If you break my arm, I'm going up now. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So, here's the deal, man. I got some charges for you. Mhm. I'm going to explain to you. Just one second. I'm just going to put your hand up. Okay. Put your hand behind your back. What do I do this? Do you understand me? What I do? This man turned out to be one of the most dangerous stalkers, preying on vulnerable minors and forming toxic connections. He thought he would never get caught, but this time one of his victims came forward, leading law enforcement to corner him. It all started on July 18th, 2024 when a youth monitoring company received a report about a 24year-old man concealing his age and engaging in intimate relationships with minors. When one of the victims sought help from the mentors, they called the police. On arrival, the officer spoke with the mentors to gather details. They were left speechless that something like this had happened in their community. So, um, who is we're a youth mentoring company, right? And we deal with a lot of kids. Um, they talked to us about things that they don't talk to other people about. It was brought to my attention yesterday when I was having a one-on-one with one of my mentees that there's a guy that's 24 years old that is having with girls starting at age 13. He's lying to them about his age. um she was a victim and she said she's she does not mind talking to the police and letting them know, you know, anything that you guys need to know. Uh I've been contacting the victims as I've been getting their names from me personally. A lot of them their parents does not know. So they're telling me that I don't want my parents to know. So I know that's going to be the difficult part for you guys since then. Um I have their contact information. And I have all of his information except a phone number. Um I can try to get a phone number. We have a murder in the system. Yeah, cuz I believe he have a open case right now something similar to this. Correct. Right. Um but it is my mentee wants to stop this. She wants to make awareness of what's going on because she says that it's happening to too many girls. It's posted online on Instagram. So, I have all the the screenshots of the post where one of the girls is saying, "If you see this guy, stay away from him." He's responding to the girls like, "Okay, chill. I'mma stop. Y'all doing too much." All right, I promise I'm going stop. But I have all the screenshots for you. I don't want to send them to you guys. But because we're mandated to report, we have to report. We try to report to the department of families and they told us we have to call our local. So, where's this come where is you guys based out of? Here. Here. You based out of here? I I've never I don't even know what this building is. So this is fair enough. This is 1909 which is like a shared workspace and then we rent this office in here and we're inner city innovators. So we're a mentoring nonprofit. So we have a group of mentees and one of our mentees was involved with was lied to and that's this guy is also a mentor. He's not. So how does he how does he get in contact with these people? So he's in the area he's also in the area of West Palm and Riviera Beach. Um, one of the girls have a Delray number. I don't know if she's from Delray, but it's it seems like he's like a I won't say like he's a serial um child molester. That's you know, that's what I'm getting because the the as the girls are reporting, more girls are reporting to the post that are is posted online. You understand? So, a lot of these girls are in Rivier Beach. Some of them are in West Palm Beach. Um, I'm not sure her. She's given is I've been giving a dial number for her. So, you guys are mentors. And how did these kids get in contact with you guys? They called us. They talked to us. We meet them oneonone. I I I was actually having a one-on-one with my girls and this came up. And where do you have your one-on- ones? Well, I took them out to eat. I went to Dair Queen. Okay. So, in anywhere that they want to they feel comfortable or if they want to go sit down and eat and talk, that's how we do it. We just sit and talk. And And this business is called Inner City Innovators. inner city that I have a card I can give you. You can check out our website and stuff. We're a 501c3 nonprofit for the business. Helping people who were unsure of the best choices and providing advice was their way of operating. However, this case was beyond their scope, making police involvement necessary. So, the officer gathered crucial information about the suspect and victim. So, you know, when when we we get referrals from a bunch of different places, including like United Way and stuff like that. And so then we do an intake meeting. We meet with them. We decide if we're if they're a fit for this program. If they're fit for the program, we assign them a mentor. What is what is the requirement to be fit for this program? So it's either high risk or at risk and it's a bunch of various factors, but a lot of our kids are DJJ referrals. So consider dependency cases. Um so a lot of gun that's automatic and high risk. Um but other things can qualify as well. We do some surveys that ACE has a couple other things that survey me. So then if they qualify, they come in, they get assigned. So they get assigned to Mavis or they get assigned to Choya. And so that mentor is in charge of doing one-on-one mentoring with them. But then we also have a group session every Wednesday. Is it just like to make them better like right to like get them out of whatever they're in, right? To get to show them a different route. You understand? A lot of time they just don't have the right guidance. You understand? They following peer pressure. They following those that they see. When they see other people and they see other ways of, you know what I'm saying, living and having fun and doing other things, they're like, you know, oh, I got to be on the streets doing this. You know what I'm saying? I can do this. I can do this. I I love that. So, you met with her when? Yesterday. Okay. And what what did she say to you? She said um this is the first message with which um my 101. This was before you. This is This is what made me grab her. Okay. Okay. So, you got this text from her at 9:47. That was yesterday. Yes. You saw her today? I saw her yesterday. Oh, right. Okay. Cuz Oh, this is in the morning. Okay. Mhm. And she went to This is what she went to telling me about. You can go through it. She went to telling me about what was going on. She sent me all this information, even the uh screenshots off Instagram. She saw an Instagram post and it made her want to um reach out to the police cuz she was like she feel like she can help some other girls, you know, prevent this from happening. Sure. She showed you this when she when you picked her up. Mhm. So then once she showed it to me, I said, "Send it to me so I can have everything on my phone." Mhm. Okay. So then she meets you, she shows you that. Then what? Um, I tell her, I said, "You got to um I I'm going to need you to talk to your aunt because she slept with him, I think." So, how old is she? 16. She's 17. 17 now. But I believe she slept with him two years ago. Okay. Um because she what she's telling me is it was once she seen this, she liked because he told her at the time he was 18. So now he's telling the kids that he's 18. He's 24. When he when she told when he told her that he was 18, she said she think he was 22 at the time. So now he's 24 from 25, but he's still telling you he's 18 years old. And she knows other girls. Yes. They're actually reaching out to her and she's transferring information over there. Do you have all their names? Mhm. Okay. I see that. I don't. I just spoke with her over the phone and I was just writing down as we were talking. She said that um she she had with him. She's 16. Um when she found out that he was 24 years old, she felt she felt disgusted. She felt embarrassed. She's the one that doesn't want to say anything to her parents. Mhm. As they give her the phone number, she's sending it over to me. Gotcha. She said, you see what she said? I said another one. She say yes. It's a lot, but they're scared to say something. I believe that. And he reaches out to them on some of the socials. Did you see when he was telling them that he's going to stop the messages? No. So it's messages where he said I'm stop. I got to stack some bread and Yeah. I don't I don't know. I I don't know if it's either one of these girls. I'm not sure. Later, the victim told police that the suspect had lied about his age. When things went wrong, he claimed he didn't know her real age. However, with enough evidence, an arrest warrant was issued. The following month, on the 21st, police arrived at his residence to take him into custody. Smells good out here. How you guys doing? Just smoking that reef. We're not messing with that. Yeah, you're good. You're good. Appreciate that. [Music] Hey, are you guys related to Jamari? Yeah, that's my brother. Okay, come on out here, bud. How you doing, man? Good. So, here's the deal, man. I got some chargers for you. I'm going to explain to you just one second. I'm just going to put you in handcuffs. Okay. Yeah, we'll get you shoes. We'll get you everything. Hey, bud. Do you mind grabbing some shoes for him? I'm going to tell you the charges here in just one second. Okay. Hi, man. How you doing? Yeah. Mom, I'll explain it to you. I'll talk to you in just a second. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. You want to uh sit up against this car real quick while explaining your charges real quick? So, you're being charged with unlawful activity with a minor traveling to meet a minor and commit a felony and unlawful way of unlawful use of a two-way communication device. Okay. What we're going to do is I'm going to take you back to the station. You can talk or you don't have to talk to the detective and get some answers cleared from them. I don't have those answers because we're not the guys that investigate your case. We're just the guys to say, "Hey, go find this guy. Arrest him for me." Okay? So, if you're good with it, we're going to take you back to the station. Like I say, they're going to read you your rights. You can either talk to her or don't talk to her. That's up to you. Okay? But at least if you have some answers you need to get clarified just for your own self, that'll be the time to do it. Okay? So, he's got some charges uh reference to some stuff. Yeah, I remember when he was arrested for that. Another one. It's a different one. That's all I can tell you right now. So, he's going to go to the county. You you know, you can call or look online and and see when he can get bonded out and all that stuff, but you just got to go talk to the detective and then he's going to go to the county jail. Okay. All right. You got a card of that? Um, no, I don't have any cards, but if you the Palm Beach County booking lot, you can look that up online and uh it's going to take a few hours before he gets booked, but then you can check it out and they'll you'll be able to see whatever that you need. You can call the county 6883400 or he'll call you. Yeah. Okay. And then he'll give you the information, the bond and all that. Okay. Do you have an ID in here? I'm not sure. Okay. It's fine. It's all good. Okay. All right. All right. Any questions? Just want to know what going on. Yeah. No, understand. Of course. Yeah. He's being respectful. Yeah. We're not, you know, everything's good. We're just This is This is our job. We just got to go pick our people and so Okay. All right. All right. Have a good day. Have a good day. The man was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor, traveling to meet a minor. Unlike the previous case, our next suspect, Miguel Garza, was even worse. Despite having a wife and child, he still attempted to meet a minor at a hotel. A special team had been investigating him when an undercover agent posing as a 14-year-old girl gathered evidence. Luck was on the cop's side when they uncovered a solid lead. On May 6th, 2024, the special agent reported to the New Mexico State Police after attempting to meet with Miguel and requested their assistance in apprehending him. Once the agent provided the suspect's location, the officers responded immediately, catching him. However, the man played hard and acted clueless, attempting to evade questioning. He says, "Open the door." He's here. He's here. Yep. Yeah. Yep. He's in the car waiting outside. Are we going? Yep. I'm going the other side. He's right there. You see him, Kai? No. He's right there to your left. [Music] Step out, bro. Step out. Hold on, Jan. The hell dispatch four transport transport. We'll transport him to the office and then uh get him going. I'll take him. I'll take him with me and then we can we can just transport him in my car. Sure. Yeah, we'll just take him over there real quick. What about the vehicle? Why not make phone call? Right here. So, you got your phone? Yeah. Cool. Um, your wallet, bro? Mhm. You need it? Uh, I guess. I don't know. What are we doing? I got to talk to you right now. You want your wallet or no? Sure. You see your light? This card's on top. Oh, you my phone is right there. What was that? My phone's right there. If you're looking for top. Cool. You want to make some phone calls to come pick up your car? Say that again. You want some phone calls and pick up your car or no? Well, I'll talk to you in a second, but do you want some phone calls for somebody to come pick the car? Um, yes. Who do you want to call? I don't know. I don't know. You don't know who you want? No. Mhm. Do you want me to call Riley? Do you want me to call Sure. I don't know you. What's your name? It's uh Sergeant Fish. Is it You want to call her? What do you want to do? Yeah, I guess so. Here, let's use your phone. Oh, God. As you can see, the man was in trouble and had gone to the hotel to meet with the undercover agent. But now that he was detained, you'd be surprised by whom he called to pick up his vehicle. We'll talk to you here in a second, man. Hello. Uh, hey babe. How do you turn up your volume on this idea? Uh, so a bunch of cops rolled up on me and I'm being arrested. I don't know. You want to tell her where you're at? Uh, the Days in Motel. Do I need to like come and get you? Yeah, I need to get the car, I guess. Okay. Okay. All right. Where do I come find you? I don't know. Where you at? Well, she's wondering where she finds me. Well, we'll talk to her later. I guess we're going to talk to you later. Okay. The code. Okay. Cool. All right. Bye. Okay. Bye. Does she know where you're at? Yeah. Cool. All right. So, we'll get you in this back to this unit. Sure. [Music] Did you already search him in? No. No. Search. You have gloves. I got a look to the front of my left. Just right there by the front tire. Hey, are the keys inside there or is in your pocket? Uh, there should be in the drawer in the cup holder. Cool. Go ahead and turn it off real quick. Nothing on this plate's upside down. Wallet. You put it in my phone. I know, too. Did you not want it? What? Keep your wallet. We have the phone. Yeah. Yeah. Um, you want to see? I'll go work on the PCC. Coming to get it. Riley. Riley's coming to pick it up. Yeah. At the station, the detective read him his rights and questioned him about the Snapchat messages. However, he pretended to be innocent, acting as if he was completely unaware of them to avoid trouble. Right. Before I get into anything, man, I do since you are detained right now, I do have to read you something, right? So, you have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can or will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney and have one present during questioning. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be provided to you at no cost to you. Uh the government will pay for it. You could decide at any time to execute these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. If you decide to answer your questions, uh you may stop during questioning at any time and consult your attorney. Uh so basically, I just read your random rights cuz he's detained right now, right? So let me explain to you real quick. So, I'm Kai. I'm with the state police. All right. So, you know why you're here then, right? Um, can you explain it to me? Why are you here? I mean, you tell me. You guys rolled up on me. We rolled up on you? All right. Why were you at the hotel? Why not? So, hold on. This is your ex, right? Sure. So, I get it, man. You're in a tight bind. Like I said, right now you are detained. Okay. Right. So, obviously, we did our homework on you. Um, my best advice to you, man, is like you messed up cuz you're on the Air Force base and Air Force has some crazy techn technology as you know, right? So, we know why you're at the hotel, right, Johnny? Is that what you go by? Johnny. No. Yes. You know what I mean? So, who do you think you're talking to? Who do I think I'm talking to? Yeah. To you guys. On Snapchat, who do you think you're talking to? No, I have Snapchat. You don't have Snapchat? No. So, who are you snapping on your way to a hotel? I wasn't. You don't wear Snapchat? No. No, not at all. No. Okay. Uh, so what if he showed you some pictures of yourself on Snap? How would you feel about [Music] that? Is that my wife? What's that? Is that how you know my wife? I don't know your wife any wife's name that you're you're married. I am. So, um, yeah, man. I get it. You're pissed. We're not the people you want to see here at the at this time. Trust me, you're not the first one to be seen here at this time at all. So, I get it, man. You're pissed. Go home. To be honest, I bet you a lot of people want to go home at this point, right? So, you're not going to tell me why you're at that hotel? Miguel was desperate to hide his misdeeds. Unable to accept the reality of his actions, he tried to prove his innocence, but the evidence was too overwhelming to believe his words. I'm conflicted. So, I know based off my simple understanding of how legal things work that you guys aren't really my friends. I know that I think a lot of you probably think I'm a terrible person and maybe in a lot of ways maybe I am. But so I don't know to answer your questions or not. I'm kind of confused cuz I would like to believe that you're my friend. You know, I I'll be honest with you. See, I'll get his ass. I'll tell you I and my life is probably ruined anyways. So, whatever. Ask away. I'll tell you the honest truth because what do I have to hide now? I don't um I don't really have anything to hide, but I need to touch on that. But I mean like I don't really know what to tell you. So what was going through my head was my man struggles um has always been sexual things and not even in a weird way. I think it's just just having a normal guy struggles. I think I just let it be me a little bit more than I probably should have. And I mean, this situation is unfortunate to say the least because I have a son and a wife who I absolutely love and I hate that I'm in this in this position to um to hurt them. And I don't know really know if my wife is going to take me back, which is also terrible cuz I actually love her. That's fine though. I'm okay. I just have to think about all the stuff I love. What I'm supposed to be and what I am and now is not is not the same, which I think sucks the most. But yeah, I don't know. I I'm a guy. I make mistakes and I absolutely not proud of that. And I I can tell you whether you believe or not, it's your choice, but I I didn't have any ill intention if that matters, you know? I mean, at this point, the way it looks and my poor decisions and my struggles, I mean, you obviously you guys have seen it, so you know, that's all right. Whatever. Um, but I I guess I I'm just someone who struggles and let it beat me. Okay. Well, I felt weird from the very beginning, like I Here we are. And I was right. I kind of guessed it. Miguel was charged with child solicitation by electronic communication. This man, John Michael, was not only a father, but also made an inappropriate connection with someone younger than his daughter. Despite knowing the victim's age, his thoughtless actions are beyond disturbing, raising the question of how a father could do such things. On October 11th, 2024, officers responded to a local restaurant where Michael worked to arrest him based on a warrant for making illegal relations with a minor. The cops arrived and quickly detained Michael. Just like him, his coworker was caught off guard by the police visit. They weren't expecting it at all. How's it going, John Michael? Yes. Drop the phone for me. Why? Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. This. Do you understand me? What I do? What do I do? What do I do? I'll explain everything to you in a minute. Do you have any weapons on you? No, sir. Like a box or nothing? What I do? Do you work here, ma'am? Yes, I do. We'll talk to you in a second if you just stand over there. Okay. What do I do? Go stand over there, ma'am. Thank you. What did I do? What did I do? We'll explain everything to you in a minute. Well, what I do? Let's walk outside. Talk out there. What' I do? We'll talk outside. I don't think you want her to hear it. So, see right over here. What' I do? But for reals, what' I do? Okay. What What happened? What' I do? So, that guy in there, he's going to talk to you, okay? Cuz he's the one in charge. What did I do? Can you ask me what I do? I'm not going to explain it to you cuz I don't know, dude. So, he just had a couple of restaurants that he had to get taken care of today. Okay. So you guys aren't in trouble. Are you okay? Um I'm kind of like Yeah, it's a lot. Um okay. Uh is there someone I should call? Um no, he's he just he needs to go to jail for his arrest warrants. Okay. So, um And you sure you have the right man, right? Is that who is it? For the police, it was their job to take Michael to the station for questioning. However, once he learned about the warrant, he immediately denied any involvement. Uh, warrants, excuse me, for Did you It's about like a state police case about distribution or something like that. No. Okay. No, the only thing I I had a warrant for was for no driver's license and I went to court and What's your What's your name? Uh, but I never left Mexico. I never live in Mexico. I know, but something about uh it's like distribution of narcotics that weren't narcotics. I've never I don't even drive. I don't have a vehicle. I have no narcotics like like drugs. Yeah. I've never I've always been working. I've never left Mexico. I've never drove. Okay. I don't know what much about the warrant besides that. So that's what you're in taking on that once today. Okay. Well, I'm like you guys, how are your handcuffs good? Yes. Okay. They look good. How do I I never teach you nothing, bro. I know, man. So, what we're going to do right now is they have some questions for you. Um, who does? Just people down at the main. Scoot over a little bit. Cuz my cousin's locked up for doing that dumb for Yeah. And he was reach and get the seat belt. Okay. He was a good kid and they dropped the diamond on. Yeah, man. It sounds like there's a lot, but um they just there's some more questions that need to be asked. Okay. Oh, what? Like for reals. Like how I'm I don't even drive. Like I don't drive. I ride my skateboarder everywhere. That's all I do. I don't drive. I don't get nowhere at all. I got you. So, I think we can get it all cleared up, but they just want to ask you some a few questions, okay? Cuz you did have that arrest warrant. At the station, the detective began his inquiry by asking for Michael's personal information. Despite his chaotic life, the cops were surprised by how many kids he had. All right. Well, again, you had those warrants that we were talking about. Yeah, cuz I'm not the only warrant that had was for no driver's license. That's the only things I had. Okay. Huh. Well, you know, so again, I just want to reintroduce myself. My name is Luke. This is my partner, Catherine. We're detectives with the sheriff's office. Um, we're assigned to what's called the ghost unit. Mhm. And essentially, we just handle a whole bunch of different types of follow-ups. Uh, all right. So, but your name is John, right? Okay. Michael and how you and is your family up here or down there? my mom and my two brothers and my nephew nieces and Oh, my dad was too, but he passed away on Mother's Day. Okay. Um, and then what about wife, kids? Anything like that? Oh, I have seven kids. You have seven kids, but they live in El Paso. In El Paso, like Texas? Oh, wow. What What are their ages? My oldest is 22. Oh, okay. Yeah. I was I was young, but I have kids. I had no discipline when I was growing up. So, I just did whatever I want. But now I got older, I got my nephews, nieces, and I got my kids. I had I have my prior to worry about them instead of worry about myself. Gota. And then who lives with you? My mom. Your mom. Okay. And then so you have a you said a 22-y old. 22. And then my youngest would be two. Two years old. And then what about the other ones? So be 14, 12, 11, 10, 8, and then mold. I said mold is 22. Gotcha. Okay. Um, do they all have the same mom? Uh, I got two moms. Two. Um, two mothers. I got five or one and I got two. Okay, fair enough. Then um and then when's your like how many kids live with you? None. None. When's the like mo the most recent time someone one of those kids has lived with you? Uh, no. They don't leave me. Just cuz I had my life when I was going down. When was the last time you saw one of your kids? Uh, last week. Last week? Yeah. Was that in El Paso? No, they came over here. Oh, okay. And which one was that? Which which child was that? A little one. A little big one. Um, what we're investigating today is u we're just really concerned about a child right now. Child? Yeah. Have you had any contact with children besides your own recently? No. Online? No. Well, I just asked my nephew's nieces to have them around all time. As the conversation continued, the cop asked about Michael's social media accounts. He seemed a bit nervous, realizing he might have done something wrong, but he tried to play it smart, offering only limited information. What about um have you had any contact with any kids online or anything like that? Probably a lot while back, but I stopped talking. Yeah. when they told me I could just record this. Okay, that's that's that's No worries, man. Fair enough. Do you have um what kind of social medias do you have? Like social media? I just have Facebook, mobile, and oh, Snapchat and Kick. Kick? I've never heard of kick before. What is Kick? It's like a It's like messages like messaging like Messenger. Okay. But I hardly don't get on those either. I just I'm usually on Facebook when I'm watching videos or I talk to my family. Okay. Um, what's your username on Facebook? Couple different Facebook accounts. I had but they I didn't remember my password. So Oh, yeah. Dude, I hate when that happens. Yeah. And my ex my ex-girlfriend to change my password. So I make she's an ex for a reason, right? Yeah. She's all mad cuz she started getting mad over over dumb messages and she will always fight. So I You said she's always fighting with you. Yeah. Fair enough. So I don't I don't want to fight. Jeez, man. Okay. But you have any kids with her with your ex-girlfriend? No. Okay. All right. So you have a couple Facebook accounts. You said you had a I just have one Facebook. Yeah. The other ones, they don't pop up, but I can't get into them. Gotcha. You had a kick. Yeah, kick. Okay. And then you said Snapchat. Snapchat. That's the little yellow one, right? Okay. And that's like where the videos like you can watch videos and stuff. Okay. And then what was the last one? Uh Moco. What's Moco? It's like a It's kind of like Facebook. Okay. Where you can chat with other people. Okay. Like a chat. Like a live chat? No. I'm sorry. I'm just misunder. Yes, it's a chat like like chat live. Okay. What does that mean? Like be chat with other people. Oh, okay. Like uh you talk to other people like from different places like other days. Oh, sweet. Oh, so just like making new friends everywhere. Fair enough. Um, and then do you have numerous accounts on Moco? Mo. Okay. Is Moch called is is it Moco space? Yes. Okay. So, Mo or Mocha Space are the same thing? Same. Yes. Gotcha. Okay. Um, and then so you only have one account you said. Okay. What's your username on Mochace? Uh, that's a it's an interesting What's What's that username? Tell me about that. For the officer, it was all about picking up on the little things to see how Michael would react. When the officer mentioned his Mo account and asked if he'd been talking to any girls, Michael's overly smooth response immediately raised a red flag. Oh, I'm wearing a cowboy jersey. A cowboy jersey. Okay. Um, and then are you wearing anything else in the picture? Just my jersey and uh my hat. Jersey and your hat. Okay. Um, all right. And then what else? So you're So let's talk a little bit about MoCo if that's okay. Um, do you know why I want to talk about Moco? Yes. Okay. Why do you think I want to talk about Mo? Uh, talking to other girls. You're talking to other girls? Yeah. like just to see if it comes up. But I always ask them about their age and sometimes they'll tell me, sometimes they won't. Okay. For a second there, it sound like you're you're about to say underage. Yeah. There was one, but I cut off cuz when she told her age, I just You just stopped talking. Yeah. Cuz what was her name? I don't remember. Cuz we're we're just concerned. You know what I mean? Just uh I never asked her name. She You never asked her name. just I have the pre and when she told me she was working I said no I I deleted her cuz you deleted her cuz that's that's not right. Gotcha. Why isn't it right? Cuz it's a grown like girl that should be be on that site talking to older guys. So mo is but it's what what is that? What does that mean? Oh I don't know what it mean but it's just like it's like a chat room. Okay, that's like like people, but it just depends. Then they ask like, "Yeah, that's from their age." They they make up the ages. They don't put 28, 30, but they won't put the real age. Okay. So, there was someone recently that said that they were younger. Is that am I hearing you correctly? Yes. And is there do you remember anything about this this person? No, she just did. Do you know like cuz did she had a she had obviously had a Moco account too, right? Did she have a profile picture? No. No. Okay. Did she ever send you any pictures or anything like that? No. Okay. What was the conversation like? just just talk and see Mur is like All right, man. Well, again, I'm really appreciative of everything you're telling us today. But, you know, it means a lot to to my investigation. It means a lot to just our conversation in general, but I'm going to be honest with you. I know a lot of things, right? And it's just easier for the investigation if we just just just say the honest truth, right? Um so so I appreciate like I feel like you're just kind of piece mailing like piecing together just dropping little crumbs just saying oh well I am on this girl but I stopped talking to her. I'm telling you that like I know I know that's not true. Okay. So, um I I already know. Right. Um and that's again what I had mentioned earlier with the investigations into that. Yes, sir. Right. So, um I'd like to show you a photograph of you and I just want to see if if you recognize it. Okay. Michael wasn't truthful and the officer's pointed questions quickly cornered him. With no way out, he finally admitted his wrongdoing but tried to justify it as a mistake. Tell me more about this conversation that you've had with um with this with this subject, this person online talking about. How did you guys meet? Uh from Mo. Okay. How did that conversation start? Uh she hit me up saying hey or what's going on and we started talking talking. So did you hit her up first or did she contact you? I hit I hit her up first. Okay. You hit her up first. She didn't she didn't have her real age on the website. It was a different age. What age was it? 21 31 31. Okay. Tell me more about the age thing. Like what did you see? Like did you see Okay. I saw 31. Yeah. Okay. Cuz I said there was 31, but I asked her and then she told me her age and I just I talked to her and I just stopped. Okay. Talked to her a little bit. Okay. So, like when you I just want to make sure I understand it correctly. So, when someone tells me I talked to them a little bit, that means I said like, "Hey, dude. What's up?" Like that's to me what that's a little bit. No, we had more conversations. Okay. Um just over a couple minutes, over hours. Oh, a couple hours. Couple hours. Did those conversations last a couple days? Yeah, a couple day. Like Yeah, like a few days and then I stopped. When did this thing first start? This whole convers um conversing with her? Last month. I believe so. Last month. Okay. Last month. Um and then during that did you was there every any type of phone calls or anything like that? No, sir. No. Okay. Never made any phone calls. All right. Did she ever say that she was, you know, that she wanted to talk to you or anything like that? Yeah, she said she just said that she like a picture and she just want to talk and Okay, but I I don't I won't give up my memory. Fair enough. So the I thought earlier I may have misunderstood you, but you said there was no photographs, but there is photographs that were exchanged. Yes. Just so like pictures of that one and cowboy jerseys. cowboy jerseys. Okay. Um, were there any other photographs sent by you? Yes. What photographs were those? Uh, my private. Your private? What is What does that mean? My private part. Okay. But my son age, I just messed up because I don't Oh, so tell me, did she tell you the age before or after? to the dates after after. Okay. Um and then the photograph you sent that how'd you send that? Uh just took a picture and it just sent on there. Okay. So the photograph you sent it to her to to the to that kid, right? Yes. But they never she never she and then right after the photo I don't know. I I got freaked out and I got scared cuz she told me to raise a I don't want to be with those people. Okay. How many did you send them? One. Two. Two. Just the same one. Two. And what? How did you send them? Uh just took a picture and just send it. Okay. On mobile space, on Facebook, or all on mobile? Yes. Did you ever text anyone a photograph of you? No. No. Okay. Michael then revealed the surprising conversations he had with the juvenile through text messages. Despite being an adult, he still pursued it with her even knowing she was underage. What What did you guys text about? stuff sexual stuff and like just really a day mostly stuff. Most of this stuff. Tell me about this stuff. you know, she was well, you know, sex talking about what we would do to her and start. And what did you say you were going to do? Okay. Okay. Um, and did you tell her how you were going to do that? Yeah. What did you say? I do a doggy stop. Okay. And she can write me. And did she say anything back to you? Yes. What she said? She said she she said she didn't know she she didn't know what she she's never done before. She doesn't know how. And I told her to show her, but I was never going to meet up with her. Just I just been stupid. It's being cheated. I shouldn't have I shouldn't have done that at all cuz I know it's it's not right. It's wrong. So, how many times did you have these conversations? Once a month, once we had sex to talk. And so you said that you guys started talking, you think last month? Yes. When was the last time you talked to her? Last week. And then I haven't touched anyone. Um, and so how long do you think you guys talked for? Two months. Two months. Two. Two months. To clarify the situation, the police asked Michael about the female he had been talking to and what information he had or knew about her. Do you remember what she looked like? Well, she sent me one picture, but she just smiles. She had color eyes. That was it. Was she Can you describe her a little bit? Like was she she Africaname? Was she white? You're white. Okay. What color hair did she have? Black, brown, brown hair. Brown hair. Do you remember what color eyes? You can't really see her that colors in the picture. You couldn't see the eye colors, but it looked like brown or greenish brown. Okay. Um, do you know what was in the background of the picture? No, it was just it was just uh it was just like a walk. A walk. Do you do you know where she took the picture? How many pictures did she send you? Two. Two. Um, did she have braces? Yes. Oh, braces. Yes. Yes. When she smiles. Yes. She had braces. Braces. Um, glasses or anything? Glasses. Yes. Glasses. Yes. So, was it just the one you were talking to or were there more than one? Just one. Just one. And if we get a warrant for your phone, is that like we're going to find this only through one conversation? Yes. And are the text messages still on your phone? Yes. Yes. Okay. And what did you save the phone number under when you were texting? Oh, I didn't say the phone number. I just I just leave numbers. I don't put names or anything like that. Okay. Uh, how did you know it was her number then? Um, well, she text me. I know who. I know the number. I just don't put down her names. Okay. Do you remember the number at all? I can show you if I want. Okay. But you don't remember? Well, I can show you that. I finally the shocking part came when Michael explained what he had done with the teenage victim and confessed to his crime and she you don't want to get pregnant so I told her we put him in the butt cuz you can't get pain in the butt. Okay. Um did you talk her through how to Yes. Tell me about that. She she didn't know what to do. So I I showed her I show sent her pictures to how how she can do it. Okay. Why? Like But why did you want to teach her like how to just pay her? Just for a pleasure. You just want to like help her. Okay. Does she ever ask like, "Hey, can you teach me how to No. No. Okay. Um, and then you guys talked about how you wanted to talk to her on the phone while she did that. Did you ever talk on the phone while she was She never done it. She never She never I asked her if she saw the video, she said yeah. But she never and then that was the last time I end up fall. Okay. So you sent her a picture and a video. Uhhuh. Okay. And then you sent her nude photograph of you. Did she send you any nude photographs? The man was charged with child solicitation by an electronic communication device. While the man caused a big scene at his ex-girlfriend's house, our next suspect, Alyssa Zinger, is a wild one. She pretended to be a teenager to pursue an intimate relationship and on top of that made inappropriate videos that she posted online. A detective team was formed to track her down. But she caught their attention when an officer found her during a shoplifting call. It all started on July 25th, 2023 when an officer responded to a shoplifting report involving Alyssa and her 14-year-old boyfriend. In the security room, the woman was identified as a juvenile. So, the officer had to call her parents. But things took a different turn as the officer tried to gather information to reach her family. So, this girlfriend, not your not your daughter? Okay. Have you contacted your parents? Yeah, but I can't get a hold of their Okay. Well, I got to try to contact them. Um because how old are you? 14. 14. Yeah. So, unless they tell me that I could release him, which I'm sure they will, but I just he read by text for legality purposes. I mean, if you want to reach out to him just so I could speak with him, just obviously, you know, it's going to come with liability to me if anything was to happen. my parents with her. So, I understand that, but for my job and my purposes, I need to confirm that because you're a juvenile. So, once your parents tell me that they're okay with you going with them, perfectly fine. Okay. You have you have a sister name, Alyssa? Yeah. A half sister? Yeah. Okay. You don't have the same middle name, I'm assuming. I don't have anyone else. I'm going to document that you're going home with them. Um, I tried to get in contact with your parents. You made efforts. Like I said, it's just reliability reason. So, you're Alyssa. What's your middle name? Just Alyssa's finger. Okay. Alyssa gave the officer her sister's name in an attempt to fool him. Since her father was present, the officer handed her over to him and advised her to stay away from shoplifting in the future. Do you have any questions? No. We're not going to do this again. Sure. Dad told me you make money and you can spend the 100 bucks, right? All right, man. This is one shot. You get one shot through this program after this. There's no more. So, let's just make smart choices. Okay. All right. Alyssa got away that time, but an investigation into her involvement with teens brought the police back to her house later that year on November 24th due to Alyssa Zinger circulating inappropriate videos. Deputies were sent to search the house for evidence. However, her parents revealed a shocking story. Yes. Detective said nobody can go in the house. Okay. So, I that's weird cuz I talked to my lawyer and he says, "You guys aren't under you guys aren't there's a search warrant for that." She told me she got a search warrant and nobody's allowed in the house for the phone or for my home. Nobody's allowed in the house. Nobody is in the house. So, right. So, that's why I was came over cuz Yeah, I know it's your house, but we can't let you. We want We've been like, he knows completely 100% cooperative in every way, shape, or form, but we want to make sure that you guys are doing the right thing, too. No, absolutely. And first off, and we we have body cameras, so And first off, your lawyer can request anything. Perfect. And first off, we like I said, we've from the get-go been doing nothing but being 100% walking, right? But I the detective called me and said they're on the way to you. They're going to they cannot go in the house. Fair enough. So So that's where we're at. I know it's this situation. Me not going in my home right now. That's least of my worries. I got a a beautiful young daughter, but you know, you know, this shouldn't be happen. She's got a lot of problems and um other mental issues and stuff and it's just I don't know if you have kids, but yeah, we have two kids. I have two kids. You can imagine. I'm sorry to hear that, by the way. Wow. I mean, she got messed up with the wrong kid, you know. Even though he's a lot younger, he is put it this way. My daughter, my wife first of the federal government 38 years. Never been in trouble in her life. Not a single thing. My daughter, the same thing. Me, stupid little as a kid. Um, but we're good, honest people, hardworking people. And she just got she never been in trouble in her life or nothing because she met a kid and even though he's young, that's why we're we're in this situation. She never been in trouble in her life. until she was surgery. And this kid's this kid is 14 years old. He's got girlfriend girls at his house videotaping them having making 14 and my my daughter is 21 or 22. She was a virgin till she was 21. We got this kid being freaking, you know, I don't I don't know the details or anything. I'm just like, you know, what what's the gist of it? Alyssa was charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious battery and five counts of lewd or lascivious molestation, but it wasn't over yet. Early the following January, officers arrived with another search warrant for Alyssa. Let's see what she did this time. It's their job to do. We'll explain everything that's going on in a minute. Okay. I know what they want. They want pictures of her room to see the walls and see say, "Oh, this is the room she did in it." Do you have anything on you? Phones, tablets, anything? I have my phone. No, no weapons or anything. I appreciate it. We're not going to do something. Um, you know, once again, this is, you know, something procedural. If there were, you know, like any additional charges or anything like that, we would have communicated that with your attorney, and your attorney would get in contact with you guys, you know, to to make those kind of arrangements. We want everything to be as civil as possible. Whenever it comes to executing residential search warrants, that's something that they're not privy to with that information. That's something that we have to execute in, you know, a capacity of of maintaining the integrity of the investigation. Okay. Um, so we're not trying to scare you or anything like that, you know, and and this morning, like I said, you know, we were talking a moment ago, it's that is all procedural. Trust me, it's a headache for us to put all that together, too, whenever we know that it's nothing that's probably going to be needed. But because historically, just a simple call would have said, "Hey, I know, but they won't let us do that." You guys might do that. Other people, we have those 01% times where we think everything is going to go swimmingly and unfortunately somebody comes out with, you know, with something violent. So that's why they have us do things a certain way. Our cranky p whenever she gets here, we're going to go through the house. Um and and we'll take pictures and document and stuff like that. Um and she'll also um get a copy of or she'll be, you know, she'll get a copy of the surf and take pictures and document up too, which I'll go ahead and just kind of review this with you now. Okay. Um so, you know, just so you know that it is something that is valid and signed by a judge. Okay. You know that. Uh so it says whereas uh complaint on oath and in writing supported by affidavit has been made before me judge Thomas Polmo uh in and for Hillsburg County, Florida by Amanda be me via fine for the Tampa Police Department who states okay it says that your client has reason to believe and does believe uh certain um residents of Alyssa Anzer which would be you located in Hillsboro County, Florida described as follows to it the residents of Alyssa Anzir at 1714 Westport Drive. Okay, which um is, you know, well, the the color I guess could be debatable as far as what you exactly would want to describe it as, but um you know, olive green uh with with brown trim or brown with with brown trim. The residence is located on the south side of West Drive and is facing north. Uh the defendant's parents identified and the address of the residence is the premise where the defendant occupies, lives, and has access to. Um, and there is now uh being kept in on said residence um certain evidence to it. Okay. And the scope of the search in this is for a device. The officer searched the house and found several electronic devices. Realizing what they had uncovered, Alyssa became worried that some photos had already been uploaded online. Things were not looking good for her. Don't post your pictures. This is for their investigation. Okay. There's nothing to be anybody has missed. That's nobody's business. They just got to do their job. They got to take pictures of what they need to do. And uh I think you guys should leave. I hear it. Well, I mean, they've surrounded the whole car. Like, I really I don't think they meant it like that. There's five cars. How do I back out? Well, I came from the hot tub. collapse. They all in her bedroom. Maybe that broken and it's heavy. I think their main focus is her room. Did it collapse? Yeah, they hear about my room a lot. That's what they're worried about. Hey, they're doing their job. They're going to do their job. Alyssa was charged with two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation on a victim, two counts of engaging in lude or lascivious battery. Although Alyssa had bad intentions involving minors, this man was a bizarre character. As the landlord, his creepy obsession with spying on his tenants took an unexpected turn. He thought he had everything under control, but his twisted games couldn't silence the victims. On March 17th, 2021, police received a report from a former tenant who had been receiving strange calls and text messages from her landlord. When the situation escalated, she contacted the police. For the officers, gathering information and finding clues related to the report was the priority. They didn't want the man to try anything suspicious upon seeing the cops. So, they took the necessary steps to deescalate the situation. Get a shirt on. Um, no. Don't worry about it. Don't worry about it. Come on. You take me downtown. No. You got a shirt? No. We're going to We want to talk about things. Okay. Oh, good. Definitely get your clothes. Stay. Get in there. Stay in here. Okay. Yeah. What happened? What about that girl? Yeah. You mentioned like I don't know what what you were saying. I had a problem with the tenant about 3 months ago maybe. That's all I know. That's all that's why I thought you were here. Is she Is she still here? No, she moved out. Is there anyone else that lives here? Yeah, I live here and my girlfriend lives here. No other tenants. So, I got the tennis where they live in a cottage in the back. Yeah. Okay. What's upstairs? Anything? Yeah, that's another uh bungalow. It's a dorm. I got you. Is anybody living up there now or? So, there's somebody living in here? Yeah, my my sis my girlfriend's um daughter comes down once in a while. Okay. Cuz everybody in there now that nobody's here now. I had I had a problem with the chick on the internet or I had a problem with the chick that was staying there. That's what I'm thinking is I went off on her on the top. How long though? Probably on Monday. I'm just guessing. I just got out of surgery, so I'm not really sure. But I told her I went off on her. I said, "Hey, if I said something, I'm sorry because I had surgery." And that's what it was. So, nobody else is. And the the roommates that are back there, are they here? No, she's not here. Okay. I don't No, she's not here. How old is the room back there? How old? Yeah. Is like family or what? No, I rent it out. She's 30 something. Okay. Do you have keys to all the apartments? Not with me. No. Okay. What's wrong with the apartments? No. Making sure you have keys to them. That's all. We have a We have a search warrant for your house. Okay. So, I want to make sure that you have keys cuz I don't want to do any damage. So if you don't have a key to the door, then have to break in the door and search. So what you're saying is how it works. Like the warrant the search warrant covers the entire property. So that's all the living spaces basically from property line to property line vehicles, the whole the whole shebang. So we're going to have to at least enter and secure all the units. So we're going to need keys. Otherwise, we just break into them. We don't want to do that. Oh, can't go inside. But I are they in there? I don't know. Now I have to uh go look. Okay. Well, you have you can't go inside now. Can you tell Can you tell us where the keys might be? Um I don't know. Probably probably on the uh my desk. On the desk? Yeah, it was. Are they all together? Is it like one ring of keys or is it several keys? Are they like labeled? No. No. Can I go put some pants on if you're going to take me downtown? I didn't say we're taking you down. We just can't let you back in the house right now cuz we have we have a warrant. So, we have to kind of just hold everything. Trying to make you feel as comfortable as possible. We didn't want to bring the whole squat team and do a dog and pony show. Okay. So, so two things. Shirt. Just shirt and some pants. I want to make a phone call to my girlfriend. Come get me out of jail cuz you got something on me. I don't even know whether you handcuffs. You're getting ahead of yourself. What's happen? You're not in handcuffs. I know. I know. You guys listen. You got to relax because my luck's not too good. If you become aggressive, then you're going to go in. No, I'm not aggressive at all. Upon searching the house, officers discovered a drilled hole pointing directly at the victim's residence. Not only that, the officers informed the man's girlfriend about the text messages he had sent to the victim. You wouldn't believe how inappropriate and disturbing his messages were. Being verbally, you said, really derogatory and then starting to explain personal things that she does with herself. and you're describing things about her and her body that you shouldn't know unless you've seen her. Okay, in the um if you understand what I'm saying now, obviously I can make an educated guess and probably be 50/50 right about how somebody, for example, yesterday's right. I can probably guess on how somebody, but if you're getting specific and you tell me, you know, you were wearing this or your pubic area looks like this or you know, you wear your panties a certain way when you do these things. I think it's reasonable that you may have seen that person and that person's confirming victim's confirming yes that's how I do you know do these things and yes I have that body part is you know whatever way he described it it's reasonable to believe that he may have seen her like that um and then he makes comments to her which were through text messages which he also confirmed you know I've seen or actually you want to go on your patio and I can show you yeah sure okay so from what he says um he uses I guess app on the spot to contact people cuz I guess he gets fraud calls all day long like we all do, you know. He told me that he used I guess like a scoop app in his phone um to kind of do rehearsed calls to like frauds. He also confirmed some of the things that they talked about that he would say certain things to her that I just described to you earlier. I don't you're telling me this for the first time. So So I showed him these text messages, right? He replies. Um who's this? And what are you talking about? How would you know? You left the apartment like [ __ ] Closes your mouth and panties around your knees flopping around with your left leg up here. Love the little landing strip silver dollar. All good. And she goes and kind of denies it. Basically, you know, kind of flopping considering that he shouldn't see her like that. They had no type of relationship. She wouldn't give him permission to videotape her or do her in her. He says, "Lol, your funny nips, silver dollar, pink, little black lining striping there. posted on media site with name. I hope you take better care of your your kind. Um then you did the apartment. Pissed me off. People post you on Facebook. They'll get a link sent to them. Good luck with that. And she says, "You're hilarious. Send the link." So then they just they talk on the phone. He basically kind of says the same thing. Hope you take better care of your box. Then you did the apartment. Um we send his words. He calls her a couple different times. The same verbiage. Um he did confirm sending text messages. He says that he couldn't remember exactly a lot of them, but the verbiage is him. He says, "Yeah, I sent text. I was just trying to upset her." Things like that. Um she isn't the first woman who's made complaints about him. Um we left a copy uh watching them. You had I guess another tenant name might have been before my time. Okay. I I moved up here in 2010. Okay. Okay. So, she was 2008. You could He also said some things like that to He also said some things like that to her about watching her in the shower. Um how shaving things like that. Again, could you bluff? Yeah, of course. Right. But he was very specific in nature which made them which any reasonable person would say, "Okay, then you must have seen me." Okay. Um with that being said, he's denied videotaping anybody um or having any surveillance other than what obviously you can see on the outside of the house. You guys obviously not consider surveillance only. We have we have two cameras in our house, right? And what you do and what you record in your own house isn't my concern. It's because you guys can do record whatever you want. It's when it becomes other people and their expectation of privacy is where the problem is. So, with that being said, do are you is this the first you're hearing of it? Absolutely. Okay. Um, has he ever I don't know what your relationship's like. I know that there's 10 people right now. This is your personal life, my personal business. But has are you aware of him spying? No. Look, I'm aware of his anger. I'm aware of his vulgarities. Um the c word, that's his favorite word when he gets pissed off at a woman. Um it's usually a trigger for most. Yeah, he he had a battle going with our one neighbor for a while there and that was like his favorite go-to word along with the vulgarities and just yelling out nasty things. Um he's actually taken counseling frame management working for him. I thought it was. [Music] Although the man secretly stalked his tenant, the next case involved a guy who harassed a woman in a public place, not only did he commit the crime in the open, but he also left his identification card at the scene. Well, that blunder cost him big time, turning a bad decision into a full-blown legal mess. On June 7th, 2024, police were called to a gas station in Monroe County after a man was reported for inappropriately touching a female worker. And he just started he like kind of grabbed me like this. Where did he touch you? Like on my arms. He kind of like went down on my arms and then made his way down like that. And then that's when he whispered in my ear and I was like, "Bro, get away from me." Hey. Um, so the suspect dropped his ID. I guess Billy is out with them right now with uh Once the cops identified the suspect, they approached him for questioning. However, as expected, he claimed he did not know about the incident. He even called his mother as a witness, but things took a suspicious turn when the officers asked about his ID card. What's going on at the racetrack? What they got to do with me? That's what we're trying to find out. Why y'all talking to me? Well, cuz of something that happened at racetrack. So, what happened? What happened? Well, that's why we're asking you. Tell me I ain't I I wasn't at the racetrack. Well, people just said your name, your exact description. So, unless somebody else is named Fernando Hill, wearing a white t-shirt and green shorts. I don't have a white t-shirt on. Oh, so what do you have? No, don't disrespect me. I Whatever. I disrespected you. I'm trying to figure out. Will you tell me what's going on? What initially seemed like a normal case took a shocking turn when his inappropriate relationship was uncovered. Here's how it all started. On October 15th, 2023, deputies in West Palm Beach received a report about a black male engaging in suspicious activity, repeatedly coming to retrieve a ball. The officers arrived and spoke with the caller to get a clearer understanding of the situation. However, as they learned more, the story about the suspect didn't quite add up. Hey, what's going on? Our son almost passed out. This guy's on our roof in a broad daylight. He's saying he was looking for a ball. He lost a week ago. Then he saying he lost the ball three days ago. He says grandma live out here and he don't know what unit the grandma live in. But he randomly coming up here to pick up a football. I didn't I didn't He said he lost it week ago and then I just never saw nothing like this. I don't know if he was trying to break in. He won't tell the truth. He say the grandma live out here and don't know what unit the grandma live in. Right. And this the gentleman? Yeah. All right. So what's going on, man? Why you on my roof? I been looking for a boy that I lost a few days ago playing with my nephew. He keep telling me to tell the truth. Oh, really? Like there's nothing else like for me to say right now. This is kind of weird, man. I mean, where were you? I completely understand that. Like, and I'm sorry for scaring you, sir. I ain't mean it. You feel me? I really I just be worried when I come out here like my grandma. Like, where's your grandma live, man? She stay over there. Over there is over where? Over there. What's the address? I have to give you all that. Yeah, man. I mean, dude, you trespassing on this guy's property, man. You got to be able to show me that you actually have a reason to be here, you know? You know, I'm not trying to give you a hard time. But listen, man, you didn't even knock on the door and say, "Hey, man. You mind if I go up on your roof? I I You kind of see what's up. Yeah. Yes. So, that's why I just need you to be able to say, "Hey, my grandma lives over here. This is who she is. This is why I'm here." And then you're good to go, man. You know, [Applause] you go to school around here. Go to Prep. Prep? Where's that at? Gotcha. Gotcha. You staying with your grandma right now? I just was visiting there. Gotcha. You drive over here or you were walking you on foot? Gotcha. Where's your car at? Which one is it? Surrounding over there. the red uh SUV or it's all the way over there. That's why I just So why you pull your car right here? If you going to get on my roof, you pull it over there so when you run you can jump in the car and the grand if the grandma stay here. Why your car not at the grandma's? It's over there for my grandma. Yeah. No, it's No, I was just want to cuz I understand his frustration. I just I don't want him to think I was stealing nothing like I like you can check my pocket. No, I got you, man. You got ID on you by chance? No, sir. All right. You you got matter of fact, it's in my car. All right. You want to come with us to your car and we'll we'll sort this all out. All right. We'll come and talk to you after. All right. I'm sorry, too. Yeah, man. Next time knock on the door or something, give him the heads up. You know, I understand that, but we going to flat, man. I would think he'll understand. He ain't see no like he ain't see me like have a whole bunch of stuff in my hand tumbling, jumping off the roof. Right. Right. I was just like right at the edge when he came out. He like, "Hey, what you doing?" No, they've been having some problems around here with car breakins and stuff, man. So, see, I see now I understand. Yeah. My car my car is down there. All right. Well, is it how far? Walking distance. Yeah. All right. As the cops played along with the suspect to gather information, they were careful not to scare him. At the same time, they documented his identification details. Is it the uh the red sedan up here? Red Impala. Red Impala right up here. All right, cool. Yeah, man. Like I said, you know, he he called us. You just document this stuff and then you'll be on your way. All right. [Music] Um, I really just don't want to bother my car with all this. Like, I don't understand. like like she going to do the moves like like that's that's just a lot. I was just hoping he just Yeah. But I understand it's a lot going on over here. See a black tattoo on your No. And honestly, it ain't that, man. It's just like I said, these cars like this this area has been like hammered hammered lately. Thanks, man. Looks like you lost a little bit of weight, man. Yeah, I've been I've been grinding. I've been grinding. Okay. Actually lost a ton of weight, man. Yeah, I've been grinding, man. Golly. Been trying to stay out of trouble. got in got in trouble with the law before on some or some on some on some like I felt like racial profiling stuff and like that's why I was just you know like believe me please believe me well you know it ain't you know you know it ain't racial profiling cuz you know what I mean no for real I understand though like I'll be straight with you man if it was another couple it would have been a completely different kind of call you know he went and grabbed I'm like oh lord he grabbed you n he went and grabbed the uh Oh, the pistol protection. Yeah. Like, oh my god, please. No, man. What did you do? Saw you saw someone on your roof. Same thing. You feel me? I said I'm hoping you understand that. I definitely understand. I was just trying to like avoid all of this. But I understand like I mean, and there's even like not really even burglary. You ever heard of lawyer and prowling? Who? Lording and prowling. That's what like uh vand v that's that's basically you're in an area and you can't give a good reasonable exploitation or good reasonable reason why you're there. That's I mean yeah it's not a burger it's not a felony or anything but that could get you jammed up you know. So it's I mean I don't think we're going that route but just to let you know you know it's especially these days around here West Palm you know this is a high crime area in West Palm. somebody sees somebody on their roof, they're gonna think the worst right off the bat. But yeah, I I completely understand him. I was just trying to talk my way out of because it wasn't like I told him he could check my He steady saying, "Tell me the truth. Tell me." I'm like, "Bro, bro, like I understand my situation kind of jacked up, but I don't got nothing on me." You feel me? I wasn't trying to steal or nothing. just own the whole time. Whole area. At first, the investigation was going pretty smoothly with nothing more than the man being trespassed from the property. But things quickly took a much darker turn when the officer spoke with the homeowner and looked through their daughter's text messages. That's my stepdaughter. So, when I was talking to my wife about I was like, "Yesterday, this her room right here, and the screen was open yesterday." So, I was cleaning up the patio, you know, on the weekend and I noticed her screen was open when I pull up and so I closed it. She said she was giving a cat warmer or something. Long story short, I was telling my wife, I was like, "Listen, nobody going to come break into my house in the middle of the day." I said, "Oh, I think it's something happened with that boy. He's 19 and she's 14. Her dad said, "You need to go to jail." She told you that? Yeah. Okay. Hold on. Let me call my boss cuz like you said, serious stuff. cigarette how we're going to handle this and I'll get it right back to you prior. She tell you how long she's going in for and that's what I've been looking on. That's why I'm reading her message. That's what I've been doing cuz I had to have to fight her to get the phone. Yeah. Okay. So, you got all those messages? Yes. Videos and everything. If that makes Yes. Okay. All right. Um I going to Isn't he like 19 or 20? 19. Yeah. That's when my buddy got his 14. Oh, I'm sorry. The other officer got all his information so we know who he is. So that's what we know. And I guess he got a phone number. That's his number. Yeah, it's his number. Yeah. Okay. Let me uh call my boss. Arrest him. It's possible, but right now we have to do the whole complete investigation. I don't want I want to say yes, Dan. He's getting arrested. Been in my house. I I got you. I know. She She made a stupid mistake. I don't even know if she can be pregnant by somebody like that. Yeah. So, let let me call my boss. I want to do this investigation the right way. I don't want to mess anything up. So, we might have to get detectives involved. You know, we're definitely going to need whatever evidence you have. We'll work on getting that later. So, let me call my boss, find out how we're going to I got the phone, so I got everything messages and everything. Okay, great. One sec. Okay. Uh speaking to the detective, um I'm assuming that you're okay with us taking the phone and getting whatever information we need as evidence from there. Yes. Okay, cool. I appreciate that. Um, it's is it you could show me what you've found so far? Oh, with the video and whatever. Oh, that's what I'm trying to read up on. Um, I mean, anything basically incriminating for him on the video for you. If you show me that um so much, so was it um he's he's having conversations, but take some more videos. Did you by chance say this happened today where it occurred in her bedroom? Was it on the bed on the floor or? Um, no. They he attempted to come today. I don't think they did nothing today. We went to church and then u when I came I had to go run errands. The mom does her so she was gone and I was gone and and then that's why then when u the mom came home she took her to Walmart and he came a little too late. Yeah. He didn't know. Did what they did. He was trying to leave. And that's that's that's my guess. Hey, that's what it was. That's what it was. Um, one thing we need to do, we might have to collect the sheets. Okay. So, we just need to keep everybody out of that room. After reviewing all the evidence and photos on the phone, the officer issued a warrant for his arrest. The following day, they surprised him as he was heading home from school. What's your first name, man? Okay. [Applause] Just have a seat. Y'all around here is the weather. Uh, they told us to come find you. Who? Y'all ain't had to I would have stopped.
