He told both of the men that backup officers were on their way. He then tried to inquire about the contraband, but they refused to talk about anything. Furthermore, he also informed them that he stopped them for a regular commercial vehicle inspection. Could they smoke a cigarette real quick? Yeah, I'm waiting for the other guy to get here. About 3 minutes away. We're not trying to do nothing stupid. I hope we're calling over you. It's We want to make a phone call. That's it. Okay. Do you want to talk to me about anything that's going on today? No, I don't know why you pull those over. Okay. Well, I do I do uh commercial vehicle inspections. I mean, what what a careless woman named Miss Russell takes center stage for our second incident. On December 19th, 2018 in Georgia, an officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. Management had called because they had been unable to wake the two up. When the officers arrived, the individuals awoke and left the pool area to go back to their apartment. Several minutes later, the officers were called back to the apartment complex. The apartment manager stated that the female was in the leasing office being disorderly and refusing to leave. The officers arrived at the scene and engaged in a conversation with the woman. The officer advised the woman to leave the office and go back to her apartment. She replied that she wanted her mail, but the officer informed her he would arrest her if she did not leave. to check my mail to see if I have any packages that you do too. Okay. They don't want you in here. So, do you understand? I live here. But you don't live here. You live in an apartment. So, my suggestion would be for you to go to your apartment. Okay. And just not get my mail. No, you have a right to your mail. Your mail will be here. All I'm asking is Angel for mail. Okay. All I'm asking you to do is leave so I have to arrest you. Why would you arrest me for asking for my mail? Because they don't want you in here. This is private property. It's their property. It's not yours. I'm just asking for mail. I'm asking you to leave. So I'm just asking for mail. If you don't leave, I'm going to have to arrest you and it's not worth arrest me. I'm just asking for my mail. One of the officers asked the employees if they wanted to press charges. The employees replied, "They would if she did not leave." The officers tried to explain that she could collect her mail the next day when she is sober. She kept arguing with the cops. Okay. If she doesn't leave, she doesn't leave. Okay. Do you really want to go to jail for this? Do you really want to go to jail for this? Then leave. I'm asking. I can't beg you. So I can't come to my leasing office for mail. Not right now. Not until you sober up. Not right now. Until you sober up. Till you sober up. I'm just awesome. You're just going to go to jail today. Okay. Just leave. Go home and sleep. Come tomorrow morning. Sure. Door. Yeah. When you sober up. You're not drunk. cuz I could Lee just leave. Can you give me a note of that? No. Why not? Gosh, Lee, I I I just don't know how to put it any explainer. You're going to go to jail. No. Have you been arrested before? No. You're fixing to be. You're drunk. You just leave and go go home and sleep. Despite the officer's best attempts, she refused to leave. The officers then proceeded to arrest her. They then again talked with the employees, then handcuffed the woman. The officers then escorted her to a police cruiser and placed her inside. Meanwhile, another officer took statements of the employees because you won't leave and I'm going to have to arrest you and I don't want to. I don't want you to answer. Gosh. Just can I just give a perfectly written written excuses? I'm drunk. You're drunk. Unfortunately, I can't believe I ain't got time for this. You guys want to press charges? You want to press charges? I just want her to leave. I Okay, these are your options. I obviously she doesn't want to listen. So, do you do you want to press charges? Huh? I I'm going to need you to go to court. I'm going to need you to write a statement that you've asked this lady to leave five, six times like I have and she'll go to jail. Okay. I just Okay, that's incredible. $3,000 a month. Yeah. Well, you just want to drill. That's fine. That's why you're saying, man. All right. Stand right here. Have a seat. Have a seat. That's fine. No, I'm taking my right. All right. So, she's going to jail. You can bond her out for a couple hours. I just don't want like I'm scared like you guys let her go, she's going to come back down here and cause the rockets after you leave, too. Yeah. So, she wouldn't leave when we were here and put her in handcuffs. I don't know if she's going to do when we unhandcuff her and right the woman suddenly started to throw a temper tantrum inside the cruiser. She again started to argue and kept saying she wanted her mail. The officer tried to calm her. He then explained the situation to another man. Move. Move. No. No. No. Move. No. No. No. What the are you doing? I'm staying in here. No. What are you doing? Quit. You're fixing to go to jail for why? Because I asked you to leave and the management asked you to leave.
