All right. Good morning. Sound check. All right. Here we go. Okay. Few things. If you're in the replay, gang gang, and you don't want to hear all these explanations, I'll have a time stamp for you cuz this one I have a couple things. Okay. But happy Sunday morning to my live people. Um, so, oh, I'll time stamp this to get you past this. All right, if you don't like talking during a body cam, this, you know, hey, the links are in the description box and you can just go straight to the good videos. I take no offense. Next thing, as you can see, we have version two of body cam bingo cards have been published. The link is pinned in this chat and it's in the description box, so you can grab a card. Um, we're b we're playing for fun. There's no real prizes right now. I'm trying to think of one that I can do that I actually could keep going. So, I haven't thought of that yet. Um, timewise or financial wise. Um, but they're just for fun. You can play even if you're in the replay game. Um, but you have to clear the board at the end of this video. So, when we start up on a new day, your card is blank. You're starting over again. And I'm only playing these during the more lighter body cam. So, the trespassers, the scammers, stuff like that. when we start getting into the child predators. I'm that's not when we're playing body cam bingo. So, um I try to keep it a safe space as much as possible. If you want to send body cam video suggestions to me, you can email them to trending atome@gmail.com. I have a certain taste, so I can't promise I'll play them all. And I do get a lot, so that's also why I can't get to them all. But if you send me like a group of them, I at least respond to one. I say thank you. So, you know, I see them. I'm not ignoring you. Um, and also two I don't usually get to do because of uh timewise or I just feel like I'm just being redundant is if someone's already on the video reacting to the body cam, I don't I don't feel like I have much to add cuz they're doing their thing. And then the other one is compilation videos cuz I just don't have enough time to get to the good ones that could be buried in there and I won't remember the time stamp when I save the videos. So, those are rarely the ones um I don't do is a compilation of other videos and uh somebody reacting to a video. I'm not saying I'm just never say never, but it's going to be rare if you see it. All right. So, what we have today is mostly people that should have left. That's most of it. But we have one traffic stop and also um there's one more. It wasn't about them leaving, but most of these people if you hadn't have just left, you would have been okay. But first one we're starting with is police give nosy Karen a much needed reality check. So here we go >> cuz I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. >> On August 22nd, 2024, officers responded to a call of a man who had barricaded himself in his home after reportedly battering a family member. Police were then forced to establish a perimeter in an attempt to remove the suspect from his home. During the standoff, a belligerent woman began antagonizing the officers on duty. I did nothing wrong. What the [ __ ] you arrested me for? I did nothing wrong. I was asleep. Why am I being arrested? Gio, why am I being arrested when I'm asleep? What is going on? Hey, what's going on? Why am I being No, they No, I'm not. I did nothing wrong. I'm not doing anything. I was I'm not going to open my door. If you want to know what happened, go check your cameras. So my question is what did you do that was so serious? You always make sure my kids are taking >> Okay. You're putting officer's lives in danger. Get over there. I'm arresting you right now. >> I'm arresting you for obstruction. >> We have We have someone I'll make sure it's okay. >> If you don't leave right now, I'm putting you in handcuffs. >> I want you to tell me why. >> I'm giving you one more chance. >> Dangerous. >> If you don't ask all I ask you why there, go to our rescue. over here. >> Why is nothing >> Why is >> he has no guns. He has nothing against you guys. >> I'm going to walk you to the sidewalk and give you >> You already know somebody about to be trouble. It is August and she is barefoot on some asphalt, concrete, whatever. You already know they about to be trouble. They don't care. >> One more chance. >> So my question is why expect when I say there's nothing wrong with him? >> Where did you live? Where do you live? >> Go inside. >> 900 Smith Avenue. And all I ask is what do you have against him? >> I'm trying to not. All I ask is what is against him? >> I promise you'll come out. >> No. >> No. I promise to let you come out with your eyes. All I ask for them to let me tell him they will come to the >> custody for obstruction. >> Okay. It's okay. They hate me. It's okay. >> We just put her in the car for now. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. We need a car in front of the house. >> I can I can help you guys. Talk to him. >> Let me get her back here. Come right here. Stay facing the vehicle. >> You won't look at me half. Do you guys hate me? >> Yeah, let's do that. You guys hate me half. Let me check the other side. Cool. me. >> It's pretty calm now. She does seem intoxicated. But we saw the preview and it gets worse. It gets worse cuz I think that's the only reason I saved it. But I mean, she's being nosy. They already have her in cuffs. But I just want to know what did she do to get to the part that we saw at the beginning of the video. >> Are you guys from Joe? >> Yes. >> Oh, he's here to watch her. >> Where's their dad? Is that work or Hey, >> please. I need my kids. Please. Please. I promise I won't do nothing. >> Please let me go to my kids. >> You're putting our lives in danger right now. >> My kids. I need my kids. Please let me go. I will swear to God everything. >> If you don't stop, I'm going to put you in the wrap. >> Could you please send me my kids? Please let me go. I want to distribute you. I want to dip alcohol. You are >> disturbing. I go to bed. >> You're going to jail. You're not going to You're not going to your house. >> Please. I swear to God. I didn't mean this. I didn't mean this. I didn't know it was going to come through this. I'm sorry, sir. Please. >> On three, do we have anyone available to transport her? We might even need to put her in the wrap. She's thrashing around pretty hard in the back. >> Stop. >> No, cuz I need to go. Please. >> We're going to put you We're going to put you in the rack. You're taking my focus off of >> I just need you to let me go to my kids and I swear I will not bother you guys no more. Please, please, just let me kiss. He has down He's autistic and I didn't >> see I know on our last version of bingo cards they bring up the kids. I don't remember the squares yet on this new version. But here we go. You always make the bad decisions. You get in the handcuffs. Then you remember you have a child. Not only do you have a child, but you have a child with a disability that you weren't thinking of cuz you worried about this man that's apparently battering his partner and talking about when he doesn't have a gun. Get out of other people business and take care of your child. But you outside on the asphalt barefoot. That was your priority. >> Mean to take Alex's truck. I didn't mean to take Alex's side. And they're lined up in the hallway with their weapons drawn like they think the person they're going after is dangerous. It's a dangerous situation and she's just spitting and just in the way. Got to go be with my kids and be >> move your foot or I'm gonna put you in the rat. >> I swear to God I won't do >> I'm gonna It's gonna put turn you into a human taco. Please don't let me go to my kids, please. >> See, see this this is how everybody's going to hell with gasoline draws because the first thing I thought about Zach did it in in the chat first. He said it's going to be one big burrito. The cop says you're gonna be turned into a human taco and all I could think of was uh grande. I was just I'm there with it. So now I'm in trouble too. But the cop said it first. >> I swear to God. >> No. I swear to God I won't do this. And all I ask is please let me go to my house. >> Put your foot in. >> I will close off the door. And I just want my kids. >> Okay, I got the seat belt off. Right here. >> You guys hate me. >> You ready to bring her out? Yep. >> You guys hate me. That's how cops talk. That's how top >> spinner. >> Oh, that's the top. >> Hey, you need a spinner. >> Legs go in there, right? >> No. You all did this to me. >> You all did this to me for nothing. For nothing. I HATE you all. I hate you all. >> You're dead to me. >> One, two, three. A little. >> Yeah. My face you all. They need to see she's one of the ones you need to watch your body cam video back. You are being literally trust up like a pig. Literally. Literally. They're wrapping her. Shout out to them for having size inclusive wraps cuz I was wondering, you know, are y'all really about to use that wrap? So, okay. They do. It's It's adjustable. But you need to rewatch this. Like when you're sober and look at this and if you still don't want to make life changes, hey, you deserve everything that you put yourself through. >> I hate you, Amber. I hate you all. I got your cash app and thank you very much. I have been wanting to say that out loud. Jacqueline said, "What's happening with the man in the house?" The man in the house is not our body cam. She's our body cam. So, I don't know if we're going to find out anything else about the man in the house. She's the one that is the subject. He's now the um he's background noise for this particular video. >> Alex. Alex. Alex. I blame you forever. OW. It hurts. >> MY ARMS HURT. MY ARMS HURT. ALEX, LISTEN. >> YES. >> OKAY. I just don't understand what I did to do this. >> This is the opportunity to be helpful. >> Stupid. >> We're going to have we're going to stand you up and move you over here. Okay. >> Okay. We got a truth out of there. She said she was stupid. We got one truth out of here so far. Now she's saying she love him. She just said at 2 minutes 57 seconds ago she hates his guts. Yep. And then how you telling people that they're dead to you, but they told you to stop before you got handcuffed. They like, "Hannah, go home. Hannah, stop." >> All right. Can you stand up? >> I can't cuz y'all hurt me. Ow. >> Stand up. >> It hurts. My arms hurt. My arms hurt. Please. Please. >> Stand up. >> My arms hurt. Lay down on the ground. >> Jacqueline, here you go. They still out there dealing with that man. I I a a police officer has to do too much. They got to negotiate counsel. As Ashley Jay puts, they basically would be good at bull riding. They got to be power lifters. They got to do paperwork. They have so many things they have to do because these people just can't get it together. It's too much. You already told him I ain't do [ __ ] >> Lay down the ground or we will use force on you. >> Yes, I'm I'm down. >> Lay down. Face down on the ground. >> Put your arms out to the sides like an airplane. >> Straight out. >> Arms straight out to the sides like an airplane. >> I'm smoking a [ __ ] cigarette. No, good job. >> No, >> for the search warrant. >> Well, that's the advantage of getting it approved sometime. Get the dog out here. >> The woman was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest while the man was >> That's all on her. Okay. Ace Moonshot. Good question. She says, "I have Pennsylvania versus Mims on my bingo card. Pardon my ignorance. What is that?" Okay. I only learned through watching these body cams. This is for traffic stops where basically Pennsylvania versus Mims allows the police to ask you to get out the car. They ain't got to have basically any any reason. Uh this is my summary. This is not an in-depth thing, but when they say you have to get out the car, they always cite Pennsylvania versus Mims on why they can ask you to get out the car at a traffic stop. So that's what that is. So when we see one, and I have at least one today. I don't know if they're going to say that, but uh yeah, you're going to see that on traffic stops. Thumbnail time. I saved it because I know how the notifications are, so I didn't want to come up straight in here with this one. But this is the one you saw in the thumbnail. NFL player forces whole plane to deboard. Here we go. >> I ain't did nothing wrong. Hey, first of all, we're going to go walk this way, right? >> No, you ain't going to tell me where to walk. Get your hand out of my face. >> Excuse me, sir. >> How much? You're not going anywhere. How much have you had to drink? And do you have your ID? >> I ain't had to drink. You're under arrest. >> I'm not. >> I know. I know you're not. I know you're not. >> I'm getting locked up for charging. >> Do me a favor and put your wrist together so this don't hurt you. Okay. I'm >> drunk. Let them steamed up. Let them steam up. Y'all drunk. >> Y'all see this? >> It's 5:30 a.m. Y'all think I'm drunk. Like, >> like we should have a conversation. Break out. >> You had a chance after a conversation. You chose not >> listen to me. >> You're right. >> I'm cool with it. When we do this test, >> I'm kind of telling me what happened. >> Yeah. >> Sir, we're about to take off. We're going to We'll help you in the air with that. No, you need to fix these down. swearing at them. >> Seat belt was off. Wouldn't comply with their instructions. >> And then they said they smelled significant level of alcohol on his breath. >> What's my charge? >> Disorderly conduct and AI. >> I'm not drunk. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Can I take a blow test? >> No, I haven't seen you. >> I understand you've had quite a morning. >> Yeah, >> I don't even think he's going to have to take a um test. As long if he's acting and appearing drunk, that's all they need to kick him off the plane at this point. I don't even know if they well they smell alcohol but I don't even know if they would charge him with that or just the fact that he you know was uh what was it um disorderly conduct or whatever cuz he's not driving so there's no need to do a breathalyzer. It's his actions and it's like you're doing too much and you just seem like you'll be a danger on the plane. We can't have you up in the air showing your behind. >> You know it's all day work guys. >> Can you tell me what happened? >> So passenger in 22D Jones asked me if I could fix the charging port. >> Okay. I said, "Sir, we're doing a live safety demo. Give me one moment." He unbuckled his seat belt. Then he turns around, yells in the aisle, "You need to come back here and say, "Sir, I need you to fix this. It's your job to fix it." >> I don't care if we have to go back to the gate. >> And he You can smell alcohol in his breath the entire time. >> No bloated. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. Please slide your feet in, >> bro. Can I ask one? >> Can I talk to you for one second? >> You'll have the opportunity, bro. Put your feet in. on y'all. You get >> it's wrong. That's all I'm going tell y'all. >> Sit back. Sit back so I can seat belt you in. >> You going to seat belt in with my hands in the back? >> Yes. >> What's your name? >> Janine. >> Janine. I'm suing you. He definitely getting sued. >> Why are you doing all that, bro? >> Why are you doing all that? >> Your safety touch. Y'all let him do this. >> You a HEY YO, I want to take a breathalyzer. Hey yo, I want to take a breathalyzer. Hey, hey, you going to lose your job. Surveillance footage at a bar just months later actually shows a pattern of the same exact behavior. >> Yeah, it was back. It was back. Tried to walk out with a wine glass. I was like, "Yo, man. Everybody have a good night, but the wine glass got to stay up here." And he said off and then kept walking. I grabbed him was like, "Listen, man. The wine glass has to stay up here." And then he shot me in the throat. >> Police then arrive on scene to investigate and things get out of control. >> You are detained right now. Okay. >> What am I on the detain? >> I don't understand why you're making an initial. >> I'm actually What are you locking me up for? >> For a possible assault, dude. No, he didn't. >> I ain't touch nobody. >> All right. Okay. All right. We're not doing this. Turn around. >> Calm down. >> Really? >> I swear to God. >> Screaming in my face. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Guys, why are we not doing >> because you are detained. Stop. >> I ain't doing this. I'm trying. >> Don't pull away from me. >> Can we just act like adults right now? >> To take the ride. I see y. >> Why are you grabbing me like you grabbing me like this? The mother that was grabbing somebody. Y'all locking me up. >> Turn. >> Y'all crazy, bro. >> Let's go, bro. Let's go. Let's go. >> Funny as >> That's all I'm doing. >> Pacman's behavior gets even worse at the jail. >> Listen. Touch me again. >> Stop. Touch me again, bro. >> I got my back. Don't touch me, [ __ ] >> You done grabbed me three times. Mother, give me give me a [ __ ] Adam Pacman Jones played for the NFL from 2005 to 2018 where he played the positions of cornerback and return specialist for the Tennessee Titans, Dallas Cowboys, Cincinnati Bengals, and Denver Broncos. According to Celebrity Network, he reportedly made approximately $36 million during his NFL career. Pacman has an extremely lengthy history of being arrested. He was arrested in 200. >> All right, let's let's pay attention to his arrest history, but he says it's their fault and he's suing them. But let's look at this arrest history. Um, let's see. Yeah, it might be something other than liquor going on with him. I do agree. Um, I I don't know if they say here he got kicked out, but I could see how he got kicked out the NFL based on this history they're about to name. So, here we go. Five. 2006, 2007, 2011, 2013, 2017, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025 for a wide range of charges including disorderly conduct, obstruction, resisting arrest, felony evading, intimidation, assault, felony assault on law enforcement, public intoxication, marijuana possession, felony vandalism, felony coercion, and terroristic threatening based off the arrests that are publicly available. According to Celebrity Net worth, even though he reportedly made approximately $36 million during his NFL career, his current net worth is reported to be around $1 to2 million due to lots of post-retirement spending and legal costs and fines from his many criminal offenses. Despite the large amount of arrests in his criminal history, he has reportedly only spent a total of 40 days in jail with the majority of the rest of his sentences resulting in probation. Only once was he sentenced to something other than probation when he started a fight in a strip club in 2007, which led to a shooting that left three people wounded, including a bouncer who was paralyzed from the waist down. For that incident, he accepted a plea deal to a gross misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit disorderly conduct, and was given an NFL suspension for the 2007 season. Regarding the incidents in the body cam footage, he was charged with alcohol intoxication, terroristic threatening, and disorderly conduct for his actions at the airport. He took a plea deal and pleaded guilty, resulting in a 2-year conditional discharge, meaning he avoids a sentence altogether as long as he stays out of trouble for two years. However, before that two years was up. He was arrested in 2024 following the Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul boxing event. And he was arrested in 2025 for the second incident seen in the body cam footage. For both of those incidents, he was charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, evading, resisting, and assault on a peace officer. as those cases are still ongoing. He has not received any sentence for either and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> So Terry know why Kyle said the thing was he was a great player. He kept getting traded because of this behavior. I can believe it. You can be your own worst enemy and he seems like a perfect example of being his own worst enemy. You have the talent but you can't have the self-discipline to not do these things and just live your life. also shady that they said what his net worth used to be and what they think it is now. That was not necessary to the body cam stuff. So that was all shade on that one. Ashley said, "Who were his lawyers?" True cuz he had a lot of probation, not a lot of jail time. That we should I want to know that. Um Lovable Scorpion said he stayed in trouble when he played for my Cowboys. I ain't even Well, you know, I'm I'm a Well, I ain't going to start that, but I am a Cowboys fan. Loveable. You know, we on the same page with that one. I'm from Dallas. Of course, I'm a Cowboys fan. He played for a few teams they named Ebony. He don't play for nobody now. He out. All right, we'll keep going. We got to hear from our dude at the end of Midwest Safety, our retired police officer. >> I've always thought that money and fame don't calm the storm inside. They just give it a bigger stage. Because what we watched here wasn't about a plane, a bar, or even the officers. It's a pattern. Police step into these calls with zero history. No contracts, no highlights, just behavior in real time. And once one person's decisions start disrupting a cabin full of strangers, it stops being a private issue and becomes public safety. Remember this, talent is something you can be born with, but character is something you practice. And eventually, life shows which one a person actually worked on. Now, we saw what happened at the jail. The agitation, the resistance, the reaction to being touched. That's not really about the officer. That's someone who never learned self-control and discipline off the field. Of course, we should never define a person by one bad moment. But when the same trouble keeps following the same person from place to place, it stops looking like a coincidence. Success can buy comfort. It cannot buy self-control. And in the end, freedom is protected by character, not talent. council. >> I hate when I click too early. Um or too late. Hold on. Go back. All right. So, I got to change my thumbnail cuz I was counting while they were naming them. I put 10 times, but that was 11 times total for him that they named of the the years he was arrested. All right. The TBI. Um it Okay. if he got the TBI back in 2005 and it just kept getting worse. Okay, possibly because or no, it's not TBI. It's another one that they have that they can't check until uh they're passed away. If he got it that early, maybe. That sucks though. That does because while he's still here on this earth, his life is hard based on his behavior after the fact. So, I don't know. I don't know. But you can't go around assaulting people. It It sucks. I don't know what you I don't even know how they treat that. I hope they find a way. But I know they have to, like you said, they can't even find it till they're passed away. But maybe I don't know. You can't go around hurting people. All right, y'all. Next one. This one's a long one. It's a lot of lot of whining, but insufferable drama queen melts down after being told to leave. >> On May 11th, 2025, deputies responded to a call from hotel security about a group causing a disturbance >> because I FEEL LIKE I WAS GANGED UP ON. >> YEAH, I do think it's CTE. I think Yeah, y'all are right. They're saying CTE. Yeah, I think that's what it is cuz you actually can develop a baseline for traumatic brain injury, which is the TBI that then you can be tested for later to see if something changed because they they gave us TBI baseline tests before we deployed. So that way if there was a sudden impact or something or you went through something over there, they test you when you came back to make sure you were still functioning the way you were before you left. So I knew, yeah, TBI, you can be tested for while you're alive. It's probably like y'all saying CTE that they have to wait till they pass away. >> I just I don't want to do anything crazy. I just want to sit cuz I feel like my friends gave a puppy. >> Okay. Are you staying here? >> CLEARLY, THEY WEREN'T MY FRIENDS. I thought the one was. And >> are you staying here? >> Yes. I'm safe. My room is 411. I just want to calm down before I go to my room. Okay. >> Cuz I DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO ESCALATE. I just now know these aren't these girls aren't friends. >> Okay. >> Did the other people leave? >> What? >> Did the other people leave? >> No, he helped me. He gave me a ride because I was like, he's helped me. >> I just don't understand. >> Can I give you something? I didn't want a shot, so I gave my shot to somebody else. >> Give me one second. >> Just hang tight. Just chill out. >> Please just relax. >> Yeah, you can relax right there. >> No, I don't want all the people like you know the front. So all of them all. >> Yeah. Okay. >> I WAS BUYING THEM SHOTS IF YOU WANTED. >> And what room is it? 111. >> All right. Wait till my partner gets here and then we'll film and book out of here. >> How many of them are up there? >> Uh like four. >> I was friending. I was buying them shots. I came with one OF THEM. I THOUGHT IT WAS OKAY AND THEN IT'S LIKE THEY FLIPPED ON ME. >> All right, that's fine. You're not in trouble. >> I know I'm not in trouble. I just don't understand how people work. vacation. >> I didn't do anything. >> Yeah, I'm sad and upset, but I didn't do anything out of badness. And I just feel like they all me. This is why like I just don't trust people. >> Hopefully one of them is over drugs. I said hopefully one of them's sober and can drive. >> I just want to go home. I want to pack my things and get ready and I don't. >> All right, we're 2 minutes and 41 seconds in. She said she just wants to go home and pack her things and go. That we could have been at 5 minutes and that could have been done. I'm going tell you how long this video is. I don't know if I'm going to stay the whole time. Might skip ahead on some stuff, but this video is 41 minutes long. They just want her to leave, too. She's not, like they said, you're not in trouble right now. The people in the room are like, "Hey, we need her to go." That's it. So, you need to pack your stuff and go. >> Where is four women at? >> Act Can I tell you how I feel before you talk? >> Sure. I wasn't talking, but go ahead. >> I know, but I know you will eventually. >> Okay. I seriously so this trip was me and my coworker that we've been noting each other for like 6 years on and stuff and I didn't feel fully comfortable with their friends and I thought I was fully comfortable. It's like they switched on me and I didn't do anything against anybody and I'm just like I don't want to be a part of this drama. Okay. >> You're not listening. >> I am listening. I just got to watch other people around me. >> You're just saying okay. >> What do you want me to say? >> I want you to say that I >> I just want my own bed to sleep by myself. I don't want them to like bother me. >> I got you. Well, I guess >> you and >> not them, but I don't want to. I'm sorry. I just want to go. >> I got you. >> And my home is Wisconsin. >> Okay. Where are you going to stay if you don't stay here tonight? >> Here. This is the only option until the girls me like this whole thing. I didn't do anything. >> I got you. Well, I don't think staying here is going to be an option tonight for you or your friends. So, what's a backup plan? I'm telling you, I'm not making any misfits. >> Yeah. Loveable Scorpion said, "I skipped some of this one when I first saw it because all that whining is getting on my nerves." Yeah, I feel like at some point I feel like I'm probably going to skip, but and uh Ace Moosh said the moment cops show up, I can't leave fast enough if that's what I'm supposed to. In fact, you don't even have to call the police. You tell me. apparently. Okay, the hotel kicked everybody out or they're saying everybody got to leave. You tell me I have to leave. You don't have to contact the police. I say, "Okay, I will figure it out and I'm going to go get my stuff." >> I'm telling you, I work 80 90 hours. >> You're not even kind of messing. >> You're not even listening. >> Well, I'm trying to listen to multiple people at once. >> Yeah, listen to one at a time and I'm not done. >> Oh my gosh. Okay. Um, are you headed out? >> I'll wait till you're I'm with my cousin, so we don't even live here. >> So, you're staying up. >> I don't know how you got rolled into this. >> What room is it, sir? >> That is where the blue is staying. >> But they're all getting ready to go to restaurants. >> I was going to say cuz according to the the staff here, they I guess whatever group has been causing issues. So you guys are going to have to leave. So >> yeah. No. So I'm literally talking cuz then I said, "Yeah, they're going to be there for like right now." >> So they're all like heard together. >> Okay. Well, yeah. If you're leaving, you're good to go. >> But this this is her girlfriend. Is she going with you >> with >> So they have to catch an Uber. >> Me and my cousin are Yeah. So >> theoretically, she would be going with them. But like you are separate. >> No, >> they all have their own separate tickets. >> Okay. >> And according to him, they're getting ready to leave to go on Uber. I don't know if she's emotional, trash, or what, but she's not easy to talk to. So, I'm going to go talk to >> 41. 411. >> I'm going to rest here. >> Not yet. I haven't talked to him. I've been talking to her this whole time. All right. Go ahead and order it over because like I said, you're not going to >> Okay. But I'm going to rest here before I make any decisions because my mental health IS NOT OKAY RIGHT NOW. SO, JUST LET you sit for 10 15 minutes and then order Uber >> while I go talk to them. >> No, no, no, no. She she Dean, this is why I pinned your comment. That's all she is is an attention seeker. She said, "For my mental health, let me see her." Girl, if you don't get that Uber and go on about your business, she just wants everybody in that room to see her crying. She wants the cops to be her therapist and listen to her whining. Um, and she wants no one to interrupt her cuz she was like, "Can I talk before you say anything?" She just wants attention and nobody cares. Like, you need to grow up and get it together. But they want you off the property. >> I know. >> So, go ahead and start your Uber or something. >> I seriously I just need a moment before I order an Uber. >> And I'm telling you, I'm giving you a moment, but by the time I come back down here, >> we're in agreement. >> Okay. >> I know. >> I don't want to have to kick you off the property physically. >> You would never. >> I would have to if you didn't refuse to leave. >> I'm not refusing to leave. >> Okay. I'm need a mental break because I'm like stressed right now. >> Well, take your mental break and start your Uber. Okay. And this girl just don't even come for no >> 411. >> Yeah. >> What am I doing? >> I remember my first time. >> God, >> I literally was like, I'm 97, but they don't know early. coming really far and they're going to send me this call. And I was like, I'm just going to head here. Hopefully I can knock down real quick. >> Is it just me or Victoria, Lisa? >> Yeah. Hello. >> Hello. Are you guys all packing to leave? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, we're out of here. >> Okay. Um, the girl that's downstairs, is she going with somebody? >> Yeah, she is. Yeah, she's Was she with you guys? >> She was. Oh, she's been drinking way too much. >> Yeah, I can tell. All right. >> I can tell. >> Yeah. So, >> yeah, she got kicked out yesterday. Like, this is too much. So, you guys got to unfortunately get a move on cuz >> I I just have two beds. >> Okay. Cuz uh Yeah, I guess the hotel staff wants you guys out like ASAP. So, I don't want to have to trespass anybody. >> Yeah, we are out of here. >> I hear you loud. I'm out of here. >> Who knows the girl downstairs the best? >> Me. I work with her. >> Okay. All right. Are you guys all going in the same car? M tall enough. >> Is she going with you then? >> I am with them. >> Are you all >> Is she going to the airport with you guys? >> She needs to, but I don't think she's going to get in the pack. >> Okay. Well, she has options to leave and >> Yeah, >> I'll leave that up. >> That's on her. >> Okay. All right. I'll let you finish packing. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Yep. >> Okay. There she is. >> Where did they go? >> Wisconsin. >> Huh? >> And they chose the follow. No, she was like talking out of the car. You know the lady in the black cart. >> Most of it back. >> Well, they're almost done. You can go and grab the rest of your stuff when they're done. Yes. You're shaking your head. No, but I'm shaking my head. Yes. >> I will listen to you, but not this [ __ ] because she does not >> because Exactly. She don't >> There's that other trait. There we go. She's male attention seeking specifically because that the woman cop has done nothing to her. Nothing. But she has to go on the attack on this woman that hasn't done anything to her and I only want to talk to you. I hate when they do stuff like that. Like just shut up and get your stuff. Everybody else done them packed up. It's been four or five people in that room packed their stuff up. They even really packed her stuff up and brought it down. But I guess she said something got left in the room. Probably charger or something. And they always say charger. It's not She's just a waste of time and space. >> Even listen to the full story and she's got a problem. >> She's not She hasn't even talked to you. >> Exactly. She hasn't even talked to me and she's still got to add to it on her face. >> Yeah. Report somebody else. I'm 53 180 lb. What do I really need? >> One person. >> Look at me. >> Look. Look. Giving her physical stats. A a when you say your height and weight, they usually say that for body counts I've seen when when so far when I've seen people like her that are drunk and seeking the male attention, they say that to imply how small they are most times or like how almost like desirable their body is. It's was a weird thing cuz there was no reason to say that. And I'mma stop it there because I ain't even gonna say the other stuff. I don't think >> these [ __ ] especially this one, is fake as a friend. >> Get away from me, dude. Okay, you are. >> You're not getting physical. >> I have always tried backing her up and all of a sudden she's got problem and now everybody else has got problem. She's got a smirk on her face like it's nobody's business. >> I'm right here. I can't move any further unless you want to jump up. Would you be doing me a favor? >> Thank you. I always like you, Amanda. You never part of something. You're never part of drama. >> All right, you can finish packing now. >> These [ __ ] are. >> Okay, you can finish packing now. >> I have like everything. >> Then why do you have to come back up here? >> Cuz I need everything. >> Yes. Thank you. >> Everybody's been wearing them, so thank you for not letting anybody steal them. >> Yeah, right. >> Not you. >> We don't need that either. >> Maybe Kaitlyn. So, what do you still have in here? >> Not you. Like I said, maybe Kaitlyn, >> what do you still have here? >> Can I hear you? Come closer. >> I said, >> KAITLYN, I CAN'T HEAR YOU. COME CLOSER. >> I think not. You're a bad friend. >> You asked ME TWO DAYS AGO. YOU'RE A BAD FRIEND. >> I thought you and stuff to finish packing. >> Like I said, I am, but she's a bad friend. AMANDA'S COOL. SHE'S ALMOST COOL, BUT SHE'S under a not Amanda. Katie spell the best friend. >> Can you come in here with me? Just you. I don't want her. >> I want her with me. >> There we go again. And definitely definitely that will put him in a compromising position. She said here we I know I'm repeating what she said, but I'm just saying it so I can make sure I'm saying the thoughts that cuz sometimes I speak in my head and not out loud. So I apologize all the times I repeat what they exactly just said. But when she's like, uh, I want you to come in and not her. That's not smart for anybody. But that goes back to the attention seeking thing that I keep seeing with her. From the time she said, can you stop talking and let me talk first? I was like, ah, here we go. Here we go. But yeah, no, nobody smart would do that. I would I honestly had she Well, had she only went the woman, probably would have been okay. But her type of volatility, I would always want my partner with me no matter what with her. >> No, I'm not going to do anything bad. >> I don't think you have it. >> That's not how that works. You don't get what you want here. You are not trustworthy. If you want to come in, come in. >> You're not right. cuz she didn't doesn't even take a second to listen to anything I say. >> She got here and she's got this attitude. >> Then you want to listen. So once you're at the top, let's go. >> Then come in. >> It doesn't even be a scene to wake everybody up. So come in. >> It's not But the door's not getting closed. >> Okay. So everybody's going to share this and nobody's going to sleep. >> What do you have? >> Nobody's going to sleep. >> I have to say the friends left the room looking pretty nice. Like it's not trash. I don't even know. Maybe they even get to settle down cuz the sheets are still on the bed. That's not bad cuz every time I usually see people getting kicked out of places, the room looks crazy >> because I asked this [ __ ] to come in. But she has no respect ever. >> Wait, we're not. >> I'm not. No, I'm not going to do that to her. And please pass. >> No, I'm not. She's already downstairs. Grab your stuff and your stuff. >> I guess I'll get them to her myself. >> Okay, you can take them then >> because you won't do it. >> I will not. >> Exactly. >> Do you have anything in here? These are These are cheaper lashes. Do >> you have anything in here? You're not listening to me. >> Typical man. I'm not going to listen to you unless you show me the respect that you want. >> I've been trying to. >> No, you're not. >> You have anything in here? >> I asked you just chill and not have this [ __ ] >> All right. Come on. Help. >> Don't talk to me. >> You would never talk to me like this. >> I am right now. >> Do you have anything in here that's yours? >> Leave me alone. Do not talk. >> She's speaking to him like a girlfriend. That's That's what she's doing. You wouldn't talk to me like that if she wasn't standing here. Don't ever talk to me like that. Y'all don't have a history. >> I see nothing. >> You're a man. Do not touch me. >> It is gross in here. >> Do not touch me. I've been cleaning it all week. You want to KNOW WHY IT'S GROSS IN HERE? >> There is nothing in here to take. >> Three other [ __ ] That's why I draw in here. This was broke. It's not mine. >> I wonder what he saw cuz from the from the little door, it didn't look that bad. >> Okay. >> Exactly. Please just shut the door. You You are welcome in if you just shut the door. >> There's nothing in here. You're so like so like rigid. >> Ma'am, I don't want to escort you out, but there's nothing in here for you to >> I'm telling you >> and I'm telling you >> you are not making my anxiety okay. I TOLD HER SHUT THE DOOR IF YOU WANT ANY ANSWERS. >> That towel is not yours. It belongs here. >> I'm checking so my [ __ ] is not missing. YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY? >> I see nothing in here. >> You want to know why? >> NO, I DON'T. >> CUZ I WORK HEALTHCARE. I HAVE NO TIME AND NO MONEY TO AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE. WHATEVER I GOT IN HERE, I'M taking with me. >> So, let me have a MOMENT TO FIND EVERYTHING. >> THERE'S NOTHING IN HERE. >> NOT RIGHT. >> There's nothing in here. It's all trash. >> Not right. That's trash, brother. >> That you brought that in here. >> I'm asking you. Is that trash? >> No. Unless you protect it. So, grab it. >> Please just let me FIND EVERYTHING I HAVE. >> YOU HAVE everything right there. >> That's not true. I haven't packed everything. It's all packed. >> Well, if you guys want to wait, I'll pack everything. I'm compliant. I just want to pack all my shake cuz I got a barn of rest. This don't need. I'm going to take a yogurt because I'm I get very sick sometimes when I'm anxious. And that I'm going to take I'm seriously I'm compliant and I want to leave. I just want you to shut the door. No, I'm not shutting the door. >> What do you got? >> Because that's not how we DO THINGS. GET YOURSELF HEART, DUDE. >> Let's go. Reptile heart. >> Cold heart. >> I'm just trying to find my [ __ ] so that I can be out COMFORTABLY AND WITH DIGNITY. >> There's nothing in there. That girl said, "Can I get my yogurt?" There's nothing in there. She is manipulate. I mean, I know. I know. We all know she's manipulating the situation, but I need them to stop allowing her to do it. Like at some point we're already past trespass after warning. Like she's got to go. If she don't want to Uber, she gets a a police car ride. And then she could think about it there and she could still cry. She's still going to be sitting there crying either way. This is She got to go. >> Okay. Well, if you're not OUT AND I WILL never let you don't talk. >> That's not how this works. It is how it works. Boss, don't talk. You don't treat me with respect. If you want somebody respect to you, you show it first. >> All right. There is nothing. There's nothing else in here. Let's go. >> No. >> Yes. >> There is. >> There is not. >> I scan my receipts for fetch.com and I get points back. Money back. >> Okay. >> So, let me save that. >> There is nothing else in here. Let's go. I'm telling you, you need to leave now before you get >> for things. No. Do not let that [ __ ] fool you around. You are doing your job right. I >> She's still over here calling this lady uh the the woman cop a b- word. She was like, "I would have gave you answers had you shut the door on her and arrest her. It's time to go." >> Just want to be compliant. And you know what's part of compliant is I WANT ALL MY BELONGINGS THAT BELONG TO ME. >> YOU HAVE ALL OF THEM RIGHT THERE. LET'S GO. >> THEY'RE NOT. DUDE, LET ME CHECK. >> THERE IS NOWHERE ELSE to check. No shoes, no nothing there. Ashley, I have a question. Cuz there's a new sound on Tik Tok. Ashley put cereal no milk. Is that a Friday reference or is that this Tik Tok thing reference? Cuz they were uh there's a thing that they changed into somebody I don't know who he was. I'm sure everybody other people know he is, but he was like cereal. No milk. He didn't say milk. He said no milk. And then he was like powder of milk. And then somebody in the military said this is what we had to eat in basic training. So which one are you referencing? But I'm laughing either way. >> Here, take your ripple and your yogurt. >> Exactly. There's not everything here. And I'm trying to tell you that >> he's in your bag. >> Why are you taking that out of your bag? >> I'm just MAKING SURE I HAVE EVERYTHING. Can I please change my clothes? I DON'T WANT TO. I DON'T WANT TO GO. >> YOU CAN PUT YOUR shirt on outside. >> DIGNITY. >> I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THE AIRPORT LIKE THIS. PLEASE, CAN I CHANGE MY OUTFIT? I HAVE IT PICKED OUT. >> You put a shirt on over right now. >> Yeah. And just let the drawer open. You're >> I told you not to get No. >> LET'S GO GET DRESSED. >> WOULD YOU GET DRESSED IN FRONT OF OTHER MEN? >> Get dressed. >> That's what Ace Moonshot said. Is the female cop conventionally attractive? I have seen women react like that to attractive female cops. I will say this. Apples to apples. I think they're both blonde. The female cop is a smaller size than she is. She's not embarrassing herself. I didn't really get a good look at her face or what she somebody like her would think of the woman, but I do think she sees her as some kind of threat. So, I'm going to have to lean towards that one. >> 30 seconds from going to jail. Let's go. >> Whatever, dude. I'm not even that fast. So, you got to think about it. Whatever, [ __ ] And how would you LIKE THAT? HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THAT? HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THAT BE? TELL ME. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE THAT? TELL ME THAT. You rush people over and over and over when they're just trying to help you help them. >> Get dressed, >> [ __ ] Never. >> Get dressed. Put your pants on. >> Help is off. >> Okay, I don't care. Get dressed. >> Can I give you a favor? >> Get dressed. >> No more cover up or anything like that. Oh, now you're not touching you. >> I'M NOT TOUCHING YOU. GET OFF. GET OFF ME. YEAH, this [ __ ] want me. Get off me. Get off me. >> Stop. >> All because I SAID YOUR MAKEUP IS BAD. >> Put your hand on your >> I told you. Get off me, dude. Get off me. Get off me. Left wrist. GET OFF MY LEFT WRIST. EXACTLY. >> Thank you for letting it loose. You want to get in trouble? You in trouble. You're breaking my wrist. Get off me. Let me sit. >> Let me sit. I'm 53, 180 lb. Doesn't take too. >> All because you upset because your makeup's bad. I was going to give you >> I told you she kept saying her size as a a compliment to herself. Because now she's renaming her size again and then talking about it shouldn't take two of them because she sees herself as small, easy to deal with. Um it's she's being weird and then to talk about she was like, "Oh, you're mad. You're arresting me cuz your makeup's bad." You know that's not it. She's still trying to get jazz in. That's what this is. This She does not like women. >> Record it. It's okay. >> I know. I just >> Can you just crack it? Because >> I'm going to put the window down a little bit, but you don't. >> She shut it all up without >> I'm going to close the door here in a second if you don't stop and listen to me. >> I'm listening. >> Okay. But I need you to have a seat. >> Can I tell you something when I Yes, you can. >> You got to just crack the window down a little. The back window, >> please. Yes. I had panic attack. >> I understand. I'm listening. >> I have been compliant since the moment this happened. I said, "Please just make me feel safe and you it won't happen to you." >> Okay. When when the deputies came >> AND THE ONE GUY THAT made me feel safe, he made me feel kind of safe, but he came after. He felt right. And the other one with blue eyes and tight hair made me feel safe. That girl is not >> They gave you plenty of opportunity. >> And I said, "Please make me feel safe. I'll be compliant." >> I never tried biting them, hurting them, or anything. I understand. We got some work to do and then after that we'll be on our way. Okay. Go ahead and slide your feet back in. >> Can I wait just a minute? Can I breathe for a minute? >> I got the window cracked for you. >> Can I breathe just for a minute? I'm just going to stay here. >> Yeah, but I got to close the door. >> Okay. >> I don't want to throw up in your car. You don't know. >> I want you to let me know. Let me know if you need to and I'll I'll remove you medical professional. >> What? >> You're in the medical professional? >> Yeah. They've been a CNA for 15 years. >> Listen. So you >> And this is why CNAs can't beat the allegation. She's a CNA. And every time when we see unfortunately when we see CNAs on body cam, this is their representation. She is why CNAs have a bad reputation as it is. >> You know all the tips and tricks we know about calming down, right? >> I'm try I've tried everything. I am at a 10 right now. I've tried everything. I'm telling you one time. Okay, understand. I understand. But listen, I put the window down so you could breathe. I know. >> If you're going to continue to scream out the window, I'm going to put the window back up. >> Can I talk about medical first? Then look at my phone about my medical. >> You told us where you're at. >> It's a long time away from home. If I need help, I'm telling you where you can find it. It's in my brown bag. >> Your brown bag >> with dog print. >> Dog print. You shut the window on me and youing know it. Treat me like a dog when you're the one that looks like one. Thanks for lying to me, guys. >> I'll see you on the next. >> Yeah. And I they specifically said you wouldn't drive me or do anything. You'll probably me all because I said your makeup is rank. >> Ah, don't shut my window. Close that. Your makeup's sealer and not black does not suit you. Thank you for again. You're better. You're You are ran by those men. You are not the boss and never. >> I thought she said the men were allowing uh her to run them. Now she's saying the men run her. Okay, girl. I'm still waiting on these charges to be listed. That's why I'm skipping. >> Will be speeding. Stop. >> Even at the county jail, she stayed confrontational with the female deputy. She now faces charges of trespass after warning and resisting arrest. Yep. >> Makes sense. Makes sense. She could have got a disco, too, but she didn't. Okay, this one, child, Atlanta crime files. I like their channel, but this one, he basically made the dumbest excuses on why he still has an Audi that's not his. And also, I think he has some stuff on, too. It's dumb excuses. And then at the end, once we get to the part where they get him to the station, I'm going to go to the next video cuz after that, it's kind of dead. But leading up to that point, it's some cra I'm like, stop playing with these cop, please. So, it says he didn't steal the Audi. He just never brought it back. >> Oh, here. >> I need you to stand right here. >> Is it the same location? >> Put your hands behind your back. >> I'll just get my stuff out. That's all I'm doing. >> Just turn around. >> Okay. >> Put your hands behind your back. Cuff them. through and through his uh left shoulder. Sir, >> turn back around. My bad. My bad. >> Turn around. >> Just put your hands behind your back. That's all. All I want you to do is put your hands behind your back. >> Yes, ma'am. I ain't doing nothing. I ain't doing nothing. What he say? >> Go ahead. >> 126 >> 2615 radio. Be advised to play this is a white Audi Q5. It came up stolen on a flyet. Are you out with it? >> That's affirmative. We're in the quality in off of Jonesboro Road. >> 2625 has one detained at this time. >> That's it. >> That's it. That's it. Whose car is this? >> Christopher Smith. >> So why is the report stolen? >> Yeah, because he that's for my pill for my leg. >> For my leg. I got a bullet in my leg. >> Why are they not in >> They got a >> Can y'all run this in the car? Let me see. I'll run in the car. How do you come up? >> Over there. >> Says he's not wanted. >> Where was the car stolen out of? What was it stolen out of? The hell is that? >> Some pills or medication for his leg? >> Not in the not in the bottle. >> No, I'm not from around here, sir. >> I know you're not, but still. >> You see what I mean when I say dumb dumb excuses? They find pharmaceutical stuff on them, right? He says, "Oh, it's cuz I have a bullet in my leg. They're loose pills, not in a bottle." And he said, "I'm not from around here." That has nothing to do why these prescription pills aren't in a bottle. What do you mean I'm not from around here? What does that have to do with anything? >> I'm not from around here, you know, either in Florida, but I got pills in a bottle. >> Oh, yeah, sir. I mean, ma'am, they right here on my thing. I got >> They got smoking stinky cigars. Oh, you got the little [ __ ] there. Yeah. Got his little weed ass tree. >> So, this was coming out of Nevada stolen. >> Yes, sir. >> He said he the guy who he's driving with didn't pay for it. I guess they reported it as stolen. >> Huh. >> From U-Haul. >> Huh. U-uho went east. Mhm. I didn't know that. I didn't know that either. I guess in Nevada these cars are good. Well, this this car is going to get towed. All this stuff in it. >> Oh man. You going to have to go get it? >> Yep. >> 265. >> Just being detained. >> Okay. >> 2625 got one detained. >> I don't know. >> I told you she turned over. >> But uh can I put him in the back of your vehicle right now? cuz he's supposedly got a bolt in his leg and there ain't no >> I got less room in my 121. >> You ain't back. Christopher >> Christopher Smith who's in the thing that's all >> I can smoke my black >> please. >> Not right now. Okay. >> This the room key though. Y'all need it. >> Appreciate. You said 127. >> Yes, sir. It's right there. >> All right. Do me a favor, please. Put your foot in for me. Watch your knee. >> Uhhuh. Dad, >> I She never answered me cuz I gave her the plate number. >> I already ran to the car. It says he's not wanted. >> Who? The >> You dude. >> Okay. >> In the C. >> Jesus. >> Room 127. >> 127. >> 127. >> He told me 127, but here here's the key for it. Well, he's in possession of a driver right now, right? I don't give a [ __ ] I don't give a [ __ ] >> He said he didn't drive. >> I could have sworn I saw >> I didn't see who was driving cuz he was parked when I came by. >> No, there was nobody when I cuz when I drove by, he was >> the the back was open. So, I didn't see nobody in the vehicle. >> The car keys on, right? >> Yeah. He was getting I saw him getting out from here. I saw him getting out. That's what you say. Is that the car? I said that's the car. >> So why was you driving the car then? Put your foot back in. >> Oh no. I'm sorry. >> Why was you driving the car? Cuz when I drove up, you was getting out the driver's side. >> No, I I was sitting there getting my black and Mile out and I was getting my stuff. I was just sitting there. You can see my black and Mile still lit. >> I know. But I saw you getting out. I saw you getting out from the driver's side of the car. >> Yeah, I was I was sitting there smoking my black because you know we can't smoke in the room. So, I was smoking my black. That's all I was doing. >> All right. >> Oh, I'm sorry. >> Watch your He said he was sitting in the in the driver's seat smoking his that cigar and that's when I saw him get out. >> Hey, what's the name of this medicine? >> Uh it's like it's like what what it's called when you be locked up. Uh it's like like approxim 500 mgram or like you're you're rotten. >> Okay. You're rotting. You're rotten in five in 500 mill. >> Cuz he said you're rotten or not napperson. I I never seen napperson look like that. I've had non before. >> Don't touch it. Rotten. >> I was going to say if it's drugs though and it's a felony drugs, you can take that cash out of his pocket cuz >> it's not got a phone. You can go on Google. >> We got this right here. >> Damn it. >> All right. During toe, >> what you say? >> Napas. >> No, you said nat. Neaten. >> Notten, >> I guess. >> Like images. >> Did they finish holding traffic? We got to >> No. Turn it over. >> Still holding traffic. >> No, I don't think so. >> They didn't. They didn't really I don't think so. >> No, they didn't release. Are you John 1497? >> There's Narin right there. Dang, that looks like damn Flynn stone vitamins to me. Excited. Maybe >> we got to get We got to get his wallet to get to stop the AD. Which pocket did he put your wallet back in? >> Sir, >> which which pocket you got your wallet in? >> He got out of my out of my back pocket. >> All right. Do you Did he give it back to you? >> No, sir. I ain't got my water unless you can check it though. But uh you could tell me like uh you I'm I'm I'm post I'm post certified. I used to be on the I used to be on the search team. So my like it documented that I got >> a lot right here. >> Okay. >> Watch your knees. >> Okay. >> Postcertified out of where? >> I worked in Jackson. My mama my mama >> at the at prison. >> Yeah. I used I >> You went to the police academy? >> Yeah. I went to BCOT. My mama named Belinda Davis. Like I'm I'm a You get what I'm saying? I'm You know I All right. No. Okay. >> He's saying he's postcertified. >> He's postcertified. >> Yeah. >> Oh, well. >> The inventory. He got um shoes. >> He got two three miscellane cuz I already called for the 85 for you. >> He's got what? >> Three bags of miscellaneous clothes, two boxes of sneakers. He has a patron, a bottle of liquor. 275 >> liquor clothes 138 never was driving the wrong way on 38B and also we wanted to concrete divider and then turned on to a privilege interested in the town. >> Okay. Somebody, anybody know about postcertified? Cuz I'm with you, Jacqueline. It seems like as soon as I hear that, it's something to do with law enforcement, but I don't know for sure. Um, the part with the pills, they could check the numbers when unfortunately for him, he already Okay, it's loose pills. He's in a stolen car. they see a marijuana ashtray. I I can't tell if the baggie they have is marijuana, you have to test it because there's pill presses that people buy to mimic the real stuff. So, even if they pressed in the number and all that stuff, that's just what they do. You have to test it. It's not going to tell you just because of that number. They're just that it's copycatting at that point. They mentioned something about possible ecstasy. Um, and I accidentally skipped ahead cuz I was thinking they weren't going to say nothing else about it, but they just need to test it that way. Clear him or not clear him if he wasn't Oh, the the woman cop caught him in the driver's seat. So, he was in the car and I think he tried to get out when she approached or whatever, but she at one point says, "I saw you in the car in the driver's seat." But, um, yeah, to clear him or convict him, they just got to test that stuff that he has on him. And then they already got him for the stolen vehicle though. Like that he he and he admitted I didn't know they were reported stolen so early. That's what he'll say if he hasn't said it already. >> So is Walker his first name right now? >> Huh? >> Walker his first name or last name? >> I tell you it's Walker. Yeah. >> Okay. Son of a [ __ ] Oh man, about to take a waste [ __ ] [ __ ] Huh? It's coming back as ecstasy. I think he just said it's coming back as ecstasy. The caption's all out. All off because when they said weed ashtray, the caption said weed ass tray. So the caption's off, but I think he just said it came back as ecstasy on one of those. They're blue. Take this cash. >> See a large amount of money. >> Nice little fat wad. I don't know. I didn't count it or anything. >> Blueberries. [ __ ] kill me. I'm [ __ ] Damn it. You can show me the area. I called for the the 85 already for you. I'mma start. Sorry. I'm going to do the I'm going to do the impound sheet. >> All right. >> I think this y'all I don't think these are crooked cops. Omi said, "Oh, wow. Now they're stealing from him." They got four or five camera angles on them. They're not going to keep his money. They have to either count it in front of the camera or whatever if they're going to touch it. Like they're not trying to take this man's money. I don't think they're trying to frame him or take his money. I think he put himself in a horrible position. He kept that car without paying for it. He just didn't think they'd already do the little repo or report it stolen. He had the substances on him cuz he claimed it was for the bullet in his leg. And now they're testing it. And I I think they said one of them came back as ecstasy. And then they were talking about his money, but they're not trying to take his money. They've got so many independent cameras on each other. Like now if it was just one cop out there, possibly or like that one cop we watched that tried to put the money in his door. Um and that guy had to fight to be like, "No, he I saw him counting. I knew how much I had. I just wanted to test him." But I don't think they're trying to take his money. This is either methamphetamine or stop answer. >> Okay. It was fireworks and the rubber in their vehicle on that last Huh? >> 11515. >> See, I wish they would use their words because every time I hear someone ask, did it test positive? I don't know if they're nodding, but they're not verbally saying yes. So, now I'm just uh I'm waiting to see if they'll say it later. But they asked him again if it tested positive for MDMA and I can't hear I didn't hear an answer though. >> All right. Say that one more time. >> Tested positive for >> MDMA. >> MDMA. >> MDMMA test kit. Okay. Tested positive. Got it on my camera. >> MD >> MA. >> MA. >> Yeah. So that's either methamphetamine or ecstasy. It's most likely ecstasy. >> Okay. Thank you. Finally. what we think is believe possible ecstasy. Test a positive field tested positive for it. So, we'll take this. We're going to go wrap it up. See how many pills are in here. We ain't going to touch this except for rubber gloves cuz you don't want to get no natural hire or nothing. We'll see how many pills they are. We'll do a GBI submission for him. We'll put that in a little drug bin. We'll send that off to GBI to get tested. We're going to take his money. We're going to count his money. And if it comes back as Napperson, he gets his money back. If it comes back as Exciting, we keep his money. That easy. That simple. >> Do you send like do you send all that off the uh test like this? >> Oh yeah. The whole the whole bag goes back over there. The whole bag already. >> These other [ __ ] are not these other >> 2625. Can I get a case, please? 329. >> We'll grab his money's pocket real quick. Or no, we'll do it back at the station. We'll do it back. >> I'll just do the So, it's going to be possession of a stolen vehicle. >> Debt by receiving. >> Debt by receiver. Stolen vehicle. >> He was in possession of it. >> You don't know if he stole it? >> He was in the car in the He had the keys on it. That's Make sure you put that in your report. He said he was in the front seat smoking whatever and he had the keys to the vehicle in his pocket >> which he stated he had too. >> Which he stated he had. So let's make sure you put that in the report. >> Okay. >> So we're not going to charge him for >> the drugs also. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So that's going that's felony >> two felonies. >> Yeah. 131 I got on my sheet. We'll figure all that out when we go there. >> Plus we can do Well, it's never mind. I can't really can't do that because >> talk about >> the pills not being about Yeah, I wouldn't do that. >> Pills? What? >> Not being about prescript cuz those are not prescription pills. >> Yeah, that wouldn't count. >> No, no, just that. That's all I'm going right there. >> One pill would be a felony amount, but he's got several unit so that way they can >> It's all right, man. Hey, it's a good look, man. Let's keep it busy for a couple hours. >> Yeah. >> What you say wrong with his leg? Why can't he sit back here? the Well, I've got less room in my vehicle than in that vehicle >> and that's a tight fit. So, she's >> Yeah. All right. So, we got all >> right. So, we got it established that the car and he does have possible substance, but that will get it confirmed again through a more advanced testing. I'm getting back to when they talked to him again. Let me see here. But yeah, they they they were eager beavers. I'm not saying they weren't, but I was like, I don't think they're being crooked. They're just They are eager though. But here we go. Cuz the um I don't know if I end up skipping over some of hers, but the the black woman cop was the she was actually the leader in this. She was like, "Take them. I saw them. What else we talking about? I I'm telling y'all what I she was she was the leader at first and then the other one kind of got more eager. But yeah, they they they were definitely she was sure of what she saw. I'll say it that way. do all that. >> You have to come get that out. You better have his friend. >> Hang on. Just hang on just a sec. Can I holl at you for a second? I want to tell you something, Mike. >> Okay, sure. >> Can I step out? I want >> Oh, he got the sweats. He got the sweats. And I'm with Rose. He can't complete a full sentence. So far, he has not completed a full sentence. He kind of cuts himself off and keeps it in his head. >> Kind of tell you like off to the side. is is is very >> Is there anybody in the room 127 right now? >> Yes, sir. >> You want to leave them clothes and stuff with him if he'll come get him? >> Yes, sir. And I want to highlight you by something important to something that >> Sorry, I'm going to go back. But, uh, Auntie Natty said, "How are they going to charge him before they test him?" They did a preliminary test, then they're taking it to do a more advanced test. The preliminary test came back positive for MDMA, and they said that's either going to be meth or ecstasy, I think they said. >> If you'll come get him. >> Yes, sir. And I want to holl at you about something important, too. Something that >> Okay, we'll have to do that back at the station, man. We can't do that right here. We got to do that back at the station. >> Well, what I'm saying is it it'll be it be beneficial for >> everybody. I I promise you, Lieutenant, I I ain't going I ain't going I ain't going to [ __ ] with you, >> right? >> You just give me one chance just to holl at you. Just it it'll be beneficial for everybody. I promise you. >> That's all I do want to holl at you. That's it. rear. He want to talk to me. I ain't going to let him say a damn thing. >> I already know. >> Step on out. Step on out. >> Keep your mouth shut for a second. Yes, >> m Stand right here. Keep your mouth shut for a second. I'm going to read you something. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one of one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. You understand all that, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. I got you on video saying that. I got to make sure I read that. LT listen my mother has a high ranking government job. Real high rank government job. I ain't trying to get her no BS. You get what I'm saying? You said Sill. I didn't know what the I didn't know what the the hell was them supposed to been for my leg. I don't take no SPS. I smoke black and Miles. You understand what I'm saying? I came here to see my kids. You get what I'm saying? But anything to get me out of trouble, I don't mind doing that cuz I ain't trying to get no trouble on no damn Christmas on top of that. You can look at my >> The big thing is you're in a sto vehicle. That's the big thing. >> No, no. What I'm saying is when she pulled up, if if I if I think anything wrong with the vehicle, I would have took off and ran with a bullet in you. >> No, I'm saying I would at least tried though. You >> Oh, that's a good question. He said if I was doing something bad, I would have ran. He said, "How you going to run with the bullet in your leg?" >> What I'm saying? I would have just >> You barely could stand, bro. >> But you just said to her, you made the statement that, you know, whoever got it wasn't paying for it. So, you know, it was reported stolen. >> No, I ain't know it going to be reported stolen if you're not paying for. I know you have to you have to eventually pay the money, but I thought after like a certain amount of days that it'll be reported stolen, not just like automatically be reported. And well, it had to be a certain amount of days. They're just not gonna put a call in the system that's being sold. >> Right. Right. Right. >> They send you they send you what demand letters um they send they they they sent the certified mail at least three that they want their property back. If you don't ask, that's what they going to do, >> right? But like I told her when she when she pulled up, I was right there. I was just I wasn't driving. I was just sitting out smoking my black. My black and still lit. >> Here's the bad thing though, okay? And I know your mom's got a high ranking job, but you had the keys on your possession. You had the keys to the vehicle in your pocket. >> No, no, no. They was they was hooked on my thing because >> Yeah, but they were on you, right? They were on your person. >> Yeah, because I had to unlock the door. >> So, you're in charge of the vehicle and you have the keys in your possession. See what I'm saying? You're in charge by law. You're in charge of the vehicle cuz you had the keys in your possession. Okay. So, that makes the car in your possession. Period. We ain't trying to hit me up on nothing. He's detective. He been doing this 20 something years. I've been doing this about 17 years. Law is law is. If you got the keys on your possession, you're in possession of the vehicle. Okay? Now, if you were just out here sitting in the vehicle and no keys are in sight, you're around the stolen veagle, you going to be detained and asking you questions. But since you had the [ __ ] keys on you, >> it makes it all different. >> I mean, but everybody know I was I wasn't driving the car. Like, I was just driving. >> Yeah. >> Leon, they said it later. Um, they've been they they they addressed the ecstasy a few times. That's when I was frustrated. I'm like, nobody's confirming. But then later the when they were still by the trunk of the car, he said it turned blue. It's MDMA, which means it's either going to be meth or ecstasy. They they said that explicitly. They did mention it. It took them a while. I feel like it's more coming together over here, too, when they're talking about the keys being on his person and stuff. But this one was a slow cooker, but they did explicitly say it, but they said they were going to take it to GBI, which what is that? Is that Georgia Bureau of Investigations? Possibly. But they're going to Yeah, cuz it's Atlanta crime file, so probably. Um, but yeah, they're going to test it again to know specifically what it is. But they named names. >> You get no pills from >> I got no pills from my dog from here. That's why I said anything. >> So you didn't get it from a doctor? >> No, I ain't No, I ain't never No, I ain't never get it from I never told I never told you I got them from my doctor. >> Did he not imply like he got it from a doctor when they first asked him about those pills? Now he got it from his dog. Did he not imply? Because he was like, you know, the stuff they give you in prison. Then he brought up that he's I'm about I was about to say PCOS, like the the the oh my god, the postcertification thing y'all were talking about to qualify for law enforcement. Um he implied because of his where his mom worked or him being able to work in a um prison facility, he implied that's how he got them or like trying to say, you know, they're similar to those. He did not say, "I got them from a dude on the street." He just said, "I got a bullet in my leg, so I need these." >> I said it for my leg. My homeboy got problem, so he gave them to me. You get what I'm saying? Especially if I seen y'all right there. I was already in the back of the trunk. You think about SP? I would at least do the [ __ ] Like, come on now. Let's come and see. You know damn well. >> Is he in there? >> Yeah. You >> Yeah. Somebody open the door and shut it. >> Yeah. Yeah, if I Yeah, if I can. Like, so I'm going I'm going So I'm going to jail for possession of the car. >> Yeah. >> So even if he come out here and say it's his, then I'll be >> If he come out and say it's going to be up to >> Oh, Chris. >> Oh, yeah. He'll do that. >> Where Chris at? Where is Chris? Okay. And I will say I have the advantage of already having watched this one because when I was watching it in real time, I waited for them to say what it was cuz he named such a specific um medicine. I had never heard it. I'm going to say he said nuroxin or whatever. Um and then they looked it up and they was like, "Oh, okay. That's what Noroxin is for whatever it was." So I waited to hear each thing because I was like, "Did he look sketchy or he sounded sketchy cuz he looked nervous as heck about it?" Yes. But I did wait. But I know I have the advantage of I've heard this whole video and watched this whole video already. >> Hey, Chris. Hey, come here, bro. You know, don't hold up. Okay. >> Who this car belongs to? >> Who car belongs to? >> Who the car belongs to? >> Did you purchase a vehicle? >> Did you you rented it from him and you didn't return it? Uh, >> not yet. Did you know they reported the stolen? >> No. >> That's why I said I don't want to go to jail for something that I ain't you know the man who own the car right here. That's all I'm saying. >> So you claiming ownership of this car? >> Nuh-uh. That's enterprise car. >> So you didn't own it? I'm talking about >> you rented this. That's what you rented. I >> I rented it. But >> you got Let me see your ID. saying I don't want something that me smoking the black of M. >> Appreciate >> and I don't want his [ __ ] to go off in the car either. >> All right. >> So I don't want his [ __ ] to go off in the car either. >> So how did you two meet? >> We we we we did we did we did time together. I'm be straight. We did time together. I've been in Nevada. No, no, no, no. In uh on the west coast in Idaho. Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? We did time 8 years ago. I I've been knowing, you know, good friends. You get what I'm saying? I'm here to see my kids. You know what I'm saying? I came outside smoking black. He in sleep. You know what I'm saying? Like I said, I ain't nobody know the damn car stolen. Like I said, when when they pulled up on him, when the last time you made a payment, been a couple weeks. Have y'all been in contact with those people? >> Have you been in contact, bro? >> LT Christmas. Y'all please give me a break, man. >> Look at this Christmas. You riding around a stolen vehicle. That's what we tried to talk about. >> I wouldn't I >> They reported stolen. Whoever you rented it from has reported it stolen. >> Why? Like why? >> Because you didn't return it. >> Cuz you didn't return the vehicle or pay for it. It's an album. I wouldn't pay for it and return it like you told me to. >> What have you? >> That's what I'm saying. See, you know, like >> I'm not paid up on it. >> That's what That's what they're saying. They're not paid up on it. So, they report it stolen. >> But they don't know that. >> When you don't make the bill, man, they they report [ __ ] stolen. >> Did not know that. >> Wow. I can print it out also for your report. >> Careful. >> Please. I'm begging y'all, man. I can help y'all with anything. >> Okay. You actually You told Lieutenant You're not claiming anything as far as this vehicle right now, are you? >> What's that? >> You're not claiming anything as far as this vehicle except you rented it. >> Yeah, I rented it. >> And you didn't know it was reported stolen? >> No. >> All right. Well, you don't need him anymore, do you? >> No. I want to get the [ __ ] out the car. >> Yeah, grab all his clothes out the car. >> Now, why ain't Chris going to jail for the stolen part? Cuz they was claiming stolen and substances for him. Now Chris get to walk away and I'm asking a rhetorical question because I don't understand how Chris is walking away right now. >> And we got to take all this stuff. Um, now you you told Lieutenant you want to speak to him and say you could tell him something. I guess um What do you got to tell him? What's What do you tell him that's going to benefit what we doing? >> I know a lot of people I know a lot of places thing to go on that don't supposed to go on where that I could help that I could help y'all out with. I don't want to be like know I'm a you know that's why I said like >> 26 25 I can like I can talk to you oneonone but you know what I'm saying at the same time you know what I'm saying is >> I know now they going to say the substance part but I'mma stop here because apparently I missed Chris and I ain't know Chris was actually there. I thought Uhuh. Uhuh. Cuz why y'all now ain't talking about this stolen car? no more. No. So, he probably going to tell who gave him their substances and stuff, but no, Chris should have been in handcuffs, too. So, it was half I'm going say half sketchy. I can believe if he didn't rent that car, he don't know nothing about it being Well, he kind of knew cuz he said what did he say? He said, oh, how did he say it? He was he claimed knowledge, but he didn't rent it. So, I'm take that's all Chris. But now all of a sudden we don't care about uh Chris and knowing the car is stolen, knowing he ain't up on payments. But we still talking to him about Nope. We're done with that one. All right, going to the next one. Psycho woman causes a scene in hotel lobby ends terribly. Right, Leon? Yeah, they got him now. Yeah, they do. Leia's grandma. All right, here we go. Reports of an intoxicated woman causing a disturbance. >> Good morning. >> Hello. Did you call? >> No. >> No. >> The carpets did. I'm going to be here to make sure that they don't one side the >> Okay. I'm guessing they called about you then. >> Absolutely. >> All right. Here. Why don't you hang up here? >> I am. >> Uh, actual. Oh, yeah. How about you let them know and you didn't like what I come over and you adjusted your prices accordingly to the talk to him working here. >> All right. Tell me what's going on. >> His ass is a racist ass. >> I have been uh a membership. A member cuz you have to have a membership. I know >> of this facility since they opened. >> All right. for he saw me walk in here. He immediately adjusted my prices. Reason how I know because I was on at work checking the sites out and once I came here this jacked up the prices $120. Even after I told him I don't about the jack in the price, he made it very difficult for me to even be able to book the facility even after I am a membership. >> He is a racist ass and I'm going to stand on that because before I even got here, the room was available. once I got here and saw me and he has had a problem with me prior till today and I hopefully if y'all keep my complaints in y'all system you will see that I have had numerous occasions and I'm going to be honest with you only reason why I continue to book with these is because I smoke is now legal in the state of little noise. And these is the only that allow you to smoke in their rooms. >> Perfect. >> If you book one of the rooms that come with one of the jacuzzi rooms, if you look up my name, I have been a member of this facility since about 2022. And every time I have booked a room with a jacuzzi room do being I smoke this new. Yes. And you going to keep smiling because you is a racist ass >> and I'm going to keep saying >> what does he want though? >> Just leave. >> All right. He doesn't want you here. >> That's fine. >> Give me my money back for the embarrassment of my guest. give me my reimbursement back for me and my guest cuz my guest is sitting outside and if YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE A white I got three of them sitting outside. >> Did she pay anything? >> He said he returned your money. He said you got >> lying. >> So here's the deal. You're a member here, right? >> Be honest. >> Well, he doesn't want you here. So right now you GOT TO LEAVE. >> OKAY. SO, give me back money cuz the shut up because the me says >> that I pay my money AND I GET ACCESS TO THE FACILITY THAT I paid my access to. >> So, if you have a complaint, you can come back on Monday. >> You can come and talk to his boss right now. You need to leave. The business is done here. You're causing disturbance. You need to leave. >> I will love my money. >> Okay. No. Angel says, "When situations like this happen, just remove your money and stop patronizing the establishment. Police aren't going to do anything but arrest you. This is a civil issue." Yep. Every time you have a problem with a business, face to face is what most of the time face to face is not going to help you. You need to do over the phone, need to do emails, and I have advised you might as well run it through a filter like chat GPT at this point to make it sound as best as possible. And they usually will credit you and then you just don't come back. whatever it is, the airline, hotels, whatever it is, because they don't want to deal with that. But this only brings you to you will get arrested. That's the only conclusion when you act like this. Once they call the police, there is no other option. They're calling the police for a um they wanted you to leave, you're not leaving, so now you get into the criminal territory. There's there's no solution talking to them and and wanting to get the respect you think you deserve and all this other stuff. No, it's not happening there. It's gonna happen in civil court or you just, you know, go through the corporate and get your refund. And again, do not keep patronizing where you feel you've had to do multiple complaints against them. They shouldn't still be getting your money this long to give back. >> You need to leave. They don't have to give your money back. They are terminating any services with you tonight because you're in here causing disturbance. You're drunk. They don't want you here. So, you need to leave their property. >> The reason we're here is >> what you're doing. >> What is because they called and just said that? No, because we witnessed it, too. >> Okay. Can you give me a breath of life in the state that I am intoxicated? >> No, I don't need to. >> I will definitely will allow that to >> Okay. Well, they don't want you on their property. They have the right to refuse service to anybody in the state of Illinois. If you refuse to leave, you will be arrested. >> What I can state is they should be able to give me some type of refund to deny. >> He says he sent it back to your card. >> I didn't get a refund, though. >> Okay. We'll take it up with his boss. You can file a complaint against him if you'd like. If you don't like him, but you're going to have to wait till Monday to do that. There's nobody else here right now. You're going to say them, you're going to give them back their money. And >> we're going to say the person that's causing the problem needs to go and that's what they want. So yes, that is the way things work. >> Even though that I own. >> Yes. >> They don't want you on their property. >> Never mind. Thank you. Your name is what? >> Sergeant Kicker. >> Officer, you are because you guys are not. Time to go outside. >> Why are you touching me? They don't want you here. They told you to leave the property. Leave the property. The doors that way. >> Have a good night. >> Oh, this cousin. >> This about the third third red flag on this one. But this is this is You had your freedom still. You just have to leave. You just have to leave. I don't get it. This a white thing. Nothing. Just need to leave. >> She's leaving. >> Sister was towards that way. Don't look back. Go. Head out. >> And I know. Head out. Start walking. No. Let's go. Let's go. >> You see the shoes I walk in. >> I will push you out that door, ma'am. >> For what? Sweetheart, >> leave. They don't want you. Is this is this >> And what is on her shirt? It's like some kind of I'm going say fluids are on there. Like, what is going on? And nobody cares about the shoes you walked in with. like you need them more than they'll ever need you. You need them because you want to smoke and they allow smoking. They don't need you. And even if they are underappreciating people that are their customers, you're about to be in handcuffs because of choices you're making right now. This is not the way to deal with it. If that's even what's happening. I was waiting on her to say she's always continued to have to deal with him personally on her multiple complaints. But after you become a problem, people in customer service don't want to deal with you again. And if they have any control over it, they will get you out of their face if they can help it. Because this customer service is stressful. So, I don't even know if it's about her ethnic background or if it's about how she's acting because I don't like how she's acting. I'm going say that. If it was me there, she also wouldn't get a room acting like this. And I don't know if she came in on 10 and she was showing off in front of her friends or whatever, too. I don't know. But this, no, I'm not dealing with you. You have to leave. Y'all want to see her friends, too, Jacqueline. It could be both. Omi, yes, it could be both. >> This is a another membership of the white. >> Yeah, you can go the go in forest. There's a ton of motel there. Hot dog. First stop, sweetheart. >> I live. >> Go. Okay, then. There's a metro. Head north. Let's go. >> You obviously didn't sign in my >> You said there's other people. >> Keep looking. >> Why don't you go? >> All of three of those cars couldn't put into one of my vehicles. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I'm just making sure you're not driving cuz you're not >> I would love to see you guys pull off. I want to see what you guys drive. >> Have a good night. Time to go. >> Bless you. >> You need to get off their property. >> I'm a member here. >> You're trespassed. They do not want you on the property. >> No, you're not. >> They said they don't want you on the property. >> Leave. That's what he said. He said he doesn't want you here. We're relating it for him. >> Does he say the owner? >> Time to go. He's the agent that works here. >> Can I see since I have a document to say that I can be here? >> You can't. You know what your documents going to be? Your booking paperwork and your court date. Leave your trespass from the property. You need to go. >> How am I trespassing? >> We just told you they don't want you here. uh a membership. So, >> you don't they don't want you here. >> I literally have a membership here. >> You had one. You don't anymore. >> It's literally valid. >> Not anymore. They don't want you here. >> That's not correct. >> They don't like drunk people cause disturbances. Step away from the door so they can conduct business. >> What? >> I literally have a membership here. >> You did. They don't want you anymore cuz you want >> Do I have a piece of paper that say that my membership is nonvalid? >> You have me telling you they don't want you >> until January uh 15th. I believe my membership is valid. We're really not getting this. Are you not listening? It's time to go to jail. >> No, I'm not listening. >> You are going to go to jail because you're so a piece of paper. You're so stubborn. We're telling you. I'm the piece of paper that says they don't want you here. Go on to go on to the sidewalk. Understand? >> Yeah. I'll give you a report number right now. >> Does it have anything that says my cancellation membership? >> We're giving you a report number right now >> because you know I pay for that, right? >> We'll get it right now. We'll get it right now. You got to stay outside. So, can I get anything out all of this? BECAUSE THESE THESE GUYS CAN STILL CHARGE ME. You know that, right? >> The charges. >> Yeah. Don't you take him to civil court as >> I told you you're not. >> Who's your Who's your ride? >> I would like a valid public transportation. >> Oh, okay. Cool. Just make sure you're not driving. >> It seems very valid. White ass police officers defending white ass crackers. >> I don't want you here because you're ignorant. >> I'm on the for you ignorant. >> You see you pay for it. Get away from black people. GET OUT OF HERE. >> IT'S BLACK PEOPLE. >> Normally she'd be in handcuffs when she ran up on him like that. And when she got in the personal space of that cop in the hotel, she would have normally already been arrested. We pay your salary. >> HEY, YOU DO? >> YEAH. >> YEAH. Thank you. Thank you. >> Thank you so much. >> You paid for my dinner tonight. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> I mean, she didn't. She lives downtown. >> Oh, yeah. That's true. >> Thank you so much. >> I'm self-employed. >> And you know what my child did? >> Your child >> won't even explain to it. But this beyond >> I don't know what your child does. >> I already seen your name. I already seen your dash number. Use the eye bed under 53. We ain't got >> Google my last name. >> I don't care. >> I don't care who you are. >> S. >> You're irrelevant. >> E R. >> You are irrelevant. >> Capital >> irrelevant. >> Irrelevant. That's what you are. >> You see me in a year and a half. >> Come up. >> Please do. >> I get paid overtime to get sued. So sue me. I don't care. Mandatory minimum three hours. >> You're valid. But if you're >> kill me, I don't care. I just filled out a new life insurance. You ain't winning this battle, man. >> You ain't going to win. >> There's no battle when I don't give you. >> I don't care. >> All y'all work together. >> Yes. Yes. That's why I about one of them. Okay. You're going to get out. >> Why? Why would you do this? >> That's why I about one of them. >> Why would you do this? Wow. >> You're going to get out my face. >> Don't touch me. One more. >> Get out of here. >> Get off. You're done. >> You're done. Get off the property. >> Get off the property. >> Come on. Get my get my property first. >> They want to sign. >> And remember, it's always hood justice. >> I can hear you. I can hear me there. >> Officer, point now. >> All right. You are formerly trespassing the property. If you do not leave right now, you will be placed under arrest. >> Yes. >> Are you going to leave, >> sir? >> Are you going to leave? >> Yes, sir. >> Start. Cisro, >> I see your ass. >> Cisero Avenue. Bye-bye, >> baby. I'm going to GO FURTHER THAN THAT. >> YEAH, right there. That's your exit. You ain't going anywhere near there. That's your exit right there. You think I don't know? >> That's your exit. >> Start walking. >> I know. >> Start walking. >> No, actually that 2025 truck is >> Oh, nice. >> Nice. >> See you. >> Oh, it's good dealer plate. And only because you got that dog >> RUN THE PLACE all >> he don't know her. This one >> it's mine. >> My car. >> Okay. Well, you can't drive cuz you're drunk. >> How am I not drunk? >> You're visibly intoxicated. You are drunk. >> You have spat all over your shirt. >> You see that? >> Yes. Charles, >> what do you see? >> Oh, that is saliva. I told y'all I said fluids on her shirt. I suspected a couple things. That's the lilu. >> What's that? >> What do you see that I'm drunk? >> You look impaired. You sound impaired. You're speechless. You wreakaboos. You're drooling all over yourself. That's not what sober people do. >> You all want to try me? >> I don't want you to drive this car. I don't feel like you're fit to drive. >> That's fine. >> Okay. So, who can come get you then? >> Nobody. >> Well, they don't want you on the property and you can't drive it. So, you're going to have to find another way to leave or you're going to be put under arrest. >> No. Oh, I can take test and prove. >> You want to take a breath test? I'm going to grab a PBT. >> Thank you. >> Get in that car. >> Don't get in the car. >> For what? >> You're not driving. >> I couldn't get in my drive. >> We just told you that. >> You told me that I had to take a blood test to drive my car. >> So, we're not going to let you get in the car. >> You said that. >> We're not let alcohol in the car. >> I never said I had open alcohol. >> Well, he said you can see it. >> I can see it. >> It's not good. Because you can What are you talking about? >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Nope. That's not even my vehicle. >> It was. >> So, you're gonna Are you gonna commit a criminal trespass? >> Maybe. Maybe. >> What's your name? >> 21. What's that? Uh, Hyundai. Come back to Cuz I'm going to be writing you tickets. You understand that, right? I need your ID. >> My name is >> You have anything illegal in the car? >> Excuse me. My car is >> Don't touch me. You do have right sister. >> Yeah, dude. You got open alcohol right there. >> It's not I wasn't driving that car. It was two people that y'all. Sorry. Get out of my car. >> Step back. >> Sit back. >> Step back. Get back. Get back. >> Go. Go. Miss. >> No. I'm okay. >> You need some stuff over here. >> Come on. What are you doing that for? What are you doing that for? >> Under arrest. >> For what? >> Battery for trespassing. >> For trespassing what? >> For trespassing what? >> For trespassing. >> Yeah. Can you lock her cops? >> For trespassing what? >> Is that your girl? >> I don't do it all at all. You said >> she literally put hands on them a few times. Just not leaving when they told you to leave so many times. Trespass after warning, that could have been a thing. She physically put her hands on them like a lot of times to the point they had to push her back and they still didn't cover her. I usually see once they have to physically engage back with you, they're putting cuffs on you and she got Wow. She even put her hand in that man's face. That's crazy. >> She said you're with her. No, I don't know. So, you don't know her at all, >> bro. I don't know. >> All right. Good. Good man. Good man. >> You're >> Yeah, I am. >> And I'm sure I'm off of me. >> Stop. >> That ain't going to work. >> One thing I can't take away from her, that hair flowing. Ends look real healthy. I'll give her that. She takes care of her hair. You're like 12 lbs. All right, stop me. Then you arresting me then you touching me for >> we told you >> I'm like 12 lb, right? Remember? >> See, it was >> I'm like 12. >> The woman was charged with battery and criminal trespass. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. >> She earned it. That's my thought. She earned the battery. She earned the criminal trespass. I'm with y'all. She did say she had three friends outside earlier. She said, "Do you want me to bring them in?" Because I think she said at least one was white and then maybe they would have treated them differently, but I ain't seen no three friends out here. And then the person in the truck, he didn't know her and she was being weird. So, I don't know if she was lying or they left her out of embarrassment. I don't know. All right. I have not seen this one, but the title tells me I want to watch it. So it says when an entitled woman can't accept she's been evicted. >> On November 14th, 2024, officers responded to an apartment complex for a call of a woman trespassing. The woman had been told multiple times she was no longer allowed on the property after being evicted, but reportedly continued attempting to access the property. >> So she um has been loitering in the parking lot a handful of times since the eviction. I did just approach her today. Ask her if she could please leave. She says, "I'm not leaving. You kick me out. I don't have anywhere to go. I have no gas. Call the cops." >> Okay, that's cool. So, uh, you'll go with me and we'll You say that you want her to leave in my presence and then we'll trespass her. And if she doesn't want to leave, she'll go to jail for trespass after warning. It's easy as that. All right. >> Y right now. >> Right over there. >> That's fine. Black and color. Caddy, >> I can't start my car. So, what do you want me to do? Unfortunately, you can't be here. They want you gone. >> I've done nothing wrong. >> But that's not how that works. You understand? You can't be here. That's their property. >> So, am I going to go sit in a jail for >> So, either you leave or you take a Uber or you get out of here. >> I don't have any money. >> That's not my problem. >> You want to call somebody for me? Cuz >> that's not my problem. Either you leave or you go to jail. That's it. >> I I don't know. >> You have to just go You have to go on foot. >> That's That's literally up to you. >> I mean, that's up to you. You want to go to jail? That's on you for trespass after warning. >> I'm not trespassing. >> Yes, you are. >> I pulled over off the side of the road cuz I was falling. >> They want you gone. They're trespassing you. >> I came in here because I was falling asleep on the side of the road. >> Okay. Listen, Christy. Carly has something to tell you. All right, >> Chrissy. As I stated before, you are considered trespassing on the property. We had you and your belongings removed over a week and a half ago. You're not welcome on property. I was stopping in the area and I pulled over for safety. >> It doesn't matter why you pulled over to arrest and and uh for safety in the same apartments you were evicted from a week and a half ago. No, >> just drive on the road because I'm falling asleep. That makes no sense. >> She's going to end up being >> Yeah. So Christy, you need to understand the best way to do it now is just to get on foot and start walking off the property to avoid being arrested. >> I'm not going to start walking and leaving my car here. >> Okay. All right. So you got to understand >> that's that's on them. They can if they want. I doubt that they're going to do that. I doubt that they I think they'll allow you to give us something. >> Was running until you guys got here. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I know. I can I can hear it beeping right now. They can make it run. So, cuz we're not going to >> Oh, she drunk, too. Lord. Um, a lot of people keep thinking, I'm not saying she said it yet, but a lot of people like the last lady think that if someone tells you you're tres or if the cops tell you you're trespass to get a document with their name stamped on it and saying you by this name blah blah blah are trespass from such and such property. And they also get arrested for that because they don't have to give you paperwork. They a lot of them I see have the person verbally tell them uh from the whatever establishment it is like you are trespassed and they'll say you know how long do you want to the max sometimes it's two years sometimes it's never ever and all that stuff and they have to tell them that but that's that's it. They don't have to give you a piece of paper in most places that I see. But a lot of people keep sitting there insisting on getting the paper that doesn't exist and now you're crimly trespassed after warning. play these games. >> I can't run. >> And it's going to shut off. >> Are you out of gas or why is it doing that? >> Out of gas. >> Okay. So then, hey mom, you have to leave >> the property and come back to the car. Have someone else come at the car. That simple. >> Hey, Mom. This is Deputy BS with the Pasco Sheriff's Office. How are you? >> I'm fine, thank you. >> All right. So, we are here with Christy. She was eventually evicted from her apartment complex. She's here. She's got issued a trespass. So to >> What do I mean by convict either she leaves you want to go to jail or she goes I don't want to take you to jail >> in regards to >> I really don't want to do that. >> She's being kind of combative. >> I can't go to jail because I'm on medication. That's not how that works right now. >> She has because you're on medication doesn't mean you can't walk. She's going to walk with us. Okay. >> What about her car? >> The car could be here and then you can come and put gas in the car later and leave with the car at a different time. >> Why do I have to go to jail? >> She just It's called trespass after >> somebody can come and get me. I can get gas. >> You can have somebody come get you, right? >> So, I need to go sit in jail so I can be observed for a certain period of time. >> You're not listening. Okay. I'm I'm trying to talk to you. Okay. So if you if you do not leave, they want you to >> listen. Are you listening? >> All right. They want you to leave. Okay. >> You're not leaving. This is their property. I'm just >> That doesn't No, I didn't say you were. But >> Christie, >> here. Christie, we're going to give you You got 5 minutes, girl. All right. So, talk with mom. If not, you're going to be taking a ride to the jail. We're We're actually giving you adequate time to put on those sandals and walk off the property. Okay. >> You have here. Look, I'll even I'll start a timer for you. >> So, regardless of that, Christie, you have to understand you leaving on foot or you leaving with us, the car is still going to be here. It's just that you'll probably have another expense on top of that. >> All right. >> So, you choose wisely on how you want to handle this as an adult. >> 5 minutes starts now. >> I'm just sitting there. >> You can't stay there. You want to go to jail. So, it's about me walking. >> You have to leave. >> Perhaps 10:15. We're just going to see that weird pill. I had no other. >> You don't belong there. You have to leave. >> Walk away. >> Do you guys want to see that? I can walk. I can walk. See? >> Okay. >> See? >> Can walk around. >> I can walk. Then walk off the property. >> Then walk off the property. >> It's about me walking. >> Get your shoes and leave. >> It's about a drug trial and it's about me >> knowing if I can walk. I've been in the car. >> Just put your shoes on and leave. Then your mom will come get your car. It's not that hard. >> It's not that hard. Why are you being difficult? >> Can I speak to the officer, please? >> Just do it. >> Yeah. Come on. Let's go. Let's go. Come on. I'm not getting I don't >> Yes, you do. Come on. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> All right, Mom. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. I'm going to tell you one more time and I'm going to pull you out of this car. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Get out of this car. Good. >> Get off OF MY BACK. >> HEY, >> GET OFF OF MY BACK. >> STOP. >> GET OFF OF MY KNEES. MY [ __ ] BACK. >> STOP. >> GET OUT OF MY BACK. >> Stop it. I'm trying to DOUBLE LOCK YOUR CUFFS. I'M TRYING TO DOUBLE LOCKING LEG. JUST BECAUSE I can work doesn't mean I can't feel anything. >> You're about to have >> You're about to get a resisting charge. All right. You just >> get off of my back. You're scraping up my [ __ ] elbow. >> Hey, you're scraping. >> STOP. >> PUT THE [ __ ] FOR MY Stop grabbing me. Stop grabbing me. Stop grabbing me. LET GO. LET GO OF MY LEG. LET GO OF MY LEG. LET GO OF MY LEG. >> LET GO. LET GO. STOP. STOP. >> LET GO. >> I can't breathe. >> You can breathe. You're yelling. You're yelling. >> You're yelling. You're burning up yourself. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. Get me out of >> Jesus. >> I can't breathe. >> Okay. Don't claw me. You're going to get a little charge cuz YOU'RE ACTING LIKE THAT. >> STOP. GRAB MY HANDS. I'm trying to stop cinching up on >> grab my freaking leg. >> Stop grabbing my leg, Christie. >> Yeah, she's grabbing. >> I can't take it. >> She's good. >> I can't take the pain. I can't take the pain. I can't breathe. >> Adjust those. So, just adjust those a little bit. >> Position. I'm begging. >> Knock it off. >> I can't breathe. >> You can breathe. Fine. >> I can't. >> You're out. >> Why are you trying to touch somebody? >> Stop trying to grab me, Christie. >> I can't. I can't. >> Christie, stop. >> You really can't breathe. >> Stop. Take a breath. >> Grab your hand. We'll put We'll wobble her. >> Jesus, please. Jesus, please help me. >> Let her on her side. Let her breathe. Every time I watch any of the trespassing ones, I don't understand what is so hard about leaving. Go. You get so much leeway. Why do people do this? I'm I'm with Lon. She just wanted to go to jail. >> Chissy, what have you taken today? Like, WHAT PILLS YOU TAKING? LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU'RE READY to sit up. >> You want to sit up on your butt? All right. double locked. Mhm. Good. All right. Do you want to do it like right here? Are you cool with her sitting up just so she can calm down? >> You want to come while I sit up? Come on. Sit over here. Right there. Okay. Stand up. We're going to lift you up. All right. Help you stand up. Ready? One, two, three. There we go. Right there for us. Okay. There's nothing to do this. I want to call my mom and have her help. >> Way past that point. >> I'm doing nothing. You didn't listen to your mom. You didn't listen to us. You could have walked off the property. Now you're going to jail for trespassing. It's up to the deputy if you're going to go to jail also to resist it cuz you know what? >> I can't get out because it's causing me to pass out. No, >> I can't get out of the car cuz >> What have you taken today? What What pills are you on? Cuz there's a pillow bottle in your back of your side. >> Because I'm on a drug trial and the car causes me to pass your What? What drugs are you taking? >> You're good. You can use them. >> Yeah. >> You're so worked up right now. >> You may need to get new cuffs. >> Yeah, they're like rusted. >> Yeah, we're make we're making sure the cuffs are locked up so they don't uh pinch up on you more. Okay. >> You really scratched my leg, Christie. >> I didn't want to do that. >> Bring your car up so we can start in the back. >> If anything, I'll go I'll go to you to let you know. I I guess get your get the people already in route >> and tell them where it's at. >> You can do that. >> Okay. >> All right. All right. Thank you. >> And how long was she here? Did she ever go up inside the apartment >> today? >> Yeah. >> Not that I'm aware of. Um but she was here for quite a couple hours. So, >> how did you know that she was here? You just saw her as you did your rounds? >> No, she had some um in uh issues with her downstairs neighbor. So, the downstairs neighbor saw her. She's right in front of the apartment. >> Was she arguing with the downstairs neighbor? >> Not right now. No, just the downstairs neighbor saw her. Okay. I called on her and was like, Why am I being treated like an I'm going through it. I unmuted the the system sound cuz I don't know why I accidentally muted that. Then as I'm trying to explain my bad. I'm still muted. I'm going through it. So basically I'm just trying to skip to the charges. Y'all didn't miss anything. She was She just kept whining and I was just trying to see if they named her charges at the end. I was double muted. Had the the the video muted. Then I had my voice muted. My bad. >> Animal. >> You're not treating like an animal. >> You are. >> Where's my shoes? >> I'll worry about that in a second. >> Tickle for safety. Look at that. >> I don't want to be choked. >> You're not being choked. The woman was charged with resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. Thanks for >> Okay, sounds back, right? Okay. Okay, cuz I'm like I'm still seeing no sound messages. We're good, right? I'mma make sure before I start this next video. Can y'all hear me? Darlene gave me a thumbs up, so I think I'm okay. There's a there's a delay between when I talk and then when y'all see it. Okay, so there we go. All right, next one up. Tik Tok lawyer thinks she knows the law. And I have seen a trend in them saying Tik Tok lawyer for anyone now that thinks that they know the law better than the police officers. And if they're wrong, cuz some people do know some things and police officers aren't always right, but the ones that just don't know the law, but they act like they know exactly what's going on, they they usually title it Tik Tok lawyer. I've seen lately. All right. So, all right. Here we go. Also, I almost wonder was she on some type of downer because she was so kind of unresponsive at the same time in this one. It was weird. So, y'all let me know what you think. Here we go. >> On December 26th, 2024, while on patrol, an officer observed a white Mercedes fail to come to a complete stop at an intersection and conducted a traffic stop. >> What am I being stopped for? Why are you >> Why are you coming? Cuz what are you stopping me for? What are you stopping me for? >> You ran the stop sign. >> I did not. Don't. No, I did not. Don't Don't lie on me. I did not run no stop sign. >> Listen to me. >> You came back speeding and I know for a fact I was not doing over. >> You don't let me speak >> because I'm going through something right now. So I know for a fact I wasn't speaking. >> All right, hear me out. I'm not in the business of writing tickets. You gave your driver's license on you >> for what? What? What? What? What do I need to give that? You're sending on me. You're not telling the truth cuz I did not run no stop signs. Sir, >> I'm going to ask for your license. No, because I don't have to give them to you because I didn't do any crime. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I'm I'm going to ask you. >> This is not even my car, sir. This is a Turo. >> And that's fine. >> So, I mean, if you have to run it, I can give you the lady's information and you can look at the booking, sir. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Ma'am, >> I don't have to give you my license. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I am going to ask you one more time for your license and I am going to drag you out of the car and you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Under arrest for what? And you're going to get a lawsuit for touching me cuz I don't have any drugs, nothing in this car. I didn't do anything wrong. You're stopping me unlawful, sir. I know the law. >> I know the law. Obviously, I do. I am a home security officer, sir. >> Okay. Give me your ID. >> What do I need to give you my ID for? I did not commit a crime traffic stop. >> No, I did not run a stop sign. >> I did not commit any crime, sir. I did not commit and I was not even doing I was doing speed limit. I was not even speeding. >> Did she say I know the law? If she did, that's a square. Oops. What else? Hold on. Let me see. Bet on Leo. I think is a square y'all got too from the uh it was from her and um I'm counting it for the one that was at the hotel too cuz they said they charged her for battery but it was battery on law enforcement officer. So you can still get credit for that square too. >> I'm going through something right now. So that's that's not true. You came at me full throttle. Full throttle for no reason. >> Full throttle. You came at me full throttle for no reason. And I slowed up to see what the heck was speeding behind me. so fast. >> Give me your license. >> I don't have to give you my license for what? >> You're going to get tickets. You're going to get You can do whatever you want to do and I could sue cuz I did nothing wrong. What's your name? What are you stopping me for? >> Can I ask you your name? >> My name is Faith. >> Faith. Pleasure to meet you. My name is Deputy. >> Hi, Deputy. How are you? He's stopping me for no reason. >> I understand. Can I just You mind if I explain something to you? >> What? He's lying saying I ran a stop sign. I wasn't even speeding. And then he's going to find me out the car. Do >> you have a dome light so I don't have to put the flashlight in your face? >> Sure. >> Put this window down. >> Don't don't don't hit on this car. This is not my car. >> You guys put this on. She's not going to do it. >> I'm not going to do it cuz I did nothing wrong. >> Faith, relax. >> Stop hitting on the car. This is not my car. >> Faith. Faith. Right here. All right. >> I don't like this. It take all y'all for one person. >> I'm just here to explain to you. >> This is horrible. This is ridiculous. >> Can I explain to you, Faith? >> What are you explaining? >> I'm going to explain to you the traffic stop. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. >> They're saying that you ran a stop sign. >> The truth. I know. I'm going through something right now and I was doing speed limit. He's lying. >> Faith, follow me here. >> We observe you driving. >> You like get out. It's nothing in the car. What? What are y'all looking at? There's no drugs, no nothing. >> Faith, >> right now you're driving a car, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, as someone that's traveling on a a state road, you're required. I'm not saying that you're speaking. So, what are you stopping me for? >> You're traveling in in a vehicle. And right now, you're detained. We have >> I'm not detained cuz I did nothing wrong. >> A traffic stop is a lawful detainment stopping me for nothing. That's why I'm trying to tell you. He came at me full throttle like something was going on and I stopped. Like, who is this speeding behind me? >> Can I finish? I I'm listening to you. Can you listen to me for one second? >> But what am I stopped for? That's all I want to know. What am I being stopped for? As of right now, >> you haven't gave me a valid reason. >> I'm trying. >> And if I was speeding, why you didn't stop me right then and there? Why you had to turn around and come and then push up on me and then put your lights on? Why? >> Can I explain with you? Can I explain you the process, please? >> You don't have to explain cuz I did nothing wrong. >> Okay. So, I'm going to ask you one time for your driver's license. Hang on a second. Right now, you are lawfully detained. >> No, I'm not. I'm not being committed no crime, sir. Let me finish. >> I committed no crime. You're traveling. >> And all this is being recorded. >> That's fine. >> That's fine. >> You're traveling in a vehicle. >> Okay. >> In the state of Florida when you're pulled over for a lawful attainment. >> I did not do anything. I didn't commit a crime. What crime did I commit? Just give me my ticket so I could go. That's it. >> I would love to if I can just get your license. >> You for what? >> So I can write you the ticket. >> For what? I don't have to give you my license. That's the law. >> So let me explain something first. >> I don't have to give you my license. >> As of right now, I've asked multiple times. >> Right. You have >> right now we're resisting. We're resisting without violence. >> I'm resist. Okay. Whatever you want to say. I I have a lawyer. It's fine. Whatever you want to do. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> I do. >> Can I have it? >> And there are 54. Can I have it? >> There. Everything is correct. >> Okay. Do you want to take a look at it? >> But for what reason? >> Ma'am, the deputy saw you. >> I'm not I'm talking to him. I'm asking for what? I don't have to give you my license. I committed no crime. You >> I committed no crime. He's lying. No, I did not. Let me explain to you understand this is not the place to to have all these police officers for one woman. I'm trying to explain one woman. You don't feel that you that you went through a stop sign, you can argue that in court. That's not a problem. That's what court is for. >> I know what court is for. >> But in the meantime, I would need your driver's license to write your citations. >> What are you giving me citations for? And I committed no crime. >> Disobeying uh traffic control device, which is going to be your stop. >> Okay. So, where's the >> 3163? Where's the proof? Where's the proof? >> We're going to go through that in court. >> Where's the proof, though? >> We're going to go through that in court. >> He's not telling me. >> That's for the judge to decide. So, do you mind giving me your driver's license? >> You know what? What is the um the the whatchamacallit number for you guys? >> You guys have insurance. I need that number as well. >> I can get it for you as well. >> I want it. >> Okay. Can I have your driver's license? >> I want it. Write as many citations you want. I'm going to fight it in court cuz he's lying. >> This is horrible. Like all this police for what? >> There you go. You see it? >> I have to write you the citations. >> What are you writing me? I thought >> I just I just explained to you. >> Where is he? >> Do you mind if I have it? >> So, what do you Here you go. Right here. You see it? >> I need to go back to my laptop so I can write you the citations. >> But you wasn't the one that stopped me. Wherever the other one at? >> I'll give it to him so we can write the citations. Do you mind if I have the driver? >> So what do you Okay, this is the driver's license here. >> I know. We need it so we can write your citations. >> Okay. He said I committed no crime. >> Ma'am, again, >> I committed no crime. I committed no crime. I don't even have to give you my license. >> It's not for us to discuss. >> Well, I don't have to give you my license. >> The crime she's currently committing. And they they I see they call it different things depending on who's saying it cuz I've heard that if you don't identify yourself they can count that as resisting or they can count that as obstruction. Those are the two I've heard so far. You have to identify yourself on a traffic stop. You have to physically hand over your ID on a traffic stop. You can fight the validity of the ticket in court. That's fine. But you have to provide identification that you can't get around that. >> You see it here. I'm showing it to you guys. I committed no crime. >> Do you mind if I take a picture of it? >> No. I committed no crime. >> So, how am I going to identify? >> I'm showing you I'm showing you my license. >> Can I have it? >> Here. You see? You're going to sit up here and lie on me saying I was speeding? >> Can I have your driver's license, ma'am? >> If I was speeding, why you had to turn around and come back if I was speeding >> again? >> Listen, you're making this a lot hard for I'm not making nothing cuz you stopped me for no reason. >> Also, can you turn off the car? >> What I need? What am I going to do? Drive off >> at this point. I feel you are. Yes. Can you turn off the car? >> I don't have to turn off nothing. What did I do? I'm not committing a crime. What did I do? Y'all guys are just >> I earlier when I first started this video, I said I think she's on a downer. I see that. You'll see how her demeanor changes at towards the end of this video. And that's the part of her I remembered versus how she's acting right now. So my question seems nonsensical because right now of course she does not seem like she's on any type of downer but it it I don't know what's going on with her >> harassing me for no reason. >> Okay. So >> it's no weapons in the car. I showed you my license. What else? Everything is on cam. >> If we can take Yes, it is. If we can take your license, write yourself. >> I just showed you my license no crime. >> I committed no crime. >> That's not for you to argue on the side of >> I'm letting you know. I'm letting you know as a citizen. I committed no crime. >> I'm understanding what you're saying, but we're going to agree to disagree. Is that fair? Okay. What else? What? I need your driver's license. >> I don't have to give you that. >> Ma'am, you do cuz you're resisting. >> I'm not resisting the citations. >> I'm talking to you guys. >> All right. Ma'am, how we going to get your license number? >> How we going to get it? Just as long as you keep your number on your license. How we going to get it? >> Can you stop stop tapping on um tapping on the car, please? Can you stop? >> Yes, ma'am. Back the question. >> I just showed it to you. I just showed it to you. >> You're also You're also not wearing a seatelt. >> Okay. Well, okay. >> Let me write you the ticket, right? So, can I can I have your license to write you a ticket >> for what? Like, what? You're not You're not even wasting my time right now. >> Well, if you would give me a license, I don't have to, but I did nothing wrong. I'm telling you, I did nothing wrong. >> So, wearing your seat belt is not allowed. >> Let me just record this cuz this is getting too much. >> This is getting too much. >> Listen, if your license isn't valid, I'm on the business record. >> Excuse me. My license is valid, honey. My license is very valid. I just showed it to you guys. I took a picture of it. Listen, no one's here trying to mess. >> So, it seems like the first cop that actually pulled her over. I think he's the one with his arm on the car. Now, he was probably going to give her a warning. Whatever it was for running the stop sign or speeding. I don't know cuz at first I thought he said speeding. Then he said, "I didn't say you were speeding." Somebody said, "I didn't say you were speeding." So, I don't know. But whatever she's getting pulled out for, I do remember him saying, "Look, I'm not in the business of writing tickets." So, possibly he was going to give her a warning. And it just it went up from go though. So even now he still seems like somehow she can work her way out of this if you let me get your identification cuz he said again I'm not in the business of writing tickets which to me says even he's still calm in this situation is what it gives me. That's how my perspective is though. >> What do you mean what you're harassing me for no reason? That's what I should be aggravated talking about what >> I'm going pull who out the car. I want you guys to pull me out the car. Lawsuit. >> Five cameras are going to show what we tried to explain to you exactly. >> I want you guys to pull me out the car. That would be a great >> And you're still resisting. >> How am I resisting? I DID NO CRIME >> BECAUSE WE'RE GIVING YOU A LAW. >> I don't have to. I DID NOTHING WRONG. >> YOU YOU COMMITTED A TRAFFIC. >> I DID NOT. HE'S LYING. >> You ran a stop sign. >> So what? How did I really Let me see it. Don't check our camera. The teach is also illegal. >> This is not my car, baby. This is a tour. This has nothing to do with >> You're the owner and operator of the vehicle. THIS IS NOT MY CAR. You >> control the vessel. >> THIS IS NOT MY CAR. >> Are you? >> She's not even listening. At the beginning, too, she said, "I know the law because I'm a corrections officer." I think she said was her occupation. You're not the literal owner of the car. He said owner operator. You're operating the vehicle, which means you have to reasonably take responsibility that you're driving a car from Toro that has tint that is darker than the law. They're going to talk to you. They're not going to talk to the the person that owns the car right now. You're driving it, which means basically you are consenting to take on the risk of what this car looks like right now. She said security guard. Oh my god. She's Oh wow. Security officer. Okay. I thought she said corrections officer. Um cuz the corrections officers I see that get pulled over, they usually act like this too. If they make it to body cam where it goes on YouTube, they usually acting like this. Um right. Nor Angel said, "Do people not know that you can dispute the tickets and citations in court?" And half the time the police officers don't even show up, so you kind of already default out of the ticket cuz they're not even there to argue their side. But yeah, I don't uh Oh, but the I basically the I know the law part, you are the operator. I at you have to understand driving is a privilege and basic things that could get you in trouble. If you got that car and you're driving at night and the headlights don't work, doesn't matter that you don't own the car. You chose to still operate and move that car around with no headlights working the tent, which they didn't even get her for the tent. That's not what he was saying at first, but now it's tent. And I think cuz she get on their nerves, they named the seat belt thing, too. Top flight security. But she's she's racking things on because of her behavior right now and it's useless and it's a waste of time and it's just ridiculous. >> It doesn't matter. I have Toro that is not my vehicle. So whoever put this on here >> still be getting the ticket. >> No. Well, it'll go to her. >> So I didn't put no I didn't put anything on it. >> So So we acknowledge that we're not wearing a seat belt. We acknowledge that the seat belt >> and this is not my car. This is a Turo. Anything else? >> Driving and operating. >> Driving operating of the vehicle. This is not my car to protect and we can't driver. This has nothing to do with me. I rented the car like this. So you make no point. >> You're still responsible for it, man. >> How am I responsible for someone that owns this vehicle? I don't own it. >> So if you got in a car accident right now, if you got in a car accident right now and someone died, you wouldn't be responsible. >> What are you Come on. We talking about ten because it's a rental. >> We're talking about tenants, somebody dying right now. >> All right. So what if you didn't kill somebody? You just hit another car. You wouldn't be responsible. >> You're talking about a tent and someone dying. >> All right. So at this point, we're going to probably have to move forward. I'm going to ask you, will you please step out of the vehicle? >> What am I stepping out of the vehicle for? >> Because as of right now, you're resisting and you're subject to be arrested. >> Arrested for what? >> Okay. Ami said, "What's Turo?" Turo is a service where instead of you renting a car from Enterprise or Herz or whatever well-known, you know, place that rents cars. Turo is like the Uber of renting a car. You can rent a car from if I had a car listed on Turo, you could rent your car from me. I think that it's usually for people that it could be another reason, but this is what I picture because I would rather go through Enterprise. So, that's I have a bias when I say this. I know that, but I picture is because you can't rent from an enterprise or Hertz due to either the price or what they they want because usually there's a a a holding fee that's kind of large a lot of times or you have to pay with a credit card. It can't be a debit card. If you pay with a debit card, there's even more rules on you and all that stuff. So, I think they just skip over that and go through Turo. That's one of my things that I guess, but I'm not saying that's that's for sure. That's one of my guesses. >> Crime did I commit? Tell me what crime did I commit? >> What crime did I commit? >> We tried to explain to you. >> Please do not open. This is illegal. >> How do you >> This is illegal. They're opening my car door illegally. >> It's on our cameras to step out. >> Okay. Please. I'm going to step out. Just don't touch it. I'm stepping out. >> Step out on your own. Just tell him don't touch me. >> Relax. Relax. Relax. >> I'm pausing again. Sorry, Kendra. Yes. It's like the Airbnb for cars. Thank you. >> Step out on your own. >> The is wrong with y'all? >> Should be. >> Could you step out on your own, man? >> So, what's going on now? >> We've been We've been explaining to you for the past 10 minutes. >> Let me know what's going on cuz I committed no crime. >> We're going to write you citations. >> Can I have a sergeant? >> Yeah, we need a problem. >> I need a sergeant now. >> Can you step out? >> I'm exiting for a sergeant. >> We're going to step out of the exit for a sergeant. Come on, let's go. All right. Step out. >> I'm going to step out. Don't touch me. I'm going to step out on MY OWN. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> JUST GRAB IT. >> PLEASE DON'T. I'M GOING TO STEP OUT. I'M TELLING YOU. I'M GOING TO STEP OUT. YOU GOT ONE LEG OUT ALREADY. >> CLOSE DOWN. >> YOU GOT ONE LEG OUT ALREADY. COME ON. >> TELL HIM STOP TOUCHING ME. PLEASE. >> I'm going to step out. I got you. Come on. Come on. >> Okay. I'm Can I get my shoes on? >> Yep. Come on. Come on. Give you plenty opportun >> my phone is here. >> That's all right. I ain't worried about your phone. >> Wait, >> come on. >> Wow. >> This didn't have to be like this. Like this. I explained everything. >> That's fine. But I did nothing wrong. He lied. >> Hey, unlock this. >> Okay. Got to >> actually That's not his. Come over here. >> I cannot see. Why are you handling me so rough? You have a mother and children, right? Why you I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. He mand me like I'm aing a criminal. >> Could you get in the car? Am I going to jail? >> We're gonna decide that in a second. I'm going to jail. >> But you've done you've done everything TO GO TO JAIL. >> BUT I DID NOT. NO, I DID NOT. I DIDN'T DISRESPECT. I DIDN'T HIT YOU GUYS. I didn't. You're going to jail. >> I'm going to jail. Yes. Well, can I call someone please? >> Yep. Get inside. I'll get you the phone for you. Get in the car. >> I'm going to jail. Get in the car. Nothing wrong. >> Get in the car. >> You're going to get another resistion charge if you don't get in the car. >> Can Can I please make a phone call? >> Get in the car. She was charged with resisting an officer without violence and cited for failing to carry a valid driver's license and running a stop sign. Share your thoughts in the >> Dang, I must have remembered a whole different person cuz she didn't she never she never calmed down. I thought she had gave them the wideeyed stare once she realized she was getting arrested, but not this one. Um, yes. Bingo card. Asking for a sergeant is on there. What is it? What does it say? Ask where is it at? Ask for sergeant. Yep, that's on there. So, that's another square. You know, have y'all Okay, if you be on social media and sometimes people put in the comments like this was one of the children that got left behind or this or I blame Bush for No Child Left Behind. That's what I think of with her cuz she had no comprehension at all of what is happening. Lord. Okay, this is the second to last one. So, this one is a short one. It says, "The 7 to 10 days refund that led to instant regret." So, let me Oh, let me take this off. Here we go. >> On July 22nd, 2025, the Broward County Sheriff's Office arrived on scene at the airport for a woman having a dispute at the airport ticketing counter. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> You're going to listen to me. You're not going to be fine. >> Put your foot down. >> It's not about the foot. >> No, it is. I'm telling you. Look at everybody. Really? >> I'm not tired. Dr. What's the other option? I just gave you the option. You didn't say nothing. >> I did. I gave you for the next the next flight. >> I'm not leaving tomorrow or I did that. You were going to give me my name. No, I gave you two options, but I needed >> only reason that I'm so upset because I got here at 12:00. Look, you want to know how it went? >> I went back to tell you why I'm so upset. Because I had to pay 185 extra for the other ticket. You hear me? Look. I'm not even 90. Look. So, this is why I'm so upset because they like, "Oh, when I got there the first time, they're like, "Oh, you got to book um 2 hours in advance." >> So, when I booked at 8:47 a.m., right, I got here in advance. And they still telling me the same thing. I don't like it. That's why I'm so upset because Spirit Airlines told me that, "Hey, you can get there at 11:47 a.m. and they're going to let you check in." I checked in, right? I checked in at 8:47 a.m. Right. >> So, she no longer has a flight. She's no longer traveling. She's not going to be done. >> Let's go. >> You're not going to be traveling with them from somewhere else over Miami. >> Let's go. >> Yeah. >> So, when is my money coming back to my car? >> 7 to 10 business days. >> No, it's not. >> It's already getting back to your >> miss. I don't have any money on my card. I already booked the flight for here. >> Yeah, I will. >> So when I when you give me the credit, I could use that for another flight. >> But listen to me. >> You saying it's taking 7 to 10 business day for the refund, right? >> So what? I'm going to get the whole 150 back. >> Yeah, get the money back. Yeah, please. >> I'm going to get the whole money back. >> Back up, please. >> I did back up. How much you want me to back up? You're going to need to shoot or something. >> You're going to need to exit the airport. >> You're going to have to unless you go to the next terminal, pick your flight because that private entity can just >> your site was cancelled. >> But listen to me. Listen, don't even >> $122, right? >> Come on, let's go. >> So, I missed the first flight, right? >> And I booked. >> We need to probably get arrested. We don't want that. >> No, I don't want to get arrested. >> So, where can I book the flight? Because I had to get somewhere else. >> But miss, why can't I book those? >> You can't manhandle a female. Okay. So, it seems like, and please correct me if I'm wrong, she originally missed a flight. Um, I don't know if they also denied her a flight because she's currently intoxicated. Then, because of how she's acting, they refunded her and they're just like, "You got to fly with somebody else." But the refund ain't going to hit till 7 to 10 business days cuz it's not a credit. So, she can't immediately, you know, and she can't fly with Spirit, so the credit wouldn't matter anyway. It looks like they're banning her from spirit now based on how she was acting. I'll tell you if I haven't learned anything else from a body cam. I've learned a lot from body cam videos, but one thing I have learned, do not try to get on a plane intoxicated. Now, I don't drink like that anyway. So, the risk is zero to kneel for me to even get on a plane intoxicated, but I'm I'm an adult and I might still have had an alcoholic beverage. I will not at the airport. Um, I will stick with my my drink. I always order no matter what. I don't really care. I get my Shirley Temple. No ice, extra syrup. That is my order. If you take me to a high-end place, as long as they have a bar, I want my Shirley Temple. Um, if I go to a hole in the wall, if they have a bar, I'm like, "Can y'all make Shirley Temple?" That's my thing. So most times if you if you ever went with me, in fact, if y'all if some of y'all were on that cruise with me, I can't remember. No, I don't think there was a bar, so y'all probably couldn't see that, but I would have ordered Shirley Temples. That's my thing. That's all I want. Um, if I ever have alcohol, usually it's in the comfort of my own home or someone I'm very comfortable being around in their home most likely. So, I have had hard liquor, but it's just two to three times a year if that I'm just not somewhere you're going to have to deny me something because I've been drinking though. Oh, and also I do like uh some wines, some of them. But alcohol has a alcohol just tastes nasty to me though on the for the most part. >> Don't touch me though. >> You acting like a go to jail. >> I'm going go to jail for you handling me like that. >> Don't piss me off. >> Keep walking. >> But he's a racist. That's what it is. He's a racist. [ __ ] racist. >> I didn't do nothing. >> I didn't do nothing. >> Hey, I ain't asking you 15 times. >> Miss L miss. Let's go. >> I was I walked away. You heard it. >> Just put on If I walk away, stop moving. >> I'm not moving. But if I'm walking away, I'm walking away. That's what I said. That's fine. >> You said go to the other side, right? I was walking away. I was walking and talking to the street. >> Have you been drinking that many? You drink? >> I can smell the smell. >> Okay. I took a but I wasn't drinking. >> But I just because I'm paying so much money. Come on. Come on. >> If you're arresting me, it has to be for the good reason. I'm rushing. You told me I could come from my university. She told me to come. >> That's what I'm saying. >> You asked you to leave. >> Watch your leg. But you got to understand about $500 extra. >> And you got a refund. >> No, I didn't. You not understanding it. I didn't get a refund. I really didn't. You can look at my phone. That's >> I'm not intoxicated. >> All I did was try to get an extra let you know that I just paid $800 extra for a flight. >> You hear me? >> But do you hear me? >> I was on my plane. on. >> Imagine you paying $800 for >> all suspects are innoc. >> All right. Um, naturally be yourself once you catch up to this audio cuz I think we're behind just a little bit or we're ahead of you just a little bit. Pennsylvania versus Mims is what police officers will cite on the ruling that they can ask you to get out the car. So you'll hear if you hear it, you're going to hear it from a police officer. All right, last one. Y'all said now I want a Shirley Temple. Yeah, I even remember the first time I had a Shirley Temple. It was when I was a kid and my parents took me and my little brother to Chile and I fell in love ever since. It's always been my thing. I don't care how old I get, I'm going to get a Shirley Temple. All right, so woman found passed out in car stuck in a ditch at her home. DUI arrest. All right, last one. >> My mom. >> Where's your mom? I don't know. Where's your mom at? Are you okay? Can you breathe? All right. Yes, sir. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, do you know where you're at right now? >> Yes, right here in my house. >> Your house? Where do you stay at? >> Right here. >> Right here. Do you know what the address is? >> 199. >> 199. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Do you have like an ID on you, perhaps? >> No, I don't have. So, uh, who who did this tonight? >> Who did this? >> I'm not sure who did this. No, >> I'm not sure. I don't need fire here, >> but All right. Well, so in that I mean, do you have your ID on you by chance somewhere? >> No. I don't. >> You don't. >> Okay. Uh, is it okay to write down your name and try to get you identified? Okay. >> No, sir. >> Appreciate it. >> Good. I'm going to my office. >> You're going to your house? >> Yes. Right there. >> Okay. So, what's your first name? >> What's your first name? >> You see this my house? >> What's your first name? Ashley, >> what's your last name? >> What, sir? >> Okay. What's your birthday? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Do you need EMS by chance? >> No, I want to go home into my also don't need EMS. >> Okay. What's your birthday? >> What's your birthday? Hey, what's your birthday? >> No, I'm going to my house. >> I understand that, but I need your birthday here. >> What's your birthday? >> Um, >> I need your birthday to identify you. >> Um Um, >> yeah. >> When's your birthday? >> When I gave my mom one life. >> When were you born? 25583. >> Can you say that again? What's the What's the What's the month? >> Can you see my mommy right there? >> What's the month? What month were you born? >> Uh some something like 2583. >> Okay. Do you have a phone or number that we can write down for your jacket? >> No, it's right here for my mom. >> Your mom? >> Yeah, sir. Okay. So, where are you coming from today? >> I didn't come from anybody. >> You're obviously You drove here, right? >> No. >> Where were you driving from? >> Where are you coming from? >> I didn't do anything. >> I'm just trying to figure out where you're coming from. >> No, sir. I was trying to tell you that I was talking to my mom. >> Okay. So, what about your mom? We just was trying to talk to each other. We've had a bad uh situation. >> Were you talking to her like in person or on the phone? >> Well, we talked a little bit in other things, other ways. >> Okay. Were you guys talking like in person or on the phone? >> Um maybe not that. But my mom wants to talk to me. Go ahead. >> Y'all can go, Tic. I don't know why they don't tell you stuff, but >> we >> She's still in the car and trying to figure out what's going on. So, look, I understand you're trying to get to your mom's house. >> I know it's right there. Yes. >> All right. I have a few comments in the chat I want to read, but um what was I smiling? Oh, the one I just saw with Nora Angel. She said, "Did she give her mama life?" I swear that's how I heard her say it, too. I gave my mom life when they were like, "What's your birthday?" Um okay. Um let me see. She did seem like she almost fell asleep again. And Jamie said, "I'm glad they're not automatically thinking she's drunk, which she does appear to be, and is are making sure it's not medically related." Yes, very much appreciated cuz it it can be. It can be sometimes. Um, we just know by the title that's not the case for this one, but you're you're right. They can't go in assuming like that. Um, and then Nor Angel said, "I'm very happy he is being patient with her." >> Okay. So, do you want to like try to take your seatelt off and come out and talk to her? >> Okay. Don't know where she came from. She was going to sleep. Uh, I kept trying. I had to wake her up twice. You want to come out? Step out. >> Do you, >> Ma'am? Sir. Oh, there's a man in a sur here. But can you step out for us? >> Yes. >> Okay, cool. Awesome. >> A case of bubbling on. >> Not sure if that's perfume or whatever. >> All right. Can you get out? >> Are you able to step out? >> Yes. >> Okay. Let's Let's hop out. You got it. >> Yeah, it's okay. Take your time. I get paid by the hour. >> Good night. Uh, smoke miss. >> No, unfortunately not. >> We got to figure out what's going on. Okay. It's a timely matter. >> Okay. >> All right. Just just grab on to the door. She's She's holding the door. >> Hold on the door so it won't swing back on you. >> Yeah, >> two. Three. Almost there. >> Oh, >> there you go. >> We got it. >> Awesome. So, where were you trying to Where did you come from? >> I got orange keys for you. >> Where were you coming from? Where's my wife? To your wife? No, my mom. Your mom. Okay. All right. Where were you coming from to get to your mom? What were you doing before any of this? >> They'll be coming to my mom. >> Okay. How much have we had to drink tonight? >> Not a drop at all. Is there a reason why you came with me? My eyes lost. >> 51 central toilet when ready. >> You've been drinking that. >> Romeo Alpha X-ray 1788 should be a Honda. >> All right. >> That is my mom's. >> Okay. So, how much have you had to drink tonight? Be 100% completely honest with you. >> I've had just enough enough probably not driving. >> Yeah. Is your name Ashley? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Obviously driving the vehicle. Um, would you like to do some field sobriety? I mean, what does that mean? >> You know, do like HGN, walking, turn, one leg stand, >> but can I go home with my mom? >> No, listen. We're We're home base is not a thing. Okay. You were operating the vehicle, came into a ditch, we get called, you're obviously intoxicated, okay? So, would you like to do some field sobriety? No. You wouldn't? Yes or no? I need to verbalize. I can't have like a headshake. >> No, ma'am. >> You wouldn't. Okay, that's totally fine. I put your hands behind your back. >> All right, that's okay. >> You're good. >> You like >> just holding her up. >> Yeah. All right. All right. You want to walk back over here? >> Yes, sir. >> To our cars. All right. So, >> 51 central. That might be fine. >> You think you can lean on my uh partner's car real quick while I read you something? >> Yes. >> All right. All right. Lean on it. The car is right there. There you go. All right. How old are you? >> I want to talk to my mama. >> Okay. How old are you? with my mom. >> Okay. She's more than 21, right? Yeah. All right. So, this is imply consent notice. Okay. But I want to title one of my videos uh what is it? Kicked in the do waving the fo and it's gonna be all people that pulled out a pow pow like for whatever reason but nobody passed. Sometimes they do shoot but nobody passes away. So I only do those. I don't want to title it that and then someone actually, you know, doesn't make it. But that's one of my ideas I've had in my head. I got another one that I will title taser taser taser for those that get tased. So, I'm just waiting to build up enough of them to make them into a longer stream, y'all. I can't be Oh.
