The couple are arrested following an investigation into them after multiple reports of the pair neglecting children from ages 2 to 7. This footage shows the arrest of the pair as they act confused but don't fight the police. All right. Right now, you both are going to be under arrest for child and go with these two gentlemen. The store owner shows the police the surveillance tape and the bathroom where the incident had taken place, making this a cut-and-dry incident. This footage shows a 45-year-old Oregon man showing up at a 12-year-old girl's house in Ohio after cyberstalking her for 4 years. The suspect, Timothy Neilson, began watching the young girl on YouTube So, why are you going door to door His obsession with her grew over the years, and he decided to make his way across the country to ask her on a date. When police arrive on the scene and begin questioning him, he makes a number of surprising and explicitly disturbing comments and statements. That's why I'm here, and I'm not just driving around.
