All right. Good morning. Mic check. Looks like we're good. Okay, let's All right. So, this is just a hodge podge again. But if you don't like talking during your body cam, watch. The links are already in the description box. You can just go straight to the videos. I think we do a pretty good job of picking out some interesting ones and you don't have to hear me. Okay, but for everybody else, we're about to get started. Oh, I almost forgot to get our song. Hold on. Let's get started song. Let's see. Oh, my bad, y'all. Here we go. You're going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. You're going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. You're going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. You're going to jail tonight. Baby, stop your sister. Get your butt up out of here. She got me impressed. Girl, you going to jail. You got to confess. Okay, so first one we're starting with is police surprise entitled grandma drunk at the wheel and then we'll get to the one that's on the thumbnail. So here we go >> Margaret, we're not going to play this game. Okay, >> you okay? Let's go. Okay. On October 10th, 2024, officers were dispatched after witnesses reported a vehicle veering off the road and into a front yard. >> Margaret, >> what? >> So, I'm going to have you blow into this machine right here. Okay. >> You're an idiot. >> I'm going to have you blow into this machine. It's like blowing up a balloon. Okay. >> You blowing out balloons in your life, right? So, just you're going to take a deep breath in. You're going to go and then you're going to blow out. Okay? And you're going to blow in this machine for me. Okay? And this is going to check your blood alcohol content. Okay? Are you fine doing that for me? >> Whatever. >> Okay. So, if you can look this way, just take a steady deep breath in and then blowing this. Oh, nope. You got to put your lips right around the stroll. Okay. You're going have to do it one more time for me. Okay. >> No. >> Try it one more time cuz it did not get a reading. Okay. Good. >> You're an idiot. >> All right. So, this this came back as a 143. Okay. And that was only for a brief second that you blew in this machine. Typically, I want you to blow in it for a couple of seconds. Okay. So, this was just kind of a small little reading. And it does show that you have alcohol >> in your system. Okay. >> Yep. >> So, that's what we're dealing with right now. Okay. So, what I'm going to ask for you to do if you're willing to is come out of your vehicle and take some more tests for me. Okay. >> Whatever. Whatever. >> Are you going to be willing to do some more field test for me or do you want to or do you or do you want to refuse all tests? Do you want you want to refuse all tests? >> No. >> Okay. Well, right now, okay, based off the call, okay, and you're driving, you being parked out here, okay, that I have enough probable calls right now to arrest you for suspicion of OVI, >> right? >> Okay. Do you understand where we're at right now? >> Yep. >> Okay. So, if you want to refuse all tests, then I'm going to go ahead and take you into custody right now, and I'm going to walk you back to my car. Okay, >> you got it. >> All right. So, go ahead and remove your seat belt for me. Okay. >> Yep. Can you remove your seat belt or am I going to have to remove your seat belt for you? >> Yep. >> You want me to remove your seat belt or can you do it yourself? >> Kiss my ass. >> Okay. >> You're an idiot. >> Okay. >> So, we know a few things. She She thinks he's an idiot. She wants him to kiss her, but she uh says he's an a-hole and she's definitely definitely drunk. I'm going to have you come on out of the vehicle. Okay. >> You're an idiot. >> I'm going to help you out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Nope. >> Well, you're going to you're going to come on out. Okay. >> No. >> You. >> Okay. I need you to come out of the vehicle. Okay. >> No. >> Are you able to walk? Do you have any bad legs? Is there anything wrong with your legs? >> You. >> Is there anything wrong with your legs? >> No. >> Okay. Are you going to willingly come out with me or do I need another officer out here? >> No. You need another officer. >> Okay. I'm going to ask you politely. Okay. Because if you don't come out >> Hey, look at me. Look at me. Okay, I'm being very nice to you. >> If we're going to keep on playing this game, you're going to get a resisting arrest charge. Okay. Yep. >> That's an addition. >> That's an additional charge. Okay. So, I'm going to have you get out of the vehicle. Okay. >> Margaret, we're not going to play this game. Okay. >> You >> Okay, let's go. Okay. You going to get out of the vehicle or we're going to have to remove you from the vehicle, Margaret. You >> you coming on out or I'm going to have to get you out. You're coming out of the vehicle. >> You come on. >> Stop it. You >> [ __ ] >> Oh, okay. >> Oh, you're an idiot. >> Let's just swap back to my vehicle. Okay. Just stop right here. >> No. I'm going to patch you out and make sure you got nothing on you that's going to harm me. Okay. >> You're an [ __ ] >> Okay. Now, let's go walk back to my vehicle. Okay. >> Yep. When she smacked his hand, I said, "Uh-uh. That's bad on Leo. Bad on Leo. You got a charger. >> An idiot. An >> idiot." >> Okay, go and have a seat back in the back of my cruiser right now. Okay. An idiot. Oh, you're an idiot. >> Ow. You're an idiot. >> Okay. >> 436. >> No. >> You're an idiot. You idiot. You're an idiot. >> Go to hell. Okay, since you now are in custody, okay, that you're under arrest, okay, for for sus for for suspicion of OVI, I'm going to read you your Miranda rights, okay? You have the right to remain silent. Anything that you say can and will be used against you in court. You have the right to consult with an attorney, have an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided before question at no cost. If with these rights in mind, do you want to talk to me or do you want to remain silent? >> Yeah, you got it. >> Okay. What else do you want to tell me? you. >> Okay. Okay. Gotcha. So, our next step is that I'm going to take you out to our sheriff's office and I'm going to offer you our test out there. Okay. So, right now, you have to stay in my vehicle. Okay? Cuz you're not going anywhere. You're in custody right now. Okay? Again, you're placed under arrest for suspicion of OVI. Okay? So, I'm going to take you out to the sheriff's office and I'm going to allow you to take a test out there. Okay? >> You're an idiot. >> Okay? So, just go ahead and stick your feet back in here and I'm going to I'm going to roll my window down. Okay? Whatever. >> I'm going to have you put your feet back in here. Okay. >> Yep. >> There you go. Okay. >> Okay. Whatever. >> I'm going to see if I can't get a form. I'm actually working the road. Usually I'm back in the detector side of things. So, I got someone else's car to see if uh you would you guys be willing to ride. >> Dang. The whole almost said a different word. The whole family came out on this one. I almost said something else. >> A statement by chance. Something quick. Just kind of what you seen her driving wise. write or talk or whatever you want. >> Okay. They prefer it in writing, but if not, um, let me see if I can find your form. If not, we'll just kind of talk real quick. >> I was going to say if we can go quick, it'd be nice just to just tell you what the heck happened. That's fine, too. I want to get to shell and corn. >> Nope. I really made my Gotcha. Gotcha. So, what did you observe then again? >> So, I came down the road. I was going to turn on town. This this white car was coming from the east. I was like I thought she was confused where she was trying to turn. She wasn't turning at the intersection going real slow. I'm like, "Okay, what's going on?" She goes by me and all once I see her and her just head kind of rolled back. >> I assume heart attack, stroke, something. Okay. So, I got on 911 and then I came turned around trying to get traffic stopped because she was in the middle of the road at that time. >> Stopped in the road or just slowly going >> slowly gone like, "Okay, something's going on." So, I was on 911, got the traffic stopped, these guys came out, they luckily, cuz at that point, they started to come in the yard and they got her stopped and hollered at her. She jumped up, shut it off, and I guess that's the extent of it >> cuz you guys all live out here. Is that correct? >> I'm across the road. >> But this is your residence? >> Yes. >> Okay. Out here. Okay. Gotcha. So, other than that, um I mean, if you guys got stuff going on today, man. I mean, you're more than welcome to to go back to the house. Like I said, I'm going to grab some pictures. I don't see any physical property damage. >> Um so, no nothing hit as far as no mailbox cuz everything else is on the other side of the street. >> So, nobody sees. >> Yeah, I know. That's the deal. She could have went head on with somebody. Jesus. >> Hi there. >> The vehicle. >> Okay. Is this your vehicle then? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, does she ever drink alcohol? >> She's a recovered alcoholic, but uh I'm not saying she I haven't >> I don't think she recovering, sir. I think she's in relapse, not recovering. >> I have cuz I monitor >> Okay. >> my alcohol bottles. I put them all all marked so to make sure that she's not drinking. But I know she's on some different medication that they just started her on not too long ago. She's patch. >> Okay. And that's what I wanted to make sure it wasn't something medical. I wasn't and I could smell alcohol in her breath, but I wanted to make sure it wasn't a mix of, you know, something else going on with her. Okay. Um, so like I said, I did get a very short um PBT breath on her and it did test a 143 I believe somewhere right around there. And that was for like I said, just a quick breath. Usually we want a 3 to 4 second breath in there. Um, so to get a reading like that, she she's definitely highly intoxicated. She is somewhat combative. >> He said that he's marking the bottles. First of all, if she's a recovering alcoholic, they just shouldn't even be in the house. You shouldn't have bottles present to mark in my opinion. But also, she's just going to import the source from somewhere else. She's getting them from somewhere. Especially if she's allowed to drive, she's just drinking outside the house. She's not drinking what you have marked. She's she's too seasoned to not have workarounds. You got to you got to nah, it's not helping a poor thing. But yeah, that ain't medication if >> as well. Um, she's not answering any sort of questions. I'm kind of talking out of her of her head. She has no idea where she's at. >> Let me talk to her. >> I don't Yep. Hey, Margaret. >> You scared the [ __ ] out of me. >> Okay. Fred's here. Fred's going to take the vehicle back. Okay. Since that's his vehicle. Okay. So, he's going to take the vehicle. Okay. >> I have no concept. Okay. Have you been drinking today? >> No. >> I have no concept. >> They uh did a breathalyzer under in your 1.4. >> I have no concept. >> No concept. >> Nope. >> Do Do you know where you're at by chance yet? Do you have any idea where you're at? >> I'm somewhere in Ohio. >> Okay. Um did you just have your nails done this morning? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. And what did you do after you had your nails done? >> Nothing. >> Did you stop somewhere and drink? >> Nope. Nothing. >> Now they're in there and they want to do some extra testing. You tell them yes. Okay. >> Okay. >> I want to know if you've been drinking or if it's something to do with your medication you've been taking. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, we'll get her ran out to the jail. We'll take care of her and um I got your phone number. We'll stay in touch. >> Fair enough. >> All right. cuz I can't come into the jail and they're probably >> You can't go back with us. Um I mean you can wait out there. Um but I it's probably going to take a good 40 minutes or so until we'll be all said and done once we get out there. >> Yeah. I mean I would first blood test to rule out cuz I know she's been working with different medications trying to get medications regulated. >> Yes. I don't know if it's really truly a medication thing as as more of a um an alcohol thing. So, the only test I'm probably going to offer her is uh the the breathalyzer if she wants to do some sort of additional testing. Um whether you know urine and or blood um that's something that we could talk about as well, but um we'll get her out there, read her forms, and we'll go from there. Sound fair enough? >> Yeah. >> All righty. Keep me in touch. >> All right. Sounds good. The woman was transported to the station for further testing where she remained fully cooperative and consented to a breath sample registering a 0.21. She was subsequently charged with OVY. >> I feel bad for him because he's putting in the effort. You know, you don't um you don't label bottles if you don't care. But unfortunately, it's just ineffective. So, I feel bad for him and she needs to have her license revoked. She needs to not be allowed to drive. He He should monitor her driving more than he's monitoring those bottles that he has marked. But also, just take the bottles because if there's if first of all, if it's clear alcohol, she'll just put water in it. But if she's driving getting her nails done, she's just drinking outside the house anyway. So yeah, I feel bad because he's trying. He is trying to help her. All right. Um, this next one, this is one on the thumbnail. Jumping man arrested for spitting on officer. >> Officer Harris, Q Police Department license, please. >> Reason why I'm pulling you over is cuz back there you did not stop at that light. You just decided to go through. >> Almost hitting the officer. Correct. Sit tight. And if I want to do this, I can do this. I can do this. >> I can. >> Okay. Now, from what I saw, the golf cart guys got pulled over. He the one driving the golf cart got pulled over. He was sitting in the back of the golf cart, I believe, cuz I saw somebody with salmon shirt in the back. He had nothing to do with this because he wasn't operating any motor vehicle. He was good. This had nothing to do with him, but he had to show out. And so now the body cam is about him. That's what I got from them. >> Do this, right? Cuz have I done anything? HAVE I DONE anything in living? No. I can do this. I can say cuz you are cops. But I am a citizen and I didn't anything wrong. And would he do that wrong? If you weren't right, I'm taking you fine. Well, I was sitting in the back and I was going to walk here. I can walk here. I can do this, but I haven't threatened you. I have ANYTHING WRONG. >> DON'T YOU GO AHEAD. >> BUT DON'T TELL ME. DON'T TELL ME that I'm >> That's why this video is in the list today. We are 1 minute and 3 seconds in and they not playing with him. And that's why this is in the list today. >> GIVE THEM YOUR HEART NOW. I GOT IT. I GOT IT. I got it. I got it. Back up. Back up. I got it. Back up. >> Stay down on the ground. >> Stop. Tension up. >> We ask you to stop. Stop resisting. Chill out. 67. I have one in custody and can I have a supervisor in route? All right, let him roll on his left side. >> 67. Can I have rescuer? >> Dang, that concrete was a little bit of a sedative, isn't it? He hitting them legs ain't even twitching right now. He is very subdued. >> Injury. >> Let you [ __ ] go, man. Leg let go. >> He was taken down. He was uh resistant not following instructions. So we might have some injuries on the >> [ __ ] goddamn bastard. >> [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you. >> If he spits on you, let me know. That's another felony that he's getting. >> You [ __ ] godamn. >> Stop resisting. >> My god. Let me [ __ ] tell you put your [ __ ] glasses on. THAT'S ALL I WANT. THIS [ __ ] glass on you [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] Mother >> lovable Scorpion said that's why the the boy on the golf cart ran the light because this drunk was getting on his nerves. I agree. He was probably trying to get him as dropped off to wherever he had to go as soon as possible. He was like, "I'll take the ticket. Get this man off of my cart." I agree. >> Godamn. Get me goddamn. Yeah, that's pretty good. Pretty [ __ ] good. Stoping. Yeah, I see you. I see you, [ __ ] I can't go. You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] I hope you die. I hope your goddamn family [ __ ] >> Don't you dare threaten our [ __ ] Facebook. >> Not yet. >> In a minute. >> But they [ __ ] wake up with s'mores on their body tomorrow and they're [ __ ] looking at them going, "Why is that? >> Stop moving." >> Cuz I [ __ ] cuz I just work with cops and they just are [ __ ] [ __ ] And they just Yeah. But anyway, I hope they [ __ ] hurt. I hope all your [ __ ] relatives hurt. You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] [ __ ] I hate all you. >> [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. Go ahead and hurt me some more. That's what you're trying to do. I see what you're doing. You piece of [ __ ] Flashing mother. >> Oh, THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. YOU ALREADY DONE IT. I'm sorry. >> Get him a spit mask. >> Stop spitting. >> Stop spitting. >> Stop. Please stop. >> Stop. >> You You are about to get tags, buddy. >> What the [ __ ] >> You [ __ ] >> You're already [ __ ] [ __ ] with me. You're already [ __ ] with me, man. He started spitting just in case anybody's wondering what set them off. Leia's grandma said he sounds like someone learning to cuss for the first time. He does. He's like, "I just want to use all of them. I never been able to curse before." That's exactly what he sound like. He got he finally got away from from uh mama and could just say all the words he wanted to say. Um Okay, keep going. >> Already [ __ ] you, man. You're already doing it. >> It's okay. ain't doing it, man. >> Why you doing so bad? >> Why do you want to do this? >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> I [ __ ] hate you, [ __ ] I hate you bastards. >> [ __ ] I guess you ain't going to give a [ __ ] about the [ __ ] class. Where are you? What the [ __ ] this [ __ ] >> The [ __ ] is going to burn me up? Some [ __ ] asses, [ __ ] I hate you bastard, [ __ ] I hope you die. You [ __ ] godamn worthless [ __ ] Like if it was easier for you to like let up. It's okay if y'all want to like keep your knees in my back. Fine. But all I'm trying to say is I could get up and everybody get more comfortable and still let you rest. But go ahead. If you guys feel like it's that important to be this way, that's fine. Understand what I'm saying? Does that make sense? You [ __ ] to the [ __ ] godamn [ __ ] you bastard [ __ ] Have you [ __ ] godamn your own [ __ ] die [ __ ] cancer? You bastard [ __ ] >> can you do me a favor? >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Oh, you get a chance. You brought his information. >> The one that in the white shirt here right here. >> All right, I'll speed it up cuz I think he's just going to have his drunk rant for a while. But that man with sores on the officer's family's bodies. Like that's a deep hate right there. He said, "I wish they wake up with soores on their body." Okay. Um I guess we'll see what they're talking about >> off the golf cart. So In respect of him coming back, >> he was still outraged. He's still yelling, still arguing. Officers are trying to calm him down. He's getting all in the officer's face. So you guys seen what happened. So you guys know what happened. >> You can't do that. You can't come at an officer in aggressive manner and all in their face. And >> I know. >> So that is where we are now. >> He's going to get checked out by the ambulance. >> What's going to happen? Well, right now he's he's detained. >> But like is he going to be under arrest >> right now? He's detained. >> Okay. >> All right. >> You said you're calling your mom, right? >> Yeah, she's coming here now. >> Wait a minute. >> My car right? >> Yeah. >> This one right there. Okay. I'm wondering where they at. Is this a Miami type thing? Where they at? Okay. Let me say just I'm just saying the EMS that they showed or the fire responder was a upgrade from some of the ones we've seen before. That's all I'm going to say. Lovable. Don't give me trouble. >> So, I'll get the cars. I mean the the seat ready. >> Have you done a first full search? >> No, not yet. >> Round three. >> Who's primary? >> I am. Let me turn that on. >> I got him. You're good. >> What did I do? >> I don't have it yet. >> I gave it to you. No, might as well the way y'all got me [ __ ] >> wallet. >> Okay. She said Key West, Florida. He's definitely giving me tourist. That's what I was wondering. It just seemed like he didn't know how to act cuz he he he's away from what? Whoever normally is monitoring him. It seemed like he away from them and he's showing out. That's why he even was doing the whole jumping thing. He wanted all eyes on him. You know, you know how people get when they get away from their normal surroundings. >> Thank you. >> Still has his license. >> Normal cops. >> Thank you. So, he probably probably got what's uh either assault or battery on Leo since they they ended up taking him for the spitting. Possibly disorderly conduct. They didn't name his charges, so we're just going to guess over here. Disorderly conduct. Uh what's the other? Public intoxication. Possibly. All right, on to the next one. 911 call claims infant locked inside. Cops know something's off. This story is about to go in some circles, so y'all pay attention as much as you can. But when you start losing the plot, just know it's not you. Here we go. >> 25th, 2025, police responded to a 911 call after a woman reported she had locked herself out of a home and claimed her newborn was inside. The first one, >> huh? >> No, I don't have extra. I have my keys in my >> Your baby's in there. >> Yeah. >> Is he sleeping? >> Okay. >> No one else is in there, right? for a second. >> That's a dead bolt, too. Um Yeah, cuz it's a if she There's a backside to this. >> It's a I'm just going to look. Um Yeah, cuz it'll be like exting circumstances. >> Yeah. No. >> Who is that? You talking? >> No. >> No. >> Yeah, cuz I don't think >> Yeah. >> I don't think this one is. >> It's probably Yeah. But I don't know cuz one 33 and 31, but you can't. That's a It's locked too. >> Yeah. I'm going to ask her about I mean I'm going to tell her the only thing you can do is have the fire department come. >> Yeah. And bark it. >> All right, ma'am. So, what we can do is have the fire department come and they're going to break the door down. >> Okay. >> Is that fine? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> All right. All right, I'm going to get all her 14 while you start them cuz it's going to have to be a report. So, I'll grab it. Um, get your name in. >> Phone number because because >> I'm calling the fire department and because your door is going to be >> Hold on. Fill around for a pin. All right. Does she have bottoms on? Because when she lean back, does she have bottoms on? But keep paying attention to her story, y'all. It changes so many times. >> All right. What's your name? >> Um, B E V E >> R L >> R L E Y. >> R Yeah, R L R L Y. >> Oh, no. E. Okay. >> B E V E R L Y. >> Y. Okay. Um, what's your last name? You did say that. You got a middle initial? >> Yeah. >> Um, date of birth. What's the baby's name? >> The baby's name um Raymond. >> What's his last name? >> Raymond. >> Clark. >> Clark. Clark. Clark >> with a E. >> No. >> Eddie. Okay. So, just C L A R K. >> Yeah. >> And how is Or what's Raymond's date of birth? >> The date of birth? >> Yep. 11 6 25 >> Oh, new new. >> Yeah. >> What's um What's your phone number? >> And all the windows are locked. >> Yeah, they're locked. >> I could be wrong, but I think he's still in there. You know, it's Christmas time, so it was people over here, so I don't know. I think he's still in the house cuz I left him in the house. >> Whoa. >> We walked out the door. >> Wait. She could be wrong, but she thinks her infant child is still in the house. There's a lot of people over the house. This is This is what she's saying. First is, "Can you open the door? Don't care if you break out break down the door cuz my baby's in there and I accidentally lock myself out." Now it's they said they have to contact fire rescue or whatever. Possibly get through a window or something. I could then now she's saying I could be wrong, but I think they're still in there. We'll keep going. >> Wait, wait. First of all, wait. You think somebody took him? >> No, no, no. I had family members over here. You know how people come and go with their kids? He probably He's still in the house. I think he's still in the house or he's >> That's what I'm saying. You say you think like >> Yeah. So, I mean, I don't know. I locked the door by mistake, >> right? So, I'm saying do you think that somebody might have like your family might have taken him to spend the night somewhere else? >> Yeah, maybe >> you do. You want to call them first before we break this door down? >> No, I just rather you guys break the door down. >> Well, we're going to have to replace it. You know that, right? >> We got to replace the door. You are like when they break it down. >> How are they going to break it down? Can they just open a window? >> No, we going they going in through the door. Well, we'll see when they get here. >> Thank you. You, too. >> I mean, we'll see when they get here. You can ask them, but if all else >> You'd rather them break a window. >> No, it's a window right there. It needs to be open. >> It's open. >> It is open. >> I mean, I don't know if he's in there or not. >> Okay. Wait. I don't I'm just I'm trying to see if I can get in the house. >> Okay. >> Right. >> Is he Is your baby in there or not? >> Yeah, I'm I think he is. >> Can we see him from here? Can you see him from here? So, is he on the >> You know what I'm saying? Is >> I think I left him in the in the thing. >> How long How long When's the last time you saw him? >> Just a couple of hours ago. All right. So, wait a minute. What's your phone number again? >> All right. Walk us through what So, you had family members over here earlier on Christmas Eve, right? Yeah. >> So, they were over here. You guys were, you know, parlaying, doing what family does, and then you walked outside with family members and left the baby inside. >> And then what? So, what time was all of this? >> What time was it? Yes. >> Um, >> that was earlier. >> I know. >> Like 2:00. It probably was like 11. >> So by 11:00, like 11:00 the the babies or the the everybody was here around 11:00. What time everybody left? >> Um, basically left. >> So they left about 1. All right. So family got here at 11:00. They left about 1:30. >> Yeah. >> And what time did you come out here? >> Me? I just walked out the door. I didn't know. I was talking and then when I went back to go in the house, it was locked. >> You were talking with your family? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, when you before you walked outside, did you see your baby or No, >> I seen him. >> You seen him? All right. And where? Like where in the house? >> Probably on um in his rocker or something. So, we just moved over here. So, I don't know. I cannot remember. Probably um by the couch. It's a couch. >> I know. So, >> all right. So, since good questions are being asked in the chat, Janetta said, "Does she even live there?" Great question, Janetta. We will keep watching. Leia's grandma said, "What did she say? Is she looking for her man or her baby?" That's the other question. Also, I'mma We going to keep watching cuz I want y'all to keep hearing how her story evolved. But great questions. When we if we was to walk in the door, right? Is it straight ahead? Is it in Can we If we shine our lights by the air condition, is it on this side or is it right here? >> You got to tell us. >> You could You could Our windows are tight closed. >> I know, but we going to try to see if we can look in there and see if we see an individual in there. >> You know what I'm saying? >> So, you could see You could probably see. >> Where do you think the baby is? Is it in the first window or the second window? >> The first window. >> The first window. And you think it's in a rocker? >> Yeah. I mean, he could pro he could probably be gone with one of them, but I think he's in the house. >> How I don't understand. How do you not know where your baby is? >> Someone took him. Someone We had Okay. You had a baby. Your grandma or somebody took the baby. >> Wouldn't they tell you? Wouldn't they tell you? >> I mean, I don't know, sir. >> Okay. All right. Let's Let's Let me try to see and then But you listen, you need you got to call and see if somebody got your baby. All right. Cuz right now we don't hear no screaming or nothing. And new this a new new baby. So most time they wake up like every couple minutes. They wake up like every 30 minutes to hours. Oh [ __ ] And she got uh curtains. Hold on. All right. So there's a chair. >> Oh my god. >> Hell yeah. Um, >> I'm trying to figure out how long, >> right? >> Nobody seen the baby. Now we're going to something. >> This is gonna be different. This is not just AOD the FD. This is I mean not I mean it's not just a police assist going to be something else cuz now and I don't see that. I can't like you you tell me what you like right here is >> easier for that matter. >> Like what do you that's a chair. >> Yeah. I don't see no rocker on that side. Um, and now the police I mean they here. I'm going to call S. >> Yeah. Yeah. Can you give them a update? FD, that's a nice ride. >> Yeah. You calling? Are you f to give them update or you want I'm going to call sorry? >> Yeah, you call. >> Okay. Um, where is he at? Oh my god. I I don't have a back dang on um battery about dead. Hey, Sarge. Okay, so we here and um the lady says, all right, the lady says that um she was like she thinks her baby's inside, but she's not sure. Okay, so then cuz at first she was like, "Oh, I've been outside for a couple hours." She's like, "I've been out um my family came over at 11:00. We was out here talking and hanging out and then they left about 1:00 and then she said that um I think my baby's in there, but I'm not sure." She was like a We're centric. >> So then she was just saying, I think he's in there, but I'm not sure. And I And so I told her she need to call. She was like, maybe somebody took him. I'm not sure. >> We're not climbing through a jealousy. >> So that's where we're at now. So I told her to call a family member to make sure that they don't have the baby. >> That's how we're getting. >> And that should be so simple. Well, her story is so bad. But if she gets to this point of her story and says, "Well, a family member could have the baby. You definitely somebody shouldn't have to suggest to you. Did you try to call those family members see if they have your baby? Uh some other good things in the chat is let's see Daisy how I see it said notice how she stumbled on the child's year he was born. Lovable Scorpion said her demeanor is too calm for her baby to be in the house possibly. Yep. Uh let me see. Yeah. And Lovable I so confused with this one. I was confused. I was confused until almost the end. Like what is happening here? >> Uh so we can't or >> Oh, and Professor Deita Joe said, "Why not knock on the door?" Um I can't remember if this early if she said there's literally no one else in the house but the infant so that there's no point in knocking or if she switched back and forth between there could be somebody else in the house or there couldn't be somebody else in the house besides the baby. >> Yeah. No, the dead bolts are on everything and all the doors and windows are locked shut. So now fire department is here and they're ready to go to breach it. But um um because you know obviously if the baby's in there it's a newborn. It was born November 6, 2025. >> Right. And if the baby then so you know if the baby is here but she don't know where the baby is. She said I think I left him in there. He might be in a rocker but I'm not sure. But we don't hear no crying or anything. I don't seems a little off. >> We all just puzzled. So, um, >> how do you know where your child is? >> Okay. I just want to let you know where we at with this. >> Right. All right. Byebye. uh days like it's >> 116 116 2025. >> Did you find any family members that have this baby? >> No, I told her to call >> cuz she said she don't >> All right. Can you verify that this is your house? >> Yeah. >> Well, can you verify that this is your house? >> You don't have your ID does have your license your your address on it. >> Your address? >> Yeah. A piece of mail or something? I mean, she came to her. >> She's going to try to go and follow >> where she's going. >> To her car, I'm assuming. >> Oh, >> he was like, um, obviously if this is if it's a house, he was like, um, we got to get in there. It's a brand new baby. >> But as far as the other >> Oh, no. Like depending on where the baby at. So that's he was like we got to get in there. So um >> but now she's saying the baby cuz she doesn't want him to break the door all of a sudden. >> Now she's saying no her aunt. >> Did you guys try to get in yet? >> No. Everything's dead. >> Both you guys windows. >> Yeah, they're all locked >> cuz Yeah, she's she's completely We haven't We didn't We looked through the windows. We didn't see any. Yeah, cuz she was saying that there and I, you know, I think babies at 11 November 6, they should cry every couple, you know, 30, 40 minutes. I don't heard nothing, >> but I'm trying. Okay. >> Where who are you calling on the phone while we're all standing out here wondering where your baby is? >> So, call. >> You got to call somebody. >> Break the door. >> Break the door. >> I mean, how what do you mean? What are you going to How you going to break the door? >> No. Where's the baby though? >> Try it open. No, we're going to go through the door. So, make the call or we're breaking the door. >> You don't know where your kid is at 3 in the morning. >> But the thing is you're saying it's make a phone call. >> We got to find out where the baby is. >> It's a onemon old baby. >> We got to find the baby. >> Now it's Don't break the door down. And she claimed the baby is one month old. They can't be in there alone that long. How do you not have a phone number that you can call? >> I mean, I He's gone. He's >> We need to know where the baby's at because the police we've been called here and the call came out that you said that the baby was inside and then now everything is deadbolt and locked. So now we need to know we need to make sure that that baby is fine. >> How did you get outside your your doors that closed? >> Yeah. How did that Who locked the door? >> So you were So you left the house. >> She not even live here. >> She left She left the house. That's what it is. It's coming out slowly. So she left and went somewhere because somebody did somebody locked the door. >> So you don't have the keys to get in here? Yeah, >> sorry. >> You don't have to lock. I think you see he left and went with them. >> This is your baby that's a month old, but we're about to call the Department of Children and Family. >> My aunt has him. I mean, you don't have to worry about my baby. >> Why are we out here? Why don't you call us out here then? >> Do you see how it's definitely getting called? >> It's no one in there. Nobody's in there. >> Are you on the phone with your Put her on the speaker, please. >> She's not on the phone. You're not on the phone with the some You got to listen. >> What do you want? >> Where's the baby? >> Well, we I know you guys can't stand by. I mean, she The thing is, she hasn't verified. This is some random person's house and she's just 20 telling us to break in. >> Yeah. >> All right. Since the they the police have voiced their concern, we can now for sure address that part. They don't even know if she lives here or if this is some random person's house cuz her story is getting worse and worse and worse. Leia's grandma said, "Why did she come outside in her pajamas to start with?" I think since her car is there, she took off her bottoms to appear as if, oh, I just stepped outside from this house that she claims is hers and then I just need to get back in cuz it sells the story more. So, her pants are probably in the car or something. That's what I'm thinking. But it's it's unraveling. So now they're suspecting, do you even live here? Do you even have a right to get in this house? Because if you call 911, now they're there's urgency because you said, "Oh, I'm locked outside and my onemon-old is in the house. I need to get to them." So there there could be a such a sense of urgency. Maybe some proper questions don't get asked, which is what it seems like she was hoping for. But they're asking all the good questions. >> This is in my exit house. We just moved over here. >> Who is we? >> Me and my boyfriend just moved. >> Okay. Where is the boyfriend? I Oh, I think he's in jail. >> Okay. Wait. >> All right. So, you listen, you left the house. That's what happened because like they just said there's no way. Somebody else locked this door from outside. And so, you weren't here, right? You actually drove off while your baby was still here. >> I didn't drive off anyway. I wasn't in the car. >> Well, is are those the keys? I thought this to the house. This is my old >> somebody locked this door. Ma'am, you understand that the dead bolt is on there. So, somebody locked it from outside. So, that means they shut the door and they locked it. >> Okay. These are my old keys. >> I understand. Who has the new keys? >> I don't know where they are. >> Sergey and ask them if it's worth taking the store. >> So, he said if we knew that they obviously we get in there because we because a baby may be in there. So, it's extending circumstances that she's going to be responsible for paying for this door. She is. So, you don't have to break it. >> We're going to break it because we don't know where the baby is. And you called and said that the baby was in >> The baby is gone. >> Where is the baby? >> The baby is with my >> Okay. You are you calling DCF on her? >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. Cuz where is the baby? >> Ma'am, I don't know. Do we >> But this got to be It's got to be cuz she said that the baby's in there. >> Yeah, you're telling me. >> Yeah. >> Excuse me. Listen. No, but listen. Where's the baby? >> The baby is with my aunt. They're not >> Where's the baby though? Where's the address? Because >> I don't know where they live. >> No, listen. You going to go to jail. >> Okay. But you're going to go to jail because >> I think I'm thinking >> this. You're not understanding. The call came out, right? You called the police and said that I think my baby's inside, right? So now you don't now you're saying I think somebody took him and you don't know where it's at. >> I'm not going to leave him in the house. >> You So >> okay. Yeah. Call them again. So the thing is is where's the baby? You can't you have to tell us something and then too you got to get them on the phone so we have to go to their house and verify where this baby is because you called us saying that the baby was in the house and now we don't know where the baby is and you don't either. You can't tell us nothing. You got to This is serious. >> Okay. There is no baby in there. He's He's He's well protected. >> Where? >> The baby is well protected. >> Where you? >> Okay. So, where is he? Why did you call the police? >> Cuz I needed to get in the house. >> So, why you ain't just say I was locked out my house? >> Okay. I needed to get in the house. I don't need I don't need them breaking. >> No, but now >> Okay. I don't need them breaking anything down or anything. >> Listen, you do understand this is you cannot call 911 and lie, right? Cuz that's called misuse of 911. You understand? So now you got to make somebody got to tell us that that baby is okay. >> You got to do something >> because now you you see what I'm saying? You said it's a newborn. You said it was in the house. It's not in the house. Now you telling us that the baby is well protected. And you only wanted us to come because you was locked out of the house. You can call and say you locked out the house. That's fine. And we could help you another way. But you >> you can't call and say that if you don't live there, though. And I think she's still the the I think the female cop is still on the point of where is the baby a child? Because this woman is so untrustworthy. I think she's doing her due diligence to make sure if she's ever had kids, are they actually okay since you have come here in the middle of the night to do this lie? Are your kids okay? Are they with adults at all? You know, so that's why I think she's still asking about the kids even though they know now there's no kid in this house though. You have included a baby in here. Y'all, if you're not watching your screen, she done went up there with her keys that she know don't fit that lock, trying to turn it, trying to act like it could have fit. Oh my gosh, this girl is delusional and dangerous cuz she was willing to get in somebody's house that's not her house. >> You got to call somebody. I We got to put eyes on this baby. >> The baby is I just need to get >> So my baby daddy is in jail. >> Okay, that's fine. Where is the baby? So, so now she's saying she called she you she called 911 because she was locked out of her house. Um, Beverly >> Beverly Bravo 7 clear to three. 2 3. >> Ma'am, ma'am. Ma'am, this is this is >> I'm going to get somebody else. >> No, but this is an investig We're not done. This is an investigation. So now you Now this is a whole investigation. So now you cannot leave. You cannot leave. >> I'm going to get somebody on the phone. >> But mind you, it's 3:30 in the morning. She knocking on somebody door that has nothing to do with the situation at 3:30 in the morning. Just call them on that phone. >> I was just talking to them. I was just talking >> talking to who? >> I was just talking to the aunt earlier. >> No, like No, but you understand like you can't go anywhere. Like now we're under invest. This is an investigation. So therefore, you're going to have to tell us where this baby is. >> I have to call >> He's down here saying what? >> Bravo 7. 29 P check via name and date of birth. >> It's going to be Beverly. >> No, I understand. >> Okay. Cuz something's not right with you. You don't know. You don't know anything. You don't know where your onemon old baby is. >> You call us out here. You call us out here. What? cuz you thought we could just pick the lock and you can get in for free. >> That's exactly what she thought. That's exactly what she That's why she added a baby in there to get y'all to go ahead and break the door down. >> And I I agree. There's something not right with her. >> No, you know, I left my keys. >> Where? >> I don't know where they are. >> All right. Who locked this door? Did you lock the door? >> No, I don't remember. I think it's halfway locked. >> It's not halfway locked. It's all the way locked. It is locked. >> Okay. There's something wrong. >> Yeah. Ma'am, walk us through what happened again today. >> I walked out the door and I walked out the door and the door I walked out and left the door locked. I It was halfway locked. >> There's no way it can be h It's It's all the way locked. >> It's a dead bolt. >> It's a dead bolt. >> I thought they left my son in here. >> Who is they? >> The aunt of my son. >> I need you to call the aunt. Do you actually live here? What's the address? >> I live here. Hold on. Um, sorry. >> What's the address here? >> We just moved here. >> So, you don't know the address? >> It's It's right there. >> No, but we're asking you. >> 431. >> Well, obviously not. >> Street. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm just trying to figure out why are we chuckling here. You don't know where your son is. If I'm tell if you call 911, right, and you and you lied and said that your son was here, locked inside, and he's not here, then you gonna go to jail for misuse of 911. Bravo 74 license 10. Thank you. Clear back to main. Can you put on please? >> PD main back on. >> Sorry. >> Let me just put my phone. My phone about dead just cuz I have to use it. >> All right. >> Is little Andre with you guys? >> I thought last name was Raymond. Yes, he's with them. >> But I thought his name was Raymond. You told me Raymond. >> No, his name was Andre. >> So, wait. No, we're going to do this again. >> I had to wait cuz y'all know my memory is not the best. So, Janetta, I think said that Janetta, you or someone said I don't even think the baby's name is actually Raymond. She just called somebody and said, "Is Andre there with y'all?" There's nothing that's the truth that's come out of this woman's mouth. Tell her that the police is here and we need to have eyes on Andre or Raymond or whatever his name is because you're going to possibly go to jail and won't want you to go to jail on Christmas. >> No. Oh, he's with them. >> Who is that back here? >> He's He's a big boy. I thought they left him here. >> He's not a big boy. What are you talking about? He's just born here. You can talk to him. >> Okay. Hello. Hello, ma'am. >> My phone is broken. >> Yeah, you got >> um Oh, okay. Who am I speaking with? Mariah. Hi, Miss Mariah. Um, first of all, the Miss Beverly, she has a U Beverly has a son, and she told me that his name was Raymond, but I'm just trying to figure out, she said his name was Raymond Clark. I'm just trying to figure out, do you have Raymond Clark? >> White. What's the baby name? >> That is my son's name. I thought she left him over here. >> Why would you say Raymond Clark? >> Why would you say Raymond Clark? >> Who's Raymond? >> Listen, it's 4:00. It's 3:30 in the morning, ma'am. So, um, can you tell me, are you guys in Boon Beach? Because this is the thing. She called the police. He said her baby was locked inside her home and that she needed to get inside the house. So, now we're here. >> And then she said, "No, I'm going to speak to this this woman." >> Date of birth. >> What is uh what is date of birth? >> Uh, ma'am, do you know? Is it 11625? >> I don't know. How old how old is the >> is 11 years old? >> Okay. Yeah, >> there's the other lie. We just keep on rolling. Yes, she's a pathological liar. She said she had a one-month-old that she thought was in the house. Not in the house. Oh, the auntie got it. U I know he's not in the house. There is no one-mon-old apparently. There's an 11year-old. I don't know if she has another child. They might be about to name another child, but there is no one-mon-old. >> Yes, ma'am. >> She spoke to you earlier. I thought she left him over here. >> So, did you think Why do you You have an 11-year-old son, right? >> Yeah. >> Why did you tell us that he's one month old? >> I thought she left him over here. >> Okay. Did you want us to get in your house? >> So, you didn't >> Is that Is this her? Is this Beverly and him? Are they together? >> And he came out. They were going to break the door and then said no. >> Okay. >> Can I see if those keys work here? >> What would the charge be if you were trying to use the police to break into someone's home? That sounds like a burglary in there, but I wonder like what's the added element to that because you're trying to use law enforcement to help you in your burglary or something. So, I I don't know what they going to end up charging her with, but she could she could get a lot for trying to do this. Okay. She said her brother she said that he was in jail. Is he in jail? Yes. Okay. So, he is Okay. I'm just trying to make sure everything that she told us is some Where's the truth at >> right? >> Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> Right. >> Mhm. >> Right. >> So that she does. So she don't have a newborn. She said she had a baby that is was born November 6, 2025. Okay. Do you know how um do you know his date of birth? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Okay. >> Um >> no, like um not yet. I just want to and then I just want to make sure cuz we're going to probably have to call you back. I What's your What's your name? >> Okay. It's M A R I A H. What's your last name? >> Okay. And then also to what's your phone number? >> Do you have a newborn son or >> where is he then? >> They are My son is with them. >> They just said that he's not with them. >> Okay. I think your children are >> She's talking to her right now. They're not with them. >> No, no, they're all with them. >> She just said they're not. And you what you >> That's fine, son. That's fine. I just I thought my sons I thought my kids were in the house. They're not in the house. She has them. Okay. He's just fine. I needed you guys to open the door for me. >> Yeah, I understand. That's the whole reason you called us out cuz you thought that we could open the door for free. Then when they were going to break it down, all of a sudden your kids aren't in there. So you you lied to get us out here. >> Correct. So, here's the thing. We have to verify that your your kids are okay now. >> They're just fine. >> Yeah, we have to verify. >> Well, you don't even know. >> Okay, she's on the phone. >> You don't even know where they were. >> Okay, they have them. I thought they were in the house. They're not in the house. She got them. >> Okay. >> I don't understand how you don't know if they're where they're at. Um, do you by any chance do you guys have custody? Does she have custody of her children? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> She don't have custody of her children. Okay. >> Okay. The way I just took that, but there's a she on the phone and there's a she sitting there. But I took that as the officer saying the pathological liar that's sitting here doesn't even have custody of her children or her child. Yes. love. Basically, everything she said in the beginning so far has been a lie, lie, lie. Just all of this a lie. >> Um, okay. If uh if need be, we'll just try we'll try to call you. We may have to call you back. Okay. No, that's fine. So, she doesn't have keys to this house, just you and your brother. Okay. Right. Okay. All right. I'll give you the phone. She Okay. Well, you know, she's she's probably going to have to call you back. We're going to have to talk to her first and then I we'll let her call you back. Okay. All right. Byebye. All right. So, here's the deal. This is what I gather. You tell me if I'm right or wrong. So, you were in jail and you just got out of jail. You got out of jail yesterday, Christmas Eve, right? So the aunt or your your your boy boyfriends, ex-boyfriends, however he is, sister came and and bonded you out. Drove all the way from Belgate to come pick you up from gun club. When she got there, you left. You were already gone. She has been driving for 3 hours looking for you. >> No. >> Okay, just listen to me. >> I thought she came here my son in >> No. She says she came here and you you weren't here either. And so she said she waited here until like 11:30 and she had to go home because she's tired. So she took your 11-year-old son. You don't have a newborn. You don't have a newborn. And she took him back to Belgade and he's sleep. She just doesn't know how old she is. But that the the 11year-old she shares with the boyfriend that lives here. He's he's the one that rented this place. You don't have keys. You don't have keys to this apartment. She does and he does own. >> Never camped over here if they didn't call me over here. I don't >> But you weren't in place. There weren't enough. >> I left. I had to leave. I wasn't I had to do something. >> So, what is the reason for you calling us again? >> To open the door. >> No. No. But what did you tell our what did you tell our 911? You said what? You told us what? That there was a baby inside. That's what you said. >> Okay. I thought my kids was in here cuz that's the stuff they >> You said it was a newborn. You don't have a newborn? >> I have a newborn. >> Where's the newborn? >> They have the kids. All you got to do is tell her to come and she can open the door. >> No. No. She lives in Belgrade. She's not coming. >> Okay. You said she was driving 3 hours. >> So, that's the whole thing. You lied. newer born just so we can open your door. >> No, no, no. I found out we found out. You found out we can't just open magically open a door. The fire department has to break your door. Now you don't want to do it because we told you you have to replace the door. >> Okay, that was it. >> Not just that, but can we land the plane on She don't live there. There's not a her door. That's not her door. She doesn't live there. She has no newborn. She just got out of jail. I forgot that part. Got out of jail the night before. Yeah. Put her back in on in jail on Christmas. Exactly. Um, what else? She doesn't even have custody of the child she she faked and called 911 for. She doesn't live here. They weren't apparently expecting her to even be over here cuz they came to bail her out. So, she should have been where they were going to bail her out at. It's her ex. Um, she was going to have them basically mess up his property. Um, what else do we have? Did she give them her actual name? Cuz I feel like they actually looked her up. I'm not sure. But everything was a lie. All of it. >> She has the kids. I'm fine. You don't have to um open her charges for both, >> right? >> No. No. I thought my son is not coming to the door. There's no There's no newborn. This You don't have >> a fake date of birth, a fake name. >> Everything was fake. You told me your child name was Raymond. There's no Raymond. Okay. >> Right. So, right now, I need you to stand up. You are being placed under arrest for making a false police report. >> I didn't do anything. >> No, I didn't do anything. >> I just told you baby that you don't have. >> Okay, ma'am. I just told you guys. >> Well, you know, WE KNOW >> MY BABY IS with them. >> There's no baby. >> There is no baby. You said that so we would open the door FOR YOU. >> NO, MY BABY IS with them, sir. >> All right. This is what we're doing. Let's go. You're going >> MY BABY IS WITH THEM. I JUST YOU JUST TALK TO THEM. >> That's not a baby. That's not a baby. >> That's a baby. You just talk to them. Ma'am, >> what? >> No, you just talk to them. >> You just talked to them. >> I'll take care of it. >> Sir, YOU JUST TALKED TO THEM ABOUT YOU just talked to her about my baby. >> So, I'm Yeah, I'm up here. >> Ma'am, you just TALKED TO HER ABOUT MY BABY being in the house. >> That wasn't a false report. My kids are with her. away. >> You just talked to ME ABOUT MY SON BEING IN THE HOUSE and you just talked to her. So that's not a false report. I THOUGHT MY KIDS WERE IN the house and it's not one month. >> They're sleep. They're sleep. >> Hold on. >> They're sleep. >> They're sleep. >> So you got earrings on? >> No, they're sleep. >> No, ma'am. I should never be under I should never be placed under arrest for nothing. Don't lie to the police. >> Okay, I told you. And they told you, too. >> Ma'am, you had the whole fire department come out. >> Okay. The only thing I was worried about was getting in the house. I thought my son >> I thought my kids were in the house. >> No, you said newborn. >> There's no newborn. There's nobody named Raymond >> that you gave birth to. >> I thought my kids are in the house now. Okay. >> No. No. I'm not telling anything to the judge. LET ME OUT OF HERE in a seat. Let's go. You got her keys? Okay, now y'all were not wrong. Yes, false report was a charge that she could get. Misuse of 911. Here's what I was looking for because I was trying to I was trying to ask the specific part of her trying to utilize the police as a tool to help her commit the crime. So, this is this is now this is what Google says, but it says if you involve police through a manufactured story, you could be charged with conspiring to commit a crime. So, conspiracy to commit burglary. That's what I was looking for. The actual part where you're trying to use them as your tool to do the crime for you. That's what I was I was trying to Okay, so it's it's conspiracy. And then it also said what y'all said, uh, false reporting, obstruction. It also says statutory burglary, breaking and entering, all those things. >> You got keys in your hand, >> man. Let me out of here. your penis. >> Let me out of here. >> Ugly [ __ ] >> Which way you got? >> No. Tell him to bring >> sit back. The more I sit here and you know, hopefully hopefully if it's in my destiny to do so, I will be passing this LSAT and I will hopefully be in law school. Now, I'll be in law school for like 10 years cuz if I can, I'm taking like one class a semester cuz I got other things going on in life. Either way, I just imagine now the more I look at this, I just imagine. Imagine trying to be a public defender trying to defend her. Imagine. Oh man. No. No. Yeah. You just came from my household with my family. Don't go back. Ho. Okay, stand over here. Stand over here, please. All right. I need you to stand against this wall so I can take these handcuffs off. It don't matter how big my son is or how old my son is and none of it. >> Does I thought she was about to say, "Ma'am, I just got out of jail. I already know I need to take my earrings off." That's what I thought she was about to say. That's why I started laughing. >> Does not matter. >> Okay. You have any other Do you have any other pierces on? Oh, I don't have nothing on. >> Okay. All right. Let's go this way. >> She was booked into the county jail for making a false official statement and her bond was set at $1,000. Court records show she later entered a guilty plea, was adjudicated guilty by the court, and sentenced to 21 days with credit for time served. She was also assessed $373 in court costs. Her case is now closed. Man, was that not a roller coaster of lies? I told y'all stick with me on that one. That was a lot. Um, let me see. Okay, I make sure I didn't make any notes on her. Nah, public defenders, y'all. The real ones out there don't know how you do it. Oh my gosh. And people that do pro bono for for people with this type of logic. If you do proono for, you know, other stuff that people actually deserve it, I get that. But for people like this, oh my gosh. Okay. Next one out or next one up, totally different setting. Uh, girls night out ends with bar cheering her arrest. So, they were celebrating that this woman finally got arrested. >> Good evening, sir. >> You sound fed up already. >> Oh, >> who needs some kicking out? >> It's a freaking football game. >> Um, you know, we tried to calm the woman down. Just sitting >> Oh, she's upset about the game. No, she's just all up in everybody's face and she's drunk. >> Had her a little too much. >> Told her to calm down and behave. >> Before Before we go in there, I'm just going to wait for them to get up here. We brought some brought some extra hands. And I'm like, I'm asking you to leave again. >> You guys want to formally trespass? >> You know, we're going to waste your time. We'll trespass. >> Yeah, man. If you guys told her to leave multiple times and she's giving y'all squad about it, let's go ahead and get her done. >> So, there's a group of them at the table. The one there's going to be a large lady in Peach that has the tab for the whole table. The little scrawny. >> See, this is one of the reasons I I was like, I got to lose weight. This is why I had to lose weight. Cuz what I don't need is when you have to do an official report and the way you're going to point me out is say, well, the large lady in peach, it's many reasons. My back was hurting from too much weight, too. It was it was it's my blood pressure was getting too high. It was other stuff too. But I'm just saying when you're doing an official report and the only way you remember me, you don't remember my hairstyle. You describe me as the large lady. No, I have to make life changes. This is this is one of the reasons you're not going to do that to me. >> Blondheaded ladies, the mouthy one that caused the whole problem. That's the one we called on. She's definitely got to go. >> Now, when I saw how the other woman stand up, she's going to need a ride. There's another lady at the table that says that she's going to give him a ride. >> Okay. So, we want the whole table gone. >> But I definitely want the little blonde. >> Oh, they're they're going to settle up before they leave for sure. >> But yes, the little blonde headed lady needs to go for sure. >> The other ones have all been behaved and but >> Well, you just go here point them out and we'll get them gone. right here. >> What's her name? Hey. >> Hey, >> you're out of here. Just go with them. >> They're trespassing you. >> They want them going to private establishment. They got the right to refuse service. >> They have. >> Ma'am, I just want you to know when that man gave his report. He said the large lady in pink. Pink or peach. I'm just letting you know that that's how he wanted to remember you. Everybody else get to be scrawny blonde. And he said the large lady in a pink shirt. I just want you to know that's how he said. That's what he said about you. >> Right to refuse service. They would like her to leave. How's one? Okay, we need to take it outside. You're being trespassed if you do not comply at this point in time. Well done. >> Dad, >> you're off the property. >> Dad, no. Dad, >> they just shut I'm slowing down. Saturdays and Sundays, as long as I'm not busy, we are here in the morning to watch the body cams for the last and then the serious ones in the other times of the day. So, yes, welcome. Thank you for coming on over with us. >> Dad. Dad, call Stacy. I'm not resisting. >> I'm calling. >> Dad, call Stacy. >> Phone's hung up. >> No, my phone's not [ __ ] hung up. She keeps walking. the other one in there. >> Yeah, her friend did try to save her. Bless and high the favor said that's a good friend. Yep. Uh for those that said at least, you know, somebody lovable said at least somebody got some sense in her friend group. They couldn't save her though. And if I remember correctly, I think um they're going to find out I think she put hands on somebody. So eventually she was going to get arrested anyway because of what she did in the bar. Cuz I don't think it was her loudness. I think she was antagonizing people from this opposite sports team, but she also like put her hands on them, not just talking noise like people do when they have opposite sports team. So, I think that was going to get her in trouble. Anyway, the cop that uh that was tired of her saying fbombs, he was just over it because, you know, a lot of them, they'll let you keep cursing, especially if you're outside of a bar type thing. As long as you walking away, a lot of them will let you keep going. So, he was over her anyway in my opinion. But yeah, I I we we have we're not even halfway through the video, so I do think this is one where she put her hands on somebody in that bar, too, though. >> Yeah, she's she's tearing longer to leave, too. >> Okay. Well, we can fix that. >> Anything else from her belongings? What's that? >> She's the one of the ladies up there's got to make sure the the young lady with the long dark hair has her purse. >> Okay, thank you guys. >> Y I I I gave you the license. >> I got it right here. >> Okay, >> we're we're working out some other ends because she's deciding she doesn't want to listen. She's more than likely going to go to jail tonight >> for public intoxication. >> Can I take her >> to jail? Take her home. No, she's she's 95% chance probably going to jail for disorderly land talk cuz she wants to walk in the parking lot and yell [ __ ] this and [ __ ] that. And then deputy's giving her instructions and he's not listening. >> She's not listening and we have to put our hands on her. >> Go ahead. >> I get it, sir. There's nothing to do. >> Can I please take >> It's going to be up to Deputy H more than likely. So, I have to figure it out. Excuse me, guys. >> Temple. I'll just give me a couple minutes. Y'all just hang out up here. Her friend wants her friend wants to talk to you. >> Well, you better go up there and talk to her friend. >> That's them standing right up there. They want they want to take her home tonight. >> She's going to jail. >> No, they're going to jail. >> I'm just a messenger. No, she's a messenger. Okay. Apparently, he's got the leg >> cuz Horn's such a gentle guy. She's like, "Let's go." And then she grabs the table and here come all the drinks on the floor. I'm like, "Yeah, okay. There it is." >> She's I don't care. She said, "That's my daddy on the phone. I can program my phone to say whoever I can." >> Well, she she was pointing at the picture like Barack Obama calling on my phone. >> Like I was like, I was like, who is that? You're She was asked three times to let's take this outside. >> She was walking off. [ __ ] this. [ __ ] that. >> I'm sorry, but >> ask, tell me. >> She was asked. You asked her. >> He said it, too. He's not even the one I was telling y'all about. He said, "Ask, tell, make." I told y'all those are my favorite ones because then we can cut through a lot of the nonsense. First time I'mma ask you. Second time I'mma tell you. Third time I'mma make you. Bro, he just said it. Ask, tell make >> how many times? Three times. >> The first thing I said, let's go. She said, I forgot the name. >> Once. >> Yeah. >> Pagotas. You say 54. >> So, what's cool? >> Oh, show me. I said, show me out on the beach. Yeah. This is deputy. >> Hi, sir. I'm Calvin. I'm over here, sir. I'm I'm the one that's not drinking. >> Okay. Well, >> I'm staying with her. >> Okay. Well, when I give you a lawful command to stop and you're yelling and cussing in the parking lot, >> and you continue to walk away from me, and then you you resist when I'm trying to put you in handcuffs, you go to jail. Okay. >> You you she forced my hand with it. If she would have stopped and talked. Yes. >> I'd have told her to chill with the language. No need for that or anything else. >> I understand. >> But >> I understand. So, where's she going to be, honey? >> She's going to go to San County Jail. >> Okay. >> Can we please >> Can I take him home or No, please. >> Okay. I understand that she went too far. >> I respect his decision. >> When When you when you when you make me put your my hands on you, I'm I'm bound by law. >> Yes, sir. I get that. I get that. >> It's just she's not from here. Well, >> she was visiting, but I get it. >> All right, I'll make sure that the rest of them get home. >> I live right over here, honey. >> I got you. >> So, I'll take them to my house. >> Oh, I'm calling Miss Kelly. >> She's going to my house. What do I have to do to file a charge? >> What? >> Because she hit me in the back of the head. This is what started the whole thing. >> Told y'all. I told y'all. That's why I wasn't going to make too much of a big deal about him going back to get her cuz she was cussing and stuff. Here's the thing, too, though. Lawful orders are lawful orders until you are released. And he said, "Ma'am, stop. Ma'am, stop or stop." I don't know if he said ma'am, but he said, "Stop, stop, stop." Those are lawful orders. She disobeyed. And you know, some people get it more severely than others sometimes. So, she's one of the ones that got a little quicker than we're used to seeing all the time. So, and but as you can see, there was a battery. This woman said that that woman I think hit her in the back of the head. I think that's what she said. I'll back up a few seconds, but I told y'all I think this the one where she wasn't just talking, she was laying hands. >> I'm calling Miss Kelly. >> Going to my house. >> What do I have to do to file a charge? >> What? >> Because she hit me in the back of the head. This is what started the whole thing. And I wasn't going to. >> Who hit you? the lady that y'all took in for disorderly. >> I don't know her name. Okay. >> She's wearing the Bama shirt. I have no idea. But like >> I had no idea. But apparently all night she was behind me like flipping me off cuz every time we would score I would stand up and cheer. >> Mhm. >> But I mean I never left my table. And then when I don't know something happened and they scored and she's like, "Oh yeah, you're cheering for your team but we're still winning." and I sat back down and then something happened and she came over and got up behind me and then she just like slammed me in the back of the head and then she punched my husband and then that's when the owner went over and told her to calm down and stay at her table and that's when she hit him Kevin you know >> but like I was going to let it go but I don't think I should let it go because she I need to know what I need to do. >> It's as simple as filling out a witness statement as well. >> Do I just like call tomorrow? Do I know? We can do it now. >> Um, >> yeah. I mean, like I have like a knot on the back of my head. Like I have like legitimate >> Do you mind if I just feel it? Just not at all. >> Where is it at here? Right here. >> What did she hit you with? >> I have no idea because she was behind me. I don't have a clue. >> I have zero clue. Like I was sitting in my chair. I never even got out of my chair. There's a million witnesses. I mean, when I went to the bar to get a drink, some girl goes, "I want to buy you a drink cuz you've been such a good sport all night." And I said, "What do you mean?" She's like, "Well, she's been back there behind you whipping you off." I had no idea. >> Yeah. >> And then when all that happened, she like nailed me in the back of the head and then my husband stood up and then she punched him >> and like it just went from there. And and he's like, "Let it go. Let it go." I'm like, "No, I'm not going to let it go. That's ridiculous. I've never been hit. I've never been in a fight. I'm like I'm a nurse. I'm like the one taking care of everybody. I don't do this." >> So, until I told Kevin, I was like, "You know what? It was fun, but I'll watch the game at home from now on. I'm never doing this again. >> Ridiculous. >> You saw obviously a good night. >> I don't know if you were out here. >> That she hit y'all. >> Well, she tried. >> But I mean, I'm like that's what when Kevin told me that, I'm like, you know what? I was going to just let it go, but I don't think I should cuz that's ridiculous. If you can't handle your liquor, don't go out and drink. >> Mhm. So, your information up top. >> Okay. If you obviously you don't know her name, but if you'll just put kind of what she was wearing and that kind of stuff and then just a synopsis of basically what >> today's correct >> it is the 12th >> and it's 8:54 now. >> Okay. >> Don't worry about the complaint number. I'll get that for you. And just basically a little synopsis of of what the events were kind of what you told me. >> Yep. I'm a nurse. I'm good at that. And then uh I'm gonna go up here and watch the surveillance footage real fast and then we'll go from there. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> All right, Tony. >> What? >> Tonight you're being arrested for two counts of battery. >> Are you [ __ ] kidding me? >> Disorderly intox and resisting officer. All right, we're going to get you up to the San Rosa County Jail. No, ma'am. We're not. >> All right. >> I want you on a ride. >> You're good. Well, she she's also got two counts of battery. >> For what? >> For punching a a patron in the back of the head, as well as punching her husband. >> She I will tell you she did not punch that lady. >> She did. I watched the video. I watched their surveillance video. >> So, you did see her punch that lady husband? Cuz she didn't say, "I will tell you she never raised her hands and didn't hit anybody." She said, "I will tell you she never punched that lady." So, you missed one. In my opinion, I feel like she hit both of them. >> I love it. >> Okay. Well, I only saw what I saw, but if you watch the video, >> I watched the video. She punches her in the back of the head and then when he he stands up to defend his wife, she punches him in the shoulder. >> Okay. I didn't >> She doesn't She doesn't even have a recollection of what happened out here. So, that's how intoxicated she is right now. >> Okay. So, >> I trust you, >> but y'all are y'all are >> Yeah. So, she we're going to get her up to the jail so she can calm down and and chill out. Um, but she, like I said, she's going to have to count the battery as well. Okay. >> Okay. So, that's obviously going to make her bond go up. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Does that Does that determine the amount of time she stays in there? Is it just the intoxication? >> The amount of time. >> Yeah. If if she has to blow owner a 0.05 to be able to get out. >> Okay. Um it's for safety reasons and everything of that nature. Um so but as soon as she's able to blow under that then she can she can be bonded out and everything. >> Okay. So the battery charges doesn't have anything to do with the extension of >> No. It's a it's a first degree misdemeanor. Okay. All right. Have a better night. >> Nobody antagonize me. [ __ ] that [ __ ] Call my kid, Amber. >> I don't believe she can hear you, Miss Tony. >> Cut this [ __ ] [ __ ] off. >> This is Scottish bagpipe music, ma'am. >> What? >> This is Scottish bagpipe music. >> Scottish bag. >> Ma'am, is Scottish bagp pipe music. You and culture swine. That's all I could think of. She didn't know what that was. Okay. Um All right. Let's see if they name her charges at the end. >> Share your thoughts below and don't forget to like. >> All right. He listed them already. Two counts of battery. Disorderly kind of resisting. That's what they said. Oh man. Okay. He is the first police officer I've heard listen to that like as a ride, you know. But hey, to each their own, you know. All right, next one up. We got a little road rage. Entitled women turn road rage on a mother and child into felony charges. Here we go right now. >> Well, y'all, you guys will be in the light here in just a minute. >> Hell yeah. I just happened to run out of gas right here. I walked to the store. >> I'm going to read your Shut up for a minute. On February 22nd, 2024, deputies responded to a reported disturbance involving multiple vehicles. The victim stated that after an argument in a public area, she attempted to leave with her child in the vehicle. She was then followed for several miles by two cars. The suspects allegedly boxed her in multiple times, striking her vehicle while attempting to block her escape. >> How y'all doing? Good. >> Y'all running out of gas? I'm going go ahead and say this now. How how much of a is it degenerate? How much of a Okay, I can't think of a word. I just had it. How bad are the choices that you make in life that not only are you endangering a mother and child trying to leave, you follow them, you strike their vehicle, and your broke behind don't even have enough gas in the car to do the thing. That's wild to me. >> Yeah. We trying to make sure this the right gas though before we put it in the car. >> She not answering the phone. >> What's your names? >> Me. >> Mine's Liria. >> Uh-huh. So, what's going on? >> She ain't got no gas. >> What else is going on? >> What's supposed to be going on? >> That's what I'd like to know. >> What? Why you asking us that? What? >> Y'all got into it with some other female. >> I just pulled up over here >> literally in our Insta. >> Yes. I just came from my house to get that gas can. Um, Mom, is it regular gas? >> Is it regular gas in this gas can or is it Cuz I'm trying to help Kira. She ran out of gas. I just went, "Okay, what's supposed to be going on?" Cuz >> what's all over the >> This car ran out of gas. this car. >> Okay. >> Hey, do me a favor. What was your name? Lira. >> Nara. You're Lira. Let's Let's step over here. Let's step slide away from the car. You have your IDs on you? >> What you supposed What is going on for real? >> Ran out of gas to do some Instacart and all this. Yo. West. >> Well, hold on, fella. >> Let me see if it's smell like gas. >> Of course, it's a gas can. I'm >> Where did you get that from? >> That's my house. >> Yeah, she I was in the caring local highway. called in and said someone stole a bus and then hung up on transfer. We're going to try to get >> stole a bus. >> This says stole a bus, right? >> Y'all serious? >> No, not you guys. >> Oh, no. No. Eat bus is getting stolen. That's what that's what y'all saying. >> I'm looking for transfer. She got hit the front like part of her car. smudge all over it like a car contacttor. >> Excuse me. Can I ask y'all a question? What is y'all doing? Cuz we in the blind right now. >> Well, y'all, you guys will be in the light here in just a minute. We figure out what we're doing. >> How come y'all can't tell us what's going on? >> Yeah, good. >> As soon as he gets here, we we're going to talk about it. >> Okay. Who is he? >> The other deputy. Damn. And I got to pee. That is so weird. [ __ ] One of the things if you want to aggravate me is to play dumb knowing you know what you did. And I know what you did, but we still going to play this game as if both of us don't know what the heck you just did. That's so aggravating. You know what you did. And then you have then you have the audacity to be indignant like someone's wasting your time. Like you're inconvenience. Y'all don't find us. >> Meanwhile, you have a gas can and you're wondering if it's water or gas in a gas can because you ran out of gas cuz you out here road raging on somebody, chasing them down in between your Instacarts cuz I believe you do have an Instacart, but you also made time to go and terrorize somebody. All of those can be true at the same time. >> Strange. I just out the blue I stopped with y'all. Y'all just Y'all just happened to run out of gas right here. >> Hell yeah. I just happened to run out of gas right here. I walked to the store to call her cuz my phone was dead. Like literally, it was dead. Now I got to call the Instacart people and tell them that I'm pulled over and I don't know what for. Do you have the groceries with you? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You might want to go ahead and do a return >> for what? >> You probably ain't going to make it there. >> And what we going to jail for? As soon as it gets here, we'll explain it to you. >> Let me call my people. >> Oh my. >> Out with both the vehicles. Which vehicle hit you? >> Both of them. Both of them hit us. Um the red one hit us in the turn. The black one hit us in the back. >> They had us like locked in. Like why couldn't even turn. >> You see all the skid marks in the front. They charged her with everything, Brianna. Oh man, I should have made Heather last. Oh my gosh. Okay, this is Midwest Safety. You know, we love some Midwest safety out here. But it says, "When a cop ruins her career in seconds." Here we go. >> February 27th, 2025, a McKinley County officer in New Mexico conducts a traffic stop after a driver goes the wrong way on a one-way street and hops a curb, popping both passenger side tires. What the officer doesn't know is the driver is a fellow New Mexico State Police officer. 2543, you can come to my 20. Can you roll down the window? Can you roll it down? >> What's up? What's up? >> You're going the wrong way on Second Street and then you also hit a curb and popped both your both your tires on this side. How much alcohol have you had tonight? >> Nothing. So, why are you slurring? >> I'm not slurring. >> Go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me. Okay. >> It was because you said I slurred. There's no reason. >> So, you're refusing to get out of the vehicle. 25 Metro 2011 refusing to get out of the vehicle. Slurring her words. Smell alcohol coming from inside the vehicle as well. >> 2 in. 2011 just rolled up all the windows refusing to get out. Doors are locked. I need you to step out of the vehicle. I need you to step out of the car. >> Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. >> I've already explained that to you. Step out of the vehicle. Don't make this harder than it has to be. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. If you don't step out of the vehicle, we will break your window. We'll remove you from the vehicle. It's your choice. Step out of the vehicle. 25 Metro. So, be advised. Driver is going to be a offduty NMSP officer. Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. The officer shows her sergeant's contact in her phone, signaling she's going to call him. It's unclear what she thinks the sergeant will do in this situation. Nevertheless, she's about to attempt to drag him into this mess. >> Step out of the vehicle. Step out of the car. Step out of the car. I'm going to break the window. I don't care WHO YOU'RE CALLING. STEP out of the car. I will break the window. STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE NOW. STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE. STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE OR WE'LL BREAK THE WINDOW. Hold on. Wait for the other guys to get here. State police hall. She's 47. STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE. WE'RE GOING TO BREAK THE WINDOW. THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING. THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING OR WE WILL BREAK THE WINDOW. I'm watching her hands. >> STEP OUT. >> STEP OUT. >> Step out. >> SGE. ROLL OVER. >> ROLL OVER. Dodge here. DODGE. Roll over that way. Sit up. Sit up here. Just roll this way. Okay. Yeah. Sit up. Let's go put her in my unit. Do you have any glass on you in your mouth? Anything like that? >> Yep. >> You did? Okay. We'll get this one. Ready? passenger side. Passenger side. Negative. I won't get in the car and tell her, Sergeant. >> And we're not waiting for you, Sergeant. You're under arrest. Get in the car. >> Come on. She has a problem cuz why would you jeopardize your career doing this? And then you call your sergeant. Oh man. I mean, they probably would notify her anyway. They already they already knew she was part of the PD and everything, but wow, she got a problem. Need to be addressed quickly. Um, but yeah, think about how many DUI she's probably given other people. I always think about that when they get in trouble for stuff. Think about how many times they've done it themselves. >> Get your unit, buddy. We can pull it through. Yeah, >> you can transport for me. Look, >> have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> You know how this works. >> Watch your legs kick you. thing is still dude. She was She came off of Second Street the wrong way. Came towards me this way. So I was westbound 66 and I seen her vehicle come out of Second Street the wrong way. She came eastbound 66. The light was red. She went around a car. The light turned green. She sped up, hit the sidewalk, the curb, >> jumped the curb high as hell, popped both her right tires. >> I lit her up. She pulled in right here. >> She went and opened this window. She's like, "Go to the passenger side." So went to the passenger side. She rolled it down about that much. And you can smell the alcohol. See it was her. So I called for you. Came to the driver's side window. She started calling Roman from the state police. >> She starts yelling, screaming, "I'm not getting out." >> Yelling, "I ain't getting out. I ain't getting out." I told her, "Get out of the car. We're going to break the window." She locked all the doors and then they broke the window. She wouldn't get out. So, we drugg her out, put her in cuffs, and you could smell the alcoh. >> Yep. I'll call Roman. She showed me the phone like that and it said, "Sergeant Roman, dude, when you were breaking the window, I was watching her hands cuz I think >> she's an officer. I don't know what she's got." So, I'm watching her hands. I see [ __ ] glass hit me in the face and I'm like, >> "So, are you trying to >> listen to me about tell you something important? You're under arrest for DWI. Did the Mexican imply consent act require you to submit to a breath test? See, do you agree to take our test? Yes or no? >> Did you do the SFS? >> Do you agree to take our test? Yes or no? >> Did you do the SFS or no? >> I did not. >> Do you agree to take our test? >> Based on what? >> Do you agree to take our test? Yes or no? >> I cannot force you to take our test, but if you refuse, you will lose your New Mexico driver's license or non-resident operating privilege for one year. If you are convicted in a court of driving while under the influence, you may also receive a greater sentence because you refuse to be tested. Do you understand? Your right to speak to an attorney or remain silent does not apply to the requirement in New Mexico law that you take a breath test. Do you now agree to be tested? Yes or no? >> Can you say police here? >> No. It's so interesting every time I see this when someone's so basically drunk out of their minds, but the things that'll still stick through the the alcohol haze. Like she doesn't understand she shouldn't be behind the wheel yet. She still, you know, her brain is like, I'm not drunk. I didn't do anything wrong. But she her brain also is getting it through. Did you do the field sobriety test on me yet? And you know, calling her sergeant. It's just so crazy to me what goes what can make it through the drunk brain but not the things that really could have helped you out. You know what I mean? Like that's that's just interesting to me. >> Do you now agree to be tested? Yes or no? >> Can you get say police here? Yes or >> no? I cannot. No. >> Yes or no? >> No. >> Okay. So based on that, >> do you now agree to be tested? Yes or no? >> I consider your actions are refusable to be tested. You're under arrest for aggravated DWI. She refused to answer me. Tina has refused along 115 aggravated DWI. I'm going to go off now now that she's in the unit 15 and I read her. >> New Mexico State Police Officer Rachel Hall had served for 4 years and 8 months at the time of her arrest. A partially empty bottle of vodka was found under her seat and she later declined to take a breathalyzer test. She was charged with aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol, consuming and/or possession of an alcoholic beverage in an open container in a motor vehicle, three counts of resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, failure to maintain a traffic lane, and driving on the wrong side of a road. Immediately following her arrest, Hall was placed on administrative leave. Before the internal investigation concluded, she chose to resign. New Mexico State Police Chief Troy Weisler expressed deep disappointment, stating that Hall's actions were a breach of public trust and did not reflect the values of the department. Hall's arrest occurred amid a larger DWI scandal in which federal investigations alleged that some officers in New Mexico conspired with a defense attorney to dismiss DWI cases in exchange for bribes. >> Oh, let's let that marinate. Hold on. Hold on. We cracking into other things. That's why she was probably so comfortable. Growing DWI scandals, 16 officers, two attorneys implicated in bribery screen scream scheme. Thousands of dismissed cases raised serious questions. Full scope of scandal may yet to be seen. Wow. Take a look at the plea deals in New Mexico DWI scandal. That was April 7th, 2025 when that article was posted and it was updated April 30th, 2025. if you're interested in reading more about that. Wow. >> This has led to several arrests and resignations in the law enforcement community. Paul's case seems to be an isolated incident that is not linked to this scandal and she is presumed in Oh, well, you know what? Midwest Safety, I believe, believes there's a connection. They're just reporting though that her case wasn't officially connected. So, I'm like, you have to believe there's a connection cuz you wouldn't have posted that otherwise. But they I think they see a connection in it cuz they're the ones that uploaded it >> unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> Question. Have you ever heard of the phrase the cover up is worse than the crime? But what if people like lawyers and cops aren't just covering things up, but they're also trying to cash in? Now, this leads me to talk about a seasoned criminal defense attorney in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and he's at the center of a scandal that's been going on for decades. And the allegation suggests that Rudy Chavez collaborated with lawyers and police officers, and they accepted bribes to get DWI cases dismissed. Now, Chavez has denied any wrongdoing and he's saying that the statements made against him are based on false statements and do lack evidence. And I do have to say that although Mr. Chavez hasn't been indicted, the New Mexico Supreme Court has temporarily suspended his license. And that's definitely not a good sign. And I do mention this case because corruption has always been farreaching. Now, although this case is unrelated, if we can't trust the people to uphold the law to conduct themselves responsibly and with high moral character, public trust will erode. And in this particular video, accountability is about to get tested. And this officer did balance professionalism with the awkward tension of investigating a police officer. And as a police officer who's intoxicated and chooses to get behind the wheel of a car, in my opinion, you care nothing about yourself or the officer who stops you. And as she rolls up her window, the situation just got real because although she may be a cop, but she's also a defiant drunk driver. Now, the sad part is having to watch this officer get yanked from the car, thrown to the ground, and then placed in cuffs. And as much as it pains me to say this, I believe she deserved it all. But I will end with this. How do we expect the public to trust those in authority when some of them treat it like a license to break the law instead of enforcing it? >> There you go. Yes. Thank you. That's exactly it. They have to have our trust. Thank you. I love Midwest Safety. That's so good. Okay, next one up. Mel Karen meets Karma after harassing woman over music. I don't think I've watched this one. >> 29th, 2025, officers responded to a reported battery at a Love's gas station. >> Oh, I have seen this. Y'all let me know if we watched this together before. If we have, I still have two more videos after this, but let me know if we've seen this one together. I know I've watched it myself, but yep, a caro. Omzy, we got a caro. Black Mercedes. Um, pulled up here kind of real blizzard type thing. Got out. Her radio was blaring loud. I said, "Ma'am, do you really need to have that that loud?" >> She goes, "You're a racist bastard." I said, "Uh, there ain't nothing racist about me." I said, "You're just disturbing everybody's peace." She goes, "Everybody here loves me. They don't care if I play it loud, quiet, or whatever." >> 23. >> I said, "There ain't no need for you to act that way." And your dispatcher heard her yelling and screaming at me. The only reason I called, she said, "I'm going to put you on social media cuz you're a racist bastard." And then grab my arm. Okay. >> I said, "You can't put hands on people." >> Okay. >> That ain't That ain't right. And I And I told your dispatcher, I said, "That's the only reason there in the purple." >> Yep. >> Okay. >> And that's the only reason I called you guys. >> Okay. >> And I asked your uh dispatcher to expedite you guys because when she grabbed my arm, I'm like, "Okay, what's she going to do next?" >> Mhm. >> That's the only reason I did. I did a I she walked around my vehicle right before that. And when she after she did that, I backed up and I stayed away from >> Yeah, that's her in purple. Let's stay over there. I'll talk to you over there. >> I'm going to go save my father. I got to go meet my son at college. >> Let's walk up here so we're away. >> They said they can show you their camera. >> Hey, listen. Listen, let's walk up here and talk so we're away from him cuz it'll probably upset. I'm not, believe me, I don't know what else couldn't upset him. >> So, what happened? >> So, I get I've been parked here for the past few hours, but I'm going to see I was parked over there cuz I'm going to see my son at college. Um, this black my my my sister Mercedes. >> Yeah, my sister's over there as well. So, >> we were literally parked pulled pulled over to the gas station. My sister opens her car door. She's on the dark side. I get out the car as well. >> He was already done pumping. The door opens. We have R&B music playing, not even loud. We come here all the time. They know if they were just in there like what? They said he came in, I rate already. >> He has standing in his car door and goes, "Turn that [ __ ] off now. You're disturbing my peace." I said, "Excuse me?" I said, "I'm not even doing anything to you. What are you talking about?" >> He goes, "Turn it off now." You heard what I said. I said, "Sir, I'm not going to turn off anything because I'm not disturbing you." He starts walking towards me. I get I go in the car. I get the phone. I said, "Sir, I'm going to record you. stay away from me. He goes, "What are you going to do? I don't give a you can record me. You can do whatever you want." I said, "Sir, these people in here know me. They love me. They know I don't make problems with anyone here. Please get away from me." He goes, "No one knows you here." He goes, "No one knows you here. No one knows you out here. This this and that. Get your ass from out of here. You something." I said, "Sir, you sound like a racist." He goes, "You're going to see racist today when the police gets out here." I go, "Sir, I'm not even doing anything to you. What are you talking about?" He starts talking. I tell him, "Okay, I'm going to keep recording you." I told him, "I'm going to record you. I will make you social media famous." >> Do you have that on your phone? >> I kept recording him cuz the first recording clicked off. He was following me. As you can see, I'm on my side. >> Can I hold it? >> Yes, sir. >> He's on my He's telling me to just turn on my music that's not even loud. As you can hear in the in the in video, the music is not even loud. It was very low. We opened the door and he heard the music and he started saying, "Turn that [ __ ] off now. You're disturbing my peace." >> The guy just left that wanted to report to you guys. >> This another one. If for the guy the the male Karen that comes up to the police officer and you want to be like, um, I just asked her nicely to turn her music down. First of all, we in open air. It is this not a neighborhood with quiet hours and all that stuff. You leave people alone. But why won't you just stand 10 toes in how you actually talk to her? If you think you so right, why you you know you did something wrong cuz you got to change how your actions were when you say it back to somebody else. So you already know you wrong. Then y'all see you will if you haven't seen this video before, you'll see the other thing he did. And I'm glad uh well, let me just I'mma let it play cuz I'm trying not to tell a head too much. But yeah, why don't you tell it back how you really acted? >> And they all know me and they're like he came in here mad this morning. >> There you go. again. >> Okay. So, when did when did anything physical happen? >> It never happened. We No physical. >> They were in there like physical. We didn't even touch him. Everyone was standing outside like so. He said he said, "She hit me. Hurry up and get here." I I was recording him. Hold on. I was still recording him. I said, "Hit you where?" The next video. I said, "Hit you where?" >> Not been pumping ass and I'm about to shot you right. >> So, it really it was all because you were playing music that he thought that he thought. >> He told me he told me turn this [ __ ] off now. I don't like that. >> The video where he says he grabbed you like were you next? There is no video. I was recording him the whole time. He There was >> I know, but like when he first says it first, do you have that on there? >> Huh? >> Like when he goes, "Oh, she hit me." Do you have that on there? >> It should be up here. >> Awesome. Let me see. >> It should more than likely be up here. >> Yeah, it should more like I asked them for the video camera in there, too. >> It doesn't work. >> No, they said it does. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah, they said it. They said their um their person should be in in a few minutes or something at 7:00. >> So, kind of fast forward. Yeah. He was like He was like, "Oh, she hit me." I said, "Sir, I'm on recording." >> Fine. Can you follow that photo? Did you guys see what happened with this out here at all? >> So, we called our manager. We We've heard it. We know her. So, I they frustrate the cops frustrated me a little bit. Like, let her kind of finish her sentence on this one cuz she was she was telling they was asking her the question. She was already answering it. But, they didn't come across. They didn't believe her to me because I think they already knew. We could probably pull footage. There's witnesses. Um, I thought they I took it as they were trying to get the details straight, but I could be wrong. And maybe because we're about to get to the point where he kind of, you know, actually got frustrated with the dude, maybe I let off some steam because of that. But yeah, I I don't know. They They didn't It wasn't too bad this time. And you you know, they will make me mad sometimes. >> I've got a video of her standing 10 ft from you and you go, "Oh, she just put her hands on me. You know how they are. >> What's that? >> Corporate wise, I have to put a ticket in. >> He made me mad cuz he couldn't say that on the phone when they knew he was coming. He knew he was coming here for the purpose of pulling the footage. He couldn't tell him on the phone, "Hey, I'm not going to be able to get it even when I get here." He He didn't make me mad. >> You have to put a ticket in for it. >> Okay. >> I just need your a card if you have a card. >> Yeah. Let me go grab one out of my uh car and I'll bring it back to you. Okay. >> What's going on right now? Um he's currently detained. That's filing. I have two degrees in criminal. I told him, I said, "Sir, if they come and you're lying, you're I sent it on the video." I said, "You're going to jail." I said, "That's falsifying a report." >> But here's what I'm going to do for you before you take off. I appreciate you hanging out with us. I'm going to get you my business card. It's going to have my email on it. >> If you want to send me that video, >> I'll send you the video. I'll send you all my email. Okay. I'm going to run back to my car and grab a card. >> Absolutely. He said, "My sister goes to Mckendra." I said, "Yeah, they just had a game last night." So I told him, I said, "I'll come here and bother anybody." I said, "I'm always in here cheering him up. We're laughing in the morning time when I come out here." I'm like, "I don't I'm like I was coming to change my clothes and go on my way." I said, "And not bothering this guy at all. I don't even know this man." >> So, what he's going to have you do, um, and I'm sorry I didn't figure it out. >> Um, he's going to give you a a link. He's going to send it to the video. Yep. >> I know how to do all of that cuz I I told him I got my degrees in criminal justice. So now I'm doing my masters in psychology and criminal justice. So >> I tried to warn him beforehand. I said, "You're going to call." I said it on the video. I said, "You're going to call." >> Okay. So let me make sure I anchor myself. First of all, that male Karen pissed me off and I wish he could get something more serious because he would have definitely been fine with using the police as his weapon against her. Minor thing, but I'm with Omi on this one. Ami said, "Now, ma'am, they didn't ask you all that when he when he was trying to tell her they're gonna send you a link so you can send the video. Your degrees in criminal justice, I don't think they really have anything to do with you knowing how to do that. You might just know that because you know that's how you do Dropbox type stuff." So, that was just I did laugh when she was like, "Yeah, cuz I got my degree to criminal justice. I know how to send the link." It's a link, ma'am. It's a link. >> And you're going to go to jail. You're making a false report. You're telling them I touched you. I did not touch you. I said, "You're steady walking up to me and I'm recording you." I I don't know what made him even get out his car to say something to me. I was like, "Sir, get the hell away from me." Like, "I don't even know you." >> Some people just have bad days. >> It was It was one of those day. And then one of the guys came back, he was a truck driver. He looks at him and he goes, he's a Caucasian guy. He goes, "You can tell he's a racist." He said, "Look what he's saying outside to her. He's a racist." He said, "Look at the stuff he's saying. The girl is not even bothering him." >> Well, this is what got him. >> And they said, "Kyrie, she's she's out here. She's She's trying to She hit me. She hit me. I'm like, "Hit you, sir. I'm recording you. I'm looking at you. You're going to go to jail. You're making a false report." >> He'll go to jail. He He'll be out in about 20, 30 minutes after he gets there. But he'll get himself a court date. >> Oh, absolutely. And I guess he'll learn to leave people alone as well when you see them, especially if they're not bothering you, >> just to make sure. >> Okay. Here's my business card. That's me. If you send this b Harris at Jefferson County.gov. I know that's the longest email of all time. Uh-huh. No, that's okay. >> Um, if you just send that video footage to that. >> I definitely will report. You want me to send both? >> There's the report number on the back there in case you want. Yeah, send both videos. >> Okay, perfect. Thank you so much. >> They've got to send a request to >> He said they have takes them like a week. Um, >> you're good. After this, you're you're free to go, man. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Uh, I'm going to see if he cares if we move his vehicle. >> Okay. >> And then I'm taking him to the town. >> All right. Sounds good to me. >> Sir, where would you like me to move your vehicle? Can I step out here for a minute? No, sir. Where? >> Um, will you look at the store footage, please? >> There's no way to get it for right now. >> Where do you want me to move your vehicle? >> Um, >> you want me to just pull it right here? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> All right, sit back. >> Um, >> watch your head. >> Um, watch your head. >> Watch your head. >> Did you see the video? >> Yeah. >> She's 10 ft away from him. She's trying to hit me. Well, I think he thought all the thin blue line stuff was gonna >> Yeah, >> that's exactly what he thought. And I appreciate him saying it out loud. That man, I guess he had some thin blue line stuff on his car and and you know, I I backed the police. I blah blah blah. And he definitely thought he his word was going to be taken as gospel. Y'all weren't gonna care what she had to say. He didn't even care. He was being recorded. He didn't care. There were witnesses. He That's exactly what he thought. And I appreciate them saying that. >> Said, "I know what the security thing will will show." >> Okay. >> Right now, you're getting charged with a false report and disorderly conduct. Okay. >> Disorderly? >> Yep. Sit down. >> I'm getting disorderly. Is she getting anything? >> No, sir. >> Why not? >> What'd she do wrong? >> She scream grab me. She didn't grab you at all. >> Yes, she did. >> Not according to the video. Watch your arm or watch your leg. >> I know what the store footage will show, sir. >> Okay. Well, when it does, then you can take it to court. >> Okay. I'm not saying that you're um wrong or anything. I'm just saying I know. I mean, she grabbed my left arm and that's why my video stopped. Well, sir, unfortunately for you, when you said, "Oh, she just grabbed me." She was 10 ft away from you. >> Well, I say I I know she grabbed me, and I know that. Um >> Okay. Well, >> the store footage will show that. >> All right, then you guys can figure it out in court, but you are getting charged with a class 3 felony and a class A misdemeanor. >> Felony? Yeah. Reporting a false reports felony, sir. >> The man was charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct. Okay. Um, I like it. I mean, you know, sometimes that's all you gonna get. I appreciate it. It's kind of takes a while for the cops to realize like, okay, their neighbors and the boyfriend who they haven't shown them talking to yet, he and maybe the girlfriend too, drunk off their butts, trying to get into the wrong house. So, that's that's kind of where he who's right now being detained, but like they said, he's the victim. He's he's not going to be arrested um or anything. uh just maybe just the girl. I don't know if the boyfriend for sure is going to be arrested or not, but they were trying to get into the house that wasn't theirs. I don't know if they were so drunk they didn't realize that wasn't their door or they're just super confrontational, but just so y'all know. Um they said at the beginning that they put the victim in handcuffs because he was the one that shot a weapon and and for safety they detained him for having the weapon shooting until they figured everything out. He does need a spokesperson. Daisy, I I feel like uh yeah, he needed some help cuz at first I'm like, now what happened? When I first watched it, but I just want y'all to know he is the victim in this. >> Okay. So, he was preventing you from going inside. So, >> yes. I appreciate your honesty. Thank you. Thank you. >> I think his girlfriend, significant other, wife ends up helping straighten out the story cuz he I don't know if he ever did make it make sense, but I think she helped make it make sense. >> Um, was the gun shot outside? >> Yes. >> Where where was it shot at? >> On the ground. I I I angled towards the ground to back him up off my face. Hey, Steve, get up off my face. He was He was at your face a couple times. >> This close when you when you shot the gun >> if you don't mind me being up on you. No, he wasn't in my face. You understand? Hey, man. Whatever you want to do. Whatever. You know what I'm saying? Hey, listen. My boy, get back. You understand what I'm saying? Hey, look, Steve. Hey, listen, man. Get back, bro. This is serious now. You understand what I'm saying, bro? My kids and [ __ ] here, everything, bro. Get on back, man. >> Dean, at the end of the day, the day got to end. Yes. Um, why can't people just use a wall or something as an example? Why they always got in a a person's personal space? Look, pretend this is me and this is him. This is what he did to me. Why does it have to be that you get in someone's actual face? And I'm like, I just always assume people's breath don't smell the best cuz, you know, they they've been chilling. They might not be thinking about it. And also, I don't like people in my personal space. Even if your breath is fine, just don't do that. It's if I'm not familiar with you, I don't I don't like that crap. >> Oh, and thank you T Roberts for the super chat. Said thank you for the content while I'm cooking Sunday dinner. The chat is too funny. The chat is the show. T Roberts. Yes. >> Want to come forward to Sarah? I want off to the ground. Hopefully you'll understand, bro. This serious, bro. Like I say, you get hit in the face with goddamn bricks when you drunk and still want to get up and fight people, man. Work a little bit. I'm going to go to work. I use my hands. I'm not going to break them trying to fight nobody. All right. Um, >> officer, what am I being arrested for? >> You're not under arrest. >> Turn off caps. >> Why am I being detained? >> Capital IG. >> Huh? >> You're being detained because you can't stop yelling and screaming and acting crazy, right? I've given We gave you multiple chances to not be yelling and screaming. No, you're not going to jail. >> As of right now, you're not going to jail. You're just being detained. >> Do you all have security cameras or anything? No, I don't. >> Okay. >> I used to have a Ring doorbell cameraman, but the bike side of it. >> Okay. So, you you shot your gun in fear that, you know, he was you. What did you fear feel that he was going to do if if it if you didn't shoot that gun? What do you feel like it would have escalated into? >> To me, listen to me. I already got missing out my goddamn mouth. to me getting my ass beaten up by a mother who get drunk and get hit with [ __ ] who don't even give a damn and get up and still fight. >> Okay. So, let me go talk to my uh my co-workers and we'll see about getting you out of these cups. Huh? >> No. >> Um, with that being said, do you >> do you give me consent to go retrieve the firearm in the casing? >> I >> I'm in the process of buying this gun. So, >> you're in the pro like you're making payments on it? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Nonetheless, >> I can give you the casing. >> Okay. All right. Just hang tight. We're going to stay here though. Okay. >> I ain't going nowhere. I know. >> I've been complaining. >> No, I know you have. You You You haven't seen me, have you? No. >> Usually I come around when people aren't aren't complying. >> The victim was cleared of any wrongdoing. As for the suspect, things took a turn when she was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct. But let's see how that played out. >> Oh, they skipped a lot. I feel like I thought there maybe there's a longer version that exists out there somewhere because the one I originally saw they talked to him and yes he yes he said he already got teeth missing out of his mouth. He don't he don't want to have it happen again. But there's another version I thought I saw where they talked to him then they talked to his girl then they also showed them talking to her boyfriend and they realized I guess she was the one of the main troublemakers or something. I don't know. But yeah, this skipped some steps, but here she is. >> I do not want to put my hands on you. I just want you to go in the cell. >> You're right. Listen, the faster I can get to typing and I'll argue with you, the faster you get out in the end. So, if you cooperate, you could probably be out by tomorrow morning. Okay. So, I've asked you to go in the cell once. We've told you to go in the cell. >> You never asked me. >> You never asked me. I've asked you multiple times. Come on. Let's go. >> Come on. And exactly what you want to run for? >> Just to see what's going on. >> Okay, that's fine. >> You're not going to drag me. Grab my leg like that. >> Should you wish you can do your little catch ass [ __ ] >> You're right. If you do not want us to put our your hand our hands on you, go in the cell. >> How can I go there? >> You said what? How can I go in there? >> Well, you could have stood up and walked. >> How can I go in there? You just dragged me. >> Okay, so stand up. >> Don't touch me. You per say. Don't touch me. Don't. >> So annoying. Trying to control it. Trying to say who should who should take them and who shouldn't. Same old, same old. Lovable said, "I'll take my time with her paperwork since she wants to act up like that." Lovable. All of a sudden, my carpal tunnel will be acting up so much I can't type. I can't write. It's going to take us a little while. Let my hands rest. >> I said YOU OFFICER. PLEASE DON'T LET HIM TOUCH ME. Y'all see she was giving your Mr. Officer a hard time. Mhm. All she had to do was walk in the cell. Now it's about them being men. Right. Right. They didn't want They just need you to get in the cell. All right. Last one. Last one. Alert. This one says, "Woman forces cops to drag her from the hospital." Now, had I known how Heather was going to act, Heather would have been last. But hopefully this one will be okay as the last one. So here we go. >> Mistook the hospital for her own daycare and refused to leave. >> How's it going? >> Good. >> Good. Okay. You're reading your medical chart. >> I'm not doing good. >> Huh? >> He said I'm not doing good. >> You're not doing good? >> No. >> Well, the medical professional said that you are. >> Okay. And you were asked to leave several times. Okay. So, you have to leave. That's why we were called. So, I'm asking you nicely to please get up and exit the building. >> Alicia, I'm asking you a yes or no question. Will you comply? >> I don't know. >> Why don't you know? >> They ask you to leave, Alicia. What What are your concerns? >> Well, I feel like I have a heart attack. I know it may not be my heart. Might be something else. And I'm really dizzy tomorrow. >> You're driving over here with >> Did you tell them all this information? >> Yes, I did. And that work said your lungs look clear. I've been cough enough blood. >> Okay. >> Maybe it's something else. I don't know. I'm not the doctor. >> Exactly. Because you're not a doctor. You cannot diagnose yourself. >> So, >> thank you, T. Roberts. I was waiting. T Roberts said, "I'm weak. She's laying there like she's at the beach. She is so casual. She must be a hospital frequent flyer. She has to be to the point where she look like she worked there and then got sick. Like this is not normal patient clothes that I've seen before. Yeah, she real laidback. That's what Zach said. Is she a nurse? Right. I don't know what's going on. >> That's why we're beyond that, Alicia. We're beyond that now. >> I'm asking you to please leave. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You need to leave with us right now. >> We have to see you physically leave the building. >> So, what's it going to be, Alicia? Hey, Alicia. >> I just wanted to check in cuz we're in a bit of a situation here. >> Yeah, in real life. >> No, I think I it's I think you work in healthcare. I'm just guessing based on your clothes. >> So, why is it that you don't want to leave? >> Cuz I feel like there's something else they would be doing. And what are you interested in having done? >> Oh, I'm not a medical professional. I'm not a nurse. >> I don't know. But you're feeling What are you feeling? Like what are you hoping could be alleviated by more treatment here? >> I don't know. I'm just crazy. I don't know. >> Do you think we could move to the waiting room? >> No. >> Okay. >> All right. Hey, Alicia. My name is Patrick with the poor police department. So, uh, I know that the nurses talked to you, the ER text. Christopher is trying to work with you here to figure out what what your needs are, but we were called here because you've been asked to leave for 45 minutes and refused. You're now refusing to even move out to the rating room. So, it's 6:45. We're going to come back at 6:50. If you're not outside the building, you're going to be arrested and go to jail. So, I'll let you and Christopher talk for 5 minutes and decide what you want to do. >> Trespass. >> Five minutes to keep your dignity. That's what I heard. You have five minutes to decide if you want to keep your dignity. Dean said, "Roll her bed out and do a Batman ejection off the bed." >> Passing. We'll be back in five minutes. The Karen left the hospital after a stern warning from the officer, but things took an unexpected turn when she returned just hours later, adamant to stand her ground. >> She's good to go, right? Nothing medical that you can do. >> Uh, is her life in danger at all? >> Medically cleared for discharge. >> Medically cleared for discharge. Okay. You know what that means, Alicia? Okay. So, right now, remember what Officer Fidali did last time I was here? >> Yeah. Yelled at me and was very >> He did not yell at you. Nope. Nobody yelled at you. >> Yes, he did. >> No, he gave you 5 minutes to leave. Okay. And you complied. I'm going to give you 5 minutes. >> I don't want to leave. >> So, >> I'm responding in the chat. So, my head's down, right? Why look up and she's in a different chair in a different setting? I did not expect this. >> Even if the 5 minutes, >> Alicia, even if the 5 minutes end, you're not going to leave. That's why you're going to tell me. So, you're going to go to jail instead of walking free out of here. >> I looked up the laws. And you can't arrest somebody. >> I can. Yes. >> For being here? >> Yes. If they refuse to leave after being medically cleared and being asked by an authorized person to leave the premises, I have the authority to actually not only trespass you, but if you refuse to put you in handcuffs and take and take you to jail. So, do you want that to happen? >> Well, obviously nobody does. >> I don't either. So, you're not working with me. We're We allowed you enough time to leave on your own the first time, and you did, which I appreciate, but now you're not being reasonable. So, I'm giving you the options. Leave voluntarily or go to jail. >> Well, I'm not going to jail. >> Okay. So, you're going to leave voluntarily. >> We'll see. >> Nope. You It's e It's a yes or no question. >> I don't have a yes or no answer. >> All right. You got 4 minutes left. 4 minutes left. You've got a minute left. >> Okay. I'm waiting for him to answer me. >> Waiting for whom? >> My husband >> to do what? >> You can call him from outside the building. So, you have 1 minute. >> Yeah. >> I asked him if he could come bail me out. >> Bail you from jail. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> You're still acting the same way you did before. >> I don't know what you mean. I'm like, what what was her motivation? It's attention. This is choices. Attention. She's addicted to some kind of medication. She was trying to get um the roof over her head like some of y'all might have been saying. Um what was the other one? It was something else. Oh, somebody was saying if she does work, she's trying to get that sick that doctor's note possibly. But yeah, it's something. She was too adamant and she's done this more than once as she has said before. Confuse me, Omi. I don't know what she's doing. All right, that is it. Look, I'mma tell y'all watch them while you can because Cop Cam Max, the one I did yesterday, one of them was by Cop Cam Max and they copyright struck me. But I get six days. I'mma take it down no later than tomorrow or tonight. So I'mma have So you're not going to see everything we did Saturday if you're not watching it in the next few hours, I guess. Because I ain't I don't need a strike. That's I'm like, "Oh my gosh. I'm not just trying to upload y'all stuff. I promise we're watching it and talking about it, but you can't win them all." So it is what it is. So I got to um And the way it worded it, it wasn't like I could just clip out that video and keep the rest. This is like you got to take this video down. And I don't argue with copyright strikes most times. Well, so far no times because I just don't think it's it never benefits the person getting struck really. So, it's like I'll just take it down. No harm, no foul. Didn't mean to do it. But so, basically, sometimes y'all will see now I'll be uploading separate clips of lives into videos. Like, there'll be, you know, pre-recorded if we were already live. And so, you can still see some of the fun ones, but I definitely am taking the one down from yesterday. So, watch it if while you have time if you want to. There was a a couple good ones in there. And I will see y'all soon. If I don't see you before Saturday, I'll definitely see y'all by Saturday morning because that's our body cam time. All right. Okay, Brianna Banana, I hope you enjoy it. Thank y'all for being here. Always enjoy your company and I'll see y'all soon. All right. Oh, let's get our song going one more time. It'll serenate us on the way out. All right. Bye. Chick going to jail tonight.
