me not going hard because there's nothing to go hard oh I only tried to go hard when I really have a strong feeling about something like Ross Ralph Marla sometimes stuff like that but I I look I'm playing it because she put it I was like I thought she was gonna be like psych because I saw what I saw and I recorded what I recorded ain't gonna lie to you I thought that was gonna be the rest of the video I had to go watch it for myself I understand what she's saying but I wanted her to fight that strike live laugh love let's get into it yes talking about Jay Lee fighting that strike okay so YouTuber too and the same could happen to her facts facts facts Sylvia Demi said for the late comes to the story can you give a quick backstory I don't know who Jay Lee is my bad okay I'm actually gonna go through my notes because I the video is the backstory DME so yes I will and no problem at all um because I want us all to be on the same page oh oh you know what I gotta go back a little bit further candy Danish I know you remember this candy interview Courtney uh and they were really heavy on Drew and Allison and especially on how Allison's mental health and whether she appeared to have a mental health issue or not um so now while it was live Jaylee and many others I know because it's a common practice screen recorded the interview but it was already on Candy's channel was live she screen recorded while it was Live Well Candy's team went back and edited out some portions of them speaking about Allison's mental health and then posted the edited version two candies of channel for the official speak on the episode but six six thousand plus had already watched the live probably more than that they were that was just in the chat itself I don't even know how many people was actually watching it so they already saw what she said with Courtney said and what candy said and then rather than acknowledging rather than acknowledging um oh in that moment I may not have realized that what I said was you know it it was basically I would say ignorant and not ignorant as an insult like literally you were speaking from a place of at this point you should know better but you've learned better and all that well and Shan told me that candy double down later on uh her DJ's Channel I think it was when she did the follow-up so I'm that's I'm already cool off on her on not realizing that after all this happened but they still edited it out so it feels like you just don't want to be held accountable and I'm like I we should be able to hold you accountable so what Jaylee did is Jay Lee posted the part that was uh taken down but from my understanding it was also with commentary and critique and it was so other YouTubers could comment on the part that was taken out because it needed to be a conversation well the neighborhood talk picked up jaylee's Corners clip that that she had because you know Candy them had cut it out and then after it got on neighborhood talk that's when jaylee's Corner YouTube channel was struck so it wasn't even struck by you using somebody's content it was struck because neighborhood talk picked it up and now you gotta really be held to the fire you know um Pinter Ross I never liked candy and this confirms why I don't like her if she can't take that heat keep your mouth off people and and you feel my disappointment right now I know you don't like her at all pn2 Ross and this is why I'm in my I'm in my feelings and I'm disappointed live laugh love said Carlos too right she still never fessed up to what she did I told y'all that Baby Slow she ain't gonna always do this Facebook I have the unedited version of candy interview with uh uh with Courtney yeah Linda you told me guess what I ain't gonna touch it because I'm trying not to get my channel struck you know what I mean but I did get to see it because here's the here's where I'm in my feelings again Linda candy and her team did not strike down other channels that played jaylee's clip I've seen it I'm not even word of mouth I saw and heard it for myself what was cut out and that makes me even more upset that you chose a channel that maybe wouldn't get the attraction to hear that all day Channel got struck and to me that's still a large number in my eyes because I feel okay if she's a small YouTuber I'm a micro YouTuber you know what I mean but she definitely picked channels that didn't have as big a following uh you know what I mean and that that that does not sit right with me um Candy said on her speak on it that she was taking out Courtney because it triggered some people candy only blame Courtney and I don't like that Shan DME said okay quote struck meaning the video got demonetized the video got erased or her Channel got suspended okay good questions demiche so a YouTube content creator their channel can only take three strikes and technically only two because on the third strike it's a copyright strike that means that they just shut your channel down and you you have to fight to the nail to see if you can get your channel back there's no guarantee so your whole channel is deleted everything's gone so with the video being struck the video yes did automatically get demonetized um she put that that woman's Channel at risk period to even have an existence um and then of course I think and it doesn't automatically take the video down Jaylee took the video down I forgot struck I believe because getting a Content strike a copyright strike does not take the video down it just it usually just strikes it from my understanding I believe I believe so hey Karma girl because I'm glad you enjoyed your concert Karma Girl Candy knew what she was doing yeah yep yep yep and as many have said doesn't matter candy didn't wasn't the direct run one that hit that button they talk they all know what happened they were all doing some and it was weird damage control because everybody already knew it was done um so let me look at my notes okay um so I said after list after listening to jaylee's corner on her Channel I did feel like that her channel was only struck because someone purposefully went back to find her Channel and find that video and to strike it I really really do it had nothing to do with auto pickups and all this even if it did other videos would have been struck as well that played it she she's like she said she's not a clickbait channel she she brings things up for for a commentary critique the things that fall under fair use and again as a YouTuber because candy yes you are a YouTuber you're a YouTuber among other things you know what that means to strike a channel and as Jay Lee said you could have chosen to copyright notice and she would have taken it down um just reach out in any form she would have just taken the video down but you made it a point to strike her Channel and I'm very sensitive about Channel strikes oh good I'm glad you made it back safely did me say oh God it thanks not only for the backstory but the elaboration of strike stroke oh you are welcome because you gotta understand why I'm in my feelings Dimitri because I'm in there hard I'm in there real hard um fair use I mean the news is basically fair use because what are they always using other people's footage other people's words other people's sounds like and then we know that over the last decade or so blogs have become y'all people understand that is another news source at this point yes there are some that just clickbait and it's not what they're saying but you know as a as a building industry you know that that you're going there for the News That's why when I'm coming to talk to y'all I'm usually not uh sometimes I am but most of the time I'm on I'm not on CBS and NBC we're going to Neighborhood talk we're going to the Jasmine brand you know what I mean and what do those channels do they're reposting content let's be honest now they'll put where their source of course and they'll put maybe well mostly a lot of them put their Source in possibly the article summary and it's still acceptable like like I just she knows so I just feel like it was so personal um let me see what else I said oh and then Jaylee said she was actually one of Candy's paid members candy was wrong I watched daily on occasion and she is not one of those bashing people right right right right those who bash people sorry yes exactly Jaylee does not carry that type of energy she doesn't I watch her from Top well I don't I can I know of her because she used to be with Bondi Niecy and Jamie and I don't I hadn't kind of followed over there but I still knew based on her personality that's not what she does thank you Linda 15 life 19 in the chat please like the video it's not it's just simply not right right there's no for me there's no excuse when there's other avenues and I didn't know of all the Avenues I'm not gonna lie to you I thought a lot of it was automatic and that's why I had to go back and listen uh to J Lee because I'm not I don't see myself necessarily ever trying to strike someone's Channel I think I would especially not on first first thing first reach out I'm gonna ask them if they could take it down and that's only if they have no commentary on my video um if you're just straight using stuff you know and I've never had to ask anybody to do that but I'm just saying like I can't believe how purposeful this was and then to double down on what you said and put it all on recording yeah we don't like Courtney but just take accountability we're going to make mistakes I'm gonna have a view that I unfortunately may come from an ignorant Place sometimes because you don't know and then you course correct and you move on this is the accountability part that usually turns people off when you can't just acknowledge that you did something wrong um as I said is foul f-o-u-l that uh Candy's team did that candy candies team um and oh this this is what got me when Jaylee said this candy could have called Jay Lee she she obviously she didn't have to do all that because they don't know each other personally just do it through YouTube station on your phone you see it when you go to your YouTube studio and it'll just say this this owner requested that the video be taken down or be demonetized and then they'll ask you do you want to clip that part out YouTube will let you click out stuff there's things you can do before your channel gets a strike calling is uh over and Beyond courtesy that I'm not saying candy owes J Lee they don't know each other so I'm not even saying all that I'm saying everything but Striker Channel and then okay so then uh Jaylee said candy and I'm saying this is my words by proxy Todd depended on social media to promote their movie The Past because y'all know with the SAG after strike there are most most movies going on right now and shows cannot be promoted during the strike if they fall in a certain category and most of them fall in that category peacock definitely will fall in that category I'm thinking because any major networks and Brands uh Studios cannot be promoting right now during the strike right so social media they depend on social media to promote it because they can't really do too much and talk about it otherwise you would have seen and notice how there hasn't been promotion from Candy's in for the past like that they can't with that stripe so now you have and I know jaylee's Corner probably reviewed the past or at least put the word about the past all of us YouTubers talk about this movie and and you you and your team have the nerve to strike a channel that with the amalgamation of all of us help you get your views and your basically your coins on a lot of things with no audience there's no coins uh DME said do you think it was candy herself who did that or did you think it was her team like like Jamie or Don Juan or whoever without Candy's knowledge okay okay dimit I think that in this instance I think candy was directly involved I don't think she went and hit the button but she definitely in my opinion this is all speculative feeling for my banner up this is very much speculative because I can only guess but because it was directed at Candy as much as it was Courtney and the neighborhood talk put it out candy along with her team in my opinion struck specifically Jay Lee's Channel because right now I can go to there's a copyright section in the YouTube studio and I it might it must be once you get monetized because I didn't see it before but I can go and just it'll Auto pull up uh channels that have used so much of a length of a sound I've created or posted a video and stuff like that and then all I did when I see it is I usually just dismiss this Miss dismiss it's not that serious especially when it's like there are certain things that are serious like if you're going to use it to probably uh let me see if you're gonna just mimic my channel maybe then but again I'll still ask you like hey can you not can you just take the stuff that contains my content down um I think she knew about it and I think she regularly is informed I think there's certain things that people don't do on behalf of your name without you it didn't affect Don Juan it didn't affect Jamie or whoever else is on the team it affected candy her face she's the one hosting tunnel vision didn't see her watermark for sure but I'm just saying as an example I know good and got done well and I'm over here to sound like JJ got done it that they know big big channels like that talked about the part that was cut out it's like you really went for the small people that you thought aren't gonna fight back or or not gonna make enough noise for other people to hear it candy knew what was going on ain't no way they did that without Kenny's knowledge right and here's the thing too let me tell you this um let me just put a little little how can I put it let me add a layer y'all know some of y'all know who fresh and fit is fresh and fit is one black man and one to me black fisherman because people be assuming he's black because he's from a part of Africa but he's more like you know how a middle eastern person looks he's more like that but anyway they made it their mission usually to dog black women that was about that was their Channel women probably over a certain age black women all that stuff right refreshing fish channel got taken down but guess what fresh and fish channel got taken down for it wasn't for hateful speech oh no no no it's because they were striking similar channels that did critiques on their Channel and those channels figured out it wasn't just them and they and and I guess they either reported it back saying it was a frivolous strike right and so their Channel's gone because YouTube will also remove you as the striker if you have too many frivolous strikes that come back as unwarranted that's why fresh and fit don't have a YouTube platform anymore candy watches memes and I went to watch it on jaylee's page because he said the unedited version was there thank you Shan I didn't want to put it on him about it his being connected to Jay Lee because I couldn't remember so thank you very much Shannon someone ran back and told her 27 the chats 22 likes run the likes up please um Okay so just adding that layer to it about the frivolous strikes to we can see things in YouTube Studio correct because you can also of course exactly see who struck your channel because you can kind of reach out to them and try to appeal to them um to I guess some semblance of humanity and all this other stuff too because again y'all I had to reach out to NPR they didn't respond but I tried to write them and tell them that I was admiring the music and didn't unders didn't see that a short a YouTube short could also be struck for copyright I thought it was covered because it was a short and usually when you post a short with music it'll say we detected copyright information but because it is protected on the YouTube shorts policy your your video is not affected apparently with NPR that didn't fly for some reason but I told them like look I'll delete the video I just admired Babyface I know people that that subscribe to me a lot of y'all would like Babyface and so I just like that because it had tank as his background singer you know it was such a good session and it's such a mark on it now for me I can't even look back and enjoy it like I want to um because they I'm like my I can't even I'm so upset with them but anyway back to Candy I'm glad YouTube removing those two guys I know for any reason I I I'm glad that they just gone but I just wanted y'all to know why they got removed because a lot of people think it's because and they were over there you know offering words of encouragement to her on the first video um I think she said Cheryl's World maybe did a video about it um and basically the strike got removed but she thinks it's because her she caught what's she called him what does she call her dang I can't remember when she calls her or her subscriber she has a little cute name for them but basically she heard it she was crying in that video um it it shakes you it really shakes you up when you see that and she said that when she first saw the strike she did start panicking and her anxiety was going up she said hey Chillin um and I just know I know how it feels and even if I hadn't known how it felt with as much as I wanted to do reactions with y'all in commentary and critique that's the whole point we come here to talk to chat to to have our difference of opinion but in a nice way like that's what we do and we have to look at stuff to talk about it and it's just messed up and she was like I wonder if she that's all neighborhood talk to take the clip down whether they would or wouldn't did she even say to take the clip down to them um okay I already said she didn't strike bigger YouTube channels um and like Jaylee said she said I even put in there this is so we can have a conversation about this and she was like what would have been nice is if candy brought on an actual mental health specialist doctor you know whatever and they talk about it and and you can kind of go over some things that you may be thinking your head but you can be educated that that's not that's not how things work with mental health you know so yeah that would have been better addressing a head-on would have been better um and I just my ending note was I think Jay Lee was being very very gracious I really viral on the neighborhood talk and the clip that went viral was the part that candy tried to edit out and her team edited out because it had a lot of backlash about Mental Health that's I hope that got you kind of caught up ADR that and I'm mad I was I'm upset I'm really deflated right now um if nothing else I did have that to me that candy wouldn't be that person I thought she I thought she was more a person's person in my opinion like I just feel like you know what maybe she is the sum but not to all and I'm disappointed she don't care about mental health she just wanted to make Drew look bad purple unicorn yeah yeah I have two agree that that's what it also felt like to me that Allison was a stray she caught a stray I'm sorry in the in the mission to to make Drew look bad and even not to make Drew look bad for Candy's motivation uh I thought Cordy was going to be on there to get to just make herself look bad and it was just gonna be on Candy's platform I didn't like and I didn't I didn't I didn't appreciate the participation from Candy side that I felt candy was trying to hurt Drew I agree she handled it very classy and with Grace Allison did pin two rocks and see that's one she released the video he and Melody made while they were still married these threats and actions are harassment plain and simple it appears that the second Melody stood up for herself he chose to fixate and obsess over her this is something the fans have noticed with many calling him out and demanding he be fired from the series he has also recently been accused and arrested for physical violence five months ago his much his mistress called the police alleging that he assaulted her and was and was held without bond Melody has also accused him of child abuse and during a court hearing Melody detailed some of the ways that her ex-husband has disciplined their children that turned into abuse saying um before I go on these articles have uh links to some of these phrases so I wonder of narcissistic personality disorder his confidence is arrogance and he certainly knows how to talk down to people he also has delusions of grandeur especially when it comes to his his career both he and Melody filed for bankruptcy back in 2020 but unlike Martel Melody has stabilized enough to get her career back on track while maintaining the home she shares with her children Martel on the other hand has had to move on multiple occasions going from home to home due to financial constraints sorry something he mentioned during the earlier part of the Season his suit and wine businesses are allegedly doing well that that's not true they're allegedly doing bad that I heard so perhaps he'll be able to live the life see who wrote this sometimes I'm they still trying to give him an out I will read it how they wrote it so perhaps he'll be able to live the life he deserves to be living by his own means for now he does have oh my God who wrote this article it says for now he does have a
