All right, good morning. We're going to go ahead and get started. This is bad decisions body cam. I have a lot of them. And we are starting with entitled woman gets dragged out of bar and the crowd cheers. This is the one from the thumbnail. And um after this one, I definitely have a crazy one. So, we'll start with her. >> On October 24th, 2022, officers responded to a call of a belligerent customer refusing to exit a bar. No. >> Come here. I'm here. Ma'am, >> ma'am, come here. >> Ma'am, come on. >> I'm talking outside. >> I'm talking outside. Please. >> They don't want you in here. You need to leave. >> No, I don't have to leave. >> Ma'am, come on. >> I'm telling you to step out, ma'am. >> I don't have to leave. >> I'm a pay customer. I don't have to leave. >> Yes. >> Yes. So, you don't want to leave. >> Don't want her to leave. >> It's the worst manager. Okay, come on, Winnie. I need to hurry up so we go, >> man. They don't want you in here. You have to leave. >> I don't have to leave. >> I don't have to. You refuse to leave. I'm not calling you. >> Okay. >> I don't have to leave. >> I don't have to do what? >> I don't have to leave. >> Okay. All right. I got you. >> All right. So, when they tell me that they want >> So, you want to tell him? >> Say yes. >> Yes. >> Okay. You need to leave. For what reason? >> Because I'm telling you to. You need to step out. >> For what reason? >> They don't want you here. They have a right to refuse service. I need you to leave. >> Reason to leave. >> You don't have to leave for a reason. I need >> you to step out right now. >> If you don't step out, I'm put you in handcuffs. >> You put me in handcuffs. I don't >> listen to my uncle. I don't give a [ __ ] to me. >> Ma'am, you want to go this route? I don't give a me. >> Get my purse if you want. I don't give a >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Get my mother. >> Turn around. If you want to handcuff me anymore, just on your >> Come on. >> Get my mother. I got >> my >> We'll get it in a sec. Come on. >> No, I won't. >> I've got it, man. Come over here. First go up the car. >> Watch your step. Step down. Watch your step. Thank you. >> My metal my my arm is metal. Like my car. >> Hey, I'm relaxed. >> All right. Come over here to the front of my car. >> Reason for you to be just so Come to the front of my car, ma'am. Please. I'm I'm going to end up pulling you over to my car. Please come over here. >> You take me. >> All right. Stand right here. Please. >> I will bend the No. No. Stop. Stop. Okay. >> I'm serious. >> Okay. Listen to me. Okay, I'm going to conduct a pat down. I will be using the back of my hand since you are a female. Okay, I need you to turn around for me and face right here in front of my car. >> Excuse me, >> ma'am. Please turn around. Thank you. Separate your hand. Stop. No, you good. Stop. I don't need you bending over like that. Quit. Quit. >> You don't need >> Okay. And I forgot to say in the beginning, I will have commentary if you don't like talking during body cams or other videos. I will have all these videos linked in the description box after the live for those that came for the talking. Um, yes, it is bad when a crowd cheers and claps that you're kicked out. That means most likely you were the problem. Me, you're 99% you were the problem. Also, she sounded like the problem as soon as they encountered her. I I also want to commend a little bit of petty in the officer because he definitely could have easily grabbed her purse, but that's me, too. Don't tell me what what I'm going to do. So now I'mma prolong it until I just absolutely have to do the thing. But you're not even gonna see me get your purse. Your purse gonna sit there and I'll come back when I'm ready because you're not gonna tell me what to do. That's how I am as well. >> Do you have anything in your bra area I should be aware of, ma'am? Any knives? Anything in your bra area that you >> Your handcuffs are kind of tight. >> I will fix those momentarily. Do you have anything in your bra area we should be aware of? >> I can't remember. Actually, check. Go ahead and check. >> Uh, I'm not going to shed, ma'am. >> Why not? >> Cuz I don't want to reach in there. >> You said that you might have momentarily, so why not check? >> Okay. You You got small wrist, ma'am. They're comfortable like that. >> They're not comfortable at all, actually. >> Okay. You You're actually moving them and rotating your arm. Pull him hurt. >> They're fine. She ain't going to be able to pull out. She shouldn't be able to. >> Hi, dude. How you doing? >> Stand right here for me. Can you close the power for me? >> Stop moving for a sec. Okay, ma'am. All right, you come over here real quick. All right, you will be under arrest for disorderly conduct. >> Man, take me [ __ ] >> Ma'am, please come over here. >> I feel uncomfortable. >> I will I will [ __ ] break my leg out right here. You don't understand. My arm is too tight. I have a metal arm. You wanna You wanna get a lawsuit. >> All right, ma'am. >> You want to get a lawsuit? >> You want to get a suit, dude? >> Take a seat for me. >> I cough my handcuffs one notch. One notch. >> Take a seat for me, please. >> No, I won't force you in the car. >> Take a seat for me. >> One notch. >> All right. So, take a seat for me. >> No, I won't. I won't [ __ ] >> ma'am. Ma'am, I >> One notch. I have a metal arm. I have a metal arm. >> Okay. This is your last chance. You can take a seat voluntarily or I'm going to force you. >> I what? For a lawsuit. >> Cuz I have a metal. >> You can go outside. I'm >> I have a metal >> for waste. >> I have a metal. >> All right. Last chance. >> I have a metal arm. >> You want to get a lawsuit? You >> got her. >> I have a $3 million lawsuit going against one of the >> There's always a lawsuit. Yep. There's always an injured body part. I heard the one about her plate. Uh she had a metal plate in her arm or something. Some kind of metal in her arm. Um if I don't greet you in the chat, I am greeting you in the chat, but for some reason it's not coming through to the chat once I hit enter. I can see it on my phone, but I don't see it when it's, you know, how y'all can see it. And I don't know what's happening. So, I'm not being rude. >> Yeah. No, I'm in charge of obstruction, too. Um, see what you talking? >> Yeah, they So, she's paid her tab. All I know is she's paid her tab and they they wanted her to leave. Uh, I get in there and I'm asking her to step out so we can have a conversation outside rather than inside. >> You already I'm at least get the person who calls name. >> Yeah, the female right there is the one that told me that they wanted her to leave, but I don't know who her hostess was in here. >> Oh my goodness. Okay. So, what happened first was like I heard like yelling and stuff cuz I mean I was I think I was on the phone taking an order and then like she started getting like snappy with everyone cuz I know it started with a fight with her boyfriend that she came with. >> Oh, he's gone. >> Oh yeah, he's he's been gone. >> And when he showed back she yelled at him again and stuff and he he got out and um they were like crazy. She kept screaming. She kept saying shots and all this stuff made crazy. And I mean the people on this side right here that come all the time, they're looking at they're looking at me crazy. They're like, "Whoa, what's going on?" And they're like trying to avoid her, trying to talk to me more. And then all of a sudden, I went to go take a go order out and then she like I walk in and she had like her shirt off and I was like, "Whoa." And then yeah, she was just fighting with the manager when we told her to get out. >> Very crazy. >> Awesome. All right. Thank you. >> I got a lot of cash. >> What the [ __ ] you want to see? Ma'am, I can assure you I do not want your money. >> I bet you like $30,000 a year. >> Okay. >> Make more than that online week. >> I'm happy for you, man. >> I bet you sucking. >> Very appropriate, man. >> I don't give a [ __ ] What's up now? >> Okay, look. So, if you have a gun in your car, we don't want to leave it there. Someone break in your car. So, >> I don't give a car. You want to break into it? Go. You >> mind if we go into your car and get the gun out if there's one in there? >> I don't have a gun in my car. >> Okay. So, you don't you want your car to stay here? >> I don't give a car. >> Okay. >> About you either. >> Okay. We'll just leave your car here then. >> All right. So, you're going to be charged with obstruction. >> Obstruction of what? >> Of law enforcement. All >> makeup. You got makeup in your hand. >> And um you're going to be ch charged with public indecency for exposing public misdemeanor. >> And then going to ruin your like your career cuz over >> and you're going to be charged, man, for public intoxication cuz you're highly intoxicated. >> Okay. Well, he loves some [ __ ] like that. So I was like you're going to [ __ ] take a shot to your ass. >> What? Are you making threats towards me? >> Jeff's list. My uncle. >> You're talking about taking shots towards my ass. Are you making threats towards me? Because I always I'm talking about >> Okay. You don't want that charge. >> My baggy. >> Okay. You don't want that charge, ma'am. Please do not make >> threat. I don't have charges on my record. >> Well, you you do now, ma'am. I follow I I've been in every county there is. I don't have a chart on my >> list. My uncle >> I don't know who that is. >> No, ma'am. >> You might want to >> Why everybody? Okay. Nobody's looking up names you throw out. No one cares. Um yeah. Annoying, attention seeking. Can't handle their liquor. Another person. Same script. And now immedia vulgar cuz no one's giving you the attention you wanted. Okay, I'll skip it to where they taking her out at the police station. >> You don't want to bend me over the back? >> No, ma'am. I do not want to bend you over the back. >> You wish I would do it again. That's inappropriate. You can go ahead and step out. >> Put your shoes back on. I'm not making your [ __ ] on here. >> Stand out for me. >> Can you get your shoes on for me, please? >> Ma'am, please do not make me do this. >> Please step out of my vehicle. >> I'm going behind you. >> Please step out of my vehicle. That's a >> do it mother. >> Stop. >> You stop. >> You think I'm stupid way up on >> the woman was charged with resisting arrest and indecent exposure. Thanks for watching today's video. >> They'll never Oh, not always. Okay, so she got two of like the four he named. I had to keep skipping ahead. I can only take so much of someone being like this. It's like you're a waste of time. I'm so sorry. Um, but again, links will be in the description if you want to watch anything I skipped. Okay, let's see here. So, now we are at the one. No, wait, no, that's not the one. I wanted to do this one next. This title is so misleading. Stick with me on this one if you haven't seen it. There's an alternate title on the other videos that y'all sent. Same video, but let me tell you, this is how I first saw it. I didn't expect to happen. What happened? So, the title is, "She used her best friend's ID. The cop pulled that friend over 4 days ago." I promise you, it should have been titled what they titled it on some other channels, but I wanted to show y'all how I had to see it so you could get that, too. It's crazy. All right, so let's go. 667. We're in signal 55 routine. The vehicle just pulled in front of resins. Started honking to get resins to come out. What are you doing? >> I was coming to the house right here. >> Why are you honking? >> I was telling my dad to come out. >> Okay, hold on. Why didn't you pull over right away? >> Oh, because I'm at the house and so I just wanted to like, you know, cuz we're already here. >> Okay. Do you have a driver's license on you? >> Uh, yes, sir. I'm just trying to grab >> Why would your driver's license be in there? >> Oh, no. Sorry. I was just getting all all the paperwork. >> You're good. I just need the driver's license. >> Okay. Got a picture of it. >> Is it valid or is it >> Yes, sir. >> suspended, expired. >> No. No, sir. It's valid. It's valid. Yeah, I got it. My bad. I'm sorry. I'm not very good at seeing. What's your first name? >> Brianna. Brianna. Okay. Whose car is this? Uh, >> this is um my cosigner. Uh, my registered paperwork. Uh, Bailey. Rents for Bailey. >> Bailey. >> Yes. Runs for Bailey. >> Okay. >> I have all the I can call them too as well. >> No, you're good. You're good. It's not recording. >> Stolen right here. No. No sir. No. Everything's paid off. Everything's paid up. Everything's >> Can you do me a favor and just get out of the car and come right here just to the back? >> Is there Well, I was okay. >> Yeah, cuz I'm telling you to. >> Okay. Yeah, sure. Is what's what was the reason of the >> stop again? Could my pops come out? Maybe. >> Well, I'll have you step back. >> I'm going explain to you the reason. >> Okay. >> 54. >> And I had just >> You're good. Just come on right back here. >> Can you imagine? >> It's right back here. >> Is there a friend signal 49 right here? >> Yes, sir. Okay, I'm going to have you give me your information. You don't really look like a person on the driver's license. >> 23. Spell your first name for me. >> I mean, it has been a while, I guess. >> Spell your first name for me. >> B R I A N A. >> Spell your last name. >> M A S. >> What's your date of birth? >> 726 2000. >> Don't pull it up. >> No, I'm saying 726 2000. >> What's your social security number? I don't know that by heart. I don't know by heart. I don't know by heart. >> Okay. >> For a sec. >> My phone >> to look at the picture. >> Well, I mean, I could I could maybe like send it, but I don't like give consent to the phone. I would just rather >> trying to look at the picture. >> Yeah, no problem. Yeah, you can. You can look at the >> This girl is so sketchy. And the time he saw her looking at her ID to remember her birthday and her name. No, you got to you got to be more suspicious, sir. >> Picture is the same color eyes as the girl in that picture. >> That's makeup. That's eyeliner around the makeup. >> Okay. >> Go. Go. Put this down. >> Put this down. You're being detained right now. >> Okay. >> Put the phone down. >> Put the phone down. >> 1064. >> Put the phone down. Yes, sir. >> 1098. >> Yep. Let it go >> and put your hands behind your back for now. to be entertained. >> I still got my answer. >> Yeah, cuz you're not being truthful about who you are, >> sir. But but what was the reason of the original stop? >> The reason for the original stop because you made a faulty stop on the at that stop sign and because as you were proceeding through that first stop sign that I seen you coming head on with me, you were not in your lane. You were partway over the lane. Okay. Do you have any weapons on you? Guns, knives? No, >> sir. >> All right. I'm going to patch you down. Go ahead and tuck your elbows up. Oh, >> sir. Sure. >> Okay. I'm I'm confused. I'm a female. >> That's fine. Come over here. >> Yes, sir. >> This side. Show me one to 10. >> I'm so confused right now. >> Have a seat. >> And this was the critical critical mistake there. And I'm this is me watching it back. I didn't go back and watch it uh like you did lovable Scorpio, but I was confused. Okay. So, no pat down. I didn't see not one pat down. So, that was a very critical error. >> I'm going to explain everything to you. >> I don't >> have a seat. >> Can my pops come out here? >> Have a seat. Hold on. Is that keys? Let me take this. >> Um, >> let go of them. >> I mean, it's on my ring and it actually like Oh, was trying to go off. I don't know what happened. >> Okay. Road 28. >> I got to read you something before I talk to you cuz you're in handcuffs and you're sitting in the back of my car right now. So you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be abused against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you be questioned. If you can't afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. And you can decide at any time to execute these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand the rights I just read you? >> I'm here. >> Okay. I'm going to tell you how I know you're not Brianna Mason. Because I pulled over Brianna Mason. Yes. >> Like 4 days ago. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, are you going to give me your real name or are we going to have to take you to the jail and figure out who you are? >> Yes, sir. My real name is uh >> Go ahead. >> R H E A N A >> R E A E A >> R H E A N A >> What's your last name? >> What you did? >> It's on the envelope. It's right there. >> Okay. What's your >> Why'd you give me her name instead of your name? Do you have a warrant? >> No, I don't have any warrants. >> Are you suspended? I'm I'm listen I'm on the very edge. I have I literally almost have everything like paid off and it's really it's like right there on the edge. I have quarter July 8. You know what I'm saying? >> So you gave me a fake name because you are suspended. Really? Does that seem like a logical thing to do? >> Well, it wasn't like wasn't that's not who I >> So why'd you give me a fake name? >> This is her she she Okay, that's my best friend. I I picked her up from like that's just all it is. Like I just I'm trying to not Why would you give your best friend's ID in place of just identifying yourself >> is valid? >> Okay. So, it's because you're suspended. >> I don't want I don't want it completely cancelled. And >> how many times have you ever been >> since I've been >> Have you ever been arrested for driving with suspended license? >> I just recently got out of prison. Um and I've been doing so much better. I've been working three different jobs and you know, I paid down full on this vehicle. I've just been doing really really good with that and so I'm just trying to stay on the right path and I just came in town. >> You said don't be braggy. >> My aunt just passed away and I'm not trying to reset this but it's really >> she's suspended. She gave me a fake name. >> She gave me the name of someone I told her 3 days ago. >> Yeah. Do you have any drugs on your person whether they belong to you or not that I'm about cuz I'm What am I going to do? Stand up. Stand up. I'm about to have to go through your pockets. Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you have any drugs on your person? >> Um, no. >> No. Okay. >> Just up there. >> Good. Just up there. What? On the keys? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What kind of drugs we talking? Fentanyl mask? >> Oh, no. No. No. I can just like >> math. >> Yeah, give me one sec. Right. >> 6601 10:15 white male start next rotation. >> 10. >> He said white male. Um, okay. He started a pat down. I'll see if he going to go back to that pat down because again when we get no audio uh might have to go back and go back in cuz I think I'm getting feedback on my audio. It my bars are going up like they're supposed to. Um I might have to type it cuz she can't hear me. Um but yeah. Okay. So loveable scorpion said she she thinks the officer got thrown off when the girl asked for a female officer. So we'll see. Um but stick with us on this one. I promise you the climax is coming. Just stick with me. She's on the public road right now. She's on an amusement. You >> said white male. >> I said female, didn't I? >> Back to you, man. Correction. White female, >> dude. I was like I was like looking at her. I was like, what? >> Is that more of the same math in this pocket right here? >> You said yes. Is it going to be in this thing right here? >> Is that why you were death gripping it >> when I was trying to get you to let it go? I >> I did see it was stuck, but you didn't you didn't want to let it go before that. >> Yeah, cuz like I said, I was trying to get off like whenever I'm trying to grab it at one hand. >> Are there any needles on you? >> No. It really pissed me off. You know, I really don't shoot. I don't know. >> Damn. Wow. >> Please hit my cigarette. >> No, I can't lose your vape. I'm sorry. >> I've been working on my car, so there might be a few. >> Mhm. >> Might be a few met straws. I got you. What happens when you work on your car? >> No, I'm leaving the brakes. You can look whatever I mean whatever you see like I'm actually putting calipers and brakes on on my car see my hand issue once you open you'll see >> hey don't [ __ ] me with the dental kit cuz I saw that in somebody else's It It happens though. I don't know what they're for. What are they for? >> No, that's really for like >> No, no, you can sit down. You can sit down. >> No, I'm dead serious. >> Okay. Dang it. So, this is where, like lovable Scorpio said, he needs to focus on one thing at a time because when he starts doing something, he forgets to go back to what he was doing at first. Her pat down was not done. That girl had a lot of pockets, a lot of stuff going on. I think because he thought he found all the drug paraphernalia that he found where she was trying to hide, but he did not find what she was really trying to hide. And so like that that alone is for because I have a tongue cushioning and so like I'll periodically clean it off like you'll see. >> So you put your dental pick in the same pocket, your clean dental pick in the same pocket rubber. You're fine. Sit down. Sit down. >> You know, right? Like, we're going to find out. >> I just want to know about the the pick. >> Bro, that's a lot of [ __ ] bad. >> And she got a backpack behind her in the seat, too. >> You want me to go on? >> Yeah, please. >> Dude, I was just trying to go grab something to eat. >> I'm sorry. >> Yeah, >> I'm not sorry. >> No, >> I take it back. I'm not sorry at all. and shrimp on a VA right now. >> So, it's literally just literally just sent out a message like, "Hey, show out real quick while we get units back." >> How long you been in the car? >> No way. You were not here the whole time. >> Swear to God, bro. >> Oh, god. He's really distracted. And I ain't going to hold you. I didn't realize there was somebody in this car the first time I watched it. I must have been doing something. I didn't know there was a whole person extra in this car. Oh yeah, he need to see. This is when you say, "Okay, if I didn't notice there was a person in the car, I might need to redo all my steps." >> That's wild. >> That's wild. >> That's terrifying. >> That is terrifying. >> Do me a favor. Hop out the car, my man. You got any guns, knives on you? No, >> sir. All right, man. Stand up. 71. Temple. >> You got anything on you? >> No, sir. I just said no, man. >> I'm going to check your pockets. All right. >> You said no, too. We found a [ __ ] ton of mask. So, like realistically, let's not act like it's crazy, bro. All I got is the bees in my bracelet in my pocket. That's it, dog. >> That's it, bro. That's it, bro. You might find a lighter. That's it, dog. >> Kingston, go get Patrick, Kingston. Bro, you're just being searched. We just found like >> go get pass. >> Got a black bag. >> Now we're conducting an investigation. Come within 25 ft. Mission. Just stay there. >> See, that's just stay right there, bro. Just stay right there, Papy. No, I need you to witness this [ __ ] We don't do nothing wrong. >> What's your first name? >> Josh. >> Josh. >> Damn. >> What's your last name? >> Walter, bro. >> Bag. >> Bunch of tiny bags. Y'all see she slipped her cuffs. Her hands are not together right now. They are very much separate. Did you see Would you possibly like roll the windows down a little bit? >> Really, really hot. >> Yep. I got you. I'm going to turn the air up is what I'm going to do. >> Uh, no. But you can have that air. It's cold. So he Okay. So, at this moment, she is not in handcuffs and she's also covered that camera up to do something. >> What's your homeboy's name? >> Um, I don't know. I just know they they call him >> We're still lying to each other. Can't >> I'm not I'm really not. >> You have my notepad, >> sir. I understand the frustration. And I do apologize. I mean, it's it's an inconvenience on both of our ends. I really don't know his name. And and he's even said it's for certain reasons. I don't know. And it's just that's just how it is. I mean, I I really don't know his name. I don't try to like bug anybody about that, >> you know. Um >> What does he tell you his name is? You got to call him something. >> Blue. >> Blue. >> You don't know anything other than Blue? >> No. I I promise you I I don't know anything other than like >> Okay. Why are you sitting way over there? >> Because I'll try to get the air. >> Got you. Okay. >> Just I got a couple things I got to sort out. I'll talk to you, >> man. Oh, he needs to notice more things. Oh my gosh. I wonder do cops regularly check to see if handcuffs are still secured because wow. Um Oh, yeah. And she she is a repeat offender, Ashley, cuz she said she had just got out of prison. She was trying to, you know, change her life around. >> 661. Mary 671. >> Do you have a deputy in the area with a working rapid ID that can be 51 here? >> How come you don't come up on any database, >> bro? Cuz I didn't do anything wrong, bro. >> No, it's not cuz you didn't do anything wrong. >> No, bro. No, bro. Check out your partner. >> I haven't checked out. You want to check? We're not doing this, bro. It just came back. What did you say? >> I I ran on you to find some progress. >> Good, bro. >> Yeah. 1054 on your record either. >> Yeah. >> What the [ __ ] bro? >> Are you [ __ ] serious, Papy? >> I'm not going to answer y'all's question. You have nothing to do with this. You have You have nothing to do with this. >> You have nothing to do with this. Okay. >> What's the issue, bro? >> No record, right? >> Yeah. No record. I'm [ __ ] clear, bro. You said I was clear. >> So, no record. >> No W. >> That means no warrants. >> No Writing, bro. >> Bro, this [ __ ] is knowing me, bro. No, bro. Cuz your partner's over here being on like What did he do this [ __ ] for, bro? For what? >> I'm not doing nothing, dog. >> Literally, bro. >> Jensen jumped on us. >> Does he not have a Rapid ID? >> No. >> He said, "Oh, is it set up on y'all's computer? We have reached the point where I was like, if you hang in there with me, you'll see why he made such a critical error. He did at least look in the back seat again. But man, I wish his spotty senses were tingling a little bit more. You >> know answer is there like is there maybe like a an estimate of how how far the jail is? >> Huh? >> Is there maybe an estimate of how far the jail is? >> Like 45 minutes maybe 20 minutes. >> Okay. It said she used her best friend's ID. The cop pulled over that friend over 4 days ago. That was the least of the things that happened in this video. So, when he gets out talking about FF and he's shooting at the vehicle, I'm like, what happened? She just used her friend's ID. I was not prepared that there was a gun involved. Like, it was when I tell you that title, what the heck? Now, there's other videos other people ended up sending me that had the title like he didn't see the gun in the back, you know, on her, but I had already seen this by then. It's crazy. >> Just get your cover. Hold what you got. >> [ __ ] man. She's trying to get out of my car. >> Aaron, I'm about to go 97. Where's this car for? >> My car is on the east side of the road. He doesn't have any other injuries on him. It's there's this that injury on his face. So, um I got him over here separate from it and um we're on the car now. It's the decision of whether or not we want to go up on it. She's armed. She had a gun. Um >> she's 34 or anything like that. No idea. She had trafficking meth on her. She slipped the cuffs once when I had her in the back seat in the uh waiting on the tow truck and I opened the door and she was being sketchy. So I searched her again, recuffed her super tight like there's no way she slipped out of them. But right before >> Yeah, I heard it. I heard I was driving to the jail. I had the grate totally open or the uh the plexiglass and I heard the sound of the cuffs coming around and as soon as that happened I just it sounded like something exploded right next to me. I thought I got shot in the face. So, and she shot I don't know three three or four times at me. Can they see movement of the vehicle >> over there? >> What's her name? >> I don't think we know. I don't think she was ideal. >> Yeah, she didn't. She refused to give it. >> All right. >> Pair of shields. >> Yeah. >> Two. >> Yeah. Side by side. >> I'm left-handed though, so on this side. >> Yeah. >> Rihanna's the name. She is. >> Which side is she on? >> Left side. >> Hey, keep your hands out. >> Keep your hands out. >> Okay. I'm not sure. >> A stupid thing to do. Was it a stupid thing to do? Man, y'all, let me see if they put her charges at the end. Okay. Yeah, they Oh, they do. Okay, they put her charges. But yes, this is a great training video for young police cadets. I agree, W House. And also, he needs to rewatch his own body cam and be like, you need to be able to figure out everywhere you went wrong in this one because the fact that you are still alive and she I mean, the fact that she's still alive, too, because he was shooting the kill. I don't blame him. both I don't man I'm telling you was not expecting this but let's look at all her stuff. All right. So it says charges attempted firstdegree murder of a law enforcement officer with a firearm driving while license suspended revoked giving false name or identity to law enforcement. Possession of drug paraphernalia. Possession of cannabis less than 20 grams. Possession of methamphetamine. Possession of meth metholone. I don't even know what that is. Derivative. Possession of firearm by convicted felon. No action. And it says case study or case status felony case is still open. Okay, that's it. And it just says, "Thank you for watching down the road, y'all." He might need another profession. He gets distracted a little too easily, y'all. Child, I told you to stick with me on that one. Okay, we're going to This one. I have not seen this one. Air Force woman calls lieutenant during DUI stop. >> On March 15th, 2025, an officer in Florida was patrolling during a heavy storm when he spotted a white Jeep driving erratically, speeding through a residential area and running multiple stop signs. But also, she said, "I don't feel like I did anything wrong." But when they were in the car, um, she was like, "I'mma take the ride. I'm going to jail." She can call everybody in their mama. I'm going to jail. So, you know you drunk. And now she's like, "I don't I didn't do anything wrong." Now, there isn't anything that's going to benefit her to take the field sobriety test, but you know, you know you drunk. >> Put your hands together. >> My hands are together, baby. I refuse. >> And just know that any such refusal can be used against you in court. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> I I have no I don't have anything for you. >> Okay. >> Here I will go ahead and remove the shoulder bag real quick. All right. there. It's a little bit easier if you put your hands like that. Just the way the cuffs kind of situate themselves. >> All right. Now, they both in cuffs. She's not doing it. So, I'm not going to sit here and listen to her ride. I already seen the captain. She's talking about did you ever protect your country? We're not doing this. So, we're going to go to her charges cuz I don't have time for it. I don't have time. The links will be in the description box. Here we go. Oh, and I see it says I have a disability. All right. >> No, I really got bombed in Iraq. I have disability. You about to get by the government. >> The suspect was charged with reckless driving and resisting arrest without violence. She was also issued traffic violations for no proof of insurance and two counts of running a stop sign. The suspect was issued a $1,000 bond, which she later posted. In court, she initially pleaded not guilty to both charges. The prosecutor later dropped the suspect's charge of resisting arrest without violence. She later pleaded no contest to the remaining charge of reckless driving and was sentenced to 6 months of probation and ordered to serve 50 hours of community service. Under her plea deal, she could complete community service or buy out the hours at $14 per hour. She chose to buy out the court-ordered hours, paying a total of $700 for the 50 hours. The suspect's three traffic violations were also dismissed by the court. I hate when they dismiss everything, but but if this did get reported to her base, let me tell you what, they do not look kindly on DUIs and you depending on how it goes, you might be missing the rank you came in with and all kinds of stuff. So, it just depends. But yeah, they do not do they do not like DUIs. All right, here's the next one. Rich Karen messes around and finds out. Now, I'm gonna say I don't know about the title being rich Karen. I mean, middle class Karen, maybe, but all right, here we go. >> An officer initiates a routine traffic stop on this white Chevy pickup truck driven by a Karen. Now, when I watched this the first time, I wasn't thinking anything about it. But in the chat, they're like the captions for the dog. It's That's true. Those broke place 2023 on brand new places. Did you look at the registration? Did you look at the vehicle registration? >> Catherine is no stranger to being non-compliant with police as she once spit at an officer after being banned from a fitness building. For the incident in the body cam footage, she was charged with resisting or failing to stop and resisting obstructing. According to court records, the suspect actually did not get a high-powered attorney to take her case and instead just started skipping court appearances. Court records indicate the case has been going on for more than 2 and 1/2 years, and the bail has since been forfeited. As her case is still ongoing, she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. People might think pursuit is always speeding, swerving, and just being reckless. But some of the most unpredictable drivers are the ones trying to appear cooperative while refusing to stop. And it might look polite, but it's still resistance. and she was definitely running from the police, but she was also deciding where she wanted to deal with them, which was her house. And that matters because once a suspect reaches the residence, the risk to officers goes way up. Garages mean weapons, family members, or someone possibly disappearing inside and forcing a standoff. And that's exactly why officers box their car in like that. Now, you saw officers use the shatter ball, and what that does is allow officers to break the glass from a distance instead of walking up to a possibly armed driver. And police in Maine started using that around 2023. Most arrests aren't decided by how fast you drive. They're decided by the first moment you choose not to comply. Remember, it's about decisions. And if understanding why officers act help you see these videos differently, that's the point. Because our purpose here isn't just to show you videos, it's to give you insight and guidance so you won't cause yourself any problems during the traffic stop. Ah, sorry I hit something. And that's why I love Midwest Safety when they do theirs. So much information in there. I do like that they put in there she did not get a highowered attorney. They they rarely do. They rarely do any of them. I'm suing. I'm blah blah blah. Now you just skipping court dates, but you supposed to, you know, call. Okay. All right. Next one. Woman hiding in Target comes out to Marco Polo. And when I say that, I literally mean the cop said, "Marco and she actually answered Polo." All right, here we go. >> Literally, you know how I do the Marco Polo thing? >> Yeah. >> I peek in this clothes. I go, "Marco." She goes, "Polo." I go, "Are you Marco?" I go, I go, "Marco." And she goes, "Po, get out of here." On December 19th, 2025, officers were dispatched to Target for an alarm that was tripped from the inside. Oh, >> some frisbes and [ __ ] See if that opens. Obviously, this is not the way you do a normal building shirt, but this one comes in all the time and they have us walk it every time and it's like way too much. >> Real fast, I'm skipping ahead when they pass through the bathrooms because they're doing security checks and apparently the bathroom is really nasty. No point that y'all have to, you know, deal with that. So, I'm skipping ahead on that part. >> I don't know. >> I've cleared this place like [ __ ] I don't know 10 times now. Maybe somebody like hid in here and try to break into that [ __ ] mannequins are creepy. So, I mean, if you think about it, somebody could easily push in that during the day and just wait in here till they close. You know what I mean? >> Could easily do it. Got to like check all these rooms before they lock it. Oh, I ran the elevator a second ago. >> Were you just doing Oh [ __ ] I'm like, "Oh, [ __ ] Is there someone there?" Like I think maybe it's my >> I hit that just to make sure somebody wasn't hiding hiding in the elevator. >> We get stuck. >> Huh? >> So if we get stuck our way out, blue. We're checking the jewelry things real quick. >> You see that one over there? It's cracked a little bit. Does anything look like it was [ __ ] with down in there? Okay, good. That's the way it should be. >> Yeah, it's like safe for expensive ass jewelry or whatever they got in there. But yeah, it's always locked. >> Marco Marco, where you at? Come here. Come out in the hall. >> 18. I got a female on the upper floor. >> Show your stuff though. >> You have a female. Put your hands behind your back. Thank you for doing the Marco Polo thing. That was awesome. >> Saved me time. >> Is it yours? >> Yeah. >> Who else is here? >> All right. Here. Grab grab uh we'll check here. >> I'll see you right there a second. Can >> we get more specific? You just sleeping in here? >> So, where's your husband at? >> How did you get in here? >> Excuse me for a second. >> ID her. Search her bags. >> Hey, we keep looking. She says her husband says for her to stay there. Hey, you know what's awesome? I literally go, "Marco." She goes, "Polo." I was like, "It worked. It [ __ ] worked." I was so happy. >> The alarm, >> dude, cuz I was like, I don't feel like climbing back in there. And then she goes, "Polo." I was like, "Marco." She goes, "Polo." I was like, "Come here." I do that [ __ ] all the time. I can't believe that [ __ ] worked. My husband told me to stay there. But literally, I was talking to myself like, "Man, I feel like climbing through all this shit." So that's why I said, "Marco." She totally answered. Dude, that show is hilarious. >> I know. I'm going to turn a corner. I'm have some eyeballs looking back at me. If you're back in this corner, you're going to piss me off. Guy, >> where you at? >> PRPD. If you're in here, make yourself known. You're under arrest. We already got your wife. I'm just trying to get them to have her commit to whether a dude's supposed to be in here or not. >> And if she's says yes, I believe her. And she says no, I probably still don't believe her. But if she's like, "Yeah, maybe we can talk her into calling him or something." What's she saying? >> Marvin told her to wait here. >> House was arrested on burglary. Got released to do November 19th. >> Um he called her today. She left the shelter yesterday. >> 8 a.m. >> Been here. Well, been in the mall. was in the area since 9:10 a.m. yesterday. Been waiting for her husband Marvin to come get her. Marvin said people were outside trying to get her that would harm her to not leave. She has no phone number for Marvin. Um and she doesn't know when Marva's coming, but Marva's had her here for >> 16 hours. >> Grab all her [ __ ] and start walking her this way. >> Can you check that upstairs? You know where it's like that big boiler [ __ ] area? There's a downstairs. There's a basement. >> There's music going on, but it's not the same music. >> We called out. Nobody answered. We do not know how big the basement is. So, >> okay. >> Downstairs. And then there's more stairs. >> While we were there, that was >> We were like, "Yeah, let's get another car just in case we're >> So, you heard music down here?" >> We definitely did. >> Oh, it's locked. All right. >> Oh, what the hell? Oh, that's weird. [ __ ] off. >> I knew that was going to happen to her. >> I know. >> She sounds like she might be slow. Like legitimately. >> Even him, he's like, "Oh, creepy mannequin." He could literally just put a hoodie on to stand still and we might walk right past him. You know what I mean? >> Could legitimately just walk right past him. So, the guy that told her to stay here just got picked up. I bought a burglary a month ago. So now I'm even like more intrigued. But I'm sweating my balls off. But if we're really want to look, we probably need to get a couple more people. Like legit cuz like >> you could just be running in a circle. >> This is our lights. Yeah. Or >> we've checked this place so many times and never found anything. >> So I was kind of like whatever. Literally, you know how I do the Marco Polo thing? >> Yeah. >> I peek in this clothes. I go Marco. She goes polo. I go >> I go. >> Okay. And so Ashley said, "I imagine he's going to be telling this story for years to come to his grandkids." Yes, he's going to tell it to his grandkids. Everybody back at the police department when they go to training and the trainer is like, "Tell us something interesting about yourself." He's going to say it thin. Yes, I agree. It's always going to come up now. Also, um they do seem like a little fun group. You'll see a little more of them playing, you know, like playing around and everything. But yeah, the looks like the couple was homeless. They said something about she had been in the shelter. Um, and then she was seen around like maybe 9 or 10 in the morning. I don't know they meant in the morning or at night. Maybe at night because it's 2:23 in the morning right now. So maybe that's where they saw her. And then they said he they already kind of know who he is because they had uh was it did they say robbery? I forgot that fast. But um yeah, so they're looking around for the husband. And yeah, this is where they are though. But yeah, so here we are. >> Go Marco. She goes, "Pull, get out of here." >> That is funny. >> Do they have security inside right now or no? >> They have >> They've got the rover. >> They have the rover, but I don't know that it can in their office though. >> Yeah, I was going to say he can get inside. >> That was my other thought. Like >> he's like some Paul Blart, you know? >> That like what does he want from here? They could have already took it and left. >> Mhm. Did she say how long she's been here? >> So, >> she literally said all [ __ ] day. >> So, they were here when the store is open and just stayed. There's no remains, right? >> Are they stealing stuff? >> Wild kind of look. Get a good look at it. >> When you said you found her, I said I bet she's been hiding in here all day. >> Yep. >> That's my thing. Like she says, and like I said, I think she might be actually slow. But uh her husband told her to stay here. So it's like why? Where's he at? >> Where is he? >> So if I leave and this motherfucker's in here, you know how mad I'm going to be? >> Slide down. >> Go for it. Until you hit that end part. >> Yeah. Nice. That was a good one. I would have broke my legs doing that. Hell, if he's small, he could be in one of these suitcases. >> Just crash into all of them. Turn into an episode of Jackass real fast. >> If you're in here, we go find you. >> I think they have good cameras. >> So, we got a couple more people coming. We're going to double check cuz we found one lady inside. All right. So, this place is giant, obviously. We're going to try to at least like twoman teams spread out >> hit all the [ __ ] >> all of it or J C Penney only. But that's what we were thinking like >> he told her to wait here. Is he [ __ ] up something else right now? >> Cage, right? >> You might be able to fit Markeel. >> [ __ ] Give me back. >> Yeah, let Marcela go. >> How about it? >> He starts fighting. I'll try to fit in there with you. >> Is there any like secret way out? >> No. Climb up. And we saw him running through the mall. >> That would be awesome. I'd be mad cuz I don't know how to [ __ ] get there. >> It's our break trying to break through this. >> Boy, get your big ass over there. Finally got a use for him. >> Hopefully we're good. I'm going be so [ __ ] mad. I'm I'mma beat you up, Dilly. This guy's hiding in here somewhere. >> Me? >> Yep. Everybody heard it. It's on body cam. >> All right. Well, >> I appreciate you guys coming to play. >> That would have been hilarious. The last place. >> Got him. >> The woman was arrested with burglary and officers gave up their search. Share your thoughts below. >> All right. So, they never caught him. Okay, next one up. Road rage escalates fast. One wrong move changes everything. I want to know what y'all think about the guy cuz it's going to kind of be obvious to what you probably will think about the woman. I want to know your thoughts on both, but I just want to know, do you think he had was he doing anything at all or do you think it's just all the woman on this one? So, all right, let's go. On May 23rd, 2023, Dunwy police officers responded to a reported road rage incident in Dunwy, Georgia. A mail caller told 911 dispatchers that a woman driving a gray Toyota Camry had pointed a gun at him. Officers quickly located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. >> 81. >> Hey, how you doing, man? >> This dude in that way, he threw a water bottle at my car. I get you. Can you Can you piss off real quick? >> Yeah. >> I'm on my way to work. He threw a water bottle at my car. I was getting off the highway. >> Okay. What happened? >> And when the highway to 400 merged from Glen Rich, I was in the left lane and he got mad at me. I slowed down to lay him over. >> Okay. >> And when he got then he threw the water bottle in my car when I was getting off the exit. Backup officers soon arrived on scene to assist with the investigation. >> I'm going to ask you this. You got any guns in the car? >> He threw a water bottle at my asking you a question. Do you have any Do you have any guns in the car? >> Yes, sir. I don't I don't >> At any point in time, did you still pull out a gun and and point it at him? >> He He threw a water bottle at my car. >> Clear, ma'am. At any point my security from my job on the phone. I >> We'll talk to him later. Okay. >> I don't want no problem. >> I get you. So, here. Hear me out. Hear me out. Ma'am, hear me out. >> He scared me. >> I get you. Hear me out. At any point in time, >> I ain't going to hold you. You would have thought that he pointed a gun at her the way when they came up there. I'm like, wait, who had the gun again? >> Did you take out your gun and pointed at this other >> in he ma'am? Take a deep breath. Ma'am, take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. >> I don't want to go to jack. >> Can you take a deep breath for me? >> Yes, sir. Do you understand what I'm asking you? >> Can I call my husband? >> We'll call him in just a minute. >> Please, I don't want to go jail. I got so much. >> Ma'am, >> he threw a water bottle and scared me. I saw you at the gas station at Quit Trip yesterday. So, I don't want to go to jail. >> Oh my god. >> Do you understand what I'm asking you? >> Yes, sir. I'm going to jail. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. >> I got to go to work. >> Ma'am, take a deep breath. I'm going to jail. >> Ma'am, take a deep breath for me. >> Can you sit for me? Turn off your >> Yes, sir. I guess turn around for me. Yes, sir. I sit on the ground. I want >> No, no, no, no, no, no. Don't sit on the ground. >> I don't want no problem, sir. I just want >> Take a deep breath. >> This water bottle in my car. >> I got you, man. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. >> I don't want to go to jail. >> You want to get a Come out here and I need no more, >> sir. Yes, please. I got his camera. I got >> You need the guy. The guy. >> Oh, if it's hurt. Yeah, I mean, we can >> I don't want to, sir. He hit my car with a water. >> Don't sit on the ground. I don't want to be detain. >> I would say detain. >> Okay. Real quick. >> Yes, sir. Please. Lord. Can you stand up for me real quick? And you handcuff. Okay. >> Yes. I'm going to detain you. Okay. >> Ma'am, please. >> Can you stand up for me? I'm going to give you a phone call. Can you stand up for me real quick? Can you stand up for me, ma'am? Come on. Stand up for me. Turn around for me real quick. Turn around for me. Can you turn around for me real quick? Turn around this way. Turn around this way. >> Can you turn around? Can you turn around for me now? Okay. Ma'am, it's okay. Take a deep breath. Come on, turn around for me real quick. I mean, you being detained right now, sir. Can >> you Yes, sir. Thank you. >> May I call my husband real quick? Okay, >> we'll let you talk. >> He threw a bottle at my car and scared me so bad. >> Um, >> he scared me, Lord. Jesus, I got to go to jail. I don't want to go to jail, Lord. >> Okay, Dean said she tried her best, but them dry tears didn't work. I was like, "Okay." Cuz see, I do watch other people react to the videos. So, when I watch somebody else react to it, they were like, "Um, the guy ain't saying all he did or he's getting on my nerves." But I'm like, "But she pulled a a weapon for a water bottle. Would you be pissed?" Yeah. It's still not cool that he did that. But I'm like, "How did you pull a gun and point you pointed it at him because of a water bottle?" No, you can't do that. And then when she brought up that she saw the cop the other day at Quick Trip and then I don't want to go to jail. I'm like, see that's that deflecting stuff that makes me just be like I feel like you trying to squeeze out tears. Fair. Dean said he should have got a charge too. Fair on that. Yeah, this was a road rage. Ashley M. And I feel like maybe maybe both of them they're going to go back to the guy so we can see what he says again. But uh yeah, it was road rage. >> So, I'm placing my car. Okay, I'll be right back. >> Let's go that way. >> Yes, I'm going to give you a phone call. Okay. >> I'm going to talk to the caller. >> Hey, I assume you called us. >> Yes. >> Okay. Before we start talking, do you have any firearms in the vehicle at this time? Okay. Do you mind stepping out of the vehicle? You're good. Just step out of the vehicle and have a conversation with me. >> Sure. You want to turn the car off? >> Yeah, if you don't mind. And put on your hazards, too, just just in case. Okay, good deal. >> How you doing this morning? >> I'm doing all right. So, we'll just stand back here. So, what's what happened? >> So, we were um on the highway and she tried to cut me off cuz she sped up behind >> on 285. >> On 285. >> Okay. >> And then I didn't let her get in front of me and she >> was this eastbound or westbound? >> So, we were >> Westbound's this way. Eastbound's way. >> Okay. So, we eastbound cuz we were on 400 getting on to 285 East. So, we were on 400 to get on to the 285 East and then she tries to speed up get in front of me to cut me off and I didn't let her get over. So, she's hunking at me. I flick her off. >> Keeps honking at me. She's putting her flashes, you know, she's putting her hot beans on me and then she keeps uh honking at me. >> I'm out with the victim. >> I'm on you guys. >> So, then we get on to 285 >> and I have some water and I splash with some water. Just you you as in she was pulled up next to you. >> Yes, cuz she pulled once she finally got beside me on 285, she pulled up beside me and I had a bottle of water and I squashed or squished it. So then she pulls a firearm and she's like, "Don'ting play with me." Blah blah blah. >> So she pul Whenever she pulled the firearm, did she just show it to you or did she actually aim it? >> She aimed at me. It's black. I saw it. I I perfectly saw it. That's why I called you cuz I got put in a situation like this before and >> you know I I don't have any firearms. I'm not sure if she told you if I had one but >> No. No. Just because of the call. We We just wanted to make sure you didn't have anything. >> She pointed she like don't >> I was just trying to get to work. I literally were right across the street from criminal mall and she doing all this on the road. >> Yeah. >> He's a victim. >> He's a victim. So do you wish to press char? You're fine. Do you wish to press charges for her pointing the firearm at you? Yes, if we can. Yes. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> Did he ID her? >> Did he ID her? >> Can you look? >> He did not ID. He's been following a second. We're going to put your clothes to see if that is the person that pointing the gun at you. Okay, just give me a second. Okay. real quick. Something that I learned cuz I love watching I will watch a random video and one day I wanted to watch the video about um do you get mad when people cut you off when like the lane it says like right lane is about to be closed and then people wait till the last minute to get over. Well, the whole the video was saying that it was designed that we're supposed to do like a zipper where where the people that are actually at the tip where the road starts cutting off is supposed to be every other car. So, it's supposed to be you if you're already in the left lane, there's someone from the right uh goes in behind you and then the next person in the left lane goes and then the next person in the right goes like a zipper. So, that's actually how it's supposed to be. Although people get mad at it that they say that actually keeps traffic from slowing down if people actually did the zipper. So, just want to throw that out there. >> She had a black firearm at you like she said don't she had a window down. I had mine down too. She said don't play with me. All right, do me a favor. Walk to the very end right here. Look down and let me know that's her. Keep going. Keep going now. Keep going down all the way to the end. >> Okay. So, let me ask you. >> Oh my god. Ma'am, >> I'm going to have to talk to you. Okay. >> If you can if I'm going to take a deep breath. >> Okay. >> I'm I'mma read something first real quick. Okay. >> Here. I'm gonna read this to you now. Okay. So, Scott, statements of murder rights. Okay, >> you have the right to remain silent. Can I read this, please? Take a deep breath for me. Okay, ma'am. >> And see, that's the thing right there. That's true. Brandishing that firearm, you could have unal alive someone because I was always taught, don't pull that weapon unless you actually plan on using it. Um, I've only had one time in my life that my weapon was pointed at somebody and it and then I and I was ready. I I didn't want to. I did not want to, but I was it it wouldn't have come out if if it wasn't that serious. Um, maybe I'll do a story time on that one day because it's been long enough that I feel like I can talk about it a little bit. But yeah, do not point a weapon unless you plan on using it. you don't know if it'll um go off on its own, if it's like the trigger is very light on there, especially if you don't use your weapon often and you're not really familiar with it. Did you put the safety back on? All these things you don't know. So, do not point it at somebody unless that's what you're planning on doing with it. Take a breath. It's okay. Sit right here. Turn around for me to pop the trunk for you. You can take a seat. >> I just want to call >> I'm going to give you a phone call. Okay. But like I said, I first have to ask you a few questions and stuff like that. Okay. So you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to talk to your lawyer and have him or heard present with you while you being questioned. If you can't afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you for any questioning if you wish. You can decide any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand, ma'am? Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Okay. So I'm clear you told me you do have the gun in the car. At any point in time after he threw the water ball at your car, did you take that gun and aim at him? >> Just no question, bro. >> Work, bro. Trying to go to work. >> I get you. >> I get him. >> Did you understand what I what I was asking you? >> I feel you felt threatened. >> He threw a water bottle at my car. So he threw a water bottle at your car >> and it was and there my car was moving. He rolled the window down and threw a bottle in my lord. >> So did he threw the water bottle because you you >> I did and he was smashing on his brakes in front of me. And >> so was he trying to go into your lane, >> sir? I was already on 400 minding my business. >> Where you guys coming from? >> I'm going to work. >> No, but which way were you guys coming from? >> I'm coming from 400 past Glenidge. >> Okay. >> Well, it merge >> 400 southbound, northbound. I'm going I'm coming this way. >> Okay. But from where? >> Home. >> Where's home at? >> I live in Brook Haven. >> So you guys were going what? 400 sir. >> I'm trying to understand. So 400 northbound. >> You get on Glen Rich trying to come to 25. >> Yes sir. >> Uh you guys I'm assume >> he threw them he threw the he was slamming on brakes in front of me. >> Was he trying to like to merge into your lane or >> Yes, sir. Yes. He was merged in front of my lane. >> Okay. and I was already on the highway. >> I do wish they had an independent witness from another car. I love when a person takes the time and they'll be like, "I'll tell you what I saw cuz I do want to know cuz I believe he probably was breaking her." And I believe he's not innocent in being an annoying driver, but he's saying she tried to merge into his lane. She's saying he tried to merge into her lane. That's two very different things. I wish there was an independent witness. >> Once I got on 25, she got in front of me and started slamming on his brakes and just slamming on his brakes and slamming on his brakes and slamming on his brakes and slamming on his brakes. >> Okay. >> I tried to get away from him. >> He swerved in front of me and got on the side of me and threw a water bottle at my car, at my window. >> And then what happened after that? And then after that he he kept slamming on brakes and rolling his window down and being mean and rude and I don't know. I'm scared. Like I don't Okay. >> Oh my god. I don't like Sir. >> So then did you grab your firearm and point it at him at any point in time? >> Sir, I'm trying to get to work. I'm so scared. I'm sorry. I just want to go to work. >> Okay. I just want to go to work. I'm not going to work. I just lost everything in my life right now. I just lost everything in my life right now. >> Right here. Stand right here. >> I just lost everything in my life right now. Lost everything. >> So, you going to go get to my car real quick? Okay, ma'am. Let's go. Let's go. Yeah. I'm going to give you a phone call. Yeah. You going to get a phone call? You going to be placing my car right now for right now? Real quick. Okay. Right. Right up here. It's okay, man. Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath. It's okay. Take a deep breath. >> I get you. >> Let's go over here real quick. Come on. >> All right. >> Yeah. I'm I'm going to give you a phone call, man. Like I said, I'm might allow you to to to call something. Okay. So, I get you. Let me go talk to this person real quick. Figure out what happened and then we go from there. Okay. Jump aside for me real quick. >> Take a breath, fam. Come on. >> I'm going to give you the phone calls. I told you I was going to let you call someone. Okay. I'm going to let you call them. Just jump aside for me right now. Let me go talk to the person. >> Get their side too and I'll be right back with you. Okay. >> Hey, can someone stand right real quickly? >> Let me go talk to them. What's your dis? >> She has a dress. >> Huh? >> She has a dress. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. How's it going? You the driver? >> Yes. >> Hey, how's it going? You good? Yes, sir. >> What's going on? Talk to me. >> So, we were coming off of 400 going on to 285. >> You guys going 400 northbound, southbound? >> Is southbound going towards 285 east? >> Uh, well, you can go 285 east from from both directions. Where you coming from? I'm coming from home from Mcdana. So I guess going northbound. So northbound. Yeah. So northbound. And then we were we were merging on to 285 east. >> Okay. >> Um the lanes were ending. She tries to get in front of me by speeding up beside me, but I didn't let her pass. So she starts honking at me. She starts she puts her high beams on at me and she just keeps honking at me. So then I flick her off. By the time we're off of the ramp, she gets beside me and the ramp on where Ashley Road. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I splash water at her. And then as we're getting off the exit, she rolls the window down. She's on the right side of me. She's like, "Don't play with me." She points her gun at me. >> Okay. >> And then that's when I caught you up. >> Okay. Now, let's be let's be real. For the people that this actually does make mad. It does make Okay. So, the person that won't let you merge makes you mad. And then the person that um when you let's say you there's just not enough room to let them merge, like you just going to have to get behind me instead of in front of me. And now that person's mad and I'm okay. I do believe she was probably flashing her high beams at him and doing all that and maybe she was also aggressively coming towards his car. I do believe he was breaking her and obviously he does keep admitting to the fact that he threw a water bottle at her car and I believe she pulled that pow pow and said don't effing play with me. I believe all that like they were just being annoying drivers but once that gun came out that's it. You have upped the ante to the most and it's that's it. This is where you are. >> All right. Um, what what was the reason for you splashing one of her karma? >> I mean, she just cuz she just kept messing with me. I mean, I wasn't bothering her at all. And I mean, I guess, you know, I let that get the best of me at the time. You know, I kind of did. I apologize for that. But she just kept honking at me, kept flashing the lights at me and just getting on. >> And this is this when she was behind you after you didn't let her. Okay. >> All right. Um, and I mean, it wasn't like, you know, she was right beside me when she tried to get over. She was behind me and tried to speed up and like cut me off. Lanes were merging. >> Turn to the same 109. >> Yes. >> All right. Um you run back with you. >> All right. Thanks. >> So there shoot. >> Okay. >> Okay. Uh and I'm assuming can you see that car over there? That's that's the car. >> I have a video. Yeah. >> Okay. Can I see that real quick? Oh, >> I don't have a video of her actually flashing the gun. >> Yeah. No, but yeah. Let me see the video. What you got? So, this is Well, she's getting ready to come now. >> Can you unmute it? >> Your phone may be on silent. >> And I was just really just trying to get her license plate at that point. And then that's when I called you soon as the video. >> Send me the video real quick to my number. >> Okay, >> I'll give it to you. >> All right, let's see. >> All right, let's see. >> Um, he keeps changing it, Dean. Sometimes he says I threw the water bottle. Sometimes he said splash the water. I thought he said at least one time he actually threw the water bottle at her. Maybe she's the only one that said it, but I I thought I heard him. Um, also, yes, he did say he sped up, so he probably did have time to let her get in front and he just chose not to being petty, which happens all the time on the highways, you know, but yeah, he was probably being petty on that one. Um, so most of y'all are saying he also should have been charged with throwing that water bottle cuz he could have caused her to crash an accident. And um somebody said once she gets a lawyer. Dean said once she gets a lawyer, maybe she can press charges for him throwing a water bottle. Maybe maybe u I won't say they'll cancel each other out, but maybe he'll feel like it's not worth worth it going through it. That now that I'm also like a a defendant now against her allegations possibly. But yeah, she just you even if you don't point it. We saw the Amazon versus the FedEx driver. Well, he I think he did point his though. But there was one um a few of them they said they just pulled it and the cops still got them for even showing they had a gun. So to point it that's that's going to be worse. >> Right. >> Yeah. >> Did you already pull? >> Not yet. >> Okay. >> 1531. >> Did he do anything like fraud? >> Guns on top. >> Okay. Um um let me do a You have an inventory, right? >> I just went to the traffic. >> He was in center council. >> The gun check her husband pick up the car. >> She said she was so scared because she was need >> Yeah. I'm give her a phone. Can Can one of you guys help me get Let her call someone real quick? >> That's why I said if you want to grab the phone. >> Okay. Oh, her stop the car. You >> with the victim? >> Yeah, we got his information. You're good to go. Okay. How do you call it? Uh yeah, like like those tablets like that. Keep it on the purse. If if the jail takes you >> technically all the pairs here in the car away. >> Well, there you go. Yeah. >> Use a magazine. >> Okay. So, how do you color it? A magazine in the purse, a magazine, and a gun in the center console. >> Was chambered. >> What's chambered? >> Hold on. Did ah they said it's chambered. Oh, that's not good. >> She was charged with aggressive driving and pointing or aiming a gun at another person, then transported to the Deob County Jail for booking. >> How you doing? >> Good. How are you? >> What's going that? Uh, let me print out this real quick. >> Yeah, this will would have helped her. So my joy my peace said being me being dramatic that water bottle looked like a clear powp pow I'm she she probably okay I'm not saying you shouldn't do this but had she said I don't know what he was throwing at my car instead of identifying as a water bottle that might help her later in her defense but you saying you knew it was a water bottle it kind of like so you knew the threat wasn't that high but um Dean said no he he only kept saying he splashed or squished the water he didn't say he threw bottle. Okay, so that means he's downplaying his part in his actions, which means he probably was driving more aggressively than he actually described because even with them accepting he threw a water bottle, they really weren't worried about the water bottle. But the fact that you um were that you won't even say that you did it, that means to me you did other stuff, too. You won't say what you did. But uh yeah, you know, you bring the weapon in. That's that's about it. Okay, this woman has a spitting problem. Entitled Karen orders police to get out of her hallway, instantly regress it. I think by the time they arrested her, it was because she kept spitting when she talked versus she wouldn't get out their way, but they still said that was the reason why as well. But here we go. >> On November 10th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a disturbance call where the calling party stated his roommate pulled a knife on him and was refusing to let him leave. call >> police department >> just in case he comes up. >> If you ring that doorbell flash somewhere, >> y'all. The text says, "Please lower volume." So, if you can go ahead and do that. I forgot how loud she might get. >> Please, Corvette, open the door. yelling yelling at him isn't going to help his death. >> All right. Also, just have to point out they're here for somebody else. They knocked on this door. She comes out a whole different door. This had nothing to do with her. Just want to make that clear. >> That's why that's what he should be in the office downstairs. >> Thank you. >> Yeah, he's in the office. You guys can take your gun somewhere else. And he's not a danger to anybody else. You don't know what's going on. So, go back inside. Come to the office while I was >> You don't know what's going on. Go. >> You clearly don't know. Someone was being threatened with a nephew being held hostage. So, please go inside. >> Held hostage. >> Yes. Go. >> Go check the office. >> And this doesn't concern you. Go back inside. >> Looks like I lost. >> It concerns me a great deal. He is not a danger. And >> you're obstructing us right now. >> Am I really? >> I'm warning you. >> Yeah. No, don't warn me. Don't warn me. There's no need for this. Just go inside. We'll check. >> There's a guy. >> Can I speak to you back? >> No, you could all >> take a break. Take a breath and don't [ __ ] have that language going on. >> I'm talking. >> I am angry because you tried to contact a guy who by knocking on his door. >> Can you see what that that >> Yeah. And you didn't use it. You know how I know that? I can hear. >> I did use it. >> I did not use it. >> Everything's recorded. teeth and look at the video camera. Now go inside the bottom line. >> I need you to go back. >> I'm not going to get out of the way until one of you goes downstairs because there's no need for you to be on this. >> This is your fault. >> Don't put your hands on me. >> Just I am not obstructing anything. >> Stand right there. >> Go to the office where they are. Get your guns out of my hallway. There is no reason for you to be here. >> You don't know to go inside. >> You don't know where you're going or you would have been in the other office. >> Go back. Either go inside or go go in handcuffs. It's up to you at this point. >> Don't even try it. >> Oh, >> Dean, I'm with you. They let her go on too long. She should have been arrested as soon as especially soon as she blocked that door. If they felt the need to show up with weapons drawn to get the person they actually came for, she has made the situation more dangerous and needs to at minimum be detained. And if she keeps going, be arrested. >> Oh, don't even try it. >> You are out of control. You don't even This one guy, >> you're out of control. >> I am not out of control. I am telling you there is one man, another man. They are in the office downstairs. >> You don't belong here. >> You just >> I did not mean to. I apologize. >> Get in the front right now. >> Get inside your apartment. >> You got to >> Yeah. No. There's no reason why I can't be in the hallway right now. >> You're obstructing. >> I am not obstructing anything. >> Don't make us use force on you. We're going to use force and I don't want to use >> You use force and you're going to have a lawsuit. >> Turn around. >> Okay. >> Turn around. >> Where's your boss? >> We're not even here right there. >> I don't want to be here. >> Turn around. >> Go away. You do not need to be in this hallway. You don't need to be in this hallway. >> There's no reason for you to be here with all of this weaponry. There is no reason >> don't touch me. >> There's only one screaming out here. >> I am telling you >> there's no one who's going to hear this. >> Listen, my name is Sergeant Chris Ke without responding. Hold on a second. I don't need you to talk anymore, okay? Cuz you've been doing enough talking. We were obviously here. This is our standard operating procedure to respond. >> This is stupid. >> Stop talking. Shut your mouth. Stop talking. >> I have every right to continue to speak. I will put you in handcuffs and I will instruct him to put you in handcuffs and you will be taken in for obstruction and then we'll charge you with assault for spitting on him. Just go in your room on him on top. >> Go in your room. We're going to go downstairs and we're going to handle this call. But you're making this >> not rooms, they're apartments and you need to treat people not the same. >> I have a room in my house. You understand? >> I have a room in your house. >> I have >> But listen, we're not going to argue about semantics or diction or anything of that nature. Okay? I need you to go back into your apartment. We are going to go downstairs. >> I would like your card. >> I will give you whatever you need, but I need you to comply and just go back inside. I promise you, we're going downstairs. We're going to handle this call. >> Then do it. Then I need you to stop. >> I will go in my apartment when this hall no longer has five or six. How many people? Seven. >> Going to Jesus Christ. You people are idiots. I am not causing an issue. I am stopping you. You are being hurting. I'm not here to hurt you. >> Clearly, you've gone wrong. >> This is our job. >> I understand. >> You don't know why the call came out. You don't know the history. >> I know because I was in the office when the call went. >> You don't know the history with him. You do not know what happened. I live here. Okay. You do not know. You just spit in my eye. She has now spit on two police officers in the eye of Oh, in the eye of one. Oh my god. Spit mask, handcuff. That second time she sp Don't do it. >> Stop. >> I have had surgery on my left arm. >> Do not do not. >> We warn you. >> You're going to touch my trigger. >> Stop it. >> Do not stretch my shoulder. >> We're not trying to stretch. >> Put another one. You got another >> try to relax and destroy the surgery. >> We're not going to destroy now. >> Now you're resisting. >> You're just adding charges. >> You're resisting. >> Take a deep breath. Take a deep breath of me, please. >> Okay. Take them off. >> No, they're not coming off. You did this. >> You're obstruing. >> I am not obstructing anything. >> You're disturbing the peace. >> I am not disturbing anybody. >> There's no one on this hallway that appears other than me. >> Let's go downstairs. understanding downstairs. >> I am not resisting. I am absolutely not resisting. >> Yes, you are. Everything's recorded. >> Yeah, everything is recorded. You guys, >> you know that, right? >> Twice. >> I did not spit on purpose. I spent when I was chewing my food and I heard you guys knocking on a door. >> It doesn't. >> Okay. Well, you're going to jail. >> Well, I need my ID. >> We'll figure that out. >> No, I want my ID. You're going to jail. You're under arrest. >> On what charges? >> I did not stopped you guys. >> He spit on me on his arm. >> I I just swiped it off. We gave you a lot of time. >> Hey, the thing that would have solved all this is minding your damn business. >> My business? >> That's it right there. Thank you, sir. The thing that would have solved it was minding your business. She didn't have to come out of her apartment. It had nothing to do with her. And where is the spit mask? >> Making sure don't know. Sometimes the bar is low depending on where they can become a cop. I was like, I don't know. Maybe. Okay, y'all sent me this one. I have not watched it yet. It says hit and run driver thought she got away. So, let's see what happens with this one. Police were searching for a suspect's vehicle after a hit skip crash when an officer spotted a dark Toyota speeding through the area in the early morning hours. The car was weaving between lanes and moving well above the speed limit and within moments the officer decided to pull it over 279. Hello, I'm officer police department. >> Hello. >> The reason I stopped you is for your speed, not using your turn signal and waving. >> I understand. >> Okay. >> Radio. >> I live right there in that apartment. >> Where you coming from? >> Um like it's like Cleveland Heights right down Cedar. >> I have to pee really bad. >> Where were you coming from exactly? >> Um the Moroi. I'm not sure. >> About how far away is that? >> Um it's like 5 10 minutes. >> Okay. Do you know how you you would get there? >> I have a plate for you. >> Down Cedar. >> Okay. Did you go on Mayfield by chance at all? >> No, I've been down Cedar the whole time. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license, insurance card with you, >> I live right there in that the Vantage of Park really bad. I'm so sorry. >> You had anything to drink tonight? >> Is it a Toyota? >> I had like a shot or two. >> Sorry. Say that again. >> Toyota. >> I'm sorry. So, I was just trying to listen to the radio. Can you say that again? >> I had like a shot or two. a shot or two. Um, Moroi. >> Okay. >> That's where I just came from. It's like right now. It's in Cleveland Heights. >> Okay. >> How long do you think that was ago? >> It's not that far ago. It's like right before I left. So, I haven't been driving for that long. >> Okay. How long when was the last time you had a drink, you think? >> I'm like 5 or 10 minutes away from the Moroi. >> Okay. >> So, that's how long ago. That's my job. >> Okay. Then you have the other thing I asked you for >> my insurance. >> Yeah. >> I don't have that on me. >> Okay. >> It's not I don't have the insurance card on my phone. >> Okay. You don't have the insurance card on your phone or >> No, it is >> I can look, but it's I'm pretty sure it's not on my phone because I just renewed it. >> Okay. All right. Give me just a second. Where's the damage supposed to be? >> I don't know. >> I have a feeling that that threeletter combination is probably quite common for like two at a dealership like 65 70. >> You know what I mean? Did you hit anything on the way home? >> No. >> Are you sure? >> No. >> Cuz there's a bunch of damage over here. >> Where? >> Your wrist coming off a while, man. >> I haven't hit anything from damage. and the bumpers. >> Yeah, I guess some car match in this description with your partial license plate like I guess was involved in some >> my own title and all of that. >> Okay. I love the car. >> Yeah. We're not saying for sure. For sure it was you. We're just trying to figure because your car matches the description exactly. So, all we're going to do is just figure out, make sure it wasn't you, and then you'll be good to go. Like, that's all we're doing right now. Like, we're not like 100% saying you did nothing like >> Okay. >> No, just checking things out cuz that's what someone >> I understand. I must say, I will give you everything. >> Even if she didn't um do the hit and run, she's a DUI case for sure. Like either way, I feel like those cuffs are going to come out for her because this girl is inebriated. She's repeating herself over and over. That's what I usually see with the DUI. Um, they all every drunk person is always right there. They're always so close to home. Uh, what was the other one? Yeah, I don't understand about her not being able I don't understand why she can't pull up her insurance on her phone because most insurance places send an electronic version now. So, I don't get that. So, do you have insurance or not? But yeah, and I also do believe that like my joy, my peace said, she had her last two shots 10 minutes ago, but I don't think those were her only shots that she had. >> Yeah. No, you you good. So, give us like two seconds. We're going to get a hold of them and figure out why they're trying to say that a car that exactly liked us did something over there and then we'll rule it out. Okay. >> Okay. All right. I'll >> in the meantime, I'm just going to ask you a few questions. Okay. Just so I know you're safe to drive. I'm going to say is it I don't know if it's safe, but like is it safe for me to use a math or have to be doing that? >> You're not going to be able to right now obviously. Okay. I'm all I'm asking you is following instructions. >> Yes, sir. All right. Do you want me to demonstrate it again? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. You're going to keep your hands at your side. You're going to raise one foot of your choice approximately 6 inches in the air. Okay. >> You're going to look at it the whole time and count out loud. 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 10 1 2 And you're going to keep both legs straight. >> Okay. >> Do you understand all that? >> Yes, sir. >> Fine. Then right in front of your left foot, I'm going to place your right foot on the line ahead of your left foot with the heel of your right foot against the toe of your left foot. That is a lot of >> Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> You can begin if you do you have any questions. >> Do you have any qu >> about turning around at nine? >> No, you turn around in nine steps just the way I instructed you. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have any questions about it? I could say it again if you wanted me to >> say it one more time. Just wanted to make sure I'm short. >> Okay. >> 3 4 5 Those feet are so spaced out. Those feet are so spaced out. It's heel to toe. it. I wonder and I would love either my prosecutor D or somebody else to tell me do they have to just go ahead and do the whole test even if like after the first two you can tell they're not sober maybe to make the charge stick I guess but I always wonder that I'm like this is a waste of time just trying to give them instructions and repeating the instructions over and over is so it takes so long so I wonder do they go ahead and do it that way you can't throw out or the defense attorney can't try to throw out everything. >> 6 7 8 9 I keep going. >> Okay, you're done. Okay, >> you lucky. >> No, no, you're done. Okay, >> super sleepy. >> Uh, you were driving since Green Road and that's where I started observing you and you drove the entire length. >> It's on Lee Road. When I saw you, you were at Green Road. >> You saw me at Green Road? Mhm. >> Yes, sir. I'm not going to deny nothing. What's that? >> I said I'm not going to deny nothing. I'm scared. >> I'm So, I'm just asking if you wanted to blow into a a breath test right now. >> I'm going to keep going until I can get to my apartment confess right there. >> No, I don't think that's going to happen. >> Did you want to voluntarily take a portable breath test? I have it in the car right now. >> I would like to walk to my apartment that is right there. >> I understand. Oh, it's not going to be an option. >> I think you drink. Okay. But >> I'm going to help you figure it out and stay with you. Okay. >> You'll have the opportunity to provide a breath sample in the jail, too. if you if you decide to, but I'll help you make it more informed. >> Okay. So, what part of the test did I fail? >> We'll be able to explain all that. >> We'll get it all figured out, >> girl. All the above. What do you mean? What part of the test did you all of it? All of them. As 41 Fit would say, all of them. You There's nothing you passed. They are very nice though. She's like Zach said, he doesn't see her being one to be hobbled. She's not that bad on that part. And uh the cops are being nice, too. But nice interaction for a DUI. >> It's all about >> to me now. >> Not at this exact second. She's somewhere warm. >> Yeah. Get it all taken care of in just a second. Can you interlock your fingers >> here? If you rotate your hand. Well, ain't no reason to be >> You are here. Rotate your hand. >> You can Well, you're a grown adult, so you can't call your mom until you get to the jail. But once you But once you do, you can make But again, we ain't got nothing to think. >> Okay. We just probably >> Okay. Can you get my phone from the car? >> Yeah, we'll get everything for you. All right. I'll get your phone. Anything else you want me to get out the car for you? >> Just my phone. Call my mother. >> House keys and stuff, too, cuz we got to the car has to get to the top. >> Okay. So, yes, my my house keys, too. >> House keys, phone. Anything else you want? >> Have you ever been in trouble before? >> No, sir. >> Have never been arrested for anything? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Why don't we get you out the cold and then we'll uh we'll get the stuff out your car for you. Okay. >> Okay. Can you Can you get in now while I'm standing? >> Yeah, we're going to grab it. >> Yeah, we'll have to do an inventory search of the car, too. >> Can you get in now while I'm standing here? >> Why don't you? Since you can cooperate, we'll do that for you. >> Did he double lock these? I don't want these to get too tight on you. Are you going to take me to your house or no? >> I think it's just someone who thinks that we want to make sure we don't do too much. She's like looking out for you. >> Do you have babies? >> Yes, I have three. >> You need me to check on your baby? >> They're not at home. No. >> Do you know her? >> She's just >> I don't know her. She was just asking about my Okay. >> So, we're going to get your house, please. >> Can you call my mom before I get in the car, please? >> Well, we can't call your mom cuz it's not allowed until we get back to the jail. But you you'll be able to. I just want to make sure I'm calling the right number, sir. >> Yeah. >> I'm really scared for my life cuz I've been on social media a lot. >> You got You're not worried about that? Am I giving you energy? Like I'm not social. >> No, you're not. But I just want to make sure because I'm scared. You know, you know how social media is, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, for sure. >> I'm going say I'm not saying that you're in the wrong, but I'm just saying I'm scared. >> You don't got to be scared. >> Thank you. >> I'm so scared. >> You don't got to be scared enough. I'm about to say you all know how social media is. So you can't listen. >> I can't. But I have to also just, you know, make sure I'm doing everything right at the same time. Good stories are on social media. >> See, that's the problem. >> I know it's not. You know, it's not. >> I'm saying in general, not with anything. >> So, we got a lot of >> Okay. I have your purse. All your money is in there. Your phone. >> Bring all that. >> Yeah. I'm going to take it all. >> Can I count it first? I just got off work. I don't even know how much is in there. >> They're going to count it right in front of you at the jail. We're kind of >> Can you call my mom number somewhere now? >> We can't call anybody right now cuz nobody now. >> No, but you can soon here. Come on. Let's go. >> Okay. >> Oh, you're going to go right back here. Okay. >> The first car or the second car? >> Yes, sir. >> Oh my god. I'm so scared. This is my first time. >> Yeah, it's all right. First and last. Okay. You made one mistake. >> The first and last. >> First and last. Never again. >> Yes, sir. >> You go in like this. I'm hold you so you don't fall. >> Oh, you know what? Do you have any weapon? I think he deserves the title of officer uncle dad. He's giving very much paternal care going on here as well. You know, yeah, he's a officer uncle dading on you. >> No, sir. >> Okay. That's the only you you don't got to cry. I just have to make extra extra sure you don't have any uh have any weapons. >> I'm just going to cuss it down. >> Where's your mom at? >> She's at work right now, more than likely. >> Oh, 95 touching my flashlight. Sure. Ain't no guns right now. Crazy. Okay. >> Am I going to be able to get out tonight or no? >> Yeah, you'll be able to get out. Not like right now. Right now, cuz they usually >> tonight or no? >> Well, it's morning now. But you'll be able to get out in the morning in a few hours for sure. You ain't going to be there long. >> Do you you ain't going to have to put up no money neither? >> I'm not. >> No, cuz it's your first time. >> Say, cuz I will give it to you right now. >> All right. So, cuz I don't want you to be cold. I'm going to close this up >> and then we're going to get you to the spot real quick. Okay. >> Okay. Is he going to call my mom right now? We can't call her, but we will when we get to the jail after. >> Can he Can he go to her number on my phone? >> Allowed to do that. >> Oh, get your number out. We got a number. I promise. >> All right. Stay warm. >> Let me put this secret. >> I'm not going to move. I'm so scared. I'm not going to move. >> Well, ain't no reason to scare. I promise. >> Okay. >> Am I going to beach it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Just down the road. >> Okay. >> Okay. The woman was driving almost three times over the legal drinking limit and was charged with operating a vehicle impaired. Okay. Yeah. Three times legal limit, but she only had two shots. She had to go. They didn't really go back to the hidden run part. They seemed like they saw some damage, but they also said she had common letters on the back of her car. So maybe that part wasn't her. So, you know, the DUI part stuck. Um, but yeah, make better choices. Like y'all said, she don't seem like a horrible person. Don't do this again. Do not drink and drive. All right, this one. Oh my god, he's very annoying. Very annoying. Entitled man booted from airplane before a big problem at the airport. I believe he's drunk and he's going to repeat a lot of things, a lot of questions. They're going to answer the question. He's going to repeat the same question and say they're not answering him. Very annoying. All right, here we go. >> On December 9th, 2024, the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for a call for service regarding an intoxicated passenger. The following shows the bodywn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> Okay. Well, he was well he was taking off cuz he was what getting to staff or what? >> I wouldn't have anymore today and things like that. So, >> okay. >> You can help us. >> All right. >> Hey, boss. How you doing? >> So, you going to be denied boarding, man. They're not going to fly you. >> For what? >> I don't know. That's what they told me apparently. >> What did I do legally? You have to tell me what I did >> legally. I don't care what you [ __ ] say. You have to tell me legally what I did. >> Okay. >> You have to put it on paper legally what I did. >> Okay. So, for one, they say you've been drinking. Say you was intoxicated. >> What's that have to do with illegally boarding a point? >> You also intoxicated. >> They say you also I rate with the staff. I I I the staff. >> I'm telling you what they told me. >> Okay. But legally, you have to put it on paper what I did wrong. >> Legally, I don't have to do anything. >> You do. >> I'm telling you. >> I have it all screenshotted. >> Okay. So, we going have to exit out, man. They're not going to fly you >> today, not tomorrow, nothing. They're not >> You going to have to fly with a whole another airline. Can't fly with America >> at all. >> At all. >> You're lying. >> I'm just letting you know. What did I do wrong? >> Did I just I just told you wrong? >> I just told you. >> What am I doing wrong? >> They say you was I raped intoxicated. >> That I was what? >> I raped. >> I raped. >> Yeah, I raped. You yelling yelling back and forth with the agents. >> So, you was removed from the from the aircraft. >> I was. >> So, you're not flying? >> I'm not even yelling at you. >> I know you're not yelling at me, but I'm just telling you what they told me. >> So, tell me at all. Not today, not tomorrow. I'm not allowed. You cannot fly with American Airlines. >> I'm just asking you a question. >> You going to have to go with another airlines. Spirit, Delta, anybody but American? >> So, I'm stuck in in Dallas. >> No. No. Technically, I'm stuck in Dallas without without American. I'm stuck in Dallas. >> That's not the point. This is what I was booked on. I'm here for work. >> Okay. But they denied me. >> They denied you. >> Okay. So, I'm stuck in Dallas. My point. My point. >> Okay. So you got to figure out the next option now. >> You say like it's funny. >> All right. So >> I'm not arguing with you. I'm not arguing with you. I'm saying like >> can you back up something? There you go. >> All right. So >> more than fine. I'm more than happy to back up. I just want to understand where I'm at like perspectively. >> Okay. >> I'm stuck in Dallas. You have other options to fly another. >> I have other options. I'm asking you perspectively. >> Am I stuck in Dallas? >> Because I have no other options. Asking the one airline. My job booked me to book. Apparently, I'm I don't even know. I guess immobile to ride. Oh, the words he uses, they will not make sense either. So, that's why he's stuck. And he knows it. he probably can't get another ticket cuz he said his job got him this ticket. So now there's no getting a second ticket. So I think that's why in his brain he's stuck here because there's no option to go to another airline. Although also comprehension is not going to be the best with him either. So either way, but I don't think he has the funds to get himself another ticket. >> I'm deniable. I don't know what I did wrong. Sure, whatever. I'm I'm deniable. So I I'm incapable to ride. >> Yep. >> Okay. So I'm stuck in Dallas. >> Are you understanding what we saying, man? >> I'm asking you. It's not an understanding. I'm asking you. >> What is your question? >> My My question is, am I stuck in Dallas? >> No, you're not stuck in Dallas. >> So what's my other option? >> Your other your only option is to exit out. >> Your only option >> is to exit out. >> So I'm stuck in Dallas cuz I had no other ride. So I'm stuck in Dallas. >> You can be wherever you want to be. So I'm stuck in Dallas. >> But you're not going to be on this side of the airport. Okay. >> I'm stuck in Dallas. >> This is just on point. So you have no dirt. You have >> You don't care to even understand. >> I I tried to help you, man. >> I asked you. >> You are not stuck in Dallas. >> Okay. So I asked I'm stuck in Dallas. >> Okay. If you want to be stuck in Dallas, you can be stuck in Dallas. >> No, I'm asking. You know what my options are? Cuz I came here >> on behalf of a job. A job was flying me to Boston. >> For some random odd reason, they're not allowing me to fly to Boston. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> That's fine. >> What are my options? >> The only reason we're here is so we can escort you to the public side. Once you get to the public side, >> it has nothing to do with you. Okay, it's fine. That's understandable. >> You can probably contact your job and see if they can rebook you. You have other options. But I also have another question. Yes, sir. >> What did I do wrong? >> I don't know. You don't work for the year. >> So, legally, I have no reason to get off cuz I have done nothing wrong. >> So, America Airlines no longer have any business with you. Since you no longer have an active boarding pass, you need to be escorted to the public side of the airport. >> If you with my three bags, listen to me. If you don't leave this side of the airport, your next option is go to go to jail. >> Okay. But I also have another question. I also have three bags. >> It's going to the final destination. >> So, I have no way for me to get a possible way. Okay, that's fine. They're not willing to board me. That's fine. Am I in my in my Do I have a possibility for me to board another airline to Boston for me to get my stuff? >> You can you can do another airline to Boston. >> Okay. So, my my my last option is not I have to leave here. You have to leave this terminal. Yes, this terminal is >> That's fine. Whatever. Whatever. What is this? 16. Okay, I'll leave 16. >> We'll walk you out into the public side. >> But I'm also asking my last three cuz technically whether I leave here or not, my last three bags are going to that last destination. >> Yeah. >> I need a flight to that last destination. >> Anybody but America. >> I'm just asking. >> Any I'm telling you. Anybody but American. I'm just asking. That's fine. >> We're going to walk out here and then walk out to this exit. >> I got three flight. I got three bags on that. >> Drunk people repeating themselves. It's so annoying. They heard you. If you can get a ticket, you can still meet your bags and pick them up from that American Airline gate. You can still do it. Oh my gosh. >> They'll meet you in Boston. >> Who says I'm even get the chance to go to Boston? >> Who says I get the chance to go to Boston? All right. You ready, boss? We'll go right over there to the exit. >> Yeah, we actually >> and then we'll talk we'll talk to you about the other airlines you can take or you can contact your job. There are other options here. But what you don't want to do is just stay here. assistant here before. >> Come on. We got to keep walking. >> I understand. But what you're telling me is what I lost three bags. >> Okay. No, it's going to the final destination. I'm telling you, but what you're telling me is that I lost three bags. >> This is your last time of me telling you this. >> That's fine. I'm asking you as a man from man. If you don't leave right now, you get under arrest for criminal trespass and public intoxication. >> I'm asking you if you lost your bags. >> You better leave now, man. That's all I'm telling you. >> All I'm asking if if I lost your bags. >> Let me tell you this. Let's answer all the questions you want to ask right on the other side. >> That's fine. But even if I go there, did I lose the bag? >> Okay, let's go. No, it's going to your final destination. >> So, I lost the bags. >> I'm not going I maybe I might not get the chance to go to my That's Did I lose the bags or not, bro? You can contact American Airlines and then they can ship them back to you. >> What's wrong with me asking a normal question? Why do I have to go to >> We can walk and talk. >> Okay, we can do that. Should I lose two bags or not? >> No, I'm telling you. How many times you going to keep asking me the same question? >> You're not answering my question. >> Go. >> That's not answering my question. >> All right. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest for public intoxication, man. Quick way to jail for no reason. >> Well, that will lock him when we get to We'll walk him out. >> It's not even straight. I'm asking a simple question, bro. Sorry about >> you. Got him. >> Yep. >> I got you out. >> Not yet. >> I understand. I understand. I'm not asking a considerable question. >> Okay. But I'm asking a considerable question. My second my >> not right now. >> I'm I'm asking. I'm not doing nothing in boss. Why do you have to be like that? >> I'm not I'm not refusing. I'm not doing anything wrong. I'm asking a question, bro. >> What's the question? >> Why you got to be like that, bro? >> What's your question? >> You know damn well my questions. Why do you have to be like that? >> I'm not doing nothing wrong. I'm not resisting. >> I'm not >> Why am I telling you? So why do I have to be that person? >> Why? Why? Why? Why? There's literally no no no no no no reason at all. There's no reason at all. You're just going by what he says. And it's okay. That's understandable. That's what your job is. There's nothing wrong with that. But what did I do wrong? Like literally, >> I'm asking you're treating me like I literally did something wrong to you. Like I disrespected you. Like I did something wrong. No, you are. Cuz look how you're pushing me. >> Look how you're pushing me. N look how you're pushing me, bro. >> I'm I'm I'm inconsider Look Look you're you're you're pushing me inconsiderably, bro. Look Look how you're treating me. >> Look how you're treating me. You're pushing me inconsiderably. I'm not willing to go and you're making me go. I'm not willing to go. You're making me go. This the problem. I've done nothing wrong. >> I've done nothing wrong for you to treat me this way. >> Yo, listen. I've done nothing wrong for them to treat me this way. I can sit here. They're inconsiderably making me move. This is my point. I've done nothing wrong, bro. I'm holding on. Am I doing something wrong? >> Am I doing something wrong? >> Okay, so I'm asking if I'm doing something wrong. Am I doing something wrong? >> Stop talking to me, bro. >> That's [ __ ] up. See my mom, bro. Hey, let me get in here. I'm just got here from step out. >> I just want to see my mom, bro. >> No, other way around, man. You got to step out with your foot, bro. I'm going to do a search on you right here. >> I just got here a couple days ago. I just want to see my mom, bro. >> I am from Texas. That's [ __ ] up that you treat [ __ ] like this, bro. That's crazy, bro. Cuz No, you're talking to the wrong [ __ ] cuz I'm famous. I'mma write about you. >> M I don't know. I don't think you're famous. And I'm even talking I don't know if he's Tik Tok famous. I don't know who this is. Um I had to skip because he was just going to keep repeating himself. So we're almost at the end now. We So we can go on to the next one after this. >> Beat Jackson, I will never forget. >> I We used the Ohio one. >> B Jackson, I will never forget you, bro. You treated me wrong, [ __ ] We're the same people. I done nothing wrong. Back. >> I will never forget you, bro. >> Okay. >> I don't give a [ __ ] That's cool. >> I'm famous, [ __ ] >> I'd have been like, "Is that a threat? What do you mean you'll never forget me? Why you keep calling my name out? >> Never forget you, bro." >> Big Jackson, I did nothing wrong. I put my stuff on a plane cuz I have a little extra money. I'm the wrong color. I did the wrong thing. Just know Jackson, [ __ ] Just know it's you, Jackson. I don't care. Just know it's you. >> Just know. All suspects are in. >> Jeez, I told y'all he was annoying. Okay, I haven't seen this one. Uh, passed out mom has eight-year-old son drive her home. The title is unbelievable. So, let's see what we're about to get into. No, he don't look like him now. My joy, my peace. He don't look like him now. Only when his lips and that lid, the hat lid was kind of hiding his face a little bit. She was found passed out in the backseat of her car. But the real shock came when police realized who was driving. >> Ma'am, you had an 8-year-old driving with you passed out in the back seat. Okay. And then you have a 2-year-old in the back seat unseat belted. >> This is Inside the Crime presented by Lawn Crime. I'm Elizabeth Milner. It's April 15th, 2024. We're in St. Louis, Missouri. It's around 4:00 in the morning when a security patrol officer was running her normal rounds. But suddenly, she spotted a blue car driving down the wrong side of the road. The patrol officer got a closer look of the wrongway driver and was probably shocked to find the driver was an 8-year-old boy. >> At first, he was on this side. >> Yeah. >> So, I sped around and I came back and he was right here. And I thought it was somebody else. Like, he looked a little bit older cuz like how he was like up or whatever. and I skit like I like slammed on my brakes, came back, >> and that's how we're that's where we're at. >> Okay, >> let me see your flashlight again. >> I'm going grab the little man. >> Where' she fall at, man? >> On the uh car. >> Where? When? >> Yesterday. yesterday. >> Where' she go? >> So, how long she been in here like this? >> For five hours. >> 5 hours. >> Whoa. She is literally in the back seat laid out. That is crazy. This poor little boy. He done had to be an adult in so many ways. Also, you're you're trying to not have your child on this earth to even do that and have him I I I can't even believe I'm having to say this that you should not have your 8-year-old behind the wheel. Like, what? And this can't be her first time. This is cra I've never either. Leon, what >> 427? >> 427. >> Yeah. Yeah, this woman in here, she's uh she's >> DeAndre, >> come here, DeAndre. >> She's breathing. She may just be asleep, but yeah, I messed her spine on U actually, she's moving around. Hold on one second. >> Hey, ma'am. >> Ma'am, can you hear me? Ma'am, can you >> Yep. The 8-year-old boy wasn't alone in the car. His three-year-old brother was in the back seat along with the children's mom, who was IDed as 28-year-old Latana Maize Gail. >> Well, I didn't hear what you said. >> No, trying to get rid of >> Oh, she Did she move him? Somebody somebody here for you. >> Ma'am, what's your name? >> What's your name? How'd you get? >> You okay? Why your son? >> You all right? >> How old your mom? You okay? Why your son driving the car? >> Why is your son driving the car? How old are you? >> Eight. >> Why is your 8-year-old son driving the car? >> What? >> Did you hit your head? He said you fell. >> I'm going to drive. >> You can't drive. We got EMS coming for you. >> We got EMS coming here to check you out. Huh? >> D. >> What's your name? >> Do you know where you are right now? What city you in? >> St. Louis. >> St. Louis. >> All right. >> Can you step out so I can see cuz you like you got to >> Yeah. Can you step out real quick? I see your leg like you. Yeah. >> Just be careful. You say you hit your head. >> Let me see your You sque on the car. That's fine. >> Sorry. >> You said she hit her head. >> Yeah. >> You said she hit her head. >> Yeah, I did. >> You said she fell. >> She She hit her wrist and her knee. >> Sorry. Sorry. Please. All right. Well, we got EMS coming to check you out. Okay. >> Thank you. >> Like you got a rash. >> Yeah, I do have this. >> How'd that happen? >> Hey, how all this happened? Where's your fault? >> And I fell. >> You didn't get the stat. I I fell on my uh my oil. >> Okay. >> Get in here. Come on, son. How long you >> Sh you better be saying uh I love you goodbye cuz it they should be taking those kids I this is this is not safe. I'm also wondering about the mechanics of it. Like how tall is this 8-year-old to be able to see over the dashboard and then also for his feet to reach the um the pedals. I I and I I don't even know how again I don't know how to do this because I can't believe an 8-year-old was driving on roads like actually, you know what I mean? Like she and she's knocked out. She's They need to investigate because this is the a big red flag. Like what else are your kids having to go through? >> You've been driving like that? >> I guess for uh 10 minutes. >> Oh my god. Get in. >> He cool. He cool right here. >> He put in that park and everything. >> Mhm. >> What's your name? >> Son, get in right now. >> She's an idiot. This woman. Yes. She is an idiot. >> Son, get in. >> Correction. >> You can bring me up. Pick me up. 70. >> Come on. For real. >> Are you cool? He cool. Beat him up. >> He protecting you. He was >> making sure you all right. Where were you driving her to? >> To Venice. I I'm in a whole different place. >> Venice. You can't drive across the bridge. >> Can I go over to my >> Well, you won't EMS check you out first. You probably can't drive either. >> I probably can't drive. >> Yeah, you probably can't drive. You kind of out of it. He said you fell. So, I'm assuming you hit your head. Now, maybe at some point it ran through the officer's minds that maybe Lata was experiencing some medical emergency and her 8-year-old tried to step into action. Or was there another explanation? >> What do you remember? How you getting in this back seat? >> Um, I was on my way home. Um I do remember that um I did was follow at at a certain point. >> Mhm. >> But before I ain't been followed at this point. >> You said followed. >> I I had somebody following me. >> Okay. like u um and they were with you the whole time. The children >> Where are you coming from? >> Huh? >> I'm coming from East St. Louis. >> East St. Louis. Man, you got a little road rash right there. >> I'm going to have to get out there. >> You said what? >> I'm going have to get out of there. >> Wait for EMS to come check it out. Like I said, >> can you call somebody in the meantime? >> I probably can >> call somebody >> if I can. Can I drive away from you? >> You can't drive. >> I can't. Why not? >> Can't drive. >> Why not? Because if he was driving something wrong, >> you know what I'm saying? Did you try to call somebody? >> I can't drive away from her either. >> Say what? >> I said I can't drive away from her either. >> Oh, you can't. Not in the condition you're in. I can't even have nobody drive for me. >> You got somebody drive for you? Yeah, that's what I'm saying. You call somebody. >> Officers noted in the arrest report there was allegedly a particular smell from Lata's breath when she spoke, leading them to believe she was actually under the influence. >> Yeah. Where did y'all come from? >> Uh >> where did you come from? >> Um I was on my way home to the vessels the B apartments. >> No. Where did you go to I guess have your little drinks and stuff? Were you at somebody else's house? Um, yeah. >> And you had your children with you. And that's what I'm saying. If you got in the back seat and went to sleep and I guess he got in the front seat. >> I didn't go to sleep though. >> That's what we trying to figure out cuz he said you fell. So I'm like, how she get in the car if she got if she fell? I'm I know he couldn't have put her in the car. >> I I didn't fall. I I was well aware. So I promise you I was. >> I'm not going. In the minutes it took to wake her up and then tell her basically cuz she tried to go back to sleep. You were well aware of your surroundings. You never were asleep. >> Beat my kids and do this. >> No, I know. I used to say that. I'm just saying. >> I was on my way home. That's what I'm saying. >> What do I Why so why were you in the back seat though? >> I was I was in in the midst of changing my um kid. Don't get me wrong. I was I was a little intoxicated. But at the end of the day, I I I'm well controlled. >> I'm not complicated to the point where I'm >> what you could drive the car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I promise you. I can go straight home. >> You can't drive. >> Yeah. >> That's why I was telling you you can't drive. You got to have somebody come here because like I said, if you were parked somewhere, if you were changing your little man and you fell asleep, fine. It's the fact that he got in the driver's seat and drove. You know how that looks. Now he's saying, "Well, >> he's saying you fell. We thinking you hit your head. You weren't doing you weren't moving at first to open the door." And I'm like, "Ma'am, you okay then?" You kind of just snoring. But I know what a overdose snore sounds like. That's what you were kind of doing. So, I'm like, "Damn, somebody drugg her or what?" >> He was just in the driver's seat. >> So, things at this point aren't looking too good for Lata, especially after officers learned her 8-year-old son didn't just hop in the driver's seat because he was curious. Lata allegedly told him to drive her home. >> So, what I'm thinking, >> what I'm thinking is >> she was in the back seat just asleep and he probably got in on his own accord. That's not what he said. >> What did he say? >> He said mom told him to drive home. >> Bro, I could believe that, too. >> So, >> does she need medical? >> What's up with her? Is >> she drunk? She drunk? >> Yeah. >> And she he says she told him to drive home >> out to Venice. I mean, I'll I'll do it. We got to go find someone to pick them up. >> She's calling somebody right now. So, believe it. Believe it or not, >> this knows now knows they're back. >> She calling. >> She said she going to cry. I got grandma's number. >> She trying to call her sister now. She calling to call somebody. >> Yeah, but she in D. >> That's what I'm saying. Like it either be that or I was thinking he probably jumped in itself and did it. I'm like, ah, it's a stretch. But if he's saying he probably did, >> I'll do it. What is it? Uh, is it is it a felony or is he missing? >> I mean, he driving. Is she in the back seat? >> We come a long way since I was 12, dude. >> Yeah. I mean, >> I mean, I drove that's how I learned how to drive a stick was driving my dad home from my daughter over in Illinois, but that's in the middle of now St. Louis. >> Not only that, it's he was on his knees. >> Oh, yeah. >> The little one was in the in his seat with no seat belt on. >> Stop right there. And I'm just like, he's dead. They're all like in there just like boppinging. And I'm like, what the >> Yeah. So, if you could I'm going to have to state on this one anyways. So, you guys can figure it out. >> Yeah. >> Cuz I I can't really get around my >> I can't either cuz I'm overthinking >> different time. Like I said, cuz my whole thing is >> I was under assumption he just jumped in there himself, but now it's like she told him, >> "Ma'am, you had an 8-year-old driving. Would you pass down the back seat?" >> Why' they let her get in the driver's seat? Why is she not in handcuffs? Are we contacting CPS? And this is at minimum got to be child endangerment, uh, child neglect. It's got to be something. >> Okay. And then you have a 2-year-old in the back seat unseat belted. >> How'd you get in the back seat? >> 423. She said she'll get somebody out there. She didn't give me an exact ETA though. >> That's clear. Thank you. >> You're welcome. I promise you. >> What's that? >> I promise. I promise you. >> I I never I never would. >> I never would give that. I got you. Like I said, we got if you want, we got time. We'll give you time to make your statement. All right. We don't got to be right now. Let's get you to the hospital so we can get uh we can get you checked out. Make sure you're not, you know, anything serious going on. Okay. You ready? >> You got you got you got you got to you got to understand this. Okay. >> You're you're in our custody. All right. >> Related to your children. So, you're going to have to >> Okay. >> I don't want to leave my baby. >> You're going to have to. You're going 10 ft that way. Okay. Ain't nobody going to be anywhere near your babies besides us. Okay. We We haven't cuffed you. We're trying to be reasonable. All right. But you are under arrest. You understand? >> Law. I got to be away from my baby >> against the law. No, but you have to You're in our custody. You got to do what we're telling you. >> I don't want to go through my boy then. I want to be with my babies and when they get picked up I I leave. That's it. >> Okay. So, you can go in the back of the ambulance or you can go in the back of one of our cars. Okay. >> So, I just got to get locked up like that for my baby. >> You You're going to have to come on. >> I don't want to leave my baby. >> You You don't care. You don't care. Maybe the tears are possibly about to come because you know those handcuffs are coming. You didn't care about your kids. She put her kids in one of the most dangerous predicaments. And then it's like if you're passed out, what adults could um like come into contact with them? And then I wonder when she's drinking at home or whoever, what adults are around her kids while she's completely passed out. She I don't She leaves her babies vulnerable a lot. She's too comfortable with this. The fact that her 8-year-old son thought, "Oh, the responsible thing for me." Well, she he said that she told him to drive and he actually drove. She does this to them all the time. The kids need to be asked some questions. Are you okay? Has anyone ever tried to touch you inappropriately? Have you been, you know what I mean? Like, have you been made to feel uncomfortable around an adult? They need to be asked some questions. >> Got to leave my baby. >> You ain't leaving them. They're going to be right here. >> I'm not leaving them. >> They can't. I am. >> They can't come to jail with you. >> Okay. >> I don't care about being locked up. I'm just going to leave them in this car by the self until my people come get them. Why I got to leave them? >> Come here. >> That That's against the law. I I don't have to leave my kids in this car by yourself. >> Ma'am, >> no. No. >> I'm not leaving my babies in this car by yourself. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Y'all not going to lock me up and leave my babies in my in the car by yourself. James said he's coming. James said he's coming. >> That's wrong. >> Jane said he's coming. >> Talk to him. >> Leave my baby all by yourself. >> I want you to leave by himself. Okay. Not me. >> Yes, they are. >> We We We a police officer. We will not do that. That's number one. James is on the way. You called them. I talked to them on the phone. You forgot. >> My baby's just in the car by the self though. >> We right here. >> They get in the car by the >> We can take them out of the car. Put them in our car. >> I don't care about being locked up. I don't care about none of that. >> Do you still want to go to the hospital? You want to be checked out? >> I want to make sure my baby just take curl. >> That's not what we asked for. >> That's it. >> I want to make sure that my brother got my kids. That's all. >> You said you want to go, >> Ma'am. >> Yes, ma'am. Yes, sir. >> This not This is what I didn't want your children to see. All right. We were going to bring you over there. We were seeing you in the ambulance. Okay. I wasn't going to cuff you. >> Okay. I didn't want them to see this. 411. I just spoke with your body. I rate with me. >> She says third party. >> Do we do we still feel dizzy and stuff? Do we want to go to the hospital? >> St. Clair County or Illinois State that they just got this from someone that he made. >> What are you thinking? >> That's good. I'm probably >> I've been feeling this whole time and I just want to make sure my kid >> is okay. >> I missed the first part. >> Kids will be okay or somebody like waiting will not be left alone at my >> Can can I tell you something? You see what lane of traffic we're in? You see what laying your your car is traveling? All right. If if we didn't get here, you and your kids wouldn't have been safe. This is the safest place for them right now. Tell me all right. She's not in too much trouble. Okay. Mary said she wasn't worried about her babies while she was out cold and her 8-year-old was driving and a three-year-old um wasn't strapped in in the car seat properly. And Jacqueline said, "Those children are self-directed." I agree. That's a great phrase. Self-directed is Yeah, that's wild. And she is making me so mad. I just care about my kids. I just don't want my kids to be by themselves. You don't care. You do not care. This is your mo and you just finally got caught. >> I can't breathe. I got allergies. Sorry. >> It's all right. >> It's hot today. >> You waiting on us? >> My baby. >> I mean, yeah. Just whatever you guys like. >> I'm waiting for her. Would you recommend she goes? >> I guess I always just checked out the name. Oh my gosh. Leave it here. >> I got to put my car. >> Where are we going to put it? We can't leave it here. 25's coming in. >> That could be strike. And then do you have a field booking so I can start that while I'm there? They just went over to the IDs bridge. So >> give it to them. >> You want them to keep it? >> Yeah. >> According to the arrest report, the boy's uncle took custody of them while Latana was transported to the hospital after she was taken to the St. Louis City Justice Center where she was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Online records reveal Latana was later released from custody after posting bond. She later pleaded guilty to her charges in 2025. And in June of that year, she was sentenced to a term of two years of probation. She not to have contact with her children unless she gets permission through a court order. Oh, thank God. Finally. Okay. Okay. So, the kids just didn't go back with her so she could continue to put them in danger. Okay. Thank you. Thank goodness. That's a sorry parent. Sorry. Sorry excuse for a parent. Yeah, she does need to see this video when she's sober. Dean and they still need to please get those children therapy. Please ask them again. Has anybody ever made you feel uncomfortable? Like did you just have you ever felt like you weren't safe? Is all the questions. Ask the kids the questions. Oh my gosh. Okay, so we have this is a we're on our last two. This one is woman transforms inside police station. I'm gonna go ahead and give context because it's well the context I could gather. So it seems like this woman might have been excuse me involved in either a DV incident. Doesn't I don't know I don't know if it necessarily had to do with her boyfriend, but she was involved in a DV incident. The place caught on fire. The fire department wants to investigate everybody that lived in the house on how the fire started. So, she initially was coming down to be interviewed by the police. Apparently, she changed her mind in the middle or she when she got there, she was like, "Oh, I'm tired. I don't want to do the interview." And they were like, "Fine, but the detectives want your phone so they can look go through your phone probably for, you know, to investigate to make sure it wasn't anything showing she had intent to set a fire. Was she part of the fire? That's what I gathered. Um, you may end up gathering that as well, but I wanted to explain that in the beginning because it just starts in the middle for us. So, yeah. So, they want her phone. She can leave. She's free at least. Um, it's I believe it sounded like she was free to leave even if she didn't want to do the interview, but she had to leave her phone behind. >> Responded to a domestic call at a home, but the real chaos erupted later inside the police station lobby. >> All right. Are you Who your phone with? So, we're going to have to seize your phone. So, go a and hang up. >> Seize my phone for what? Go >> ahead. Go ahead and hang up. >> Why? >> Go ahead and hang up. >> They want to seize my phone, but I'm not under arrest for it. >> You're not under arrest, but your phone's going to be seized. >> Um, no. >> We're going to You're going to hang up the phone. >> Um, seize my phone, but I'm not in custody. >> So, three of them all around me for a second. >> You You listen for a second. So, the fire is going to be under investigation. >> That's fine. >> Okay. And we're going to seize your phone. >> Why? Because we are because the fire is under investigation. >> I need to know what my phone >> So you can hand me the phone or I can take the phone. >> But I need to know what my phone's been. They're not telling me a reason why my phone >> I just I just did. >> But you said it's under investigation which I >> So So listen to me. The fire >> her phone. >> So the fire is going to be under investigation and your phone's going to be seized. >> Is she? >> Yes. Everybody's phone's being seized. >> Do I need to bring an attorney and don't talk to anybody? >> Oh no. Because you never you never told me that my phone would be seized when I got here. She didn't tell me. >> Okay. And when I and when I got here, the detective wasn't here. We were waiting for the detective. So, the detective is going to seize your phone. >> No one told me any of this. >> Okay. >> You told me that you were about to take me home. >> Okay. So, I'm not going to sit here and argue with you. So, you can hang up you can hang up your the phone with and I can take you home. Yep. >> No, they're not taking my phone and letting me leave. I don't know what I'm going to It's 3. It's 3:00 a.m. I can't go without >> All right. They said, "You're not under arrest. We are seizing your phone. After you give me the phone, we'll take you home." So, she has a ride back home. I guess she doesn't I guess she got dropped off there. They just want the phone. And they're not going to keep it long. I can't imagine they going to keep it that long for the fire investigation. I I really can't imagine them doing that. Like, usually it's when it's like, "Okay, you don't want to give us your password. It's going to take time for us to go ahead and do that, then, you know, extract what they need." But they say like it takes like hours to get everything they need. She wouldn't be without it for long. >> My phone. >> Well, how is she going to go? >> Where? Where am I going to go without my phone? If I do the interview, >> that's not that's up to you. >> No, you're not doing the interview. >> Well, if I do the interview, can >> you can go do the You can go do the interview, but your phone's going to currently be seized. >> Can I talk to him first? Can he come down here? Cuz >> Nope, we're we're not going to do that. So, you can hang up the phone or I'm going to take the phone. That's how this is going to work. Oh, absolutely not. So, >> she said hang up the phone and they're going to take the phone cuz at this point I'm being threatened. >> It's not a threat. I've asked you several times and you're just going to go back and forth with me. >> Reason as to why my is being taken. >> So, the fire is going to be under investigation by the fire department. So, stop. Stop. Don't interrupt me. >> What to do with my advice? >> So, don't interrupt me. The fire is going to be under investigation. >> Don't ever tell me not to interrupt you and it's gone. >> So, the phone's going to be seized. So, in a second, I want to take it. >> I'm asking you. I'm for a reason. I'm not being rebuttal. I'm asking you a reason. >> So if you would like to talk to the detective, you can. >> Why is my phone being seized? >> If you would like to talk to the detective that is seizing it, you can. Do you wish to talk to him? >> Yeah. But >> do you want to give an interview? >> No. I wanted to ask him why my phone's being seized cuz she said she could take me home but without my phone. That doesn't make sense. It It sounds like >> So are you going to talk to the detective? >> No. I need I need everyone to come and tell me why my phone's being seized because no one told me this until right now. >> Okay. >> This second. So >> because it seems like >> the question So the question >> it seems like he's being petty cuz he woke up and I won't do the interview. >> So this was >> So the question So the question is are you going to talk to the detective? >> As a matter of fact, are you recording this? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Are you going to talk to the detective and provide an interview? Yes or no? >> Is that with or without the phone? >> Without the phone. The phone's being seized. Are you talking to the detective or no? >> The phone be >> I don't know that my That's not my question. I need an answer for that before I get >> So the question is, are you going to provide an interview? >> No. >> No. Okay. Go ahead. Hand me the phone. >> I have to know if my phone is. >> Go ahead. Hand me the phone. >> Do not. >> Okay. Push your legs out. >> Stop. Relax. Relax. >> I'm not letting go. I promise. >> Dang. It's not as clear, but y'all, she has a death grip on her phone and her toes have a death grip on those sandals. And my joy my piece. I was looking at her sandals yesterday and I was wondering about that. I was like, "What style is that?" My joy, my peace said she has on prison shower shoes. >> Relax. >> Mom, I'm not letting go. >> We just want your phone. That's >> We just want your phone. >> Are you trying to give me enough protection? >> Got me. >> Stop picking. >> Stop picking. >> Mom trying to get me. >> Give me your hand. Give me your hand. Give me your hand. Give me your hand. >> Turn her to that way. >> This way toward me. >> Give me. >> Give me your hand. >> Which way you roll? >> Give me your hand. >> I almost >> I'm going to keep doing the pressure point until you let go. Let go. Got this hand. >> Release your hand. >> Release your other hand. Release your other hand. >> I got her elbow out. >> Right here. >> I got her. >> She got this. >> Who has cuffs? >> Cuffs. >> Cuffs. >> Okay. >> Watch out, Montgomery. Relax. >> I got it. >> Oh my god. Y'all put me in cuffs now. >> No. I'm not under arrest. >> Relax your arm. >> Are under arrest. You are under arrest. Relax your arms. >> Under arrest for what? >> You know on a second third. >> No. >> Oh my god. I'm >> I'm piling the cases off this floor. >> Let me move. >> You all have no right. I came down here willingly because you're a black. >> Get up. >> Hold on. >> I want you to think about how you're throwing another black woman. >> Okay. >> Where you going? >> Relax. Relax. >> Relax. You just put me in handcuffs and I came down here willingly. Daniel here. >> Hold on. Let me talk about >> I came down here willingly. >> I hate how they skip to the middle of the story. You were not She was not under arrest until she tried to fight them when they said, "We are seizing your phone." You're not under arrest because you didn't want to give an interview tonight. They asked her to come down. She did want to or she was willing to give one at first. She didn't want to. Fine. That's fine. They said, "We'll get the the female officer said, "We'll give you a ride home, but we got to keep the phone." But she skips to, "Oh, I can't believe a black woman's doing this to me. Y'all just y'all are doing this cuz I won't interview." No, they're not doing this cuz you won't interview. You were still free. >> Get off of me. Nope. Relax. >> Stay down. >> Get me off the block. Relax. >> Stay down. Why am I on the floor? >> All right. Okay. We're going to roll this way. Ready? >> Why are you pinning me on the floor? >> We're going to get you up. Relax. Relax. >> Pin me up like I'm a human. We're going left. We're going my way. Roll my way. Roll my way. >> All right. Stand up. Get Go to your knees, Taylor. And y'all just okay with this? All of y'all. And you a black woman. You are a black African-Amean woman. All right. Is that our property? >> Where's the phone at? >> You're black. >> What kind of it? >> All right. We're going this way. >> They're white. I expect them from them. They're black, dude. >> Okay. You also kicked me in the head. So, >> you also I came out here willingly cuz I trusted you and look at what you're doing. >> Are you willing to provide a statement or no? >> What does that mean? >> Are you going to talk? >> So, now she could have a felony cuz she done kicked the officer in the head from no handcuffs to felony. And I'm with you, Lon. She got something in that phone she don't want them to see. >> To me, if we go back there or not, >> you are forcing me to. >> I'm asking you if you're going to But you're forcing me to. >> I can't force you to talk. >> You're taking my items. >> I'm seizing this for now. Yes. >> What does that mean? >> You want to provide a statement? >> My detective. I need to talk to her. I need an attorney present. >> You can. You can. Okay. >> I need a lawyer. >> You can take her to jail. >> All right. Take me to Where's her property? >> Whatever charges you guys have. >> You have resisting an aggravated battery of a police officer. >> Oh my god. Okay. Okay, I'll do the interview. >> You still have the charges. >> I didn't aggravate you. You assaulted me. >> Okay, so relax. >> You assaulted me. I'm 18 years old and you assaulted me. >> And see, that's exactly why you should just not do stuff when you don't even know what's going on. She's hearing aggravated battery and she said, "I didn't aggravate you." That's not what the aggravated part of battery is. So yeah, that's why you people uh should take and then she was on the phone with her mom. Her mom can only say so much and she can't control her. But I just feel like her mom wasn't saying anything when she said, "Are you recording this?" Her mom was or whoever was on the phone was like, "Yeah, why can't you tell her?" But you need to just give them your phone though. Like this is not worth it. Now you have a at least one felony now and you have resisting and then if you did something that causes fire, you also don't have that to deal with. It's a it's just it's too much. >> Of course I'm aggravated. I I wasn't resisting arrest. You didn't say that I was under arrest. >> Is this the back of your earring? >> Are you arrest? Are you putting something on my record? You're being arrested. I asked you. So listen, don't I asked you to provide your phone and you refused. Okay. When you refused, >> you didn't give me a reason. >> So nope. I said your phone was being seized. >> You said you never gave me the reason. >> Don't interrupt me. I said your phone was being seized. >> I asked you the reason. >> I trusted you. That's why I came. >> Is comprehension really this low with people? The officer said for the investigation and she asked, "Is everyone's phone going to be seized?" And she named a specific person. and they bleeped their name out and the officer said, "Yes, their phones are coming. Their phones are being seized as well. They gave you the reason. There was a fire. They have to investigate." I think she That's when I think she even brought up the fire chief or the fire department or whatever. >> Your phone. Okay. Then we took your phone. >> I came here with officers. >> You're going to jail. >> I kicked you off because you all were manhandling me. I couldn't move. I >> Yeah, we don't really kick police officers, but >> I was scared. Hello. You would do the same thing. Cuffs still have to be double locked. If they weren't double locked, then back then >> they weren't. Go ahead and double lock them. Double lock them. I can't move. Are you guys serious right now? >> How are you going to do this to me? I'm like, >> bro, I just got out of high school and you are scaring me. >> Need to transport her. >> Do you mind? >> Yes, or you don't mind talking. >> I'm just doing paper, but I'm not visiting. I'm >> Yes, you do. >> Yes. >> Okay. It's not going to affect any charges they have on you. >> Okay, then just Just what is happening right now? I came down here cuz I thought I was doing an interview. Why am I in cuffs? >> I'd like to still interview you. That's not >> But why am I in cuffs? I'm scared. Why are you all touching me? Why is my stuff being seized? You told me I was coming here for an interview. I came here under false pretenses. That is a case itself. >> Do you want to go back and talk or not? >> There will be three cases filed in the morning. I promise you. >> Yes or no? You want to go back? >> Let's go. Let's go to the cage jail. Wherever we're going, I need to make a call. I get one call. I know that much. >> Okay. >> I get one call. I know that much. >> Have two people going. >> Do you want to go with him? >> You have something or no? >> I just charges for this. >> No. >> No. >> You resisting aggravated battery? >> I I resisted because you gave me no reason. You cannot search me or take my items with giving me no reason. So that you have a case for and it wasn't aggravated assault. It's called defending myself when I feel that I'm in harm's way. And that's the situation that you put me in because I thought I was coming for an interview. And now I'm in handcuffs without a phone. >> No. I patted her down. I'll search her right now. Right here. >> Why would you lie to me? >> I didn't lie to you. >> You did? >> Okay. This part was really awkward to me because they're putting her in the front seat. So, yes, when you're like, if you see like, is she in the front? She's in the front seat. It was weird. >> I did not lie to you. >> You told me he was here when we got here. You told me I was doing an interview and you would take me home. Why are you treating me like I'm a criminal? There was a fire at my house. >> Correct. And that's what you were here for the interview, you said. >> So, stop yelling. Okay, I'm going to talk to you. You said you were here for an interview, right? >> Our detectives come in from Bloomington. I don't know how long it takes them to get here. I gave you >> I wasn't mad at you. I told you that. >> I know that. You said you did no longer want to do that interview, right? >> No, cuz I'm tired. I said I won't be of much help right now. >> Correct. So, that's why you went to the lobby. I was going to take you home. >> Right. >> At that point, the officer wanted your phone seized. >> You didn't say that. You said he wanted my phone confiscated. You didn't give me that specific reason, ma'am. >> Cuz you were yelling at me for about 5 minutes. So >> because you I wasn't understanding and I'm asking >> that's the same question. >> I asked you the same question multiple times and you did not answer me. >> Put your knees in. >> You didn't answer me one time. >> That doesn't matter to you and I'm sitting here talking to you. >> I tried to talk to you and reason with you. >> You weren't reasoning with me and you were just telling me. >> You were just telling me and I'm asking you questions like a human being >> and you're smiling. This is funny to you. How do you do this and you're okay with it? >> When do I get my call? >> We're going straight to the police department or straight to the jail right now. >> And that's when I get my call. >> Sure. >> Why do I have on cuffs? >> Cuz you're under arrest. >> What am I under arrest for? >> I told you. Remember? >> Aggravated assault. >> Aggravated battery. >> It wasn't aggravated battery. It was rested because it wasn't explained. >> Okay. >> Those charges get dropped. You know that, right? >> Um I don't make that determination. The uh >> Why do y'all talk to people like they're not humans when they're in cuffs? >> Hey, stop. >> Can you put that on my lips? They're dry. >> Um not right now. >> Can you like lift it up then? >> It's a 5minute ride. We'll be down to the jail. Okay. My I'm still going to be handcuffed though. >> Yeah. What? >> You got to be on the other side. I got you. >> You said I'm still going to be handcuffed, >> right? Until we get down to the jail. >> Is that when I get on handcuffed? >> Yep. >> The woman was arrested and charged with aggravated battery of a peace officer and resisting a peace officer. See, the charges all came from the not giving up the phone. Like, that's so dumb. Oh, we She gonna have a hard life if she don't get it together. This is stupid. And in this one, she looks more mature and in the face. And she's also going to continue to have a hard life. I can't remember. I can't remember what she did like why she got pulled over, but we'll see. Um I think she got pulled over. It says entitled woman thinks she knows the law better than police. This is our last law. This Tik Tok lawyer think the laws don't apply to her. >> Hey, good morning. How are you? I'm officer sick for a police. Reason I pulled you over is because of window tint and there's not a readable license plate that's in the back. So, that one that's in the back window over here, you can't read it. It's got to be affixed to the back of the vehicle. Well, yeah, you can read it once you're up on it, but the state of Ohio's law requires that it's affixed to the back of the vehicle where the plate's supposed to go. It can't be obstructed through the tinted window. Okay. >> Well, that's not what I'm >> Okay. I can write you the site and you can argue it in court if you'd like to. >> Okay. Are you the registered owner of the vehicle? Do you have a valid driver's license? You have insurance on the vehicle? >> Okay. Do you have insurance for you as a person? Where are you headed to this morning? >> Where's work? >> Where are you coming from? >> All right. While you look for that, I'll be right back. >> All right. It You're suspended since it it looks like it looks like from about a year ago that you've been suspended. Okay, you are suspended. So, I need you to shut the vehicle off for me. >> Put your hands up on the steering wheel. Why are you opening my door? >> Because you're getting out of the vehicle. >> Why you opening my door? >> Because you are under arrest. Okay. >> For what? What is you arresting me for? >> Driving under suspect. >> Okay. I didn't know it was suspended. >> Give me your left hand. >> I didn't know it was suspended. >> Give me your left hand. >> They're arresting me now. >> All right. Step out. >> Yeah, cuz I I didn't know it was my license was suspended. >> Step out. >> Can you please call my job and call Jack? >> Can you please step out? >> Hey, I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. >> Come on, ma'am. >> Ma'am, step out of the car. >> It's It's um >> Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car now. Get out of the car. >> Y'all can't be doing that. >> Get out of the car. >> You literally just told me I was going to jail. So, what the [ __ ] do you mean? >> Hey, are you going to get out of the car? >> Get off of me. >> Are you going to get out of me? >> Get out of the car. >> Get off of me. I can't do anything. Wow. >> Can you please me? You were hurting me. >> Stop. >> Wow. >> Now >> I'm telling you, you hurting me and look how you doing me. Like how you please call mama. Mom, >> let's walk back to the car. You now have you now you now you now have another charge of obstructing. Okay. How? >> Because we g we gave you plenty of opportunities. >> Cuz I'm talking cuz I'm talking, >> man. You were given multiple lawful orders to exit the vehicle. >> What the? You always want some [ __ ] Always. When a mother black, you always want some [ __ ] every time. It never fails. And I'm pretty sure you looked up his name and that's the reason you pulled me over. Racisters. I'm going hell. You don't have to keep pulling on a goddamn handcuff. He's for real. You don't do what you want. >> I do. I definitely >> All y'all do is harmful as Don't y'all have enough cases on y'alling hands to be aggressive with somebody like that? Be for real. Y'all acting cops be too cocky for me. You can't do what you want. It's I can by law. Like for real. Do you not know your rights, love? Like come on now. >> No, your rights ended when when you are a suspended driver and you're operating a vehicle on the street. >> Attorney, not you, love. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. If you're going to keep making >> I would like to talk to my attorney, not you. >> I'm not asking you any questions. >> Leave me alone. Stop talking to me then. Stop talking. Period. I don't want to hear your voice. >> Going through my car. You're not even allowed to go through my car, bro. >> Like, you're breaking so many of my rights. This is crazy. >> Taking me to jail cuz I didn't know that my license was a >> I hope you was recording too. I hope your body cam was on. >> Cuz y'all have a real tendency of turning them off. >> Sir, are you able to call the owner of the vehicle so he can come get it? >> How? Why is it being told? >> Uh because you are a suspended driver. >> Okay. I just told you I didn't know I was suspended. This not making sense. I literally done paid. >> Oh my god, this [ __ ] is crazy. Every time I turn around, y'all trying to get some money out of a motherucker. I just paid my insurance and turned it into the BMW. Like, are you kidding me? >> Turned it into the BMW? You mean the DMV? Hold on. Hold on. She said, "I just paid my insurance and turned it into the BMW." Oh my god. Okay, ma'am. Um, yeah, if you're going to be a butt, towing is a lot of it's at the discretion of the police officer. And when you act like that, they they're going to go with towe. It's only some that like I don't know, they their hearts be soft and they'll still be like, "Okay, if you can get somebody to come get it." But most times it's going to get towed based on how you act. >> Yep. >> We have to tow it. Why? >> Because she's driving with a suspended license. >> So it has to be no matter what. >> Yeah. >> She has to go to jail. >> Yes. Because she resisted. >> Okay. So, when she was lawfully ordered to exit the vehicle, she refused to. >> Well, can I at least get her boyfriend's number so I can tell her we can? >> No, we're not going to let you use her. Sorry, man. >> Not her phone. Her give me >> No, we're not going to let you guys talk to her just because of how she's acting. >> We We could have made this real simple and real easy. Had she would have got a ticket, we would have towed the car and we probably would have sent her. >> Yeah, but I need to contact her boyfriend so I can get >> She'll be able to call. Who's the car registered to? >> Uh, it's either her boyfriend or her. her boyfriend. If it's to her, she's the only one that can >> I'm pretty sure it's her boyfriend cuz uh he had this up for a while. >> Okay. All right. Yeah. No, she'll be able to get a hold of him once she gets in and let him know everything. >> So, she's getting taken to the county. >> Yeah. Unfortunately, >> I look man, I get it. She's having a bad morning, but she turned something that could have been easy into a lot more than anything. >> Well, I told her to calm down, but uh I don't know. I guess I'll figure it out. >> Yeah. All right, guys. He turned my phone off. Why? >> I didn't. >> He did? Why? >> Uh, I'm not too sure. >> Can you ask him to turn it back on? >> No, you're under arrest. >> Okay, that doesn't make no difference. I'm allowed to make a phone call. Like, what? >> Not allowed to. >> But I am. >> You are not. >> But I am like, what is in my right that I'm at least allowed to make one phone call? Like, what the heck? >> I'm not watching YouTube. I know my rights. I read, love, >> you you can you can make your phone call when you get to the county jail. >> Uh, no. I'm allowed to make my phone call whenever I decide to. You're you allowed to provide me a phone to make my phone call as soon as you >> No, that's so wrong. And that's weird. I need people to do more reading, more paying attention because if you're going to be this insistent as if you know the law, you need to actually familiarize yourself at least with your local law. No, that No. I How did you get that? Not even TV shows that cuz a lot of people, you know, they, you know, we get stuff from seeing it repetitively on our law and orders and all that stuff. Nobody has ever said that. >> Put these handcuffs on me and I'm under arrest. That is the law. >> It's not. >> It is like it's literally under Never mind. Let me be quiet till I get to my attorney cuz Oh, I can't wait. I can't wait. I'm pretty sure y'all didn't read your [ __ ] Y'all get through a fast ass training. Shoot to kill, right? I wonder do the defense attorneys that they do end up calling if they can afford one because most times it seems like once they get to uh to jail they just plead no contest or guilty and it's a public defender but they always got a lawyer on speed dial when they talking in the back of the police car. But I wonder do defense attorneys be like, "Oh, this is easy money. I know I can't get her off, but she's so insistent that she's right. She's still going to pay a lawyer. might as well be me and just go ahead and submit her her argument and be done with it cuz either way I'm going to get paid. I really do wonder that my down time I read a lot, baby. I know a lot. >> Resisted what? Officer, >> look man, >> I'm not trying to be a hard time. I'm at work and I they got >> Okay, so here's what happened. She She's driving with a suspended license. >> Okay, we got I'm get with that in a Okay. The the defense I didn't know is not a defense. Okay. You >> No, no, no. >> No, no, no. I'm saying, but that's what she tried to tell us. We gave her multiple lawful commands to exit the vehicle. She ignored us. So, she's being arrested for obstruction. Okay. >> She's being sent to the county. Unfortunately, we have to tow your car. >> You can't. I mean, you can, but I'm saying you don't have to tow it, man. >> I got to I got my license. >> Listen, you got to talk to him. >> Okay. Cuz I got I got to get back to work. >> Nope. I understand you got to talk to him, but as of right now, your car is being towed. Okay. >> Can I help you, sir? >> How you doing, sir? My name is James Vargas. I'm the owner of this vehicle, sir. >> How are you? >> All right. I heard that my girl got arrested for uh try to explain to the officer. We've been having this problem with sto for a minute now. She every time she pay, I pay I pays it and always seem to come back maybe a month later, a week later, two weeks later, uh she got her license suspended. Why is this keep I don't know why Stow keep doing this. >> Okay, that's something that you have to take up with she has to take up with Stow >> and we've been I promise you we have man and it's becoming a headache. >> This doesn't have anything to do with Stow. It has something to do with the state of Ohio. They mailed her a piece of paper asking for her financial responsibility and she never responded to the financial responsibility. That is why she is suspended. It has nothing to do with the city of Stoke. Well, should we we paying I'm paying the the the Stoke court for the uh >> You might be paying the Stoke court, but the suspension is not under Stoke court. It's under It's under the state of Ohio. Uh he's got it back here in this cruiser, the other cruiser. >> This is exactly why both of them still going through it. He's not listening. The cops said the state of Ohio is not about the sto the sto. And that's not clicking then. Oh my god, I just had one. I was looking at something. Hold on. There was one more thing that was so obvious. Oh, send it certified mail. If you do send it to the right place, send it certified mail. So that way you have proof you sent you sent it. It could help. Not saying it'll solve every problem, but you got to know what level you need to be resolving your issue at and then get keep your proof. >> My vehicle. >> We we have everything in motion here. You can't show up after the fact. If this would have been a simple, hey, you don't have a driver's license. Please call the valid driver that is the owner. You, you come here and grab the vehicle, I more than more than willingly would have given the vehicle to you. She has another offense of obstructing official business because she did not fail or she failed to listen to multiple lawful commands to get out of the vehicle. And once she got out of the vehicle, she resisted in us putting into handcuffs into her. Now, Elena, that's not your time to do things. >> Stop babe. Stop. >> Like, come on now. Stop. Bae. >> So, she is going to jail and the vehicle is being towed. Um, and that is that is how we're going to conduct the business today. >> Are you are you the owner? You're the owner of the vehicle. >> You can go down to the to the police department. You're the only person that's allowed to get this vehicle out of tow. It's going to I think that's Johnny's towing. Um, you'll go down there, get the release, and then go be able to go pick the car up at Johnny's. That is the process that we're we're following. Man, I need you to call my job. >> And what about her? >> They're going to take me to jail >> cuz he's mad cuz I didn't get out the car. >> Can I get her out of jail today? >> Um, that's going to be something that you're going to have to call the Summit County Jail on. We I don't I don't know how their how their stuff works >> for a traffic violation. >> No, it's not a traffic viol. I mean, she's getting cited for the traffic violation. That's what this piece of paper is. But the other piece of paper, this this is for >> this is for obstructing. pulled me out the vehicle. Now I'm obstructing a arrest. Like be for real. >> Talk to her. >> No, >> you literally pulled me out the car. >> Ready to pull up? This is going This is happening here. >> Like you like, come on. Not >> want to talk to her about >> Can you please call my attorney, too? >> Can you please call my attorney in my job because this is ridiculous. He pulled me out the car talking about I'm a resisting arrest. >> You set the time right now. Listen, >> I need my attorney and I need you to call my job. All right. >> Go for my job. >> I'm telling you, my hand is going numb and I can't feel it. Can you please loosen this up? >> Okay, he will. >> I can't feel my hand, babe. >> It hurts. Like, I literally cannot feel it. >> Oh my god, this is crazy. >> This is crazy. If I have to go to the hospital because of this, I swear to God, bro. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I can't feel my hand, babe. I literally can't. >> Listen, listen. The guy is here. They're going to think they don't They going to loosen up right now. They're here. They're right behind you. All right. Now, calm down. Calm down. Calm down. And listen to me. Calm down. No more. No more. >> The woman was arrested and charged with resisting arrest and a suspended license. Drop your opinion in the comment. >> Utter nonsense. Didn't have to go that way. All right, y'all. That was the last one. I will see you maybe by next weekend or you know depending on if something else comes up. But thank you for spending your time with me. My uh my people put in a full shift today. All right y'all. Talk to you later. Bye.
