I can't do nothing for you type of thing I don't like that I don't like that yeah he did a lot of things but it also speaks to why now because let's think about it even from my generation we were acting out in so many ways and we didn't know nothing about no mental health we did not and we acted out you know they tried to label me as early as five years old okay when you know other things was a factor so I say that to say knowing how Tyrese was before years and years and years ago leading up to now um and him still not speaking out about it being an issue to now admitting it out loud that that is a part of his struggle speaks to why he had outbursts speaks to why he was behaving the way he was behaving does it make it okay no that's how people set their boundaries and say listen I get you going through something but at the same time that's a little bit too much for me so even though I can't be there for you the way I um you would need me to be I love you and I'm praying for you but in this stage people are not doing it they're laughing at people they're lying um they're they're picking on them they're they're degrading them they're kicking them while they're down they're taking it lightly when if if we ought to believe that mental health is real how can we then say from a mental health standpoint to a regular person put them on the same and same category treat them the same same consequences it's not right it's not whether we like what the person did or not he is he is sick allegedly and he said he black out so personally me when you telling me that you blackout and you don't remember stuff I'm not gonna put myself in um in harm dealing with that type of person you know Tyrese actually said he does not remember like that don't be him you know like that's a lot you know especially with somebody that got how many kids they got five or six I don't know how many kids they have that's a lot to have to deal with from a friend you know like that's a lot and I can't I don't think I'm equipped to deal with someone with those type of I don't have any training I don't know how to I gotta know what your Trump your triggers are you know and things like that that's a lot to ask somebody to take on but Envy should have you a man communicate communicate with him and let him know you know what I mean like you don't just ghost the man like communicate with him right you know he's a butt licker he broke out straight from the Coca-Cola commercial Arleta you know sitting on the bus always cooking Tyree yeah yes he was on the bus yes first that was the first time we ever seen him when he did that Coca-Cola commercial I thought so I thought so okay okay that was yo that's my first time seeing them but I'm all the way in Florida so y'all we don't see a lot of stuff to It Go mainstream really that is such a good point that y'all that both of y'all made because okay Trenton knows there's a few others do I'm currently going for my degree in Psychology and then actually I want to be a clinical counselor and recently I had a friend come to me and she was like yeah I just went for so and so to come and you know receive some counseling from you and I was like uh no this this friend um just so ha a friend of a friend so I happen to have issues with alcohol and she was like oh just be good practice no no no no we don't practice on people right yeah practice on people we make sure that we're trained to be able to handle because these are whole people that are looking to be healed in some way and they want ways to be able um coping mechanisms things that will be able to help them deal with whatever they're dealing with we can't just practice on people in the same right goes for friendships as well I can't I love what y'all say we can't just we're not always equipped but I think what we I not say this for people of color we need better ways or maybe the language to be able to say Hey listen I love you but I love you enough to send you over to these people that are trained to be able to help you get to Healing so I love what you said love what y'all said and and I think that's kind of what Envy was trying to say but you got Charlemagne just with the Miz then you know you know at the time when Tyrese was on there that was kind of like the first time even talking about it so it was a lot going on but again Envy you been on the radio sir you need to know how to communicate you know what I'm saying like that part you didn't have to come at Clarice in an aggressive or disrespectful amount of you could have came in him from a loving place you know from a friend place in compassionate you know what I mean and talk to him because Tyrese had no idea he felt that way see him in Charlemagne allegedly in my opinion hide behind that mic because when we're Real G's go up there they'd be scared right they don't be getting aggressive like that they'd be backing their chairs up waiting for us open security jokes and yeah but when somebody like Tyrese who they don't feel like is a challenge to them they're gonna clown him because what's his name huh isn't he from Watts yes yes he is oh yes he is and the school gave him a award and stuff like that because when he started making it he started putting money back into the school to the music class and all of that stuff you know before stuff started you know happening or whatever but I still I'm not like a fan of his you know but I don't want anything bad to happen to him knowing he's going to do that you know what I mean he abuses his um mental health too because he knows that he has triggers and he black out and he um get where he can't control himself so I don't know what he he need a buffer between him and social media that's what I think he needs because he comes on social media crying I mean boots not in those slobber not the mouth crying and you know going through all these different things and people like um 4150 like we're we don't we're not equipped you know like we just looking at him but I don't know like what he could do he need to do something before he comes on social media I think hey Juan Davis how are you I think for me the part that bothered me was and this was brought out in uh with the other content creator was the distance of time in between when this actually took place and now and he used that like y'all were saying he uses him and Charlemagne uses those microphones man we might using the microphones as a shield um because he knew honestly that Tyrese would have robbed him in his mouth now Envy being from where he from and so forth he knew it to me it was just a punk move to me and I'm not a fan of that I'm not a fan well I think well first Tyrese is the one who brought it up and he should have the Linda Envy's response though no that's not what's wrong they didn't they had not talked um they didn't know what he was going to say so Tyrese coming on the show was not a response to anything that Envy said he basically confronted him and that's when Envy knew that he had this issue and but Evie you also knew why you stopped talking to him but he didn't say why until Tyrese left you know and he went live on his channel oh his IG and put all this stuff out and then that's when Envy came back the next day and said something so I think that's why it's blindsided you know first no no no that's why 41 fit said what she said he knew before Tyrese right on there that there was a problem with them he should have been reached out if he considered him a friend especially when he was down and out you consider him a friend yeah but I don't know wait a minute it meant so much time though that that it shouldn't it it was over with you know but wow with no explanation so how could I think it's over with when you just left me high and dry you should have told me straight up and another thing Charlemagne dealt with um allegedly and in my opinion and I heard him say it on The Breakfast Club he also struggled with mental health back in the days so my thing is yes Tyrese brought it up because we do need to have conversations about mental health more but it's the response of the people is what make people not really talk about mental health and that's why it's so busy being swept under the rug he they even though Tyrese brought it up they should have respect wanted it responded about it with a different care what a different in a different world I agree we need to talk about mental health this is real we got these young girls and boys running around here undiagnosed acting like a fool and everybody want bad bad bad not knowing that there's something else going on when we clearly can see signs you know what I mean but if you're my friend when the times are good or when I can help you right and then you start seeing okay I don't want to mess with you no more whatever whatever because now I'm done with you I don't need you no more and then when I reach out to you because things are going um rough with me and you pause on me and you block me and don't speak to me and give me an explanation yeah I don't care if it's 10 years from now when I see you I'm gonna ask you yo oh what happened what happened I agree with that but I think they should have had a conversation like I think we all agree on this before yeah it went on air because a lot of this stuff could have not made it public and y'all could have just agree to disagree or whatever whatever now it's done got messy you know but yeah yeah but I agree with both of you um on now I can't I see in the chat with people saying true but yeah and Charlemagne wrote a book about it so for him to take this lightly just because you don't like somebody was just joking I think he was kind of trying to like light in the mood because Charlemagne had no idea none of this had went on like oh he's telling you what's new to new to him because he was our main does that not we can't take away the credit he he's acting on the situation yeah he got worse even if you didn't know it listen Tyrese was telling you right then and there you know it now so why you're laughing about it he was like was is this true he was like Yee was on there it was a difference like they will always be and then Charlemagne would kind of be on over on his on the outside maybe in the beginning but at the end it was them two against her and him access to your wife you know and then he just stopped to Curry stop communicating with envy and just started talking to his wife um you know so that's why I was like I see both of their points because as a man you were supposed to check that right when it was happening on him and I don't know if Emmy even knew the extent to what they was talking because even when Curry showed the um the message he wasn't showing the messages like that much but he was just trying to show that they they were communicating I don't think Envy knew they was communicating as much as they were I wonder why his wife didn't tell him well when she started feeling uncomfortable like okay like maybe she started feeling guilty like maybe you know something wrong Linda you see that that's when she went and told Envy but instead of Envy going and talking to Tyrese they just blocked him you know what I'm saying that woman playing games too because let me tell you something if my husband somebody else came to me and my husband all of a sudden start texting me separately I'm gonna bring it up to my husband right away right yo you know such and such texting me you know even if it's nothing I'm gonna make them away I'm not gonna wait he's sending her pictures of cars islands like it because at first it was an Envy wife then it just started being every wife you know what I'm saying um you know how you can look at who's in the chat you know what I'm saying when you're on the text message the group message I'm looking at that and I'm like well what happened to Envy he ain't no longer in us right that's inappropriate is correct I'm in a group chat and I don't got banned from the group okay [Applause] [Music] good job that's inappropriate and then she started saying that he was saying things like well if you was with me that wouldn't have never happened you know that Tyree started crossing the line but again I guess she left that door open because you kept going back and forth without telling your husband right away and then now you want to say something uh I think Bravo said it's not like maybe P said it y'all should have just had this conversation privately I think so it seemed like it's some wrongs on both sides and now we got here talking about y'all situation and we didn't have to know [Music] um yeah and that's when I think that um while Tyrese probably just should not have brought it up on the show when they reached out to him about doing the interview or whatever that he had going on that's when he should have talked to Envy because Tyrese don't care it ain't his marriage he don't and I think and I do think that Envy was caught off guard that's because Envy is a runner so Tyree said they brought up a point of thank you who said that they brought up the point that it seemed like Gia knew that call was coming although she was like am I on the radio they was like you know the hotline that was good that was after though that was uh the next day that was the next day but Tyrese went live after The Breakfast Club after they talked everything out you know whatever whatever he was saying his piece Tyree says it was supposed to be over with Tyrese goes you know probably letting the people you know the people get in his head as well plus this man you know he mental health as well but he goes live and you know starts showing the messages start doing you know and all this and all that so then the next day is when Envy had Gia or what about name is on there and that was the part I guess part three of it or whatever okay okay so that's that's what I was saying I kind of if they would have probably just if um every would have just said something to Tyrese when it was going on Tyrese would have known he never knew why they stopped talking to him even though to me you know he was texting this man wife and you were saying something so in my mind we're like well damn did she go back and tell oh boy you know what I was saying I don't know right but if he's blocked he definitely can't reach out to y'all you know what I'm saying here's my take my take is she liked it and my take is that uh the only reason why she backpedaled and told her husband is because Tyrese uh can't hold water and when it's mad day when it's mad Day come up and he gonna say or new time is going on and mad day happened he was like okay well check this out and just like he emptied the clip uh whenever he did it he would have emptied the clip a lot earlier so that's why she's right when I think she was just playing her position right because I feel like like I said the first time this all could have been avoided if she was a loyal wife or a communicative communicative whatever this is when he was um had affair with Erica Mena that's when all this happened Linda back up Linda did you check it out back it up DJ ensy had a fear allegedly with Erica this was when she was on New York this was way back yep yep yep yeah this was way back this was not recent so that's why I said I know if it was blindsided because he didn't know you know you came on here he to me if he thought it was just a little flirt it was handled because they blocked him Jill told him it was over that's really how he was thinking this was years and years ago now you on the show supposed to be promoting your music because he has new music coming out which is why people think that this is to help promote his music more than it is about envy and Gil in this situation this is a promotion tactic the Envy really was blindsided because one I he Pro I don't know if he ever looked at the messages or he just took his wife's word we'll just block him on we won't deal with it now it's years and years and years later you all here supposed to be promotional music but you end up confronting me about why I wasn't there for you when you already know you crossed the line with my wife well I don't know that because you didn't tell me that and your wife didn't feel like I was crossing the line because she was going back and forth with me and yeah so that's what I said I hear you that's why we played a little bit of a game of her own yes she did because yeah yeah you didn't tell him DJ Envy oh yeah I found out you was I'm texting my wife and I don't like it don't blame him for stuff that happened when he tell you he don't remember none of that he said a lot of the stuff he do until way but we have a common goal okay to represent our team our office whatever until I find another job okay but that's where it is with me it's business it's business it's my job that's it I'm going to do what I gotta do then I'm gonna clock out and then that's when I'ma call my friends I'm gonna get on my YouTube and I'm gonna talk my ish that's how I see it compartmentalized key at work yeah yeah because look what has come out of it besides the show I'm talking about everything else going on in Mel's life you know and it stems from that not that it wouldn't have happened but it would have went another Avenue and it wouldn't have been as fast and so Grand you know so I say that to say I feel like she can still appreciate the the um and you know the the the what is that word what am I trying to say you know she appreciates the doors that were opened up for her because of this show through him so that I think she was you know that's why she said you know I whatever she walked with him on that level but she don't have to like his character and his morals you know and I think that speaks to how she moves after work is done she don't hang out with him he'll come to her her personal private party you know so I say that to say um I think she was being honest on how she felt as far as that and I also think Mel is a um she's a a real compassionate person in the understanding person right and um she also knows where it started from it's like your collateral damage um Hotel use Jew and a lot of other people and you got sucked in you know and you got sucked in you poor thing you were so weak-minded that you believed that okay but now as time's going you're actually singing but you still can't admit that you were wrong right you're still seeing it and the best revenge is your success yes it is who I would always love to speak in front of the people and present to the same people say it that didn't because again because guess who he did have up there uh not a deal I can't even get her name uh right none of them so my thing stop it so you know um I feel like she she I Loved Her speech she knows how to do her thing she's a Class Act and I remember years ago when I started changing my life and I started going to church and I was still having a cocktail and I was you know um take I'm smoking my medication it's legal in Massachusetts plus I have the the car the medical medical card so um I used to say am I not a good Christian because this is the type of medication I'm taking instead of Percocets and Adderalls and all that other stuff that strung people out you know and I had to you know really dig down deep and say God knows my heart do you help people do you hurt people no do you check give charity yes do you um give of yourself for others just to make somebody's day a little better yes those are the things God judges You by you know what I mean for me so I said as long as you really walked a walk and it can be done you know because I'm a fighter from birth you know I had to fight all my life so I used to think that was the way of solving problems I could never imagine me in front of a person who who's yelling at me or trying to bring me down and me not fight back with my mouth but then when I see Mel with that smile and that Grace I'm like it can be done and it can be done in such a way that all my yelling won't hurt as much as her silence and her class right right because it's like a samurai sword and they be feeling less like crap inside so I do aspire to handle it that way because she's not holding stuff in she's just handling it in a way that you know what she's saying what she means and and she keep it pushing and that's why she continues to be blessed so I'm all I love the speech and of course she always looks good you know and they was they was they was probably watching look the only reason why they asked her is because she's a producer yeah that's that's a big thing that matters only because she is a Creator on that show not right only so that is the big thing and that open up that's more exposure too for her as well you know they see people say look at they people say these things about her but yeah look how she has to present them look how she still is about her business and she knows how to um you know represent herself at all times no matter what I want to work with her that's right doesn't succeed it will be because of himself you know it wouldn't it would not be because of others you know because he's so messy and he has this need to one up Andy or whatever that he could possibly get in his own way well his other show didn't work the night cat so it wasn't that something like that but look how messy he was being on there you know what I'm saying like having one person on there then have them talk about someone and then you bring on that person they was talking about it you know what I'm saying that's what I'm saying he's gonna get in his own way he is going to get here I kept calling you out like is she here but I had two other contract with people we just left I must have because I stayed in for an hour but I went live at seven I think I went live at seven or something and Mika was in here and they are Contracting people as well and we were talking about the contractors fee which is like an incentive to finish on time your Milestones on time all the time they had to bring in a whole nother Construction Company basically to finish the job but but they never booted scope off the job but you they you know they had to bring in people to finish it so basically um did not get the contractors fee so sculpt is suing's in gardens for no payment Zen Gardens is like one they never submitted any invoices to us so there's nothing we get invoices too we don't believe they should get the contractor's fee because they did not complete three out of three Milestones on time um six months nine month and 12 months um they also had cost overrun they came out of pocket this is what I do live laugh love they uh so they had to hire a whole nother credit card company to pay the subcontractors local vendors down to Lowe's because um they were sending the money to sculpt but then there were three lens put on the project because a subcontractor said scope was not paying them bro that's the same thing he did with the the place does that sound yes ma'am so then zen garden paid the people right instead of getting the money directly have not paid fully because we don't feel like they they deserve it it's cold and there was someone else but that was only for one month with the other company right but they paid the people that continued on to work and are paid wow and you want to get paid for a contract and they and they didn't terminate the only grounds that they would have is if they actually did something they could pay them for what they did don't sound like they did that and they didn't pay for the contract I gotta tell you the Strat that oh I can't okay I just said it a couple times but the attorney's trying to prove that basically Zen Gardens micromanaged and got in the way of scope completing the job no because if they put in deadlines like yeah completion of work deadlines and they did not contact someone to let's say the second or third deadline and they can prove that they didn't do the work that's not micromanager I told you I needed this done by a certain deadline that's right you didn't do it Joyce I think 41 fit was the one that was speaking when it was first first brought up Joyce miles uh 41 fit brought it up I think that might be who you're asking I'm not sure no I bought it up I think she's talking to me oh maybe live laugh love maybe I don't know I don't know we don't know what we've done said you're delayed your project if you didn't go with them because they were the lowest bid by one right right right and they were using the most skills in the local area and they were probably a small minority small business owned yes so it was a good talk yeah yeah since we look at all that when we bid out we bid out so girl was good it was good yeah they will have to prove they have no proof that they hindered them like he did with the others like not giving them the key you know give them the run around and did you ever notify Marcel Scott or scope that they were in default of the contract yeah yeah I see a part of my job is I would have to notify them in writing yeah notified in writing two to three times oh well that's it he said we notified them through your office through your law office so you responded to us talking yeah attorney the third time would have been a termination of contract yeah so I know for sure they said too but I think he said two or three yeah yeah tfd or t4c would you shouldn't even took that case because he did you even look at the case before you went the court side girl it seemed like he didn't know a lot of things the way I was reading it I said I said Zen guards was prepared I don't know for sure about the attorney or oh you know why he wasn't prepared or he felt he was because his Smoking Gun was a waiver Clause of any cost uh any incurred uh loss of rental income and other stuff but their whole but Zen Gardens thing is but y'all defrauded us thank you fine so that Clause doesn't count if we feel like you you were frauding us it sound like at this point I feel like it did they give him any money up front like sometimes with our contracts if we can give up uh a startup fee they've been they didn't they didn't cite a startup fee but he was referencing exhibits with which was the reconciliation sheets with all the numbers and he was saying that um they tried to do two two audits that were unsuccessful because the scope the Scots were sitting in stuff that didn't make sense so the audit couldn't be done correctly uh they said that they were paying him at the beginning because they thought the money was going to the subcontractors and stuff uh so you know there's money in scope's pocket because enough the money didn't go to at least three sub contractors for sure okay so they did try to do a Reconciliation of allocation of fun and that they were not they wasn't even tracking they they got it sounds like they don't even have like a right yeah um and somebody commented under the video they were like you remember when Melody said we couldn't get approved uh by Banks or anything to back us and we see why Zoom construction meetings his uncle was in Texas talking about he was a the superintendent over the project not the same uncle that um did the um the house we were guessing is that them because it was Mike you know he was like it's not because remember that was when they went to Texas and he drew the house plans
