Please, man. Can I get my girlfriend? Please, can I give my girlfriend? Please don't. Please don't do this to me. Please don't do this to me. Please, man. Don't do it to me, man. I don't know. >> Hey. Hi. How you doing? >> Hey. Hi. Hello, everybody. Um, >> I will be talking during this video. So, if you don't want any interruptions, the link is in the description box. And this comes from pursuit cops. Driver refuses to show ID, then begs cops not to arrest him. What's wrong with you? >> I cannot see in the back. And that tent is illegal. That's sir. >> That That tent is real dark. Sir, I had this I had this vehicle for I had the vehicle for 3 years. >> Okay. You had the vehicle for 2 years, but the tent is not 3 years. It's still not the right percentage. >> Okay. >> So, what percentage you think it is? >> I can tell you it's dark just by looking at it. Sir, I'm I'm I'm checking what position what what the reason I'm stopping you for what is >> I know the difference between if I can't see if I can't see in it. >> But I had I had but I had a car for 3 years and I've been coming up and down this I've been coming up and down this road. >> Do you want me to get a tent me? Do you want me to have another officer bring a tent meter for you? >> He talking so much he don't even know the reason he's actually pulled over. No, >> you do have do what you have to do. Is that what you want me to do? I have to do this, sir. >> Okay. Let me see your driver's license. I thought you said you were going to do something first. >> Okay. Let me see your driver's license. Sir, >> you don't have to come. You don't you one thing. You don't have to come to You don't have to talk to >> Let me see your driver's license. >> You don't have to talk to me like this. >> You're not going to tell me. You're not going to take You're not going to dictate. You're not going to dictate. You're not going to talk to me like >> I don't think the officer was talking to him in any kind of way except I don't know you. You don't know me. Let me see your driver's license because this is a traffic stop. That's all I got from it. This guy, he just wants trouble. If I'm going to start with your tent, I'm asking for your driver's license. >> But you're not going to talk to me any type of way. >> Let me see your driver's license. >> Can you go see your supervisor? I would like to see your supervisor. >> 42 to 41. He's requesting a supervisor. Let me see. Let me see your driver's license, sir. >> I don't have to I don't have to wait for my supervisor. >> I refer to wait for my supervisor. >> So, you're refusing to give your driver's license? >> I'm not refusing. I'm just waiting for your supervisor to come. >> That's not how that works. >> Yes, it does. >> Okay. The officer calmly explained the speeding and illegal tint issues, but our driver flat out refused to hand over his license, serving up lame excuses and boldly demanding a supervisor. >> I'm not I'm not retain I'm not I'm letting you know right now you're obstructing my investigation. I asked you for your driver's license. If you don't give me your driver's license, you will be going to jail tonight. >> But I asked for your supervisor. >> My supervisor can still come. If you're not giving me I'm telling you again, you're audio recorded. If you do not give me your driver's license, you will be going to jail tonight. >> I always wonder the body cams I watch, the police officers usually give very clear warnings and instructions. They are like, if you don't do this one simple act, which is usually showing your ID or identifying yourself, because so many people these days apparently don't carry their IDs around, um you're going to jail. And he even said it's for obstruction. So that should be very clear. So to prevent that from happening, unless you know you're already going to jail because you have a warrant or something, why do people challenge this and then they're like, "Oh no, I'm arrested." >> But I ask you, "Can I see your supervisor?" >> I don't But sir, you don't make the rules like I asked for your supervisor, sir. I'm asking for a supervisor. >> If you do not ask for a supervisor, if you do not give me your driver's license, sir, >> again, again, I'm asking for a supervisor, sir. >> Step out the vehicle. Step out the vehicle. Step out the vehicle. What? What you want me to do? Take your seat belt off. Take your seat belt off. You pull the gun out on me. You pulling the gun out on me. This is not a gun. This is >> You pulling the taser out on me on the traffic stop. I'm not I didn't do anything. >> You're obstructing my investigation again. >> When I ask you, can I see your supervisor? >> 42. Go ahead and step it up. >> Step it up, guys. Back up. I'm kind of I'm kind of glad this officer didn't even give him time to take another 10 minutes to argue while his supervisor got there. and the guy doesn't want to listen to the one thing because that is exhausting to watch. I like watching body cam videos, but that time it takes to just sit there and argue with the person and they're clearly in the wrong. I'm just glad he got to it on this one. >> Step in for a supervisor. >> Step out the vehicle, sir. >> Step out the vehicle. Open up. Open up the door. Unlock the door. >> I didn't unlock the door, sir. >> Unlock Unlock the door. Unlock the door. Unlock the door. The door is unlocked. What are you talking about? >> Step out the vehicle. Don't face me. >> Face all the way. Place your hands behind your back. Place your hands behind your back. Place your hands behind your back. >> I'm trying to look for my >> Okay. Place your hands behind your back. >> Making this farther than what it got to be. >> I'm not making it harder, sir, but I'm just I'm just telling you this. >> You are audio recorder like I told you from the from the get-go. Sir, you don't have to do this, sir. >> You didn't have to do it. >> 42. I got one detained. >> You speeding 50 plus miles an hour down to 35. >> Then you wor then you worried about a tent that you wasn't going to get a ticket for. >> Now, I wasn't speeding. I just saw you. >> You going 30? You know the reason I stopped you? >> You said it was for speed. No, no, no. I did not tell you it was for tent. I said, "And it was dark. Roll your windows down." That's what I told you. >> Pay attention >> when I approach. >> I did not tell you it was for tent. >> He done pissed him off. Um yeah, the guy was so busy talking the whole time that he didn't even hear the by the way, I was actually pulling you over for speeding cuz he was already talking. He was going and then the tent was cuz the cop didn't want to roll up to the car to stop you and don't know who's in the back seat, what's going on, can't see anything. That tent was really really dark. That was some dark tent. And I'm from the south. That was some dark tent. But yeah, you just So you thought you was getting pulled over tent cuz you wouldn't listen. It was for speeding. >> You told me it was for tent. I said your tent was dark to throw down your window. That's what I said. >> After several warnings, the officer generously gifted our driver shiny silver bracelets. But instead of gratitude, he doubled down into a full-blown tantrum. So since you want to be an [ __ ] step off this way. [ __ ] man. >> Doing way too, man. >> Hold on. How did he get to the ground? I looked away for a second. Hold on. What happened? >> Step off this way. >> [ __ ] man. You doing way too much, sir. Man, what are you talking about, man? >> Did you see this? >> What are you talking about, man? Hey, okay. Hey, my wrist, man. What are you doing? I just got off of work, [ __ ] You doing this? >> I just got off from work, man. Come on, man. >> He refused to give his driver's license. He didn't want to cooperate. >> And I told him to get all >> I wonder did he drop his weight or did cuz I didn't see like a sweep, a leg sweep. So, I wonder did he just drop his weight to act like Oh, no. Do you see? He pushed me down. >> I'm going to still identify who you are. So guess what? If I ask you, let me explain something to you. Look, if my officer No, don't say a word. Let me explain to you. If my officer pulls you over and he asks you for your identification, you are required by law to give him your identification. Yes, sir. >> If you don't, that's obstruction. >> He's something. If my officer asked you for your identification glasses, >> that's fine. I was on my way. But he talked the way he talked to me. I just said, "Can I see? Can I?" >> I'm not going to ask you a thousand times for your driver's license. You're not going to dictate my traffic stop. Like I told you, I'm just I'm just tell I'm just trying to tell you, bro. I just All I ask for was your supervisor. Could you wait? >> No, I don't have to wait. What part is you not understanding? >> You're not You're not listening. Let me try. You're not listening. Let me try. He's definitely a person that waits to respond but is not listening to what's being said as he's waiting to just say his part in your brain. I guess you think you understand, but you're not even taking time out to hear what's going on. So, you can get an understanding and avoid a lot of this unless again you already have warrants or they were going to find something else. What is all this for? So, you going to jail either way. But even then, why get added charges if you were going to go to jail for like say they picked you up on a warrant? Why do you want an obstruction charge on top of that? Why do you want a resisting without violence chart on top of that? >> So, here's the thing. You can ask a supervisor, but he doesn't have to wait for the supervisor to continue his traffic stop. >> That's a common misconception that people have if he doesn't have to stop Mr. Sir, I apologize. I'm trying to talk to Mr. [Music] >> Mr. I apologize, sir. >> I apologize. This is a lesson learned. >> This is a lesson learned. And when you get out of jail, >> and I explain I even explained this to him. I said, >> "If you do not It's my dog. It's my It's my girls." >> What? I'm going to jail. >> Yeah. I told you. I told you that. For real. >> Are you a big fell brother? >> I just got off of work. >> I just got off of work. Come on, dog. Come on, man. Come on. Come on, step this way. >> Can I park on my girl, man? Come on, man. That's just not for work, man. Come on, man. Just get off from work, man. Come on. Don't do this to me, man. Please call my girl, man. Please. Can I get my car back? Please, man. Please. Please. Please. Can I get my girl? Please. Can I get my man? Please. >> Watch your hand. Watch your head. Watch your head for you. You already fell over. >> Please, man. Can I get my girlfriend? Please. Can I get my girlfriend? Please don't. Please don't do it to me. Please don't do it to me. Please, man. Don't do it to me, man. I don't know. But once resistance failed, our fearless protagonist swiftly shifted from tough guy to Oscar worthy tears, begging for mercy. These sound like that Tik Tok where that clown is cursing and kicking stuff and he got that high pitched voice. The you >> the clown kind of looks like Ronald McDonald I think or something. That's how his voice sounds right now. And how you crying? You was all good before. You was all good. Now you crying. No, this is a hard lesson and you should listen. You have to listen. This is I mean consequences of our own actions here. >> Go to word. I push my ass. I work hard, man. Come on. Don't do this to me, man. Please, God. Please. Please don't. Don't take my car. Please. Please. Please, man. I just got this job, man. Please don't do this to me, man. Please don't do this to me, man. Please. Please don't do this to me, man. Please. Please. No. Watch. Don't do this to me, man. Please, man. You did it to yourself. >> I'm sorry, man. I told you I'm sorry. I didn't want to see a supervisor, man. I I thought I was doing the right thing. I swear to God. Please, man. Don't do this to me, Louis. Don't do this to me. Watch. Please. Please, man. Please, man. Please. I don't I don't have the money to do. I don't have the money to get out, bro. Come on, man. You going to do me like this? You going to do me? Please, man. Please. Come on, man. I don't have no Do I have any wars, man? I don't have no wars, man. Come on, man. Come on, man. Give me some water, please. I'm talking to you. No, we not talking no more. >> We done told you off the rip, >> son. We not, man. I just got off of work, man. Like, literally >> on my mom. I just got off of work, man. I'm not doing it. That's my That's my girl's my girl's gun, bro. If you you could call you could dial and everything. That's That's her. >> Please let me call my girl, man. Please. Did he say that's my girl's weapon? I mean, you you you still I don't think will get in trouble for it being if it's her car and it's her weapon in her car, unless you're a convicted felon or something. I don't think you get in trouble for that. Is that why you were acting? He said you don't have no warrants. So, I'm like, are we acting crazy because you knew there was a weapon in the vehicle? I mean, that doesn't help. I still don't know why you act crazy, but I'm I'm just trying to figure out his motivation. >> That's my That's my job. That's my dog. phone. Can you get my phone, please, sir? This for my diabetes, man. >> Your phone right there. It's going with you. The phone is going with you. >> That's not That's not my phone. That's not my phone. That's not the phone, sir. >> Okay. Where's Where's your diabetic phone? Where's the diabetic phone? >> I just said I just said, you know, listen. I just said the phone is going with you. Okay. The other phone will go with you as well. All right. Hey, Louis. Look at this tent right here. Is it not dark? So I asked him when I approached I could not see nothing in the vehicle. I asked him to roll down the window. Right. So when I asked him to roll down the window, he starts off mouthing on. I said, "Sir, let me just see your driver's license. I'm not pulling you over for the tent. I'm pulling you over for some speed past the damn preet. You going 50 55 plus." He's the one. He was in front of the car when I pulled over. >> So he So he was flying past you, right? >> No. No. He He car I pulled over. There was another car. >> Yeah. I seen the car I just seen the car flying. I visually observed him doing 55 plus. So then when I went when I got beh the the t the tag on my can you can you hear me cuz you hear you can hear me say on the body camera I said hey your tent is kind of dark I need you to roll down your window. Finally and predictably, our dramatic driver was booked with resisting arrest and cited for his tint being out of regulation. >> Huh. And he did not get charged for speeding. Very interesting. But the when the police officer did walk up to the car, he said, "You were speeding, but I can't see you because of your tent and all that stuff and resisting arrest." Just a charge for no reason. Um, so he wasn't charged about, if I heard correctly, he said, "That's my girl's weapon." He didn't get charged about a weapon. So there was nothing except his current actions that got him in trouble. I I don't understand why people act like that actually. But all right, that's it for this one. I will see y'all next time. Bye.
