Not only did he hurt his own family, but he also went wild on the officers. It started on February 11th, 2023 when officers from Banks County were dispatched to a domestic dispute where a man was attempting to strangle his sister. I don't know. Police is here now. But when they told the suspect about the situation, he began to argue. So, he's saying that he hadn't had anything to drink today. He's uh almost positive that he's lying on that. I mean, he's slurring everything he's saying. Whether or not he's having a heart problem, I don't know, and that's not up to me to decide. We've got med units here, so they're checking them out. Okay. I mean, he was saying that us being here was something about him going to jail. Anytime we get to dispatch something like this, our cars our cars our cars go faster than ambulances, too. With that being said, whenever we stumbled up here, we find her in tears. And come to find out, it's not directly about that. Uh he's parked right behind her, won't let her leave, and has taken the relay out of her car. So, now we're going beyond part problems. So they they've been having problems. I mean, she she's she's been back and forth playing mind games. It's just been it's just been a mess. He just started a job working 12 hours Monday and he's worked all week. So he's just he's I mean, typically in situations, everybody's at fault one way or another. But the thing is is that I'm not taking sides either. Well, he started he got mad and he went through the house throwing stuff and then broke the screen door. And then he started yelling at her, and I told him not to yell at her. because he was angry and he was like an angry yo and then he got mad and then that's when he did that. I just I don't want no to get in trouble for this. Oh, he's he's about to go to jail. Was that Did he start doing this after he started drinking? Is he going to jail because of what he did to me or because of his mouth? I don't know yet. Cuz I don't want to rest and I just want to leave. At this point, I just want to leave. Considering the situation and his erratic behavior, the officer decided to detain him to prevent further chaos. However, this only escalated things as he began to resist.
