STOP. STOP. HOLD TRAFFIC. ACCIDENTS ARE UNPREDICTABLE, but we take precautions to reduce the risk. That's why we have laws and safety measures in place. On July 11th, 2023, a tragic incident occurred involving a severe collision with multiple vehicles at an intersection in Washington. The scene was already chaotic with responders aiding the injured. A shirtless man named Carson approached an officer explaining his situation acting like a victim. However, his behavior and story raised suspicions. No. No. No. No. No. I was in this last June. I was involved. I was dizzy. Yes, but Take a breath. I passed one vehicle. I got into Please, no. No. I I I literally I was in a car in the last June. Come over here. Oh my god. Come talk to me over here. Hey guy. Just so you need to know, were you Were you in the Were you in the black car? Yes. Yes. Okay. All right. I just Oh my What's What's happening here? I gave him I don't know if you can see blood or see. Yeah, you Sounds like you did good there. You helped him, right? didn't do good. Here, come here. Come here, CARSON. OH MY GOD. HOW OLD ARE YOU, CARSON? I'm 19 and my life is gone. Where do you live, man? I live in Maple Valley. And my life is gone. Where were you heading to? I was going to Maple Valley. I literally just came from We were driving this way and then this driving. Okay. This truck passed us in a no passing zone quite fast. Very fast. Which way were they coming? They were going that way. both coming this direction. And they had a bunch of cars ahead of them. We did not see the actual accident happen. But as we came over that rise, we saw smoke. So they were behind you initially? Initially, they were behind us about half a mile back. Half a mile back and they passed us in a no passing zone. I passed somebody. And as soon as I got into lane, my my wheel locked. Okay. Locked. It it Like I couldn't do anything. It it just locked. Like And it's got to have Oh my god, my life is gone forever. I I bought it in February. I bought it in February from The name I knew him by was Bubba. I could tell you their exact address. I could leave So you just bought the car. Okay. Were you Were you late? I drank a couple beers at the river, but no, I am I can plausibly stand for myself if that's what you Okay. Were you Were you late or how come you're at the hospital? No, I I I I just got the truck. I just put the shocks in two like literally two days ago. Rancho shocks. I just put them in. Okay. And and regardless of that aspect, I was just trying to just feel the comfort of the ride. And Yeah. Okay. And I did it. You were cruising. You're going to go I I'm in I'm in the wrong, but I don't want to live my life way. If I have to push my life away, I'm going to go away. That's I I I I I don't hate you in any way. I respect Right. But I don't know what the [ __ ] went wrong for it to hang right. Okay. How They're going to ask how fast do you think you were going when the kid was hit? 50. 50? Okay. And then No, I didn't pass freeway limit at all. So you're So you're going this way. Yes, I was coming down this way. Did you crash before or after the kid was hit? No, I I let go. I I I realized it occurred cuz I It was right here in the past. Yes. Yes. Do you know where that I don't know. The car was right here. And then I came into this lane and it as if he came from this house cuz his mother came out immediately. Okay. And she wasn't on a scooter. So I'm assuming this is possibly their house. Okay. And he was kind of agitated. The guy with no shirt? He was somewhat agitated, yeah. Another gentleman here told that you know, he wasn't angry, but he was distressed. And he said the blood on his face was because of the person he was trying to help. And I don't know if they hit that person because they were crossing the street or if they came out of the car. We just saw the body as we walked by. He came out of nowhere. And I mean it's not his fault at all. At all. At all. coming So you're coming this way. Coming this way. Which lane were you in when he was hit? This one. You're in the like the middle I I I came across and then was in this lane. Okay. And it it I don't know which which vehicle It was I don't know. I I I I I don't claim I don't I don't blame guilt. Yeah. The cop then interviewed the witness to gain another perspective and verify the accuracy of Carson's statements. So we were heading down in the Volvo this way. All I kind of saw is um the truck kind of uh hit something in the rear and uh started spinning around and there was a lot of smoke. Earl ended up in the ditch. Fire kind of started and uh me and my friends just pulled over there, ran to uh help people out of the truck. Um There was four people. Uh I think the guy in the green shirt, baseball cap, the shirtless guy, and then his uh I think he he said it was his girlfriend, the the other lady. And then there was also uh an African-American dude who got out of the car as well. He hopped over the fence that way and I think he I mean I don't see him around anymore, but Okay. I don't know who was the driver. Um It sounds like it could have to be the shirtless dude or I don't know if the guy who fly fly cuz he was driving or I don't know. Okay. And and from what I heard it or from what I saw I heard it's on his blood. I I I'm not even going to say. I'm sorry, dude. I tried. He said that he was going about 50 miles an hour when he hit the He just said he's going about 50 when the crash was hit. They might care to know, but No, I'm for sure going to jail cuz No, I'm going to No. No. I'm going to No, I'm done. I'm done. I'm I I I respect you, gentlemen. My name is Carson. But I don't know what the [ __ ] happened to hang it to have it hang right. I passed a vehicle. Yes. I was impulsively passing a vehicle. I don't know what the [ __ ] made it hang right. I'm okay, but I'm Oh my god, I'm saying goodbye cuz That's murder. That's murder. I think we're going to I'm not doing that. No. So So Carson Help me understand. So you're going this way. You You passed the car. Were you still passing the car when the kid stepped out in the road? No, I was fully in this lane. I was I Let's just say Can we do that a little bit? In in the perspective Let's say I passed right there. I passed right here, got into this lane, and something occurred for the truck to not continue in the direction that I had. Okay. So were you Were you still here or were you coming back? No, I was in this lane. Okay. So you're already back. Okay. Yes. So you're You're in the right lane. You You pass. You get back in the right lane. Okay. I Just on the retrospect of me understanding cars just recently cuz this is my my last truck I got in a car accident last June. Okay. I didn't understand the full aspects of a truck. Okay. Maybe I lost the sense of control over the speed. I don't know because it hasn't in the sense in in the recent past in the late past. I've had it since As the case became more complicated, the police continued gathering the missing pieces and questioned Carson about his suspicions. So this is the other car, right? This is you. Did you end up side swiping the car? No. No. Okay. Not in any demeanor. Okay. So what did happen then? I was coming down this way and there was I As I said, two or three cars in front of me. Yes. They were going five under. Right. So you passed them on the left. So impulsively, I passed them on left. There was no immediate difference in the vehicle on the left. There was no car coming. As soon as I got into the right, it just decided to [ __ ] hang. Okay. Okay. So did you hit another car first or the the scooter first? This is This is the As long as I didn't hit him first, this is the only thing I heard I I I thought it was what? Out of the impulse of like It happened. This was the first car I guess that I hit. Okay. But I was on the premise of coming into lane. you fully on the shoulder at the time? No, I was in the middle That's That's what I'm That's what I'm frustrated about. It's cuz I was So were you with friends? Yes, I had my girlfriend in the passenger seat and my two buddies in the back. Yes, they're right on the road if you They're down there. Yes. I I don't know what It happened so quick. I don't know what occurred. It It wouldn't let me turn left. Okay. Um I Like I just came from the river. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So how long were you at the river? 2 hours. 3 hours max. Okay. And we Yes, we drank a couple twisted teas. Like I'm not going to I'm not hiding from that. I know. You're You seem to be very honest with me. I don't know what the [ __ ] occurred in which I just bought it in in February from Bubba. That's That's where I got I have his exact house Is it in your name, man? Yeah, it is in my name, yes. Okay. All right. So do you have the keys on you? They're in the truck. They're They're in the truck. I I got out. I decided Okay. I'm going to leave it where I like I Yeah. Uh I'm I'm done. So I'm done. Did you How many twisted teas do you think you had? Four. Four? Okay. But this is over the span of two, three hours. So do you know what time you started drinking? Roughly? Specifically, no, but Cuz you here 3 hours ago. 2 or 3 hours. Do you know about what time it is right now? He contacted me at 1:30 and then we got together about 2:00 and then headed here about 2:30. Okay. All right. Um around 2:00 2:30. All right. Uh and you drove straight from there to here? Did you make any stops along the way? No, I I came I came from my house in Pebble Creek, Maple Valley, picked up my friend, who is also my coworker. Okay. I don't know what neighborhood and then my friend came We went back to my house. My friend Guam I forget I forget the legal standard of his name. He's Muslim. Came to our house. We drove then drove from here all the way to the Maple Valley house. I don't know the name of that park field or anything. That's where we went and then we were just on the way back from there. That Okay. And then I ruined it. BRO. OH MY GOD. HEY, careful with the ditch. Careful, careful. I'm sorry. I'm So, Carson, other than the alcohol did you like smoke any cannabis? No. No? I mean When was the last time you did? This morning. I I I'm not going to justify any of my actions. It sounds like you're being honest. I I don't want to mislead you. To check Carson's condition, the officer began administering the sobriety test. However, his actions became an issue as he kept getting distracted, making it difficult to evaluate him properly. I I do technically have a prescription glasses for in the sense of driving. For driving? Not necessarily for, but not for driving. I I got them for baseball. Okay. So, when you're driving, you don't need to wear glasses. You can see fine. tell me I need to. Okay. But, in the sense of What's your vision? 20/20 necessarily, but it was very minuscule. Got it. I'm not trying to justify So, were you wearing glasses or No. contacts today? I just came back from the river and I had not worn any contacts or or glasses. Okay. Do you have any medical conditions that would affect your ability to walk or to balance? To an extent, yes. I have metal throughout my spine, right leg, and Yeah. And I know the head doesn't matter, but yes. I see I see your scars, yeah. Yeah. Um I'm not trying to justify I I know you're not. You're just giving me honest answers, right? So, Carson, Bro, I I was in this last year. Um So, when you are like walking, do you walk normally now? To an To an extent, it hurts. I have to lean a little bit, yes. Okay. So, like maybe a little lean from time to time. Okay. All right. So, for this first test, I'm going to put your feet together like they are. Yep. Arms at your sides. Okay. And you're going to stay like this, all right? You're going to follow the top of my pen here with your eyes only and you're going to keep your head still. Do you understand? Yes. Feel free to blink, okay? I I I'm not trying to justify anything. I I know you're not. I know You're You're being I know you're being comfortably I don't Just cross. I had my I'm not trying to justify. I had my errors. I don't know what the went wrong. Yeah. So, you want to put your arms at your side, okay? All right. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Just try to stand straight and you're looking right here. Can you tilt your chin down a little bit? Perfect. Okay. Go up. Go down. When the officer moved on to the next tests, he gave Carson clear instructions. However, Carson still struggled to follow them, resulting in poor performance. I'm going to have you stand in that position until I tell you to begin the test. Do you understand? So, when I tell you to begin, you're going to tilt your head backwards, close your eyes, and think about 30 seconds. Once you've thought about 30 seconds want me to count to 30? It's You're estimating the 30 seconds, okay? So, once you've thought about 30 seconds in your head, you tilt your head back forward, open your eyes, and you'll say stop. Do you understand the task? You do understand the task? Yes. Okay. Not quite yet. Give me a second to get ready. Should my hands be on the side? Yep. So, you can put your hands at your side. Okay? So, you can tilt your head back, close your eyes, and begin. Are you done? Yep. Okay. About 43 or so. How long was that? seconds 30 seconds 30.5 31 Okay. And how did you estimate that? Pretty on the I would say. Okay. How did you estimate that? What do you mean? Like how did you get to 10? Like how did you figure that that was 30? 1 Mississippi Okay. You counted 1 Mississippi until you got to I was learning from day one. Until you got to what? 30 Mississippi Hey. Hey Hey, Rod's calling me. You're okay? Put your arms down. Okay. Um So, you're going to put your feet together. Yep. Arms Arms at your sides. I'll have you stand in that position until I tell you to begin the test. Okay. Do you understand? Do you understand? Yes. Okay. Yes. Okay. I No, it's just there's just a serious situation. Are we in your guys' way? Nope. Okay. So, when I tell you to Please tell me there's a heart machine. They're They're working. They're doing everything they can to help them. I understand that. So, do you have your arms at your sides? Yep. All right. So, when I tell you to begin, you will raise one of your two feet. You will hold your Hold your foot Hang on. You'll hold your foot approximately 6 inches off the ground with your foot parallel to the ground. You'll count 1,001, 1,002, 1,003, and so on until I tell you to stop. Okay. 1 Mississippi You're looking at your toe. 3 Mississippi 4 Mississippi 5 Mississippi 20 Mississippi 21 Mississippi Okay. For Carson, he believed he was fine to drive even though he was drunk. But, when the officer gave him a breath test, the result shocked him. We may have you take it at a later time. Are you willing to consent to the PBT and provide a breath sample? I have nothing to hide. Okay. So, once this turns on, you'll take a deep breath in and then you'll blow into the machine Until it beeps. Until I tell you to stop. Just blow nice and consistently just like you're blowing up a balloon. All right. So, Carson, you ready? All right. So, deep breath in. Deep Yep. And then blow into the two. Keep going. Keep going. Just nice and consistently just like that and you're done. 75, can you log PBT at 0.150? Thank you. Um So, do you live with your parents? Yes, I live with my father. All right. I just want to make sure I have all the information, so as far as any drugs or alcohol, you drank the four-ish Twisted Teas? Yes. Okay. And I casually smoke weed in the sense of I'm I I don't want to I don't want to justify What What time did you smoke weed today? Like in the morning. I took a dab every morning because Like what What time did you finish? 11:30 o'clock 11:30? Yes. Okay. I I'm not trying to justify And how how much do you think you smoked? It was one I don't know how much Like one and a half joint or a bowl or a dab A dab? Yeah. I know what a dab is. Okay. I took one half hit dab. Okay. I I I don't want to sound like I'm justifying anything. It doesn't sound like that to me, man. four years All right. So, So, Carson, right now you're under arrest for DUI, potentially vehicular assault or homicide. So, I can say goodbye, yes? Can I tell my girlfriend the number to call? She She doesn't have a home. Okay. Yeah. Hang on. Tell her I know I understand I I I understand that. Um have a seat. Just want to put this on before I forget. Okay. So, right now you're under arrest for DUI. We're investigating a potential vehicular homicide. I completely understand the DUI. So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you for questioning if you wish. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? Yes. Having these rights in mind, do you wish to talk to us now? I just wish You've already heard what I've I have to say. It It locked right. I I know what that means. Do you Do you feel intoxicated, Carson? No, I perfectly feel okay to drive a vehicle to communicate with my work, to act at work. I'm not trying It just sounds stupid because you're just going to take it as intoxication and justification. I'm I don't know what happened. He locked away. I'm sorry. Can you please give my loved one the number to call? Unfortunately, the 12-year-old juvenile involved in the accident did not survive. When the officer searched the vehicle, they found an illegal firearm. Later, court documents revealed that Carson was driving at 90 mph. Carson was charged with DUI, vehicular homicide, and weapon violation. Now, meet our next suspect, Luke, who presented a horrifying case. On November 9th, 2022, Luke's neighbor made a frantic 911 call reporting that his father appeared badly beaten in the yard. Officers from Flagler County quickly responded to the scene. Luke became agitated, ignoring the officers' lawful commands. The situation quickly grew tense as his behavior turned increasingly hostile. Is there a reason you're not doing that? We're here to talk to you. What's going on? There is a rifle in the master bedroom, but they don't believe it's a handgun. Turn around for me. You want to walk out here and talk some more? Yeah, come on, Luke. Turn around for me. Or go down onto your knees, one way or the other. Either works. Do you have any weapons on you or anything? Can you talk to me? Are you hurt at all? Don't get agitated, all right? We're here to help you. Keep your hands up and go down on As you can see, Luke was not listening. The officers used non-lethal measures to take him into custody. Within seconds, his resistance escalated. Josh, down on your knees, now. Luke, go down onto your knees. JOSH! OW! JOSH! OKAY, OKAY, OKAY. OW! COME ON. OKAY. IS THERE A WEAPON IN THERE? I CAN'T DO ANYTHING NOW. I CAN DO EVERYTHING NOW. JOSH! I'M DYING. NO, I DON'T WANT TO DIE. [ __ ] JOSH! JOSH, DOWN NOW! PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. DO IT NOW. WE'RE NOT PLAYING WITH YOU. LUKE, COME ON. STOP FIGHTING. STOP FIGHTING. WE'RE ALL WRAPPED IN THE COURSE OF TIME. Another unit rushed in to check on Luke's grandfather and found the elderly man lying down. Male secured, clear from that. Are you good? I think he's heavily injured. He is that heavily injured. Check pulse, check vitals. 221, it appears he's going to be deadly. 221, no pulse. Call time of death. Luke arrived at the sheriff's office for questioning. Feeling uncomfortable in handcuffs. However, due to his history of causing trouble, cops decided to keep his hands cuffed behind his back. Okay. All right, that's fine. I'm Josh. I don't know you. Hi. Can I get that? Okay. We just met you today, too. I met you today. Just met. You don't remember that downstairs? No, we met a year ago. Really? Yeah. No. he was asked us to adjust his cuffs measure and we can try to adjust your cuffs a little bit, okay? I would love to adjust my cuffs. Um, we could put them in the front for you if you're okay with that. Feel a little more comfortable, right? No, never mind. Just leave them out back to adjust them a little bit and this way they won't be so tight Luke. I don't, you know, I want you to be comfortable. I don't want you to be uncomfortable, that's for sure. Yeah, all right. Sit tight. Don't don't move. Don't move that. We're just going to We're going to make this a little bit more comfortable. Make this comfortable for you, bud. Okay? That way we won't have to bend your arm like that next time to reach it. Okay, hold on, bud. Hold on for me. Got more space in the cuffs, got you out of the car. You're doing much better in here. Give me a little bit of light on that. There we go. Thank you. How's that? Feel a little better? A little bit better? Awesome. It's a little bit better. Would you mind just taking a seat and hanging out for a minute? That'd be awesome. A few moments later, Luke began acting strangely and growing upset. Somehow he managed to move his cuffs and the police became concerned that he might make things worse. Luke. Can you hear me? I need you to pick one of these chairs, okay? There's a chair. I don't appreciate you taking a stance in front of me. Stop. Luke. Stop doing that. Please. Just sit tight. If you just If you keep walking up, it's going to it's going to happen. You need to take a deep breath. I don't want to. Paul, can you get him on an ankle and move him to the front and tuck them in tight? Cuz I don't want the handcuffs coming undone and having a weapon. Stop. Stop. You need to stop, Luke. Deep breath. Relax, Luke. Take deep breaths. Calm down, all right? Once Once you're calm, we'll put you back up, all right? No, no, we need to handcuff him behind his back so he can sit up and breathe better. So, once those are Can we cuff him tight? Don't think that's a good idea. For the officers, the immediate priority was to restrain Luke and you'd be surprised at how many officers were needed to gain control of him. Relax. I need I need this hand Don't push him in too much here. I need this hand Hold on a second. Hold on a second. Hold on a second. Okay, so you're good. Relax, pal. So, camera. SO, this key you have Who else going to have control of this arm? You got this arm. But you got to realize he's going to have two cuffs on him from it. So, make sure you both have control of that arm. You will have control of this arm, but then we also need a pair of cuffs on him to release here. Take a deep breath, buddy. Relax. If you relax, you relax, it'll stop hurting. What is your name? Luke. Luke. You okay? Huh? You okay? Okay. All right. Cuffs are double locked? Okay. All right. All right, camera camera Hold on hold on hold on hold on hold on hold on. Two, THREE. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT, SO LIFT AND GO THIS WAY. YEAH, ONE, TWO, THREE. There you go. Relax, Luke. Relax. That comes up easy. All right, again. No, no, I know they're out. Oh, okay. Okay, well, real quick, we have a warrant, a search warrant. When the police explained the DNA test procedure, Deondre became upset and refused, saying he didn't feel safe. Although the test was necessary before sending him to jail, his behavior made the process more difficult. So, basically it states that it is I'm not giving my Okay, put it in my mouth. Listen. I want to talk to actually a court a court and a lawyer and I'll talk to you guys. That doesn't That doesn't apply It doesn't It doesn't apply for the search warrant. Your lawyer does not need to be present for the search warrant. I want to talk to a lawyer. I want to talk to actually an attorney. I want to talk to someone I actually feel safe with cuz you don't make me feel safe. I feel like you're just trying to get things off of me. Well, If we want to get physical, we can cuz I don't feel like I feel safe in here with you guys. Okay. I want to talk to actually a legal attorney about this. You That's all I'm going to talk about. That's it. That's it. That's all I'm saying. Okay. anything to me. Well, listen to me real quick, okay? I'm going to explain it as best as I can. You could get to your attorney a lot quicker if you just cooperate with us, okay? You don't have a choice in the DNA, okay? There's The judge signed off a warrant, so we are going to get that. my lawyer. That's all I'm going to talk to. A judge, I'll talk to anybody. be able to late for you to talk to a lawyer. A lawyer You'll already You'll be able to want to act like you did this already. I don't believe it. I don't believe you talked to a lawyer already. That's what I think. Well, that's what we're trying to explain to you right now. You won't You won't let us talk to you, so I don't want to talk to you unless I have legal advice by me. That's the whole problem and you won't understand that [ __ ] That's fine. You don't need to speak with us. We just We just need to collect this, okay? to you exactly. We just need to collect a couple of things. I don't want to speak to you guys. So, how do you want to do this with the with the swab? So, what other option here, sir, if you're not going to give us a buccal swab, which is basically just a swab of your mouth? We may have to take you to the hospital and do a blood draw. So, one way or another, we're going to execute this. Well, then hurry up cuz you're going to get my Right here. Listen. Hurry up and take me to the hospital. Hurry up. Part of this warrant Hurry up and take me to the hospital then. Hurry up. Hurry up and take me to the hospital. Deondre was charged with second-degree murder and two counts of battery on an officer. On May 13th, 2020, at a hotel where Jewada Ali, along with co-defendants Asia Boone and Anthony Sermon Gighton, robbed and murdered Al Halega. Officers were called when a hotel employee noticed that Al Halega had not been seen for 5 days. The cops came and began searching the rooms for any clues, carefully examining every corner to gather information. You got something? No, I was in there. I was making sure it wasn't anything else. Is your lock? Yeah. soft Smells like perfume. Think? Is that a receipt? Yeah, it's Walmart. For what date? Uh I don't know. February 29th. Been a while. But It's been a while. Did that have a touch? It's like Christmas stuff. Or elderly circle perfume. Yes, I know. Which one? 401 Uh I remember that room. It's toilet. Anything in the bowl? Nope. Later on, May 29th, Ali went to the police station to return some of the stolen items, including Al Halega's debit card. He tried to convince the officers. Let's see how it turned out. Yeah, what were you going to bring it to me? No, just if they have to get in touch with you or if we can't call you, then well, you know, we'll we'll come they'll come knock on your door or what we'll find you wherever we can find you. Uh Is everything um is everything getting an inventory of what was So, what what will happen is you'll when you get your property, there'll be an inventory of what you're getting and you'll sign for what you're getting. So, if there's anything missing at that point, that's What should I sign for when I get Just your shoes. So, you sign for what we give back to you. You're not signing for what we're taking at this point, all right? Not a phone and the ID. So, that that was the other issue the county gave me. What about the phone? So, the the the I guess the phones and stuff like that, they're going to you're going to have to prove that they're What is because there's no like you know what I mean? I can't about the phone? So, like Like if What like PIN? If you have the PIN Yeah, to the phone. can give it back to you. You have the PIN for them? What what's that? What the PIN to the phone? Well, I don't know. Okay, I'll tell them like if that's what they want to the cab driver. You know, we'll fix This gentleman here, I had him the guy drove me over to the cab driver. Right. And I had the, you know, the debit card and the money and the belongings. So, I thought I was going to give it back to you or him. So, now here it is sitting. I can't give it back to you, unfortunately, right now. Okay. You got anything in there? I don't have anything. Listen, if you don't have it, why are you telling me you should have it? I thought he was giving me the No, you should tell me I don't have any money, okay? I'm sorry, man. We'll do this way for another hour. Yeah, I know. I'm You you It's an inconvenience for me, too, bro. Yeah, you know. You know what your pocket have. I know what my pocket have. Yeah, I don't have I don't know I knew I didn't Okay, when you called me, you told me I don't have anything, right? You said I go there, I give it to you. You told me that. Okay, I'll give it to you. I thought I was getting my phone I was there 2 hours, man, for nothing. Come on, man. This is an inconvenience for you. be know, you know. We mature. I'm trying to tell you. What trying? What's going on trying? Well You see how many calls I'm two calls is missing here. Okay. It's business, brother. This is the time. man. I know. I'm thinking I was going to get my stuff together. man. So, I can't help that. Again, you don't want to give me the passcode, that's fine, but I don't know if it'll help speed it up or not, but um that that's probably what they're going to require. From you? I can tell them I'm like, look, he gave me the password. If if if it works, then they'll be like, all right. Cuz I don't want them to go in Well, they're probably going to need this to to to unlock it. So, Yeah. so to see it's yours. So, that's Yeah, but if I'm not there and they go in it, you know, I'm Well, if they go in it without you there and they don't have any kind of search warrant, that's an illegal search. So, It doesn't matter. Yeah, so just give write the PIN down. I'm just trying to figure out what it is. This to do. You caught me in the hotel. No, no, but so if they're not invest So, you got to understand. So, say usually these things don't go to trial, but say you get charged with like an indictable crime, right? You get charged. an indictable? It it could be. It's not. But not now. But it can they can bump it up to a charge that is indictable. Okay. All right? Because what happened is you were in the room you're not supposed to be in the room. It could be a higher level charge, which is considered indictable. So, what happened is it's not necessarily the investigation's kind of done. You're you know, you were in there, they caught you, you went back, they caught you again. There's the issues, right? So, that's what we that's what they have right now. But what it is is now they they keep that stuff as evidence. So, if you do get charged now, if it does go to trial and there's no like plea deal or any or doesn't or doesn't and it makes it through grand jury, then they need that to go to trial with the, you know, for that reason. It's rarely ever happens to go to trial, but it's like one of those things that if they gave it back to you now and say they're like, oh, you know what? The say the hotel now really presses the issue, not that they are. Now they're like, all right, we want this to go to trial now and they're like, crap, we just gave all the stuff back and it might be a part of the part of the thing. And that's where we're Ali was charged with murder, kidnapping, robbery, conspiracy, credit card theft, wrongful impersonation, and desecration of human remains. Anthony was charged with possession of stolen property, identity theft, and theft by deception. Asia Boone was charged with conspiracy. On August 2nd, 2024, officers from multiple divisions of the criminal investigation department worked together in a coordinated effort to arrest the drug dealer in Miami. I don't have my iPhone on me. It's in the Tap four located is actually a McDonald's, man. Can somebody with a uh camera come back here? Gloves. Sergeant gets if you can do that. With the solid evidence in hand, Kevin had no choice but to face the consequences. He was searched and then taken to the station. So, we we checked him. We checked him again. Do you want to check him? Yeah, I'll double-check him. Yep. Tap four located is actually a McDonald's, man. Cool. Can somebody with a uh camera come back back here? Go on with you. Right here.
