Okay, hopefully y'all can hear me just fine. We are about to get into the first video. If you don't like hearing talking over a body cam video, I get it. The links will be in the description box after the live ends, but I'm here for, you know, my people that like to kind of talk and chat along the way. So, the first one we have is when the bird-like movements give you away. This is the one that's on the thumbnail, and you saw the title, most painful traffic stop. So, let's go ahead and go. >> Driving erratically and swerving into oncoming traffic. Officers quickly locate the vehicle and initiate a traffic stop. >> What's going on, ma'am? I'm officer North Police Department. These are for the stop days. We're getting traffic complaints on you. >> On me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Oh, for what? >> You're erratic driving. Want to roll down the passenger window? >> Yeah. Sorry. >> Where you coming from? >> I just got out of bed to go pick up my son from school. >> Okay, cool. >> Why you acting all weird? because mying tooth broke. I have HP. Um, I don't know if you know what that is, but my gut is all up. And then I woke up this morning and I couldn't even go to work because my I have a sciatic nerve and it's going all the way down to my foot and it's killing me. >> Okay. >> You need an ambulance real quick? >> You need an ambulance real quick? >> No. No. No. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow for it. >> Okay. Cuz you're actually really weird. You got your driver's license? >> Yeah, I do. Hold on. >> Roll down the back windows. >> Yeah. Here you go. >> What's up, buddy? >> You remember me? When When do you see me? >> Um to school, huh? >> You know, I'm I'm your police officer. >> What have you taken today? >> Um I've taken some medication. I've taken um um I've taken a bunch of medication. >> I'm I'm feeling like everywhere. You know what I mean? So, uh I can't even remember something because of the medication I'm taking because They're new to me. >> You seem you seem kind of out of it. So >> I do. I feel out of it. Last night I couldn't sleep. Every time except for >> Oh, every time I rolled over >> um my leg would kill me. And so I couldn't even sleep last night. >> Okay. So, we're going to have you do um if you can just put your wallet right there and then step out of the vehicle >> for what? >> I'm just have you step out so I can talk to you real quick. >> Okay. >> Hey, can you block? >> Ow. Huh? >> Can you block traffic? Can you block this whole lane? >> Yes. Okay. Stand right here. >> Right here. >> Yeah. Just going to You sure you don't need an amlet? >> No. >> Check you out, >> dude. I'm Oh my god. >> Okay. Is it far enough? >> Just step in front of my >> Oh, step of your >> Okay. So, what I'm going to have you do, ma'am, is you're going to [snorts] >> find the skull. >> No, it's not that. I'm just miserable. You don't even know. >> Okay. So, I could >> She's It's like she's going through withdrawals from drugs and then also taking those said drugs at the same time. That's what it looks like. This woman, this is the f one of the few that I'm like, I don't think there's any alcohol involved. It's It seems like it's all drug abuse on this one. She is She was very dangerous to be on this road. >> Medications did you take? Um, I I take normally um anti-depressants. Um, >> anti-depressants. >> What anti-depressants? Um, >> well, actually, >> I feel like she was faking the pain part, too. Um, because I don't think she keeps that pain the whole time. But when she had to get out that car, it was ah, everything hurts. But I don't think she keeps the pain the whole time. So, we'll see. my anti-depressant that I was on, they just took me off of it and and I'm and so that's probably a little bit why I'm lucky. >> I haven't drinking or anything. Um >> you and don't take this the wrong way. Do you do any other kind of drugs? Like >> I smoke weed. I smoke weed. Yeah. >> Have you ever done like >> um Oh, when I was >> weed laced with what? Cuz don't you dare. No, ma'am. What is in your system? >> Young. I I tried stuff like that. Yeah. >> Okay. Got to like that recently. >> Medication recently. Do you know the name of the medications that you had used? >> Um no, I got them at the hospital and they were just like gut medications because um with HP >> it's like a bacteria that gets in your stomach and then it causes pepic ulcers and gastritis and basically nausea. You can't eat, you can't sleep. >> Look, check this out. >> Have you seen this before? You like it? Let's go. >> Do you have a husband or do you have like sh custody or how does it work with your kid? Oh, we share custody. >> We share custody. Do you have his number? >> No. >> It might be good that he comes to fix. >> Why? I can call my mom. >> Yeah, your mom would be fine. Just the way you're acting right now, I definitely don't want you driving. >> Oh, okay. Sounds like >> Where's your phone at? >> My phone is going to stay right here. >> Oh, am I under arrest? >> You're under arrest right now. >> Oh, okay. I need >> It's coming. Jeez Louise, those eyes. Oh, the crazy eyes. I feel bad cuz her kid is in the car, y'all. The kids in the car, but they're unharmed at this time. But I do feel bad cuz what are you doing? >> Stand right there. Uhhuh. Okay. And then come towards me right there. Put your feet together. Put your hands out to your side. Just going to do a few field soiety test just to kind of see where you're at. Okay. So you just follow all the instructions that I explained to you. If you have any questions at any time, you can always just stop me and ask me. Okay. You have any questions so far? >> No. >> You understand everything I explained to you? So what I'm going to do is remain in the starting position, keeping your hands and feet together. Do not move from this position at all. Okay? Unless instructed to do so. Do you understand the instructions that I'm giving you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. I need you to get back in that starting position. >> Remain in that position unless I tell you to dividate forward. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, you just follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Do you have any questions? >> No. >> Okay. The tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Do not move your head. >> Your leg is killing me. >> Okay. >> Can I sit down? >> No. >> Oh my god. Can I call my mom so she can take I need you to get back in the start. >> I'm sorry. >> You're fine. Okay. Come back forward. Step back towards me. Okay. Stay right there. Put your hand down to your side. Colip open with your eyes and your eyes and you stand up straight. Okay. >> I Okay. >> So, what is going on with your leg? What happened to your leg? >> That was as straight as I could go. >> What happened to your leg? >> I pulled my back and then the next thing you knew. Sit on my bum. Knock and >> sit on my bum. >> Okay. >> Is that better for you? >> Okay. Stay right there. Once again, hold on with your eyes and your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand the instruction that I've given you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Are you good? >> Mhm. >> Okay. Okay. Focus on my finger. With your eyes in your eyes, you're not with your head. >> Hold on the side. >> Um, can I turn like this? >> She can't even be still for the eye test. She is gone. Whatever she has taken, let it never come across my path. She is gone. >> Okay. >> Are you going to be able to stand right there? Cuz you keep saying that your legs hurting. Are you going to be able to find do you fine right here? >> Um, yeah. Well, I'm leaning on this. I guess I can sit like this. Okay. >> Okay. Hold the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Do you understand the instructions that I've given you? >> Yeah. Didn't we already do this test? >> Uh, no. I'm trying to conduct it, but you keep stopping in the middle of it. >> Oh. >> Follow the tip of my finger with your eyes and your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Keep your head level. >> What do you mean? >> Like just keep it level. You keep like leaning it and all that kind of stuff. I need to keep your head straight. Okay. >> Do you understand my instructions? >> Okay. We'll try this camera with your eyes. Your eyes only move your head. >> Okay. >> I'm wear contact. Look. >> I do. You have anything that would you have any TBI or anything like that? >> What's a TBI? >> Okay. If you don't have any worry about it. Do you wear contacts or glasses? >> I wear contacts. Yeah. And they're they're all dry. >> Okay. Hold on. Would you be able to walk or go walk? >> No, that's the thing is with my hand. >> Okay. So, you can lean against there real quick. Lean against there. >> So, I'm gonna have you do I'm going to have you do like a finger dexterity test. Okay. >> So, I'm going to have you do >> just pay attention. I'll explain it to you. >> You have anything pumped in your hands? Are you for doing this? >> No. >> Okay. So, you're going to pay attention. >> Mhm. Don't listen. >> Okay. Stephanie, >> I still want the sun in my eyes. I'm sorry. >> So, you're going to do 1 2 3 4 4 3 2 1. Do that three consecutive times. Can you do that for me? >> Three. Yes. >> All right. 1 2 3 4 and then 4 3 2 1 1 2 3 4 4 3 1 1 2 3 4 4 3 1 That's it. >> Okay. Hold on. So, what I'm going to have you do is I'm going to have you count backwards >> from 47 to 32. Can you do that for me? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And you're going to stop at 32. Okay. >> Again at 47, count backwards all the way to 32. If you understand the instructions that I'm giving you, >> I'm so glad whoever called because she needed to be off the road. Somebody was going to die because of this woman. She She had to go. >> Think that would keep me from doing it. >> No. >> Okay. Maybe again when you're ready. >> You said 47. >> 47. Back to 32. 47 46 45 44 43 42 41 40 Uh 39 38 37 36 35 34 33 32 My god. >> You sure you don't want us to check that out real quick? >> I've I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow. >> Okay. Have Dr. >> Yeah. With and she's >> So I'm going to have an am check you out just in case. Okay. >> Just because you're acting like you're in a lot of pain. I am, but they're not going to give me anything. Well, >> they're just going to make sure you're okay. Okay. >> Well, I don't want to >> translation, they're not going to give her either the opioids she's addicted to or whatever she's addicted to. They're not going to give her that there. That's how I take that. Yeah, I am in pain, but they're not going to give me anything. There's a lot of things that the medical people will give you for pain. So, if you think it won't help, it's probably because there's a substance you're abusing. >> Ambulance, they're just going to check you out. They're going to check you out and they're going to leave. >> No, I don't want one. I'm refusing it. >> Okay, you're refusing it. Okay. Like I said, you're just acting really erratic right now. So, >> I know if you knew what was going on in my life right now. >> So, you don't remember the name of the medications that you've taken? Any of them? >> Um Oh, I have the psych meds. It's >> um then I know just quit so I'm not on it. And that's making a little cuz it's uh it's for like bipolarness or whatever. That's three. What else is that? >> Okay. Um, then there's there's um >> I couldn't catch all of them, but I caught Suboxin. I caught that one. >> And that's it for my regular ones. And I don't remember the names of the ones that they gave me for, you know, my stomach or whatever. I don't really remember the names for that. But yeah, I'm I'm on all kinds of right now. And I don't know what's making me like this. It's like stress and I just want to >> All right. Suboxin is a prescription medication used to treat opioid use disorder as part of a comprehensive treatment plan that includes counseling and behavioral therapies. So, yep. Opioids are or have been involved. >> Crawl out of my body. >> You're the dad. Okay. Over here like this. >> Why did you call him? >> Don't start. >> Why did you call him? >> We didn't call him. >> Well, no. He needs to go with my mom. I have custody of him right now. >> It's not your fault. Mihi. Okay. >> I'm so sorry, Miho. Come here. >> Is Is there a background? >> Yes. [ __ ] everything. Look at her. I'm sorry, Miho. I'm sorry you have to see this. I'm your dad, Miho. It's not my fault. >> Look at your mom. It's not my fault. Mhm. >> Do you have shared custody? >> Okay, this is this is where it got even more weird from a place that started weird. The dad shows up. She somehow has the full custody. I don't know if she just backtracked. I don't know. and the kid does not look happy to see his dad. Take note of that in my opinion. But also, um, the dad saying, "Look at your mom. I didn't do this." Don't Don't traumatize a child more and make the child have to judge the parent. Like, just if you're there to get your child, get your child. Talk to the adult police officers, but you don't have to do all that extra. So, I'm like, I don't think either of you have the best interest of the child in your hearts because why would why do you have to say that? Why Why did you do that? Like, just get your child and everything's going to be okay. Dad's got you. All that extra stuff is manipulation to me. >> Yes. But the thing is is that no, right now we have an investigator and she told me. >> Turn around. >> What? >> No. Go back to my unit. >> Turn around. >> Oh, you're arresting me? >> Yes. >> Why? Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my. >> She's sick. It's not our fault. I'm getting my son out of here. >> Hold on. I don't want to do that. >> You're walking up to our traffic stop. All right. I need you to calm down. You're not going to tell me what to do right now. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm just mad. >> Hey, it's towards my unit. >> My mom right now. You're just a tank. Take a seat. Take a seat. >> Take a seat. Take a seat. We'll talk to you in a second. Take a seat. >> I'm so sorry this is happening. >> She's sick. I don't know what's going on. This is Dad. >> Okay. >> I'm I'm sorry I'm acting this way. I'm just I'm so sorry. >> You can't be coming up acting like that. >> I know. I'm sorry. How would you feel? Come on. >> I understand. But you can't be doing that towards us. >> Okay. I'm sorry. I'm sorry about that. >> Nothing happened to your mom. Mih. >> She's sick. >> She's sick. She's right there. Miha. You see they're cops. They're okay. >> Can you roll up the windows? All this traffic looking at my son like this. >> You see how she was? >> Okay. Take them, please. Give us a second. >> Okay. I don't like this traffic. I don't like my son. >> Well, it's the situation that she put in. >> I know, man. I know. She has to go. >> Embarrassing, man. I'm so sorry. What are we waiting here for? >> Do you have your ID on you, man? >> I don't. So, I just came over. I'm so sorry. It's been embarrassing, man. You might search in there. >> Whose vehicle is this? Is this hers? >> Yeah, it's hers. Can you search it too, please? >> We can't do that. >> So, what was the reason? >> So, we got a traffic complaint of her driving erratic and we were searching the area, located the vehicle. That's why we make the stop on it. >> Okay. Cuz she showed up to my picture of my son and now we're late. >> Out of her mind. >> Okay. >> And this is the only day she picked them up. How embarrassing is that? >> Come on, M. It's okay. Yeah, it's okay. We're going home. She's just sick. She's It's >> okay. So he said it's the only day she picks him up. She said I have custody. So maybe she meant she had custody that day only. That's her one day out of the week. You know, you got to pick up from the things that people got to infer from what people are saying. So is he primary custody? She gets custody for one day. This is her pickup day. She's shown up. She she she looks like it's a mixture, like I said, of withdrawals and she's using the substance she was trying not to use anymore. That's what she seems like. He is not helping. Why are you I get that you want to get your child as soon as possible, but you interrupting them and all this extra delays them actually being efficient and finishing up. They just have to verify you're the parent. You can have your child. Like people that show up, they just do so much extra. Oh, the dad is probably using as well their common denominator. It's something about how he said, "I don't know what's going on. She's acting crazy." You know, this woman had a substance abuse problem. you you KNOW THAT'S PROBABLY WHY YOU HAVE MOST OF THE CUSSY days or whatever it is like that's not the first time you would have seen her like that. So the fact that he's not just saying oh I think she's using again and he's like I don't know why she's acting crazy. Yeah he might just be a better user than her or something >> nothing to do with you. >> Remember how I told you that it's just to make sure that she's okay cuz we don't want her to put you in any danger. >> Danger. Okay Miho these are good people Miho. I just came cuz I was mad but these are good people. They're protecting us. Okay. They don't want your mom to get hurt. They don't want you to get hurt. Okay, Miho, >> that's why you always go to your school, remember? >> Okay, Stephanie. So, you were under arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or drugs. Okay, so I have a few things that I'm about to read you here in a second. We're going to go from there. Okay. Do you understand? Do you understand everything I've explained to you so far? Okay, cool. >> I need to say this early cuz I know y'all don't last my whole marathon time every time, but I am planning on going live at legal at some point. I'm late, but I'm here. I want to read read over Sean Kingston and his mom's indictment as well as some of the other documents. Like I I might not do it all in one sitting, but I want to go over the jury file a question before they gave their verdict. And then I want to look at so mine will be from the document point of view obviously cuz that's what I'm going off of. But I do want to get back to reading my legal documents. So it'll be over at legal at some point this weekend. I'm just trying to see how much I'm going to um gather for our first goround. But if you've missed those, I'm dipping my toe back in with Sean Kingston. And there's some other class action lawsuits I might end up getting back into as well. But um I psyched myself out. I'm trying to psych myself back in right now. So we're starting with Sean Kingston. >> Call my mom for him. Oh my god. All the medications I'm on are my house. >> Okay. Well, you can tell that to the county and they will make sure to get you the right medication. Okay. >> I I don't even know the name. >> They will make sure to get you the right medication. We're not going to go to your house. Mom, can I please have my my phone? >> Yeah, we'll grab your phone here in a second. Do you It is >> my mom. >> Well, unfortunately, you guys have shared custody, so he's going to be taking this. >> Okay. Well, that doesn't matter. You're You're operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and you've ruined that chance. Okay. >> My fault being so >> Oh, no. I I completely understand, bro. I mean, I That's my fault for telling you just your job. So, because the way you're acting, I'm going to take you to the hospital first. That way, they can clear you. >> Okay. >> I'm just glad that we caught her whenever somebody called it in that she was going, we don't know exactly where they called in, but they called it in. She was going north. >> And I was at the crosswalk and I was like, I didn't see no car passing through. >> Passing through or doing anything erratic. Yeah. And whenever we were coming back, I guess she passed us, but I wasn't looking for anyone. Yeah. So, I wasn't looking for her anymore. Somebody flagged me down. That lady right there is going freaked out. And she just picked up a kid. I don't know. So, when she told me that, I'm like, "No, I got to we got to go." Thank you, bro. >> So, we went >> for me or him? >> Oh, sorry. Not the cop, Adrian. >> Um, uh, parts in my unit. Are we good with that taking him? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Sure. Cy, I have no problem with taking either way. >> Yeah. I would like to know, too, because the dad isn't all that he appears in my or he is what he appears in my opinion that maybe would have gotten overlooked. So, I would like to know what she has to say about him as well. >> You won't understand anything, but Okay, I'm going to read you something real quick. Okay, I need you to pay attention. Um, listen to me. I'm about to tell you something very important. >> Okay, you listening. You're under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or drugs. I'm requesting that you give consent to have your blood drawn and to be tested to determine the alcohol content/drug content of your blood. You have the right to refuse consent to my request. If you refuse consent, you can face criminal penalties for your refusal. Do you understand? Yeah. >> Right. Okay. However, refusing consent has other consequences. Accordance to the New Mexico Implied Consent Act, state law, that consequences may include losing your operating privilege for one year. Additionally, the fact that you refuse consent may you good? >> Oh, yeah. >> Refuse consent may be used evidence against you in the court of law. Do you understand the consequences? >> Uh, were there consequences? >> That you could lose your driving operating limits [laughter] for one years if you refuse. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, addition, do you need me to read that again to you? The consequences? No, but I'm just wondering if you refused, what what evidence would you have to say that I was doing it? >> Okay. So, that's something that I have to >> What evidence would he have? You're a walking piece of evidence right now. You are a tweaking, twitching piece of evidence right now. But when you're actually in it, people I think people obviously they're in it. They don't believe they appear how they actually appear. She needs she needs to go to a treatment facility ASAP. proven to court. But I'm just saying if you refuse, it turns into an aggravated DWI. Listen to me. It turns into an aggravated DWI and you lose your New Mexico operating privilege for one year. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you need me to read the consequences again for you? >> No. >> Okay. Do you understand these consequences? >> Yes. >> Additionally, if you um consent to have your blood drawn and tested, you have the right to choose additional independent test. If you choose this additional independent test, you have the right to to a reasonable opportunity to arrange for a physician, licensed nurse, laboratory technician, or technologist who is employed by a hospital or physician of your own choice to perform an additional chemical test. The cost of this additional test will be paid for by the law enforcement agency. That is us. Okay. >> Knowing your right to refuse consent, the possible consequences, and your right to an independent test, do you give consent for me to draw your blood? >> No. >> Okay. So, you're refusing consent? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Give me a second. >> Okay. >> Okay. I will not repeat my question. No. Your right to refuse consent. Your blood drawn to be tested. The possible consequences and your right to then test. Do you give consent to your blood tested? You said no. >> No. Okay. So, you refused to be tested. Correct. You do not want your blood drawn. Is that correct? >> I told you already. >> I'm making sure. I just You understand the consequences, correct? >> Yeah. >> Aggravated DWI. >> Okay. >> Okay. Cool. >> Here's this. I'm going to transfer it straight to Eastern >> from my clearance cuz I know they're going to want it. And I'm going to transfer it straight to the waste time. >> Um, let me I'll back up. >> Mhm. >> Back up and I'll just pull up behind it. >> Okay, cool. I'm just going to pull forward. So then you just pull where I was. >> Okay, that works. >> 1456 Eastern for mic claims. >> I'm sorry. >> No, no, no. You're good, man. You're good. No hard feelings. I appreciate I see you every day there. Not like that. >> Face towards the tire. Go this way. >> Can you walk forward, please? >> Towards the wall. This way. Right here. >> Where? Oh, over here. >> Yeah. Straight. Straight. >> Uh-oh. Is there no sound? Can y'all hear the video? Please let me know. Yeah, y'all saw that too, right? So, I wasn't just all relieved that the the dad showed up cuz the way the kid was acting, I'm like, I know that's not everything. We're looking at one instance, but the way he did that manipulation conversation, you see how your mom's acting like just get the child and comfort him. Don't add to the problems. Okay. All right. Thank you. Making sure. >> Take a seat right there. >> Okay. >> Do not move unless instructed to do so. >> Okay. Need a med clearance. Even when we called her, she she's usually early. She's never really this late for to pick him up. And so that raised a flag and she already has drug charges. Like we they've been back and forth with her forever. Just the fact she was like, "Oh, oh like, oh, what time is it?" Like she didn't even know what day it was, what time it was. She didn't know nothing. >> How was her walking turn? >> She wouldn't do anything. >> Oh, nothing at all. >> Because my leg, >> she said she was in too much pain, so I had her an alternative. >> Did you get blood? >> No, >> she refused blood. because I'm on medication and I don't want that to come up. >> So So you know that you can still charge. >> I know. I know. I know. >> Take my chances. >> This is the second time she He got arrested or she got arrested right in front of him at home >> for what? >> Um she had paraphernalia in the house with him and that's what got him taking the first. >> So on your bottle, you know how it says don't operate heavy machinery. >> Oh yeah. >> Vehicle being heavy machinery. >> Uhhuh. Um, I never thought of a vehicle as heavy machinery. >> And I will actually say this, uh, substance abuser or not, people don't think about the their cars being heavy machinery. I think they go straight to thinking about forklifts and stuff. So, if you do take medicine, it says don't operate heavy machinery, that means your car, too. Don't drive. Do not drive. Do not drive. But obviously, hers, like they said, they have found the paraphernalia on her before. We It's obviously beyond her normal prescribed medications that has her acting like this. >> That's over 2,000. >> My god. >> I'm glad we caught her. >> I am too. I hope this is a turning point for them because she already got her rights taken away and they keep giving them back to her. >> This state is horrible. >> It is. So, was she able to follow you at all? >> Um, she would slightly follow it, but like she was staring so hard she had hurt her eyes. You're going to see it. >> So, there was that one time when I got her to like go over one pass and I could see it. And the problem was is as I got over the second pass, she like she's staring so intensely. She's hurting her own eyes like stressing her own eyes out pretty much and then her eyes get fatigued and then she'd like look off and be all over the place and she couldn't follow any instructions. All over the place. I was I was all over the place. >> She would have pulled over. We pull her over maybe at the at the taco truck and she just kept on slow rolling slow. >> She probably wasn't here paying attention. >> Yeah, that lady does. Did Did they say if I don't know if she identified herself as um the kid's aunt, his sis, the dad's sister, or if she's a girlfriend. I don't know how she identified herself, but she definitely knows some things. >> Just want to look in your mouth. Open your mouth. Open wide. >> Oh, it's it's hard cuz I have TMJ and so my joints like it keeps me from being able to open my mouth really wide. >> Yeah, cuz I was just at the dentist yesterday. >> Professional. Both of y'all were >> well handled that well. >> Of course. Of course. >> She was quite the tweaker. >> Yeah. And the back came in hot, too. >> Oh, yeah. You handled him very well, by the way. You handled him perfect. You shut him down. >> I'm very proud of you. >> Dang. How close was this lady? Cuz I know what they said to him cuz we're watching it from the body cam POV. But how she know all that happened? Where was she at? >> Very very Yeah, this this At first I thought it was a wreck when I first came out and I thought, "Oh, oh no, she's tweaking." Cuz I'm a nurse. I'm like, "Oh, she's tweaking." >> I went to I go to the dentist. >> Dang. Dang, they ain't even going to say what happened. So, I'mma guess she at least got a DWI. At least got that. Um I I can see that. Auntie Netty, the kid was probably crying because they don't know when they're going to see their mom again. She only already had just one day as it is. So, yeah. And they were they're watching for everything and and if that is possibly her last straw and she'll only have supervised custody and the kids going to overhear the conversation cuz obviously that dad has no boundaries on what he talks to the kid about, you know. So, yes, I could totally see that. All right, this next one, it says, "Woman acts tough with police, regrets it instantly." So, we'll see what her regret is cuz I don't I don't know what it [laughter] is. >> This woman's out here curating her own sidewalk thrift store at 2:00 a.m. in the morning. >> Getting my stuff out of here. >> Just getting my pictures. >> Where Where was all my stuff? >> Was this all in your car? No, it was right HERE >> WHERE I WAS living and getting my [clears throat] pictures. That's it. And I'm leaving. Throwing the rest in the garbage. Is there any reason why at 2:00 in the morning? >> Nope. When did you get evicted out of here? >> Um, I don't know. You have to ask them. You have to ask George Roland. >> Don't get asked with me. All right. I'm asking you a simple question. Obviously, you were given paperwork. When was the eviction finalized? >> I don't think the eviction was finalized. >> When were you given paperwork? >> I wasn't given paperwork. I have every single paperwork that he gave me. >> Do you have any of the custody paperwork with you? >> Custody paperwork? >> Yeah, custody with your kids and everything like that paperwork. >> Do you have any of that? >> Yeah, I have it all. >> I have it where I live in Holiday. Yes. I have every single paper that they put on that door. >> And apparently there was some civil order that was against me. Can you guys look that up for me? >> No, we do criminal law. We don't do civil law >> apparently. >> So, where are you staying at now? >> In Holiday. >> Yeah, you said that. >> Yeah, that's it. Do you have a certain address? >> Nope. >> So why the hostility towards us? >> I don't have any hostility towards you. >> So you're definitely giving attitude. We're asking a simple question, Jennifer. >> Not, ma'am. >> I didn't come like that at you. >> Excuse me. I have nothing. Absolutely nothing against you. >> Nothing. >> I appreciate that. So obviously we got a couple calls. >> Why would you get a couple calls? >> So this isn't normal for this time of hour. Could you say this is kind of normal behavior? >> I was coming here to get the rest of my photos. >> So that I understand >> those are personal items. >> I understand that. So at 2:12 in the morning though, >> how long does it matter? Listen, I got evicted from here right after my husband just died in June. >> I'm sorry to hear that. >> Yeah, I'm sure. >> No, I really am. >> Okay. >> That's a terrible loss and I can't imagine. >> Of course it is. >> Okay. So when were you evicted out of here? >> Just in the last month. >> In the last month. We're just trying to figure out why tonight that you're coming out to get all those things. >> Because it was my last opportunity to get it and these are my photos. >> She left her dignity at the last bar she was in and still has the nerve to keep testing the officer's patience. >> That's all garbage. I'm going home. >> Okay. Well, not yet. >> What is the civil action that was against me? >> I just told you. I don't know. >> Okay. >> We do criminal law. So, my issue is that you're also intoxicated. I >> No, I'm not. You are. I can. >> Go ahead. Let's Let's do a test. >> Do you want me to take you to jail for a DUI or would you like me to give you the nice option, which is what I was going to do? >> Okay, let's do that. >> Okay. So, chill out with the attitude because we just had another call where I got your license plate and pictures of you because you're hammered leaving the Waw Wa, which is where I >> So, here's what's going to happen. If you keep yelling at this deputy and you wake somebody up, you're going to go for disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. You understand that? So, I'm telling you right now, bring it down. >> Okay? I mean, that's your that's your last warning. >> Okay. >> Let this deputy talk to you and do not argue with her. Respect her. >> Absolutely. Yes, sir. >> So, let's find somebody to get you a ride home. >> I can go home. I live literally one mile down the road. >> Okay. You're not driving, though. You can walk if you'd like to. >> I'm not walking. I need to drive home. I have to go to court in the morning. >> Listen to me. You're not driving home. You can get somebody to give you a ride. >> No one's going to give me a ride. >> Okay. You can call an Uber. You can call a taxi. >> I don't have an Uber. I don't have a taxi. Or we can go to jail for a DUI. >> I'm not your choice for a DUI. >> Okay. So then would you like to walk? If you get in this car, you realize I'm taking you to jail. >> Take me to jail then. >> No, don't do that. I don't take me to jail. Go ahead. Take me to jail. >> Go ahead. I got court in the morning. I need to be at the courthouse at 9:30. >> Stop yelling because I'm not yelling at you. >> You are. >> So why do people make their life harder? You already have court in the morning. You're going to risk having to miss showing up in court because you're like, "Take me to jail." And they're like, "We just want you to get a taxi or a Uber, get your stuff up and go." But you were like, "Take me to jail. You can arrest me, but take me to jail." What? Why? And of course, it always costs more money, too, once you get taken to jail. So, you want to spend more money. You got evicted. So, I'm going to guess that it was either her winning personality or lack of funds or both that got her evicted. So, money isn't just flowing everywhere like that. Why do people do this? >> Yelling. Why are you yelling at me? Listen to me. You're yelling at me. >> I'm giving you options because I'm being nice to you. >> Okay. I said that you can walk home and get your car. I can't walk home. Stop. >> Listen. I'm talking. You're listening. >> I'm listening. >> I'm listening. >> You can leave your car right here. >> I'm not leaving my car here. I'm not leaving it here. >> You finish pissing me off now. I'm giving you options. You can leave your car. Walk your happy ass home. >> I'm not walking 2 miles home. >> Still talking. You can walk yourself home. You can get your car in the morning. You locked it, right? >> I am fine. >> Yeah, you're fine to walk home. Nope, you're fine to walk. >> No, I'M FINE TO GO. NO, I'M NOT LEAVING my vehicle here. >> You've been drinking drive. I'm not letting you get in the car. >> I'm fine. Go ahead. Give me a breathalyzer right now. >> I don't have it on me. >> Go ahead. Give me a breathalyzer. >> I don't understand. >> Well, then I can go home. >> So, you're the only one yelling right now. You realize that? >> I have to go to court in the morning. No, I have to go to our court tomorrow. >> No, my court is at 9:30 in the morning. >> What's your first name again? >> My name is Jennifer. My last name is >> What is your problem? I have no problem with that. >> You are very hyper. >> You know what? You know what's wrong? You know what is wrong? Is that they took my my 86-year-old mother out of my house and then I've had cops in and out of >> Did they take your 86-year-old mother out of the house as part of the eviction that you knew was coming because that has to be filed in court. They have to give you a notice to quit. They have to go through so many steps before the actual eviction day comes and the sheriff might have to show up because you won't leave voluntarily. So, did they did your mother get taken out of the house because you were evicted [laughter] or were you a bad caregiver? Like, explain that more cuz your mom didn't just get taken out of the house. >> My house since my husband died. >> Okay. So, just so you know, you're you're >> I'm out of here. I'm out of here. >> You can walk, but you cannot drive. >> I'm driving home. >> No, you're not. >> I am driving home. Or you can take me to jail. Go ahead. Take me to jail. >> Do not take me to jail. Jennifer, stop. >> Take me to jail. Give me a breathalyzer or take me to jail. Let's go. >> Don't get in my face. I'm telling you now. Do not get in this car. >> Give me your breathalyzer. >> No. Give me No. Go get me a breathalyzer right now. >> Go ahead. >> Good. I know you don't. >> You're not taking my keys. >> Hey, you don't I don't GIVE A [ __ ] >> GO AHEAD. >> STOP. >> I'm not going. >> Stop racing. Give me your hand. >> No. >> Give me your hand. >> No. Jennifer, >> no. I'm not playing this [ __ ] with you guys, >> dude. I swear to God. >> Stop. >> I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL. STOP. >> You just grabbed the >> Give me your hand. >> Put your hands on your back. Stop resisting. >> I'm not fighting you. Stop. >> They Oh my god. Everybody's almost the same personality when they get arrested. Arrest me. Arrest me. What are you What are you trying to arrest me for? Don't touch me. And then it's like they're like, "Stop fighting. I'm not fighting you." But they're totally fighting. [laughter] >> Stand there. >> You want to arrest me? Stand there. That's all you need to do. You're going to arrest me. Let go of your hand. You're going to arrest me to get you. >> Really? >> Well, I'll walk home. If you let me go, I'll walk home. >> How many times did they say just walk home? How many times they say get a ride, walk home, find someone to drive your car. Now she want to walk home. But she said arrest me. She did all that. >> That didn't I'll walk home. I'll walk home. I'll leave my car here and I'll walk home. We're past that. >> Really, Jennifer? No. No. I WILL WALK HOME. >> NO, WE'RE getting in the car now. >> NO, I WANT MY >> NO, I NEED MY PHONE. IT'S GOT MY KIDS IN THERE. If you >> Stop yelling. You are getting in the car. You grab this deputy's hand. You're going to jail for Bat Leo. Let's go. >> What? >> GO WALK. >> I NO. I NEED >> I need Come on. Hey, >> you got two options. You could walk or you're going to BE DRUGGED. >> I'LL WALK. >> Let's go NOW. >> I'LL WALK NOW. >> NO. I'll No. >> Grab this. >> Let me If you let me go, I'll walk. >> I'll leave my car here. >> GET UP. >> NO, I'll leave my car here. >> No, I'll leave my car here and I'll walk home. >> You want me to grab my home? >> I'll leave it here. >> I'll leave it here. >> Pick her up. Let them know. Let's get Get your feet underneath you, ma'am. >> Get your feet underneath you. >> PLEASE LET ME. PLEASE LET ME GO. Let you let me go. Stand up. If you LET ME GO, I'LL LEAVE MY CAR HERE. >> I'll leave my car here. >> I'll leave it here. >> No. >> Walk. I've never been arrested. Please, I have to go to court in the morning. Please, I'm fighting for my kids. >> You're fighting for your kids acting like this? That's not going to look good. And why I'm always surprised when some of these people like, "I've never been arrested before." I'm like, you go through your life acting like this and you somehow avoided getting arrested? I'm Are Wow. >> Yeah. Do you think fighting with us is worth it? >> I swear to God, I will never I will leave my car here. Please >> get in the car. >> Please let me go. >> And she was already making bad decisions. She's out there at 2:20 in the morning talking about I have court at 9:30 in the morning. You're already not at wherever you're staying before court and you're fighting for your kids and that was your priority. You aren't fighting for your kids. >> Get in the >> sit down. >> Sit down. Police Insider is one of my most favorite shady channels. Okay, he put up he or she put up uh oh my god, it's it's one of those uh it's from dorm dorm tamement and it's one of the older ones that shows like how you know black people laugh and they laugh they got to run off and you know there's historical reasons but it's funny. Well, the it looks funny now. the historical reasons aren't that funny, but they put that on here and they always put a little shady narration in there, a little shady gift real fast. But I'm I'm I put it back so y'all can see it. But they are so shady to me and I love it. >> There we go. >> I SWEAR TO GOD I'LL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. >> All right, let's go, Jennifer. I will never forgive you. >> I hope you don't. >> I won't. I'll meet you in hell. >> The 40-year-old female was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, assault on a law enforcement officer, and resisting without violence. I appreciate when they put the charges at the end, too, so we can just know. And then the ones I do like the ones that are older because they'll be able to come back and tell us if the person was actually convicted or if the charges were dropped. I like those two. But yeah, so those are her charges. 40 years old acting like this, girl. All right, we got another one. This one is woman regrets bullying young female cop once backup arrives. So, she's, you know, a a woman. How can I say this? I guess I'm being obvious with it. Obviously, she was comfortable with doing all this with just the woman cop. The guy cop comes and she I guess she straightens up a little bit. And then at the end, they do come arrest her arrest her at her job. So, that's why it's worth watching this one cuz we do get to see them, I think, arrest her either outside of her job or at her job. That's the only reason I'm watching this because otherwise it was just so annoying. But, here we go. >> Today on Uncovered. I literally live right there. >> Back in the car. >> Get back in the car. >> Don't [ __ ] touch me. >> Get back in the car. >> Don't touch me. >> Now you're under arrest. >> Don't touch me. >> Now you're under arrest. >> Don't touch me. >> Get out of the vehicle. It's a lawful order to get out of the vehicle. >> No. >> It's a lawful order. >> You don't touch me. I didn't even touch you. I didn't even touch you. I didn't even touch you. >> I didn't even touch you. What is wrong with you? >> Sir, can you just stand back by that white post for me, please? >> Are you freaking kidding me? I live here. Why are you harassing me? I came straight from work. What the is wrong with you guys? Oh mying god. You're making such a scene. >> Ma'am, I'm not the one making the scene. >> I'm not making a scene either. >> I've given you multiple lawful orders that you are not. >> I didn't do anything. I came straight from work. >> Can you stay here for a second? Let me talk to 30. pulled her over. No license plate white. She was speeding. She immediately hopped out of the vehicle. I told her she needed to take a seat back in the vehicle. Refused to get back in the vehicle. Then when I tried to explain things to her, she once again hopped out aggress towards me. I told her she's going to be placed under arrest cuz I told her it was a lawful order to remain in the vehicle. She did not listen. Now she won't get out of the car. I wanted to wait till you got here to pull her up. >> How you doing today? >> How the does it look like I'm doing? That [ __ ] is harassing me. >> What do you mean? >> I literally live right there. >> She pulled me over in the parking lot. >> Okay, that can happen, too. >> Um, no, it can't. This is private property. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. >> Were you driving on the road here? >> Yeah, but I already I already was >> in the parking lot. >> So, is that is that the safe? >> And this is what pisses me off. Maintain that same energy now that the guy showed up. Keep being Billy Jean badass. Like, come on. Keep that same energy. Tell him he ugly and he was whatever in high school and blah blah blah. Stay the same way the whole time. >> Is this is once you park in a parking lot, you're good. >> Once I'm at my house. Yeah. >> That's not true, though. >> Yes, it is. >> Okay. You're asking her to step out? >> Yeah. >> All right. Ma'am, my name is Sergeant Green. I'm with the Wheaten Police Department. >> Back in the car, >> sir. I'm not talking to you. I'm not talking to you. >> Not talking to you. >> She told me to get back. >> Okay. Ma'am, what's your first name? >> You have my license. >> I don't know. I haven't seen your license. I'm telling you right now to step out of the vehicle. >> If you do not step out of the vehicle, I will place you in custody for obstruction. Okay. Thank you very much. Please step to the back of the car. >> Please step to the back of the car. >> It's perfectly fine. >> Okay. >> So, what are we doing? >> Well, she followed your lawful order when she was because I didn't do anything wrong. Okay. >> What did What did I do wrong? >> I just got here. I don't know. But obviously, you were pulled over for a reason. My officer didn't just stop you for no reason. She doesn't get Listen, she doesn't get a bonus to make a traffic stop on you. So you can sit here and play games all you want and be an [ __ ] or you can go with the program, >> okay? And we can do this the easy way that doesn't require all this rigomearo. Me driving down here code three because you're being difficult for no reason. >> Name number. >> What's that? >> Name and bass number. >> You're going to get Don't worry about it. >> It's dark at night. Name and bass number. >> Okay, you can get all that later. We're working on something. Tell me what you want to do. She followed your lawfolder. I expressed to her that she was not following mine and she'll be placed under arrest. >> Okay. >> She followed yours. So, if you want to take this at face value that she listen to you, you can do that. It's up to you. >> No, that's fine. Complete your traffic stop and I'll explain to the young lady the importance of listening to a police officer during a traffic stop. >> Hear me out because this could have gone completely different. You could roll your eyes and sigh and do all the [ __ ] >> And she still needs to be under arrest right now. Again, the only reason we're watching this is because she eventually will be arrested. But I need her to be under arrest right now because the once that the words left that woman police officer's mouth, that's it. You're under arrest. You got to then fight it. Like we don't take backs and we don't do takebacks on these. >> The reality is on a traffic stop, whether you think it's lawful or not, you will listen to the police officer when they instruct you to either remain in the vehicle or get out >> or you'll be arrested for obstruction. That's simple. You'll be placed in handcuffs. You'll be dragged to the police department and you'll be photographed and printed and all that BS. And then you can explain to a judge why you don't want to follow simple instructions. You can roll your eyes and fidget your feet and do all that [ __ ] and see what the judge thinks about it. >> But at the end of the day, you are required by law >> to either remain in the vehicle or get out of the vehicle when the officer tells you so on a traffic stop. That is why she told you to get back in the car. You tried to get on her twice and she told you if you did it again, you didn't listen to her. She's going to place you into custody for obstruction. >> Luckily, once we got down here, you stood. You listened to a reason you got out. I appreciate you. >> So, she's going to do what she's going to do. She's going to complete her traffic stop and we're going to go about our business. It did not have to be this way. You created this situation. Anything else? >> No. >> Okay. Fantastic. >> Get your fating face out of here. >> Okay. You could you could say whatever you want. >> Good. >> It's quite all right, >> you [ __ ] Get out. >> No, we're not leaving. You're not done yet. You're not free to leave. We still got to complete the traffic stop. >> Oh, well, yeah. Well, >> okay. >> Your face can stay here then. >> Well, my face is going to stay here. >> Okay. >> Okay. I don't give a [ __ ] what you >> Well, I'll take back that one part. She did she did keep the name calling energy. >> You said >> I know. I'm full. I'm well aware that you don't care. >> No, I don't. >> Okay. >> Cuz this will guess what? This will still be on online later. >> I I can't wait for my uh 10 seconds of fan. >> That'll be more than that. Okay. >> It's going to be on his, too. >> That's perfectly fine. >> Good. >> It's perfectly fine. >> So, why' she pull me over again? >> Again, she explained. She explained to me. >> Was I drinking and driving? >> She She didn't explain to you. All right. Well, let me tell you. >> She said I was drinking. So, let me >> She said I was drinking and driving and I was on >> So, were you in the car when this happened? >> So, then you have no idea. So, you have no idea. >> Oh, am I drinking? >> I literally came straight from work. >> Okay. >> Hold me over in my parking lot. Speaking of drinking, they should have also had her do a field sobriety test or asked her to do one. She refused. It's time to go because she definitely sounds intoxicated. >> Okay. You were you were stopped because you don't have a plate light, which is required by the Illinois vehicle. >> They told me that there that it was out. >> Okay. Well, the police officer is going to, but you but you proceeded to Okay. Everything was recorded on Listen, everything's recorded. Everything's recorded on body camera. Everything's recorded on body camera. So if you want to come to the PD and file a formal complaint to say okay well and the police officer would have informed you of that but clearly this went off the rails from jump cuz again she doesn't get >> she came in my private property in >> private this is not >> this is private property do you live here >> listen you can make a traffic stop you were on the road you were on the road when you didn't have a plate light >> but then when she entered here I was already >> here that's not how it works it's not like tag in the parking spot. I will stop turning. >> Stop. >> I will stop turning. >> It's not It's That doesn't matter. That literally doesn't matter. >> It's private property. >> It doesn't matter. You understand it doesn't matter. >> Over on the street. >> You You understand it doesn't matter, right? >> She pull me on the street. >> You understand it doesn't matter. >> Why did she pull me over on the street? >> I'm done talking to you. >> You won't You won't listen to reason. You won't listen to explanation. You think you know what? You know something and you don't. >> Then ask why she I was on so many drugs. >> Are you on drugs? Have you been drinking? >> Well, I mean, the way you're behaving tonight, it certainly seems like it could be something. pulled me over for a [ __ ] light that I didn't even know that was out. >> Right. And and all you had to say is officer, I had no idea that that was out. She would have likely had a a civil conversely had a civil conversation with you, wrote you a warning, and sent you about your way. >> If you want a final formal complaint, feel free to come to the police department. Everything is being recorded on body camera. You guys can continue to record, bring your evidence. That's fantastic. Call your lawyer. I will. >> That's great. >> She came off like a little [ __ ] in the beginning. Again, feel free to come to the police department first thing tomorrow morning and file your complaint. >> Oh, you will >> see the lieutenant's office in my house. >> I mean, again, it's a traffic stop. It's a legal violation. You are looking at it right now. You see that the light is out. >> She could have just simply been nice about it. This came over like, "Oh my god, have you been drinking? Where where are the drugs? What have you been doing?" And she's all >> So, you just going to lie like this isn't being recorded? That is not what that woman said. Now you got to make it up cuz you Okay, that's all right. But that's why body cam exists. >> Like, oh, big bad like right in my face in the beginning. >> Pushed me. >> I didn't even do push right pushed me. Put her hands on me. >> Exc me. >> Okay. Again, feel free to come back. >> I will. That's har That's harassment. Putting your hands on me. >> She literally pushed me and Hello. Can you uh can you record this? I'm being harassed. >> You're recording it right here. Why? Who else needs to record it? How many more cameras? >> Anybody else? Anybody? >> That's being recorded there. There. There. There. There. There. There. Oh, trust me. They hear you. Oh, they hear you. They hear you. Don't you worry. >> All right, Mr. You've been issued a citation for the driving with no registration light. There is no court appearance required. If you would wish to go to the court date, it is going to be on 12:20, 2024, 8:30 a.m. at the Dwage County Courthouse, room 101. Information how to pay the ticket, it is located inside the blue envelope. Driver's license and insurance. There you go. >> All right. Now, you're free to leave. off you dumb ass. I don't know. Shut up. >> About 2 weeks later, body cam footage of the incident is reviewed and warrants are issued for the suspect's arrest for battery of an officer and obstructing justice. Officers arrive to the suspect's job to arrest her during her shift in front of her manager. >> Hey, how's it going? Is Jenna friend working today? >> Who? >> Jenna. >> Jenna. >> Jenna friend. Female. She was earlier, but she's already gone for the day >> cuz her well her car is still in the parking lot, so that's why I'm asking if she's here, too. >> Okay, I can go double check. I didn't >> actually I saw her earlier. I didn't >> I just I just noticed her car's here. So, >> may I inquire? >> Uh, she has a warrant for arrest. >> Oh, Lord. >> So, >> hey, here. >> Hey, Jenna. I'm Officer Wealthy at the police department. This is Officer White. I don't know if you remember an incident when you got pulled over a couple weeks ago. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, from that incident, they got a warrant for your arrest. >> What? >> Yeah. So, you have a >> Oh, yeah. Jenna, go back and watch your body cam. Go on ahead and go back and watch it. It's time to go to jail. >> An active warrant for your arrest. Okay. Do you can you take off your >> Oh, >> your clothing, your uh your bib or whatever. >> Yeah. >> Really? >> Yeah. All right. You can stop that. Just get that. You turn around. Put your hands. Bring her back. >> Do you have any belongings in like a locker you need or anything? >> No. >> Okay. We'll have the manager grab that for you. All right. >> All right. Uh, where's your lock at? >> It'll be around the corner. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. We'll have the manager grab it. >> No, you got a point here. You're right, Noir Angel. They did not censor her name. We [laughter] got her full name cuz they do they usually beep it out. Then obviously we see her job that she's working at. Yeah. They did not. They didn't take it out on this one. I don't [clears throat] know. >> So embarrassing. >> We're not going to make a scene or anything. What we'll get. We just got to get this all. You got you got nothing else laying on us or Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. You'll get a chance once you get everything taken care of. And sometimes I wonder if it's because of the state that they're in and the year. Well, it's 2024, so most of the time. Anything 2024 and after, it does seem like they usually beep out the last names and birthdays forever. But I wonder if this is because it's a certain state it came out of or if this is a tiny getback from the police officers that if anyone ever gets this footage, they're going to see her first and last name for bullying one of theirs. Like, I just be wondering stuff. Like it was it just that it was okay to leave her name in cuz of the state y'all are in or y'all was like, "Oh, I meant to censor it." Oh, how did I miss that? [laughter] >> You be able to give you a ride to your vehicle if you need it. Okay. >> This is literally over. >> So, yeah. I mean, I wasn't there for the incident, but they got they got a warrant for some things that happened on that traffic stop. So, we'll have to go back. We'll have to uh I'll give you your charges that way you know everything that's going on. We'll have to do your fingerprint and pictures. I'll have to have you sign a pre-trial release paperwork. And then uh as long as everything's going well, I'll be able to give you a ride back to your car. Okay. >> I get to tell my parents what's my husband? Yeah, you can tell whoever you need to. I'll give you a chance to make a phone call once we get back to the police department. Okay. >> I mean, I was in the middle of work. He's going to finish it. I'm not clocked out or anything. >> I mean, your manager knows, so they'll take care of that. >> Yeah. Don't worry about it, Jenna. The manager will clock you out. You're good. >> However, [clears throat] he needs to. [snorts] Do you have anything on you in your pockets or anything that'll poke you or stick me at all? >> No. >> Okay. All right. Can you just spread your feet for me really quick? Okay. Check the pockets before I let you get in my car. >> First, okay, you have your keys. >> The suspect was arrested on her warrants for battery of an officer and obstructing justice. Let us know your thoughts on this video. Okay, now this is not starting with a traffic stop, but this looks like the exact same woman. She's even wearing the same tank top. And I'm going to show y'all a preview. So, we got Hannah. That's This is what y'all sent me. Hannah gets arrested at a hotel, right? Later. This still looks like Hannah outside of the hotel. So, I wanted to show both since y'all ended up sending me this one and then I already had this one waiting to go on one of my compilations. So that's why we're watching one that's in a hotel and not a traffic stop first cuz this looks like the same woman to me. So let's start with her hotel meltdown and go from there. >> In this house where the going to walk up and let me in my room get the away. I'M SO TIRED OF EVERYBODYING. >> Just got away from you. You stupid motherucker. I swear. It's after 1000 p.m. at a hotel in Crystal Lake, Illinois, where one woman's temper is about to earn her a different accommodation for the night. >> There's not going to be any more yelling. >> No, just try to keep I just want to go to my room. I just >> negative. So now what I'm going to do is take my time and do this the steps that I need to take. I'm not going to do this BASED OFF YOUR DEMANDS, >> RIGHT? >> You're not going to yell at me and tell me what >> I'm NOT YELLING AT YOU. I'M YELLING AT HIM. >> All right, I understand that. But there's steps. Police identify the woman seen here as 35-year-old Hannah Shepard, who's complaining about her hotel key card not working. >> You can simply go up and open the door for me. It's right on the stairs. It's right up the stairs. Right. >> Okay, hold on one second. We're going to I'm going to wait. >> I'm doing everything I can to do everything. Were you crying? You look like you were crying. >> What? >> Were you crying? You look like you were crying. >> Me? No, I'm just tired. It's been a long day and I don't want to be yelled at. >> No, you neither. And I don't want to deal with somebody who's treating somebody else like because their card's not working. >> Moments later, another officer arrives. >> I cannot hear what he's saying if you keep on yelling. >> Let him talk. >> Right. I'm sorry. >> Come talk to me quick. >> No, I want to do with Sanders. >> Officer Checky is probably a little more levelheaded than I am right now because again, I just raised my voice and I normally don't do that. the way you were talking to him and demanding and making all these demands doesn't work that way. So, right now, do me a favor. Talk with her. I'm going to see about the card. I'm going to see what happened and then we're going to go upstairs and get you in your room. >> Just get me in the room. >> Cannot. >> I'm not taking your demands. Can I talk to you here, please? >> I paid for the room, Sanders. >> Okay, you paid for a room, but you're sitting there acting like a >> I didn't call the cops. Nope. Just step away. >> I got to stay right here with you, but I'll keep quiet. >> Just get me in my room. I'm ready to go. >> That's what they're trying to >> And that's what they're going to do cuz he has no reason why not to let me in the >> But there's something there's some miscommunication or something. That's what is trying to do over and over and over, >> right? He's trying to help you. Stay here. >> People stay up in the steps where the going to walk up and let me in my room. >> Why are you being mean? >> No, you have no idea. Hannah retreats to a stairwell where the stairs aren't the only thing escalating the situation. >> You have to figure out what's going on here. >> Excuse me. Stay in the hallway. >> Okay, I will just I I'm trying to do. >> That's what I'm talking to. This guy's a smarter than me. >> I understand, but there's steps and I got to talk to him and get that key card. So, please do me a favor. >> Let's all breathe. >> You need to breathe because she says you were moving. I come out freaking out. So, you need to do what she says. my room that I paid for. >> One officer gets Hannah a new key card to try and resolve this issue. Let's see how that goes. >> I said, "Please >> open my room, Sam. Open my room." >> No. >> Let's see if it works. >> You can do it. >> Let's see if it works. >> I said please. >> Don't leave. >> I said please. And he gave it to me. >> Okay. Then stand right here. >> I'll go up there with you. I'll go up there and make sure it works. But I I was calm. I was polite. And he gave it to me without even without any issue. You're in here demanding, ordering, yelling, cursing, screaming. That doesn't get you nowhere. >> All right. Ready? >> Yeah. >> Here. Let me see. >> Go ahead. >> Okay. Okay. You Okay. >> Freaking out. >> Okay. Well, hold on. Wait. Wait. Wait. Hold on. Wait. Wait. Wait a minute. >> Wait a minute. Wait. Wait. It was backwards. All right. >> All right. Pull up. Pull up. >> There it is. >> It was backwards, Hannah. >> You heard that right. The key card was inserted back. >> Girls, [laughter and clears throat] preventing Hannah from entering her room. Problem solved. Not exactly. >> Hannah, are you okay? >> No. >> Come here. Come here. Come on. Come inside. Come on. Come inside. Come inside. Hannah, come on. Come on. Come inside. Come inside. Come sit down on the bed here. Take the car. Hannah, [laughter] please. Hannah, Hannah, Hannah, Hannah, >> you would just help me. >> Come here. I will. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come here. Come on. Let's go inside your room. Come on. Come on. Come on. Hannah, please. >> Stop. Hannah, don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. Don't do that. >> I've got tomorrow. >> See, Chris, no. Don't call. >> No. No. No. No. Stop. Stop. >> Okay. Okay. Please. >> See, Crystal Lake can tell me. You're the only one that tells me. >> I tried. >> I don't want anybody else here. >> Can we get fired? Did she say she had court tomorrow? Why everybody always at court the next day and they acting like this? If that's what she said. >> Location, please. Our subject was just hitting her hitting [snorts] herself in the side of the head. >> Stop. Stop. >> You're going You're I'm sorry. I got fire here. >> Police call medics to the scene after Hannah was seen hitting herself. In the meantime, one officer tries his best to reason with the 35-year-old. >> I am Spyro. Don't tell me you told me to. I tried, but you're you're Listen, we have to take steps right now to calm yourself down. In order for it to happen, you have to do something about that. One [snorts] step at a time. First step is getting out of this hallway. >> All right. I want them to go away. >> No, my boss is here. He's going to make sure everything is okay. And she's here cuz she's my partner. >> I know, but you all these things. This is it. >> You have to move forward in a positive way. And this is not a positive way. The card was backwards. You're getting frustrated. You can't treat people like expect. I'm not treating anybody like the >> guy downstairs. You were just screaming at him cuz I I hate them. I hate everybody. >> Okay, can we go inside the hallway so it's more private for you? Can we go? I'm sorry. Inside your room so it's more private for you, please. >> Inside my room. >> Inside your home right here. >> I don't want them. >> Listen, I'll stand at the doorway. >> I don't want you here either. I just >> Oh, you can't do that. Unfortunately, that's not your choice. >> He's going to tell me what to do. >> Yes, he tells me what to do. >> I know. I don't want the card now. Now the card is tainted. I know >> the card was backwards. >> Fire's gonna come and talk to you to make sure you're okay. >> Sanders, I just want you. I really just I can't handle this cuz you already know my >> I do. I mean, okay. So then now what? I just want to go to bed. I have work tomorrow. I have court tomorrow. >> All right. I don't want her here. Just go back up. Back up. Back up. >> I stand in the hallway, but I cannot leave you. Unfortunately, >> this is her call. >> All right. Yep. No one can ever just listen to what I ever say. Never. >> All right. Just please just please back up a little bit. Someone give me some air. My god. >> Can you open the window? >> I'm going to go stand by fire, tell her everything's going on. What's the history? >> The officer Hannah is referring to as Sanders leaves the room. And it soon becomes clear she has a let's just say thing for that officer. Hey, I want to thank Upside for SP. >> Okay. Okay. I thought it was just me. I'm like, why is she like Sanders? I want Sanders. They always They do that though a lot. Um they say it's like it's them trying to control the scene and control who gets to tell them what to do or who gets to communicate with them. All that stuff. They always do that. Like they pick their fave and everybody else is the enemy. This But she did. She She was uh leaning on Sanders a little too much. All right. So, we'll keep going. I just I don't know he's okay. All right, back up. Back up. >> I haven't moved, Hannah. >> No. And Sanders knows. He knows. He knows. He knows. I hope he's okay. That's all. That's the car was backward. That's all it was. That's all it was. And I was freaking out. I hope he's okay though. I hope he's okay. Cool. cuz I looked like he was crying. >> Who was? >> Never mind. It doesn't matter. I just want to say that I'm sorry. I hope I didn't hurt his feelings. >> Oh my god. I got I just I hope he's okay. He was crying earlier. Oh, they all know me. Who cares anymore? These people be having existential crises and everything. I do think I know in the short term it would cost a lot of money, but I am all for if there is a way to really implement a mental health professional accompanying police officers for some of these people or at least being on call and available. Maybe not accompanying every time cuz sometimes it's just a simple trespass or, you know, DUI stop, all that. But when it starts looking like this these people have some mental issues as well, I need them I need the there to be some uh congruent programs of you still broke the law, you still going to go to jail, but we're also going to treat whatever's going on up there. I think in the long run it would really work out better for the rest of us because we have to deal with these people that don't get I don't know like nothing else happens and they just go out and do it again. And same with um when there's children. I wish more uh DCFS or whatever could be on call and I know there's not the the funding is the issue cuz a lot of people want that. I just wish it could be better with more appropriate professionals going along with the police officers on some of these calls. >> No idea. Just please back the out please a little bit more cuz now I'm going to angry cuz now I'm like going to literally like punch don't >> and no one believes me like when I say I work out every day. I work out every day. I know this like does it make any sense? But I'm strong and mighty and I lost 100. I just hope he's okay. I'm so sorry to him. I didn't mean to do that to him. I just hope he's okay. I know his mom's in Oh, there he is. He's okay. Police say Hannah is familiar with the officer after he was involved in her DUI arrest just weeks before this incident. Now, as EMTs arrive, her hotel hotthead is doing anything but cooling down. >> Okay, so I wonder if the one we're about to watch was her DUI arrest. She was in a car. We'll see. So, I wonder if this one came after that one or she just has so many it we don't even know. >> Stop. I'm sorry. Now you work for a nurse. >> All right. One of the paramedics. >> Nut. I know what all you are. I know. I know. Introduce yourselves. >> I said I >> Is it a pimple? >> That's it. That's it. That's it. >> Well, then can you answer one question for me? >> That's it. >> Okay. Do you want us to leave? >> NO. YES. YES. >> Then you need to talk to me for going. >> You have to talk to me cuz I don't hear. >> No, I have rights back. >> I know you have rights. I'm not I'm not any closer to you, but I need to know what's going on so that I can leave. Okay. If you want me to go, I'll be happy to go. But I need to know what go. I just >> I'm not getting any closer. I hope it's okay. I mean, be >> okay. Stay right here. >> All right. What's your name, my dear? >> No. Nope. Nope. Nope. Nope. They everybody should know my name by now. What's my name? What's my name? What's my name? What's my name? Back up. Back up. Back up. All right, you're getting closer to me. I'm not doing it. >> Yeah, I agree. >> Hannah refuses to talk to medics, but officials think of one man our suspect might be a little more receptive to cuz she wants you. >> I don't know what I can. >> So, just can you can you relay to her that we can't leave unless she answers our questions, but she needs to be able to talk to us [laughter] or talk to us for >> Okay. So, Hannah, I don't need to repeat all that. You want me here, okay? I want the best for you. We all do. So, please just answer their questions. And if you answer their questions, they'll leave. >> Leave you. >> They'll leave. If you answer their questions, I can't. >> Okay. Well, then they can't. >> There's rule. You were literally pounding yourself in the face. >> Are you okay? >> So, answer their questions. >> Make him back up. >> He's not. No, these guys are I CAN'T >> I JUST BE A LITTLE BIT BACK UP. BACK UP. >> That's not helping. I can. >> All right. I just want Sanders. Get the away. I'M SO TIRED OF EVERYBODY TELLING ME TIRED OF IT. >> You're on the verge of getting arrested. >> All right. Arrest me. Arrest me for what? >> Back the up. >> I haven't moved. >> Oh my god. You have no idea. Let's rewind and take a look from another angle. >> All right. I just want Sanders. Get the AWAY. I'M SO TIRED OF EVERYBODY TALKING. TIRED OF IT. >> WHOA. WHAT? Did she break the screen of the TV? Let me see. >> I'm so TIRED OF EVERY TIME. WHAT was that? Did she say it was just That's what she said was just sugar. It like she broke the TV for a second, but they probably don't crack like that. Okay. But she out here touching stuff. >> You're on getting arrested. >> Or arrest me. Arrest me for what? >> I'm I haven't moved. >> Oh my god. There's no >> It's here. Hannah apparently splashes liquid onto one of the medics before police decide enough is enough. >> Back up, Sanders. Get on you, please. This is not sugar. It's not anything. [laughter] Sanders, I just want you. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. Turn around. You're under arrest for battery. You're under. I didn't do anything. >> You're under arrest for battery. You are. >> You don't do this to me. >> I listen. >> You're under arrest for battery. >> It's not even sugar. It's not It's not going to >> You splash water on the firefighter. Okay. I just wanted I sat back up. I sat back up. I just Please, please, please. >> Getting arrested for splashing water on a firefighter has some type of irony in there. But body cams are how I learned that you actually could get arrested for, you know, what we've gotten used to real housewives doing is, you know, splashing liquid in people face and stuff. I didn't know you get arrested for that until I started watching body cams. Please talk me through this, please. >> I can't. >> Why? >> I can't. The decision's already been made. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Please. >> You You made this. You made the situation. You kept on I got these guys here to help you. >> Get out of my room. I said get out of my room. Why is your body cam on? Please. >> My body cam is on. >> I said get out of my room. Get out of my room. Get out of my room. I paid for this room. I said get the out. >> Hannah, put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. >> No. Hannah, if you don't put your hands behind your back, I'm going to put you on the floor. >> Please just tell me it's okay. >> It's okay for you to put your hands behind your back right now because you're under arrest for battery. >> You can't demand things. This is what you you losing control of yourself. >> I'm losing control. >> Absolutely. Look what you just did. You splashed water over guys who trying to help you. >> Majorly, I'm losing control. Majorly, but I think you can talk me through it. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. [sighs] Hannah, I'm going to put you right there on the floor. Do you understand where you're going to go? >> No, you already did that. >> No, I did not. I did not. But your your face is going to go right down on the floor. Do you understand? Right there where your shoes are. >> Okay. >> I love how Sanders through this whole thing, although she's trying to make him her favorite. He don't have time for it. He come upstairs, they're like, "Sanders, she only want to talk to you. Can you talk to her?" He's like, "I'm not repeating what they just told you, Hannah. So, you going to do it or not?" Then he's like, "I would tell you where your face about to end up on that floor." And I'm here for it with Sanders. He is not playing the stupid game. >> Okay. I'm telling you, that's where you're gonna go. >> I'm not going to. >> We'll give you one guess what happens next. >> Negative. You're under arrest. >> You're under arrest. >> Come on. You're under arrest. >> Come on. You're under arrest. My >> here. >> There we go. >> Here. Get a double cup. >> I got I got I got it. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] Sanders. Why? Why? Why? >> I told you what was going to happen. >> All right. Then arrest me now. Pick me. All right. >> All right. He just said it. NO. PICK ME THEN. PICK ME UP. >> Under arrest. >> Pick me up. All right. I'm under arrest. >> Going to refuse to cooperate WITH YOU. >> GO AHEAD. No refuse. You >> just said I under arrest and pick me up. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. >> Come on. You want to try? >> Sorry. >> Come on. She go. There we go. Okay. Okay. There we go. The door. Come on. You want us to grab your phone? No phone. >> Hannah is led to the hotel lobby where officers wait for a transport vehicle to arrive. Let's see how that goes. >> You all agree. He's a Isn't he? >> Yeah. >> Actually, I'm probably the nicest one here. He's actually one of >> Oh, yeah. Isn't it funny that everybody agrees? He's great. He's great. >> Yeah. my germs. That mean stop. I'm going to put you on the deck again. Do you understand? >> I just got away from you, you stupid mother. I swear >> Hannah, stop. >> Hannah is not doing herself any favors after she appears to kick at [clears throat] an officer. >> Now you're getting you hit another charge. >> He's got another charge. >> Charge them up. Charge them up. >> That's exactly what we're going to do. >> Twist my arm. Twist my arm. >> Not twisting. >> TWIST IT. TWIST IT. Twist it. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. Twist it. >> Just relax. >> NOPE. TWIST IT. TWIST IT. >> RELAX. >> Just relax. >> Just relax. >> Oh, now you let go. Cuz you >> cuz you're trying to grab my fingers. >> Oh my god. I have no idea. Charge me up. Charge me up. I'm not going to go down. I'm going to go down. >> Once at the jail. You want a blanket, >> Hannah? Do you want a blanket? >> EMTs make another appearance to check on the 35-year-old >> when what? >> When I had when we did this last time when we when I arrested you for the DUI. >> Mhm. >> You faked the the the seizure. >> I faked the seizure. >> Mhm. Absolutely you did. >> So, do you want to go up there and get the medication you need so you can >> So, please Yeah. Let's just let's go and make sure that you're okay. I want to make sure. >> All we want to do is make sure you're okay. >> Let's go get it checked out. >> I'm good. >> Cuz with us, all this does is it doesn't do anything for us >> at all. All this does is drag things on. >> Hannah agrees to be taken to the hospital where she's eventually cleared and sent to the county jail. She was charged with four counts of aggravated battery on a peace officer and two counts of resisting arrest. >> Okay. So, they defin because I do remember she the woman on here faked their faked having a seizure. So, here's Hannah before the hotel incident. So, this one's a little bit shorter, but here we go. >> Someone called in. Um, they were complaining about your music being kind of loud from your car. >> Really? I was here like 30 seconds. >> You were just here for like 30 seconds? >> Yeah. No, not 30 seconds. Like >> 15 minutes or so. >> Okay. You've been here for like 15 minutes? >> Yeah. No, I live here. >> Do you got an ID on you, ma'am? I do. >> Okay. Can I see that real quick? How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Um, a lot. >> Where were you uh planning on going? >> No, just here. >> Just here? >> Yeah. >> You were just going to drive around [clears throat] a little bit? >> Uh, no. I wasn't even driving. I was just listening to music. >> Okay. Cuz you're kind of parked in the middle of the entrance. >> I know. No. Yeah. And I I feel I work here too in Darlington. >> Okay. You work here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. when like I know you already said you had a lot to drink, but like can you give me an estimate how how much you've had? >> Um, oh no, not a lot. A thousand drinks. >> A thousand drinks. Okay. >> Were you parked somewhere and then you decided to drive right here? >> First person not to say two drinks. >> You know what I mean? Cuz you're not really in a parking spot right now. >> No. And I feel like God. >> So, can you do me a favor and step out of the car? I'm just going to run you through some uh >> No, I don't want to step out. >> You don't want to step out of the car? Okay. Well, at this point, I'm not asking you to step out. >> So, I I need you to step out of the car. >> In a better place from here. >> I'm No, you can't you can't drive it away right now. I'm going to need you to step out of the car. Okay. >> I don't want to. >> Okay. Well, I'm not asking you. I I need you to step out of the car. You You've told me yourself that you're drunk. You've said that you've been drinking tonight. So, I'm going to need you to step out of the car. Okay? I'm not asking you. I'm telling you to do it. And if you don't do it, we're going to have to take you out ourselves. And I don't want to have to do that. >> Don't take me out in a bad way. Just let me sit here. Here. Okay. Please. >> Dre, can you do those? All right. Perfect. Thank you. And then can you just step out? >> I don't want to step out. >> You don't want to step out? Okay. >> Why not? >> Cuz I don't feel Oh, my phone's blowing up. >> Hannah, can you just step out of the car for me, please? >> No, I don't want to step out. >> Okay. Nope. So cold. >> Hannah, I need you to step out. Okay. >> I I'm not stepping out. >> Okay, Hannah. I've already told you if you >> Why am I stepping out? >> Because you've already told me that you've been drinking. >> I know. So then what? >> So then I'm And run you through some tests to make sure that you're good to drive. Okay. >> I know. I'm not going to run through the test. >> You're not going to run through any tests? Okay. Then I'm going to have to make a decision based on my observations and what you've told me tonight. >> So just running through these tests, it helps me make a better decision. >> Hannah, do you think you should be driving right now or be operating another vehicle? >> Uh, no. No, I don't. >> You don't think you should be operating? >> I'm right here. No, I do feel I'm fine. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> No, I just I just don't know what to say. >> Well, just the truth. >> Not enough. >> Not enough. >> No, not enough. >> So, when you told me that you're a little bit drunk and then you said you had a lot to drink and then you told me you had a thousand drinks. >> Thousand drinks. >> Yeah, that's what you told me. >> So, you think that's legit? >> I mean, I know that you're exaggerating when you say that. So then when I step out of this car, so then I get a DUI. Can I just back the car back up? >> No, I I can't let you do that. Okay, we'll take care of the we'll take care of the car >> because you're you're drunk. You just you've already told us that you've been drinking. You said it yourself that you're drunk. I can't let you drive this car right now. Can you step out of the car for us? >> Nope. >> Okay. You're going to make us pull you out? >> No. >> Hannah, your two options are either you step out of the car voluntarily. >> Stop the lights. >> No. Either you're going to step out voluntarily or we're going to pull you out of the vehicle. If you fight with us or hit us or do anything like that, it'll be an extra charge. >> I would do that. I would never do that. >> Make it easier and just step out of the vehicle for us right now. >> Do after I step out, then what? >> We'll get We'll get to that once you step out. Okay. >> No, then tell me what then the car gets towed. >> The car? Yeah. I mean, at this point, if you step out of the vehicle, we can run you through some tests and then we'll work from there. Okay. >> No, I'm not doing tests. >> Not going to do tests for us whatsoever. This guy's got to come in here now. >> Well, you can go somewhere somewhere else. You're like, >> "No, I'm not getting out of the car." No, I'm not. >> We told you this is your chance. Either you step out of the car. >> No, I don't want to. >> You don't have a choice. It's either stepping out of the car or we're going to drag you out of the car. >> No, my lawyer. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Last chance. Either step out of the car or we're going to pull you out. >> No. >> You're not going to step out. >> Okay. Wait. Stop. >> No. You're done. You are under arrest right now. Get out of the car. Hannah. >> Hannah. Get out of the car. Hannah. Oh, I am so strong. >> Get out of the car. >> Oh, let's see you guys struggle. >> Oh, I've stopped. >> Hannah, get out of the car. >> Two guys on me right now. >> Okay. Yeah, attention sinking is what I'm have to go with. Kim, you Yep, I see it. [clears throat] Calm >> the [ __ ] down. >> No. Get out of the car. >> All right. >> Calm the down. >> You don't tell us what to do. >> I just >> No. >> No. >> You're under. Get on your stomach. >> Get on your stomach. >> All right, Hannah. We're going to roll you to your side. Okay. >> No. No. Sit me up now. >> Stand me up. >> We're We're going to get there. >> Who is this now? >> Hi. >> Ready. One. >> There we go. All right. We're going to walk back towards that car right there. >> Just give me a second. Touch. >> You can't make me go in there. I will fight to the end. >> Then you get more charges. Then charge me up. I've been I get it. >> Okay. Hey, what's going on? Hi. >> Oh, it's a big boy. >> What's going on, >> y'all? Sanders just hit the scene. What she said? Oh, that's a big boy. Sanders just came on scene, y'all. >> DUI arrest and then she wouldn't get out of the car. >> No, not there's an arrest. Okay, so what else? >> Then we pull her out of car. She resists getting out of the car. >> Okay. >> No, she says she won't get in back of our squad car. You >> hurt? You might hurt. Are you hurt? >> No. >> No. Okay. You got to go in back of the squad car. >> No, I'm not. I want to have my phone. You can do that at the police department. >> No, no, I No, I can't. >> That's not going to happen right now. >> Well, then I will fight till the death till I do that. >> Do you understand what that means? >> Yeah. >> You understand that we'll end up putting you in a wrap? >> I'm ready. I am I'm so pumped. Just let me call make one phone call. >> One phone call right now. >> Yep. >> Okay. Will you cooperate if we make this phone call? >> I know you're a big boy. I like to pay you. No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. >> I know you are. I know you are. I know you're kidding. I know you're kidding. >> I like it. She is not kidding. >> I'm into it and I want you to just go just do it. >> I'm happily married. >> All right, chill, guys. Both of you guys chill the out. Let me count my shoulders. >> All right, I'm putting her on speaker phone. Sit. Lose it. Just let them know that I am um I don't know what to say. Save me from the police station. Okay, that's all I have to say. Hang up the phone. God, you're a jerk. Are you ready to grab a seat? >> No, not when you said we had a deal. >> I know. I'm not taking the deal. No, not going in there. >> Okay, open the door. Put her inside the car. >> Hannah, get in the car. Shut >> the [ __ ] out. Oh my god. You guys have no idea how bad this [ __ ] hurts. I'm not going in here. I will rent my arms out. I'm not going in this. >> I need them. I need her to watch herself back and look at the position she is putting herself in in life and stop it right now. No. Make better decisions. >> Car. Call her again. What's that? >> This little rat. >> Yeah. It's going to go around my Yeah. Put the harness overhead [laughter] are supposed to lift me up. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You two on this side. You want to open the squad car? >> You throw me in there? Oh, there's no way. >> There's no way. >> Ready? On three. Ready? One, two, three. Stop. Stop. There's no way. There's no way. Oh [ __ ] >> Lean forward. >> No way. Oh, my shoulders out. Wait, wait, wait. Oh, you stop. >> What's going on, girl? >> Excuse me. >> What's going on, >> Hannah? Breathe. >> Hannah. >> Hannah. >> Put her on her side. >> Yeah, put her on her side. Breathe, Hannah. >> This is the fake seizure they were referencing when they were in the hotel and they were like, you know, you faked the seizure last time. Breathe. Just relax. Stay laying on the ground, Hannah. Nope. Just stay laying on the ground. >> Stay laying on the ground. If >> she wants to sit up by herself, >> you want to sit up, Hannah? >> Yeah. Okay. >> You got a blanket for you, Hannah. Okay. >> Let me get up. Hold on. No. No. >> No. Why am I sitting here? Cuz you passed out. >> Okay. I know. I didn't pass out. >> She did not. Hey, she wants to stand with her. >> Let me help. Help me up. Help me up. >> Get help. >> Yeah. lean against the car. Oh, >> no. No. Let me get out by myself. >> Okay. >> So, I guess there's nothing wrong with your shoulders then. >> Mhm. >> You want to >> I'm just going to walk home. >> You're not going home. >> Uh you're being arrested. >> You're not going home. You're being arrested. These guys are going to evaluate you, okay? Cuz you act like you had a seizure. So therefore, we can't take a chance. Okay? So that's why you're on the floor. We put you in that position that you were in, right? And we played safe. We called them. But then, miraculously, you came out of these like it was nothing. >> Okay. >> So, now you're playing games with these guys. We called them out from the firehouse for you. So, here's what's going to happen. They're going to evaluate you. Okay. But you're going to be arrested. You're not going back in your car. >> No, I'm not going to You're being arrested for DUI. >> Let's just take the car back over here. So, >> you're not going back in that car. >> Well, I I didn't say I was going back in the car. >> No, that car is being towed to a lot. >> That's fine. Okay. But right now you're going to jail. >> Well, no one for what? >> For DUI? >> No, I'm not. >> These officers told you. >> So, right now you just wasted these guys time. You don't need them. Is that what you're saying? >> I'm not getting arrested for DIY. >> Okay. They're not here to arrest you. They're here to make sure you're okay medically. >> I'm fine. Okay, then walk back home. >> No, no, you're not walking back home. How about you answer their question so they can leave? >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. >> Can you go in the ambulance and we at least do that? >> I'm going to walk. >> It's freezing outside. Can you please? >> Right. It is freezing. So, in my car, where's my car? It's going to get towed. >> Uh, just tow it. I'm just going to walk back. >> You're not walking back. >> Uh, then what? Why can't I walk back? >> Because you are under arrest. >> For what? >> For DUI. >> For DUI? >> Yeah, for DUI. You're under arrest. You're not going to your house. You're refusing. Then tell them you refuse. >> Because when they leave, you're going in that car. >> I will get that wrap out. >> Oh, in the cop car. >> Yeah. And I'm going to wrap you up and you're going Yeah, you are. Yeah, you are. And this fake seizure ain't going to happen. It ain't going to work again. >> And the fake what? The fake seizure. >> Oh, you said fake seizure. >> I mean, you went in it and add it like it was nothing. And now all of a sudden, you're getting yourself up and you're complaining about your shoulder being dislocated. >> No, I'm good, >> right? You're good. >> Do you want these guys? Do you need their help? >> No, not at all. >> So, is that a refusal? >> All right. [snorts] Okay. >> All right. See you. >> I put her back in hand. Find your back for me. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I'm under arrest for what? How do I get the di >> for for drinking and driving? >> No. >> Okay, this time we're going to continue and we're going to be careful when we pick her up. Come on. >> There you go. >> No, not doing it. I'm not going in this. >> You have the ankle strap. Uncle, stop spreing your knees like that. >> You ready? Ready. One. >> Angry. Sit. All right, we got to put our seat belt on. >> Yep. >> No, my seat belt. You better put a [ __ ] seat belt on me. Who says that? Let's put a seat belt on. You close the [ __ ] door. Close theing door. [ __ ] you. Who is this? There's a special kind of crazy that cops respond to on the midnight shift. I sometimes think I had too much fun in my early years as a cop cuz I probably laugh just as much as I arrested people. When I hear something like car parked in the middle of an entrance of a parking lot blasting music, I already know this call is probably not going to be a quick in-n-out. What also probably hoped to find is a stall car because a simple easy fix. But we did get something new with this one because for the first time ever, we finally got somebody who didn't say they had only two beers cuz even she knew she had a lot. And I like the banter that her and the officer had because it seemed like the convo was going to go well and this was going to be a simple DUI arrest. But this is how quickly calls can go from comical to frustrating because I knew she was going to make it difficult getting her out of that car. And as a cop, I've seen this way too much because it goes from calm discussion then to define to resistance and then they have to be arrested. It's like wash, rinse, and repeat. Faking a seizure actually isn't a surprise because suspects love to fake medical emergencies so they can sit in the hospital for a few hours. But when you've been cleared at the hospital, you still have to go to jail. So all you've done is prolong your process. And she did everything possible to make this more chaotic. And the truth is, this is the reality of the job. And this wasn't just about her refusing to cooperate. This was a person who didn't care about her immature or irresponsible decisions. The officers followed through until she was safely secured. And it's a reminder that in law enforcement, patience and training are just as important as making the decision to use force. After finally getting her under control and transported to the county jail, Hannah was charged with resisting a peace officer, causing injury, and driving under the influence. She is innocent unless >> All right. All right. I had to see what he said at the end. Okay. Like Hannah's Hannah has a she has to have a long criminal history. She has to cuz those were two of her and enough to remember her and she was in the same tank top. Um yeah. Okay. This one was sent to me too and >> sorry. This one was sent to me as well. [sighs and gasps] Also an annoying traffic stop. That's why they're here today though. They are all of these to me are so annoying. >> [laughter] >> So, this one says, "The most painful traffic stop in police history." So, let's go. >> 23. A patrolling officer was almost hit by a vehicle that continued to swerve in the lane and signaled a left turn but turned right. The officer immediately conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. >> Okay. Could you roll down the window for me, please? >> No. >> No. Okay. So, I saw you. The reason I I stopped you is cuz you crossed the center line coming on normal. Is there a reason that you were crossing me on your phone or anything? Yeah, I was trying to like put in the directions. >> Oh, you're trying to put the directions in. >> I was already kind of there. I was like trying to >> All right. Do you live Do you live here? >> Actually, no. >> No, I do live around here. >> You live around here? Where do you Where do you live? >> Hey, can you crack the window so we can hear you? >> It's a crack. >> Sorry. It's a crack. I get you. You understand what I'm saying? We can't hear you. >> We can't fully hear you. Just roll this one down just just a little bit more for me >> because my keys have been removed from my car. >> Okay. I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle then. >> No, I'm not going to step out. Okay, I'm going to have you step out of the vehicle. >> Why? >> Because I can barely hear you and you're >> I'm not stepping out. >> Okay. >> Being given a lawful order. Step out of the vehicle. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> If you do not comply, you're going to be arrested for obstructing. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink tonight? >> Couple drinks. Have you had anything tonight to drink? >> What was your reason for arresting me again? >> You're not under arrest. >> The reason I The reason I stopped you is cuz on normal you went and crossed the center line. You almost ran into my car. >> I am so sorry about that. I definitely was trying to like put in definitely. Yeah. >> Okay. That's the reason why that's the reason I stopped you. >> Sorry. >> Okay. Do you have your license and insurance on you? >> Actually, I do. >> Okay. Like want to grab your your license. >> So you say, are you going to give me a ticket or what's going on? You say, "What was the reason I almost ran into you?" >> So the re the reason that I stopped you is because you crossed the center line and almost ran into >> I think you guys just terrorized me the whole way. >> No, >> I think you did. So explain that to us >> because literally so I'm here at my friend's house and then you guys literally I saw you and I literally was like okay what are they about to do? So I got scared. >> Okay. >> So I also was like calling up my friends and my family as well like as I was parking and things and then you got a backup car over there like are you trying to take me down or what? I'm actually pretty standard for >> Yeah. For every every traffic stop we have >> I literally happen to be there writing a report. I didn't do anything too wrong or I don't know because I didn't feel like I was about to hit you. >> Yes. I was making a turn and you guys tried to get me in this what is this called? A gang way or something. >> No. So you before you made >> feeling like you were or weren't about to do something does not mean you did or did not do that thing. Just [clears throat] cuz you didn't feel like you did it doesn't mean you know that that action didn't happen. I and I think they did they say she's a suspected DUI person as well. >> The turn is when I saw you cross the center line. So, >> and so you what? >> Okay. Can I see your license for me, please? >> Yeah, but I have other questions, too. I actually go under this procedure a lot >> and I don't like people coming after me for no reason. >> Okay. >> The woman was not ready to comply and she was the one asking questions from the cops. >> I'm going to make >> Let's make this real simple. Very. >> You are on a traffic stop because you crossed the middle line on normal road. No, let me explain. On normal road, you crossed the center line. >> Cuz this is actually my state ID. It's not fine. Yeah, that's why I'm over here. Like, it's literally my state. >> Would you like an answer or do you want to interrupt? >> But I do have my driver's license, but not on me. I'm actually trying to interrupt what he's saying. Oh, sorry about that. >> You crossed the center line, almost hit the squad car. We turned around, followed you, pulled you over here. >> You did not pull me over. I parked. >> We saw the violation in the road. >> Sure. You're on a traffic stop. We initiated a traffic stop here. >> Can I have my ticket? >> No one. First off, no one ever said that you you were getting it. >> Because why are we discussing this right now? >> Well, you're not even giving us your license. You were >> I don't have my license with me. The state ID. This is literally that. And I don't want the state ID. Give me Give me the state ID. >> Are you going to take it from me or are you going to give me a ticket and take me to court? Because I rather that. >> Would you like a ticket? We need the ID to issue the ticket. Would you like to leave? We need to get there. >> I don't like everybody. Well, except him. And you're not, but you are. But still, >> I will step back. >> No, it's it's just I actually saw the whole thing and I tried to check myself about it. I was definitely trying to put in, you know, um you know, directions. I'm not going to lie about that part. >> But it's still like, >> but you see what could have happened with you crossing the center line. No. Okay. >> In a sense, I I saw y'all. So, sorry. Did I hit you? >> No. For this. >> Was I so No, I was not. >> For this to move forward, we're going to need your state ID and we're going to need a >> If it don't move forward cuz it's going to move forward. >> Okay. If you if you continue to refuse, you'll be under arrest for obstructing. >> What? What am I refusing? You guys just told me to get out of the vehicle. And this is my license. It's just chilly out there. This is actually not my license. By the way, >> to provide your ident? >> No, I don't have to. >> You do? Yes. >> Oh, well, I'm not. So, what does that mean? Okay. Then you're under arrest for obstruction. >> You will be under arrest for obstructing. >> And what's that? >> You are obstructing our our attempt and duty to I guess put in better words. We >> we we have to identify you. We have to at at the very least we have to document that we pulled you. >> But how can I say that you guys harassed me this entire time? >> We're not harassing you. We >> We are. I'm parked. >> So if you want to file a report of us harassing you, we have to document who you are, right? What are we going to write? >> My fingerprints. In the words of Lauren Hill, it could all be so simple. Oh my god. Give them your ID. I think she knows she tipsy. So, she's prolonging uh the next step because it's not going to be as simple as a ticket cuz they're probably going to ask her, "Have you been drinking? Do you mind doing some field sobriety tests?" If she's already crossing over lines, that's usually what they suspect that you might be under the influence. We don't even ask you to bring you in for fingerprint. >> But what do I do when I say no to my fingerprints as well? >> That's obstructing then that how do how do you want us to do that >> because I didn't do anything wrong. I made a right turn >> and you guys followed me into this parking lot which I'm >> again you are on a traffic stop. You have to provide >> What was the stop again? >> You crossed the center line. >> She wasn't willing to give them her ID and was prolonging the investigation. >> So we didn't initiate. >> So now you are all hostile especially you. We we we we s I saw the violation occur on normal road. That's when I saw you cross the center line. We didn't >> And also sorry for bringing you guys out here and also talking in this tone as well. >> But still like you guys just work me up and just like this could be this could be this simple. You hand us the ID. >> No. >> Okay. Then you'll be under arrest for obstructing. >> Why am I for obstructing? >> You're continuing to refuse to. You are disobeying lawful orders >> because it's not right. What if I didn't have my license or my ID today? How was you going to you just going to take >> Can you give us your name and date of birth? >> I'm tired of y'all. >> I get it. Hey, we're restarting. >> No, you don't know. >> We're restarting this thing. >> I literally just lost my brother and y'all just >> Would you like to leave this incident? You need to provide an identification. >> Well, I don't have one. >> Okay. A name and a date of birth. >> That would work. >> That would just be a mess because what if just what >> what's your name? What's your first name >> then? What? >> Are you going to provide an ID or no? If not, you are going to be arrested. Listen, listen. >> You said if not, I'm going to listen. Would you like it simple or no? So then provide it. You have it in your hand. >> What? What's your name? >> I don't. >> We just saw it in your hand. >> Did you? >> Yes. >> Did you? >> Yes. >> Did I believe y'all? I'm just >> What is What is the end goal you want here? >> The end goal for me to go home. >> Okay, this is how we can do that. The quickest way around the corner drive ever manit listen. >> They always live around the corner. They always ask the same question. They get the same answers. They always want to talk to one and not the rest of the cops. This This is annoying. I'm sorry. [clears throat] All of them are. I know that's the point why they're here, but I just Gosh, these people wear me out. >> So, you guys have been like get you there. The quickest way you can get home is that you just give us your ID or just give us your name and your and your date of birth. >> Shoot. You talking about what you Yes, sir. >> Okay. What's your name? >> Sorry about that. >> Because y'all just trying to take people to jail just regardless. I got kids at home. Y'all talking about what y'all officer Valentine's been with. >> I ain't did nothing wrong. You guys did 15 minutes. >> I turned right just excessively too early. But I'm just not seeing that point. >> I'm not. >> That is not what we said >> basically. >> No, we said that you crossed the center line. I didn't >> turn. >> No, you are not turning yet. You are not turning. So the simple if you want to get back to your kids, right? >> No. Seriously, >> you do? >> Yes. Yes. >> And your kids And your kids want to see you? >> Yes. All the time. I I'm not >> If your if your kids want to see you the way that you can see your kids and they can see you. >> I mean, they don't even understand what's going on. This is what I deal with. People just harass me. They up in there doing all type of stuff and y'all going to stop me. I'm up here just ruining my eyes and stuff. I'm overwhelmed. >> Dispatch advised that the woman had a suspended license, prompting the officers to arrest her. >> No. >> Oh, suspended license. Good guess, sweet T. You said expired. It's suspended. That's why she was stalling. [sighs and gasps] But it's got to be that it's their fault. think about you shouldn't even be on the road. >> That's not you. >> Mm- >> no. >> Cuz that that's Amari. >> Who? >> Amari. Okay. >> Who is that? >> Okay. We can always check your fingerprints when we get out of the police department. >> So, I'm still going to jail. >> Not my traffic stop, but >> Yeah. Okay. We're going to get you out of the car. Okay. You're under arrest for obstructing. You're refusing lawful orders. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> I literally just told you all what's going on. >> You said Cy >> and you didn't stop me. I stopped myself. So, what's really going on? Are you terrorizing me? Are you harassing me? >> If you're asking me, I'm telling you, Officer Valentine, >> you're under arrest. Come on. Get out of the car. Get out of the vehicle. >> All right. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> All right. Okay. Okay. Please. I have a broken wrist. I do. Look at my wrist. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> Yes. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Okay. Stop tensing up. >> I'm not. I'm strong. You're weak, dude. >> Every stop. Please tell me when you're watching when you're touching. Okay. >> All right. Stand right stand right here and widen your stance for me. Okay. We're going to do a pat down. >> Widen your stance. >> Cuz I ain't I was almost CTFD from that. >> You have anything in your >> What is CTFD? Is that something I just don't know? Cuz right now it's it's making me mad. You were CTFD. What is that? Is that a thing or is she trying to say she almost got PTSD? Let me know. >> Pockets at all. >> Could you find it if I do? Cuz these are deep pockets. >> And I have on the corset. >> Listen to me. >> That's not my name. >> Okay, that's okay. I am going to take the keys from your hand. >> No, you're not. >> Yes, you are under arrest, Amari. >> Why? >> Because you are under arrest. You cannot have the keys. Stop. >> Okay. Where is What's going on here? >> Stop, Amari. Let go. I'm let go of the keys. >> Tell me what's about to happen because arrest was just too high of a character for me. For what? What am I under arrest for? Wow. What happened here? >> Sit in the car. >> Take a seat. >> I can't believe what just happened here. >> Take a seat. >> I'm sitting because I have a lot to say. >> Okay, you're under arrest. Take a seat. >> Why? >> Take a seat in the car. >> Yes. Why? for obstructing and driving on a suspended license. >> We gave you several times to give us your name, your ID. You refused to give anything. Then you gave a false name, and you drove here. We watched you drive. So, put your feet in. >> I wasn't driving. >> Put your feet in. Push your feet in. >> I wasn't driving. >> I'm already You are hurting me. >> Pull you into this. >> You're Oh, you you did enough. You just touched me. >> You've done enough right there. >> I can't believe it. It's too tight. It's extremely too tight. Why you got a corset on? Thanks. But why? I don't understand what y'all talking about. Please explain to me what >> Go ahead and sit back. >> I can't. I literally said my coat is kind of stiff. We're going to have her go to the other side cuz his seat belt's all messed up. >> What are y'all about to do to this car? >> Uh, it's about to get towed. >> Where is it going? >> Uh, I believe JNS. You'll have the sheet with all the information once you're done. >> Yeah. Actually, let me see something. Actually, let me see. >> It's not even necessary. Y'all could have just literally just did whatever the hell y'all was going to do. >> Yeah, just bring her over here. >> And y'all just want to do all that. >> All right, get out and we'll walk you. >> You were unnecessary. This took a lot of extra minutes from you not answering questions, knowing you had a suspended license, probably under the influence. I'm still not convinced that she's not under the influence cuz the way she stops and starts some of her answers and her thoughts of what she was going to say. She forgot the kind of the questions that they were asking her. Repeating questions that were already answered. All those things >> on the other side. >> Well, can you help? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Here. >> Wait, let me step out. It's already bad enough with the dude. Excuse me. I can try. Sorry, y'all. It done irked my nerve. Also going to say, "Is that the one?" Oh, these are the one. >> Okay. >> All right. Walk this way. >> So, can't believe y'all did that to that car. >> And you're going to crush my broke arm. Look, let me show you actually cuz I don't want to have to follow suit up. Look at my wrist. My right wrist. >> Yeah. >> Look at my right wrist. That's what I'm telling y'all right now. >> Okay. Sit farther back. We can adjust it when we >> trying. You talking about obstruct it. >> Do I like elbow my way in? >> Here. I'm going to help get you in. >> Okay. Wait. That's literally it. That's literally it. The strap is strappy. Ouch. All right, scoot a little bit farther to the right for me. >> Thanks. Could you Yeah. Move it up a little bit more. You can trust me. I'm not fighting. The hell you talking about? Obstruction. >> She was taken to the police department for further processing. Am I going that way or that way? >> You'll come off this way. >> Okay. She's going to act up for more minutes, but I'm over it. And I'm going to get to the part where she's saying, "Don't harass me." Actually, no. I'm going to keep going to where they put her charges up. Hopefully, I'm I'm over it. I'm so She's going to keep talking and saying what they did. I wore myself out with the other ones. I'm tired. [laughter] Okay. But the links will be in the description box where you can you can watch the part I skipped over. But she it's the same same same. >> Dang, I ain't even did nothing. No, I'm flexing on y'all. Let me calm down. Let me calm down on y'all real quick. Yeah, y'all got me sweating in leather. [ __ ] man. The skin be skinning. Yeah. You see that cow, right? Yeah. So I stop. See it. >> Yes. You can help if you >> you can you can finish it off. >> Wow. Okay. All right. Oh. All right. All right. All right. All right. Here. See? >> Can y'all free me now? >> Like get me out of here now. >> Can I be back in a little bit? >> I'm standing the door. >> The female was charged with obstruction and other traffic offenses. YouTube thinks you'll love the video. >> All right, on to the next one. Lord, I do not have the patience to be a police officer. This woman decided, she ignored that they was going to have the road closed off for a day. They sent notices ahead of time. Now, does it suck the street she lives on? Yes, because apparently there's only one way in, one way out to her apartment complex. So, that sucks. But that's the day that they were like, "You got to arrange a ride where you can walk to a stop for your Uber or maybe you'll want to park your car somewhere else because this road's going to be shut off." She decides to do something else instead. >> On May 10th, 2025, a city celebration was underway when a woman made a reckless decision that put dozens of lives at risk. >> I apologize, but I do need to go. So, >> can I move this? >> No. The road's closed, too. >> But that's what I'm saying. And all these residents, there's only one way out. >> I understand. But it was advertised. >> Yeah. So, they told me to move my car in here. >> Right. But the road is >> No, is is closed and we can't let people out. Okay. >> Okay. So, like I said, I apologize, but I'm not going to do it. >> No, you can't. >> You can't move the cones. The road's closed. 10 serving units at the top of place. I apologize for the inconvenience. I I'll be happy to call you a taxi. taking a taxi all the way to Virginia. I work in Virginia. >> I understand. >> So So she probably should have um arranged to have her car parked. I don't know if you know a friend that lives in a residential area that you can park on the curb by their house, but you have to make these arrangements ahead of time. They advertise this road will be blocked off. If you've got to drive out to Virginia, you know that. And apparently either for financial reasons or she might have too many warnings at work, she apparently can't miss this day. So that's when you arrange to make sure you can still drive your own car cuz I understand that you can't afford well I don't say can't afford. It's unreasonable from wherever she's driving to have to drive like she said to Virginia which leads me to believe she's in a state surrounding Virginia but you know close enough city to city. So I get that. But you have to then make arrangements. It's inconvenient very much so. But this is not gonna be the answer. Now you're gonna be inconvenience, fined, arrested, and everything else. >> And I apologize for the inconvenience. But unfortunately, >> I don't have to come back. I just need to get out. I I need to get out. I need to get out. Like, is there any way you can call somebody to like >> I can't. Unfortunately, there's several people that I've had to say that can't come out, but this is just one of those times where I can't let you out. uh check with the fire rescue down there. They they'll probably be able to help you. >> And see, this is why you surround yourself with solutionoriented people. I didn't even think about that. Yes, she could have arranged for Amtrak. She could have. It's so many other things that she could have done. you um a lot of places if if she's working in I don't know if she works in Virginia in like a federal job capacity but a lot of times they have carpool arrangements you can be a part of it's so many options but when you don't plan ahead you have to suffer the consequences but you also didn't have to make the consequences worse by going into the parade but yeah like you got to hang around better people because there's a solution right there Amtrak that's one of the ways you could have got to I'm really I'm not trying to be against nobody law, but I got to go. >> I I understand. I can't have you do that. >> But I I start. You cannot move this. >> I'm telling you right now. >> I got to go to work. What do YOU WANT ME TO DO? >> I have to go to work. >> You cannot get out. I can't help you with that. Please do not disturb this area. >> I might have to. >> I'm so sorry. >> You're going to be placed under arrest. And I'm going to say I am surprised he did not yank her as soon as she made the move to tear that tape off and head back to her car. I am surprised. I was like she got further than I thought she would doing some mess like this. >> A vehicle trying to run through the roadblock. It's two George Lincoln 4626. Stop. Stop your car. Stop. >> Excuse me. >> Excuse me, y'all. Quick, quick, stop. >> Her vehicle is now, in my opinion, a deadly weapon. It is no longer just a vehicle and she could have faced some worse consequences now that she is using her vehicle as a weapon. She is very lucky that it was a stop stop situation versus a um shots fired situation because we have watched those. She's lucky. >> We're at six now. >> Hey, >> stop. >> Stop. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. OKAY, >> you're under arrest. >> Okay, y'all. Okay. Damn it. >> Damn it. Okay. I'm just trying to get the word. >> I just need to get the word. Okay. [screaming] I'm done. Dang it. Damn. >> Wall. We got a wall, please. >> Okay. 101 in custody. >> [ __ ] >> All right, y'all got to report. >> I'm just trying to get to work. I live in the apartment for 6 PG. >> Oh, my mom, >> bro. Okay. Okay. >> Relax. Relax. [snorts] >> Just stay here. 10 to Adam five. Secure that vehicle. >> Oh, I'm tired of here. >> Okay. >> Touch me another way. WE AROSE YOUR ARM. >> STOP. >> Everything's on camera. Stop. >> Right there. >> This is uncomfortable. And my mom is right there, dude. 6268. >> Sit. >> Turn around. Sit on the wall. >> Sit. >> Okay. You can stop. >> Sit on the wall. >> So, can I call my mom? >> Do you have any injuries? >> What? >> Do you have any injuries? >> No. Okay, [snorts] stop. Just sit on the wall. >> I just need to go to [ __ ] work. Like, that's >> You're under arrest. >> Stop, >> bro. Where's my phone? Just call my mom. >> Depending on the job she has in Virginia, she don't have that job no more. because there are some things you just cannot do and still expect to hold your job. So, she's lucky if she still holds this job. And this was in May of this year. So, depending on how and well, depending on job she has, she also has to self-report if she has gotten arrested. So, they're going they're going to find out one of two ways. The next time it's time to run your background check or you have to self-report. And if they see the reasons why she you ain't gota worried about showing to that job again. You might want to find something local and figure it out. But that is never the right answer. Like that's crazy. That is so dumb. That is so dumb. You cannot be an adult making those types of decisions. That's crazy. >> Oh, so you can get my girlfriend. So let me go. Let me go. >> Oh, see this is what I'm saying. and these people. I I feel like so many people need to have a mental evaluation. She doesn't realize that the issue is that you put so many people at risk. The issue is that you could have hurt or killed someone. The issue is that you don't have good planning skills to just have had your car out of that area if you wanted to drive your car or you make other arrangements. Now she sees that they have gotten her car out of the crowd and she's like, "Oh, you can get my car out so I can go to work now." That's where your mind's at. Mental evaluations for everybody. This is ridiculous. >> LET ME GO. [screaming] I'M JUST TRYING TO GO TO WORK, BRO. >> STOP. >> RELAX. [screaming] >> STOP, >> BRO. Get me up. [screaming] I'm just trying to go to work. I'm literally all I'm trying to do is go to work. You're not going to work now. >> Okay. Well, give the offering. Are >> you going to stop and sit? >> I'm trying. >> Sit. >> You may sit. You may not stand up. You may sit. >> God. >> So, you can sit. Just sit. You're not going anywhere. You're under arrest. Pay how much to get out cuz I got to go to work. And who got my phone? >> Can you call my mom? She's literally in the apartment right there. >> No. >> Was it going to hit nobody? You You almost hit 25 people coming out of the street. >> All you had to do was listen to me and you could have left. Instead, you bumped me. >> This is not a Brandy song. Almost does count in these situations. What do you mean almost isn't it? Didn't actually happen. That's why there's called attempted murder. Attempted manslaughter. Like reckless driving. There's a lot of things that get there before the actual ending act. Oh yeah. Mm- Nobody's safe with her on the road or just I don't know if you're kind of safe with her being out in the world on some of these decisions cuz there's no way. This is her logic >> with your car and then drove down the street and almost hit 16 15 people. What is wrong with you? >> I'm trying to get to work. >> Okay. We said you couldn't drive. You could have taken an Uber, but no. You wanted to drive your car out in the middle of the street >> and I told you my circumstances. So >> your circumstances don't justify your behavior. >> See what I did wrong. >> Well, maybe a judge can make reason. >> Okay. All right. Can you take me out these cuffs? They're uncomfortable. >> Evaluation. Evaluate. Jail, too. Jail, too. But evaluation. She said, "I don't see what I did wrong." People like that scare me. They don't. They'll risk themselves and everybody else every time. >> Arrest. You're going to jail. >> Hey, stop touching me. Just get off me then. Just stop touching me. >> Okay. Get off of me. >> I'm not getting off of you. >> I'm not about to do nothing. >> Based on your behavior, I don't trust the words coming out of your mouth. >> [snorts] >> All right. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. ALL RIGHT. STOP DOING THAT. >> LIKE WHAT? WE'LL >> call you guys to the station. You still have a patrol unit coming for transport. Damn. >> This is a planned thing. Her uh male counterpart asked if she could get out. Officer Kadiri gave them an option that he would escort them. That was like over an hour ago to get them out of Seventh Street. They didn't come out to do it at that time. And >> hold on. Hold on. You were going to get a police escort out, but you couldn't get your butt downstairs in time to meet the officer? Straight to jail. Straight to jail. GG >> just did all this. So, you did? >> Yeah. She just pushed me out of the way to the car. >> That's all. >> This is that This is that car. >> What? From last night. >> So, you guys have prior interaction. >> Not with her. >> Not with her. >> The male half. >> Male half came to me asking her out. So, I told her, "All right, why don't you go and tell her if she comes out right now, we can get her car out of there before main streets up." Nobody told me that. >> That was two and a half hours ago. >> I was I was going to break the window out. I thought uh she had the door lock and as soon as you got it, I was just >> All right. Now, for real, can you tell my mom? >> No. >> You're an adult. How old are you? >> It's not about the age. It's about where she's at. She's right there. Like >> what's the date of birth here? >> 96. Okay. >> Yeah. Hey, you're an adult. >> I never said I wasn't. I'm just saying she's right there. Like literally right there. >> Okay. You're an adult. >> Okay. >> Stay there. >> Don't pull away. Don't pull away. We don't need any more of this. >> You're fine. You're fine. You're fine. >> Just be gentle. It's all in my ass. >> I got to ride back with you. >> You have space. Um >> I'm not riding in the back. >> Well, I guess I can. It's a half cage. >> I can take I can take Yeah. >> Do you have anything in your pockets? >> Hang on. >> Comment your thoughts. Hit like, subscribe. And after putting countless lives at risk, she now faces the consequences of her own reckless choices. Should someone with this mindset? >> No. The answer is no. Someone with that mindset should not even be allowed to drive [laughter] if that was the question. Okay. Before we get into this next one, for the more serious body cams that y'all send me where unfortunately it's like a fatal ending type of body cam or just you know a lot of you you know the ones that are more serious than these. Not a hard and fast rule, but I'm thinking that I'll probably do those in the evening sometimes. That way the morning y'all can kind of get a little more used to is probably going to be a lighter topic body cam. And then the other ones, and when I say in fatally, I'm talking about when people high-speed police chase and they flip their cars over and then sometimes people don't make it. Um or like um when they respond to a domestic call and then not everybody makes it out on those stuff like that when I say fatal. Um, and then some are more serious, but not no one's no one's dying in them, but they're still so serious a topic, like unfortunately some things that happen to children. I'm thinking about saving those for more of an afternoon and evening time, so you can at least have a little bit of a battle rhythm for the morning where we're not covering those so you can kind of know what you're getting yourself into. Plus, the title and thumbnail will also try to warn you. But that's what I'm thinking about because I have some people they're ready for the more crazier ones, but then I've kind of built a bit of a mood for the morning. So, I was like, I think that might be a good solution. So, I'll be trying that out. Um, and we'll see. But this one, she was stupid. She was going to get a warning when she definitely they had every reason to arrest her. She still turns it into arrest because she's stupid. These all these people we have watched are stupid and they need mental evaluations in my opinion. [laughter] I'm so sorry. Okay, so this one is the art of turning a warning into jail time. >> In this episode of Cop Cam Max, officers are ready to give a woman a huge break and let her off with a warning. But this woman has bigger plans for the evening. >> Give me I want to sell so bad. >> Come on, ma'am. >> No, the thing I'm telling you, rob my car. It's raggedy. I'm telling you, I should >> I ain't driving your car. >> No, I'm saying it's raggedy. >> Yeah, you got to be careful. >> When I put my when I press on the thing and I go on brake, it like it go like this and then it like it's raggedy. >> You got driver's license, registration, proof of insurance. >> Okay. >> And you have no seat belt. And you don't got no seat belt. >> Who got a seat belt? I got a seat belt. >> No, I just don't like it. How about that? >> M to get out. >> Come out the door. >> No, it's no registration, sir. I'm sorry. >> You don't got a registration for this vehicle? >> No, because it's it's a rental. So is the registration. >> Okay. You got driver's license. >> It's at Oh, it's on. [laughter] >> This raggedy ass car. >> Whose rental is this that gave you this card? >> Huh? >> Whose rental? >> Abundale. >> Who? >> It's It's a man from Auburn. He rent cars out. >> Just for No, my car raggedy. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Can I step out? Go >> ahead. You good? You pregnant? >> I just like this. >> I'm My car is raggedy, sir. You can see >> you. You was going well over 20, ma'am. >> No, I'm telling you when I pull in like my car when I It's put it on C. It's raggedy. >> She about to give it to you. You got your driver's license, ma'am? >> That ma'am, you got your driver's license? >> Okay. Where y'all coming from? >> They just came from over there. >> Oh, from the pub. >> You came from your house. Smart. Just smart choice. >> No, we didn't come from the pub. >> Oh, dang. odd. >> No, the pub. >> It's so in there. >> No, you think of us outside. >> Where yall come from, ma'am? >> Your house? >> Yeah, we stayed on the street. >> All right. >> All of us. We sisters. Okay. >> Damn. I'm >> What's your social? What's your guy? >> It's like a trailer. Does she have a trailer number? >> She's actually trying to find my name. My it's chassity. I'm sorry. >> Damn. I want to sell it so fast. >> What's your date of birth? >> You don't know your social about her? >> No. My mama always keep my social. >> I'm sorry. >> What's your middle name? Michelle. >> Who? >> Are you Are you Michelle? >> No, I'm not Michelle. Lee. >> What's your middle name? >> Lee. >> Sierra Lee. >> Yes. >> Right. >> No, my name is not Michelle. Not my name. unit 77. >> What's your daddy bargain? >> 104. Thank you. >> So, let's do this. You have a driver's license? >> Yes, I do have a driver's license. You >> have a driver's license? You have an ID card? >> I have an ID card. >> So, you don't have a driver's license? >> No. >> So, technically, you're not allowed to be driving your vehicle, >> but I have a ID. >> There's so much wrong happening. [laughter] We got no driver's license. Registration is questionable because it's some type of rental from some type of place. [laughter] like um I don't think they named the other things that they've observed yet, so I'll wait. But it's just starting off so wrong. >> No, technically I'm Sir, I'm 5 months pregnant. >> Don't make life worse. Just >> hear me out. Hear me out. >> Yeah, I'm I'm >> It's technically not allowed to drive this ve cuz you don't have a driver's license. >> Yes, sir. Can I call my cousin? He'll call me. Just chill out. >> All right, relax. Give me a second. >> I think I could be taken to jail for this. All right. You understand that? >> First and foremost, I was walking. If you didn't see me, which you said you didn't see me, you would you could have hit me. Yeah, but this car is red. >> And I get that. But here's the thing. That's when you have to go and car license. >> No, I could I could call somebody to come get us. >> So, here's the thing. >> No, you got I have one right there. >> Hang tight with a valid DL. >> You don't And you say you don't got driver's license? >> Here's what's going to happen. >> I could call somebody to come here. >> Find someone with the next five minutes to come >> and pick you up, pick you guys up with a bad driver's license. You won't go to jail. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. Thank you. Went in to get my salad. My brother ate too. Can you tell me? >> You got driver license. Let him You got five minutes. All right. >> Every run and get a salad. >> Put your shoes on. You can get a salad. >> Okay. >> Y'all want somebody? >> I'm good. >> I want this. >> So you get Well, you see the issue that we have. >> Yeah. That's y'all doing your job. Just like we get them people out. >> No, it's not even about that. It's just one I ain't going to lie. You having a reckless whether or not the vehicle has issues. >> Yeah, I understand. >> You're driving reckless. You're 5 months pregnant and you're driving without driver's license. >> Yeah. Somebody daddy kill me right now. >> So, and you got other people in this vehicle. All these all your sisters, right? >> Yes. >> So, guess what? If so, worst case scenario, you would have got in an accident and they would have ended up dead. Other people accident. >> Anybody that got a bad driver's license, I don't care if they 17 or 18. If they got a bad driver's license, they can drive this vehicle, >> right? >> That's it. Okay. Not learning because Oh yeah, somebody got driver. >> Not a learner's license. A driver license that got driver's license. License. I need time. >> Is this vehicle registered to you, ma'am? >> Yes. >> It's a rental from Arbendale. It's a It's a buy. >> You have the documentation for us. >> Buy here. Pay here. >> I got you. But you have the documentation. >> I clicked That's what I'm saying. I cleaned the car out. So I threw every everything in the house. >> You said it's registered to you. Is it only registered to you or somebody else? No, it's probably register in their name. The the buy here. >> Yeah, this car it's not this car not registered to you cuz I would have seen it on my little thing. >> A buy here pay here. A buy here pay here. But it is it's my car. >> All right, just go get the salad cuz I feel like you going to lie about something. >> I'm saying it's a you know a buy here pay here. They rent their cars for them. >> Go get your salad. All right. >> I don't want to make money. >> Don't run. Please. >> Oh, that's why it's a waw wa y'all. I ain't going to hold you. I'm going to have to go try one there. But I do like u Wawa's they have a good reputation for food. They actually are starting to contend and surpass some of the major fast food chains. I I was watching a little info type video about it um the other day. Yeah, Wawa's got their stuff down pat. So if it's a Waw Wa salad, it probably is pretty delicious. But she she needs to make better choices in life. >> Pregnant. I Yeah, you almost hit me pregnant. The driver know ID. >> Oh, come on. Come get me cuz I should stay home. I know this. >> Come on. And you y'all know she don't got a driver's license. Let's be honest. >> I didn't know that. >> You ain't know that. >> I didn't know that. I didn't know that. >> Here's the thing. >> I get it. Listen, I get you guys trying to have fun. But here's the thing. This vehicle smells like So, matter of fact, everybody step out the vehicle. >> Is it a dust? Everybody step out the vehicle. There's a dust. Everybody step out the vehicle. I smoked it. I wasn't even trying to do all that. I was even trying to do all that. >> I don't touch nobody. We don't have test kits. But the vehicle does smell like mariju. >> So now we have no license, no registration, no insurance, questionable on if it's an actual some kind of third party rental, some kind of unknown type of rental. And now there's the odor of marijuana. And she said she's 5 months pregnant. As soon as I came into his car, I wasn't trying to do all that. I was just trying to give you guys a warning. >> My purse out. >> You can leave your purse this time. >> We got you just stand right there. You're straight. I got to get out. >> Yes, ma'am. Everybody got to get out. >> Am I going to find anything? Be honest. A little bit. A roach. >> So, we're walking. dealing with this car all night doing rounds and this car comes in almost hits me. >> She got an ID. >> She said over. >> She told me earlier that she's not the one driving that the pregnant girl. >> Y'all can leave. Yeah, y'all good. Yeah, y'all can leave. You if you can walk, you can leave. You don't got to be here. >> No, they're all good. It's just a driver. 10 after where she got when they got a salad. She come up in here swerving like >> So they're nice enough. They know she's lying to their faces on so many issues. They still letting her go get the salad while while they're also allowing her to wait for someone with a valid driver's license to come get the car. Most cops, well, I won't say most. A lot of times what I seen on body cams, they'll be like, if they can't get here in this amount of time, we're towing it. Or you know what? You lied to me so many times. I don't care. I have the discretion. We're towing it. It or I'm not even going to ask you. We're towing it. Once you're like, there's so many options of towing and you're under arrest for these things that they're not even doing to her. And will she be grateful? No. >> I bet this car been a hot damn mess. I don't think any of them are unlockable inside the car. >> Then she just lied and said she ain't [ __ ] the phone when I just saw y just a liar. >> Besides that, she driving a vehicle with no driver's license. >> Oh yeah. >> Nobody none of y'all got driver's license except you. You got a permit, but that's not even good. >> And then she pregnant and the car smells like weed. >> I know. >> I'm not saying y'all smoke, but I'm just saying it's it ain't worth it. You know what I'm saying? >> It mean a It ain't worth the go neither. All right. So Don't go. >> What? >> I'm going to see him shoot me. I'll be back. >> In a twist that would surprise only the newest of Cop Cam Max viewers, the driver was nowhere to be found inside the store. >> Where your friend at? >> So, if you didn't look at the screen, they have body cam. They sped it up cuz it's nothing to see really. But they went in there to look for the girl that wanted her salad so bad. She's not in the store. And all she had to do was take her warnings, still get to eat her salad, and get her ride home. But she don't want to follow directions. >> Where'd she go? >> Who? >> Your friend, the driver. >> I don't know. She She was right there when we came out the store. She had the salad. >> Oh, man. I don't know. >> Where? Cuz I don't see her >> cuz I went to use the bathroom. >> She was in the bathroom cuz I just >> No, you ask them. I was in the bathroom. I was >> She said she was in the bathroom. We don't know where she went. They got her phone. >> I got her number. >> She left the vehicle. >> She left. Mhm. >> Oh my god. >> All right. >> If she's If she's here, call her cuz if not, guess what? >> She was just She was just outside. >> If she's here, call her cuz I just went to the bathroom. Ain't nobody there. And I just walked the whole store. >> I swear to God. So, >> call the number. >> I don't You don't got the bathroom. I got to go. Stand it. She was going to get a warning. I told y'all. >> So she was right there when I came out the bathroom. >> You going to get Now she just made the whole situation worse for no reason and she left. What's up? What's up, boss man? >> The driver. >> Driver. >> Yes, sir. >> So they can't leave till you get the driver. >> Can't leave until we get the driver. Yes, sir. >> I'm tell you right now, he got on my nerves on how he came up. This is a favor that they're letting her not get her car towed. That's more money on top of everything else. I don't like how he rolled up and I don't like how he's going to act later. It's really like people don't understand the grace that they're giving on some stuff. You'll see. >> Was driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license. >> Yeah. >> All right. Because like marijuana >> and I almost got hit by the beans. >> A full 25 minutes after leaving to get her salad, the driver finally returned. >> Why you leave? I didn't leave. I keep thinking I'm leaving. You did leave. >> You did leave. >> I am telling the truth. I'm not going to lie. >> Listen, we had we had >> we walked the whole pl the whole plaza. Just hear me out before you say anything. Hear me out. Matter of fact, let's just talk over here real quick. All right. >> I heard say on the phone, "No, I'm not." >> Huh? Bam. Just go over there and stop me. >> No, you are what you just saying like I'm not going to come back cuz they ain't going to arrest. That is disgusting. >> No, I didn't mean I'm trying to eat chicken. >> Listen. Listen. So, here's the thing. I gave you I I'll give you a sir. >> So, then why did you leave? >> I'm scared. I got just scared pregnant. >> Hey, talk to him. Why did you leave? >> That's That's it. That's all. >> That's it. That's all. I just want to go home. I came off my money. Came out here to build a salad. >> Why did you leave? All those details are irrelevant now. She left. They walked the whole area. They said they walked inside, looked in the bathroom for her. She left. They called her. I guess she decided to come back. But she had left. You were given the option to get your salad and come back and wait till your ride came. No. And all this extra stuff. No. And >> just told you for real, sir. All jokes aside, >> for real. You know you >> it went from something so dumb to something so extra. >> That's the thing. >> Yeah. It wasn't that serious until it became that. Okay. >> Until the mirror. >> No, the traffic stopped. The whole reason I pulled you over. >> Yeah. I thought you talking about the mirror. >> We don't care about no damn >> I just want to go. I live right. I just want to go home and lay there and rub on her bathroom. >> Let me see. >> Turn around. I'm going to be going to jail. All right. >> Get you. >> Yo. >> Oh, I saw I thought you had him. >> He's good. >> You know why you going to jail, right? Cuz you cuz you left. I was g I gave you a warrant and just because you left, you made it way harder than they had to be. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. >> It wasn't that serious. >> I was scared, sir. And I get that. But I gave you a warning and I told everybody if you had somebody pick up a vehicle, we wouldn't go to jail. >> But I had somebody come. Sir, please. Sir, >> I'm Please y'all, please. Y'all, >> I don't want to go to jail, y'all. >> I know. I'm sorry. >> You're good. I want your phone. >> You got anything on you? >> No. Excuse me. >> Can you get my cous my money? >> No. Give us a second. Give us a second. Do >> you want to leave anything with them? >> That's what I'm saying. Can you get my money? Don't pull. Can y'all come get my money, y'all? >> Give us a second. >> All right. So, here's the thing. You guys are good. She's going to be going to jail. All right. Yes, sir. She's going to be going to jail. The reason why she's going to jail cuz she left. >> Are you She wasn't here. She wasn't here. So, we're not going to Don't lie to my face. She was not here. You have the whole >> No, no, I'm not saying you guys. I'm saying don't we're not playing this game. She went I gave her a warning. I told all you guys, "Hey, >> go get my money, y'all. >> Let have somebody pick up the vehicle. Give us >> I told her, hey, if you spawn, you was here. You have somebody pick up the vehicle, you'll be good." >> She decided to leave. Hey boss, you lied to me, bro. >> I ain't lied to you. >> I just lost all respect for you. >> I lost respect for you when you walked up. Shut the hell up. Um, that cop gave every leeway possible. You're going to get ticket, ticket, ticket. You can even go get your salad. Just get the salad and come right back. They got to go searching for you. They search the premises. They don't see you. Now you're saying the cop lied to y'all, but he was dead serious that she could have gotten a ride back with them. As long as she wasn't the one driving, there was no issues. She said, "I got scared." Meaning, she left and then tried to think about it later and came back, but it was too late at that point. She left. She changed the circumstances of the original agreement, not the cop. >> You can lose my respect. Guess what? >> It ain't real having a pregnant girl drive a car with no driver's license. >> Smell like weed. It ain't That ain't real. Come on, man. >> I ain't keep it real. Come on, man. They ain't got anything pumpkin quarters or something. >> So, I'm about to check. >> No, I don't want to go to jail, man. >> You You won't even want to jail. >> You even got a traffic ticket. >> He just He told, "Hey, get somebody come get in the car." >> And I did that. I'm sorry. >> Yeah, but when you left, that's what that's what did that was like disrespectful because we was trying to work with you. Get my phone. >> Where's your phone? >> It's in the car. Dad. Oh. >> Who were you on the phone with earlier? My auntie. >> How were you on the phone when he was on the phone with you? >> Who? >> He was on the phone with you. >> I was never on the phone with you. >> That was No, that was another person. That was not her. >> The one who said if I come back, they're going to arrest me. That was >> me. Well, who else would he be talking to? >> Oh, that wasn't me. >> All right, man. >> Wait, who's going on? >> Little lies are so unnecessary. All right. Where's brother? >> Give it to her. Oh, yeah. I was going to give to your brother. Which one you want to give to her? >> No, me. Me here. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> So, it's a a necklace, the the hair tie, two earrings, and then more money than my bag. >> You want to go around my pants? >> Let me see what they put on the screen. They put something on the screen. Let me see. I don't know what that was. >> Of a verbal warning. >> Hold on. I received temporary assistance for needy families. So cash assistance was yes. I have been released on bail in the amount of NA. Okay. Okay. They just chose to put that on the screen. So there there y'all have it. >> You want to go around my pants? >> No. Instead of a verbal warning, the woman was charged with knowingly driving while license suspended, providing a false ID to law enforcement and resisting an officer without violence. Because the woman was already out on bond for the exact same offense, she was denied bail entirely. She ended up spending the next 12 days in jail. Cop Cam Max hope >> Oh, that's why Bill was na cuz there was no bail. Yeah, you got to sit down and think about your actions sometimes. And that was one of those times. And I didn't even catch at first that it was verbal warnings. They weren't even going to write actual tickets. That's the easiest I've ever seen a police officer try to give somebody to just let them go. And you and somehow she still messed that up. That's crazy. All right, this is our last one. It says security officer thinks she knows the law. And I think Yeah. Well, y'all will see. You'll see why it's on the list. All right, here we go. >> I know the law. Obviously, I do. I am a home security officer, sir. >> I'm going to jail. >> Why not? >> On December 26th, 2024, an officer with the Broward County Sheriff's Office observed a vehicle roll through a stop sign. Upon stopping said vehicle, [music] the officer finds himself face to face with a whole security officer who is in no mood to comply. If you enjoy police body cam videos, make sure to like, comment, and subscribe to Disorderly Florida. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law. What >> am I being stopped for? Why are you Why are you coming? Because what are you stopping me for? What are you stopping me for? >> You ran the stop sign. >> I did not. Don't No, I did not. Don't Don't lie on me. I did not run no stop sign. >> Listen to me. >> You came back speaking and I know for a fact I was not doing over speaking >> because I'm going through something right now. So, I know for a fact I wasn't speaking. >> All right. Hear me out. I'm not in the business of writing tickets. You have your driver's license on you >> for what? What? What? What? What do I need to get there for? You're sending on me. You're not telling the truth cuz I did not run no stop sign, sir. >> So, he set the tone saying he's not in the business of writing tickets, but we're going to make this worse than it has [laughter] to be. Oh, Lord. >> I'm going to ask for your license. >> No, because I don't have to give them to you because I didn't do any crime. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I'm I'm going to ask you. This is not even my car, sir. This is a Turo. >> And that's fine. >> So, I mean, if you have to run it, I can give you the lady's information and you can look at the booking, sir. >> I didn't do anything wrong. Ma'am, >> I don't have to give you my license. I didn't do anything wrong. >> I am going to ask you one more time for your license. And I am going to drag you out of the car and you're going to be placed under arrest. >> Under arrest for what? And you're going to get a lawsuit for touching me cuz I don't have any drugs, nothing in this car. I didn't do anything wrong. You're stopping me unlawful, sir. I know the law. >> I know the law. Obviously, I do. I am a home security officer, sir. >> Okay, give me your ID. >> What do I need to give you my ID for? I did not commit a crime traffic stop. >> No, I did not run a stop sign. >> I did not commit any crime, sir. I did not commit and I was not even doing I was doing speed limit. I was not even speeding because I'm going through something right now. So, that's that's not true. You came at me full throttle. Full throttle for no reason. >> Ma'am, >> full throttle. You came at me full throttle for no reason. And I slowed up to see what the heck was speeding behind me so fast. >> Give me your license. I don't have to give you my license for what? >> You're going to get tickets. You're going to get >> You can do whatever you want to do and I could sue cuz I did nothing wrong. What are you stopping me for? >> What's your first name? >> My name is Faith. That's my name. >> My name is Deputy. >> Hi, deputy. How are you? He's stopping me for no reason. >> I understand. Can I just You mind if I explain something to you? >> What? He's lying saying I ran a stop sign. I wasn't even speeding. And then he's going to do the car. Do you have a dome light so I don't have to put the flashlight in your face? >> Sure. >> Put this window down. >> Don't Don't hit on this car. This is not my car. >> You guys put this on. >> She's not going to do it. I'm not going to do it cuz I did nothing wrong. >> Faith, relax. >> Stop hitting on this car. This is not my car. >> Faith. Faith. Right here. All right. >> I don't like this. It take all y'all for one person. >> I'm just here to explain to you. >> This is horrible. This is ridiculous. >> Can I explain it to you, Faith? >> What are you explaining? >> I'm going to explain to you the traffic stop. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> Okay. >> They're stating that you ran a stop sign. I'm not telling the truth. I know I'm going through something right now and I was doing speed limit. He's lying. >> Faith, follow me here. >> We observe you driving. >> Like, get out. It's nothing in the car. What what are y'all looking at? There's no drugs, no nothing. >> Faith, >> right now you're driving a car, correct? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, as someone that's traveling on a a state road, >> you're required. I'm not saying that you're speeding. So, what are you stopping me for? >> You're traveling in a in a vehicle and right now you're detained. We have >> I'm not detained cuz I did nothing wrong. >> A traffic stop is a lawful detainment. Why is he stopping me for nothing? That's what I'm trying to tell you. He came at me full throttle like something was going on and I stopped. Like, who is this speeding behind me? >> Can I finish? I I'm listening to you. Can you listen to me one more time? >> But what am I stopped for? That's all I want to know. What am I being stopped for? As of right now, >> he hasn't gave me a valid reason. >> I'm trying. >> And if I was speeding, why you didn't stop me right then and there? Why you had to turn around and come and then push up on me and then put your lights on? Why? >> Can I explain with you? Can I explain you the process, please? >> You don't have to explain cuz I did nothing wrong. >> Okay. So, I'm going to ask you one time for your driver's license. Hang on a second. Right now, you are lawfully detained. >> No, I'm not. I'm not being detained cuz I committed no crime, sir. Let me finish. >> I committed no crime. You're traveling and all this is being recorded. >> That's fine. >> That's fine. >> You're traveling in a vehicle. >> Okay. >> In the state of Florida when you're pulled over for a lawful detainment. >> I did not do anything. I didn't commit a crime. What crime did I commit? Just give me my ticket so I could go. That's it. >> I would love to if I can just get your license. >> You don't For what? >> So I can write you the ticket. >> For what? I don't have to give you my license. That's the law. >> So let me explain. Sometimes, many times, people should just not talk because then you still leave room for people thinking that you might have more sense than you actually do. Just don't talk. What law are you talking about? This is textbook obstruction. Give your ID. Like, what are you talking about? It's irritating. Yes, Gigi. Right. She asked questions but does not want the answer. That's a pet peeve too. >> Lord, [laughter] >> I don't have to give you my license. >> As of right now, I've asked multiple times. >> Right. You have >> right now we're resisting. We're resisting without violence. >> I'm resist. Okay. Whatever you want to say. I I have a lawyer. It's fine. Whatever you want to do. >> Do you have your driver's license? >> I do. >> Can I have it? >> And there are 54. >> Can I have it? >> There. Everything is correct. >> Okay. Do you want to take a look at it? >> But for what reason? >> Ma'am, the deputy saw >> I'm not I'm talking to him. I'm asking for what? I don't have to give you my license. I committed no crime. You You >> I committed no crime. He's lying. No, I did not. Let me explain something. He's lying. You understand? This is not the place to to have all these police officers for one woman. I'm trying to explain one woman. And you don't feel that you that you >> There's no guns in a car stop sign. You can argue that in court. That's not a problem. That's what court is for. >> I know what court is for. >> But in the meantime, I would need your driver's license to write your citations. >> What are you giving me citations for? And I committed no crime. >> Disobeying a traffic control device, which is going to be your stop. >> Okay. So, where's the proof? >> 316123. >> Where's the proof? Where's the proof? We're going to go through that in court. >> Where's the proof, though? >> We're going to go through that in court. >> He's not telling me. >> That's That's for the judge to decide. So, do you mind giving me your driver's license? >> You know what? Where's the um the the whatchamacallit number for you guys? >> You guys have insurance. I need that number as well. >> I can get it for you as well. >> I want it. >> Okay. Can I have your driver's license? >> I want it. Write as many citations you want. I'm going to fight it in court cuz he's lying. >> This is horrible. Like all >> they can't write your ticket without your ID. >> Call this police for what? >> There you go. You see it? >> I have to write you the citations. >> What are you writing me? I thought >> I just I just explained to you. >> Where is he? >> Do you mind if I have it? >> So, what do you Here you go. Right here. You see it? >> I need to go back to my laptop so I can write >> We're so close. She wants to hold it up instead of just handing it to the officer. We're so so close. Oh, the patience. I don't have it. Mm. The >> citations. >> But you wasn't the one that stopped me. Where was the other one at? >> I'll give it to him so we can write the citations. Do you mind if I have the driver? >> So, what do you Okay, this is the driver's license here. >> I know. We need it so we can write your citations. >> Okay. You see it? I committed no crime, >> ma'am. Again, >> I committed no crime. I committed no crime. I don't even have to give you my license. >> This is not for us to discuss. >> Well, I don't have to give you my license. You see it here. I'm showing it to you guys. I committed no crime. >> Do you mind if I take a picture of it? >> No. I committed no crime. So, how am I going to identify you? >> I'm showing you I'm showing you my license. >> Can I have it >> here? You see, you're going to sit up here and lie on me saying I was speeding. >> Can I have your driver's license, ma'am? >> I was speeding. Why you had to turn around and come back if I was speeding >> again? >> Listen, you're making this a lot harder. >> I'm not making nothing cuz you stopped me for no reason. >> Also, can you turn off the car? >> What I need? What am I going to do? Drive off? >> At this point, I feel you are. Yes. Can you turn off the car? >> I don't have to turn off nothing. What did I do? I'm not committing a crime. What did I do? Y'all guys are just harassing me for no reason. Okay. So, >> it's no weapons in the car. I showed you my license. What else? Everything's on camera. >> If we can take Yes, it is. If we can take your license, write yourself. >> I just showed you my license. I committed no crime. >> I committed no crime. >> That's not for you to argue. >> I'm letting you know. I'm letting you know as a citizen. I'm understanding what you're saying, but we're going to agree to disagree. Is that fair? >> Okay. What else? What? I need your driver's license. >> I don't have to give you that. >> Ma'am, you do cuz you're resisting. >> I'm not resisting to the citations. >> I'm talking to you guys. All right. How we going to get your license number? How we going to get it? There's a long 50-digit number on your license. How are we going to get it? >> Can you stop stop tapping on um tapping on the car, please? Can you stop? >> Yes, ma'am. Question. >> I just showed it to you. I just showed it to you. >> You're also You're also not wearing your seatelt. >> Okay. Well, okay. Well, >> let me write you the ticket, right? So, can I can I have your license to write you the ticket? >> For what? Like, what? >> You're not even wearing wasting my time right now. >> Well, if you give me your license, I don't have to. I did nothing wrong. I'm telling you, I did nothing wrong. >> So, wearing your seat belt is not all. Let me just record this because this is getting too much. >> This is getting too much. >> Listen, if your license isn't valid, I'm on the business where I can take >> Excuse me. My license is valid, honey. My license is very >> Wow. He said it again. He was like, "Hey, if your license isn't valid, I'm still not in the business of writing tickets." So, even without a valid license, she probably would have gotten a warning. After all of this, she still was in the territory of getting a warning. And she's not even listening. And she's like, "My license is valid, but you won't give it to them." I could. Thank you. Thank you, Lord. I do not have a brain like the people from these body cams. I don't understand how they make it. I don't even know how they get jobs. Like, I don't even know how they get get enough sense to apply and actually get a job because it this makes no sense to me. >> Valid. I just showed it to you guys. You should have took a picture of it. >> Listen, no one's here trying to mess any >> What do you mean what? You're harassing me for no reason. That's what I should be aggravated talking about. What? >> I'm going pull who out the car. >> I want you guys to pull me out the car. Lawsuit >> wish about to be granted. I want you guys to pull me out the car. That's another version of arrest me then. Arrest me then. >> Five five cameras are going to show what we've tried to explain to you exactly. >> I want you guys to pull me out the car. That would be a great >> And you're still resisting. >> How am I resisting? I DID NO CRIME. >> BECAUSE WE'RE GIVING YOU A LAWSUIT. >> I don't have to. I DID NOTHING WRONG. >> YOU YOU COMMITTED a traffic. >> I DID NOT. HE'S LYING. >> YOU RAN a stop sign. >> So what? How did I really? Let me see it. Don't check. I can't wear anything that I is also illegal. >> This is not my car, baby. This is This has nothing to do with >> You're the owner and operator of the vehicle. >> THIS IS NOT MY CAR. >> You control the vessel. >> THIS IS NOT MY CAR. >> Are you an actual physical? >> It doesn't matter. I have Toro. That is not my vehicle. So whoever put this on here >> still be getting the ticket. >> No. Well, it go to her. >> So I didn't put no I didn't put anything on it. So, so we acknowledge that we're not wearing a seat belt. We acknowledge that the seat belt. >> This is not my car. This is a Turo. Anything else? >> Driving and operating. >> Driving operating of the vehicle. >> But this is not my car to present on my car driver's license. This has nothing to do with me. I rented the car like this. So, you make no >> You're still responsible for it, man. >> How am I responsible for someone that owns this vehicle? I don't own it. >> So, if you got in a car accident right now, if you got in a car accident right now and someone died, you wouldn't be responsible. >> What do you Come on. We talking about tenants because it's a rental. >> We're talking about tenants. Somebody dying right now. >> All right. So, what if you didn't kill somebody car accident? You just hit another car. You wouldn't be responsible. >> You're talking about a tent and someone dying. >> All right. So, >> at this point, we're going to probably have to move forward. I'm going to ask you, will you please step out of the vehicle? >> What am I stepping out of the vehicle for? >> Because as of right now, you're resisting and you're subject to be arrested. >> Arrested for what crime did I commit? Tell me what crime did I commit? >> What crime did I commit? >> We tried to explain to you. >> Please do not open. This is illegal. >> How do you >> This is illegal. They're opening my car door illegally. It's on our cameras to you. Step out. >> Okay. Please. I'm going to step out. Just don't touch me. I'm stepping out. Step out on your own. I'm going to step out. Just tell them don't touch me. Don't touch me. >> Step out on your own. >> The [ __ ] is wrong with y'all? >> Harder than it should be. >> Could you step out on your own, man? >> So, what's going on now? >> We've been trying We've been explaining to you for the past 10 minutes. >> Let me know what's going on cuz I committed no crime. >> We're going to write you citations. >> Can I have a sergeant? >> Yeah. >> I need a sergeant now. >> You step out. >> I'm asking for a sergeant. >> You're going to step out. many um police and I don't know if this is by state, county, whatever jurisdiction, but a lot of them they're being courteous by still getting a sergeant if you request one cuz they're not all required to get you a sergeant or a supervisor. You they they a lot of them I like they're like when you get to the jail you can speak with a sergeant. when you get to the jail, you speak with a supervisor. And then some of them, of course, they bring them out. But it's not a guarantee that they have to let you speak with one. And it's rare that I've seen so far, in fact, I'm at 0% where I've seen where some No, no, no. That's not true. Cuz I watch Audit the Audit, too. So, when the people on Audit the Audit, the ones they post, if someone asked for a supervisor, it the cop is probably in the wrong. That's how they ended up on that channel anyway. But I would say 1% is all I have seen. If you ask for a supervisor, it actually helps. Most of the time, you're in trouble. You got to fight it in court. [clears throat] >> I'm asking for a step. >> I'm going to step out. Don't touch me. I'm going to step out ON MY OWN. DON'T CATCH ME. >> PLEASE DON'T. I'M GOING TO STEP OUT. I'M TELLING YOU. I'M GOING TO STEP OUT. YOU GOT ONE LEG OUT. >> CLOSE DOWN. >> YOU GOT ONE LEG OUT ALREADY. COME ON. TELL HIM. STOP TOUCHING ME. PLEASE. I'm going to step out. I got you. Come on. Come on. >> Okay. I'm Can I get my shoes on? >> Yep. Come on. Come on. We give you plenty of opportunities. >> Okay. >> I don't know. Why so loud? >> Wait. No. My phone is here. >> That's all right. I ain't worried about your phone. >> Wait. >> Come on. >> Wow. >> This didn't have to be like this. Like this. I explained everything to you. >> That's fine. But I did nothing wrong. He lasted. >> Hey, unlock this. >> Okay. Not >> actually. That's not his. Come over here. I cannot see the possession. Why are you handling me soing rough? You have a mother and children, right? Why you I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. You random me like I'm aing a criminal. >> Could you get in the car? >> Am I going to jail? >> We're going to decide that in a second. >> Going to jail. >> YOU'VE DONE YOU'VE DONE EVERYTHING TO GO TO JAIL. >> BUT I DID NOT. NO, I DID NOT. I DIDN'T DISRESPECT. I didn't ask you. >> You're going to jail? >> I'm going to jail. Yes, you are. Get Well, can I call someone, please? >> Yep. Get inside. I'll get you your phone for you. Get in the car. >> I'm going to jail. >> Get in the car. Get in the car. Get in the car. >> What is not clicking, Stephen? And I again say this for everybody we watch today. It's like, what is going on in their brains? What do you mean? What did you do? What do you mean? What are you going to jail for? You've got to be kidding me. They give them so many chances and all they wanted was her ID and not even to write a ticket. Oh my gosh. They probably just had to check to see if she had warrants. With her being a security officer, she probably doesn't have warrants. But they just have to identify who they're talking to at the traffic stop. The man said, "I'm not in the business of writing tickets, and you can't keep this an easy traffic stop. I wish when I have traffic stops, and I thankfully haven't had many, that I get the officer that's like, "Look, I don't even like writing tickets, but I got to let you know it look like you rolled through that stop sign or whatever. We talk it out. We're reasonable." And they're like, "All right, have a good day. Cool. >> [laughter] >> You're going to get another resist charge if you get in the car. >> Can Can I please make a phone call? >> Get in the car. Watch her. >> Sorry, those those lights are flashing. I hope nobody that's watching is sensitive, but those lights are flashing like crazy right now. So, be careful if you are sensitive. >> Listen, I don't know why you made it harder than it needs to be. I don't know. Right. All I wanted was your ID. I would have cut you loose with a warning. That is it. >> Right. All I wanted was your ID just to confirm >> who you are. I told you right out the gate. I'm not in the business of writing tickets. I don't write tickets. There is no reason to be that way. All right. So, I'm going to do paperwork. My sergeant is going to come speak to you, >> okay? >> But I don't know where you got that you know the law and this that and the other. You don't have to show ID. Every time you do this, you're going to go to jail. Do you understand that? No reason for that. How do you think these officers conducted? >> That is so weird. It's like the cuffs are like a tranquilizer. I wish they could self-regulate better to listen to what they the police are saying because a lot of them are like not Okay, I keep saying a lot. The body cams I end up watching, a lot of them are like, "Hey, I just need to tell you what you're doing wrong. I need to make contact with you, but I don't really want to do a ticket. So, as long as everything comes back clear, we're good. And people just be so ready to prove their point. Cuz I'm with you. You're right. She was just pissed. She got pulled over. You got to self-regulate. You got to regulate your emotions so you can communicate better and actually be able to go on about your day without a lot of inconvenience. That's the [sighs and gasps] again, mental evaluations along with these police stops. I'm telling you. All right, y'all. That was the last one for this morning, but I shall see you again this weekend. whether it is in the morning when we have more body cam or this evening when we have body cam or court cam if I can make it in time. Um again I gotta pull this Sean Kingston stuff because I got to get back to reading my court documents too. But all right y'all I will see you soon. Bye.
