So your best friend is in here. All right. So the baby's not is not by herself right now. No, no, no. He's in there. Go check. Okay. All right. So you were pushing back and forth. Who pushed who first? We always do that. I don't really know. Probably I did. Most likely I did. So you pushed her first? Yeah. I'm like, why would you do that? It's more like angry. It's not like hands like but black face nothing like that. It's more like a like chill out like move bro like it's more like that. It's nothing like oh. No. Okay. All right. Well, the officers are are talking with her now. Okay. Just I just got aggravated cuz my child in there like this all the time. All right. All right. So, just take a breath. Okay. I'm not going to take the baby to the rain. To the rain in the pool or something like that. And it didn't sound right. I was telling her like, "Hey, that's not right. You said it this way." And she was like, "Well, I'm just going to call my mom." So she called her mom. Her mom told her that she was wrong. From there just started nagging, nagging, nagging, nagging. You do this, you do that. You don't do this. You don't help me with this. You do that. You just up. Okay, whatever. I'm just ignore her. Trying to get out of the room. So, I swear my black eye was going to calm me down. We're already going to the pool has stopped raining. It's going like like 5 10 somewhere. Go to the pool. Go to the pool and she starts another argument. She gets in my face and slap my ginger ale. It's a big bottle. She slaps it and hits me and hits the ground. I'm sitting down. She comes in my face after that. So, I kick. If you're here, I'm going to kick after that. Why are you kicking me? You put your feet on me. That's so nasty. I'm like, why would you do that to me? After I kicked her, she like she punched me. What do you mean? Right here. You can't see. I'm black as you're fine. Do Do you uh do you have any like dizziness? No, I'm good. All right. You fell? He went in the house. He didn't force his way in. She wasn't at the door. He went inside the door. Our girls were standing at the door in the morning. My throat's probably going to hurt tomorrow. He got his freaking hand up on my neck trying to choke me out and then put me in headlock. I got him on the ground and got on top of it. Saw this vehicle come down this way. Thought, okay, gray jeep came up on him. Wasn't sure it was him. I pulled up beside him to check if there were juveniles in the back seat. He stopped completely. Got out of the vehicle. Started yelling, hollering at the door when we got there. That's all that I came up blue lights and sirens, not behind him, but up beside him like this cuz I wasn't sure who it was and if it was them or not. We left trying to see if they were juveniles and what not. Did she answer or you just She was at the door. She was at the door whenever we got there. Whatever. That's all that was. Okay. So my surv How long ago was that? It was like a few weeks back and he called my phone and he was, you know, crying and making it seem like, you know, he was going to change. Mhm. And I was stupid cuz I believed. Okay. Well, first off, you're not stupid. Okay. So, what's what's going on today that got us here? I've been trying to get away from him for several days now because there was an incident like a couple days ago. Mhm. And he ended up pushing me down and hitting me. Okay. He probably hurt my shoulder. Okay. And but wherever I go, he goes wherever he goes. He like like he makes me be right next to him. To the point use my phone. I can't do nothing. Very controlling. You feel trapped. He's always saying for me to um give him my cell phone to to check to check my phone and stuff. So, I haven't been able to get any help and I'm afraid to even ask for help cuz every single time that I try to ask for help, I end up messing up and going back because he ends up calling me. There was even one time where So, let me let me ask you another question cuz I know you've been to Project Safe already. We've already looked it up on the computer. How many times you been to Project Safe now? For a while. How many times though have you have you went? Um I want to say like 24 time. Yeah. I'm not sure they're going to take you again, but we'll try. Um well, and here you have a chance to get in your own exam room. So if you don't mind, um he's been waiting in that hallway right there. I'm not exactly sure how sound these doors are, so he may have overheard part of this conversation before as well. Thank you. I just need to get away from Athens cuz Athens is not He knows a lot of people in Athens. You have your ID with you? Yeah. Huh? I have this wallet. His wallet has Can I Can I see yours and his? Do you have any friends or family? Just says, "How long ago were the charges dropped that you were talking about? How long ago was those charges?" I can't remember. Okay. Nice one. Do you remember getting a protective order or anything like that? I have a restraining order, but he doesn't care about the restraining. Well, I'm not worried about what he cares about. I'm worried about what we're going to do with it. Do you have an active one? each other. Okay. The judge didn't want to sign off for it cuz he had he had to go to the um to the court to drop it and he was like for us to go to you know and the judge said no he wants to come and drop it until he get his classes. Yeah, that's that's normal. But she didn't do the classes. No, they're showing something active on the computer. They didn't have time to look at it all yet. Can you have suicide? The cops approached the suspect, wasting no time in taking him into custody, but he denied all the allegations. Hey, what's up, man? Can you do me a favor and just stand up for me, please? For what? We got to have a conversation with you outside. Me? Yeah. You? Mhm. For what? We have to have a conversation with you outside. We don't want to do it in front of all these people. So, just stand up for us. Do me a favor, please. Thank you. Son, hand to me, baby. All right, let's go step outside. We'll go talk about it outside. Who you talking to? My friend, go tell my my friend. She got my water. Yeah. Okay. What's her name? What's your friend's name? Okay. Spider. All right. What's the problem? We're going to go outside and talk about it. Just not here. There we go. What's the problem? Let's go walk over to the car. This officer is going to explain everything in a second. 71. You're not locked up yet. You're being placed under investigative detention. What? Cuz we're investigating a possible crime. You want them in yours or mine? Okay. So, he's detained right now. Okay. So, he's not going to do anything. Um, I know you were talking to the other officer before I got here. Um, you said he pushed you down recently. Okay. Um, do you have any bruises on your shoulder? On my shoulder. Okay. When do you remember what day that was? You're fine. Three days ago. Three days ago. Were you able to make a report at the time or were you not able to? I haven't even been able to call cuz I am here. Yeah. I feel like nobody can help me. No, cuz he's always like he's always targeting. They always make me seem like I need him and making me feel like I need him. I also suffer from anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I lost my daughter cousin. She's the deepest cut to give people as well. Okay. Like I feel like everybody just been trying to help me. Do you miss it impossible for them to help me? I'm 48 years old and like I should be able to know like stay away. What is he doing other than obviously being around you constantly and keeping you from contacting your body? Just kind of checking up on you, that kind of thing. Um, well, first of all, I can't be alone without him, first of all. Second of all, you can't because he says so or because you say so. Cuz he says so. Try to go to the bathroom by yourself or something. What does he do? He won't let you go for a follow you and like forces the door open. Sorry. Are you closing or anything? Okay. Do you mind if I just talk to her real quick? Yeah. Are you comfortable with me being here with me? Just me talking to you? If not, we can maybe see if a female officer can come out if you're more comfortable with that. Okay. Okay. I appreciate it. Thank you. I'm investigating allegations right now. Oh, wait a minute. Y'all going to tell me what? You got anything on you that'll poke me up? No. No. I ain't done nothing. Okay, we're going to figure all that out. No, y'all got to tell me. Who's the friend you were trying to get? Why y'all Why y'all Who's the friend you're trying Y'all ain't telling me nothing. All right. Well, I'm about to have a conversation with you right now. Listen, man. Who's this friend that you're talking about? The cops questioned the man about his actions, but he pretended to have no knowledge of what had happened. You were hollering for a friend on the way out, saying, "Hey, somebody I didn't get the name, but y'all got to deal with what y'all lock me up for." Well, again, we're investigating that right now. Investigate what? What's going on? About what? What's going on? Why did we get called out here? I don't know. Okay. So, who you with? What you mean? Who I'm with? Yeah. Who' you come here with? I came here on my own. What y'all talking about? Okay. He's not He's playing games. Sighting. Yeah. Okay. He came here by yourself. Well, hold on, hold on, hold on. Wait a minute now. So, we going for the camera footage. You coming in by yourself? Well, now she came to me. My wife, she came to me. Okay. So, the person that you were calling inside, was that her name? Yeah, that she came to me. I didn't go to her. Okay. Why were you calling her? Cuz she because my she had my wallet. She has your wallet. Why would she have your wallet? Cuz she came She came to to my house. She came to your house. Yeah. Okay. And whose appointment is here today? Appointment? Yeah. Whose appointment is here today? What's the appointment? You got to have an appointment to show up here, right? No, I came because they sent my plasma off. They sent your plasma off? Yeah. Okay. Okay. So they they told me I had to see the nurse to see what's my pla good for me to donate. Okay. And you know you have um protections against her, right? Protest against my wife. Yeah. Where you can't be within No, she came to me. She came to my house. Okay. I didn't go to So let me let me ask a question. Obviously there's been a history with you all. Let's just I'm not going the charges and everything got dropped. Okay. And I'm not I'm not arguing that. But that's that's fine. I'm saying there is a history though. Let's just let's agree on that part of it. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. So, in the process of all that, there were some charges. She went to Project Safe multiple times. You've gotten back together multiple times. Yeah. She came to my house. So, what happened this time that got us called? Nothing. Nothing. Ain't no It ain't been no problem. So, just the the clinicians saw you come in and thought you were a problem. What are you talking about? All right. The clinicians in here, the people that work here. No, I alone. It was another time where there was charges brought on him. Mhm. And he basically had me not once but twice go down to a courthouse and drop the charges. Okay. Like every time that I try to get help, yeah, he always in true beings, it makes it seem like, oh, you know, it's going to help you. And when I went to your presence several times, which I feel awful because they did help so much, but every single time he ate like he ate my mind. Okay. And told me to come back home. Come back home. come back home. Okay. That he was going to change. Right. How long has this been going on? Oh my god. Over overall over up off and over 3 years. Like I've been trying to get away and trying to get away. Yeah. And he keeps on like whenever I get to that point where I'm strong enough. Mhm. He knows that. And he'll utilize somebody to call me like his sister this last time. His sister called me and said, "Oh, you know, Freddy loves you. You know, Freddy wants you to come home." So, you will leave and then you'll he'll get somebody else to convince you to come back. Okay. So, why would they call us if nothing was wrong? I don't know. Okay. Now, have any have you been convicted of any of the previous charges for domestic violence? So, I did not not right now. Well, I'm not talking about right now. I'm saying any of the previous ones. Were was there a conviction or a plea deal or anything like that? No. The suspect became more defensive as the cops listed the charges. Meanwhile, the officer spoke with the victim who seemed puzzled by the situation. Oh, this is this is going to be for violation of court order at this point. In their pocket right now, your change. You want that to stay with you, right? What is Oh, just get it. Get it to her. You going to stay on? You going to stay here? You got to go talk to them, right? I'll transport them for you. Y'all was at the wrong point now. They dropped they dropped. I got it. They dropped the charges and the TP go with them charges. This way. Okay. Uh, are you serious, man? Are you serious? First one, it's dated June. It says it's good until June of 23. Yeah. Are you serious, man? Repeat the second. All right, hop in. You want me to do the ABR? Tell my wife change it. He's arguing that that they dismissed it, but Okay. The first one's definite. It says 223. All right. Tuck your leg in. Come on. Oh, got you got if you were a stranger and he was a stranger and these things happened to you and you said I don't want to press charges or you initially came out with something that said yeah I want to do something about this and then change your mind later most well not even most sometimes we would be like okay well if we can't get you to testify then we can't go forward with that case for domestic violence it's not that way domestic violence the state has taken that kind of option out of our hands Um, we don't get the option to say if you're if you're telling us um, you know, I don't nothing happened. I fell down the stairs. He had me go to the prosecutor, Mr. Diesel. Mhm. And he had me tell him that nothing happened. Okay. And Mr. Diesel even told me that if I drop the charity that the next time I report something, it would nothing would be done about it. Okay. So, is she aware that he's already He's not. Okay. We've already placed him under arrest. So, you understand that? Okay. And that's based on the court order that I'm showing him right now. Um, Judge Haggard never took that court order out of out of existence. It was good for 12 months. Um, where he's not supposed to have phone contact with you. He's not supposed to be anywhere you are. It doesn't have to be home. It doesn't have to be where you were staying because originally they listed it as confidential because it was Project Safe. Um, so I wanted you to understand it's not you doing this, it's the court order. Okay. Yeah. Um, but like I was saying, the the charges and as far as that go, I don't know the particulars about you speaking with with the uh solicitor's office and that kind of thing or pro prosecution. He's not going to argue the money or anything, is he? No. Okay. Well, he Well, I'll give him the money. I don't I don't want nothing from him. You're getting all my demons. Okay. Is that his or yours? I'm sorry. You're fine. You're shook up. I understand. It's fine. Yeah. EMS in route. So, they'll be we'll get them here and they can get check you out for for years. Are you going to want to go to Project Safe again or that makes you let me go? I doubt it though. Well, I mean, we can try. Yeah. I'm sorry. Who you calling? My sister Joy. Okay. I went to police officer Freddy has done it again. Uhhuh. And I'm at the um the optopplasma and they're trying to help me. All right, bro. Um I mean I don't know what's going to happen, but I just want you to know they arrested him. My sister knows about some of the history. You want to talk to her? Sure. Joy. Jo, here's the officer. You could let him know what's been going on, too. Okay. Okay. This is officer more with Clark County. How are you? I'm all right. Uh, who am I speaking with? Sometimes shifts sideways cuz it's tight. You can lean over. You don't have to sit like straight up. There you go. Got right, man. I told you you could do that. I got a bad back. Sit sideways. It's a tight tight squeeze right there. I get let me turn around the other way. I I I did tell you to do that. Let me pull out the other way. I ain't trying to go like a done. I know. I don't know why you got in there like that. Yes, ma'am. What What can you tell me about what's what's going on? Um, it's been a, you know, years long. The man was charged with violation of family violence order. Now, let's take a look at this case where a jealous girlfriend hits her boyfriend's side chick with a car after catching him cheating. It's not a DUI. No, not a DUI. Okay. Is she going to be arrested? Yes. Okay. Uh battery. On August 19th, 2021, officers responded to a vehicle battery report. The woman had been following her boyfriend, who wasn't answering his phone, which led to an altercation outside a Subway restaurant. Upon arrival, police found the situation already escalating. They then approached the suspect and began questioning her to uncover what had really happened. Is she here? No problem. Who hit her? Did you hit her or? Yeah, that's why I'm still here. Okay. All right. Where were they? What hurts? This whole leg I cannot move. All right. No problem. The mags are coming for you. Okay. You have your ID on you. What? What happened? How'd you get that? I was going to opt out and I was like, one vehicle is going to be vehicle versus pedestrian. I didn't even know she was in the car though. [Music] C, can you get her 14? [Applause] Hey, the everything are here. I'm going to get Did she hit you on accident? Can my mom come right now? Yeah. Where are we? We're at Parker and Southern. We're on Parker and Southern at a subway. Parker Parker and Southern What happened? You were You need to talk to him and tell him what's going on. Out of a car and she hit me. Yes. Yes. Oh my god. So, she jumped out of the car. She jumped out of the car. No, she got hit by the car. That's what she's saying. She got out of the car and like I kept driving and I guess I sort of like And then like I felt like I like Where were you? No, like I I was like I kept driving where he were. Okay. So, you pulled pulled in here? Yeah. From this room. That way. But then like I turned around. You pulled in? Yeah. Dropped off. No, I was driving behind my car. And then she came out his car, but I just kept driving to follow him. And like, where did she come from? The car. Okay. You You're going to have to explain this a little bit. Do you have your ID? He has. He has it. So, you was offer over there. You was cut. You was cutting this way, right? Following a friend. Yeah. Okay. And then what happened? She hopped out the car like near the dumpster right here. And I just kept driving but she hopped out. So she hopped out the car that was going into traffic or was already traveling traffic. So I was following the car still. Okay. She hopped out. Was it the backseat or the passenger side? The back seat. The backseat. Passenger side or back seat driver side? Passenger. So she jumped out the car and I kept driving. And then I I felt like I hit her and I backed up. I was like, "Oh." So, I went to turn around cuz like I was going to like leave her there, right? Do do you know like what part of your car you felt that hit her? The front. And you didn't you didn't hit another car. You just hit her. There was no traffic. That might be I don't know. No, actually no. Oh, I ran into a gate. I'm sorry. I ran into a gate today. Yeah. Yeah. Following my friend. So, following your friend, you ran into a gate. Following your friend, you hit this pedestrian. Not into a gate. Like gate like ran into it, but you know like the curbs. There's like a gate and there's a curb. I was on like I hit where the light. Okay. So, what what part of your car hit her? After unfolding the situation, the cops decided to take the woman into custody, though she tried to talk her way out of it. You got to hang out over here, okay? I don't want you anybody else running into you. Who was your Who was your friend that you was um following? It was a guy or a girl? It was a friend. Detained just means you're you can't go anywhere cuz we're talking to you. Oh, you're not you're not under arrest. You're just being detained right now. Just standing here. Just standing here. The woman was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Watch this intense case unfold as a crazy ex refuses to move on, showing up at her workplace and causing complete chaos. My ex-boyfriend, he left his bag in there, which had a gun. Um, is the gun still there? He threw the gun in the woods. On January 9th, 2022, officers responded to a fight at a local bar. The male involved fled to a nearby pizza shop, but what started as a simple altercation quickly escalated into something far more dangerous. When the police arrived, they spoke with the victim who described her ex-boyfriend's actions and detailed the events that had unfolded. Did you call or who? I did. I called. Okay. On the bar, but one of my employees. I watched it literally go on in her car out back. He came and got her car um her spare key come this morning. Got her car. Let me let me check on her. Where's she at? Let's go talk to her first. Sorry. My kids here, too. I was at your door. That's mine. Thank you. Hey, ma'am. You need an ambulance or anything? Come check you out. Okay. So, what's going on today? My ex um I've kind of avoided him all weekends and I've tried to break up with him and he doesn't have anywhere to go. So, I've just kind of stayed away from my house. Okay. And um would you prefer to talk outside now? This is your place on employment. Okay, that's fine. We can go outside then. So, what what happened today? I know you now you were trying to avoid him from the house. So, you were here at work. Did he come here or did you invite him here? No, I So, this is my car. Okay. Um, so my car I I had gotten here at 11:30 or 11:15. He he called me like 200 times last night and I just kept avoiding it, avoiding it. I knew he was at the house so cuz I have security cameras and stuff. I just didn't know I was going to get off work today and then just figure out how I was going to get him to leave cuz he didn't have anywhere else to go. Okay. And my the the store phone started ringing about 15 minutes after I got here and I recognized it was his number. So, I just was silenced. Okay. And then my cell phone number called and it hit me. I was like, why is my cell phone number? And then it hit me that I left my cell phone in my car. And then it hit me like, oh god. Like cuz he doesn't have a vehicle or anything. So it hit me like maybe how like how is how is my phone calling? So I answered when it was my phone number calling and he was screaming and going crazy. I went outside the side door and I he's like dumb left the spare key. So he somehow got a ride here to and then he was gone and he was screaming at me on the phone and my car was gone. He was gone. So he left in your vehicle. He left my vehicle. Okay. Does he ever drop your vehicle? He doesn't have a license. Doesn't matter. Do you ever give him access to your vehicle though? I mean if you do it's okay. Yes. I mean I have Yeah, I have. All right. So he's driven your vehicle. He can kind of come and go with it as he pleases. No. Okay. All right. So he was screaming at you on the phone the day and then he drove off in your car and then what happened after that? So I was I called my number back cuz he hung up on me and I couldn't even understand what he was saying and he I called it back. He was screaming at me. So then he said, "You don't get out. We're going to talk. We're going to talk about this right now. You're not going to avoid me." Whatever. Uh I saw him sling back in the parking lot. And so um my the other my exboyfriend is is here with me. And so, um, and that's who I've been with this weekend. So, I told said, "Stay in here cuz he doesn't know you're here." So, she was like, "If that dumb with you, blah, blah, blah. Just stay inside cuz he doesn't know that you're with me." I don't think cuz that would just affect things even worse. I was just going to go try to get my key my car back cuz I don't want to like I don't want to sit in prison or whatever cuz he's already going through a he just got out of jail for 5 months for theft by taking any like cuz he took this like took off in someone's car and so I go outside I told inside and I lock it was just me and him and I was the only I made sure the door was locked so he couldn't get in cuz I know I've known him for 5 years me and his ex used to be best friends so he can go Okay. So, he returned with a vehicle. Did you confirm him outside about the vehicle? Okay. So, what happened at that point with y'all outside the vehicle? So, so my ex-boyfriend, he left his bag in there, which had a gun. Um, is the gun still there? He threw the gun in the woods. He was He hit me with the gun. Huh? I found it. He He threw So, so when I first came outside, he he said, "And I've got the gun, too." And I and said, "My gun's in the car." And so I sorry not you're fine. I um I get in the house and he was he was parked right around the back like first part or the dumpster area. Yeah. But like right against the building and he had the gun in his lap and he told me to get car and I was like I'm not getting in the car and he started pointing the gun at me and I was not getting in the car. Mhm. Not getting in the car and I was going I didn't know what to do cuz he was but he was he was sitting in the driver's seat and he's pointing the gun through cuz he'd like open the passenger or passenger door. Okay. He was telling me to get in or he's like I'll get you. I'll point and get him. As the victim detailed the suspect's actions, she revealed something shocking about him that took the situation to an unexpected turn. And he took off. I thought he was going to hit the building and he took off and then like I I tried to jump out of the car when he was like right here and he had the gun at me and then he took the the the bullets out. You swam and he did the gun just so that there was nothing in there and so I I was trying to jump out of the car and then somehow he ended up like tackling like he he kept tackling my like feet. He he was grabbing your feet. Okay. Okay. Yeah, because I was trying to get out. You want to take a seat while we keep talking, ma'am? I know it's a lot going on. Do you want to break? Thank you. I got him. I was just trying to get Change this to a salt, please. Calm down, my guy. Like, I was cuz he kept telling me he was going to get me. He was drown like he would kill himself and I he's reckless. Okay. And so he p pulled and parked back again around the back. Mhm. And um he he hit me. I don't even remember when he hit me. Which side of the face did you get hit on? Right here. Right there. And he like it felt like he full armed and he obviously didn't do it that hard cuz he's a big guy. It just kind of like You said that was with a gun he hit you. No, he All right. So, what did he do with the gun after he pointed at you and threatened to with it? You y'all took off this way. You tried to get out. You said he threw it in the woods, right? So, I kept telling I said the cops I saw my boss. I didn't I thought it was just me and Zoe still here. I saw my boss come out the side window and at that point he was screaming. He's like I'm and I remember seeing and I said the cops on their way like I know everywhere know that I I knew. So I said you need to get leave my keys if he said just let me go get some let me go get some I'll bring your car back into he is he sick right now you think you haven't seen him in a while. You said he just got out of jail right? So he's been out of jail for like three weeks. Okay. And he's been doing good, but I haven't I haven't been around him this weekend. Okay. I've literally avoided him. Okay. But he's got like he looks sick. Like he looks demonic like he he has white all around his mouth. All right. And his tongue was white. I don't I don't know why. Do you said now you were talking about him you and himself, right? Do you think he's actually right now with how he's acting? Okay. All right. Let's take a break for a second. I know you got a lot going on. All right. I hate to even tell you, but it's going to be some repetitive questions just to kind of narrow everything that's going on. All right. Obviously, he needs to go find somebody to talk to, get away from you, not be around you or your employer right now. He's obviously gotten in your vehicle and taken a gun that didn't belong to you and then threaten to with it. So, he's not in a right path, a right state of mind. What is his name? Oh, his birthday. You know what? Okay. You have a phone number for him? I do. And my my phone I think he has my phone. Okay. We'll check on that in a second. What is your name? Okay. And your birthday? Okay. And this is your vehicle here. Okay. I'll be right back with you. Okay. Break it off. All right. So, give me a description of what U is wearing right now. So, he has he's a um he's about 6'3. He's got a white polo um a white long sleeve hooded thin shirt. It's a polo. It's a polo shirt. So, it's white with just the polo. So, a white hoodie, polo. He's got a man bun, but it's very messy. He looks like a disaster. I mean like I know I do too. So um he's got curling hair like a postalone look kind of like he's got Okay. So short curly hair. Yeah. But well it's an it's normally a man. Um it's up but it's like fall. I mean he looks okay. He's white. Yeah. Okay. He's about 6'3 probably 240. Any tattoos or anything? He's got face tattoos. What are they like all over the place or what? Um he's got a pineapple on one side. He's got something that says saint right here. Saint a pineapple and an anchor on the other side. I know. That's why I said I wanted to be there that way if something was to have happened. Um, all right. So, let's just back up a little bit. Okay. So, he's been kind of You want to talk in front of him? You want to wait? Okay. He's been acting crazy over the weekend, right? Where's your house at? At Nicholson. Nicholson. Okay. So, you didn't want to go home because he's he's going crazy there. Has he been living there with you? Uh, yeah. So, we were best friends for 5 years and um or not best friends. I've always been there. I'm like a big sister to him. Okay. We kind of a year ago started a little bit thought we have feelings for each other. We were both there for each other when we need each other. So, then he ended up going to jail. Okay. And he I put him through jail. Uh he was in jail for 5 months. Went county for probation. and at that point the officers discovered something that created significant legal complications for the suspect, further intensifying the situation. Found the serial number, huh? Find the serial number. It should be under where the laser's at. And it is freaking Oh, it's plastic glued. It's got no serial number on it. So, he's saying you could break it off. Yeah. I mean, he has a bill of sale where a guy says, "Hey, I'm selling my High Point C9 with this serial number on it." and he said it came like this to him and it has a serial number. That's what I ran. But he said, "Yeah, it's like attached." And he was like, "I planned on ripping it off, but it looks like he's taking some kind of plastic bondo from like a car bonding to fix a bumper or whatever and used it to essentially acid weld it to itself. I can't cuz I was like, "Oh, I'll just take off the the laser. It's probably just under there." And then I was like, "Wait a minute. None of these come with an actual tack rail on them anywhere. You said we can break it. Assume we can break it off to get to the serial number. Let's go find him. Okay. Make sure we can told him I was like to me that's paramount to scraping a serial number off of it. I can't identify. Go inside for now. That's fine. Yeah. If you want to get with her about the camera footage, we'll come talk to you in a second. Do you mind getting your boyfriend to come out here? Is that his name? Yeah. Okay. Can you see if you can come back out and we can just ask him one quick question? Hey man, do you mind if we break this thing off and get this serial number? You want to do it or want me to do it? You can go for it. I mean, if you can get the laser off. Oh, well, that went off a lot. I say it was shouldn't have been on there, bro. Just just literally to hold it there, I guess. Well, it looked like you took some kind of It was like this JB. Well, well, it's like freaking plastic adhesive for bumpers is what it looked like. Get your Gerber with you. Real tall. I can't I can see how I make it a five four five as the last four, but there's too much plastic wood up there. You mind if he falls on that a little bit, man? We're not trying to deface the fair the serial number. We're just trying to get to that. I mean, by all means. Yeah, cuz at the end at the at the end of the day, the last thing we want you to be doing anyway is carrying around a gun that's technically illegal. Yeah. Due to the mounting allegations, officers located the suspect and decided to detain him. But he made the situation more challenging. Get the car. So, what was that? We're both in route. 22's got him. [Music] [Music] Huh? You good? Yep, I'm good. All right, roll this side. All right. Yes, sir. Anything on your person that's going to poke or stick us? No, sir. Well, see, I had a picture up. Was he just sitting there? I had a picture up right there. That's a different guy. Oh, he's got warrants, too. We got to go find out. He's the other boyfriend. He's the one he's the one that had the gun, too. He had the white on. I was like, "Oh, there." And he started taking up there. I was like, "They both had guns." So, the that guy Widget 95 stole this victim's vehicle. That guy had his high point in the back of the car. The other girlfriend. He's a convicted fell too, right? Him? We're working on that.
