haven't given us the invoices which we know is probably more in-depth than just how you know just a one-page invoice please like the video hey purple unicorn um so they were in talks y'all at 10 A.M September 14th they were in talks enough to go foul down at the court to say hey I think we can settle this on our own to further prove that they said those discussions are ongoing and have shown themselves to be fruitful as the parties appear close to resolving this matter okay given the ongoing nature of these discussions and the possibility of a settlement defendant which is in gardens ask the court to enter an order staying defend its current briefing deadline requiring defendant to provide Court updates on the status of settlement every 30 days from the issuance of the order um that should settlement discussions ultimately prove unsuccessful defendant will notify the court of the same in writing okay well y'all two hours later was it two hours let me show y'all I got it and here we go here we go let me make it two hours later September 14th 1206 p.m they found that first one at 10 A.M said the conversations are fruitful we feel like we get to a settlement that same day two out two hours and six minutes later they said this is Zen Gardens again um defendant represented to the court that plaintiff did not oppose the state requested and the relief sought in that motion defendant however has learned it was mistaken as to the plaintiff which is scope uh plaintiff's position regarding the stay and other reliefs sought in that motion defendant Zen Gardens therefore asked to withdraw that motion from the Court's docket after conferencing further with plaintiff's council defendant request the court to enter in order extending its current briefing deadline to October 2nd 2023 so that's their new deadline the parties are working diligently to resolve this matter without further requiring involvement from the court plaintiff does not oppose the fitness
