All right. Okay. This is definitely a test stream. Um, we shall see what happens with this one. So, uh, we are still playing body cam bingo even in this one. I don't know how many videos I'm going to play though because I'm nervous right now. Not gonna hold you because I'm doing a multistream and I don't understand how all the features work. But we'll see how this goes. So, I'm going try to do my normal thing and it'll just be the fact that it's also streaming to another platform and I'll just leave it there. But um thank you to Shimra for commenting about the body cam uh streams on Twitch and kick as well because I had thought I would do that and I was like I don't know if Twitch people do that. So I had this account but I never used it. I just had it set up. So this will be my first live stream on Twitch as well. So all right let's see how this goes. So first of all we're watching she's on her seventh DUI and still doesn't get it. Hey, lovable scorpion. >> 2025, a deputy in Washington was on patrol when he noticed a silver Aurora making jerky erratic movements with its rear window smashed out. A quick plate check revealed the driver not only had a revoked license, but also had an active warrant for DUI, an illegal requirement for an ignition interlock device. The deputy quickly initiated a traffic stop, pulling over the driver in a nearby parking lot. Here's what the deputy did next. Hello. So, stop because your license is revoked and you got a smashed out back window. Do you have a driver's license registration proof insurance? >> It just went out. Somebody I just called my boyfriend to tell him that somebody took it out. >> Gotcha. >> I'll call him right now. >> You don't need to call him. Who's up in containers? >> Not mine. >> Not yours. >> Not mine. Well, >> not me. Not me. I'm driving and I do. This is my car. I'm not doing anything bad. That literally just happened. Call my the person that owns the car, which is my boyfriend. >> You just said you own the car. >> I do, too. We both do. I'll get the registration registration out. >> Do you want me to take you to where they took out my stuff? >> No. I'd like your driver's license, registration, proof of insurance, please. >> No offense, but I paid for my car and I'm the owner of the car. >> You have insurance? >> Yes. >> Okay. Can I get a copy of your insurance, please? Is that your registration? >> No, that's where I bought it from. >> I just put it in my name. There's death. >> Now, she is being very insistent for someone that has gotten caught six other times with a DUI since the title says this is her seventh time. So, I don't know why she thinks they're going to believe her when her track record is so bad. But, she is trying to be very um authoritative for no reason. Like, it's not going to work. She couldn't even keep the lie straight about who owned the car, right? Lovable insurance. I'm definitely not drinking. They are This just happened. I Please call my boyfriend cuz I told them please call the insurance cuz somebody took out my windshield. I was downtown getting groceries. That's not my >> Okay. Well, it's half full. >> Not mine, though. >> You still have open containers in a car. >> It's not mine is what I'm saying. I just picked up my car and I left it at Walmart. >> Do you want me to tell you the truth? >> No, it's okay. >> Well, are are you Because I mean you're saying that >> has been there. I just picked it up where he lives because I was drinking the day before. Left it there and I called my old man because that's my man. And I said, "Please call the insurance cuz somebody took out my windshield." >> So you just leave it. >> That's where I'm going. >> Just leave beer in your car. >> Yes. I'm not doing it, but I want to go home because I literally just called him. I said, "I'm going home." >> Jessica. >> Yeah. She's suspended. Has ignition in her lock. >> Yeah. No containers inside the building. Let's just have her out and take her. Doesn't seem like she's going to be cooperative. Do I do? I'm just going to grab her. It's probably going to be a blood drop. Do that. >> You mind coming this way? She's not going to be cooperative. >> I'm trying to go home. I'm going to drop him off. His house is where that happened. >> I just called my old man and I said, "Please, is there insurance? Okay, this guy need you to step out of the car. >> Thanks. >> Stop. Stop reaching around. Just step out of the car. You're under arrest. >> Okay, go. >> Yeah, you can go. >> Why am I arrested? >> Your license is suspended. You have an ignition interlock requirement. Suspended in two states. So, come on. >> I know. >> Step out. Step out of the car. >> Two states. You know why they're here. Come on now. Let's get this show on the road. She knows the routine. >> Step out. >> Please don't let them take my car. >> Okay, it's in a private parking lot. Just step out. >> I know. >> I'm getting out. >> Step out. Stop reaching around my car. >> I mean, >> stop. Stop. >> I need my wallet. >> You can wait a minute. >> North for County One in custody. >> I need my Can I get my boots? >> Yes, we'll do that for you. Okay, >> we'll do that for you. Like I have an issue. >> You're going to go >> I left my car at his place because I was too drunk last night >> and I didn't want to drink and drive. >> You want your shoes? Where are your shoes? >> My boots are not there. >> Wonder. >> They should be Uggs. >> Right there or over there? I don't know. >> Well, I don't see it there, but there's another empty container. Can I get my purse, please? >> Yep. We'll grab your purse for you. There's the boots of the whole empty containers back here. >> Can I do No, no, no. So, you guys cannot take me into custody off of that. I have to get you. No, you can't. >> There we have your boots on. >> I have to do that and I can call a ride. >> You want your boots on >> or I have to have like a 008? No, no, no, no. >> Are you willing to provide me a preliminary breath test sample? >> Yes. >> Okay, I appreciate that. Why don't we >> You can't take me because I have that. >> No. You're being taken because you have a suspended license. >> Yeah. >> And an ignition interlock requirement, which you don't have in your car. >> You can't take me for that. >> Yes, I can. Do you want to put your shoes on? >> Do you want to put your shoes? >> Yeah, it would be nice. >> Sit right here. I'll help you with that. Can I please tell you what happened? >> You can, but I don't want you to like >> She should not be driving. And every time they looked in that car, they went up on how many open containers they spotted in the car. She doesn't literally She doesn't need to be driving, but she doesn't even have the little thing you're supposed to blow into or whatever to be able to drive. She knows better. I just don't understand how you act like indignant, but you know you're wrong. step on glass or something, you know. >> I went to pick up my car over at that place, asked my boyfriend WHO OWNS THE CAR, TOO. WHAT TIME I came home. >> Okay. >> And I went to go pick that up, and that's what >> So, right now, you're not under arrest for DUI. You're under arrest for the other stuff. >> Okay. >> You want to blow? Ready? And blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. No, >> that hurts. I'm very sick in my lungs right now. >> Take a seat right here so we can get your shoes on. >> That's fine. >> I don't want you to cut your foot on glass or something. >> Just don't tow the car cuz my boyfriend will come get it. Please. Or just let me just go in my own car. I don't have a DUI. >> Slide your foot in. >> I haven't been drinking. I'm mad because I left my car at the freaking crackhead house because >> Nah. Nah, don't try to villainize anybody else. Nah, you're the culprit. You shouldn't be driving. Don't try to say you was at a crackhead's house. Nope. Nope. Nope. They don't don't try to put that off. So, they'll Do you think they'll just be like, "Oh, let's go in." No, they're not going to investigate anybody else. They're going to deal with your DUI and your track record. >> I gave them freaking 05. >> Okay. >> I gave them a >> What do you need out of the car? your purse. >> Well, uh, just leave it in there. >> Okay. Are you sure about that? Because you have a broken window. Someone could climb in. No. >> You want me to grab >> Please call my my boyfriend. >> Yeah, I will let you make an arrangement to call Mike. >> Why can't I just go home? I'm not 008. >> Because you're under arrest for crimes. >> What crimes? >> Suspended license, no ignition, interlock. Those are crimes. Okay, come on. We're going to >> leave it unlocked. >> Okay. Get in. Don't get in my [ __ ] Piece of [ __ ] Okay. Jessica is desperate to keep her car from being impounded. She insists the deputies call her boyfriend to pick it up, but gives them specific instructions on what to hide from him. >> I'm arrested because I have revoked license. >> Yes. >> Not DUI. >> Because I suspect DUI right now, but >> Oh, but you're not going to. >> Right now, you're just in custody for the ignition interlock >> and the suspended license. >> Can you please let the [ __ ] go? >> You're going to stay handcuffed. That's fine. I'm just want to get my [ __ ] >> You told me to put >> But I want you to leave it in my car. I want my old man to come get it. >> Okay. To make your own man. >> Okay. My suggestion. >> What's that? PGE. >> Is that >> We don't have DUI. He doesn't even drink. >> Okay. Just listen to me for one minute. I think we it'd be the >> Tell me what the to do where I'm not going to get screwed over right now cuz I'm a little irritated because I had that punk ass with me. >> Who's the punk ass? >> Well, he is the reason that that the [ __ ] took out my [ __ ] >> What's his name? >> I don't know. >> I went to go pick up my freaking car >> there last night. I left it there cuz I had been drinking. >> I want to make sure that your car and your belongings don't get tampered with any further. >> It's fine. My guy will come get it either way. >> Okay. But we have to contact him. >> Okay. Call him. >> Do you know his phone number? >> Yes. >> Can you tell me his phone number? >> Yes. >> Perfect. I will grab my phone. >> But do not tell them I'm in here for DUI. >> Okay. >> Tell him it's just for revoked. >> The deputy makes the call. Instead of vouching for her, the boyfriend provides the probable cause needed for a felony investigation. >> Okay. All right. He will be on his way. Uh he said she's on drugs and been drinking non-stop. So, um I'm going to take her to the jail. >> Boyfriend tired. Boyfriend is tired. Volunteering information. And um who said it? Somebody had asked earlier or they said I think this is more than drinking and you were correct >> and I'll have them change it to a Dewey. >> You say where you're going. >> No, I told him you called. She started distracting me. I'm going to get her I'm going to get her out. >> Okay, sounds good. >> But I was thinking blood draw anyway cuz if even even if it was partial and she's only a.5, that doesn't explain her behavior. She's sweating for no reason. And I bet your ID and vehicle registration stuff's in there, too. >> Thank you. >> Can you turn on the AC? I'm freaking hot here. >> Yeah, I do. I have it cranked. >> All right. So, are my Do you notice how my lights are on? You need to You need to turn off my lights. >> Okay. >> Your boyfriend's on his way to pick up the vehicle. >> I know, but he might take a while. So can you please when you go >> change this to a DUI that needs to be dealt with. This has got to stop. >> Okay. This has got to stop. >> One R2. One R4. The male opened up her purse and there's a meth pipe in there. So I was going to collect that. Yeah. I got a a baggie in there, too. So, good. >> Why wouldn't there be a meth pipe in a baggie? Of course, there's that's in the car as well. >> One more second. >> I'll give you a call back. >> What's your relation to her? >> I don't even know anymore. This 10 years of an absolute disaster. >> Gotcha. >> She wasn't even She wasn't even supposed to be driving. I left with a neighbor. cuz we went out in the woods and then I noticed when I got home a car was gone. So I tried to call her and call her and call her. Nothing nothing. >> Okay. So I can't like dump out stuff but I'm not >> Can I pull stuff out then? >> Yeah, if you want to open that wallet. But >> that's just not something I can do because we have >> Nope. >> She's not even supposed to be uh >> driving >> driving. And she's not supposed to be drinking. She did 9 months in Lewis County and then she did she had three DUIs in Columbia County and did jail there and then she got transferred to Washington County and she's been out since she's been out 2 months now. >> Okay. >> And it's never This is This is an everyday thing. And I tried to get her out of the house. I tried to evict her. It's just a big It's a disaster. It's an absolute disaster cuz she's been doing this and they don't they always say, "Oh, we can't search. We can't search." So, I'm glad I was here. And I was like, cuz I knew she's been doing stuff the way she's I've been acting. So, I was like, >> do you know who she's been hanging out with? >> Just random people. >> Randoms. >> Yeah. She'll pick up people from >> And and how how are you calling people a crackhead? That means you was at the crack house to get your stuff, your supply cuz cuz she tried to make it seem like she was around other people that was doing that, but she didn't. She just drinks. And lo and behold, you are the one. So, like you're just That was your supply house. That was your trap house that you visited. >> Those people that are in front of Walmart and pick those people up. Yeah. Just random. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'll give this to uh Detective Kaplan is the main one that's doing everything. >> Okay. >> But that needs to be she needs to be charged with that. >> Yeah, she will. >> Okay. >> It's just it'll be three gross misdemeanor and a felony. Okay. >> So, whatever happens happens. I'll be up to the court. >> What's the felony? Just because she's had so many. Yeah, >> I was gonna say, yeah, this has got to stop. >> Yeah. So, she'll see a judge tomorrow. Then it'll be up to the judge as to what they want to do. >> So, >> okay, Per, thank you. >> Yeah, thank you. Appreciate it. >> Yeah, he done. Brianna Banana said, "I'm in Wisconsin here. You get four DUIs before felony charges. It's ridiculous." Yeah, it gives people a lot of chances to hurt people on the road before they get real consequences. Do you think I should like push charges on the people that did that to my [ __ ] >> Yeah, if you know who broke your window. >> Oh, I can take you there. Unless I've been at Vag in jail longer, then I don't think I want to >> or >> anyways. >> Can you have records checked for prior? >> I don't have warrants, so I'm very confused. >> You do? Hey, I have I want you to be honest. You do have a warrant out of the county. >> Yeah, that's that's been there for a long time. They don't ever want me to I can't be extradited is what I'm saying. >> It has been there a long time. Two years. >> Yeah. So, do you think I'll be just like a normally they'll watch me and release me or do you think that I'm actually going to be there for a while? I think he'll probably be in overnight >> and then they'll let me go because I don't have anything here like for your guys' court. I've taken care of everything, you know? >> Yeah. >> So, you think I'm not getting charged for anything else? It's just >> Well, well, we're going to we're going to talk about everything here when we get inside this gate. Okay. Did so did my did my boyfriend tell you that I just called him about the windshield? >> Uh >> did you tell >> I haven't talked to my partner and hey sheriff office one female. I'm not going to talk to my partner. He's on the way to come. >> I'm not going to I'm not even anything. >> Your boyfriend said let me show you her purse and the contents of her purse. And he said that you're a methhead. That's what he said. He ain't said nothing about this windshield. Did you tell him about the back windshield? >> Yep. >> Did he say yes? He called about it. >> He did. I did not talk to him. I just let him know that the the window was broken. >> Did you tell him my purse is in there? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, >> hold on. So, we didn't do this out in the field, >> but I want to talk to you. So, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used as evidence against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time. I have to legally you have the right to speak to an attorney and to have an attorney present during any questioning. Do you understand your rights as I've read them to you? >> Yes. >> With these rights and mine, do you still wish to speak to me? >> Sure. >> Okay. So, obviously there's open containers in the car. >> Not mine. >> The car reeks of alcohol. >> I can smell alcohol on you. >> Him and the place that they took out my freaking windshield. So, what how much of alcohol have you had today? >> I've only had like a couple and that's it. >> Okay. Have you had any anything else? Any medications? Any drugs? >> Well, my my own medication. >> What type of medication? >> I take blood pressure and I take for anxiety. >> Okay. Any >> illegal drugs? >> No. No. No. No. No. No. Meth, cocaine, crack? >> No. No. >> Heroin, fentanyl? >> Hell no. bro that got out of my freaking ride. Yeah, they do. >> The guy left. And you don't know his name? >> No, I don't know anybody's name. I just know where I left my car at and I called. I said, "I don't feel good. Can you please come get me?" So, he came and got me and we came back the next day to get my car. >> Okay. And that >> so >> they took out my windshield. >> Well, so here here's what we're going to do. We're going to I'm going to put you >> I don't want to be in for DUI. >> We're going to go in there. >> Okay. >> We're going to go get you booked in and you're going to hang out and I'm going to come back because >> Can I please be released tonight? >> That's not up to pick me up. >> Okay. That that part's not up to me. If you end up and you and he bails you out. No, I don't need to be mailed out. >> Okay. So, you're going to wait in here. We'll do a blood draw and then >> How about we don't do a blood draw and just give me that and I'll just take it. >> No, you need a blood draw for sure. Um, and she does need to be there longer than overnight. Lovable scorpion, she needs a rehab program is what she really needs. Um, Purple Haze, the time is 5:42 p.m. on this uh body cam. It's not the morning, but you know. Uh, let me see. I think that's it. All right. >> No, because I think you are just trying to me over and I'm like, >> I'm not. I'm doing my job. >> I don't want my blood drawn. >> Okay. So, if you >> I already did a flow. >> Okay. If I have a warrant to do a blood draw and then you don't cooperate, then I'm going to take you to St. John's and that's where they hold you down and >> I've already done that. Been there, done that. >> Okay. Well, >> I've done I've been there before. >> Okay. Well, I'm like I said, >> I just want to be able to go home. >> Well, the quicker we do all this stuff, the quicker you will be able to get >> Okay. So, even if >> Come on. We got to go to that door. >> I'm trying to understand like what my rights are. >> Right now, you're under arrest. >> Yeah. >> And I've explained your rights to you and you told me you understand. >> You want me to have a blood draw? >> So, what if >> No, I'm telling you what I'm doing. I'm going to apply for a warrant to do a blood draw. What if what if what if you need to know the story before you just like throwing me under the to the dog? >> You're like, "No, they're just freaking a be a cop >> right this way." >> Hello. >> Hello. >> This is Jessica. >> Hi, Jessica. I'm sorry. girlfriend. >> She wasn't uncooperative. They were just having trouble and she was she's making some involuntary movements. >> Let me see your hands real quick. >> Well, I have a broken one that I haven't went to the doctor yet. >> Let me see your hands. Just going to >> Are you just trying to make conversation because of the pain? >> Just Just [laughter] got to set things up. I hope she can sit still long enough cuz she's been tweaking in the back of that car. She She I don't know. I mean, I'm sure they'll be able to get it, but yeah, she can't keep still. >> Tried to be nice to >> I've been been really nice to you. >> Except when you started reaching around in the car and I told you to get out. That was the only time that we had an unpleasant interaction. Well, like I said, this is a good thing. If if what you're telling me is true and the meth that was in your purse and the meth pipe wasn't yours. >> No. >> Okay. >> Ask my boyfriend. He doesn't. He got a good job. He works for PG. We're not >> He's not a very nice guy if you're in possession charges for him. >> No. >> No. She didn't have a boyfriend. >> Old man. >> That's not your old man. Oh, >> no. I was just giving him a ride. This is just [ __ ] up [ __ ] You guys need to let me go because of this [ __ ] For real. >> If I if like I said, if I had a magical power where I could just go full >> I don't even want to be doing this. This is >> I don't want to do this either. >> You guys are choosing to do it. That's what makes me mad. >> Like I said, if there wasn't if there wasn't sufficient of narcotics >> and it was his friend that blew my freaking [ __ ] out. So >> what do they what do they what do they >> that lives with him too? >> What do they have against you? >> Player Hayden freaking they're females. They're the ones that did it. All of them. >> How many are there? >> A lot that live there. A lot. >> Was it close to where I pulled you over at or where you got pulled over at? No. >> Long View. >> Long View >> by Walmart. >> By Walmart. in the ghetto fabulous [ __ ] over there. >> Do you know where? >> No, don't do that. Don't do that. Now we're looking at the tweaking one right here. Don't Don't try to see I told y'all she's trying to put it off on everybody else and try to make it seem like she's good, but everybody else is a problem. No, no, no. Uh-uh. Um Leia's grandma said, "Uh, I know you were coming back, girl." I didn't know either. I actually didn't know. And then when I got that suggestion of trying to start on Twitch as well. So here we are. Just I don't know what the heck. I don't know what to do with Twitch, but it's on. So I'm trying. And you know, it's probably going to be like one of those slow burners, but here we are. So that's why I'm back. >> The ghetto fabulous [ __ ] is by Walmart >> right behind over in that vicinity. >> The trailer park. >> That's all I'm going to say. So, do I have bail or not? Cuz you told me I did. >> No, you do not. >> So, why did it change? >> Because you have prior DUIs. >> The suspect was charged with felony DUI, driving with a revoked license, ignition interlock violation, and possession of a controlled substance. Okay. Okay. Sometimes they don't put all that on there. So, I'm actually surprised to see all four on there. And she earned every last one of them. Like a report card. Okay. Lovable. I'll see you next time. [laughter] Oh, you've been on the road. Yeah. I'll see you next time. Be safe. All right. Female veteran goes to a bar to track down her boyfriend and then it just the title says the ending. So, here we go. St. Augustine police were dispatched to the 400 block of Anastasia Boulevard following a trespassing call. [music] According to the caller, a woman was visibly upset, causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the area. Officers arrived quickly to assess the situation and make contact with the woman. >> But there's just one. >> Yeah, sir. You guys just want to trespass her? >> Um, honestly, I have no idea what happened or what the situation is, but I asked her to leave the property and she will not leave and she's swinging around a beer bottle. >> She got you guys away from her. She kicked this can at me. She was constantly doing the like trying to talk to me and put her hands on me while she's talking. I kept telling her, "Stop touching. I need you to go." And she wouldn't go. Fair enough. >> Go. So, you guys just want to trespass or you guys like to go back? >> Fine. He's just swinging. She's going to follow you guys or >> she was how was I how was there like Scott was like trying to stop them. >> Y'all more than welcome to come back. >> She did attack first. >> Okay, good to know. >> You guys just want to trespass them? >> Yeah, absolutely. >> Fair enough. I appreciate it. >> Like this right here can't happen. >> She came in through the front door. >> Do you see what started all this? >> They were arguing and then like I'm a security guard so I was like I was like I was like I'm a separate room quick. I'm not here though. She said, "I'm the security guard." This is only about the outfit to get the job done. That's all I'm about to comment on. How are you going to handle someone if you actually have to be security and like, you know, use a little force or, you know, whatever. You break something up. How are you gonna do that? I know tops like that. And they don't make it in uh Oh, am I muted still? Oh, no. I'm not muted. I see my thing going. They don't make it in scuffles. So, I don't understand this choice if you're the security person. That was This is not even about that. But I I I didn't know if that's what she was. >> And I was like, I'm going to try to separate. I got in between and pushed away after she pulled her hair and hit her. And then she was like trying to jump around me to get her >> to get >> to get the other girl. >> The other girl inside. >> She's inside. Obviously, I didn't see any of this. I was just called out here to take care of it. >> Yeah. Because And then after that, like um cuz like she pushed me. I was like, "You pushed me in the state of Florida. You can go to jail. Stop pushing me." So, she was like trying to like not push me anymore. So, she was like trying to jump around me. And I stopped her and then one of the guys that work here came and tried to stop her. And I don't know what happened between them. And then he came and got Allan. >> Yeah. Gotcha. Is the other half still in here? >> The best. >> You want me to get the girl? >> You want me to get the other girl? >> No. >> The blonde hair girl with curly hair. >> I mean, yeah. >> All know here. >> Well, yeah. No, >> I asked her politely like, "Hey, not trying to have this drama here. You can just leave the property." She didn't want to listen. So, I was like, "All right." So, now I'm telling you, get the [ __ ] off the property. >> She didn't want to go off the property. So I was like, "All right, well, I'm going call the cops." And she's >> totally her. >> I mean, she's a million miles a minute. I don't know what's going on. When she came in through the front door, she was doing something weird on the sidewalk. She was by herself. She pushed into the door even though it's cold kind of thing. >> So, I could tell immediately something was up and she stormed right on. >> What's going on? >> Um, my boyfriend's here. He lives here usually. >> Yeah. Where's he at? >> Um, I don't know. But his boyfriend does work here. >> His girlfriend. >> His boyfriend, I'm sorry, his brother works here. Eddie. Yeah. >> 27. >> I didn't touch anybody. You look at all the cameras. I didn't touch anybody. >> Can we leave the premises a little bit though? >> Yeah. I'm just kidding. >> Cuz all these people that work here have been coming to my face and [ __ ] and I prefer to leave it for Christmas. Got her own. >> So where's your boyfriend? >> I don't know. The second like he came here on his own from the circle. Okay. He walked here by himself. >> Yeah. >> I tried to walk up here to like make sure he was good. It's his birthday. He's He was born in 1989. His brother works here. >> Yeah. >> I was just trying to make sure he was good. I like feel like my face right here has been I don't even know who split this [ __ ] But I was like, I'm just trying to leave. I live like right here at the Veterans Village. >> It's taken over by veterans by Mr. Paul Dudley. Bill Dudley, I'm sorry. >> And um I was just trying to leave. His brother was here. His other brother um Douglas >> Ster [ __ ] >> He lives with you. Does he live with you? >> He's been staying with me because I haven't he doesn't have a vehicle. He doesn't have a license with you guys. >> No, I didn't even really get to see him since he's been here. It was literally like I don't even know. I was like, I was trying to get to my boyfriend, trying to get him back to the house because it's his birthday night. >> I can show you the messages on my phone. He wanted to do cocaine all night, you know. I was like, "No, you're not bringing cocaine around me." Like, I will let you do alcohol if you want to do alcohol. You were born in 1999. That's fine. You want to do alcohol, but you're not doing cocaine around me. I'm a veteran. I have too much [ __ ] to lose. Like, you're not doing any [ __ ] hardcore drugs around me. The second we get to my apartment, which is the Veterans Village from Circle K, where he was denied PBR, two packs of four, >> he tried to buy um two packs of four pack PBR. >> I purchased it for him. I went back to my um room and I was like, "Here, babe. I got you the like the alcohol. I know you're old enough to drink. That's fine with me. But you're not [ __ ] doing any drugs around me, period." >> How old is she to keep pointing out he's old enough to drink? If he was born in 99, he's 23. Why do you have to keep pointing out that he's old enough to drink? I want to know her age now. That's weird. And then she said he walked over from the Circle K to this place. That sounds like I'm trying to Am I muted, Zack? I don't think I'm muted. [laughter] Can y'all hear me? Hold on. Let me make sure. Can y'all hear me before I keep going? I see my little feedback moving cuz you know sometimes I don't look at it. Let me make sure. Oh, okay. Thank you. Okay, okay, cool, cool, cool. Uh, Zach might have to come in and come back out. Um, what was I saying? Okay. Weird on the age possible age gap between her and his boyfriend because I don't understand why she's pointed out and he's not just like he turned 21, he's 23 at minimum. So, that's weird. Um, also I think he was trying to get away from her and she's tracking him. If he does cocaine, I'm not quite sure she's not doing it, too. Because if you're totally against stuff like that, you really kind of can't be with someone that does that either. Maybe she didn't do it tonight, but I feel like she's sampled at minimum. Um, and if we're not going to know anything else, we're going to be reminded every two seconds that she is a veteran. >> Okay. So, I bought him alcohol. He disappeared like that. >> His brother's girlfriend, who I don't really know, but his brother is girlfriend's name is Douglas. His brother's girlfriend, his brother's name is Douglas Wald. >> A alpha W. I'm sorry. Why? Nema. Like, I don't even know. I I really literally just came home from the army a year and a half ago and I just met them, but I know they both have felonies. So, I just met him and his brother and I said, like, I'm not doing drugs with you and your brother at the bar. Like, we can drink. That's fine. You're overage. I'll buy alcohol. It's fine, but that's it. So, he was denied two PPs at the Circle. Okay. I bought them for him and he disappeared just like that. So I came here to like bring them to him. Never seen him. >> Yeah. Evidently >> I can leave like right now. I live right down the road. Leaving us not. >> All right. So >> I have too much to lose. >> Okay. I know. That's why you need to just get back. Leave your boyfriend here. If he wants to do cocaine here with with everybody else, let him do cocaine. All right. Yeah. >> But I think you have my Here's your ID. You are also being >> I don't think the cop believes the boyfriend either exists or he's there [laughter] cuz I've never heard a I've never heard a cop say you know what let him do cocaine it's okay. I don't think she believe that that man exists. >> Get trespassing from the Bruce P. >> I believe right now >> just don't come back for a year otherwise we have to take a whole year. >> A whole year otherwise we have to take him >> you don't need to do it's fine. Um, [clears throat] >> oh, and obviously option C, they just want her to leave. She's tired of it. She just doesn't care. That's the other thing for the cop, too. She's like, "Get out of here." >> Walking home now. Is there any way I can get like a system like just halfway? >> No. Well, right now we got to go to another incident. >> I did drink while I was here. >> Okay. >> Call an Uber or taxi. >> Uber, taxi, or just walk. You're right down the street. >> Take the drink. Just walk. >> No, we have another call up front that we got to deal with right now. >> All right. >> All right. All right. I have the shade on. >> Yeah. I'm not going to shake your hand cuz you're sweaty. Yeah. >> How about an elbow? >> Yeah. Elbow. Elbow. Elbow bump. Okay. Elbow. >> Any [ __ ] >> All right. Be safe. Don't go back. >> I love a honest one. I I want to I aspire to be more like that because I be I sometimes I feel like I want to be more blunt, but I'm not. Um when she said, "I'm not going to shake your hand and sweaty." Very much true. Also, we're 7 minutes in. And they say, "Hey, just all you got to do is call a Uber or walk if you're close, but you got to go. You're banned for a year. This should be over at 7 minutes because that's all she has to do." I wouldn't shake her hand either. >> Mm- No idea. I think it's actually unrelated. >> Hold on because I don't think it's gonna say it out loud. So, the text on the screen says, "After identifying the woman as Emily June James, 35 years old, there's that age gap. Officers told her to leave the area, but just one minute later, Emily returned >> off the property. We'll talk out there." >> Okay. So Douglas Awald, A W, >> I'm sorry, A Y W A R D >> and his brother Sterling Awald. >> They're both apparently felons, which I didn't know. Like I literally just came home from the army in 2024, June 24. So I just came home >> and I just met them. They may possibly have like some of my belongings. So like my keys. Just make sure I have all of my identifications here. I got my ID. I got my [ __ ] That's okay. Don't worry about that. Don't worry about it. >> But I don't have my um better identification. So like right here throughout I usually have identifications that are like substantiated for >> Mhm. >> And the female was like I have your veteran's ID. So that's not good. [ __ ] [ __ ] Do you mind holding this two seconds? >> You can hang on. Do it. >> I'm pretty sure they have my um veteran's ID right now. >> Okay. Well, let's take a look around at your your house first. Make sure you didn't leave it at the house before we go that route. >> Okay. Here you go. Like um right here it states that I'm a safe driver. I'm a veteran and usually I have my veteran's ID with me, which has my um photo identification and my veteran's ID number, >> right? >> Which I do not have. And she's the one who gave me my [ __ ] wallet. Okay, I'll go chat with her for a minute, but you just need to stay off the property. All right. >> Okay, but what should I do in the meantime? Cuz I really desperately need that. I can't have anybody like um trying to stem my identity as a vendor. >> Understand? Worst comes to worse, if you can't find it, just make sure that you cancel your cards or whatever else is missing and just get a have to get a new one. >> I can't just cancel my card though. This is a veteran ID is given. >> But you can go to the base and let them know that you lost your card and they will deactivate that number and give you a new one. No, this is like my original identification number from when I was active duty until now, which I'm >> well aware. The whole family is has been in the military. I understand. Even as a veteran, you can still go to the base and get a new car replaced [music] >> because people lose them all the time. >> I understand. But if you did lose track of it, that's how you get a new one. If y'all were watching the other girl, Hannah, was her name Hannah that wouldn't leave that uh motel room and she was like, "I don't want that woman looking at me. I only want to talk to you. I feel safe with you." No, no, that wasn't Hannah. What was her name? Anyway, when y'all were saying the other lady on the the woman watched this morning had main character syndrome and attention seeking, she's this woman in a different skin. It's the same thing. Yeah, you can get another card. It's just like replacing a driver's license. You just got to show your credentials and you get another card. And you don't even really need the veterans card. Like, it's not that serious. Like, but yes, you can get another card. [laughter] >> I should have [ __ ] loser. Sorry about it. >> Like I said, I will chat with her, but you have to get off the property. >> Hey, it's 104. Can I give you like some sort of identification for you to check to make sure she is on my >> Yeah. Let me see the ID real quick. >> Um, >> perfect. >> Can I give you my veteran's ID? Can you write it down real quick? >> It's should have your name on it, correct? >> And I'm not gonna hold you. Unless she means a veteran's ID that allows her to still have access to the base. You ain't got to do all that. The there's a a veteran's ID that you can just you go online, they see your DD214 and they just mail you your ID like you sent you almost like taking a selfie. They use that selfie and they mail you your ID. So, I don't even know if she's saying an actual veteran's ID like that one or the one where you still trying to have access to the base. >> No, it's completely different. veteran ID from driver's license ID. That's usually the um veteran's ID. >> Sweet. I will go take >> Can I give you my driver's license number, too? >> Nope. I got that. We already have that. >> Can I just give you my name so you know if she has, you know, Emily James? >> Yep. >> I appreciate it. Just like I said, off the property. You can hang out. You can hang out down there. >> Like I can't find my cars. >> Hang tight by the push bumper of the car right over there. See the police car right behind you? Just go hang out over there. I'll go talk to her. I go to my home and like I need to like connect somebody further for to get my edge information cards. >> Do I call the non-emergency number for St. Louis County or what? >> What I'm getting at is if you've misplaced them. We got to go got to go. >> I can't misplace anything. >> I understand. But >> my veteran's ID should not be missing. She's the one who gave me my wallet. So, >> I understand. And that's where I'm going to go check. [music] And if you would hang tight by your car, by our car for just a minute, I'll go find it. I said my car right over there. >> Hang tight over there and I'll go look. What was she wearing, >> ma'am? >> Just red. >> Just what? >> What am I wearing? >> No, no, no. What was she wearing? >> Um, she had like marijuana shorts on. So, they were like black with like white marijuana pot plants. >> I'll take a look real quick. >> She has super short blonde curly hair. >> Okay, perfect. >> She's with um [ __ ] [ __ ] Sterling. Awok. >> Gotcha. >> A Y L W A R D Sterling and Douglas. They both have like numerous um so >> gotcha go hang tight by the car and all >> she done spell this man's name his last name different. I swear every time she tries to spell it is it's a different version of how to spell it. Like just stop. They not looking for him. He's not a missing person. They only entertaining her to see if she honestly is missing her ID right now. Which again, like you said, you can get it replaced. >> I'll be back. Just don't come back on the property. All right. >> I mean she never gave us a card. >> I agree. >> Yeah. When she came in and she walked through the front door, walked straight in. The girl that she had a problem with was sitting over here. >> That's who she thinks has it. I'm just going to touch base with her real quick, man. >> Appreciate you. >> CeCe Cece, do you happen to see a a blonde chick with uh shorts that have marijuana leaves on by chance? Now she's claiming that this chick might have her like veterans ID card. >> The blonde chick I was involved in by somebody else. >> You know, is she still here? Uh, she's wearing red. >> She's here, but I think she's on probation cuz she didn't talk. >> She think she thinks she's going to get in trouble like YOU DID NOT START IT. YOU have witnesses. >> She ain't in any trouble. We just got to touch base. She missing one of her network. >> Her boyfriend has a problem. >> We're not going to do this. We're not doing this. >> Oh, let me go back a little bit. Did she say her boyfriend has it? So, the man actually exists. Hold on. She's here. >> She's here, but I think she's on probation cuz she didn't want to car. She think she thinks she's going to get in trouble like YOU DID NOT START IT. YOU have witnesses. >> She ain't in any trouble. We just got to touch. She's missing one of her networks. She's going to make her boyfriend. She's a problem. >> Put your hands. We're not going to do that. We're not doing that. Put your hands behind your back. >> Absolutely. >> Yeah, but you were workingassing. Drop your wallet. >> I'm so sorry. >> Drop it. Turn. >> Okay. >> Stop. Stop. Yeah, she has. >> I understand. And we're getting them back for you >> up against the wall. >> Spread out your feet. Stop turning and stop tossing. >> I know. Spread your legs. Spread your legs. >> We're not going to do that. >> Okay. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to do anything. >> Which way do you mean? >> Just stay put. >> Good. Right here. >> Just stay put. >> Okay. >> I've been asking you for >> And remember when I told you to stay put so I could get it for you? >> I know. You remember when you came back onto the property after we told you stop tensing and pulling >> hurting me. I know you're hurting me. >> Hey, just calm down. >> What do you need me to do to help? >> Stop twisting. >> Do I have to help you? >> Stop twisting and turning. I told you. So, stop doing it. >> I'm not trying to. >> Look, baby. I'm not trying to hurt like or twist or anything. Y'all do whatever y'all need to do to me. I'm not trying to hurt or hurt anybody. I was trying to get my [ __ ] license back. That's it. What do you want me to do? >> And I told you to stay put cuz I was getting it for >> And if you'd have waited five more seconds, you'd have had it. >> I'm so sorry. Like, what do you want me to do? >> Nothing on the bed right here. >> Nothing. Now you're going to jail. >> What? >> You're for trespassing. >> Stop turning. >> Wait. I'm not >> enough. >> I didn't do anything. >> Stop it. >> Okay. What do you want me to do to help you? But my arms got lower. I want you to stop tensing and turning. >> I know, but like, baby, I'm trying. I don't know what to do. >> For one suggestion, >> here. Put my arm slower. Put my arms lower. >> Put my arms lower. I'm sorry. I don't know what to do. I've never been in trouble before. >> I've never literally been in trouble before. I don't know what you want me to do. >> What do you want me to do? >> No. I've never been in trouble before. >> All right. Ready? Let's roll. >> What about my IDs? Y'all got my Wait, can y'all stop for two seconds? >> No, we're past stop. >> I'm sorry. I've never tried. >> Babe, like both of y'all, I've not I didn't know what I was doing. Wait, can you all stop for two seconds? My arms. >> We're almost to my >> Please. 2 seconds. My arm should kind of hurt. >> We're almost babe. Both of y'all, please. Two seconds. Like, please. >> We're going Please for two seconds. >> It's going to be 3 seconds. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Which way? This way. >> Okay. Cuz my [ __ ] hurts like a [ __ ] >> I know. I didn't mean to like disrespect y'all or like go against anything procedure y'all said. >> I was trying to get my IDs done. That's literally it. >> Okay. Check me for anything. I don't do drugs. I don't do anything. >> Why? What do I need to do? >> I bet if they drug tested her right now, she would she would pop positive for so many things. Ain't no way she doesn't do drugs. She's lying. No. No. She's doing something. She is a hot mess, Bonnie. See you. >> Make y'all make this life better. What do I need to do right now? >> Babe. Babe. Do you want me to turn around and make y'all [ __ ] better? I don't know what to do. Please stop hurt. Please stop trying to hurt me. You stop trying to hurt me. >> You're about TO GO. >> YOU STOP TRYING TO HURT ME. I'M TRYING TO MAKE YOUR LIFE. You're making >> I'm trying to make your life better. >> Turn around. >> I don't know what you >> Do you have anything on you? >> No. >> That they're going to find? >> No, baby. I don't I don't know what to do to make your life better. I'm trying to help. >> Mm- [clears throat] I don't like condescending people saying baby sweetie there. Okay. There's some where it's like, you know, that's just in their language and it's almost like for me it's almost like us people in the south for me that that'll say it a lot, but I don't like it when I know it's condescending. Like don't call me babe, baby, sweetheart. Don't do any of that. >> Oh. >> Do you have anything they should know about? >> No. >> They're going to find us at jail and they're going to baby girl. Nothing. >> All right. Get in the car. >> You just shove my [ __ ] teeth into the vehicle. I don't know what to do. >> Get in there. >> Get in there. Get in there. You're going to get a resistant charge. >> Not a golf strip. Here we go. >> Oh, my [ __ ] head. >> Hold on. Please, guys. >> Sit down. Can you let go? >> Yep. Get in. >> Look. I live right down the road. I'm not touching her. Get in. >> Get in the way. >> Okay. >> Get in all the way. >> Get in. >> What are you doing? >> You're not kicking my door, are you? >> No. I'm trying to lose bucket y'all. I don't understand what I did. >> You you you trespassed after you were warned not to. >> No, nobody told me I couldn't do that. >> We got it. We got it on body cam. You can hear it in court tomorrow. >> Nobody told me. >> You can hear it in court. You can >> You know why? Cuz I haven't even been on the army in the [ __ ] year yet. Not even yet. But you know what? I got raped. I got raped. That's why the [ __ ] I GET A [ __ ] CHECK? CUZ I GOT [ __ ] RAPED. That's why there's no [ __ ] FEMALE OFFICERS ON THE BUS ANYMORE. CUZ YOU ALL GET [ __ ] BEAT THE [ __ ] OUT OF THESE [ __ ] males. Cuz you all get [ __ ] raped out of these males. You too [ __ ] scary, [ __ ] YOU'RE TOO [ __ ] SCARED TO SAY A [ __ ] THING. I got >> Okay, what I'm about to say, they're not going to really match the tone of each other, but two things. I feel like she took on an accent all of a sudden that she did not have before until she got mad. Also, I hope that did not happen to her, but it is very uh unfortunate. It's it's widespread in the military that that can happen. So, I'm not saying it didn't happen to her, but what I will say is what she's doing now with trespassing does not have anything to do with what happened to her. I hope she gets therapy. She she can afford it. She gets free therapy. She's a veteran. So, I need her to get her therapy. Also, I hope the people that did it were held accountable. If that happened, that's where I'mma leave it. >> Now, I'm glad you welcome to St. John's County. Welcome to St. John's County. But if you KEEP YOUR [ __ ] MOUTH SHUT, THEY LET you do whatever the [ __ ] you want. You piece of [ __ ] Who keeps the [ __ ] mouth shut? Guess what? GUESS WHAT? I GOT kicked out of the [ __ ] ARMY BECAUSE I OPEN MY [ __ ] MOUTH. You [ __ ] [ __ ] ass [ __ ] Keep your [ __ ] mouth shut. WATCH YOUR SERGEANTS do whatever the [ __ ] they want to know girls around you. You [ __ ] [ __ ] ass [ __ ] Who the [ __ ] you are? >> I know I'm saying if I WAS A [ __ ] I would right now. >> On the way to jail, Emily June James repeatedly screamed and kicked the patrol car door. She is facing charges of trespassing and resisting an officer. During a records check, officers also discovered two probation violations tied to an underlying case involving aggravated assault with a weapon. She was booked into the county jail awaiting her court date. There a lot more video left. Is it still about her? Hold on. Oh, it's still her. Okay, let's I'mma keep it going. Yeah, the video doesn't have sound. Just in case they're going to cut their audio on in just a second. Just in case y'all hear silence. Okay. What is happening? Okay. I feel like they double played it cuz we're back at the same thing and I feel like we're about to be here the whole time. Why does she have so much vitriol for the woman officer? Why Why are the women officers Why you have to Why Why don't you have that for the dudes, too? Like every time I just don't understand. I mean, I get it. I do get it. This because that's where they feel like they can attack. And they also um I think women like that probably feel like had they been with a guy they could manipulate them more which is not true but maybe it has happened. A woman's going to see through a woman faster. So I just think that they they just attack the woman first. Okay, next one up. Street racer flipped her car and lost her cool. Let's see what happens with this one. Did you call? >> I called. [music] >> So they She's got a gun, by the way. >> With a gun. >> Okay. [music] >> You saw it, >> huh? >> What' you see? >> I was in the car. So this car he was racing with the other car. >> There's another car over there. >> Yes, it was a Corvette, but it's not >> Oh, wow. That car is upside down, y'all. I know it said flip car, but I didn't expect it to literally be upside down. Flip could mean to the side. Oh wow. And then what are you racing in a Honda Civic for? Was it souped up? Because they do they do soup up Honda Civics, but why are you >> I don't know. We'll see. >> Right. It's not his. >> Where's the other car at? >> That one. The Mercedes. They were racist. >> Okay. >> And then she jumped out of her car with >> a gun. I think that girl was driving. >> The girl with the black top has a gun on on her right now. >> She came out with a gun because she thought somebody hit her friend, but her friend hit me. Yeah. You're the other car involved. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Cuz they were racing and they lost control. >> Where's the other car that was involved in the race? >> The Corvette above. >> They left or they got hit, too. >> They did not hit. They did not get hit. >> They got another offer right here. Plus, we got one of the drivers with a gun. Came out with a >> And so what? She came out of the car just with a gun. What she do with it? She the girl from the Corvette jumped out of the car and here I guess her friend was in this >> pulled her friend out and then started and say, "Where's my gun? Where's my gun?" Hit her. >> Okay. And she grabbed her gun and she stole the gun. >> Yeah. I saw the gun. >> Okay. >> Okay. Um >> Hey, Jo keep an eye on that chick right there in the black. >> Hey, right there. >> Um Okay. So, you guys are in the black Mercedes that hits you. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> How' the car flip? >> It tried to miss it. So, she What car was What car was she in in the black top? >> She was in the Oh, there's two Corvettes ahead. >> There's one Corvette ahead, >> one Civic and the number >> in the Corvette and this were racing. >> Yeah. >> And you think she was driving? >> Uh there's it's her and another guy. I don't know who was driving. Okay. >> There's a >> Okay. A couple things. Valid question for Mary. Oh, not Mary. Zach and Omzi asking, "Is that music coming from the flipped Honda?" Because I also have this question and I don't know for sure. Second, why are you racing the Corvette in a Honda? I know there's sleeper cars, but And then also, it's I was going to state the obvious. I will. It's It's dangerous. Like, why are you on a normal road like racing like for real for real racing? Like I've we do have 350Zs, so I'm not gonna act like I'm too good for some of this behavior. But it's usually you're just seeing who takes off fastest at the light. You're not racing racing. You know better than that. So yeah, but come on, man. Cuz if you did all this to flip a car, you were doing a lot. And did they say she is she the one that was driving the Honda that's flipped? >> Yeah, I think the title said that. >> Mur out of this side. I don't know. >> Okay. Hey, this chick might have pulled out a gun. Oh, we need to talk to her. >> Tell him that. You don't have to be here. Nobody. >> Hey, where's the gun at? >> What gun? >> Where's the gun at? They said you had a gun. Where's the gun at? >> I don't have no gun. >> Where's the gun at? >> I don't have a gun. >> They said you pulled out a gun. Where's the gun at? >> Okay, come here real quick. Put your hands on your back. All right. Where's the Where's the gun at? >> No, don't touch me. I KNOW MY LAWS, BABY. WHERE'S THE GUN AT? >> CALL MY MAN. >> Where's the gun at? >> I don't have a gun. >> Is it in the car? Where's it at? >> I don't have a car. >> They You don't have a car? >> Yeah, baby. >> You know what? What do you What do you mean? Were you invol? >> NO, SIR. THAT'S MY SISTER. She called me. >> Okay. >> Hey, Siri, call my everything. >> Stop pulling away. >> Okay. I need my phone. Don't take my phone. >> Pulling away. >> All right. >> Stop pulling away. >> I'm not I'm not You cannot give me pulling your breath. >> But I was in the car accident. Okay. >> I wasn't in the accident. >> We're getting to the bottom of it. >> Help her. >> Okay. >> Don't pull away. >> They said someone said you pulled out. You can't run out gun. >> No, I didn't. >> We're going to get to the bottom of it. All right. When I'm talking to you, don't pull away. >> Who was in the Corvette? >> That's my Corvette. >> It's a rental. I rent them out. >> Were they involved in the accident? >> No. >> I'm trying to escape out of the cuff. >> NO, I'M NOT, BABY. I'VE BEEN TO prison before. I know. I'm on probation. I know. >> There goes that baby again. Oh, look. Noir said, "There we go with baby again." There we go. Um, so she's trying to say she wasn't in the flip car right now because the title says she flipped the car. So, so I guess she's lying right now. >> What my rules are. >> That's my sister. Look at my legs. How about that? >> Okay, we'll get your check. >> Let me get my phone though. >> We'll get your phone. Hold on. >> Yo, what's your last thing? >> All right, babe. You want to steal my phone? >> You want to steal? >> I know the law is a bingo square. >> What are you talking about? >> What is that? >> Who you threatening now? >> No, it's not a talking about what you say. >> It's not a threat. >> Who? Who are you talking about? >> I said, "Can I get my phone?" >> And he said, "You're going to that." >> No, I was telling her like, "I need my car." >> You're Listen, you're you're running you're running all over the place. You're not making a decision. You can sit down. Yes. Absolutely. You have no gun on you. >> I don't have a gun. >> Okay. >> I'm on federal probation. >> Okay. You're acting really crazy right now. >> She She She flipped. It was a truck that hit her. >> Yeah. Someone said y'all were racing. >> No, I don't race. I don't have a license. So why would I drive my car? >> Did you take a Do you take her phone? >> So you're saying you weren't just calm down. >> All right. So just sit back for me. Sit down for sit down. My legs hurt. >> Okay. Yeah. So I I >> My knee hurts. >> Okay. I I jumped in the car to get her out cuz the car started smoking. >> Okay. >> And I've been in car accidents and that's how I lost my mom and my father. >> We need to identify you. >> All right. So, a few of you are saying, "Which car was she in? Was she racing?" Based on the title, I'm saying she's the driver because that's what the title put. So, they had to have found out something by the end of this video. Um, but she's saying she never was driving. But the independent witnesses are saying she was driving the Honda and she was racing a Corvette. And in that powpow they said she had, they said she went to the Corvette to be like, "Take this and go go." So that's what I got so far. >> We can bring it there. And my lawyer was anywhere else >> on my arm. >> On your arm. >> Did you see your turn? >> Check in this one or the other. >> Uh, don't look over here >> cuz I dropped her out the car. >> I don't think there's any cuts over here. Now, we're going to take it nice and slow. >> I'm so done. I am so done. I'm black. I'm from Jamaica. Noir Angel. That's what she's let her mouth say. I'm not one to know for sure everybody's background, but I'mma say this. You can be from a place that has mostly black people and Jamaica could be your nationality, which I feel like if you are from there, I'mma hear a little something like, you know, is it PWA? Is that what they is that what Jamaicans speak? I'mma hear some something. I don't hear nothing but Jersey coming out this one. Yeah, T-Mu Snookie. Thank you, Zach. T- moose Snookie is all I'm hearing. But also, you can have the nationality of a country and not be that race of that country that's mostly or that country is mostly known for. So, that doesn't make you black even if you happen to have been born in Jamaica. That is not the same thing. >> Okay. What are you doing? Okay. We got two >> two officers here. She was charged with resisting arrest without violence, harming a public servant, drug possession, and evidence tampering. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation and required to attend an impulse control class. I've never heard of an impulse control class before. Is that what they changed anger management to, or is that a whole different category? Never heard of that. Right. Where did her injuries come from when she wasn't driving? Good question. Bonnie Noir Angel said, "My husband is Jamaican but from Oakland, California. He definitely switches between dialects. She did not." Right. Right. No Angel. She wanted to be able to say the N word. Let's just be honest. That's the only reason she brought it up. She wanted to justify why she was about to say the N word. I think she said it, but they were bleeping it out, but I I I wasn't sure. But that's all that was. All right. Next up, entitled Karen thinks the rules don't apply to her. >> Deputies respond to a welfare check on a woman asleep in a stranded car at a gas station. What begins as a routine encounter over an empty gas tank quickly unravels when she casually mentions the vehicle's owner is in jail and the car might be reported stolen. While searching for her identification, officers uncover a stash of ammunition and multiple meth pipes. In a desperate final bid to avoid handcuffs, she attempts to play the ultimate trump card, claiming she is a highly protected top secret DEA informant. If you're ready to watch a suspect try to outsmart law enforcement with a fabricated undercover identity and a masterclass in flawed street logic, do me a favor and smash that like button. [music] Let's break down the legal and psychological chaos of this encounter. >> Okay. Um, what was I going to say? All videos that I'm playing will be linked in the description box. So, you know, everybody gets their credit. I just appreciate being able to react to these. Not trying to take anything from anybody. So, there will be links. >> Sher's office. I'm going to tell you right now, there's no other answer but no. If you have not ever been convicted as a felon, not what does it matter. None of that. Nope. Nope. Nope. Sounds like you are a convicted felon by that answer. Uh, Zach said it feels like she's more on opiates. She is awfully sluggish. She Yeah, I could see that. I could, but a lot of them make you nod off. So, it could be anything. But I I could definitely see that. Um, yeah, she was at the gas pump sleep. And let me see. Okay, we'll keep going. Yep. Uh Ashley and Zach said, "Well, why is she waiting on the cash app, but she got money in her pocket?" Oh, and Mary, same thing. >> Get you in court. >> What's going on? Thank you. >> You have the right to talk to a lawyer for advice where we ask you any questions and have them with you during question. >> If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed to you for any question if you wish. If you decide to answer questions without lawyer present, you will have the right to stop at any time. You also have the right to stop answer anytime you speak to lawyer. Do you understand the rights I just read to you? >> No. What? >> I'll read them again. >> You have the right to remain if you if you will be quiet. I'll read these off so you can understand your your rights. Okay. >> I said I don't understand what I'm being arrested for. [clears throat] >> All right. So, >> there's a there's a title that >> you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? >> I do. What am I being arrested for? >> Anything you say can be used against you in court. Do you understand that? >> I was specifically told by a guy way above your pay grade buddy that if you are ever in trouble, tell them to call me. >> Well, good for him. Whoever he is or she, >> he's a sergeant of the DEA. >> Oh, well, good for him. >> So, call him. >> But he's not here. >> He said to tell y'all to call him. He's not here. >> So, >> all right. >> Anything you say, I'll get you in court. Do you understand that? >> I understand you're done. >> This is so funny. >> You have the right to talk to advice before we ask you any question. >> Can I speak to the other guy? See what he thinks? Yeah, SIR. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO CALL SERGEANT CALEB FROM THE DA. THANK YOU. >> All right, don't worry about it. >> No, do worry about it. I was told ever told if I was in trouble to call Sergeant of the DA, I have his phone number in my phone to tell y'all to call him. Caleb is his name. >> If he wants to talk to us, he can How's he going to know? >> No, he I'm not supposed You want me read your rights, too? Yes or no? >> Do you understand? >> I'm a Oh my god. >> I don't care if you're a CI. >> But I don't care. Okay. You're going to care? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. You committed a crime by having crap in your vehicle that you shouldn't have in there. Okay. >> I was watching. >> And if they you are CI, you're a pretty crappy CI cuz you're not. >> Thank you. I was waiting, Bonnie. I was waiting to see if uh if it was going to come to him if he was going to say anything about her possibly being an informant. You are a crappy CI. First of all, if you only know the first name of the person you're supposed to call if you get in trouble. Horrible. Second of all, you getting caught up out here on some simple stuff. You're horrible at this. And then you shouldn't be yelling out that man's name like that. >> Supposed to tell us you're a CI. >> I didn't tell you I was a CI. Yes, you did. >> You put words in my mouth, [ __ ] >> Do you not realize you can't charge me for either? I don't know what anything if I stole it. >> It was in your bag that you >> It wasn't in my bag. >> You were looking for your ID in. >> Cuz I looked through everything cuz I have that was in my bag. Look, either I stole the car and I'm not responsible. To truly appreciate the absurdity of this arrest, we have to examine the fascinating intersection of desperate street logic, psychological grandiosity, and the unyielding mechanics of criminal law. We are watching a suspect try to outmaneuver multiple felony charges using legal theories that only exist in the minds of the chronically impaired. Let's start with the legal cornerstone of her defense, which is an absolutely hilariously flawed interpretation of criminal liability. Once the officers find the drugs, the ammunition, and confirm the vehicle is stolen, she attempts to trap the cops in a perceived legal paradox. She argues that the police must choose. Either she stole the car, meaning the illegal items inside belong to the original owner, or the items are hers, but they can't charge her with both. This is a profound misunderstanding of constructive possession. In the eyes of the law, if you are the sole occupant and operator of a vehicle, you are in constructive possession of everything within your immediate dominion and control. The legal system does not cancel out your drug charges just because you happen to commit grand theft auto to acquire the rolling stash house. [music] You absolutely can and will be charged with stealing the car and possessing the contraband inside it. Furthermore, her status as a convicted felon adds a massive layer of severity to the stop. In the United States, a convicted felon is strictly prohibited from possessing a firearm, but many people forget that this law also applies to ammunition. A single loose bullet rolling around in a purse or a cup holder is enough to trigger a standalone felony charge for a restricted person. >> Oh, we Okay. Which they should know. She She didn't answer it right away, but it's giving she's a convicted felon. All right. I I don't think I knew about the loose bullet. like even if it was just one bullet. I knew, of course, the the actual weapon itself. So, I mean, I don't need to know cuz I don't plan on becoming a convicted felon, but I did not know that. Um, let me see. Mary, hold on. No. Mary said his name is Caleb Sergeant of the DEA. Zach said, "Call Lieutenant Sergeant Reverend, PhD of the DEA." [laughter] Natashie be yourself said, "I love that he closed the door while she was talking." Yes. And I'm adding that to the version three bingo card. Shut the door while talking. [laughter] >> Psychologically, her behavior is a textbook display of grandiose delusion triggered by impending consequences. When she realizes she is backed into a legal corner with no escape, she breaks out the DEA informant persona. She drops a vague name, Sergeant Caleb, and insists she operates above the pay grade of the street level deputies arresting her. This is a fascinating ego defense mechanism. Rather than accepting the reality that she is a person caught sleeping in a stolen car full of meth pipes, her brain constructs an alternate reality where she is a vital asset to a federal intelligence agency. It is a desperate attempt to regain power and status in a situation where she has been stripped of both. The officer's deadpan response, pointing out that actual confidential informants don't loudly announce their status to uniformed patrol cops, instantly shatters the illusion. Once placed in the back of the squad car, she pivots from grandiosity to severe psychological projection. She watches the officers outside discussing the charges and immediately begin shouting that they are the ones lying, conspiring, and acting illegally. By accusing the police of backpedaling and conducting an illegal search, she is externalizing her own guilt. It is far easier for her fragile ego to process a narrative where she is the victim of a corrupt police conspiracy than to accept accountability for driving a stolen vehicle with a pocket full of narcotics paraphernalia. Sociologically, this video offers a grim snapshot of the chaotic transient reality generated by the addiction cycle. The suspect admits she has been awake for 24 hours, is stranded waiting for a digital cash transfer, and is driving a vehicle belonging to an associate who was recently incarcerated. It highlights a deeply unstable subculture where individuals bounce from one crisis to the next, operating entirely outside the boundaries of the traditional social contract. It also illustrates the immense burden placed on modern law enforcement who are routinely called to deal with simple nuisance complaints like a car blocking a gas pump only to find themselves untangling a web of stolen property, hard narcotics, and federal weapons violations. Monroe County, New York. A routine traffic stop turns into a mass >> Okay, I was only going to do one from this one. So, that was the one we watched. I guess they're going into a second one, but I love Yes. Love the analysis. Shout out to Body Cam Justice Reports. Again, the links will be in the description box if you want to explore their their channels. All right, this one y'all, when we get to the point, okay, let me tell you the title, and I want to know your thoughts when we get to the point of what the title says. I want y'all to watch for that moment and then let me know what you think about that moment. All right, so here we go. >> Were called to Orlando International Airport to gay 230. The call came out as a 222 drunk person causing a disturbance. According to police reports, a JetBlue gay agent stated that the woman was intoxicated, so was denied boarding. Why can't people handle their alcohol? Jeez. Yeah, right. Get a Uber. Why cows? Ain't they not your transportation? Why? I don't when I tell y'all I I I'm trying not to tell too much of my business. That's what I'm trying That's why I keep stopping. I have tested out an amount of alcohol, right? >> [laughter] >> And it was, you know, it was strong and the quantity was a lot. And still I knew the decisions I was making in that present moment. Now, was balance off? Mhm. Did I get behind the wheel? Mm. But I could still have judgment and I wouldn't show my behind like this. Like I don't understand. Like people need I don't You need to be able to handle your alcohol. You need to drink less. Enter this officer. So, you know, hold on, cuz I think this is a different one uh from the other two. They might still be accompanying her, but I think the one that just nudged her is a different officer. This is the point. I need y'all to make sure you're looking at your screen if you can. I don't know. Let's see. We probably have Okay, it's about four more minutes when we get to the point I want y'all to watch. But just the energy is already kind of starting up, right? But just like in previous of these type of airport videos, passengers who are intoxicated somehow always turn it up a notch before getting to the exit, adding possible charges. >> Before we go on, I just want to say uh channels with accents. I like Detective Litty uh State Boys, that's where they out in Louisiana. He just sticks to Louisiana. Okay. Um, oh, what's the other one? Atlanta Crime Files. I like his accent. Here's the feedback I'm getting in the chat cuz I had questions about this one about they say you have to match the use of force. I was like, I DON'T KNOW. WELL, I MEAN SHE THAT YES, she she swung at him first. She and she made contact, but okay, let me see. So, let me see. So, Zach says, "So close, but yet so far away." Noir Angel said he took her down fast. She swung first though. Omi said, "As assault with violence." Um, Mary said that's when she effed up. Nor said, "Hands and feet." Ace Moonshot says she done goofed. Bonnie says she she pushed struck first. Sweet tea said it's about time. Wow said not slow motion. Mindy this got me. She said I think he showed incredible restraint. Thou shant pass hands lest hands and feet be returned. And Omi this is where it became a little more like I could cuz yeah I forgot about her nasty restroom time. He says she didn't wash her hands probably. And Noir Angel said I feel like airport cops are less Hold on. I just saw it. Did I go too far? I feel like airport cops are less likely to play with you. I I do agree because you remember them Orlando ones. I told you the one I always see when I see his face, I know he about to take somebody to the ground. Bonnie said, "I told you she wasn't making that flight tomorrow." >> You did. >> You hit me first. >> No, ma'am. You did. >> You got too. >> I changed my hand. >> It's okay. You wanted to arrest me. It's fine. We had every opportunity. >> That's fine. >> That's fine. >> I just did this to you. >> Stop. >> Here we go. >> Well, this one I know everybody. Why are you so Do you hate women? Do you hate women? [clears throat] Do you guys hate women? I didn't even do anything. Ow. I just want to put my hands down. >> He's going to change it in just a minute. >> Walking. What the is wrong with you? Why are you bending my arm? Let me put it down. >> I'm holding your wrist. >> And I hear you're bending it. >> Nope. Come on. >> Keep going. >> What the is wrong with you? What the is wrong with you? The white assumptist. Let me put my hands down. >> Keep moving. >> What is wrong with you? I didn't do anything wrong to you. Why don't you bend my hand? Go ahead. Bend it. Break it. Go ahead. Break it. Stupid ass [ __ ] Break it. Break it so I can sue you because I didn't do anything wrong. >> I will sue you. I'm going to sue you. I have money and I'm su you. You don't even know who you're talking about. Right. Right. I even know how much money I have. >> Yeah. Go ahead. What's your name? >> Doing the report. >> What's your name? >> Keep moving. We're almost there. I'll get it on the police report. I'm going to leave. I'm going to sue the [ __ ] out of you. >> I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything wrong. >> Dude, you're right here. >> Right here. >> Right up against the car. Wait. Right here. >> I never fought. >> Okay. >> I never fought. Just stay right here. >> That's what my >> All right. a few things. Okay, she's I know she said, "What's your name?" Did she say, "What's your badge number?" Because if she said, "What's your badge number?" That is a bingo square. And I agree. They don't hate women. They hate your actions. And that's why you're here right now. And yes, she's missing out on the graduation she said she had to go to. >> I never fought. I just I just hit him. I he put >> your feet. I got it. So taboo to you. Let's see your camera, [ __ ] It's stuck in your chest a little bit. >> I just saw Mindy's comment. I was, you know, I was trying to go through the chats and stuff. Yeah, I just heard it, Mindy. I heard it that time. Yeah, blessing highly favor. She's still saying she didn't do anything. Well, I tell you, I this is another reason I couldn't be a police officer. My feelings would get involved. It's I'm not letting the stuff fly. And I don't know how I would not let it fly with the body cam, but some kind of way. I'm not letting that fly. [laughter] So, you know, it's this best. I'm not one. Um Noir Angel said, "I really wish it were mandatory to show these people their body cam footage because racism is real. Bad cops are real, but none of these videos are this." Yes. And I have come across obviously some of the ones where they are like that, but I kind of told y'all before, I feel like we already get retraumatized a lot. So, I don't know if I'm going to be reacting to anything like that here. But yes, I definitely see them. But I just I'm just like, oh, it feels like we're just re-triggering. You know what I mean? But yes, yes, I agree with you. Obviously, I agree with you. What are you [ __ ] Idiot. Really? I hit you on your chest and you hit me to the ground and I didn't resist. Do you know how how bad that's going to look on you? And I'm white. I look white, right? My last name is Sassel. My name is Anna Marie Sassel. my fioso. [ __ ] what what what do you think is really going to happen? >> All right, I'm not going to deal with this. Let's get to her charges. Here we go. >> I can save by myself. >> Yep, you can. >> I can. >> Okay. As far as like helping you out in the mail, the safe the safe book, they'll have all that. You stay on for the transport. So, she was charged with one count of disorderly conduct and one count of battery on law enforcement. She got a $500 bond for the disorderly conduct and no bond for the battery on law enforcement. But that's about it for today. So, if you Okay. Yeah, I missed her saying it the first time. Wow. Um, let's see. Rich more likely to skate with a hand wave. Yeah, true. class issues. Poor get Yeah, the poor do. Uh Sharon Gabo said, "My body cam will mysteriously malfunction for about 10 minutes." I'm telling you. Yeah, I had to skip ahead. Bonnie, I was like, "Uhuh." Now that I have heard her saying it, I'm not doing this. I'm not doing it. It was too much. Um All right. But yeah, that's the last video for now. She done she done pissed me [laughter] off. Um all right, y'all. I will see y'all at some point again. If not earlier, I'll at least see you Saturday morning. But thank you. I was testing out my Twitch with YouTube and the only shortcoming I see so far is that I don't see if someone from Twitch comments. I have to actually go look at Twitch to see that. So, I got to figure out how to fix that part, but we'll see. Yep, she got to stay in jail. No bond for that. Bad on Leo. Oh, and that is a square, I think, too. Bad on Leo. All right, y'all. I'll see you later. Bye.
