The 41-year-old female was charged with failure to dim headlights, defective or no tail lights, defective or no headlights, defective tires, reckless driving, failure to yield to emergency vehicle, fleeing or attempting to elude, aggravated assault, obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers, interference with government property, too fast for conditions, improper parking, windshield requirements, failure to obey traffic control device, and driving while license suspended or revoked.
