going to jail for okay just a booking process for now all right do I get my gun my gun back uh that's going to be placed into evidence um potentially after the resolution of the case it could come back to you uh a case but if I'm only getting book how I'm going to get a case well regardless of whether we book you take you to jail you you have to post bond whatever the case is um it'll be kept on evidence until the case is resolved because if you just getting booked that means we forward it all out to the DA's office you have court later on okay and then once that whole court case is resolved there's a chance that you could get the comeback I don't know what what the VA is going to want in terms of the evidence and stuff that's kind of up to them at that point um but we'll give you a receipt for it so that if if such a time comes around when you can collect it back from us that you can come and get it all right okay you say it was one to go down what's up I said you said where a man's simple traffic stop turns up millions of dollars worth of drugs C for reason I'm C for I did locate a large amount of marijuana in this vehicle several large duffel banks on February 10th 2022 police in sabola County initiated a routine traffic stop as part of a drug interdiction but what they uncovered was far beyond their expectations the police engaged the man and questioned him to collect details then in a surprising turn the man confessed to something that was unbelievable how are you good I'm Deputy with the SPO County Sheriff's Office you I'm stopping you you're all but I know it's over 100 lb over 100 lb yeah okay do you give me consent to search your vehicle yeah okay well I need have oral this is a written warning for further to maintain or for yeah further to maintain Lane okay you to watch the road okay yeah stand right here for me we'll get this done then we we'll deal with that situation okay okay the cops further questioned the man about the items and then proceeded to search his car what they found next left them completely St so by you admitting there's over 100 pound of marijuana in the vehicle I'm just going to read you something okay not under arrest at this time but you are going to be detained okay I'm just going to read you this okay you have the right to remain silent anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to attorney to have attorney present while you being questioned if you want attorney cannot afford and one will be po before any question you understand the rights that I read to you marijuana is not jurs correct you're just transporting it okay like I explained I'm a federal Task Force officer through H side okay the amount you have here doesn't meet the threshold for me to charge you right now okay I'm going to get all your information document everything I'm going forward it over to an agent okay I'm going to have you fill out this abandonment form but you staying at the marijuana is not yours you're abandoning the marijuana okay I'll fill this out I'll email you a copy so you can take it to your and show them like I got stopped by the police they seize my
