If you're in the live chat, let me know if you can hear me. Just making sure everything's good. Um, so happy Friday. Happy Friday. I have a few airport body cams for you today. And right after this one, we're going to watch the Porsche um airport body cam together. The one from, you know, Porsche from Real Housewives of Atlanta. I just want to give y'all time to come in. So, that'll be the second video. Um, if you do not like interruptions, if you don't want to hear my voice throughout this video, all of the body cams that we watch are linked directly in the description box uh right after the live ends. Okay, so oops. Make sure. Okay, so let's go ahead and get started. Hopefully y'all can hear me. >> Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for reports of a woman causing a disturbance on the property. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> Let's go. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. >> Let's go. Johnson base that female that Ruffin and I had this morning causing a disturbance up on the upper. >> Let's go. We're on our way to the train hopefully. >> Come on. Let's go, Susan. Susan, let's go. >> Let's go, Susan. This way. >> Let's go that way. >> Super smooth. >> Let's go. Yo, >> let's go. >> We're uh >> She's like very uncooperative trying to get her downstairs. >> Let's go, Susan. Let's go. Hey. Hey. >> No. >> Let's go. You don't get >> You cannot be back here. Let's go. No. >> Let's go. Let's go. >> Let's go. I need help, please. Right now. Let's go. >> Let's go. Get off me. >> Let go of me. Don't you do it. No. >> Don't you do it. Let's go. >> Let's go. Let's go. Let go of me. >> She's very She's fighting me now. Let's go. >> Let's go. What is your problem? Let's go. Let's go. Susan, let's go. Santa, >> let's go. Don't you bite me? >> You know what? >> Okay. I don't know if this is one of the things that cuz some people with age, they don't they aren't able to speak anymore. Um, it's kind of like how it was that family in Houston, they did real estate. Um, and the matriarch, they could understand what she was saying. And if you really concentrate, you can understand what she was saying. But she didn't fully form her words anymore. I wonder if that's what's going on with this woman or is it that she it's just alcohol and right now she can't form her words. But she held up that water bottle like it was a belt. Like she was about to spank the police officers. Thank you. I need help right now, please. >> I need a car here, too, to take her. Yeah. Yeah. I have my car. >> My glasses are over there. Thank you. >> I have my uh my car across. [laughter] Now that's on that woman. That's on that woman. She doing all that extra struggling. I think they dropped her. I think they dropped her. But it took it took like I'm counting one two three people to subdue her to even get her from behind the counter. She might look frail. I guess she not that frail. Um but yeah, I think they dropped her. I heard a little bump on that one, but [sighs] I guess that's what happened. >> Oh god. >> Get off the radio. >> I'm on my way. >> Get my car. It's right across the street. My bag's in the back. in the front. >> Is it upper level? >> My car. It's right across the street. My bag's in the back. Throw it in the front. >> Is it upper level? >> Yeah. >> Sorry, Charlie. >> Watch. >> Oh, so we didn't learn anything. They're still carrying her. I thought they was I thought they were going to get one of those wheelchairs or something to roll her out, but I think she's being carried still. All right, don't move. You're going to get dropped again. >> Just bring the car over there. >> Y She's good. She's good right there. >> You got to watch out. >> What happened? >> Thanks. She's [ __ ] scratchy. Oh, she did break skin. [screaming] This is the same one from this morning, right? Yeah, she comes here every day. So, >> what did she do? I mean, what do we >> She's She just like went crazy. >> She was out here [ __ ] me at the car down. So, we got >> Yeah, I know. We can just go. >> But I mean, what do we >> She was like, "Come on, let's go to the train." And then she went behind Delta's counter. I'm like, >> "All her stuff?" >> No, that's And I go, "Come on, you can't be back there." And she grabbed my arm. She's like, you know, she's >> gra she grabbed a hold of my [ __ ] coat. Oops. Sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. She >> Did she hit you at all? >> She threw her water bottle at me. My [ __ ] pants are soaked. Delta, the two guys pinned her against the wall for me. I was like, "Thank you." Until I could get some help. >> You feel you've been assaulted? >> Oh, she was throwing [ __ ] at me. Yeah, she my everything went flying. >> We have to figure out. >> I got to go get my glasses. They're on the I got I got to get Delta's. >> Does anybody have a piece of paper? >> Did she have stuff with her? She usually >> No, she didn't. She >> Okay. So, she's a a frequent offender is what it sounds like. They said she was there just this morning. I was going to see if they put at the end what she what happened to her cuz after that they're just talking. So, hold on. Let's see. You >> want to slide around the other side? >> Yeah. All right. Yep. Jesus also didn't even say what it was, but probably battery on a Leo possibly trespass and they probably already had trespassed her before. So, trespass after the warning, but we're going on to the one. I wanted to make sure y'all had time to get in here. Um, I uploaded this to my channel with no interruptions, but now we're going to get to watch it together. Um, it had came out about Porsche. The way that it was phrased is Porsche's kicked off Delta flight, blah blah blah. So, I just went to go watch it and not just now, but yesterday is the first time I heard about it and I went to watch it myself. I was like, h very interesting. So, shout out to the witnesses and let's go. >> So, what happened? So, the lady um who was sitting next to me, I was on my phone and the volume was up on the phone and she turned to me out of nowhere and she said, "So, you're going to make me listen to that the whole flight?" And I said, "Well, do you want to?" And she said, "No." I said, "She going to make you listen to what? >> Am I going to make her listen to my phone?" >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So, I said, "This is before we took off." >> Yes, even before we took off. >> So, you guys were in Las Vegas when that happened? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> The plane was on the ground. >> Yes. The door was shut. Okay. >> No, the door wasn't shut. People were still boarding. >> People were still bored in texting me when >> Okay. I couldn't tell. Okay. Okay. >> So, she was like, um, you know, are you going to make me listen to that the whole I said, well, do you want to? And she said, no. I said, well, what was a nicer way to say that? And she said, you don't tell me. And I was like, >> um, >> are you okay? >> I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm just telling him what happened. >> I'm so sorry. And so it's all >> if there's anything I can do to help you. >> You were sitting near us. >> I was. >> Yeah. I was just telling >> I was there and I heard it was unreprec she started. >> I'm embarrassed. I'm so sorry. >> It's all right. >> That's why I'm asking if you're okay. >> Yes. No, I >> I wouldn't be I wouldn't be okay. No, I mean you I don't know what she she's claiming she's going to press charge saying that and I hit her. I'm like I did not hit. >> You want to continue? You want to continue, ma'am? Can you excuse me? >> Okay. Can I get your information? Can you get her information as a witness? >> Sure. >> Now, here's my first disappointment. Disappointed with that off. Well, at first I thought, okay, let me take you through the whole thing on my first impression when I played this body cam. At first, I thought this lady was just not giving Porsha a chance to give her account of what happened and she was kind of just interrupting but didn't really know what was going on. But then she's like, I saw everything from that point. Why does Porsha have to ask the officer, can we get her information versus the officer initiating, oh, let me get your information because obviously this woman's talking about she wants to press charges. We need the witnesses. This is an independent witness. It's not her family or anything. So, when he was showing this lady off, I'm like, "Excuse you? Why Why does Porsha have to be quick on her feet to be like, "Uh, can I get your information just in case?" Like, come on. So, I didn't like that. Um, and here's my thing. I have biases on how I thought it would what happened on the plane before I heard because of Porsha's history. So, I was like, "Uh oh, did Porsche throw hands again?" Cuz it was it would have been again, you know, because Porsha been fighting. She fought friends. you know what she did to Kenya and I know everybody ain't on everybody ain't team twirl I get it but I'm just saying Porsha don't be afraid to throw hands but obviously in this way and probably in life there's some things she has matured in but I'm LIKE YOU ARE THE OFFICER EVERY day you look for witnesses how are you showing off your first witness that has nothing to do with Porsha so I was disappointed in that all right we'll keep going >> yeah please thank you so much I really appreciate it >> I was sitting two rows back. >> She did not touch. >> You saw everything. I have a >> Yes. The guy seat had his seat reclined before the flight even took off and I saw the entire gap. She did not touch. >> She didn't touch her. >> You hit me in my face. >> I can tell you I can tell you she did not I was I could see her. >> I can write my info down if you want. >> She didn't do anything wrong. >> She didn't. >> What's your phone number? >> It's Is her You have an ID? >> Uh yeah. Thank you to the second witness that decided to come forward. Now he's asking for IDs, but I really believe had Porshion not said, "Hey, can I get their information for later?" Um, he would have shoot off this man too in my opinion. I'm like, you are not doing your job right now. >> Here's my ID. I also witnessed nothing happened. >> I'm sorry. I don't have a voice. I have a di. >> You didn't touch her. Whatever she started saying, I was like, >> I'm like, no, [laughter] >> thank you. What happened? >> My name is >> I never saw her activate any situation to create a situation on board. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, so you you didn't see anything physical? >> Nothing. >> No. I was only a couple rows back from the first class. I could see it. Nothing happened. >> What's your phone number? >> I think this was a really really embarrassing incident for someone else. Like you can't raise that much sleep. >> No, no, no. You don't do that cuz you're sober now or whatever. That's not fair. Did >> you say you saw what happened? >> Yeah. So, basically the dude in front of me had a seat reclined before the takeoff and everything like that. I was >> Oh, see. >> I was just getting more information. >> Uh, basically I didn't there was no physical altercation. There was verbal like commentary kind of thing. that was at a normal level and then out of nowhere it escalated in the sense of the lady to the right of her got really animated and like started screaming. Um about the only physical thing she did was point at her and it for some reason that just escalated the woman to this point where she all she was saying don't talk to me like that. >> This is them having to restrain her. >> Yep. >> They're literally holding her. >> Yeah. >> We saw this on the flight. couldn't get off the plane because this was going on. >> Both of the Both of them are restraining her. >> Okay. Okay. Thank you for you guys information. I'm gonna talk to you. >> Ask her not to be spoken to like that. >> Yeah. She just >> Thank you. I appreciate you. >> Yeah. I have the phone number. Yeah. Yeah. >> You have mine, too. She >> Thank you. >> So, so, so you were saying so you were saying you were playing your you were using your phone. It was >> Thank you to the two witnesses again because again, they are at the airport. You're either coming home or having to go somewhere else. People are in a rush. They don't really want to take the time. Now, yes, I think maybe the first lady, maybe he also recognized Porsha and that's why thankfully they still stepped forward. I don't know, but they did and I'm glad because at the airport people, you know, you know, you're just rushing. You're just like, I got to get to where I'm going. Um, so I'm very grateful for them. There was something else I was going to say. [sighs and gasps] Dang it. I'll hit play. I can't remember what I was going to say. loud and she complained about your >> loud. Yes. She asked me, "Thank you so much." She um so the m the the Instagram was on and she told me, "Am I going to have to listen to that?" And I said, "Well, do you want to?" And she said, "No." I said, "Okay." And then she I said, "Well, you know, there was a nicer way you could have said that." >> All right. Yeah, that's that woman being chastised. Definitely the 70-year-old woman we're about to see. She ain't like being chastised. She thought she was going to do all the chastising. I will say Porsha um now this has nothing to do this does not justify this woman lying and and and act actually being the aggressive one. I just want to say airport etiquette airplane etiquette. Please just have your earbuds activated. Like nobody usually finds the content you're watching as funny as you do or as entertaining as you do. So please just just activate your earbuds as just a courtesy in general. Um, and also for the first witness that was like, "I have laryngitis." I'm like, "Where's your mask? You all in everybody face talking. Where is your mask, ma'am?" Side notes. But I just had to point that out cuz I kept thinking about those things, >> you know. And then she says, "What?" She's like, "You don't talk to me." And I was like, "Uh, are you okay?" From that point on, she said, "Who the do you think you are?" And so I said, I said, "Oh, oh, no, no, no." I said, "Y'all need to get her out of here. Please get her away from me." And so then when she um oh she tried to take out her phone record and then she drops her phone on the floor. She's like, "You hit me. Oh my god, you hit me. You just hit me in my face. Oh my god, I'm pressing charges. I want you to be um in jail." And I'm like, "What's happening?" So the steward is >> so her phone drop on the floor. You didn't slap the phone from my hand. >> No. >> Okay. >> So the So then the steward comes over and then the steward says to her u says to me because I say, you know, "Get your ugly out of here cuz then I'm upset." Then the daughter says to me, "You, you know, you're an adult. You can't you can't you're an adult. You can't be cursing like that." >> The flight attendant, I kind of if that's what she said to Porsha, I was thinking, "Shut your ass up to the flight attendant." Like, I know you're not cuz how that lady at this point, according to the witnesses, was failing her arms, being aggressive, and Porsha can't say the little bit she said cuz she's an adult. That that other woman's been on this earth longer than Porsha. So, are you what are you going to say to her? Like, be quiet. Like, I can understand if you say like, "Please don't curse. There's kids around. The cops will say that, but that that's a weak thing to say." It's like, you just already have picked your side is what I'm hearing. The flight attendant did on that one. And then I'm like, who did this cop came in with a bias as well? People are human. But that's why you need to that's why he should have been more proactive in also seeking the witnesses and not dismissing the witnesses because he had a bias because he was when she's recounting her story. The two witnesses said the nothing physical happened. The guy said the closest physical thing I saw from Porsha's end was she pointed her finger. And he didn't say all up in the woman face. She he just said she pointed her finger. And so now Porsche is telling her thing where they get to the point where that woman with her shaky hands drops the phone and tries to say Porsha smack it out her hand and he's like, "Oh, so you didn't smack it out her hand." I'm like, I feel like you he was already holding on to that and and just already had in his mind Porsha was the aggressor. And and because this is his official capacity he's working in, he can't operate in those biases like, okay, me just observing, I can have an opinion. I don't I'm not putting anybody in handcuffs. I'm so I can have my opinion and keep it moving. But I need I need for him to do better on this one. And that was another thing that just made me feel like he was holding on to a bias and that's why he was ready to dismiss that first woman as a witness. >> No. Where? And I said, "Uh, why are you chastising me? Like this woman is the one going crazy. So then they end up making her move to the next chair with the guy, but she was I so they were trying to hold her >> because she didn't want to move. It's like she wanted to move but didn't want to move. >> So as you can see, they had to pull. She was she was uh she was at the window or she was at the air. >> So she was in the row on the aisle. She I'm sorry. She >> She was in the aisle. And where were you? You were in the middle. >> I'm at the door in first class. It's only two seats. >> Only two seats. Oh, you at the window and she's at the aisle. Yeah. Okay. Okay. So you saying you telling me there was nothing physical? >> No, >> it was just verbal. >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> How are you doing, ma'am? >> I'm not very good, sir. And you? >> Good. I'm officer BM. I work with the Atlanta Police Department. Great. So, I heard about the incident that happened, but I haven't heard your side of this. >> Oh, she famous now. And she famous in a way she didn't want to be famous. But this woman right here. Ah, you famous. Your face is floating around everywhere. >> Story. What? What? >> Why didn't we hear my side of the story first, sir? >> Well, I had another officer. >> Oh, okay. Well, >> spoke to you, but I just want to hear. >> Do you think it's proper to me tell you the whole story where everybody's sitting around here? They can all hear it? >> No, ma'am. If you want to be private. >> I think we should be private, sir. This is an assault. >> Okay. You want to come over? >> Yes. >> Where do you Where do you want >> Yes, ma'am. Where do you want to stand? >> Anywhere that there's no people. >> Okay. You want to go over here? >> Is there no office? Is there nothing legitimate here? >> No, there's no office. There's no office. Okay, fine. What do you want to know? The whole story. What's your phone number? First of all, where did the incident happen? >> I was sitting in my seat >> where >> in Delta Airlines seat number 3A, I or B, I believe >> this happened in in Las Vegas. >> Yes, sir. >> While the plane was still boarding >> No, >> the plane was in the air. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Was taking off. >> That's why the flight attendants couldn't come help me from her beating. Um because they had to be buckled in. >> Okay. So what happened? >> Before I say anything, I want to know is my information going to be given to the woman who assaulted me? >> No, ma'am. >> Because I'm afraid for my life. >> No, ma'am. >> Okay. >> I pro I promise you more people probably more people of color have been afraid for their lives because of you. Because you are weaponizing your privilege and you were ready to make up stuff. And I don't know if she realized she had witnesses. So, she dialed back what she initially said cuz remember the cop was like, "Oh, so you didn't knock the phone out of her hand." Which means he left he left with the story from somebody that a phone was knocked out of her hand. Now, we'll see. Um, we'll see what she says cuz I believe she doesn't say that anymore. But, um, Porsha will get your information. So, the cop again, I need him I don't know what kind of time this cop is on, but I need him to be a little bit better. No, he's not going to go directly hand her information to Porsha. But if this went to trial, Porsha has a right to discovery, confronting her um what is it called? Confronting her accuser and all this stuff. So, of course, she will get this woman's information cuz it will be public information at that time, at least available to the person that is being the complaints against the charges are against. So, I'm not really I guess I'm really really not happy with the way this officer handled anything. [laughter] I don't know. He's really irking my nerves the more I think about it. But yeah, she going to get your information. I don't know why you scared for your life now. Social media, but Porsha, no, you should have just dropped this. >> It's not It's >> I sat in my I was sitting in my seat. She was the last passenger to come on board. >> So when she came on board, >> Atlanta, Georgia, >> um I she said, "I'm in that seat." I said, "No problem." I jumped up, got far away from her. Look at how, okay, they say this in psychology when someone retells a story. And I I can say for Porsha, too, she might have said something in a way that uh portrayed herself to be more calmer than she was at the time. But I'm telling you on this one because we have witnesses on this side that, you know, psychologists say people when they retell a story about how they were involved in something, they always lighten it up and soften up what they did. And now she's exaggerating how kind she was at the beginning. And I'll go back cuz I talked over her a little bit, but you know, she's like, "Oh, she said she was in the seat." Cuz you know, she was this woman, I guess, was the aisle seat. Porsha was the window seat. So, I jumped up immediately. I got out of her way. Okay. So, you can then exaggerate the reactions later to what you think Porsha did. All right. Okay. You did not do all this cuz I swear you were probably the most inconvenience, huffing, puffing about it. Like, stop lying. Okay. But I'm going to go back cuz I talked over her a little bit. It's not it's >> I sat in my I was sitting in my seat. She was the last passenger to come on board. >> So when she came on board, >> um I she said, "I'm in that seat." I said, "No problem." I jumped up, got far away from her, so she had plenty of room. She had to put stuff in the upstairs thing. I understand that. Took plenty of time. Sit back down. We never spoke other than that. And after about 25 minutes of her on Instagram full blast, every time she would flip, cuz apparently it was from a loud place, I jumped because it was so loud and she was so I waited 25 minutes, give her time, let her do whatever she needed to do, and then I said, "Am I going to have to listen to that the whole time?" And she >> had it just been this part, I would have been on this woman's side. Has she just been like, "Hey, I don't want to hear your phone this entire flight." I I thought, you know, I thought after 25 minutes you would have, you know, put your earbuds in. I don't mind that this woman spoke up about that cuz I don't want to sit beside somebody that's playing their phone volume out loud as if headphones don't exist, as if earbuds don't exist. But she takes it to the other side where it's like, you know, I can not only get away with uh, you know, playing the victim and lying. So, you know, it goes too far. But had it just stopped right here, I get it. I would also be like, "Hey." Or I'd probably have my own earbuds and turn my volume up louder. But I would hate that I'd have to even think about that. But that's because I I don't like I don't really like talking to people. I don't like confronting people. That's me. But I don't have a problem with her actually telling Porsche like, "Hey, can are you going to, you know, is this going to keep going on?" That's not any part I have a problem with like airplane etiquette. Please wear your earbuds or headphones. >> Said, "Do you like it?" And I said, "No." And she said, "Well, I don't like the way you ask me." I said, "Don't put this on me." And the next thing I know, there was a fingernail so close to my eye that I thought I was going to be physically attacked. She had her I don't want to do it to you, sir. She had her hands in my face, screaming, calling me crazy, >> on and on and on. So now the flight attendants can't come help me because they're strapped in for this takeoff. My phone is sitting against my leg on the l on my lap. So I take it to video to try and protect myself. And as soon as I go like this, she takes her hand. And >> now remember the witnesses said the woman dropped her phone. Look at how this woman hand shaking. I'm going to take Inz's uh Enz's content or comment down. Look at how much this woman's hand is shaking to demonstrate how she held her phone. You dropped that phone. Okay, here we go. >> Leg on the on my lap. So I take it to video to try and protect myself. And as soon as I go like this, she takes her hand and goes like that and throws my phone and everybody sees the phone go down the end of the whole airplane. And the flight attendant, >> everybody saw the pl the phone drop or fall, but they said Porsha did not physically come towards you, that she did not attack you. She did not touch your phone. Your trembling hands dropped your phone. And told me he saw her knock it out of my hand. >> And that's assault. And I'm 70 years old. >> So she actually knocked the phone off your hand. You're >> right. She did. Okay. >> I didn't drop it. >> All right. All right. Uh, can you >> Here's what I'm afraid of. I'm afraid she's going to have me killed. >> So, can you do me a favor? Can you write me a statement of what happened? >> I certainly can. I have it written down in my phone. >> All right. Now, social media is going to get you. So, so sad for you. They are. They're going to you going to have a little minute. But if if she's 70, she may not be on social media. But I see a lot of 70 year olds on on social media, but maybe she's not. So she won't hear about it if she's not on social media. But yeah, no, she needs to be charged with filing a false police report in my opinion. That That's what I think. There should be consequences for filing false police reports. YEAH. I'M SURPRISED SHE DIDN'T ADD some tears with it, but I guess she she was too enraged with her entitlement. She couldn't get the tears, too. Now, this one, this one is crazy, y'all. This one's short, but super serious. It says, "Man arrested at Atlanta airport after threatening to shoot up the terminal with an AR-15." Watch how he tries to look so harmless. And I do have a a short news story after it related to him. Both these together are about 5 minutes long, so it's not too long, maybe six minutes long. So, it's not too long. But just uh shout out to the Atlanta airport police for taking the warning seriously. All right, here we go. So, they're showing this truck pull up to the curb right now. There's no sound yet. That's surveillance camera footage. And a white truck parked not well up to the curb. Another angle of surveillance footage. I just don't want y'all to think there's dead air. So, [laughter] I'm gonna wait till he Okay, here he comes with his p baby blue powdered shirt coming around the corner just looking around. >> How are you? >> Good. What are your What are your reasons at the airport right now? Do what now? >> Oh, >> I'm just here. Why? What? I hurt. >> What kind of car do you drive? >> Huh? >> What kind of car do you drive? >> I got dropped off. >> You got dropped out? Okay. We just looking. We just have a situation going on. >> Oh, okay. >> Mhm. >> You're welcome. >> Pleasure. >> Billy. >> Yes, ma'am. >> 16 radio. Is a guy named Billy? >> Billy. >> All right, you have hands. Put your hands behind your back, sir. >> Put your hands behind your back. like [screaming] [screaming] my phone. They're steaming. >> They're steaming. Give me my phone. It's not showing in the description. Going to head back to the pre to confirm. In case you're, you know, doing your thing and I'm in the background, just know this is where they actually have found the rifle. They found the I'm g just say they found the gun. So that's what they're looking at right now in his truck. >> Okay, now I have the news story that followed. >> And today we do have some new details on what authorities are calling a tragedy averted at Hartsville Jackson International Airport. Just a short time ago, we learned that Billy Joe Kaggel, he's being transferred to federal custody. Authorities say that this 49year-old from Carterville was found at the airport yesterday morning with 27 rounds of ammunition and an AR-15 rifle in a truck. Now, Atlanta police say that family members told them Kaggel began streaming on social media Monday morning, heading to the airport, and then threatened to quote, "shoot it up." But thankfully, authorities found him within 15 minutes. We'll hear from officers who arrested him. That's coming up at 4:30. 11 Live's Doug Richards joining us live now from the airport. Doug, so we know that this arrest of what could have been a gunman at the airport highlights a state law some people find startling. That is legal carry to have guns at the airport with some important restrictions, of course. Can you walk us through what exactly this law says? I will link this so y'all can hear about what the law says. I just wanted y'all to see he's facing federal charges. That was my point. So, y'all will have the link if you want to hear his commentary. All right. So, now we're back to less serious offenses. This one says, "Why offering money to the airport police is a bad idea." And it says, "You want $10? You're getting tased." I don't remember watching this one, so we'll see what happens. All right, let's go. Oh, and please, there's a new feature where you can hype up a video. So, please hype this video if you're able to. It apparently is where you're looking at your comments and you swipe with the little dots on there and it'll say, "Do you want to hype up the video?" I think it's like a repost, like Tik Tok and Instagram repost feature. That's what it feels like to me. So, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. On November 13th, 2023, the Tampa Airport Police Department encountered a man potentially in need of assistance at the airport. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> What seems to be my coffee? >> Don't touch me. >> I'm not touching. I can offer you. >> What seems to be the problem? I don't want >> I'm waiting for all the customers. Go number one, then talk to the Swiss lines >> to write me the notes and then that's it. >> Okay. >> So, you want a $10, you can have a coffee. >> And don't >> I don't touch you. The money touch you. >> If you're going to wait, if you're going to wait, you need to wait. Although I'm pretty proud of your other dude here. >> We'd be dealing with him by now. >> Yeah, not going to say he uh >> I didn't speak at all. >> Okay, then I call 911. I call 911. >> That would be a misuse of 911. >> You are not police. >> Yep. Right there. Call police, baby. >> We are police. >> Oh, okay. Then leave me alone. >> No, you got we got to make sure you go. >> Okay, leave me alone. I go to the elevator station. >> Okay, let's go. Leave me alone. >> No, that's that's not how the job works, bud. >> What? >> So, that's not how it works. We have to make sure you leave. >> You've been issued a trespass warning. >> I don't trespass nothing. What are you talking about? I'm bipolar. >> Go to your vehicle. >> I don't know. Calls. What do you want? >> Go to your vehicle and leave your property. >> Okay. High five. >> But don't touch me. You don't go in the other vehicle. >> If I touch you, you're going to jail. >> Why? No. No. I go with you. >> No. No. Put your hand back. >> Put your hands behind your back. Get his arm. I'm not >> Jimmy taser. >> I'm not resisting nothing. >> Hands behind your back or you're getting tased. Look. >> Hands behind your back or you're getting tased. What the [ __ ] you want me [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Oh wow. Language changed, didn't it? First it was my friend and $10 for coffee and all this other stuff. Now it's f you mfers. What the f you want you [ __ ] Like oh okay. [ __ ] gates [ __ ] >> What the [ __ ] I do? [ __ ] don't poke me. What the [ __ ] you want from me? I do not want to be in this country. [ __ ] off. [ __ ] this. [ __ ] man. I [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] What the [ __ ] >> You lucky. You [ __ ] lucky, man. >> Roll over on your side. >> Okay, then. >> Bring your legs, [ __ ] What's going on? >> Help me. Officer, can you officer shooting [ __ ] Shake my money. Grab the [ __ ] 10 bucks. It's 90 [ __ ] American kids. I didn't do anything. See, that's how they do it. >> 11. >> Uh, we're also here. He spilled his delicious frosty on the floor. >> Oh, we got a nice sarcastic cop. He said he spilled his delicious frosty on the floor. This man is vow. Oh, foul mouth self. Goodness. And this is why this is why I don't trust everybody just cuz they start off trying to be friendly. No. Get stay out of people personal space cuz that's what they do. They think, "Oh, I'm being nice." Or, "Oh, I'm doing something." And then it's like, "Oh, why didn't they accept my my night my niceness or my kindness?" People like this. People be on guard because we don't know what you're doing. So just mm- take it with a grain of salt because your intentions weren't ever good in the first place. This is your true self coming out right now. >> No, I don't I don't have it. I have it in my mouth. >> Listen, there's a car key here. >> No, show me the car key. >> It's right there, bro. >> I don't see it. It's not there. >> It's right here. >> You keep it. You're the boss. >> Right here. You see that stuff? Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. Okay. Let's go. >> I didn't do anything. I didn't even resist. I was holding the phone. security. I don't know what the [ __ ] >> I'm with 111. What the [ __ ] you want? >> And you put it on the throat. >> That's not my I didn't do it. >> What do you want people? >> Do you have anything on you that I need to be doing anything? >> I'm asking you a question. Do you have anything on you? Okay, that's all I need to know. >> What you guys doing? >> This is like a the airport. You're going to keep it for 5 minutes. I go back to the wrong >> and resist. >> We told you put your hands behind your back. You didn't put your hands behind your back, little guy. Listen, I'm not here. >> What are you looking for? >> He's searching before it. What the [ __ ] What's your name? >> America. What the [ __ ] >> Yeah, I was in five, too. If I want, I [ __ ] take you over. >> I'm not resisting it. I remember >> I don't think >> I need glasses. I don't see >> I'm a photo. >> Okay. >> All right. Okay. chance got to be force. >> Yeah. Cigarettes, but they're not going to take they don't take they're not going to take that. You can you can leave. >> So, [clears throat] we all got the attention span of a net cuz I swear I don't know for sure what he did. I I know he got up in the officer's personal space and that he didn't stop maybe cuz Jay said what what did he do besides call 911 for a non-emergency and [laughter] I'm I'm here with it. I'm not sure. I was trying to watch but I don't know. Was it that he got in that personal space and then once they were like, "All right, you're under arrest for doing that, too." Then he got a resisting arrest charge. But I don't know. Y'all tell us that we're paying better attention than the rest of us, apparently. All right, next one. Got somebody that's proud to be a retired officer, but apparently they were showing their behinds at the airport. It says, "Woman barges into American Airlines jet bridge and goes crazy." And you know, you do not play around with those jet bridges. >> This lady has been being Raleigh passenger. We told her to calm down, sit down because she acting like she's drunk or something. And then when we told we told her to sit down and then she run and I told her her to close the door and she and somebody else another passenger push her. >> I think she's intoxicated. >> Yeah. Is that a mask? >> Huh? So she been drinking the police officer. >> I did nothing. >> Ma'am, WHAT HAPPENED? THIS GUY CHOKE HOLDING ME. >> MA'AM, >> WHAT THE [ __ ] IS WRONG WITH HIM? >> CALM DOWN. Keep it [laughter] down. Okay. >> No, you >> I haven't seen the guy and I don't Well, they said she barged into the jet bridge, but I'm going to say probably justified she got put in a chokeold. [laughter] That's that's that's just, you know, my assumption right now. >> You need to talk TO HIM. HE CHOKEOLDED ME. THEY SAW IT. >> MA'AM, >> THEY SAW IT. >> MA'AM, calm down. LISTEN, I'M FINE. I NEED TO GET TO MY GREAT AUNT'S MEMORIAL SERVICE. I'VE been detained and held up all day. YOU CAN GO THROUGH MY BAGS. I HAVE NOTHING. YOU'RE >> NOT GOING THROUGH MY BAG. >> MY GOD. WHAT IS WRONG WITH AMERICA? >> Calm down. Calm down. >> NO. THAT GUY >> NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED. >> COME ON. LET'S go over here. >> YOU SAW IT. YOU SAW IT. YOU SAW IT. >> CALM DOWN. [screaming] MA'AM, keep >> if I was that flight attendant that just tried to, you know, tap her arm, I'm not getting close to someone acting like this. I need step away room. Don't. To me, if you don't need to get in the space close with them, do not because they don't care and they will have you with a bloody nose or something cuz they sucker punched you or just did something crazy to you or spit on you or something. Don't get close to them if you don't need to. If they're like, "Hey, can you carry her bags?" Sure. I'll be 15 feet or more away with her bag. Y'all do what y'all got to do. I'll put it in the spot you want me to set it in. Don't get close to these people that act like this. >> Me. >> Ma'am, what's your name? I'm officer. >> He threw ME TO THE GROUND. >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME HERE? We'll talk. Okay. >> I WANT THE MANAGER AROUND THE AIRPORT HERE. WHO SAW ME CHOKE ME? WHO SAW HIM CHOKE ME TO THE GROUND? [laughter] WHO SAW ME? I saw you running the door when you weren't supposed to. >> He choked ME TO THE GROUND. >> MA'AM, LET'S GO OVER HERE. MA'AM, >> I'M A WOMAN IN A DRESS. >> MA'AM, LET'S GO OVER HERE. >> MA'AM, let's go OVER HERE. OKAY. >> You off. >> Not helping. >> I'mma scream that next time somebody hurts my feelings or does I'm a woman in a dress. [laughter] >> Not helping. >> Ma'am, go over here. >> I WANT THE MANAGER OF THE AIRPORT HERE. NO, >> MA'AM. >> NO. >> CALM DOWN. >> I WANT THE MANAGER HERE. >> OKAY, GO GET THE MANAGER. What is your name? >> I'm not GOING TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. >> CALM DOWN. >> HE CHOKEOLDED ME TO THE GROUND. I'M NOT GOING TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. >> MA'AM, >> I WANT [laughter] AN OFFICER HERE. >> MA'AM, I am officer. >> I HAVE FAMILY WAITING FOR MY GREAT AUNT'S FUNERAL. I'M MISSING HELL TRYING TO GET THROUGH THIS GODDAMN AIRPORT SERVICE. >> I don't think she going to make it to uh her great ass funeral. And I'm pretty sure there might be some family members like, "Oh my gosh, thank God Susan couldn't make it. She couldn't make it. This should go more smoothly. I WANT SOME HELP AND I WANT IT NOW." >> MA'AM, [laughter] >> NO. >> Stay over here. >> THAT GUY THREW ME TO THE GROUND. [screaming] WHO? RAISE YOUR HAND. >> MA'AM, calm down. >> NOBODY WANTS TO STAND UP FOR ME. >> MA'AM, [laughter] what is your name? >> I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES. >> I DIDN'T HEAR YOU. >> TERRY. >> OKAY. >> There's a Tik Tok audio that's a little old now, but there's one where people they'll play themselves doing something mundane and completely ignoring this lady screaming. And the audio says, "The killer, he's escaping." And that's what she sounds like. Like no one cares. They're like, "Okay." And back to our normal routine. Now, who's going to stand up for me? SOMEBODY SAW HIM CHOKE ME. HOLD TO THE GROUND. SOMEBODY STAND UP FOR ME. >> MA'AM. [gasps] >> MA'AM. >> GOD DAMN IT. SOMEBODY STAND UP FOR ME. THAT'S >> WHAT THEY DID. >> HE CHOKEOLDED ME TO THE GROUND. THIS IS UNEXCUSABLE. >> OKAY. >> I'M IN HOSPITALITY FOR 40 YEARS. MA'AM, >> I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT. >> MA'AM, let's No, MA'AM. >> I WANT THE MANAGER OF THE AIRPORT HERE. >> NO, >> MA'AM. >> She said she was in hospitality for 40 years. I hope she worked in the back office because this this cannot be the way you handle [laughter] things. Your hospitality training should have been kicked in and and if you know you catch more well um I was going to say you catch more flies with honey but okay real quick that you catch more flies with honey. I hate saying it but the original story it is so you can catch them so they get out of your house and stuff not cuz you actually want to attract flies. So I be I hate saying it but I'm like I get the point. You're trying to you know attract the flies to get them out of your space. not attract them to your space in the first place. That's saying, but because that's all you say is you catch more more uh flies with honey or whatever. I don't know. I always second guess myself when I say it. >> YOU CANNOT TREAT A PASSENGER LIKE THAT. THAT WAS ANOTHER PASSENGER THAT CHOKE HOLDED ME TO THE GROUND. >> WHERE ARE YOU TRYING TO GO? Where are you trying to go? >> MA'AM, >> YOU CANNOT TREAT SOMEONE LIKE THIS. >> MA'AM, calm down. I'M GOING TO SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA TO MY GREAT AUNT'S FUNERAL. >> MA'AM, thank God. >> I had a real >> This woman had no reason for >> No, I'm not. [laughter] >> Here. >> I didn't do anything. Leave me alone. Please leave me alone. >> What's your name? My name is Terry. >> Terry, calm down and breathe. >> No. >> Let's go have a seat. >> No. >> CAN YOU STOP IT? >> THIS GUY CHOKEOLDED ME. LOOK at the cameras. >> Okay. >> He threw ME TO THE GROUND AND CHOKEOLDED ME. Another passenger. [laughter] >> Do you know WHAT HE >> BECAUSE THAT WOMAN AT THE RESERVATION JUST SENT HIM ON ME. >> Do you know what the passenger looks like? >> Yes, I do. >> Do you have Where's your stuff at? THEY TOOK IT. I DON'T KNOW WHERE MY STUFF IS. OH MY GOD. I'M JUST TRYING TO GET TO MY GREAT AUNT'S MEMORIAL SERVICE. God help me. God help me. You got >> I'm here to help you. Okay. >> You want to come have a seat so I can help you out? >> Please help me. >> I'm here to help you. Okay, let's get you sit [laughter] down so you can catch your breath. You want some water? You want to go to the water crown with me? >> You want to walk to the water crown with me, sir? Come on. Here. >> Let's have you sit. NO, I'M NOT GOING IN THE WAY. I'M NOT. NO. >> NO. Move that. >> Come on, T. Let's Let's walk with me. Okay. >> Yeah. Everybody, THANK YOU FOR STICKING UP FOR ME. >> OKAY. >> EVERYBODY THAT SAW THAT PASSENGER CHOKE HOLD ME AND THROW ME TO THE GROUND. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME. >> HERE. HERE. TERRY. NO. NO. Right here. Right here. Right here. >> Some America. >> Turn around and get some water. Perry. >> Take your breath. Here. Give me. THEY ALL SAW IT. THEY ALL SAW IT. >> OKAY, TERRY. >> HE'S STILL THERE IN THE DOOR. The guy that choke holded me. >> Terry. Okay, here. Get some water. >> Yeah, don't care about my [ __ ] I DON'T CARE. I JUST WANT TO GO HOME. >> This woman is a bull in a china shop. She is doing the most >> there. I didn't deserve this. I didn't deserve this. I really didn't. >> I know. >> Calm down. >> You want to lock ME UP? GO AHEAD. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. SO, GO AHEAD. >> BREATHE. RELAX. OKAY. >> You're fine. >> My flight's leaving. I need to get to my great aunt's funeral. Okay. That's all I tried to do. I'M COMING FROM >> SO, did you guys deny her flight? >> Okay. So, she came over here screaming at me. I told are you going to Tyler? I work in Tyler. Thailand? No, you don't do a you you're not doing a [ __ ] Then she come over here with attitude. Then she went over the court flight and we told her to sit down and calm down. She cannot be doing this drama around and everybody was looking at her. Then when we start the boarding process, um she she just jumped on Marie saying, "Man, you okay to to bore now?" And she start like acting like crazy. But she was screaming in the in the seat. When I we deny her boarding, she just run over the door and I just follow her. I said, "Ma'am, you cannot do that." And then when I see that guy doing like something like something like this and then push her and she and she just fall over my my foot. >> Did he push her just because he was trying to >> Yeah, I just I didn't touch her. I just told her, "Ma'am, that guy out there right now." And then another guy, he got a blue shirt. He shot on her and pushed her back. She was she followed my feet and then she started screaming and crying. >> Okay, >> that's what happened. >> Thank you. >> Was it you? >> Yes, sir. >> Can you come out? Sure. She's not going to bother. You can come out, too. >> How are you? >> So, what happened? >> So, she was >> I was walking up as soon as I saw only saw. >> She was making a rockets over there in front of the thing. We were boarding and uh she came up behind us to get in the boarding line. >> Mhm. >> And it wasn't her group. I guess the lady right here told her to she couldn't board. >> Um and she was cussing and making >> and busted through. >> She tried to bust through. >> Yeah. >> She came over and shut the door to us. >> The door was halfway shut and she came rushing through the door. I pushed her. >> Said Jim pushed her. >> She said that you grabbed her neck and pushed her. So you pushed her back so she couldn't get through. >> So she couldn't get through the door. They were trying to close. Yeah. >> And she fell to the door. >> So she tried to rush through the door. She shut it real quick. >> Okay, we're just getting I'm getting more information out of her. She said she had a couple drinks now. >> This really makes me sick. >> No, I THIS IS NOT RIGHT. the guy that pushed her out. >> You let another person out >> because uh he's just trying to force her way into the >> No, I didn't. >> Calm down. >> Calm down. >> We're cool. Remember, >> you going to need any more information on that guy? >> What is What did he say? >> He tried to rush in. >> She did. She did. >> Open the door. He pushed her out. >> Okay. >> Cuz she was denied. >> So See, she's saying that you grabbed her neck, but more like >> I'm not playing games here. I need to get >> You can eat any more. Drink some more. >> You got everything. >> Yeah, I got >> No. Why aren't you talking to me? >> All right. They're letting the guy go. I mean, there were witnesses that saw it through the glass doors. The flight attendants are also saying it was a push, not a chokeold. Um, and they say she pushed she tried, she uh strong armed her way through a closing door. You can't do that. Once you you can't do a lot of stuff at an airport and if you do, you're taking risks because people are on edge about who's trying to be crazy on a plane. Then you got the federal regulations. I do think this is all on like y name is Terry. [laughter] So Terry, this on you. They letting the guy go. >> HE'S A PASSENGER. >> Wonderful time there. I had two drinks. Is that against the law? >> I'm 62 years old. I didn't expect to get thrilled to the ground. >> Here. >> There we go. >> The [ __ ] out of here. GET HIM OFF THE PLANE TO TALK TO HIM. >> NO. >> RELAX. RELAX. You need to investigate. I >> Terry, relax. >> I'm a retired officer. I don't know. I don't have to. >> Who you a police officer with? >> New NYPD. Is that good enough? >> No, that's that's good. Thank you for your service, P. >> No, I don't need to explain WHY THAT GUY CHOKE HOLDING ME WHEN HE'S A PASSENGER. AND NOBODY HERE STOOD UP FOR ME. NOBODY TOOK A REPORT. NOTHING. >> IT'S ALL ON CAMERA. YOU BET. I'M GOING TO get it. >> Okay, >> I'll I'll request it. >> I'll request every surveillance CAMERA IN THIS GODDAMN AIRPORT. >> I JUST WANTED TO GET her drink information out of >> and why nobody stood up for me. WHY NOBODY SAW IT. EVERYBODY SAW IT. NOBODY WOULD STAND UP AND SAID THIS GIRL WAS CHOKEOLDED BY A PASSENGER. >> SHAME ON ALL OF YOU. >> TERRY, CALM DOWN. >> I DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] >> TERRY, calm down. CALM DOWN. THAT'S WHY AMERICA TO THE DOGS CUZ NOBODY WILL STAND UP FOR ANYONE. >> Calm down. >> Piece of [ __ ] >> Give me your arms. >> I'm not. >> Oh, I'm being arrested for being so cold. Please, SOMEBODY FILM THIS. PLEASE, SOMEONE FILM THIS. I promise you besides this body cam, someone has been recording you and their angle isn't going to look any better than this body cam angle. >> Being recorded, man. >> PLEASE, SOMEONE FILM THIS. PLEASE, >> YOU want to lock it? >> Yeah. >> God damn it. Please, someone. >> It's being recorded. >> You have these cuffs on very transport. >> I'm not being transported. >> Sit down. TAKE THE CUFFS OFF OF ME. >> I'M TAKING OFF. >> Get her stuff. >> I need my stuff. >> We're going to grab it, Ter. We're going to grab it. >> Wait, wait, wait. This shit's cutting my CUTTING MY WRIST. COME ON. YOU said you'd help me. >> I did. Readjust the cuffs then. >> Are you going to relax for me to do it? I couldn't put them on correctly because you kept moving. >> I will calm down. Fix them. >> Okay. Sit up. Sit up. Sit up. >> LET GO. IT HURTS. LET GO. >> You told >> my arms [ __ ] COUNTRY. PLEASE HELP ME. Please help me. Please. [laughter] My partner on camera, SO >> I DON'T CARE. OKAY. I'VE NEVER IN A JAIL in my life. I'm trying TO GET TO MY ASS FUNERAL. I'm trying TO GET TO MY ASS FUNERAL. Oh my god. [screaming] [laughter] OH MY GOD. I CAN'T MISS THIS FLIGHT. I CAN'T MISS THIS FLIGHT. >> You can miss it and you have missed the flight. You might end up being banned from the airline, if not the whole airport, because you bumrushed through a jet bridge. You're done, Terry. I mean, you could be done if they chose to exercise that option, I should say. But you definitely not making the flight. That's out. You're It's over with on that part. >> Up. Stand up, Terry. >> Don't touch me. >> Step in. >> I want to know where I'm going. You're going to the jail. That's where YOU'RE GOING. >> FOR WHAT? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I'M NOT INTOXICATING. >> I TOLD YOU TO TALK TO THE BARTENDER. PLEASE HELP ME. HELP ME. [screaming] HELP ME. HELP ME. >> SOMEBODY. PLEASE HELP ME. >> Let go of these cups. >> You need to step up. >> I will step up. Just let GO OF THE CUPS. STEP UP. OKAY, Terry went out in a blaze of glory. All right, next up we have Okay, so the title says female passenger arrested after attacking flight attendant. This is just more of a I'm going say it's just an she's entitled. That's that's what I think of this passenger. She tries to come off as to me kind of, you know, soft and I couldn't I would never do anything. It was all them. But I feel like enough of the true colors come in at the end. And it's probably witnesses, too. That I don't remember if there were witnesses, but um yeah, you can't you can't attack a flight attendant. All right, but here we go. Oh, and she doesn't I think she's also doesn't understand personal space. I think the officer had to tell her to back up if I'm not mistaken. >> Okay, Miss Weston, >> what happened? Um, so I was sitting on seat 32 F, I think it was, and this guy was like, "Oh, uh, switch seats with her." And I was like, "I don't mind. You guys are grown men, so I'll sit in the middle." So they had leg room. So I sat in the middle and I started talking with the 19-year-old about his book that he was reading because I I was into the book he was reading and I know about the book he was reading. And then I started talking to the of age man next to me and [snorts] we were just kind of complaining about how we had to turn the flight around and refuel it. Like why would you set a flight off without fuel? Like what the [ __ ] So we were just like, "What the heck?" Like that's crazy. And then we started talking about music and the music industry and music videos and I was showing him stuff and then this lady in a pink shirt said, "Oh, do you guys mind stepping off the flight?" Like, "Oh, that's fine. I don't have a problem." And I'm thinking it's because someone had a vape. Like the guy next to me had a vape. And I knew he had a vape. So I'm like my god, we're probably getting told, "Yeah, just give this vape away or something." So I get off the plane, she's like, "Oh, well you guys need to like you guys aren't going to be able to take this flight. Like someone's complaining about you guys." I'm like, "Complaining about what?" I was like, "I'll put my headphones in and be quiet. I I am totally cooperative." And I was like, "Complaining about what though? Like I just don't understand." She's like, she's tried to say like uh our conversation was like making them uncomfortable or something. They just wanted us to fly. I'm like, "Okay, that's fine. I just need to get my property because my property I don't own nonvaluable things. Everything I own is of value. Everything. I've been robbed on a flight before, so I have PTSD from my last flight in July. I was robbed $3,000. My house keys, my car keys, my D." Before she continues, I do want to say that I I think her conversation probably was making people uncomfortable on the flight. Um I feel like they probably weren't talking at a reasonable level if she was sitting by somebody um that did actually want to talk to her cuz sometimes people get chatty and the other person doesn't even actually want to talk to you. And did the other two people get kicked off or just you? So, I don't know if she made the the people she was talking to uncomfortable along with people, excuse me, along with people around her or just the people around her. But I do believe the content in her conversation probably did make somebody uncomfortable. And I don't know if she was given a chance to just change the conversation topic or move or she just got kicked off immediately, but it's something about her her um that she's skipping over that part about what they may have been talking about. I guess I feel like people probably did complain and I don't know if they were loud or not with it as well. >> So I was stuck up for a long time before I could go home. So she's like, "I just need you to step off the plate." So, we all step off the flight and she's like, "Oh, wait, guys. Like, we got a complaint." And I'm like, "All right, that's fine. I will gladly book a new flight. If you don't want me on this plane, if if I could sit in another seat, that's fine. If you need me to get another flight, that's fine. I just need to get my belongings. I need to get my property cuz that's all I have to my name. I need this right here cuz it is so of value. It probably costs more than everyone's plane ticket on this goddamn fight. Like my >> girl, we don't care. Nobody cares. Everybody's just trying to get to their destination. They just want to take their report and figure out what they have to do with you. Is this going to be a trespass? Do you have to find another flight? Nobody cares about what you have unless you're reporting a current robbery. No one cares. [laughter] >> Those are very expensive. My belongings are very expensive. All I don't own nonvaluable things. Like everything is of value. It doesn't matter if it's my personal item. It doesn't matter if it's my car. It doesn't matter if it's my luggage. Everything is a value. So, I said, I just need to get my luggage, my carry-on, and I'll be right off. It's in the front. It's before we even get past where they close the curtain, like first class or whatever you want to call it. So, I was like, I just need to get my belongings and I'll be off this flight. And this girl literally like tackles me, like grabs me, and I'm like, get the off me. I'm like, you could go get it if you need to. like I have no problem with you going and getting my bag for me. As long as I have this, I don't mind. But she was trying to tell me that she's not giving me this and I'm not getting it and that I'm not understand. I'm like, "No, no, no, no. If you're telling me I need to get off this flight, go get my carry-on because this is my entire life. I'm missing a Playboy shoe, which is a huge thing for me in my career. in a minute. >> I don't think it's unreasonable to want your carry-on from the airplane. I don't think that's unreasonable. If you're getting kicked off, you want to get your carry-on bags. I I find it hard to believe that she asked the flight attendant in the way she's currently reporting it back to the police. >> It now cuz this [ __ ] wanted to throw me on the ground and try to say I wasn't cooperating when all I asked was for my property back and I would gladly leave the plane. I will go buck a new flight. it's not a problem. And she just wanted to grab me and throw me on the ground. I'm like, "What the is wrong with you? Get off of me. Like, don't touch me. I have to deal with people touching me for a living." So, she did that. And I'm like, "Get the off me." Like, what's wrong with you? Why did you do that? I'm not even being violent or aggressive in any way. I'm just asking for my belongings that are of huge value. Everything in my bag is of huge value. I don't need my things. Being flown to Boston without my supervision. I asked her to go get it. She said no. So she threw me on the ground. I'm like, "What the is wrong with you? Get off of me." And like she let go cuz she realized what she did. She literally like acted out of character and threw me on the ground. So I'm like, "Yo, you're crazy. Like you are crazy." And I I got my my property. This is my property. And I left that flight and I was ready to go book a new flight. And then all of a sudden, Officer Sodto and um Officer Sheriff Campbell came and they're like, "You just need to wait." >> And I listened. I'm like, "That's fine." And then all of a sudden she starts Oh. Oh. like overreacting. And I'm like, what >> you mean overreacting like what you seem to be doing right now? I hope that they tell her or they say something about what witnesses saw cuz they were on the plane so there were witnesses. So hopefully we get to hear a little bit about what witnesses are saying. That would help a lot. But I just I find her hard to believe. >> Like why wouldn't you do that when you like tackled me to the ground? Like that's crazy to me. >> You're saying she tackled you onto the ground? Yes. She grabbed me and threw me on the ground. >> Threw you on the ground? Okay. >> Threw you on the ground? >> Yes. Yes. She grabbed me and put me on the ground and I'm like, "Get off of me." Like, I literally have to >> Okay, hold on. Let me do a check. Am I still here? I might have to reshare my screen. My stuff locked up. like my screen did a screen lock. So, let me know. Can you see her back on the screen right now? She just got in the officer's personal space. Let me know if I'm still live to y'all. [laughter] Some I was trying to reply to I am unique and my lock [clears throat] screen came up. Okay, y'all can see me. Okay, we're going back to where she stood up doing the most. Hold on. All right, here we go. >> She grabbed me and put me on the ground and I'm like, "Get off of me." Like I literally have to with my own friend from your job. >> I have to do so for a for a woman to do that to me. This is you escalated this situation way. I asked you to go get my luggage. I asked if I could have my property of value and you want to make it 10 times harder when I'm just asking for my property back. before the plane takes off. And I told her, "I'll buy a new flight. I have no problem with getting a new flight. I have no problem if you move my seat. I have no problem. I was willing to cooperate." And then she threw me on the ground. And I'm like, "What the like I'm not a violent person. I'm not I'm not someone who like I'm a people person. I'm supposed to be a public figure." And I to have someone throw me on the ground and like try to make it like like they're the victim. like I was just trying to get my property back. Like this just really like threw me off. >> I think she came in with a mindset on the plane. Okay. I don't care what you do as a profession as long as you're not harming somebody. So the fact that she, you know, shoots for Playboy and all that stuff, great. Do what you do. You only live once. No problem. But I think that her hoodie possibly caused a conversation or something else that she has. And without them probably even asking, she's like, "Oh yeah, I'm going to this Playboy shoot. I shoot for Playboy all the time and I do these other things." And then maybe she went a little too into in detail about some of her photo shoots that would make someone possibly uncomfortable surrounding her on that topic. I feel like that's what the conversation was about. And I don't know if it went beyond that, but I feel like that's already enough to be like, "Hey, not everybody kind of wants to hear some things and just making them uncomfortable." But I feel like it had to do with either her Playboy shoot, her line of work, or something like that. >> I'm really frustrated. You're really frustrated. I have things from vintage Playboy in here. Like the amount of my suitcase is well over her pay. So I needed my property back and she was she just she just wasn't happy about that. And the two guys that were there like literally just watches throw me on the ground. And I'm like I all I said was get off me because I'm not about to deal with assault when I have to assault for >> I'm not about to deal with that >> the uh the address on your ID is that current? >> No. >> What's your current address? >> Like I don't I don't like to [ __ ] around. I don't with law enforcement. I'm a well behaved citizen. >> What's the uh zip code? >> 03 or I'm sorry. One second. I've only lived there for like 2 years. It's 02135. >> I'm so tired of her cry voice because when she starts um feeling outraged at how she feels she was treated by the flight attendant, some of that stops, then it's back on and I'm tired of it. Like, please can you just take a solid breath and just finish telling your story? I am so tired of the hiccup and sounds and everything. >> 02135. >> Yeah. What is it that you do for a living? >> I I am actually out here because I'm a verified artist. I make music for a label. >> I'm a performer, entertainer. I'm I'm I'm verified on accounts. Like I'm not just some dream of this. Like this is my career. Okay. >> And I'm also a model and a public figure. Okay, Miss Weston, >> I spoke to everybody that I could. Everybody that that saw what exactly what happened. The two gentlemen that you're referring to, >> the two gentlemen that that you referred to did not tell me the same version of the events that you just said. >> They saw you throw the Delta employee onto the ground. Uh-uh. [ __ ] >> Well, well, well. Even the one she was talking to have a different account of events. I don't think they even probably maybe enjoyed that conversation as much as you thought they would. Every guy is not there to hear about your modeling and stuff. Like, I wonder if they were even voluntarily a part of that conversation. and they still could have been, but still are honest about what they saw after, you know, the conversation ended and the other stuff occurred. But I just have a feeling she made them uncomfortable, too. I feel like she's the only one that wanted everybody to know about her career. >> She put her arms around me. I I >> I've worked with grown men since I was 17. I'm pretty sure know when someone touches me. >> Okay, >> I'm positive. Actually, >> at at this moment, you're going to be placed under arrest for battery and the TSA people will be contacting you and our state attorney's office will be contacting you uh once you're released from jail. >> I need to press charges against her cuz she assaulted me. >> I have to because it's not okay. >> Okay. When when this all goes to court, you'll have the opportunity to to do that. All right. Does this girl know that my family is involved with the law? >> I I hope to God you tell her. >> Inconsequential. Correct. >> I really hope you tell her >> before she decides anything else. >> As at this moment, that's inconsequential. It's not going to stop what's going to happen. >> Okay. >> I need you to stand up for me, please. >> Put your things down. Put your hands behind your back. >> Get that. >> I just need to tell my father. I just need to tell my father. >> Ma'am, you're an adult, so he'll he'll find out. homosexual. >> That's not going to help the matter. Okay. >> Okay, that's the end of that one. I'm okay. I thought I was like I feel like they spoke to people, but I couldn't remember. She was just lying. So, she put on what she did to that woman. she tries to say that woman did to her as if everybody didn't have eyes on that plane which makes again it makes her dangerous. Like why would you how you just you're like so comfortable with boldface lying and you're the one that body slammed or pushed down the flight attendant. The Oh, the audacity is dangerous. Very dangerous. All right, we're on to this next one. This one. Okay, it says man makes huge miscalculation in airport terminal before flight. I'm just going to let y'all watch this. This is a whole lot of nonsense. I think I saw this I saw this one this morning. So, mm- [clears throat] >> on April 2nd, 2022, the Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police Department was called to the scene at the airport for a potential incident within the airport concourse. The following shows the body worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. Yes. Both the bus on camera here. By the way, you would like to see it. Um, so he called me. I work in the other store, the E16 location. He called me. He said this customer didn't want to pay for the bag. >> He was on FaceTime with me. I saw him put the bag in there. >> He explained to me the the system declined this transaction. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, moving forward, what do we want to do at this point in time? Are you all content with getting your property back? But yeah, we just got it back, but he threw it at us. >> Okay. But I mean, y'all want to press charges for theft or we suggesting that because y'all have your property back? >> I don't want my to see if Jason or you don't want to press charges like this. >> Can I call my manager? >> Yeah, by all means. I got to know what y'all want to do. >> See what I'm saying? You got a bigger voice. You did all that for >> No, that's my voice. No, it's my >> Hey, I don't know. So disgusting. >> Can you do me a favor? Can I see your ID? >> I don't got it. >> You don't got your ID? >> How'd you get your security today? >> I don't know. >> Can you just cooperate, bro? >> He got He know everything, >> man. I'm asking you. I'm not worried about what prospect has. Do you have your ID? >> I don't know. >> Why is this instantly made more difficult? You're already being spoken to because of stealing, but they said they caught you. You threw the product back at them and they are deciding if they even still want to press charges or let it go. In the meantime, the officer just wants the ID and you are already being stupid and you won't give up your ID, which they're right. How did you make it through security if you don't have a ID? Stop playing and just hand over the ID. Just Oh, >> let me see. Let me see. >> See what No, sir. >> Check your bag. >> Do you have your ID? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Look through your bag and grab me ID. We're not playing around now. >> Can I talk to him? >> I'm the one who convinced him to get it back. >> Okay. Talk to talk to my partner behind you. I'll talk with him. >> I got a flight to >> right now. You're detained for possible theft. I need your ID. >> All right. What's your name and date of birth? >> He got him, bro. >> Man, I'm not I'm not talking to him. I'm talking to you right now. Right now, you're being detained. I'm asking for your name and date of birth. can go a whole lot simpler. I'm not looking for a Visa card. I'm looking for your ID. >> Man, you willing to cooperate with me or not? >> I'm trying to No. >> What's your name and date of birth, sir? safe >> cuz you know I can arrest you for theft of property right now, right? >> I assume >> they called us for theft of property. That's why we're here. >> You were in the You were in the possession of stolen property. >> Is this the route we're going? >> Yeah. I'm trying to work with you. Did you put your phone down? Give me your ID. >> Got to find it. I got a big bag, you know. Then >> start looking for it. I'm not playing this game with you. It's like he has nothing better to do than to get arrested. I mean, you're already stealing, so you're already taking the risk of, yeah, you're going to get arrested. Then you you won't give what you know you have on your person, which is an ID. If you're beyond TSA checkpoints, you have some type of identification. What are you doing? What point is this making? Yes. I don't know why he got all these phones, an I don't know. This is so stupid. Oh my gosh. I don't I And we got more to go. So, let's go. But this is so annoying. [laughter] >> All right, man. I need your ID. >> Fine. >> You don't have a P. You don't have a hard copy in your bag. >> How'd you get through security? >> We went through all this. >> No, we didn't. You didn't give me answers. >> I'm trying to find my itinerary. >> I'm not looking for your itinerary. I'm looking for your identification card. >> You'll find it. I'm looking for it. >> So, you all have video of taking that bag? >> Okay. And what's the value of the bag? >> It was $30. >> $30. >> All right, man. I'm giving you one more opportunity to give me your ID. I ain't playing this game anymore. I'm going to just put you under arrest for theft right now. >> All right. You have an ID. He gives me a boarding pass and then we check them over there with security and give them back and ID. What a >> doesn't matter what airline it is. We're not worried about the airline right now. I'm worried about your identification card. >> I don't know. They asking some questions. >> This is my flight right here. >> I'm not worried about your flight. >> Give me your identification card. >> I don't have one. >> This is my flight. >> Okay. Then what is your name and date of birth? >> I just tried to give it to you. >> You tried to give me your credit card. Say real simple. with my name and date of birth on. >> What is your name and date of birth? >> I'm trying to give it to you. I don't read that well. >> You don't know your name? Here you are. You write that down. >> Zcore, is that your first name? >> Yep. >> Tell your date of birth on here. What's your date of birth? >> August. >> You're not lying to me, right? Lying to me as you're detained is another offense. And I will go that route if I have to. >> What is your date of birth? >> All right. Here's your Here's your credit card. >> I don't have it. >> I don't care. Stand up. I can't stand. I can't. Then lean forward. Put your hands behind your back. Rush right now. My phone behind him. I'm going to put my phone in my car. Wait. Don't touch my phone. >> Okay. Put your hands behind your back. >> I can't walk. >> Let go of your phone. I can't walk. >> Let go of your phone. I got one in custody. process. >> I got to go to my >> You were going to jail. Where you going? >> I'm not going nowhere. >> All right. We'll see. >> All right. >> Said $30 for that. >> 3246. >> You going to be here for the next couple hours so I can come back and get your information? >> Uh within the next hour >> about to leave. You want me to write my information down? It was his store. >> You got your driver's license? >> It's in my It's in my store. >> Your store down at >> E16. 16? Yes, sir. >> All right. I will come down there and meet you within the next 20 minutes. >> Yeah, it's fine. I could say, but they said he said he has no idea. >> Edward 5, can you uh can you see the transport unit? Edward 31. >> My manager said he doesn't want to press charges. >> Well, I've already got him under arrest for theft. >> So, if he wants if he wants to drop it at the end, that's fine. I've already got him under arrest for theft. That's at this point in time. I've already placed him under arrest for theft. So, we're going that route. >> I got a boarding pass. >> Okay. I supposed to be a CT, right? All right. These cuffs tight. >> All right. I'll check them when we get outside. >> They're real tight, bro. >> I will check them when we get outside. >> Like circulation tight. >> Real tight, bro. >> I will check them when we get outside. >> Talking about like circulation. >> No handicap, bro. That's fine. restation a long way. Did I drop anything? Elevator. Elevator. Stop right here. All right, bud. Lean forward for me. I'll check the cuffs. Yep. I can get my finger in there. No, you can't. >> I can get my fingertip in there. I lock them so they won't get any tighter. >> Not meant for comfort, sir. >> I see. You got body cam on. >> All right. Did y'all see how he just scooched himself on the wheelchair? For those that said, "Does he need the wheelchair?" Look at how he just adjusted himself in this seat. You got body camo? It's >> live right now. >> Of course. >> Yep. It's on. And we see you looking crazy. I don't know why make life this hard. He does seem very disconnected. I don't know. I mean, it's him. It's him and his consequences. It is what it is. I want to apologize. >> Okay. >> I need assistance one take back so I can catch my flight. It's going to leave. >> That'll that'll be >> that'll be on you. >> See, that's [ __ ] Over $30 and he got my card that I gave him to pay the [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Charles two. Travel three or four. >> You flying to Los Angeles? >> Yes, sir. I'm ready to go. My legs [ __ ] up. I can't walk. >> Probably not going to make it late today. >> Huh? >> Probably not going to make it. >> Okay. >> Loading and unloading only available in the >> Did you run him at all? I have not yet. >> No additional cost. >> I need a wheelchair assistance, too. >> What's your last name? >> It's on the thing, ain't it? >> Well, I'm asking you. >> I don't know. >> You don't know your name? >> It's on there. >> That may just get used to go right. I don't smoke weed. >> Didn't say you did. >> You smelling like I do. We got it. It's part of our job. >> Immediately last name. >> Man, you're under arrest at this point in time. You got to identify yourself properly, otherwise it's another charge. >> All right. confirming that first thing. >> I don't have any warrant, bro. I'm not wanted. I don't do [ __ ] Don't [ __ ] >> That's what he gave us. >> I don't do [ __ ] >> I'm going to cut down your pockets real quick. You did it already. >> I got his front pockets. I >> They do this in airport. You don't know. >> They do your back pockets. >> No, >> you know they do this in airport. TSA way worse than I know. Okay. >> I can't walk. >> I can't walk. >> Cuz you're getting in the car. >> I can't walk. >> You can walk. >> I can't. >> That's an airport wheelchair. It's not yours. >> But I can't walk. >> Well, you walked up here. >> You got You got in the wheelchair somehow. Get out of here. >> I got here through a taxi. >> Okay. But you got through security >> and I didn't walk. >> Well, you're going a walk. >> All right. I'll get a number later. >> I need it now. >> I give them to you. It's my phone. charge your possession by drop. >> Cool. All right, I'll make this call once. It needs to go back and birthday. Okay. >> All right. Hop up. >> Help me up. >> I can't use my right leg. >> Okay. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. What are you doing? >> Got to check your back pocket. >> Oh, I'm catching a cramp. Hey, that's what I mean. >> Okay. >> Come on. Come on. Turn around. >> I'm losing, >> man. I already checked them. >> With us, the sooner you get over there, you can take them off. >> All right. How about how fast? >> Put your left foot up there. You want to use your left foot, right? >> My right foot. >> That's why I asked you. Put your left foot up, right? >> Put your left foot up there. >> All right. >> And then put your body weight up into the car. Just slide in the seat. >> So, are you charging him with identifying? >> He says theft right now. I didn't steal [ __ ] >> If they come to find out once they give your fingerprint that what you gave me isn't accurate. Charge along with these. >> I'm not worried about I got my own money. >> Okay. Here. We need to put the seat belt on you. >> I can't move. Okay. What do sit there? What state are we in? >> State of Texas. >> I'll never be back. >> I think I I think I speak for most Texans when I say thank you. >> You sure do speak for most Texans. Thank you. Don't come back to Texas. Don't come back. We don't want you. We don't want you. We're good. You sure do speak for all of us. All right. That's pretty much it on him. H. They don't say his charges, so there's no point to go to the end. One of the annoying rest. I told y'all these police be so um they some, not all, some are very patient and I'm like just put the cuffs on them. Get in get them in the car and let's go. I'm tired of it. All right, this one we have entitled first class on American Airlines goes very badly. I don't have the patience either, Kendra. I'm telling I don't have it in me at all. And then this thumbnail says they didn't acknowledge me. So, we'll see this one. I don't remember her. I just I've had her in my playlist for a while. So, we'll see what this is about. All right, let's see. >> Reports of a woman making threats on the airplane. The following shows the body worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. suggest when yeah I don't know what happened Right. >> Okay. >> Okay. If you want to send her off, what are what are you guys Okay. >> Do you play like normal? >> Okay. >> And then just point out >> Yeah. Just point her out when she comes. >> You can give it back to her after you know. >> No, I don't know. I really don't know what you want from me. >> Okay. I was just asking if you knew why we were called to >> No, I don't. That's why I just said I don't know why you're talking to me right now other than to get off the plane. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I don't. No. >> But if you want to explain to me, I would be open to listening. >> Okay. But we got a call that >> Okay. Well, we got a call that it was a level one threat. Someone was >> What does that mean? >> Making threats to someone else and they were concerned for your wellbeing. So, we just had to do a check. literally they literally said if I give them all my belongings I can get off you know plane with no problem. >> Okay. >> So I don't understand what you mean by that. >> I mean it's cool. I mean it could have been somebody very well. So this is my first time on like a plane outside of my mom. >> Um I was on a plane when I was like what 16. My first time as um an elderly adult on my own physically. >> Yeah. Um, so you know, whenever they had a problem with me or whatever they had a problem with, you know, I did whatever they asked me to do. >> Okay. So, I really don't know what the problem is right now cuz I did what you guys asked me to do. >> Okay. Do you want to stand over here? >> Whatever you want me to do. You can look in my bag. No, you're fine. Whatever you want. I don't >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Um, yeah. It's in my um >> Yep. It's right here. >> Okay. >> Yep. Right there. Oh, it was right there. It might actually be. >> They have your ID. >> Is this your final destination? >> Yeah. Texas Dallas. Yeah. Somebody's supposed to be here to pick me up. I just went all this way and >> acting up at Dallas airport again. >> Like I had no problems up until now. And y'all want MY ASS? AND I'M LIKE, >> LISTEN, I'm just I just got to figure out what's going on cuz we got to call. So, I just got to make sure that you're okay. >> I said respectful literally the whole way. >> Did you say anything to them that made them, you know, a concern? >> I asked for a drink and they let me have my drink. So, how is that disrespectful or out of >> What kind of drink was it? >> It was an alcoholic beverage. I was in first class, but they were, you know, you know, obligated to give me that, which is fine and cool, but I don't understand what they're >> Did you front anyone? >> I didn't do anything. I was sitting [ __ ] like by my son and I stay with my mom and my son, >> okay? >> And I'm just going out of town for just [ __ ] a weekend. Okay. >> I don't understand why you guys are interrogating me and all my ass >> because I'm legally fine to be where I am. >> I explained to you why >> I have I everything like what do you want more from me? I I just have to ask these questions because we were fine. I understand it, but I just don't understand why like you've been doing all this and I didn't do anything different like >> I don't understand why they were so [ __ ] rude to be broke on the >> What were they saying? >> I No, I know. What were they saying to you, >> bro? They just be rude. They were like I'm not even trying to be racist, but they just want to [ __ ] be rude to me. I did not do anything. I I gave them my ticket. I sat on the I just sat there quiet, bro. You know, your first class, if you want to get a drink or something, you can. And And I And I was able, but they didn't even like me or anything. >> You know, I said something about it, but Yep. That's what I said. Gmail.com. Sorry, I missed. Yep. That's what I said. See, see it's I get and I just I know and they just won't pay attention to me. And then it's and then when someone annoys you. Yeah, that's what I said. That's what I said. Yeah, that's probably the attitude they got on the plane along with you threatening somebody cuz the whole complaint that they're making to the police is that you threatened somebody. That's the real you. Y'all come with these tears and then the real you pops out. [laughter] Do I need to call my mom or something? Or do I need to call my ride or something for me to let go freely from you guys? Because I did not do anything wrong. >> Okay, we just have to finish talking to >> That's cool. But I don't like how he's uh assessing me. Maybe you So I respect it, but I don't like how he is. So >> the reason he had to ask >> Okay, that's cool. I'm just >> I just rather talk to you cuz I don't like how he's assessing me. I'm sorry. >> I just rather talk to you cuz I don't like how he's assessing me. I like the different uh camera angles. Appreciate that all the time for all the people that get the camera angles. But um so you don't like that he got to the point. You want to be coddled, which for this time the female officer is coddling, but I'mma tell you what, a lot of female officers do not have patience and they don't coddle like that. [laughter] But you want to be coddled. So that's your favorite officer right now. >> He can do his protocol, whatever. I just don't like how he's talking to me. That's all. That's it. I'm a human being and I would like to be talked to with respect. I have 100% respect for you guys and I don't gave me that. So I don't >> think that I want to talk to >> Okay. The reason that we have to ask for your name, we just have to have a problem with getting my I don't have a problem with getting my ID. I just don't like the flight attendants. >> Yeah. I'll talk. >> Do you have want me to ask if they have ID too? Yeah. >> No, I don't know what happened. Did she throw it at you? >> Okay. And she was only served. She was served one beverage. Okay. >> Okay. >> She was talking to somebody imaginary and I actually at one point brought her to the galler and talked to her. I said, "Hey, >> here's a thing. if you want to talk to me this way cuz she said it right there. >> Yeah. I said, "Hey, here's what I want." >> Mhm. >> You know, passenger service. I said, "Hey, if we want to police, you'll probably be met by some." >> She couldn't even comprehend that. >> That pissed her off. Sit down. >> So 10 minutes after that, that's when she was screaming. >> Okay. >> So that's when I told the cabin and said, "Hey, I need a clear." So that's what we did. Okay. Can I put add that in our report? >> Okay. If you want to go ahead and stand up for me. >> You want to put your phone down. >> Okay. >> Oh, somebody almost tripped. Your favorite cop's about to put you in handcuffs, it seems like. >> All right. Go ahead and put your hands behind your back. Okay. You're going to be placed under extra public intoxication. Okay. talk to anybody or anything. >> Yeah. So, as soon as >> you got whatever you need. I'm not like a resistant. >> As soon as you get down to the jail, um it'll be unlimited calls. Uh so, you can make as many phone calls as you want. It's just a classy Mr. Number. >> I got you. So, if as long as you stay cool and all that stuff like you have been, they'll let you get all the phone calls out your phone. Okay. So, just Yeah, just take a deep breath. All it is So, just hear me out real quick. It's just a class C misdemeanor. So, it's like the same level as like a traffic ticket. Okay. You're just going to go down to our facility for a minimum of 4 hours. Okay. Just >> the only way I can get out. >> I get you a minimum of 4 hours. Okay. Just until you sober up and then you can be released. Okay. That's all this is. >> But they're like here or on the way here. >> Like how can I just tell them like, "Hey, I got arrested or whatever." >> Say copy. This is the time. Um, like I said, as soon as you get down to our facility, as soon as you get down to our facility, you can make all the phone calls you want, okay? Just as long as you stay cool, they'll let you take the numbers out of your phone. Okay? >> I had somebody come to pick me up. I wasn't driving on my own or leaving on my own [ __ ] So, like, why bother me? I had somebody pick me up on you guys asking if I was. So, why am I being bothered right now? So, you can't answer my questions. >> Or you're just going to ignore me or what? Cuz you're not answering nothing. You're just like not listening to me at all. >> Okay. Well, can you actually go? >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, I'm listening. >> Okay. I told you that the reason that we met you there is because they >> because they called us from the plane. So, no matter if you were out here or you were in there, we were going to meet you at the plane because they called us and they were not going to unboard the plane until we talked to you. So I just am what? Stuck in [ __ ] what? Dallas jail. >> So we have our own jail here. >> That's great. >> The airport has their own jail here. So you'll be here. >> Yeah. I'm getting arrested by the way. I don't know what to do. They just want to I don't know what to do. >> What to do? >> What's that? >> What you do >> right now? She's under arrest for public intoxication. Okay. >> Yeah. Okay. So, she's going to go to jail with us off at the at the plane. >> That's That's on her to act like this. This isn't on the plan. >> What does she do? >> She's under arrest for public intoxicating. So, at this point, you can keep what you're doing. Does she do something like do anything? She's not. Can I have it, please? Like, literally, I'm not >> That's how she was acting on that plane. that um crew member was like she started yelling and screaming and thrashing and you know she couldn't comprehend what I was saying. That was that's a reenactment of how she was on that plane in my opinion. >> Going anywhere. I'm [ __ ] RIGHT HERE. I'M NOT GETTING NO [ __ ] OH, y'all ain't [ __ ] Barely make more than I probably make like $17 an hour. >> You have a card. Why don't you unzip it, [ __ ] You want to look at me so hard the [ __ ] up. >> LIKE, YOU GUYS GOT ME. YOU WANT ME SO YOU GOT ME. YOU GOT ME. >> WHY? >> Because I have to search you before we put you in the car. >> Oh my god. Cuz I got something on me. Oh my. Have something on me. Look at me. You're touching me. Do I have something? >> Nothing. >> Where's your ID? I got it right here. >> You got a trans? I'll knock it out for you. >> You have to go inside. >> That's fine. I will do whatever you want, but please do not. >> Okay, we haven't touched you though. You're under arrest. >> Whatever you want, but do not touch me. Whatever you want, I will do. Do not touch me. I will do whatever you want. >> Search you. Okay. >> Okay. That's fine. She's a woman. I'll let her do it. She won't let you do it cuz you're not >> You can't go in this way. >> Okay. Well, I'll wait for her. So, can you stop touching me now? So, can she touch me now, please? >> Okay. We got it now, right? Do you want from me, man? You already got me. >> Listen to me. Listen to me. We can do this. >> It was so embarrassing. You got your manh. I mean, you want me to answer you questions like I have dignity left. >> I feel like let dignity do I have left for you guys. >> We can do this. >> EMBARRASSMENT. JUST TAKE ME THEN. Nobody take me. Here you go. You got it. Here you go. You got it. >> I don't have time to say anything. >> Got it. You got it. Here you go. I'm not doing anything over the while you're at it. So that's what you guys want. THAT'S WHAT YOU ALL WANT. you >> and she'll end up right back in this situation as the other ones that we have seen will because they don't want to listen. They don't want to learn how they got into the situation. It's everybody else's fault. Woo! Yeah, them true colors coming out, Miss Lady One. They came out. All right, we have man's Frontier Airline luggage goes missing and he dares I guess he dares the cops to arrest him. So, here we go. On November 17th, 2023, the Tampa Airport Police Department was called to the scene at the airport. >> Woo! We finally made it out of Dallas. We back in Florida. [laughter] All right. >> For reports of a man causing a disturbance. The following shows the bodywn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> You all right? >> Yeah, man. >> That's cuz you're yelling. Sit down. You're fine. I'm trying to get a ride, man. >> Chill out, >> man. >> Sit down, >> man. Stop here, bro. >> Okay. Well, it's cuz of your own fault. You're yelling. Let's chill out. >> Put my back. >> Let's chill out. >> Oh my god. What the mean? I don't got no clothes. >> You're wearing clothes. >> All right, then. But I don't got no [ __ ] clothes. >> Chill out. >> Bro, pick me up, man. >> Bro, pick me up. >> What's going on? >> Why are you so upset, >> bro? Pick me up. >> Why are you so upset? Boo. Stop. Didn't come in. >> All right. Yell at me. It's not going to fix anything. Chill out. What's going on? Your your bag's not here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Who did you fly with? >> Frontier. And I don't got nothing. I'm not sure. >> Did you Did you ask them? >> Yes. And they said that Oh, they're like, "Your bag didn't come in. How my bag didn't come back?" Everybody's back came in. But I'm >> So sometimes they missed missed the flight. >> So now my bag I'm going to be out here. >> Are you Are you all right? >> Yes, I'm all right. >> Do you need medical attention? >> No. My ride's going to come. Okay, so let's chill out. I'm talking to you like a person, right? No sense in yelling at me, so let's talk. Sometimes the bags don't make it. All right. They coming in the next flight. Did you ask them when that when the bag's supposed to be here? >> All right. >> You didn't ask. Okay. Is there another flight coming in? Do you know? >> I don't know. They can tell me. I don't know. >> Okay. So, that's things that we can find out. Their baggage office is right there. >> Well, I told them. I already told them. They said they [ __ ] What the >> Do you have a Do you have a bag tag? >> No, I don't got no bag tag. >> You don't have the thing that they >> I don't got nothing. They didn't give me [ __ ] >> Of course, at some point they gave you a bag tag. You're supposed to keep up with it. This is why you stay in a sober mind so you can use your logic because I feel like a lot of what they tried to tell him didn't register in his brain. He just knows I'm not holding my bags right now. Now, even if the bags are coming on the next flight, would I be mad? I would be mad. Like, let my bags need to be on the same flight I'm on. But guess who I'm complaining to? The I'm complaining to the airlines over the phone or through email so I can get my voucher and keep it moving. I'm not going to have the police called on me cuz I don't know how to act. People got to stop with all this alcohol intake. And I don't I I do wonder would some of these people act better without alcohol or or it kind of I feel like they would have understood some things better, but I feel like some people have these temper tantrums sober or uh under the influence. But I do always wonder how would you have handled this if you didn't consume so much alcohol. >> You've been drinking a little bit. >> No. >> No. But you just want to yell. So do you want to yell or you just want to figure out what I do? Tell me. Well, I will. I will. If you stop if you start talking like a normal person. >> What can I do? Tell me. Okay. >> What can I do? >> I know you're upset. >> We'll figure it out. All right. >> So, there's a lot of things you can do. >> You can't do nothing. >> You don't know that. >> You want to listen? I'm trying to help you. >> If you want me to help you, I'll help you. But you need to chill out, right? >> So, let's do this. >> Did you put a bad claim in? >> Well, I don't know because I I just gave it to Le. That's it. I ain't do nothing. >> Okay. I'm not You're not in trouble. I'm trying to figure out >> I'm not in trouble. I don't care about I got my bag. What do I want to do? I don't got nothing. I just got my phone. That's it. >> Okay. I just figure it out. >> I've been here for a week and I don't got [ __ ] for >> I'm trying to help you chill out. All right. That's it. So, I'm going to go over there and talk to him. I need to know what flight you were on. >> All my res here, so I don't care. >> They can wait. We're going to figure out your bag first. Yo, >> his bag didn't come in. He's upset cuz he has no clothes. >> I'm right here. >> His bag didn't come in with Frontier. >> So, he's upset. So, I'm trying to figure out his bag situation first. >> Yeah, their office is right here. >> They talk to them. I already talked to nothing. >> They said they didn't know anybody. >> [ __ ] They're trying to help you. Well, >> can I just leave, bro? I don't care. I just want to leave. My right here. [ __ ] Who's coming to get you? Don't worry, buddy. Let me tell you right now, though. >> I don't care what you want to do. You want to lock me up. Lock me up. I don't care. >> Keep swearing. You keep doing all this, you get arrested for this. Okay. >> Keep your voice down. >> I already been to jail for that. I don't care. Tell me. >> I already been to jail for that. >> That's the dumbest response. I've already been in jail for that, so I don't care. Well, don't do it again. You don't have to go to jail now. his ride sound like it's real close and he about to leave and get in the car. Why make this anything more than that? That all they said stop yelling and cursing or you going have to go to jail for disorderly conduct. Just don't do that from this point forward. There's nothing else they need from you. >> Pick me up before they lock me up, bro. Bro, at Frontier before they come here. I don't Bro, pick me up before they at Frontier. >> All you got to do is not cuss. It's not hard. >> But we're not just cussing that. >> You're cussing in general. There's children here. >> It doesn't matter. You're cussing in front of children. >> Let's be an adult and let's not do that. >> Hurry up, bro. Hurry up and pick me up, bro. Bro, hurry up, bro. Hurry up, bro. Hurry up before I get locked up. Hurry up, bro. That's all I got to say, bro. Hurry up before I get locked up, bro. >> You're in front of 161 right arrivals. >> That'll That'll help him. >> Just hurry up, bro. Because, bro, before I get locked up, bro, hurry up, bro. Just >> tell him. >> Just pick me up, bro, before I get locked up, bro. >> Tell him red arrivals 161. That's where you are. >> Hey, last chance. Keep it down. Got it. Do it again. You're going to go. >> And if he didn't have alcohol in his system, probably wouldn't even reach this point. This is so easy. This is an easy way to not be arrested. Thank you I am unique for gifting a trending tribe member I cannot speak membership. I appreciate it and it went to purple diva. So congratulations purple diva. And I have been uploading like a lot this past week. So I do have some stuff back there for you. Plus the older stuff as well is still there. But thank you so much. >> No people want to talk to you. >> I tried to tell you where you are but you just kept calling me. >> Where you at? Keep it down. It's not hard. Just let's relax. >> You can take me for whatever you want. I'll bond out. I'll bond out. >> Sorry, I forgot to put it on mute so y'all didn't have to hear the extra echo. Why do they have to take you at all? Why do you have to bond out from something you don't even need a bond for in the first place? Like you just just don't go to jail. That it's that simple. Another one being stupid. Auntie Natty just got a trendy tribe membership. Shout out to my auntie Natty. Thank you. I am unique. >> You want to tell me what you want to tell me? Go ahead. I'll bond out. That [ __ ] ain't [ __ ] >> I'll bond out. You think ain't going to take >> chill out. It's not even that hard. >> What are you doing? >> No one cares. Chill out. >> I'll bond out real quick. >> Well, he's going to go, man. He's cuz he's causing a lot of public disturbance here. So, >> who cares? I I'll know you want to take me to jail for this. I'll fight it and I and I know I'll beat you. >> Hey, talk to you. Talk to your friend right now. One more chance to calm down. >> Do it again, buddy. You got >> for what? For what? >> Hurry up. >> No, I know. I don't care what the Bro, >> bro, what the Bro, what the >> man? Bro, >> how long do it take me to jump for this [ __ ] >> Easy. >> We gave you 100 chances. Oh, >> get your car up. I >> double lockies. Come on. >> But you wanted to keep going. >> Yeah. Your own action. the [ __ ] >> just because my bag think >> no cuz you're yelling >> [ __ ] y >> there you go >> [ __ ] ass [ __ ] bro for no damn reason is because man I don't want no seat belt man >> you're getting a seat belt >> no man did you say his Where's my phone at? >> I have his one ear pieces in the thing there. His phone. >> Where's my phone at? >> His phone is right there. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Lock me up for no reason. But I'mma beat this case. I don't care. I want all y'all go to court cuz I y'all going to get it. >> He sounds so convincing. Boy, bye. [laughter] I'm unique. Thank you so much. Now I have two new members and I have a super chat from you. So, I thank you very very much. I appreciate it. I enjoy hanging out with y'all. So, [laughter] that's like the um what can I say? It's like the the whipped cream on what is like whipped cream frosting if some people like that. It's like the the frosting on the cupcake for me for sure because it makes it taste even better. I already enjoy it and then you just made it taste even better. So, thank you so much. Yeah. Yep. It shows you everything that will get you arrested at the airport. It does. Okay. Okay, I'm not doing him today. We're going to do him another day cuz I'mma always have a good airport compilation. I want to get to this one. This is this man. I didn't watch the first one with y'all, but I have seen both. We're watching two of two on this man. He got arrested again at the airport. Just don't want to listen. And uh for all you in the replay gang gang, y'all gonna have a nice long time to have something playing in the background. [laughter] But um all right, so this one is from Detective Litty. What happens when you get arrested twice in the same airport? So this is the second time he got arrested. On March 18, 2024, a man was arrested at Tampa International Airport. That body cam is on my channel and will be at the end screen. So fast forward 3 months later. The same man arrives to Tampa International Airport on June 18th, 2024, where an officer was dispatched to the ticket counter over a passenger that was causing a disturbance. When approached by the cops, he demanded a talk to an airline supervisor since he had missed his flight and booked his flight with Silver Airways and Air Canada refused to let him speak to a supervisor. Airline staff rebooked him for the next day to Fort Lauderdale but not to his final destination in Canada. Since Silver Airways has full control of his ticket, Air Canada themselves cannot rebook them. These are the events that unfolded. Okay, so he I guess the Silver Airways is like a price line or a kayak or wherever you might book your stuff through a third party and apparently he's not going to understand that. Get air supervisors up here, please. I'm not going nowhere. Be charged out of here. I'm back up for me, please. >> What's going on? Back up for me, please. Y'all make me nervous. Right foot. Be charged from out of here. I don't like y'all. Not Not y'all particularly, but I don't like >> Let's start off on the right foot. >> So, this is what happened. What's going on? >> I'm going to keep this fast. Short short speed. Short short and fast. Right. I booked with Silver Air. I'm going to Canada. I get up here. No [ __ ] bodies up there for 25 minutes. Run the cameras back. Y got a habit of not running the cameras back neither. >> The piece of [ __ ] that work in here. Not y'all, but you know the [ __ ] that run the cameras. We you know >> your flight. >> My flight is from out of here and over there. They won't get the supervisor. They got to get the supervisor. >> Where is your flight? >> My flight is is I missed it already. >> You're flying with Frontier. >> No, Silver and Air Canada by law legal. I'm not by law legally. You got body cameras on. They got to get a supervisor. They have to. They got to follow the chain of command just like if I told you get your supervisor. >> Detective Libby added a comment that says airlines may choose to bring a supervisor over but there is zero legal requirement to do so. So his insistence is going to get him arrested basically. >> We not being disruptive here. Nothing. You got to get your supervisor. They got to start following the rules. Y can press charges on mother and follow rules. You follow >> alarm. >> What's going on with this guy? Uh he was flying with Silver Tampa for Florida then for Lorel to Toronto with us. Okay. So he missed a flight with Silver. Silver rebook him. Well, they were supposed to rebook all the way because he's their ticket on the system, not ours. >> Uhhuh. >> And but they only rebuk him to Poro. He so he's coming here trying to tell us that we need to rebook on our system. He didn't show up. The ticket is like on the pass is gone. >> So I told him to call Air Canada. He was on the phone with Air Canada as well. But he just keep I told him I call my supervisor but he kept saying I I refuse to call supervisor. >> Okay. So he was booked with silver. >> Yes. >> And then you was so he flew in here from silver on silver. >> He was going to go Tampa for Lordville with Silver. He got rebooked with them and then uh from Florida to Toronto with us. >> Oh, okay. So you missed a silver flight? >> Yeah, that was the first one. Yeah. >> There's nobody over at Silver. Uh they already rebbooking for that summit. They they didn't I don't know why they not able to intro that. >> Oh, so they rebooked him for the silver flight but not for y'all's flight. >> Yeah. >> And y'all can't rebook them. >> Uh no doesn't even show the segment anymore from here. Uh at least I don't have the auto extension. >> But he has a travel agency booking. >> Usually when they had to contact the third party. Yeah. even more than when he missed the flight. >> Okay. >> Is that your man? Is that your sosa? >> Yes. >> Thank you. >> They trying to play me and then next thing you know they said, "Oh well, oh well the flights is booked up or whatever. You got to get them. You got to get them to [ __ ] or whatever. You got to walk over there." So for 30 minutes, I'm walking back and forth relaying messages, chasing my own ass. So then next thing I know, I go over there, the silver supervisor, he said, "All right, this I can book this silver fraction of it for 9:35 a.m." They had a 7:45 a.m., but everybody running their mouth instead of going to the computer screen. I don't want to talk. I would go to the computer screen and book my damn cell. >> So then they reviewed the 9:35 a.m. So now the Air Canada portion is beat because of them. So the [ __ ] is beat. They refusing to talk to them. Then you had somebody come over there. Then she got on the phone with him. She done told him that I was late. How I was late. You want to run the cameras back. >> So now let's back up. >> So now where we at here is this is the >> I need to know >> where you where are you traveling to? >> I'm going to Toronto, Canada. >> Okay. So now what was your original booking? Where were you how were you supposed to get the original? >> I was supposed to go through Silver and then make it to Fort Lauderdale and then get on the plane and then and then >> So it sounds like from what she said it's 705 flight supposed to be from Silver from here to Fort Lauderdale. >> So 7:05 this morning. What time did you get to the airport? >> This afternoon. >> This afternoon? >> Yes. I was here. No, no, no. The problem is they made me miss my flight. So then now they fixed >> How did they make you miss your flight? Did you not make enough time to travel internationally? Did you did you cut the time close? So because they didn't have a sense of urgency for your time, you missed the flight. Like how did they how did they make you miss the flight? >> The portion now I leave out of here at 9:45 tomorrow. When I get to fall, the next plane that goes to Toronto is through Air Canada, but it will be at 12:45. I cannot get on that plane if nobody changed my ticket. >> If they refusing and then they refusing the supervisor, too. No, I'm just saying. >> All I'm trying to understand the issue. Let's >> I got you. This is the issue now. The issue now is this is no disrespect. This is the new ticket that's handled. Me leaving here tomorrow is guaranteed. When I get to Fort Lauderdale, when I get to Fort Lauderdale, how am I getting to Toronto? The only flight is at 12:45. The only way I can get there is if this man changed a ticket or somebody at the counter changed a ticket. >> So pick that up and let's go and let me let me look at your record. >> Can you stay on the phone with me, too? I got I got a witness from Air Canada. >> Yeah. Hit him like that again. Uh-uh. I I practice law and sell books. >> Sorry for the interruption, but since this was the second time on body cam that he mentions he practices law and sells books, I decided to take a look at the books he publicly claims. He indeed sells books ranging from $100 to $250. Do they actually sell? Who knows? But the book covers are wild in my opinion. >> Oh wow. Okay. Detective Lady went to do some research. Oh my god. >> Does he look familiar? He said he looks familiar. >> He look familiar, but it's not what I'm thinking. >> I don't I don't think so. >> No, it's not what I'm thinking. >> [clears throat] >> So, while they help while they help him, we're just going to stand by and make sure >> he doesn't go off again. >> This is the first This is what happened first. This what I'm trying to tell you. This is the first process. We just basically witness to do the same [ __ ] I was doing. Back and forth, back and forth, back and forth. They gone. >> So, did you hear my solution? >> I heard you said I should No, no, you didn't. You finished. I recommend that you get on the phone with them now while you're standing right here so that they can try and get that second segment booked for you. But they have control of that ticket. And this is my reservation. >> We're on the phone with them. What am I supposed to do? Everybody tell me what I should do, what I should do. Why don't No disrespect. I'm just saying this is >> someone over at 3M at Silver right now. >> Somebody was but they gone. >> That's what I'm saying. And so what I'm trying to figure out is if you in your official capacity and you talk to another person, >> unfortunately, here's the thing and I've been caught up in it. You have to either get silver on the phone or apparently they have a counter there, wait for that person to come back and you can possibly get a rebooking. Otherwise, you're going to have to buy a brand new ticket to get on that flight. Does it suck? Yes. But I'm still wondering how did you miss this first flight, too, though? Was that was that self-inflicted? But they can't because if it's a rebooking this these people at this counter cannot control your rebooking because it was through a third party. You can buy a new ticket possibly. That's all you got. Is it It's very inconvenient. It's not that. But they're telling you what they can and can't do. They have they don't even have you in there to rebook you. I don't understand. I know he doesn't want to understand cuz the other one he also didn't want to understand either. It just is what it is. I'm I'm a worker. No, no, no. I'm a worker. I'm saying I'm not paying anything back on that license you gave me. >> Everybody tell me go here. Go here. Go here. Go here. [ __ ] lying on people here. They let a Mexican steal my phone and TSC were like telling on somebody is prohibited in the black community. That's like [ __ ] that other races don't worry about. You know what I mean? >> No, it's not a black community thing. It's a hood thing where people be talking about you can't tell. And even then, people get it wrong. They get it so wrong. That whole thing where they say don't snitch. I'mma say it and every time I hear it, I might say this. When people be talking about not stitch snitching, that's supposed to mean if you were also doing the crime, don't snitch on your co-conspirators. You supposed to keep your little honor amongst yourselves with that. But that does not mean innocent bystanders can't tell what happened. That's not what snitch is supposed to be. But y'all be just so ready to talk and get things just all over the place and mixed up. That now that's what people take it to mean. But that is not what that means. >> Oh yeah, you did it. But the black community telling somebody, "Oh, you a snitch or whatever." So the dude stole my phone. This what happened though. He stole my phone. He's going through the line. My [ __ ] heated up. They be like, "Oh, we got to pat you down extra." They let the guy steal the phone. Then when he go through the phone, I let the ladies know this guy stole my phone. I'm on camera like this. Him right there. Cuz I know we in the airport. Not offense, you assault somebody or some [ __ ] like that. They let this guy walk away. Now the TSA workers is going at it with me. Then they get the Tampa airport police up there. They come up there. They don't conduct investigation on my cell phone. They tell me, "Go ahead, get on your flight." I'm not going nowhere. People out jail. You know what I mean? So >> when did this happen? This this happened probably like I want to say like probably like two two months ago. I beat this [ __ ] like two days ago. >> So within 60 days he's getting arrested again. I will say that I did not see any sense of urgency on the police officer's part on the first video he got arrested in about his phone getting stolen cuz he was saying he saw the person that took it. Can y'all look at the cameras? They was not in any rush to look at the cameras. It was unfortunately his actions of being frustrated and kind of the energy he has now that he's the one that ended up in handcuffs. Um cuz once they ask you to kind of leave, you got to you got to keep it moving, get on your flight, blah blah blah. Um but I I do think that they did not show a sense of urgency about if his phone did really get stolen by somebody. They didn't they didn't really try to go reveal those cameras any I don't know. I I saw it. I will say that it was just unfortunately your actions can still get you arrested even if you're frustrated. Even if you're frustrated for a valid reason, you have to react a certain way. And I'm not saying that that's 100% guaranteed that now you won't be mistreated. I'm just saying you increase your odds if you act a certain way that the handcuffs are going to come out for you. >> The the uh the airport uh what's his name? Kelly. He's a lawyer. The airport lawyer. >> Oh yeah. >> Yeah. I got I got prenups in here talking about something. We give you the footage. You just can't show the news stations and all. They know what they did, >> sir. For for Hill Hillsboro County, they dragged me dragged. I'm on camera being dragged. Dragged a [ __ ] half a minute. I had diamonds on my shoes and stuff. All because somebody stole my phone. They refuse to run the cameras that tell me get on your get on your plane or we going to trespass you. All right. [ __ ] What y'all got to do? >> I'm not going to Denver, Arizona. I'm not going nowhere without no cell phone. >> Yeah. It wasn't direct. >> So why is people telling me to do this and do that? So you just killed about four hours of my time. I can't book the fight again and I miss the next flight. >> I'm just saying are we can we acknowledge that that I did I did I mean you heard the first >> I can't be accountable for what others did. >> Man, this is y'all have some responsibility here. >> You came over here and talking to him. Can we take some No, I just came over here. >> This man has went above and beyond already. >> I didn't come over here to talk to him. >> So, you didn't come over here a second time to talk to No, I never came over here and helped you. You understand that? >> How did you get over here? This is what happened. I came in here and I I I been attempting to This is your rule. This is why I want you to understand. I'm not kissing no ass. No, I'm saying no no policy. If I run If I say go get your supervisor and I'm being respectful and it's a ticket issue, they can't just brush me off. I pay my money. So, the whole thing is nobody gets no pat on the ass or no cookie for Here's what you need. Here's what I had to run up the chain to come in for the last 4 hours. Nobody understand too. Airlines, airport, two totally different entities. Airlines keeps working their own stuff. Airport just gives them a home to stay in. >> I understand that. So, what am I supposed to do if I use the phone? I'm talking to the workers. I'm talking to the workers. They were He came down here because this [ __ ] just escalated. He was supposed to be called. No, it wasn't a 3 hours. >> No, no, no. I asked you 3 hours ago. What are you talking? You don't know that though. He wasn't here. I'm asking to run up the chain of command. So, I wasn't upstairs 3 hours. >> I don't want to talk to nobody that's not helping me because then it escalates. We talking about [ __ ] >> If you get a ticket, >> not you. I'm saying somebody I'm trying to escalate it. If I'm talking to somebody right now to come in, get your eyes. They refuse me anything for it's 8:49. I've been here since I want to say like 6 60 6:05 608. >> Okay. But if you get it, if you get it through a third party like you said, do X, whatever. The person you book the ticket with takes care of all the trips in and out. I don't know why silver told you you had to talk to Alaska. >> Can So can you write something, type something, email a silver supervisor because now when I go over there, it's gonna be the same [ __ ] I'm not trying to get in trouble. That's what happens. I'm not trying to >> Here's what I need you to do. I need you to go back and look at your contracted carriage. Contracted carriage is that contracted dension when you look at your whole thing is I'm not letting y'all move me or push me. >> Now, see, that was a reasonable thing for the employee to say, "Go back and look at your contract." A lot of people we we we assume we know what's going to be in there. So, you know, we're clicking accept except accept. Book my stuff. Yes. Yes. Yes. You do need to read that because it will tell you who's responsible. They don't have anything. Unless you're buying a brand new ticket, they have nothing to do with this part of the ticket. And I am sorry that if Silver is giving him the runaround and trying to push him over to Air Canada knowing they should be handling it. I hate that for him. But Air Canada can't do anything for him. he does need to review his contract and start trying to enforce Silver's part that they owe him on the contract. That's what you have to do. All this stuff doesn't help and it just gets you more riled up, but they can't do anything. And then you're being very condescending to them. Even though they're they were trying to understand it, although they they already have figured out they don't own that ticket like that, they still were trying to get you somewhere. You've got to be relentless on the silver side. Wait till that person comes back to the counter. keep calling on the phone. You've got to do that stuff. It looks like today is not going to be the day that it gets resolved, but it's not on Air Canada. And you have to listen and stop waiting to talk before. I didn't miss my flight. This I want you to understand. >> This is not Silver. >> Everybody here is taking Silver. You don't work for Silver. >> I'm not taking THEM. WE DON'T KNOW WHAT I EVEN TRIED to cut. >> So then the whole thing is >> You back up. So we're going to do this. >> Why would they say if the flight go through them? Why is I ain't got on the show yet. >> I've been chasing my own ass for the last 4 hours. Now I just missed my next international flight to where I'm going because of your We can acknowledge that. God told me, "Y'all get a false direction." >> No, no, no, no, no. >> So the false direction was someone leading you here. Let's go back to the root cause. You should have never been here. >> That's the root. >> I like this employee. I like him. Let's get to the root cause is right because all the extra stuff is born of him branching out outside of what the real problem was in the first place. He's trying to reason with him. >> Direction was someone leading you here. Let's go back to the root cause. You should have never been there. That's the root cause, right? >> They came over here and talked to him about you can't have somebody know what they talking about. That's like if I ask you this got coconut product in there. I can swell up and die. And you got somebody at the counter that that don't know what they talking about or anything. They like, "Oh yeah, I [ __ ] and I swear up." Now you here trying to patch up what you're working here's what we're going to do because right now I I don't particularly care for a scene, right? >> And our conversation right now. >> I ask if you email them because you can you listen to me. >> You have one option. Contact them and see if they can take care of you. How do you want you you want to see what your obligations your obligations are and what the airlines obligations are when they send you your contract to carriage which is your respons out what the obligations are. That is your respons here to to to to handle everybody. >> Sir, if you're not going to pay attention to what he's saying, you're going to cut him off every time. You're going to have to go. >> Is that so? >> I don't give a about that cuz the cops here that you was going to do. You were officially trespassing the property trespass >> and that's how you lose the little help someone's still willing to give you and they're trying to be patient. That's how you lose it. He's trying to get you to see, no, it's not easy, but this is the steps you have to take. And that paper didn't change from the time he purchased the ticket to today. So, the paper's going to say what it said the day he bought the ticket. And that's what he has to go off of. So now he's trespassed. Now you're not flying Air Canada. Period. >> You're not going to get no supervisor. You got to go get a supervisor. >> All right. So look, you got to go get a super. No, you But no, no, no. You got to write crazy. Y'all crazy. Listen. Y'all crazy. No. I'm about to pull my phone out. You can't trespass me if I have a ticket in here. And I got my phone out now. This what happened. The people in here is not trying to get the supervisor. Y'all sitting here. You got to follow the law. You trespassed for a period of 1 year if you fail to leave. >> You can't trespass me for a year. I got a ticket here. They're refusing to give me my ticket information. You can't do that. Yes, you can. You can't. >> You've been trespassed. How am I being trespassed? >> You refuse to leave. You will be arrested for trespass after warning. For what? For trespassing. >> How am I trespass if I'm I'm trying to get the supervisor. What are you talking about? >> Because the person you won't be quiet though. You won't run the cameras back. >> You won't run the cameras back. How the are y'all sitting here? Don't do that. I'm going. I'm going. Don't do that. I'm going. >> See, they This is They do this all the time. You're trespassed for a year. You need to walk away. You need to leave. They don't leave. They keep arguing. They keep telling you how wrong you are. The cuffs come out. I was leaving. I was getting ready to go. No. No. Your feet weren't moving anywhere. [laughter] Your mouth was. Your feet weren't going anywhere. >> Stop resisting. Now, put your hands behind your back. You want break my wrist. Don't break my wrist. >> You want to leave after we put you back. What are you doing? >> Just look forward. Stop looking behind you. >> So y'all wanted to do that anyway cuz y'all won't go get my ticket. You see what I'm saying? Y'all [ __ ] is crazy. Y do nothing, bro. You good? My up. You good. I'm not doing nothing. I'm I'm not >> Why you tensing then? >> Nobody not tensing. Look at my [ __ ] one, bro. I'm not getting in trouble, >> bro. You see what I'm saying? >> Oh, that's crazy. I [ __ ] write books and get people out of jail. Y'all doing this to people because you don't like what I'm saying. Y'all sitting here saying that I missed my flight. How I miss my flight? Sending >> in. You refuse because they sitting here saying I missed my flight. That's the whole basis. That's the basis that I missed my flight. I didn't miss my flight. I've been here for good. Excuse me. I'm good, sir. You're good. You're good. You're good. You're good. Can you just be careful my shoulder? Nobody not resisting you. I'm not getting in trouble, brother. >> What I'm saying is is y'all refusing to run the cameras back. That's you operation specialist. If y'all have it is a policy. Can you get my my cell phone? Give me my phone. >> We'll get all your stuff. >> No, don't don't leave my stuff. >> I said we'll get all your stuff. >> I'm just saying don't leave my stuff last time. I'm good. >> I don't want your stuff. >> Look, nobody look. Nobody. Nobody. I'm not doing an available unit with a squad. >> Nobody up in silver either. Come on. Y >> I promise you we can be in two rivals to meet one. That's $1,500. You got the right to be They won't give me no >> 13134. We'll be out on Delta. >> How's your day going? >> You seen up there and off the taking the other person side on the phone with with Air Canada and he telling me that I'm wrong and Air Canada do you arriv >> be arrivals? >> It's some [ __ ] [music] >> This for no reason. Y'all doing this for no reason. >> I agree. It's for no reason. >> It is. You don't got TO GO. NO, I GOT TO GO TO JAIL FOR A TICKET. I ACT LIKE I was threatened to hit somebody or something. Like that's crazy though. >> No, you just refuse to leave. >> BUT THAT'S WRONG THOUGH, BRO. I GOT THE RIGHT TO BE MAD ABOUT A TICKET. >> But what do you mean though? >> Excuse me. I'm I'm I'm ask y'all please just let me go about my business. >> Is your ID in that bag? >> It's my I'm not doing nothing or nothing like that. It's in my pocket. Can y'all Can y'all please Can y'all please just let me go about my business? I ain't do nothing. I have the right I have the right to do that. They They really is wrong. I ain't do nothing wrong. I don't bother nobody or none of that. We We do We don't got to do this. >> Control 13. >> Richard, y'all don't got to take nobody to jail for a trespass. I just they just dropped my charges for same [ __ ] They let somebody steal my property. >> This for the same [ __ ] When I go in there, they're going to shoot me back and put and put and put me in the hole and know all that. Y'all do not got to do this to me. Somebody stole somebody stole. But no, I'm just saying free. That's right. That's though, bro. That's a a [ __ ] $900 ticket. That's a $900, bro. That's a $900 ticket, bro. I just want to leave, bro. I I take care of my life to talk, but you don't like your question. >> We told you from the get-go that we understand your frustration. That's it right there. He said, "You like to talk, but you don't like to listen." And that's so true. The people that didn't cause the problem tried to give him options and solutions. He didn't want to listen. Then you get formally trespassed. The police officers say, "Hey, you're formally trespassed." You still sit there and try to argue with those other people. They say, "Hey, you got to leave." You don't leave. Cuffs come out. Now you're like, "Oh, I was about to leave." You're not getting arrested for being upset at a possible. It sounds like you probably are getting to run around from silver at minimum. That's not why you're arrested. You're arrested for trespass after warning. You have to leave. >> We get it. But you got But you got to be civil. >> I've been on the phone for an hour. Like please y'all please not do this to me, bro. I did not do You act like I was I was being disruptive about >> I have another thing to say. I have also had to call uh my third party service, airlines, all them on the phone. Once I'm on the phone with them, I don't want to talk to anybody else that's in person. I stop. I don't I'm now I'm not rude. I just, you know, I'm going to be off to the side. Finish the phone conversation with the person I'm on the phone with because I I feel like the person he was on the phone with couldn't even clearly tell him what he had to do or what they could do cuz he did what he's doing to them in person. I feel like that's what he did on the phone, too. I don't feel like anybody around him was able to finish complete sentences >> about about some dumb No, no. I'm talking about some dumb [ __ ] I mean, that's about that's a $900 ticket. >> I get it. I told you. So, if you get it, they refusing to get the supervisor. You know, they got to get the supervisor. They didn't come down. He you you even agreed with me. You heard him say that as soon as he came down, he told me I was lying. You got what I'm saying? Y'all going to let the ticket in jail for a trespassing for a ticket. >> I just beat the same trespassing charges two days ago. I I have no business going in there. >> Richard, >> what's up? >> The supervisor, he he can admit to this. The supervisor came up there and was rowdy with me telling me that I'm lying. He telling me that I'm lying. How do you think you're lying? Go >> ahead. Therefore, no warrants for Kurt Lewis class E learners out of Florida. >> Thank you. >> I don't got no warrants. I'm not on probation or none of that. I help people. I go Y'all can Google me. I'll pop up on Google. >> I get people out jail. >> Is this your current address on your ID? >> Yes. >> All right. >> So, you still live in Tallahassee? >> Yes, sir. But I live I I don't live down here. I had the case whatsoever. So, I came back down here. >> But that's where you say when you're here. >> Yeah. Yeah, that's my that's my grandma address. I live in I live in Delaware. I don't even stay down here. >> But this is your permanent address. >> No, I stay in Delaware. That's my grandma address. >> I got a passport. >> You stay there in Florida. >> Oh, you want to get a good phone call for >> Are you employed anywhere? >> I work for myself. Are you married? >> I write books. Come on, man. >> I'm asking you, single, what? >> I have no kids, no nothing. I travel the world and I write books. That's all I do. That's why I'm on my way to Canada. I don't I don't >> Yeah, I'm going to go do the >> I didn't do just trespass after >> you was right there. This what y'all do to me. So what about so >> I feel like he has the syndrome of because I was right about something in the past I will be right about everything in the future versus there was something that you were successful at and that's great but you still don't know everything and you don't listen to people trying to tell you things. [laughter] this [ __ ] Richards, y'all. Richard, that it's out of pocket. Richards, >> sit back. This room, >> dude. Look, you got to conduct yourself. That's all I'm trying to tell you. >> Look, we told you. >> Yo, I'm not you. You ain't do nothing to me. But they wrong, though. Y'all wrong. Y'all wrong as y'all y'all wrong as And then you on camera. I asked you to get somebody up there. You see him? Not get nobody up there. Look, you said you see what is he doing right now? Why would you do this? Why are you switching where they put your handcuffs? A manchild. Just how I caught this this screenshot. He is a manchild. That's what he's acting like. I can't breathe. I'm not I >> Come on, man. Come on. Drop the window down a little bit. [music] >> Can I drop the window just a little bit? I got sports asthma. That's the I no problem with that. >> Drop the window a little bit. But listen, you're still trespassed from the airport, okay? For a period of one year, you come back without As long as you have a ticket, you can come back. >> I just came. So, >> all right. >> If you have I'm I'm I'm just trying to figure out something. Hey, do you do y'all have a supervisor here? >> Yeah, my supervisor is right here. >> Where? >> Right here. >> Where? >> She's right out here. >> Can you ask her? Just can I I'm I I I ain't do I come on free Richards. >> What do you need? >> Can you ask her? Can I speak to her? I will move all the way up to the other side. Can I have Can I have two seconds? And Freeman Freeman, if possible, can you come here, too? >> What? >> Can I talk to this? I'll move all the way to the other side. >> This is my supervisor. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm Miss Corporal Bell. I'm going to look Look, I'm moving to the other side. I'm moving back. Look, >> Corporal Bell, you got me on there. >> Yes. Yes. Ma'am, >> Miss Corporal Fel, can I can I please the supervisor? It is not too late. >> It is too late. >> Miss Miss Pel, look, hear me out. Hear me out. This is what happened. This is my second time being arrested at this airport. And this is this is the second time for the same [ __ ] The first time I come every time I come through here, the first time it's on it's on it's on record. They let somebody steal my phone when I came through here. They refused to run the cameras back. when I went to court that I went through two >> um it was TSA and Tampa airport police. I'm on camera miss look I'm on camera being being dragged through y'all airport and they refused to run the cameras back. Somebody stole my property. It was a Spanish man through TSA. >> That was before that was the last incident. I'm only hold I'm only back down here because I just went to court two days ago for two month proceeding. I had to pay 2,000 this charge $2,000. I don't got that. They want to have me in jail for a minute. Not that I do got it, but I sell books. But I came back down here today because I'm going to Canada. I get people out of jail. I work cases. I came down here today. I have footage on my camera. Jail officers didn't see it. I showed I try to show it to them though. I told them, "Look, I've been up here for this amount of time." They run me running through supervisors. That's a $900 flight. I didn't do nothing. Only thing that just happened just now was that was I was talking to the lady at Air Canada. I was on the phone. Keep What's his name? I'm I'mma move back. What's his name right there? One behind you. Officer Richards and Officer Freeman. >> Freeman. >> Hey, Freeman. He he going to confirm it. Mr. M. 84y old grandmother. >> New person enters the chat and he's doing the same thing. He is the common denominator. >> I do not get in trouble. I have not been in trouble in 5 years. I got books in my I got books. Books in my I got books in my bag. I sell books. They going to take me for no reason. Miss Bell Freeman is my witness now. I'm not racist. He not racist. But I'm asking you from I'm I be two life sentences. I do not get in trouble. Jail is [ __ ] up for me. I'm really going through here to get on my flight. What happened was is they couldn't figure out how to book my flight. So the people that we were just arguing with is mad because they told me to call a number when I got on a number. My bad. I'm sorry. >> How is that your bad? >> I said I'm sorry. >> So what is this you trying to escape? >> What am I escaping for? I'm I'm not I'm not >> Why would you move your C? >> I'm not I'm not trying to get >> Why would you move your cuffs? >> I said I apologize. I couldn't breathe. So, I had to knock on the window to tell him that I couldn't breathe. I I apologize. >> We're going to have you come out. >> No problem. >> Position your cuffs because >> Come out. >> I I didn't even catch if he said anything about life sentences. I don't know if he I don't know. He said he'd be helping people get out of jail. He might. I don't know. >> What y'all doing? >> We got to put your cuffs behind your back, >> Freeman. I ain't even bullshitting. I can't breathe. And it's getting it's getting hot. I feel heat in my face. That That's a sign of a asthma attack. That's why I hit the window and ask you to roll the window. I got this this hoodie on and the [ __ ] got hot. Thank you. >> Huh? >> Did you take your seat belt off >> right now? >> Did you take it off? >> Yeah. I don't got no seat belt on them. >> Why? Why would you do that? >> What you mean? >> You put your seat belt on first. >> Oh my god. >> There you go, ma'am. You act like that this this is the most comfortable thing in the world. My arm. >> It's not It's supposed to be for safety. >> But then if if somebody is showing you that they violating their own policy, you you still have the right you you servicing the airport. You can tell them, "Wait a minute. This is airport policy. This what we got to do." Yes, y'all can. Their their business is not airport policy. >> No, I'm talking not the policy. I'm talking about the the stuff that that somebody's entitled to. The basic stuff that's in the constitutional amendment. If they say go get a supervisory, >> he can't help. He can't he can't have helped nobody get out of jail. If he did, it was sheer dumb luck. This man said the constitutional amendment. Stop it. Stop it right now. He might have linked up and leeched off of somebody else that actually does help people get out of jail. And so maybe his name is linked to it, but there is no way. It's dumb luck or he's taking credit for the actual person that helped people get out of jail. It is mm- I can't believe it. Nope. They they supposed to go get a supervisor. Why? It took four. You seen that yourself that that one a supervisor came up there 4 hours. It's I've been there since 6 something. It's now what time is it? 9 something. That mean that all all that talking and all that [ __ ] going on and and and and and nobody calling those nobody with common sense that you know what I mean nobody's calling no supervisor or nothing when when when nobody following the rules over there. You ain't enforce no rules on them. You ain't say well this your policy. You how we going to take him to jail for trespassing >> policy on their business. >> What you mean? You supposed to conduct a preliminary investigation. They teach you all that in the police academy. You supposed to assess the situation. >> It's called policy. No, you supposed to excess. What's the excess? You supposed to excess the situation, right? Y'all got caught out for a reason. Y'all y'all you you y'all was rocking with them telling me that I missed my flight. How did I miss my flight? >> I'm not going to argue with you. >> It's not arguing, but I'm just saying you wrong. You sat there and said you sat there and allowed them. >> He is exhausting. I There's no way. I could not hold a piece of a conversation with him. He just have to talk himself till he fell asleep like a baby. I couldn't respond to anything. Only thing I would have I would say is for the purpose of the body camera just in case I got an answer for my actions in court dealing with him. So I would be like I can fit two fingers through the handcuffs. Um p uh I can suspect's airways appear to be clear. He is breathing because he can talk. Um I don't know. I just wouldn't have a lot to say. I'm not going back and forth with a person like him >> to say that I missed my flight. The whole basis of this is that I missed my flight and I I did this. I caused this. How did I miss my flight if nobody's at the window? It's racist. Is is is racist bad? If I was white, they would have did something about that. >> He needs to come back and watch these other body cams cuz these police would not be playing. If you acting up in the airport, you're getting arrested. He needs to watch some other body cams. [laughter] >> If I was white, this would have been trespassing. This be like, "All right, you upset. We going to go ahead and take you down there and cool down." >> I You said you the only one we've arrested for trespassing. >> No, but I'm No. No. But >> No. No. I know you arrested a lot of people for trespassing. But how many of them people got situations like me with with policies? Whenever you get a chance, Freeman, I know you you you're not going to give a [ __ ] I don't take this personal. I'll be out in a couple hours. I got money. Chains and >> there you go. I got money. When I come to town, I I stay at my grandma house. I got money. I'm about to I can't have the patience to dispute a charge later. That may be wrong, but I got money. All right. And then he talks about policies and isn't that in your policy book? But you won't even read your receipt from the third-party carrier to know how to enforce the rights that you may have when you took a when you uh purchased a service from them. But you talk about what everybody else policy and like they like the content creator had put that's not they're not obligated to get you a supervisor like but you just keep saying people should do this they have to do this because it's written here but you're not reading anything which is ironic cuz he wants he writes books >> all that nothing personal but whenever you get a chance look it up if you ask if you ask individual airport people to get their supervisor do they have to get them and And just like y'all got chain of command, if somebody come to you and ask you for the supervisor and y'all got to get them now, you ask them, >> that's our policy. >> No, no, that's everybody policy. And and every any ent entity that you handle or or dealing with, that's the policy basically that you you have you have a chain of command to follow cuz the person that person at the bottom of the totem pole not going to always have the right answer. >> All right, dude. You going to be straight? >> Yeah, I'm chilling, bro. I'm getting in trouble. I got a $200 bail right now. approximately. >> So, he was charged with one count of trespassing and one count of disturbing the peace. But that's about it for today. So, if >> All right, I think I'll leave it with him. I feel like we're all exhausted at this point. But y'all see the one in the top left of this thumbnail right now. Yeah, we going to watch that at some point when we do another um airport arrest like compilation. If you came in later, I did give my commentary on Porsche's police body cam at the airport. So, you just have to uh go back to the beginning. But I enjoyed my time with y'all. Thank you again for gifting the trendy memberships. I am unique. I definitely appreciate that. And I will see y'all soon. All right. Bye.
