All right, let's see here. So, we're doing hotel guests from hell. So, we have a few. I might not be able to go as long as I normally do because I am getting my notes done for the uh last of the testimonies and the closing arguments for the Naziah Harris preliminary trial. So yeah, we shall see. But first, we are starting with belligerent parents arrested in front of kids at hotel. If you don't like commentary, these videos will be linked in the description box and you can just go find them if you found the um topics interesting. Yeah, I got a couple folks. They were uh out in the parking lot being a little bit loud. General manager happened to be out walking her dog. Told him to be quiet. One of them was pretty wasted looking and got aggressive older guy. She just wants me to get him out of here. We gave him like 15-minute countdown. I walked by the room. They're still in the room. I mean, trying to leave. Begged us not to call police, but it was like we got to do something. >> What room? >> Uh 213 and 215. Sorry to bother y'all, but one guy being aggressive enough. I see you had folks with you. Sorry. >> How was kind of aggressive? >> He just drunk as hell. She said that he like kind of came towards her, but there's a bunch of people. It's like a family or something and they stopped him. He didn't like lunge or anything like that. glassed over waisted >> yelling and kind of walking toward >> I didn't see any yelling or whatever but she said yelling >> they were clearly trying to keep him cal >> how's it going guys need you guys to pack on up and get out. You take it over at the hotel later, but right now you got to go. >> So we have to go. >> Correct. >> I understand. Understand that trespassing. >> They're a private uh organization. >> They have rules. The hotel they can um cancel your reservation based off you don't call any. So they they are going to um >> they may or may not that's a civil issue. You can take care of that as a later it is a private >> I understand anything to do with us has to do with us is you leaving >> tomorrow you can call and find out about all that >> exactly. >> So let's get your stuff. Let's get out of here cuz we got >> How much time can you give us to >> They already gave you 15 minutes. How much more time do you need? Well, it all depends. >> We have a few people. >> Yeah. You got to sit here and waste time. And this is how we get from you just trespass. You got to leave to somebody might be getting that wrist jewelry. >> At the end of the day, at the at the end of the day, it's all comes to a lawsuit. >> That has nothing to do with us. >> I need you to pack yourself right now. It does. We are pack. We are packing. Okay. No, you're not. >> Get inside. >> Get inside. >> The police don't want to talk to you about your plans for your civil lawsuit. They just want to see you leaving this property. Don't care nothing about nothing else. Whatever plan you have, whatever wrong you feel happened with that hotel, they don't care. Pack your bags. You got to go. >> On their age, get inside. >> Okay. >> He's acting more mature than you, >> sir. You need to start bagging your bag >> cuz at the end of the day a lawyer >> at the end of the day >> will be a different [ __ ] thing because what they call you and you pack >> your bags before you get arrested. [clears throat] >> I'm not going to get arrested. >> If you don't leave, you'll be arrested. >> I do. Go inside. Please listen to your son and the police and just get your stuff. It is really that simple. Your pride doesn't like it. But it is that simple. >> Okay. >> You lose your job. I don't. >> I've never heard that before. >> Look at you do. You know, you know, you lose your job. I don't. >> All right. We'll lose our job then. Go back. >> Go back. Go back. Give me a minute. Everything's >> I have a soldier. >> Okay. Get yourself to >> No. >> I have a soldier. >> Have you understand? >> Give me a minute. >> I have them to pass. what I asked for. I know you. >> I really, >> guess what? Guess what? >> You got about five minutes to go in the room and start packing. >> Yes. >> You're gonna go to jail. >> How many times you're going to heard that before you actually lose your job? >> That's not how that works. >> I'm not disagreeing. I'm not disagreeing. I'm going to go with you guys. I'm going to say you want to just leave. >> We could also have the back for you and you leave now. I >> I haven't declined to do that. Your actions speak >> when people I haven't declined to do that. You just like the cops said your actions are the the the um you're declining through your actions. If you were moving your hands and your feet towards that room and packing, you be talking to yourself, but you need to pack. [laughter] They don't want to talk to you. I think so. Um the cop said he seems intoxicated. Um I think his wife might have said I don't know if she said it or not, but the cop said he seems intoxicated. But just be Oh, people that have to prove a point and can't just get the thing done. They make things so much harder than it has to be. >> I'm going to leave the premises. No matter how many times you say that, >> you're wasting time staying out here talking. >> We're not going to keep going back. >> They're packing. >> Get your [ __ ] packed. >> They're packing. >> Okay, you go pack your bags and go. It's time to go. She still could have been packing. She could have been rolling those suitcases out while he's I don't know what trying to point what kind of point he's trying to prove, but we could have still kept this going cuz he obviously is not going to go in there and pack. I need his his poor son just trying to make sure his dad don't get arrested. I know. But go pack. Help your mom pack. Is it somebody else in there? They need to pack and gone and go. >> They will take me to jail. >> Can we go pack? >> Can I tell you I had a few drinks? So you're telling me inside? Let's go inside. >> Get your ID, man. >> I need his ID. I go get Can you give me Can we give me two minutes to talk? >> Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. >> You can go stand over there for right now. All right. >> Charlie, shut up. >> Just stay over here. >> Okay. >> Can I talk to him? There certain things that you don't know. >> I would not travel with family or friends that act like this. I don't care how much alcohol you have in your system. Ain't no reason for you to talk to me like this. And you need to be in your right mind enough to make better decisions. >> Keys. You're not going to go to jail. Nobody. Just give me the keys. Shut up. Give me the keys. >> Give me the keys. >> The car keys. And now you're placed in custody for disorderly intent. >> Make sure you right. >> I don't have to read you your rights unless I'm asking you questions. >> You're putting me in limitations because I'm not going to answer anything until the rights. >> That's fine. I don't need to read you rights. >> Did you uh double up? >> You don't understand what you're doing right now, right? >> I do. It's kind of my job. You >> have anything on you that needs to stay or done? >> Okay, great. >> Real simple. All I have to do is leave. >> It is simple. >> You just want to be a little bit on the other side, bro. >> But that's what you think. >> No, that's what I know. >> Okay. >> So, right now he's under arrest for disorderly. >> It's few things that are more annoying than a drunk that thinks he's saying something wise. I hate it. I [laughter] hate it cuz it's like you sound so dumb and you're just like you think you're dropping gems >> talks. Okay. Um the rest of you are going to be trespass. I understand you have to pack >> trespassing. >> Mhm. It just means you're not allowed back here. >> It's not a It's not a crime downstairs. >> I don't It's fine. I don't need it. >> Yeah, I don't need >> He's military so he has issues. We all got issues. It's it's people with issues worse than him and they not out here, you know, making everybody else uh have to deal with them. No, he needs to get proper assistance that is free if he's a veteran and stop it. >> If he's military, then he should have no problem following orders. >> It's not easy when you go through Afghanistan and been through what's number and through all this [ __ ] When you get deployed and you got to shoot at people, >> then you tell me if it's worth. We have plenty of people. >> Okay. Well, the other veterans that have been deployed and have had to shoot at people can tell you your husband's still being an [ __ ] >> People that work here that have been in the same NO it's okay. >> You want to go to jail, too? So, please quiet down. >> Love of a scorpion said, "Treny, my husband doesn't act like that." Thank God. Thank God. Love of a scorpion. I know he like to flash that ID, which is okay. That's fine. I'm glad he don't act like this. Kids are here. >> No matter how far I'm actually gone. Just don't worry about it. It's already happened. >> Why would you do this with your kids here? >> I don't know. But all with the older bags. >> I'm trying >> with the You know what I mean? Do you need it? >> DO HE NEED IT? >> Don't put your hands. >> Put your hands behind your back. Oh, come on. Please. Come on. I >> We gave her We We gave her more than enough. You You don't though because we asked you to help out and we said yes. >> unreasonable the entire time. >> It's 1:00 in the morning and people are getting woken up because of her unreason yelling and screaming. >> This is ignorant. >> No, the thing is what when you get what you get, >> you're putting on a terrible display for your family. >> I'm sure you are. >> I'm not. You are. >> Yeah. a new one. >> Accept some kind of for yourself is that your son comes in and tells you >> how sad is your behavior. >> Yeah, >> your son tells you. Yep. He looks up to this this >> a better role model. >> A a better role model. >> Not my problem. >> Yeah. Yeah. I look into your eyes, Bobby. I see different. I see different. >> Here we go with another wise drunken thinking they saying something. >> You ain't like him. You ain't like him at him. >> Keep him separate cuz she's pissed off at him cuz he's acting like he's >> No, I'm pissed off at the also at these cops. >> Okay. This is what happens when you when you serve your country. You get a big [ __ ] you. >> Leave my kids alone. That's all I ask. >> Oh, your kids are acting mature. >> Yeah. I'm going to have to go with your description, Jamie. Just simple. People just they real simple. All right. That was our first hotel guest from hell. Now we have the one you saw on the thumbnail. Abusive girlfriend catches six felony charges after fighting three deputies. And I did not watch this uh all the way through. I just saw the beginning >> hours of July 26th, 2021. Deputies responded to reports of a potential domestic disturbance at a hotel in Dana Beach, Florida. Upon arrival, hotel staff pointed deputies in the direction of the elevator where both suspects were quickly located. >> Ma'am, ma'am. Ma'am, can you stay right here? >> Hey, how you doing, brother? >> Are you guys together? >> Yeah, we're here together, huh? >> Yeah, we're together. >> Okay. All right. Do we just go hang out around the corner with ma'am? You hang out right here. >> What happened? What's going with this? >> I don't know if he's going to calm down or not. >> Jesus, her eye looks crazy. And she is The title still labels her as the abusive girlfriend. I need to know what's going on. I got to step away real fast. So, let me know what I missed when I come back. I'll be right back. >> So, ma'am, in the state of Florida, we take domestic violence very serious. What's your first name, ma'am? >> Contessa. C O N >> C O N >> S S A I may also be responsible because I did leave bite marks on him. >> So what transpired? Would you like to Would you like to talk to me? >> There was a lot of drinking. There was a festival and things got out of here. I asked him to stop being aggressive with me and he didn't. He does also have a history of domestic. I'm trying to get her just to come to our room and go to sleep. >> So, so was the how did how did this started? >> Rolling out loud. She started saying that I'm talking to other girls, swearing that I'm talking to girls and I behind her back and she started swinging on me and punching me. So, we're we went to rolling loud it was her birthday and she started acting a little crazy and trying to get her to calm down. She started getting aggressive or punching me, trying to say that I'm cheating on her. I'm like, "Dude, I'm not cheating on her. We can talk about this in the morning when you're sober, but I can't." Like, you're living not listening to the word I was saying. I'm trying to reason with her, trying everything to trying to just talk her to calm her down. She starts, "Oh, you don't give a about me." I start running out the door. So, I go out here to try and get her. I don't know where she went. Had to go back down to the front to get a new room key. come back up, but she's sitting right there in front of the door. So, I open it up, try to get her to lay down again, and she starts doing the same. >> So, I'm just trying to get her to calm down, just trying to get her to rest and sleep it off. Now, we're at the mosh pit and she got kind of trampled. I just was trying to pull her out. But she got trouble where in the mosh pit at the that concert that we went to last those injuries that >> Oh, sorry. I don't even think I think I was still on mute, but I was saying that. Okay, so she got He's saying she got trampled in the mosh pit, which is I'm guessing how her face looks like that cuz I was saying she looks like she got the worst of it. Um, and then I saw y'all's comments that y'all said she was drunken biting. >> She said standing from from the rolling line. >> I took her into the hospital this morning. We went and everything. >> Check on everything. >> I love her. >> I've not laid a hand on her. >> So, okay. When did you get these bendes on me? [snorts] >> Yesterday. >> Because you're sick. But you just leave me in THE HEAD WITH THE HIT YOU again because you're fake. Your mommy knows it. Your daddy knows. Your son knows that. You can be here apologizing me to make me forgive you, but you're choosing not to. >> This is MY STALL. STOP BITING ME. GET OFF. STOP BITING ME. I'M NOT ON YOUR BACK. THIS IS MY STALL. take my bag. I was trying to make sure she was trying to take it from me. I had all my clothes, all my luggage, and I'm trying to tell her like I was going to leave because she wasn't hugging me. Please, this is the >> Well, this thing that she's showing me right now, >> we got this short, please. Like, I don't want to get her in trouble. Sorry. Just >> All right, we'll sort it out. Whatever it is, we'll sort it out. That's That's what we're here for. So, we're going to investigating everything that happened. What is it that he's showing over there? >> Honestly, I don't have my glasses on, so I can't see. >> Okay. So, all right. So, um >> my ID, my glasses, everything. >> Okay. So, so, so tell me what transpired. >> He has pushed me out of the car and then started recording when I sat there and asked him to leave me alone. So, I'm sure he will show you a recording of that because I have one on my phone, too, of him taking my phone. >> All right. said he pushed out of the vehicle when you guys were driving. Where was this at? >> This was I don't know if you know where the backyard and grill is or if it's just the bar. It's called the backyard. >> Okay. What city? >> Miami. But we met up with two girls who saw him push me around. >> So now what what transpired tonight? Why are we here tonight? my fault because I got upset because I saw him talking with the girl. >> I went have all her prescriptions, everything in the in the room and everything >> and that's was because you said that she fell in the mosh speed of the roll a lot. That's why she got ice on her face. >> I went into the mosh pit. She tried to follow me. She ended up like bumping into some girl and I guess that girl like kind of got mad at her. >> Honestly, by the time I came up like I was like I saw people trampling somebody pull it up. I didn't realize it was her >> and he's saying that I run into a mosh pit and this is why this happened. >> Honestly, by the time >> so so what so what transpired here today? I'm trying to figure out if a crime occurred here today. >> I do see that you have bruises. Now these now these things occurred in Miami. in the city of Miami. >> They did occur in Miami. >> Okay. >> They occurred here. And I'm sorry that I'm frustrated and I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble, but I'm really scared right now because the person who's supposed to care about me did this to me. And the person I still care about is lying about me. And I don't know what to do at this point. >> The whole gave her x-rays and did everything. Gave her medication. >> When was that? That was >> That was this morning. >> This morning? >> Yeah, this morning. for my time yesterday. >> How long you guys been together? >> Uh, a little over a year. >> Oh, you? >> Yeah. >> I bought her tickets for this. Trying to >> have a good time. You know what I mean? >> Well, well, ma'am, listen. I'm over here with you. Okay. >> Listen, the reason the reason why I'm here with you is obviously because I see that you're banged and bruised up. Okay. >> Are you guys like uh >> married? No, she's >> just intimately relationship split up with her husband got kids together. >> No, I have my own kid and she has her own kid and >> now if you're looking to file charges against this individual that's something >> I just wish you was with the truth. >> All right. So, ma'am, I'm going to go speak with him. All right. And figure out what's going on. Okay. >> All right. Hey, Jonathan. What did you show this other deputy over here? >> Contessa. Contessa. >> Contessa. [snorts] >> Contesta. Listen. I listen. I am here to do an investigation. >> DO YOUR INVESTIGATION AND JUST LEAVE ME ALONE. I do not understand. >> C contestant. Do you need fire rescue here? >> Do you need medical treatment? >> No, sir. I need you on my visuals so that I can see you so that I can continue this investigation. Okay. I cannot continue THIS INVESTIGATION. >> INVESTIGATION BECAUSE YOU GET AWAY WITH EVERYTHING. >> CONTESSA. CONTESSA, I'm trying to help you out, but I am not going to get into a yellow match and I'm not going to treat you like I'm sorry. That's why I'm just asking for some space so I don't be yelling at you. >> Okay. So, but contestant, I need you on my ice. >> Fine. >> Okay. Thank you. Allow me to help you out. All right. I have a job to do and allow me to do my job. All right. And I am here [snorts] to help you out. Okay. >> Okay. This is a ball of craziness. I'm trying to figure Oh my gosh. So, it's one of two things on his side. Either she really did fight with some girls cuz he was talking to the girls and they whooped her up. Or she's saying he's using that as an excuse and he's the one that hit her. But also, we definitely know she's also attacking him because he did the video. It seems like they're both horribly, horribly bad for each other. >> Me finish my investigation. Okay, contestant. >> Okay. All right. I Hey, I have no no reason to to detain her. She's not, you know, she's not a suspect in the 38. Uh she she's banged and bruised up. >> All right. So, uh, what video would you show the other deputy about a mk? It was dark. It was >> okay. The last but I don't have videos of that one. I always I told her to hold my stuff. I need to go just go launch cuz I didn't want to lose any of my stuff. I guess [clears throat] she followed me to the edge. Someone pushed her against someone else. White girl got mad that she pushed her threw her down. She got trampled. I honestly I didn't see you. >> Hey. Hey. When did she go to the doctor? She said she was like 2:30 this morning. >> This morning? I urging the doctor. >> You got your ID on the phone? >> I don't see my room. >> Do you have her ID on? >> I don't. She lost her. >> Okay, sweetie. Man, >> I cannot force you to talk to me. >> I did talk to you. >> Okay, but you're you're leaving calling me back. >> You're taking his side like everybody does. >> I am not taking any side. >> I'm just going to be put in the same situation that I've always been in. >> Ma'am, listen. I am not taking anybody's side. Do you understand me? >> I understand. >> Okay. >> Would you like to take me to jail here? >> No, ma'am. I have no >> No, ma'am. How do you get sad? >> I'm the one who has the bruises, but because he can take a perspective after he's beat the out of me and I finally turn. >> If I had my phone, I could show you guys the threatening messages that he leaves me. It's so funny that you guys can see his perspective. >> You don't even know what they see. I feel like the one that's been following her still sees her as the the most likely DV victim at this point, but she's not even listening enough. And maybe in the past, you know, it has been that he got away with something, but they're trying to listen to her. I really do feel like they're trying to listen to her. The ultimate thing is, yeah, both need to get therapy. Both don't need to be together anymore. And don't go into a new relationship doing all this stuff with anybody. But you have to communicate how something happens or they don't understand. And that that the thing that's going for her is they physically see she is bruised up. But sometimes you can be the abuser and you just got your butt whooped by the person defending themselves too. So I'm not saying just cuz you have the most bruises that means you are, you know, the victim. But if you think that they're not seeing something, you have to sit still and talk and communicate clearly. >> Because he's taking everything away from me. My phone, my ID, my money, everything. I don't have anything on me, but he can show you his perspective. >> Yeah, that's true, too, Jacqueline. She didn't want to file charges. That is what she said. And yes, Jamie, they everybody put the alcohol down. >> I give up on you guys. I give up on people who think they can help me. >> So So ma'am, listen. >> My mom went through the same thing and nobody helped her. >> Ma'am, listen. What I'm going to do is that I'm going to let you speak with this deputy right here. Okay. >> This is what always happens. Every time he beats me, he gets out of it. >> Why do you think he's about to get out of it? because he has a video of me acting crazy after he choked me out until I couldn't breathe and then I snapped and then I snapped. >> Listen, listen to me. I'm going to talk to the other deputy. I'm going to find out what's going on. Just because you snapped after somebody beat the crap out of you doesn't make you crazy. >> The point is I'm not trying to get him in trouble. Even though he beat the out of me and he is trying to get me in trouble. I care about him enough to try to blow this all away and he's still just trying to point fingers at me. >> Let me let me ask you a question. Have you seen your face? >> Yes, I have seen my face and that's why I just want to get out. >> Do you think that's okay? >> No, >> it's not. >> And that's why I don't think it's okay for him to get away with it. >> So >> to put the blame on me. >> Are you willing to give me a statement about what happened and how this happened to you? will not give you a statement. >> You're not willing to >> that that there you go. Not Still not willing to give a statement. Still don't want to get him in trouble. All right. Okay. Um this is what happens. Let me see. You know what I always think of too? I don't know if this is her case or not, but y'all know when Martell did that and he filmed Melody after he got her to her breaking point versus everything he did up to that point. I'm like, and they called it uh it was like reactive abuse or something like that. It was something like that. I always think about that when I do see someone filming the other person. Um did something happen before that point. Not all, you know, it's not like that all the time, but I don't just automatically think, oh, cuz you were the one that was able to press record that you didn't do anything. So, I'm like, I'm still willing to hear her out, but she don't want to do nothing. And here you are. Because it's just going to be worse for me in the end. >> Why do you say that? >> Because I know. >> Have you been through this with him before? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. And that's why I know because he got bailed out of jail 2 days later. >> So why don't you give us a statement and let us help you? >> Because it's just worse for me in the end. I understand you guys are trying to help. I have >> But we have resources that can help. So when when he does though, you guys say that, but I have lived through this my whole life. >> Listen, I >> me personally, I find it hard to believe that she got those bruises on her face on the mosquito. >> I have to make the change. I have to cut it off. And the only way I can cut it off is by going home and cutting it off. I can't cut it off here. >> Why can't you cut it off here? >> Because Because everything is in our names together. And I am the type of person who is not going to leave him stranded no matter what he's done to me. I know it's stupid to care about him. I know it's stupid after what he's basically done to me to try to care about him, but it's who I am. And I'm not going to leave him here stranded because his family doesn't give a about him. He was just in jail two weeks ago and I >> Does his family not give a f about him or is his family tired of him? Cuz you can care about somebody from a distance because if they're going to keep sabotaging themselves, nobody wants to continue to be around that. So you're the one and you called yourself stupid. You said I might be stupid for this, but you're the one that's still pulling him out of trouble and all this other stuff. And you don't want to give them a statement. Like what are they supposed to do? They're only basically hearing one side. So they're gonna and they're still asking you. They're being so gentle. Like have you seen yourself? Why don't you leave? This is on I mean it's on her in a sense of what she does not want to say at this time >> for domestic violence against you against his baby armor. >> Yeah. The guy said they've been together for a year and they each have a child but they don't share a child together. Why you can come to my You got to come to my city. Create havoc or my state great problems. Damn. Come here, visit our state, have a good time, follow the laws, and get the hell out. >> In my experience, do you know what this escalates to? >> Death? >> Yes. He's going to kill you. >> You have bruises all over your neck and your eye looks like it's about to come out. >> He says, "I did it to myself." and he has a perfect point of view of video after I snap from his to prove that I did this to myself. But that's not his job to do our investigation [snorts] >> just because he done he has a son that I care about that I've been a part of his life. I [laughter] care about his son and I don't want TO TAKE HIS DADDY AWAY FROM him because his mama is a piece of and he can be a good man. He can't be a good dad. Just because he doesn't love me, just because he doesn't care about me, doesn't mean he deserves to rock. >> Okay, look at me real quick. I've been doing this for 19 years. Okay, this this is one of the worst I've seen in a long time. I have a daughter around your age. Okay, I'm [snorts] looking at you right now and it's it's tearing me up inside. >> They still aren't taking that guy's side right now. But she has to be ready to leave and take ownership of her part and stuff because I'm with I'm with uh y'all that said they're provoking each other. I do feel like they're provoking each other and like y'all said they film each other. Yes. Um but she's got to be ready, too. If she's not ready, unfortunately, her their kids are going to still have to deal with this and uh she's going to have to deal with this. And again, accountability for each adult on this one cuz I can't tell if I don't know if she's only the receiving end, if that makes sense. But you can clearly tell she's it's a lot going on. And he does he did say she got all those injuries from the mosh pit. I just I don't know if I believe him, but I do believe she gets violent towards him, too. I just don't know for sure if she got all that from the mosh pit. Okay. I can see you're in crisis. I can see what just on the outside I can see what you've been through, but I don't know on the inside what you've been through. Okay. >> I just don't want to get him in trouble because I care about him. >> Well, it's not about you getting him in trouble. It's what we're going to have to do, okay, to protect you. And I'll make sure that he knows that that it has nothing to do with you. Did you call us? No, he did because he tried to twist the story on me. >> Okay. Okay. So, he called us >> and I begged him not to. I was like, "They're going to see me and they're going to know like please just stop. I don't want you to get in trouble." >> So, he called us and he started this and then we have to investigate and do our job. So, we're going to protect you. Okay. >> I just want to protect him. I don't care if I go to jail. I don't >> No, it's not about that. [snorts] Can you do me a favor? I don't want you to walk through the lobby like this. Can I have you put your towel over you just so no one can see and then just have you go sit one of our cars and I'm in trouble. But just to keep you >> I just want to talk to him. I just want to see what's going on. >> You You will. You will. Hey Luna, I'm going have her just sit one of our cars for now. Okay. >> Just so we can get her out of the lobby. Let me go over and talk to the deputies that are talking to him and find out what's going on. Okay. >> I just want to talk to him. I just want everything to be okay. I just want to go to sleep and go home. >> Well, let let us sort it out. Can you just put her in your car for a sec? >> Yeah, I will. All right. >> I'm just going to open the door for you to sit. I would not let you stress. >> Okay. >> I wish she said yes because later when you finally realize what type of relationship you're in, you will wish you had it documented. But the good thing is she can always request this body cam footage. That is at least good. It's not like how it used to be where no if you didn't get it then no one sees it. Now she can, you know, it's always going to be on body cam. >> I do not want to get him in trouble. I don't want him to go on record for anything. Okay. >> They come here early in the morning to deal with irresponsible adults that throw away their freedoms in this great country. It's ridiculous. >> They are conducting an investigation. So, we kind of have to keep sight of you while we're talking to him. >> Can I go inside to use the bathroom? >> Yeah, we can use the bathroom. I have to go with you. >> That's right. >> Yeah. Come on. >> You got to wait 2 minutes. They're making their I'm too stressed out to fill out this right now. >> Do you want to wait over here? >> Call you guys fresh him because >> they are They're standing in front of him right now. >> Why am I constricted? >> They're standing in front of the bathroom. They're conducting an investigation. That's somewhere that we can >> keep your attitude honestly. >> Okay. >> Okay. I know. I need to film from beginning to the end. >> Stop. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. I don't want to go home. I don't want to be. >> This is my hit you again because you're fake. Your mommy knows it. Your daddy knows it. Your son knows it. You can be here apologizing to me to make me forgive you, but you're choosing not to. >> Okay. So, where where is she at in here? So, she I don't have the video of her in the mosh pit. I gave her my stuff to hold on to. >> Did she go to the doctor this morning? >> Yeah, I took her to the urgent care this morning. >> Okay. Why' you do that? Why' you do that? >> Because take care of her. She was banged up from last night. She got trampled there at a concert. >> So you didn't tell her to tell the doctor that's what happened? >> I didn't. I took her in. I let her tell she spoke her her story. >> So you're saying all these injuries happened down in Miami? >> Yes. >> Conor been. >> Okay. >> You're not going near there. You're not >> You're going to be detained if you do die. If you go near because they're conducting an investigation. So if you obstruct their investigation, if you obstruct their investigation, you will be detained. >> For why? For why? >> Because they are conducting an investigation. >> The restroom and you're not helping me. >> Do you understand? >> Fine, then I'll go piss outside. >> That's not what we're doing. >> Then either help me or don't help me. >> We are trying to help. >> You're not helping me. >> You have to wait. >> No, I don't. I don't have to do anything if I'm not under arrest or detained. >> For what? For what reason? >> Conducting an investigation. >> Then conduct it. I'm not in your way. I'm going outside. We have to keep sight of you. >> No, you don't. >> Look, the first day she kind of had a few bruises, but then you after the >> Do not >> And that's how you make something worse. You make a horrible situation somehow even worse. Why do you do this? Why don't you have the energy for the one? You know what? That's therapy. That takes therapy. I don't have anything for it. But here's how she earns those six felonies that came from the title. >> GET DOWN. >> GET DOWN. GIVE ME YOUR HAND. GIVE ME YOUR HAND. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. >> STOP RESISTING. >> OKAY. STOP. >> STOP RESISTING. >> STOP RESISTING. STOP RESISTING HANDCUFFS NOW. >> STOP RESISTING. >> MA'AM, stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. Listen to the deputies and stop resisting. >> Armor wrist. Grab it by her wrist. >> All right. >> Stop resisting. >> Grab it by her wrist. >> Stop fighting with the deputies and listen to WHAT THEY'RE TELLING YOU. >> DO ANYTHING. >> STOP FIGHTING WITH THE DEPUTIES AND LISTEN. >> DON'T do anything but try to use the restroom. >> Okay. LISTEN TO THEIR COMMAND. >> NO. THEY'RE BEING UNFAIR. >> STOP PULLING AWAY. >> COOL. >> STOP PULLING AWAY. LISTEN TO what they're telling you to do. >> I got I got I got >> They're not going to hurt you. Just listen. >> THEY'RE HURTING ME RIGHT NOW. STOP FIGHTING. >> STOP FIGHTING. >> STOP TENSIONING. >> NO. NOT UNTIL THEY STOP HURTING ME. >> Stop fighting. >> Yeah. Yeah. I'm going have to go with the ones that are saying both of them are toxic. Because I'm looking at how there's one way you're interacting with your proclaimed abuser, then how you're interacting with the people that are trying to help you. And they were being very gentle. And you are a toxic person. Yeah. Mhm. Both of y'all are toxic. When they STOP HURTING ME, I KNOW. >> STOP KICKING ME. >> STOP HURTING ME. I WILL >> KICK ME OR I'M PUNCHING THE FACE. >> GO AHEAD. >> I'VE ALREADY BEEN PUNCHED IN THE FACE BY A GUY. >> You think it's funny? >> I'VE ALREADY BEEN PUNCHED IN THE FACE BY A DUDE. >> YOU THINK YOUR THREAT scares me? >> NO, YOU GUYS ARE THREATENING TO PUNCH ME IN MY FACE. ANOTHER DUDE. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. YOU GUYS DON'T UP WITH NOTHING. >> CALM DOWN. CALM DOWN. >> NO, YOU GUYS ARE THREATENING TO PUNCH ME IN THE FACE. >> No one's going to punch ANOTHER DUDE, RIGHT? >> NO ONE'S GOING to punch in the face. >> It doesn't matter, right? >> Calm down. >> Tell me TO CALM DOWN. DUDE, I KNOW COPS. SO, DON'T JUST WORRY, DUDE. >> Don't worry, cuz all your grass, dude, >> get on your side. Get on your side. Okay. Get on your side. TAKE SOME DEEP BREATHS. >> NO. ALL I wanted was to use the restroom. >> Calm down. >> And you guys are arresting me for using the restroom. >> I didn't interrupt your investigation, nothing. >> I missed him saying that, but I I want to tell you, I told y'all before, I've seen and it's different states, all that stuff. Cops are allowed to punch people to subdue them. I don't know if some of them can't, but a lot of them can. Um, now saying I'mma punch you in the face, I don't know, but I've seen them. They can punch and they have punched people in the face and um it's part of their subduing like sweeping the legs to get them to fall to the ground. You know, all that I have seen it. Um so I'm not surprised he said it. I missed him saying it on this one, but yeah, they w they have said it and they will do it. I've seen both. >> I CAME TO USE THE RESTROOM. >> NO. Then give me SOME ANSWERS AND I'LL CALM DOWN. I AM GOING TO DIE. LISTEN. >> NO. I'M TRYING TO BE NICE TO YOU GUYS. >> There's blood everywhere. >> Calm down. Calm down. >> Listen. Let us >> telling me to calm down after I just had my beat AND YOU GUYS ARE DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. >> We're investigating it RIGHT NOW. >> YOU'RE DOING A TERRIBLE JOB. >> YOU'RE LYING. I'M INVESTIGATING. >> Go over there, please. >> Sitting here investigating. Don't touch me. >> Talking to the victim. She's not doing anything. Go. >> I'm not going in the car. >> You are. >> MA'AM, LISTEN. >> NO. >> I DIDN'T do it. >> I'm really about to kick both of you in the face. >> Don't do that. You >> better stop. >> Don't do that. >> Stop. >> Don't do that. >> You know what my biggest flex is? IS I GOT BAILMAN. >> So that's what it is. >> Calm down. >> I don't care about going to jail. >> Calm down. >> No, you guys want to be disrespectful. Do you know how many cops I know who are going to light your on fire? >> Okay, calm down and get in the car. >> You couldn't just let me use the restroom. >> All I asked was to use the restroom. >> Okay, calm down and get IN THE CAR. >> WHY AM I GETTING IN THE CAR? FOR WHAT? TELL me my reasons. >> You're under arrest. Tell me my REASON FOR WHY I'M UNDER ARREST. BECAUSE I WANTED TO USE A RESTROOM. >> We're resisting. Get in the car. >> Resisting what? Using the restroom. >> We're not debating. Get in the car. >> Well, I'm debating. >> Get in the car. >> Tell me why I'm being detained. >> You're not being detained. You're under arrest. Get in the car. >> Come on, sweetie. Get in the car. that other. >> All right. Any in there? >> There we go. >> Stop kicking. Stop kicking. >> DON'T KICK ME. >> YOU'RE GOING TO GET SPRAYED. STOP. >> WHY? >> BECAUSE YOU'RE KICKING MY DEPUTY. >> STOP KICKING. >> I'M NOT KICKING. >> You're going to stop being violent. >> I didn't kick. >> Yes, you did. Yes, you did. >> Why did I kick? >> Stop. Put your foot in. Who did I put your foot in the car? >> Tell me who I put your foot in the car. >> Tell me who I kick. >> Put your foot in the car. >> Tell me who I >> I'm not asking you. I'm telling you. I didn't see you. >> Put your foot in the car. >> Ask you WHO I KICK. >> PUT YOUR FOOT in the car. >> Who did I kick? >> I'm not asking again or you're getting sprayed. >> Get your >> Noir Angel says the fact that she has flip-flopped from being belligerent to a victim of domestic violence shows her state of mind is altered. In my opinion, officers need more training on how to handle these situations better. I do wish that I know they were trying to start that program in the like 2010s and probably it's probably always someone's been trying to start it since maybe even the 80s, 90s, everywhere. But I just remember it more from the 2010s, I think. But I do wish that for real, for real, counselors, someone trained in these things could accompany police to recognize the signs that look one way to the regular person, but another way to people that are trained to see things. So those can be like sused out and separated and then, you know, and not even just DV situations, but there's just like um people that are violent, but they they have documented mental health issues. and that person can understand like, "Hey, this is the only way you can kind of try to handle it. They're going to look like they're trying to be aggressive, but they're not. That's not actually, you know what I mean? I don't know how to put it, but I do wish because even me on some of these, the person could like it was one where that son was uh about to choke his mom or hit his mom, the grown son that had gotten out of prison. I could not develop the sympathy that I know a professional probably would have because he did have documented mental health issues. I could not. But I'm not in law enforcement. Thank goodness. I don't uh No, I couldn't do it. Uh I couldn't do it. That's also I just couldn't do it because I I know my biases are going to stick out and be there. But I do wish professionals could accompany them for these types of situations. So it could be picked out because me and people, you know, just regular people, we're just I don't know. You just see aggression and that's all you see. >> Foot in a car. >> Tell me who I >> pull her from that side. Pull in the car. >> Grab a cup and pull it. >> Me out. YOU WANT ME OUT? GET ME OUT. >> All right. Hey, get out of there. Back up. OC spray. OC spray. Back up. Back up. Back up. If you don't stop, you're getting sprayed. >> You guys okay? You guys okay? >> I can't find my hand. I don't know why. >> Okay. All right. Just conclude what you need to do on on that part and then we'll get her to the station on the additional charges. Okay. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Thank you. What's going >> She was resisting >> the whole the whole mosh pit and all what other stuff >> the videos that he has on the phone. >> I just got to figure out what what she told Luna cuz obviously she was uncooperative. >> Well, you did you see the video? >> No, >> the video. She's the bad guy. >> Yeah, but >> she's like super bad guy. You got to see him. >> But you don't end up >> put on your neck and stuff like that >> if she's if she's attacking him. Yeah, I see. Yeah, she's a woman. He's a man, but in this world we live in 50/50. She can easily be the bad guy. >> No, no, that's why it's 50/50. But >> then the whole marsh pit >> I get what the cop is trying to say. Like I'm not just for me, I I don't think anyway that I'm always just by default on the woman's side in a um on who could be the abuser in the relationship. But I I know what she's trying to say. I feel like she's trying to say like it's it's where he started recording, but a lot of stuff could have happened before that for this particular one. Also, Jamie, I'm with you. More than one thing can be true. With the way she's acting with the police, she could have started something with some girl. She's always still about protecting him, even if he did do something to her. So, she does she not going to want to see him with another girl. She's already like, I've been there through all the um I've been there through through everything. I'm the one getting him out of jail, you know, all this other stuff. So if he if she perceives him and he probably does it to get her worked up probably. But if she perceives him talking to other girls, she's going to get mad at the girls, not him. So yeah, she probably could have gotten jumped in that mosh pit thing. And also he could still be abusive as well. And she could be abusive back. Like all of it can be true. >> It could be. But I'm just wondering because he knows she knows he has these videos and she's pissed off about it and then she's manipulating person person like my freaking my sister-in-law that I have. So listen, so today she will be going to jail for dating violence. Okay? You know, say you can make the proper notification to her family if you so desire. Okay? Uh my recommendation is for you not to be involved with her anymore. All right? These are the remedies. Okay? You're right. He's going to be involved with her cuz when she keeps saying I don't want to leave him stranded, everything's in both our names. That gives me she's the primary person that has the funds. So, he doesn't have anywhere else to go. She already said the family don't care about him. To me, aka the family knows his game and they tired of him. Um, so he's not going to be the one that leaves her. Most likely, she's going to have to one day try to leave because he's dependent upon her. But yeah, um, Noir Angel said they are both victims of DV. Jamie said they're toxic AF. Both of them lock them both up at this point. >> You could do whatever you want. >> I didn't do anything wrong by asking the bathroom. >> When you're under when there's an investigation, you're saying we're not doing anything. We are investigating. We're actively investigating getting his side of the story and getting his side of the story. >> But a lot of the times there's also men that do not want to speak up against dating violence or domestic violence that are actually victims also. Okay. You almost got arrested because you wanted you did not want her to go to jail. >> Next thing you know, you start you start hearing the tape that the the video that he's playing and then you want >> I lost my he choked me to death after he beat started. >> Yes, I lost my >> They asked you for your statements. They wanted to know. They tried to reach out you and I know until they're ready. They're not ready, but you She's She's lashing out at them as if they weren't trying. They could see kind of through some things or at least what they assumed happened and they were on her side. She's saying as if they weren't on her side. >> Hold on. >> I will admit to it. >> Then you started once you when he was playing the videos, you heard it. Now you want to go to the bathroom. >> We're investigating. >> Hear the videos. >> We got to hear. We got >> I know you guys are looking >> then we got to go. Yes, I see you. I SEE THE >> OBVIOUSLY YOU GUYS DON'T CARE. >> OF COURSE WE CARE. But in law enforcement there's two sides of the story. The woman was initially charged with felony counts of resisting an officer with violence, x three, battery on a law enforcement officer, x three, as well as misdemeanor charges of resisting or obstructing an officer without violence and battery. Less than one month later, the state attorney dropped all the charges except for one count of resisting an officer with violence. >> [music] >> She was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay $617 in court costs and fines. After 6 months, her probation was terminated early and the case was officially closed. >> Child, [sighs] people need access to mental health care. They really, really do. And I I I'm wishing it too. Just please, one day, could we have professionals show up with the police? It won't help her. It won't. nor our Angel Jail will not help her. Of course, they're definitely gonna be back together. She still didn't want to give a statement against them. They she they probably would. They I don't know if they still together now, but she definitely went back at that time. Um, Lovable Scorpion said, "Maybe I'm oldfashioned, but I wouldn't have my name on anything with someone that I have only been dating for one year." No, it's Yeah, cuz that's not smart. Don't do it. Okay, this is how Cop Cam labeled the title. So, here we go. says, "Dumb as hell, nasty maniac girl bully spits, destroys, and assaults cops when kicked out of hotel." >> You have to say it. Say it one more time. [ __ ] female cops say what? >> You're disgusting and filthy. What's next? >> Okay, good cops. I back any male cop. The [ __ ] is a woman going to breathe on me and think I [ __ ] listen to that, >> [ __ ] Walking up, >> [ __ ] Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt her. I didn't mean to hurt her. >> Okay. >> On June 1st, 2024, a female was trespassed from a hotel due to her disturbing behavior. However, she refused to leave and caused a scene. Unable to resolve the matter, the hotel staff contacted authorities requesting an officer to respond to the scene. Let's uncover what actually happened. >> Hi, how are you? Three people. Great. She is. I don't know what's wrong with her, but she's just screaming at us. She's And she's supposed to be checking out. >> She was supposed to be going. >> Yes. >> And she was hiding in there. And she was hiding in the >> the sheets. >> Sheets. The housekeeping were there going. And then she stopped yelling at me. She called him. >> Terrifying. Ma'am. >> Ma'am. >> Ma'am, I need you to open the door, please. Please. >> For the dead folks. >> Yes. Can you ask a Okay. Thank you. The same one that >> the one that you This is the one I used. >> I just got it, too. >> Don't attack me. Last time this happened, I had to call the cops because a woman raped me. Don't do it again. Ma'am, we are the cops. >> Okay, good. >> Can you step away from the door? >> Can [clears throat] you step away from the door so we can go in? >> The last time this happened, they didn't they didn't answer the questions properly. >> Okay. So, what are my Miranda rights? >> Can you open right [snorts] to my Miranda rights? >> Can you open the door, please? >> Okay. >> Okay. Can you close it to open it? Can I close it and then I'll open it? >> Okay. Let's talk about what is the question. Miranda rights. Do I have them? What are they? >> You need to get your belongings. >> Oh, what are my Miranda rights? >> Get your belongings. >> Do I have Miranda rights? >> What are my Miranda rights? >> When I ask >> What are my Miranda rights? >> No. >> What are my belongings? You need to come out. >> Miranda rights. Do I have them >> so we can >> What are my Miranda rights? Can someone read me my Miranda rights? >> Please, even if you don't have to, just read them to her so we can go move on. These people get so hyperfocused on things. This is [sighs] she obviously y'all know she's gonna be very annoying right against the court law you have the right to a lawyer with you question a high lawyer will be a point of represent for any question fees >> you decide any time to exercise these rights and answer my question you understand these rights I read them to you and explain them to you >> cool understand these rights you wish to speak for me >> cooly well we're here because you need to leave >> oh okay >> cool you get your belongings so we can step out Sure. Cool. Thank you. >> Do you guys want to watch me leave because that's okay. [laughter] >> Sorry. No offense. >> Ashley J. I didn't even think about that. She said, "What did she do? Run and jump in the bed." She had to cuz she had to disengage the dead boat. And then when they come in there, she's back in the bed. Yeah, she did. What's this? >> After forcefully opening the door, the officer encountered this irrational female. Instead of answering basic questions, she continuously asked about her Miranda rights as if she were studying for a law exam. It was confusing. Her fixation on Miranda rights turned into a full her out. >> She's hella. >> Oh my god. >> I won't say a different way. Not today. I'll be nice today, [ __ ] Nice today, [ __ ] [ __ ] >> You know what day is this? You're a [ __ ] >> What's your plan to do after this? >> I was trying to get a Verbbo, but then Verbbo stopped working. >> What's Verbbo? >> It's an app. Oh, >> okay. There like a car app. >> No, it's like an app to get a hotel, but it's better than a hotel because Airbnb blocked me. >> Oh, okay. >> Oh my god, Summer got me that book. I'm going assume you have a place to get stuff like that after this. >> What's the question? >> You have a place to get food and stuff like that? >> No, I don't. >> No. >> Nope. I already got food. >> Okay, good. You already fed yourself? >> No, not really. I didn't really eat. >> No, not >> I took like one bite and then I was like, I'm not hungry. >> Did you guys eat today? [screaming] That's funny. >> Does the sled have to watch me or can we get her out of here? She has >> She is so rude. So, this is I don't know if she already has said it before this point, but this is where she definitely keeps calling that the woman cop out of her name. Um, I'm with Jamie. Let's get the mental health evaluation going. Noir [clears throat] Angel said Airbnb blocked her. I wonder why. Sarcasm, [laughter] right? Love Scorpion said, "I see why Airbnb blocked you." >> Oh, okay. Oh, those are the bad ones. The last time a woman's cop came, she said, "You have no Miranda rightites." And then she was like, "You're going to prison." And she sent me to prison. I got a dungeon and now she [ __ ] killed me. I hate women cops. E, why do I hate women cops? Oh, because my ex-wife was like, "I'm cheating on you with your mom." I was like, "That's [ __ ] slutty." He was like, "I'm 15. She molested me. What do I do about it?" I was like, "I don't know. Break up with me." He was like, "You break up with me, Chris." I was like, "You're my protection right now, [ __ ] What do I do about that? >> Not you, [ __ ] [ __ ] ass [ __ ] Don't look at me up and down. I need to do [ __ ] [ __ ] ME [ __ ] I HATE WHEN THEY LOOK AT ME. >> GOD, IF A WOMAN looks at me again, I'm going to get scared. >> You need to stop. >> Okay, I'll stop. >> Throw something at her again. >> I was throwing it at the wall. >> Okay, just understand that. >> Understand what? >> You throw something at the proper cops. Okay, you >> have 5 minutes to get the rest of your stuff. Okay. >> 14:49. 149. >> What time is it right now? >> 1:49. >> Okay. You have less than a minute >> to do what? >> To get yourself sickening it up. >> And do what? >> So you can >> Oh, be on the streets again. I forgot another night of being on the streets cuz a bad cop. Oh, the female cops. Okay, got it. So what's next? Bad female cops. Oh, it's a bad [ __ ] Okay, the bad coinas. Got it. What's next? He was like bad. I was like, what are you saying next? >> Bad female cops. Bad coach. Bad girls. Oh, they're in the bad girls club. Well, I don't want to be in the bad girls club. I was like, "I'll wait till I get married, you whores." Dumb ass [ __ ] What do you ass [ __ ] Get away. I hate women. When a woman raped me and I told people they were like, "You're a liar." I was like, "You want to trespass?" >> Yes, please. >> Okay. And now I'm going to leave. And then I said, "What? >> I'm going to take some pictures of the the >> Her exit was not going to be simple. She insulted the female officer for past arrests. I don'tated. >> Huh? >> You didn't ask me my first name. You said my first name. >> Who's they? Oh, good. >> Okay. Okay. Okay. I'll tell I'll tell them later. >> No, I need it. >> Who's there? Who's there? Who's there? >> I'll tell I'll go downstairs and tell management my name. >> No, you're going to tell this officer. >> Which officer? >> Okay. >> Tiana. >> No. >> What's your name? >> Your name. >> How do you spell? >> I just say Sierra. Who came up with that name? >> What is your uh idea? >> I don't have one. >> Okay. How do you spell your first name? >> How do you spell your first name? >> S U N A I N >> your last. >> How do you spell your last name? >> You understand what trespass means? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you're going to be trespassed from this property. If you come back on the property, >> I know what trespassing arrested for. It's not like this. >> Thank you. >> Like, who is so gay they can't function? Oh my god. Who is outside right now? >> All the officers. >> What? I don't care about offices, but >> I ain't going to hold you. It's not even her manic state that surprises me. It's that they actually waited the whole time for her to pack up that room. That's what surpris cuz most times people don't make it. They they did not [clears throat] get a chance to pack up that room and she is really able to pack up this room. Um she is able to multitask unlike that last family. She talking and packing. >> Who's outside right now? That's >> okay. Are you sure? cuz that's what happened last time and the officers threw me out because they said there was horny people everywhere and I was like what horny person wants to kill me because I said I'm going to stay here because that's what they I checked the app. Where's my phone? The app was like it literally said check out tomorrow. Where the [ __ ] is the app? I literally checked it right when the [ __ ] [ __ ] was banging on the door and she was like I'm going to break down the door. I was like this is Dja Vu cuz that happened when I went to the last hotel or the last verb. I was always a [ __ ] at the door saying IF YOU DON'T DIE SIERRA WILL ACTUALLY MURDER YOU. I was like, "Guys don't want to murder me. Why does a woman want me dead? Not like physically, not like sexually dead. Women want me murdered." And I was like, "Why? Why do they want me murdered? Why the [ __ ] does want to murder me?" >> You want me to roll this outside? >> Um, sure. >> Okay. swallow. Don't ask for >> whatever clothing this is. >> Sports bar right here. >> Start taking that stuff outside for me. Okay, this bag >> you have carrying that up. >> Um, probably. >> Which bag? >> I can carry all these bags. >> You can hold all bags. >> Okay. Okay. Just your wheelchair or whatever. >> I don't have a wheelchair. You have a wheelchair? You're a grandma. You have grandma's Lizzie. >> D. Valentine said they should have called the crisis team for her. But the problem is, does a crisis team exist? I think most of the time there isn't one. Grandma's allowed in. No, she's not. She wants dick. Okay, I can hear my dick. What else? Oh, that's it. Everything. >> I know. Grandma wants to take off. They're like, "Guys, get her my boyfriend." They're like, "Wait, I need to hire an Indian woman." I was like, "That's [ __ ] [ __ ] and [ __ ] bitch." [ __ ] ass mom. Hey, what's up? [ __ ] [ __ ] The woman gathered all her bags and belongings as if she were leaving this hotel to move into a royal palace. However, the story didn't end here. She turned it into a complete mess, like waging a war against the female officers. Her biggest enemy was not the law, but rather the women in uniform. But was she genuinely frustrated at the female >> [ __ ] ass [ __ ] got scared of what? Little old Sierra. >> Why you [ __ ] You're disgusting and filthy. What's next? Okay, good. Cops, I back. Any male? >> Just nasty. Oh god. >> The [ __ ] is a woman going to breathe on me and think I [ __ ] listen to that [ __ ] >> Walking up. >> I don't like it when women breathe around me. >> No. Or sniffle around me. Okay, that's fine. There you go. It always happens like that. >> Okay. >> [ __ ] everywhere. Scared [ __ ] Why? >> Okay. She's a [ __ ] [ __ ] You have to learn how to speak respectfully or you're going to die and you're on Coachina. >> [ __ ] Coina. Coina the open kitchen. >> Who has an open kitchen? >> [ __ ] [ __ ] ass lesbians and bisexual women and every woman ever is a lying [ __ ] Oh, they're not even by evil. I've been saying that for so long. How long do I have to say it? SAY IT ONE MORE TIME. [ __ ] FEMALE COP. Say what? >> Say what, [ __ ] Say what? stand in here because you're authority. You're a [ __ ] [ __ ] >> No, I hate women that think they're authority. Like, you guys are [ __ ] >> [ __ ] ass [ __ ] Go. >> I have to get rid of that. >> I don't want that thing. But I want that thing. >> We're not doing this. >> Okay, stop. >> Last time I got stuck in it. >> Sorry. Okay, if you can look at your screen, this is the time you'll want to look at it because the the the female cop has just been chilling in the cut, taking it, taking it, taking it. This girl decides to physically do something and the female cop has to remember, oh, I'm in uniform. >> Elevator. >> My god, the last time I got stuck in an elevator, what? >> What's next? Sorry, not on you on her. I was like, why do they want to molest me? Oh, it's not Oh, it's called you get molested. No one believes you by a woman. Men, that's fine. I didn't get raped. I was like, did this happen or not? Yes or no? Woman loves me. No one believes me. Why? No one would believe it cuz I was asleep at the time. Who cares? Physically asleep, >> [ __ ] Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt her. I didn't mean to hurt her. >> Okay. >> I actually didn't mean to hurt. >> What? I got her. >> Oh, okay. >> Arrested for what? That girl is lucky that the two cops, at least the one that stayed in the elevator, that girl is lucky because let that woman have had a different partner. Like, oh, I didn't get to her in time and she got a couple licks in or something. Woo! Girlm4 [clears throat] >> warrant. >> No battery on a peace officer. >> Oh, >> what's a battery? What's a battery? >> Don't throw things. People get mad. >> What about all my stuff? No. >> Specifically, you throw things at home. >> Oh, I didn't know that. But they threw things >> inside the elevator. The woman was stopped from throwing things, but she was determined to test the police's patience. However, what was the outcome? Handcuffs. That was when her behavior suddenly changed and she started telling emotional stories. While in reality, she had already created an enormous problem. >> From Lasus? >> I don't like I don't like going to jail here. >> But are you are you were you born here? >> Born in Lasus. >> Yeah. >> No, I was born in Cincinnati. But I got my passport. It's going to the Verbo. The Verbo that trespassing. Do do you have uh any family here in Losius? >> No, they're all from Cincinnati or at >> what family are you? Where does my parents live? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, you don't have any anyone you can contact here in Losius that lives here? >> You just go place to place. Do you have a vehicle here? >> No, my car is at my parents house. My mom put it in her name. >> Okay. So, how'd you get here? >> You just got a Uber somewhere. There you go. One of those. I I don't know. >> Okay. And you understand why you're in handcuffs, right? >> I threw something. I was mad. I was like in a bad mood. >> I at an officer. So, I'm just letting you know that's why you're nuts. Okay. >> Well, the last time I got arrested was cuz a woman told me that I was bad and I wasn't doing anything. I was like drawing. I was like writing a poem and then they came to Waterburger and they're like, "You're trespassing." And I was like, "No, I'm not." They're trying to charge my phone. And then they were like, "What's your charger?" I was like, "I have like multiple charges." So, I dumped all my charges and that's when she arrested me and attacked me. And then I said, "What are my Miranda rightites?" And then she did what you guys did and like took away all my stuff and said, "You're going to jail." And then when I got to jail, they were like, "This is this is" and then they said, "Who's Reba McIntyre? What's your favorite color?" And then they asked me another question and I was like, "What are you guys saying?" And then I had to go in a dungeon in the basement and I had to sit there for like I don't know how many days and then finally I left. >> So when's the last time you got some sleep uh sweating? >> I slept for like 14 hours last night and then I woke up >> last night. >> Yeah. Well, I don't know because I thought it was 400 p.m. and then it was >> They were like it's 400 p.m. Then they said it was >> Did you sleep last night though? >> What night? Or did you sleep? Did you sleep at all? Have you slept at all? >> Today >> or yesterday? >> I didn't sleep for a couple days. >> So, when's the last time? >> When's the last time you slept though? >> I took like a power nap for like an hour and a half. >> Okay. When's the last time you ate or you actually >> like two bites? >> Okay. >> Okay. So, she is semihomeless possibly if what if we believe the things that she says. Um cuz she said I slept on the street. So, she got that room this time. We know she's been banned from Airbnb based on what she says. Um, so yeah, she might, this might be sleep deprivation. Sleep deprivation can have you acting crazy, but she also has a history. It's not just this time. She she is very familiar with the police, so I don't know. She does need help. >> You know what city you're in? >> Massachusetts. >> Okay. You know what state? >> This is the first place I went after rehab. >> Do you know who the president is? Just making sure. Okay. I just want to make sure. >> All right. >> All right. >> In the end, when the officers asked her questions, she responded confusedly. Surprisingly, when asked who the country's president was, she answered correctly. This proved that she still had some awareness and understanding left. Thankfully, the officers quickly resolved the matter and placed her in jail. She was charged with criminal damage to property and battery on peace officer. So, in the end, if you would >> when can they order a mental health evaluation? Is that only some states that can do that? Cuz she's a candidate for sure. Jacqueline says somebody's funding her stays in hotels. Yeah. Yeah. She actually says she's going to be homeless. Homeless. If she act like that, the shelter is going to ban her, too. Yeah. This child. All right, y'all. Motheraughter duo take over entire hotel before crazy arrest. >> 15th, 2024, the town of Palm Beach Police Department was called to the scene at an upscale hotel for reports of a disturbance at the location. The following shows the bodywn worn camera footage of what happened during the incident. >> We have two guests that are clearly drunk and they're being very aggressive towards other people and they already start hitting people. I want to get them out of here, I guess. Are they Are they uh Do they stay at the hotel? >> Yes. Like we're kicked them out and we exported them out, but they were >> They are They are guests. >> They are. >> You know what? And they evicted out of here. >> They are now. >> All right. Okay. Relax. Okay. I got this. Okay. Hope chill out. I'll take care of it. >> I'm gone. >> I know. But just let me I know. I got the story already. Oh, now see that makes me go back. I need to rewind and see how did she approach the cop cuz he's already kind of like I don't know. He didn't like how she came at him. So, let me see again what happened. >> I want to get him out of here, I guess. Are they Are they uh Did they stay at the hotel? >> Yes. Like kicked them out and we explored them out, but they were too >> They are They are guests. >> They are. And they evicted out of here. >> They are. now. >> All right. Okay. Relax. Okay. I got this. Okay. Chill out. I'll take care of it. >> I'm gone. >> I know, but let me I know. I got the story already. Let me do my job. >> Hold on, honey. Okay, then. >> All right. I don't think she did that much. I don't know. Y'all let me know what y'all think about that little small interaction right there. >> Listen, I promise you right now. >> Okay. How you doing there? Let me Let me We're going to talk. I'll let you talk, but I want to do it outside because I can't hear in here. Let's walk outside. >> So, listen. >> Let's Let's walk outside, honey. I don't want Not inside. >> I don't want to talk inside. >> Wait, >> please. Outside. >> I want I want to say it because we don't drink alcohol. All let's talk outside, please. >> Please. Come on. Let's just talk out. I don't want to disturb anybody else. Okay. >> Okay. Stop that. That's why I want to bring it outside. >> I mean, that's just >> What do you got? You got your ID. What you got? >> No, cuz we didn't You had to. >> That's for ID. That's all. >> I know. We left it in the room cuz we didn't see somebody. >> Okay. Not a problem. Listen, we've gone through a really bad time right now. I'm telling you. >> I can hear I'm right here. I'm right here. I can hear you. >> Okay. But I don't know who you are. So, I got to know who you are first. >> So, what's your first name? Two people. I'm at magic here. One person. >> Okay. Let me tell you just what I saw. >> Okay. >> All of a sudden, these people just so mean and just like um knock me over and >> wait. In the dining room. >> Yeah. And and listen, like I'm in the travel business and and she's with me, my daughter, and I was knocked down. >> Okay. [laughter] Wow. said, "I think it was just too much noise. But she seemed something. She had something. >> And but listen, I didn't care about that. >> And then um she and then she was over there. Um >> when you when were you checking out? Tomorrow. >> No, I'm here. I just checked in today. >> Okay. Well, they not going to probably want you to stay here. Okay. They got that right. >> Wait, what? Of course. Guess these people are [ __ ] liberal. >> Wait a minute. What happened? >> They have a right. If they don't want you to stay here, they give you right. >> Well, I just came today. That's >> Please not. >> You know what? Do me a favor. If you're going to talk, don't curse. >> I'm not going to curse to you. It's being Everything's being Everything you say is being recorded. I cannot hear two people talking at once. If you She's going to talk. You can't talk. >> All I know is >> I can't pick up what you're saying when she talks. >> Hang on. I did nothing wrong. What I did >> recorded that. >> I don't know what I did. >> You recorded that. >> You did nothing wrong. >> Okay. What's going to happen? >> We did nothing. We came to a hotel. >> Okay. Whatever. Ashley J said the opposite's accent makes me think he says use a lot. Yes, I think he does. Like youth's got to calm down. Yes, [laughter] that's what he gives me. Jamie said pops is close to retirement. It seems he's not here for the BS that Yes. When he's over here talking about [laughter] I don't know how to put it. I've heard other officers say it, but he does seem like Look, I'm old school. One at a time. I'm not dealing with all this. Be Please be quiet, little lady. Like I feel like that's [laughter] Yes, that's what I'm getting from this cop. Um, let me see. Yeah, he sound like a old older officer. [laughter] Jacqueline said the officer sounds like New York. Mhm. Yeah, they're doing they they brought the political stuff in. Y'all know I be trying to just chill on it. I don't have nothing to say, but I I clocked them. I'll say that. >> Are you telling me I'm [ __ ] arrested? I don't give a [ __ ] Are you telling me to leave THE HOTEL? If you don't leave, you have to go to jail. >> Why are we paying so much money? >> Well, so >> I'm going to jail. If they don't want you if you're listening to s you have to stand here and watch me move away please. [laughter] >> I don't know why that tickles me cuz I was like is this man in the window with his wine? He don't have his phone out but he got his wine out. Lovable Scorpion said, "I actually like this officer because I'm not up for all this nonsense. [laughter] The daughter said that, yanked Tia's arm, said, "You're coming with me. You are not trustworthy. If you want to come in, come in. >> And that's and that's for the male officer's protection as well. Um some people seem quick to throw out some accusations and then that's not what happened. >> You're not right. because she does doesn't even take a second to listen to anything I say. >> She got you >> and she's got this attitude. >> What do you have to pack? >> Then you want to listen to one thing I got to say. >> Grab yourself >> then. All righty. >> Go. Have a seat. >> Yeah. I'll >> give you a bit of a shove. Okay. >> You okay? >> All right. All righty. >> Ashley Maria Carter now faces charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct. >> Okay, they gave her criminal trespass, so she wasn't supposed to be in there. The man Okay, thank you. I missed that part. The manager said she just ran into his room. Okay, I missed that part cuz I fig I know y'all has said how she get in his room. Um, he don't know her. Ask him. I don't have nothing to say. Ask him why he called you. I didn't call you. >> 10:12. >> 1012 cancel. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Nah, bro. I got the right before we go anywhere. Hey, bro. >> All right, relax. >> We're investigating. >> We're going to investigate. So, I'm being cool with you. All right. >> Do what y'all got to do. I know my rights, bro. You're not about to hold me, bro. >> Yeah. 100%. >> You're not about to write. You're not about to hold me, bro. >> Okay. >> Time out. >> All right. >> You're being detained. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Hold on. You got his legs. >> Look at me, bro. I ain't playing. >> I got it right here. >> Try astronauts, bro. Yeah, that knee was strong. That knee might have been excessive. He he he dropped weight on that knee instead of just, you know, put the knee on to keep him restrained. Knee was strong. >> Turn your hand away. >> You were resisting, sir. You were tensing up your muscles. >> All right. >> I certainly am. You have any weapons on you? >> You have anything going to stab me, poke me, anything like that? I know. Do you have anything that's going to stab me or poke me? >> Okay. >> He does. He has a knife. Cool. >> It's a knife. Yes. >> Yeah. >> So, when I ask you if there's going to something that's going to stab me or poke me, this is why I asked >> stab because it's folded. How is he going to stab you? [snorts] >> I roll. Roll over this way. >> Yep. Roll over on the other side. >> Why you being so rough with me, bro? >> He's not. >> Yes, you are. Tennessee for >> get up. >> On the count of three. One, two, three. >> This all routine, y'all, man. >> Stand up, bro. Use your feet. >> As happy as I don't know what, man. >> God just as happy as I don't know what, man. >> I'm going to walk in the car. Uh, you want to try and find your witness? >> Yeah. Let Let me walk into the car with you just in case cuz he's been giving us trouble. >> I've been giving you trouble. >> Yes, sir. behind your back. >> You resist it. You tense up your muscles. You >> trying to leave on your bike behind your back once you got off the bike. >> Listen, your job, bro. I understand, man. >> And that's why you had to be taken to the ground. >> I know. And you're not making it easy on us, my man. >> Face car right here. I'm just going to do a job, man. Face car. >> You see, I ain't fighting back. I ain't got to do all this, man. >> Listen. Listen. Just a little bit when you can. >> Yep. I got you. >> Yep. >> But he started it. >> I know. >> Definitely. >> So, you got to investigate, man. >> All right. I'm going to listen. Let's scuff up a little bit. All right. >> I'm detained. >> You are currently detained until we figure out what's going on. >> My city is going that far. >> Thank you for going low. I was going to go low. >> I feel it, too. Thank you so much. It was It was quicker. >> Yeah. >> Hop in, chief. >> Can I keep the door like this, please? >> Listen. Yeah. Hop in >> like this. >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> I'm going to talk to you, but but kick your legs in. >> Come on, man. Keep your feet. >> I'm going to keep the door open. Slide back. >> You got all the You got a pothole, bro. >> Please don't close me in here, bro. >> I'm going to close you in unless you slide back. >> If you slide back, I'll leave it open. A little bit more. >> Little bit more. >> Don't close me in. Please. >> My leg's there. Door's not closed. >> Close me, please. Bro, >> do you have my identification on you? >> Yes. >> Okay. in my left pocket. >> Left pocket. >> Yes. >> Yeah. Yeah, I'm good. >> But he if he want to press charge, I'm screwed. >> What's up? >> If he want to press charge, can we >> Which left pocket, bro? >> The back pocket. Back pocket. Right pocket. I'm stupid. >> Cuz >> unless you dump my wallet out, you threw it on the ground. >> So, it's in the wallet. >> You threw it on the ground. >> Okay. Yeah, I did take your wallet out. Yeah, >> man. He did all this. He called the police and you know how they do, [snorts] >> bro. But you got it. Listen, listen. Listen to me. All right. If I tell you I'm going to investigate something and you're like, "Nah, I'm leaving." You can't do that, bro. >> I didn't say I was leaving. >> You definitely did. >> I did not say I was leaving. >> You started moving. You started scooching on that bike. That doesn't work. >> I said it's my >> right cuz I don't know how the hell that happened. >> I said, "Put your hand behind your back." No. All that. >> That's the first time it ever happened, bro. I swear to God, bro. I don't know how that bike did not start right then and there. But >> all right. [snorts] So, since you need 10 seconds, move your feet. No. Move your feet. Move your >> feet. Pick up the car. I was sitting in the back and um um he was already rude and everything earlier, but then I was like, >> "Okay, cuz the title has said entitled bully attacks hotel worker over ice and this man got the ice sitting on his desk and it's I I have a odd sense of humor and I'm just like I don't know why is the ice on the desk right now. And I know it could be something simple, but it's just I don't know. I'm now gonna be focused on the icing on the desk. Like, isn't it gonna melt? Like, it's some on the towel that's gonna melt immediately. It's paper on the desk. I don't know. >> He just wants to charge him with his stuff. And then he kept yelling as I walked by cuz he wanted more eyes. I'm like, sir, I can't have you do that. He's like, he won't because I'm a guest. And I'm like, >> you know what? We're done. Cuz he's like taking over a table and everything. And then that's when he goes, "Well, I'm going to if I have to beat your ass, I will." And then he got up. I had nowhere to go. So I go behind Starbucks and then that's what he just >> Okay. So you're with the fist multiple times. >> Oh yeah. He was he was ready to go fight. And then I'm like, "What are you doing? What are you?" And then he just like he punched me here. I fell to the floor. Black out at all consciousness. >> I don't know. Like I hit my head really hard at the floor. Um like crunch back here. But >> I guess everything is like home. >> Do you want to press charges? >> Yes. Absolutely. >> Yes. You said you still want to press charges, right? Yeah. >> Okay. Uh, can you tell me the story pretty much again what happened? >> Yeah. Um, so he came in, >> he sat down on the table and we had an interaction where I'm telling him, "Give me a second. Let me wipe down." He was very, he wanted to argue. >> And then I'm just like, "Look, I'm just trying to take care of you." Like, "Oh, okay." And he said, >> so right now, yeah, it doesn't sound like he was a guest cuz cuz he said he came in, but I don't know if he meant came in the area or came in the hotel, but looks like he was demanding ice and it had to be on his time. Uh, he could not wait and he that sound like you just already wanted to get violent with somebody. >> Like, you know what? He's probably just trying to charge some stuff. Whatever. He It was already disrespective disrespectful the first time. Um so since I had to tell him I'm not talking to you that way. That was before like when he was trying to sit down the first time. And then I'm like look just have a seat. I'll take care of you. And then I kept taking he sat there for about like an hour and a half without ordering anything. That's fine. But he kept yelling at me asking for ice as I'm taking care of other guests. And then that's why I told him, "I can't have you do it." He's like, "Well, you will because I'm a guest." And I'm like, "Well, at this point, you're not. And you have to go." And then that's why he said, "Well, if you don't take care of me, I'm going to beat your ass." So, he was sitting on the table. I'm standing on this side cuz it's a booth. This side's standing up. And then he already got up like ready to fight. And then that's when I went like behind Starbucks cuz they didn't know where else to go. When you say behind Starbucks, do you mean like the >> There's a like a metal curtain. >> Okay. >> And then that's where I I guess I try to be in between and he just pushed it out and then that's when he was ready to go fight. >> Okay. >> And like put his arms up ready to go. And then um he tried to punch me a couple times. When he punched me here almost at the end, that's when I fell. And then that's when I hit my head on the floor. And then that's what he tried to keep punching me. And I kept having my arms up so he wouldn't punch me. I'm on the floor and then he's just >> on top of me. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. >> And then when he walks away, I'm like, "What's wrong with you?" And then he was coming back. And then that's where I just went around and I and I left. Um. >> All right. So, yes. Yes. Before we can have a conversation, you know the drill. >> You know the drill. >> That means I'm under arrest. >> Now [clears throat] you know what you did. Okay. Okay. So, that man definitely has some uh rage he needs to deal with and he going to have to go to jail for um he's the guy said that he claimed he was a guest. So, I don't know. >> That does not mean you're under arrest. All right, let me explain it to you. Okay, so because you are detained, because you are not free to leave, I cannot ask you any question that I want to without letting you know what your rights are. Okay, that's all me. That's all I'm doing. I am telling you what your rights are. You're telling me you understand, and then we can have a conversation if you want to. Okay. So, let me do my job. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? [snorts] Now, now that you have these rights in mind and now that you're aware of your rights, do you want to have a conversation with me? >> Cool. So, what's going on? >> I'm I'm all yours now, man. >> So, what am I doing here today? >> Do you not want to have a conversation anymore? >> I do. So then why are you being I'm asking you why are you here? >> And as soon as I got here, you said it's in there. They're in there. >> This is your chance to tell us your side of the story. If you don't want to tell us your side and have a chance to defend your side, that's fine. But this is your >> Why am I the only one in handcuffs though? >> So because that's all we got right now. So tell us your side. So maybe somebody else needs to be put in handcuffs, but this is your chance to tell us that. >> You're not under arrest right now. Right now you're detained for what? >> People showing up out of nowhere. >> I do not see a wallet. >> Yes. Look at this. >> He's been ID. Thank you. >> So, do you want to share your side of the story? >> All these people should not. >> All of these people have nothing to do with you. All these people came on a bus. I don't know why you're concerned with them. >> You're in handcuffs. You should be concerned about you and whatever happened here today. >> I wonder why. So I told you I told you you weren't allowed to leave and then you try to screw it off on your little [ __ ] bike. That's why you're in handcuffs. >> Y'all take advantage of people's rights. >> Absolutely. Absolutely not. If if if I'm not under arrest, >> I have no right. >> There's a 100% difference between not being able to leave and being under arrest. All right. You're detained for an investigation. >> Why would I able to leave? >> Cuz you were detained for an investigation. Like I told you, >> you said detained. >> Detained is when someone >> So we can have this argument about detain, arrest, all that good [ __ ] Would you like to tell me your side of the story? >> I don't like arguing at all. >> So, do you want to tell us what happened before? >> You don't like arguing at all, but you punched that man repeatedly. You attacked that man. You sat in their area for an hour and a half. Fine. They didn't bother you. You demand ice. You don't want anything. And he's not doing it on your time. And you are punching that man. And then you go back to punch him again. But you you don't argue. Okay. You don't argue because you just go to punching. >> Before we arrive here, this is your chance. Yes or no? Do you want to tell us? >> This is the thing. That guy is aggressive. >> Okay. Which guy? >> Jamie. [laughter] Jamie said he's sitting there looking like a fool in geranimals. I'm done. >> Very aggressive. Like I told you, I was sitting at the table asking for ice. That's all I needed. >> Where were you sitting at the table? >> Uh Closest to wherever. >> Was it like inside the Starbucks though? >> No. >> Or inside the lobby? >> Clos they clos. >> So I went down >> closest to Starbucks and I just asked for ice. I already had my own drink. >> Okay, cool. >> So I was just asking him for ice. This guy was like acting like aggressive like the whole time like he had >> So what was he? All right. What was he saying? >> I don't remember what he was saying, [snorts] >> but it was aggressive. There was an attitude behind >> the whole time. >> Okay. >> I don't know if it's because I got the bandana on this style to me. I don't wear this like all the time. This style. >> I mean, the bandana doesn't really scream aggressive. >> Nothing, bro. >> Right. [laughter] Don't you dare. Don't start. Don't you start now. Don't you start. You punched that man. That's why you're here. You're here because you did something. Not what you're wearing. >> Like the same color y'all got on, but it don't mean nothing. And then they the hotel didn't discriminate against him because it's not like as soon as he sat down they were like, "Oh, he couldn't be a guest here." and kicked him out. He said that man sat there for an hour and a half. >> Like he stereotyped me and obviously >> I don't know. >> I don't know. I don't know what the hell happened. I swear to God, bro. >> So he's being aggressive and all that stuff. Then what happened? >> Ask him. I want to see this. >> I'm asking you, bro. You were there, too. >> That's all I ask. He was acting aggressive. >> I'm sorry. >> He was acting aggressive. >> Okay. >> That's all I have. >> So, from the time that he was being aggressive to the time that I saw you outside of the >> You see how I came out? Did I come out hostile? >> No. >> You walked right past me >> cuz I didn't know you were involved. >> Exactly. >> How am I supposed to know? I wasn't >> holding an ice pack and holding this and he's acting. So, also then the cop didn't stereotype you cuz he walked right past you. He didn't even assume you were the one that they were looking for. So, let's move on to something else with your violent behind. >> Why is he holding an ice pack? >> Ask him, bro. >> I'm asking you. >> Ask >> because if I ask him and he tells me one thing and then you don't tell me anything, guess whose story I'm going with? >> Listen, it progressed because of him. >> Okay. So explain to me what this progression is. >> But now he's trying to act like he's want to press charges. >> I don't even know what he wants to press charges for because I've been dealing with you this entire time. >> I do not either. But when he was standing at the door with ice pack something physical. >> Listen, when he was standing at the door with the ice pack, he said, "I want to press charges whining and stuff like >> Okay, Christopher, I understand that. But like I told you, I have not spoke to him yet. I don't know what charges he wants to. He can press charges all day, but if I don't have a crime, then not I can't press charges. >> So I don't have a crime. I was minding my business getting ice, bro. It should be on some kind of camera. >> And then after the ice, why is he holding an ice pack? >> Ask him. >> I am asking you. >> I'm telling the truth. And that is all I tell is >> You're really not telling me anything >> because >> So this is the story you got so far. You You asked Bryce. >> Yes, sir. >> He was aggressive. You magically transported outside in the carport. I'm missing a whole chunk there >> because somewhere in that chunk, man's holding an ice pack saying he wants to press charges. So now I'm curious to know what transpired between the argument about the ice and the time that I met with you in the lock. >> I want to see if he what he going to say. Honestly, I want to see if he going to tell the truth. >> Okay, so here's the thing. When I go talk to him and he tells me everything and he doesn't play games with me. >> Hey, I don't play games. >> I gave you the dumbest method. you. I feel like the only time people say that is usually it's because they did the thing and they try not to overly tell on themselves or something. But that doesn't make sense. You need to talk about what happened. But I mean, why would he? Honestly, he just he just needs to use his right to remain silent cuz nothing he says is going to help him. But how is the other man going to help you tell your story about how you beat up on him? >> The chance and tell me what happened. No, no, no. Listen, I'm giving you the chance to tell me what happened and all you want to tell me is ask him. So, I'm going to ask him. He tells me, you didn't tell me anything. I go by his story. >> This is what happened. I asked him >> for a [snorts] cup of ice. Yep. >> I asked him for a third cup of ice. He was like, "Oh, well, >> we don't want to do this because you I you you complaining because me as for ice." >> Okay. >> And then after the third cup, I'm like, "Okay." I held up a cup because I still had some ice. But I'm like, bro, I'm just seeing like, you know, like, you know, cuz I know how people act around here. >> True. >> So, I asked him for the third cup because I want >> I just feel like he came in there wanting smoke. I think he didn't believe that man was going to give him a first cup of ice and it happened. So, he still needed smoke. So, he gets a second cup of ice. Still no conflict happen. So, now you pushing for the third cup of ice cuz it's not something that you need. I just feel like he wanted to be like, "Oh, see how they treat me. You assume blah blah blah." He had nowhere to be. He got too much time on his hands and too much rage inside of himself. >> Take it to go and put it in my my little uh thermal the thing. I got the drink thing I got. >> Yep. >> I wanted to put it in that to go. >> Okay. >> I asked him for a third cup and he started complaining and this and that and he swelled up on me and you can see everything. Like if he tell you the truth, bro, he going to see that. He swed up on me, acting like the whole time he was serving me. He said, "I'm here for you. I'm a guest." But at the same time, he was acting aggressive the whole time. >> Okay? >> And I'm like, "Yo, I'm being cordial. I'm being presentable. I'm being like as polite as I possibly can." >> All right. >> And it's like, he has no reason to do that. Like, why is he acting that way? But after I kept asking him for ice, and I'm not asking him for nothing extravagant. Ice. >> Ice. Yep. I got you. And he's being aggressive. That's kind of out of the line. All right. >> Acting aggressive. >> Let me tell you right now. I'm going to tell you right now. Let me be a waitress and you are peacemealing out that you want a lot of ice and you not getting nothing. So you just wasting my time and they and the and the company gives me the right to refuse to continue to serve you. I'm not serving you. You He's riding my last nerves and I wasn't even the one that had to deal with him. No, you can get that. You're pushing it with the the the second cup of ice. You're definitely pushing it. And like the man keeps saying he was there an hour and a half. You just loitering. You're just you you're just being a nuisance. I'm sorry. That's what you are being. And then you actually are the one that did get aggressive and violent. That's crazy. What entitlement do you have? You attack that man. I don't know if I'd be bringing the second cup of ice. I might get the first maybe, but I'm telling you after that I'm I'm asking you to leave or I'm grabbing somebody like can you just tell him get out my section like please I'm not doing this? >> I defended myself. >> So, okay. So, I understand that >> I defended myself. >> What did he do that made you feel like I need to defend myself? >> He defended I defended myself. You can see it everything. >> Sure. But like I said, I haven't seen the camera yet. on asking you what did he do that prompted you to be like I need to defend myself. I need to make sure I'm okay. >> You sit on camera. I swear to God, bro. I'm not no [ __ ] bro. I'm not going to [ __ ] with you. I'm not going to waste your time. >> So, you keep saying that you don't want to [ __ ] with me. >> You literally are a BSE. You literally are wasting time. You're saying a whole lot of nothing. And then he's dangerous because one, he's already been violent and he's trying to rewrite what actually happened. I people like thatm they are very very very dangerous. >> All right and I appreciate that but everything you've been doing up until now uh is pretty much [ __ ] >> I'm I'm asking you very direct questions. I want to get your side of the story. You're telling me to go look at cameras. All right. So I'm going to go look at cameras. I'm going to go talk to him. Something tells me that he's going to tell me the whole whole story without all this back and forth. So we're gonna see what happens. Man, just just hang tight, man. >> Yeah. Hang tight. Just get comfortable in fact because you about to have a ride to your next destination. So go ahead and sit back and chill. Uh, let me turn on the air for you. >> He was charged with burglary of a structure with battery with a prior conviction and resisting arrest without violence. >> Burglary. Hold on. That was new for me. Hold on a second. Burglary of a structure with battery. Okay. Yeah. Terrorizing that man. Okay. Um, I think this is going to be our last one. Last one because I got to keep taking my notes for the Niah Harris uh closing arguments and all that. So, last one. Entitled woman loses it after getting kicked out of motel. I don't think I've seen this one. >> First, 2025. Officers were dispatched to a Motel 6 after a guest was causing a disturbance following a dispute over her room. >> I'm okay. How are you? >> I'm going to be better when this man get my honey. >> Okay. What's going on tonight? >> He gave us A ROOM. THIS ROOM DON'T HAVE A LICK of heat in here. >> Okay. >> I call him 10 minutes into THE STAY. WE GET UP TO THE ROOM. I TELL HIM THERE'S NO HEAT. HE >> WHEN DID you check in there? >> Did you just check IN TONIGHT? >> NO, WE DID. WE CHECKED IN TONIGHT. >> OKAY. >> WE CALL HIM 10 MINUTES INTO THE STATE. I TELL HIM THERE'S NO HEAT. >> THE LITTLE AIR CONDITIONER WAS BLOWING OUT HEAT. THE [ __ ] stopped working. >> Okay. >> I call him 10 minutes into the state. I'm like, "Listen, THERE'S NO HEAT." HE BRINGS TWO little portable little heaters that I got underneath MY COMPUTER THAT'S AT HOME. >> THEM SHIT'S not working. >> OKAY. >> WE GO TO SLEEP. WE WAS DRUNK. THAT WAS THE ONLY PURPOSE OF US EVEN STAYING HERE CUZ WE WERE DRUNK. YOU FEEL ME? WE JUST START DRINKING RIGHT DOWN THE STREET. I'M LIKE, "SHIT, we going to stay here." >> Yeah. >> 10 minutes into the stage, man. Stop working, I guess. CUZ WE WAKE UP AND THERE'S no heat. >> Gotcha. >> I I CALL THE FRONT. I TELL HIM I WANT MY MONEY BACK, BRO. I said, "Well, put us IN A DIFFERENT ROOM." HE SAID, "I CAN'T LEAVE THE front desk." >> Yeah. >> So, WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? CUZ I'M NOT I COULD HAVE SLEPT IN MY CAR, BRO. IT'S COLD AS [ __ ] IN THERE. >> I GOT YOU. What What are you wanting to see happen? >> I WANT EITHER A NEW ROOM OR I want my money back. That's it. So, I can get up out of here, bro. >> I know that they can't do refunds at the front desk. Let me talk to him and see. Um, >> he told me he's not giving me another home. I guess my behavior, but I don't understand. I I can tell you this. Try to bring it down a little bit. Otherwise, they'll end up trespassing you cuz that's >> All right. So, would I be mad if my room lost heat? Yes, I didn't catch it. Did she say that they did or did not offer her to move her to a different room with heat? Um, unfortunately, again, you have to if you are the one that starts getting crazy and I rate, they could just say, you know what, we'll wash our hands. You got to go. So, you got to you got to play your cards right and hopefully you get put in another room. If not, you kind of got to argue it through the corporate way and get your refund, your credit that way. Um, it a lot of times the night people can't do a lot either. Um, night shift possibly sometimes can't do a lot, but she already said she's drunk, so we know when she's not going to handle it in the best way. Auntie Netty said no, they did not. They didn't offer her another room. Okay, so we're going to keep going. And then the police has try to tell her, "Hey, calm down cuz it'll turn into something else. We don't want to arrest you." >> Usually what happens at any of the hotels when we have an issue, but try to calm down. Let me talk to him. Let me see where I can get for you. We'll go from there. Okay. >> Well, the room is not even in my name. It's in my boyfriend's name. >> He said what? >> It sounds like they want you trespass, but let me see. >> Please. And thank you cuz like I should be trespassing. What? You also need to bring it down a notch in the meantime, too. What? What? One way or another. So, give me a second. Where's Ronnie at? >> Okay. Y'all said they just gave her some heaters. She's saying the heaters don't work either. Uh, this is March. I don't know what state they're in, but this is March 1st, 2025. As far as the date. Um, but in a lot of places, nighttime gets cold, even if it's in a hot place. I would be very upset if I had a cold room and the heaters weren't working. I'm not taking that away from her, but it it's all in how you handle it and it sucks, but you put yourself at the mercy of the private business on the way you handle things and then at the mercy of law enforcement if they have to get them involved. >> Now, here's my thing. if I don't understand why he can't issue her a card to another room because just cuz he can't leave the desk, giving somebody a different assigned room does not require you to leave the desk. So, I would I don't know if we're probably not going to get that explanation, but I would like to know what does it have to do with you not being able to leave the desk? You don't have to leave the desk to assign someone else another room. It's too late cuz of you know they want her to trespass now, but I don't understand that excuse. That doesn't make sense. And I feel like if any of my other hotel workers that have ever worked at a hotel, I don't understand that reasoning. >> He won't open [snorts] it. >> He said no other reason. And he wants to trust. >> Okay. Well, tell him to give me the number for corporate cuz we rented this room through my job. So, I know that I can get my money back through price. >> Oh, girl. Just get your money back. Get your money back. It's still inconvenient. I would be irritated and annoyed not saying that. Get your money back then if you know that. So, it's not even a fight for your refund. You know you can get your money back. Just go through the things to get your money back and get out of there before you end up in the wrist jewelry. >> You booked through Price Line. >> You have to go through them for the refund anyway. You can still contact corporate tomorrow and whatever you want to do as far as >> I still want corporate information. I'll still contact Price Line, but I want his information. I want his >> This is 2025. If you don't Google their information for corporate and he doesn't have to give you're already being trespassed. He ain't got to give you a name or nothing. It's too late for all of that. It's too late. You can do deductive reasoning and find out who was on shift at another time for that day, that time of night. Blah blah blah. But you got to go. Oh, Ashley said I thought the room was in her boyfriend name. Oh, so now she said it's under my company. Then she says in her boyfriend name, "Oh, you know, that makes it worse for her cuz now things are not even staying consistent name and I want corporate information because >> I called you PROFESSIONALLY ON THE PHONE." YES, I did. >> I was going to say pull it up. >> Stop your ID. >> I ain't got to go back and forth. My ID? No, I don't. I have nothing on me. I got my social if you need that. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I have to fill you out a trespass form. >> Go ahead and get >> what you're saying. >> And I I'm not giving you none of my information until y'all ask give me the information that I just asked y'all. >> You give us the information or you'll be arrested. >> You going to arrest me because I'm asking I just asked y >> that's at least a second warning if not a third warning about being arrested. And I think sometimes people think that they were being professional on the phone, but they weren't. But it's they're acting better than maybe they normally would. So they think they're being professional, but it's still not professional. It's still not like a a effective communication. [laughter] So she might have tried to act better than she normally would, but that doesn't mean that you came to the level of uh you know, acceptable acceptability of someone that has to deal with you as the employee. And I'm going tell you what, night shift gets it the worst. So >> for the information, >> hold on, ma'am. What are >> you saying? If you don't give us your information, which I know he just did, you can be arrested. We're not >> gave it to you. It's on camera. Then I just gave it to you. >> BECAUSE HE DIDN'T KEEP UP, THAT'S HIS personal problem. That doesn't make sense. >> Hold on one second. To review our body cam, I'd have to go back to the PD and download. >> Okay, let's go to the PD. >> Nope. Ma'am, hold on. >> You're not free to leave. LET'S GO TO THE PD >> BECAUSE I JUST CHOPPED UP $90 AND Y'ALL DON'T GIVE a >> Did you or your job or your boyfriend chop up $90? Cuz you said this was through your job. Then y'all said she also said her boyfriend got it. So why are we so pressed about $90 that's supposedly not coming out of our pocket that you can for sure as in your words you can get your money back. She is she is doing too much for me at this point as well. Wow. Um, and Loveable Scorpion, even the cheapest hotels, as long as they at least have the electronic room cards, it's not. She wouldn't probably get an upgrade. No, there's no upgrades. The rooms probably be about the same either way except the size of the beds. But only problem I have with this person that's working this night shift is, "What do you mean you couldn't give a another card cuz you can't leave the desk?" I feel like you should just go ahead and say, "I'm not issuing her another room because I'd actually rather her be trespassed." I feel like that's more the thing than you are restricted from issuing a new key card to a different room. >> You're not free to go. >> You're under arrest. Come here. >> Okay. You got TO BE CAREFUL. HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. I HAVE A TORN SHOULDER. BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> I HAVE A TORN SHOULDER. >> QUIT PULLING AWAY. >> I'M TELLING you I have a TORN ROTATOR CUFF. >> OKAY, put your ease up. >> Okay. I'm telling you to BE CAREFUL WITH MY SHOULDER. >> If are you talking about? >> LET ME FIND MY BOYFRIEND SO HE CAN GET MY [ __ ] >> STOP. >> Stop pulling away. >> Stop pulling away. Give me what's in your hands. >> Give me what? >> I'mma put my [ __ ] in my bag. Y don't got to >> We don't need to make this a hard situation for nothing because I asked for a different room. >> Put your hand behind your back. >> This is about the 12th time I've told you. >> This [ __ ] is crazy. >> We're not reaching in a bag. >> What? My shoulder? You going to dislocate my shoulder? Are you serious? >> You just dislocated MY [ __ ] SHOULDER. PUT YOUR OTHER ARM behind your back. >> Now you're getting a charge of resisting arrest as well. >> That's okay. >> My mom's a lawyer, so I don't give a >> Can I get my lighter? >> Nope. >> And I'm pressing charges. >> I cannot wait to press charges. >> Walk has a car. And there's a gun on the Thank you very >> Yeah. Where's the GUN AT? >> GET OFF OF MY ARM LIKE THAT. >> WHERE IS THE GUN AT? >> CHARGERS ON YOU, OFFICER. SHOW YOUR NAME. >> WHERE'S THE GUN? >> Show your name. >> Show it's RIGHT HERE IN MY BAG. Show your name. >> Yeah, I'm pressing charges on you. >> I'm definitely pressing charges on you. Let me get this away. >> I can't wait to press charges on you. You racist as >> now. Now, h see this is this is okay. Y'all know the one that made me mad on the behalf of that black woman. That was the one where that woman pulled out that weapon and they still tried to make the black woman aggressive in the Publix, right? This is the kind that I hate when they say stuff like that. Like, now would that man have had more patience, the the the the desk clerk would have had more patience possibly with a drunk person that was not black? Maybe. Maybe. But you have done so many actions that I can see why they don't want to even deal with you anymore. We'll never know for sure about the other part, but no. And they asked you, they were like, "Can you just bring it down a notch? Bring it down a notch. Just, hey, hey." And and she wanted to do everything but the reasonable thing they were asking. And they gave her minimum two warnings. I feel like I missed one. There's probably another warning in there somewhere. No. >> Obviously. >> Let me know when you have that clear. >> It's clear. The clip is in there, too, silly ass. >> Yep. We'll get it out. Stop pulling away. >> Rodney, you need to hold on a second. >> You're a weak ass [ __ ] I hope your mama told you you a weak [ __ ] >> You need to stop pulling away and just comply. >> I'm already going to jail, boy. What you talking about? >> Hold her against the so I can get this back. >> I You hold her. >> I'm going to take IT OFF. MY SHOULDER IS DISLOCATED. WHAT ARE YOU TRYING to tell her for a minute? >> Your mama raised a [ __ ] >> You're a [ __ ] >> Cutting us off. >> You're going to cut my bag off. >> Got her. >> You professional. This a [ __ ] here. His mama's raised a [ __ ] >> Get off my feet, [ __ ] >> Damn. WHAT'S TAKING SO LONG? IT'S COLD as >> it's cold AS ME. >> Stop screaming. >> You better. >> I feel like there is no job. Either that boyfriend paid for that room or she did and that's why she cannot deal with finding other accommodations and she needs that $90 back. Not, you know, people need their $90, but you mix alcohol, you do all this extra. And I feel like alcohol exaggerates how you already are without alcohol. So, this is in you. Plus, you had alcohol and you She is a She has a very, very nasty mouth. And I wonder what did she say inside that um hotel too earlier. But even if she never used any of the words she's using now, people be tired. Employees be tired and they just don't want to deal with y'all. [laughter] You got to you got to They're just not. And and if they have the choice to be like, I don't have to deal with you. They're going to opt for that. Especially especially night shoe. >> I don't kick your [ __ ] ass in your face. GET ON. >> I CAN'T HAVE A SEAT IF YOU'RE HOLDING ME, STUPID. >> Let go. >> Have a seat. >> Let go. Have a seat. >> I just told you MY SHOULDER IS DISLOCATED. I can't get in a car with a dislocated shoulder. Let go. Damn. [screaming] I ain't going TO BE ABLE TO SIT. Let me try to find her money that the car. >> Thank you. >> The suspect was charged with obstruction, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest. >> I'm guessing obstruction was when she didn't want to identify herself. That's what you Yeah. Disorderly conduct, criminal trespass. Not leaving after they ask you to leave. Yeah. Resisting arrest. Yeah. lovable scorpion that says she really pissed me off. I'm not even on the scene. I'm telling you, never could I ever be a police officer. Not ever. I also I wouldn't make it as a good defense attorney either. Unless I I actually saw your body cam and I'm like, "Oh yeah, you were good." I could not be a defense attorney that's like I will defend you even if you wrong because I'm going be just like I am watching these body cams. Well, here, here, and here is where you had plenty of warning and you just shouldn't have done it. I can't defend you. There's no way. Mm- I need the people that was acting right the whole time. I could not pick my clients off of if they could just pay me or not cuz I'm like I can't defend this. What? What am I supposed to say? [laughter] 30 years old acting like that. Mhm. Loveable of a Scorpio said, "I wonder what happened to her boyfriend that was in the room. Did he exist?" No. Angel sound mad we never saw the boyfriend. He going to get kicked out too cuz they wanted her out that room. So if he was there, they about to clear out that room either way. But yeah, if he was there, I would have liked to have seen this. But all right, that was the last one. But I should see you later today if I get my notes done so we can continue with the We're finishing up with Sergeant Shannon Jones's testimony. She's in a new outfit cuz it's a new day. Uh, disturbing text messages do continue. And then we get to the closing argument. So, I'm still taking notes on the text messages that she is reading out loud. So, I may see some of y'all later. And hopefully you just stay warm, stay safe. Hopefully your power does not go out and I'll see some of y'all soon. All right. Bye.
