Okay, testing the mic. Let me see here. There we go. All right, for replay gang gang, give me a second. Make sure YouTube connects like it's supposed to. And then, we'll get started. Go ahead and make myself a note. Hey y'all, I see you. Okay. I'll skip over this for replay gang gang. Let me make myself a note. Uh, oh yes, okay. All right. Let's see here. Okay. All right, so we're going to start and before I play the second video, I'll give y'all my notes on some off-topic stuff. But, if you don't like commentary, I'm not offended. Links are in the in the description box. You can just go watch the video with no commentary. All right. So, first one we're watching is police rescue team from toxic mother and truly twisted home life. Now, some of you are going to say, "Trending, she's not a toxic mom." And I'm going to say I watched this is probably my third time watching it. And there are signs in here. There are signs for me, so I can't I will not change my mind, but I will understand if you disagree with me. All right, so here we go. And pull my hair. Oh, she sees us. Look at that. I've done Look at what I've done. I'm still a kid. She hasn't even looked at me with love anymore. She don't want to be with me, that's fine. >> You're threatening me like I'm supposed to be afraid. I'm not afraid of you. I don't lose my child. So, I will not be labeled that. So, I'm a woman. I'm trying to teach you how to be a woman, to be self-sufficient. On December 22nd, 2024, officers responded to a report of a mother leaving her 16-year-old daughter unattended at a facility before leaving the area. >> Hi there. What's going on? Like my mom She She said that Sorry. I was She just said her last thing, but basically just said that she wouldn't let you guys do anything. She wouldn't have been fired She said you want me to just do it and tell me to just drop all my stuff like that. So, I don't know what to do. Did she bring you over here? She dropped me off a long way. She dropped me off. She walked over here. Was it her intention to bring you here? Where did she drop you off? >> I'm here by her station. By the fire station? >> said to walk. So, I walked here. She told me to walk. Where's your father at? He has passed away. Well, I don't believe my um sister or my brother. Where are they at? They're somewhere in West Palm. The other one's in like California and like that. I don't really need to fight at home with my mom. So, you don't have any close immediate family in or nearby? No. So, what was the argument today? This time it was like her and my sister. We were joking and arguing. We were joking and saying that she just kind of like messed with me and she started calling me chocolate fried oatmeal. And she was saying all mean things. So, I got angry and I said that her boyfriend is ugly. And then I said some mean things and she started hitting me and pulling my hair and pushing me and she threw me in 21 again. I said Do you have any like I didn't hit her. Do you have any cuts or anything on you? I have little bruises, but she didn't hurt me. I don't think that she did. I have the bruises right here. Do you think you could take your jacket off for a second so I can see the bruises? It's not that bad. But, I have meds. She gave me the meds because of everything that I could say what they are. You can give them to me. Most of it's just It's just careful. It's not there, but Do you want any of us to come out here and check you out? Just if your eyes is blurry. This is all the medication that you take? What's your mom's name? I don't know. Well, Jackson. Diana? Do you know anybody's phone number? I think we have hers. You know your mom's? Yeah. What's your mom's number? She's going to be upset. She won't like it, sir. Got you. What's her phone number? When was the last time you took any of your medication? >> The exact minute this morning at the The high ground scene? That was the next one I decided to take. Yeah. Okay. How old is your mom, do you know? She's 50. And like something like that. I'm so sorry. It's okay. We're going to figure this Um, one thing I do wonder is if she and her little sister have the same dad because unfortunately, if the mom doesn't like the dad of one of the children, it's the odds are increased they're going to treat the the child worse of the, you know, the one that they don't like. But, she said her dad passed away. I don't know if they, you know, they were on good terms before that happened. When I say they, I mean her mom and the dad. Um, or is the the sister that um she didn't like the joke she made, was that her younger sister? Cuz usually the younger siblings, even if they're wrong, parents going to take their side. But, you can take somebody's side and still not pull their hair, push them, leave a possible bruise and things like that. Let's all stick together, okay? And what did you do to my back though? What did you do? Oh, she sees us. Look at that. I've done Look at what I've done. I'm still a kid. He didn't want to hurt me. And now she did. He didn't want me. She didn't want me to be her child anymore. He said she never loved me back. And she didn't love the family. Hates it. She just doesn't want me anymore. I'm so sorry. It's okay. This has happened before. My step dad did it in the in the water again though. She didn't love me. She didn't think of me like her daughter. I was such a teenager. She hasn't even looked at me with love anymore. It was an accident before. It's not my fault. It was a mistake. Do you want a water or something? Yes, please. The fire department is going to come. They should be here in just a few minutes. Okay, thank you. If a child believes they're a mistake, a parent has made them feel that way. Because you don't just come into the world a child and and suddenly you think you're a mistake. Someone has to keep feeding that into your head. Um So, and then I think and of course she kept saying, "I just want someone to love me. Um, my mom doesn't love me." And I still feel like I missed one cuz I was trying to write it down, but it's a totality of everything that the daughter says. I'm not saying that the daughter's an angel. "Oh, treat me like a grown woman." That's a red, red flag. She's 16. She is not a grown woman. But, to for that phrase to come out, I I'm So, I believe her when she says that. Get here before I come back. Just tell them that I'll be right back, okay? Do you want to go to the hospital or anything? >> No, I'm not hurt. I'm just going to shake you. Okay, sure. You're going to call DCF? No, not yet. I was just grabbing her water. I'll call DCF. We're going to try and get a social worker to come. We're First uh I know these guys have talked to you. We're going to get you to the BGR and get you there, get a bed, get some food, hang out of the water, and then get a DCF agent over there and assist you with this. I know you don't want to go back to your mom. You know, with this kind of circumstance, I am going to have to talk to your mom and figure out exactly what happened cuz it's not good for somebody to drop a kid off on the side of the road. That was the last thing that we were right now. Yeah. Has something like this ever happened before? They had a case on DCF before. She was physical with me again. And she took me to the back hospital and she told me to go over there that old outpatient where she also talked to me and stuff. Like I told her that I had to see the doctor and I almost fell down a lot of times and I almost fell. It happened physical. She used me in a physical way ever. I don't remember. She's a boxer, so you got to check her heavy hand. Okay. Yeah. Just It's only happened one time. I don't remember the time. This is the second time it's happened. This is way worse, I think. The first time I got sawed off. This time I don't think I'm going to see her again. I don't even want to. So, you have a 16-year-old that full wholeheartedly believes you're not coming back. Like this is it. She's on her own trying to figure out who can help her because her brain's not telling her, "Oh, she's going to come back." It's This is a punishment. Um, a previous DCFS case. And then the daughter sound I mean and she is She's a domestic abuse victim because anybody that is related, they live together and all that stuff. They don't only just have to be in a relationship for domestic abuse. And then the daughter's saying that it escalated, so this is the worst so far. The mom used to be a boxer. So, I can only imagine how she's laying hands on her. Wait, hold on. You're not. A mother should do nothing but love and care for her child. You know, I don't know your mom, but most moms, especially not a good mom, would just drop their child off on side of the road. Don't think that it's you, cuz it's not. Everybody's got their own battles. Okay. We're not all perfect in many, many ways. I'm not perfect, these guys aren't perfect. It's a part of life, but Red flag and very common. The little girl hits puberty and all of a sudden that's I don't know why it is with daughters, but they do, they treat you like you're grown and a enemy. Like you're grown and a enemy. So, you can't even go through the normal teen angst. With moms like this, you can't, you know. Um Dang, I That's years. I just I empathize with her for sure, cuz I've seen I've seen this too many times. I mean, unfortunately, you're still young. And I'm going to dive into my life a little bit. When I was younger growing up, I looked at my father as a role model and a a great, awesome dad. As I started getting older, I noticed that there was some issues going on. I started noticing my dad's drinking, my dad's behavior towards my mother. That behavior towards my mother transferred to me because I didn't want my dad hurting my mom. And he was physical with my mom, he was mentally towards my mom. And I wanted to do nothing but protect my mother. That just ended up hurting me, too, cuz he turned from my mom to now both of us. So, unfortunately, you know, these things could have been here for a very long time. But now that you're getting older, you're actually starting to notice all these different issues. You know what I mean? This is very unfortunate and I'm sorry that you have to go through something like this. We'll get everything figured out and we'll get you where you need to go, okay? Are you ready to go to the hospital? All right, now here enters the mom. She was on the thumbnail that I posted. Before they go too far, I do want to also say I wonder if the daughter even actually needs medication. Um cuz she said something like when that first DCFS case was dropped, they also put her on medication. I She might not even need medication. It might just be coming from how she's treated at home. Now, now, hold on. The daughter said the mom dropped her off near the fire station. The daughter then walked to whatever facility they're in now. So, she There's no way you came to make sure she's where she's supposed to be. When first of all, she thought you were never coming back for her again, cuz she believes you hate her. And this isn't even where you dropped her off. You probably She probably saw the police vehicles out there and was like And they called her, too, so you know, like she's coming to that place, but this is not where she dropped her daughter off. So, it's already lies starting for me. Do you want to Do you want to walk into the front lobby real quick, that way we can get out of this cold and you and I can talk in in person? You're Diane, right? Deanna, okay. Obviously, we know why you're here. I've kind of gotten a brief story from your daughter about what possibly could go on. Now, I just want to get your side of the story, cuz I know there's always two sides to every story and there's the truth somewhere in between. So, if you don't mind, just tell me what what's going on tonight. Depression, anxiety, psychosis. So, uh anxiety, I feel like comes from this household. Depression, she might not actually be like chronically depressed. She might be sad all the time because of how she's having to live and be on guard and things like that and living with someone that treats you like a grown woman and you're still growing into you know, you're still a teenager. You're you're still in school. The psychosis, I don't know enough about that to comment on it, but I I really feel like the first two stem from just her living situation at home. Like if once she goes off to college, you know, hopefully whatever she does, gets a trade, whatever she does, she might find she doesn't need the medication anymore. Sorry, it's online school. Did she get kicked off because of her issues and then she's not finding the motivation to participate, so her grades got too low, they kicked her out? Or did she get kicked out for like doing something weird in the chat? Like how did Why did she get kicked out of school? Cuz if it's grades, low participation, I I still blame the mom on that one. I do. What happened tonight specifically? Before she explains it, I also wonder, is the girl's sister in online school, too? Cuz this says 2024. So, this ain't like she on online school because of COVID or something. Does the other daughter have to attend online school as well? Or is that daughter isolated from being able to talk to people like a teacher she's gotten to know at school, have a safe space at school, have a break from home? Because a lot of abusive parents I've noticed, when I keep watching these interrogation videos, they isolate the one they're abusing. Because then it's less exposure for them to talk to a school counselor or whatever it is. I want to know why she's in online school. And is every child in online school in that household? What happened tonight specifically? I just want to know what you figured out and what led you to drop I don't think a teenage girl that knows her mom was a former boxer is putting her hands on her mom, because that mom, until she's not able to walk or something, is always going to beat you. You're a former boxer. So, I find it hard to believe she put her hands on her. Did she defensively touch you when you attacked her? That's not putting your hands. That's not her putting her hands on her mom. Nobody in their right mind that knows their parent was a former boxer is going to choose to physically fight their parent. That already takes that out for me. Because yes, I know some kids try to fight their parents. Had she not been a former boxer, I still don't believe this woman, but that is even more reason I don't believe that this girl tried to hit her mom. And his wig is getting on my last nerve. I'm so sorry. It is bothering the heck out of me. Nobody said that you were. Why do you come in thinking she said you hit her? He hasn't even told her what he's heard from her daughter. Is it because you already have a prior DCFS case and you suspect that's what she said? Or you trying to get ahead of what you did at home? She said that y'all got into an argument sometime tonight. Can you kind of deep dive into that for me? So, she said that to you? Of course she did. So, okay, she And I'm not going to tolerate that. I do too much. I said, "Listen, I take care of it." You don't do this to me. I'm like, "You have to be grateful for something, you know, as a parent." It may seem like new to you, but it's not new to me when I bust my every day for my kids. So, one thing I do is I try to find balance. I don't try to pacify. But as soon as she doesn't get her way, this is our go-to. Every time she doesn't get away with something or she don't like something I said or correction or run to uh should I say uh verbage or just something to help her that she takes offense. She shuts down. She wants to buck up and listen at and get an attitude. I'm like, "Listen, I'm trying to help you." But first, we're women. So, I'm a woman. I'm trying to teach you how to be a woman, to be self-sufficient. I'm not going to Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. Mhm. I don't even like her narrative. I don't like that at all. And does she shut down or does she buck up? Usually the person does the one. They're either a person that once you get stressed and you get whatever trauma triggers you, you you're a shut down person or you're a buck up person. I'm not saying you can't be both. I just don't believe this mom though. go back and forth like this. I got too much going on. I work too many jobs. I manage 20 to 30 acres. I'm a I have a house cleaning company. I'm also a chef. I do a lot to take care of my kids. The last thing I I want to have is my 16-year-old thinking she can treat me and and act any kind of way with as far as disrespect. No, I'm not going to I don't disrespect you. You don't disrespect me. Okay. I'm not that kind of parent to hit. I want to talk about cuz hitting is not going to solve a problem, but if you're going to jump in my face, honey, you will get hit back. You understand? I'm not with that. And then she shows the sweet side of her. You don't know her. You just met her. So, what you see is a a victim, a child. You know what I'm saying? She's turning violent and violent. every single day. Have never Did Did she just say a 16-year-old woman I deal with every day or that Did the caption just not capture her saying young woman or something? Hold on, I'm going back for that part. You're going to jump in my face, honey, you will get hit back. You understand? I'm not with that. And then she shows the sweet side of her. You don't know her. You just met her. So, what you see is a a victim, a child. You know what I'm saying? She's turning violent and violent. every single day. Have never been in trouble with the law as far as my children, anything like that. 67 But we've been here before. They even called social services. The social worker said uh "You're just a good parent. I'm a stern parent. I'm a direct parent." You understand? But I communicate with you. But if you're going to put your hands up to me, honey, you're going to get it. Simple as that. >> does she do any of that tonight? Yes, she did. Okay, what did she say? What what happened from Well, then from there, I was like, you know something, she wanted to I had to calm myself. I want to leave. I want to stop here. Let me take you to where you want to go. I said, "You want to go back to the center?" The center which she's on 15. What's that behavioral center on uh 19th? That's not the go-to. Let's talk about this. That's not where you go because you're upset with me and because you're not having your way. This is tantrums and I can't deal with them. So, tonight she said, "Well, I want to go to the police." Dropped her right off. I said, "You go inside." And then I was like, you know something, she don't have her medicine, she don't have her glasses. That's the way she left. You said, "You don't respect me. I don't do nothing for you. I don't take care of you. You can leave with what you have." That's how I feel. How come you didn't stay around? Why should I? For someone that believes in respect, you give respect, you get respect. Why is her demeanor like this with the police that are just trying to figure out the facts? This gives me this is your default. This is how she is because he hasn't said anything He hasn't even accused her of anything yet. Right now, he just said, "I just want you tell me what happened from your side." That's all he said. And then he said she told me y'all had an argument. She He didn't even say she has a bruise, she has to go to the hospital. He He said nothing to put her on defense, but yet this is how she communicates. I just feel like this is this is how she is. This is the lesson she wanted to do. And she's done this to me so many times. I've always said that Well, there was obviously some sort of issue that could have used law enforcement's assistance with tonight. An argument. She's 16 years old. She thinks she wants to do what she want to do. Like the six, seven times she said, "I want to go to the police station." Okay, this time it was enough for me. So, if I'm wrong with that, I'm sorry. That's just the way I feel about it because you have no idea the experience of what I've been through with this child. She's not If she's going not I want to go to my aunt's house cuz she said I think she said she's close with her aunt and uncle. She didn't say I want to go to my aunt's house. She said I want to go to the police station. That sounds like I need safety. And it's not here. This isn't The woman threatened to drop off her child at the police station because she was behaving poorly. The The little The The little girl The 16-year-old said, "I want to go to the police station." That's for security in my opinion. I'm not a child. She's not a neglected child. I'm a very good mom. But if you want to talk to my child, you want to talk to my son who's 34 years old or maybe 12 years. I'm a very good mom. But I will not tolerate disrespect. Now, I know she has issues, but that's all sorts of excuses. That's her go-to. I said, "We all have things we don't want to deal with. We all have things we don't want to do every day, but we have to get up and do it every day. So, if anything, I'm motivated and encouraged not with a bad attitude cuz I'm not that. I'm just upset. I don't have to come back Daylight. Black and mild. Cigar. Yeah. You want to test whatever you need. I don't I've never said that you did. No, I didn't say but you know, I just wanted to relax and say, "Okay, did she actually go there?" I want to make sure. That's why I'm here. I have nothing to hide. I didn't do anything wrong. Like I said, I I mean I'm I'm not saying that You came back cuz they called you. I feel like if the if if they hadn't have called her, she was planning on leaving that girl for a while. Not permanently. I don't think it was permanently, but she was planning on leaving that girl for longer than she her being here now. But because they she got that phone call, she's here now. She was not coming back that quick. did anything wrong or anything. I just It's not every day that we have a 16-year-old girl come in and say, "Hey, my mother dropped me off here." We can't find your mom or anything about her mom. So, um She didn't know my number or anything, right? Oh, she knew your number, but we had other things to figure out beforehand. Um so, I just figured that's why I'd come in here and and talk to you. Give me just a moment. I'm going to go step outside and talk to my corporal real quick if you don't mind just hanging out in here, please. Ma'am, can you come out here with me real quick, please? I just wanted to talk to you away from your daughter, okay? So, if you will just put your phone down. Are you arresting me? Yes, ma'am. Why? Drop everything. >> No, hold on. Why are you arresting You're under arrest. For what? You're under arrest. Can I give my phone to my my daughter? You're arresting me for what? For child neglect. Oh my god, are you serious? >> How do you take this off? For child neglect cuz you give my phone to my daughter so she can call my my lawyer. For child neglect because she I dropped her here and came back? Place your hands behind your back. Oh, wow. So, what about my other daughter here? So, we have Wow, child contact with DCF. >> Wow. And DCF's going to be on the way. Because I dropped my daughter off and came back. I already knew y'all was going to do this. Well, what I was Yeah, reopen that DCFS case and hopefully the daughter will not recant. Um like she probably did last time when they dropped the case. I hope she speaks to that social worker just like she spoke to the police officer because if it's escalating, it will get worse. Think about when she turns 17, almost out the house. It doesn't get better the more your parents sees you as a grown woman. It does not get better until you just out the house. But guess what? If you go out the house by 17, you you either have a family member that's willing to take care of you outside of your home. That's the best case scenario. But most likely you're going to someone who's much too old for you, but they still seem safer than where you're at home now. Or she gets caught up in some kind of, you know, life where she's got to survive because she didn't get to finish everything yet to just go on to the next um productive, positive step for her to get into her womanhood and everything. So, it's nothing good with this one. Like Mhm. What I thought was kind of odd is when I was talking to you, you said that you dropped her off, went back home, and you admitted that you smoked a black and mild before returning. I was in my car. I I don't really care to explain it to you, okay? A a cigar? A black and mild with nothing in it? A cigar? Is that a crime to you? Check it. Check it. Check it. Check it. Check it. Check it. >> I don't. The fact of the matter, okay? I'm going to submit a charging document. The judge is going to read it in the morning and he'll determine if there's probable cause or not and you can have first appearance, okay? >> Okay. Because of a black and mild, you're telling me you're arresting me? NO, NOT JUST A black and mild. CUZ I DROPPED MY DAUGHTER off from around the corner and came back in less than 30 minutes. I'm arresting you for the fact that you came here, you left your daughter, your 16-year-old daughter Right. I left her here at the door. that's incapable of caring for herself. It was a lesson cuz she wanted to do this. It was a lesson not to hurt her. That's why I came back. If I wanted to hurt her, why would I come back? Well, >> Come on, guys. This is I got a child here. This is not how This is not how it is. Who's your friend's name that you said? Not my friend, it's my family. Luke Manning. Who is he? To you? He's my family. Whether he's blood or not, he's my family. Long time. And I trust him and he has permission to take my kids. Okay. But uh what I'm trying to determine is he actually like a brother, sister, cousin? >> not blood. I just said that. Okay. But he's a friend that's like family. >> friend, yes. Okay. My best friend, my best I don't like it. This the type of mom First of all, why are you letting your children stay with a family friend, male family friend? You don't have no women friends that that they can stay with? I'm trying Hold on cuz I had something else and I just angered myself out of it. This is the type of mom that if her daughter said that family friend was inappropriate with me, she would say, "You're fast. I told you you act like a grown woman." She She is not a safe haven at all. This is part And you're okay with both of them going to live >> Yes, I am. Okay. Your mother said that Do you know who Luke is? A family friend? Are you okay with going with Luke instead of going to with DCF? You don't want to go with Luke? She don't want to go with Luke, the family friend. That is a red flag. That is a red flag. She shouldn't go anyway. Even if there was nothing but the the the the other sister does not want to go with Luke. But the mom is willing to throw her to the wolves, aka Luke. Why does she not have a female friend or the little the They said there's a aunt in the picture or something. Why are we here? Yes, it's like precious Omizzi, yes. You want to go to DCF? Okay. I just wanted to ask you to make sure you're okay with that. All right. The mother was arrested and charged with CN and cruelty. Thank y'all. I saw the two. I saw the two. So I don't know what I said Oh, I said this is the second video and this is the last video because I it's a school night for me. So this is the last one I have. It's titled Mom Does the Unthinkable to Her Son in Front of Cops. I don't think this video ends with charges. I think this one Omizzi, stop laughing at me. I think this one ends just abruptly and it's not really You get no closure from this one, but I still wanted to show her behavior to how she acts towards her son because it is disturbing. All right, here y'all go. That's how she's talking to her son who is yay high. You probably can't see but he is yay high right here. This is her son and that's how she's talking to him. Wait till you see what she's upset with him for. DISTURBING. HE WANTED TO PLAY A VIDEO game and she said stop acting like this because she's a light skinned b-word, I believe. I'm going to rewind this so we can hear it together. Um this is an adult she's talking about too. So this little boy he's not even there in his development for that. I think again, the child just wants some peace. Now here's the thing too though. I don't this this woman doesn't sound like a family member and I'm just like that with women and men. I'm like that with adults. Don't let your child be with an adult by themselves, especially if they're not family cuz even family harms family. So someone that's not even blood is is too risky. It's way too risky. So I don't know about that part. I don't remember. But it is weird to say you want to go with the light skinned b to your son that's yay high. Like what are you talking about? So okay, I'm going back though cuz she talked fast too. What is so cute about this b and she's calling her son bro. Pray for that kid. Pray for him. I think you've seen enough enough so far to understand when I say this mom treats her little boy like a little boyfriend. Because what are you doing arguing with this woman about how y'all look versus each other. You call your son bro. Why do you want to go with the light skinned b to play a video game? It sound like the woman has kids so I'm guessing he plays the video games with the kids that she has. I don't know. Again, I'm all cool for a parent being overprotective of their kid and like I just don't want you around someone an another adult when I'm not there. Like I get that. Because both genders be out here doing some foul stuff. So you just got to suspect everybody. I get that but that's not her reasoning. It's not for her child's safety. It's jealous of the other woman that her little boy wants to spend time where that woman lives and probably with her kids versus be with her who's acting like this. I don't know who wants to spend time with her like this. Oh yes, thank you my joy my peace. I was I forgot about that. My joy my First of all, thank you for the super chat. My joy my peace said look at how that child is jumping every time she speaks. He is afraid of his mother, my opinion. I agree with your opinion. Because that yes, she she's she is violent. She is jealous in a way that is not Well, there's no way to be healthy about being jealous of your kid but she's even worse because she's in this jealousy like relationship jealousy. No. He isn't Oh god. Hello. Gee, she mushed me. She didn't beat me up. BUT YOU KNOW I DON'T LET NOBODY MUSH ME, BRO. STOP TALKING TO ME. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Stop talking cuz she mushed me. THAT'S WHY. IF I DID THAT TO HER, HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO BET Y'ALL WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICK TO TELL THEM TO ARREST ME. HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO BET Y'ALL would have been quick to tell them to arrest me. >> just close to arrest you now for putting YOUR HANDS ON YOUR CHILD. >> I DIDN'T PUT MY HANDS ON MY BABY. IT'S OBVIOUS THAT YOU'RE NOT TREATING HIM RIGHT. >> WHAT YOU mean it's obvious? Yeah, it's obvious. Look at how you're talking. That's not how parents should talk. >> BRO, I I TALKED TO MY SON LIKE THIS ON ON THE DAY THAT I PUSHED HIM. I PUSHED HIM. >> AND YOU'RE ADMITTING to me that you pushed him. That's not That's not discipline. That's abuse. NO, IT'S NOT. ABUSE WOULD BE BEATING HIM. I DIDN'T BEAT MY SON. Abuse would be what YOU'RE DOING. >> SO ABUSE IS PUSHING MY SON, SHOVING HIM, telling him not to go down Yes. What are you doing? And then it's probably a constant war in that household. That that baby don't get no peace in that house. And then because she had him, she's saying I can treat him any way because I had him. No. Oh my god, he is terrified. I don't know if he I didn't see if he had shoes on or not. Um Jacqueline. Okay, can you tell me what happened? What happened? This kid is obviously very scared of of her. Don't Stop Please stop talking. TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED. STEP OUT OF THE OFFICE, PLEASE. SOMETHING DIFFERENT. WHAT WAS THE REASON you called? What happened with 314, Asia? Yeah, somebody had the the other girl, Asia, was calling on her talking about some abuse with him. I'm going to talk to the child. Hi, what's your name? Can you tell Can you tell happened? How old are you? I'm six. You're six? Okay. Can you tell me what happened today? You can have tissues or something. You need a tissue for your tears? I need to talk to him without you being here. >> Hey, man. Come here. Please get her out of his face expeditiously. But what sucks is she's probably going to need more of a history before something's truly done. I I hate that. I hate that. Um thank you, my joy, my peace, for the super chat. She said, "Girl, you're pushing your child is abusive and no he didn't have any shoes on." Yeah, I I finally saw the socks. And she's very emotionally abusive and manipulative as well. Can you tell me what happened? No. She pushed you? How did she push you? Tell me. Here, I'm going to I'm going to fix your shirt, okay? You were what? You were six? I'm 6 years old. You were what? What happened? She pushed and then I fell and and then I was looking at You were bleeding? And then and then Okay, so you were 12 years old in 2019. Do you feel safe with your mommy? You do feel safe? Do you have any brothers or sisters? You just want to drill me and stay this all night. Are you hurt? Where does it hurt? Your head? Your mommy hit you in the head? You Okay, he hit the wall. When she pushed you? So you saw her push him? No. Oh, you didn't see you didn't see her push him. >> Everybody that was out there was like, "You just punched her son in the face." Punched him, okay. And then they said the kid fell. Which part of your head hit I hit the wrong button. So she's saying other witnesses saw her punch her son in the face and his head hit the wall from her doing that is how I'm understanding. the wall? the wall Can you point to it on your I'll point to it on your head. What What did your head hit? Where does it hurt? Point to it. Where does it hurt? Right there? Yeah, there's a scratch. Yeah, right there. You scratch? No. I was tired. She called the police because I WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE cuz she she shoved me in my face. NOW I WOULD DO THAT TO MY BABY. MULTIPLE people saying that they saw you push your child and your child hit his head on the wall. >> NO, HE DIDN'T. HE didn't hit his head on the wall. He did that himself. >> He's telling me and he's pointing to where it hurt. IT DON'T HURT. HE'S LYING. THAT IS A classic abuser line. They did that to themselves. Why would he have his head in the wall? Why would he do that to himself? I'm sorry, but I'm going to believe a child over you. Especially the way you're acting. You going to arrest me? I'm this close. If I don't get you to calm down. >> I'm calm. I'm calm. I'm not even going to call the police. I'm going to do whatever you want to do. Whatever you want He don't even do whoopings. The school called me every day about him. I said, "I don't whoop him no more. I don't." >> When your son flinches the second you move a little bit, that tells me something. >> ANGRY. I'M A I'M YELLING. I don't I don't And he hit on kids. Kids hit him at all the time. >> When your child flinches like this >> hit him. HE ALWAYS FLINCHES AT EVERYBODY, EVEN MY BROTHER. I used to flinch. Tonight, you need to calm down. >> I don't I don't hit my child. >> Listen, you She called the police. I called the police. And now we're here. So guess what? It's a little more complicated than that, all right? So you're going to work with us. We're going to figure out what the hell's going on and then we'll go from >> I got a DCF case. They can come over my house any day. Do you understand where I'm coming from? Yep. Okay, so be an adult now and let's work this out. Do you hear me? Yeah. Okay, you're going to wait right here. I'm going to go talk to my partner over here. I don't want you saying anything. Do you understand? Do you understand? Did that other girl leave already? But he shouldn't go against black people like He was just my neighbor, too. She cool until she see me raise my She see me My Everybody on the floor know I don't whoop them. >> I'm just saying what kind of what kind of expectations do What kind of expectations do you have of your 6-year-old son? He's six. He said he got a whole Xbox 360. You can't you not He's a baby. He got a whole Xbox 360, toys, everything. Everything. We going to go shopping tomorrow. Her hair cut and all. My thing is you going you listening to uh he the Is it Maslow's hierarchy of needs? Mas- I feel it's close to that, but basic basic needs. One of them is of course you know I don't Okay, I'm I'm Let me pull up the chart before I say this wrong. Hold on. Let me just pull up the chart before I do this wrong. Because I'm going to tell you what, the pleasure the enjoyment part is towards the top of the pyramid is is small, okay? Yeah, Maslow's hierarchy of needs. We have first Hold on. Can I Can y'all just show the picture and stop all this extra? Physiological. They need to be able to breathe. They They need food. They need water. They need shelter. They need clothing. They need to be able to rest. That is the basic bottom biggest part of the pyramid. Um next one, safety. Next one above that, love and belonging. Then esteem and then self-actualization. And I'm going to tell you what, self-actualization I'm going to say is where you can you know like oh okay, cool. I got an Xbox 360 and stuff like that. That don't matter until somebody feels safe and they can get their basic needs without feeling like they're in a war zone. Uh thank you for the super chat, my joy, my peace. You said, "Yeah, what was Oh yeah, what was she doing in the closet with her son?" And she probably Yeah, I feel like she If she was actually in that closet cuz at first I thought they were coming out of an apartment. It took me a while to feel like to figure out that's a broom closet. Why did you need to take him in there? Good question. Good question. The girl was like, "Your mommy hit you." He "I didn't hit you in your head. You did that. YOU YOU WENT YOU You got um dramatic when I pushed you over because I was stopped." Basically he like So I stopped her from talking to her. So he did the most because I stopped her from talking to her. I don't like her. She makes me. Why would you want to talk to somebody that makes your mama? Uh but he's he's six. He He's six. He's not trying to get with nobody. My son is is a is a really He like girls. My son ain't gay. One thing I could say my son is not gay. So he later First of all, if he does he won't even be able to express himself if he does happen to be gay. That's the first thing. He He cannot feel safe in that household. Secondly, what does that have to do with anything? What do you He said he's six, not what his orientation was. What are you talking about? He likes girls. He's not not gay. That's That's nothing to do with nothing. What are you talking about? Oh, she's Oh my gosh, she is so frustrating. He I guess he liked her. But he ain't he don't understand about Yeah. But he hurt my feelings. And then and then when I put him to my room and then when we came out to the house he got the crap out of him. You know you bogus. Bro, you called against me for what? FOR WHAT? LIKE I REALLY I DON'T BEAT THAT BOY. HE DON'T GET NO WHOOPING. TALK IN normal volume. He don't get no whoopings. You can ask his teacher. It's like both parents if they the one we watching this one. If you don't pull out a belt, you think you're not beating your child. You are physically abusive to your child. You are. You just may not have pulled out a belt. That's the only difference. I don't whoop him. I see him in the hallway and all this stuff he do in class and I won't do nothing about it but just go into the class and tell them the right things and the wrong things. Where is the reminders? Right here. I don't whoop him. I don't beat him. I just pushed him over. He He acted dramatic cuz he didn't want me to Usually I won't whoop him. >> Okay, so why did you push him over this time? >> I didn't. I just basically grabbed >> Okay, why did why did you do that? Cuz I don't want him talking to her. Did you see her? No. All right, so who who is Janisha to you? You guys are just neighbors or what? Huh? You guys are just neighbors? No, I stay on the 13th floor. All On the third floor it's all Spanish. I got two Spanish people that stay on in the hall floor in the Hey, Janisha, you're good, okay? No, good. He going to say something. I pushed him cuz I I told him to go away from me. All right. He going to say I'm beating him. I don't want to touch him. He sit there and attack you Regardless Whether that happened or not, I don't know cuz I didn't see it. Whether it did or it didn't happen, the bottom line is this is not a good environment for the child. The way you're acting, the way everyone was acting, it is not a good environment for it and that's why DCFS is going to get contacted because Wow. the way everything's going DCFS case Hey, you got to look at the big picture, okay? Look, how were you acting when I got here? I was a little disturbed because she going to try to call the police on A little bit or a lot? I wasn't I wasn't abusive or nothing like that, okay? But you but your son is saying >> started the reason why cuz she The suspect was charged with four counts of domestic battery and is being held on a $35,000 bond requiring $3,500 to secure release. Oh, okay, they did give us the the charges. I thought we weren't going to get them. Four counts of domestic battery. She deserved all of it and more. Yes, Kim you, she clearly has self-esteem issues. She does and she is taking it out on her child. She definitely has self-esteem issues. There's a phrase for moms that treat their boys like uh they're in a relationship and not a mother-daughter relationship. I've seen it a few times, but I don't recall it right now cuz it's been a while since we uh have watched one like this where the moms do this. I can't remember the term, but there is one. This she fits the bill on on that one. Um Yep, daddy's girl, my joy, my peace, my dad whipped me one time only. I made him feel bad about those two weeks. Yeah, for you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. I know that life. Big bond, but she seemed very dangerous. She did. She's out of control. And at the beginning of the video she bragged about Yeah, I already got a DCFS case open. So, you know, and then now she getting arrested or whatever happened. She was like, "I don't want to have another DCFS case." You need 10 of them. You need whatever it takes to He need he she's not going to mature enough. She was throwing a tantrum standing against that wall jumping like she was six. This isn't For her, I don't know I don't think she'll change. I I just wish there were better alternatives for kids to be in a safer place, but a lot of times you're just a prisoner until you grow up. And that's it's sad. It's very sad. And that and that's the ones they're either going to bury themselves in books and just over over overachieve, overcompensate in school, or they're going to let the education part go and skip school and do something else that maybe makes them feel happier, but it's it's it's not good for the kids and they just keep going through it till they are able to get out the house. Emotional incest. Thank you, Ashley J. That is what it is. Emotional incest when these parents treat their kids like they're the grown opposite sex over for a relationship. Emotional incest, that's exactly what it is. Yes, it's so many. It'll unfortunately there will there will always be more and more cases. Lovable scorpion say, "My mom used to beat me and my dad used to give me lectures. I used to tell my dad just beat me because I'm tired of hearing you talk." Lovable you are a special case. I'm done with you. Yeah, mom was messing with a gar- Oh, you did Oh, my joy, my peace said mom was messing I thought you meant like just a man that was garbage, but literally that man that was dealing with the garbage. My joy, my peace said the mom was messing with him. Okay. We're at the end. So, now you don't have to stay if you don't want to, but I just want to show y'all a couple things. Okay. Instagram got me on this one. Instagram made me buy it or TikTok made me buy it. I probably saw it on both. If you are a reader or a gamer and you like to lay back and play or read so you can have a book just kind of laying in your lap, but you ain't got to strain your neck to look at it or if you want to play games, but you ain't got to strain them to look at it. Y'all I'm about to try them tonight, but so far they look good. Okay, they look weird on you, but you lay down and you put the they're called lazy glasses, I think. You put this on and it can go over your glasses, too. I know my eyes about to look weird, but >> [laughter] >> you're supposed to able to not strain your neck and I'm trying them out soon as we get off this live. Um oh, also there is a poll in my um in my post on the post tab for, you know, us for the channel. I need you to tell me what trial y'all want to watch next. So, please take that poll so I have a good gauge of which one to start. There's There's more than one I want to start, but it's the time the time is the problem. So, but yeah, at least vote on that. Yes, Mary, you look Don't look, Mary, you going to wish you had a pair Oh, man, I'm about to enjoy myself. I am so ready to go read my book. I'm ready, y'all. I'll let you know how it works tomorrow. The only downside I saw on the rating, these are 4.5 stars on Amazon. The only downside is if you don't like the weight of the glasses sitting on your face. Everything else would recommend is what they were saying, so we shall see. But y'all enjoy your evening and I will see you at least by this weekend. All right, bye.
