important details from the victim as she told and showed what happened he literally start shooting it and where back there and we heard it like maybe five six times and I called his mom and she was dad was like you're for letting her talk to her dad even his mom tried to tell him that it's Father's Day she's supposed to be able to talk to her dad you're not her real dad like you're you're you're just my boyfriend and so that's why he got mad and started doing the extra and started trying to put his hands on me so I was like just get your stuff and leave I call his mom and told her like if he doesn't just leave peacefully we're going to just call the police and then when I said something about the police he went outside well he was right there my brother was sitting right there and I was like come on then he came here he grabbed the TV he threw it right there first he threw it right there he threw it right there and then he took it around the house and threw it back there okay so you said he put your his hands on you what how did you do that he pushing me kept just like pushing at me swiping at me and act like he was going to punch me so I was like okay this is getting scary cuz probably like five six times and then when he seen me the video cuz I'm like the police is literally on the way and you're shooting a gun they're going to have to find it before they think that you actually shoting the gun he started walking up to the door acting like he was going to shoot it inside the house and stuff that's the whole reason so he so he just shot it out back there where when did he bring it out in here yeah he BR it out in the house and was like stupid that's why I was like okay I I moved our conversation from inside the house to outside and you say anything about the gun itself or just pull a shirt up no he just pull his shirt up and then start pulling it out he was like you want to go be with your baby daddy go be with him I'm like that and I was like okay so I moved he was calling her out her name and they was arguing back and forth and I guess they had like a little pushing thing going on back there the back of the house towards the kitchen and so she was like yeah you just going to have to go cuz you're not going to put your hands on front on me in front of my child or what not mhm so he was saying yeah you got to go you got to go he was like all right I'll go but I want my $400 that he had GI gave to her for whatever reason but he had gave her $400 he was not he was like I'm not leaving without the $400 and so um So eventually she started put bringing his stuff outside I was sitting right here listening to music and she got she got his she got his grabbed his shoe box and he kind of like slapped it out of her hand and so she picked it up sat it right there and then I guess like maybe two three minutes later he went in there and grabbed my my niece's TV came like slammed It On The Ground out here okay where's the TV now we have no idea okay all right so he he threw TV on the ground sorry go ahead and um so my sister she picked me she pretty much grabbed me into the house and was like you just come in here we're going to just close the door and call the police and whatnot okay so after that well he was flashing his gun at her and whatnot and telling her uh he you know he had that gun and what not he was like I have my gun he was flashing and he had ran to the back or went to the back and she told me to go lock the door but it was already locked and then like maybe 30 seconds went by and we heard gunshot the police also located The crucial item they were searching for which they checked carefully and put in the evidence bag did yall take pictures yes oh okay no serial numberb nothing that I can see different slide on that just take the slide off yeah it's a different grip it's plastic if you take the slide off I think that's in there I thing it should be stamped on the slide right right there clear clear n no the pushing me and stuff like that we were in the back house when you said you were calling the cops yeah he started that pushing me stuff back there and calling me no we were right there in side of the house from like it's like the in the house or on the porch no in the house it's like in the it's the kitchen it's it's a little walk through to go back to that door that's back there we was right there when he started pushing a mud room type thing huh like a mud room thing keep shoes and stuff like that it's by the L yeah so it's in the kitchen so yeah he started doing all that pushing me stuff like that and then thre it wherever the hell he done thre it his mom was like just put his stuff outside and leave him out side don't let him come back in the house if he's going to try to put his hands on you and stuff like that so when I told him what his mom said that's when he started with the gun and he was in there and he was like like hold on like you're doing too much like I didn't so where where were you when he said that we were standing right there okay so you he had already smashed the TV yeah he had already smashed the TV back in you said what his mom was saying and then he started saying you know showed you the gun and said did you both see it or just you no it was me I ran back there and then my brother ran back there too and he was like I was like he got the gun he got the gun then we sat down on the couch and I was like where the did he go my brother was like a sh then I realized we don't lock the back door and he knows that so we ran back there locked back door then that's when he just started I don't even know he just started shooting the gun off and just start being at what point did you said he pointed the gun at you were you in the window yeah we were in the window he was just like this when he was doing it was it the back door window M okay so and you and your brother were both pointed at no it was at me like at you where was your brother at when you he was walk he was in on the way walking back there your brother was walking back yeah to the back door no yeah to the back door but inside house so he wasn't back there he he didn't see the gun getting pointed at you no it was like he was like doing it as a joke at first cuz nobody really thought he was going to shoot the gun and stuff at first that's why I wasn't going to call the police cuz I was like he probably just playing with the gun try to scare me so I let him back in the house but then after we mooved away from the door and we locked both of the door Point directly was he just kind of like no it was like this he like pointed at the window acting CRA he was just kind of w was he waving it or pointed at you no like at the window like it wasn't kind of at me cuz he
