mother Tak him the jail take the jail here are a few examples of parents getting into serious trouble for acting like kids this case was pure chaos a heated dispute between these women quickly escalated into full-blown fights making it a real challenge for the officers to break it up and restore order you just hit my ear relax my I don't give a if I die against you on January 21st 2024 officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in Florida after three women became involved in a dispute the cops arrived to find the situation chaotic with the two women still arguing as they refused to follow the officer's orders things quickly began to get out of hand stay right you are no no what's going on why are you scaming off the the four4 balcony I just want to get my sister stop st there was other people and agonizing her there stay there stay there stay there I'm going to detain you if you come upstairs I'm going to detain you what's going on what's going on she want to talk and that's when I was like okay no and then they start spitting and throwing shoes then he's calling the cops they could have been de escalated but they were not Happ they're both going in anyway right now for resisting um do you want to press charges in reference to being a breach a possible breach I mean like I'm not trying to be a like she threw me was spitting at me she you the shoe or she she the shoe hit me in my chest cuz I was reaching over you injy I don't know probably yeah she hit me so no I'm not you want you want to press I mean like so yes or no kind of because yes because I live here I lived here for 3 years and never had an issue yeah I'm tired of dealing with this so yeah I do want charges so she threw a shoe you at you from the unit below no she was on that side I mother and she didn't like that and came up to my apartment start beating on the door with her and her sister yelling at me calling me names too go over by this little balcony over here and start spitting and throw a shoe at me and tell me to come outside come outside and I said no I'm chilling here like you're not worth it so they didn't like that either okay can you describe what they're weing um both of them were in like the same outfit white crop tops showing their fat rolls and black leggings all right can you describe what hair color their fish both dark hair one had her hair up one had her hair down um yeah and do they seem intoxicated to you by any chance 100% they were not coherent whatsoever all right so it's pretty much primary a verbal breach outside of the the shoe on I was right by here on your body he right there did a WR thing and on January 12th 2023 officers from seol County responded to a domestic disturbance report involving a man who refused to leave and got into an argument with his mother's boyfriend when the police arrived they observed the man arguing with his mother the mother's boyfriend quickly explained the situation while the suspect began acting strangely upon noticing them you don't have to act what's going on now act he grabbed me he pitted me against the car held me very strong and he tried to spit on me she was a witness what's he okay where where on where at on the car did this pushed me like that and then he held me forc me for like 10 15 seconds and he was threat to hit me the whole time but he never actually struck a blow quickly I heard the aggressive y like immediately I was like this could turn sideways but is told Morgan call I guess you may witnessed S window and I was like looking and peeking out here being nosy and I saw the blue guy like argu blue shirt Guy arguing with Eric the guy in the white shirt and he like got in his face and like I don't know if he actually hit him but I did see like a swing um I don't know if that they if he hit him CU it was kind of hard to see cuz that woman was standing there too but he did blue Shir did take a swing at him um and then I told the dispatcher that so okay yeah but that that's all I saw and him just getting in his face yelling and he was like really close to his but once I saw it like came back like that aggressively I'm like time to go okay yeah I was like I've seen this one before so yeah me too I know you have that's that's why I was quick about it okay all righty but you you didn't actually see any physical you just saw the swinger went one plus what do you want mhm and uh we just kind of in a other's face right there not nothing physical just when you say right there you mean like over here on the street no in oh this was in the house in the house okay okay and uh and he had sh he had shoved me real hard and I SK my uh elbow up and had okay that's when I had that's when I had called the police cuz he cuz he had shove me really hard that was earlier today yeah that's when I first I called the police out okay and um they came out he was kind of lying lying to him and everything like that and I got kind of upset cuz they didn't a going to do anything about it okay he just shoved me and I I got physical this on my elbow and everything on your elbow okay I ain't do anything so I was a little upset about that but I just walked off okay I walked off I was cool try to go cool down get me a cigarette out the store come back then I'm walking back and I see uh Eric right there in front of my by my mom's car it was the car parked right where it is now park right there okay and uh and at one point yeah I was I was upset and I kind of like I kind of just like kind of push him up against the car up against the car so I guess that's what I'm getting arrested for but okay he's going up now keep in mind he can bond out mom's not going to bond about doesn't I mean you never know yeah he does have the ability to bond out so he could theoretically be out in a couple hours all right how much did you bought it uh 256 as an argue do you need the the the Medical Department or anything like that fire department no I'm just very very I've been going through this with for years with him was drinking problem and he's supposed to be on meds and he knows he supposed to drink so he drinks with the meds yes this is what this is all about it causes them to have very bad mood swings gets out of control of his anger it's happen it's been happening for a long time now and he doesn't listen to me he won't stop drinking he's an adult at a certain point you got to go he's an adult making his decisions don't he's almost 40 why am I still doing this because I love him I want to see him the man was charged with battery next see how this woman went too far with her actions when someone insulted her daughter and she hit you on this side yes she hit me on this side you want yes and on May 21st 2024 dispatch received a call about a disturbance involving a woman at a daycare center the officer approached the woman listened to her situation and asked for some identification I'm going to be honest you I slap her you did slap her she has taken to social media calling my 5-year-old ass sociopath LLY I have all the text messages of her calling her a disrespectful girl all my thing is you can't talk somebody's kid and think they're not going to do nothing I get that I get that I did smack her first I sure did on so besides the kid thing you do realize if someone hits you back it's considered self-defense I know okay so I don't know what else she's going to say okay so that's fine I have screenshots and everything of everything she said about my kids so the only thing with that is so a lot of people don't that's called what you call doxing right talking about someone all that kind of stuff is under freedom of speak all right now as far as if she's like a behavioral specialist something like that and she's supposed to be taking care of your kid or looking at that what she's supposed to be doing that's kind of stuff you'd have no Civ that you go to the manager or something like that she she's not supposed to take care of my kids she was my once best friend that we just fell out and she came at me crazy about my kid cussing at me about my kid then went to social media calling my kid a sociopath and it's you're 24 attacking a 5-year-old no I get it I mean and this is the first time we've seen each other since she made those remarks were were yall planning on seeing each other today or our kids go to the same daycare y so we just dropped our kids off you knew you'd run into each other eventually well we ran into each other this is our first time we ran into each other we've kind of skid past each other but this is the first time we've been face to face since the whole incident has happened so run me down about what what happened from when' y'all get here this morning um so when we got here this morning I dropped off my daughter first I walked back and then as I got to my car she was already walking back to the car so I asked her I was like do you have anything to say about my kid to my face I did start because you she ran her mouth so much about my and you were supposed to be her and you said all my child and then wonder why I never let watch her cuz people will secretly hate your behind your back and that's how kids AR yeah I don't believe that and then she was like no what are you talking about I said well you took to Tik Tok to call my kid a sociopath what the talking about like I don't have the screen she didn't know that you saw the videos yeah because she thought she blocked me off of everything and when I went on Tik Tok she was on my for you page so it literally popped up on my for you and I saw it and I didn't say nothing about it yeah I let it be God has a way of showing you yep and I'm just I'm disappointed in myself but that anger just took over me so I mean I can't I can't blame you I mean morally I can't blame you yeah you know my baby but I know I'm I'm in the wrong I'm not going to I mean you are in the wrong so it depends on it's really going to depend on her if she wants press charges or not she said she wants to so the victim then explained her side of the story giving the cop a better understanding of the incident I was dropping my kid off and um then she let she and she dropped her kid off too that girl over there mhm and and then she waited right here cuz she had her car parked here and then she waited right here and then she wanted to confront me about some issues that we had going on and then she smacked me and then she wanted to continue fighting and Stu and I told her I was calling the police and then she scratched my face okay where were you guys standing when when all this happened right here all of it happened right here right here she's the one who moved her car she was about to leave and then I told her I was going to call the police mhm cuz she had drove away she said you said she scratched her face yeah she well she smacked me that right there on your cheek and then this right here is what she to you yeah these these markings on my face these two scratches and I and she when she was smacking me I think that's when she did that you right on it's in my car don't want to walk over there and I'll just stay here then won't put them we won't have them together for a minute so and then her daughter came to my daughter and told my daughter oh we're not going to be friends my mom said we're not friends anymore so so she literally went to a kid and told a kid that so my kid and she told and then her kid told my kid my kid told me so I left it alone you're saying that she talked to your kid andu no she told her kid and her kid told my kid that they're not going to be friends anymore yes this is literally kid stuff and then she she she's talking about something I had posted on social media that had nothing to do with her but she wanted to stalk my cuz I have her blocked on everything so how are you seeing my stuff cuz you're stalking me so and then she wanted to confront me about it and whatever and then she wanted she pushed against me and then she smacked me that was when you guys were out here yes am I able to press charges for um defamation of character it's civil it's civil she thought she could run her mouth about my kid like she's run her mouth about everybody else cuz I'm not the only one that started out she these two other girls stopped being her friends a couple months ago because she SLE with somebody and I what I told her I understand people are not perfect I'm still going to be your friend and stand by you and she twoo faced and no girls wanted to be her ass too did she show up no cuz she's I just don't understand the point of think you could just talk about and that nobody's supposed to yeah somebody's going to pull your card eventually she lit I have her blocked on all my social media and she's literally stalking me so even if I was posting about her it has me and she hit you on this side yes she hit me on this side you want yes and I want put the the scratches on does video this is I the man was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer resisting with violence and simple battery sick mom feuding sisters when family drama boils over one sister lands in handcuffs find out how this domestic disaster unfolds it feels like my lip is hurting okay like you have any other injuries on that no okay on January 4th 2022 in Athens Georgia officers responded to a domestic disturbance involving two sisters at a residence the altercation began over their mother's doctor appointment and escalated when one sister allegedly struck the other upon arrival officers began questioning both parties to gather more details about the incident I'm just to make this we for my mom um came from the hospital yesterday needs to get needs to be at the doctor right now but she's letting this right here prevent her from going to the doctor which really is upsetting me cuz my mom needs to be the doctor she was talking us that she I made her an appointment this morning I came over here to check up on her she was on the couch hurting and pain and severe pain I have two older siblings that stay here with her none of them was helping her none of them my oldest brother left to go to work my little sister is in there you know I go in the house so after I make her an appointment I tell her I'll come back and pick you up or whatever I get here maybe at 1:10 yeah right at 1:10 I go house I say okay Mom I'm here um as soon as I walk in my little sister oh you got her like I'm like no she's not like I made her an appointment and my mom don't say nothing don't say nothing to her she got add and all this and then next thing I know she starts flying off at me you know just starts popping off you know for no reason I haven't said nothing offensive to her nothing out of the way to her nothing at all so if me and my mama we coming out the house next thing I know she starts attacking me right now she's probably doing a suicide act right now that's what she does she likes to sit there act like she's suicidal when she gets in trouble but like I said I want to press charges I have my son in the house I have my son in this car I would like to leave do you need me for anything else yes I need you please don't leave because I'm very upset that I was just for no reason for no reason at all she in a room and r a knife in there she has like I said theyt are s she has a knife in there yeah hey n will you stuff it out she's barricading herself in a room with a knife yeah that's what she does but I still want to press charg for domestic problem like I said it's a situation where she don't want to jail J and now it's TI for no it's not [ __ ] for the WR will you come out here please I did not fight back I back leave I'm not coming in there right now until there's more an additional person here I'm not having her I'm not having her come out here how you want to treat me and oh I'm doing St a t for she could have been want to take you to the doctor always take it up for her call the police not me you police you drive but you always want to baby her she's in her room with door locked with KN had no business coming out the house to attack me the stop whatever I do she can't she started hitting her but I don't know I don't know the whole situation yet um this I was that child figure it out we can wait for that here she said that she came to pick her up pick her mom up and she said oh you're com to get her you got her late and jumped on her jumped on you on her on her it's t because she the one that something me to something happen put my hands on her tell about today did she hit on her today no she didn't hit her back no she didn't hit her back but she hit her her yeah okay okay do you have any injuries yes my his face BR it feels like my limp is hurting okay like I'm you have any other injuries other than that no okay so battery fam and violence this is just battery fam and violence probably Poss over here and help my mama this is not how I should get treated for coming over here mama so where where's Mom at Mom what's going on with her with the knife sorry she got issues at now she she got a car car to the car yesterday and she she's she could have anxiety and pressure okay is she threatening anybody with a knife no she's not threatening nobody with a knife is she threatening herself with a knife huh she just has a knife in the room 89 to 49 just to be clear she hasn't threatened anybody with a knife she's not threaten herself with a knife she just has a knife in the room I'll get over here make a law enfor um as they continued to gather information they noted a history of conflict between the sisters which contributed to the tension of the situation but um the situation was me I have a appointment what is she said what did she said to you she don't want to come back want ja when went she just refusing to come out of the room um so she willing to come out and talk to us you might well just keep you in eyesight just in case something bad happens ready to go she's in here screaming so you got mate I said no that's you come talk to her appointment so I know what her appointment was and I contact me not for me okay my phone should be at work but if I'm going go get phone number you can call you talk so fast um so where did the alation happen did it happen in here did it happen out there what it happened outs do issues and what kind of issues you got can you help me understand and what went on you're good just slow down okay can't dealing with his eyes and depression and so anet depression stuff like that has she ever gotten treatment before no she haven't got but um to sister all day when she want her to go to Jack or something she want they both jumed on each other when she was pregnant back before yeah when here up here no her she's never she got three kids okay but my thing I can't understand why cuz she didn't call the police then I want D you might shut the door but yeah I don't need her adding to adding Toc situation yeah so I can't understand so today though she ran out and attacked her no she ran out and attacked her yeah and now she want her to go to jail for something just happened was in the room true enough but her situation is her attitude is that to go to jail CU she went the jail but I had nothing that's what happened maybe five or six years ago okay what happened then did she attack her she attacked her yeah and they always while she was pregnant no they was no she was pregnant at time no okay but she's always been in and out of trouble and the the officer at that time couldn't get her to calm down like you can't get to calm down now and shut up and just you know excuse me and you know tell what happened and that situation she did thr hands on her okay and so now she want her to go to jail cuz get payback yeah but so so with the other extra stuff aside as far as like the history but today what you saw was she ran out and attacked her you run out and attack her like closed fist open fist pulling hair what I don't you don't remember all that you just know she made physical contact with her but what was the reason for today though you want to have a seat on the couch what when I it's hard to get I understand that so how long have they ever lived together yeah but I see yeah I assume so but I mean nowadays people she live in her own apartment she got her own apartment she live here so she ran out her see I had the doctor for me she was like it's 115 why why today why why I don't know I can't reason I can't understand her reason okay but you know what from for the past one she so was there ongoing beef going on between the two they had some beef where they cing each other out one time they quit she blocked her they was talking and that was it that was it but when she saw her today it just ignited everything yeah I don't know when it ignited her but she start by talking they you know but her situation today ain't nobody care about her nobody care about her attitude she get back the car yesterday I mean it just you just sit tight for me I'm sorry I know you got to get to the doctor we got you back in here yeah okay I had appointment but I to go back to work tomorrow you Ain here and tell me got I had kids about my kids and you not to that can't get despite attempts at mediation both parties remain defensive yeah okay my mama she stopped dising her at a long AE a long time ago okay we got into an altercation a few years ago before we moved before we moved to Georgia um it was a situation where she had took a phone that was mine now my mama did not buy this phone for her she did not buy this phone she took the phone my mama wouldn't make her give it back because I didn't come ask for it soon enough because she had the phone for so long my mama felt like oh well at this point you should just let her have it despite the phone not being hers she still was like oh well I'm not F to take it from this is the old situation right but this the situation that my mom's trying to say that's leading to today I'm just asking about what happened today okay what happened today can you take some big deep breaths for me in through your nose and out through your mouth I know you've been crying so it's going to be a little difficult but huh look can you hold my hand real quick hey hey [Music] hey slow morning around before 8:00 I want to say okay it's before 8:00 when I get here yeah my mom sitting on the couch yesterday my mom went to the hospital cuz she was in so much pain they told her that she had okay she's been in pain ever since yesterday okay my little sister stays here my oldest brother stays here all both of them over the age of 18 okay like I said I get here today my mom sitting on the couch she told oh thank goodness you here I need to go to the bathroom why she needs help to go to the bathroom yes she needed help to get up and go to the bathroom because she was in so much pain so why is you still sitting there you got a grown up that stay in one bedroom and you have another grown up walking around your I don't say nothing no I get up I help my mom you know I see what else she needs I I help her get dressed she took her a shower I help her get dressed all that you know I went to the grocer store this morning for her you see that car right there that's her car she let my little sister drive her car yesterday to take her to the hospital so it's not like my mama don't let her drive the car I took my mama went to the grocery store for my momma came back put the grocery up and everything okay I made her a doctor's appointment before I left doctor's appointment was for 130 yes for 1:30 today okay man told us because I had already given them all the information he said you don't have to worry about getting here early okay that's what he told me yeah okay I got here at 1110 yeah 110 my little sister had called me which I did not see because my phone was dead my little sister called me twice at 108 okay I didn't answer because my phone was turned over and I was driving don't we having no hands on while driving okay so like I said I pull up here at 110 I don't even know cuz I not go into my mama's house you know like that's like a second home for me cuz I stayed here first when I first moved down here anyways go in there I'm like okay little lady I'm here let's go I don't say nothing to my little sister first thing she said oh you got her late she was supposed to be there 1:30 she was supposed to be there 15 minutes oh I said no I made the appointment I know what time she's supposed to be there my mom was like don't talk don't say nothing to her she got an attitude and so I don't say nothing else to her or whatever I walk on out the door by the time I get right here this little girl running out the house attacking me I do not hit her I not tell her anything so she's mad so you show up at 1:10 and she said you're late and then that's over the phone or is that this is par okay this is like where were you at when that happened okay we need to get this figured out you don't want to get this figured out no want to talk to you huh talk to you talk to you are you saying they're not going to listen talking about me I'm here and I'm trying to get your side okay I can't get your side until you tell me when I walked in the house I was in the house when she you you were in the house yes I was through that I was past that room I was right there she was s her and my mom was sitting in the front room what we call front room no not this room oh in the back the older sister frustrated continued to detail the events that led to the altercation offering her perspective on the situation yes they was sitting in that room so you were walking into the house and she's saying this stuff yes well I was already in the kitchen she start say um M was supposed to be there 15 minutes before her I say no she doesn't the man told me and M over the phone that she doesn't have to be there early because I feel all her information my mom is telling me don't say nothing to her because she got an attitude already she has an attitude because she just raped her car last night she just W her car last night no she just W this white car last night because her braks went out why because she failed to get them fixed she's for one thing she's not she's underage drinking okay she she likes to drink and smoke and you know waste her money should have been got a fix but did and now person went out now she got at with everybody so your mom's trying to like say say don't worry about it um no my mom's not telling me not worry about it my mom's just telling me oh um don't say nothing to her which I don't I stopped talking to her at this point but this little girl but at this point I'm talking to my mom what is she what she just comes out of nowhere attacking me like I'm I know you like what was it that I did provoke her that's the thing I said nothing to provoke her so he me out hear me out I don't care who Prov to I don't care I just want to know what happened cuz I wasn't here it doesn't make any sense but I'm telling you I came here pick up my mom to take her to the doctor that that little girl could have done herself and she has an attitude because she wrecked her car and she attacked so you were having a conversation with your mom after you said that to her cuz she said that hey don't worry about her she's got she ready just let's go yeah and then all of a sudden out of nowhere she attacks you how does she so she runs at you to start punching the face or what yes uh she snatches my wig off cuz I had a wig on my head where wig oh it's in my CL right there okay so I couldn't see it cuz she snatches my wig off and everything and just starts going Mayweather on me but I don't hit her back because I already know first of all I have a CNA license I'm going to school right now currently to be a medical assistant I'm not F to catch a charge and ruin my career where me and my kids have to sit here and live in a project forever I'm not doing it I know how many about how many times you think she punched you in the face oh God uh I'm going to say about maybe three or four okay and then after that like you are you trying to get out or you running towards your car or what um at this point we end somehow we ended up over there cuz like like I said I was here so I was like this right here yes I had my sweater on so this why I'm I'm like this right here like she's pulling on my sweater and everything all right so just whenever she got tired of feeding me did she stop and go in the house and I said oh yeah you're going to jail I might have to go to work more de I can you tell me what happened today I know huh I know can you talk to me no can you tell your mom what happened today can you explain it to her if you don't explain what you would do we just have to listen to one side of the story just go on it unfortunately yeah if I chose ter before to go to jail for what happened but it's not what I want to happen but if I don't have both sides of the story I don't know what else to do you know I say chaos okay all right I appreciate you I'm going to talk to this other officer we're going see what what she's out from her um do I need to sign anything any report I need to sign anything because like I said I want to press charges not right now no um somebody will be in contact with you cuz obviously because youall have a um you've been through this before and they may may not have informed you of it because you've lived with her before in the past and your sisters um you fall into the realm of Family Violence it's a Family Violence relationship so it's just like if it's like the difference between me seeing a stranger and punching him in the mouth that stranger like you know what I don't want to press charges versus like a married couple they don't have the choice of press charges or not because it's Family Violence relationship does that make sense it's up to me if I have enough problem y going to press charges um I got to see so I like to get everyone's story first before we make the determination cuz I don't like to make any hasty decisions right so I mean like obviously it's a big deal to arrest somebody seize them and uh take them to jaet right I like to get everybody stories um the other officer is talking to your sister right now just trying to get everything gathered um you mind grab a picture of you yeah sure let me get my th ultimately the younger sister was taken into custody and transported to Clark County jail for processing so you might well take a picture of your lip you mind tilting it up for me all right so um what's up B H five all right so if you don't mind facing forward going take a picture of you if you'll turn left so I can get your side come on get the camera and if you'll turn the opposite direction so I get the other side this isn't a time to be on our phone this is a time to let's talk okay I don't want to have to go off with just one side of the story honey I don't want that for you calm down and tell her what happened and the over she started yelling at me okay start from the very very beginning when she first got here even this morning I do I don't know you don't know okay mhm and then when she came back to pick your mom up for the doctor's appointment what happened M said said you was going to be late I told her I said said said Mama she's going to be late so she yelled at me started yelling at me stuff about I don't know I don't remember what she asked her I told her I was like y just y'all need to go y'all just need to go work cuz I'm not tring to do all the day y just need to go and she kept going and going and that's just what she does she just keeps going and then I just okay and then what I then and then she turned around and she kept yelling at me so I hit her okay how' you hit her I hit her I don't know I just hit her okay did you hey did you hit her like with your fist did you hit her just like slapping her she go no she's still sitting out there I just had to talk to her real quick get her calm yet got her yes so Mom sister and her 105 for make sure on the same page also to another you think about doing a special goodness your bond for mental health evaluation yeah so we're going to have to take it to jail for Family Violence battery what start last now he's been removed from the room it's in the bedroom do he have any other weapons in there nothing you know we're going to go in there
