manslaughter a second degree felony occurs when a person operates a motor vehicle in a public space an aircraft a watercraft an amusement ride or a symbols an amusement ride while being intoxicated with a blood alcohol content greater than or equal to .08 percent in which the aforementioned intoxication causes the the unaliving of another by mistake or accident those convicted of intoxication manslaughter must make child support payments until the child is 18 or until the child graduates from high school whichever is later the law states if someone is unable to pay the restitution because they're incarcerated they're expected to make payments no later than the first anniversary of the date of their release funny not funny right right funny not funny [ __ ] it's important to say yes here's the thing um Okay so that goes viral then this man in the middle goes viral for saying that he was there and she was starting things and um he wouldn't get into it because he still has to make sure he's alive for his own daughter come to find out now he made a lot of videos defending himself and you know black women was like like you're trying to blame her for getting hit and all this other stuff like there's no reason anybody in the face with a brick coming to find out this man wasn't even there he wasn't even there at the scene okay he was in a whole nother State this man was in Tennessee while she's in is she in Texas I can't remember what state she's in let me see if if Nick put it in there the totally different state his ex-girlfriend put him on blast basically so he was going viral trying to be the anti this woman and just anti-black woman because he was like you black women you single mothers and he was just that's why I said he was attacking black he was he was trying to attack most black women and stuff like that like not because of most black women are single mothers I'm saying he was doing those tropes those dog whistles okay that's what I'm saying so he was doing all this stuff come to find out first of all he wasn't even there second of all I guess he was trying to get famous from outrage okay she was in Texas this man lives in Tennessee his ex verified this man uh I don't know if they have a child together but he's trans to her anyway and obviously transfer line about even being there and then um making those videos that he wasn't even there for okay so that's why they got the he lied under him okay he just he was just trying to get famous off of off of the instance then this this comes out and it says on the third block it says isn't this oddly familiar 2020 she's got a swollen face different maybe different side of her face it says but there are some truths we must chat about okay um she this is when her one of her other GoFundMe I think came out but she in 2020 said she got assaulted by a guy all this other stuff I think come to find out no she got beat up by some girls I guess for I don't know if she was popping off at the map I don't know but she was fighting girls got laid out and then she blamed it like a guy attacked her um okay and this is where I understand when Shannon's saying I want to know more facts sometimes because you don't want a a male to be a victim of Reckless blaming I guess you could say you know what I mean like somebody's life can get changed from you being the random one picked out and then she looks I guess believable or I don't know it's just you know because I don't want my family a male member of my family or just a friend or anything happened to be standing next to her and she's just like this is the one and nobody did anything to her you know what I mean so like I see where you know Shannon's like I just sometimes I need more facts this is sad people do anything for local news so basically if there was someone someone out there no one is going to find them if this person existed that did this because she just does not want to incorporate with authorities yet she has a current unless she's been exposed to him and she took it down she has a current GoFundMe up again for this incident so that's that's what I know so far based on watching some people talk about it the X to the brick lady witness has spoke out and allegedly he it happened in Houston she said he lived oh yes 41 feet thank you and yes she is Somali um if you hear her speak on any of these uh just so you know if you hear a type of accent she's Somali and yes I've heard that she has been basically um disowned by the Somali Community because of her Antics that's what I heard as well and they say that they don't actually even use the n-word like that in their community so when she's using it it's almost like I don't know how to put it I might put it but it don't it don't seem right for those black people that do just use the word it doesn't seem right for her to use it because they don't use that word like they're like like that's not part of her actual culture community and it's just like you're trying I don't know it felt wrong knowing that I don't know how to say it it just felt wrong because she was throwing that word out when she was in it in the hospital gown but okay yes thank you 41 feet and that's real he never was in Houston and he did all of that talking making up that story but clicks likes and Views check this out seems like everybody looking for clout but y'all cannot believe it but the X came out that is he was never in Houston he lied this video was just to clear up some of the laws that have been surfacing about the incident that happened in Houston investigation with police so I was not uh it was not given to me because it's an ongoing investigation um someone else is writing neat I think Nick or somebody else is writing somebody that gave the messages too Nick at night it says I was able to get that paperwork because she admitted to a tax on this video her boyfriend pulled a pow pow on one of the people in the parking lot and they fled the scene so that's where I got caught up at let me see um she also sent messages reports sent her saying she was going to ruin her so that's her sending a message to somebody um oh she put up in her thing saying I interrupt my piece for a very important message anyone know where this 304 reside I have a thousand dollars for you if you have her work location I'll throw another 200 thank you um I don't know if that's the girl posting it but then under that says B I'm going to ruin you so it's a lot it's a lot hey Jazzy J for life it's a lot um the sad part is that other accounts from former want to start what y'all I know I start with the heaviest one first the drunk driver thing in Texas like that that makes good sense because when um I was working for the course and we had a instance where a guy um on a live demand he we they thought he was drunk driving but he left was able to get away Parker's car he turned himself in later and um all he did was pay the funeral expenses as restitution and I'm like it seems like you should owe the people more than that if you took somebody's life this in my opinion I see you again thank you so I just thought like that was just not enough for someone taking somebody's life being Reckless and irresponsible that way too because I I think people don't realize about drunk driving to something actually really happens like something has to actually really happen before people realize how dangerous it is because you know it took forever for them to actually make decent laws about it because like most people know like if you're in a vehicle and you're not trying to analyze somebody it's a different charge and consequence and all that so that's why I don't agreeing with that right so I mean it's just that I think honestly think that it should be a different type of law for anybody that underlies somebody period like if you fall guilty of it you should be made to take care of them kids anyway for everybody anybody that you want to live because maybe that's you know it takes a precedent to start something maybe that's a start because that's true while the difference between drunk drivers though the difference between their charges and a regular unaliva like if I go to the store and I discharge off somebody and you know on a live Dem the sentence is different than a drunk driver the first time is a fine the second time is probation a third time is jail I was in jail with a girl who unalived her best friend um because they were drinking and popping pills and went to some party it was 20 something years old and she crashed and she unalived her best friend do you know she only got two years in jail for that vehicle of manslaughter because um that's how they do those but I got a 10-year sentence and nobody got an alive to my crime you understand what I'm saying so their charge it shouldn't be that because the rule is the reason why they have that law with alcohol is because in drugs is because they know it it does something to your mind it slows your process down your thinking and whatever you know you're causing your skills your motivation skills all that right so you know if you drink no I'm not saying I'm gonna drink this and I'm gonna get in that car and go unlock that person no but you know if that's a chance you're taking when you drink and drive yes so therefore it shouldn't be a vehicle a manslaughter type of thing it should be straight unaliva because you knew the chance you took when you got behind that wheel that that would be a possibility the laws are not strong enough for drinking and driving and that's why they get so many chances and they keep getting caught until something like that happens and I lost on account for that though Don that's the problem the law doesn't account for that yeah the law doesn't account for the fact that you you did this and you're doing this and you're data well how can I put it you know how is so many different bullet points to each crime like you have to have this this this this and this for the crime to be an actual crime yeah right of all these I forgot what they call them it just fell out my head right there well to me that's more premeditated than me going into a a stick and accidentally in the stick I I'm going to rob it just to get the money but yet the store owner reaches so I discharge thinking it's me or him then a person because you're not what we're not going in saying oh I'm gonna analyze somebody in my crime right so the same thing should go for an alcoholic or a drug addict I am not going in this car thinking that I'm trying to hurt nobody but I know when I'm under the influence that is a definite possibility it should be the same but like you said the law doesn't do it that way you know why though and I get it but I don't like it because what you said is I know now I don't know about y'all but I've been like I was in the military so most people have been in the military then man a blackout drunk because I have oh on a couple of occasions just so happened I had friends that looked out for me so it was like you know I didn't know what I was doing I had a clue next day was like what happened what was going on literally to this day I still don't know what happened when I was black I was drunk those couple times but I was only 19 [Music] and I'm overseas and you know overseas and in the military most places you only got to be 18. so I was doing stuff that at my age I probably shouldn't have been doing anyway but I am so like sometimes I'm caught in a catch-22 because I've seen so many independent different cases like the guy that I was just talking about I feel like he should have did more time than he did because actually where you said the girl did too he only did three years and he left and he we we suspect that he was drinking and driving but he left so by the time he turned himself in of course he's no longer drunk you know so it's like okay it's a lot of different things going on but I I thought she was gonna also say one of my other key points to why I don't I think certain laws will never change and it is the fact that the Hue of our skin and the way we are affected is certain things is never going to change it because if you think about it for the most part who were and where do you see a lot of the drunk driving incidents happening in my courtroom I could tell you where I saw them happening at and it was not in the hood right okay so the thing because you drink in the hoods you fall asleep wherever you at you get up that's right right well you got friends at that part so what where was this happening now yeah I agree with I understand it and of course we are not making the laws and people like us are not making the law so they don't account for the stuff most stuff in this country does not include people like-minded people like ourselves so that's kind of why I said I'm gonna speak on the heavy thing first because this is the thing that I struggle with that's why when I see some of the police officers um black police officers that get caught up in some of this stuff I'm like I feel them I understand because you in a catch-22 you like this is my job I spend more time with the people on the job than I do with the people at home so you know where is the balance you know what I'm saying like we we are always putting these positions to kind of like juggle and code switch and all this stuff when they get to just be themselves you know so and that I think that's lost too like I feel like the laws need to be cold switching too you know what I'm saying because they don't fit us look think about it they don't fit us they do the laws do not fit us most of the stuff that we do does not fit us like my children in college it didn't fit them because more often than not unless you go to a HBCU you are a minority mm-hmm and you get you don't get any type of we understand because of where you come from sentiment however Joey and little Jimmy do you know what I'm saying and Sarah they treat them accordingly so it's like hmm we we just stuck in these positions and it kind of a lot of times I get I get going rants for days about the different situations because we grew I brought my kids to the suburbs just so they could get what I was seeing other people get that I wasn't getting in the you know in the hood so I just I understand that and I I totally get what you're saying because those laws and when you went in you got those laws before they got fixed and people was doing too many years so stuff that the only person you was hurting was yourself you know that that was just like two that was too harsh and it should have been more but guess what now the whole thing is let's treat the situation it's a disease let's treat so it was a disease back then too but you guess what and it still fully flies for a certain color it still don't apply to certain to a minorities periods this law is still different yeah because when you go on the court and that person up there is not from where you're from and they think you just have all these resources a couple times we'd have to step in and tell a judge like that's not available to them you can't give them something to do we don't tell them you can't but you know we put in the nice words like you're giving them something to do that they're not able to do you like setting them up for failure you know what I'm saying and judges don't always like that either depending on the judge they may kind of like blast us like you don't tell us what to do but again because we're dealing with these people or we're in the community and I come from there I know this but it's sad that's why I wish they would do that because I feel like that's one of them laws that we wouldn't necessarily get caught up in a lot of times I mean you know you don't get the regular few here and there that will get caught up in but for the most part like most of us if we drink it we gonna drink where we at and we're gonna chill or you know we gonna go to sleep wake up because we used to always plan when I we would go somewhere for New Year's Eve we knew we were staying there so we mostly went to people's houses that did stuff family with the families on that time because we we trying to get we're trying to pate and you know if you go to a club you can't be doing all that damn driving so you know it's just I I don't like I don't like it but it's something I feel like it's something to give people because 9 2010 that'll be somebody in our family affected that they lost a parent and or a kid or something and you just lost your kid that's all you lost they're gonna they're gonna pay they're gonna pay restitution on a funeral expenses if you ever get it because at the end of the day a lot of times restitution is hard to come by when you out here trying to get it on your own because the Court's not gonna expressly go after like they would if somebody owed them you know [Music] so I agree with you I agree with you on both ends that it's not fair but it's something I think I'm always the designated driver because I smoke more and I drink you know I'm a smoker so I will have like one cocktail or whatever and a mixed drink gotta be fruity because I want no hair on my chest anyways so I am always the one even when I did not have a license I was willing to take that chance because I do not I don't care if it's my my aunt my cousins I don't care I do not get in the car with people who have been drinking I do not I'd rather like you said I'll get on I'll sleep in a chair Uber or something before I oh I'm driving and if you don't allow me to drive myself home then juices I will get there or I'll just wait till the morning but I don't put myself in that situation I don't even take a chance like that because it's no so you ain't gonna play Russian roulette with my life like oh I think I can make it I think I can I think I can I think I can that's like absurd you know you know that drinking impairs your thinking that is the law so right away when you got in that car you already broke the law so then after you broke the first law then you go and RAM into somebody else and and unalive them and you're supposed to get a slap on the wrist because alcohol is legal okay you know what drinking impairs you more than just about anything absolutely because think about it what else can you take that you can actually get in a car to drive it because anything else you take that impairs you that much in your mental you can't move literally you're stuck on stupid literally you wouldn't even know to turn the key in ignition think about it like because I that just popped in my head when you you when you just said that like what else impairs your sensibility so much or you're just to the point to where you need you know what I'm saying like and then the punishment is not hard enough like I said you should have seen this little um clear girl up there oh my God she had all this money her mother never send to her conversary Galore visits every other day all kinds of mail coming in I was like she ain't even caring can't even doing jail I don't even care and then she didn't even have to do the full two because it was under that you know you could do a half of 85 percent 85 percent of your time when it's you could do 50 for a regular crime but if it's a violent crime it's 85 she would do the 85 and still get out before the two years you know it's like are you crazy but you held my feet to the fire hmm you held my feet to the fire away from my kid's life and nobody got on alive or even touched not even a hair on that a threat a terroristic threat if you move I will pop out stay still that's all I said and they gave me two years for terroristic track wow this is ridiculous yes yes the Lord I think drinking and drivers should be way more stricter it should not because you already broke the law when you put that key in that ignition so you already knew that you were taking a chance nah yeah because this is a hard conversation and I wouldn't even know I'm glad though like you said they're making some steps towards making people right that you know that are losing the people that you know so at least they're starting somewhere with it yeah but I feel like that's only Texas though nobody else is people like spice more than more than they like OG also maybe Love and Hip Hop has more fans than Basketball Wives um and then the Mona Scott young for Basketball Wives is Shawnee Shawnee likes Evelyn you know so we're able to spin it to steal that's why they put they put they're not gonna put Spice in a sequester and put her separately to film The Reunion like they did OG is this OG was a threat to them versus Evelyn being the more violent one in my opinion so a lot of things I think happened to help Evelyn out and it didn't pick up as much steam like it did for spices I'll tell you exactly of that money because you click that button on GoFundMe to say you're not committing fraud that this is one of the purposes that you're saying is for okay didn't they just shut somebody's go from me down because of that yep and refunded all them people's lives yeah yeah you could not do that and I don't think no funny because it was like not regulated or something the way that they keep you know I'm like there's so many more bad gofundme's I hear about them the good ones I thought that's why they were big but you know what happens on the GoFundMe the only way they can refund your money is if they haven't dispersed it so if they dispersed it that's a hot felony right there but if they haven't dispersed it they can take it down and refund the money but GoFundMe has this thing where they can disperse the money every so many days as it's set up so if it's not caught right away they'll disperse that money but if you're not really that smart and you didn't set it up to disperse like basically when it comes in yeah but if you that smart and it's turned out to be fraud that money so hard just don't do it I don't understand like don't it ain't working with people they don't age that say some graphic things and he was like why you why you do that because she needs to know like you a boy you know what boys want she need to know that because when you don't tell girls that they think oh this is what I'm doing for love and he's going to love me after this and we're going to be together forever no ma'am my little cousin was hard to try she was 11 years old never came in for curfew sneaking out in the hallway in the projects with the little boys humping and stuff like that girls are fast and boys are just as fast they are fast and and and if and these kids ain't being honest they're not honest but I wouldn't do it in a way and I I'm a woman so many people might look at it different but I would want to know if my child at a young age was having something happened to her even if it was forceful or willingly I want to know what's going on in my kid's life I want to know I'm not my 15 year old he asked me my 15 year old asked me Mommy why when I wake up my wee-wee's family is like but you may have a niece a nephew a cousin or somebody that you might need to pull to the side and talk to because a lot of times I talk to people's kids that have like cousins nieces nephews friends kids and I have to you know I can't talk to them the way I talk to my kids but I have to figure out a way to talk to them about some uncomfortable stuff that they don't want to go to their parents about but before I just go blabbing and talking I'll be sometimes depending on the parent I will say you know is it okay because like a lot of parents in the sports did kids always came to me for a lot of stuff and I would always say that okay if your kid come to me about something I'm going to talk to them as long as there's nothing that you're mental or harmful then I'm gonna come tell you what the conversation was about but I'm going to talk to them because you know where I come from what I do Jazzy what do you what do you refer to giving was that you on live Coast on now yeah they're not being so juicy but I do mind the shape I feel like this the shape I just I don't know it just doesn't look right compared when you got all of them lined up it just don't look like it fit anymore because it doesn't look deep ish like Don was saying earlier like it looked 3D or whatever it just doesn't look like pop out at you 3D because those down there don't look pop out as you 3D right you see I was trying to make a look like that I see I used to see how I was trying to play with shadows whereas you can see the curve on these but you can't see a curve on there yeah yeah thinking about 2 Chainz but I was thinking sometimes I thought about stickers but I I don't see here's the thing everything needs to flow nicely it needs to flow through the Shopify thing nicely it needs to I just send them the design they do what they're supposed to do the right way and get it out to people I needed to be I'm the artist I don't want to be the shop I need I'm paying for the service for them to be the shop I'm the artist so that's what I'm looking for for dependability and stuff like that so it has to integrate with Shopify seamlessly and do the right I have to tell you quality okay right here if I can find a way and I'll have to check on y'all with the price point to see if it's worth it like if because you know once they once you start adding more and more they add that price more and more too but I'll check back and see um and just remind me ADR you were the one that asked about keychains because I will I'm gonna see what they got out there yes love the
