Bro, there's hair in my mouth. The woman was charged with aggravated battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. This man thought he could bully others and get away with it. But when he tried the same trick with the police, he got a tough lesson. It all started on October 20th, 2021 when officers from Orlando responded to a call at a theme park regarding a report of battery. The man was a complicated individual who thought he could talk his way out of the situation with the cops, but he didn't realize the trouble he was bringing on himself. You have any ID on your ID of a crime? You're a suspect of a crime. Just give him your ID, honey. Don't stop. Okay. I've done nothing wrong. I'm walking. Find out what it is first. You're entertaining me. I'll give you my ID. I just told you you are. But that's okay. I'm under arrest. No, there's a difference, sir. Just because you said detained. Yeah. Just because you throw out legal words doesn't mean you know legal words. You guys asking for your ID. You want to be serious? So, keep your hands out of your pocket. You're not giving identification. I don't know what to say cuz my wife and I are walking. We just thought our grandchild and our family were walking back to our car. I got you. Um, and and you're accusing me of a crime. How are you accusing me of a crime? Someone is. I would like to hear what am I being accused of? Of battery. Now you will know more. I have no idea what I have no clue what the battery is. Do you know what a battery means? I do. Okay, awesome. I've been accused of it before. Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. Well, today you're also being accused of it. Okay, so once we figure it out, we'll figure it out. You have the wrong person. Absolutely. And you know what? I just ask for your patience, cooperation, and if that's the case, you'll be on your way. I do. He bumped him with his shoulder and the girl said rude. He had no idea he even hit him with his shoulder. Yeah. Yeah. He blew off the people. He literally like just walking down the thing. He They were going the other way and he accidentally was like this. No. Yeah. Ridiculous. They all walking through crowds of people should there was no battery and our whole family of children. It was a problem from a group of people. Literally now since you know the the term or definition of battery, what's what's a battery? Assaulting another person. Unwanted touch. Okay. Well, it was coming from both parties. We were in a group of people where we could not avoid each other and we happen to touch each other. Well, all I'm telling you is so you can kind of understand what's going on. Unwanted touch is battery, right? So now you haven't literally went like like you're walking toward us. He accidentally went like this. Oh, he just didn't say sorry. We're in groups of people. I would have said sorry. I would have been like, "Oh, sorry." Like I've done all day. But I think my grand literally did like this. Oh, and just walked away. I'm not a thug walking through crowds. It sounds like you already got the ID. We need your ID because this is an active investigation. We need to take your ID, sir. Oh my god. This is going to be a Mountain right now. I'm trying to take your record. You have a business. Give him your ID and let's go home. No. No. You didn't do anything. Give him your ID. I know. I've done nothing. I walked through a crowd, happened to brush against someone to provide identification during investigation. You need to go home tomorrow. Give me your ID. Are you accusing me of a crime? I'm not accusing you of a crime. Victims are accusing you of a crime. That's why I'm here detaining you crime. The cops gave the man several chances to comply, but he chose poorly. And now things have taken a turn for the worse. Put your hands on your neck. I walked by somebody. We brushed together. Ridiculous. We're going home tomorrow. You're a [ __ ] I know. We walked by someone to brush together by accident and you're arresting a person for this. This is insane. You really did just brush him like Oh, no. You're being arrested because you're failing to give your ID. That's why you're being arrested. That is that that's a crime? Absolutely. Is it open investigation? Stop. No. No. No. It's too late. We gave you the opportunity to leave. He informed you. He informed you what would happen. He refused. No, I understand, sir. I understand. I respect what you're saying, sir. Like I said, you're making a mountain out of molehill right now. My ID is in my wall. This is insane. We're past that. I was with my wife and my grandchild and everyone. We're walking [ __ ] bumpers. Okay. And that's fine. And you could have been on your way going home, but you refused to do that. Legally, as a human, you shouldn't have. Sorry. You're This is part of an investigation. I tried to explain that to you. You refused. He tried to explain it to you. You refused. Now, this is where we are. Are you guys from Massachusetts? Yes, we are, sir. Yes. Leaving tomorrow. Not malicious to anyone. We're in a crowd of like hundreds of people going through a tight spot. Are you saying this parking garage is a tight spot? This lifts us way back. Way back walking platform, dude. Yeah. Do any harm to that? I was not trying to harm a single person. People I bumped into today. I said sorry. Like you guys understand this is probably where it would have ended if if he would have just cooperated and given I agree with that. I agree. We we tried to avoid all that. Now you're trying to cooperate. Correct. But that's why we come here, do our investigation, we move on. Today stroller and I said, "I'm sorry." Like no fight ensued. I cannot believe this kid is doing this. Y it's it's okay. Don't just stay away. It's fine. Take take her home. Our family, our grandkids, everyone. We're all together. We're tightly between a bunch of people and I bumped the shoulder to somebody. I heard her yell when we walked by, but I can't believe that it would this would have been su or something that simple. Just brush your shoulders with somebody. You may have taken it the wrong way. We could have we could have got this all out of the way and you could have been on your way home, but because you wanted to be difficult about your ID. This is where we're at. I've never been in this situation before, so I didn't know how to handle it. So, we explained to you what would happen if you refused. You continued to refuse. And your wife even tried to explain it to you. She tried to help you out. I just never been in a situation before. You said you've been accused for battery before. No, I've seen it on TV. Nobody's seen stuff like this on there. There's two different things. Seen it on TV. You said you've beenused of battery before. So kind of you had some sort of involvement in law enforcement. So that you know, he may have taken it the wrong way. He was trying to show check him, but that's why we come here do investigation. We do a a report at at most and then everybody goes about their way. What I understood that what happened this evening, I could not understand anything that just could put me in this position. Well, we explained to you that would put you in this position. You're refused. I'm sorry. So, you you were informed. We try to take care of something like this. That's minor at the lowest level. You do a report, you call it day, you go, you did a tiring day. I'm from the heat. I'm And then I made I made a bad judge. I did. The man kept arguing about being detained while the other person wasn't. The officer said it could have gone differently and hoped he'd learn from it. Not IDing yourself. What? How does that help you? You just feel like you feel a little bit bigger because you took a stand. Is that what it is? He is going to go to jail. All right. The battery is harder to identify. Like I said, you look at the cameras cuz that was not your what is battery in the state. I want to touch it. Want to touch it? I don't want to touch it. We couldn't This is bad right there. We couldn't avoid each other. This is out of mind. Okay. This whole thing of not wanting to identify himself sort of pushed it over the edge. Really? Yeah. Yeah. Look like you have some cash. You want to give it to her? So, let me count it out. There's $3. One, two, three, four, five. $5. That's $5 some change. I know I am. What else? Yeah. Stay tuned. Stay that way. Yeah. Thank you. All right, I'm going to walk back down to the test and start working on the paperwork. They'll give you the information in regards to the temp right now. So, I'll make sure that they get back with you, give you that information. Okay, we're just going to walk, but if it means anything, Orange County booking and releasing. Okay, it's on John Young Parkway. Plenty of room in either one of them. I'm going to search you one more time, sir. You got anything on you? No, I don't, sir. Okay. Nothing at all. They took everything out of your pockets. They did. All right. All right, move your hand. It's right over the seat belt. The man was charged with a simple battery and failed to identify himself. Our next suspect was too smart for her own good, ending up in cuffs twice. Her playful act was hard to ignore, but wasn't enough to get her out of the mess she'd made. On April 7th, 2024, officers received a report of a shoplifting at a Walmart in Florida involving Mosley. When she realized she'd been caught, she tried to escape through the back door, but a surprise was waiting for her. Come here. Where's your buddy? I'm sorry. Where's your buddy? I'm sorry. Mosley thought she could fool the police, but another officer received crucial information from store security. As a result, the officer detained her for further inquiry. Stand up. Put your hands on your back. You're detained right now. Turn around. Any prior theft charges? No, sir. Ever missed the court date? No. Oh, yes, sir. Okay. 462. 46. White female detained. There she goes. You see these items here? That's what she brought in to put in the back. So, she walked in with those items and then never came out with any. Right. Okay. 41 to 46. Go ahead. No, I fell right here. She did. She fell like three times. My legs. Well, don't run. Both of them. I'm sorry. [ __ ] I'm really hurt. What'd you do that for? You turned a misdemeanor into something a lot worse. You got a warrant? Absolutely not. Now Mosley was back in cuffs and it would be tough to change her fate of heading to jail. Let's see what happens next. Sorry. She's ran pretty far pretty fast. Yeah. you and you were obviously you were obviously chasing her, but at least you got the directions out pretty well. I'm really sorry. Don't be sorry. Oh, I'm hurting bad. EMS is on the way. Yeah, that's why I wanted to come back cuz my door is wide open. Right's gone. He went ahead and just unlocked the car, put himself in the back, man. Got mud all over my boot. Anything in the waistband or tucked tucked under? No, sir. If we go to the jail, it is yours. You will get a felony if you sneak anything into the jail. No, ma'am. I don't have any. Copy. I'm sorry. Is she good? Yeah. Okay. Just lean against the car. I think it's this finger. Yeah. Well, she just make a fist. Just hold it like that. Thank you. So, y'all have the female, but the male went off into the woods. Witnesses said that he was westbound on seventh when he got past Bob Little. They lost sight of him. Don't know if he went north, south, or west. We posted a picture of him. So, they're thinking he may have ditched the bike. We went to the Taylor Drive address, but they just have to check out, but there's another bikes out there. We didn't see one matching up. 433. That's the uh the address she gave me. And this guy's supposed to be her roommate. And for the Taylor Drive address, it's going to be a trap house. All right. Well, where's your car at? Put your feet in. It's like right there. We'll have uh fire meet us in the back of Walmart if you want to just go over there. Yeah. Did she dump anything on the when she was running or I don't know. M O S E L E Y. Okay. All righty. Well, if you want to, we'll just go to the back of Walmart. Meanwhile, the officer at the store was gathering evidence and wrapping up the scene. So, the total list of both of the items that they stole is $494, but they don't have the amount that was in her bags that she never that they that they didn't get to scan. Well, do they know what she took? cuz she's got like makeup and all kinds of other stuff in here and they're kind of going to need to get us a list so we can figure out what's theirs and what's hers. If it was in the bag, then it was hers, but they haven't scanned and it hasn't been added to the receipt. Okay. Yeah. All the stuff in her purse, the only stuff that's in her bag is stuff she has a receipt for in a Walmart bag. You have most electronics. Uh, do they is there electronics? No, looks like makeup. Um, some blue. Um, a lot of cosmetics. Everything that's in the photo that I sent is the items that they're saying is stolen. He's pretty quick, too, man. That gives you wings. It didn't look very bad. I mean, you can hear his feet beating on the ground. So, he runs like me. It's like bricks hitting the ground. I'm I'm like that rhino at the end of Jumanji at the end of the stampede like huffing and puffing. Now, you would have caught him. Hey, what's this going to be? So, he wasn't on a bike. What is that? It's some white crystals, which I'm sure is meth. What are the pills? It's a cool torch. Um, I think Advil, maybe. I don't know for sure, though. Okay, we'll find out. Advil. I doubt it's Advil then. So, he wasn't on a bike. Uh-uh. Whatever. We got what we want. Okay. So the the y'all's place by Taylor Drive, that means you think he went there or not? I have no idea. I've been there a million times for other folks. I have no idea. Does he have anywhere else you would go in Springfield? I don't know. Yeah, maybe this. What drugs do you use? I use uh meth and um sometimes I do Lor's house. Sometimes. Okay. So pills may be lower tabs may not. Is that what was crushed up? Lor tabs. Uh possibly. Once the officer started taking Tony to the station, Tony realized the tough situation she was in. This is when she began pleading, hoping to change their minds. Help me. You're making me feel like a dog. Feel like a dog. Please sir, please. You see, sir, please help me. I'm only 23. I'm only 23. Please, sir. Please, I pay you more. You ain't going to never have no child. Tony was charged with two counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, battery by bodily harm, and resisting arrest with violence. Next is Logan Townsley, whose careless decision led to a disaster for an entire family and his mother. There's no undoing what he did, and all he's left with is regret. On March 29th, 2022, officers in Ohio received an emergency call about an accident. When they arrived, they were met with some bad news. All right. Are you going in with EMS? I'm going with the police. I'm tired of my customer. I was driving. All right. I don't need EMS. You don't need EMS. Okay. I'll have you come over this way, man. Did they clear you? I have his license to be clear, but can you give this to him? No. Put in his pocket. Uh, you'll have to ask them, but I I need to give him his license back. So, I'll be back. All right. All right, we'll go we'll go over this way. Okay. Do you have any weapons or anything on you? I have a razor right there. That's it. That's all right. I just got to remove this from you. I'm going to text you a supervisor's phone number. That's the only thing I had on. Okay. You going to be here for a few minutes? Yeah. I'll have you come this way with me before you have a seat in my vehicle. Um I see pat you down for weapons and I'm going to run your information, make sure you're good and valid. I'm going to put you through some tests. Okay. Yes, sir. So, how how fast you did you say you were going when you last looked down? It just Last time I looked down 140 140 miles hour. Okay. They pulled out here. I tried as hard as I could get to stop. I just couldn't. They pulled out right here. So, they came out they came out from uh Yes, sir. from Dfield here and turned right. I tried to stop. Okay. And I left me and my brother overturning that left them. I don't know in which situation before they deal with you. Do you understand what you're refusing up to and including them? Do you understand that? Do you have a brain bleed or something's wrong with your neck, your cervical, your thoracic? You could die. Do you understand what I am saying to you? Are they having them without a pause? Hold on. I'm asking you, are you sure that you don't want to go to the hospital? Don't look at that. You got to do what's best for your health. Take me to the hospital. Thank you. Yes. What? What are you What are you doing? He wants to go to the hospital. Let's go. I asked him five times. You want to go? I'll go. All right. Okay. Logan was taken to the hospital for a checkup where he stated the tragedy that occurred. We have your rights. You're involved in motor vehicle accident. The um the driver of the other vehicle was killed. So, it is a fatality. All right. And then just with the strong odor of and your red and watery eyes and you admitted that you thought you had a little bit more to drink than you should have. So that's the reason why I'm advising you that. I'm going to try to get a statement from you initially and then we'll we'll go from there. Okay. Okay. So just the first question is pretty general. I'm a slow writer so I might have to have you repeat it a couple times. But what happened? They they turn right. Okay. And then what's injured that you know of or that that feels injured for you? Me personally. Yeah. Nothing. Okay. Were you wearing a seat belt? Yes, sir. Do you know if the passenger was as well? He was wearing a seat belt, sir. Okay. Um the passenger is your brother. And and what was your speed? Last time I looked at my speedometer, I was doing 140 mph. Okay. Yeah. Okay. So, the baby from what I'm aware is still alive, but it's very serious injuries for the baby. Yeah. So, the I the driver is the one who died. Yes, sir. And then why were you driving so fast? There's no excuse why I was driving that fast. Okay. And then just estimation, how far away were you when you saw the uh the vehicle pull in front of you? Pull out in front of you? I'd say maybe 100 to 150 ft. And what evasive action did you take? Basically, how'd you try to avoid the crash? My brakes. I tried stopping as hard as I could. If I would have went to the left, I would have went to the left. I that was really my only option is to go left and that would have been a head-on collision. Okay. All right. And was there oncoming traffic as in opposite coming in opposite direction? Yes, sir. That's why I didn't go to the left. Okay. Did you see the other vehicle stop at the stop sign, sir? Whenever I've seen the other vehicle, they were on their way to Westidge. Yeah. Um I was at West they were on their way on the turn right on the West Ridge. And the victim of the other vehicle passed away at the scene while the officer continued searching for clues to piece together the details of the disaster. And how much alcohol have you consumed today? Okay. And when did you stop drinking? I stopped drinking around right around midnight. Okay. Did one shot one shot with flu. Did the one shot at my brother's birthday from midnight and that was the last I had. Okay. Have you had any? No sir. Okay. Probably about 15 minutes. I'll ask you for a urine sample. But uh prior to that um do you have any any eye problems? No sir. All right. Do you wear glasses or contacts? No sir. Okay. You can go. I can go. Yep. Can I hold the urinal at least? I just have to be able to feel what I'm doing. Got it. That'll make me feel comfortable. Don't move your head. Ah. Are you able to talk when you do that or I can give you a minute? Okay. And then um have you had any recent head injuries to include from this crash? No, sir. Okay. Do you take prescriptions? No, sir. All right. And do you have any ear infections? Yes. Overall, are you in good health? Yes, sir. Okay. Do you have any handicaps? No, sir. Okay. Um, so you probably don't want to lean you up or anything like that. So, what I'm going to do, we'll see if I can make this work. I was just going to check your eyes. If I can't do that accurately, I've got a portable breath test. It's not admissible in the court. Um I can have you, you know, either you take that or refuse it. You can refuse any test. Um but uh that's what I'll do and then we'll we'll go from there. Okay. Yes, sir. And then I'll I'll read a form to you. Yeah. Totally got some on myself. I'm not going to lie. That's all right. All right. So, for um for when I check your eyes, what I'm going to do, I'm just going to In a minute, buddy. I'm just going to move the pen back and forth. Okay. Um I don't know if they can adjust the towel or not on your head, but probably not. Maybe it's just to keep them warm. Okay. So, you're you're not supposed to turn your head or move your head anyway during this test. All I'm going to do is I'm going to move the tip of the pen from side to side, and you're just going to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Yes, sir. Okay. You're going to keep your head still. Obviously, you need to keep it still in that brace anyway. If I can't see what I'm, you know, anything accurately, we'll just move on. Or if it's causing pain, you need to let me know cuz we can just stop. Yes, sir. Okay. All right. Can you see the tip of the pen? Yes, sir. All right. Just follow it from side to side. The officer then administered a breath test to determine his sobriety level, and soon everything started to fall into place. Unfortunately, the outcome wasn't looking good for Logan. Like I said, it might take a couple blows, but if you just go ahead and blow into this straw and blow like a hard, firm breath. Yes, sir. Go ahead and blow it. All right. Well, it says 074. It's not letting me have you do it again, but I may have clicked the button too soon. Um, but when I checked your eyes, I got six of six with the stagnus. So that gives us an 88% confidence with that alone that you're 08 or above. So I do feel confident that you're impaired. Um if it'll let me do it again, I will. But I will tell you honestly, I will not get behind the wheel if I did not feel coherent. Yeah. Um I was speeding and I shouldn't have been going as fast as I was going. Yeah. That's that's really what it came down to. That's That really is. Yeah. The moment I seen that I was upside down in my car with me and my brother knowing that I just hit somebody else. That is when I regretted everything I did. I should not have been on the pedal like I was. Yeah. Definitely going too fast. [Music] Yeah. at night after the rest of my So, what I'm going to do is uh we talked about just how uh the PBT is not completely 100% accurate. So, I'm going to read you a form and I'm going to uh ask you for urine. The urine sample you provided is okay if we have your permission to use it. Um but it I'll ask you uh if you want to take and refuse the test here momentarily. I just have to reach across you. What all is that? because it's a fatality. Uh it's going to test for everything, um is the main thing that we're looking at, but but we will we will check for when we go there. My supervisor will be there too. So, if you have any any questions as well for him in particular, he'll be there. Um and then you'll have like a video court tomorrow with the judge more than likely. Well, they'll do it via like Skype or something. Yes, sir. Okay. Yeah. We're going to move uh back. I'll have you stand right next to that uh second passenger driver door. And I'm just going to handcuff you if you just put your hands like you're clapping. Yeah. Just like that. And if you just put them a little bit further away from your There you go. Let me know if they are too tight. When you sit down, I've got to buckle you in. It's going to be a little bit of Logan was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault, and vehicular assault. Unlike the last case, Melissa Valverie's situation played out differently. Even as a nurse, she made a poor choice, but the law treats everyone equally. On September 19th, 2024 in New Jersey, officers received a report that Melissa was driving erratically and caused an accident on private property. Uh, at this time, I'm going to need your driver's license, registration, insurance. Oh, I Why? Um, struck a pole back. You struck a pole at the Dear Street garage. Hey, uh, 194, if you could just get the all the witness information, whatever they say. This is going a certain direction. No, it's not. It's fine. Um, so I need your driver's license, registration, insurance, ma'am. Hello, mom. What's that? I don't have a license. You don't have a license? [Music] Okay. Ma'am, how much have you had to drink? That's a lot of cameras. You You understand? Your head makes me feel right. Yeah. So, so I I'm just asking you how much you had to drink. Okay, great. How much? That's a lot of light, though. Oh, here. I'll turn that off for you. All right. That one, too. Yeah, just lower that for now. Um, how much have you had to drink, ma'am? I've had a drink at the show. A drink? What show is that? Stone. Um, were you at the uh the impact performing arts? Okay. Okay. So, so at at this time uh can you please just step out of the car? Of course I can. Finding Melissa's behavior suspicious, the officer looked for more clues and asked some questions. On a scale of 0 to 10, zero being sober and 10 being the most impaired you've ever been, how would you rate yourself right now? A six. A six. Okay. If if you were tasked with driving a school bus filled with children, would you be comfortable performing that action at your current? Of course. Yes or no? No. No. Okay. You could follow my order of where I was. I gotcha. Okay. I got you. And And where were you parked? I'm not 100% sure. Okay. Okay. All right. So, uh, ma'am, at this point, I'm going to put you through standardized field sobriety test. Okay. All right. The first test is called horizontal gaze nestagmus. Do you have anything wrong with you medically with your eyes or anything that would uh um prevent you from performing a What's that? Okay. Anything wrong with your eyes? Yes. What's wrong with your eyes? Cuz it is I do wear glasses. It's right here. So, you do you do wear glasses? They're not on right now, though. You don't have contacts in? No. Okay. The officer began with the follow the nozzle test to assess Melissa's condition, but she made the situation more complicated. You see the tip of this pen right here? Yes. The blue tip. I'm not going to shine the flashlight at it, but can you see it? Not with the LED. Come on. So, so I I I have to use the light just so I can see you better. Um, you see the tip though? Keep your head still and follow the stimulus with your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand the instructions? Okay. So, do not move your head. Okay. So, you're going you're going to keep your head still and follow the stimulus with your eyes only. Do not move your head. Again, do you understand the instructions? Yes. Over here. Okay. 916. Ma'am, you're moving your head. Okay. You got to keep your head still. Okay. All right. So, you're looking at me, ma'am. How about we Who knows how to do the test? You're learning. No, I I know how to do the test. Okay. Could I do it with somebody else? No. I'm conducting this investigation right now. You can always ask for second opinion. Okay. All right. Well, so I haven't even been through I haven't certified to talk. I haven't even been through the test yet. Okay. So So ple please step off your car. I'm going to go through the instructions again with you. All right. Uh keep your head still and follow the stimulus with your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand the instructions? Yes. See? See? Ma'am, you're moving your head. I don't know if it's a problem with me. So, you got to keep your head still. Okay. Okay. Okay. So, just look straight at me. Watch. Would you feel more comfortable with the Spanish instructions or do you understand me just fine? I got to. Okay. All right. So, again, I I'm going to check your eyes. You don't need to keep moving closer to me. I'm sorry. Not a problem. Keep your head still and follow the stimulus with your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand? I understand. Keep your head still. So hard. Just one more. Get this moving. Keep keep your head on me. Okay. Keep keep looking at straight at me. Not a All right. You or the pen? The pen. Keep your head focused straight on me. The pen. Okay, ma'am. You keep your head still and follow the stimulus with your head or with your eyes only. The woman realized she had stepped right into the officer's plan as her warning sign started to light up as the officer moved on to the next test. She made a choice. Put your left foot on the line and put your right foot ahead of your left foot with your right heel touching your left toe. Keep your arms at your sides. It's going to look like this. [Applause] All right. Are are you going to do Are you going to do it? No. You're not going to do it? Okay, so I'm going to put you in the starting position. Put your left foot on the imaginary line and put your right foot ahead of your left foot with your right heel touching your left toe. Keep your arms at your sides just like this. So, if you have Parkinson's, what does that mean? If you have Parkinson's, what does that mean? It means you have a debilitating illness. I do. I actually do. Okay. Ready? Okay. Okay. Keep your arms at your sides. At your sides like this. Do not start the test until I tell you to. Do you understand? Okay. This Are you Are you really doing this in front of everybody? So, these are just police. We're just securing the scene. All right. I don't want to do this. Okay. All right. Oh, I have a lot of [ __ ] in the red jeep. Yes. Okay. You going to come with me? I don't know what model. Melissa was charged with OVY, reckless driving, careless driving, driving with a suspended license, failure to possess driver insurance, and failure to possess driver registration. This woman named Michelle Jackson, who called the police for help, ended up getting arrested because her hotheaded temper got the best of her. On October 13th, 2024, officers responded to a Florida neighborhood where Michelle was upset and filed a complaint about her neighbor blocking her driveway. Okay, get real mad. This is what I do for a living. I get real mad. Okay, you can get as mad as you want to. Okay, I'm trying to explain it to you, man. It doesn't seem fair. It It doesn't seem fair. Arguing and getting aggressive only made things messier. What I'm saying is there is a sign that says Arnold's towing. Time for you to start letting me talk. Okay. You want to arrest me? No. What would I want to arrest you for? Nothing because you have no sins. Leave your car right there. If you get into it, you're going to jail for DUI. We're done. Do it. Have a nice day. You'd think Michelle might cool off once she got to the station, right? But nope. Being hotheaded didn't help her case at all. Instead of calming down, she just kept digging into her legal trouble. And we're going to walk through that door that's open over there. Okay. Let go of the seat belt, man. Let go of the seat belt. I don't know who the you are. Where the I am. He's coming inside. He's the one who said Michelle was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. While Michelle got into serious legal trouble, our next suspect got caught up in past issues she couldn't even remember. On August 13th, 2023, an officer observed a heated dispute involving a woman on a street in Ohio. He decided to investigate the situation only to discover something intriguing about the woman. My name is Shayiana McMans Harris. What is it saying? I did not tell you about the car. They saying I got a failure to appear from 2018. Wait, I done been to court after 2018. This isn't possible. I wouldn't have been able to get in school, period, if I had a warrant for my arrest. Anything I had, I took care of and I paid cash to take care of it. They must not have updated the system. I swear to God if I go to jail, hold on. I'm going to tear a hole in PA ass so wrong. And that's on Shaquille. I swear to God if I go to jail with this $2,000. I swear to God. I provided social running for the city. I done been pulled over after 2018 in Newcastle. Can you get arrested for your mouth? Because please if if it ain't depends on what you say. Okay. Well, we might want to keep it short cuz I'm liable to say anything that happened. You better stay away from our house. I'm hide. That's what I'm saying. Stay away from Audrey. Please, Jesus, keep him away from Audrey. The officer quickly ran her name to investigate the suspicion and it came back with not just one but two warrants. She was already upset and the news only made things worse. She has two FDA. You have two. Two warrants. Yep. For what? Hold on. Calm down. Calm down. Where are they from? There ain't no way I can get to school if I got a war. Where are these from? Look at my man. Get my money. Oh no. I'm pissed off at this [ __ ] This telling me not to cut a [ __ ] police. April 5th, 2018. She had a suspended license and she was pulled over by officer Agson. And whenever she was pulled over, she was charged with driving under suspension. And there was a kid apparently in the car that did not have a How could I get my license react instated if I don't take care of that? It don't work. So, so anyways, in the city of Youngtown, we have so many warrants. Only our warrants pop up to us. So, if she get pulled over in Newcastle in Pennsylvania or even strugers at that, they would not be able to see it. We see it because it's our warrant. Why the We do not put our war in the system. So, she has two of them and apparently when she was suspended, she lied about who she was. So, that's what her second charges. Oh, hope she didn't say she was me. Please come back. Is she currently pregnant right now? I don't know. All right. He said she Yeah, he's saying she is. So, she she could be, honestly. Do you uh do you have money to come get her? She does have the mom. Your mom. Your mom. Sister. Yeah. Okay. I thought she said she Yeah, she said mom was around the corner. I was like I was looking. I was like, ain't no way. No, our mom is is around the corner, but she just had ankle surgery on her ankle and my nephew's around there. Mom, I'm here with the cops now. They they definitely about the detainer. I'm about to go on my b and you know what's up because of some stuff in 2018. Take off, bro. Take off your jewelry. Calm down, Anna. Please calm down. I'mma call I'm going to call Rob. Okay. Okay. Question. Do you know what it is? I haven't touched you. My hand is right here. Are you pregnant? I don't know. I hope not. I hope die if I am. As the woman became more upset while trying to justify her situation, she didn't fully listen to the officer, which almost caused things to go sideways. driving under suspension and then lying I believe lying about who you were. I don't lying about who I am. Let me give you some facts. Okay. I just lied about who he was so he wouldn't beat my ass cuz he know my address. His name is Edward Lee say his birthday is 1947 1995. He has multiple active warrants. I lied for him so he wouldn't beat my ass. That's who lied. I'm shy on a Mystique McMorn 47 1995. Same day as that. What's his name? Edward Lee Tate. He will beat my ass. Yes, sir. He is very violent. If you look at his background, you'll find that out. You guys, honey, he will beat me. Charge me with whatever whatever the case may be. He will beat my ass if I didn't have this told you. I straight to call you calling me from a private number. He called me from his number. He texted me and told me, "Tell him my name is this." Now I'm going to jail for just like my other baby dad right now. Well, you're not going to jail for that. I'm going to jail because I was trying to get my car back from a [ __ ] that I thought I love. I'm about to go to jail for some I've been to Cara. I don't even know what it is. Oh, can I I got to call my school and leave a message that I'm not coming tomorrow. Okay. Can you shut the car off, please? Yeah. No. Hey, listen. Don't do all that. You have a bond. You You'll get out very soon. Yes. If they do their time, you will get out. You're the man. Thank you. Okay. That's what he's been trying to tell you. There's a bond. Usually, you guys did Where did he go? I don't know. Did he start walking out? He walked up that way. Did he make a left or right? I didn't see that. He made a right. He made a right right at this first corner. He got a baby with him. He got a baby. His baby one got born. You about to be calling children services. Can you take a seat? Can I have Seeing the woman in a bad situation, the officer tried to help by offering the best possible solution to prevent things from escalating further. Okay, so technically it is kind of unusual that there's a bond for these or failure to appear. Usually with failure to appear, they don't let you out until you go to court. Apparently, you were never arraigned. You never went to your like initial appearance for um for whatever this was or whatever the case. You were never arraigned. I think he said it was 2018 for 2018. Yeah. So this was a while ago. This is like 5 years ago. I moved to Newcastle in 17. So that had I don't even remember. Well, you said your mom your mom was over here, right? So it's not like you're never over here. But you were pulled over by us. Um your license was suspended. your kid wasn't properly secured and the child restrained was definitely suspended and can't find camel at that time. Okay. So, what he's trying to say is just let's let's not prolong this process. Okay? As soon as you get your cigarette done, we'll end up taking you down to the counties. I got $300 on it. I got $300 at home. I don't I don't know. I don't know nothing about What I'm going to say is this is the information we know. Okay. Okay. So now there's going to be on my background that I went to jail. I don't want that. So here's the thing on your background. So what's going to happen? We'll take you down. Okay. It will so depending on what kind. So like when I join the military, they want to know if you've ever been arrested. Most people want to know for convictions, what you've been convicted of, yada yada. I work with account. I mean I work for children services, so I I know. Yeah. So certain things they want to know if you've ever been arrested. Certain things they want to know convictions. So it kind of depends. If you go for your warrants, the it's on the original charge is what you're going to court for and stuff like that. The dog is in the car. Oh, is the dog still in the car? Did he? Well, I'm assuming sister, you have a valid license. Yes, she does. Okay. Well, then she can take your car home. She in here. He He looked in the car. He's like, "There is a dog in here. She don't like me. She's okay. She don't like me." Okay. So, there's no reason she can't take your car back home for you. Back to your mom's. Okay. And I'm assuming it's okay for them to take care of your son until you get out. Okay. So that all that stuff's handled. Okay. What's the probab like you you do you do not know if you're pregnant or not? I don't think I am. I don't know. I didn't give her period still. Okay. So there's a possibility because of the fact that there's a possibility. You're not even going handcuffed. Okay. Because right now you're not posing a danger to me or yourself. So, as long as you're cool, I don't have to handcuff you because of the fact that you might be pregnant. Okay? It's our it's our policy on handcuffing. Okay? They'll ask in the jail why you're not handcuffed. We'll tell them she may be pregnant. Okay? They'll probably give you a test in the jail. Okay? Because that's something they need to know as well. Now, what I'm going to say is everything we've told you about your warrants, about your bond, all of that is based on what's input in the system. Okay? I don't want you to get mad at us if for whatever reason anything changes once you get down to county. You must not have found them. Okay. So, that's that's another that's a caveat I'm going to give to this whole all the information we're giving you. Okay. I don't know what county is going to do, but uh what we have the information on the warrants and everything like that, they usually fax it over. You should have no problem walking out. Okay. They can if if If you guys can afford to drop the 3,000 to b to just completely pay the whole, you know, bond on the whole thing. But if you have to, it's $300 if you get a bond. Then I'm sorry for being Do you know where he lives? I I sorry I'm not like that. I'm sorry. I'm so What happens? So what we were trying to explain to you earlier and I know you just you didn't you just wanted your car back. If you don't do something, we can't do something. Okay? Because then at this point, like you're like, "Well, I just want my car back, but we're not babysitters and and everything like that." So, you you have to do something about it. I have the window down so you can still talk. Allard 2012 GMC Envoy got a silver color. What are this one? Tons of drugs. Huh? Tons of drugs. Well, you know what? Hey, did you check the console? Mhm. Should I ask her if we can check it? You saw him. You saw him open it up and put something in there. Yeah. [Music] Since she was being taken to the station for processing, the officer had to search the vehicle for anything illegal. What? Where? Yeah, I know. He's like, he must have taken whatever. I didn't see him going to anything. Did you? Did you see this puppy? No. Oh my gosh. Look how cute you are. You're taking this car, right? All right. So here's here's my Mhm. Yeah. knowing that he had felon. She said that's obstructing justice. It sounds like she lied cuz she was afraid of him. That's in a relationship. They're getting ready to have a baby. And she basically just kind of admitted to the relationship. So yeah, she said, "I thought I love this, you know, blahy blahy blah. Somebody cuts her." Huh? Okay. Hi, Poppy. You're so cute. Brushes and stuff. I don't want this to Oh my god, it's so cute. Little Is it a puppy? Hi. Isn't she so Oh no, she Oh no. Is this the Don't ask me. A you poor baby. Is this her bag? I think that's the baby's diaper bag. Oh, for the little boy that she has with him. His son. A bunch of ultrasound pictures. Who is this for that? I guess that was when mom was pregnant with it. I think this is from August. August. It was a Kiara Winfrey. Oh, you're getting And it looks like it's twins. I don't think that's mom. Hi, puppy. Hello, baby. Just stay there. Don't come out. No. Stay there. Stay there. Poor scared baby. A, you're so tiny. Yeah. No idea there was a dog in here. Yeah, she's she's a little pup. The woman was arrested due to her two outstanding warrants.
