All right. Good morning. Happy Saturday morning. All right. If you're in the replay, just know I talk. It already says in the title and analysis, a reaction is not the straight videos. But I have already linked the videos in the description box. If the thumbnail caught your eye, but you didn't want the commentary, not offended. Just go ahead and go click that link. Um, these are all viewer suggested videos that we're watching today. Uh, let's see. Tomorrow morning, I normally go live for body cams, but we might have to wait till tomorrow evening or Monday morning. So, if it's not there, I still plan on making it up. And if you want to see my law school journey vlogging and all that stuff, it's not a lot, but if you do want to keep up with it, that's going to be illegal at some point, like routine updates, whereas this one won't have the routine updates. Um, didn't know that if you're trying to monetize your second channel, if you start having the same footage on both your channels, they'll still count that as you're using other content. So, I got to keep it on one or the other. Okay. And then what else? I think that's it. Oh, no. This is one of the gifts my friend got me. Y'all see it? It says allegedly. I was like, "Ah." She got me pins that have little legal sayings on it and a a cup that says allegedly on it, too. [laughter] All right, so let's go ahead and get started. We do analyze the charges, talk about possible defense Oh, I forgot to bring that up. Talk about possible defense challenges to some of the charges, and we look at what prosecutors generally have to prove due to those charges. I don't even think I'm signed in. Hold on, y'all. Yeah, I restart my computer to try to keep the keep it refreshed because sometimes it slows down when I do a lot on it and it has a nice processor. So, I don't understand why we have to go through all this. But one second here. So, for this one, I'll go a little out of order and we'll go ahead and start the video and then we'll come back to what pro uh what the defense could have been on some of it, what prosecutors have to prove, all that stuff. Good morning. All right, so first one up is entitled couple gets outsmarted by police during traffic stop. >> Hello. >> How are you? Do you mind uh rolling down the other window, please? Hello. How are you? >> What's going on today? >> We are just having an argument. >> Sir, can you Sir, can you speak to me? You can speak to my partner. Can you speak to me? >> Ma'am, what's going on today? >> Ma'am. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. Sorry. First, first of all, >> sir, >> why are we being >> What's going on today? >> Who? >> Us. >> You, too? Okay. You mind stepping out of the car for me? >> No, you're not stepping out of the car. You don't have to >> just so I can talk to you over here and not in front of her, >> ma'am. >> Nope. I know my rights. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> So, we're the law. Okay. And you right now are being detained. >> So, we're trying. >> Okay. I'm not going to argue with you. To make this easier, he's just going to step out >> to talk to my partner. That's a lawful order. >> To investigate what's going on. >> Investigate what? >> Just step out of the car and speak to me in the back of the car. >> No. No. No. No. No. You're not You're only in the car. We haven't done all we have done was stay here because we have having >> a family issue >> and then we just >> No, you're not you're not you're not >> just step out of the car so I can speak to you. >> If you did nothing wrong, I'll literally talk to you and then you guys are good to go. >> We just stay here. >> Understandable. But listen to me. I already told you. Right now, we're conducting an investigation. Right now, the both of you are detained. >> No. Right now, >> you cannot detain us because we have wrong. >> You are not going to interrupt me again. >> First of all, >> sir, you are not going to interrupt me again. >> You're going to make this a whole lot worse. I didn't say you did anything wrong. I'm just asking if you could speak to me. >> So, why am I being detained? >> I'm asking for you to speak with me. If you're good to go, I'll let you get back in the car and you can leave. >> I'm good to go. >> Right now, that's not for you to decide. >> Oh, it is. >> Okay. because you have no grounds. If you prove any grounds, by all means, then say it. We have been here thinking about different things. If we have broke any law, then prove it to us. >> That's what court's for. >> No, but you're here because somebody called you. >> Yes, that's correct. >> Exactly. So, if we have broken, it doesn't matter. If somebody called you, we have broken any law. That's what we're here to investigate, to make sure that there is no crime being committed. We got called here for a reason. I need to know what's going on. And in order for me and my partner to do that, we need to speak with you separately to ensure that both of your stories add up. >> No, you don't. >> I know my rights. >> Okay. You went to law school. >> Are you doubting my my my love? >> I'm asking a question. >> No, no. Are you doubting my >> Are you doubting mine? Sir, step out of the car. Did you go to class? Do you have masters? >> I do actually. >> You have masters? >> I do. >> Oh, can you prove it? >> You want me to pull up my diploma? >> Go ahead. >> Can you? >> I can. >> Oh my god. Step out of the car, please. >> No, you're going about your right now. >> Okay. Can you Can you tell us exactly? Can you tell us exact correct? Can you tell us what did we commit other than just being on the parking lot talking amongst ourselves? What lot did we >> Yes. What? This one. Sir, step out of the car, please. >> No, he's not. >> Leia's grandma, you are correct. He is going to let her get them all in trouble. I wonder I don't know if a narrator was on at the beginning of this one, but I wonder did they say I know somebody called and that's why the police are there, but I wonder if they just called cuz they saw people in the car cuz that's crazy. Or was it they were arguing or doing something else looking a little crazy in the car? That's the part I wasn't sure about. um what happened. But we got to look at the what the defense may have to defend real fast since I now have that up and I normally do that beforehand. All right. I hate this. I'm looking at myself on the Okay. On the playback. Okay. So, this is called Entitled Couple Gets Outsmarted by Police During Traffic Stop. Before we watch, think like a juror. So, possible defense challenge to resisting arrest because that's coming up. Um, the I'm sorry. Did Katherine and Lewis, because that's their names, take actions that actually in interfered with the officers carrying out their duties, or were they merely arguing and questioning what the officers were doing? Possible defense challenge number two, obstructing justice. Did Katherine or Lewis actually hide evidence, give police false information, or otherwise interfere with the investigation, or were they simply arguing with officers and refusing to cooperate? Possible defense to the DUI. Without a blood alcohol content result or completed field sobriety test, could the officer's observation show that Lewis had been drinking without proving that he was actually under the influence? All right, but yeah, she her mouth is making this even worse. Um, this is how a lot of leeway uh reduces down, deteriorates a lot of times. I don't watch him a lot, but on a Midwest safety video, I'm not sure if one of y'all sent it to me, but um what's the black baldheaded lawyer's name that most people know if y'all like watching legal stuff, he does a lot of family law, but then he'll just be on live talking about other cases. The Midwest Safety put him at the end of one of their videos and he was like, "Don't give the police a reason to stay longer than they have to." And on that, I can agree with him. You're doing too much. Let's present ID. Are y'all okay? Yes, we're okay. Any other small questions? Not too much because you don't talk to the police too much now, okay? You're not supposed to have to talk to them too much. Lead attorney. Thank you. Yes, lead attorney. Um, so he was they featured him on the end of their video recently and he was saying that like don't give the police a reason to stick around longer than they have to. And this is doing too much and um I skimmed this so we'll see what actually happens in the middle and details I didn't catch. But this only makes it worse every time. It only makes it worse. >> I'm not talking to you. >> It doesn't matter. He's not going to step out of the car. >> He's more than capable for talking for himself. >> Okay, then go ahead. You tell her that you're not going to go to the car for me. >> I broke no laws. >> Sir, step out of the car. >> Nope. There is no reason. Show us the reason why any of us. >> You can call your captain. You >> already did. You can car. I'm giving you a lawful order to step out of the vehicle. >> Nope. There is no reason why. >> All we did was just park here. We have not done anything wrong other than talk about our business. What our business are is our business, not your business. My business. >> Her business. You said his. I'm a female. Pennsylvania vims is a federal case law that requires you to exit the vehicle when provided with a lawful order from officers. Step out of the car. >> You can look it up on your phone. Step out. Step out of the car. >> Step out of the car. Step out. >> I also think if you're going to put up an argument, especially if you are not the privileged race, you need to know the actual law, not what you think it is, not what you saw on TV. You need to know what's specific to your state. If you're going to come this strong and wrong, you should know your state's laws. And then I still would be quiet except for identifying myself because you have to do that part. Um, step out of the car because of that Supreme Court case they're naming. Um, you do have to step out of the car. That is a lawful order that even if it's frivolous, it is a lawful order, but later your attorney can maybe like let's talk about misuse of it and stuff like that if it wasn't valid. But this is not court. this is not the time. Do as minimal as you can and argue and present that to your attorney what you think you observe. They'll say what they observe and you go from there. But this doesn't help anything ever, honestly. Out of the car. >> I'm not stupid. What law have I broken? >> You're acting stupid. Get out of the car. >> Oh, no. We're not acting stupid. >> I'm not talking to you. I'm not talking to you. Step out of the car, sir. >> I'm not saying that. No, you haven't. >> Step out of the car. >> We're not The car is not moving. The car is not moving. We haven't done anything. We can You can actually put the windows up right now. Point the car. Let's go. >> There is obstruction. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> Step out of the car. >> No. No. No. >> Hell no. >> You cannot do that. >> Step out of the car. >> Hell no. >> You can smell it. Step out of the car. >> Close that door. >> Step out of the car. >> Close that door. >> The car is not moving. >> You doing? Okay. So, we have a call for a driving. >> Let me explain to you why we're here. >> Okay. >> Explain why you're here because they have >> Well, I also have to explain to you that when an officer tells you to step out of the car, you're welcomed to do that. >> Yes. So, that that is a requirement. >> The vehicle was on when we got here. Okay, we we can talk about the issues, but what I'm telling you for your knowledge is very important to hear this right now. When an officer tells you to step out of a car, you have to step out. So, that's the second time I said it. I'm sure these officers told it to you. This really isn't the place to play court because we have the authority to remove you from the vehicle. We prefer not to do that. We prefer you to step out so we can continue in a conversation. >> Why? This is here so we can have conversation and I have been having a conversation. >> Okay. The reason for this stop is suspicion of driving while intoxicated. >> Well, we haven't been driving. We've been >> Well, this vehicle got here somehow. Uh we have that information, but we don't. Again, this doesn't need to be a back and forth right now. >> We're doing our best to be professional. And this is the third time I'm going to say an officer tells you to step out of the car for an investigation, you're lawfully required to do that. If you want to deny that, that's on you, but you're mistaken and we can remove you from this car with force if need be, which we're doing everything we can to prevent that. So, the smart thing to do would just be to simply stand on the pavement instead of going all that route, right? So, let's just move to that one step and then we're going to continue speaking like adults. >> Honestly, they said they were arguing. So it's also for other people. >> What are the ground for anyone saying that we are here? Show us that >> no problem say that we're hearing or whatever. Show us the proof and then but I'm going to have the why are we here wasting so much time. Show us the proof. Circum circumstantial ev no sorry probable cause. And when he starts naming what he sees in that car or she whoever lists what they see in that car, stop playing around like what what are you talking about? I'mma tell you one of them. The things that they found, which is probably the most craziest, but 12 bottles I believe is what they name that they found in the car. 12 bottles of alcohol. Empty or full? I don't know. But 12 bottles of alcohol. You strong and wrong. Strong and wrong. So just stop. The more you talk, the more you you just sound crazy. And every lawyer I keep running across, the number one thing they want to tell their client is, "Shut up. Stop talking. >> No right to get into my vehicle and do anything to us. You have no rights at all. I know my rights and you have no rights to step into my vehicle without a warrant to take us out of this vehicle with no rights. All we have done was just here and talk about her. Yes, we do. Right now, we're going through something. So, we were here to talk. >> W cow's with the context. Okay. And I just heard her say we going through something. So, okay. A caller uh did call about them arguing and that's why the woman said, "We're not stepping out." Okay. All right. So, I I was like, it's probably something crazy that was happening. I wonder how intense was the argument from the outside looking in cuz the way she's acting right now he he seemed like he was about he was getting the business but I don't know maybe he was giving the business I don't know >> so what are the grounds that you're coming here to actually do this and I >> to be honest with you I've explained our grounds three times >> three times it's on camera I've explained our grounds three times >> any further any further They're speaking delaying what's going to happen >> right now. >> I wanted to show you because >> right now you are putting this on me and you're causing stress. >> Head over to >> We do actually, but unfortunately we're here. >> Yeah. No, not us. Right now we have a family issue. >> We only are here to talk. >> Okay. So the additional issue is the suspicion of driving while under the influence of has that for you. >> We have an order of alcohol right now we can smell. >> Have you been drinking anything? >> Just hold on a second. Have you been drinking anything, sir? >> Do you have any Do you have any alcohol beverages in the car? >> No. >> Uh, no. Thank you. >> So, there's no alcohol in this car whatsoever? >> No. And unless you have a warrant to search this car, you're not going to look for >> ma'am. Listen, you're actually >> Do you have a warrant? >> Do you have a warrant? >> So, I'm going to say the next thing. He's the driver of the vehicle. You're a passenger. >> But I'm the No, I'm the owner >> at this point. >> I'm the owner of Haven'tven. >> We haven't driven anyone here >> because we haven't The vehicle was on. >> So, the vehicle being activated, even if the engine running counts as being in operation, >> right? >> He turned it off in front of us. So I don't understand. I don't understand. >> I think you don't I think you don't watch laying it out as clearly as hypothes. >> Sir, I'm asking you to listen to reason. We don't want to use >> Yeah. They said they were arguing. So at that point they were investigating DW and DB. So after rolling up the window, >> after ordering him out, she's telling him roll up the window. Don't get out. >> I'm just going to take a minute to speak with you, Skelly. Paul is for suspicion of DWI, correct? >> And do we know who Paul? >> Her sister. >> Okay. And did they say like why she thinks that she might be intoxicated? And we tried to get as much as we could out of pentail, but they really didn't give us much. When we did come up on them, the car was on. When we started talking to them, you could smell the alcohol right away movements. >> As she was talking to him, he put the he turned the car off. He hit the the button, the car turned off. While we're talking to them, she repeatedly said, "Sir, we're investigating something. I want to talk to you privately. Step out of the car." >> This was also after he said that they got into an argument. Yes, we hear from your observations that we're good to go with the DWI investigation and we have the sister calling. Yep. >> We have your observation running. We have the male in the driver's seat displaying signs you can articulate as suspicion of being intoxicated the speech everything like that. We're going to move forward with that. We need to have them step out of the car to conduct the sufficient. >> All right. And the next thing is good. >> So he's naming multiple reasons that he has probable cause to suspect that man's intoxicated. And did the white house cows did you hear the caller said they were driving erratically or just that they saw them parked and arguing? Cuz I was wondering about that. But he the way he said he smell that alcohol, you know, it it was going to turn into this either way just off the smell and then when they see the other stuff. But yeah, he's given plenty of reasons on why he suspects that it's u a DUI. Why are they going back and forth? Too much time and patience for me, Veronica. Too much. She's leading them to jail. Yep, she is. This dog on Okay, I put in the chat there's a net trying to make me lose my mind. I'm so tired of this dog on net. Okay, so let me see here. Look like they in the ditch. The cop has put the gloves on, so hurry up and snatch her [laughter] a first. I just Why you got to be so strong and wrong? Like what is the point? You're just wasting time. >> Really gets to the point where we have to remove him and explain to them first that refusing the verbal order allows us to begin to remove him with physical contact. >> Okay. >> No, I'm not saying anything. We're being polite, but they're trying to be abusive in the way by saying that they're going to force you. No, they're not being polite by saying they're going to force you out of this. >> No, that's not that's not if you don't have a warrant. If you don't have a warrant >> Oh my god, she for sure is watching some bootleg show. A warrant to have you step out of the car? That doesn't even make sense. They're just now encountering you. How could they have Oh, Lord. Yeah, I'm going with dumb on this one, too. Lovable. She's getting on my nerves. The Nat needs to go to jail expeditiously. It's getting on my nerves, Omar. >> That's just not true. >> It is true. >> You're going to get You're going to get him arrested by what you're saying. >> It's going to be your fault cuz I'm telling you exactly how it works. I'm saying what you're doing right now, if you're persuading him to not just stand outside, he's going to get arrested because of you. >> It's going to be your fault. >> Okay? It's going to be your fault, too, because you should be listening to us. >> Okay? So, you need to listen to what I'm about to say cuz you're the driver and you're saying you're not driving. You're in the driver's seat. The vehicle's on. That means you're the driver. Okay? >> The car is not on. >> Okay? You turned it off. Just stop it now cuz it's getting ridiculous. Okay. >> This car is not on. >> It was on and I saw you turn it off. Don't be silly. Right. >> You saw us. You have the video. >> Yes, we all have video. >> You do. >> Show it to us. >> You can get a notebook. Okay. So the next thing is your sister called and told us that she suspected that you were intoxicated. >> Okay. So I hope you're listening. That's why the officers approached this vehicle. Based on their observations, the operation the vehicle is being operated. You're in the driver's seat. They immediately smell the odor of alcohol. They notice other displays of behavior that indicate to them that you might be intoxicated. That's more than enough for them to conduct field tests called standard sobriety tests to determine if you might be intoxicated or not. You're completely lawfully required at this point to step out of this car so we can conduct those tests. If you refuse if you refuse, you under arrest for my lawyer. You want your lawyer here? >> Okay. So when you're arrested, you can contact your lawyer. All right. Do you understand what I just said to you? Do you understand what I just said? >> Nobody wants to be in front. But Alec, do you do this? >> So you did this. >> You know, were you here? >> Sir, do you understand what I said to you? I said as courteously as I am. >> I'm sorry. >> You did not understand. Okay. Well, the next thing we're going to do >> is we're going to have you step out of the car. If you physically physically resist us, >> you will be placed under saying that his sister. >> We are going to have you step out of the car since you're passively resisting. You're not listening to verbal commands. >> If you resist us as we guide you out of this vehicle, you will be placed under arrest. That is how it's going to work. >> You are passively resisting. You are refusing a lawful command to step out of this vehicle. Step out of the vehicle. That's a lawful order. Now you're passive resisting. Now we're authorized to remove you from the car cuz you're not listening to us. If you resist us physically as we get you out of this car, you'll be arrested on We're going to proceed with that if you do not step out right now to use physical contact from the car. If he pulls away, then use minimal force. >> Wait, wait, wait. Who's pushing the car? Get out of the car. >> Don't get out of the car. He's not driving. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. >> He's not driving. >> Resist. >> Another law she needs to look up. It's also if you are in control of the vehicle. So, he has access to the keys. He's behind the driver's seat. He is in control of that vehicle. The car does not need to be on when they encounter you. Learn the law if you're going to argue it or be quiet and argue it later and then let somebody teach you something. Mom. Oh, I'm sorry. Bam. Bam. I'm sorry. Um, also I was listening to Sergeant Curtis yesterday and he said officers are now moving toward not pulling people out so fast because of lawsuits and making sure they have enough probable cause. They Yeah. And they should. The problem is they don't make it standard. And that's the issue. It's like the ones if you feel comfortable being aggressive with, you're still going to be aggressive with. And the ones that you feel more lenient towards, your bias is going to make you more lenient towards them. So reasonable time for one may not be the same reasonable time for the others. But that is good. and it gives maybe somebody a better basis of a complaint if they file one and possibly if there's a civil lawsuit or something that does need to happen. But it just sucks because the the thing is the rules don't apply to everyone. And um obviously I'm talking about the bad police. I am cuz I know there's going to people are humans. There's going to be good people out there. But when I'm saying this, I'm talking about the ones that take advantage of having the uniform and then they injure or, you know, kill somebody because they their bias was there. It's lenient. You're likely to get away with it. So, we'll see how it goes. >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> HE'S NOT DRIVING. >> GET OUT OF THE CAR. >> HE WAS NEVER DRIVING. >> HE WAS NEVER DRIVING. >> GET OUT of the car. >> Get out of the car. I'm going I'm going to sue you. DO NOT DO THIS. HOLY [ __ ] >> Stop touching up. >> I'm not I'm not watching. >> He's my assistant. >> All right. We're handcuffing. That's all we're doing. >> Why? >> Why? He didn't commit no crime. >> He committed no crime. >> Throwing my glasses. Yep. >> No one's touching your head. >> He committed no crime. >> All right. Well, come on. Stand up. Okay. Okay. You got to bring your knees up. Sit up. Now you got to sit up. Can I pull my pants up? >> I'll pull it up for you once you get >> Keep walking to the car. >> Spread your legs out wide for us, please. >> There's nothing on this side. Check check my arms. >> So listen, face us. Go buck first and it's easier. >> Can you do me a favor and stand here with him? Thank you. >> Come on. Let's step out of the car. >> Oh, hell no. You're not going to no >> ma'am. The same thing that happened to him is going to happen to you if you don't get out of the vehicle. We're giving you the option to step out of the vehicle without us putting our hands on you. So, step out of the vehicle. >> Okay. >> Thank you. >> You want me to go to the You want me to follow you? I'll follow you. >> I'll follow you. >> But you're not touching me. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> You're not You're not touching me. >> Get out of the vehicle. >> We just went over this. You don't want me to touch you? I'm telling you to step out. Step out on your own then. >> Someone asked you who's giving you the right to touch me. I don't need rights to touch. You have to tell me why you're touching me. We already went over this. >> Omar, I don't want to go to the same high school she went to, college she went to, cuz she's eluding or she's inferring that she has a a degree. I don't want to go to any school she went through that let her pass because I feel like there's some things missing here. [laughter] I I don't want to learn where you learn. He will [clears throat] give Yeah. Look, unless he did something so nefarious, so evil, and you know what I'm talking about. Messing with kids, you harassing somebody, you know, stuff like that. I I think she is She How can I put this? I couldn't spend another minute with this woman if it was me. There's no way. Oh, snap. Did it Look at that. Did it go to balance? Leia's grandma gried. Griffin gifted a trendy membership. And I see Ashley saying, "Congrats to Balance." So, Balance, congratulations. Just saw you in here and then I think it went to you. So, I'm going to look later. But, yeah. Oh, yeah, it is. Cuz I see the backups coming. Okay. Congratulations. And I got to do my one match per live. So, I'll put one in there, too. We'll see who it goes to. She went to school. [laughter] Cheyenne, you gotta say Miss Cheyenne Bryant Balon. [laughter] I agree. They went to the same school. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. She She comfortable. She real comfortable. Veronica, it seems she is turning her back as if it is out of sight, out of mind that the cops somehow can't see her. [laughter] Right. Right. It's like hiding under a blanket. Yeah. She It's It's no waym figured out. Some life changes need to be had. There was something I was going to Well, let me go gift my membership and see if I remember what else I was going to do. >> 100 times. >> No, you're not. No, you're not. >> Ma'am, I'm going to give you one more time. It's either you're going to get out of the vehicle by >> you're going to get out of the vehicle on your own or we're going to help you get out of the vehicle. >> When he was being placed under arrest, you put your hands on >> Why? Why am I being placed under arrest? >> Explaining to you. >> Why? >> He's explaining it to you. >> Why? when we were putting him FROM >> THEY ALREADY THREW THEY THEY THREW LOU ON THE GROUND Alice and they're threading meate >> and they're THREADING ME AND THREW ME ON THE GROUND NOW >> ADVICE TAKE Alice's advice and cooperate please >> she should have already been arrested by the time they pulled him out which honestly even that should have happened way sooner but there's nothing else to talk about how many times and how many ways do you have to explain why some why you're even present to talk to that person and why now they still have to step out of the car. Even though you even cited a a a case about it, they're not. They don't want to listen. She's asking questions she doesn't want the answer to. I know, but I'm like, that's it. There's nothing else to talk about, though. How many more ways or how many more times do you have to say the same exact thing? It's time for the wrist jewelry. Congratulations, Marty. I hope you enjoy your membership. I WANT TO COOPERATE, BUT THEY'RE TELLING ME THAT THEY'RE GOING TO TAKE ME OUT OF MY CAR. >> YOU COULD STEP OUT OF >> I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING WRONG. >> YOU LISTEN. If they ask you to get out of the car, you must cooperate. And you >> Who is on that phone? She needs to listen to them. Oh, wow. She must don't talk to them often. They sound like they got too much sense. There's no way she she talks to them too often. But please listen. Well, it's too late. It don't matter. I ain't going to say please listen to them. It's too late. Get out. Step out. >> Okay. You cannot fight the law. >> THEY THREW LAW ON THE FLOOR. I HAVE A VIDEO OF WHAT THEY DID. >> LISTEN, I hope you're listening. My son is ill. He has a bad heart and he has a bad >> YEAH. AND THEY THREW HIM ON THE >> OH, SHE DON'T OH, she's so selfish. She don't listen to anybody. That woman's telling you her son is sick and you're like, they threw him on the floor. First of all, they they said we gonna handle Lou with minimal force, just enough to get him out the car. Nobody was trying to handle Lou any kind of way. She is she is delusional. She is very delusional and dumb. Um, yeah. And selfish now. Okay. Akuo, thank you for gifting a trendy membership. Okay, it went to Ki Young. Congratulations, Ki. Yes. Love to see it. Love to see it. I have a I will be telling the members the specific schools I'm applying to and then on legal at some point I will tell the criteria of the school of the schools I needed and that's what I will be applying to but actually naming the specific schools I'll save that for the members. So I will be showing y'all my six schools I'm applying to and I might narrow down to five to four but you'll see the six that are on the list right now though. Oh and I also got to tell y'all how I ghosted my or why I had to ghost my dentist too. Still, I'm still in the middle of ghosting him cuz he doesn't realize he's ghosted just yet. >> MA'AM, WHEN ALL I SAID WAS WHEN HE AND I WERE TALKING. MA'AM, >> hang up the phone. >> They already out of the car. >> THEY ALREADY DID. ALICE, YOU BETTER CALL SOMEBODY. >> ALICE, WE'RE GOING TO ASK you to hang up now. We've been asking her TO GET OUT OF THE CAR FOR 5 minutes. >> Get out of the car. >> CALL THE AMBULANCE. >> OH, NO. NO. NO. DO NOT TOUCH ME. >> COME ON. >> OH, THEY'RE NOT. NOW THEY'RE PUSHING ME. I GOT THIS ARM. >> You don't have to take it anymore. >> Get on your stomach. >> There's like a buck or something. I have to put that on the report that something was stolen or taken off. >> Put your feet on the floor. >> I can put your feet on your Okay. Give me Give me one second. Give me one second. I had three surgeries on my two. Three. >> Your car. >> All right. We're going to walk now. >> Okay. >> Let's go. We're fine right now. >> This one. >> Do not push me. I tell you to walk. Walk. [ __ ] You [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Wait for my Stan right here. You're going to get searched. Stand right here. You're going to get searched. >> Who's searching me? Who's searching me? Who is searching me? 347. What's your last name? >> Sorry. >> No, >> Omar. I I'm kind of Maybe it was the sister who called. If she was my sister, I'd be calling the cops on her all the time. Like you got to get it together. Both you and your man silly cuz he's silly cuz he's still there. [laughter] She about right. She about to have a number four injury on the knee. Like why did why are you giving the cops a hard time when you are able to walk free? You weren't driving drunk, but because you don't follow the lawful order of stepping out of the car, you are and oh multiple multiple chances, you are now being arrested, too. So you didn't care about the one, two, three injuries you already had on the knee. So why why now does anybody else need to care? Because you she was about it, right? She was ready. Now it's my knee. My knee. [laughter] Oh, Kim. Kim, I got it for you. I see. Yeah, you and the the members. I got it. I'mma tell you. And it was awkward as heck. You have thought I was dating the dentist almost the way he We'll get there though. I will tell you, Kim [laughter] Love will say, "I ghosted my dentist because they sent me a bill after my insurance told them they won't be paying it. Hold on. The insurance told Hold. Okay, you got to tell me cuz I am misunderstanding. Like that feels like the insurance is messed up on that one. So I'm missing something in how I'm reading that. Lovable >> my car. No, not they have. No, you have my my doors open in my car. >> I have stuff there for my baby. You have no reason to arrest me. No reason. >> Okay, good. Have a seat. Oh god. >> My purse. >> Have a seat. >> My purse. >> Get in the car. >> My purse. >> Get in the car. Have a seat. >> Put your foot on that and push yourself up. >> I'm trying. Give me a second. >> Oh my. >> You knew the law though. >> I was my property, not yours. >> Sorry. 38 932 38 932 >> Officers searched the vehicle immediately after arresting the suspects and uncovered nearly a dozen bottles of liquor. >> Oh, I could have just thrown up 301. >> There you go. >> They said nearly a dozen bottles of alcohol. Boundless, I'm with you. Um the erratic behavior is more than alcohol in my opinion as well. Um let me hold up my little thing allegedly. But um yeah, I I do I always say alcohol to me exaggerates how you are like it really exa however you are. Alcohol puts an exclamation point on that. So if you're pretty laidback and then you drink and you're laidback, you're probably just even more relaxed. If you are angry person when you drink it's going to be, you know, like that's what I always feel like. I just I just feel like alcohol and other some other things bring out what you already are. Now some things they're just so strong and the chemicals are crazy that now you just have no control period. But alcohol I do feel like it enhances things. Shut the door on her. I love [clears throat] when they shut that door when they're still talking. My dentist office waited too long to file my claim. Okay. I was like where is the wrong Thank you, Loable. Yeah. I know that's irresponsible and they would have to go as well cuz what do you mean you just didn't do your job? [clears throat] No, you still had it balanced to me. It's still more than alcohol. A dozen Leia's grandma. Bam Bam gifted a trendy membership. And I hope you and Omar uh feel better. Bam Bam. I hate to I hate to see that. And I know it's for different reasons, but I do hope y'all feel better. Okay, who did it go to? Oh, that blind lady 69. Congratulations. I almost want the story behind this name. [laughter] It could be the year or something. Okay, so congratulations. Okay, baby PJ said, "I go see my dentist, too. She pushed on my tooth, saying it should have been loose from the X-ray. It wasn't even bothering me. I don't like that. Don't go creating problems." In veno veritas, truth from the I'm going to say like truth comes from the wine or something like that. I'm loosely loosely translating on miss one, but I'm with you. Ace moonshot. I agree. Okay, we'll keep going. >> All shooters. >> Oh my god, I'm in like the deepest sweat of my life. >> There you go. >> Yep. Should definitely hid that under his chair. All right, hold on. Let me write it down for you so you know. Half full. I'm going to come on your side cuz this is good. Oh my god, I'm dripping. Half full. Voda vodka. >> Yeah, >> that was passenger. This is empty under his seat. This one's not open yet under his seat. This was Do you want to take the shooters out of the bag for the picture? center console. >> Can somebody lock the car? >> Yeah. >> Thank you so much. >> Uh, and who's going to give me my purse and all my belongings? My credit cards and everything? >> You know how you still could have had possession of your credit cards and your belongings and your purse, not choosing to be arrested? Because this this was a choice. This was definitely a choice. This was free will happening right here. >> At this point, I don't trust the police. So, I don't know if you guys are going to my credit cards and start going on a ramp range. THEY HAVE NO WARRANTS FOR MY CAR. I NEED TO GET OUT. THEY HAVE NO WARRANTS FROM MY CAR. THEY'RE GOING THROUGH MY STUFF. YOU GUYS HAS NO WARRANT FOR MY CAR. IS IT necessary that I have these handcuffs on me? >> What did I do wrong? Excuse me. >> Okay. I need a lot of explaining >> cuz I was disrespected and my property was unlawful inspected without my permission and I'm going through a lot of pain right now when I have two means that are very bad ill. This is really hurting my circulation right now. Yeah. Yeah, you're going to look cute in your picture. Take a selfie. You guys think I'm stupid. Oh, hit those lenos from Bud Bunny. Oh, great. Look at that. You guys didn't go to the resident in Puerto Rico. Put in a photo, right? I can, but I'm not there. Those two [ __ ] that took my stuff off my hair. The disrespect. I'll get it back. Repeat this one. >> Same thing. [snorts] Once the elevator opens up, you want to face it for us, please. >> Come on. Follow me. >> Okay. >> Okay. Put that away. >> Um, I'm going to give you a bag. Do you have your necklaces? Any earrings? Any jewelry that you have has to go in this bag? >> I need to first understand why I'm >> once once it comes to the appointment. But right now, >> no, I need to understand why. My rights right now. >> You don't take your >> Oh, girl. They ain't asking you nothing incriminating. They don't have to read you your rights unless they're going to ask you something. H. Okay. Well, I'll say they have different ways, but there's some as soon as they put the cuffs on, they'll go ahead and read you your rights because now you're in their custody and they just want to be be careful. So, they'll read you your rights. But you you have to read your right to if they're going to ask you questions that could incriminate yourself. If they don't really have questions for you, there's nothing to really talk about because it's all about you not saying something until you speak with a lawyer if that's what you choose to do. Um, Omar, I love the way Puerto Ricans say Bad Bunny because I have a coworker who who was giving me uh places to go when we went to Puerto Rico and he was like, "Yeah, that's where Bad Bunny." I was like, "Oh my gosh, I love it. I don't I love it." Okay. Anyway, love different cultures. All right. I've been so drunk I woke up at 4:00 a.m. face down in a thistle filled ditch in a foreign country. Did you start out in the foreign country? See, I have questions. Hardcore drinking off and on over the decades. Not once have I started a fight or drove drunk. Choices made. Exactly. Exactly. >> I'm going to take it off for you. >> You will? >> Yes. >> Then you're going to owe me a lot of money. >> Then take it off yourself. Let's be grown-ups. Okay. >> You want to be a grown-up? >> Yes. Come on. >> And tell me why you answer that for me. Right. I said one thing. He'll answer your question. >> The lady that arrested you. They even they didn't even tell me an explanation why they were dragging me out of the car. So unless someone is going to tell me that >> and you guys are going to get more force on me cuz you already have. Can I have my money back on these? >> No. No. >> Sure. I don't have my rings. That's great. >> [music] >> I still don't know where I'm >> not being sent. You're under arrest. >> Yeah. Why? I still don't know why. >> Yeah. I don't know who they is. >> I have a heart condition. I have a heart condition. Why was I thrown to the ground like a aing dirt bag criminal? Officer. Officer. >> Just calling you but I didn't look >> officer. I have a heart condition. >> You need immediate medical attention? >> Yeah. My heart my heart. >> I can't breathe. My heart hurts. [snorts] My heart hurts. >> My heart hurts. My heart hurts. I can't breathe. >> Sir, the ambulance is on its way. Okay, sir. Sir, >> can you sit up? cuz the ambulance is pulling up right now. >> I can't sit up. >> You can't sit up. Okay. >> Can I move? >> I said sit up. You said you couldn't sit up. [laughter] >> I can't I can't breathe. >> Said he has a heart condition and needed medical attention. He was just saying he had Yeah, he was just saying he had difficulty breathing. >> What's up, bud? >> Hey, bud. Were you just talking to the cops? No, firefighter. I'm here to help you. >> What's up, bud? How you feeling? >> I can't breathe. >> You can't breathe? You just talked to me. So, that means you can breathe. >> So, uh, >> I'm I'm having a hard time breathing. >> You're having a hard time breathing? >> Yeah, I could I could talk, but >> ma'am, we're trying to make sure your son's okay. All right, just take a step back. Watch the cars. Okay, be careful. >> It's okay. She has a job. She has a job to do. Okay, just let her do her job. Okay. >> All right. Um, so what's going on, bud? You want to go to the hospital? If you go to the hospital, this process is going to take extremely longer than it should. But you got to answer us or you're not going anywhere. Where's your last name? What's your name, bud? You want to go to the hospital? Get checked for your breathing difficulty. You want to try and sit up? All right, bud. Come on. Sit up. Sit up. Okay, bud. Come sit. Sit. There you go. A little more. >> Try to sit up. Okay. Good. Do you want to go to the hospital? [laughter] >> Come on, bud. You want to sit? Sit up. He's he's talking these [ __ ] handcuffs. >> What happened? >> What's going on? >> Nothing. I was sitting in the car talking to my wife. >> So, the way he's talking now, the rate of speech, the fact that he's talking at all. Is the alcohol wearing off a little bit? because he was nonresponsive when they got to that car. He didn't say Did he even say anything until we got to this point? If he did, it was a couple of words, right? You they they got to be concerned about your heart condition, but you out here drinking all that al and it's a lot of alcohol. Like he he has like a go to a recovery center type of problem. That man has to keep liquor in the car to deal with his wife. Bam. Bam. Might be on to something. He is prolonging it every time. That's all they do is waste time. >> No, I am. Yeah. Like what are you feeling though? Your chest? >> Yeah. I have a heart condition. You can help. >> Yeah, I can. >> You want to go to the hospital then? I mean, that's all we can do for you at this point, right? Take I mean the oxygen is good. Your heart rate's a little high, but the oxygen levels are are where they're supposed to be, too. >> 97 right now. Then your heart rate's at 92. So, um, you want you want to take you want to go home. >> You got to sit up a little bit. That's another reason why you probably can't, right? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm not a criminal. Like >> I I don't think you are. I don't you know um I'm just asking do you want to go to the hospital? We'll take you. >> I don't know. >> We'll help you. >> I can't move. >> We're going to help you. >> There you go. >> [ __ ] You [ __ ] threw me on the ground like a [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] Did they throw him on the ground? Like an actual throw on the ground? Did Did gravity catch him like or pull him down? You know what I mean? Like I need to know because I didn't get to see the method that they got him out. But I knew though they were talking about their game plan and they were not planning on being rough with him. I feel like it's the inebriation, but I didn't get to see it. So I don't want to say for sure that's what happened. But boy, they quick to use that got thrown on the ground. Um excuse >> you can't move. All right, I'm going to help you. >> You're good. >> [laughter] >> Can they loosen the cuffs? >> I don't know if they can. >> I don't I don't think that they're going to do >> Oh my god. So, you have to >> I'm supposed to fall on my face again. >> No, no, no. Shoot me out. >> Unfortunately, yes. No, I told them to fire. But we're I'll let them know as soon as we do. >> So, I have to do the report. >> This this one cup, please. >> I guess now that he did that, he comes back, she can bring the form that allows him to be released to your guys's custody. So, we don't have to he doesn't have to come back to headquarters with us. We get this done here, we can send him on his way. Okay. So, we'll try to make it quick. I believe we have a kit at the headquarters right now. We'll get she'll go grab that. She'll come back, bring the paper paperwork with her. >> Your wife is with us right now. She she was okay. She didn't need to go to the hospital. But again, which I was going to get to the the initial reason for us being there was because someone called, which I'm sure my supervisor explained to you, with concerns about one of you. >> Yeah. Um, if he's going to get released, can I get your ID so I can get literally all of that done? >> I'll explain that to you. But someone had contacted us saying that they were concerned about your wife that she or you were dripping and driving. Is that your wife that was in the car with you? >> Oh, yeah. We're not taking >> Okay. Um, we pulled over, >> right? >> Which to a gym? >> Yeah. I'm not We don't have to dive into it. I'm just making you aware of it. This is the easier thing um than going any other route technically. I know right now you're in handcuffs, you're arrested. DWI is more so traffic. It's not a criminal charge. So basically a ticket. You go to court, you figure it out. You already said you see that traffic charge basically for him. She's going to have criminal char and what traffic is still, you know, it is what it is. But I'm saying she's about to have obstruction or whatever. We'll see in a second. We're almost done. But for what? Now he get to go home after he gets done with this hospital stuff and she is in a sale. The light the choices people make. >> You had a lawyer. So that's why I'm not going to ask you any questions about what occurred. I'm just explaining to you why we were there, why this happened. Okay. >> I'm going to head out. >> All right. Thank you. Yeah. >> Katherine Valadres and Louis Perez were charged with resisting arrest, obstructing justice, and DUI. Please leave a like. >> Oh, sorry, sir. She got you in trouble for all of them as well. All right. So what prosecution would have to prove on those charges for resisting arrest, which is a class A misdemeanor, prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly resisted arrest or knowingly obstructed an authorized act being performed by someone the defendant knew was a peace officer acting within the capacity or acting within the officer's official capacity. Possible sentencing less than one year in jail and a possible fine of up to $2,500. A conviction also requires at least 48 consecutive hours of imprisonment or at least 100 hours of community service. Obstructing justice, class 4 felony. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant intended to prevent someone's apprehension or obstruct someone's prosecution or defense and knowingly hid or tampered with physical evidence, planted false evidence, provided false information, interfered with a material witness, or hid or left Illinois while possessing important information about the case. Possible sentencing, generally one to three years in prison, periodic imprisonment for up to 18 months, probation or conditional discharge for up to 30 months, and or a fine of up to $25,000. Last charge, DUI, class A misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove Luis Perez drove or was an actual Hold on the net. Okay, sorry. Lis Luis Perez drove or was in actual physical control of a vehicle in Illinois. And that physical control generally from what I've seen, you have possession of the keys or the keys are near you where you can easily obtain possession. You're behind the wheel of the vehicle. Like you you just kind of can't I don't even know if it's okay if you sleep in the back seat if you were honestly trying not to drink and drive and just sleep in the car. I don't know if that's enough. Just get a Uber. um that Luis was under the influence of alcohol, possible sentencing for a standard DUI without a known enhancement, less than one year in jail, and a possible fine of up to $2,500. Yeah, beer has been around for a long time. The wife, his wife is his issue. She is all right, moving on to the next one. I see y'all. Oh, let me put this up to show the results. Let's see if anybody said anything different. Nope. It's 100% guilty right now. All right, so we're done with that one. We're going on to the next one. This one is cocky teen's brilliant escape plan ruins his life in minutes. Before we watch, think like a juror. Only defense challenge for this one for counterfeit motor vehicle registration. Was the counterfeit registration possessed with an intent to defraud? Or does the claim that the wheelrun plate was bought online as a joke create reasonable doubt about that intent? And then we'll look at his all his charges later. >> What was that? >> Yeah, that's a cop, by the way. When a sergeant spots a group of bikers performing stunts on a busy road, he initiates a traffic stop, but he doesn't realize they have no intention of cooperating. Especially one teen who will do anything to flaunt his stunts right in front of them. >> Come on. Come on. It begins around 6:42 p.m. on March 12th, 2024 in the Port Orange area of Valuia County, Florida, where a sergeant observes three sport bikes popping wheelies and riding on their rear tires. But as he initiates a traffic stop, he has no idea the pursuit is about to stretch across counties. And that one teen biker in particular has no intention of stopping. >> They're continuing north. I have no idea how back there. >> Soon the three bikes come to a stop at a traffic signal and the sergeant notes down two license plates while the third, a black bike, has no tag. I'm just watching three motorcycles that were reckless on Dunlop and doing wheelies and one of them's got a tag on it. Will run. He went 12F from uh a beach unit last week. So, I was just trying to see if I can get it to park or something. >> Okay. >> The plate on a gray bike reading will run. Will run. The plate the plate on a gray bike reading will run stands out because the sergeant recognizes it as the same vehicle that had fled from deputies during bike week held just one week earlier from March 1st to 10th. >> Yeah. >> Just went through the light. >> The teen riding that bike is 19-year-old Ashton. And just like before, he has no intention of stopping. Already setting his plane [music] in motion the moment he realizes the sergeant is following them. Can you confirm the size of that tag for that low plate? >> Yeah, it looks like it's W I L L R U N, but I'm not even sure it's a legit plate. It may just be a uh plate that he made. I copy cuz that plate goes back on the black Chevy door. It's expired. I think I got an opportunity here. Lake here at ISD. >> We could go both ways. Either we can take 415 there or we can take this way there. >> Not you possessing your own incriminating evidence. Great. Great. Great. Uh, Ace Musha said 19 and acts like a kid when caught and he's like 19 going on on 60 or something. And I'm not the 60 year olds that are 60 now. Y'all look great. He looks like what you think 60 looks like because he 19 where when and y'all saw his mug shot on the thumbnail so you have seen his face. You'll see it again. But 19 where I'm like teenager. When I saw his face I was like ain't no way. He got he got the old mullet going on and it's not like the modern mullets and stuff. He just got the regular classic I don't even just backwoods mullet from the 80s and 90s. Like it looks crazy. Like you are not 19. Self snitching. It looks like they slap each other's helmet shields down. >> Yeah, there's a cop by the way. >> I copy coming through your way. >> Yeah, hang on a second. But Ashton and another biker quickly sense the sergeant's intentions and take off before we can stop them, leaving the third rider behind. Turn your bike off. >> All right. The will run guy is he's down on them. I've got one of them left. Driver's license, registration, insurance card. >> What did I do? I watched you do a wheelie on Dunlot with her on the back right down the other car and I have the dash cam footage if you want it. >> I got them. >> I love Yes. Yes. This is the time be nosy. Give them everything. I got the dash cam footage. Yes. I like it. Cop. You should take everything. You don't know what could be ruled out. Take it all and then later they can decide what they don't need. But you should say yes. I'll take that footage as well. >> Who's the guy you're riding next to? >> I don't know them. We're we I met up with them randomly. We're going to go to the gas station. >> North. >> Which gas station? >> Huh? >> Just confirming you're code for >> Yeah, I'm I'm code four. I've got one stop. Uh the Will Run guy and the other guy took off eastbound. >> Supposedly they're all headed towards the bies, but there's no telling now. >> I don't know them. I I apologize. >> Where's your registration at? Um. Oh, I'm bro. I I was being dumb. >> Yeah, you were being dumb. >> What are you going to do when she dies? Cuz you go too far and she falls off the back. >> That's like a $1,200 ticket. So, >> I'll ride a wheelie. the will run dive. >> I came out close to grab him. So, he's doing a wheel >> with her on the back. >> Oh, yeah. How old are you? >> How old are you? >> But for Ashton, simply escaping the police isn't enough. He wants to show them how hard it will be to catch him. And he turns back to put on a show. like hell no. Got me up. I pulled in the I just pulled in the wall wall real quick. He passed. I see you passing. I saw you. I saw you. I'm catching up. I'm catching up. I'm catching up. I saw you. Oh, they are right there. >> Come on. Come on. Okay. Thank you, Omar. Cuz I was like, I feel like I'm about to ask a dumb question. I was going to ask uh were one of the cops on a motorcycle. The POVs kept changing. I was like, well, maybe I just saw another civilian motorcycle. So, okay, nice. I used to see a lot of these kind of motorcyclists when hubby and I would drive through Puerto Rico. I'm trying to think, did we have any crazy motorcyclists riding like this? Maybe one. Thankfully, yeah, cuz I'm trying to think of how many times I feel anxious about a motorcycle there. I feel anxious about the drivers in general over there. And I think it was one motorcyclist I remember like, do you not want to live? Like, what are you doing? Lukewarm IQ on a crotch rocket. Mhm. Perfect summary. Yep. It's gotten much better over the years. That's good. Do they also have like a little compartment or something? Cuz the ones that are more sleeker than the I'mma call them the bigger motorcycles. Um they seem like they have a little compartment you can open or something cuz they like to stay all sleek and slim. But we will see horses in the bed of a F-15. They're back eastbound doing wheelies down ISB. As the off-duty lieutenant decides to take off after Ashton and his companion, the sergeant decides to stay back to gather as much information as he can from the third rider, hoping to learn where the group might be headed and where they can find Ashton. >> You know, he'll be back. Oh, I'm going to go yoke him off that bike. I was hoping that I could hold him. >> I'm trying to get air one over here. >> Are you good with him? >> Oh, yeah. I'm fine. >> Yeah. I'm just going to write I'm going to stroke him where he took it. >> Oh, I would 100% 66 with her on the back. Kidding me. >> But once isn't enough. >> Now, why isn't that arrestable? Like when a car goes so many miles hour over the speed limit. 166 mph sounds like it should be immediately arrestable for reckless driving. The wheelie seems real. I mean, it's still bad cuz she definitely could have gotten hurt or died, but also that speed is crazy. So, why aren't we talking about how fast he was going? And the wheelie seems like it's going to come out being a real mild type of charge. >> And Ashton decides to return to rub his escape skills in the face of the police. >> Damn. Long. >> Oh, but okay. Okay. They look like they were going fast. So, I was thinking I want to know how far over the speed limit they were going. But that also makes sense that that's probably a code that they're saying to each other and not how fast they were going. So I was like, how is he still leaving? >> You're going to kind of come at it. Look at him. Look at him. >> Came back in the drive a little bit more. Woohoo. That's hilarious. >> And they're both now westbound. I think they might get on about. This is where we need Midwest Safety to have this footage because they would have told us how fast he going on that motorcycle. they would be tracking the speed for us. But this is still good to the person that uploaded it to the channel. Appreciate you. Thank you for allowing us to comment on it. Uh Midway Safety for a visual person is really nice. They even have like the little auditory dings or signals to have you look up and stuff. For a person with attention issues, it helps a lot. One's a black crotch rocket, no tag visible. The other one's a silver one. Uh, both wearing black helmets. >> So, listen, man. No [ __ ] You know this guy? >> No, I I promise you. So, I went and got gas at uh some some like Circle Pay or something. Some Circle Pay over in Port Orange. um from US one. I heard that basket and then those two guys showed up and they were going to make sure I don't I don't I'm legal. I don't do all that stuff. Let's press done. >> This is a citation for riding a wheeling. Okay. >> 30 days to take care of it or they will suspend your driver's license. That's your key back. You need to understand something, young man. >> That was extremely dumb. >> I know. >> Okay. Especially with her on the back. >> You want to go out and yourself, go ride your bike into a tree. But when you have somebody on the back, it's a whole different story. >> Is there anybody can lessen this at all? >> There's no way I'm going to lessen this. Okay. So, what he say? Hold on. What he asked? Oh, wow. Oh, after all that he asked, "Can you lessen this charge?" Lord, help me. Help me in my patience. Cross Rock is an official term. Oh, I hate it. I can't believe I You know what? I'm actually going to increase it now cuz you asked me that stupid question. No way. I'm going to lessen this. Okay. So, you need to knock it off. Next time it may not be as nice. Okay. >> Yeah. Thank you, sir. >> Yep. >> The sergeant finds out that the group was headed to a convenience store in Daytona Beach. As more units are alerted about Ashton and his companion, several deputies join the chase. But they don't yet realize that despite their best efforts, this pursuit is far from over. >> I'll be following for these two motorcycles. And I do not have a radio with me. Yes, sir. >> So, I wrote this kind of ticket. I'm working my way up to you. I'm going to come up whips and in case they decide to spin back around down here and haunt us some more. >> I should have taken the one out of the light, but I didn't want to crash my car. So, >> I I wouldn't have wanted to crash my car either. But >> yeah, that wouldn't have gone well with me being off if he's sitting in one of these. >> All right, I'm heading up that way. >> 773 is coming up to Technology Boulevard right now. He's turning up. He's coming up to LPJ right now. Center lane >> lane. Nice and smooth. Heading up to the red light at 95 and LPJ. >> While units desperately hit the gas to catch up with the lieutenant already in pursuit of Ashton. The teen appears more thrilled by the chase than anything else, weaving dangerously through traffic at high speeds and putting the lives of others on the road at risk. Okay, so this is the cop's motorcycle POV right now. Is that what this is? That would make sense if it is. Let me know. I know I'm probably asking obvious question, but I just want to be sure. Um, what do they do to stop a motorcycle? We shall see, CUZ I DON'T KNOW. THAT SOUND LIKE it's definitely uh deadly. Yeah, it is such a one. Yep. Guilty. Guilty. Guilty. He said like, "Come, come here. Come here." And I'm like, "Fuck." >> You think we're really gonna come? >> Okay. Yep. Right after your comment, too. Now, because I'm like, "What's going on?" But they're talking like they know each other cuz I can't tell from that angle if it was a cop motorcycle. I'm not familiar with cop motorcycles. I don't know. >> I knew it too. I'm like, bro, there's a cop. >> Yeah, I saw that. >> Yeah, might as well. I say might as well. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> As Ashton and the other biker stop at a gas station, the lieutenant quickly catches up and attempts to block the black bike with his vehicle. But once again, Ashton and his friend managed to flee, only making the situation worse. >> Moving southbound from the 268 on 95, and we haven't passed the motorcycles yet, so they likely did get off that LBJ. They're at lucky. One's fleeing out of the parking lot, one's whooping back around in the parking lot. If I can get some additional units. I still got Will run in the parking lot. If I can get additional unit here, we can get him off this bike. >> We're getting ready to get off right now. >> We're behind him coming up to the light and he is getting on 95 northbound. I'm sorry, southbound. 36 air one. Check the Tamoga Farms area. He's probably going to get off right there. Tamoga Farms and 92. >> Black sport bike with red wheels. He's got a black hoodie on with white markings on the back and a black hood. I'm sorry, a black helmet. >> GoPro. >> And he's got a GoPro camera on something. >> Hello. >> Sorry, I'm in the middle of trying to chase a motorcycle while I'm texting you. Hey, just so you're aware, we have a 12F going up and down 95. It's going back down towards south, just so you're aware. >> Yeah, they got they notified us on the radio. >> Okay. >> Out there. Just hopefully air can get up so they can track. >> All right. That's I appreciate you, man. Thank you. >> Yep. >> Bye. >> Oh, the camera. No, he's down there. >> He's way down there. >> Way down where? >> Like No, straight like where that semi truck was. I just seen his little figure. >> You know, at face value, it seems like this didn't have to be a big deal, but these guys escalated into something more. >> If they would if they would have just stopped and >> they'll just make it worse for themselves. >> Yeah. [clears throat] >> Play stupid games, you win stupid prizes. >> But despite their best efforts, Ashton continues to evade them at high speeds, and all of the deputies eventually lose sight of him. >> He might turn on airport road everyone. So if you fly towards airport and pioneer and towards farms might be able to intercept them. >> But the units are not about to give up and soon a Valuia County Sheriff's officer helicopter air1 locates Ashton on I4 driving recklessly and running multiple red lights. >> Should have a GoPro on his head and the bike is a like concrete gray flat. >> Yeah, GoPro on the head. Looks like he's got some red writing on the back of that uh hoodie. Red wheels. >> Where you at now, >> uh, past? Let's see. We're passing the runway coming up on Riddle. >> That is running the red light through ISB. >> Okay. Candace coaches says, "So, basically, they just get to monitor their movements and wait for them to stop stop it or wrap wrap their ish because they can't pit them without serious injuries." That made sense to me. I'm glad. Okay. Okay. Because Yeah. It would be more on them than the person that actually started the trouble if they pit a motorcycle. I would think um there was something else. Air cops have to abide air traffic laws. Those are federal laws. Okay. >> Oh, I know. The other thing I was going to say, Candace, your comment makes sense because when I skip through, as I tend to do on some of these, um they didn't get him to nighttime. So I'm like, "Okay, were they just trailing him this whole time?" >> Ocean 30's got eyes on him. >> Still westbound. >> Okay, he's at ISB. Yeah, he's running the red light through ISB. He's going to be westbound ISB. Westbound Hagen Terrace. He's uh going between vehicles, running red lights. >> As most responding deputies lose sight of Ashton, Air1 continues to track his every move, guiding units on the ground to his location. But even with constant eyes on him, deputies know the only way to catch him is if he stops somewhere. A possibility that for now seems almost non-existent. >> Well, Air1's got him. So, damn. I thought we were going to get to come around and and He's about half mile from William, please. I'm sorry. >> He's right at Williamson now. Williamson ISP still westbound. >> Yep. Keep eyes there. He's going to run out of gas at some point. The speeds he's been running, he didn't get fuel. So, he's going to stop somewhere. >> Doing about one. >> Okay. Cuz I was wondering if he got gas at Bies. So, I'm glad they said something cuz I was like they could they he's going to need gas. I was like, dang, he did stop at Bies though. So, okay. When hopefully when they are char when they charge him, they charge the cost of all these units in time for all the stupidness. Yeah, that would be good. Did he get gas at Bies though? Cuz they said he didn't get a chance or something. The audio just said Air1 just said >> 30 and uh he's pulling away from us. >> Yeah, just do your best one. He's probably going to get off somewhere and try to get gas. He's hoping if he gets far enough we nobody will know where he's at. >> Yeah. Yeah. Well, the camera reaches a lot farther, so we're we're doing our best here. >> God damn. Every light. >> Can I go over the seminal line just in case he bails over there? >> Okay, he's turning westbound walnut crest run. >> By this point, Ashton has already entered Semino County and authorities in Valuja County alert Sanford police officers to be on the lookout with multiple units now joining the chase. They begin to close in waiting for Ash. >> And that makes me even more mad. You're already in danger of people on the highway, but now you actually riding through neighborhoods where kids are playing, people just trying to live their regular life. Normally, it's not too much traffic, so you're a little bit more relaxed around your home. Walkers, if you know, cuz there's not always a whole sidewalk through the whole neighborhood, and you just don't care. You just want to keep joy riding and put everybody's life at risk. Where did number two go? Did they get to or no? He probably didn't know if he had time or not. Yeah, he probably I'm glad I hope he didn't get any >> to stop, but he knows they're after him and still has one last trick up his sleeve. >> Yeah, he doesn't know what he's doing. He's in a He's making a U-turn. Pursuit is not authorized and neither stop. Negative. Not at this time. >> All right. He's driving into the woods. Uh Walnut Ridge Street, Willow Bay Ridge Street that way. Yeah, if you want to go ahead and get them up. >> Alert to air1. >> Alert. Go ahead. >> Yeah, we are going to a fire. We can head over there now. What was the last street you guys are at? >> 301 Willow Bay Ridge Street. He's in the woods right off the road. >> Yeah, bikes in the trees. I got the heat. >> Okay. Okay. About to say he already answered it though. I love um Ghost Recon. I was like, "Okay, it's not green, so it's not night vision." I was like, "Is that heat signal?" But he's already saying it. But yeah, I was like, "Okay, okay." I recognize what this looks like, though >> from the bike, but uh it's pretty thick. I haven't got anybody leave the bike yet. He might still be with it. >> All right, he's back out. Stand by. >> He might have dumped something off in the woods. Yeah, we'll come back there if we have to, but we're going to Wilson Bay Court now. North on Wilson Bay. He has no idea where he's going. >> As Semino Countyy's helicopters take over, tracking Ashton's movements. Sanford officers don't yet realize they're closer than ever to catching his ass as soon as he makes an unexpected stop. >> Visual on the bike. It's still eastbound 7 towards uh towards HCA at French. Just ran the light at French going westbound 46. All right, he's at 7-Eleven. He's probably out of gas. All right, black hoodie getting back on the bike. Tan pants, black helmet, white bike, whitish gray bike. Coming back out. He's in the left turn lane. 600 and French or sorry French making a left on first. >> All right. 1933 98 191. >> All right. Somebody just tried to step out with him. He stopped at second and Oak. >> Get off the bike. Get off the bike. Turn off the bike and get off the bike. Turn off the bike. >> How they finally stop him? What happened? Do we skip or is it just That's just what Okay. 7:59 p.m. Let me see when the body cam says Okay, I'm going back just a little bit. See what they say. >> And French or sorry, French making a left on first. >> All right. 1933 91. >> All right. Somebody just tried to step out with him. He stopped at second in Oak. >> Get off the bike. Get off the bike. Turn off the bike and get off the bike. Turn off the bike and get off the bike. >> Get off the bike. cooperating. Adjust the kid. >> Two units making contact. One at gunpoint. >> Get off the bike. >> Unless they can. I GIVE UP. >> I give up. >> Down. >> Try. That cop wanted his moment. I'm not I'm not even mad at him, but you just got to execute the move if you going to do it. Look at how this cop tried to drag him over the bike or he like did a little um what do you call that? I don't y'all. Sorry. I don't know these words. But he did like a little how you hop a fence, but he did it over with a bike. It was a great stunt. Just have to execute it all the way. Now I'm cooperating. Pissed me off. I'm just a kid. Pissed me off. You are 18 and older. You are 19 looking like you going on 99. You are not a kid. So sorry. You're making some decisions. Well, nope. Nope. Nope. But okay. Look at this cop again. Go over this motorcycle. I see what he was trying to do. It just didn't quite make it. All right. Here we go. operating. I'm just a kid. >> Two units making contact. One at gun point. >> Get off the bike. >> Just a kid. I GIVE UP. >> I give up. >> I give up. I'm just the kid. >> You messed up, bro. >> I'm just a kid. >> You messed up. >> I'm just a kid. >> Doesn't matter, bro. >> You're playing big boy games. >> Playing stupid games, man. >> You're done, bro. >> No, bro. You're going to run and put drags your wrist. >> You're going to call your mom. >> No, we ain't doing none of that. >> That's cute. >> That's cute. >> Will run. Look at that. >> Look at that. Which is what I'm going to say about that. We'll get caught. >> You got a GoPro. We're going to take that as evidence. >> Alert. They got one secure. >> Stand them up. Come on. Sorry. Put your legs in. >> Was that fun? >> No, not really. >> Just a kid. >> I'm just a kid. I'm just a kid. >> Get your life. You almost got hit several times. >> Now you make everything worse. Now you're going to jail on multiple counties, multiple felonies. >> Now you're getting potted. You're going to jail. Multiple felonies. >> Thank god you were still saying you're not there. >> No, it's kind of like you wave a cop and just be like gas. >> Oh, we should have done that. That would have been a good idea. >> Would you run out of gas? >> Yeah, I was trying to wave to that cop like hey >> what about when you were in Orman Beach? Were you trying to get up then? Were you running past all the units? What's your buddy that you're running with? >> Which one? When you left Bucky. >> Automatic suspension. >> Yes, sir. Same address. >> But your mom seen this bike before? >> What' she say about the tag? >> What was that? >> What' she say about the tag? >> I don't know if he's ever seen it or not. >> That's a thousand pocket. >> Yeah, he's recording. >> Yeah, I took it off. So he submit it for evidence. >> He knew he was when he looked up and started out. >> Yeah. >> What was your game plan, dude? >> Not the roof. I just didn't know what to do. >> I told you before we kill someone. That's what you did. >> That's not going to help cuz you stated your intent on your GoPro. So they have possession of your GoPro. So guess what your defense attorney can't say? Well, it wasn't like he intended to blank. No, no, no. Because you already said, you already told your little buddies, "Yeah, I want to keep going or I'm I'mma do this. I'mma do this. I just want to ride." Blah, blah, blah. >> Here you go. I didn't know what to do. >> Or yourself inside of me. >> Yeah. >> Your eyes probably got about that big too when you went through that stop sign. collect call from Johnny. >> You're an adult for you guys? >> No, man. You're fine. The hard part's done. >> With Ashton finally in custody, he tries to convince officers that none of his actions were intentional. But they aren't buying it. And by the time his mother arrives, all Ashton can think about is his future and getting out on bail the same night. I just got off work before going out for my bike and I did concrete restoration on B side. >> Oh yeah, >> man. You're a hardworking kid. What What is it with you guys running all the time? >> I didn't want to. >> Why do you think it's cool? You obviously >> I got to be honest with you, dude. You know what happens when you guys pull over? I go, "Thank you for pulling over. Here's your warning." >> Bingo. >> That's what I usually do. But you guys, what you did? Oh, yeah. We don't There's no uh nothing nice to say about that, man. How do I help you guys? >> Um, Ashton the >> fleer. >> Yeah. >> Family members. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I guess we just want to know what's going on. >> Can I? >> Yeah. Like >> how old is he? >> 19. >> 19. All right. What do you want to know? >> What's happening? >> Well, I guess he he ran from Flaggler, then he ran from the Lucia County Sheriff's Office, then he ran from Seminal, then he ran from Sanford PD. So, he's got multiple fleeing looting charges. >> Okay. So multiple felonies. So he's going to be booked at Johnny Pulk and he'll have a bond and stuff like that. But probably not cuz he'll have a bond for us, then he'll get extradited to Valia. Then he'll probably get extradited to Flagler County, right? >> Okay. >> Um and for the for the bike, can I just stay with the bike? >> The bike's been towed. >> Okay. Um do you know where it's being towed? >> Uh I don't have that information, but I can get that for you. >> It has to be towed? >> Yes, ma'am. >> It was used in a commission felony. Yeah. >> Well, I mean, did he know he was >> I guess he knew cuz he had he's got real run on the back of his license plate. He >> That was a joke for bike. >> Yeah, I got it. But >> Haha. So, >> but I mean like But was he like aware or did you guys like corner? >> He was well aware. >> Was he aware that he had reached GTA level six and it was cops and helicopters chasing him? Was he aware? I know you already warned me. Um, Ace Moonshot that that the mom was going to make everybody mad. But this is this is so stupid. Was he aware? Listen to his GoPro, mom. They'll play it in court for you. Don't even worry about it. You'll know exactly what mental state he was in. Hey, academic tryh hard. Did you see the dirt bike chase in Los Angeles last year involving more than 100 bikes and ATVs? I did not see this. Mostly unrelated. I have really started watching a lot of motocross videos again. Those stunts, I don't know how these parents survived their kids doing this, but I love watching it. Yeah, mommy is an enabler for sure. Mom explains it all. They even stopped to get gas a couple of times. They ended up getting away. It must maybe it was just too overwhelming for them. That's crazy. It was a joke for bike week >> cuz I mean when he's riding and he has his helmet, I know he doesn't >> that that's no excuse. He was well aware that we were behind them. >> Where where are you taking him right now? >> Uh it's at Johnny Pulk. It's uh 100 I think it's 225 ER way correctional fields facility in the city of Sanford. >> Johnny Pulk. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. And then what what happens from there? Like what do I need to do? >> Uh like I said, I believe that he'll he'll have a bond for uh Sanford, but then um Se has charges on them and BlueA also has charges on them. So, I'm pretty sure he'll have to there will be a hold in place. So, you can pay the bond for us, but then >> he'll also have the bond for Seminal and he'll also have the bond for Lucia as well. >> What? >> Um, I think I think she's talking to dad because we thought we can get your bike and have dad's motorcycle license. So, he can get it, >> but they they won't let us take it. Like Daisy said she'll stay with it while I go get dad, but they said that they have to have it. So, we have to like get it out. >> A lot of this going on right now. >> I think I have I think I have >> They better take that bite. Commission of a crime. Okay. Wherever TRL said, "Well, mom's clearly a problem, too. Way to mess up your life before it started. My mom would have been so pissed. I would have never done this out of fear of my parents. Even now at my big age, there's no way I would do this now. Also, Forever TRL, let my dad hear about something like that. No. Nope. Nope. Nope. You want to kill me? Let my dad tell me he's disappointed in me. >> Have your boss's phone number in my phone. Right. >> Said I can potentially get bailed out tonight. >> Tonight? >> Oh, okay. Then I'll just stay. We'll go there. But that bond is worth it. >> I'm pretty sure that you're gonna have a hold for Valuchia County as well. So, but we'll we'll see what's going to happen. >> I did. >> Your son committed multiple felonies. This is not which I still think it should be a little harsher, but this is not a DUI pickup. This is not a disturbing the peace pickup. Baby, your your son got a lot he about to have to deal with and you going to pay for, I'm sure, because what does he have? Yeah. But he he's he he collected uh f felonies like Pokemon cards. So you got a lot of admin to go through. My mom would have left me in jail. My dad too. Well, Lovable and I talked about this. My dad talks noise about he would leave me in jail, but I feel like he's saying that so I don't try him, but I think he'd come get me from jail. I never called my parents at any age. It'd be a waste of time anyway. Immediately. Aku, take me out. There's nothing else left for me in this world if my dad says he's disappointed. Forever Ti said, "Yep, exactly. That would break me." Even thinking about my dad being disappointed in me makes me want to cry. Girl, he said that one time to me my senior year and it was totally my fault. I did I was egregious with what I did and I didn't need to hear it. Not never again. My parents had no idea ever about my debauchery. You were good, Akudo. I believe parent Yes. Pokemon cards. I believe parents get tried for the delinquency of minors in California. A lot of states do, but he's not a minor. Academic tryh hard. He is 19 years old. So, she's just going to be paying because she's enabling him, but not because she's in trouble for it. He's not even He's not a minor. I'll just stay. I'll just stay. >> Baby, I know you can barely hear me right now, but just know I love you a lot and I'll see you here soon. >> Love you, too. Just be safe. >> I will. Please wait for me. >> I will [music] do now is you have charges here because you entered our county and you have charges out of Valuchia because it started in their county. >> Okay. >> So, it's pretty much you have double the charges and their county has their own process. Our county has its own process. Are you like going to school for anything? >> I was about to go to school. >> For what? >> Either firefighter or line or >> you going to be a firefighter or what? Nope. Nope. You better open your own construction business, which is actually they make a lot of money if you do do that. So, I ain't down in construction or nothing like that. But you not going to be nothing that requires background checks. No, you shall not. You are a felon. You're a felon, sir. I got to go back see what he said though. He think you want to be a firefighter or something else. >> Okay. >> So, it's pretty much you have double the charges and their county has their own process. Our county has its own process. >> Are you like going to school for anything? >> I was having a school >> for what? >> Any firefighter or one? >> We were we've been going and looking at and talking to a counselor at like the Daytona State College. They have different programs. >> Yeah. I don't know how firefighters going to go cuz the thing about firefighter like first responder jobs, they want to see your history and the time in between. So, I would say it would probably take at least like 5 years or so before they feel like you're you've changed like your past. >> Are you the officer that I put my hands up to that I give up? >> Yeah. Well, first you were asking me what happens if I give up and you started kind of circling me. >> I didn't really want to fully stop yet. I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to get tackled down to the ground. >> Yeah. Well, you still got tackled down to the ground. So, >> I don't know why. >> Well, it's cuz the motorcycle That's why I was like, "Turn off the bike." The motorcycle was still on. You still had full capability to try to drive away. >> You'll be surprised if they >> Yeah. Yesterday we had a guy in a stolen car that I tried to stop and he sped through downtown. >> I circled around this guy. I'm like, I'm giving up. I don't know what to do. Scared. >> Yeah. And you had multiple chances to stop because we're like all in different corners and you passed all of us going at high rate of speed. >> I don't want to be back here. I don't want to be a bad kid and ruin my future. >> Yeah. The thing about this also is it's never a good idea to run because we have incar video, helicopter video. So it's one of those things where there's so much evidence that you were clearly running. That's like the best option was to just stop in the first place. >> Ashton can regret his actions all he wants, but once the Valuia County sergeant arrives on the scene, he has questions of his own, and he's not going to go easy on him. >> Remember me? >> First off, what's your name, man? >> My name is Max. >> Hey, so I'm the guy that tried to grab you tonight. >> Okay. >> And you took off from me. >> Okay. >> Why'd you run, man? >> I was scared when you hopped down and tried grabbing me. >> You saw me though. Nobody tried grabbing you. That's after multiple counties you were chased over. Okay, whatever. Whatever. Yeah, he's getting on my nerves saying, "Kid, I'm a kid. I I'll make better choices." It's realistically It's never too late, but it's late enough where you going to think it's forever before you can get something together. You He knew what he was doing. He didn't want the consequences. He wanted the adrenaline. Didn't think about what happens once you actually get caught. No. I have no You are 19 years. I have no sympathy. I'm telling you, I don't. I'm scared to watch body cams of minors that commit crimes cuz I I don't have a lot of sympathy there either, depending on the crime. Take that right now. I don't I don't. So, I'm like, uhoh. I'm going to be probably coldarted. [laughter] No firefighting. Omar, he be the first to leave y'all. He run. He would leave the team. Omar, you gotta look at the whole picture. He wouldn't stay for the danger. He be out. You be looking for him in the house. You can't find your partner. He out. Let's see. Excuse for everything. Always someone else's fault. He was cackling. Exactly. Thank you. Do hit [laughter] >> in a complete uniform, big star on my chest. Y'all knew I was a cop because y'all saw me at Beville Road and were pointing me out. >> Yeah. >> Why? >> So, we were trying to be all fine and drive legally and then you hopped out trying to grab me and then I got scared and didn't know what to do. >> Okay. >> You got scared as you were driving legally. >> This is the second time you've run though in the past week. You ran from a another deputy about a week ago during bike week. Remember that one? >> Yeah. Stop. Listen, man. They got it all on camera. All right. >> But >> you you ran last week from a deputy on that bike with the tag will run cuz he ran that tag before he even tried to stop you and then you took off from him. I think it was over the Dunlton Bridge. Remember that? >> I'm not too sure on that. >> You got all kinds of problems, man. How old are you? >> I'm 19. >> Don't worry about it. We got Air1's footage. We got the police vehicles footage. We have Thank you. Thank you so much. We have your footage. You don't have to remember a thing. The camera will tell it all for you. >> Sir, >> you're 19 and and in in a matter of an hour, you've chocked up five felony charges in Valuchia County and a couple over here in Semino County. I mean, who was the guy that was with you? >> I don't know his name. >> Where did you meet him at? >> At the gas station. is driving around. >> Which guy do you think I'm talking about? >> Both got black bikes, so I'm not too sure. >> Okay. Listen, you're in a you're in a position to help yourself right now, but lying about who the other guy is isn't going to help you out of this. >> Oh, I know. >> Okay. So, helping yourself right now is being 100% honest and not bull me. >> And I am. I'm being honest. >> So, the guy with the girl on the back of the bike, where did you meet? I don't think he realizes he's pending felony charges. He's still in the mindset of I'm not a bad kid, guys. You know, he thinking he going to get the ticket like the Willie dude. No. Mm- not happening for you. >> Meet him at >> at a gas station. >> Okay. How about the other guy the on the other black crotch rocket? >> Also at a gas station. >> What gas station? >> Not can't remember anymore. >> You have no idea what gas station you were at. No, >> I've been through a lot of gas stations. So >> you where'd you start your night out at? Where do you live? >> My house. >> Where's that >> Avenue? >> Where'd you go after that? >> And we went to Waw Wa. >> Which Waw Wa? >> The one in New Simra. And that's where we all met. >> So that's the gas station you met this guy at? The Waw Wa on 44? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. And >> I just seen them all there and they were like just started riding from there. >> And which way did you go from there? To be honest, I can't remember. >> Okay. So, let me ask this question. When you were so scared that you took off from me, why'd you come back and start doing circles in the intersection taunting us? >> Because the person I was with told me like, "Go back. Let's see if we can help the other buddy out and try it." I was like, "Okay, my >> So, this guy you don't even know. You're so scared. This guy that you don't even know tells you, hey, let's go back here and taunt the cops. See if this other guy can get free." and you decide to go along with that idea. >> Yeah. I was >> See, that's where I'm going to call [ __ ] >> I wasn't thinking right, sir. >> That's where I'm going to call [ __ ] And I I think you know exactly who this other dude is that's telling you how to go up here and the cops. >> I don't officer. I just didn't know what to do. I'm a kid riding with a couple bikers just having fun and just >> you're a kid that's going to jail. >> Who are these uh ladies that are here with you? >> My mom and sister. >> How did they know to come over here? Uh, they probably tracked me on my phone wondering why I'm over here. >> When we got to ISB, I got out of my truck to try and stop him and he fled. I was able to snag one of the guys though that was with him that was also doing a wheelie. So, while I was writing him a ticket, your son and another motorcyclist that was with him decided to ride back from wherever they had fled to into the intersection of Williamson and International Speedway Boulevard, doing circles in the intersection, taunting us to come chase them. >> Okay. >> He then fled again. >> It just doesn't sound like him, but I mean, >> it's all on video. >> Okay. Then when another deputy tried to stop him because they located him at Bies in the parking lot, he fled from that lieutenant and eventually the helicopter got on top of him and he decided to drive over I4 at over 130 mph >> blowing through red lights. >> Blowing through red lights in and out of traffic. Um and lo and behold, he ends up over here where >> I4 >> I4 he >> but there's not red lights on you're just staying there. >> He's running red lights all night. >> So basically he fl you know where the speedway is? Yes. >> Once he got to the speedway, he just started gunning it and he was blowing through all the red lights and once he got, you know, if you take speedway towards this direction, it merges on to I4. Then he got on I4 and he did basically what the max speed of the bike was because he was out running our helicopters. But they got elevation. So they were able to keep everything in video and keep a surprise of where he was at. So that's the deal. >> Yeah. So he gets over here and I guess at some point they get him pinned in and he's now riding circles around the officers over here like a smartass. >> Okay. But do you do you think he was just scared and trying to just >> No, I think he's home because I don't >> No, I think he's stupid live here. You know, he doesn't >> I love this officer as well. Lovable. Tell her he's stupid. Exactly. Yes. I like him. Just tell her. And hopefully he says, "And you're stupid for defending this." I Please, icing on the cake on that one. [laughter] >> Come back and do wheelies. >> He's fleeing the police. You're trying to make excuses for him. He's being stupid tonight. He's lucky he didn't kill himself or somebody else. >> I agree with that. If this is what happened, I I agree. >> If this is what it's all on video, >> I don't I don't believe necessary. >> He's been videoing it with his damn GoPros. >> Been going around. I I believe that he was probably scared and just wanted to >> So, he was so scared that he decided to do circles in the middle of International Speedway Boulevard taunting us to come chase him. >> Question, ma'am. Why do you think he has a tag on his vehicle that says will run? >> Because it was a joke. >> Okay. And you you've been a driver and a motorist for quite some time, right? You know, you're not supposed to have any other tag other than what's registered on your vehicle. This isn't a joke. And I will tell you for people like him, it's a culture. This is what they do. They post on YouTube of running from the car. >> Hey, where did that uh tag on your bike come from? >> That tag? I ordered it. >> You ordered it? Where did you order it from? Amazon. >> Amazon. And then you put the will run on it. It comes with the like little letters you put on it. >> It just comes like it. >> Comes like that. Where's your regular tag? >> Probably at my house. >> So why do you have that tag on there, not your regular tag? >> Do you Do you think that's kind of funny that you put a tag on your bike that says we'll run and then you run from the police? >> I just seen a clip on Instagram that had the same thing, so I thought it would be funny. >> I see that. So let me ask this question. So, all those GoPros that you have on on you that we're going to get a search warrant for and go through all the video on them, how many times have you run from the police on those videos? >> Probably none. >> None. You're sure about that? Cuz y >> I didn't even think about them searching previous history on the GoPro. I was thinking about this instance. I Now, when y'all see what he was sentenced to, I think we're going to lose some of our glow. But, you know, it is what it is on that part. But, I didn't even think about them looking into the past. I know for a fact you ran a week ago from one of our other deputies. >> That bike with you on it. >> There should be note on there. >> Okay. >> Tonight be the only night that be like that. >> Okay. >> Given that Ashton committed the crimes across Valuia and Seminal counties. [music] He was charged with felony fleeing attempting to elude times 5. Attempting fleeing eluding at high speed times two. Over-the-line fleeing attempting to elude x times three. Possession of a counterfeited license plate. Over-the-line possession of counterfeit license plate. Counterfeit motor vehicle registration. Misdemeanor resisting [music] obstructing an officer. Reckless driving and altering license plate validation sticker. His total bond for both cases was set at $199,150. Eventually, he was found guilty of four counts of fleeing attempting to elude and counterfeit motor vehicle registration. The remaining charges were dismissed. Ultimately, he [music] was sentenced to 6 months in jail, 48 months probation, two years driver's license revocation, and community service. Oh, thank y'all for telling me I'm muted. I I said Ace Ace Moonshot was I agree with him that he meant y'all shouldn't see it cuz I've already cleared it. It's already somewhere else. And then I don't know what I said after that. Oh, I said, yeah, it's yay for the conviction, boo for the tomato tomato sentencing part of it. Since he was convicted, I don't know if we really have to go through what they have to prove. They dropped the charges, kept some, and already said his sentencing, so we can go to the next incident, but we did have to see everything that he did, though. I should be good now, right? Can y'all hear me again? Can y'all hear me now? I'll make sure before we go to the next incident. I just need one confirmation that y'all can hear me. Yep. Slap on the wrist. Okay. Thank you, Audo. I'm glad he had to serve some time. Hey, it's 1111. Yep. Something. It It was something, Daisy. All right. Next incident we're about to look at, how a speeding ticket turned into 17 felony charges. This is in Illinois. Weak sauce for sure. Um, the defense Oh, sorry. What the defense will can or may challenge with these charges for evidence found during vehicle search. If the driver refused consent to search, did the offer did the officer have a lawful basis to search the vehicle anyway or could the drugs and firearm potentially be excluded from evidence? Challenge number two for possession of drugs and firearm. Did the state establish that the defendant knew the drugs and firearm were in the vehicle and exercise control over them or could they have belonged to someone else as he claimed? So that's that's possible defenses. I'm not saying that's what they would say. This is just speculation because um y'all said y'all like that kind of stuff and it's good. You know, it's it makes my brain work for me. So, I like it too. Okay. Thank you for the jewels, Professor Purple Queen. Little heart. I like it. I like it. And then forever TRL, thank you for the jewels as well. Appreciate y'all. Okay, so let's go ahead and see. I I ain't going to lie, I laughed. I did laugh. Okay, here we go. On August 4th, 2025, officers stopped a speeding vehicle, unaware it would soon lead to 10 felony charges. >> What's up, man? >> Man, I'm really trying to >> Where you headed to? Home. >> Home. Where you stay at? >> You going to stay out of Chicago, you sir? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Uh here, do me a favor. Come out with me. You can piss on the side of the road here. What? >> Yeah, go ahead. Push it. >> Yeah, you can piss next to my car. So, you're >> If you all of a sudden have to pee because you got pulled over, you're either nervous or trying to hide something or both. And also little bit of room for they just so happen to get you when you really were trying to find a place to stop and pee, but most of the time it's like that bladder start working overtime when you get pulled over. Hey, thank you. Thank you for the super chat. I'm just a kid [laughter] >> on camera. >> That roll up. Oh, >> here. I'll take that. Actually, I'll give this back to you. >> You got no weapons, nothing on you, do you? >> Hold up. >> Okay. You can Yeah. So, piss at my back door, but don't don't open it cuz I have a dog. >> Or if you want to piss in the woods here. Whatever. Whatever you want. >> If you want to piss Yeah. Piss over there. When you're done, come up to my window. >> Yeah, I'm going home, man. It's my birthday. >> You're better? >> When's your birthday? >> August the I wasn't speaking, man. You know that, right? 65, right? >> This is what I like to call trying to charm the cop. Let me be talkative. Let me get my little demeanor on and distract distract so you don't ask me nothing else. Get on my way. Maybe leave with a warning at most. Maybe don't even run anything, you know? Just a guy doing a little little too much on the road, but not too crazy. Let me go. Haha. He he. Thank you, officer. >> I thought >> you weren't doing 65. Either way, you're not going to get any tickets. >> Oh, I was going to say I didn't know. >> You I mean, you were you were cooking and then I got behind you, which is when you moved over >> cuz I thought you was um going to turn your lights on to get the guy in front of me. That's what I actually thought. >> Yeah. I got >> But I had the piss though, too. So, I was kind of like, man, if I pull over, I can't piss in front of the cop. >> Where'd you say you're coming from, man? >> I'm coming from uh 13 >> East. >> What? Uh, you took you out there? >> Yeah, I was working for the pub, the Irish Pub Fest. >> Oh, you were working out there? >> Yeah. I just did a venue with, you know, my my auntie works there, so I sell water for her. >> Okay. >> So, I make a lot of like I might make like $400 a day. Okay. >> And it's my birthday. Hey, I need this money, man. >> I was going to say 400 bucks a day is pretty good. It's more than I made. >> So, you going to give me a ticket for speed? >> No, you ain't getting no tickets. >> Hey, bro. You got anything illegal in the vehicle? >> No, I don't. >> No, no weed. >> I don't smoke, bro. I can lose my job. >> Any uh cocaine? >> Oh, man. >> Heroin, >> man. I'm 53 [laughter] years old. I wonder is this a standard question or you know the irony of what he is gonna find gets me but I'm like do is this something y'all just normally ask like what they're in Illinois are they was he crossing state lines or something cuz if he crossing state lines I could see them asking that cuz you know that's how it be going to have a birthday man I don't want no trouble man >> I was asking can I search your car >> no man why I haven't done anything >> I'm just asking No, I haven't done it. >> He was just testing you. So, he'll look harder cuz he doesn't need permission. He's going to tell you why he doesn't need permission. But first, they ask you to see what you're going to say. >> Anything. I know my rights. I'm not denying you or anything, but no. >> All right. >> No, I do got a fifth over Remy that is not open. >> You got a what? A fifth. >> Remy is not >> oversharing. Um, you are denying him. If you say the answer is no, that is a denial. It's not that you have to say yes, but you are denying him. Not for nothing, but this is not an accurate depiction of a le Oh, at all. I I just missed him before he could finish. We don't claim this. >> Not open. >> Okay. >> So, no, it's my birthday. I got clothes everywhere. All type of [ __ ] Okay. >> I got some water I stole from my job. So, no, you can't. >> I feel like even that saying he stole water from his job was like, see, I'll say it. I'll tell you everything cuz I don't have anything to hide. I'll even tell you I stole from my job. No sir, it's not going to work though. >> Search my car. Sorry. >> All right. >> I don't have anything illegal, though. >> Okay. >> But thanks for asking. >> And push the camera over. I don't have anything illegal, but I said no. He can't search the car because I said no cuz I don't want my rights violated. I've been to prison and all that [ __ ] I know what to do already. I don't want no smoke. >> What you went to prison for? >> Yeah, I went to prison for >> for robbery and [ __ ] >> Yeah. With a gun or what? >> No. Uh, actually I was the driver. >> How long did you do? >> Uh, 7 years. Three and a half. >> Where at? Doc or? >> Yeah. How you know? >> No, I'm just asking cuz you're familiar. >> You showed up, didn't you? >> I'm I'm doing your warning. >> Oh, get your nasty hands off the laptop cuz I'm with Jacqueline. Um, not not to bring out the dog part, but his hands are dirty. Like he just went to go use the restroom. Stop touching stuff. Stop reaching in the car. >> What else you been arrested for? >> Man, I've been arrested for like when? Like, what do you >> I don't know. You've been arrested for other stuff, Joe? >> Yeah. >> You did seven years for robbery. >> I did uh attempted arm robbery. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Then I did uh I had a cocaine possession in like 92. >> Uhhuh. >> Yeah. I'm not I'm not I'm grown now, bro. I ain't no kid no more. I don't do that [ __ ] >> You used to be a You used to hang out with me, >> man. [laughter] Why you cussing me about my kids? >> I used to have the tattoo, man. >> I'm not doing that [ __ ] >> I'm 53, man. I'm old as hell, man. I ain't got time for that [ __ ] >> All right, bro. >> Can I run my dog around your car? >> No. >> I haven't done anything, bro. Can you leave me alone? I'm going home. >> Oh, that's another one. He probably don't He don't need permission. If they have the open air sniff thing, he don't need your permission that he just want to see how jumpy this man is cuz you already gonna take the dog and run it around the car. You gonna do whatever you need to do because he gonna say what his probable cause is in a moment. Oh my god. He just trying to get you jumpy, sir. Thank you for the super chat, Kim J. I have a fifth of Remy though, he said. But it's not open. It's not open. [laughter] Thank you, Kim. >> I'm just asking [ __ ] >> So, here's the thing. I I think you're lying to me about not having >> what? >> Some I think you have some illegal on the car. >> Here, I'll give I'll give you what I got. >> What do you got? >> Next step to being super open to the police. No, I'll take it out for you. Don't even worry about it, sir. I got it. You don't There's no need for you to come in here and search. I'll give it to you. >> You go take a little you. >> Damn, man. >> I just don't >> I don't like people reaching in there without, you know what I mean? Without me seeing cuz you reach in there and grab a pistol. You know what I'm saying? >> Hell no. >> You know, I'm just I'm just saying. >> Damn, bro. You smell like weed. >> Nah, that had to be a car going bad. >> No, I don't smoke. >> I as soon as you open that thing, I smelled it. >> Weed. >> How you get laughed all the way into handcuffs? >> Weed? >> I don't smoke weed. That's [ __ ] >> I don't smoke none of that [ __ ] >> I don't do see that was the cop. >> For real. Be honest with me. You got something else in there? >> No, bro. Hey, please let me go and [ __ ] Please >> be honest with me. >> Damn, man. I just want you. >> You said this was new. You lied to me about this, too. >> No, I bought it yesterday, bro. I didn't I don't know what I'm drinking. I'm just drinking. >> I feel >> And his other move, I don't even know if he was speeding that much because the cop, like he said, he he wouldn't even worry about the speeding ticket. He was about to let him go. like he if he was clean, he had nothing else to do. You weren't getting a speeding ticket. So the the part that he did that definitely got him pulled over was when he s he was speeding. I think he slowed down when he saw the cop and then he also pulled over talking about I had to pee. If you want to give suspicious, pull over while the cop is behind you. >> Was it? I just need to be honest with you. >> I don't got nothing, bro. I'm going to search the car. >> For what? I haven't done anything. Well, when you open the door of that glove box, it smells like weed. No, it didn't. No, it didn't. I'm going to open the door for you right now. >> No, it's fine. >> It doesn't smell like weed. The car rolls bad. I'll do it for you. >> You don't smell no weed in there. You don't smell no weed in there. This is a new car and it's a non-smoking car. Why the would I smoke it? >> I'm just telling you when you opened it. >> I smelled it, too. I thought it was you, though. >> I thought I have >> I don't know. It's blowing in the air, but I already know what it was. It was a car wreck. >> All right. >> For sure. For sure. >> Um, >> yeah. I'll just cuz I don't want no trouble. >> I'm not going to ain't going to be in no trouble. >> Here. Just send my my bathroom. >> I don't want no trouble, bro. >> What you got in the car, bro? >> I don't got nothing in the car. >> Nothing. >> No. Can I [ __ ] please? >> You going to [ __ ] out here? >> I'm going to try to if you give me >> Now he got to do the other the other outlet. Oh, man. Man, he got the bubble guts for sure. He know what's about to be found in his car. Lord, he going back to jail. He got to [laughter] go. I got to play the song after this one. I forgot to play it after we finish with enabling mom and I'm just a kid. But yeah, you going to jail? [laughter] It must have been somebody else because it ain't me. Did he say it could have been the car behind him that smelled like weed on the open highway? It was the car behind him. The cops said he smelled it when I think he let his window down, like when he already had pulled him over. He drunk already. Need >> some tissue. I don't want to [ __ ] on myself. >> I got some. No. Here. Just sit in my car real quick. >> Bro, why you bing my right? >> I'm not. >> Can you get a white shirt out here or something? >> Yeah, I got someone coming. >> I ain't going to make You ain't going to make no [ __ ] out here. >> Do what you got to do, bro. >> What is happening? >> That's all I got. Boom. >> All right, have a seat here. >> Oh, he actually did it. Oh, no. You can't sit nowhere but wherever you got to sit to go to jail. You get no free seats after you just did what you did. No. No. That's the other distraction, too. No. Oh, God. Yep. Yep. He did it all, Kim. He got a squat. Fix it, Jesus. Oh yeah, the cars that see him doing it. Jacqueline. Yes, I'm I'm out. Professor Purple Queen. Oh, it is. That's why I say he got bubble guts, Akudo. That's That's guilt all day. I don't know. I feel like the cornrows after a certain age is diabolical. He telling on himself. It's disgusting. I didn't know he did that. I thought we stopped at he was nervous. He had to pee. Chris Hansen said, "Do not have a seat." Right. >> [clears throat] >> child. Maybe that I think there's beads on the end. So, I don't know. But he definitely he's giving me I try to act younger than I am. I'm >> Can't get you. >> Why you giving me a hard time though? Did I do something? >> No. No. You ain't do nothing. I don't think I've g I've been I have been respectful. I've been nice to you. You know what I mean? >> Why are you asking me? >> You can take that. >> Why you asking me? I will say this cop has been way more laidback than I expect to see from someone getting pulled over because he's been too shaky to me. Too jumpy to heading heading back too fast towards him talking about I'll get back in the car or I'll show you what's in the car. Then he's like he heads back this way. I'll show you blah blah blah. Like you moving too much. You're doing too much. You're making me nervous. And this cop he stayed pretty laidback. I have to give that to him cuz no. Mm- you too jumpy. >> Trucks the car. I told you not to smoke. >> No. >> You don't smell anything. >> Right. So here's the thing again. You liking me about that little fifth? You said it was brand new. I just have half gone. I >> I didn't know. I forgot. >> I don't know what else you lying to me, you know, about you >> about a pint of a drink. >> I'm just saying if you were honest with me about that. >> Oh [ __ ] >> You see what I'm saying? All that sudden extra stuff. [sighs] I'm glad the cop is calm cuz when they're scared, things happen. But there's no way. Um, he was be sitting in the back with that dog. Gwen, [laughter] my brother's 66 and still wearing bees on Oh. Oh, I ain't going to say nothing. >> It's in the back seat. >> What do you want? >> The fifth. I just remember >> the other one. All right. >> Hey, I gave you the wrong one. Bro, I don't lie. >> I just feel like you're lying to me about having something in your car. >> Why do you feel that way? What have I done? Cuz I'm black. >> No, that has nothing to do with it. I I have intolerance. Why are you speeding when you know you riding with a whole lot of something that will get you back in in jail? In prison. Not just jail. In prison. Why would you Why Why are you driving inebriated? Why are you speeding at all? You find a nice little um what do they call convoy and you get somewhere in the middle and you chill out. They asked to get caught at that point because again, how did he get noticed? Because of the way he was driving. time that that don't lie to me. >> It's my birthday and I got Look, this is the real thing. The real reason I got to be back at 12:00, bro. I don't got I need that money. It's like 11:00. >> You ain't got no dope in there. >> I don't Why YOU KEEP SPENDING DOPE, BRO? >> No guns. >> Why the would I have a gun? >> I don't know. >> Oh, you you I know. >> See, this totally totally could be stereotyping, but it's like I can't be mad because he does have that stuff in the car. So, I don't know. I don't know where the root of the questions are coming from for sure. I think again, maybe it's because it's on the highway. I don't know if they have issues with drugs and guns on their highway. I'm trying to give benefit of the doubt, but I'm like, but dang, he did have it though. >> I said you couldn't search my car. That's why you want to search. >> No, no, no, no. >> What's your problem? >> Once again, I just told you that open right there. When you open the door, it smell like weed. >> It didn't smell like weed. I did. I opened it twice, bro. >> Who said it? >> Come on, bro. I opened it twice, man. I don't want my car to get searched because I have [ __ ] in there that I don't want you to take. I got a straight razor that I shave with. But why would you want to search the car and I haven't done anything? It's No, you don't even have probable cause to search the car. You're trying to trip me up. So, you hot dog. You hot dogging me right now. Hot dog >> because you trying to ask me for to search the car for something. And I just told you I don't have anything. I gave you my driver's license. I gave you my information. I told you where I was coming from. I told you where I was going. I gave you the little sip of the half a pipe. So, what the have I did? I haven't violated any laws. >> I just got I just got one thing to say to you. >> What's that? >> Why would you Why would you do me on my birthday? It's my birthday. >> I'm on my way home. >> No, that's cool. >> That's the white shirt. >> No, I I'll get a white shirt out here if you want one. So, just stand by with him real quick. No, you can sit sitting there. I'm going to close the door and then uh let me see the key for that. No. >> Okay. >> Because I told you I haven't done anything. You You don't have any reason. You making me You making me feel like you're trying. Well, can I watch you search my car? >> Yeah. >> I don't want you to put anything in my car. >> Stay in there. >> Oh, >> you're going to stay in there. I'm going to search her real quick and uh we'll go from there. There's nothing in there. You'll be on your way. >> All right. Just don't lock the doors. Otherwise, you're going to start having problems. >> I didn't lock the door. >> I'm just saying cuz you didn't want to give me the key. I'm just saying. there. >> I haven't even done anything, bro. >> All right, what do you got in here? >> Ashley, that's what I'm saying. And wouldn't Sergeant Curtis say don't let them sit in the front, especially if you got that little laptop, cuz you don't know what information they might try to access. And didn't he say that? One of them says that. I feel like they said that before with that. You got to be real careful when you have that laptop in the vehicle. >> Right under the money. >> Looks like Oh, razor blade residue. >> Hey, that's my money from my job now. He's violating my law. I haven't done anything. They speeding ticket. >> You mean you think he's violating your rights, sir? Um, I think the money is the least of his worries about them holding his money. But again, I think he's just trying to distract them so they don't go deeper and deeper. But you're so suspicious. They're going to look hard. Hey, Zach. Hey, um, where was it? Naturally, be yourself. Uh, his nasty hands twice over, Gwen. I just thought about that. Yeah, they should have put him in another car. I was being funny though. I said put him in the back with that dog, but I was being funny. Don't do that, obviously. But yeah. No, but just he don't I don't know. I just don't think he should be by that laptop either. And I know he his backup just showed up, so maybe he did the best he could, but uh they just be talking about don't do that. So, I don't know >> or anything. I haven't did [ __ ] All I did was pulled over to let him go by. >> I haven't done anything else. He's going to find my drink on the floor. >> One more time. He's going to find that drink on the floor. >> Would you have some more, Remy? >> Yeah, but it was It's my birthday. [groaning] >> Oh, >> and I think those are baggies cuz now we started to blur out images. >> Oh, there it is. Stuffed in the shoe. Multiple baggies. >> Told you I didn't have anything. What? >> Bro, you know that's not my [ __ ] >> There's no way he thought he was really about to go. I told you I ain't have anything. You got You can stop it right now. >> You see who shoes those are? The name in the shoes and everything. Bro, >> you can keep hold on to that. >> Yeah, you do. >> Sir, can I ask you a question? >> What's up? Can you go to the car and see if you smell weed? >> I don't need to. That's his That's his deal. Right back here with you. >> He's lying on me. >> Oh, there's the dog. >> Loaded magazine. >> And he got the stuff in recent shopping bags. You don't say it's somebody else's car. You didn't know that's in your I bet it's I bet it's a receipt with a time and date stamp of 30 minutes ago with that with that gun and the chips in the bag cuz you're already going to make good decisions. Why would you start now? Yep. You're going to jail on your birthday. Zach said it's your birthday. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to cry if you want to. The evidence is overwhelming. One, talk too much to the police. Two, the beads. Three, the cornrow. for the white sneakers. One in the chamber. >> What's up, buddy? >> Huh? >> I'm going have a bond out. Can you grab my money and my green card? >> There's no bond in Illinois anymore. >> Well, can you still grab my money and everything, please? >> Yeah. Um, >> what' you find? You know what I call in the gym shoes? >> Huh? In those gym shoes, right? Hold on. >> Why you he telling more on himself? He could have You could have still at least pretended like you didn't know it was something in the shoes. You volunteered. You knew something was in the shoes. He got to go back. He I don't know how he's made it out this long. I don't know. Let me uh meet you, Miranda. >> Can I call Can I call him and tell him? Call who? The the person who shoes those is and let him know what the he just did. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Can I say something? >> Yeah. >> Is your camera on? >> Give him his phone so he can call himself and fuss about what was in them shoes cuz ain't nobody else to blame. Stop playing. >> Yep. >> You ain't had no reason to pull me over. I was not speeding or anything. You already told me that because I said you >> I Okay, I actually went back to play this part when he said that you did get pulled over for speeding. He was going to let you off and didn't care about the speeding. But I do think he was always always going to ask, "Do you mind if I search your car?" He's a K9 unit. He going to use that that dog if he need to. So, had they not smelled weed and something else, they would have been like, "Okay, well, let's just do the open air sniff and the dog's nose stronger going to pick something up anyway." You You was going to get stopped. But he did say you were speeding, but I'm not going to get you for the speeding. >> Couldn't search my car. You validate my >> Okay. >> Fifth Amendment, >> okay? >> And due process and search your car and you find something. Is that fair to the law to me because I told you you couldn't search my car? I have a right to tell you can't search my car. >> Okay. You can't search your But I said you couldn't search my car. You violated my right and search the car anyway. Why? I haven't done anything. >> That'll play out in court. >> No, but I Why though? Then take me away from my birthday. I got all type of >> You'll be out tomorrow morning. >> I got all type of But I still >> It's aing gun in there for real. >> So we got I'm just a kid and it's my birthday. How old are you? You can get in trouble on your birthday. What is that supposed to do for anybody? >> 100%. >> What the man? Tino your ass out. I'm snitching. I'm snitching. I am so telling on you, man. I knew I should have shook that car. >> The man was charged with armed habitual criminal, armed violence, unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, methamphetamine delivery, cocaine possession, methamphetamine possession, two counts of unlawful use or possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of a firearm without a valid ephoid, and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Officers recovered approximately 35 grams of crack cocaine and 85 grams of methamphetamine during the investigation and the firearm seized was later determined to be linked to a crime that occurred in Chicago in April 2025. Records also showed that he has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 1990. After further investigation, the case was expanded through indictment from an initial 10 felonies to a total of 17 felony charges. The case remains in the pre-trial stage with no please entered and the defendant is currently being held under a pre-trial detention order with no sentencing issued at this time. >> In case you forgot, the title was that a speeding ticket turned into 17 felonies. He ain't getting out. Ashley, that's where I feel, you know, he's not getting Oh, that that's coming. That's coming with the auntie. Okay, we're only going to go over the top three charges of what the prosecutors would generally have to prove. So, first charge was armed habitual criminal. He is a habitual criminal. That's a class 10 felony or do you I don't even know if you say class 10 or class X. I'm saying 10, but I don't know for sure if I'm saying it right. I'll have to look that up later. Prosecutors gener generally must prove the defendant knowingly received, sold, possessed, or transferred a firearm and before doing so had already been convicted at least twice of offenses specifically qualifying under this statute. Possible sentencing just for this one. Six to 30 years in prison. Probation and conditional discharge are not available for a class 10 felony. Next one. Armed violence. That is a class 10 felony. If committed with a firearm as a category one weapon, prosecutors generally must prove the defendant committed a qualifying Illinois felony and while committing that felony was armed with a dangerous weapon. I wonder what the Oh, the drugs probably. That's a felony right there. The amount of drugs he was like, what what was the felony part? Okay. Anyway, possible sentencing for that if based on a category one firearm. This is a class 10 felony carrying a minimum of 15 years in prison. And I have to see what a um CL category one firearm is. It was a We saw it was a pistol that uh the cop had on camera. I just want to see what does it say. Oh, that's okay. Yeah, it's ordinary handguns, rifles, and shotguns. So, yep. Up to 15 for that part. All right. Then the last highlighted charge will do, but although there's more. Um, unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Classification class 10 felony based on approximately 35 grams of cocaine. Prosecutors generally must prove the defendant knowingly possessed 15 grams or more, but less than 100 grams of a substance containing cocaine and intended to deliver the cocaine to another person. Oh yeah, cuz you have that much innocent baggies. I see how they could come to that conclusion. Possible sentencing for 15 grams or more, but less than 100 grams of cocaine, 6 to 30 years in prison, and a possible fine authorized under Illinois law. He going down, y'all. He is. [laughter] You might say he's s out of luck. That's a good one. A Yes. Did they investigate the person whose name he called out? I bet they did because the amount that he had on him and he's probably like I can tell you where there's even more. I bet I feel like they would investigate. I do. The way they were asking about drugs and guns, I feel like they have a problem there too. Like Ohio, I wonder if the inmates will give him his birthday, you got to go to timeout now. Zack all over that laptop. Yes. Janetta, just nasty hands. Zach is in timeout for sure. Oh my gosh. All right, let's play the song before we go to the This is the next and last one. I tried to pick longer ones for y'all. Hopefully, you could tell, but you can get your last votes in for guilty, not guilty, or not enough evidence for him. And I got to mute the sound on this so we don't get you a echo this time. Sorry about the echo last time. You can let me know if there's an echo because if I can control it, I will make sure to stop the echo. Where we at? Okay, here we go. The [music] homies going to jail tonight. The homies going [music] to jail. Said you're going to jail tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail [music] tonight. The homies going to jail. Said you're going to jail [music] tonight. I'm talking about the homie over there with no shirt. I go berserk. I had to put the homie [music] over there in the verse. He was all in the street, man. I'm keeping it clean. I'm pretty sure the homie was on that ths [music] on my team. I'm just living my dream, man. You know I got them hooked like my name is Karine. Freyle, man. [music] I'm going too hard, man. Shout a homie in the front of the car. Hey, bro. You going to jail? You going to jail tonight. [music] The homies going to jail? Said you're going to jail tonight. Yeah, the homies going to jail. Said you're going [music] to jail tonight. jail tonight. >> All right, for those who wish that the mom was arrested for that team motorcyclist, auntie will be arrested on this one when she show up. She sure will. Um, Ace Moonshaw said, "Felons can carry firearms, but only if they go through the restoration of constitutional rights process." Okay. Okay, that is cool because again, I don't think all felons should still be they can't do anything anymore when they get out because you really can, you know, be reformed. You probably could have done something to come out as a different person, better your life. I love that one company that uh two ex felons, they they hire only people that get out of jail to give them another start. So, yes, I agree with that. I'm not I don't debate that. What was the last video? What did we do? Okay, so the first one was we only done three. They were just longer. So, we did uh oh, a couple. The woman, she got she definitely made it worse and they got arrested for different reasons. Then we had the teen on the bike on the motorcycle. I mean, I'm just a kid. That's what we're going to call that one. And then we just watched this uh it's my birthday. He's the birthday. Yeah. So, we just watched him with the drugs. And then now we're going to aunt tries to play hero for her nephew and instantly regrets it. I got to watch this again with y'all because I don't know if she tried to play hero for him or she wanted her car and she did too much. I can't remember. So, we'll watch together on that because I don't really know if she really cared about him getting arrested. Okay. Professor Purple Queen, you too. You too. Okay, so we have think like a juror. So for possession of control substance because the the meth was found inside Vickiy's vehicle, Vickiy's the aunt. Can prosecutors prove Jeffree knew the drugs were there and possessed them or could they have belonged to someone else? Obstructing a law enforcement officer. Was Vicki willfully interfering with the officer's duties, or was she simply trying to get to or lean against her own vehicle during a heated confrontation? When y'all see that, that's a funny defense. Uh, possible defense for resisting arrest. Was Vicki intentionally trying to prevent the officers from arresting her, or were some of her movement attempts to reposition herself after she was already on the ground? Okay, let's go ahead and start watching. Oh, hold on. Let me turn the screen sound back on cuz I sure was about to play it with no sound. >> So, you have a couple warrants. What? Are you going to cooperate with us or get my Yeah. Let's go over here and talk. >> No, WE'RE GOING TO TALK right here. GET OUT OF MY WAY. GET OUT of my stuff. I'M A STRAIGHT UP A1 CITIZEN. >> ON DECEMBER 16TH, 2025, officers in Washington spot a man with active arrest warrants sitting in a Walmart parking lot. But just as police move to secure the suspect's vehicle, his aunt decides to take matters into her own hands. Here's what the officers did next. Okay. So, you have >> uh So, you have a couple warrants. >> Just when? >> Since last month. >> What? >> Yeah. >> So, are you going to cooperate with us or >> if you could get my ant out here? >> Well, >> we're going to destroy and kill my aunt. Get her out here, please. >> We're not going to do any of that. Okay. >> Please. Our car for one. >> Three. Sam. Three lobby. Can you go and confirm those warrants, please? covered. >> Huh? >> Please call my aunt. >> No. >> Why? >> I'm not the one dealing with you. My partner is. >> Will he please my aunt? >> All right, boss. Yeah. So, you have you have two warrants for possession of drugs. I've dealt with you, my man. Come on. Like, I'm not trying to give you hard time, but you've had those warrants for a little while. >> I'd like to know when I got these um warrants because I've been going to court in court. >> I told you like a month ago. I got to make >> let's say okay he has the two warrants for drugs right let's say he he's been doing what he's supposed to and just waiting on his court date and then you get found because of your outstanding warrants and then they search the car and they find more drugs that's hurting your previous case and your new cases. What What's going on here? This one got on my last nerves. He and his were complete a-holes when when they when she went to the ground though lovable. It's It soothed a little bit in me, though. That's what got me through this. >> Make sure they're still valid. >> You just want to keep your other hand where I can see it. >> Make sure they're still valid and just call in there and ask for my aunt to come out here cuz I got my dog in here and I don't want to just leave the car unlocked. And >> we'll we'll figure that out. Okay. But I'm not going to go in there and then until if the warrants are confirmed till you're detained. Okay. >> I just don't want any issues. >> Whoa. Whoa. Man, >> we're on a different call and you were just walking in the parking lot and you had warrants. >> Well, I walk in the parking lot. This lady that was in that car just hit my ass. >> And they said they've dealt with him before, right? Uh I think the officer said they dealt with him before. And he's a easily recognizable person. So, you maybe should stay home and not be out and about with warrants or if you still have ongoing criminal court cases cuz every time nobody knows there's a warrant out for them. I just went to court. I just went to court. It seemed like that don't matter. Every time I see this and someone's like, I just went to court. That warrant is still out apparently. Just stay until you finish. So, the reason he's about to go to jail is cuz they saw him. Only thing outstanding is me being an outstanding member of society. >> And car. Oh, how come he didn't tell us? Wave us down. >> Yo, you have these warrants for a little bit, man. That's And I just recognize you saw you. Are you still dealing drugs? Are you sure about that? Oh, cuz you're every time we've contacted you in the past, you have more dealers. Remember, have arrested you. I had the same thing >> on a motorcycle. Remember that? Copy. >> And you had drugs in your thing and some other stuff. >> Okay. So, they're going to take you out of Okay. So, you're Yeah. So, you're officially under arrest. I want you to step out and just cooperate with us, right? >> We'll figure out the car. >> We'll figure out the car. >> I'm I'm on my head out here first. >> No, I'm This is going to work. >> Not the way it works, man. Well, I got I got this car is unlocked and I don't want it to stay unlocked and I don't want my aunt my dog to be in here without without something. Hey, hear me out. Okay, we will make sure this car is secured. Okay, >> no. >> Okay, well, I don't care at this point. You don't have a choice. You are under arrest and if you don't cooperate with us, then you could get new charges if you're going to basically resist it. Okay. Right. >> I'm trying I'm trying to be reasonable with you. Okay. Do you have your aunt's phone number? >> Yes. >> Once you're in handcuffs, I can call your aunt. >> That's the normal procedure of things. You know how it goes. >> Just keep your hands where you can see. All right. >> No. Keep your head hands out of there. Okay. >> Can your handcuffs go in the back or No. >> No. Okay. Stand up then. I'll >> I'll work with you. All right. Is your man's car? >> Huh? >> Please shut my ass car. >> Why you Why are you so worried about the car? You're making me >> Because it's her car and it's just >> I know. I know. I know. I know. >> My works hard for all her [ __ ] >> Okay. Well, you're being overly >> Okay. You see how much he's he's very protective of the car for me. You're definitely giving me you know what's in that car right now. Uh but if he doesn't say it, it'll help his defense attorney. Then when the aunt comes out, tell me if she asks as much about him as she asks about that car. >> Concerned about it? >> Not really. She let me She She don't like her car left being unlocked. She don't like freaking >> Okay. Well, um you got anything under your belly >> in your waistband? >> How am I going to check that? I don't want to like >> Okay. Do you ever store anything under there? >> Yeah. My fat. >> Oh, I'm saying like anything else. I don't want to reach under there. Okay. You doing anything on you? >> No. All right. All right. >> I'm a short fat guy. I just trying to get trying to straighten up. All right. Straighten up, right? Take care of shut the door. Shut the door. >> Yeah. Well, here in a second. >> Yeah. We're going to go to the back. >> Let's open the back now. >> I'm going to hand out a blanket of chairs. I can't even keep up. You getting a chair. You're getting chairs. Not you naturally BS, but your your counterparts are getting chairs. Y'all are in timeout. My joy, my peace. Thank you for gifting a trendy membership. Let me see who it went to. Oh, it went to Living Life every day. Congratulations, Living Life. And I got some stuff I need to edit a video. I recorded yesterday cuz I was like, just just talk yap and break, you know, I'll break up all my little pauses and all that stuff. Edit those out. But congratulations. Oh my gosh. You'll get to hear about why I had to ghost my dentist, too. I got to record that first, though. But I got one about um the schools I'm choosing to apply to. That that's the one I'm editing. But doesn't his having outstanding warning give probable cause? That might be enough. That could be enough. Ace Moonshot. And it was for drugs specifically. Not even just the warrant, but what the warrant was for. It could be. That was hilarious when he lean. Oh my god. For I'm not about to do this with y'all. [laughter] Yes. Yes. Shout out to my joy, my peace. Okay. Um, y'all, I'm trying to get the Oh my god, y'all killing me. He didn't He honestly I just think he didn't want to get out either. Leia's grandma. I was thinking that, too. Like, it's just a big inconvenience right now. >> No, we're not. Okay. >> Yeah. Go in the car. Shut the door. No, we're not. >> Shut the door. >> Let's go. >> Will you please shut my ass in the car? >> You will. >> Okay. >> Do you want to sound more suspicious? and you already have warrants for drug charges and you want to keep harping on shut the car, shut the car. Ain't nothing about to happen to this car, but you don't want them going in the car. And it's very obvious. They already said you're a frequent flyer. It's too late for you. You should give the officer a timeout also. He asked Oh, he he asked him what was under his belly. I thought y'all were just saying in the comments. Oh yeah, he got to get a timeout chair. Time out for the officer, too. Lovable. How will he Oh, you know, it's a lot of people. That's true. They be having trouble fitting back there, but he like he made it. I wonder how is their car built versus the other ones cuz it be just people not not with his figure and they be struggling for real for real to get in those cars. I don't think there's a dog in this car. Oh, there's I'm sorry. I'm thinking of K9. But yes, there is a dog in the guy's car that's being arrested. Yeah, you'll see the dog. >> You have no right. Okay, look. Just hold right there. All right, ma'am. >> What's the Yeah. Can you get the number for her? >> While the suspect has active warrants, the car actually belongs to his aunt. Officers reach out to inform her that she needs to collect the vehicle or it's heading to the impound lot. >> Hello. >> Yeah. Hey, it's Officer Him Long Beach Police Department. Um I'm Are you aunt of Jeffrey? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um so he has uh multiple warrants. Um >> what? >> Yeah. So he's under arrest. >> Why Why haven't they uh picked him up? Uh, what if he goes to court? >> Well, they don't always if just >> Okay, living life. I love your alternative. She said maybe they just keep talking about shutting the door because so the dog doesn't run away cuz there is an actual dog in the car for him. Maybe maybe it's too late cuz I already saw the end. But that could be a reason. Just cuz you go to court, it doesn't mean that like the jail and the uh the staff there can pick them up or arrest him on those warrants. >> What are you saying? >> What do you mean? What am I saying? He's going to jail. >> What are you saying? >> He's going to jail on his warrants >> right now. >> Yeah. >> How did you know where he was? >> Well, cuz I was in the parking lot. I saw him. >> Oh, jeez. I'm I'm going to come out there. >> Okay. Yeah, please. If I could talk to you out here, that would be great. Yeah. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I'll be right now. Okay. >> All right. What was your first name, ma'am? >> Vicki. >> Vicki. All right, Vicki. I'll see you in a second. All right. Thank you. Bye. >> So, he's going to get mad once he knows what's going on. He's been through the process of lunch. If she's unwilling to let me take his property, which is that backpack and that coat, then I'm going I'm going to inbound it. Yeah. >> Are you Vicki? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Can I talk to you real quick? So, is this your car? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, how h how well do you know Jeffrey? Like, is he >> He's my nephew. >> He's your nephew. Okay. >> Known him since before birth. >> Yeah. Okay. So, Jeffrey, we've had history. >> Oh, wait. His dog's in a joke. >> We got it. Thank you, though. >> So, um Hey, >> shut the door. That'd be great. >> I'm not going to shut the door. Thank you, though. >> We do count this as a tactical top bun, don't we? What the female officer has. I um next time tomorrow if I can remember I'll pull up Sergeant Curtis's tactical bun and lovable and Omar sent me. She either should have just kept her butt in Walmart or she should have see just wait to see what they're going to say before you start fighting to get that car. Yeah, that's what I got. How they know where he was? When she said that I'm like okay so you know he he probably had warrants. It's a kind of tack bun. So, okay. So, I'm trying to get to that point. Okay. So, Jeffrey has a history of dealing drugs. I've arrested him multiple times for the same thing. Okay. He has warrants. So, he's going to jail. Well, he threw a sweatshirt in the back seat before he went in handcuffs. I believe there's drugs in his sweatshirt based on his past history. And us drugs in his sweatshirt. >> Okay. Well, that's my observation. That's what I'm observing. And the backpack on the front seat's probably his. >> Uh, >> like right there, that black backpack. >> Okay. So >> you guys will have no right to go through his stuff here. You're picking him up on a warrant. You have no right to go through my car. >> Okay. >> I don't know what's in there, but it's not drugs. >> Okay, then I'll tow it. We're good. We're good. I'm going to tow it. Thank you. >> No, you are not towing my car. It's my car and I haven't done anything wrong. >> So my car is going nowhere. So you're not touch right here. >> Let's go over here. >> So they weren't even trying to search the whole car. He named a action that got caught on camera that Jeffrey who's known for drugs. He know he know Jeffrey before we knew Jeffrey's name. Frequent flyer warrants out for the drugs. And you see Jeffrey throw a sweatshirt in the back. He wants to get the sweatshirt. >> No. >> And what he believes is Jeffrey's backpack. He don't even want to search your whole car. She could be leaving and not going to jail. But do we make the easy choices? >> Talk right here. Get out OF MY WAY. >> YOU EITHER stop and arrest you, too. Let's go. >> You know what? I'll get your ass in trouble. >> Let's go. Conversation. >> You don't move away and I will touch you. >> Here we go. >> Turn around. You're under. >> NO, I AM NOT. >> You're what? >> YOU'RE GOING TO COURT. I AM NOT INSTRUCTING ANYBODY. I SAID I WAS >> YOU WERE TOLD multiple times to move away. You wouldn't do it. Shut your [ __ ] out, just >> Vicki. I want you to know you're being audio and visually recorded. OKAY. >> OKAY, GOOD. YOU ARE TOO. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG. >> YOU'RE NOT LISTENING to us. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Well, if you had listen, >> I DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU. >> WE would be there. >> I'm not doing anything WRONG AND YOU'RE GETTING YOUR ASS IN TROUBLE, BUDDY. >> You guys are going TO GET IN TROUBLE. I WILL TAKE your ass to court. And you >> go ahead and take them to court. In fact, you ain't got to take them. They'll see you at your court date. Akuo, thank you for gifting another Trendy Tribe membership. And congratulations, academic tryh hard. Hey, we are just we are collecting today. I love it. I love it. The aunt knew what the nephew was doing. Oh, yeah. She for sure did. And this is very reasonable observation to me living life. But uh you said the fact that they're refusing to let the car door be closed makes me think they don't believe they get court approval after the fact for opening the car so they don't want to risk closing it. That is very possible. Uh if they get to impound it or tow it, they'll take inventory aka search it and they can find it that way too. But yeah, I think they didn't want to close that door because then they could still grab his belongings. But now that the aunt got to go to jail and he going to jail, they're going to inventory it either way. They're going to find what they need to find. whichever reason they got to lean on, they going to find it. She is not thinking about the dog. She is not. And I think she got all that dog hair on her clothes, too. What's Vickiy's criminal history, right, Jacqueline? That's a fair question cuz she know what her nephew is doing. She knows. Family bondsman. Is that what she said? This is why we need to stop treating old people like they are sweet and frail. Right. I'm judging case by case, Akudo. I'm case by case. I'm not a fan of fingernails on cops. If they can scratch, they are too long. Blood is a cop's enemy. I didn't I didn't think about that part. Oh, okay. I didn't even think about the the length and scratching cuz maneuvering wise, the length isn't bad. Possibly scratching somebody and drawing blood. I don't know. I knew you before you was born. I knew you would be in Trreny's story. I like that call back. My joy, my peace. So the dog want both of them gone. Oh, you saying they gonna need a bondman for the family. Got you. >> Will lose. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. AND DO NOT TOUCH MY CAR. >> VICKI, do you have anything on you? It's going to poke me. >> My car. >> Yes, we are. >> That's the conversation we were going TO HAVE. >> NO. >> YOU HAVE NO reason to GET IN. DO NOT AT ALL. >> THIS officer explained IT TO ME. >> BRU MAN, YOU'RE IN TROUBLE. GET IT OUT MY POCKET, VICKI. I'm >> my money and it's going to go with you to the jail. >> Oh my god, you guys ARE [ __ ] RIDICULOUS. >> STAND ME UP. >> Not quite yet, hun. >> You're the one that on the ground. >> I did not. >> Yes, YOU DID. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> YES, you did. You fell backwards [laughter] onto your butt like a 10-year-old. >> ARE WE ON CAMERA? >> YES. >> GOOD. >> And the camera has you throwing yourself on your butt. Now, >> excuse me. What? >> I said I HOPE YOU'RE NOT LYING. >> OH, I'M NOT. >> YEAH, you're full of [ __ ] >> Somebody catches you. You know what? You're in trouble. >> Especially you. >> Really? Why? Hey, Hunter. >> Put my KEYS BACK IN MY POCKET. >> YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> You are stealing from me. >> Mm- Get her a spit mask. I heard a little bit too much moisture coming on. Put my keys back in my pocket. Mm- spit mask, please. >> Yes, you are. We tried to explain to him. Stop. >> Stop kicking. You're going to add >> I'M NOT KICKING. I'M TRYING TO TURN OVER SO MY HANDS WON'T HURT. GET OFF ME. >> YEAH. Get off me. >> I'm not kicking. >> We're going to roll you on to your other side. >> You're a [ __ ] >> GET OUT OF MY STUFF. I'M A STRAIGHT UP A1 CITIZEN. >> YOU made a bad decision. You're probably a good person, but you made a bad decision. >> You're in trouble. You are in trouble. I want a picture of all of your badges. You are in trouble. Don't look at ME LIKE THAT. >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> SHE'S GOING TO TOUCH YOU. >> They're revealing all the family's tum tums today, too, aren't they? Little tummy's just out. >> YOU'RE GETTING HURTING MY LEGS. >> Then stop. >> I'm not kidding. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm trying TO HOLD MY LEGS. >> NO, YOU [ __ ] Sit up. >> [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] >> You guys ARE ALL IN TROUBLE. >> YEAH, THIS BETTER BE ON CAMERA. I want it on camera. If I call my husband, it'll go on your property. >> No, I didn't. Call my husband. Take a seat. It'll go on your property. >> I hope you get what you deserve. >> Take a seat, please. Piece of >> [ __ ] Take these off me. Please. They're hurting me. I have never been in trouble. >> Yeah, that's got to be like a code for, you know, you're not supposed to arrest me. we don't arrest each other or something because there's no way you think you're A1 citizen for real. For real, with your nephew running drugs and she's probably in on it, too, because that's probably where some of the household income came from. Yeah. So, I feel like it's like, you know, you're not supposed to arrest me. That's why I feel like when I hear that I didn't hear them say A1, but I see y'all keep putting in the in the chat. And if that's what she said, I feel like that's like a call out. IN MY LIFE, I'VE NEVER HAD ANY OF THESE ON ME. Please take them off. >> Think you're resisting? >> Yes. >> Yeah. >> Anything else? >> All right, Jeffrey. Uh, do you think I can fit the seat belt over you? >> I got it. >> Huh? >> No. >> Okay. Can I try? >> No. >> No. All right. All right, we're heading to jail. >> Because he hurt me and I'm going to scare the hell out of you guys and I WANT MY STUFF BACK AND I NEED MY CAR LOCKED UP. >> NOPE. THE CAR is going to go to Long Beach Police Department. It's going to be searched. >> I just I DON'T WANT MY CAR MOVED. I WANT MY HUSBAND TO COVER IT. >> NO, IT'S BEING told to Long Beach Police Department for evidence. You can call your husband when we get there, ma'am. foolish take these things off too >> when we get there. Yes, we will take them off. >> You're all liars. Liars and [ __ ] because you know everything you don't get my nephew once and you know he wasn't doing anything. As Vicki protests that the handcuffs are causing her pain, the officer requests supervisor support, asking their sergeant to halt the transport to jail so they can assess the situation. >> Tell you what, if you if you don't give us a problem, we'll put a second set on. That way they're a little bit more >> less painful. Can are you able to sit up? >> Okay, we can put on a second set as long as you cooperate. Okay. um chain. >> Yeah. >> Well, well, well. I don't want to go. >> I'm sorry, but we're beyond that. We're We're too far from that. That was the conversation you and I were going to have. I swear to God. >> I just swear to God. >> I just figured you guys It's my car that you had no right to get in my car. >> That was the conversation we were about to have. But when you dang near assaulted this officer by trying to put Listen to me. >> I did not assault anybody. >> Came damn close to it. I can't. I've never done that. I'm not going to. >> Okay. When you try to walk through her, unwanted physical contact is an assault. >> She got which is Yes. Because she wasn't going to let you get in your car. >> I wasn't getting in. I just wanted to lean on my car. >> No, no, no, no. >> Positively. I swear to you. >> The problem is you were pretty worked up and not listening to reason. Otherwise, we'd had this conversation off to the side. The result is here we are and we're not going to back down from this. We try to do it reasonably. We tried to have a conversation. We were going to ask for consent and you started the conversation by going you. You're not going to get in my car. That's how you started the conversation. >> Well, I'm sorry now. >> I've never been in this position before. >> I'm sorry, but we're past that. >> Okay. So, Officer Wilcott will get you to the jail. It won't be long. Okay. >> Even after the situation was laid out for her time and time again, Vicki stands her ground, insisting she never resisted. What am I going to jail for? >> You're going to jail for resisting arrest and obstruction. >> I did not resist that. Stinking all I want to do is lean on my car. You guys are lying. >> Okay. Well, you try >> everything you can >> to walk through me. >> I had someone at Walmart that came to ride with groceries. You guys are liars. I did not resist arrest. I wanted to lean against my car and you know that. I told you. >> Mm- I will. Okay, we're at 14:42 on the time stamp. Let's see if she wanted to lean on her car when she headed to the car. They told you what they needed. Let's see. So, 1442 is where I got to go back to. Let me see here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, how how well do you know Jeffrey? Like, is he >> he's my nephew? >> He's your nephew. Okay. >> Known him since before birth. >> Yeah. Okay. So, Jeffrey, we've had history. >> Oh, wait. His dog's in a >> We got it. Thank you, dog. So, um, hey, >> if you can shut the door, that'd be great. >> I'm not going to shut the door. Thank you, though. >> So, okay. So, I'm trying to get to that point. Okay. So, Jeffrey has a history of dealing drugs. I've arrested him multiple times for the same thing. Okay. He has warrants, so he's going to jail. Well, he threw a sweatshirt in the back seat before he went into handcuffs. I believe there's drugs in his sweatshirt based on his past history. And us drugs in his sweatshirt. >> Okay. Well, that's my observation. That's what I'm observing. And the backpack on the front seat's probably his. >> Uh, >> like right there, that black backpack. >> Okay. So, >> you guys will have no right to go through his stuff here. You're picking him up on a warrant. You have no right to go through my car. >> I don't know what's in there, but it's not drugs. >> Okay, then I'll tow it. We're good. We're good. I'm going to tow it. Thank you. >> No, you are not towing my car. It's my car and I haven't done anything wrong. >> So, my car is going nowhere. So, you're not touch right here. Go and talk to him. >> Let's go over here and talk. >> No, we're going to talk right here. Get out of my way. >> You either stop or arrest you, too. Let's go. >> You know what? I'll get your ass in trouble. >> Let's go over here conversation. >> You don't move away and I will touch you. >> Here we go. >> Turn around. You're under. >> You're >> Oh, I beeped out bastard. I'm like don't really see them beep that word out. Okay. You said y'all can't tow my car. I'm going to my car. Lean on the car seems very light for what you was trying to do. So, I don't accept that as an as an explanation that you were going to lean on the car. All right, let's get back to 1442. >> You guys are in this town. This is what you have to do to arrest normal people. >> What's normal? Thank you, my joy, my peace, for being a member for 20 months. She said she didn't want to just lean on the car. No, she did not. Shout out to Thank you, Omar. Keeping it just in case cuz you know I'll forget in a heartbeat. I wrote it down. That's the only reason I remember. >> I cussed YOU SO YOU THROW ME IN JAIL. That's bull crap. You do anything you can to arrest somebody. I'm going to get pictures of all you guys and put you on Facebook as a bunch of these guys. Avoid them because they will do everything. Spit on the sidewalk and they'll stick a gun up your butt. Well, that's lying. >> That's very specific, ma'am. I don't know how many people spit on the sidewalk and then had a gun in their rear end. That's very specific. Did this happen to you or someone you know? Cuz that's crazy. That that escalated quickly. >> You're liar. You are a liar. >> You're the one that's currently lying. Ma'am, >> I'm not lying. I tried to lean against my car and you don't WANT ME TO TOUCH MY CAR. WHAT DID I do wrong? Nothing. >> Vickiy's refusal to cooperate doesn't just affect her. Because the car has to be sealed and towed for a search warrant, animal control is called in to safely remove a puppy left inside the vehicle. >> Come here, honey. Who are you? You are so tight. Come here. Come here. Come here. Hi, babies. Come here. Come on. Let's go. Come here. Oh my goodness. You are so cute. Come on, babies. Come on. You're okay. Come here. >> And the collateral damage continues. A friend of the family is now left stranded in the parking lot without her personal belongings. All because Vicki chose to fight the police instead of having a rational conversation. >> Have warrants. And then your aunt Vicki made some poor decisions. >> Uh so they're both going to jail. >> I think everybody is consuming drugs in this family. Well, of the members we've seen. I don't know if she's her true true aunt or not, but everybody has that certain face. Ace Mush said, "Don't kink shame." But yeah, they got a look to them on this one. Every now and again, this is one of those times. Um, I guess if you want to grab the dog, you can do that, but everything else stays walk. >> Yeah, that's about all I can offer. DOG. >> WHAT WAS THAT? >> HAVE my dog. They said I can have a dog. >> My sketchbook. >> Okay, hold on. I have to wait. >> Go talk to her. >> I'm talking to a police officer. >> Yeah, I'm talking. >> Is she allowed to have it? >> So, we'll double check real quick with the arresting officer. We'll go from there. Okay. Okay. >> I'll give her a call. She's >> okay. Are you Danielle? Yes. Okay. I'm here with her. She's okay taking the dog. >> Okay. Sweet. Okay. Thank you. >> Yep. Bye. Okay. You can you can take her. Do you want the leash as well or do you She needs the leash. I'm going to throw in the cart for now. I guess >> that's totally fine. You can take the leash if you want to. >> 46. I probably just >> You're cute. Yes, you are. if you need to like call a friend >> to get all this stuff. >> I was anticip >> Yeah. I mean, if they're cool with it, I I don't care. But just make sure that you have that so you don't get in trouble for one of our guys. >> Come on, baby. It's okay. I know you don't know what Alicia is. She's new. >> Yeah. >> No worries. >> Maybe less than two weeks ago. the other. >> Um, you said that you said everything in the backpack is yours. >> Yeah, it's my sketchbooks and my hairbrush. >> Okay. Yeah. Sorry. They have to Everything stays on the car at this point. We were trying to do things more simply. >> I'm like, there you go. >> Uh, a lot earlier. However, obviously things didn't go that way. So, now we have to go this route. >> Sorry to deal with that. Take care. >> My car has food in it, too. >> I'm going to put these right here. Okay. So, just one second. My car has a lot. It has probably >> You have to think of that on your own before you get yourself arrested. He that man, that big officer blocked you with his body and said, "Try it." And you decided challenge accepted. So you didn't think about your food. They not thinking about your food. That's on you. It's just like when people like, "My kids, I got to pick up my kids." And they had no reason to need to be arrested, but they just kept pushing it. Permission from Walmart to do what? I don't know. They have searched the bag, found nothing, and returned it. Dang. Yeah, cuz it was a girl's bag. That's See the easy decisions. >> Couple hundred worth of food in the back seat. >> Okay, it'll stay in there. All right, go in. Step one out. >> It'll rock. There's hands back there. Expensive. >> Well, maybe officer can get the warrant done today. That way you can have it returned. >> I know. I need to pull my pants out. Is that okay or is that resisted? Later that evening, officers executed a search warrant on the impounded vehicle. >> Hey, this is uh Hunter. Hi. Um I'm going to do a search warrant on that car with Aaron from Walmart earlier. Whatever you think you got to search through, go ahead. I'll let you search. I'm going to look through his backpack real quick. Since he's been out of his house, I guarantee there's probably something >> shocking. What pocket is that? I think Reek's left pocket. >> Left front pocket. >> Left front pocket. Uh, his wallet was in there. Obviously, it was the one he was wearing and he was also digging in that pocket when we arrested him. >> Yeah, cuz he was trying to empty out stuff. >> Yep. >> Suspicions were correct. >> Vicki adamantly claimed there were no drugs in the car to justify her interference. But as the officer explains the reality of what they found, even her own husband has to agree. She was completely out of line. >> So Jeffrey is a big time drug dealer >> and and he had warrants. >> I understand that. I knew that. >> He's been in trouble lately. >> And I told my wife to stay away from him >> and leave him alone. And she said, "Well, he's family." And God says we're supposed to help family. And I said, "Yeah, but he also says you're not supposed you're not supposed to throw your pearls at swine." Sir, >> sir, your wife is the swine as well. That's the problem. You're not seeing it. Either Jeffree is also her supplier or Jeffrey's giving her money. That's why she don't care about Jeffrey's well-being. There's a benefit from this. And I think it was her and whoever that lady was that took the dog. They benefiting from Jeffree. It's some usage or something going on. You can't tell me different. She the aunt is either getting money or using or both cuz that she wouldn't want that kind of trouble with someone when you already got two warrants outstanding. You got to go to court and everything else and it no she knew. I don't think you know sir but she knows Walmart is a danger zone from the parking lot to inside the store. It is Jacqueline hams and [laughter] hams and what a combination Candace. So if the husband knows, we know she knows. Yeah. She knows what type of nephew she has. And if he's trying to keep her away from him, he's the only one with sense. He got them on lock. He You think they stole the hams just shoplifting, too? See that woman said the backpack was hers. She was trying to get that backpack. At least she got the dog. Yeah. But because it's in that type of car, I be like, "That's not my backpack. I don't know. You can take it. Not mine." Mm-m. She get really mad at me because I saw him swine. I'm just letting you guys know that she had no idea what he was doing. >> Oh, I'm not saying she did. >> She would not have been having it. And I >> I'm not saying she did. I I I asked her politely. I says, "Can we search your car?" And she flat out refused. And I tried to explain to her why and she wouldn't listen to me and she started yelling. >> So I said, "Okay, well then I'll just tow it and do a search warrant on it. I don't really care." >> Yeah. >> And then she got in my sergeant's face. And when I say she got on her face, like she was like inches like like this to like our officer's face. >> And so we don't we can't you can't do that. >> She's a stubborn one. I'll tell you that. >> Well, I'd say it's more than that. But yeah, >> I'm just hoping she'd learned something out of that. >> I hope so, too. Yeah. >> You know, >> we were reasonable. >> I guarantee you we'll never arrest her again. >> Yeah, probably not. I um and she flat out told me I was watching my video footage uh earlier from my report and she said there's no drugs in that car and there's specifically there's no drugs in that sweatshirt cuz Jeffrey had a sweatshirt on and as soon as I told him he's under arrest he took the sweatshirt off and threw it back in the car and I told her I believe there was drugs in the sweatshirt and she said there is no drugs in the sweatshirts. That's her quote. I did a search one on the car and sure enough there was drugs in the sweatshirt. >> There was. So, you can tell her that she was proved wrong, too. >> Jeffrey was arrested on two warrants for possession of a controlled substance. Both warrants were issued for failure to appear. Each warrant carried a bail of $5,000, a combined total of $10,000. He was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance after a search of the vehicle located methamphetamine. Following the arrest, Vicki was booked into the Cowitz County Jail. She was charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. Her vehicle was towed for police empoundment but was later released back to her. >> I do like this channel too because they always have charges at the end. They are consistent with putting charges at the end. We were four for four today with the charges. We don't always get that, but I do appreciate that. And like the one gave us even the conviction of of that one, but um the all these are linked in the description box if you want to support their channels. By the way, one of them was new to me. The one where the narrator was being funny. He was new to me. I don't think I'm subscribed. I have to go check. Um, but Ace Moonshot, I agree. He said, "Just give us the backpack and sweatshirt." They weren't worried about the car. It was her refusal that led to her needing to be told. Yeah, cuz they were going to let her drive off with her car. She was good to go. Too old to be just learning this kind of lessons. And that's the thing. Hey, hubby. Do you Hey, hey, your wife. Uh, she doing things. How old is Jeffrey? Because he look a mess. He look like you. I ain't even going to guess. I'm not even going to guess. A1 citizen. We're looking at [laughter] he's selling and using. He sure was. That pipe was ready in the pocket, Daisy. That's true. All right. What would prosecutors have to prove on those charges? Possession of a controlled substance for Jeffrey. It is a gross misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove Jeffrey knowingly possessed a controlled substance and the substance was not lawfully obtained through a valid prescription or order from a practitioner. Possible sentencing up to 180 days in jail, a fine of up to $1,000 or both. If the statutory prior conviction provision applies, the maximum jail term can increase to 364 days. Number two, obstruction, sorry, obstructing a law enforcement officer. That was Vickiy's. That's a gross misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove Vicki willfully hindered, delayed, or obstructed a law enforcement officer and the officer was acting in the discharge of official powers or duties. Possible sentencing up to 364 days in jail, a fine of up to $5,000 or both. And you know, obstructing on the other one for the couple that we first watched, that was a felony classification on theirs. It was different state. I believe this is Washington State. I think this is Washington State. Yeah. And the other one, I think they were in Illinois with the couple. But yeah, that was a felony for the the other woman. And then, let's see. Prosecutors generally must prove Vicki. Oh, I already said that. Going to the third charge, resisting arrest, which is also Aunt Vicki. Classification, misdemeanor. Prosecutors generally must prove Vicki intentionally prevented or attempted to prevent a peace officer from arresting her and the arrest was lawful. Possible sentencing up to 90 days in jail. A fine of up to $1,000 or both. Y'all better recognize an A1. I'm so done with you. Gross misdemeanor fists on multiple levels. I Hey, did I give you a timeout chair earlier? She should have just kept quiet and drove off with her hams, right? What about the hams and the dog? Priorities all mixed up. All right. So, if you weren't here before, I think I have the it pinned in the comments, but I'll say it out loud as well.
