Okay, Valerie, the reason why I'm here, the reason why this deputy is here is because there's Richard Mccardi McCrady. McCrady, however you pronounce it, was the door of this residence right here, right? Leading from And you know what he said? He said, he said, "Valerie, why are your so large?" Say what? Why are your pupils so big? Because it's dark and my eyes need to absorb more light. It's dark. Are you kidding me? Okay. He's saying sit down. I'm not trying to pause. What am I going to do? Okay. Richard said that you think he's cheating on you and you bit him in the Okay. Now, what occurred out here tonight is in jail. Why was he in jail at Method? Say what? Why was he in jail at Method? I can't understand you. Why was he in jail a month ago? I don't know why he was in jail. I'm not here for why he's in jail. Might want to look it up. I don't care why he was in jail. I'm out here for tonight. What occurred out in those woods tonight? Can I tell you what did Yes. I'm asking you to tell me. No, you have not. Not once yet. Yeah. Tell me what occurred out here in the woods tonight and why he exited the woods bleeding. I don't know what happened to Okay. Oh, I didn't get to know him. So, what occurred out here tonight? You tried to bump up in my house and I went to a neighbor's house and told them I was standing outside for two hours. The other night. Two nights ago. I'm not talking about two nights ago, Valerie. I'm talking about tonight. What happened to me? Mr. Isaiah's place or something? What? We said something. What about him? You had to go to the first to get to me. Yep. All right. What happened? I told them. What did you tell them? I can't get back to my house. He's coming in. Well, let me in. I don't know what's wrong with this. I ain't touched him. So, you haven't seen Richard at all tonight is what you're telling me. I'm not saying I didn't see him. I told you he bars in. Won't let me in. Okay. I'm gonna give you one more chance here to give me a statement about what happened here tonight. Man, it's gonna recreate going around in a circle. I'm gonna close. It's going to regret from where he was in jail from the battery he gave me. You can't tell me you can't see the black eyes if you raise that light. You're still there. What are you talking about? Raise that light. Look. Those are not raccoon eyes, dude. What does that got to do with what happened tonight? Ask yourself. You're not that dumb. Okay. If you're refusing to give me a statement here, that's what's going to statement. You didn't even tell me. Actually, if I have my wallet, Newberry, Newberry will tell you. Well, Newberry is not working. What does he got to do with this situation? Newberry will tell you the case going on. Well, what's going on? Okay. I'm not here about whatever you knew. Barry, your brother, baby. Valerie was hit with charges for resisting an officer without violence and battery. Now, this insane man, Edward, thought he could do whatever he wanted, believing no one could stop him. But on June 30th, 2024, a frantic call reported a disturbing situation where he was smashing property and brandishing a knife. Can you call, ma'am? Yes. I want him removed from this property. Okay. What's going on? He is very abusive. He has rearranged my mom's whole house. Okay. He cannot stay here. It's my other brother's house. Okay. And he was just released from jail the other day. Okay. Cuz he barricaded himself into a motel room. Okay. So, what did he do today? Here he's screaming and hollering. Her central air won't work no more cuz he broke it in there. How did he break it? It just won't work. I know. Did he like Did he like hit it or smash it? He should not be here. Defender. Okay. And the school's right up this hill. Okay. I'll go talk to him. Is he He's out here. Yeah, he's out there. When the cops confronted Edward and asked what was going on, he denied everything, acting reluctant and confused. I do it. No. What's going on today? I don't think he's running. Okay. Were you yelling and screaming inside at all? Hell no. I've been outside. Okay. No, he was screaming at me out here. Screaming I'm outside. Outside. Okay. Yeah. Can you shut that off so I can hear? I'm outside. I see you're outside. Were you yelling at her outside here? I'm screaming at God. You know that. Why are you screaming at God? I'm truly in love. What's that? In love. You're in love? Yes. Okay, that's good. Um, unfortunately though, you can't be screaming outside if it's causing a disturbance. And And I didn't disturb anybody. Well, you disturbed her and that's that's why I'm here. She She called us. She's She didn't call you. She did? Yeah. Dispatch didn't call you. What? Dispatch from downtown. You did not call you. I don't know what you're talking about, Ed. Can I see you so creepy? No, you can't. Oh, there's a real cool. Yep. That's a real [ __ ] Thank god. Yeah. What's he going to do to you? He's not going to do anything to me. I don't know. So, I don't know why we keep coming back here, Ed, to have you come back. No reason. You chase me all over. You arrest me for no reason. I'm here because they're claiming you were being disorderly. They didn't sail me. Who let themselves out of there? I walked. They were right behind me. I don't know what you're talking about, Ed. Yeah. What about that room you built? I didn't build any rooms. You know, for real. Are you feeling okay today, Ed? Yes, sir. You are, sheriff. We were here yesterday because of you. We're not. You're lying. You may have forgotten, but I was here yesterday. And remember you? Yep. I was here. So, we can't continue to keep coming back here because you're I don't know why. Causing disturbances. I haven't such ever I I wasn't here when you said anything, but they're claiming that you were out here yelling and screaming at people. You said you weren't here, right? I don't understand what you're trying to say. You hang out with him for a minute. I'm going to talk to mom. The officer went inside to talk with the tenants who all reported issues with Edward. When the cops informed him about it, he just ignored it like it was no big deal. Okay. Thank you. So, Ed, um, according to everybody inside, you can't be here any longer. Yep. So, do you have you have a place to go? Yep. You do it there tomorrow. Okay. Well, we're going to be here until you're you're leaving cuz you can't be here anymore. So, go ahead and collect your things and you can start heading to wherever you're heading to. Still got your room of quality up. Go ahead. Go ahead and collect your things, Ed. I'm getting them right now. This one scarfers. What's that? Oh, yeah. Well, she just told me that she wants you to leave. She said you not me. Well, my name's not Ed. She said I want Ed to leave. I don't think she said that. Do you have anything in the trailer there? We're not going to sit here while you smoke a cigar. You need to get up and collect your things and leave the property. Harass harassing me. The alternative is going to be to go to jail for disorderly conduct. Back to jail again for no charges. Oh, disorderly conduct is a possibility. I am not calling you to it up. You know what I'm saying? Well, I was called here because you were yelling and screaming at your sister, creating a disturbance. That's why we were called here. And we're willing to let you leave if you have somewhere else to go without going to jail. But if you're refusing to leave, then you're going to go to jail. I'd rather not do that. So that decision is yours. But I'd like you to make a smart decision and just get up, collect your things, and and go wherever you want to go. I think that sounds pretty reasonable. Unfortunately, you don't have a while. I want to think, but I got to figure out where I'm going to go. You said you had a place to go, right? Where you going to take? How about you don't think about our tennis shoes and you think about where you're going to go? I'm trying, but you keep interrupting me. Well, you need to move your body. Why are you trying to get me? I have done something wrong. You arrested me last time for nothing. I didn't I've never arrested you for anything. We need you to leave while we're here. Why don't you pack while you think? Why don't you pack them up while you figure out where you're going to go? I got to think. You can't think and pack at the same time. I do one thing. Yeah. We're not We're not going to play games with you. We need you to get up and move or you're going to come with us. What? Do not get aggressive with us. I ain't. I'm just staying ground by going to house my family. You're going to stay outside. I don't know where you're going to go. I'm going ask my family. They don't want you inside. Oh [ __ ] God, open the door. Ed, you're not going to go inside. You wouldn't believe how Edward reacted when the cops tased him. Instead of freaking out, he just laughed like it was some kind of prank. Going to go inside the house. You're going to get paid. Stop. Stop. T my Put your hands behind your back. Oh yeah. Lovely. Did you get a good connection on those? Yeah, he he went through several cycles, but every time he he would pull up the cord, so I'd have to deploy another probe. he doing today? Oh, not well. More aggressive today. He tried to we told him he had to leave and that he's going to get arrested if he didn't and tried to get back into the house and then became resistive and wrap both arms around that freaking post of the of the deck there. So, several cycles with the taser and spray and he still fought until we forced him, you know. who didn't really he get through a cycle and then he would rip the cords, you know. So, I'd have to deploy another probe into him to get a a connection and then it'd go through another cycle and he'd do the same thing. I'm going to take him down to Gunderson for med clearance and hopefully he'll I mean, he seems a little calmer now, but just know he's going to jail and that he fought with us. They they wanted him gone and I think him going into the house was just going to give us more more problems. Yep. Want your window down, Ed? We'll get your uh face rinsed off as soon as we get down to the hospital. All right, Ed, we're going to get you cleaned up. Okay. All right. Take your time, sir. Don't worry. I get out. Turn your feet out. I can get out, sir. Go. I'm I'm just going to help you so you don't fall over. If you don't help me, I can get on a lot easier. Okay. We all can. We know how to get out. All I knew was some guy messing with me when I tried to put my lock on my door. Hey buddy. Hey buddy. So there's no walk. Please don't say that. I can do it. But you guys have to move at the same time when I told the therapist to try to help me with the thing upstairs. She has been called here before for like her pulling a knife on her, trying to pull a knife on herself. Does she have Does she have a knife now? No. No. There's no weapons in that bathroom that I know of. Um at all, but every I mean like I've watched the knife door pretty pretty good. It's on It's on the far left side of the mattress. What was her name? What's her name again? Isabelle. Isabelle, can you come out now? Izzy. Um, what's that? Okay. I don't think she's going to try and shoot you guys. But where where's it at on this mattress? On the left side of the bed mattress underneath like underneath. I don't think she's going to try and shoot you guys. Just hang out in there for a second. Okay. No other guns or anything. Just don't go near it. Is that the only one? Yeah. There's no other guns or anything in here. Oh, there's another gun in the drawer out here. Okay. Just don't go near it. Where's that? What drawer? It's in the bottom drawer that that it's a Mac 10, but it's in the bottom drawer of that. Okay. I'm going to get this back to you once we're done. Isabella confronts the cops in a strange state, growing unnecessarily agitated. Officers try to diffuse the situation, but she reacts unpredictably. What's going on tonight? Okay. Okay. He said you were doing some stuff that made him very concerned. What's the stuff that you made me feel very concerned? What? What's the stuff that you made very feel uh very concerned? That you were literally acting like you were possessed that then. Okay. What are you going to do about that? Acting like she's demonic. I'm just asking you example actually. No, you stay right there. I'm going to stand right here. Yep. Stand here and talk to me. No. What's going on? No, I I actually him example. He said that was going to example what's going on. [Applause] After placing Isabella in the cruiser, the cops talked to her boyfriend who revealed more shocking details about the night. Get in the car. Get in the light. You've already caught two charges. You kicked me. You hit her. Get in the car now or you're going to get more charges. Come on. Get in the car. I bet you like it because I'm a girl. Get back inside, please. No. Get back inside. Guys, you just called because she was acting strange and you wanted us to come make sure she was okay. No, for hours she was acting like demonic and so why did you call us? Is it just her behavior? Were you scared? Did she It was like it it wasn't like I called the police before cuz she had tried to like herself and but I intervened like so what happened? She tried herself. I put her ass in a full Nelson while she tried tonight. She tried to stop me. No, no, no. This is like months tonight though. What happened tonight? Okay, so we were sitting here and we're having a great night. You saw I can show you the text on my phone. She's like, "Hey, I'm feeling really good tonight. Um, you should grab some alcohol on the way home and I'm actually I'm like critically broke like like like so broke that like I just like I literally got my check today and it's the what is it the second I paid my rent? My whole check is gone." Okay. She's like, "Uh, will you give me a vape on the way?" last night. Uh, she asked for smiles tonight and she has a tendency to be violent like she has given me black eyes and all this kind of all that. Tonight though, did she get physical? No, she did take a little swipe from me. I don't think it was like a physical swipe though. It just happened to hit me a little bit. It was not physical. I don't think it was intended at all though. After that, I'm like I thought she was like she drank so much. I thought she was going to get sick. So, I'm like she's like I'm going to go to bed. Blah blah. She's still really mad at me. And I'm like, and she goes in and she starts talking about something like all I can literally for like the last couple hours, all I could hear out of her is like the most genuine help out cry. Please, please, please, please. And I'm like, what the is bothering you, Izzy? I'm like, just let it out. So, I get her back in bed. I literally almost have to like pull her back in bed. Like, I have to Okay, Izzy. Like, she's like falling asleep. Her hair's in the toilet. I'm like, Izzy, I'm not going to let you do that. I'm I stand there, drag her back into the bed, and then like all I can hear, she's literally just talking. I have like videos and it's all on her phone. I want to take the video. So, just to be clear, it wasn't a domestic. You called us because she was behaving very abed violent to me. It was So, she was just behaving abnormal. It was acting spooky for hours and so like like I'm talking about like hours. Like this is all today all right here. So, so answer the question though. She was just acting abnormal. That's why you called us. Abnormal as to the point where I called her. I was texting her sister cuz I want to talk to her sister for this. I'm like, has she ever done this before? Like I didn't know if it was going to be watch. She's never act like like I know it sounds so dumb to say, but she's acting like demonic. I believe I got all the information I need from you. Uh, just stay inside. Obviously, she's going to jail tonight. So, for how long? I I can't tell you on that. She'll see a judge in the morning. Is there any how how can I like what like you'll be able to once she's booked you'll be able to see if there's a bond and go from there about that you'll be able to click on it once she sees a judge she'll have a bond and then it's just 10% of After assessing the situation the cops asked Isabella to put some clothes on but she remains stubborn refusing to cover up any more information for you before I leave I'll come in I'll let you know okay all right I'm so sorry I Nope you're fine I got her information finally. Sweet. She wanted or anything? No, neither of them are. Yeah. Um, have you pulled a case number? Yeah. Yep. It is. I'm working on her book, but I still don't know. What did he say? So, he just said that he called cuz her behavior was out of the norm. It didn't get physical is what he said. She was acting demonic. She snores. Yeah. Um he said she he thought she was throwing up cuz they had been drinking all night. He went in there. She was convulsing and acting odd. And so he let her stay in there and called us. That's all I could get. I could barely get her information out of him. Okay. So, uh I'm just doing assault on a P102. Okay. Do you want me to do the complaint? You do the booker? Yeah, we can do that. Um, or I can do the complaint and the booker if you want to do the case or vice versa. It doesn't matter to me. Whatever easier for you. Whoever gets subpoenaed does the complaint so I can do the complaint and report if you want. Yeah, if you want to do that. I'm I'm already report back. So, okay, perfect. You do the booker. I'll do the rest. All right. Did you ask for the wagon? I might have been on two. I haven't yet. I was waiting till I got this. Okay, perfect. We're going to take you up to the jail. No. No shirt or anything like that. That I can go try and get one if she's willing to put one on. Yeah, I'll ask her. Miss Isabelle, can I get you a top or something like that to help cover me up? Can we do that? Okay, we'll do that. All right, we can try. Didn't work before just cuz Yeah. That's why I was like cuz they were covered and then she started kicking and all of that fun jazz. What were you here for? Oh, they're fighting inside. No, she was acting I guess demonic. So, we did more like a welfare check. It was called in as a domestic, but there was no fight. It never got physical. Yeah. And uh we're just trying to talk to her and she comes right out of the bathroom, gets right up in her face. I'm like, "Back up, back up." And then she does it like the last time and like just straight up goes like like that to her. So I was like catching people do that. Put her in cuff and then she though the cops tried to get Isabella to put some clothes on. She lashed out making it tough for them to handle her. Let's get a shirt on. Look at Isabelle. Isabelle would like to put some clothes on you. Are you willing to Are you stupid on my people? I don't. So, are you? No, I'm not. No, I'm not. Okay. I'm going to have you come up this way. If you leave silver, she'll want something good to go. Cool. Thanks, guys. Thank you. All right, Miss Isabelle, we're here at the jail. Okay. Just so you guys know, she's as well. She didn't want to put her clothes on. She's pretty right now. She's like, she's going down. So, I don't know. She's acting again. See her whole mouth put her hand in. I don't Isabelle is a Isabelle.
