Bet she rode grandpa without the rubber, too. >> Yeah, I'm fine. I, you know, I got an accident. But >> when'd you get into an accident? >> All right. Narration. You off the chain. Oh my god. It was in um Do you want to look back? >> No, no, no. It's fine. I can see the I can see that. That's fine. That's a seat belt coming across you. >> Oh, >> yeah. >> All righty. Did you see your car? Did you see what's wrong with it? >> Um there's nothing wrong with that car. >> No. You want to take a look at it? You see these marks on the on the pavement? >> Yeah. >> Nothing wrong. >> Nice. [Music] Yeah, it's a nice car, huh? I think you need a tire on all four though. You need four tires. >> Well, but they're all four tires. I mean, you know, >> you see your tires missing on this one. >> Well, you know why? >> God dang. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Language. >> Yeah. >> Oh, >> that's why I'm stopping you. You're going pretty fast with no wheel, no tire on there. Well, I can give you the if you'd like. It must have fallen off because if you'd like to see it, that's fine. >> Let's start these field sobriety test. Ma'am, no. No, sir. Officer, don't entertain her. Let's just start these field sobriety test. Uh, >> you may want to be 1051. >> Yeah, sure. Don't look back in that car. >> When they saw it, I was like, "What's wrong with the tire?" And they said, "Well, what's wrong with the tire?" >> Right. >> And I said, "Uh, well, I don't know what's wrong with the tire, but you know, >> well, they should be able to tell you what's wrong with the tire, you think?" Huh. >> You see that? >> University of Michigan. >> University of Michigan. That's good. You graduated from University of Michigan, huh? >> I did. All right, congratulations. That's good. >> Congratulations. >> It's just that one right there. >> H driver's license there. Perfect. >> She can't comprehend anything. She can't even barely stand on her feet. This is just I'm glad she didn't hurt somebody, honestly, because wow. >> Thank you. >> Yeah. >> All right. Well, let me run your driver's license real quick and I'll be right back with you. >> Yeah. No, you're good. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Yeah. I'm just going to his place. It's like right down the street. >> Every drunk drunk person ever is always where they're going is right down the street. Then it's you can just follow me there. Why would a cop follow your drunk behind still behind the wheel to wherever you trying to go? We're done. You're pulled over. You're drunk. We're going to the next steps now. But it's always I was just going right there. It was 5 minutes away. It's just around the corner. But sir, I am not doing anything wrong >> except driving drunk, >> right? I just don't think, >> you know, look at that. >> You must keep your clothes on at all times. >> Yeah, that looks like it hurts. You on medication for that right now? >> I do. I just take um ibuprofen and stuff like that >> and white claw. >> Normal stuff. Ain't no no like heavy pain pills or anything. >> No. >> Oh, okay. That's pretty good, babe. Looks like it hurts. >> Well, it don't feel good. >> I'm sure it doesn't feel good. >> Gargoyle Granny wasn't new to felonies. She totled a Mercedes last week and already had a DUI record older than her dentures. All right. I'm all right. >> Oh my god, this narrator. He is flaming her. >> If you want, you can go ahead have a seat back down. Just sit back down for a minute. I'll be over there in a minute. Okay. >> No. >> You don't want to sit down? >> He's cool. >> He's cool. >> Yeah. >> Okay. You don't want to have a seat for just a minute. >> You know, I'm fine. I I've got an accident. >> When did you get into an accident? >> It was like my birthday. >> Oh. >> What's your name? >> Excuse me? >> What's your name? Share. >> Sharing. >> Share. >> Oh, share. Okay. Share. >> Yeah. Not like Share. >> Not like Share the Singer. >> No. >> I'm fine. >> Okay. I see your car's kind of not fine. >> I didn't know it. >> Didn't know that it was missing a a tire. >> No, >> she did not. >> It's It's fine. My boyfriend's down. He lives down the road. >> Where's your boyfriend live? >> Uh Fleming, Tyler. Where are you coming from right now? >> Well, I came from St. John's. >> You came from St. John's? Were you Were you working over there? >> No, I live there. >> You don't think you hit anything or anything? >> Hey, maybe. >> Okay, Miss Sher, have you had anything to drink today? >> Nope. >> No. >> Oh, you a lie. You are a lie. And the truth ain't in you. >> Yeah, you're a bad liar. >> Oh my gosh. >> Okay. Are you under the influence of any kind of narcotic, whether it be prescription or not prescription? >> No. >> No. >> Took a little long to think about that one. Are we thinking opioids? What's going on? >> What if I told you I didn't believe that? >> Well, I guess you could say what you ever wanted to, but no, I'm just going to my boyfriend's name. >> Would you be willing to consent to any field sobriety exercises so I can ensure that you're not impaired? >> No, I'm not. I'm not impaired for any reason. >> Okay. So, you you don't want to do any field sobriety exercises to show that you're not impaired. >> You know, you guys are cool guys and I appreciate that. >> Oh, yes or no. Yes or no. I hate when they drag it out. Do you want to do it or not? >> And I think you're under paid and everything else. And all I'm doing is going to my boyfriend. right down the street. >> Okay. Well, so you said you didn't have anything to drink, right, Mich? >> Nope. >> Okay. So, I could smell that you have had something to drink. >> Well, you can smell whatever you want. >> I guess, but I just I smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage. And as you talk to me, it intensifies, which means it's coming from your breath, >> guys. >> Which means your breath is kicking. >> Look, now I'm not that. >> So, you don't want to do any field sobriety exercises? >> Um, >> it's just a yes or no. >> Just >> if you if you want to say no, you could say no. >> You know what? Be kind because Be kind. >> How about you should have been kind by not being on the road behind the wheel and you're so inebriated that you don't even know you're missing a front left tire. How about that? And that means you definitely definitely could have hurt someone. You just got lucky you didn't hurt someone. How about you be kind. Think about other people's lives when you make these types of choices. >> Be I am kind. I'm I haven't been rude to you. >> I'm not doing anything wrong. >> I never said you were. She tries multiple times to deflect from talking about DUI, but eventually goes on to give an all-time Hall of Fame performance. >> Well, first of all, you know, one 2 3 4. Why would you have >> So, him and I are together. We're one. >> If I If I If I If I am here, >> so I I'll explain. >> Why would you do this, >> Miss Share? Hang on, Miss Sher. I'm going to explain. I explain. Okay. He's the one that made the traffic stop on you, right? Him and I are one unit in my car. The reason why they're here is that we want to make sure you didn't hit anything that's in Klay County. >> Would you please be kind and just let me go? >> So So I am being kind, but letting you go may not be the right solution. >> And it's not. It's not. Do give her her test or arrest her for refusing the test. I'm not saying it isn't the solution, but we need to determine that first. And the first step is to see if you are willing to perform those sobriety exercises. I think it's like the fourth time I've asked you. >> This is a this this ankle is screwed up. >> Okay. >> The ankle's not the problem. >> Would you be willing to perform an exercise that doesn't involve using your ankle? if you would be kind enough to not do that because it's screwed up. >> So, okay. How about this? How about we just start with the first exercise and that's just to check your eyes. Would you be willing to do that? >> Sure. >> Okay. >> Now, I just want you to understand >> I don't >> look at her. Oh my god, she's out of it. >> I have like good exercises. I mean with my eyes because I um this is a problem. >> She's not saying complete sentences. She's not completing her thoughts at all. >> Okay. So, do you see my pin here, Miss Shar? >> I want you to follow it with your eyes and just your eyes. Okay. >> Mhm. >> Look at >> Look at her head. I know the point of the eye test. They looking for your eyes to be shaky. Her whole head is just Oh Jesus. This should be crazy. >> Like one eye open. Crazy. >> Oh lord. Why don't >> you try to stand up straight? You're falling forward. Stand up. There you go. >> Follow the pin. Stand up straight. You're falling forward. There you go. All right. Follow as far as you can take it. Okay. Oh Jesus. >> All right. Back back front. Back front. >> All right. Oh, back front. >> Scaring me. Oh my god. Looking up. >> Okay. All right. You can relax. >> She look like she about to have a seizure. That's what she looks like or is in the throws of a seizure. >> You relax. You relax. You okay? You all right? Okay. This is what I want you to do. I just want you to stay with my partner here and I want you to just lean up against that car. Okay. >> Since she was physically unfit to adequately perform the other exercises, the officers had to base their judgment off the gaze test. >> So, I am not going to require you to do the other two field sobriety exercises because with your wheelchair in the back, you obviously have been in a car crash, you said earlier this month, uh, and you're complaining of something with your ankle. I'm not. Both of these exercises require you to use your legs pretty predominantly. So, because of that, I'm not going to make you do those exercises. Okay? You don't matter. >> However, in saying that, based off the smell and your eyes, I truly believe that you are under the influence of alcohol beyond the legal limit for the state of >> I do believe that right now, I got a female officer that's on her way to us to be able to search you before we go to the jail. >> All right. Then once we get to the jail, they're going to put you on a breath test machine and if you're willing to consent to the uh a test of your breath, then they will tell me how much alcohol is in your system. Okay. >> Mhm. >> I'm not going to do any of that. >> Okay. I'm just advising you. I >> That's fine. Guess what? Cuffs still coming out. Handcuffs still coming out. >> You know what? Take me down the street to my boyfriend's house. >> No. So, we're not going to do that. We we are going to take you to jail for DUI, okay? But until that female officer gets here to be able to search you before you get in my car, we're going to let you stand out here and just kind of relax until we until she gets here. >> A lot of drunk people always do that, too. They think either the cops supposed to trail them as they still drive in uh drive while they're drunk or they're like, "Oh, well, just you give me a ride." They're not taxi. They're not taxi. Now, some states they are nice enough not for um driving drunk, but other reasons they have giving people rides and stuff, but no, they're not. No, your option is you were pulled over, you're suspected of DUI, you are failing the field sobriety test, you are going to jail. >> My dad is a capital venturous. >> He don't care. >> Okay. >> Go on the out of you. >> Okay. And he can he can sue whoever he wants. That's why we live in America. But my job is public safety. >> My job is to be cool. >> So again, I don't feel >> you know what? When you guys call me and you want me to give you money and everything else, I say, "Oh, hell no." >> Michelle, I'm sure it's probably not the best news in the world. Be told that you're going to jail for driving under the influence. >> I'm not driving anywhere. >> What do you mean? Were you not driving when this officer pulled you over >> with three wheels? >> Shoot me. >> You can't do that. >> You weren't driving when he pulled you over. >> I didn't do anything wrong. I haven't done anything wrong. And you know, and it's a bunch of So, if you want to be an >> So, this is a sergeant. She's coming over here. She's going to search you because I brought her in because she's a female and you're a female. So, maybe make you a little more comfortable while she searches you before you get into my police car. Okay. Uh once she's done searching you, my partner here is going to place you in handcuffs behind your back and we're going to go across the street. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> Well, yeah, you are, but you don't have a you don't have a choice. Um you're going to take a charge for DUI. I would not advise you to take a charge for resisting arrest as well. >> Hi, Sergeant. >> Hi. surrounded and left without a choice. Grandma still refused to comply and had to be forced into the back of the patrol car. >> Under arrest, >> correct? >> So, you're under arrest. You're going to be searched before we put you in the back of the patrol car. >> You're not doing anything. >> All right. So, here's the thing, right? So, law enforcement, we'll ask you. We'll tell you, and then we're going to make you. >> No, I'll go and I'll go ahead and I'll call my attorney. >> You're not calling anybody right now. >> That's it. >> Turn around so she can search you. That's the last I'm gonna tell you. >> So now you just took a charge of resistance. >> My arm is messed up. >> Well, you shouldn't have pulled away. >> If your if your arms messed up, why would you put up more of a fight? So then they got to grab you. That's on you. Whatever happened to your arm is on you. >> Well, my arm is messed up. Please don't do that. Please. >> Well, we're trying not to do that. My arm is messed up. [Music] >> No, my arm is messed up. >> It's messed up. My arm is messed up. >> What's wrong with it? >> All right, let's My dad is going to come and he's going to arrest you. The venture capitalist is going to arrest them. Please just hurry up and get her out of here. >> Kill you. >> Um, dude, they're resisting as well. >> Okay. >> Don't touch. >> Don't touch me. Please don't touch me. Please. >> Yeah. Walk over here. >> Hey. Hey. Put this back on that hook so that she sits in. We can just buckle her in. You're >> fine. Stand up. Nope. I need to start. >> No, you can't. You can't put that on me. >> No, I was in a in a I was in a car accident last week. Let go. >> Was the car accident last week from you also driving drunk >> for me? Let go me, please. >> No. No. >> No. I was I was I was in a car accident last week. >> Why did you keep bending forward? >> Because I'm hurt. >> All right. What's hurting? >> My back. My neck and my back. Oh, >> you can't you cannot do this. >> Okay, stand up. >> Stand straight up. >> You're fine. No, I'm not. >> Those cuffs go on, all of a sudden they can't stand up straight. Every ailment has come to the forefront. They can't function when those handcuffs go on. >> All right, listen. Stand up and then we're going to help you sit down. Okay. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Break on my neck. >> I'm not my neck. >> Nobody's holding on to your neck. >> You are. You're my neck. >> Take a step in. Take a step in. Please let go of me. >> Please let go of me. Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> I got her body. Grab her leg. >> No, you're killing me. You're hurting my Oh my god. >> Every time she says you're hurting mine, she cannot name what's hurt. Oh my god. Are you kidding me? >> The 61-year-old female refused to provide a breath or urine sample. She was charged with driving under the influence and resisting an officer without violence. >> Okay. Um, this was from Police Insider and this was viewer suggested. So, uh, let me know what y'all thought about how she acted about the video and everything and I will see y'all soon. Bye.
