds me over after work. So, if you guys just cooperate and chill out and let me figure everything out and get everything back to you guys, we can we can finish this up. Simple as that. I was spending a lot of money at work. He doesn't care. He doesn't give a He literally doesn't give a He doesn't give a how much. Well, I'm just saying he doesn't care. He doesn't care how much money you spend. It doesn't matter. There's your purse. There's your purse. You okay? anything that bad. We're not trying to quit walking up on me. Sit against the wall. The cops spoke with the staff and found the purse in the restroom, proving it was just misplaced. They told them to leave, but Sasha refused, turning the situation into chaos. All right, so what happened now that that's over? Hey, we told them, bro. We said they was looking for the car. Okay, we'll find the first we look for the first. But they started fighting like you got to wait outside. We going to look for [Music] starting pull this one. Throw this one. No. Then we just push her out. Did she break anything? That's so rude. You would be shocked by how Sasha stirred up the conflict. Despite the officer's warnings, she kept escalating the situation, forcing them to take even stricter measures. But my look at my tire. Hey, can you help me? It's probably not a good thing for me to be doing. Phone went somewhere. A man car ran over my phone. Really? Piss. That's going to restitution. The cops tried to speak with the woman, but she became enraged, accusing her boyfriend. Her outburst led to her arrest and as the cops took her outside, her anger persisted. Turn off the light. Can I have a female officer, please? For what? I don't trust men and I definitely don't trust your Okay, you're going to come sit down where I told you to sit down. That's how that works. Take a seat. I want to speak. Take a seat. I want to speak to your supervisor. Sit down or I will put you down. It's that simple. I want to speak to your supervisor. Sit down. I want to speak to your supervisor. It's that simple. Meanwhile, the cops spoke with her boyfriend who explained that she has a disorder causing explosive reactions. Because prior been dating for about 5 months. This is we've been dating about 5 months and this has been almost an everyday thing for the I'll let you talk past couple weeks. And it's like she'll she'll get mad. She has intermittent explosive disorder. That means that she will get up, get in your face, freak out, and try to harm you. Okay. So, what happened tonight? So, I know that officers got called out a little bit earlier. Were you guys arguing? We was She was having a She was having a seizure. Okay. Uh I got back in. Yes. I will admit I didn't break. Yeah. And you ever correct? Yeah. Um I have been living here for a month, but I don't have any proof of it, but I have. You've been living here for a month. You can't break into your own house and get charged for it. Right. Right. But um I went to go out front. I guess that's why you guys got the call. One of my buddies came over to talk to me for a few minutes. Okay. And then I noticed that I couldn't get the door open. Okay. Well, I know that she potentially could have locked it because me and hers has been getting into it all day. Okay. Just physically or verbally. It's been a little bit of both. And I I really feel like a piece of She got arrested, but it's I I don't know what else. Well, she's been detained for now. You went in there. I I really I don't remember because there was a lot of physicality. Okay. I'm going to read you this real quick. She's made some allegations, too. Okay. I just want to make sure we both understand each other. All right. Before asking questions, you must understand your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand these rights, sir? Can you answer out loud for me? Yes. I'm sorry. I'm I'm really shook up. That's okay. So, so we leave. What happens after that? Honestly, I I until she calms down, I I don't think I I don't know. I just don't have anywhere else to go. I do love her. That's why she's put hands on me multiple different times. This isn't what she did. I did this to myself. That's previous cuz it's dish. Okay. So tonight is the top of your hand here. Is that deep? How bad is that? I didn't even know I had a cut on it to be honest with you. I can't see. That might actually I believe that might be from my nipple. Okay. Because she did bite my nipple. Do you want to try wiping that off on your pant leg to see if we can see a wound? I just know that like I Man. So you got a bite mark on your left nipple. You got you got a mark on your neck right here. Yeah. She was picking up pots and pans on the top of your hand. Is that a bite mark as well? Uh, no. I think it's just not sure. Did she strike you with a pan? She Yeah. In the head? Yeah. How hard are we talking here? Like full swing? Yeah. Okay. Do you have a lump forming? Anything like that? Feel your head for me? No, I don't have any. Are you bleeding? No. And I did engage with her, too, but it was all self-defense. Okay. Well, walk me through what happened, man. She got We came back inside and then she started throwing out. She picked up a toolbox, threw it at me. She tried to throw me on the ground, knocked all that dog food in the kitchen here. Yeah. Okay. And she was just And she even tried to grab a knife and cut her throat. Cut her own throat. Yeah. Cut her own throat. At first, since she was trying to attack me with a pen, I thought that she was going to go for killing me because there was She picked up the knife. Yeah. She picked up the knife and me and her were into it and I fully expected for her to try to attempt my Okay. and I tried to grab it away from her and she ended up falling into another seizure. Okay. So, she started seizing again and then she's telling when did she bite you? Before that. Uh, yeah. Okay. How did you defend yourself when this was happening? I did pick up a pan and try to swing it at her. Okay. Did it strike her? I don't think so. You don't think so? I don't believe it did. Most people would know if it did or it didn't. You know what I mean? I don't I really don't. No idea. The boyfriend recounted how his girlfriend attempted to use a knife, forcing him to defend himself. Meanwhile, as the police questioned her, she repeatedly insisted on speaking with a female officer. Was defend myself. Yeah, I get where you're coming from. I'm trying to get a full picture of what's happening. I understand. I just I I shouldn't go to jail tonight, sir. I really shouldn't because I'm just trying to figure out what's going on, man. I understand. I understand. Okay. So, she has a seizure. She comes out of it. You told the dispatcher she's got an explosive disorder. Was having fallout from the seizure. Yeah. Yeah. Was that in reference to the first seizure or the second? That was the the first one. That's whenever they came in and they asked me if they could come in and take a look around. I said, "Yes, that's fine." Okay. And then they walked in there. She came too, looked over at him. She said, "What the are you doing in my house? Why the cops in my house?" I said, "Because they're checking on your welfare to make sure you're okay." And then that's whenever she got up her in their face and told them to get out. And then as they was walking out and they told me they was going to leave, I said, "I'm so sorry." Sure. Because she had a seizure after everybody had left. She has seizures all the time. She falls out and has seizures. It could be like 10 times a day. It just depends on how stressed she is because she's got a lot of school work to deal with. She's got a hard family life. She's got a lot of things. Does anybody else live here beside y'all? No, it's just us. Just our dogs and our cat. Okay. What's your name, man? Dakota Boy. We don't have a female officer working right now, so you Well, bad. Get one. Give me one at the jail. Okay, I'm not going to jail. I haven't done anything wrong. Okay, now I'm going to read a huge bite mark on Well, I'm going to read you something. You have the right to remain silent. Do you want to understand these rights that I read them to you? Am I being arrested? You're being detained now. Do you understand these rights that I read them to you? Yeah. Having these rights in mind, do you want to speak? Figure out how to speak. No, you're yelling at You yell at my face, you're going to get the same treatment every time. You want respect, you give respect. That's how that works. No, honey. that you res give respect to get respect. That's how that works. No, that's not how that works. Yeah. Uh-huh. Is that my cat that she let out? How would I know if that's your cat? Okay. Do you want to tell me what happened? Nope. Perfect. Sir, can you come here for a moment? Yes. Can you pull down my shirt some because it's, you know, causing me discomfort and I don't want No. Uh towards the bottom like down by my torso right here. Yes. Just pull right there. Thank you. No problem. If you can be my babysitter, get him away from me. She's been advised, Miranda. She does not wish to speak to us. Okay. I don't wish to speak to him. Can you get him away from me? That's not how this works. You are not in charge of anything. Were you? Was there a run with your boyfriend? Actually, not your ugly ass. Hey, ma'am. Was there a run with you and your boyfriend down like east like down in east? You were saying at your mom's house while she was in the hospital. Really look like somebody else. I don't know. Okay. What you were talking about? Like does your mom live like on the southeast side? She was uh east side. Okay. And is there somebody that looks way like really like you that was like washing their mom's house while she's in the hospital? Then I got called cuz her boy the girl that looks like you her boyfriend overdosed. No, that was that was you? Okay. I thought that was you. Yeah. Trying to see if you have visible. Look, I have been having seizures. I really don't need that flashlight in my face. He's going to see if he got any. Do you have any injuries? Are you in pain anywhere right now? Yeah, my head. I've been hit in the head with a frying pan. Okay. On numerous occasions in numerous spots. Did it happen tonight? Yes. The suspect spoke with the female officer about the conflicts with her boyfriend, including past fights and incidents of domestic violence. back when I called 911. Mhm. That, you know, we've been having a great time. We've been, you know, perfectly fine. But yesterday, he told me to kill myself. So, I tried and he ended up cutting his thumb because he was pulling a knife away from me. Okay. But today, did we show up here for that? I I didn't work yesterday. Did anybody come out for that yesterday? No, he walked to the clinic. Um, we I woke up. I had plans to make dinner and everything because we didn't go to bed until like 12:00 um last night. No, this afternoon. Oh, okay. Wow. Um, we went to bed and I woke up and started doing and uh had plans to make dinner and then do watch a movie and do homework. But um my psycho supposedly uh breathed wrong and you know started a argument about the fact that you know I didn't have the stuff to make spicy dip. Cheese dip. All this is over a cheese dip. How many seizures do you think you've had tonight? I don't even know. I don't like I don't know. I woke up from a seizure and these were in my house. I had to get them to leave and then uh these you know flipping on me because I'm supposedly trying to attack officers. No, I'm trying to usher them the out of my house. Okay. And then how long have you been without your seizure medication? I I haven't. I just haven't been taking it because you know life happens and more important than a pill. I get you. At one point I think the last time I talked to you, you said that he'd done something with your meds. So, but you have your meds now. Yeah. Okay. Can you at least lose a little bit? I can look at them. Yeah. Because I'm over here shaking and they're tightening. Yeah. Are they You get them double locked. Okay. I'll check. I haven't done nothing. Stop. On June 4th, 2022, police responded to a report of criminal trespass involving a woman who had been asked to leave the premises. The officer told Estella that the store had issued a criminal trespass warning against her, but she refused to comply. Instead, her reaction shocked everyone around her. Ma'am, if you keep walking away, we're going to have to arrest you cuz I'm already I listen to you for just a second. Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. I'm going to explain it to you. I will arrest you. I will arrest you. I will arrest you. Talk to you. Well, you have to stop because you're under a picture. How? Because I'm going to If you would let me explain it to you, I can explain it to you. We're going to explain it. The ladies across the people across the street want to issue you a criminal trespass warning. How? Whenever I can I explain it to you? No, you can't. I don't even get to go buy food or anything. You know, I I I understand that. I get it. I understand that. I understand. They want to issue a criminal trespass warning. They're saying that to walk inside and buy food. That's the thing because they didn't want they don't they didn't want you to go inside. That's why they didn't want you inside. And I go that slow all the time. They don't. And that's why they want us to issue a criminal trespass all the time and I buy I get it. I I I get it. I get it. I get it. And I'm not saying that you steal anything. I'm not just telling you that's what they want to do. And so I have to do that. I I have to. If somebody uh since they called us and told me to come and issue you a criminal suspect. So this is what's going to happen. You're going to go back to my patrol car. We're going to issue a Listen to me for just a second. You're going to go to jail. It's just because you're starting to you're starting to obstruct what I'm telling you to do because you're refusing to go back to my car. This is your last chance. Let's go. Go grab grab the leash. Grab the leash of the dog. We're even I don't care. You're about to go to jail. You are going to go to jail. Go to my patrol car. For what? Take for what? What am I going This isn't even my my dog. Like I'll give you the dog for what? Like I don't even want to make it hard. Like, you're twisting it the wrong way, dude. Like, stop. Like, I'm not even resisting arrest or anything. Like, all I said is that all I said is that I wasn't going to sign the paper. Like, you can't do this to me. I haven't done nothing. Stop. Help. Help. Help. I haven't done nothing. Stop. I didn't hear you. There's not even any trespassing or nothing on me. Now you're under arrest. Now you're under arrest. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Bend your legs and stand up. Stand up. I don't want to say waiting for my friend. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. Stand up. I haven't done help you. Stand up so we can walk. Keep that knock back down. Keep walking. You need to stand up and walk. Okay, stand up and walk. I'm not going with you anyway. You are going to jail. I didn't even show you my ID. I was waiting for somebody to You're going to jail at this point. Out of the store. You're under arrest. We're done. How? Because I told you multiple times to go to my car. Don't tell me you were ordering me. That's your dog. What's your relationship to her? I didn't even do anything. I was waiting for him to bring me some food. The guy that they said that they couldn't have in the store. Yeah, dude. Like, you guys are falsely arresting me and I'm going to sue. Like, I haven't done nothing. No. I haven't done anything, dude. Like, I swear. I was waiting for him to bring me some food from inside and he didn't even bring me food. You're going to jail. Get I haven't even been in that store. You Estella became agitated and continued protesting as the officer attempted to transport her. Meanwhile, her friend was noticed and questioned by the officer. Haven't done nothing. No. No, this is your dog, you said. Yeah. Do you mind just coming with us real quick? You're not under arrest. Go ahead. So, we were just She wasn't She wasn't going to get arrest. We were just going to issue her a criminal trespass order, you know. She wasn't going to get detained or anything, but now she she she was debating. She was didn't want to comply. I'm sorry. No, you're good, bro. You know, and we told her several times. Do you have an ID, brother? No. What do you have? Mrs. Yeah. Okay. I was waiting for him to bring me some food out of the store. I'm not going nowhere. I haven't done anything. Going to jail. I don't have warrants. Nothing. Well, now you're going to jail. For what? For obstruction. For what? Obstruction? I was thinking about If you break anything in my car, you're getting another charge. Stop acting like a child. Let me go. All right. As soon as we rolled up, she immediately got the dog and started walking away. I told her, "Hey, stop." And he talked to you. Told her several times, "Stop." She finally stopped. I told her, I said, "Hey, I need to shoot my family right there." She got pissed. I was never I never got to go in. They never let me in. Yada yada yada. And she refused to walk over here. So, I just grabbed a hold of her. She wasn't one of her, so we went out. [Music] The cops spoke with the store staff about Estella while she yelled loudly, causing a scene. Eventually, they transported her to the hospital where she began questioning the cops about her arrest over there. Did you want to issue a CTW on her as well? On both of them? Okay. Yes. Uh, so I need your signature gear, please. Yeah. Every time we try to kick somebody out, they try to fight us. Like, really? Yeah. And he's like, "Well, you haven't served me yet." I said, "Well, stay here. You can wait to be served if you want. Just Yeah. I told him." And he's like, "She asked me on camera, but I never I was like I was like, "They have the they write you a few serves, man." So, uh yeah. So, if they do come back, uh just uh call us back and don't try to confront them. Just let them if if they're here, don't confront them. Just let them come in. Give us a call. Be like, "Hey, this guy has a CTW. He's already in here. We'll come out. We'll get them. That way you don't have to be in put yourself in any danger. Well, they usually like spotters don't walk in and we're usually the ones that recognize, you know, the regular Steelers, but sometimes they think they can get away with. It's just crazy. Okay. All right. Thank you. No problem. All right, man. So So this is good for one year. Okay. Your signature right there, please. Is that your girlfriend? Yeah. Okay. So, she is going to jail today. Okay. She's also receiving one. Make sure you guys don't go back there. Like I said, cuz if you guys do go back there, you guys will be arrested. Okay. All right. Any other questions? [Music] Uh obstructing and resisting. Yes. All right. Quad had the dog there. You have on the gun and just there with the dog. Hey Stella, listen to me. I want you to listen, okay? And if you don't listen to me, you're not going to understand what's going on. You don't have to look at me. I don't care, but I want you to listen to me, okay? From the very beginning, I never told you that you had a criminal trespass warning. I never told you that you stole anything. I never accused you of any of those things. What I was trying to tell you was that the people at Family Dollar wanted to issue you a criminal trespass warning. They don't have to have a reason. And that's why I was telling you over and over and over that I need you to go to my patrol unit. That way, I could get all of your information and then that way I could issue you a criminal trespass warning. Okay? Even though you didn't, even if you would have refused to sign the criminal trespass warning, you would not have gone to jail. You would have still gone on your way. But the reason you're in handcuffs and the reason you're going to jail is because when I after I gave you multiple chances to walk to my patrol unit, you still refused. And so when I grabbed a hold of your arms to put you in handcuffs, you began trying to pull away from me. And then when I was trying to walk you to my patrol car, you still continued trying to pull away from me. At which point, I took you down to the ground and put you in handcuffs. and at which point that's why you're now under arrest. If you would have let me explain all of that to you, you wouldn't be in jail. You wouldn't be going to jail. You would have understood that I'm not trying to tell you that you were stealing. I wasn't trying to say that you already have a trespass. You just wouldn't let me. You wouldn't allow me to explain those things to you. So, now that you have a better understanding of what's going on and what I was trying to explain to you, this is why we're at CMC. You're here at CMC because I need to get you a medical clearance before I take you to the jail. We're going to get you out of the out of the car. I'm going to allow you to put your flip-flops on. That way, you can walk inside the building. We're going to sit down in the chairs. The doctor's going to come and talk to you and ask you a series of questions. Once the doctor clears you medically for detention, at that point, we'll come back to the patrol car and I'll take you down to the jail house. Okay? As I'm going to ask you to step out of my patrol car, please. Okay? That way, we can get you your flip-flops on. And we're going to walk around this way and then we're going to go to the CNC doors. Okay? Would you like some water? When we get inside, I can get you some water. Stella, you want some water? I'm going to have you sit in the chair to your directly to your right here. Right here. They're just going to ask you for your name and who you are and things like that. Okay? That way they can get your paperwork. Going to jail for nothing. I gave you a command to go. I said and I had a lawful reason to take your What lawful reason? They have no proof, no evidence, and that I've never even had a trespassing there. I was just standing off waiting for him to get me food from Albertson. It's not my fault. You refused to follow my commitment. And what was your command? Go to your car. And I said, "No, I'm not going to go to your car." And that's why you in handcuffs and that's why you're coming to jail. That's not a legitimate reason. Yes, it is. Estella appeared calm as the officer spoke to her. But the moment the topic of her arrest came up, her demeanor flipped entirely, turning the situation on its head. You guys and everybody else, I just want to be left alone. I don't need your help. I didn't even need your help. Ben, just leave me alone. for jail. You guys had no right. Sit down. Sit down. You guys have no legal right whatsoever. All right, let's lock these wheels up. All right, so we're going to move you to this wheel. She can't have no pull back. Pull it back. Just hold on. Hold on. Where are you taking her? Okay. All right. So, we're going to go back to the car. Okay. Try to There you go. All right. We're good up there. All right. Estella, I'm going to give you I'm going to give you the opportunity to stand up and walk to the car and get in on your own. Okay? Because listen, I don't want to cause any more issues. All right? You got it. Watch your legs. All right. Estella was charged with resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer's arrest. While Estella's aggressive outbursts led to more charges, our next suspect, Luke, thought bullying kids while drunk was normal. On September 18th, 2023, an officer was dispatched to a neighborhood in Oregon to investigate an intoxicated man named Luke, who was threatening kids and stealing bikes. Because he tried to grab me. What is he grabbing me for? That's what I'm trying to figure out. What is he grabbing me for? Put your feet in. We got the AC running. Officers offered medical assistance, but the suspect kept arguing, handing over the receipt as she refused to cooperate. Okay. So, that's what Did you fell or how did that happen? Yeah, cuz he tried. He threw me down. Oh, were you running away? No, I was just trying to get the receipt. Yes, I I was running cuz he tried to grab me. But you ran away. Were they Were they together? Yeah, they always come in. Yeah, we'll push you in two separate carts. You're not able to tell me your name? The suspect was charged with grand theft over $750 and resisting without violence, three counts. Next, on October 2nd, 2022, officers were dispatched regarding an ex-husband and wife who had apparently moved in together, but things were clearly not working out. I have done nothing. What are you? You're going to jail. Turn around. What are you? Let me call my brother. The ex-husband explained their long history to the cops, saying they lived together for her health, but now he feels threatened by her. He then played a shocking audio recording about her. Could you tell me what's going on? Um, let me give you a short version of the long. This is my ex-wife. Okay. We were married over 30 years ago. Okay. We have two kids together, right? Uh, we got the boys. I've been married three times. Okay. So, like I said, this is my first wife. All right. Uh, she's going through cancer and stuff and so I was in the process of buying a home. So, I figure I'll buy a home here and move her in so she she could be settled. Mhm. We stayed We were here since February the 2nd of last year. Okay. Living together. Yeah. Okay. I moved her in and stuff. This has been that way since then. Okay. She hadn't done anything with it or whatever. Uh about two months after we moved in, she started these ranting, raving, and all the kind of stuff about stuff happened 30 years ago. Okay. So now at that point, I cut off. I said, "I'm not going to support you. I'm done." Right? Because you want to belittle me about something that happened 30 years ago. Mhm. My life and and and thinking she did too was the reason I I did what I did. Right. But every day for hours she rant and rave about crap. Okay. What's she saying? Is she making any threats towards you? Yes, she is making threats. Okay. You know what? Like be specific in those threats. What What is she saying? but a goddamn motorcycle. I hate you in the car. That's all you care about. You don't care about no human being cuz you didn't take care of two children. You ain't never been a husband. You ain't never been a father. You ain't never been You ain't never been a papa or hole in the street. Do this random raven. Go back inside. Come back out. At one point she grabbed a knife, threaten me with the knife. Okay. She said, "I'll you. I'll cut you up. I I'll do all these things." Is that recording? Say again. Is that in the recording? Yes. Okay. Now, when she did that and said that she was going to cut you and you What was your response? Like, did you fear for your life? I said nothing. Okay. But you think she would actually go through with it? Were you in fear of any kind of her actually harming you? When I when you say fear when I was stationed in Louisiana, she shot me. Okay. So, she is violent. So, you you you believe that she would act. You said, "I'll cut you." She got an opportunity and think she could get away with it. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, you felt like she would have gone through with cutting you and causing you harm? Yes. Do you have any idea where the threat? You said it's in the audio. Do you have that where we can hear it? The cops listened carefully to the audio recording where the woman accused her ex-husband of being a terrible father and husband all while continuing her verbal tirades. Well, the main thing I'm looking for is that that threat. I need I need some corroboration for the threat. She said, "Hold on." If you don't mind, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to just take that. I didn't care. While he's listening to that, do you have your license on you by chance? Okay. Thank you, sir. I have some recordings. Yeah. I'm just trying to get back to wherever we were cuz I'm a minute in and it went all the way to the start. Why don't you stay with them back? Thank gosh. Has there been alcohol involved? Yeah, she drank it. Okay. Is there anything else involved? Why don't you get She's still home right now. Okay. So, it'll go on like this. Then all of a sudden, she'll go in the room and lock the door and hear this. Then all of a sudden, start up again. That's what your ass is. You're a monster. And you've been a monster ever since I met you. When I was 17, when I was 14 years old, married you when I was 17. Wish I never met you in this lifetime. Wish I never met you. Never go there 75 degrees up in this house and I'm trying to sleep my pain. My mouth hurt now. Everything hurt. You run around here. You wash my car. You won't even buy food for me. What the bring me over here? You buy me food meal. Why don't you bring me over here? Get out of my life. You ain't paid no. I took care you. I work two or three jobs. You have you ass stupid you. You ain't you ain't nothing next to my car. My car was like that when I moved here. My car was looking at me and I'm broken. I got ass tight. You did that. You big fat. If ain't nobody coming in this house, you stealing all you taking all my stuff. If ain't nobody coming in here, you doing fat red piece of nothing. What they call the jail red pis get me a damn lawyer. When I got the house, which was one that you thought she said some because it sounds like she said, "You don't care. I care." Based on the evidence, the cops approached the woman, but she became confrontational, refusing to stand or walk. She caused an extended struggle as they attempted to arrest her. And so, while she's saying that, did anything ever get physical? Did she ever touch you? No. Did you ever touch her? No. So, she's standing in the doorway with a knife. With a knife. All right. She still have that knife? Yeah. Does she have access to any of the guns? No. Okay. Uh, I have a gun safe that she don't know the code to No, I have a key to it. Okay. Key, right? No other key. No other key. Okay. Is she going to be confrontational with us? Uh, probably not. She this goes on and if she gets a phone call her do the minute changes automatically. Okay. Well, she's a good person. I have enough. I don't even need to really talk to her. Um, we can just to try to get an we'll make sure we get her side, but that's enough for me. Um, you know where she's going to be at in the house in her room? In her room. She has a bedroom. What's her name? Phyllis. Phyllis. What? Do you happen to know her date or birth? Uh 50 sub. All right. Hold on. Will you back up? Phis, can you come out and talk to us? Yes, ma'am. Come talk to us. We'll go in and talk to you. All right. No. No. No. All right. Ma'am, you're not going to talk to us? No. The woman put up a tough fight, making it difficult for the officers to handle her. But in the end, they managed to restrain her and take her into custody. Ma'am, please talk to me. Okay. Can you stand up, please? No, I'm not standing up. We just want to ma'am, we want to talk to you. I'm not standing up. Okay. I got cancer and you put your hands on me.
