on them okay All righte Rights G three of the four ended up getting arrested and charged they were charged with transportation of narcotic drugs for sale and possession of narcotic drugs watches a man is caught by police drunk in his vehicle on October 2nd 2024 Arlington police officers responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle just a block from the police department officers arrived to find a running Prius with an intoxicated Man passed out behind the wheel multiple rifles in plain sight his explanation he'd been drinking downtown and fell asleep only deepen the mystery step out of the car don't touch anything keep your hands up where I can see them put them on your head for me put your hands on your head and then step out of the car I'm just going to get out yeah that's good what's going on man just sleeping it off sleeping it off your car's running okay do you have any guns or anything on you nope check your wayist down how much have you had to drink tonight where's the pocket knife yep did you poop in your car no there's poop all over in there no okay good there's not look my appears to be on the door over there yeah okay what's going on man I I I went out I drank apparently have my blinker on but um I went out I drank I decided not to drive got my car that's where we're at so that's it that's it but you're sitting in your car with your car running and there's stuff all over the place here I have no idea what the poop is sorry sorry if there's poop on my car sorry you don't have to be sorry to me can I my car when where were you drinking at here in [Music] town d you think you're impaired I what are all the guns for I can't leave them at my house cuz I don't live in an actual house so officers discovered the suspect was intoxicated and arrested him when asked to take a sobriety test he refused they then turned their attention to searching the car just put your hands behind your back there you go physical control and then yeah no but he's intoxicated with Firearms yeah pretty sure that's against the law somewhere yeah just got to look it up but yeah all right man this is what's going to happen you're going to be you're going to walk over to the Arlington Police Department okay um and he's going to run you through the B process to uh provide a sample of your breath you willing to do that no but I'm I'm sorry what what were you saying sir how about let's just walk over there we'll get we'll get to the we'll get to the all right I'll uh I'm going to secure your guns will be at the Arlington Police Department under safekeeping cuz I'm not going to leave them in your car after you've been arrested for somebody to steal um and then I will secure your car okay okay any questions okay going to the Arlington Police Department huh we're going to the Arlington Poli you're literally right there you're going to walk you're just going to walk over empty can across the street that's probably y I would say so perfect um let's take those out we'll just take them over to Jes I ain't leaving those things in here that would be I would say wouldn't you oh absolutely I mean technically oh is it empty huh sounded empty sounded empty too but
