I don't want head butted again. Get it rolled down, please. It's all the way down. See, here's your chin. Here's the bottom of the window. It's all the way down. Just keep your head up here. The medical team came in to help him out. It seems like he learned his lesson. We just got there was a whole scare going on there. So, my lieutenant can bring him over here just so we got him away from everything. He's going to talk to us. He just keeps saying his eyes burn and he wants to have someone check him out, which obviously they burn. The only thing we could do is spray his eyes with water. So, I highly doubt we would be able to get him the ambulance. But I'd rather not take my other car to get them in there. Just keep them in here and take him down. Oh, trust me. You can put me in the ambulance, bro. Honestly, I understand whatever you got going to say. I know they say I was resistant, bro. I just wanted somebody to talk to these guys. Like, we're going to arrest you. Hey, so that's why I got upset. I just want someone to speak to. Just listen to me real quick. So, it's just your eyes are burning right now, brother. I can't breathe through my nose. I'm trying to breathe through my mouth. Can you back up and tell me which way to spit? And if you need to spit out the window, guess spit out the window. They probably move. But the only thing we could do for your eyes right now is we could just put saline in your eyes to try to clear them out. Better than nothing, brother. Can I please get that? Hey, that's what we're gonna try to do. But if I get you out for my I put it on my daughter's leg. I am in pain. Can we like let him sit on the edge so he's not all the way up? What I'm going to have you do is stay in the car, swing your legs out, and they're going to rinse your eyes while you're sitting down. How you going to do it? Okay, go ahead. Swing your feet out. Okay, they're going to rinse your eyes for you. Try to keep your eyes open while he's squirting that in. It'll help clear your eyes out. The more you blink, the faster it's going to rinse it out. Okay. All right. Start blinking. You got to try, man. We're going to grab a towel for you. All right. Thank you guys for opening the door. Thank you for cooperating. Yes, man. I was trying to talk to you when Okay. We're not worried about that right now. We're worried about making you feel better. So, let's focus on that right now. Keep blinking. We can take him with us. Are you hurt? You not talking to me is not going to solve anything. We have to figure out what's going on. That's not normal. Do you want to talk to me or are you just going to stand there? What's his name? Amish. Adish. A N I S H. Okay. Can you not step towards me, please? Just back up. Hey, relax. Relax. I'm not trying to fight you or anything. Okay. I got to make sure you're okay. All right. What happened today? Don't do this. Don't do this. It's not worth it. Does he take any medication? Uh, no. Okay. He's supposed to, but he never takes it. So, no. He's squaring up with me. Okay. No, I'm not. He has a body cam. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Not squaring up with you. Okay. So why why are you just acting all quiet and staring me dead in my eyes? [Applause] What happened? What what is that? Something happened today. Okay. Well, we're going to have the medics talk with you cuz that obviously was a normal what I just saw. Yeah, he he jumped three times in the space of last half an hour. Okay. Are you are you injured at all? I don't just roll up. Are you just jumping to jump? He hurt his left shoulder. Okay. Anish that you don't got to touch. You're legally touch. I'm I'm in my space. That's fine. Anish, what's going on? Do you want to talk somewhere else? Got nothing to say? Okay. Right. We're going to ask that you just talk to the paramedics to make sure that you're okay. It sounds like you got a fault. That's what we're concerned about. Is that something you're okay doing? I just didn't. Okay. Do you want to talk to them and not the police? I don't want to talk to anyone. Okay. Can you do this for me? Can you just sit on the step? Aggressive posture. I'm I'm being I'm not touching anyone. I'm not saying I'm not saying that you It is fire department in here. You have a conversation with them and they leave. But they are not going to do it with you doing this right now. Okay? So, this is just going to take a heck of a lot longer. So, all I'm asking you to do is just sit on that step. I will have your parents walk into the other room. I don't care. Whatever is the most comfortable for you, but I need to have them come in here, talk to you real quick, and then you can figure out what you want to do. You are not a criminal. You didn't do anything wrong. You're not under arrest. I just want to make sure that you're okay. You want to go to the hospital? Tell them that and we'll get out of here. Okay. I'm just going to sit here and ask you questions until you answer them. So, I don't care if it takes an hour. I don't care if it takes 2 hours. Parents are concerned. The paramedics are here. There's four police officers here. We are not going anywhere. This isn't safe for you. It's not safe for your parents. Tell me how you would like to do this. They're all waiting outside for you. But from what I saw when I first walked in and you jump in and that's unable could really hurt yourself. And what's to say that you're not going to do something more when we leave? So therefore, we're obligated to make sure that you get the right attention. We can't just get up and leave. Okay? We got to make sure you're okay. We can either step outside. Amish's act started to scare the police. So, one of them warned him and explained the consequences. Fact that you keep moving and shuffling towards me like you're about to like swing on me or something is disturbing for me. I see what you're doing. You're trying to get into some type of position to try and flank me or whatever you're trying to do. And we're not going to go down this route, okay? Or you're going to try and run. You're not going anywhere right now. Okay? You're being detained for your own safety and for your parents safety. So, stop trying to walk up on me. stay all quiet and act like you're going to try and hurt me or whatever you're trying to do or be intimidating cuz I'm not going anywhere. I'm not scared by of you, okay? So, you can either talk to Sergeant Jump here or me, Officer Nelson, or you can talk to the fire department. We're not leaving. Okay. Stay right there. Stop moving like that. [Applause] I'm going to put you in handcuffs if you keep doing it. I am going to tell you this much. I will place you under arrest for assault. Okay? We have every reason to believe that we are in fear of physical contact with you with what you're doing. You're balling your hand like you're ready to punch someone. You're coming within inches of other people. not worth it. So, do not push this into a criminal matter cuz you will be arrested and taken to jail. Once Amish saw an opening, he made his move and things quickly escalated just as the cops had feared. Stop. Under arrest. You are under arrest. Get in head position. Hands. Hands now. I got this. Hands. All right, stop fighting. Just relax. Okay, that wasn't smart. You going to tell me? Yeah. My kid does worse to me. Okay, John, you mark one in custody. All right, let's just double check. I have maybe have one in my car, please. But I don't know where I don't know where it is. This might take us a while. Anyways, I was I'm I'm ex-military. They're gonna look my up this last time, even though it was a misdemeanor. Like, I plead guilty to something I didn't do. And then it keeps going. Listen to me. Regardless of what's happened in the past, we're trying to figure out what happened. We got to get both sides of the story. I don't know that much. Have you had anything to drink tonight? Let's start there. You drink anything alcoholic? Beer, whiskey, anything? What time is it? Almost 11:30, midnight somewhere in there. I don't seem close enough that it would matter. Have you done any drugs? anything? No. I'm not I'm not insinuating anything. I'm just asking, okay, to see if it you've done something that's altered your mental state, okay? No. Yeah, he will. Okay. He said you sound like somebody he was in jail with recently. No, man. That ain't me. That's right. Justin's mother then shared her side of the story, providing critical information that raised serious concerns. Mom, I'm sorry. I didn't know who was coming up on us. Okay. Do with with how he is tonight. I know this is this is the worst I've seen him. Okay. Let me see that. I will give it to him. So, you know, just Yeah, I've pulled him over before. Yeah, it's the worst. He's Yeah, he's a been this bad. So give us your son of what happened. Okay. All I know is I was laying in bed and I kept hearing this all this yelling and I finally I mean I heard something smash and just shatter and I was I went out there and I told him I said give me my phone. I'm going to break it. I said don't break my phone just and he shattered it. Then when I went to try to go get it says you want to see your soul leave your body. Has he put his hands on you tonight? Be honest with me. He shoved you. He shoved you? That's all he got. Did you lose balance? Anything like that? I lost a little bit of balance. Okay. So, you almost fell over. I almost fell over. Yeah. Well, here's what I want you to do. Okay. We don't know how this is going to go down. Um, I do have a gun. Yeah. Okay. So, where's that at? It's locked up in my safe. It's locked in your safe in the bedroom. But one time you were fighting over it. And so, is it secure? Yes. There's no bullets in it or nothing. But does he have access to the gun and can find bullets? Yeah, he did. Okay, that's See, that that's my main concern because the statements he's making, I don't like it. All right, so y'all go get some serious hang out down the street and go to your driveway and you get back. I'm going to give this to him so he'll calm down. Yeah. The police tried a different approach to avoid making the situation worse, but Justin had other plans. Here. You want this? No. This the ladder? You throw it? Yeah. I'm going to You ready? Thank you, sir. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So, we talked to mom. We talked to mom. So, now we need to talk to you and figure out your side of things. Okay. What do you remember at all? What's the last thing you remember? Having a phone in my face is being on the defensive and snagging out of my face. Okay. I didn't know what was going on. I just reacted. And that's all that happened. Now, if you asked me to leave the premises, I would leave the premises. But y'all not done that. So, I know you're trying to act against me and I'm going skip this bull. Just please step out. Oh, shoot me. I'll reach for something, I guess. Do not. I do not. Please, Justin. Please. For the love of God, we can get you help, man. No, you've never done that in my life. I swear to you, manto man, I will get you psychological help from the Veterans Affairs. Please make statements. I need to leave you alone. Okay. Please step down off this porch. Get medical started. Justin was charged with three counts of terroristic threatening, domestic battery, interfering with a law enforcement officer, and resisting arrest. On September 28th, 2024, deputies received a report about a group of juveniles causing disturbances at a sidewalk in Flaggler County. The officers arrived, quickly gathered information, and contacted the juveniles parents while trying to understand what had happened. Who did he get? Yes. Uh, he didn't get us. 5 11 105 ticket. I don't know what he's got. What did he do? What's your name? Just uh parents info for everybody. Parents info for everybody. You got parents info or you No, I only got There's no new Miles. Miles. I've never been in trouble. Don't I didn't I just cross to go back to my house. That's where me and I mean there's a first plan for everything in there. Yeah. But I've never been in trouble. I was just going home. Okay. So, where were you guys before this? We were over there by Lowe's. We come literally. We went to Zach's beast. We got food, came over here because they were over here and we were right there. We were sitting under there for a little bit riding around not causing any harm at all. We weren't screaming sitting under the covering. We weren't screaming. We weren't swerving cars. We weren't in the way. We were being respectful to everybody. I like everybody that tried to go, we let them go and then we came back up and then we came back over here. But me and him were heading home. They live on the other side of town. Me and him were heading home and that's when we were we got stopped. They were going home too. We were going back. So I got multiple calls about you guys. From who? Really? That's none of your business. Multiple about what? About me. Correct. So I'm going to give you guys Listen, I'm going to be honest. Just be honest. Exactly what you did. Honesty is the best policy. If you're not honest with me, that's when things get worse. Okay? So be honest. What were you guys doing? I just told you that. No. No. Everybody Why are we going to lie? Okay. So basically we got done with Zach piece. We were just eating. What happened at Zach? We were just eating all sitting. What happened in the parking lot? Nothing happened in the parking lot. We just pulled up. We did did a couple little little came over right. We were sitting there like, "All right, we're done." We did a couple little went around your pulled over. That's what we did. Literally, we just came. Were you setting off car alarms in the parking lot? No, we were not. That silver car alarm was going off for like 20 minutes. We went inside and said in Zach's piece and said, "Someone's car is going off outside." No one came out and the car was going back inside. I said, "Someone's blue car alarm is going off." Blue or silver? I don't remember. It was It was right there though. I heard it. But you can check. We weren't there when it happened. Me and him had just pulled up. Like you could literally go check the cameras. We were not doing nothing to no cars. We were sitting in the car here. Me and him just pulled up. I did too. As soon as I got here, I was cops are on the way. We didn't do anything wrong. Do you know the laws? They can take the bike. Oh, no. Do you know the laws? Yeah. What's the statute? You know what I can and can't do? That's very interesting. Not at all. I was I was saying you can't impound the bikes because what's the bike after 055 is your phone number? I've never been in trouble. Like I said, first time for every the juveniles weren't being completely honest, so the cop took a moment to offer them some advice. Question. So like when they called in, like what what did they say? Like did they say like what? Did they say no? No, they didn't say. I'll be honest with you. They didn't say d. They said that there's juvenile messing with what did they say? Juveniles are in the parking lot. These delinquents are in the parking lot. It's very simple. It's very simple to not get in trouble. Well, if we were just just listen, just use your brains for a minute. Okay. Does this look like a place to go riding around on a bicycle? Listen. Crossing the street doing all that stuff, going through the parking lots on bicycles and stuff. Where are we supposed where we supposed to ride? There's nowhere else. Listen, there's parks. I I heard somebody was in the Listen, I hear somebody lives in the B section, right? Somebody lives what? B or B? There's a there's a park by the by the P section, too. There's all sorts of stuff that you guys can do that is one significantly safer. All right. And two, is made for exactly what you guys are doing. This is literally a retirement town. There's nothing to do with it. Okay. Then you're going to see us a lot more and you're going to get a lot more tickets. All right. So, I'm just being frank with you. I'm trying to give you some education so you could stay out of trouble. So, if you if Listen, if you're the one that wants to be in trouble, look, these guys don't want to be in trouble. Listen, listen, listen. Cut the lip. Cut the lip. Obviously, these guys don't want to be in trouble. They don't want to get in trouble by their parents. They They don't want to be grounded. XYZ. Listen. If that's what you want to do and you want to keep running the muck out here, we're going to be called and we're going to take care of it. All right? So, it's up to you. I'm giving you advice on how not to get in trouble. Okay. So, listen. Listen. No. No. No. So, you guys are young. You haven't seen it. See, you saw right there. There's cop car right here with lights. Cops. And that guy still did that, right? That's not my fault. No. No. Listen. Okay. God gave you Listen. God gave you two ears and one mouth. So, you should listen twice as more than you speak. Be quiet. So, listen. People People fly around here everywhere, okay? They're not They're not prepared for kids to start riding across the street in hordes. All right? It doesn't make their action any better. But you know what? If they don't see you, you're going to be dead on the street. Okay? It's no joke. So, you may think it's funny. You may think it's harmless, this and that, but there's only one person's action in this world that you can control. It's your own. You can't control the other kids. You can only control yours. You can't control a motorist. Okay. So, that's the whole point of this. Can you ride at home? Like, can you ride at home? Because I've gotten pulled over at home before and they said, "I can't ride at home." Listen, if you're on the If you're on the sidewalk riding on the sidewalk, you're abiding by the laws. You're wearing your helmets, all that stuff. There's Listen, you guys are old enough now, all right, to to know what you should and shouldn't be doing. If you're riding a bicycle, you should know what you're legally required to have on your bicycle or your person to ride around. All right? You're coming to the age where consequences are going to become something that you can't overlook. All right? For little kids, it's okay. Little kids, they don't understand consequences. They don't know what they're required to do. Listen, you guys are all old enough you could read. You could use your Google. You could make decisions and all that stuff. You guys are going to be working soon. You'll be going to college soon. You may think it's a long way away, but trust me, you guys are right there. You'll be driving cars. You'll be voting. You'll be doing all that stuff relatively soon. You guys got to start making good decisions. While the officer was giving them a final warning, one of the juveniles caused a problem, leading the officer to detain him for a conversation. Bike is your bike. This one? Which bike is your bike? That's my bike. This one? This one? Yeah. Oh, that place is dope, dude. We've been getting calls for the last 2 and a half hours about uh children riding around the city of Palm Coast in various areas causing disturbances and we're at this point we're we're done giving warnings and we're not playing around anymore. Every time we do, they slap us in the face and they do it again 10 minutes later. It's wasting our time. We have better stuff to do. We have shootings going on. We have suicides going on and I'm stuck here with five unruly children that want to cause a servant. So, they're all getting citations for no helmets on their bicycles. You're welcome to come here and get them. If not, he's going to ride home. You have any questions about that? No, I don't. Thank you so much. [Music] You've been signed by the police before? No. Never. Never. You can look at my record. It's a joke. I'm You almost made me change my mind on that. White bird. [Music] Just so you guys know, if you guys ever get stopped and you guys run on these bikes, that's a felony plane of loot. [Music] That was Mala. No one said anything. What did he say? Why do you feel that you want to kill and shoot yourself? I told you not to say that. Get up. What the up? What the Don't say that. Yo. Whoa. Wow. Bro, you're being secured under a baker act, bro. I told you not to say that, bro. Don't say Why the did you do that, bro? We're going to get us some help. So, we'll figure out why you did it, bro. Why would you do that, bro? You know you're not real. Come on. You done, bro? How you take this off? Just check the bag. Just check the bag. It's just clone. What's in it? It just clone. Check the bag. What's What's going on with Stand up? Send up uh Malachi. [Music] What's What's wrong, man? Bro, what's wrong with you? I can't no more, bro. What's that? I can't, bro. Is it double lock? Yeah. Okay. What's going What's wrong with you, man? Seriously, bro. I just like I just The reason you're you're getting a citation, but the reason why is cuz you know why, right? You keep getting calls about you guys and we got to hold you guys accountable somewhere. I know. But so saying you want to I mean regardless, we got to get you some help. But saying you want to hurt yourself, bro. What is going on that caused you to say that? Well, it's not nothing, bro. He just all just say, bro, what's that? Just y'all, bro. Us. We got called here. I know, but y'all just saying y'all get tickets. I know you first getting a ticket. I'm just I'm trying to keep my calm, bro. Like, bro, I just can't no more. I can't, bro. I need to calm down. Take a breath. All right. Take a deep breath. You're not going to jail. Are you on probation? No. You're not. I mean, I don't know if you are not, but believing that you are not, you're not going back to jail right now. You're just sitting here as we write you your tickets, man. That's it. Nobody is going to hurt you. Nobody We have to take you to a hospital now, but like you're not in any trouble or anything, bro. No, I'm just scared of y'all, bro. It's It's It's happened before, man. Yo, y'all put your guns on me. And I just What? Y'all put your guns on me, bro. It's happened before. Did something occur? Because No, it's because my bike it's having everywhere. So, we've been out with you for like a half hour now. All right, I'm going to finish my just make sure he doesn't like. Huh? Yeah. Yeah. Go in there. What's in it? Nothing. That's all. The police then spoke with the parents, but instead of using the moment to teach their kids a lesson, they started arguing with the cops. I'm not trying to be rude. I'm This is It's becoming a problem because these kids have nothing to do. They ride their bike. Well, that's that's fine. But when they're causing issues, we had called out them every single causing I don't know. Ask your son. How about how about you talk to your son at home when he's gotten citations already for the fact and figure out what he's doing? How many times he been stopped? He stopped more than once. Okay. Well, we get closed every single day about him. That's why I get a citation. We may or may not have something better to do. But I'm telling you, sir, when you say to me if I got something better to do, no, I don't. I got this to do right here cuz they bother people in the community every single day. I'm sorry. My son, right, got a helmet to get another one for $64. All right. I wasn't. We are on our way and you are going to release him to us when we get there. That's not the way it works. Um I if I bring my daughter we will. I'm sorry. I don't understand what the circumstances are that you can when your son tells law enforcement that he's going to kill himself and shoot himself. We place him under a That's Jonathan, right? Jonathan, do we need to be concerned for your welfare? [Music] It is a noncriminal thing. It's a law enforcement behavior act. It's where he goes to speak to a mental health professional for evaluation. [Music] Dr. You wouldn't have talked to him and harassed him and him. He never would have said any of that. The only reason he said anything is because you harassed him. No one said anything to him at the time he said that. Excuse me. I was talking and you're listening to me. It does matter. It wasn't his electric bike. He own one. So if you're drive if you're driving a car and you hit somebody and run away because it's not your car. Does it matter? No. Dad committed a He committed a traffic. He's on a bike. He's on a bicycle and a bicycle. Can I explain the Florida law? Per Florida law, he needs to have a helmet if he's under the age of 15, which he is. So, he's in violation of Florida law. Whether the bicycle is his, yours, or mine, it does not matter. Correct. And generally, you guys generally generally I do not care if he rides a bike without a helmet. I don't care. However, the issue lies when we get called here four or five times throughout the day. We have shootings going on. We have fights going on. We have suicides. And I'm stuck here with unruly kids that want to cause disturbances, block traffic, and disrupt the peace. You think I want to be here with a bunch of kids? They're on [ __ ] bikes. Do you think I want to be here right now? If you go to the Wawas on the other, if you want to file a complaint, go ahead. We're going to issue the citation. No problem. 111. His parents um are on the way. Very irate. It's going to be an issue. And dad also said that he wants to kill himself. When the detained juvenile's father saw his son in handcuffs, he became emotional and made a bold move. Yo, calm down. Calm down. Cool. Let's cool it back. Don't with me. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. I didn't do nothing. Do it now. Shut. He's not even doing anything. Get back. No, I'm not getting back. Please take your knee off my back. I'm cooperative. You're under arrest. I'm cooperative. I'm cooperative. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow. You're cutting me, bro. You're next time. Don't resist. I didn't resist. He put his hands on me. You approached him. You batted along for talking to him. I asked him. I said, "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Calm down. Set up, dude. Double lock. Stand back. Get back. I'm not standing back. I told you to get back. You want to end up like him? Get back. I'm not resisting. I'm not My hands aren't on anything. Do not put your hands on me. That's how it starts. You back up. Y'all are back up. What am I going to do? And what are you going to do to me? Sir, can you take your hand out of your pocket? Thank you. Are we serious? Serious. We got parents coming after us. That's why. Hey guys. Hey guys. My left wrist is losing circulation. Get to the car. Thank you guys. Let me know. Why not? Give me yours. Why can't I take my 14-y old mind home? What's the problem? Let me over there. I'm not 214. Can you please give the keys to my wife? Yeah, that's the key hanging out of my pocket there. You're going to jail. The battery in law enforcement. I'm going to jail. Battery. Who's got a body cam? You got a body cam? Did you see it? Why did he He put his hands down at me first. I was talking to him. You approached him in an aggressive manner. I was just running up because I saw him putting my kid in handcuffs in the back of the car, so I wanted to talk to him. Let me explain to you on the phone what was happening. Oh, yeah. I freaked out on the phone. I apologize about that. All right, sit in the back. I have an eight at eight. I'm pretty pissed about all this. You have an eight. Can you kindly loosen it up now? Just go a minute. We got a lot to do. One car. The left one. You have You have to wait, bro. We got a lot going on. Stop walking behind them. You can stay back. You can come back over by your car. It's his head. don't go with him. That's my husband. I can take his hat. The hat's not going to go with him to wherever you guys are planning to take him. It is. This is ridiculous for a bunch of ag. Oh, there's going to be plenty of documentation. Don't you worry about that, sir. On what? I said there will be plenty of documentation. Don't worry about that. Absolutely. The officer explained the consequences of the juveniles actions to the parents, but talking to them was way harder than dealing with their child. Well, a lot of them have escalated this them by themselves. I originally stopped them. They didn't have any helmets on. They're under 16. They're supposed to have helmets on. All right. And then from there, they've all escalated it from there. We we received calls about disturbances involving them for like the last two hours. Ever since I came on stage, we having juvenile incidences and we keep having to come out here and deal with them causing disturbance to the peace and viol and violating laws and all this rigmarole. We have like like I I'm talking to him. So like I said, I've had better things to do. We have shootings going on. We have fights going on, suicides, and here we are dealing with this and parents trying to fight us for bakering their child that said they wanted to kill themselves. So now that now we can't do our jobs. So here we are doing this. Whatever. Get your citation for no helmet. Uh 30 days to pay the citation. Obviously, he doesn't have a license, but he can't get one until that citation is paid. 30 days to pay the fine. Private court. I'm still working on the paperwork. Okay. Well, we can't hold him for that. We can't we can't hold I'll drop it off at his house. What? For being for being in the They want to trespass him for being unruly. So, they're causing a ruckus at Lowe's and the manager. The manager does not want them back. Parking lot. Listen, I haven't listen. Are y'all parents coming or no? We're good. All right. Get out of here. Y'all free to go. Thank you. My sister's on the way. Can I wait till she comes? All right. Cross the street. [Music] You guys are welcome to be in the area. Go across the street. Watch vehicles. This is an investigation. Yes, sir. Thank you. Don't trespass. But you understand there's more than these guys riding bikes in Palm Coast. There's a whole community. Do you think I want to be here and do this right now? I'm sorry. I'm sorry. We got the call. I got to come out. And I'm sorry about it. Just chill out, guys. Please look. I I don't want to be here. I know my son rides his bike and that's what they do. Which one's your son? This is my son. They have nothing better to do in honest since I got here. This is This has been the one that talks and escalates it the most. understand what he he I taught him that yo you're a minor you're a minor and if you you don't have to talk but he talks a lot of but at the end of the day you guys are like oh this and that this and that he's a minor listen you got to call me first no I don't okay all right whatever you're obviously the professional I'm not you guys are professionals citation for having him on your bike all right you need to have him on your ride your bicycle Okay, wait to stay on the bike to make a payment.
