I'm not a bad person. >> I didn't say you were. >> I don't understand. >> I don't want you to fall, though. Okay, you're you're stumbling slightly. >> No. I I know my shoe. My shoe acting up. >> I got it, but you're you're stumbling backwards right now as we're talking. Just come over here. >> I have nothing to drink. If you want to breathalyze me, I have had nothing to drink. >> Okay, I got you. >> All right, what the >> We're going to have medics check you out. >> She is very specific about the fact that she had nothing to drink, but she partook in something, in my opinion. >> [laughter] >> She took something. And they'll get to that, but she just thinks that she is A-okay. She is She I think she feels like she is sober, and I'm just trying to get home, uh get so my husband can go to work and all this stuff. She is gone. I'm like, how are you even functioning? Like, it's just swaying and almost falling into things, and you you even drove the kids with you, too. >> I need to call my husband. I need to call my husband. This is insane. I got to call my husband. >> Will you talk to the caller? >> happens when you order food. Wow. So, what's going on here? What is going on? >> Just give me your wheel and registration first. >> I don't have my ID on me right now. >> Okay, so can you spell this out for me, your name? >> Yes. >> Who's the one that called? >> I did. >> Uh so, can you tell me what you observed? >> Okay, she came through the drive-thru. And as she was coming through the drive-thru, she she hit the curb. >> Okay. >> Then she straightened up and came up, but listening to her place her order, you could tell something was whatever. >> And when she got here, what did you say >> Because she was slurring. She could barely talk. Then when she got here, it took her like 3 minutes to get her money. But I don't know what's going on. She's like this over like she's falling over sleeping. I'm like, "You all right?" >> conversation And that's that's what she's still looking like now. I think they just need to have the witness confirm why they called. But I I'm sure they can clearly see she is under the influence of something. And yes, her eyes are about to pop out of her head. She has one more millimeter of bucking her eyes. No, the eyes are not staying. Pupils are dilated. You can see that, MJ? Man, she is gone. >> Yeah, I'm like, "You all right?" Like she's like, "Yeah, I'm all right. I'm tired." I'm like, "You sure you all right?" Then she backed up and almost backed over the curb and hit the guy that was almost hit the guy behind him. Then she I was like, "Hey, hey, hey, stop." Then she pulled forward again and it took her a minute to give me the money because you were falling asleep in the drive-thru. So when I seen that, I was like, "Nah." I was like, "And we got to make your order over because we messed it up. Pull around front." I wasn't going to let her pull off with the keys. So that's when I called you. I know I was trying to hold then she came in to get the ice and she's stumbling and she almost fell. And I was like, "Nah, I can't let you leave with them keys." >> Okay. And it's the same female right here? >> Yep. >> In the green shirt? >> Mhm. >> Okay. All right. Um >> So I don't know if she took something or she's just tired or what. I won't let her leave with the keys. >> Got you. You mind if I just get your name? >> Mhm. >> Um we're just evaluating her for any medical concerns and we're pretty sure it's intoxication. >> I understand. I just want to make sure she's not having any type of medical emergency. >> All right. I am Rachel. >> I'm going to talk with her for one second. >> Okay. >> Right. Talk about priorities. She had a marijuana license but no driver's license. I'm telling you the priorities are in the toilet. I'm glad she called the police because there was no telling what would have happened to those kids in the car, right? Right. She already almost hit the dude in the drive-thru. Don't know if they said that yet, but yeah. She's unfit. She is unfit to be behind the wheel of uh a a Power Wheels, let alone a real vehicle. >> I want my own refund. >> Ma'am, yeah, okay. >> No, I want my whole refund. >> Well, we'll deal with that in a second. >> I got you. It's not right. >> Well, listen, like I said, right now we're we're concerned about your well-being based on the things that we're observing, okay? So, with that being said, we're going to get you medically checked, make sure you're not having any type of medical emergency, and then we'll go from there, okay? >> No problem. My husband got to be to work at 5:30, and this is what I have to do to get home by >> Did you get her her name, date of birth, all that stuff? >> Not sure. >> You do it now. >> No. >> I didn't get it yet. >> Okay. >> Just have to wait. Finish getting the rest of it so we can run her, see if we can find DL. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> I'm also glad that they first went for let's get her medically cleared before we start field testing her for sobriety because she is displaying some some things that it's like, "Are you okay? Are you are you OD'ing? Like, what's going on?" So, I am glad that they looked at her, but they kind of I'm like, I mean, did y'all just take her blood pressure or whatever and that's it? You know, he asked her some questions, but um overall, you know, this isn't one of those videos, so she's fine, but I am glad they did that cuz she is acting like way out of there. >> Hey, Mrs. I just have a couple of questions for you, okay? It She She looks ridiculous. Again, I always do think that anybody that gets arrested on DUIs or when they just show their behind on traffic stops and all those things, they need to watch the video back. I think I need to watch the video back with an audience, too. Cuz I need you to feel some shame in what the decisions that you made that you didn't have to make. And she does look a little scary. Look at them crazy eyes. >> [laughter] >> All you All you guys >> me explain, okay? Because we're we're getting ready to start conducting a criminal investigation, okay? All right. >> For what? For what? >> Criminal investigation. Like I said, I'm going to explain everything to you here in a couple minutes. If you would do me a favor, just start by providing this officer the names of your kids. >> For what? For what? >> Let's start with your oldest son. >> My oldest son is Timothy. >> Timothy what? >> So what? What? >> Get it ready. >> I see you. >> No I don't. He got to be to work by 5:30. And this is what's going on right now. >> Okay. >> I just want to go and do what I have to I have nothing. >> All right. >> And nothing is wrong and I have >> take any prescription medications? >> All right. Have you taken any prescription controlled substances today? >> No sir. >> Okay. All right. Have you smoked any marijuana? >> Of course I have a marijuana license. I can even show you that in my >> So you smoked today? >> Yes I smoked marijuana. >> I have a marijuana license here. >> So you have your license, cool. All right. When um >> Oh y'all YouTube is YouTube is strict on me. So please type abbreviations, put some asterisks in the word, make up a nickname for the words or whatever for the sensitive words because YouTube is getting me. >> When's the last time you smoked? >> This morning sir cuz I have to feed the homeless. So when I feed the >> About what time was that this morning that you smoked? >> Probably about 5:00 in the morning sir. >> About 5:00? Okay. Every hell and every time I confess. >> Okay. >> I am going on the right path. I don't need no kind of >> Okay. >> road block to throw me off of where I'm going. >> Okay. So, the only thing that you've done today was you smoked a little marijuana this morning. >> It's the facial expressions throughout this whole video for me. Look at this one. This is one I tried to catch. Um but no, you good lovable scorpion shoe. I I I'm like I had to learn the hard way. YouTube is still strict. >> [laughter] >> It's not just you either. Um Dang it, what was I going to say? I really do have an attention issue. You me doing one thing, I can't remember the next thing. And I had something else to say about her. Oh, what y'all said. I also think it's more than more than weed. I do. I think it's something else too. It was something strong, it was laced, it was something. Cuz there's no way you acting like this. And then she said she smoked a roach. Meaning like the That would be like a really really short one, right? Nah, you had something in there or you just took something else, period. Clearly the dragon has on snow shoes is hilarious, GG. >> One roach this morning, you said. About 5:00? >> About 5:00. My kids wasn't even home. I'm good. >> Okay. All right. Um Let me ask you this. Uh Do you have any like Miss Bush, stay with me for just a minute, okay? Miss Bush. Do you have any Do you have any Miss Bush. Miss Bush, I just need you to answer a few more questions for me, okay? All I've been doing is getting out the car, just wandering out, >> I understand. >> feeding the >> Would you be willing to conduct field sobriety evaluations to see if you're safe to drive? >> do that, sir. I would do that. Give me anything, anything. >> there. All right. So, what I'm going to have you do, I'm going to have you stand right here for me, okay? And then face me face >> a bad day. >> Turn turn your back. There you go. Perfect. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right, Ms. Bush. Do you see the tip of my finger? >> I see the tip of your finger. >> All right, so what I need you to do is I need >> And now I'm grossed out cuz I didn't notice before, but oh my god, I wish they would have gave her a chance to wipe her mouth. Oh, Jesus. It is disgusting. >> you to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and only your eyes, keeping your head still. Do you understand that? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. You got it You got to follow with my your eyes. >> Oh, I get it. >> Okay. >> I thought you meant once I get there just go. >> Keep following the tip of my finger with your eyes and only your eyes, keeping your head still, okay? Keep your head still for me. Keep your head still for me, okay? >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> It's all right. >> I'm in distress. >> to wipe your eyes, that's fine. I just need you to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and keep your head still, okay? Follow it for me, okay? No, don't move your head, okay? >> Let her wipe her mouth. >> Don't move your head, okay? >> Okay. I get what you're saying. Don't move I never went through anything like that. >> all right? That's okay. >> I'm definitely >> Tip my finger. Keep your head still. >> Let's go. The tip of your finger. >> Whoop, got to keep looking at it for me, okay? Whoop, don't move your head, okay? All right, Ms. Bush, let me explain something to you, okay? >> Yeah, because I had nothing to drink. I don't drink alcohol. I didn't >> need you to listen to me, okay, Ms. Bush? >> Yes. >> All right. So, I'm giving you instructions on how to on what to do, okay? >> Yes. >> All right. >> It's just so confusing doing two things at one time. >> If But, here's the thing. If you're unable to follow the instructions, all right, and conduct the field sobriety evaluations, I'm going to have to base my investigation off the totality of the circumstances as it sits right now. >> let's go. >> Which could just Let me finish. Let me finish. Which Which could lead to your arrest for DUI, all right? >> I know I didn't even >> And could be used Just listen. And could be used And could be used against you in court. >> I think we all believe her that she hasn't been drinking. Drinking is not the question for any of us. MJ said that mouth juice is a giveaway. She consumed something else. I'm Y'all, sometimes I have a weak stomach, and this is one of them times. Now I have to almost look at my screen out the side of my eye, because I can't do it. Now that I've noticed it, I can't do it. She was on my phone screen when I watched it earlier, so I wasn't really looking looking. Child, I'm I'm struggling now that I'm aware of it. Yeah, she is more than drunk drunk, Kim. She sure is. What Lovable Scorpion, I think you said something. Let's see. She can't keep her head still on the eye test. Yep. >> All right. All right, so I just need you to follow the instructions, all right? The instructions Just so we're clear again, okay, Ms. Bush? >> Okay. >> are to follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and only your eyes, keeping your head still, okay? All right. >> Oh, Mondah, I am so sorry. I tried to say it. I tried Man, I'll tell you I feel your pain. Like this is she Oh, my my throat is closing up. You know how you get that feeling right before something I'm so sorry, Mando. >> You got to follow it, okay? >> I got to follow it. I'm following >> it and then you then they then you lose it. >> going a little too far, so then it's like I cannot turn my head. Okay, let's go. >> Number one was five, switch to three. >> Yeah, them eyes getting heavier and heavier. Look at Oh my god, look at where I paused it. She about to nod off, Kim. I agree. And MJ, yeah, she might not have known if her stuff was laced with something, but either she took something else other than weed or her stuff was laced with it, but it was something going on. Something is mixed with something. Or Or she could just have a reaction. No, cuz she said she do it all the time. And this is this cannot be how she operates all the time. This cannot be it. Somebody would have to say something, I would hope. >> Next one is going to go up, okay? >> So, that can follow you. >> So, yep. >> Yep, yep. You got this one in it cuz there's never been a time >> Yep, you followed it up. You did a good job that time. Just one more time for me, okay? >> Okay. >> Okay, Ms. Bush. All right. We're actually going to come over here to this parking spot over here for me, okay? All right. Do you see this second white line right here? >> This white line right there. >> This one right here, exactly. All right. So, I see you're wearing some sandals, all right? Are you comfortable walking in those sandals or would you rather do it barefoot? >> Let me try. Let me try. I think I'm comfortable with the sandals. >> You're comfortable with your sandals. All right. So, what I need you to do, Ms. Bush, I want you to put your left foot on the line for me, okay? >> Left foot. >> Yep, directly on the line. >> On the right line. >> There you go. And I want you to put your right heel touching your left toe along the line. >> Okay. >> All right. Hands down by your side. >> Feet together. All right. I got it. I got it. I got it. I got it. >> All right. I need you to stay in that position until I tell you to begin. Do you understand? >> Okay. Let me get into it first. It's okay. >> I need you to stay in that position until I tell you to begin. You understand? >> Yeah. >> Okay. When I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel-to-toe steps along that line. When you get to your ninth step, I want you to leave your lead foot on the line, make a series of small steps around, and then take nine heel-to-toe steps back in the other direction along the same line. >> Okay. >> She ain't got it. She's not having those instructions. No. No. No. No. Yeah, MJ, uh they should ask her she has any eye conditions or wears glasses. Yep. Yeah. Um and I saw your earlier comment about she might have the same thing as Bernie Mac. It's the high expressions along with her eyes for me. Cuz I know other people with eyes like that, went to school with people with eyes like that. But it's it's the being high on top of having eyes like that. Uh but I know I I remember uh what you're talking about though when you said it might be a condition with as far as eyes bulging out like that. I I remember. I don't know the name, but I know what you're talking about. >> Miss Bush, it's going to look exactly like this, okay? >> Okay. >> One, two, three, and so on to nine. Leave your left foot on the line. Make a series of small steps around. >> Okay. >> One, two, three, and so on to nine. >> Okay. >> All right? >> All right. >> There's four Hang on. There's four things I want you to remember while you're conducting the evaluation, okay? >> Okay. >> I want you to keep your eyes on your feet at all times. >> Okay. >> I want you to count your steps out loud. >> Okay. >> Keep your arms down by your side at all times. And once you begin the evaluation, I don't want you to stop until you've completed it. >> All right. >> Do you understand all these instructions? >> You don't need anything repeated? >> No, no. >> All right. Go and get back in that position I had you in. >> Well, I got to start off with that one. Okay. This is what you have to >> You You may begin. >> All right. >> Yes, ma'am. >> She already off. It don't matter. She off. Look at her. >> I got to walk a smaller gap. I can't do it on that. That is more wider or something. You can't do it on that one? >> We're doing it on this one, Miss Bush. >> I know that's no sympathy. I can't hold my balance like that. >> It It shouldn't be any sympathy. You were willing to endanger your kids' lives, peo- other people on the roads' lives, pedestrians lives. Yeah, there's no sympathy for you. And yep, she is ready to cry. She's been trying to cry a few times. But yeah, she ready to cry. Don't nobody care. You You were just fine had you, you know, unfortunately took taken someone else's life or whatever you did or just even damage somebody's property that couldn't afford to fix it, all kinds of things because you want to be out here doing this. >> I can't hold my balance right there. >> She falling all off that line. Lord. >> Hey, hey, hey. >> She's supposed to do the turn around first. She done Oh, Lord. >> Okay, the shoes probably is the most balanced. All right. >> It It don't matter. >> Start with the right feet, right? >> Are you What What are you doing? Are you finished or you >> I wanted to start over cuz the shoes was like holding me. It was too much space to try to compare with this line. It's more comfortable like this. So, should I start over from nine? Or I don't know. I don't I don't know how this go, sir. Please >> Okay. All right. >> Please help me. >> Okay. There you go. >> do this cuz I know I'm not under this. >> So, you're saying you wanted to do it without the shoes on. Is that what you're saying? All right. So, get Get back in the starting position, right right foot on the line. All right. Excuse me. Your left foot on the line, right heel touching your left toe. >> All there. All right. And right there. I can't get in position. >> Nope. There you go. >> No? >> Just like that. There you go. >> Right there? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> All right, you can begin. >> All right. Close. One. >> Look at this travesty. >> Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Eight. Nine. 10. 11. Nine. Nine. You say nine, right? >> Yeah, nine was the instruction. >> I can't call it like his grandma. I don't know. But girl, these this line That line is thicker than a snicker, and she is not staying on that line. That is a nice-sized line. She I'm surprised she didn't eat the concrete cuz the way she is uh leaning over to the left and the right. I I don't know why they had to keep it going for this long. I'm like, y'all must not have nothing else to do today because I'm I'm I Sometimes I feel like officers usually stop the test if it's clear that they're failing. You give them a couple, then we don't have to do no more, but they just keep going and going and going. >> action. >> Okay. And then you turn around and you do >> nine. >> Nine. Nine. Turn the back. >> He look worse with the shoes off, level of a scorpion. >> Seven. Eight. Nine. 10. Nine. >> Are you done? >> I I forgetting. >> All right, we're going to come back over here, okay? >> I'm sorry, did she go 8 9 10 9? >> [laughter] >> Oh my gosh. Are you done? Yeah, she's done. MJ said I need them to ask her why her eyes are so huge right now. I think I'm guessing you're talking about like her pupils and stuff. Um She did go 8 9 10 9. Okay. I was like, was that just me? >> Yeah, you Uh we'll get those in a minute since you said you're more comfortable without them on cuz we're going to do another exercise on our feet, okay? >> Okay, okay. >> All right. >> Okay, no problem. >> Right here, Ms. Bush. >> Right here? >> Face me, okay? Back away from the vehicle for me, though. >> Okay. >> All right, I need you to stand with your feet together and >> I just saw the front of her vehicle. It look like she don't she don't hit things plenty of time. Can y'all see that? Dent, scratch, missing paint going on in the front. She's Yeah, she's she's driven high before in my opinion. She done ding some things. Sh It's It's the playing the victim when you know you made adult decisions and you you need to face those consequences. >> Face me, okay? Back away from the vehicle for me, though. >> Okay. >> All right, I need you to stand with your feet together and your arms down by your side, okay? >> What now? >> Yes, ma'am. All right, when I tell you to, I want you to raise one of your feet. Either foot, it doesn't matter which one, okay? I want you to raise >> minute. My nerves are acting. >> Pay Pay attention Pay attention to me, Ms. Bush, okay? >> Mhm. >> All right, when I tell you to, I want you to raise one of your feet. Either You listening? Either foot, it doesn't matter which one. I want you to raise it approximately 6 in off the ground, parallel to the ground. I then want you to count out loud in the manner of 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, and so on until I tell you to stop. >> Okay, okay. >> All right? Ms. Bush, it'll look exactly like this, okay? 1,001, 1,002, 1,003. And so on until I tell you to stop. Okay? All right, there's four things I want you to remember while you're conducting the evaluation. I want you to keep your eyes on your raised foot at all times. I want you to count out loud in the manner I instructed you to. I want you to keep your arms down by your side at all times. When you pick that foot up, I don't want you to place it back down until I instruct you to. You understand all the instructions? >> She does not understand the instructions, nor can she perform these instructions. >> Do you need me to repeat the instructions? You understand all the instructions? All right, I will tell you when to begin, okay, Ms. Bush? All right, begin. >> Yeah, she did wipe her mouth and Oh god, I'm about to throw up again. I tell you when I tell you I'm not kidding. I'm not exaggerating when I say it. I'm about to throw up. She wiped her mouth and it came back. And if someone said she got the heroin nod, I don't remember who said it. I'll scroll back up, but yeah, she when she when they were doing the eye test and them eyes were just drooping and drooping, she got something going on. It's something. But yeah, she got to get her mouth together and stop taking whatever she took unless it was a prescribed medication for a more serious condition. She got to stop. But she said she she smoked marijuana because that's what her doctor prescribed her. That's what she said earlier in the video. Okay, you >> stop. >> Okay. >> Okay? You can stop. >> Oh, okay. >> All right. So, I'm going to have you stand with your feet together and arms down by your side, okay? >> Okay, sir. >> All right. When I tell you to, I'm going to have you tilt your head back and close your eyes. When I tell you to. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm then going to give you a command of left or I'm going to give you a command of right. >> Mhm. >> All right. You understand your left from your right, right? I'm not trying to be insulting, I just have to ask. Yeah, yeah. What's your left hand? >> My left hand is that one? >> Okay, and your right hand? >> That one. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. So, we're going to get in the starting position at first. >> Mhm. >> So, hands out in front of us just like this, okay? Point your fingers out, palms to the sky, palms to the sky, and then back down to our side. Okay? And then when I tell you to, you're going to tilt your head back and close your eyes. When I tell you to, I'm just pushing out right now. All right. I'm then going to give you a command of left or I'm going to give you a command of right. If I say left, I want you to touch the left tip of your finger to the tip of your nose, and then return your hand back down to your side. >> So, you say left to >> No, if I say left, I want you to touch the left tip of your finger to the >> Not pinching nose. You got to touch the tip of your nose with the tip of your finger. >> tip of your nose, and then immediately return your hand back down to your side. If I say right, I want you >> to be a pain to put it on your nose. >> tip of your nose, >> And then when you say right, >> and then immediately return your hand back down to your side. If I say right, I want you to touch the right tip of your finger to the tip of your nose, and then immediately return your hand back down to your side. >> Okay. >> All right. Miss Bush, couple of things I want you to be clear on, okay? >> Mhm. >> This is not the tip of your finger. This is the pad. This is the tip. >> Yeah, this is it. >> I want you to touch tip to tip, okay? >> Yeah. >> You under >> I agree that they are wasting as if we were there when it first happened. They are wasting our time with these tests. We are done. Look Look at her. She's still not doing this. She's She's got her two fingers together. He She can't understand these instructions. Just her not listening to the instructions is a fail. I know they say it's the accumulation it's accumulated enough, okay? And I didn't even see she was trying to hold her leg up with her hand. [laughter] I missed that. >> You understand all the instructions? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. And then the other thing I want you to keep in mind is this after you touch the tip of your finger to the tip of your nose, I want you to immediately return whichever hand back down to its side, okay? >> Yes, sir. Yes, sir. >> All right. Go ahead and get back in the position I had you in. Palms out there There you go. All right, tilt your head back and close your eyes for me, okay? Close your eyes. >> Look at her. >> Left. Right. Left. Right. >> Oh my god. Okay, we got this pinched hand still going. Then you got Look at the arms. They just coming up from the side just bent They ain't coming from straight out or nothing. Oh my god, she going to fall over just leaning back. Her Her neck is almost at a 180° angle angle. It's just too much. Yes, I would Baby Peaches, just call it already. They should have admit at Okay, they let it go too far when she did that walk test then took her shoes off to try to do the walk test again. It was too much then. We were done then. >> [laughter] >> Right. Left. Okay. All right, Miss Washington. That's all. Okay. All right, Ms. Bush. Again, I'm going to have you stand with your feet together and your arms down to your side, okay? All right. When I tell you to, I'm going to have you again tilt your head back and close your eyes. When I tell you to. All right? >> She ain't She She can't comprehend. I'm with you. Who said it? Hold on. Kendra said she's her entertainment at this point. It is. It cuz there's nothing This is not serving a purpose. Um the police officer we can see on the screen right now, I kind of give him MVP for keeping a straight face for this cuz how in the world Now, why is this officer giving her so much time? It's time to call it. We're done here. >> I'm then going to have you say I'm going to say begin. When I say begin, I want you to estimate 30 seconds in your head. Okay? When you finish When you estimate 30 seconds in your head, once you finish estimating 30 seconds in your head, I want you to tilt your head back towards me and say I'm finished. You understand those instructions? All right, go. When I tell you to, I'm going to have you tilt your head back and close your eyes. I'm then going to instruct you to begin. When I instruct you to begin, I want you to estimate 30 seconds in your head. When you finish estimating 30 seconds in your head, I want you to tilt your head back towards me and tell me you're done. You understand? >> Kendra I'm not Kendra. Hold on, who said this? Janetta said she thinks she passed the test. The ones who just know they passed the test after failing it the worst get on my nerves. They fight the most with it, too. Just And it's like there's no way you think you passed any part of any of these tests. You're not even repeating the instructions back before you have to actually perform the thing. But they do. They swear, I passed your test. I passed all your tests. >> And yeah, so hold my nose and then tilt it back and then hold it for 30 seconds and when you tell me that drop it and I'm done. >> Do you understand the instructions? >> Yeah, I'm making sure so you won't say >> No, okay. So I'm going to I'm going to I'm going to repeat them for you again, okay? >> Okay. >> When I tell you to >> Uh-huh. >> I want you to tilt your head back and tilt and close your eyes. >> Okay. >> I'm then going to tell you to begin. >> Okay. >> When I say begin >> Uh-huh. >> I want you to estimate 30 seconds in your head. >> Okay, got it. >> When you finish, I want you to tilt your head back towards me and tell me you're done. >> Okay. >> Do you understand those instructions? >> yeah, we got it. Yes, sir. >> All right, go ahead. Feet together, arms at your side. And tilt your head back, close your eyes. Close your eyes. Let's go. You got to close your eyes for me, okay? All right, and begin. >> I got to get ready for it. I have to do it. I got to do it. Okay, go ahead. Look at this girl. Oh. This is egregious. Look, here she go. Oh, oh, oh, catch her. I didn't know he had white gloves on. He just came out like a church usher. The visual came me as soon as I saw that white glove into the frame. He came in like a usher. Like he about to catch her as she catch the Holy Ghost. Oh my god. >> Okay, Ms. Bush, you can stop. >> I was counting. >> Okay. All right. What did How many What did you estimate in your head? What did you What did you get to when I stopped you? How many seconds? >> Um I got I really I thought you said once you get to 30, you were going to tell me to stop. And once you tell me to stop, then I stop. I dropped it. >> So So the way she the he repeated those instructions so many times, had her repeat it back to him. Well, she he didn't have her, but she wanted to repeat it back to him, right? And she still got it wrong. She thinks that he was supposed to count to 30 for her and stop her at 30 seconds. Let's Let's see if she answers the question, "Well, what number did you get to?" >> What What were you at when I stopped you? >> Um I was I didn't think I only get you way out. Like I said, I thought you said once you count to 30, you you were going to tell me to stop and I'm going to put my hands down and you're going to go from there. You were I thought you were going to pick it >> Okay. All right. >> So, do you want me to >> No, no, no, we won't do it again. All right. >> Do the 30 again? Okay. >> All right. Real quick for me, just look straight ahead. Open your eyes real wide. Okay. All right. Ms. Bush, you can look back towards me, okay? >> Okay. >> All right. Again, do you see the tip of my finger? >> Mhm. >> All right. So, what I'm going to do, okay? I want you to look at my tip of my finger with your eyes, okay? Keep your head still for me. All right. I'm going to circle your head. All right? Make a big circle around your head. I want you to follow with your eyes. I'm then going to get my finger really close to your face. I'm not going to touch your face. I'm just going to get real >> All right. Why are we going back to another eye test? I am done. Why are we back at the eyes? Happy birthday, Bonnie. Christmas baby. Milestone birthday. Happy birthday. Why are we retesting the eyes again? And then we already know she has no balance. There's no balance at all. Why are we doing this, sir? He Is he on I I [laughter] feel like he's on a probation for not giving enough patience to other people that should have had more patience on their test. And now he's overcompensating for her test. Because why are we still here? >> close to your face, okay? I want you to keep looking at the finger. >> Mhm. >> You understand? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Look at the finger for me, okay? >> at the gas station. I just put >> Okay. So, look at the finger for me, okay? >> Go ahead. >> Hey. You almost flushed. And you put your hands behind your Find your back. Hold me, okay? You're >> Child, we did not need that test. I'm with you. Reign said Reign said now they just getting footage to look at later. Yeah, she going to end up in somebody's training video for obvious signs. And then Level Scorpio said I think they're just getting to laugh at this point. Well, you know what the good thing is? The test took so long that the husband can get the kids. That's the one positive. >> You're under arrest for DUI, okay? >> All right. >> You know >> I'm not I have not been breathalyzed, sir. >> You can get your kids right >> I have not been breathalyzed, sir. >> Miss Bush, Miss Bush, we're going to get to all of that. But let's go ahead and get your kids right there. Come on. >> I have not drinking, sir. No, I'm not. >> A breathalyzer is not going to do nothing when you're over here either sniffing up or smoking up something. That We believe you that you didn't have alcohol. Fine, you did not have alcohol. It is something worse in your system right now. >> Stop. >> Y'all going to put me in prison. >> Stop. >> I can't lose my life, y'all. >> Stop. >> Y'all going to kill me. >> Stop. Watch your back. Watch your back. >> Y'all just want to just want to do something. He talking about I'm on a DUI. I'm not no under no DUI. I'm not drunk. I don't drink. I don't drink, Gary. You know I don't drink. Okay, so why won't they do a breathalyzer instead of doing this? I'm on probation. Why won't you do a breathalyzer? He want me to do this little skinny walk with the little I can't do that. >> [crying] >> It's It's not right. IT'S NOT RIGHT. I JUST left here. Getting a refund, Gary. We never got the food. It's not right. It's not right, man. It's not right, y'all. It's not right. It's not right. It's not right. It's not right. >> This is the most right that has happened in this video besides a Taco Bell employee calling the cops on your high or something, but and the and I just want to say if you came in later that they called the paramedics first. The paramedics looked at her first to make sure she was not having a medical emergency and then they did the field sobriety test. Just in case you want to cuz she is acting so bad, I would have been maybe uncomfortable had they not had the paramedics out to do their part. Um yeah. Love with Scott said her husband ain't paying her no mind. Candace said one got to be drunk to even to even desire Taco Bell in my opinion. >> She was here for a refund for Taco Bell for a food, but they taking her. Cuz she they giving my a DUI. For for driving under the influence of alcohol, I guess. >> Cuz like if >> But I don't She don't drink. >> Here's my thing. You're sitting there talking about she don't drink. Do you see how she's acting? She is unsafe to have kids in the car, to be behind the wheel with no kids in the car. She is a danger to anyone she would she would have encountered while she's behind that wheel. Okay, let the alcohol part go. Do you not see her behavior? The swaying, the slurring, and everything else. She's not safe to drive. And this is how people like her get back behind the wheel cuz they don't you know, ain't nobody shaming them enough. And like, hey, something's wrong. I don't know if he was slurring or just southern. >> [laughter] >> I can't tell cuz you know, it could be I don't know which one, baby pieces. >> [laughter] >> I didn't I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Help me, y'all. Help me. Please help me. I didn't do nothing. I I didn't do nothing, I promise. I promise I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. >> You definitely did something. And you're right, Lovable Scorpion, the cops didn't say it was alcohol. In fact, they're not even reading her disclaimer about do you want to take a breathalyzer? Probably because they don't really think it's alcohol, either. >> I didn't do nothing. I didn't do I was not I WAS NOT ARRESTED. LISTEN, DO YOU GUYS WHY CAN'T y'all do a breathalyzer? Why won't y'all do that? I It would tell IF IT WOULD TELL IF ALCOHOL is in me. It's not fair. YOU GUYS YOU'RE NOT SAVING MY LIFE. MY LIFE. MY LIFE. Y'ALL DON'T CARE. >> [crying] >> PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE. I DON'T KNOW THAT TRICK. I DON'T WANT TO HURT I DON'T I DON'T BUT I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. I didn't do [crying] nothing. >> Okay, so let's add charges to the fact that you are under the influence of something. Let's go ahead and add resisting. Why not? You know, let's just rack them up while we're here. >> THIS IS NOT RIGHT. YOU GUYS ARE ARRESTING ME FOR NOTHING. YOU ARE ARRESTING ME FOR NOTHING, you guys. I promise. MY KIDS ARE GREAT. MY KIDS are great. I didn't do nothing. Please. My kids are great. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I promise you. I promise you. This is >> If you're not like me and slipped up and looked at your screen, look away, cuz that mouth them [ __ ] it has gotten foamy again. It is disgusting. Oh my gosh. And your kids can be great despite your actions. In spite of you, kids can still be great. Sometimes it's not always a credit to you. They might some You know what I mean? Cuz I don't know what kind of example you you have you're being, cuz this is this is a lot. And then you still can't take accountability. It's too much. >> I said I promise. Why won't you guys do a breathalyzer? I don't have a team. Can I have a team? Go ahead. You guys want to do that anyways. Y'all do it. It's okay. IT'S OKAY. >> [screaming] >> WHAT THE [ __ ] HAPPENED? YOU ARE HURTING MY ARM. >> [screaming] >> MY ARM. MY ARM. MY ARM. >> [screaming] >> MY ARM. OW. MY ARM. MY MY ARM. MY ARM. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING WRONG. All right, get in the car. Put your foot in the car. Put your foot in the car like I said. Put your foot in here or I'm going to drag you in again. Put your foot in the car. Put your foot in the car is what we're telling you to do now. Put your foot in the car. We're not going to ASK YOU AGAIN. PUT YOUR FOOT IN THE CAR. OKAY, GET HER FEET IN THE CAR THEN. There you go. There you go. Hey, put your foot in the car. OKAY, GET HER FEET IN THE CAR. GRAB HER SHOULDER and bring her towards us. Come here. Sit up for me, baby. ALL RIGHT, STAY. STOP GETTING OUT. NO, NO, NO. >> [screaming] >> PLEASE SIT BACK. I'M TRYING >> THEY ARE SO WRONG FOR this close up. They are so uh. >> And I talked to you, okay? LISTEN TO ME. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST FOR A TRAFFIC MISDEMEANOR right now, okay? A traffic misdemeanor. LISTEN TO ME. LISTEN. LISTEN TO ME. OKAY? If you keep doing >> See, and this is the other thing. See, this this is how baby I I don't even And see, I don't know if this is personality or it's the substance, but either way, the combination is you don't know how to listen. This cop is trying to tell you, "Hey, we we got you all under the influence. Let's not add charges. Let's just get you there. Let's get you booked and let's let's keep this moving." But people, "I'm listening." And then, "But I just want to say" and you're not listening. Yeah, Kendra, that close up was oh god, it was bad. >> On this, I'm going to charge you with RA. Resisting arrest. Resisting arrest. LISTEN TO ME. LISTEN TO ME. YOU'RE GOING TO JAIL NO MATTER WHAT. Listen me. >> Okay, but that's not fair for y'all TO BEND UP MY ARM and bend up my side. >> Then get in the car like a human being or we're going to drive you in the car. >> Please get a lieutenant here. Can we get a chief here? Can we get somebody? >> And got the nerve to ask for a lieutenant, chief, sergeant, supervisor. What? They They're going to tell you the ones that get on here and don't know the law, don't realize they're they're impaired or are they're in denial about being impaired. They're going to tell you the same thing the officers on the scene already told you. It's time to go. You're done. The best you can maybe get, and I feel like it's going to pop when it pops anyway, is a blood test. But it don't matter cuz something in her system Well, I'll say that according to how the paramedics cleared her and they still did those tests, something's in her system. >> Yeah. >> I'M THE SUPERVISOR. SHUT UP. I'm the supervisor. Sit here. We're going to the jail. We're done. I don't care. I don't care. I don't care. We're going to No, we're not You You making me not do that. >> Hurry up. That is so >> I got I GOT TO >> AND MY ARM CUFF is tight. This thing is uncomfortable. AND YOU GOT YOUR LEG ON ME LIKE I DIDN'T TOUCH YOU. >> YOU BETTER STOP. >> I'm I'm I'm a wreck. >> STOP KICKING AND SCREAMING. >> WHY ARE YOU KICKING ME? WHY ARE YOU KICKING ME, SIR? >> NAH, WE'RE NOT GOING to do that. First of all, just cuz you're not touching somebody don't mean you're resisting getting in the vehicle. You still have to get all your limbs in that vehicle. You have to. You are actively fighting them getting you in this vehicle. You can't do that. Like you can't just say with your mouth, "I'm not doing anything." But with your body you're doing a lot. But it It doesn't WORK THAT WAY. >> [screaming] >> HERE, LET'S GO. WE'RE GOING TO HQ. >> SHE WAS charged with drug possession, DUI, resisting arrest without violence, child neglect, driving while her license is suspended, and violating her probation. >> Kendra, you made it to my screen, Kendra. I don't know if you can see it in the top left, but it's got a little star and it has your name. Welcome to the Trendy Tribe, Kendra. Hopefully you like my updates back there. >> [laughter] >> Yep, she won't even listen to her husband cuz he told her she is causing them to treat her like that. She sure Yep, that's exactly what he did say. So, thankfully he's not acting like her like, "Why y'all No, she is doing the most." You just got to go get booked. It's not even that serious I mean, it's serious cuz you shouldn't be on the road, but in the in the thing like they're not doing that much to you. [laughter] Um okay, there's supposed to be a little a little alert that pops up, too. I'mma show you what it looks like, but it I don't think it's going to show your name, but it's supposed to be like this little cute alert. Let me show you, look. Hold on, let me see if it'll do it. Oh, no. Oh, it won't do it on the um cuz I'm actually live. It'll only do it when I'm testing it off live. I was supposed to have a little alert box that jumps around. It's like a little thing it bounces and it's like, "Kendra just became a member." >> [laughter] >> I got one more for y'all. Okay, we have call the sheriff DUI stop ends with refusal to enter jail. Now, the hype one was the first one cuz I already showed y'all the hype one, but this one is still like girl, can you please stop? This one she was about to be a hit and run based on the based on what the witness said and some of her actions and things like that. She was actually cuz she's under the influence. She hit these these people's car, but then she said I was just pulling around to talk to them. I think she noticed people saw Oh, no. The The car that she hit trailed her, so she didn't pull over is what the witnesses say. And but yeah, so she was going to be a hit and run, too. But here we go. >> Hey there. >> How are you? >> Hey. Hey, how's it going? Yes, ma'am. You absolutely can. Okay, just hold tight for me and we'll talk with her. Yes, ma'am. Absolutely. >> We came here for dinner. >> Did you call? >> Uh I think she called. >> Okay. >> And I was explaining it to her. When we pulled out, I think we curbed her on one side or the other. >> Okay. >> And we were like, "Listen, I'm not pulling off on you. We've been here for 20 or 30 minutes. >> Okay. >> That's not the vibe. >> Okay. >> But I was like, "Let's get here. I'm not sure if we're in a private parking lot or not." We went to secure after work and lunch and stuff and I was like, "Okay. We're not pulling off on her. >> Okay. >> We're here. Let's figure it out and then we'll get to where we need to be from here. >> Okay, so how did the accident happen? >> Well, I think Here it is. They were I can't remember. They may have been Sorry. They may have been parked in one direction and we were parked in another and so then we peeled off. We may have taken a right a hard right turn. >> I got you. >> And if you can see my car we pulled off. And then once we pulled off we got to like the American Red Cross and we were like, "Oh [ __ ] we may have hit a car." And so we like turned around and parked here. And we pulled back up to her before she realized >> Okay. >> We pulled into her. We did not pull off. >> So y'all didn't feel that I mean that cuz trust me I've worked a lot of private property accidents. That's a that's significant damage. >> off and we turned to the right we're like, "Oh [ __ ] we hit someone's car. Let's continue circling around." We did not pull off. Um surely you can contest to the fact that we did not pull off. Your boyfriend got out and was like, "Hey, they're trying to make this right." You can >> She She's trying to force She's trying to force the woman whose car that she hit to go along with her version of the story that did not happen and pressure in this pulling. Cuz this lady I don't think she said as much this whole time, but that's not what you were doing according to witnesses that don't know either of you. But now you're trying to make this woman say the words that you're saying. >> contest to that. That when we get out And then we pulled back around and we were like, "Hey, we don't want to pull off on you, but we do want to make sure we handle this in the right manner." >> Okay. >> But I've got So heard about accidents in a private parking lot with multiple parties are involved. And so we and we started taking notes and tried to figure out like as soon as we pulled off what was happening. >> Mhm. >> And then we pulled right back around. >> Okay. That's That's all I was asking. That's all. Um is everybody >> you can attest to that. >> Yeah, that's I mean look, you're here now. That's all I'm concerned about. >> are here. Literally as soon as we pulled off we both pulled back around and she can attest to that. >> Okay. >> Her significant other, I'm not sure >> Where were >> The person who was in the car with me is still right here and I think her person went to the Dollar Tree. >> Okay, does everybody have their licenses on them? >> Yeah. Amber, do you have your license? I'm going to put this here. >> All right. >> And I'm going to put my pin here. >> Yeah, you're you're okay. >> in my license. >> Yeah, you're fine. >> She I think she really thinks she is being so put together and just so like I I'm giving great explanation. I'm communicating clearly. You look drunk and sound drunk this whole time. >> We stayed because we were like And then there's one other person who was driving with you. >> So, let I'm not concerned about >> and I'm driving it. >> I'm not concerned about um her passenger quite yet. >> That's okay. >> Um They were just >> Listen, I'm going to lay everything out for you. >> Where were you coming from? >> I wasn't coming nowhere. I was parked right there still. >> Okay. >> Come out of the Dollar Tree and got in the car. She took us out. She's coming around there like >> I have all of my things. >> Got you. Can't put in All right, I'll talk to you in just a minute. >> up here. >> 84 Central, I have contact with the witness. He's on scene. >> Hey. So, tell me what's going on. >> Yeah, so the the white car that's on the the left of the two, so beforehand she was driving in circles around the parking lot with her hazards on. >> This parking lot? >> Yeah, but not like up the lane, you know what I mean? And then down the lane. She was weaving in and in and out of all the different cars. >> Okay. >> For at least a good 5 or 6 minutes. >> Okay. Did you see her hit the car? >> know, but I heard it. >> You heard it. What did you Did you see anything after? Like did she stop or >> No. So, I heard the commotion or whatever and then there was a truck that went that way and I thought it was the truck. But then I saw the car again come up this way and then looped around this loop thing right here and then guess the lady she hit was behind her. And they pulled over there and they stopped. >> Okay, but you saw the vehicle that got hit like chasing after her. >> Well, so >> Or like following behind her. >> which one got hit. I assume the the Is that a Honda? The one on the right? That's the one that got hit. >> Uh from my understanding, yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah, so I think on the white one there's a dent on the side which I didn't think was there from her I don't know 10 laps beforehand. >> Yeah. But you said you heard the hit and then you saw the white car still driving around. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> hear yelling before that also. Like I said, I thought she was yelling at the truck that was going that way. >> Yeah. >> But truck kept going and that was that until I saw the white car come back around with this gray one behind her. >> Okay. Did you see anybody get in the car or out of car? >> Um not till they stopped together. >> Okay. >> Cool, cool. Would you be okay with being listed as a witness or do you want to remain anonymous or >> Um How much did you drink at dinner? >> Two lemon drops. >> Two lemon drops? The shots are doubles? >> Singles. >> The singles? >> Yeah. >> That's all you drank? >> I had two lemon drops and we went to Carrabba's for one additional lemon drop. >> So three three in total? >> Probably. >> Okay. Cuz >> have all of my things. >> I got you. Cuz you reek of the odor of alcohol. Reek of it right now. You're slurring your words and you can barely walk. You're dropping stuff all over the place, okay? So I To begin with, you're not you are not safe to drive whatsoever. Um I'm assuming the wreck happened because of that. I would like to do something called field sobriety testing on you to make sure that you are okay to drive if I release you from this scene. Um would you consent to some field sobriety? >> I will not consent to field sobriety. >> Okay. >> [laughter] >> Honestly, honestly, it's not even the fact that she doesn't want to consent to it cuz it's not going to help her anyway. It's the I can't believe you would ask me that face that's making me laugh. And then of course, now now see now we're on a different tone cuz now it's not oh you just look like a responsible driver that pulled over and oh look at your wonderful notes about the accident and thank you for all this information. Now it's we suspect it's you and you're the problem on why this accident happened at all and we definitely suspect alcohol which she confirmed she had. She confirmed three. The friend's going to add to that. It's going to be more than three. Um and now we're going to get to I want your badge number. I want blah blah blah because how dare you >> [laughter] >> question me. Right, it was the pause lovable Scorpio. Right, titanium bracelets. >> You're So that's a for sure no? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. >> What's happening? >> It's okay. >> She's under arrest for DUI. >> Ansley, do not. Ansley, do not. >> She's going in my Come on. >> Ansley, >> You can get her in between our cars. How old are you? >> I don't know. Almost 30. >> What's that? >> I am almost 30. >> Almost 30? Okay. Got something to read you. >> Okay. My Miranda Rights? >> Uh not quite. This one is called implied consent, okay? Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath? Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath? >> I do not consent. >> Okay. The state of Georgia has conditioned your privilege to drive upon the highways of the state upon your submission to state administered chemical test of your blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substances for the purpose of determining if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you refuse this testing, your Georgia driver's license or privilege to drive upon the highways of the state will be suspended for a minimum period of 1 year. You have the right to talk to a lawyer. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. Even if you don't want a lawyer now and agree to talk with us, you can and time change your mind and ask for a lawyer or stop talking with us. Do you understand each of these rights as I have explained them to you? Do you understand your rights? >> I understand my rights. >> Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me now? Okay. You do have that right. Hang tight for me real quick. >> Okay, exercising the right. We don't get a lot of people that exercise that right to remain silent. Um get [clears throat] an Uber. Enjoy your lemon drops. Enjoy your restaurants. Enjoy your food. Get an Uber. Get an Uber. >> I'm going to finish up working this wreck. At this point, you are being charged with DUI alcohol less safe um as well as hit and run. Just let you know what you're being charged with, okay? >> What is What is your relation to her? >> I'm like her little sister, but we're not related at >> Okay. >> My big sister is her best friend. >> Okay. So, just you were in the car with her tonight? >> I've been in the car with her, yeah. >> So, walk me through what happened with this whole incident. Or like before this incident happened and then >> Okay. We work for the same company, so we just decided to grab dinner together after uh work. We came here to Sakura. She drank um around I think she got three drinks at the >> Okay. >> I drank one here at Sakura. >> Do you remember what she was drinking or anything? >> We were We were drinking lemon drops. >> Oh, lemon drops, okay. >> Yeah. She drank here at Sakura. We were like, "Well, we don't want food from Sakura, so we went to Lava's." Where she drank probably two more drinks. >> Okay. >> Um >> Were those lemon drops also? Okay. >> My car is here. We drove together to Lava's up the street. We came right back after Lava's here. She was bringing me to my car to go >> So, the friend has now said had five total lemon drops. I think three at the first place, two at Carrabba's. Yeah, we're at five, Janetta. >> [laughter] >> We were going to her house. She lives like 2 minutes away. She lives in Five Oaks. >> Okay. Okay. >> Um We were just going to go to her house now, but as she was bringing me to my car, she We're literally pulling into the parking lot spot, and she like scrapes this lady's car. >> Okay. >> So, we're like, "Crap." And um she just pulls right up right back around her car right by her right back beside her. And we've been here since. >> Why um why would we not just stay stopped? Did she say anything to you? >> No. She was just like, "Oh my god, I just hit her car." And then she pulled back in. >> Okay. >> We were driving away. Like when we hit her car, we like we were like right here with her car, and we just did like a circle and parked back around. >> Is this the damage on her car? >> Yeah. >> Where's the damage on this car? >> Oh. Right here. We were parked right here when we hit her. So, we parked and did like a >> Okay. >> So, when she was hitting like when she hit her, we just did just like that. >> Okay. >> And then she just parked right here and stopped, and then >> So, when he >> Here's the guy who was in her car got went to Dollar Tree, and we've been here since. >> So, here's the issue what I'm having with that story is we have witnesses you called saying that this car was driving recklessly in the parking lot and just kind of just driving throughout it. And then that they saw the accident happen, and then you guys continued to keep driving around. >> Your friend is going to jail for a DUI alcohol less than um she is she's way too intoxicated. >> She just first thing was she's definitely drunk. She had five lemon drops. >> Well, she told me at least three. So, I mean >> We had three here and then two more Carrabba's. >> She She's awesome. Okay, I'm going to give you a a grown-up talk real quick, okay? How old are you? >> I'm 20. >> So, you're you're more than old enough to handle a grown-up talk, okay? She >> Okay, now she just said she's 20 years old, but she said we had drinks. And they are go you know later they're going to say you know don't drive who are you going to ride from so unless unless I missed it and she said 28 I I kept looking at it it looked like her mouth said 20. I thought I heard 20 but if y'all let me know if you heard a different number besides 20. In fact I'll go back a couple seconds to see what y'all get from her saying her age. >> She had five come and drive. >> Well she told me at least three so I mean >> three here and then two more Coronas. >> She She's a >> Okay I'm going to give you a a grown-up talk real quick okay how old are you? >> I'm 20. >> So you're you're more than old enough to handle a grown-up talk okay? She is so intoxicated that you being in the passenger side is a risk to your life. So is it common for you to drive with people or to ride around with people that are that drunk? Okay I wouldn't make it a common thing. >> Do we have her ID? >> Cuz she's messed up. And she um I I'm just giving >> That means you either can't pick up on signs of someone being drunk if you didn't see the signs or it was hitting her on the way out of Coronas or something but no that's way too many that's that's the you know okay they say maybe depending on what you had two drinks you might can get away with that might but most people like y'all said they say two drinks but they mean more they never mean two. Um she was going to drive too though so it's no point lecturing her about unsafe and riding with someone that's unsafe when she was planning on coming back to her car and driving as well and if and if she said 20 cuz I heard 20 too it it sounded not 20 uh the number two but 20 also. It sounded like she said 20 to me but it it skipped over them cuz they never said anything about her being under age. >> Okay well she's she is incredibly intoxicated she can't even walk. She well she refused all tests, um but she is very very intoxicated. Don't make that a habit. I want you to be safe. Um can you call somebody to come and pick you up? >> I called my I mean my car is here, but I called somebody to come >> You You can't drive, so you're going to have to call somebody to come and pick you up. >> her husband. I mean, she literally lives in Pine Top Apartments. >> That was weird as far as her getting a ride as well cuz this woman's arrested. She's not going home tonight. So, I understand you calling her husband like, "Hey, you might want to come get your car." But I don't understand him being your ride because you just She just said when when he's like, "How do y'all know each other?" However they asked it, she said, "We know each other from work." She didn't say, "That's one of my best friends. That's one of my" You know what I mean? Like it it So, I'm like, why is her husband your ride when you just found out you not going to get a ride? But y'all barely know each other at work from the way she worded it. Like, "We're work You know, we do the same job at the company." Um but yeah, they ate at Carrabba's. Uh who asked today? Yeah, Janetta. They ate at Carrabba's, so they had food, too. But five lemon drops, what are you going to You can't do nothing with that. It don't matter. You know, you just drunk at that point. So, that was weird with her when the cop was like, "You need to get a ride." And like, "Yeah, I'mma call her husband." But you just said y'all don't know each other like that. And I ain't going to hold you. Even if I know someone like that, I'm probably I don't know. I'm probably going to be like, "I'll still get a Uber." But I'll let her husband know, you know, she Y'all car is here in case you want to grab it. >> [laughter] >> I raised two minutes ago. >> Okay. >> I called her husband. >> Well, yeah. Call Call somebody cuz I Uh if you pull away, you're getting a DUI, too, and I don't want that to happen, okay? >> Um so, >> Oh, you right. Reading said she said her sister and the driver's sister are best friends. So, she Well, hold on. Wait. Well, that still don't do the the husband connection then. That's still not a connection to the husband because her sis the her sister ain't married to that guy that she's about to call. Nah. mhm, it's not enough. >> [laughter] >> Cuz I was like, oh yeah, that makes sense. No, no, that's that's y'all own connection. That ain't got nothing to do with this girl and this girl's husband. >> Have you read her Miranda at all? >> Not at all. >> You have to talk to me. >> This officer said that they did read your Miranda. >> I >> And that you declined to speak. >> Yes, call Sheriff Donald. >> Well, that's not going to help you right now cuz you're going to jail. You can You can call him from the jail. You're drinking and driving and you hit a car and then you failed to stop when they tried to confront you about it. >> We turned around. >> So, we have witnesses that called us stating that you hit that they saw you hit the car and then drive off and then she continued to follow you trying to get you to stop and then that's when you finally stopped. Your friend also told us that you had at least minimum five lemon drop shots and your friend specifically told me, yeah, she's drunk as crap. She shouldn't be driving. You're old enough to know when you should and shouldn't be driving. Correct me if I'm wrong, but at 29, you're old enough to know when you should and shouldn't get a Uber. >> call Sheriff Donald. >> You may call him from the jail. You are under arrest right now. >> I have not been read my Miranda rights. >> Well, nobody's asking you questions for >> You were read your Miranda rights and you chose to remain silent. No problem with that. But you definitely were you were she was read waivers, rights, all kinds of stuff. >> pertaining to the crime, so you don't need your rights read specifically from me. This officer said that he already read you your rights, but I'm not asking you any questions. It There's no reason. It can be >> Your badge, your badge and badge number, officer. >> There it goes. Name and badge number, Name and badge number. I knew it was coming. I thought so. Yeah, that silence was deafening, Bonnie. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Please state >> You know my name. You just said it. >> And I did? >> Yeah. I'm not investigating this. I'm not investigating this. I'm >> your name and badge number. >> Scoot your feet in. Scoot your feet in. Scoot your feet in. I will put you in this car or you can voluntarily get yourself in this car. Put your feet in the car so I can shut this door. I will ask you one more time and then I'm putting my hands on you. Put your feet in the car so I do not have to physically pull you. One. Two. >> Ma'am, I don't really want to pull your hands there. >> So, will we not getting in the car? >> She's not listening to commands. And I gave her several chances to get in before I put my hands on her. >> All right, here come the husband. Do you think he'll listen to reason and have some sense? >> [laughter] >> Hey, that's her husband. >> And um >> Do you want to deal with that? >> It's up to you. Do you want me to talk to her? >> Her husband? >> All right, feel. What's going on? Come on, man. >> It's a pleasure to see you. You want to talk to him? >> So, You want me to explain it to you? >> I got it. So, she is going to jail for DUI >> What? >> What? >> Alcohol >> I'm warning you. >> Oh, do you think that was her tactic, Lovable Scorpion? So, does she think she is intimidating someone by looking at them? That must be I'm like, why are we staring? Are you I thought she was sitting there cuz she's so drunk. I thought she was sitting there processing each question and then processing her response. I didn't think about oh, I'm trying to intimidate you with my stare. >> [laughter] >> I'm not getting into the argument further than that. If you want to say five words to her, you can. I'm not going to sit here all night. So, if you want to If you want to go over there and talk to If not, then you need to pick up her friend and you need to get out of here. >> I do what I need to do. >> Okay, so you can pick up the friend or we can tow the car. We're giving you We're being nice right now. Your your wife has been drinking. She hit a car. She left the scene of an accident. We have witnesses saying they watched it. She and her friend both admitted to drinking prior to that. Several Several drinks at minimum five lemon drops. And your wife is drunk as crap. >> That's fine. >> So, we can tow the car. That is those the facts. So, we can tow the car or like >> Yeah, although he's still talking a little bit of noise. He had to He had to get that He had to get it together just a little bit cuz your wife was out here acting the fool. Almost a hit-and-run, but the the person, you know, kind of followed her so she couldn't become a hit-and-run. He had to He adjusted that posture a little bit. Now, he going to you know, he going to still try to maintain that pride. Can't let it all go. Can't Can't let it be like, "Oh, she she owned me." or anything like that, but yeah, that your wife caused all these problems. And then, that's crazy. The courtesy is to let you take the car, but you want to try their patience to see if maybe they'll tow the car anyway and you pay an expense you didn't have to pay had you just calmed down, they explain the situation to you, take your car home. And then, I heard her say he has a choice. You got to drive the friend home or you're taking your car home. So, I actually don't know what happened with that and what choice was made on that one. I think, you know, friend just get a Uber. >> As I just also said, take the friend home and do what you need to do, but there's no reason for you to get an attitude. >> You're not towing the vehicle. >> We can It's involved in a crime, so we can. >> But, you're not. I can take it home. >> Or it's involved in a crime and we can. >> I'll be taking it home tonight, thank you. Have you all decided what you all want to do? >> I got you. >> We have not decided what we're doing with the vehicle yet. No. >> Okay. >> I appreciate this officer backing her up. Have you decided what y'all want to do? Meaning, you're not getting those keys just yet. We're going to see if my officer says she wants this car towed, it's getting towed because you No No favors, you know? Like you can't even sit here and listen and understand. It could have been an automatic tow, probably. >> So, sir, you're not You're not free to have the vehicle at this time right now. It is part of a crime. >> am I free to take my property home? >> When they make the decision on whether or not it's going. >> The The conducting officer. >> Okay. >> Yes. >> So, how long is that going to take? >> Feel free to hang tight. We'll let you know as soon as we know. >> Sounds good. >> Where's the plane? >> Out you go. You can get out now. You want to get out? >> be at this first door right here. >> Yeah. >> Ready? Two. Three. All right. And if you'll walk to that first door right there. >> Will you please get my >> Oh, yeah. I'll get your shoe. >> The shenanigans aren't over just yet. Yeah, below the scorpion. I wish and I don't think we're going to find out, but I was like, "Please tow it. Come to the to the decision to tow it." I wanted it towed. I don't know if it got towed, but I'm going to tell myself, "You know what? She decided in this case it's been in a wreck, DUI, hit-and-run. I think it should be towed." >> Please recognize your last name and blood type number. >> It'll be on the tickets that you get. Walk to that front door. >> Current Nelson. >> It's almost there. Walk to that front door. >> Are you planning my arm in the door >> No, ma'am. I'm asking you to walk to that door or I'm going to call jail staff to get out here and they're going to carry you inside of that door. So, which one do you want? 467 Central. 1095 is refusing to go into the jail. Can you get jail staff out here? >> For the record, I'm not refusing. I am seeing the book. My shoe on, and I'm asking I cannot remove my I cannot release my I my hands. They're this It's my right arm. >> You can walk. >> Can you put >> She's playing with him. But oh, she don't play when that jail staff come out. The The shenanigans put up in the pocket then. >> Please assist me in moving my arm. And when you cleanse or move the car >> Yes, ma'am. >> And when you touch the car, Sheriff John Williams Please. >> Oh, it's 100%. I mean, this is It It is absolutely ridiculous. This is a 30-year-old woman. I'm going to >> I am a 30-year-old woman. >> Yeah, just let me go. I'll call you when you get out. Are we walking now? So, the jail staff doesn't have to carry you? You're on camera. Everything that you're saying is being recorded. >> That's absolutely okay. >> I really I'm going to get females out here to carry you inside, okay? Cuz I'm not going to put my hands on you to put you inside. >> Sure. John Williams >> So, do you remember the first, second, third, or fourth time that I told you I'm not calling Sheriff John Williams? You get a phone call when you get into that jail. You are more than welcome to call him. >> And yeah, what is the sheriff going to do? You call him, and then what? What is he going to do? And if he does do something, I need him to be looked at and investigated because you need to be exactly where you are right now. >> You You get a phone call as soon as you get booked in. >> What is your name? >> It's right here. I'm going to give you my badge. It's Cornellison. Cornellison. That's my last name. >> Cornellison >> Go ahead, Central. Cornellison. That's it. That's my name. I'm in the Sally Port. My badge number, my name, it's all going to be on your tickets that you're going to get, okay? >> What is your >> Okay, ignore that alert. That didn't actually happen. I was testing out my widgets. And it actually did it that time. I was trying to get Kendra's name to pop up on here. So, I was testing it out. Don't don't mind that. That was not real. >> Badge number? >> 24, thank you. What is it? >> What is your badge number? >> It's 2467. >> What is your name? >> My name is Madison Cornelison. Are you going to walk or is jail staff going to have to come in here and get you inside? Which one are we doing? One's going to get you an obstruction charge, the other one isn't going to get you an obstruction charge. So, which one do you want to do? I'm going to ask you one time, and then you're going to get charged with obstruction. Either you can walk to that door, and you can go inside of that jail. I'm politely asking. Or you can get charged with obstruction as well. So, which one is it going to be? Okay. Additional charge of obstruction, for no reason. >> So annoying, and so unnecessary. Look, what what point does this prove? This is doing nothing. You just look silly. >> Look look Look at all they got to say to her to get her to go in the jail once the crew come out. >> Hello. She's not wanting to move, so. >> Um as of right now, obstruction, DUI, alcohol less safe, and uh hit-and-run. >> All right, it said Um all of the charges were dropped except the DUI charge. Uh she pleaded guilty to the DUI charge. She Child, I have so many of these. I don't know what people are trying to prove. It It never It doesn't go their way. Um yeah, staring at them did not intimidate anybody. And she is not going to remember the name or his badge number. I agree, Bonnie. She >> [laughter] >> She was in there reading couldn't get it right. And yes, Kendra said I'd be mad that this is additional paperwork for no reason. And right. Right right right. And then I bet it's so frustrating to do all that paperwork and then like most of the stuff you that the police officers had to write up to do their charge gets dropped anyway. That has to be frustrating. For the record, a lemon single is 2 oz of vodka, triple sec or Grand Marnier, um fresh lemon juice and simple syrup served in a martini glass. Now, how many? Five. So, she had at least 10 oz of vodka if they were pouring exactly, which you know, they they don't they're not measuring most times. Yes, that's a lot of alcohol in a short short period of time. Okay, y'all. Well, merry Christmas, happy holidays. Um I will see you tomorrow. So, yeah, thank you for dropping in. Happy birthday, Bonnie. >> [laughter] >> I will see y'all soon. And Kendra, go check out the stuff behind the wall. All right, talk to y'all later. Bye.
