Put the knife down. Hey, get down. Put the knife down. Psycho Karens don't just throw tantrums. They go full beast mode, screaming, swinging, and losing every last brain cell in public. But what happens when cops snap back harder? We have a problem. These are the no mercy moments when officers had to straight up wreck some outofcrol Kairens. Starting with this woman who got into a heated argument with her boyfriend on May 27th, 2024 in Florida. Things escalated when she allegedly tried to run him over with her vehicle, prompting a bystander to call the police. Nothing. I'm just going home. But he didn't want to go home. That was Why are we getting people calling on us? I really don't know why that lady called you. Okay. To be honest, were you guys fighting at all? Yelling? Because I'm standing on the ground and we're just arguing. The lady started calling. I told her, "Ma'am, I'm sorry if this was her home or something, but nothing happened." Do you guys live down here? No, we live in Orlando. We're here just for the the beach and everything. Okay, that was it. Why are you parking in a residential area, not in a general parking area? We were over there and we started driving here so we could talk and then we started driving back. That's when he saw us. Okay. So, how do we get out of the car? I don't know. Well, you guys weren't arguing in the car. No, no, no. We got out because I don't have the AC on. So, we got out. We're over here talking and that was it. The lady saw us and I said, "Ma'am, are you pulling the cops?" She said, she didn't answer anything. She just kept walking that way. I said, "Okay." And then I saw you guys. Do you have your ID in the car? I do. Is this your boyfriend? Friend? No, this is my boyfriend. Okay. Of course. We have enough units here. You can break anyone else down that's coming. Yeah. Hi, how are you? You can do them. That's my witness. See if they have any further. Come over here on this side. Yep. Keep coming. You can leave your stuff. All right. What happened? What's going on? Nothing. The lady saw us arguing on the street and she started calling the cops. asks her, "Why are you calling the cops?" Okay. Of course, she's a white lady. So, anybody talking like we are Spanish people, it's offensive to her. So, I said, "Ma'am, we're just talking." I wanted to get in the car and go home. That's what he was doing. She still called you guys, so that's why we're here. Okay. What were you guys arguing about? Just something about his my phone. Hm. My phone. Something about your phone. What? What about it? He wanted to get in my phone. Where did this argument start at? Right here. We have not left from here. We were right here at the beach. We walked this way, came in my car cuz we drove over here and then I'm going trying to go home and that was it. Okay. So, the the lady was saying there's a little bit more to this. I get it because the lady is white. This is what a residential tourist area. Okay. They're not used to Spanish people speaking the way we are. Okay. And wanted to call the cops. I said, "Ma'am, you don't have to call the cops." I literally told her that. She did not want to talk to me and she stood quiet and I said, "Okay." And walked away. I said, "Okay." Absolutely not. Okay. Were you guys physical at any point? No. No. What's you guys relationship? This is my boyfriend. and I've known him since 2009. You guys have an intimate relationship? Yes. My You guys live together? Yes. You guys have any kids together? No, no kids. So, you're saying it wasn't physical at all? It was not. Okay. And if somebody else was saying anything more? If they see that, that's what they want to see. But do you have any marks for me? I'm literally in a two-piece right now. Another officer began checking on the boyfriend for any injuries and to find out exactly what had happened. anything like that. You mind if I just check your arms? Let me check your legs. Okay. So, what's going on here? Right here. Right here in your arm. Your arm. Your arm. Right here. What's that? Honestly, I don't even know. I was at the beach. So, yeah. I got a few stings from the water. Okay. Okay. What was arguing about? Just pett. What's the petty? Just I'm here for you guys right now. So, right. But it's nothing serious, you know? It's really not serious at all. We was arguing, misunderstanding, and and we were just trying to go home, but people outside seen us arguing and they wanted to call the cops. Here's the thing. She's obviously talking to the other officer over there, so I don't know what she's telling him. So, listen, I have nothing to hide, bro. If she's saying something else, that's 100%. You can go find out with her, but I have nothing to hide. I just told you straight. Do you see any marks on me? Because the call was for domestic violence, right? Excuse me, sir. Stop yelling, please. Uh, no. Okay, stop yelling. You do not have to talk to me like that. Yes, I can. No, you sit right here. You start causing that scene. No, no, no. Because why? You guys are here for a scene, right? Listen, that's what you guys are here for. Yeah. Remember, you are public worker by the car. Yeah. Since the woman began acting belligerently and trying to appear tough, the officer decided to speak with the witnesses to understand the situation better. Slammed the door and I kind of peakedked around. I mean, my husband is a sergeant back home. Okay. So, um, so I peakedked around and he was outside of the car and he was telling her to leave and she wouldn't leave cuz he broke her phone apparently. Okay. But I kind of was just stuck behind a bush cuz my kids are inside. I didn't really want to escalate it. And then I heard something slam and break and that's when I called cuz it just felt like it was escalating. Did you ever see at any point her hit him with a vehicle? No. Cuz that was mentioned in our call notes. So, I wasn't sure if maybe you were the individual. When I peaked around again, he was sitting on the sidewalk. So, no, I didn't. No, I did not see you didn't see anything physical, per se. No, you just saw No, it was all yelling and screaming her saying, "How am I supposed to leave? You broke my phone." Something like that. And then I heard something slam. Did he say anything to you? No, I was on my patent back patio right here. Somebody else. No, dispatcher said that there's been multiple calls. Ma'am, did you witness what happened? No. No. I think my mother-in-law did. She said she's going to come down. Is there any way you can call her? There's one that he said that he specifically told to mind your business to. So if that wasn't you? No. Yeah, everything's fine. Like I'm not there medically. Unfortunately, it we're trying to figure out a different um criminal aspect of what happened. Is this her? Yeah, that's her. All right. And I called 911. Oh, perfect. So what exactly did you see? I saw him walking down the street and walking in this way. Okay. And she's he's yelling to her, "You're teen, homie. You're teen, homie. You're a teen, homie." And uh it's like I really didn't I mean it was like they were yelling and making a disturbance and I know that's not okay. But then I saw her drive up onto the curb and hit him and he saw the same thing. Was he standing on the sidewalk? Yes. Yes. Which sidewalk was he standing on? Over there. So he was standing there and she drove When you say she hit him with the car. Did she like knock him over? Yes. Really? She rolled him on the ground. Did you by chance get it on video? No. Okay. I just Would you guys would you guys be willing to uh be witnesses to this? I'll have to get your information and uh notate what happened. Want to pass it. Okay. I was like, I knew. Yeah. 548 to 407. According to two witnesses, we're going to have Abbat with a deadly weapon. Uh, female suspect confirmed she hit him with the vehicle. No video of him. He walked away from the argument. The argument over here. He walked down here. I turned my head just for a second. I looked back. He's up in the air and he's going down. And he's and she's trying to hit him with a car. How would you guess how fast was she going? Oh, thanks. She just she barely jumped the curb. I'd say 2 m an hour. So, was he walking this direction on the sidewalk? Right over by that green thing. Did was he facing the vehicle when she hit him or he was facing away? No, no, he's facing away. Okay. And did he like get put into the air and fall or? That's what I saw. The woman became very agitated with the officer and instead of cooperating, her tough attitude only complicated things further. You understand your rights, sister? You can go ahead and read them again. But no, what specific do you have questions? Go ahead and read it them all over again. You want me to read them for you or do you have a questions about No, I would like for you to read them all over again. You have a right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Do you have questions so far? Do you have questions so far? Yes. You have to read them from your card. You obviously do not know them, sir. I have to read them to you. By the way, you do not know them. Yes, I do. That means you do not know them. I have to read them to you. What questions? I do not know them. I do not have any questions for you. You wanted me to reread them to you. Go ahead and read. So, I'm making sure that you understand because I wanted you to learn. Well, I want to read all of them. If you have questions about something specific because if you're going to try to be an to somebody that has done nothing, then you would think me reading out of a script Yeah. would not make me that I understand. That's fine. I said reread them. So, you went through the first two them. I went through the first two. Go ahead and reread them and I wanted to make sure you don't have any questions before I read the others. Go ahead. Do you have any other questions with the first two? No. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one would be appointed to represent you before any question if you wish. You can exercise. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Got it. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained? Yes, sir. Having them in mind, do you wish to speak with me? Yes. Okay. So, like I mentioned, like my sergeant mentioned, somebody had called in said that it looked like you may have tried to run him over. Okay. What do you have to add to that? I have nothing. Do you see him walking? Do you see any cuts on him? Do you see anything? Could anybody else do you see anything? No. But do you see anybody else? Is the witness white? Yes. Why? Because the witnesses matter whether they're white, Spanish. We are in a white neighborhood. She is upset because me and my boyfriend are arguing. Okay. Talking, discussing loud. That is not of the white culture. She called 911 and brought you guys here, right? That's not what I'm asking. So, is he telling you that I ran him over? I am not telling you that I ran him over. Would anybody else confuse something with you trying to run him over? Yes or no? Do you ask anyone else? I do not. I won't speak to them. I'm asking people right now cuz I'm speaking with So you weren't behind the vehicle and you weren't trying to. Okay. So when I peaked around, he was sitting like right here. He was sitting on the floor. When I first saw him, she he was outside of the car yelling in the car. And then when I peeked around again, he was on the ground sitting on the floor. And in between that time, you heard the thud. Mhm. Yeah. And that's what made me peek around again cuz I thought he ran into Despite the woman's attempts to act smart, the officer found fresh injuries on the boyfriend and made a decision based on the evidence. You have any clothes in the car? Um, just put on real quick. Yeah. Yeah, I do. Like shorts or something? We're about to just to let you know, we have witnesses. All right. So, he obviously has things to read on him, but he's being very uncooperative, just like I was as well. This is what the witness was saying. Apparently, you two got into an argument. I don't know what the argument was about, but it was apparent to the point that this person had to call 911 to get us involved. You guys got into a heated argument to the point that they got physical. But that being said, the physical car was involving a car. These witnesses saying that you hit your man with a car I don't know how many times. I got to ask my partner cuz he's the one that spoke to the witnesses. Just to let you know as well, man has injuries on him. They're fresh. It's on his arm. There's another one on his leg. He's claiming that it's not from from Yatu. It's from something else. But to be real with you, I can tell he's lying to me. All right? So, there are very apparent injuries. He didn't allow me to take pictures of it. I'm going to let you know right now. You obviously heard him. He did not want to cooperate with me. He didn't want to talk to me. Nothing. He kept he kept denying everything. He just said it was just an argument between y'all two. It was petty and then y'all were going to leave. That's what he kept repeating to me. Did you even want to get checked out by paramedics or nothing like that? Did they ask you if you want to be checked out by paramedics earlier? Um I'm okay. I don't know. Oh, you don't know? I don't remember if I'm asking you anything if I was you. Um I got you. So then remember you were Yeah, the officer Durant, you were talking to him. He was telling me that you didn't want to talk to him. You didn't you weren't telling him much. She wouldn't have been such an I would have just literally told her the same thing I'm telling you. It was nothing. But it's okay. Um, witnesses are a better witness than I guess people are. You have a voice, too. You know what I'm saying? So does your man have a voice, too. Like I get it, but at this point it doesn't even matter because you guys are believing the witnesses over us. So it's okay. I'm just I'm letting you know the only reason why you're incuff is because your man has actual injuries and that's what I have to go off of. And then on top of his injuries, I have witnesses. Let's say there were no witnesses. You would not be incred cuz I will have he he say she say type of deal. He does have injuries but I can't exactly was but for this case I got multiple things. So I I have to act upon it and the biggest reason why too is because it's domestic related. you guys have been together for x amount of years, you guys are living together and leaving back home together. There's a state law saying that we have to act upon it, you know, and the reason why they have that so that they can avoid any future issues. I understand. All right. So, that's the reason why you're ankles right now because he has injuries and we have witnesses. All right. And then I see that your phone is all busted up. I see that your car keys are basically exploded. That doesn't happen just because something obviously happened between the two. All right. So, if you have any other questions, you want to talk to me, I'm going to be here. Um, matter of fact, you want to switch on to enter my car or you're good here. It's basically the same thing. I can go with you. I know he doesn't like me. Okay. I don't want to go. Let me uh double try to Oh, your shades. Oh, yeah. Sorry. Shades. Yeah. It's basically the same thing. same room. The woman was charged with domestic battery with a deadly weapon. Coming up next, while this woman claimed her boyfriend's son attacked her, reality tells a different story. It was a chaotic night on June 26th, 2024, when this woman lost her temper and escalated everything. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I give him What's up, man? Is she on? Listen. Okay. My daddy friend, right? All right. Just No. So I tell her, just come over here. And I tell her to leave. She want to leave. So I want to pull her out. She pull a knife and stick me, man. Okay. You know what I'm saying? Who is this lady in in this is my daddy. This is my daddy's friend, right? All right. You know what I'm saying? I'm going to have you stand at the back of this car right there. Yeah. I called you to do it the right way. You know what I'm saying? I know. Just hang out right here. All right. What's your name, sir? I got a nice in the back for him and her. We let her stay there all day. What uh what's going on with her? Listen, she got a boyfriend. She got an injury on her right hand. She got a boyfriend. She going to do it, right? My dad let her stay here all day, right? Know what I'm saying? I said, "Okay, time to go." Because you know my dad got a bunch of traffic in there, right? So I said, "Come on, let's go. Gelato. Spell your name, man. I didn't even know she had it. [Music] You last name. I wonder, you know, pull it by the hand. She snatched back. It's stuck. When's your birthday? And then uh one more time just run through everything that happened for me. All right. I guess she was going through some of the boyfriend, right? My daddy know it for a while, right? So, we let her stay here all day. You know what I'm saying? Let her stay there all day. And I said, "Listen, it's time for you to go. Come about keep a buck house." You know what I'm saying? And she said, "She ain't going nowhere. Girls inside." She said, "Can't go down." So, I said, "Come on, let's go." And she whipped out and hit me. Where's the knife? The knife. The knife in there. The knife on the ground. The knife's at the front door here. That's my daddy's friend. My daddy. Yeah, my daddy 73 years old. He got cancelled, man. You know what I'm saying? So I did it the right way. You know what I'm saying? I didn't know she had the knife. I trying to tell get on out, man. And she turned around and stuff. She definitely got the knife and came back. You know what I'm saying? Seeing the man's injuries, the situation was clearly serious. But things took an interesting turn when the officer questioned the woman. Does he attack? All right. Well, what happened? That's what we're asking. Like what? How did that happen? He attacked me. How did he attack you? when I was sitting on the porch and he attacked me and I had a weapon on me and and I protected myself because he's a big man and I'm a woman. Okay. And well, when you say he attacked you, explain how he attacked you. I was on the porch and he came and he pulled me and he punched me and he punched me and that's when I pulled the knife out and he grabbed me and he cut me. He grabbed the knife and he cut me with my own hand. Then somehow I didn't cut him. I didn't had no chance to even cut him because he power handled me. Okay. So, he cut him he cut himself and cut you with your knife. You mind if I see your hands? You said he cut your hands, right? I didn't. He grabbed me like when he when he grabbed me. Is that the victim? He's he's all right up there. He's there. He's just a resident. She's got saying is he okay though? Yeah. Okay. Okay. Oh, he is. All right. So, y'all got all parties then? Okay. Gotcha. Okay. Cool. Awesome. All right. I'm out. All right. What night she What tonight look like? They got it. It's a little short knife. You I just want you to tell me what you what knife you saw. It's a little short silver knife. Don't you got it? Okay. It's a little short knife. It's a little short knife. They ain't got it. A little small. Yeah, like a little CS50. I'm sorry. How you doing? I was asking the units if the female isn't on scene and detained. She doesn't seem detained yet. We don't need to be looking for them. Check it. Thank you. Water. Oh, just right here. What happened? I told her going through some of the boyfriend she already got clear. I told her she had to go ahead and leave. You know what I'm saying? Stuff in the porch. I ain't going nowhere. I ain't going nowhere. I said come on man. I'm like come on. She snatch hit. I ain't It's so little. You know the point. I ain't I ain't see it. You ain't care. Yeah. Shooking cuz she dropped one. Tell me. I stepped on. I said, "Okay, what do I I got somebody to get you out of here. That's all. I'm saying since it was a domestic situation, the officer had to identify the aggressor. And as the investigation progressed, more problems came to light. But somebody gave it to me. So he grabbed you because you wanted you to leave, right? He wanted you to leave. So he grabbed you. I had some He wanted me to leave, but I told him, "Let me get my stuff and let me call somebody so I could leave." Instead, I walk over here. the my stuff was here all day. And once once he wanted once he tried to get you to leave, that's when you took your knife out and stabbed him. No, I did not stab him. When he wanted me to leave and he came and he attacked me, that's when I already had it out. Hey, how you doing, hun? Did you see what happened? Huh? Yeah. She didn't want to leave and she pulled the knife. He didn't want She didn't want to leave and he wanted her to leave and she pulled the knife. So, did she just cut them from there? I'm talking half. Are you okay? Oh, okay. But you're okay? Yeah. You didn't get hurt? All that together. Was that the knife? Yeah, that's the knife. All right. But you did he attack her in any way? I got to put out the door. So he tried to push her out the door and then she pulled the knife. All right. That's what I need. He wanted you to leave, right? When he came up to you asking you to leave, you took your knife out. No, sir. That's what you just said. No, I did not. So say it again then. I said when he said he wanted me to leave and he attacked me. I That's when I put out I pulled the knife out. And how did he attack you? Did he He came and he grabbed me. Where did he grab you at? He grabbed me by my by my clothes and stuff by by my head and he punched me in my head. You see my helmet messed up? And then you use your knife in self-defense. Is what you're saying? Yes, I did. The detective found out the woman wanted to stay, but the son wanted her gone. Once the aggressor was identified, the officer acted quickly. Put your hands behind your back. I do that, man. It's not right. It's not right, man. Can I get all my stuff, please? Can I get all my stuff? Can I at least get all my stuff? Can I get all my stuff? We got her ID and a ran runner and all that stuff. Everybody's Everybody's in the car. You don't have no warrants or no probation or nothing like that. McNeely ran it and logged it into the call. He didn't come back with anything like that. It's down there. Yeah, everybody's in the car. Everybody's in the car. Okay. Look right here for me, man. Spray both of your feet for me, man. Spray both of your feet for me. You got anything on you at all? Nothing, ma'am. Okay. I'm going to I'm going to shake out your bra. Okay. I'm in that local. [Music] Yeah. You can just walk around. Can I get my phone? I would touch my brother. The brother. Which one is that? Mr. Rose. Mr. Love it. I don't. So, I talked to Ernest and he said his brother was putting her stuff outside. Okay. Would that be the the other elderly gentleman that was walking up and down the street? Let me ask if that's who it is. Mr. Ernest. Yeah. Who is your brother? Mr. Love it. Who's your brother? No. Who was uh who who was putting her stuff out? That's my son. That's how your son was putting her. The woman was charged with battery with a deadly weapon. Next breakup drama is quite something. And on November 27th, 2024 in Ohio, this woman took it to the next level by trying to run over her ex's fence in a fit of rage. Ramy on the phone right now. She on the phone right now. She She rammed me. I pulled up my cameras. She rammed me when she was riding here. She ran her car. I got cameras. Okay. I got everything on camera cuz she kicked out she kicked out. Why is she on the phone? What? She called my brother's on the phone, too. She kicked out this cuz I wouldn't let her in. I don't care. Police are here. All right. Well, come come back to the house and give us your story. Hold on. Chill. Like, let's talk about it, bro. really. All right. Are you willing to come here and tell us your side of the story? Listen, I'm right here. I'm pulling up cuz you know what? Guess what? Just stay right there. Okay. Just stay. We don't need Her belligerent phone conversation and the damage were pretty concerning. Shortly after, the situation quickly got tense when the cop met the woman. He told me to come over here to his house. I have messages and everything of our conversation. Listen, this man has done a lot to me that I didn't call the police on. He's done so much to me. We're going to talk about this. That's fine. Yeah. This That's fine. So, he tells me to come over, right? He look at him in the window. He doing this purpose. He wants me to be up in life. That's what he Look, he wants me to be like this. You're supposed to right now, but I'm hurt and I'm crying because this Okay. Can Can you go chat with him? We're She just pulled up. We're going to talk to her. Yeah. Okay. So, I'm supposed to be taking a shower, right? He said, "You come in." I'm listening to my music. I'm in a good mood. I'm so in a good mood because you know what? I was blessed to have a car. I got a car. I'm blessed. I'm thankful. I'm grateful. I'm in a good mood. So, he comes to the car. Turn that down. Turn that off. D. So, I'm like, "Dang, you could have just said it to me. I would turn my music down. I'm vibing. I'm in a good mood. What's wrong? It's not too loud." You feel me? I'm just in my car zone. But he really what it is is I didn't come in on time when he wanted me to. And I'm sitting out here and I'm in my zone and I'm vibing in my car. So he felt the type of way because I didn't jump out as soon as he jumped out. I'm sitting in my car. So he's like, "Um, yeah, turn that out." D. So I'm like, "Okay, I got to use the bathroom. Can I use the bathroom?" He's locking me out. No, you can't use the bathroom. What do you want to use the bathroom for? I'm like, I have to be. You told me to come over here. What was your point of telling me to come over here just to be I'm right now. I'm not going to lie to you right now. I'm really going through some things right now. And that's probably another reason why he told me I could come over here. But he reached out to me. I have messages. Like I said, I have proof and him texting me. I'm not saying anything to this man. I've been done with this man. He texted me at 3:00 in the morning. Calling me at 3:00 in the morning. Okay. So, I'm told here. No. No. So, what happened today? He's saying you hit him with a car. What happened today? Okay. I hit the fence. I didn't hit him. How did you hit the fence? You know what? I I'm so I'm so I'm so much of a me type of person. I take accountability for everything. This person really drove me to that limit and he know what he doing. I don't care what nobody said. This man is 47 years old. I done with many, many, many, many. He's here at this house. What happened tonight? I don't care about anything that's happened before tonight. Zero. None. I care about none of that. Zero of it. What happened tonight? You're saying you hit the fence? Yes. So, explain to me what happened. I hit the fence because he's calling them the police when I haven't done anything. He told me to come over here. So, what how does that mean you even before he caught the white on me? He told me to come over here and that's why I came and they was like, "What are we here for?" He called me over here. He's doing it. He's talking about my name so I have a bad look on my name. He's doing this intentionally. I'm not paying. I don't care if I go to jail or none of that. None of that. But this man know what he doing. He's 40 something years old, bro. You cannot tell. Like, I'm not lying. I'm not lying. Like I said, I did hit the [ __ ] because he just took me to that point like the officer just wanted to know what happened that night. And when she accidentally admitted to what she did, she shocked even herself. And things didn't go well for her. All right, put your hands behind your back. We'll take care of it. Uh-huh. pull your sleeves up. Okay. I told her because I wanted her to take a shower. Mhm. She needed she's homeless. It's my ex-girlfriend. Mhm. Why would he call me over here to tell me take a shower? We'll talk a little more. Okay. Just And then they handc me you police when I could have called the police. You many times go inside. Go inside. Go inside. What you do out of town? Yeah. I'm really going to say something. Now we really talking. Watch her talk. Watch her talk though. Watch. I really speak though. Like, you just want me to go to jail. It's Thanksgiving. Take a seat. After being placed in the back of the cop cruiser, the woman realized she was the only one facing charges. Unable to accept the reality, she ended up making a scene. He got mad and put me out and then call the police like I did to him. That was before I even did all that. And I had to pull over because at the end of the day, I don't got nothing to hide from nobody. I'm not lying or nothing. Like, I don't have no reason to be running or anything. I don't have no reason to. I got every message proof I need to show that I have to to be like I don't have no reason to lie. It ain't no sense of running or hiding nowhere. This is sad as this man been calling me since 3:00 in the morning today. Calling my phone, blowing me up. I've been trying to ignore him so much. Face made my nose bleed and everything. Choked me till I passed out. everything. I got to and then you do this to me like this just to make my name look bad after I get a car and everything. I'm doing good and then you just want to look make me look like this so bad. I'm going through a lot of right now. My daughter is not even with me right now because I'm home. And then like I told him I needed a shower which he like I said I've been sleeping in my car. I didn't even let nobody even know that. He ended up texting me randomly last night at 3:00 in the morning, calling my phone. I'm not mispinging that. I believe that probably happened. But I'm just saying it's like why are you doing this to me? Why Why are you doing this to me? Like I'm not even trying to be extra right now. I'm so serious because like it's so much that I could have did to him. It's so much police on me for this. Like I'm a threat. Like you haven't been putting your hands on me. Like I've been having black eyes in my my whole face. I've been fractured because of you and then you call like you're an innocent. I don't know. I just want to go. We're going to file some paperwork and then we're going to take you down to jail. Okay. Why am I going to jail? Uh your arrest is for felonious assault and domestic violence. What? [Music] He not going to jail at all. He don't get to go to jail at all. Huh? He just get to sit in his to get his feet up and laugh. That's what he got to do. I'm ready to go. I'm ready to go. it like nobody knows what the went through with this person. Like nobody knows. That's why I'm going so extra with it because he just know nobody knows. Bro, nobody knows this. If he wasn't wrong, he would press charges. Right. Yes. Necessarily. You're a man. Come on now. If he was so right, I would press charges on her. Yeah, I'm at 345. But he's wrong. He's a liar. The woman was charged with domestic battery and damage to property. Meet this entitled woman who always wanted everything her way. But on March 25th, 2024, when the situation went south, she assaulted her roommate, prompting the police to be called. What's going on with that female? She's been um hitting me up all night long. All night long. Spitting on me. Um yeah. What? Can you describe her? She's sitting over there in that parking lot with a blue laundry bag and a black trash bag. She wasn't wearing black. I've got bruises all over my body from her. She threatened to slip my throat with car. Who is she to you? She's my roommate. She's your roommate? Yeah. She's um kicking me out and won't let me have my belongings. She damaged my car just now in the parking lot. She pulled all my stickers off. What did What do you want to do right now? I um would like to file charges for battery. She's been beating the crap out of me. She pulled half my When did this happen? All night long. She held me hostage. Wouldn't let me leave. Okay. And did you call last night? No, she wouldn't let me. She stole my phone. She stole my keys. So, did you call today? I just called when I got here right now. Yeah. So, hey, I just need to talk to her real quick. Oh, okay. Yeah. I'm just I just need to talk to you real quick. I'm I'm not in an Uber home, sir. I have done nothing. She's upset with me about I don't even know. I just want to leave the situation and go back to my home. I have done nothing. Well, that that's what we need to try to figure out now. Okay. Yeah. I Can you just step out of the car for me for a second while I talk to you? What time did you wake up at? I haven't gone to sleep since yesterday cuz she's been beating me up. So, why did you call How did you get to a laundromat? I drove my car. So, how did you get out? I I just laughed while she was in the shower. Actually, she came with me. I thought we could try to work things out. We got here and she started being violent. I have witnesses. Okay. I'm trying to walk away from her. She's following me. She's all in my face and spitting on me and threatening me. I I told her she's your roommate. Yeah. I told her I'm not giving her a ride home. I am literally just trying to go home. Right. Right now, we're trying to figure some stuff out, right? So, yes, you're an operator. Are you going to give me a ride? cuz I just hate this guy and he's just trying to work like his job. I understand it. That's what I'm saying. If you if he wants to wait if he wants to wait, he can. I'm not sure. No, he shouldn't have to. Hold on. No, I'm too sorry. Very sorry, sir. I'm I'm just trying to go home. One one second, sir. I've done nothing. I don't believe you have a right to speak to me. I really don't. I I'm not doing anything. Do you got anything? Despite the woman's suspicious behavior, the officer sensed something was off and wanted to get the full details of what happened that night. How did that I didn't get hit here. I've been hit all night long. My whole head is bruised and sore. Do you want medical bruises everywhere? And I'll take some pictures of all that. My whole hand. She threatened to slip my throat with a car key. She did all this up here and nothing happened. Like a big huge bump and she pulled like brushfuls of hair out of my head. Can you show me? Are you able to I don't know if you can see it. It's so sore. So, right now we're investigating a battery. Okay. There's nothing to investigate. They have cameras there. I didn't touch the woman. I didn't do nothing. I'm not I'm not playing your guys' games anymore. You guys think that it's okay to do this to people and it's not. All I'm doing is sitting here with my wet clothes because she won't give me a ride home because she's mad at me. Okay, just hang tight for a second. Okay, we're going to be here for a little bit so I can go. Yeah, if you want to. Yeah, you guys. Okay, give me a ride. I just paid money for that. We can't get reimbured. Sure he's not going to just take your money. I don't want to speak to you, sir. I haven't done anything. Right now, you're not free to leave. You're being detained. I am not being detained. What have I done? This crazy woman. I guess there is there is an altercation. I I'm going to talk to you about it, but right now you're not free to leave. Okay. I'm telling you. All right. I stand for you guys. Okay, that's fine. No, I don't have to. I'm doing my job. Okay. No, sir. I have done nothing. I don't want to cause bigger issues. I want to go home. I've done nothing. Be cooperative or I put you in handcuffs? I am being cooperative. What are you going to put me in handcuffs for? Because I wet laundry. I want to get to my home because you're trying to leave and I'm You're not free to leave because you are disrupting me. You're not free to leave. I'm telling you. You guys make stuff up. I know. Just keep your hands out of your pockets for me for the time being, okay? Please. Thank you. The officer was there to resolve the matter, but once the woman realized she was in trouble, she started causing a scene that tested the cop's patience. But right now, I'm investigating. You're not investigating anything. I am. No, you're not. So, I'm going to give you two options. All right. You either give me you call. Are you going to give me a ride home? I'm serious. I don't know. I don't have a ride. Okay. And you have just ruined that. Okay. Right now, you have to cooperate for me. If you want a ride home, I might be able to give you a ride home. Right now, there's a lot of call for service going on. So, I Why are you here for a psychopath like her? What is your date of birth? What started the physical altercation last night? Um, I had a bottle of wine and she drank a fifth vodka in half an hour. Okay. She always does this. She You got You can look her up. She's been in jail twice this year for this. Okay. I got to go. She's not a girlfriend anything like that. Just a roomate. A roomate. Okay. Doesn't And I know it's very intrusive. You guys didn't have like continuous maybe relations anymore. No, I just have to ask you. I I don't have any. I I get you. I just got to ask them. Especially nowadays, what time did this What time did you guys start drinking at? About uh 4:00 in the afternoon. Yesterday. Yeah. Okay. That's what time you guys started drinking at? Yeah. I drank a bottle of wine. I was tipsy. I took cuz I beat you up. I sobered up real quick. So about four you guys were just drinking. Mhm. And then what led to the physical altercation? I wanted to watch something on TV. Okay. That she didn't want to watch and then she just started hitting you. Yes. Okay. telling me I'm a piece of just saying awful things to me, beating me up all night long. Wouldn't let me leave. Stole my keys, stole my phone, couldn't call you guys. I couldn't get to the door. She's much bigger than me, younger than me, and stronger than me. I couldn't. She showed me a hospital. I just wanted to leave. Okay. Your address? Right here. What is your address? Yep. That's where we are, isn't it? Ma'am, if you get issued a criminal, Come on, dude. You know you have nothing on me. Let me go. I'm not going to let you go. We'll need the address in case you get a summon in the mail or 541. That's my address. Ma'am, please don't make this difficult for yourself. That is my address. That's if I get a summon. That's my address. You're legally You do have to write that down, don't you? No, I don't cuz I know this is not your address. Leave me alone, dude. What is your phone number? What is I would never give you my phone number. No. Okay. Never. I don't just give out random information. 600. You're not here to investigate. You're not here to do anything. Why else would I be here? To cause trouble. No, not 612. I just want to go home, sir. I understand that. I was sitting here peacefully. You saw that. I'm not. On the other hand, the victim shared chilling moments with the officer about the abuse she'd been through and it was truly shocking. My throat told me she was going to slit my throat. I'm terrified of her and I want to get my stuff, but I want a police escort to do it. Okay. Is that all you want? And you want you do want charges, correct? Yes. Okay. And I'm not dropping them this time until I'm with her. Do you want to talk about what happened last night? Absolutely nothing happened and anything she says is untrue and I just want to go. I'm asking you. There's nothing that happened. I want to talk about it. Can I ask? She's upset with me for something stupid. She does this all the time. I have done nothing wrong. She won't let me drive. Answer the questions that I have. No, I I just want to go home. You don't want to answer. There's no questions to ask, sir. That's what I'm asking. I've done nothing. I am sitting in a parking lot with wet laundry. What could I have possibly done? That's what I'm confused about. I told you. So, so a random person can make a false statement about another individual. It's not just a random person. It's your roommate, right? She's not anymore. She's moving out. Okay. Well, she's your roommate now. And again, I didn't touch her. There is nothing to be said. I am innocent. All I'm trying to do is get my home. I know. I understand it. I'm upset because I think it's ridiculous to waste your time on something that didn't even happen. But think about it. If it was in your shoes, you would want us to do something about it, right? Not if I made everything up. You would still want us to do something about it. I I guess if I was crazy enough to call the police over absolutely nothing. Yeah, I would want you to maybe talk to me. Okay. But the fact of the matter is I'm telling you, that's that's what I'm doing. I'm doing I am in public. I have done nothing wrong. I was waiting for my Uber. You made him leave. Thank you very much. Now I don't have a ride home. I'm just trying to get home. Yeah, cuz I have money just rolling. I don't have a lot of money. I'm just trying to get my ride home. She brought me here and it's not cool that you just think that it's okay for her. She's just the innocent victim even though nothing happened. That's what we're trying to investigate. So there's nothing to investigate. Can I please call another Uber? I would like to go home, sir. As of right now, no. because you want to hear some madeup story from a random woman over there. If there's enough probable cause, there could be a warrant, criminal summon up for your arrest. So that's why I'm here. I think you are just here to create problems. You guys have a lot better things to do. Exactly. So please let me get an Uber and go home, sir. If you want to come arrest me later, go for it. I've done nothing. I have three cats at home. I want to get home. Okay. I You've got nothing on me. You don't have anything. I told you. You told me. You told me nothing. You talk in circles. You think that'll confuse me. It's not going to. I just want to go home. And I am agitated. I'm annoyed because this isn't fair for you to stop me and embarrass me in public like this. So she started sitting next to you all night and throughout the night she was hitting you. Mhm. I don't know. Hitting me, spitting on me. Till when? At least until 4:00 in the morning, but all all morning. Well, she's come at me a few times. She came at me in here and threatened me. Right. That guy, I don't know where he went, but he witnessed it. I was trying to walk away from her. She wouldn't let me. I was trying to call you guys throughout the night till when? What time? this morning till now. Till now? Yeah. So, I called. Well, what time? What time did you like let her in the vehicle drive her over here? Probably. Like, what time? It's 10:40. Okay. What time would you say? 9:30. So, till 9:30. She tried to apologize. She got in my car against my wishes, but I thought maybe she could calm down. And we got here and she started right back in on me in front of everybody. She took my phone out of my purse. That guy witnessed it. She I went and got a burger and some fries. She trashed them, threw them away. She peeled stickers off my car. She was yelling into my phone while I was trying to talk tonight. As time passed, the suspect saw that her roommate had told the cops the truth, and her tricks weren't working much. She grew more agitated by the minute. Funny cops wasting tax dollars like this. This is what you're doing right now. You're wasting it. You can't detain a random person for absolutely no reason. You're not a random person. I am. You're a suspect to a battery. I'm not a suspect to anything. You can't prove anything. That happened. If If I'm a suspect to a battery that When did this occur? I'm confused. I really am. I told you last night. Did you get a call last night? No, we didn't. Sometimes people are scared. Bravo. Bravo. Okay. I think I am free to go legally. I don't think you can actually detain me for a random battery that didn't even occur. How can you detain a random person? You're not a random person. I am a random person. Actually, you're a suspect to a battery. No, because that would be like saying let's say you you you let's say you tripped and you fall in the rocks. Okay, let's say just a random scenario. You could say that I pushed you, but you've got a body cue. So, obviously that's going to show that I didn't do anything. You're saying about last night? Yeah. That's what I'm saying. You have no witnesses. You have no proof. There were no calls made to you. So, I'm still a little confused why you think you can hold me. You're You are right to an extent. To a big extent, sir. I'm not trying to belittle you. What I'm trying to do is show you the facts. You don't have any evidence on you. Nothing. There were no calls made last night because nothing occurred. This woman, you are a suspect to a battery. Therefore, I have the right to detain you. You're hilarious. You don't even You don't even know how to do your own job. Look, ma'am, you cannot detain random people for no reason. Miss, you seem like a nice lady. Okay, I am a nice person. I think you're just having a bad day. Do not call me a nice lady, by the way. Okay, that is very disrespectful on your part. Oh, don't ever call me that again. I am a nice person. You seem like to go home. You seem like a nice person. All right. And you're having a bad day. I'm having a bad day because a psychopath called you guys and is wasting your time. And you're taking that out on me. All right. Because I just want to go home and you're not going to arrest me cuz you've got nothing to go on. You're right. You're not going to get arrested today. I want to go home soon. Any other charges pertaining? Maybe today? Who knows? You don't have any warrants or anything like that? Of course I don't. What did you guys see? Anything? No. No. Nothing physical? No, nothing physical. It was just arguing. They were just talking back and forth. Yeah. And I I just told him like, "Hey, you guys, you guys should just try to take a breather." Um, and so the one that you're talking to, she was trying to walk through the other just kept getting in her face. And so I just kept keeping an eye to make sure it wasn't it physical, but it was just that was it. Nothing more like this physical and I was trying to So I told him to take a breather so that way you don't have to call you guys, you know, but like they Do you have an ID, brother? Yeah. Just so I can get your info. Yeah, that's fine. I'm going to I'll be right back in here. Okay. You still have zero proof, zero evidence, zero anything. I'm just trying to go home. I know. That's all I'm trying to get out. Okay. He's not going to want to answer any questions. So, you don't want to speak to us? She doesn't want to speak to you. I'm saying, do you want to speak to us? I've got nothing. I'm just trying to go home. It's a simple He read you your Miranda warning, correct? Yes. Okay. Do you want to answer any of my questions? I've got nothing to say or the situation started to escalate and the cop didn't want it to get out of control. When he decided to detain her, she showed her true colors. going to put you in the back of my unit. I didn't do anything. No, there is absolut No, this is unlawful arrest. You cannot arrest me for this. Arrested. You're detained. What does that even mean? That means you're not free to leave. I'm going to put you in the back of my unit. Okay. Please, I don't want to I don't want you to get How How can you arrest someone when you have no evidence and no proof of anything? You have what this woman is saying in there. I no I I really need to know because none of this is adding up. Okay, this seems like a scam right now. There's probable cause. There is no problem. Whatever happened last night? Okay, there were no calls made to you last night or to the police. Nothing happened last night. She is saying this because she is crazy and upset. How can you detain me when I've done nothing wrong? It doesn't even make sense. Right. You're being detained. I'm being under arrest right now. I This is mind-blowing that you can be placed in handcuffs and they can come right off. Right now, when a detective decides to come out, they can do their area of the investigation. Once that's completed, if they feel like they don't have enough on their end, you'll be kicked loose if that's the case being. But right now, you are being detained. You're not under arrest. No. I No. I would like to speak to it. No ma'am. Stop. Get my clothes. Stop punching up. Stop tensing up. There's no need for this. Stop. You're going to end up getting hurt. No. I am not a student. You are daddy. No. You're not under arrest. Stop. Ma'am, please stop. You can't detain someone for not doing anything. How can you detain someone for not doing anything? It's not worth it. No. You are a liar. You're going to get hurt if you don't. You are liar. You are No. The woman chose the hard way by confronting the cops. But on top of that, she took it to another level with reckless moves. Please stop, man. Let's go. Get my groanies. Those are my Oh, I out of both of you. Get inside. Get inside. Get inside. Get in. You are both acting illegal. Can you please stop kicking my partition, please? I can do whatever. Okay. So, you are illegally detaining me. If you keep on doing this is illegal. If you keep on doing that, you see what that officer has right there? It's called I don't give a flying. You guys are dope. You know what? You do not get to detain people. You are illegally detaining me. You will be placed. This is illegal. Shut you idiot. What is your IQ about? 10. 10. That's what you act like. You wouldn't have been if we had nothing and it wasn't anything. But now since you decided to act like this is where we're at, sir. I was nice enough to show you that you didn't cuff me properly. Okay. You didn't show me nothing. Yes, you did. I I didn't have to tell you. But you know what? I did. And I'm going to tell your supervisor, too. You don't know how to cuff people. That's perfect. Pick my purse off the ground. No, that is a very expensive purse. That's serious. There's no need for this. The supervisor was called as she requested and transported her to the hospital. While the woman's abuse scared her roommate, our next suspect caused chaos on January 1st, 2023 when alcohol got the best of her and led to a physical fight in a local bar. Always think before you act. Something she failed to do. Once she was sitting in the back of the cop car, she realized it. But by then, it was too late to change anything. I want to get out, bro. Why am I in handcuffs, bro? Why am I in handcuffs, bro? Why am I in hiccups, bro? Why am I in handcuffs? Why, bro? Just talk to me, bro. I just want to talk to somebody. Why am I in handcuffs? I understand, but why am I under in handcuffs when that trying to investigate me type? Okay. Well, you didn't stop. She was trying to instigate me. If I'm yelling and I'm upset, why? What is wrong with that? If I'm not driving home, I'm not driving home. Did they tell you to stop? I don't know. I didn't hear anybody. Bro, can you explain that to me? Right. You can't explain that to me. So, you're mad. I'm just trying to figure out why I'm in handcuffs, bro. All right. Come on. You need to get out of the road, please. All right. Out of the road. I'm walking. Thank you. Are you joking? No, I'm serious. If you don't get out of the road, I'll take you to jail. Thank you. My hands just hurt, bro. And I was mad that no one was asking me about my missing wallet. And and y'all want to arrest me because I'm mad about nobody asking about my wallet missing when there's three cops here and nobody wants to ask about my wallet missing. I just wanted my wallet to be investigated and nobody gave a so I was mad. I was yelling, but there's nothing against the law about yelling. I understand disturbing the peace, but bro, if your wallet is missing with your social security card, bro, my hands hurt because I wasn't doing nothing wrong. That's me. My hands hurt so bad, bro. They they they tie me tight as for what, bro? I wasn't attacking nobody. I just asked what the problem was and they they tied me up. I'm sorry. That's crazy, bro. That's crazy. No one investigated my wallet being stolen. But you want to investigate me? Of course I'm drunk. It's New Year's Eve, bro. I wasn't driving nowhere. I was about to take a bomb. And my wallet got taken. So, I was mad. Am I allowed to go to jail? Can't you censor that? Oh, you can't answer that. Okay. I just wanted to find my wallet and people started yelling at me, bro. So, what the am I supposed to do? Just let them yell at me. Talking about I'm going to be your nobody's I wasn't doing nothing except looking from my wallet. I don't do nothing wrong. Is this going to be on my record? Okay. I don't know why the can't talk to somebody like they're aing person, bro. He's so much better than everybody, bro. He's so much better. All right, ma'am. Do you have any? No, I have nothing. The woman was charged with disorderly conduct. This woman believed she could fool the cops, but things quickly turned against her on June 26th when she tried to hide a serious altercation with her husband. What's going on with you and the male on the bike? This man keep following me. Look, I got to do you know him or what? What's your relationship? Now, this man know he's not supposed to be around me. I'm already in the car sleep. I'm already in a bad position trying to get me a job already. He keep he he want me to go with him. I'm not f to violate, excuse my language, but I'm not going to violate be around this man. And this man already got me on an aggravated soul. No, he don't supposed to be around me. No, I don't even know how to even come over there. I was asleep in the car. I just woke up out the car. Mhm. Where? Huh? Where is your sister's car parked at? The little white car in front of the little blue and white building. I sleep in that car because I don't be want to be bothered with my sister them. So, that's the way I get peace and the way I can just calm down. I sleeps in the car. Okay. And this all my stuff for my interview right here. Okay. Yes, ma'am. And so this morning he came following. He followed you from your sister's house to where? No, I don't even He just came out the blue following me like um he was like, "Oh yeah, I'mma get your up today because he been I've been hearing he been trying to um get in contact with me, but I don't have no contacts with nobody. I just brought me that's why I brought me a new phone. I still got the same number, but I don't have contacts with nobody." Okay? I don't know. Ma'am, look, this is something serious. And if y'all catch me with this man at any given time, y'all can y'all got the right to lock me up, man. I'm not trying to get locked up. I'm on out here homeless trying to get on my feet, okay? I'm sleeping in a car. I don't have a bed to sleep in at me. He want He tried to make me go somewhere with him. And I was like, "No, I don't feel right cuz I already have stomach problem." That's all I said. I only have stomach problem. And he going to talk to him about, "Oh, you going to go with me?" I'm like, "I cannot." No, please don't do this. That's what I said. Please don't do this because you know you're not supposed to be around me. And I said this what I said exactly out my mouth. Who the told you I was here? Okay. Like why did you bother? He came over to your sister. Yeah. Like I'm asking him why is he bothering me? That's the that's the only way I can go right now. And but why don't let why they let me holding? You see I just showed you the interview. Okay. Yes ma'am. I don't that's why I try to walk like I don't have time for this and I'm my blood pressure is already high. So that's why I'm trying to go ahead and try to get some money. Start getting some. After hearing the woman's side of the story, the officer spoke with her husband to get the full picture and figure out what really happened. Just picked up and took her somewhere cuz she was walking up and down the street, but I see a blue horn like, "Come on." Okay. So, okay. So, all right. So, I just want to make sure I got it. So, mom block in the back hit me with a I already got hit with a back when I was a kid. My my mama ex- husband. You already understand me. I got a half a long on my left side. I don't have no time. I don't have no reason to put my hands on you cuz the only thing I do is call y'all. You're not supposed to be around me. You got a no contact order. Not me. I'm sick of the foolishness. You lied to your sister talking she me for real. I got you. Where where did she stay? Nowhere. Where this happen at the barber? Yeah. Okay. What uh what what what's that address there that you say? I have no idea really. I I know. I think I It's 336 330 something or GI road. What What unit number? Uh they don't have numbers on them. It didn't happen inside. It was outside. Like she was sleep trying to sleep in her sister car and I told her give my stuff back and you jump out the car yelling at me with a bat. You talking about what you going to do to me with a bat? I said go ahead and hit me cuz I ain't going to touch you. Okay. But it happened like when she hit me she called for her sister and lied to her sister talking about I hit her. Okay. I say, "How I'm going to hit her?" I had I had a cigarette in my hand about to light it. You hit me with a bed and broke it. That's how I got this on my arm. Okay. Thank you. Sure. You don't need EMS? I don't know. I needed My mom tell my mom work for the police. So, she telling me to go to the hospital. I got you. What? Black out when she hit you, huh? You black out at all? No. No. I just turned around like You hit me with a hammer. I tried to walk away. You hit me again. Did she hit you on the head, too? Yeah. Okay. What kind of battle was it? I'm going to go send my parts. Yeah. Um, all right. And then what's uh what's her name? Can you play and Hey, Kramer. Kramer. Liberty. Oh. Uh, Oichi and uh Plymouth. Yeah. Well, how did you spell her name again, man? You got to go. What's up, ma? And and then what's your last name right now? My last name. Oh, her last name. Her last now. Police are in front of me now. You keep laughing and whispering with people like this. I'm tired of that job. I've been nice enough. I got a blade in my pocket. I could have did something to you if I wanted to, but I'm not. Huh? My mama. Oh, okay. What's her name? Oh, who uh what you know her date of birth? 94. Things got tricky when both blamed each other, but something about their stories just didn't add up. So, she took your stuff out of the room and put it in her car, and then you came back and then you took the TV out of your room. Oh. Oh, it was in your It was in her car. You took the TV and said, "Well, her sister bought a wreck." Right. Okay. Okay, that makes more sense. Okay. And then, so then she got mad at you. You shut the door. No, like you like you was in there trying to like I said, she was trying to play sleep when I asked for my stuff back. So I took the TV and put it on the bed when you came and got you come hit on my knock on my door with the bat. So now woke everybody up and then she lied to her sister talking about I hit her. I ain't never touched her. She going to have a scratch on her. That's why she ran cuz she know she dead wrong. I got you. And there he go again. Keep following me. Keep following me. He keep following me. I done turned back around. So now he keep following and bothering me. ordering me out. And then that's when I crossed over. And this was the other video, I think. Hello. I mean, like I was on the phone. That's when you kept following me. I don't know if the video got all the way down there when I turned around. So that's when I cut on the video. Hang tight from me. Okay. So, what did what happened when So, she knocked on the door with the bat. You opened the door. Mhm. What happened after that? She got the TV and I let her take it. Okay. I don't I don't like drama. No, no, I got you. So, what happened after she took the TV? Man, she started yelling at me. She started yelling at you. Why? What was she saying to you? She was saying I ain't got I don't have I don't sleep in that stink. But I'm like the day Monday. You've been in there all weekend. Why the problem? So I ain't I ain't My response to that was shut up. I don't want to hear none of that. You're not hurting my feelings. I got some I ain't had to be out here with you. I could have went to my mom, right? And then so after that, after y'all had that little bit of an argument there, then she hit me with the back. She hit you with the back. Okay. It's like I'm tired of hearing you talking about you going to stab me again and all that. I'm tired of it. Okay. So, she said that uh I'mma be bat and then she hit you. Yeah. Where did she hit you first? First she hit me in the head. She hit you in the head first. I turned around and when I turned around again, she swinging again. So, I put my arm up. Then that's how I get the bruise on my arm. I got you. And then when her sister came, she had here bragging, "Yeah, I just hit whoop his ass with the back like, man, you hit me with let you hit me." I put my hand behind my back. Go ahead, cuz I knew what I was going to do to you. I'm not playing with you no more. The man was being checked by medical staff while the detective pieced together the info to figure out who the real aggressor was because someone was lying. I don't like I'm too weak for this. Like I told Jan, the one was knocking on the window. I told him I'm too weak for this. I don't feel like this. I'm not going with you and I'm not like, you know, I stayed in the car to try to avoid him. He's steady knocking on the car. He's steady trying to get my attention. I say, bro, can you please leave me alone? I'm weak as a 3 days, so can you leave me alone? I'm like very fidget and agitated right now. So, he kept calling me all type of holes and all that out. I'm like, "All right, cool." So when they got up like this around about 7:30, I she I think it was her first or him. One of them see me. She seen me when I was walking back down the road. Well, walking down the road and then when he when I um turned around, he was coming up on me. He was coming up on me riding the bike talking about, "Oh yeah, get you." That's what these exact words get you today. That's why they going to believe everything I say. I'm like, "What is you talking about? I'm going to the bus station to get something. I go get me something to eat. And uh then I was like this. Yep. He following me like this. I showed her the video. Y'all want to see it? Let me show it first. So um I was like when he went that way. So that's when I what that's why I recorded him cuz I was like, "Yep, you following me. I'm going on the other side. You following me like this? Like this." And then when I went walking first I went walking this way. Then he came up. That's when he came up behind me talking about come get you. Then I turned back around. That's why she asked me why I turned back around. I was like just to get away from him. Cuz he keep talking about he going he going to call y'all to get locked up. So no. Yeah. He said, "Yeah, I bet you going to jail today." That's what he said. He said, "Yeah, I bet you going to jail today." So I re still re video I mean video him saying how he following me and threaten me and all that. So I that's when I went back this that's when I crossed the road and after I was crossing the road that's when she turned on her lights and was asking me questions and I told her what happened. That's it. That's it. And then like, oh that 5:00 incident like this man was be banging on the door. Like I'm already weak. Like I'm weak. Like I ain't ate in 3 days. Like that's why I ke saying please leave me alone. Can't please. I'm begging this man to leave me alone. This man keep coming at me. This how I got jammed up the first time with this four year on probation on a humb. They not going to believe me. They going to lock me up because of what he say. And that's not right. That's not right. This man keep harassing me. This man, but I don't even put nothing in because if I put something in, they going to run my name and then be like, "Oh, you going to get locked up because you know you're not supposed to be wrong." But this man keep following me. I'm not messing with him. I'm up here for a reason. The reason why I came back up here to take my classes. I had to take family violence classes and anger management. The medical check revealed serious injuries and a possible concussion from a head injury. The officer's top priority was to find out how things turned physical today. I was When did it become physical? Today when he tried to grab me and tell me to come on. Well, he didn't go get physically. He was he told me to come on and I told him no. And he got mad cuz I told him no. I'm not going with him because I was laying I was in the car laying down. I just left over there around about 7 something. So the most recent one was 2020. But he had the Sharon address. He had the West 38th address. That's the most recent. So it never became it became physical when he grabbed you. Yeah. This one he did this the car and this the little building, right? So in the in front of the little building, it's a little thing right here where everybody be standing at. And this the car right beside the little building. And instead of I went on this side where the door was locked, I went on the other door. I went in to the other door to lay down. So when like 5 minutes like around about round about 5. So it started at 5:00 this morning. Yes. 5:00 this morning. I try about 4:30 to 5. A knot on top of his hand. I don't know nothing about a knot on top of his name. I'm telling you the truth. I don't know nothing about no knot on the top of his head. Echo 101. Hold. You know from the meeting. You got a baseball bat? My sister got one. Where it's at her room? Did you hit him with it? I didn't even hit him with it. I swung it. I ain't even hit him with no I need with no bat. So when did you swing the bat? Cuz see you forgot to tell me that. When did you swing it? In between when I was in the when I told you I was in the car laying down. He I told you he came and knocked on the door and I Well, I did open up the door and I was like, "What do you want?" And he was like, "Oh, I'mma get you today." That's why he kept telling me he going to get me today. I'm like, "Why every time holiday times you getting trying to get me like So, how did y'all get from you laying down in the car?" Now listen, now listen to me cuz I hate when people insult my intelligence. I'm pretty smart. So, because she admitted everything, she had to face the consequences. But it might have been different if she hadn't escalated and called the cops. Can I get my stuff for my sister? I can come get this for me. Hold on. You got anything else you want to put in? Give to her. Wait, wait. They'll get they going to go to your pocket and they'll give it. So y'all locked me up cuz he said I smoked with a I hit him with a bat. I'm going to tell you why I'm locking up. Hold on a second. I'm locking you up because I charge you. You just got a battery charge battery DBA and an activated assault DBA. If you swing and hit somebody with a bat, you can use the bat as a deadly weapon. Okay. This man got a knot on side of his head that's causing that. The EMS is saying there's a concussion and he got a knot on his arm. So, you're getting charged with both the battery for the visible injury and the egg assault for the swinging of the bat. Okay. Another aggravated assault. Yeah. You can't hit nobody with a bat. You can't. It's like you can you can cause seriously body harm with a bat. Okay. Is anything you want to give your sister your phone or you want to take your phone with you? No, I give her everything. Do you know the numbers out of it? Oh, yeah. So, you want all this to go with your sister? Yeah. Some point she hit him with back and then it's like the visible injuries and she told me she swung the back. Oh, I don't know. I was sleep this morning and all I heard was she was like not killing you. Huh? Hold a minute. Let me call you back. All I heard was this morning that she was he was hitting her. He woke I guess he had no more powder or whatever. So he started hitting her and um cuz she she she was she parrolled out to right there. So she had a right to be right there. He didn't have the right to be right there. So I don't know what happened, but all I know was she woke up this morning. She was He was hitting her for no reason. And she was like, "I'm tired." All we heard was, "I'm tired of you hitting me. I'm tired of you hitting me." And then that's when um that's when he was hitting her and hitting her and uh I get I don't know how the bad incident came in, but all I know was he woke her up this morning and just started hitting her for no reason. And I told her like plenty of times like call the police, girl. Yeah. Like if she call the police and he hitting her, we going to take him to jail. It don't matter if she was a like I think in her mind what she think is I went to jail for him one time prior to but it doesn't matter if he our victims become our suspects and our suspects become our victims. So if he wake up hit her and she called the police, he the shoe definitely would have been on the other foot and I would have been taking him to jail. But she don't call the police and then you waste her get to this extent. Although he woke up hitting you, the overact is if you hit him with a bat, that's a overact cuz that's considered an act assault, right? So she might have responded to what he did, but the separation is what happened because she didn't have that bat on her at the beginning of the incident. The woman was charged with aggravated assault and battery. Our next incident happened on April 10th when this woman was already on bad terms with her ex and things took a serious turn. Girl is so dangerous. Like dangerous. We've been dealing with this for a long time. Like the longest. And this is the final time that I called up police. I want to get a restraining her. She came. She told me she wanted to bring my stuff. I had my son phone. I said, "Okay, bring my stuff. I need my cell phone." Gave her my son phone. She tried to mace me. She has mace on her. That's why my body's hot and mace. I threw my stuff in the trash. Running from her. I threw my stuff in the trash. I had to run from her. Throw my stuff in the trash. This girl ran around me and try to m She got a gun. One of her friends got a gun. We just had an incident not too long ago. She came at my mama house right around the corner and she messed it up. Y'all y'all can look it up. And she and she just brought everything. She was just reporting her. I don't I don't know what they got going on. I came downstairs since my door open. I locked my door. He come back through the front door and she banging on the back door. I'm calling mommy because I got my baby up there sleeping. I can't do that. That's But my mama is on the way. So where do you stay? You stay here too. My sister. Yeah. Okay. Okay. He actually he stays everywhere. He say he stay at my big mama house up up the street. She come there bothering him too. And you could call my school. She calls my school every day. Did she have a drone with her today? Yes. You saw it? Yes. What does it look like? Black with her in the car. What' she do with it? She had it in her car sitting on the um armrest and she had her mace trying to spare me. But she didn't point the gun, wave the gun. No ma'am. No, sir. But it was just sitting in the thing. I know if I would have walked back to the car, she would have pointed at me. It's not her only time trying to kill me. Where did she pepper spray you or she just spray it at you? She sprayed. She when I'm running, she sprayed my body so hot she was even cough. Where she at you at? She didn't hit me. She just chasing kept chasing trying to spray me and Mason. I ran from her coming in the house. So your body hot cuz he was running. No, the mace. It hit you? No. Whatever. I know. I inhaled something. Oh, so he probably just got like cuz he was holding his chest when he came in. I'm hot. My body stom hot. I can't keep doing this, man. Like it's not healthy for me. This [ __ ] not healthy. And it's my first time actually have to call the police on it. You can look it up. The girl over there at 36 just had problem with her. She uh loose the girl tires trying to kill the girl. So this not the only time. So what has actually made her start? Cuz it sound like y'all agreed to meet up. So what made us switch? She said she want a charger. I don't have a charger. Okay. Keep saying she want a charger. I got messages in my phone. Keep saying bring a charger. Who is it? She never gave me a charger. Bring my child charger. I don't have it. You go on child support for all this. I got messages to show you guys everything. At one point, the man said he was assaulted by his ex. And with solid proof, the woman's situation didn't look good. Real quick, I just want to see. Hold on. I got I had my jacket. Were you wearing the jacket when I'm wear I'm not being weird, but me, bro. coffin. I can't even smell like it. Let me see. When did this happen? Just a minute ago. Literally, you can ask the lady. I'm trying to really Which uh just directly behind here. Did pepper spray come out? Yes, cuz he pushed me. Stop, Junior. So honestly with that being said based on his story and your story I got to take you to jail. Okay. Well I have a witness but they take you to jail. Listen it's Nasha again based on stories they said they going to take you in jail. So it's it's simple assault is what it is. So go ahead and step out. And again, it's it can be fought in court, but again, just based on the stories of of today, that's what I have. Okay. Super small wrist. Hello. Where you at? They take your hers. You want to use one of mine? Do you have smaller cuffs than this? I don't know, bro. It's Yeah, that's the last ring right there. Can I take your bracelets off and leave them with her or do you want to take them? Let her take them off cuz she got to do it. I don't want you just Can you come take my bracelets off? So again, just based on the stories, I can explain just based on the stories. The way the law looks at it, it's predominant aggressor and the I'll put it in the report that you're saying that he pushed you. Of course, I'll put that in the court. But predominant means, you know, who is more aggressive. And unfortunately, pepper spray is I can't see where this thing is. 1254. I'll try to fix these cups as much as possible. No, you can tight. You have extremely small wrists. Can I get some numbers out my phone for y'all, too? I call my dad. Yeah. Yeah. All right. We can even like take my phone with me. Yeah. All right. Well, can I have my phone charged? Have your Yeah. So, when we get there, ID. All right. Yeah. So, when you get there, they'll uh pull my car up here. Okay. The woman was charged with simple assault.
