You understand? You're going to jail. >> On May 1st, 2024, an officer observed a woman driving her vehicle erratically and running a stop sign. Her driving patterns indicated that she might be under the influence and there was also a child in the vehicle. To further investigate, the officer initiated a traffic stop. >> Pull to the left. Can you pull to the left? Get out of the runway. To the left. >> Approaching Thomas. If you stop, please approaching. >> Final stop inside of village. So, I was coming from the courthouse after the deposition and I was coming southbound on Whitehead. She came flying up Olivia and just like went right through the stop sign and just kind of like punched the gas into the oncoming lane, then made her way back into the right lane. Um, and so I started my uh my camera. Initially, the traffic stop at Truman and uh Whitehead made the right hand turn. She stopped the middle lane. I told her to pull over to the left cuz there's spots there even though they're handicapped in here. So pull to the left. We ended up coming coming. She lives right here. And then she stopped. Notice she's completely out of it. She can barely keep her eyes open. Um unfortunately she's got a 5-year-old son in the back seat. I'm going to walk her down here to my car where I have that line. >> Okay, we'll hang out with this. >> Okay. >> Hi, Amanda. How are you? >> Hi. How are you? >> How you doing? Based on her slow responses and difficulty standing still, it was not a good start. >> Would you permit the uh doing conducting or doing field sobriety exercises to dispel my belief that you're not intoxicated or under influence of alcohol? >> Am I supposed to? >> It's up to you. I'm asking if you want to do it or not. >> I'm asking you. I need to go home. >> Okay. Do you want to you do you want to perform these exercises? >> Okay. So, first thing I want to do with you. Um do you mind hanging out for like 5 10 minutes? >> I don't give af. >> Yeah, no problem. >> All right. Thank you, brother. I appreciate it. >> Here's where things got interesting. The bystander had stepped in to help the woman from being choked, but his actions angered the husband. Remaining silent wasn't going to resolve the issue. So, the officer tried to get the husband's side of the story. >> Woke up, he had me chokeold and I was completely blacked out. >> Okay. I had I didn't see his face until I woke up. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, would you black out from a strike? Uh were you choked? What happened? >> My face was okay, right? >> No, your face is busted up. Both members of the couple appeared intoxicated. And in this domestic situation, maintaining control was the officer's top priority. Since there had been a physical altercation, the officer tried to determine who had initiated it. >> Stay right here, Mr. Stay right here. Stay right here, please. Okay, come over here. >> He's not okay. I need to take care. >> He's fine. He's fine. [screaming] >> He's fine. [crying] >> He's fine. >> He's fine. Relax. Okay. >> I'm fine, too. >> Okay. Instead of listening and following the officer's instructions, she not only yelled, but even tried to change the topic. The officers were there to resolve the domestic issue, but since her responses were uncooperative, they tried speaking with others to better understand the situation. >> Buddy, >> not really. >> No, >> she pushed me. >> Push you. Okay. Do you follow mommy at red roof and it's going to save females before 1912? >> All right. Well, that's going to have to wait. Um, when she pushed you, like what do you think her intent was? >> She was angry. She was just trying to be angry. >> Oh, man. She's like like chest. Did she just push you or what? >> She like she grabbed my shirt and did this. >> Okay, I got you. >> Yeah. Do you have any knock my hat off my head? Whatever. >> Did she like smack it off your head? >> Yeah. Okay. >> All right. Um, do you have any like marks or anything on you? No. Nothing. Oh, that's bad. That said >> no damage to the man. No, there's there's no physical damage. They don't >> The brother's right here walking in >> Detroit Tiger shirt. >> All right, that's who I >> Does she have? >> Yeah. Does she have like an issue with him, too? >> Probably. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> Hello. >> Hi. So, did you witness what was going on or? >> Yeah, she came right over to my son Grant and I seen her out the corner of my eye and then I she grabbed him and hugged him. I walked over and she was talking to him about when she can see him again. I said, "No, not here. You don't talk to him like that." >> He's 9 years old. And then she looked at me and she's like, "You're not my son anymore. I'm going to just get rid of you. I'm disowning you or something. I'm like, we're not doing this again. Yesterday, um stopped the game twice. So, >> because of >> because of her >> getting into it with my ex-wife, with my brother-in-law, with my sister, and then with me, and my father was here >> enough to disrupt the game. >> Yeah. >> Since there had been an altercation, the officer was trying to determine its severity. Although the woman attempted to explain and prove her innocence, the officer needed to uncover the actual truth >> to her. >> He was waiting for me to do something like this to get the fly out from my face. And I guess my finger might have touched him. >> How so? >> Like that. >> Okay. Where did you where on his face? >> Somewhere on his face. I don't know where because I was chewing a fly in the hair out of my face. >> Back to the brain number. >> He said you just hit me. I said, "No, I did not. I just went like this." Okay. And then what what did he do after that? >> He was right up in my face, sir. >> Okay. >> Right up in my face. >> Okay. >> And wouldn't he get out of my face? I tell him to get out of my way. And he didn't do it. I said, "Get out of my way. I'm 69 years young and I don't need a 50 man that just turned 50 up in my face." >> Okay. Um, were you banging on their car or >> I was trying to get to come out and talk to me. >> She was just sitting in the car. She wasn't talking to >> She pulled the shade down, too. >> Okay. And then the other one I went on the other side and you are the that's kept me from my kids. You She is a I don't care what they say. Her name is Her name is the >> You didn't um >> She's kept me from my kids and my son for a whole year. Ever since June of last year, >> she car started trouble and she got her wish. She was a manipulating. >> Okay. And I've been under a lot of care with Harbor Le Ohio where I've lived since I've been here in 95. I lived in Monroe four years before that. I asked my husband to get me out of that hiccup and he moved me down here and now he's awol in June and he just is in another place in Parisburg now. Okay. >> And I've been without him [laughter] after 42 years. >> You here with your dog? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um >> you're good. We'll we'll figure all this out. Nothing is right. >> We'll figure all this out. Don't worry. >> Nothing is right, sir. >> I understand. I understand. >> You're good. We We still got to figure it out. Okay. Just Just chill for me. Um Did you touch anybody else? >> No, I tried to talk to my daughter. >> She's a stuck up. >> She's a spoiled brat. My son is too. >> I spoiled my son. He said I was a good mother. But since he's >> Is your son here? >> Yes, he is. He's over by the batting cages with the tiger players. Okay. He didn't threat you at all or anything. >> He told me, "Why don't I leave? Why don't you leave? Why don't you leave? Why don't you leave? Why do I have to leave? This is my grandson, not his." >> Yeah. >> That's his his wife. That's my daughter. >> They need to get out of here. >> I got you. What's your uh social security number? >> Yes. I have a couple felonies right now because of one of them is my husband for leaving him in order. [laughter] >> You're good. >> Take me away. >> No, you're good. >> I'm done. I'm going home to kill myself. >> Okay. Well, let's not let's not talk like that. Okay. We'll figure it out. Okay. >> I'm going home to myself. >> And why why are you why are you talking like that now? >> Because both of my kids don't want nothing to do with what do I have to live for at my age? You tell me. >> You're good. Rosie's the dog. Yeah. >> What kind of dog you have? >> She's a throwback Yorkie poo. >> Throwback. >> Her daddy Her daddy was a poodle and her mother looked like her. >> Okay. >> She look like him. >> Rosie, come here. Come here, baby. >> She doesn't like to see >> No, you're good. You're good. >> She doesn't like to see mama upset. >> You have no weapons in your cart. >> Oh, you want to search and go? [laughter] >> No, no, you're good. I'm >> not a criminal. The officer was simply doing their job to find the best possible solution for both parties. But suddenly the woman changed her mind. Her aggressive and uncooperative behavior quickly escalated the situation. >> Just go freely under your back. >> Turn around. You're under arrest. Turn around. Turn around >> for obstruction and conduct. Stop pulling away. On your [laughter] back double. [screaming] Stop. Stop. >> [screaming] >> Stop biting. >> Stop biting. Stop me. >> All I was trying to do is tell you that you let me get in the car. >> I understand. You were under arrest. Okay. >> What? For obstruction instruct any justice. I walked over to the cop car. >> When I told you you weren't free to leave. You tried to [laughter] >> just please relax, please. Okay. >> There goes my heart to get you. >> Stand up. Ma'am, you need to stand up. >> I can't. >> You're You're going to have to there. You're going to put a lot of pressure on your shoulders. I need you to stand up. [laughter] Okay. Will you stand up? There you go. >> Come and see you. >> That's the sly with with persistence now. Stop. Stop. >> Get in the car. Let's go. >> Yeah, I know. Your mom everything. >> Come on. >> Come on. Watch your mouth. >> She's a pond over there. >> Get in the car. >> I told you to let me in the car. What are you going to do with my dog? >> Your dog will figure it out. You're going to go to jail. So, have a seat. >> Sit down. >> You need to sit down. >> Jail. Sit. Go. >> You will not put me in that jail. >> Well, that's where you're going. Sit. >> That's filthy. >> Um, how do we So, this has been an ongoing thing. I'm sure you could read her records. >> Yeah. Who? Now, just so I'm aware, who are you to her then? >> I am her son's girlfriend. >> Gotcha. Okay. >> Um, >> how do we like She stalks my house. She threatens my case. What I would do is get an order of protection. >> Yeah. So, what we'll do is um the the officer that's standing there by the door, then the bigger guy, the other officer is going to stay on scene to handle the rest of the report. >> Get a report number from them with their business card. When you go to our courthouse, go to the civil area to file for a civil protection order. Just take that report number. That way, they have something to reference. >> Okay? And then I just go in and ask for an order of protection. >> Like, you know, is that just for just for me or like do we need to all get one because >> that's entirely up to you guys. It depends on if you guys if you guys all feel threatened or concerned about her, then I would say everybody. But if it's just you primarily, then I would just get one for you. >> No, I think it's all of us. She threatens all of us. You know, she threatens >> I can't give you guys legal advice with that, but if you guys all feel concerned about her, then I would I would always recommend getting one. >> Yeah, she you know, we always my kids are worried that she's going to come like set our house on fire or something. >> Yeah. I mean, her behavior is very Yeah, it's it's insane. >> We have voice like she's been texting all day and voicemails all day saying she was going to come here and start. >> You guys live in M? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. Obviously, I would start calling us from now on if she is leaving threatening messages on you guys so we can start a paper trail. It's just going to help further you guys getting your protection order. She has a felony charge in Ian Arbor. She's going to court for it at the end of the month. Yeah, cuz she left her 86-year-old husband there. She abandoned him there. He's in a home. >> She's got some issues. >> Yes. They need to put her in psych and they need to treat her, not just leave her in there for 3 days and let her out. >> Yeah. And I know how that feels. Unfortunately, hospitals don't always help us out either. We we get people pink slipped or whatever and they let them out within 2 hours. >> Yeah. And it's not helping. >> No. >> Seeing her true nature was not surprising as it had been a common issue and her family was fed up. It's no wonder things did not turn out well. But the trouble was far from over. >> Maybe burden. >> Oh no. >> Can you get over there and push her up? >> What are you doing? >> I'm throwing up. >> You got you got to sit up. >> I'm throwing up. >> You got to sit up. I'm throwing up. Ouch. Do >> you need meds? >> Yeah. >> 150. >> You have respond to our location for an ill person. >> Don't let my kids take my car. >> She did barf. She did. Oh, she did. Yeah, she >> don't let my kids take my car. >> They're not taking your car. >> Call Jeremy Brightley. works at the jail. I don't know if my phone >> actually said why am I in the airport? >> We already told you you're going >> it's a it's a it's coagulated. >> Why >> is it too hot in here for you? >> Yes. >> You want me to put the AC on? >> I have it on max. >> It's really hot. >> You have it on max already? >> It's really hot. >> There's one on the windows for it, too. He's already said he already got the max. >> Okay, I'll roll down the windows for you with that. >> I have for mine. >> Where's my baby? >> Where's my baby? >> Where's my baby? Rose, >> your your dog. >> She's my security dog. >> Okay. She went with a family member. Okay. >> No, I don't want her with them. There's no family member here except for my grandson. >> He took him. >> No, they can't have her. All because I wanted to see my grandson and my grand my son and daughter. >> All right. >> All because I wanted to see them and say goodbye. >> We got medics here. >> Sit up. >> Sit up for me. >> I can't get up. >> You got to sit up. We got medics here. >> I can't get up. You got my arms behind you. >> Set up for me. >> If [snorts] you get my hands loose, I'll get up. >> Ouch. Ouch. Ouch. We have medics here to check you out. Okay. >> I >> She's in here. >> She's already thrown up. So, >> okay. Her stomach hurts and her head hurts. >> My head hurts and then my arms hurt. >> It'd be nice if I could go right over. >> All right. Step up. The woman was charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. If you thought the previous woman's actions were too much, wait until you see what the next suspect did. As a parent, her actions were unbelievable. >> That says what she told me. >> He backed up down the street. I have it on video. >> Okay. >> He back he stopped at that gray house where all that those pillars are. >> On April 2nd, 2025, police received a report about a 9-year-old child living in a house without water for weeks. The child's mother was supposed to care for her. But when the father found out, he contacted the police. >> They're going to arrest me. That's what they're doing. >> We're not arresting you. Listen, you want to help with her? >> Yeah. And she's perfectly fine. >> Okay. >> The order of protection got dropped. >> She went pull her out of school early today and then she called me on her phone and she said to come get me. I was like, "Baby girl, you can come with me. Like, I can come get you." Like and she's like >> with a black 2014 like by the way they said I can have her if I want like I didn't take her from her. She came running down the road and what was I supposed to do? Leave her. Her mom has been screaming at her yelling at her telling her to knock her teeth out. >> Hey I'm done hiding the stuff from your mom. I want them to see this house. I haven't been here for 2 years. I would This is not even humane. My water's been turned off for 3 weeks. She's been like, "Please come in here to see this house. Like I I really want >> like there's from the front door to the back. It stinks so bad. Just go stick your head. It It's It like She's been making this kid live in here for 3 weeks with no water. >> Yeah, she's been staying. No, she's been staying here. >> I've been at that house. Please do me a favor. She's been staying here. >> I've been sleeping in this house. >> Yeah, she's she comes home. your head. People stand by the door. It's downright It is disgusting. Like, but I'm a whole I'm supposedly allowed to have her. I I didn't think I did anything wrong. My lawyer said, "If I have her, I have her. If he has her, she has her cuz this is everybody's residence. If she wants to go wherever she wants to go, she can go wherever she wants to go." I didn't even go in the courtroom today. He I was just told to get a a custody agreement and we're working on that. I mean, this just And then she went and gang her out of school. And then she's calling and she's calling crying. I had to beg my mom to call you. And she's like, "Haha, now you can get a custody agreement, mother." And I'm like, "Stop playing games with our daughter." Like, "This is not cool." >> And they choked my phone and hung up on me. >> Hung up on me. And she's telling her if she comes around me that I'm going to go to jail and she's going to get in trouble and she can't be around her dad. And and I I would love to see some paperwork says I can't be around my mom. Like, please look in my house. Make a BCFS case. I'm not worried about it. I just got home a couple hours ago and this kid has been living like this. There's [ __ ] in my toilet. There's no water on. >> It's not me, guys. >> I This has been the hardest thing in the world for me. >> And I have played it to the tea, but I am not going to leave. I That's it. My She's telling me my dog's been living in a kennel for a week. She won't even let out s her ribs are showing. She's There's two bearded. There's all kinds of animals in here. While the child was living in such poor conditions, the mother was spending her time with her new boyfriend. Finding this behavior highly irresponsible, the officer went to meet with the mother placed under arrest for endangering the license. Okay. >> Okay. >> Oh, our body cameras are on. >> Okay. We're just going to go to >> Can you open the door for me for just a second? >> Just for a second. >> Yeah. I'm in cuffs right now. I need you to call Doc right now. >> Thank you. Love you. Bye. Bye. Who's Doc? >> My boyfriend. >> Okay. >> Did you know about the condition of the house and the state it's in now? >> I did. I was working on getting it cleaned. Um he he left it just as bad as I did. >> Um I I've I've been working. I've had my daughter. I >> Okay. What's up with the with her knotted hair? >> She came home from her dad's that way. >> Came home. >> She claims that she didn't have a hairbrush in her backpack and it's only gotten progressively worse. And I do not have money until Friday when I get paid. But as soon as I get paid Friday, she's going to a salon and it's getting fixed. >> Whether we have to cut it or it can't get brushed out. I've had several people try to help me brush it out and look at it and I we can't get it out. >> Okay. How long has their hair been like that for? >> Only like Well, the knot started >> last weekend and it was very small. >> Okay. And it's just gotten progressive. >> It's just gotten progressively worse. Yeah. >> Okay. Have you been staying in the house while there's been no water? >> We only sleep there. We don't eat there. We don't stay. Like the only thing we do is sleep there. And >> Okay. Did you know there's bed bugs in there? >> No. >> Yeah. Quite a bit. >> What? >> Yeah. >> I don't have a single bite on me. >> Our code enforcement just went through the house and they found them in her bed. So >> in her bed or in my bed? Oh, lovely. >> Yeah, there's eggs on your bed. >> Lovely. >> There's that. The house is being deemed uninhabitable. No one can get in there until it gets fixed um up the code, everything. There's mold, there's feces, there's no water, the toilet's full of toilet paper and feces and urine and I mean it's a complete disaster. >> So, I have a question. >> Is there any way I can press charges against him for kidnapping? Because he coerced her. He called her on the phone and told her to run away. >> The relationship between the woman and the father was already strained, but leaving the child alone demonstrated a level of parental negligence that could not be ignored. Observing the situation, the officer called child protective services. And for the woman, the outlook was not good. >> Where you coming from? >> I just I I this this phone thing that he's been doing like he the OP got dropped today and he violated it probably about six times and I had all the evidence and I didn't get out of work in time. And so [clears throat] >> when did he violate it? >> I have filed a police report. The date's in my phone. I can look at it. Actually, you texted it to me. It's in your phone. >> I did. I Oh, yeah. So, I I I did complete a report on that. >> And he's done it several other times since. I have screenshots of phone calls. He's hacked my Facebook. I have screenshots of all of that. He's changed it so I can't even see what devices are logged into my Facebook. Uh he put a pin on it and I have a screenshot of that. There's not much we're going to be able to do with that. >> Yeah. >> So, I understand where you're coming from as far as the kidnapping, but it I don't know if we can reasonably say he was trying to kidnap her. He claimed that he drove by and she ran after him. At least that's what she told me. >> He backed up down the street. I have it on video. >> Okay. >> He back He stopped at that gray house where all that those pillars are and he backed up all the way to the edge of this brownhouse in that black truck and he was hanging out the window when he drove by. I have it all on video. They have surveillance cameras on their house. >> Did he Did he get out or stop the truck and go and grab her and pick her up? >> He stopped the truck. He stopped a truck and got out of the car and opened the car door for her. >> Okay. >> And she got in and he shut the door and I couldn't get out of my seat belt cuz it was locked. And I as I was getting out of my seat belt, getting out of my car, I called the police. >> Okay. I understand what you're saying. We can definitely document that, but I don't think it constitutes as kidnapping. It's not like he's refusing to allow her to go with you at this point. He's even told me on camera that if she if your daughter has to go back with you, that's perfectly fine. He's not trying to kidnap her. >> Okay, >> hold on. Before you go. All right. So, we're going to go >> You better go do a well check on that house. And you better scour. >> That's what we're doing before he she is gone. >> He's already gone to clear it out. That's why he drove by. >> Mhm. Did he leave already? I don't know. I wasn't up there. >> So, yeah, we're going to go check the house first before she's allowed to stay there cuz if it's like that condition, no, we're going to find something else or DCFS is going to come and place her somewhere. >> The woman was charged with child endangerment. Emotions and temper can be quite dangerous when they are out of control. In the next case, the mother's temper issues landed her in legal trouble. >> You do not wish to speak to me? >> Okay. The reason why you're being arrested right now is because of what your son alleged you did during an altercation where you ended up fighting him. There was a fresh wound on his upper left leg. >> On June 6th, police responded to a call about a mother who was hitting her son and was extremely upset. At one point, she even bit him on the leg. The officer first spoke with the son to better understand the severity of the situation. >> You called, sir? >> All right. I straightforward. She's not going to jail. Okay. >> Okay. >> You understand me? My problem with her is um I just wanted EMS to come because she bit me on the leg and my leg is bleeding and I wanted her to see um you know somebody pull up uh as small as a small psychiatrist, not her to go in and have to see psychiatrist. You get what I'm saying? >> Mhm. >> You dig? All right. We got a lot of stuff going on over here as far as family. Um me and her had a small dispute. Um I understand she's um a little deterred because she's been having to deal with so many kids >> and you know she's been lonely and stuff like that today. So she's not going to jail. But let's get that off. Let's get that off. >> So do you guys share children? >> No. Um >> you guys live together? >> She has grandchildren. Well, do you have a ch child? >> I have brothers and sister who have children. Um, >> who is she to you? >> That's my mother. >> That's your mother. >> That's my mother. So, um, all that happened was, you know, she bit me on the leg. I am bleeding. >> Um, I know how to clean that up. Um I don't know what they call you all cuz I call it's just >> they send us out cuz the key word is is um when you say bite or violence or anything like that EMS doesn't just come out they send us >> because we have to make sure that the scene is safe. >> Okay. >> It's it's safe. Um as far as her being in her room with the child, it's just I think it's just her just being not worried about that at all. bite you on the leg. >> Um on the thigh. >> On the thigh. Inside. >> Inside. Inside inside. So it's covered up. >> But um it's bleeding. Um but I would never want her to go to jail. >> I know you called for EMS and they sent us out because there was alleged violence. >> Okay, cool. Whatever. Right. >> That's your mother. >> Because that's your mother and you live in the same house. That satisfies the domestic violence act. Okay. That's a part of law that we don't have any discretion over. We have to launch an investigation and investigate it fully. All right? So, I have to talk to her. >> Okay? She doesn't have much of a choice. Now, I can come in there. >> She does not want to talk to me. >> That I mean, whatever she tells me, that's cool, but I actually have to go and try to talk to her. And if she doesn't talk to me, then that is what it is. >> She can give you a simple note there. >> Oh, well, I mean, I have to talk to her, but here's the kicker. I have to talk to her without your presence. I have to talk to her. >> Okay. >> All right. Let me try that. All right. Give me a second. >> The son was well aware of his mother's bad temper and didn't want the police to get involved. However, since this was a domestic incident, the officer needed to document the entire situation and had no choice but to speak with the mother. That's when the issue began. >> You in my home? >> I understand that, but you're not willing you're not willing to talk to us. So, we have to come to you. >> Out of my home. >> Are you going to come talk to us outside? >> No, no, no. I want you out this door. I want you out of my door. >> So, right now, this is a formal investigation. So, we're not going anywhere. >> You're going to have to get out of my house. >> So, what what's going on tonight, man? >> There's nothing going on. And I'm cooking and I want you out of my house. >> So, >> I don't even know why you're here. Go outside my door. Are you outside? >> Want to come up to talk to us then? >> Outside my door, please. >> We can go outside your door. >> Outside. No. No. No. No. No. Outside my door, please. >> Can you come to with us? Listen, I want you outside my door. Listen to me. >> I want you outside my door. >> We We can do that if you're willing to talk to us. >> Uh-uh. This is my home. >> I understand that. But right now, >> I want you outside my door. >> There's an investigation. That's why we're in >> I don't know about an investigation. >> Right now, we're entering the realm of obstruction. >> I want you outside my house. >> We need you to talk to us about what's going on. Okay. >> What's the call detailing? You said that you just walked for something with a six-year-old. >> Excuse me. >> That's what the call note stated. But >> really, what's going on with you? And >> I don't know nothing about that. >> Come on now. >> Are are everything okay with you? >> Um would you be willing to show this officer your injury? >> Yeah. >> Well, no. I'm I mean >> Well, well, we're just trying to talk to her and she's not cooperating. >> She doesn't want to talk to you. Well, it's starting to enter the realm of obstruction cuz she's not giving us anything. >> No, don't touch her. >> Hey, I'm trying to put in the bed. >> Some foolishness. The police in my house. I don't know what's going on. So, I just need you to be on the phone for a minute and I'm trying to tell them they need to go out of my home. I don't know why they're here, but I need to I can speak to >> No, you're not speaking to nobody. I'm calling for a witness. I need you outside my home. >> I need you outside my home. >> Mama, she's talking. >> I don't even know. I just need them out my home. >> Okay. Well, first of all, calm down. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. >> I'm fine. I just want you to be on the phone while I'm talking to them. I don't need to make sure you >> I just need them out my house. >> It's no It's no problem. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's nothing. This is nothing. Okay. Is Is there room to help you up? >> Just to help you up. >> And why are y'all in my home? >> Because [clears throat] somebody >> whoever called regardless, we're here to investigate. Make sure everybody's all right. >> I'm fine. Is there Is there a child here? >> Is there another child here? >> She just She had talked to you. I'm not talking. Okay. I I don't need >> We have a visible >> where >> on his leg. >> So >> out of my home. >> Just stand by over here. Okay. >> I need you out of my home. >> Stand by with this officer. >> You see what I'm saying? >> What? >> Just get out the way. >> No, cuz I don't even know why they in my house. >> No, they trying to walk through my house. Come to my house. >> We're here for a formal investigation now. He called because he wanted to get EMS stop and listen to what I'm saying. >> Someone was concerned for your well-being, so they called EMS. But because there was alleged violence, they sent us out to make sure it was safe. Now, we're hearing we're hearing things that indicate that this is a domestic violence situation. And because it's that >> it's a formal investigation now. Now, we have to answer questions. We have to ask questions. And we have to get them answered so we can actually dispel that belief. Oh, they got paperwork to fill out >> cuz somebody talking about domestic violence. >> Domestic. Well, I don't even know what they're talking about. >> But anyway, I'm fine. >> The woman knew she was in trouble and didn't want the police to find out, but she couldn't hide her misdeeds forever. And that's exactly what the officer set out to uncover. >> All right. So, now you can go. >> No, we can't. >> I'm fine. What else you need to know? >> The primary officer is still conducting an investigation. >> Okay. Well, get out of my house. >> No, ma'am. >> Why? because you're a part of that investigation and you keep shutting the door on us. So, I can't I can't leave you in here by yourself. >> Oh, you don't have to worry.
