All right, mic check. I got a good signal. Please don't let this thing uh act up today. All right, let's see here. So, hey my early birds. This time we are going to go ahead and start with the one that's on the thumbnail. And as long as I don't buff her, I have a lot of them for you. All right. So, this one says she speeds away at 100 mph unaware police are behind her. >> In the early morning hours of January 3rd, 2026, a cop was stopped at a red light along a busy highway. Dash camera footage shows a blue Honda Civic directly ahead, waiting for the signal to change. When the light turns green, the vehicle accelerates quickly and begins changing lanes without signaling. The officer follows behind and watches the driving pattern before initiating a traffic stop. You make me feel something. 80 81 >> 82 83 >> 84 miles an hour. Rain five photo attack QB go Juliet Papa 78 Q EJ P78 if I can get a 94 we're going to draw bridge >> we're going to be coming out to stop Pig and Federal ma'am. >> Oh, >> are you okay? >> Scared the [ __ ] out. >> I had you going 100 miles an hour on the bridge. >> I didn't I didn't >> There's no way you didn't know that. No, it is a way. I I was literally just listening to music and driving. >> That is way too fast. Way too fast. >> Where are you coming from? >> Uh West Palm Beach. >> West Palm Beach. Okay. >> Yeah. I had you going 100 miles an hour on the bridge. >> Right there. Right there. This is when I immediately knew, girl, you either did you drink something because she is the priority was start putting stuff in my mouth. I would say to get rid of an odor. I'm not sure, but you know, just saying >> I I was I would literally was not paying attention to where the speed limit. I was literally just watching the GPS trying to get there. >> You have registration insurance, please. Um, registration insurance is on my phone. There's a restriction. I could need to grab that app. So, you said you're headed where? >> Going to my friend. >> What's up? >> Going to my friend's house. >> Where's his friend's house? Dude, 100 on the bridge. I had her going. Just hold up shots for me. Heat. Heat. I want to get this insurance. Jacqueline, you you typed it as I was thinking it. Jacqueline says she's taking too long to pull up this information. It's cuz I think she's inebriated. take a little longer to focus and read. [laughter] It's about to be a lost cause in a minute. I I believe she has insurance. I just think she just can't she can't focus. What is she? Okay, now she fiddling with other stuff. I feel like that was a lot of patience so far. Where's your insurance? Stop touching other stuff in the [laughter] car. Heat. Heat. She found it, y'all. I think I'm going tell you now. It ain't going to matter, but she did find it. It looks like Mary said, "Just take the ticket. Show the judge your insurance." Mary, she went and 145. She'll get a ticket, but she going to get it after the wrist jewelry. [laughter] Oh yeah. She's trying to chew more candy and gum again. Ma'am, can I have you step out of the vehicle, please? >> Turn around. Place your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> I'm placing you under arrest for super >> for what? >> I had you going well over 50 mph for the speed limit. And he said, "I had you going well over 50 miles per hour over the speed limit." Now he got her at 50 miles per hour. July 1st of this year, March 2025, a new speeding law. So, you're going to take me to the jail? >> Yeah. >> Unless you just do >> Are these too tight for you? >> Three is 105. >> Do you have anything on you? Yep. >> Yep. >> Taking you to jail, ma'am. >> Yes. 100. I had you going at 100 mph in a 45 mph zone. That's insane. >> I'm just trying to get somewhere. >> Yeah. Um Smith is okay. It's up to you. Um phone wallet. >> Yeah. Hey, Tara. Do you have your uh keys on you? >> They're in my purse. >> In your purse on the pass on the passenger seat. >> Yes. No. That purse? >> There's one purse in the car. Okay, sounds good. Thank you. Oops. >> I will give it to her cuz we see a lot of the ones where it is very hard to just arrest and get in the vehicle. She's not happy about being arrested and nobody's happy about being arrested, but she's not wild in, you know, she's not going wild or anything. She said the keys are in the purse. She ever show you insurance or now? >> Yeah, she's got to go. >> Just go and everything. >> Yeah, >> they're calling. >> They're calling you on two. Yeah, she you're right, Jacqueline. She didn't even ask for her purse or phone. He's getting it for her, but she didn't say, "I need my phone. Where's my purse?" She didn't say anything at all, really. >> Nah, nothing. Yes. I have your phone and your wallet and then your house keys. I'm assuming these are your house keys, correct? You see these? Are these your house keys? Huh? You see these? >> Okay. Yeah, those three things are coming with you. Sorry, I didn't hear you. >> Is it warm enough back there? >> Yes. She he didn't read her her Miranda rights because I mean he hasn't had to really ask her anything so much yet. But she is definitely exercising her right to remain silent. That's you that's that you have to do that to just minimize the damage you could do to yourself anyway. Now me I'm a sugar and spice person. So I'm I'm I'm still not going to tell you a lot that's going to get me in trouble or anything, but I my demeanor for me I just it's it's been programmed into me. I I'm just like I'm going to be polite about it, but I still don't want to, you know, I'm not going to say nothing to get me in trouble. Mary says she got the nerve to have an attitude. [snorts] All right, Miss Tara, you haven't really been talking to me much, but you're going to have to talk to me now cuz I'm going to read you your rights. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and or have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to me right now? [snorts] Okay. Um, I'm going to take your silence as a yes. I'm going to tell you what I have right now from talking to you, your driving pattern, and everything that I've observed of you. I reason to believe you're under the impression of alcohol. Okay? Can I run you through field sobriety test to dispel this in these observations that I have of you? You're refusing to answer me. I'm going to take as a note that you're refusing to do fit soiety task which means you will be charged with DUI. You understand that? And then my next question would be the breath test. Any if you refuse to do the breath test and that's another additional charge. That'd be three charges you're getting right now. Do you understand? >> So, can I run you through field sobriety tasks >> when uh >> when I want you to move forward then? >> Okay. Yeah. I need a yes or no because your silence I'm just going to take as a no and that means you're going to be charged with DUI. So I'm giving you a chance right now to do these. If your field if the field sobriety tasks look good then I'm just going to charge you with the excessive speeding. >> I will say cuz I believe she knows I believe she has been drinking alcohol. So a field soiety test will not help her. It's better to just decline it. try to fight it in court. Breathalyzer wouldn't help her. Better to decline it. Try to fight it in court. But I also want to say because I think she was under the influence cuz she was trying to cover up her breath real fast. That's that's just me. That's um I'm not saying that's what she was doing for sure, but she just I don't know. There's something about the way she did it. But I think she does need to learn for one, even if you're not drunk, going 100 miles per hour in the 45. Um it could kill somebody. one, they're not going to expect you to be going that speed. So, if they tried to time you and not realize you were more than double the speed limit, they're gone. Um, so that's that's a risk. And then if you're under the influence plus going 100 miles hour, nobody has a chance. And everybody was just blessed that they weren't hurt because the drunk person usually makes it. So, Have you had anything to drink? Any alcoholic beverages that you've drinken? Are you refusing to do field test? Your silence I'm going to take as a no. Are you refusing to do field test? I'm going to read you the next thing. Okay. I'm now requesting that you submit to a lawful test of your breath for the purpose of determining its alcohol content. Will you take the test? Yes or no? Just like the field sobriety test I asked of you. I might take your silence as a no. that you're refusing to do the >> I was muted. Dang it. Okay. What I was saying was um I want to know why all of a sudden there's a little block of blur on her um lapel on her collar because they didn't have it blurred before. I pre-looked at her lapel. I didn't see anything. And now this little box appears like it's blocking something. And it's I don't know what they're blocking. So now I was distracted by it. Y'all y'all can hear me now, right? I know. I went mute at first. I every time breath test. So I'm going to read you what happens now that you refuse to do the breath test. If you refuse to take the test I have requested of you, your driving coach will be suspended for a period of one year for your first refusal. Additionally, if you refuse to take the test I have requested of you, you'll be committing a misdemeanor of the second degree. If this is your first refusal refusal in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law. If you to take the test that I have requested of you, your driving privilege and if your driving privilege has previously been suspended or if you've been previously been fined for refusing to submit to a lawful test to your breath, your driving privilege will be suspended for a period of 18 months. Additionally, you'll be committing a misdemeanor of the first degree in addition to any other penalties which can be imposed by law. Refusal to submit to the test I have requested of you is admissible into evidence and any criminal proceeding. Do you still refuse to submit to the test? >> Do you have any questions? Refusal to submit to the breath test means that your license will be suspended for a year and you'll also be charged with refusal. So, you'll be getting three charges: DUI, excessive speeding, and refusal to submit to a breath test. Sir, it's over. She not going to talk. [laughter] He just talking about refusal time. I'm documented as a refusal. So, your license will be suspended for a year and also be charged with refusal. Okay. Do you have any questions? We're not going to sit here and play the silent game. >> I mean, she >> she was taken into custody and transported to the jail where she again declined to participate in the DUI process. including [music] the observation period and breath testing. Her refusal was documented and she was booked on multiple charges related to the stop. Court records show the case was later filed as a criminal traffic matter along with several related traffic citations stemming from the incident. The charges included dangerous excessive speeding driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing along with additional traffic violations connected to the driving behavior seen on camera. Following her arrest, the driver was released on bond. The case [music] remains active in court with hearings scheduled in the weeks that followed. As with all cases shown on this channel, the legal [music] process continues beyond what's captured on camera, and the outcome will ultimately be decided in court. >> I want to know, did the charge of the DUI get dropped? Cuz yes, who? Lovable Scorpion said, "I hate for someone to play the mute challenge with her because she'll come out as the winner every time." So yeah, I want to know that it get dropped because that's when they the defense attorney said that's the best time they can fight for you. Don't take that test. That's what they say. But also, if she was aneated, I need her to please don't drink and drive. Please. People be d Sometimes we watch the fatal videos of people drinking and driving and please just don't do it. All right. Another drunk person. I don't think she's going to play the mute challenge, but I have not watched this yet. Um, oh, one thing I want to say about the previous video, too. I almost didn't show y'all that one because she didn't talk. So, let me know if that was okay with y'all. Replay gang gang. Also, let me know cuz she didn't talk a lot and I was like, I don't know if this one's going to make it, but I tried. So, there you go. Um, this one says, "Entitled drunk woman blows red light, drives home, and claims immunity immunity from DUI. >> You Then get off the phone. Get off the phone or I'm going to place you under arrest. >> I'm talking to you, baby. >> Ever been to jail? >> No. >> Have today. >> On October 7th, 2023, an officer on patrol in Ohio spotted a black Chevy run a red light at an intersection. The officer followed the vehicle as it pulled into the driveway of a residence. >> Hello. Hi. What's going on? >> Just gone home. Okay. Do you realize you ran the red light back there at Shrinktown in McDow? >> No, I did not. >> Okay. Why didn't you? It was a completely red light. Not even green. Not even whatsoever. >> I was trying to write. Right. >> No, you came straight all the way past. Okay. >> String town. Right on Mcdal Street here. >> Straight. >> Mcdow is straight here. >> Yeah. Is this where you live? >> Yes. >> Okay. Where's your license at? >> Just give me your social. Is this car come back to me? >> Yes. No, it's my mother's. >> Your mother's car? >> Yes, my mom. >> Does your mom live here? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> This is her house. >> Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Um, I'm just leaving a friend's house. >> Okay. So, my question is, how much have you had to drink tonight? Not You're coming from a friend's house. Okay. >> I am coming from a friend's house. I'm going home with >> My question is how much you had to drink tonight. It's not where you're not where you're coming from. >> I had a shot. >> One shot of what? >> Jack. >> One shot of Jack and that's it. Okay. You think you're okay to be driving tonight? >> I am home and that's it. >> Are you think Do you think that you're okay to be driving tonight? You drove here. I watched you drive here. >> I'm going This is home and that's it. >> Right. Do you think that you're okay to be driving though? >> You just completely blew a red light. No remorse to like stopping and there's a car coming. You could have just blasted that car. I'm coming down String Town and I have a green light and you just straight blow the red light. Okay, >> go ahead. That's why I'm asking if you think you're a kid to drive. So, I'm done with >> Okay. So, you So, listen. You were operating a motor vehicle. Okay. I saw you driving. I'm asking if you're okay to drive tonight. Okay. >> I'm home. >> Okay. You had a shot. You drove here. You had traffic violations. Okay. Can we put you through field sobriety test to make sure you're okay to be driving? >> I'm home now. >> You might be home, but you still operated a vehicle. >> I'm home. My key is not in the ignition. Um, >> it does that that doesn't matter. Okay. >> It does. >> It doesn't because I saw you drive here. I followed you to your driveway. >> I'm out of my car and I'm This is where >> home is not homebased. I I get surprised by how many people think they are safe because they pulled up in a parking spot or their house and now they think you can't touch me. >> That's it. >> Okay. >> I'm done. Okay. >> That's it. >> Okay. So, what I want to do is put you through field sobriety test to make sure you are okay to pee driving. >> I'm home. I'm home right now. Like, you can't do that. >> I can. So, here I'm going to lay this. So, listen. I'm going to lay this out for you. Okay. I have your driving. Okay. I have your eyes. Okay. I have the odor of alcohol. You admitted to drinking. Okay. >> Where? >> At your friend's house. >> Where? >> That doesn't matter where. You already admitted it. Okay. >> No, I didn't. Where? >> Okay. Everything's being video or recorded. Okay. So, at this point, it's either you do field sobriety test or I'm going to place you under arrest for OVI. >> Okay. >> So, >> I'm home and I'm out of my vehicle. >> It does not matter. >> Why? >> Because I watched you operate a vehicle. >> Where? >> Coming down Mcdell. >> Okay. So, at this point, either I'm going to put you through field test. >> I'm not leaving. >> You're not going anywhere. >> I'm sitting. I'm not leaving. >> Listen to me. >> Hey, >> get off the phone. >> Ken, [clears throat] can you can you come outside? I'm literally in the driveway. >> Phone. >> You cannot tell me. >> Listen to me. Do you want to do social? >> You cannot tell me to get off the phone. I can when I'm in my driveway. >> It's either the easy way or the hard way. You get off the phone to >> then get off the phone. >> Get off the phone or I'm going to place you under arrest. >> Okay. She's telling me to get off the phone. >> Hang up the phone. >> All right. All right. Get off. Okay. Now, listen to >> She's going to be difficult. Oh my gosh. Um, I'm about to post the link to the body cam bingo card if you don't already have one. You got to clear your board from yesterday. So, go from today, but we are doing body cam bingo still. >> Me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Keep your hands out your pockets. I know that's your cell phone. >> Go ahead. Okay. >> Step over here. >> Can I get it? >> No, you're not going to. Listen to me. Keep your hands out your pockets. Come down to your side. Listen to me very, very slowly. >> Yes. >> Do you want to do field sobriety test tonight? >> No. If you do not do fields of writing test, I'm going to place you under arrest for OBI. You are under arrest for OVI. >> Okay. >> I'm in my drive. >> Does not matter. I watched you drive here blow a complete red light with no remorse. I almost hit a car. >> How? >> Prove that. >> It's on camera. >> How? >> It's on camera. How? >> Don't make it hard. You can go to jail night or I can release you to your mom. >> I do not want to go to jail. >> And stop running your mouth. >> Okay. Do you have anything on you that's going to stick you poke me? >> No, definitely not. >> Sam, just stay over there for a second. >> That's my mom. >> I'm literally in my driveway. >> Does not matter. >> Back to my car. >> And you're going to charge me and I'm literally trying to go home and he's going to charge me. Why? 156. >> Officers detain the suspect for suspected OVI. >> Yeah. What she do? Um, she's under arrest for OVI. Okay. So, basically her cooperation is going to depend on whether she gets released to you or she goes to jail. Right now, she's cruising to go to jail. Okay. So, I'm going to figure out some paperwork and I'll let you talk to her. Maybe calm her down a second and then we'll go from there. Okay. >> Please let me have her. >> As long as she's calm, >> I'll let you talk to her to calm her down. >> But she's okay for now. We're going to get through some paperwork. I'm like coming down shrinking town and I have a green light coming this way. All of a sudden I see this car fly across McDow and I'm like, "Am I tripping? Do I not have a green light right now?" And then mine turned red and then theirs turned green. I was like, "Oh, yeah." She just blew it and there was a car coming. I was like, "Oh, she got lucky. All right. >> Yes. >> I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. And then I'm going to read you this paper." >> All right. You can follow along if you want to. >> Yeah. Yeah, this is your Miranda warning. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say. >> Why are you reading a card? >> Do you understand each of the rights I read? >> Why am I being charged? >> Do you understand each of these rights I read? >> Yes, of course. >> Okay. >> Why am Why am I being charged? >> So, either way, when you go, >> I am literally home. >> I am literally home. >> None of that matters. >> And yes, it does. >> Then you can you can argue it in court. Okay. I know the law. >> I don't want to. >> So, you don't want to write this? Oh, no. I don't want to argue and >> I'm literally at home and cut off things. Doesn't matter. >> So, so do you want to take a breath test? Yes or no? >> Yeah. >> You want to take a breath test? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, we'll take a breath test. >> I don't I don't want to >> because I'm literally sitting in my driveway. >> Okay. So, listen. If you want to take a breath test tonight, we have to go down to the police station to take a breath test. >> I'm literally sitting in my driveway. you're here >> to cancel all of this. >> None of that. None of that matters. >> So I cancel all this and I'm sitting here in my driveway. >> Cool. Listen, >> I've arrested many people in their driveway for an OVI. >> And and guess what? >> So do what you got to do. Do what you got to do. >> Do you understand the consequences of test and refusal for a breath test tonight? >> I'm not going to answer you. >> Do you understand? >> I'm literally telling you I'm sitting I'm >> So Sarah, if you don't answer her question, we're going to take it as a refusal. >> What's the question? Do you want to take a breath test? No. You do not want to take a breath test. No. Refusal. 026. >> Refusal. >> Refus. >> Which route you going with her? >> I don't know. I'm going to let her run her mouth a little bit more and then I'll make a decision. I'll hold up on the recogn. >> Yeah. Here. Here's the thing. Sarah. Sarah. >> I I don't mind if you go home, but you're all upset and if you keep running your mouth, I'm not going to let you go home. >> I don't want to run my mouth. >> Okay. Let me go home and I'll end this. I'll never do this again. >> Okay. So, what I'm going to do is do my paperwork. >> I'll get you out of handcuffs and then I'll release you to your mother. Does that sound good? >> Yes. >> Okay. So, let me get this done and then I'll get you out of here. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. >> The suspect was issued a BMV 2255 form after refusing to submit a breath test, suspending her Ohio driver's license for one year. >> What is my What is the consequences of >> She's annoying. Oh my gosh. This is one of the types of drunk that just kill me repeating what she says. The person repeats their question. She still asks a question off what they just said and then has the nerve to be like put out little indignant. >> The situation that's happening right now. >> Right now your license is suspended and you're going to go to what? >> For an OVI. >> Okay. Heck you for what? >> That's it. >> What do you mean? Did you test me? >> Listen, you didn't >> No, I'm I'm talking to you, baby. >> Listen, I need you to sign the paper or I'm going to check it as a refusal. It's up to you. >> But why did you You talked to me, right? >> Mhm. >> For refusal on what? >> You refusal on a breath test? Okay. So, >> did you come to me and was like, "Hey, I have >> Can I take this pen from you since you're not going to sign my paper?" >> Of course. I'm just >> Do you not want to sign it? >> I'm just talking. >> Listen, I don't have all night. Do you want to sign the paper? >> I have all night. You have all night to go to jail >> cuz you haven't signed any of my paperwork. So, I can just still take you to jail. >> That's fine. But listen to me, Sarah. You're >> Sarah, >> you're you're you're up here. >> You have your camera. >> Do you want Do you want to go to jail? >> I'm trying to have a conversation with you. >> Okay. I'm not here to have a conversation. >> I'm here to have you sign my paperwork and to release you to your fans. >> Have a conversation with me. Why can't you? This is my life, bro. >> Okay. Can you look at me and realize this is a matter? >> You stay over there. >> I don't need you. >> Stay away. >> Just go sit on the porch for me. >> Listen, this is what I need from you to get you out of here into your house. I need you to sign this paperwork or say I don't want to. >> That way I can get you out and go inside. Is that what you want to do? >> I'm literally talking to you and I'm telling you. >> I know that breath is horrible. She's speaking through her breath right now. Like e you get an extra breath going through her words. It doesn't have to be there. Oh, I know. That's horrible. >> My life. >> What do you want to help? >> Do you want to sign the paperwork? >> So, Sarah, it's a simple yes or no. She's just asking for a signature or not. >> So, okay. So, you don't want to sign the 2255 form. >> Can you help me? >> Okay. I'm going to say no for this. Okay. Refuse to sign. >> Do you want Sarah? Listen. Now, here's this is this is the most important part of the entire day. >> This is the most important part. >> She she not listening, y'all. If y'all let her go, y'all just still want to let her go. This woman is not listening. Yes. And hot. Ashley, that's See, that's the thing. I have a weak stomach. There's so many times I would wretch because of the encounters these cops have to have between people peeing on themselves, spitting. Bad breath is enough. If it's bad enough, I'm I'm going. It's I'm gagging. It's too much. I need you to sign your recogn. >> Why? >> Why? >> Hold that. >> Okay. I got to explain this to you. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, listen. >> Yes. >> Look at my paper. >> Yes. >> You have a mandatory court date on the 11th of October. >> Yes. >> At 2:30 p.m. >> Yes. >> In order for you to go home tonight, Yes. >> I need you to sign this paper. Yes. >> And say that you're going to go to court on Wednesday. >> Yes. Why? >> Or you go to jail? >> Why? >> Sign the paper. going to take me to jail because I don't. >> Sarah, >> why? >> Sign the paper or you're going to jail? >> Please. >> Please. I'm going to sign this. >> Sign it now. >> But I mean, word for word. Why are you going to take me to jail? Because I won't sign this. >> I'm not going to take you to jail unless you sign this. >> You need to tell me word for word. >> Let go of my pen. >> Cuz I'm going This is your final chance. >> Why is this so bad? >> This is your final chance to hurt. >> I'm listening. >> Do you want to go to jail? >> Please. I'm Listen, I'm fed up. >> I'm fed up. I've given you multiple chances. >> Multiple. >> I want to sign. >> I'm done being the nice cop. >> I want to sign. >> Are you going to sign right now? >> Yes. >> Here's the pen. >> Why? >> Sign my form. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> But can you tell me why I'm signing after you sign it? >> Sign the paper. >> Why is that an issue? Give me the pen. >> Get out. Get out of the car. Put your arms behind your back. >> Oh, there we go. There we go. [laughter] Stay over there. Don't come over here. Stay over there. Stay over there. >> After multiple attempts to ask the suspect to sign the paperwork, the suspect continued to be uncooperative and refused to sign. >> Sit down. >> So many. You're so wrong. >> Sit down. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Ever been to jail? >> Nope. >> Have today. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> You are so in the wrong. Officers placed the suspect under arrest and prepared to transport her to jail. >> All right. So, we don't need anything from you guys tonight. She's going to go to jail. Okay. We gave her plenty. >> Shuts. Shuts door while talking is a bingo square. Shirley, since you knew the bingo, that's your square right there. Shuts door when they're talking. >> Opportunity to cooperate. She's not having it. I'm not having somebody snatch my pen out of my hand and talk to me like that. She's going to jail. >> She's going to jail. I've given her many opportunities. She's going to jail. >> Mary, are you saying that's a bingo square? Cuz you have to clear your board from yesterday just in case you were playing yesterday. But yes, that is a bingo square for sure. >> Nope. She's going the pike. >> That's where she's going. Let's >> She's She's had her chances. >> No, sir. >> The suspect was charged with OVI and failure to obey traffic control devices. At this time, the suspect's court case is still ongoing. >> You know who got on my no my nerves, Belinda? The drunk person and the cop. How many ways and how many times can you ask? [laughter] Let's go. Oh my gosh. For the per Okay, all these are ones y'all sent me. This was crazy. I had to pre-watch to make sure I knew what I was getting myself into. It says, "Entitled daughter thinks her mom can protect her from getting arrested." I sped through the intro because I think um sometimes they don't like you playing their intro, so I don't know. I just made it through the intro, but basically the cop had already been following her. Um, he was pulling her over, but she decided to keep on going home. He did not pursue her because he had the license plate, found out the owner owner's name, the owner's name was her mom. They're at her mom's address. And so now he's here, I think, at a later time. >> Visit. Once on scene, officers observed the white Nissan bearing the same registration parked directly in front of the mother's address. Headquarters have to make contact. That's the one. Yeah. No, the second one. That one. November 13. That's the house. 332. >> Mhm. Want me to call out this plate here? Headors. Take two plates. Put in the cut. Both her jersey. First one's golf eight. You're a victor. >> Subsequently, they rang the doorbell and the mother of the female, who was later identified as Andrea, told officers Andrea was home and is just getting out of the shower. >> They got a camera. >> This one? >> Yeah. >> They have a camera, too. >> Yeah. Go ahead. Is it two family got movement? >> Females inside. >> H >> female. You could hear. >> Hi. How are you? >> Hi. How are you? >> Hi. I'm so sorry to disturb you so late at night. Scenic police. How are you? >> What's going on? >> Just a few questions. You mind asking a few questions? >> Sure. Come on out here, please. >> All right. Certainly. >> Is it dog friendly? >> Yes, she's very good. >> You want to come say hi? Come on. >> No. No. No. No. >> Next time. Next time. Yes. >> Are you home alone? >> Uh, no. I'm here with my daughter. >> Do you know if she was driving this Nissan? >> That one? >> Yeah. The No, this this first one my lights. >> No, no, no. >> Which one? >> No, the front one. >> This one? >> The front one? The one in front? >> Okay. >> What about >> Is she She's the only driver. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What's she driving it tonight? Do you know? >> She's I don't know. >> Did she just got home? >> I don't know. >> Okay. I really don't know. >> You don't know? Oh, you're in bed. Can we >> What happened? >> Can we speak to her? >> Okay, sure. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> What happened? >> Just something. We just want to straighten everything out. >> It's under your name. You're You're fine. Okay. >> We just want to ask her a few questions. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> What are we going to ask? Basically, just were you in Tina? >> Ask her a few questions and add an accessory to her wrist. >> Why' you buy this? >> What happened? >> That's it. >> Yeah. >> She said she wasn't driving. Then I could tell her or I could tell the mother. Unfortunately, you're getting sentenced to, right? >> No. >> No. >> She's saying she's the one who operates the vehicle. The mom just came out. >> What if the daughter comes and says, "I I wasn't driving." >> We'll talk to her. >> I'm sorry. >> It's okay. She's coming down in a little bit. >> She's getting dressed now. Yeah. She just got out of the shower. >> That's fine. We'll wait. I'm sorry. We'll wait. >> So, you guys are from Englewood or Tina? T. She's like whoopset. >> Oh, I'm sorry. [laughter] >> Just want to make sure everything's okay. We'll try to straighten all out tonight. We'll be out of your hair. >> All right. All right. Her face isn't blurred. Her body is blurred. How did mama come out this house that they say? You know what? We're going to go ahead and blur below her neck. What? What you got going on? Cuz I understand she got a little little robe on. Do you do you not have enough under the robe? Cuz why are we blurring out the body? >> Okay. Thank you for your cooperation, by the way. I appreciate it. >> Don't worry. You want to come say hi? She's friendly. Come. Come say hi. Say hi. >> Oh, I think that's a mumu. She might not. Okay. Yeah, she probably ain't got no Yeah, I I understand. If it's a mumu, I already know. >> Say hi. Say hi. Hi. Say hi. >> Listen, I'm not dressed right now. I can get dressed, but you got to wait. Okay. I will get my police cards right now. >> Hey. Hey. Take it down. Take it down. Take it back. >> I'm having a bad day. That's why. >> Oh, I'm so >> Now, here we go. One more side note. They already said you can keep the dog inside. It's cool. We'll see them next time, which means never cuz they don't expect to come to your house again. Don't. People with dogs, and I am a dog person. I love some dogs. But if someone says, "No, I'm good." Let the person be good. Don't force your dog on them. >> Sorry. Did you get the tires in the car? >> Yes, I did. >> All right. Very good. Okay. Okay. want to talk to us now where cookie wants to wait. >> Okay, >> go get it done quick. >> All right, >> just took a shower. >> I just took a shower. I'm trying to school and you know, but she got she got through associates degree and bergen and all and she's still a little extra sometimes. Why is she screaming? I have a upstairs who's sleeping. >> She's so extra. She is really extra. >> Princess or >> No, princess is a little extra, too. I'll catch you extra. Let me see what is >> all right. >> After taking several minutes to get dressed, Andrea finally came out. >> Says she getting dressed. She could have talking to you. She came down here. She could have just talked to you then. >> Yeah. >> You need a light? >> Yeah, if you don't mind. Thank you. Appreciate it. >> All right. >> All right. We'll do this quick. So, what what happened? >> Okay. She put on pajamas. She thought she was going to stay at home cuz when you got a chance to get dressed and then another chance to go back in the house and you choose to put on your pajamas. Nice little set, too. You don't think you're going anywhere, but you are. >> So, I got off of 80, went through the back way, right? Past Marott. >> Okay. >> Uh through uh what you call it? Glenn >> Glenwood. >> Glennwood Parkway. >> Went under Route 4, right? And then the cop car went off and I was like, "What's going on?" So, I just kept going because I wanted to get to a safe spot. The cop stopped and I was just like, "Okay." >> When did the when did the cops start? Uh, that was me, by the way. >> That was you. >> That was me. >> Oh, you're from Tene, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> When When did you Why didn't you stop though? >> Because I was in Englewood by now. Like I just kept going. I like I said, I was waiting for a um a welllit area. >> That's all. Okay. >> That's how I was taught. >> I have to. >> That's all. That's fine. >> The only well lit area is back at your house. >> No. >> So, everything's recorded. By the way, we're being recorded right now. Got to mention audio recording. >> And when we turn on the lights, that goes on recorded as well. Okay. >> All right. >> So, when the light went on, it was well before Route 4. >> I was like Glenn Core. When I saw you on Country Club, you stopped, turned the lights on, then I put some sirens on. A lot of sirens. >> Wait, what lights on? >> Oh, there were lights. A lot of lights. We're not going to argue. >> Oh, I'm sorry. Your lights. I'm actually using my lights. >> Red and blue lights. Okay. >> You remember those? I put it on. We went all the way from Route 4 all the way to Forest. Then you made a right. >> Yes. >> Then you just kept going straight. Ignored me. But that was a long That was long. Why don't you stop? >> I just, like I said, I just kept going because it's it is not well lit over there. I I I don't I have no >> Which which car were you driving? >> I told my kids the white Nissan Ultima. >> What? I'm sorry. There's two. Which one? The first one. >> The first one. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. I tell my kids don't stop until you know it. >> Yeah. I watch my Okay. [laughter] >> Can you get your license for me? >> No disrespect. >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> No disrespect to you guys. >> That's fine. Can I put this stopper on here? >> Yeah. Yeah. Just to step on it. Once finding out the reason for the stop, she storms back inside the house. >> Yeah, we got her out here. She's admitting to it. Yeah. So, she g me a heads up. She's getting her documents and stuff. >> She just thought she wasn't going to get in trouble. That's crazy. This could have been a ticket. As long as you know her, even when your stuff's not good, sometimes that's just another ticket. Um, one of the things they saw was like cuz your your license plate has to have the little lights in the back. They have to be lit up. Uh, you know, and I think that was initial thing that caught them. And I don't know if something else caught their attention after that, but all she had to do was stop and get the ticket. Like, this is crazy. And then to have the audacity to be like, "Yeah, yeah, I I was doing this and there was a cop behind me." Then you say you didn't see blue uh blue and red lights. Come on. Come on now. Stop. And if you waiting for a well-lit place, you just told me that it was darker outside, which means those lights are just lighting up the whole thing around you and not, you know what I mean? It's not It's not even daytime to miss it. Then you got the siren. You gotta stop. Stop lying. >> Now she's saying she's trying to get to a well lit area. Just give me a heads up. All right. Bye. >> So what exactly is the problem that she >> So when the officer when the officer attempted to pull her over, he followed her for an extended period, not only with lights and sirens as well. And then she continued to go. >> So what is that considered like as far as what? >> It's a looting. >> Aluting. >> So we'd have to talk we have to talk to her. We'll explain her what's going to happen next and we'll tell you as well. >> And what what happens then? >> We'll explain everything to you. documents. >> Yeah. My phone. >> Oh, you got two phones. No wonder my phone bill is so high. >> How long is the distance? >> So for like Yeah, that's >> Yeah. So, the reason >> So, the reason you were actually just going to get put over for was uh the tent and then there's a light bulb. >> That's stupid because you can see me through here. >> There's one more thing. >> Miss, you can't come in my house. You can't come in my house. I'm so sorry. Shut up. Shut up. >> Look at both of them at this door. This is ridiculous. Like mother like daughter for sure on this one. That is crazy. >> Can get angry PD here. You know what? You're going to get arrested. >> She's under arrest. I don't want to force myself in your house. Have her come out, please. I don't want to do this, MAN. NO. >> NO. You don't have the right to call. You don't have >> I do. I have a I'm not trying to make this bad for you. >> No. No. You can't you cannot close down. >> You cannot close the door. OPEN MY WHERE'S YOUR ID? >> NO. >> WHERE IS YOUR ID? >> CLOSE THE DOOR. YOU cannot close the door. We're not trying to make it difficult for you. I hear you. You can't hear a ticket and look. I'm telling you. done now. She's charged with looting. We have pro We have problem going to arrest her. I'm trying to make it as cal as possible. >> She has not. She's not going to jail. >> Yes, she is. Step aside. >> DO ME A FAVOR. >> MOMMY, LET'S GO. I CAN'T STOP. GET THEM HERE. GET THE OUT OF HERE. >> CAN you step aside? Can you step aside? Can you step aside? >> Why are you so crazy? >> Please. >> Oh my god. April, you need to step aside now. We got this. April, we are going to >> I don't need a warrant. I have pause. I'm trying to do a problem for you. >> April, if you keep interfering, okay? >> Yes, you are. I'm trying. We are I'm trying to explain it to you. She is under arrest. If you interfere, if you interfere, if you interfere, you'll be arrested as well. We do not want to do this. Step aside. >> Please step aside. >> You can't HAVE >> What the DID I DO? >> OH MY GOD. I'M ABOUT TO PUNCH ON HER FACE. YOU GOT TO GET >> STUPID. I'M TRYING TO TRYING TO HANDLE THIS DIPLOMATICALLY. WAS DIRT AND what do you >> [ __ ] Okay, okay, we already know this thing's crazy. I'm with y'all. Take them both because they clearly told the mom, "You're interfering and because we have probable cause, we can enter the home, but we don't want to enter your home. We just need her to come outside." Then the mom is screaming, "I'm trying to handle this diplomatically." While definitely not handling this diplomatically at all. [laughter] >> You know what? I'm let YOU GOING CUZ YOU ACTING LIKE A NUTCASE NOW. YOU NEED TO GO. YOU NEED TO GO CUZ YOU ACTING LIKE A NUT. YOU ACTING LIKE A NUT. WHY ARE YOU SOING DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE? >> WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? >> I'M GOING TO BED. GOOD NIGHT, >> MISS. She can't I'm not >> Wow. Um, she is that way. It sounds like cuz she's spoiled and you probably have been letting her get away with a lot. She's sounding really entitled right now. >> I know. I don't need a warrant. I'm not even kidding. I don't want I don't want to get arrested. You do not want to get arrested with I don't get arrested. I don't want TO give me angle now. Stop. STOP. STOP. STOP. You got to come with us. Okay. >> Miss, you got to COME WITH US. >> NO, PLEASE GO DOWNSTAIRS. >> MISS, STOP. >> NO, YOU have no right to >> We do. I WANT TO STOP. YOU'RE RIGHT, TOO. STOP. >> NO. YOU KNOW WHAT TO TAKE ME, TOO. I WANT TO turn around and go. >> No, I'm not. STOP. >> I GOT TO TAKE CARE OF HER. STOP. >> STOP. STOP. >> STOP. >> You know what? >> You know what? >> Stop. >> Stop. April, >> you'reing mad. >> Hello, Nina. You okay? >> Okay, she's fine. She's fine. She >> Yes. Hi, Tina. Police is on my is in my house right now. >> Whoever the mom said at the beginning she didn't want to wake up. They're up. And wow. Way to handle it. diplomatically. >> I I was trying to make this easier for you. I'm not trying to do this. >> I hear you. That's why I'm trying to work with you. >> Tina, >> put your hand behind your back, April. Put your hand behind your back. >> All right. >> Stop. Just stop. >> Andy, stop. Just stop, Andy. Okay. >> STOP. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN DEALT DIFFERENTLY. OKAY. >> THIS COULD HAVE been dealt differently. >> Stop moving. Here. Here. Right. Right. >> Stop moving. Are you >> No, that's not the reason. Stop. >> Stop. >> I got to stop. >> Stop moving. >> Could have been handled differently. >> Very differently. >> Very differently. >> Be careful. >> Slow down. Be careful. Stop. >> Stop going fast. >> Can you walk? >> Can you stop? What? >> I'm trying to work with you. Chill. Relax. Do you have anything in your pockets? Where's your phone you had? It's up there in the bed. >> We'll work with you. Stop. Stay here. Who's the person upstairs? >> She's a special need. My boyfriend's a skeptic. >> I'm talking to you. >> What? >> I could arrest you, too. I don't WANT TO DO THAT. >> SO, you got to understand if I'm coming and I hear you, but you can't stand in front of me in the door and everything else. I listen to me. I had to literally push myself out of the way. I thought you taking your own cuffs right now. I'm not doing that to you. I understand you're concerned mother and I understand you have a special needs person upstairs, but you got to understand you still might be subject to getting charges. I'm not taking you away with me right now because you have a special needs person upstairs and I understand you're taking care of your daughter. I I respect that. >> I hear you, but you got to understand we have a job to do as well. And you saw we were trying to we were being peaceful and respectful the entirety of it. That's all. >> So if I'm here at the door, you can't be doing what you're doing. You understand? All right. I'm leaving you right now because you said you have a special needs person upstairs and I respect that. But just let you know, you're going to be subject to charges as well and you might be charged with obstruction. >> Said tense. I was like, are you kidding me? >> That's not it. If you let me finish, why don't you let me finish? It was the smallest thing. If you just stopped the car, nothing would have happened right now. >> I'm being honest with you. >> Come on. GET OUT. I'M A NURSE. >> I didn't hear lies. >> Miss Am I handcuffing taking right now? I think I'm nothing but respectful to you. I'm trying to understand alone anyway. >> And I'm not trying I'm trying to understand your story and give you the give you the benefit of the doubt. >> Thank you. >> Okay. >> All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. I apologize. >> Are you Englewood or Tina? >> They just came in the house after I told them, "No, you're not coming in my house. You don't have the right." >> BESIDES MY TENT. >> SLOW everyone down. Slow everyone down. Everyone slow down. >> My tent. Are you kidding? What else? What? What else besides my tents? >> Andy, shut up. Just shut up. >> And I said I was so you kidding me? >> [ __ ] >> She was under for a looting. She ran inside. Mom's obstructing. She's probably going to get charges in the mail. Colt, I'm putting her in the car. Can you just watch her? >> Can I go to angle, please? >> She has a special needs person upstairs, so I'm going to let her stay for the night. So, but I mean, she's literally running inside the house. We had to chase her. She's blocking us from the door. So, that's why I'm trying to figure out what's going on. >> Come in the house. >> I don't I had I had probable cause to arrest your daughter. I told you that. >> Man, why why would I why would I lie to you? I'm not trying to make it hard for you. >> Thought you always needed a warrant's house. >> No. >> Really? >> Yes. If I had probable cause and I wasn't and I wasn't being disrespectful to you, nothing. All right. Not at all. >> That's all it is. >> All right. I'm learning. I'm so sorry. >> You're your mom. I get it. But >> All right. She's going to come with us. She's going to be charged. She'll call you and let you know what's going on. I don't know if she'll go to the county jail or not. But I mean, doing all this also, she's only going to add extra charges to herself. That doesn't help anybody. >> No. >> Literally, she would have came out here would take her in. It would have been the end of it. You made it. >> It's no excuse. I thought it was the law that you needed a warrant. is no excuse because you did a lot physically, verbally, and if you didn't have a special needs person in the house, you were gone. Ignorance of the law does not save you, especially when you've taken it to this level. And why are you able to accept the same thing they said at the beginning before it got that bad and to now? >> Big deal out of nothing. The entire thing >> calm down. kept telling him, "Calm down." I told you she's got to teach me that. >> I hear you, man. That's no excuse. You can't be acting like that. I I hear you. I hear what you're saying. I But we were nothing but calm on this on the porch. The entirety of it. All right. Look what we're getting now. Because you hear us yelling. We're trying to We're trying to talk to you guys. I mean, we we couldn't have been any calmer with you guys. Okay. >> So, that's what's going to happen right now. >> Good evening. >> All right. Watch ahead. All right. >> 379 road. >> In the end, the 28-year-old female was charged with fleeing and eluding and resisting arrest. [music] She also was issued motor vehicle summones for driving with suspended license, maintenance of lamps, and obstruction of windshield. The 58-year-old mother, named April, was [music] also charged with obstruction, but not taken to jail since she was caring for a child with special needs. Just ridiculous. Shouldn't have been driving because you had a suspended license and didn't have the nerve. Oh my god. Okay. All right. Cleanse our palette. We're going to the next one. Um. All right. Cops entitled mother meets karma at airport after harassing staff. Have not seen this one ahead of time. So, we shall see what happens. >> I have three glasses of wine with my doctor. >> And that's what led us to this incident. On October 5th, 2025, officers at Nashville International Airport were dispatched to a gate after reports that a female had assaulted a Southwest Airlines employee. >> Hands on her like this like that's how I put my hands on her. >> Okay, let's starting off bad. Stay out of people's personal space. >> It's being a mongrel. >> Okay, let's let's stop that girl. I put my hands on >> Do I look like a >> Yes. Yes, you do. You like an entitled violent woman that's used to getting away with things and then to use the word mongrel. Just put handcuffs on her for that because that's disrespectful. >> And let me get your story. So we're now all around. All right. Let's separate you guys. >> You know what? This is a power hungry little >> Okay. So let's start from the beginning. What happened? Start from very >> get on my flight. Okay. >> I've been here for a weekend. >> Okay. Did Did you spend any alcohol or anything? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Yes. We drank. We did. We did music. We did >> You did the normal Nashville. >> We did the Nash Vegas [ __ ] Right. >> Okay. Fair enough. >> Okay. I'm going home. My husband's waiting to pick me up at the other end. And this goes, "I'm not letting you on the plane." And I'm like, "What? Why? >> Tell you why." >> No. >> No. Okay. >> I mean, I'm I'm fine. >> Okay. As she's saying that, I can automatically like taste the alcohol coming through. She's like, "I need to get on this flight. I've been down here on the girls trip." Yeah, we've been drinking or whatever. She's like, "But I haven't been drinking today." >> So, have you had anything drink today? Be honest. >> Okay. How much did you drink here? >> Nothing. >> Nothing here. But >> she's telling me she has to get on this flight. She's a She has to get on the So, we finally start walking. We get in the middle. She want to stop and start talking. I'm telling her, "Wait, let's get over here." She start that's when she start putting her hands on me like no we going to you know we need to talk I got to get on this flight. I'm like no man step you know step out the way. She like okay. She come over there. She start yelling at me calling me a when y'all start doing this. I'm an A-list. >> Okay. So >> I'm an A-list person. So I went to get on and the guy goes well. >> Okay. Southwest like I am. Do I I'm mad. >> I get it. I get that. >> But do I look like I'm super impaired? I am not. >> Just saying. >> I don't make that choice. That's Southwest. Southwest don't own private company. They can deny boarding for any reason >> because she I'm a white woman. >> I'm a white woman and I'm going to sue them. >> Okay. So, like I said, they can deny. >> All right. All right. Hold on. We got a bingo square. Hold on. Now, has she said I'm an American? That was on one of the other bingo cards, and it's not on this one, but um I'm suing should be on here. There it goes. Yep. I'm suing is on your bingo card for anybody. We can get you reboke. >> My husband is waiting for me. >> Okay. >> That's what she's pushing up on me. Pushing up with that bag that she got in her head. >> Stop touching me. Okay. All right. Let me try to help you out. We'll get this figured out. Okay. And then we'll go from there. Okay. >> She just kept being like in her body with her hand. Oh my god. This is so horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Look at this. I give a sist a person. Do I look like I'm stumbling over? >> No, I don't. Do I? >> I clearly upset. I see you're clearly upset. I'm mad. >> I'm so mad. >> Keep our voice down. Okay. >> I can't tell you how mad I am. >> All right. Well, let's just try to keep our voice down right now. >> You know what this is? This is cross discrimination. I am being discriminated against as a white woman traveling. I touched her. I I touched her >> and you shouldn't touch her. Technically, that's battery. Unwanted touch is battery, so she should be arrested just for that anyway. >> I mean, yeah. Okay. >> We do that. I'm old and do those things. >> That's completely up to you. >> That's fine. Obviously, she's >> We'll help you out through the process. >> No, she's not. We're going to refund everything. Maybe find other. >> Need to get a hotel or something? >> I need a hotel. >> Well, you're going to have to find a hotel or somewhere to go. >> So, you're going to let them throw me off this flight even though I am completely sober. >> Okay. It's a privilege to fly, not a right. Okay. So, if the airlines decide to deny you boarding, so the airlines decide to deny you boarding, we will have to escort you off. So, >> do I look like a messy drunk? Like I said, >> I don't cuz I'm not. >> What are we going to do? Are you going to get a hotel or not? So, what are we going to do? >> I want >> Lovable Scorpion said, "Old trending. It gets worse." I mean, it gets better. Sorry. It gets better. Kissa K said, "I'm naming her the Graler. She won't stop touching." Right. Yes, she will be the Graler today. Uh, okay. On my flight. I want to go home and get in my bed. >> No one wants to get home more than us. Okay. But >> really, THEN WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THAT? >> I don't work for the airlines. >> Well, I think what we should do is say she's not exhibiting. >> Okay. So, this is what's going to happen. Whether you're going to get a hotel? >> No, I'm not. >> Or you're going to go to jail. What would you rather do? I do not want to take you to jail, but I will. >> Maybe what I'll do. Maybe what I'll do is go stay with my friend who's beyond apologist. She should go to jail for battery. She shouldn't even have a choice. >> Maybe that's I didn't touch you. Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. I didn't touch you. >> Now, ma'am, I'm lowering your voice. I'm >> does not matter. >> Okay. I've mentioned to you several times. Okay. Put your phone down. Okay. >> I called my friend. >> I'm texting my friend. >> You're under arrest now. For what? >> For what? >> Take your bag off. Do not resist. Do not resist. Do not try to HIT ME. >> STOP IT. >> I DID NOTHING. >> I did nothing. I looked at my phone. You guys are such [ __ ] Okay. Do you want to relax? >> Relax at all. >> Relax. >> I am not going to relax. Good for you. >> I want you. I tried. >> I SAID I'M GOING TO CALL MY friend and go to their HOUSE IS WHAT I SAID. >> And I've given you several options and I gave you >> And I said I'm going to go to their house. >> And I've told you several times and you weren't listening. Okay. So, we're at this point now. >> You guys are amazing. >> Okay. >> Can you please pick my watch up? >> Yep. off the floor and can you please not lose it? >> It will be your bag in your bag. Okay, that bag will be going with you to jail. >> To jail? >> Yes, correct. You are going to jail. Let's go. >> Isn't that nice? I want to go to my FRIEND'S HOUSE. I DON'T WANT TO GO to a hotel. I want to go to my friend's house. >> Close talkers get spit masks automatically if I was a police carrying one in my pocket. You get a spit mask. You do all this >> time. Okay. You're not listening to me. I said I will go somewhere. I want to go to my friend's house and that's what I was looking. >> Okay, they added another POV on the right hand side of the screen. So, keep your eyes peeled because I feel like there's a reason they would do that. We'll see >> for on my phone because I said shit's going nutty here. >> Well, you're more than welcome to go to your friend's house after you get booked. Okay. What the hell is wrong with you people? >> I mean, honestly, >> I've been very patient and calm with you. >> You haven't. >> I have. I'm sorry. >> I'm not trying to resist you. I'm not I want you to test me. >> You just tried to hit my officer. Okay. I saw >> I tried to hit you when you handcuffed me because you know what? I really don't like >> Can you please >> keep it all people? Keep it all. This is absolutely ridiculous. Oh, she been a nuisance. Nuisance. That's the loudest I've heard. so far for people to cheer for someone to get arrested. And that's counting people that um had to deboard the plane cuz they couldn't get the person they needed off the plane. Southwest decided not to prosecute. However, the officer she spat on was willing to prosecute. The woman was charged with disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting arrest, and assault on a law enforcement officer, which was filed as a felony. As of now, the case remains open with her next court appearance scheduled for April 2026. >> All right, she got court next month, y'all. Thank you to the officer that still pressed charges. I wish that woman at the airport still pressed charges. Or I guess the airlines would have had to press charges. But uh thank God the the officer still said, "Yeah, I'm I'm with it. We're going to do it." Your honor, cuz I can is not a defense, right? They use the mask. Wow. So you definitely can get that bingo square for that spit mask. Yep. You can count my blank is a cop. Auntie Natty, you can get that one, too. She named three people uh that were that went to the well, one that was for sure a cop and two that went to the police academy. So you can take that one. Okay, next one up. Chaos erupts after woman flashes gun at doctor's office. Let me tell you what, this whole thing seems senseless and useless and there's I'll let y'all watch and you tell me what you think about each person. >> No, please. We got guns and arguments. >> Is everybody >> carry a conceal? No, the girl's so upset and there's two patients and she pull out a gun. I got hit already. I'm like trying to separate them. You might need more than >> Hold on. Hold on. >> They're not in. But we got them out of here. >> Thank God you're here. >> Where are they? >> All I I was not part of and is she This happened in front. Justina and Maxine probably know more. We have two patients do not like each other. One works for the police. >> One claims >> and has a gun. And I don't know what happened from there, but the other young lady has her gun. >> Okay. >> Hello. >> Can you go grab my gun from this? >> All right. There's a weapon in this room here. Okay. >> How many guns we have in here? >> It's just one and I got all my credentials. It's just mine. >> Okay. You don't have any other guns? >> No. >> Okay. >> Just Just you. Can you stay here for me? protecting me. >> Jesus lovable said that's why I don't believe in breaking up fights. Yeah, I'mma call the cops for you. I might yell a little bit so they know there's a witness possibly, but I'm not I'm not physically getting between anyone unless it it is my dad that someone's trying to fight cuz I don't care. Or Mr. Trending. That that's going to be the two for sure. after that. I don't know. >> What the >> Can I Can I just just stay away from this? OKAY. >> DON'T GET THAT BACK TO HER. SHE DON'T KNOW HOW TO USE THAT. That's her >> and and they can hold their own. I just think my common sense wouldn't kick in before I tried to break up the fight. Like they can they'll be fine most likely. BUT STILL >> UP THE STRAP UP IN MY FACE AND THEN MY BODY. >> HOLD ON. HOLD ON. HOLD ON. Hold on. Do you have A GUN TOO? >> NO. THAT'S HER GUN. >> Which one is this? Yours? Mom, >> can you take a seat for me and tell me what happened? I know you're super upset, so just just take a deep breath for me. What happened? >> From just the doctor's office, she got sick just like me. And that's how I know of her. We got into a time ago and I had told her like we we just ain't cool. But she talked about my baby bad so much cuz she think she concealed to carry. She can just WALK AROUND THINK I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] about no GUN GAME. YOU HAVE TO KILL ME. REALLY? YOU GOING TO HAVE TO KILL ME BEFORE YOU THINK YOU GOING TO STEP ALL OVER ME. That dead. So she my I ain't even she just was talking how she gonna kill me and my daughter. I better not catch you at the doctor's office. >> I got the gun here. It's I unloaded it. >> I better not catch you at the doctor's office. I'mma beat your ass. I know where you say I'mma kill you and your daughter. I have messages. I got all messages saying all this [ __ ] literally. Huh? >> Only one gun? >> Only one gun. Can I just check your back? Cuz they they said two. Just >> no two guns. They thought it was two guns because they can't believe that I took the gun. I got a taser. That's it. Correct. >> So she she she I said, "What's all that?" Like what what's so you saying all that [ __ ] about my kid? Like come on now. And the nurse like, "Oh, you shouldn't be talking about nobody. She not seeing." She say, "Uh uh, get get back in my face again. Get off. What's Say something to me again. Step to me again." I said, "I'm going say whatever to you cuz you shouldn't did all that dumb ass [ __ ] when you was on my phone text. I got receipts. I got receipts. I don't need to lie about the was threatening my life. I feel >> threatening, but what is she really threatening you about? talking about like she going to kill me and all THIS OTHER SHE JUST PUT A GUN IN MY FACE. F. WHAT YOU MEAN? >> WHAT DO YOU MEAN? ASK HER WHY. I DIDN'T TOUCH HER. I DIDN'T DO NONE OF THAT. SHE DIDN'T HAVE NO REASON to feel like she need to protect herself on me. >> So, she just randomly came to you. >> No, she came in the room. She came No, we got into it cuz the tried to steal some money from me. That's what we got into it. >> In the past or today? >> No, not today. In the past. That's what the past about. But she come up here. She came up here and I'm just like, "Damn, what's all that [ __ ] She was talking about my baby and NEVER TOUCHED HER. I NEVER TOUCHED HER. SO, she had no reason to just put no gun out on me. I didn't threaten you. >> What did What did she do with the gun? >> PUT IT IN MY FACE. I GRABBED IT. >> Where were you at? Where were you? >> In right in the lobby. I don't know if they got um cameras right there, but Maxine was right there. She upstrapped dead in my face. I grabbed that. She pulled me by her hair and I GOT THE BEAN ASS WITH HER GUN. That's why she got that thing on her hand. I never touched her on my hand. I hit her with her gun. >> What's your relation to her? Are you >> But do you know each other from the past? past history from here from knowing her to the doctor's office. Yeah. We didn't like talk before. We didn't take We didn't um Yeah. >> How many are we talking about? Two or one? >> No, just one. She might Oh, no. No. She couldn't have had none cuz I pulled the other one out. Took my gun. >> I hope y'all not about to get that [ __ ] back cuz she No, cuz she concealed to carry. She's allowed to just upstrap on people cuz she concealed to carry and I don't have a gun. So, of course, I'm going to do whatever I need to do to keep it going. >> Take a deep breath cuz this is going to be a while. Figure this out. We got to watch We got to watch the video and all that stuff. We got to get everybody's stories and stuff. >> Yes, I'm I have a doctor's appointment >> and I'm not sitting here >> just taking a verbal break. Shirley, I'm with you. The police officer just wants to know, especially today, what started this? and she cannot answer this question. Felicia, are you on the video we watching right now? Cuz Felicia said, "Oh, wow. Now this is crazy. Embarrassing. My goodness. Where is the home training?" Uh, let me see now. Kissa K. Kissa K. Kissa K said beat with her own weapon isn't on the bingo card. If it happened more often, I would totally add that as a square because girl, that I know this is serious cuz that was a real gun, but to have your gun taken and then you get beat with it is crazy. And it's in the doctor's office, Mary. Yes. >> I already didn't feel good. I'm here for pain management and to get my I don't feel good already. What do I HAVE TO STAND HERE FOR? I GOT her gun. I told y'all what happened. >> Yeah, but we have to figure out. >> We have to investigate. >> That's fine. I didn't touch her. I'm telling you, I didn't touch her. >> Well, you told her you hit her in the head with the gun when you took it out. >> I SURE DID. SHE GRABBED MY HEAD. OF COURSE I DID. SHE grabbed me so I can be able to leave when I need to leave when my back and stuff done. That's what I'm asking. If they can come in here and do it while I'm here, so I have to stay in here. >> If >> What do you want to do about the >> I don't want to do nothing. You want to arrest me? >> I don't want TO DO HELL YEAH. SHE >> So you say you don't want to do nothing. So >> of course on >> I didn't want to jump ahead, Dean. Exactly. The the girl without the gun, how I understood it for today, I know she's been texting you, texting you. I'mma shoot you. Okay. But the this girl that they're talking to right now, from what I'm understanding, is she went up, got in that other girl's face that had the concealed to carry and kept on with her, and then the girl pulled out her weapon. You started it. >> Crazy stuff. You got to understand, you wanted to have her arrested. You got to stay here and cooperate with this investigation. >> All I'm doing is if I can ask the nurse if they can get me started up here while y'all doing the investigation is what I'm saying. trying to get your side of the story cuz she >> I literally walked in. >> You checking in and she was already here. >> She was already right there. I didn't say nothing to the girl. I walked up to her. She got the mouth off her mouth mouthing off. I didn't say nothing. Still looking at this lady. She who she talking to. I was literally on the phone and I was on the phone. They was like, "Who is that?" They was like, "They talking." I was like, "They not talking." So the person on the phone, they think they was like, "So still checking out Miss She looked up and she was like and so when she was like you saying all this my daughter this and that." is like this a doctor said this doctor get up off of me bro like at this point you literally close the appointment off >> she know now I'm in your girl I was kind of >> you guys know each other right sorry for interjecting >> we don't know each other like that was cool and we stop talking >> so then no I'm going to be up in your face back cuz like at this point what do we what we at you it's playing time you going to find me on the I'm never trying to th I said I'm letting you know I got no other get up off me. I don't give a about none of the other witness actually. She >> So there's another person. >> She was sitting right here and I rushed her in here because the gun was getting waved around so she she can tell them what's going on. >> You're you're the one at the desk. >> You were at the desk. >> I'm at the desk. She was sitting down. >> Which one? This one. >> The little one. >> That's Kiana. The other one. >> Other one. She was sitting down waiting to be checked in. And then the other one came in. She was on her cell phone and she's standing right by that plant right there waiting to be checked in. Um I guess some stuff was said online or I through text about her child and she's referring to Kiana saying it and she's saying, you know, you don't have a mouth now. How come you're not saying nothing? Are you ignoring me? So Kiana didn't respond. She's ignoring She's trying to ignore her and she's continuing her conversation on the phone. Um, >> so she said, "You're so tough talking online, but you can talk to me right here." Right. >> Yeah. You don't have a mouth now. And then she started calling me things and then she's getting closer to her as she's talking to her. >> How How far was she from her? Just give me an idea. >> She's here at first, >> but the more she got upset and the more that Kiana's ignoring her cuz Kiana's like this on the phone facing me. Um, she's walking up and she's talking and she's getting closer. So, >> how far would you say she was at the end of where >> at the end? Now, she's like this. So, Kiana told her to back off. So, he asked her to back up twice and she put her hand in her purse, but she didn't pull out anything yet. Said, "I don't care if you're carrying the seal." So, she knew she was going to pull the gun or attempting to pull the gun out. >> Did she tell her that she had a gun or no? >> She obviously she knew because she said, "I don't earlier. I don't care if you're carrying conceal, you know. She's like, pull the gun out, whatever. She's telling her, gloating at her, basically. She doesn't care. You don't talk about my child. She was just very upset. She had her hand in her purse and that's when I saw the gun come out. And then I went around to diffuse it to separate them cuz I told him this was a >> after after just let's just back up a little bit. You're not going to be talking about my child. And he she asked her again to back up. So she asked her several times. >> She asked her twice. I heard twice for her to back up. And then she says, "I don't care if you got a gun." Cuz she had her hand in her purse and she didn't pull it out just yet. She's just arguing. So by this, I'm already going around trying to get the lady that was waiting right here out of the way cuz the gun's waiting. >> Okay. So you got the lady in the waiting room. >> I got her in here and they're tussling out here. I left them to tussle and fight amongst themselves while we try to, you know, call you guys. And I told her, "Hurry up. Come on in. Get her in a safe spot." Cuz I had to bring her back here. By the time I got back over here, they were already fighting >> with a gun. So, I stayed out of the way cuz I couldn't come back up in in the front. >> When they were physically, did you go out there again after you brought the patient to safety? Did you go out there? >> Did I go back out there? No. Because by then? >> So, when did you get him? >> When I went out before >> before to get them before you get the other guy >> before it got they got closer. >> Before the gun come out or no? >> No. The gun was already out. They were like about this far apart. Kiana had her gun on her and I said, "Okay, no, you need to take this out in the hallway. This is a, you know, doctor's office. I'm trying to talk to them." And then I I said, "You know what? Let me get the patient out the the patient's wife out the way." And then try to come back, but they were already tustling by the time. >> So when you tried, who hit you in the head when you were trying to >> I don't know. It was an elbow. >> Elbow to left side of the >> right here. I don't know whose elbow, but you know, it didn't hurt. It didn't hit my eye. I just said, "Okay, I can't do anything." So, I got out the way. >> For right now, I'm gonna ask you to stand up and we're gonna have to take you to the station. Okay. >> That's fine. >> So, my your phone is your phone's coming with >> Hold on. Let me text my mom. My attorney number. >> Is your mom here? >> I don't understand why I'm going to jail. >> So, at the very least right now, at the very No. Yeah. At the very least right now, what's going on is you can't bring a gun in here. It says no guns are >> Okay. Okay. And lovable, you brought that up earlier or somebody did. They said usually it says outside the building no weapons. She brought a weapon. Okay, I understand now why she at minimum has to go. I do want the other girl to go as well. I do because that when you're advancing on somebody and they're not engaging at first that's on that's on you. You I know via text she may have started some stuff but in that moment what they were called for the other girl was advancing on her. So, at the very least, >> okay, >> we're going to if you have any more questions and we're going to discuss this. We have to look at everything uh that have transpired and then >> Mom, let me I'm trying to send it to you cuz they going to put me on cuff. So, >> you can call um give my stuff. You going probably have to meet me down to the station, but let me give my stuff to grandma. >> Yeah. What is it that you want to turn over to grandma? >> Uh what can I bring? >> You can bring your stuff. >> Can you let my grandma come in? >> Grandma went to go get your mom. >> Yeah, she No, no, no. She's not going to come up. So, just take me down. >> Yeah. No, she's not. So, we could give her your stuff outside if you want. >> Yeah. Do you want this to come with you or you want this to go to grandma? >> That can stay with me. >> Okay. >> Do you have anything on you that's so sharp or anything that will cut me or anything? >> No. Okay. >> Um, so you want to take everything with you? >> Yeah. >> Okay, we'll take everything. I'm going to put your keys. >> Uh, you can let my backpack though go with mom. No, no, no. Take get the keys going to go to my mom. >> Your sweater's coming with you, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Which one are you? The resting officer. Well, the primary officer is upstairs. Okay. >> So, we're going to bring her to the station. She's been briefed up on that. What is your question? >> Is she Is she on So, this for She's under arrest. >> She's under arrest right now. >> Charged with We don't >> She has not been charged yet. No. Okay. >> So, I told She's coming. This is all coming with us. Are you guys Do you guys know where the station is? >> Um, no. But I wanted to see her other officers. >> Yeah, they're coming down. They're coming down. Okay. >> Oh, this this actually I think she wants it turned over to mine. >> Incoming message. You have no no injuries on you, right? Did you ask for any? >> Yeah, she doesn't have >> no injuries, nothing. Can you just run me? I know you said that 100 times, but there's so many witnesses, so many different stories. Can you just tell me? >> It wasn't so many. It was one witness and it was one lady sitting right there. That's the only other real witness right there. >> I know that she came in. You were already in the office when she came in. >> I was still getting checked in. She came in, she just fired her face up and just got she was talking on the phone and I guess I don't know when she came she got to talking and I'm just like okay so what's what is with all that you was talking about my baby like threatening me talking about you going to kill me and my child like I like I said I still have >> online what was she talking >> huh >> what was she talking to online or >> did we find out this was over a boy or man or whatever >> um through texting from different numbers she was texting my sister like Do you have any of those messages? >> Yes, I still have the message. It's in my old phone. But then I have to I would have to have them screen. I can get them screenshotted to me though. >> So you don't have >> and and my sister, she was texting my sister phone too. So I can still have my sister send me the message her threatening me. >> Then you should have reported it. If you feel like you were being harassed and all that, you should have reported it. Um cuz you can't bring it up now. And then I mean you can, but I just think if you're going to bring it up now to prove why you were doing something, you should just start reporting it then. Um, yeah. 12 me love said these moms and grandmoms get worked to death. I can't agree with you anymore. They sure do. >> Family's going to kill you. >> Yeah. She going to kill me and my child and she got people watching my house and just crazy stuff. Literally. So she came here. Is it about a boy about a man? Cuz this this is related about anything. >> No, it's not about no man. This is about cuz she asked me for some money. >> So So she's been threatening you and your family. >> So I was still getting >> So it's about money like a loan and then it devolved into this. Is that what we're getting? She said it's not about a man >> in the front. Like I don't even have a wristband. So when she came in, we were still getting checked in or whatever. She comes in, she seen me, made a face, whatever, was talking on the phone. And I'm just like, she was ignoring me. So I'm just like, what? Like what is it? Like what? What? You going to apologize and I'mma leave it alone or like what's going to happen? Cuz you didn't already threaten me. I feel I felt threatened, but I don't have a concealed to carry to pull out on nobody. >> Did you How far were you guys from each other? >> We went We were like probably like this this part. >> So did you come up to her face? >> No, I told you I was I told you I was still getting We were both getting checked in. So we both were at the desk. It's not like I got checked in already. And Yeah. No, we both still getting checked in. me. I was here first and she walked in. >> So, she just like she wasn't saying nothing and then I was just like, "Okay, so like what what like what?" Like, cuz you think I'm just not going to say nothing about you steady threatening me. And I'm finally, this is my first time seeing her since she threatened me. I never was responding to her messages cuz I'm not about to talk back to you over no message sending threats. Like, what are we doing that for? So, you shouldn't be talking about this. The front desk, oh, you shouldn't be talking about nobody kid. I'm like, that's what I'm saying. So that's why I'm just trying to figure out like what's good. What like what is it? So then she not saying nothing. She just like she pulled her bag up. She pulled her bag up like this on the side of her. >> How how far are you guys from each other? Describe the difference. >> At this point when I seen her pull her back, I already know she has a concealed to carry. Like I know that already. I know that from being being her associate. >> But how far were you from each other? That is the question. [laughter] >> So I already knew that. So I step back cuz I'm I'm not about to What the heck? So, >> so you stepped back cuz you said you went to her. Why is her face blurred? She needs to be under arrest. I >> stepped back a little bit like we were still pretty much close. We went like super far apart. >> Further than this. >> Maybe like one more step back. You can go one more step back. That was it. Like that. When she pulled out the gun cuz I stepped back and she just I'm like, "What you going to pull out?" She like, "Yep. And I want you to do something." I'm like I'm like what? I want you to do something. You the one that's pulling out the gun. I'm like, "What? What you what you think you going to do with that gun? You think I'm going to just let you shoot me? She put a gun. Then at that point, she up the gun and put it in my face. And when she put it in my face, I didn't have no place but to grab it. That's grab it. I grabbed the gun and I twisted her arm and she was like behind me like this. And the gun was like right here. Like her arm was right here. >> So when she took the gun or >> when she took the gun out, I'm like, "What you going to up the gun and what you going to do? You going to shoot me or whatever?" She was still That's it. >> Yeah. She was still like she was pulling her back. I'm like, "What you going to up the gun? You going to shoot me or what?" She like, "Yeah, I'm offensive." She like, "Yeah, no. I want you to do something. I want you to do something." And then now she start got to talking crazy. And then I'm I'm still I'm I'm still saying what I needed to say. I was still saying then that that's when she put the gun in my face. She put the gun in my face and then I grabbed the gun and I picked her on and I'm like, "What? I'm not letting him go. I'm not letting this gun go." And I had a better grip than on the gun than she did cuz I snatched it and it was out of her hands at that point. Then that's when she that's when she ran up on me after I had her gun. And I'm like, "Oh, I'm not giving you this back." She had me pinned up against that door that's up there. She had me up against the door and had my hair and her head down. And I just had her head and she hit me and I got to hit her with the gun. Every time you hit me, I'm going to hit you with your gun. And I got to hitting her with her gun. That's how she had that mark on her. I never hit her with my physical hand. I was just hitting her with the gun cuz I had the gun in his hand. And I'm still trying to like defend myself with my other >> I can't believe she actually thinks not hitting someone with their hand her hands means she didn't hit somebody cuz she [laughter] she hit the hit the girl with the gun. The logic is so bad and so dangerous. Lovable said now both of them have to find a new doctor. They they better have to. They really do cuz there's no way. One ignores the rule of no weapons being brought inside and this one likes to, you know, start fights and stuff. fully get the gun out of her hand or >> Yes, the gun. I had That's why I had the gun when you came in here. I took the gun and she was steady asking for it back. They were steady. I'm like, I'm not giving it to y'all. Y'all better call the police and I'll give it to them. But I'm I don't trust I don't even trust giving it to y'all cuz y'all might give it back to her and then we might be in the same place. No, we're not doing that. >> You're brave. >> Yeah, cuz I'm I have a kid. I'm not I'm not about to >> How old is your kid? >> Six. >> Yeah, but don't >> I think you meant to say stupid officer. Not brave. Don't play with stuff like that, man. >> No. What I supposed to do? Let her shoot me. What was I supposed to do? >> Call us. >> I was supposed to run after she done drew a gun in my face. I'm not doing that cuz y'all not even going to want if somebody can you give us two two good phone numbers. You got two good phone numbers for her? Yeah. >> Would you would you be willing to come in the police station in lobby >> when? >> Right now. Cuz there's there's a lot to this story. There's just more than than >> Then what? I want to know. Don't decide. My side don't match. >> No, no, not your side doesn't match. But there's a lot more with concealed carry law and all kinds of stuff. So that's fine. >> With concealed carry law, but she's she would if I never touched her, she shouldn't have felt. >> Would you be able to come in? So far, you've been good with cooperating and stuff. Can you come and meet us in the lobby? >> Meet y'all in the lobby. What y'all going to do? Y'all going to trick me and try to take this? She's already gone. She's already gone. Just the lobby. We're not taking a handcuff. No, in the lobby in the police skull lobby. >> They want me to go to the police station, Mom. the front lobby where the doors are. >> You can drive. You can drive yourself to where? >> I didn't drive. They gave me a ride here. They know. >> Then we can give you a ride and somebody can pick you up from Skooki police station. >> I'm asking them like what y'all took her. Y'all took her to jail. >> All we're asking is if you can come to the process. >> Okay. But I'm asking is she going to jail? >> She's at the police station. Like I said, we're still trying to sort it out. >> WHAT YOU TRYING TO SORT OUT? >> THERE'S A LOT because we told you concealed carry is not that easy. Okay. There's a lot of points to it. But you still not supposed to up no gun on nobody that >> And like I said, we're supposed to argue now. >> True. Dean, we always talk about the um tactics that an officer will use to keep you talking. I agree. The Dean says saying brave instead of what he really meant makes her continue to incriminate herself. I agree. I agree. I just had to say what he he couldn't say. >> Again, she's at the police station and we're asking if you can come to the police station of your own free will. You're not under arrest. >> Okay. We can either give you a ride or we can get a ride there so we can continue sorting everything out. >> Oh, go ahead. Okay, that's fine. But I'm asking is she going to jail? Like what? >> Again, we're I'm not saying that she is or isn't. She's at the police station right now. Okay. Under our custody and then we're going to sort everything out. >> So, what do I need to come to the police station? >> Depending on when we talk to her further and have to talk to you more, okay, to get the whole full picture. There's a few witnesses that we have to speak here, too. >> We're not If you don't want to go, we're not trying to trick you. But if if there's complaints to be signed, you will have to come in the station and sign complaints anyway cuz you said you want her arrested. Well, she's gone. She's at the police station. >> Arrested. >> So So that's what I'm saying. You're going to have to go to the station regardless if that comes in. >> We have to go to the station and we have to figure this out again cuz we witnesses. >> We got her statement. It would be better if you guys have camera, but there is no camera. >> And I just want to make sure every I have to just make sure everybody's comfortable with that. If they are, we'll treat you today and then you can take care of business if you want to take care of business and reschedule the treatment. And then if you're having other issues, you know, there's always the emergency room tomorrow. >> All right. You ready? You have that gave her the back. >> Okay. Can you just check her? Make sure again my taser. Am I good? Where do you first? Come on. First, >> we'll get it to you. All right. You going to leave anything behind? Make sure you take everything with you. I'm just going to put that here. It goes in the bin. >> All right, Miss Max. We're going to have you sit here and we'll take those off and put that one. >> I'm going to put this here. >> We're going to go find the officer as well, and then we'll come back or he'll come back, but we'll have more answers for you. Okay. >> Kiana Knox was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and carrying a concealed weapon in a medical facility. She was later released pending a court date. I don't understand how they didn't charge that other girl. Wow. That girl, she did a lot. She should She should have been charged, too. All right, next suggested video. I also didn't I did not watch this one. I watched the last one before, but I did not watch this one. Police humil a humiliate spoiled brat after she refuses to leave club. Yeah, there goes that concealed carry license for sure. She can't have that no more. >> Uh, so they were asked to leave about 9:30 and came back and he was the one that was originally asked to leave for being intoxicated and aggressive with other guests. >> And uh, now they just keep going every door and harassing all my security guards to get let back in. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yes. No, you're fine. Here's the deal. You cannot come back here. Do you want to stay? >> I don't want to go in. >> I don't want to go in. Okay. So, leave the property. Yes. Go. I'm going to go. >> You're leaving. >> You're leaving now. >> Going. >> No. I want to leave. >> You are leaving. >> I ignoring. >> I would like to make a formal complaint about what >> ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT. >> THAT'S WHAT WE DO. Pick up your STUFF AND LET'S GO. I can't make a formal complaint. No. Let's go. Why? Because they are they do not want you here. You keep coming back. >> We're leaving. >> Okay. No way. Hold on. You go away. You'll piss me off. >> If we get caught by you, you got to go to jail. >> No, no, no. Everyone, shut up. I want to ask a question. Excuse me. >> First off, no. That's rude. >> You're going to act like a child. You're going to get treated like a child. They are telling you to go. >> No. I am not in their establishment. So, they are you're under their convergence. Okay. Let's go. >> We're going home. >> Go. I'm asking questions. >> We are walking away. We are going home. Stoping interrupting me. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> Okay. Purple Hay said, "Run away, my man. Run away." Wow said, "Haley, you better listen to your friend." A lot of people could have avoided arrest if they would listen to the friend. Yep. Uh Leia's grandma said if that's her boyfriend, he shouldn't be after tonight. She don't Yeah. She'll get you in trouble, too. >> If we get called about you one more time, I will take you to jail for public nuisance. Do you understand? >> I understand. >> Stop trying to yell. Do what you got to do. Go home. >> Can I talk? Can I talk? >> We're done talking. >> WE'RE DONE TALKING. GO HOME. >> YOU GOT TO GO HOME. >> NO, I'm allowed. >> We're going home. >> If I get to call by you again for any reason. No. >> What? >> Oh, he's not going to talk to us. No, actually you are. So, let's go. Go with him and go home. I want to know. >> Oh, lovable said they're cousins. I'm not I wouldn't hang out with my cousin again. It's you too much too much drama. >> I was inside the establishment and I was fine. >> I changed their mind. I told you earlier they if they don't want you there, they you have to leave. >> I don't want to go inside the establishment. >> That doesn't matter. You can't stay here. You can't harass. >> I don't want to go inside the establishment. I'm telling you, you can't stay here. >> I've been patient. Do not yell over me. >> You haven't. >> I have. I'm going to call her mom as soon as I pick up this [ __ ] Just do not let her do some. Please don't let her [ __ ] I just want to go home. I'm call my cousin. I'm trying to get her home. That's all I've been trying to do. I'm trying to backtrack to understand the reasoning behind the original dispute. So, can I dis can I go back to negotiate the understanding so that this doesn't happen again? >> No, they don't. >> So, you're telling me the reasoning behind the understanding of the reasoning that I can't go back in the establishment >> cannot be understood. So, I cannot understand why I cannot do this again. >> I have told you of not good policing. I need to know the policing reason as TO WHY I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SAVE YOU. They don't want to stand that. That's it. That's it. That's it. I'm on public ground. That's it. That leaves me on public ground. Okay. So, I can stand here and >> now you're in the roadway. Yeah, that's fine. No, it's not. Cuz now you're obstructing traffic. Let's go. What traffic? >> If you want to mess me up, please. And I won't I won't resist. I just really genuinely want to understand as to why. >> I want to know the reason. >> Here's what's going on. You're really drunk and you're not making any sense. >> I am making >> I've already explained this to you. >> They don't want you here because you're really drunk and you're acting like an [ __ ] to everyone. >> Give me your phone. You're going to jail. >> I'm fine. 871 in custody. You >> taking her? >> Yeah, I'll take her. >> All right. >> Which one? >> I'm back there. >> Lovable. Which one's the officer that's on the night shift that we've seen before? I've been looking. I thought it was going to be that other lady that has a YouTube channel. >> Flat on your stance. This is not a game. Do you understand? >> You got anything legal on you? >> I've got nothing illegal on me. You can touch me any way you want. >> I'm not touching it. >> Not you. Anyone. Ashley grabbed her passport from him cuz I need an ID from her. All right. You got her. >> Where's my Where's my going? I'll bail her out. >> You're going to Monroe County. Where's her Do you have her ID? >> I do not have her ID, but her bag, right? >> This is her bag with her ID in it. You can go through it all you want. >> You just sit tight right here. Your phone right here. I'll let you know what's going on with >> I'm 31 years old, man. Like, >> well, you should do whatever you want. We asked you to. That's fine. I'll have to cooperate. >> You had a chance. Ryan, just keep a hold of my stuff. It's fine. He's my younger cousin. I want to say it's >> fine. And do whatever they say. >> Oh my god. It's fine. What the is wrong with it? >> It's not fine because guess what? Now you're going to jail. >> That's fine. >> I have no reason. >> Not right now. I'm not in the mood. >> No reason to be going here and therefore I don't mind. >> Okay. >> No. What do you want? >> Pardon? >> Oh, I just trying to talk to my person. >> Nah, that's not how this goes. >> So, wait. I have a question then. Genuine question. >> What? >> What are my rights? >> Huh? >> What are my rights? I haven't told my rights. >> You're You're detained right now. >> They haven't been told. What are you talking about? >> I haven't been told my rights. >> You You have the rights of every US citizen. What are you talking about? >> Yeah, I don't know that. I'm I live in the UK, so I don't know what my rights are. Thank you. >> So, your rights as far as what? Right now, you're being arrested for trespassing and disorderly conduct. >> Okay, cool. You're asked to leave multiple times. So your your rights right now are to go to jail and bond out in the morning. >> So I can't talk to anyone. >> Nope. >> Okay. You're going to go to jail because you've been asked to leave already multiple times. >> Okay. Cool. >> This is the second place you've been trespassed from tonight. You already trespassed from the blow and whistle earlier tonight. Okay. >> Yeah. Because I couldn't find my bag. That's not a good reason. >> No, it's not. When you're asked to leave, you leave. Okay. Uh so now you're going to go to jail. You'll get booked in. You'll see a judge in the morning. They'll set your bond and you'll be able to get out from there. >> A judge. >> A judge. Like a magistrate. >> You're going to sit in jail all night and you'll see a judge in the morning. >> Can I get my jacket when I'm in? >> Where's your jacket? >> I I don't know. >> No, they'll probably give you a sweater or something. >> Okay, cool. >> Okay. >> So, just hang tight. >> What? >> I asked my cousin for the password. >> This is so unnecessary. She got trespassed. So, this is her second place in one night for getting trespassed. Um She wanted to be arrested. That's just what it is. Um, I didn't see the name of that place, but if it was Sloppy Joe, that's a that's a good name. And then I know Purple Haze said he hadn't had a Sloppy Joe in a while. I just had had one like last month and hadn't had one in years before then. And it tasted like I remembered as um as a child. It was good. >> I can call her mom. >> Nope. >> Nope. >> All right. >> Can you just tell my cousin? >> I can't tell your cousin nothing. Well, he's worrying and I want him not to worry. >> Ain't got nothing to do with me. We We was worried about everybody else and you weren't listening. Welcome to the United States of America. >> I'm coming here. >> You kick this door again, we going to have a problem. >> I'm from here. >> Hi. >> Put your feet down. This is your living room. So, here's the deal. You're under arrest. >> If you want to keep showing your ass, I can show my ass. And what that >> I love these officers. I love it. Welcome to the United States of America. If you gonna show your ass, I'mma show mine. That is hilarious. Um, Jacqueline, I wholeheartly believe this is how she acts in the UK. I agree. Ashley said, "I can't tell your cousin nothing." Love will say, "I love these officers." Yes, I like it. >> That means is I'm going to put you in leg shackles to where you can't relax and just sit back here. Or you can sit back here like an adult and act like an adult and then I'll treat you like an adult. But if you want to act like a child, I can treat you like a child. I don't care. I don't care where you're from. So keep your feet off of my ceiling, off of my windows, quit kicking my door, quit hollering, and you can sit here. You'll go to jail and you'll be done with this. >> If you want to act out, then I can act out and I'm going to put you in leg shackles and it's going to be uncomfortable for you. >> Understood? Is that understood? >> I understand. >> Okay. I think >> here's the deal. Your cousin wants the password to your phone. Are you willing to give that to him so he can contact your mom? >> Oh man, >> I just asked you a question. >> Well, you can call that from the jail. How about that? >> Yeah, we'll just >> Yeah, we'll we'll call her You call her from jail. >> During transport, the suspect slips out of her handcuffs. >> You want to play games? >> [ __ ] >> Get out. >> Ow. We both know it isn't. >> Turn around. >> What did you pop in your mouth? >> I didn't put anything in my mouth. >> Yes, you did. I saw you on camera. >> Pull this one off. >> Is there anything else you'd like to do? Take a seat. Let's go. Should I strip? I'll >> take care of that. >> I promise you, nobody wants to see you. Earthworm gym. Nobody needs to see it. Nobody wants you to strip. >> The right one is >> Yeah. >> Well, the right one never came out. >> Thank you. >> The suspect was charged with resisting arrest, criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct, and escaping lawful restraints. Leave a like if you enjoyed this video. >> Let make sure my like is on there because I definitely enjoyed this one. Oh, all right. Left my like. Okay. Uh, let me see. I don't know. I guess they they really have those skinny skinny wrists. Sak because I I'm LIKE, HOW ARE THEY? I'VE never thankfully been in handcuffs to test the theory. But I guess they have skinny wrist. Loveable Scorpion said, "I'll be looking for videos with these officers." Also, I want to know where exactly they are located because I want to meet them in person. I feel like when we watch the other one, were they in Tennessee? I feel like they were in Tennessee when that man was jumping and spitting and all that stuff and it was the same street cuz I thought he was in almost like Vegas at first and I feel like they said Tennessee or something. All right, next one up. What never to do during a traffic stop. >> Hello. How are you? Good >> doing okay. I'm officer with the blood police. The reason I got you stop was for your speed. Is everything okay? >> Yeah. >> Your top speed locked in on radar was 50. speeding through here's only 30. >> Where about? >> Huh? >> Where about? >> Like where did I clock you? >> Where about? >> I don't know what you're asking. >> Where about? >> I'm saying you should have slowed down the stop sign. You should have got 50. >> So when you were coming through that intersection with the green light, we crossed past and that's where I locked you in on radar. Do you have your license with you today? Do you have a license at all? >> I can't hear you. Where is it? Why not? You know you're required to, right? >> Hey, what's your last name? >> Dylan. >> No. D. >> Okay. Step out of the vehicle. >> What? Because you're being uncooperative. >> I just gave you my name. >> Okay. Do you think I can run your name without a date of birth? >> You ask. >> You said you weren't going to answer any more questions. >> I asked the question. You asked me. You can run your name right there. I can't run that name without a date of birth. And if you're not going to ask any more questions, I'm gonna take you back, arrest you, and bring you back to my police department and identify you that way. So, do you want to answer some more questions? >> Why? >> Because I'm going to arrest you if you're not going to ask answer any more questions. >> Arrest me for asking more questions >> because I can't identify you. If you're not going to >> name identify, >> how do I identify that name? You don't think there's any other people with that name in the entire United States? >> Not in West. >> Okay. So, I need your date of birth to be able to confirm your identity. So, if you want to give me that, excellent. If you don't, I'm gonna have you step out. I'm gonna arrest you. >> Sounds good, dude. I don't care. >> Hey, y'all funny. Can we just get along so we have a good night? We don't know. >> I don't know what this dude's problem is. I stopped you with speed and you're acting like it's the biggest crime of the century. >> Yes, sir. All right. >> All right. I need to see your proof of insurance and registration for the vehicle as well. >> How you doing today? >> I was doing okay. already. Okay. Okay. >> Go ahead and grab >> Zack. I will give you that. He definitely is giving me Jordan Peele behind his window right now. At that angle that we saw him at, I see Jordan Pill. >> Your registration and proof of insurance. That's not answering any questions. That's doing what you're lawfully required to do. >> That's not a question. >> No, it's it's an order. >> Give me your proof of insurance and registration for the vehicle. It's not a question. It's an instruction. So, you don't want to provide any of that information. You just want to be cited for it. How many citations you trying to get today? >> All right. Sounds good. You'll get all the tickets then. >> We'll make sure you lose your license tonight. >> No. Hey. No, sir. >> No. This dude wants to be hard for some reason. This could have been very simple, but you want to make it a big deal. All right. Remain in the vehicle. Do you have it? Do you have it? >> All right. So, what's your real name? >> No, you didn't. The name you gave me and date of birth does not come back on file. All right. So, let's try it again. You said your last name is Kernney, correct? >> Huh? >> I'm confirming what you told me. >> All right. Go ahead and exit the vehicle. >> Nope. We're past this. Let's exit the vehicle. Just step back here. Stop reaching in your pockets, bro. >> Face towards your back of your vehicle. >> Face towards your vehicle. Place your hands behind your back. >> Stop resisting. >> Ah. All right. If you have me playing in the background, you didn't see the text, but it said while he had while he was getting the man out, it said, "Notice the vehicle's moving right now," which is a key part of, you know, what you shouldn't do at a traffic stop right now. But yeah, so the vehicle was just kind of jumping a little bit just now. >> Dude, I'm going to tease the out. You can keep doing that. >> I get arrested. >> You're being detained until I can identify who you are. Stop moving. Now, do you want to give me your correct name or no? Or do you just want to be arrested? >> I'm already under arrest. >> You're being detained. I told you. >> What's your real name? Stop reaching in your pockets. >> I'm not reaching. Okay. >> What's your real name? >> All right. You're under arrest. >> You know, you're okay. >> Face towards the squad. Stop moving. Acting like aing [ __ ] >> 42. Stop that car. The passenger has taken off. Again, I'm saying this for those that aren't looking at their screen. >> Hey, GO for the passenger on my vehicle. Just took off with the vehicle 74 in pursuit of that uh by transit. I think the the highway should be shut down. 742 pursuit of that white transit. That was on 794 stop. We are southbound on I43. We are approaching the three bay night if you notify Milwaukee that was going to be getting off at Capital Bay. >> Where are you 7? Cuz she's not free to leave. No, she's going to jail, too. Why is she going to jail? She just fled from a traffic stop. >> Speeds are 97. Looks like it's be getting off. The highway shut down here. Stop moving to Why is it moving you touching me? Doesn't. >> What in the world? >> She's going to jail for sure now, dude. >> Yeah, that was dumb. And Ashley, I have my same suspicion. Ashley said it must be something in the car they don't want to get caught with. That's what I suspected as. Well, grandma said, "What is wrong with these people?" I don't know. >> Just want to act stupid. Max stupid in jail. >> 748 about 75 about a quarter mile from Green Bay. Not very bad. >> 748. We're on the offramp currently. >> Sit down. >> And now she's fleeing too. Is that all cool? Is that what you wanted >> for her to go to jail tonight on a felony? >> Cut over the median here. Um 748 I don't have eyes east or west on Greenway. >> Either west east or west on Greenway I believe >> south on T and stopping Mil black. >> Um I believe they're going to say she turned down a dead end. So that I think that's why she jumped out the car. >> White shirt, jeans, running. Big guy. He's going to Hey, GET DOWN. SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. >> I got him. NOW, SHOW ME YOUR HANDS. GET DOWN. >> All right. He went east through the yards. I mean, west of the yards. He's somewhere down here. Hey, get on your stomach. On your stomach. On your stomach. >> On your stomach. Hands on your back. Hands on your back. >> One in custody. Oh, my bad. I left. I didn't know if he knew. Car has not been cleared. >> I didn't see y'all behind me. [laughter] I'm sorry. I think that's the funniest thing I've heard in my life. It's a good one. Yeah, that's her third one. That is the funniest thing I've ever heard in my life. >> I I can't believe she said, "I didn't see y'all behind me." She just like that girl when we, you know, watch the girl at her mama house. And she was They were like, you know, the red and blue lights that come on and Oh, I didn't see any lights. >> I promise you I didn't see that. >> I promise you that's the funniest thing I've ever heard in my life. Smell of marijuana and alcohol. >> Bro, do you know how many reports I had right already tonight? No, I got to write more. >> I'm telling you. >> Anything else I need? >> No, you don't. >> Sh your feet. >> What is it? >> Sh your feet. Spread your feet. Spread them. >> I told you >> sock said. So, didn't see them behind her, but hopped out running. Right. Um, I don't know why they still calling her a dude lovable. They Well, I think they have something in that vehicle and she was trying to get it out of there or she hit it on herself. I think it was more than just a speeding ticket. That's the problem. Janetta, Purple H said, "This is my style of entertainment." All that and got caught anyway. Yes. >> Yeah, man. No one's going to believe you. I would just stop talking probably and >> I understand that but I did not see when I did I stopped. >> Yeah. That scared me though. >> WHERE'S MY VEHICLE? Can I ask where my vehicle? >> No, it doesn't really matter. It's where you left it. That's all I know. Have a seat. >> Alarm sounding. >> I'm just going to look in the backyards that he ran through and see if he ditched anything I got. >> Did you know he won Easter? >> Yeah. >> Damn. I should have went off the air. You were going slow. So I'm like, "Oh, boy." >> I was going slow cuz he was going slow. >> Oh yeah. >> Well, no, you didn't do it. You didn't do anything at home. >> Well, I went west thinking that you lost him because we slowly went over that median. So >> Oh, you know that's why I went west. I I thought [laughter] >> So my bad. >> You want to search? >> Uh yeah. Or do you want me to I'm going to look in here and see if he does anything really quick or do this first? >> Um just do this first. Okay. Well, way did he run? He ran this way. >> Uh yeah. I don't know if he went through here or here. >> Okay. Where did you see him? Like, did you see him go this way? >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> Did you follow him? >> No, I I He run back. >> Okay, gotcha. >> I have the driver in custody at the stop. >> Think you made some good decisions tonight? >> These yards guy, whatever. >> I don't know. Reeks like booze in there. So, I'm assuming we >> got a empty bikardi gold driver side floorboard. I'm having trouble smelling. What do you think? Beer first. Yeah, I think so. >> Everything okay? I mean, far as safety for us. >> Yep. Every everyone that that fled is in custody. So, >> Oh, I guess it's a stolen car. >> Um, I don't think it was actually stolen. I think they might have just been drunk. I'm not sure. >> Dumb dums and come down to daddy and didn't even know it. >> Yep. Well, I don't think they planned on the freeway. >> Well, I like her commentary, but ma'am, stay inside. Stay safe. You supposed to be nosy inside the house. I'm not sure what it was. >> Smell marijuana or alcohol. >> Nothing exciting. >> No. >> Nice. >> The original driver's real name was identified as Dudley, not Devon Kernney. While he was charged with resisting, obstructing, and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, his wife Simone was charged with felony fleeing, eluding, felony secondderee recklessly endangering safety, resisting obstructing, and violation of probation or parole. Had she simply stayed in the vehicle, she would not have faced any charges. They are both presumed innocent unless proven guilty [music] in a court of law. Take a second and think back to what you just watched, because sometimes the most important thing in a police encounter isn't what someone says. It's the small movement people think nobody notices. Now, if you look carefully around 3 minutes and 40 seconds in the video, the vehicle shifts while the officer is dealing with a driver outside, almost like someone inside is repositioning. Moments like that matter because officers are constantly scanning for small cues that tell them a situation is about to change. Researchers studying police pursuits call this the pucker factor. It's the moment adrenaline goes up, heart rate jumps, and vision narrows because the body >> not the pucker factor >> is switching into survival mode. And studies on foot pursuits shows how intense those moments can be. In cities like Chicago and Philadelphia, nearly half of police shootings occur during or immediately after foot pursuits. Moments when everyone involved is operating under extreme stress. That's why some research even recommends that when possible, a backup officer, not the one doing the chasing, should make the arrest because the pursuing officer is still coming down from that adrenaline surge. So, it looks like a simple bad decision in the moment can quickly push everyone into a place where the pressure is doing the talking. So, the real question becomes, how many people realize the chain reaction is starting? He said before it comes too late. His videos end as soon as he stops talking. So, I had to hit pause real fast. I want Oh, okay. It's a newer one. He's not talking as fast to me as he normally does right now. Officer John. Okay. Purple Haze. No, don't be going outside to see what's going on. So, that was his wife. But, okay, that was his wife. All right. Oh, man. When he when they showed the vehicle shaking, there's another one. I feel like y'all sent it to me at some point, but the two people tried to switch who were driving and the officer said he either said because of y'all's size or he said because y'all are big girls, we saw the car shaking. We could see you switching. I was like, oh my god. So hopefully I saved it. We'll play that one day. [laughter] Um, flight attendant forces entitled couple to change seats. All hell breaks loose. Okay, she didn't just force them to change seats. Apparent Oh, okay. She did. They were arguing on the plane or whatever. She tried to separate them because they were doing it was, you know, probably a little more than just arguing. And they were supposed to be on their way to their anniversary trip to Vegas. The lady was swerving back and forth and then you, I guess you or somebody else pulled him over, went in there. That's as far as I know. >> All right. Do you have a demonstrator of your car? >> Yeah. Pablo, >> is that the old guy or the young guy? >> He's my age. Is that Ro? Is that Is that old to you? >> I don't know what your age is. How old are you? >> I'm sorry, but if you don't know what my old If you don't know how old I am, you have no business you >> Well, you got to be rude. I'm not being rude to you. >> Yes, you are. >> Why am I being rude to you? >> You know what you're doing. >> Yes. >> So, she say swipe you. >> Yeah, she swipe me in the light. She's turning into Shunga Boulevard and she didn't make it. She just hit me. >> Okay. So, she's going to have a damage to the driver side of the vehicle, right? >> She should have it to this side. >> Yeah. So, the driver's side of the vehicle, >> she should >> 15 years. >> Okay. 15 years. What? >> Robert. >> Mhm. Robert >> Sunderman. >> Who's that? >> PSD. >> Okay. Once again, we are not in Key West. >> Okay. Hey, we got a review again. We got a few on here. Hold on. All right, we got I'm very quiet. Is that old to you instead of old to you? If you don't know how old I am, and I have P West KD, I think she said, which should be Key West PD. >> I know. Neither were you when you followed me. >> I just got here. I don't know where you're from. >> Oh, I don't know. Did you pull me over? >> That was me. >> That was you pulled me over. >> Where were you when you pulled me over? >> Right behind you. >> Where? >> Right behind you. >> Where? >> Right behind you. >> Where? >> Right out here. >> You think I don't know? >> Where was I? >> Give me my phone and I'll tell you. >> Where was I? And if you keep trying to walk away, you're going to be Why am I detained? >> Because we're conducting a criminal investigation. Okay. >> For what? >> For crash hit and run. >> Who did that? >> And how much? How much do you really have to do? >> I did not do anything. One bloody Mary. One. >> Just one. >> One. Yes. Just one. I'm not calling. >> I'm not going to relax until you tell me to You're GOING TO CALL HIM. >> OKAY. SO, I was just behind this gentleman and he was had his flashers on and was going like 30 35 mph and I was like, "All right, I'm going to get around this guy. I don't know what he's doing." Soon as I get ahead of him, I see what he was doing cuz this person's all over the road. So, I did the same thing he did. I just hung back. When we were pulling up on this past bridge, you or the other officer, I saw you pull right behind me and I knew exactly what was going on. Then you were waiting for that person. And that's when I pulled over to the side so you could get around me and get behind this. >> Okay. So, you didn't >> I was not damaged. No, >> you didn't witness the crash. >> No, sir. >> And you basically just witnessed her like being all over the road. Yes, sir. >> That's it. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. You're good. So, I don't know if she's just making a dog up or if there's a dog here. >> I don't know where the dog is. >> She's saying there's a boss that spark out here. >> Sorry. Does a dog exist first of all? Cuz you're that implies there's a dog, but you don't have to keep up with the dog. Does the dog exist? Purple haze said, "Imagine for a moment you're at home watching YouTube and this is your ex-wife. I'm done." Uh, no. I don't think this ex-husband here. I don't know what a boss. >> Yeah, that's over here. Her RV. >> So, she's saying her dog isn't there. >> Okay. >> Okay. And she's very worried about her dog. >> She probably wants somebody to take the dog out. >> Can you guys Can you guys take care of the dog? Yeah. >> Thank you. Appreciate [clears throat] it, sir. Have a good night. >> Thank you FOR FINALLY LETTING ME GO. Everything is going on. >> This is all under girl. You got to get yourself together. Lovable Scorpion says, "I love this older man, but he needs to teach his wife not to help everyone." Yeah, she's a liability cuz she could have easily ran into their house. She's staying in the RV in the yard drunk driving like that. She could have ran into their house. She could damage their property at any time. And that's maybe just their property. She could harm somebody. Just so you know this, you're all getting watched. And when they see what you've done to me, >> I haven't done ANYTHING WRONG. >> OW. YOU SEE HOW STRONG I AM? I'M SO TINY. PLEASE STOP. HOW HOW HAVE YOU TREATED ME SINCE I've been here? >> Oh, I ain't been coming to treat you BAD YET. >> NO, YOU HAVEN'T. But go ahead and ask. What's your name? Can I see your name? HE WON'T TELL ME HIS NAME. Make him say me is his name. >> My name is Daniels. >> Daniels. What? >> Daniels. >> What? Daniels. >> Deputy. >> Oh, yeah. Talk to Pablo. >> Can we ask her? >> Talk to Pablo. WHAT THE [screaming] you [ __ ] [screaming] Look at me. YOU STUPID [ __ ] IS IS video surveillance right now. The fact that YOU'RE MAKING ME PISS MYSELF IS YOUR BALLS OF BELT. I AM the former wife of a police officer. >> You stupid [ __ ] And you're gonna pay. >> Okay. >> Y'all, oh my god. So, she just now peed again on the floor. She's barefoot. So, it's nasty to her pee on the floor. And then her feet are stepping in the pee. Like, I cannot I just I can't imagine why she's divorced. I I can't. Okay, so y'all caught some cuz I um I missed some. So, conveilance for surveillance. Thank you. and fossil nor our angel. Jeez. Yeah, she's rolling in pee. Jacqueline just disgusting. >> All of YOU ARE GOING TO PAY. >> IT HURTS. PLEASE STOP. IT HURTS that one right here. I'm pissed ALL OVER MYSELF BECAUSE THESE are >> And IF YOU'RE DONE LAUGHING AT ME, YOU KNOW THAT'S GOING IN YOUR REPORT, RIGHT? YOU KNOW THAT locking and m NO LAUGHING AT ME AND LOCKING ME IS GOING IN YOUR REPORT. YOU stupid >> uh by the by the wall so I can uh keep an eye on her. >> The suspect takes the next hour to finish her booking process and very slowly calms down. When she's allowed to leave, however, she still doesn't fully cooperate. >> It's definitely easy to sign some of his citations. >> Can you stand here, please? Signing those citations. It's not admission of any guilt. Per citation is for a DUI. I'm going to need your signing here. >> What's the next one for? >> It's a for DI with property damage >> with property damage. What what what property was damaged? >> The other car. >> What other car? >> It was the car you hit. >> I didn't hit the car. >> Okay. That's going to be uh for the judge and for the lawyers to decide. It's for a hidden run. So, give me the crashing. The crash happened on the corner of uh Sugarlo Boulevard and US1. when you were turning left into the Sugarloaf Boulevard. Okay. >> I didn't go to Sugarloaf Boulevard. >> Okay, ma'am. >> Anyway, >> right here. All right. So, that's where we being charged. On the top of it, you being charged with resisting arrest without violence and for assault on the law enforcement officer. You try to be tried to bite Sergeant. Okay. >> Yeah. >> The Pens TH THC. Oh, the ones that they stuck in my pocket. >> Put that in my pocket. >> Okay, you again not letting me talk. I'll try I'm trying to explain you something. Okay, >> but you weren't the one. >> I'm not I'm not going to charge you with it. I'm just going to put it to the property for destruction. >> I don't care. >> Otherwise, it's I can charge you with felony if you would like. >> Then destroy it. It's fine. >> Okay. All right. It's going to be destroyed. >> I appreciate that, by the way, because they put this in my pocket. >> Who put this in your pocket? >> Whoever arrested me. Whoever drug me out of my truck and bruised me. >> Yeah, that's insane. Just go with Sergeant. >> This suspect, Heather, was charged with driving under the influence, hit and run, involving damage to property, resisting obstructing without violence, simple assault on a peace officer, and driving under the influence, causing damage to property. She took a plea deal, pleading guilty to driving under the influence and resisting obstructing without violence, and pleading no contest to hit and run involving damage to property. While the other charges were dismissed, Heather was sentenced to 12 months of probation. >> Have you ever watched someone so intoxicated that reality and language start separating from each other? Cuz that's what we saw here. Words started slipping, sentences didn't make sense, and suddenly we got lines like, "That's where my park is trucked." She doesn't just have attitude, she has impairment that's showing itself. Now, the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism explains that alcohol interferes with the brain's communication pathways, which affects areas responsible for judgment, balance, and speech. So, when the brain starts struggling to organize words, that's often one of the earliest signs that something just isn't right. Then comes a line that probably made a few cops watching this smile a little. I'm the ex-wife of a cop. In my experience, the moment that gets set on a traffic stop, every officer knows this interaction just got a little bit longer. Underneath a mess is a serious reality because officers aren't trying to win an argument. They're trying to stop someone whose judgment is clearly compromised from getting back behind the wheel. Now, she ended up with probation, which means the real question isn't what happened here tonight. It's whether anything changes before the next traffic stop starts the exact same way. Hey, I caught it before it uh ended. Okay, I snapping. I was I missed the snapping one. Um, in my notes I put she needs more than probation. She needs some actual time. They need to take her license. She need rehab. It's a lot of things. Hold on. It's a lot of things that she need. Um, I agree. Again, y'all already know they need to watch their body cams. They need to be forced to watch their body cams when they're sober. But I feel like a lot of them will still see it and be like, I was the victim. But they still should have to watch it. And they should have to watch it with an audience because you having to watch it by yourself. That's not enough shame for me. I need you to have to watch it with an audience watching you watch it. [laughter] Okay. Second to last video. The worst thing you can do after getting fired. Here we go. I'm going to be attempting after we get past 114. >> This is a look at a wild chase that pulled multiple law enforcement agencies together across Wisconsin to stop a [music] man fleeing in a semitr. But the situation takes an even crazier turn when they realize he isn't alone. [music] >> He is being chased by the Okay. He is not aware that you are law enforcement. You got to take that door. Officer, they're not officers. Chill. >> It's around 300 p.m. on August 25th, 2023, and these troopers are setting up tire deflation spikes after multiple police departments across Wisconsin are alerted to a stolen semi-truck whose driver refuses to stop. But this is only a part of a drawnout chase that's about to take several shocking turns. This is already the third attempt [music] to use tire spikes. And while troopers and deputies managed to deploy them successfully, the driver still refuses to stop. The whole thing began around 2:50 p.m. with a 911 call from a trucking company, [music] reporting that a former employee, 47-year-old Michael Jones, had taken off with one of their semi-truckss from an arena in Warrants, Wisconsin. Monroe County deputies had initiated the chase. But when Michael hit I 94 in [music] a desperate attempt to lose the deputies, additional units joined in. But despite multiple attempts by deputies and state troopers, Michael [music] is not in the mood to give up. >> To all advising, no longer able to spike the vehicle as it's riding on it. >> All right, it's a high-risisk stop. Just don't flag your body. Problem was is I didn't get a good pull and then I tried to pull it again before and I got a good pull and then >> just should have told you. >> No, it's my fault. >> I'll be clear. I'll just remain in my limitation cuz my support is needed. >> Um, are you okay? You want to see this through? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. I figured you did, but if you want to go to the hospital, go to the hospital. >> Oh, no. It's not falling off. >> We didn't lose a finger right now. >> I'm pretty sure he wants to see this, >> too. County had the male driver on the line. He was moving. He was not stopping. Monro wants to know if you want their tax team as well. >> Despite the other trooper in this squad burning his fingers while retrieving the spike strips after one of the attempts, they remain in the pursuit as it crosses into Juno County with deputies from the sheriff's office assisting. Are you on the phone with this team? My >> daughter had them on the line. They have not transferred them to us. >> 56.6 right now. Still >> okay. Somebody in the chat catch me up because once Noir Angel said um sounds like he's paranoid and suffering from delusions. Let me know what did they say because I I didn't catch it. And then uh lovable Scorpion said I think he has mental issues. So I'm going to watch it with that lens cuz I've never seen this and I just added it to the lineup because of the truck chase. Copy. Two general myself and one are in the MR. >> Copy two. >> Right now it looks like 30 pursuit. Are you still involved for the time being 31 to head back to the county? >> Go ahead. >> Will you be attempting to block? >> We're going to try and get close and see what we can do. A Juno County deputy later learned that the trucking company owner's son had met Michael and Warren shortly after he finished a delivery. During that conversation, he confronted Michael about making deliveries outside of work areas and being late. And that's when Michael was fired. He was told to leave the truck at the truck stop. Instead, the job loss sent Michael off the rails. Panicked and paranoid, he ignored warnings that police would be called, hit the pedal, and took off with the semi. And as deputies see that Michael still isn't giving up. Even with shredded tire debris littering the road and putting life and other drivers lives at risk, they soon find out that he isn't alone inside the truck. >> And Monroe County found it out as the pursuit. They just turned around just 43. Street patrol is advising when they get into the construction area that semi may try to ram vehicles. Again, may try to ram your vehicles. Do you know 43? We have a female on 911 advising she is in the semi with the driver. Again, female is in the semi with the suspect driver. >> No weapons. >> We're trying to attend that now. She's advising she's trying to exit the moving semi. I'll be with the 59.8 continuing. Copy 26 59.8 eastbound continuing he is being chased by the he is not aware that you are law enforcement >> Michael's on andoff girlfriend of 15 years who also works at the same trucking company had been with him during the delivery after he was fired Michael became convinced she had been working with the owners behind his back she was still in the truck when he took off after losing his job and despite her begging him to stop, Michael held her against her will and he kept going. Later, Michael will alleged that she had mentioned the K to him in the past and that fear fed into his belief that white officers and others were out to get him. >> There's a female calling back on 911. You can hear the male yelling in the background. Female victim is going to be trying to get the male information. 306 Juno County is now requesting to set a spike strip if possible for the rear semi tires on this truck. It is still rolling but smoking. Currently passing the 79 mile marker. >> Okay, I want to add some context from the chat. So, lovable scorpion said trending. That's why I put it in the chat. When I first saw the video, I was on the company side, but after watching the whole video, I felt he needed some serious mental help. Noir Angel said at lovable scorpion, yeah, they definitely should be charging her because her the girlfriend because if she hadn't put those thoughts in his head, his actions might have been different. She's at least guilty of accessory 84.4 and 84.4. So about a mile. >> Hold on. Hold on. I was like, is this just a normal? Cuz you know the military vehicles sometimes they got to go from base to base, fort to fort and all that. But I'm seeing some blue and red lights. Is this a police tank thingy that I'm seeing right now? >> 113 is 84.4. >> So they're about lane one. So, could the Bearcat get next to him in lane one and then try to keep them in lane two for the spikes? The spike lane two. >> Never mind. It's a Bearcat. Yeah. Is the Bearcat the one that they can extend a battering ram from? And it has it has a lot of stuff on it. >> I don't know. Maybe. >> I just know how that works. >> That actually might be a good idea. Throughout the chase, the woman calls Juno County dispatch multiple times, telling them she can't jump out of the truck because she's afraid of being run over by oncoming traffic. She also repeatedly tells dispatch that Michael is unarmed. By now, several agencies, including state patrol, the Juno County Sheriff's Office, Ho Chunk Nation Police, Wisconsin Dell's PD, and Lake Delton PD have joined to try to stop him. A bearcat is also brought in, and repeated spike attempts shred the truck's tires, scattering debris across the roadway. But even after losing two tires down to the rims, Michael continues driving the semitruck at dangerous speeds, endangering everyone on the road. As Michael keeps driving recklessly, swerving between lanes, a witness near I94 manages to record the chase that captures just how intense, urgent, and high stakes the effort to stop him has become. Fight. Time for another successful spike. I'm going to be attempting after 114. >> But the risks Michael keeps taking aren't helping him anymore. And soon his decision to keep driving the truck on bare rims will turn against him in one of the most dangerous ways imaginable. Suddenly, troopers see smoke coming from the semi-truck and moments later, it catches fire. Michael loses control, sending the truck crashing into a ditch near the Wisconsin Dells area. >> Fire leaking fuel and flames. Leaking fuel in the flames on fire. Copy on fire 1070 heavy copy 1070. >> It's okay. Fire. You know what your fire extinguisher is. >> Get your hands up. >> Female exiting. Keep coming. >> Keep coming. >> Come back here. Back here. >> Right here. >> Do you have any weapons? All right. We have to search you. Okay. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> Put your hands on your back. Hands on your back. >> I got I GOT one detained. One detained. Normally, I would have more to say as I'm watching this, but the fact that I know they're going to explain more at the end, I'm like, I ain't going to say nothing right now. I'm just I'm just watching. But that's why I haven't interrupted really to say anything. But real fast, Leia's grandma, thank you for gifting a trendy tribe membership. I just started a um playlist, I guess, recommendation, song recommend, something like that. But I just put my first song in there to recommend that I have in my playlist. And um so I thank you. That's something new, you know, for this for the person to experience. And it went to Karen K. Karen K might be one of my bushwise cuz I don't see I don't see her name uh like that. You want to pat him down? >> Finally, after a 52mile chase and over four spike strip attempts, all the involved agencies have managed to take Michael into custody and rescue the woman. But even then, he isn't done. Before it's over, he will make another bold attempt to escape. >> Corner rolling that way. >> Get up. One, two, three. Let's go. Get up. >> Stand up. >> Stand up, man. >> Hey. Hey. Help me. They're hurting me. Hold on. >> Bring a slug right there, >> guys. Come on. Take it. Come on. Come on. Come on. >> Let's go this way. Come on, guys. Come on. Come on. Hey, you don't have to get a squad car to come no closer. It's okay, guys. You guys got it. Ryan head. Good. Good sir. >> Yes, sir. >> Oh, yeah. Officer, >> stop. Officer. THESE ARE OFFICERS. >> JUST RELAX. >> STOP. >> RELAX. >> All right. All right. I got to pee, man. >> Her name is for a little bit. >> Hi, my name's Christina. What's your birthday? >> 10452 is in a row. >> Is he okay? >> He's fine. He's fine. >> He's fine. Is he okay? >> Yep. He's fine. He's He's under arrest right now. Can't have you go by him right now. Okay. >> Hey, why don't you go uh make a tackle there, bud? Michael's attempt to resist an escape by kicking the living [ __ ] out of the squad car window sent glass shards flying, injuring one deputy in the arm and a detective in the head, leaving both bleeding and in need of medical attention. >> You need you need don't don't >> you need some help. >> Don't don't. >> Okay. Um, Lovable said, "Listen closely on this phone call that the girlfriend's about to make. >> Don't cause problems. I'm being very serious right now. We're not into sock yet, so we can't go and then we'll have one. >> Are you going to follow? >> I'll go with Perfect. >> Okay, thank you. >> We'll have three going including the one. >> I don't know if you want >> Going to Juno County with them. >> Go with Ho Chunk PD. And that's Doerre with Ho Chunk PD. >> The K9. >> No, just officer Doer. You're transporting. Do >> you know where you're going or? >> Uh, if you want to lead cuz I haven't been. >> All right. I'll just come back and we'll go through the crossover. >> I'll back up. Black on. >> He's in the black unmarked. We're going to follow him. There's any issues, just pull over right away. >> And as things at the crash site finally start to calm down. The woman calls her family and explains how she had just tried to arrange a ride for herself and Michael after he was fired, but he chose to go in a very different direction. >> Michael has chased the police. They fired him and he flipped out. went crazy. He wouldn't let me out the truck. >> What? >> Can you hear me? >> What? >> I said Michael flipped out and he wouldn't let me out the truck. I said they fired him and he flipped out and he went crazy. >> Oh, wow. They fired him. >> Yeah. And he went crazy and flipped out and he has the police and he let me out the truck. >> Are you still in the truck? >> I'm right here with the police. He has speeded the police. We could have flipped over and died. >> Where you at now? >> On the highway. >> Still in the truck. >> No. >> Where you at now? the police. >> Sir, this is the Wisconsin State Patrol. She's currently in the Wisconsin Dells. >> Oh, wow. All right. All right. Um, okay. Get home. >> Right now, we're still working on that. If you can just hold on and she can just talk to you and we'll give you information as it comes. >> All right. I try to calm her down. >> I'm ready to go home. I want to go home. >> Yeah. Yeah. Just um just cooperate with them first. Let them get all the what they need and then we'll see how you going to get home. Yeah. We might have to um have to get you about uh but you good. I mean you all right now calm down. They got him in custody. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, how was y'all getting home anyway after they pulled him out the truck? >> I called rental car. I was going to give me a rental car. >> Ah, okay. >> Ready to get out of here. >> I don't understand why you just crazy. And then like I'm just like I I got a rental car and I was like I'm and I had got a I got the lift or whatever and the lift came and picked me up >> and he went crazy and he flipped out. >> Yeah, it's about the job hard >> and I was here to get in the lift and then he flipped out. >> Yeah, it's about the job. We drive it and hit him hard. I already know that's good and we try to uh make sure you get your way home. Even after arriving at the station, Michael still isn't done, >> Mike. Right. >> I already know what's up. It's No, it's it's it's it's like like I said, you guys are surpris Yeah. And you guys are going to around. >> No, we're not going to do that. >> Thank you. >> Okay. >> We're just going to walk you around into the building. Okay. >> I saw that. Listen, I saw him standing around the corner. It's okay. It's okay. glass. Who? Is that you, Ryan? >> All right, we're going to go through this door and then we're going to take our >> Yeah, I see. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. And if you can just turn and face that wall for me. Uh, somebody's going to pat you down again. Okay. >> You're going to Come on. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Just face this wall for me. >> No, we got no reason to hurt you. Okay. Hurt me. Go ahead. >> We don't want you. >> I know. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. >> Can you stand up, please? >> Go ahead. Hurt me. Go ahead, guys. Go ahead, guys. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead, guys. Do it. Do it. Do Do it. It's okay. I'm not. It's okay. >> You want to lay down? >> Take Take the Take the legs off. It's okay. I don't feel nothing on there. >> Not all. >> You cool with me starting to take the leg jack off? >> Yeah, I'll do it. >> Thank you. Who's their uh who's their big playmaker nowadays on? >> Thank you. >> We stand you up and turn you around. Take the cuffs off. You going to do that? All right. Want to turn around for me? >> Stand just like that. Is your How's your watch come off? >> Is it easy? >> Nothing like that there. Am I feeling that one? All right. >> Ultimately, Michael Jones was charged with felony vehicle fleeing eluding an officer, taking a commercial vehicle without consent, secondderee recklessly endangering safety, false imprisonment, misdemeanor, resisting obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property times two, and his cash bond was set at $25,000. He was eventually found guilty, a vehicle fleeing, eluding an officer, and seconddegree recklessly endangering safety. All remaining charges were dismissed. In the [music] end, he was sentenced to 339 days in jail and 18 months in the Wisconsin State [music] Prison, followed by 5 years of extended supervision. >> Is extended supervision another way to say parole? Um, okay. I have a few things. It seems like if what he did was true, he lost his job for a valid reason. I do see the mental issues. I acknowledge that. Um the girlfriend seems like she has some mental issues too. And this is this the only reason I don't know if she was enabling what he chose to do at that moment because if okay if he if they were on the chase and then she knows he has these delusions and at that moment she's saying that's the KKK after you like at that moment he's going to keep driving. He's going to keep going. But if they had those conversations at home at another time because of the origin of like police officers in America, I could see that conversation happening in general at home. So that's kind of how I'm seeing that. So, but if she was hyping it up in the moment while he's in a truck knowing he has delusions and she's saying stuff like that, I would agree that she contributed to him not stopping. Uh, let me see if I have anything else. He they said he was paranoid that she lied on him maybe and said he was stopping a place he weren't supposed to. Like she might have told on him or something cuz that that is horrible if she did that. Okay. Uh right. Well, yeah. I was thinking that too. Just a $25,000 bond, but then he got his sentence. I was like, well, never mind on that bond. Um Ace Musha said they dismissed the property damages. Child loable lovable scorpion says she was telling this man that the company they were working for was part of the KKK and they were setting him up to take him out. Okay, that's different. That's different. Lovable. Okay. Um I'mma look at that bingo square about the Uber lift thing. Shirley. Uh all right. Lovable said in the other one she watched, they kept telling the officer that we told her to leave him, but she was the one putting stuff in his head. Okay. All right. So, she said Lift came to get her, but it sound like she got back in the truck. That's what it sound like to me, too, K, cuz she she did. She said I was going to rent a car, then she said, "But lift came. I was going to get in a lift, but he wouldn't let me out the truck or I I got back in the truck." I did hear something like that. Um, Terry T, baby, before I forget, I got your cash app and I want to say thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Always appreciated. Yeah, that was a lot, Terry T, baby. That was that was a lot. A lot. I tried to stay focused. I really really did. So, hopefully I paid enough attention, but I did miss the part that she said his job was part. Now, why if you gonna say that, why are you also working for the same company? You going to be like, they're they're the KKK. That Yeah. And she knows he has delusions. She's feeding it to him for sure. Oh, the other thing I was going to ask, but they kind of answered my question was about him standing trial and his mental state and everything. That's what I was wondering, too. But they named his whole sentencing and they didn't say anything about him being ruled. I'm going to say incompetent to stand trial cuz I don't remember the right word you're supposed to say. But yeah, last one. Not intense like that one cuz I I'm glad I didn't save that one for the last one. This is the last one. Cop surprises Walmart shoplifter, so she assaults him. Here we go. >> On a Saturday afternoon, officers were called to a Walmart about a potential theft taking place. >> I tried two bras on and they were too small for me. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> The ones you have on now, we found the bags for in the room. >> So, I guess you're going to have to pay for one, right? >> This is my bra, though. >> So, you want me to pay for two bras that don't fit me? You walked out the dressing room with the pink and a black bra in the McDonald's. >> Now you coming out the bathroom with a different set of >> I have a black one. >> Yeah, we can't. >> The concern is that you're using the item and not paying for it. That's that's the concern, right? >> Apparently, but you know what? I'll pay for it. Give me a large and I'll pay for it. >> So, um, do you have your ID? >> So, what So, what happened there? You >> You obviously went in there and they weren't to your liking, right? >> Yeah. And they were too big. Okay. >> They're I'm sorry. They were too small. They were medium. Never too small. >> Okay. And so >> and I brought out dance shirts and I got one shirt that I'm buying. >> Okay. >> Was it like a variety pack or was it a >> It was just a a a black and pink and green one, I think it was. >> There you go. >> Thank you. >> Are you uh living in any particular address now? >> I I don't I'm >> homeless currently. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I'm saying I can't have any. >> Do you know? Oh, okay. What about Harbor? Have you tried Sour? Um, I actually talked to Officer Pony about um doing 10 city. >> Okay. All right. Yeah. He's the guy to stay in contact with. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. I'm Nobody can make you pay for the things, but >> the thing is if you walk out of the store and they and you have them on you, it would technically be theft. >> I'll I'll pay for them, but I'm going to return them because they're not going to fit me. >> Well, that's the thing. Their concern is that you have them on you somewhere >> or you left them somewhere, maybe in the bathroom. So, we're just making sure >> there's no brush in here. >> Okay. Well, let's show Let's show Hey. Um, she doesn't have them in her purse, >> so I I don't >> Is it the black one that you have on? Black one she has on? >> Okay. Where's the Do you have the >> Do you have the pink one? >> No, I don't. vent this whole >> I don't have the pink one. They didn't fit me. >> Okay. >> Did you leave them in the dressing room? >> I brought them back out. >> And where did you put them? >> I set them on the counter and then the lady asked me where they were and I gave them to her along with the other short or the pair of pants. Okay. >> And the um shirt and the sweatshirt. >> Okay. All right. So, you don't you don't need them then? >> No. I I mean I Oh, was I off? I was on mute. Okay. I was saying that can I pay for it? I can pay for it is a bingo square. You can count that one. The Uber lift one doesn't count only because it's I took an Uber and that's that's usually for the ones that are scamming at the bank and they're like who'd you ride with? And they're like I took a Uber. That's most of that's the main one it counts for. But because she was going to, it doesn't count for that one. How much are they? You think they're like $25? No, I don't. I have. >> This is crazy. >> Well, we're just trying to understand for two rods. >> Give me a large. >> No. No. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. No. No. Ashley. Ashley. Ashley. >> This This is me. >> I know. This isn't This isn't I'm trying to work with you. I'm on your side. I'm trying to understand the full story. My My >> The thing is that lady was rude to me. >> Okay. Which which >> probably was not rude. It's I'm sure she's embarrassed for getting caught, but I don't think that lady was rude to her. And now I'm mad at lovable because you have me focused on every time she licks her lips. So, thank you for that. >> The black lady. Okay. And then when you want to be rude to me and then treat me like I'm a piece of >> Listen to me when I >> just show the black. >> Just show me where you put them and we'll work it out. >> I gave them to her. >> Okay. Okay. >> All right. Well, then if you're good. >> You know what? I'll pay for the $21 bras, but I'm going to return them because I can't afford $21. You don't need to pay for something that you didn't buy. But were they were concerned because they thought you might be wearing them in the bathroom. That's all. >> Okay. >> That's all. And if you're not, you're not. But if you are, they just want the product back. >> Where am I? >> That's all. >> To prevent the whole theft. >> No, no, no, no. Ashley, don't do that. >> Ashley, don't do Don't >> I'm saying like there's I know I'm in public. >> That That's the concern. That was the only concern. Okay. You don't got to get all upset. No, I am upset because I'm trying to grocery shop and I'm trying to get back home. >> Well, we can help you get back home. >> I just picked up a car. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Ashley, would you happen to have this in your purse by chance or >> where's your phone? >> You're not wearing those. >> You found it. >> Okay. So, Ashley, listen. Listen, listen. Ashley, >> you just put this. >> You're not wearing >> That's not Is that these? >> No, ma'am. I just got these from the dollar store. >> Okay, Ashley, the bra we were talking about is right there. So, you did have it at some point and put it in the bathroom. Okay. So, >> it's not on me. >> I see. >> Paid for it. >> You want to trespass? >> Yeah. >> Let's go to the front. >> All right. Grab your bag. >> I can't get my I can I can get a >> Do you want to sign your trespass form? >> No. >> Ashley, I don't know if you know this, but I feel like she's not new to this. She's true to this. Once you get caught shoplifting, they don't really let you continue to shop and pay. You kind of got to go at that point. >> Okay, you trespass permanently. >> At this point, the woman was free to leave and would only get a trespass warning, but that's not what she did. Take a look. >> Ashley, no. Are you Are you >> see that? That's what makes me mad. That pisses me off. She tried to call the other lady a racist bee. She said, "Have a nice day." And you want to come back and fight her because she didn't call you a name, too. So now what? Like, why are you trying to go back and fight that lady? She didn't even say nothing back to you, but have a nice day. But you want to get physical cuz you embarrassed again. That pride. >> Insane. Are you insane? >> Are you insane? >> I'm not doing nothing. The hand to the back of her head is crazy work. I'm here for it. I just want to say we all needed to see this though cuz he got a strong hand on the back of her head. >> You don't push a cop. YOU DON'T PUSH A >> I DIDN'T. >> YOU DON'T PUSH A COP. >> I didn't. >> Don't do that, >> sir. I didn't. >> Well, you did. And now look what happens. >> There's my nails to it. [screaming] I didn't I didn't jump anything. >> Stop, >> sir. I didn't push you. >> Yeah, >> Angela. >> No, that was mine I bought yesterday. Echo. >> Yeah, I just bought it yesterday. >> Sir, I'm not trying to run away from you. Please stop. >> She sat there and lied and then one she >> Nobody lied. >> She did. I didn't get in her face. >> And I didn't push you. >> You did push me. >> No, I moved. >> You pushed me. Now stop. >> Could have all been prevented. >> Sir, I didn't touch her. I promise you I didn't touch her. I told she was a racist. >> So you told us that you didn't put this, but meanwhile you had it on your purse. So, we're going to charge her for this and we got to charge for that. >> This bra is that one and we're going to rewind the footage to see if you if you took the mascara. I don't want you to yell. I just want you to hear. Don't yell. Which is my mascara. That's my mascara. Mom. >> Okay. Well, we're going to make sure this was yours. >> We're going to rewind. >> Oh, I missed it on the second round, but if you were watching, you probably saw it. But when he had her on the ground on the concrete, the lady in the orange shirt that worked for Walmart went and picked up more items from her that she stole, adding to the embarrassment in my [clears throat] opinion. >> Okay. I asked you if you took my nails that were in my car. You said no. There they are all over the ground with the glue. >> No, those are mine that are on my hands. >> Stop talking. >> No, you stop lying. They're on my hands. >> I know cuz she glued them. >> No, I didn't. I PROMISED. I GOT THEM FOR $5 AT THE FIVE BELOW. >> WELL, you said earlier, so make friends. >> I didn't I didn't say anything. No, I did not. No, I did not. >> I got them for $5 at Five Below yesterday. >> So, listen. Just out. I'm going to rewind to make sure that the mascara isn't from here. But either way, I'm going to charge you with the sports bra cuz you're still wearing it [ __ ] Mine, the black one that goes with the pink one cuz it's this. >> Okay. So, I can't wear two bras bra. >> We found the pink one, but you got >> I don't care if you found the pink one. I didn't steal your bra. >> Okay. Are are you wearing one of the bras that was from the pack? >> Lovable. Lovable. You are killing me. I have seen this lady lick her mouth about 50 times. If I was Midwest safety, I would have a counter so everybody would have to suffer like I'm suffering. >> Okay, it's just it's the thicker one, right? Okay, >> thank you for being a clean bra. >> Understandable. But you had money in your in your wallet. >> I know, but I was for a room so I could take a shower. >> Okay, but if you need that stuff, you need to go to the Salvation Army across the street, right? >> I don't know. >> They will help you. done. So, please take me to jail. I just want you to take me to jail. >> Not yet. I can't cuz I'm still doing my job. >> I've been nice to you up to this point. >> Officer, and I apologize to you. And I told you I didn't mean to do that. >> Understandable, but it's already said and done. Okay? So, calm down. >> It's already said and done. Please take me. Ashley, >> Ashley, ARE YOU OUT OF HERE? >> ASHLEY, stop it. >> [ __ ] let me out. >> Settle down. >> I DON'T WANT TO GO. >> ALL RIGHT. >> I just want to go home. Okay, then sit down and we'll take you home. >> No, you're not taking me home. >> You just told me you weren't taking me home. >> I just said we're taking you to jail. Just chill out for a minute. >> I don't want to go to jail. I want to go home and lay down with my medication. >> Ma'am, if you do that again, it's not going to help you at all. >> Just relax. Relax. >> Nothing is helping. >> Load this. I get her. >> We'll load her. You want your charges to keep racking up? You cannot do that >> because I'm sneaking up on myself. >> No, because you're trying to escape and you're under arrest. >> I'm not escaping. I'm asking you to please just take me so I can get the out. >> I know, but they still have a job to do. >> I've never been to jail. What do you mean relax? >> Okay. Well, now >> can I hit my vape, please? >> Will it help you chill? No, my thing. No, my face is on the >> It's um Can you please don't forget my sweatshirt? >> Are you going to chill out? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Can we give it to my boyfriend, please, over here? >> Who is your boyfriend? We're going to make sure you get what you need. Okay. Just try to chill for a minute. All right. Just try to chill. >> How am I going to chill and sitting in jail all weekend? >> Well, today is late Saturday. Probably be sometime Monday. Okay. Just keep everything minor. Everything's minor right now. Really? >> Please just let >> They may have a a judge available. >> Yeah. Yeah. Maybe. Maybe. Maybe tomorrow. >> Just let me call. I promise you I didn't. >> I'm going to close the door. Okay. >> She was charged with battery on an officer, petite theft, and disorderly conduct. >> I like when they say petite theft instead of petty theft. Little little little pleasure right there. Um, lizard tongue is taking me out. Terry T. Baby said, "I'm just listening. I can't watch her." Everybody, again, you can thank Lovable Scorpion if you noticed it and you weren't noticing it at first. Um, vape is not on the bingo card. Maybe I can add that later. For one, I wanted to say thank y'all. Thank you. So, I do want to thank y'all cuz again, I will say mostly you're a reflection of me because everybody's an independent thinker and I'm not taking responsibility for some of the stuff y'all may say in the future. But thank y'all for how you set set the tone in the chat. I really really do appreciate it because I know there are some people that are now here because of how y'all already were, you know, behaving yourselves. [laughter] So, thank you. So, I to my pity went back cuz it almost stayed for that cuz I was like, "She's getting essentials a bra. I can understand." But nah nah, she turned into a little nasty beast. So, never mind.
