charged with resisting arrest obstruction of justice disorderly conduct and assault meet Penelope who thought she had the perfect ride and run plan book an Uber skip the fair and vanish for verifying your identity that we can document we verified who you are that you paid your cab because that was against the law for you to obcon okay and now we got somebody that is we got figure out super did I found Leticia caught in the act of fighting with others and using OC spray they took immediate action but she continued to resist arrest the officers then worked to figure out what had happened listen
