Even during her conversation with the police, it felt like they were talking about completely different things. But how long could she keep up the act before it all fell apart? It all began on August 12th, 2024 when dispatch received a call about a woman with a baby attacking her neighbors and damaging property in Ohio. The officer arrived at the neighbor's house and noticed broken windows. They spoke with the homeowner to gather information about the incident. Other neighbors also approached to discuss the same issue. Did you call police? Yes. What's going on? Um, our neighbor that lives behind us knocked out our back window. Okay. Um, everybody's in the back. I was asleep whenever it happened. They just came and woke me up. You know why they why they did that? I'm not positive. Oh, right here. We back here. We back here. She bust open her window. So that's why I came over here. When I came over here, she attacked me. Then she went to my she at her house. So if y'all want to go see her, she fallen and back it up a second. She lives in the first apartment right here. She has a one-year-old over there. I'm like, "You have a a subtle there, a one-year-old little boy over there. You need to get up, pull yourself together, and go home." And she got out of my face. And my face pushed me. I just walked in. I shut the door. She's like, "Oh, you want some?" And then busted out the glass. Okay. Okay. How did your foot get cut from the the when she busted the butt? Faith was charged with criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct, and assault. On August 12th, 2022, police responded to a disturbance call about Jessica causing trouble at a nightclub in Florida. The situation escalated when she tried to use a fake ID to enter, leading to an altercation between her and the security guard. The area was crowded with people, so the police took the necessary steps to deescalate the situation and mirandized Jessica before questioning. It's not me. Let's take a walk. She pushing. Yeah. I reached in my pocket and [ __ ] and I took more than 2003 but gave me a 2000 ID. Okay. Okay. All right. Um, you got to sign a statement and everything. Okay. All right. Cool. Hey, go 1015 for battery. Hey, you push the security guard. Hey, do not resist. Do not resist. Do not make the situation worse than it already is. So, what happened? So, this security guard over here, you went inside of his pocket and pushed him to go get your ID back. I didn't touch the security guard. have problems. Okay, it's too late now. You got problems. Wait, what? You're going to jail. You're under arrest for battery. What? Yes. What did I do? I just told you. I'm not going to repeat myself. No, but can you tell me what happened? Did you not hear me? Jenna, what's happening? She's going to jail. She's a security guard. She pushed the security guard. Obviously, you can't do that, but she's going to jail. You don't have to do anything. So, you can go out and have a good time. I don't know what I did. I don't know what happened. Yeah. Yeah. I'll call her. So, can you do me a favor? Let me go talk to the big company real quick. Get it 43 and get him to sign a statement. All right. So, listen. I'm going to say it one more time and I need you to understand me. Okay. What? I don't know. Face this way for me cuz if you kick me, we're going to have a problem. I'm not going to touch you, officer. So, this is the deal. That security guard over there was saying that you had some issue with a fake ID or something that make sure let me finish talking. Okay. It's in my mouth. If you figure it out cuz I I I don't want any problems with that. So anyway, apparently you try to go in his back pocket and go take your ID back and you push him and he wanted to press charges. But I didn't touch him off. But you didn't try to go in his pocket. Hold on a second. Time out. Time out. Time out. Right now you're under arrest and you're in handcuffs. You need to be able to talk. I already You're under arrest for battery. You can't touch people without their permission. I'll second talking. I need you to understand. I can't ask you any questions or have you make any statements until I mirandize you. Okay? So, if you want to talk to us, my man's over here is going to read you your rights. And if you agree to make a statement, then we can talk about it. But if you don't want to be mirandized and you don't want and you and you invoke, then there's nothing to talk about. So, listen to him. You have the right to remain silent. Jessica got upset when she realized she was going to jail and quickly decided she needed to call her mom. Even though she was an adult, she acted like a child when things got serious. I need my phone. I need to talk. I need to call my mom right now. You can call. No, I need to call my mother right now. How this works? You're an adult, right? You're 18. I'm not a bad child. Nobody said you were. Then why am I under arrest? I already told you. I'm not going to repeat myself again. Do you get off to this? No, I don't. Why would I get off on this? I understand that. Because I'm literally a under 21 drinking. I'm not drunk. You want to me? No, but I'm a DUI officer and I know what a drunk person looks like. Okay. So, can I have my phone, please? No, you cannot have your phone right now. I need to talk to my mom. You can call her from jail. What part of that don't you understand? I don't understand why you're being so rude to me. I'm just I'm being very straightforward. I haven't raised my voice. I haven't yelled at you. I haven't called you out your name. I'm sorry. I don't know what Let's do this. I'm just going to look in the back seat real quick. I got right now. You take a seat. She didn't mind her being. That's what she did. I'm really scared. I know. I'm really scared. Please don't. No. Please don't. Please don't. Please no. Please don't. Please don't. I I don't I'm not I'm feeling wrong. Please. Please. Please. Ma'am, you need to keep your feet in the car. Close the door. Please don't. Please don't. I just stay here. I won't. I just want to stay here. I don't. Please don't close the door. Close the door. Please don't. Oh, ma'am. This is what's going to end up happening. I would just comply and listen because my partner's going to yank you back over there if you don't get in the car. So, I would just slide in there. There you go. Hey, um, get her ID so we can start the paperwork. So ma'am, I'm here to conduct your search. [Applause] You do wrapping. Do you have anything on you that might hurt me? Oh, you can move my hair on my face. You want me to tie it for you with that scrunchie? All I have on me is my jewel on my backpocket. Okay. You give me officers your name yet? No. I'm so scared. What are you scared about? This I'm not a bad kid. This house? Yeah. This has never happened to me before. I don't know what I did wrong. I was just trying to get my ID back. That's it. And they like were very like I don't know. They were just very like aggressive towards me and I don't know what I did. The female officer then took care of Jessica and her things like a mother. It was the best way to calm her down and they also allowed her to speak with her family. I mean, you're under arrest. So, if you don't say your name, you're going to get charged with something else. So, if I were you, I would just give your name because if they don't if you don't give it to them, they're going to find it other ways. And once we do that, that's going to be worse for you. Hold on. Why are they happy that they arrested me? I don't understand. Nobody's happy. Got arrested. Got arrested. That's That's it. I don't know what I did, though. They're going to explain it to you because I wasn't here. Okay. Do you have anything in your pal concealed? Is this the only You don't have anything else. Okay. This is so traumatizing. I don't need that much. Grab my throw bag and my house key cuz my friend needs to get back home. So, the house key, I can give it to you. That cannot go to the jail. So my mom Yeah. Hold on. Oh my god. I have to do your boy. They're in the mall right now. No, this is not okay. This is I've been told before. This is not okay. That was Wait till you get to the jail. They search you more thoroughly than what I do. Okay. Do you have anything on you conceal? I don't. All right. This is nicotine, right? Is it not open? I'm going to cut your hair real soon. So, who is your friend that needs a key? I don't know where she is. I just This is This is trash, right? No, I need that. You need this nail. Okay. This has to go in my pocket. We have to put it separately. The nail has to go in her property. It's part of her. She wants it. It's part of her nail. I'm It's done. Did you give her your name yet? What's your first single? It's not a big deal. What is it? Misdemeanor. Misdemeanor. What do you expect with misdemeanor? I don't know what that means. So, you have felony, which is big boy jail, and you have misdemeanor, but you still go to jail. I'm going to real how long? Uh, battery is a misdemeanor. So, until somebody bails you out, you see the judge and he might grant you a first appearance. Okay. Do you know where your friend is? No, I don't. Let me throw in the card. One nail. One key and then this trash. Yeah, I guess so. Yeah. No, do you know can you call your friend? Her friend needs that key. So, I'm I need to call her. Watch for that sign. Can you please huh? Can you please close the door? Not close the door. I'm not going to close it right now, but I got to go. I'm not on your call. You [ __ ] Can you come like walk past the supermarket near the tattoo place where the hookah lounge is? I'm literally going to jail. I don't even know what I did. I don't know. I'm so scared. I'm past the supermarket place. I'm so scared right now. Can you call my mom for me? Okay. Come surpass block. Just keep walking past the supermarket. You'll see. [Music] You walk. I see you. I'm right I'm where the lady cop is standing. I'm right here. After some calm conversation, Jessica accidentally admitted to her misdeed, making the investigation easier for the cops. They then took her to jail. Scared. Listen, right now it's done. You're not going to be in danger to do, okay? And it's something that you're going to get out within a few hours. Okay? So, I need you to just calm down. Why did we do this? I have no idea. I wasn't here. I honestly don't know. I don't know what happened between you and me. Okay? So, I can't tell you that I know something that I don't. I wasn't here. I just need to search you. Okay? But I need you to just calm down, okay? You're going to be okay. I can't calm down. This is so I know in your mind, but think about the other person on the other side. I didn't do anything to him. They're charging me with battery. I didn't touch the man. I was I wanted to go in his punk and I almost did. I like grazed his backside. I didn't go in his pocket though. I never touch I like touch him a little bit but I didn't like assault him. So any touch even if it's just like that is a battery. If he wants to press charges any touch like that is a battery. So I don't know what kind of interaction you guys had but obviously it was enough for him to warrant to press charges. Okay? So that's something that we cannot work around. If they want to press charges that's up to them. You understand? At the end of the day, you shouldn't be out here at this stage drinking. Like, this is what needs. You don't have to admit if you're drinking or not. I'm not dumb, but this all these problems. You're too young to handle this kind of scenario. That's why they That's the They just want to send that message to me. No, not not we I'm not You're going to be fine. I'm going to get you out. Don't worry about it. I'm going back. I'm going to get you up. We're going to call your mom. Okay. Can I like give her a hug? Is that okay? I'll figure it out. Hey, you can go because you don't know how old she is, so get in the car. Get in the car. I love you. No, I asked her how old she and she's like, "Oh, mom, get in the car." I asked her how old she is and then she's like, "Oh, a lawyer will be able to tell you." Ma'am, get in the car. Can you talk to me with respect? Get in the car, please. Get in the car, please. Thank you. Why do you want to do this to me? Like, why do you want to see me like this? I don't understand. So, I I know you've been drinking a little bit and this is an emotional situation, but I just got to make sure. No, it's not an emotional. I'm traumatized. Okay. Trauma, emotions, it's it's the same thing. So, listen. I want to make sure we're both on the same page, right? So, do you think I rolled out of bed at 1:00 in the afternoon today saying, "Hey, you know what? I hope I get to arrest some 18-year-old girl for disord Do you think that's what I wake up in the morning for?" Okay. If that's the case, then we don't have anything to talk about because you're not making any sense and I only speak in reality and things that make sense. So, don't talk to me for the rest of the time you're in my car, please. Jessica was charged with battery, possession of an alcoholic beverage by a person under 21, resisting an officer, and having a false driver's license. This case involves two teenagers whose reckless actions shocked the officer at every step. At one point, they hid their firearms. However, leaving one of those guns out in the open led to an unexpected turn when a young child found it and fired around, but no one got injured. It started on July 6th, 2024 in Lee County, New Mexico when officers chased two teenagers in a vehicle for driving recklessly. After several attempts to stop them, the suspects managed to escape from the police. Later, the police located the vehicle at a residence nearby. They approached cautiously to investigate and find out what was inside. You want to go driver's side first? Yeah. I don't see anyone in the driver's seat. Passenger seat. I don't see. I got you. Here. Open up. Looks clear. Speakers. I don't see anybody. What is that? I know. Um, one of us needs to go to tow truck and then the other needs to look for cameras. I don't see any. The vehicle's engine was still warm, so the cops began searching the neighborhood for the suspects. Not long after, they spotted two teenagers nearby and decided to check on them. Got those two join here at the RV park. I'm going to try and step out with them right next to the Econ Lodge. Two Hispanic males, two, one shirtless, one with a black shirt. [Music] Hey, come here. Both of you. Come here. Both of you. Walk over to my unit. I'm 15 years old. Just know that. No, that's fine. Just want to talk. That's fine. Just go over there. Just go over there. Okay. Just place your hands on the truck. Okay. So, I'm just going to detain y'all. Okay. Y'all not on the wrist. You're all just detained right now. Okay. just at least until we can figure out what's going on cuz you guys smash the description of somebody involved in uh something that just happened. Okay, send me but behind you back. Uh hold on to that. I'm both of you. So, like I said, your just det right now until we figure out what's going on. Okay. Sure. Both details detain number. No, not yet. Hold on. Hold on. Before you get on, I'm going to pat you down forever. Okay. I'm not going to go into your pockets. I'm just going to check if you have anything on you. Okay. I'll be right with you in a sec. Okay. The officer memorandized both suspects and searched them before questioning. However, there was more to the story as they found something shocking at the trash can nearby. So, I'm Deputy Cruz with the sheriff's auto. All right. So, I'm investig I'm investigating the the pursuit that just happened not so long ago. It's black car took off from us. I rate. Okay. So, I'm going to read you this and I'm going to ask you some questions if you agree to talk to me. Okay? So, you have the right to remain silent. You do not have to say anything at all. And anything you do say will be used against you in court. Do you understand? You have the right to an attorney before you talk to me. You have the right to talk to an attorney, parent, guardian, or custodian if you so desire. Do you understand? If you cannot pay for an attorney, the judge will appoint one for you for free if you desire an attorney. Do you understand? You have the right to have your attorney present when I talk to you. Do you understand? You do not have to talk to me, but if you do, you have the right to stop talking to me at any time. Okay? Do you understand? Okay. After being advised of your rights and with those rights in mind, do you wish to voluntarily give up those rights and talk with me? No. Okay, that's fine. All right. So, I'm going to call your mom then and we'll go from there. All right. He said no. So, he Okay, that's the call. Come on. Yeah. You guys say those too? Yeah. Yeah. My side. So, we got him. We got him dumping the fire. Dump in the fire. Okay. Uh, can you get a hold of JP service, please? 47 about the other cable complaining his footprints are here with the trash can and the firearms in or do you say there was no firearms to extend a magazine? The extended magazine. So he has not found a firearm yet firearm does an extended magazine. These two bonus Mario. Okay. Hold this lid so we don't close on them. Juices. Okay. Do this way. Try to catch Try to catch it on the way out. Ready? Oh, shake it. Okay. Don't grab it, though. Don't let it hit the ground. Don't let it hit the dirt. You come You come lift this. Yeah, you can get it. This one. You can see the swirls. They're barely, but we can match the size. You need a flashlight. Uh, my unit flash. No, I got any. Just going to take pictures of the bottoms of his shoes. If you want to just step up, uh, if you want to face the patrol unit, uh, put your hands on the patrol unit for like just to hold your shoulder up. I got you. Wrong. Nice to meet you. Where where were where were they located? They were located right underneath here. One has a clip in it. Huh? Speak Spanish. No, Spanish. No, I'm sorry. This one has a clip in it. I think that's the one that got shot. This one has No, don't touch. Don't Yeah. No, no, don't touch. Oh, we found the clip. We were looking for these earlier, so You were looking for it. You didn't see us out here all morning. As you can see, the cop found solid evidence. One of the witnesses shared a surprising story about a 5-year-old who had picked up the firearm and fired a shot. This led the officers to decide to investigate further. I guess we found it. He picked it up and he shot it. He's He's a 5-year-old boy. Oh, he shot the gun. The kid. Her kid. Where's the Is the kid okay? Hopefully. Yes. Hey, be a ghost. There may be some pits in it. Oh, yeah. I know. You didn't touch them, did you? I grabbed them, buddy. All right. Don't touch. Don't touch it. Okay, that's good. I tried to handle them as as little as possible. How long ago did the kid Did the kid shoot it? Uh, about 10 minutes ago. So, 10 15 minutes ago. I heard the shot. I didn't hear anything either. I was putting on a pair of shoes over there. I heard the shot. So, I came out here to find out what was going on. [Music] You all right? I didn't know it was a real gun. I should have thought it was a toy gun. Where did he shoot? Like, what did he hit? Do you know? So, this little boy is saying that he shot at this RV. You see bullet holes? Yeah, if they were those rims, let's say they hit a break, it still cause damage or we be able to hell. Yeah. Maybe you open it up. See if there's a ble in there. Yeah. Oh, we found we found where you shot. Did he go through that back side? Oh, yeah. Sure. Did just just underneath the RV. Meanwhile, the suspect's parents arrived shocked that their child had done something like this. But every action has consequences, and those juveniles couldn't avoid them. So, you're so unprofessional. Yeah, you're very unprofessional. I'm unprofessional. You can you can see the division in this in this instead of being a team. You see the cost of the division in this and it's so unprofessional and these are juveniles. And you got you got you got you got you got to treat the juveniles. Way more different. Are we talking to the juveniles? You're not, right? No. Yeah. But right away you're Oh, they're under arrest. They are under arrest. That was my mistake. It was his mistake. In order in order to call JPO, they have to be under arrest. He's never arrested or dealt with juvenile. So, he was under the impression that they're not under arrest. Just saying until we talk to JP. It's the other way around. They are under arrest. JPL will call JP. And I'm sorry if I'm coming across on professional. I'm not meaning to. But in order for JPL, there's like a card and they're going to give a score. As bad as that sounds, that's how we kind of understand it. JPO is going to say hold or release. So, where we're at right now, we're waiting for JPO to tell us. Does that make more sense? I am sorry. Let's just say that Dave, we still have charges. You want to move under your It's fine. It's fine. That's what we have to do. That's what we have to do. Just be careful. Watch your head. You still got a mask. Both teens were charged with evading arrest, tampering with evidence, negligent use of a firearm, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. While those teenagers went to great lengths to escape the cops, our next suspect faced legal trouble for helping minors buy alcohol, her intention might not have been to cause harm, but it was still illegal, and it turned into a valuable lesson for those juveniles. In 2024, police received a report about a shoplifting incident involving an underage female trying to steal alcohol from a liquor store. The store worker called the cops and shared details about the incident. However, the first priority was locating the suspect as they were still nearby. [Applause] How you doing? Hi, good. How are you? Good. Because you um I called Can I just talk in the back for a second? Sure. Yep. On the 15th um last Sunday, three suspects came and stole our store. Okay. I made a report. The two came up here to admit that they did it. Their parents are outside trying to harass me, saying, "Hey, who did this? Who did that?" Obviously, I cannot speak to the parent. I have to speak to you guys. So, I called you guys. This is the case number. I can go upstairs and run the camera back and show exactly what they took. Where where they at? They outside. What car are they? Where can um the two So, I don't know if the girls are out there, but the car that's parked over there and then the one in PA that's back there. So, is is it a black vehicle? Can you point out to me? Yes, I can. The vehicle that they outside it is this one the lady in the right the middle jump that they came in on Sunday. Okay. And these are the parents that Hey, is that them too? No, that's the one. Okay. Go in the window. How you doing? Hi, sir. Hi. How are you? Where Where's your parents? My parents over there. Oh, that's Oh, you are? Who's driving the vehicle? Oh, you are? Okay. Okay. There's one that's missing. I don't know where that one is. Hey, sir. So, so what's go what's going on tonight? So, on Sunday night, I was walking 21. This lady and this lady came into our store and they stole alcohol for me. They did it twice. What I did was they got about it. This lady came into my trouble. I told her I said, "Ma'am, you cannot do that. I have to wait." Call my boss. My boss told me to call you guys when they're all here. That's what I Okay. All right. How old are you? I'm 19. Okay. And how old are you? 16. Okay. I didn't steal anything. So, don't you have your ID with you? Uh, no, sir. My driver license in the house. All right. Just stand by. Man, I'll be back in a talk. To figure out the case, the officer spoke with all the females, including the mother, to hear their side of the story. So, yes, sir. So, so, so what happened that day? Um, we came, we I stole my alcohol. I stole my alcohol, put in a purse. Go. Can I talk to you quickly? Yeah. Yeah. Um, I came and I sold my alcohol. Went back to the car. And when I went back to the car, they the blonde girl and the girl, she was like, "Can you please please steal alcohol for us?" This and that. I didn't want to do it. I really didn't. Um and they told me like, "Please, please." And I was like, "I don't know what happened. I just went there and couple went there and dead and we came back." She have everything on camera. I'm not lying. Okay. All right. Do my favor. Write down your name and do the birth for me and the phone number for you. Okay. I gave him the call though. I just called. He confirmed that he saw two do it. One of them being the Natalie Lucas individual. Well, I the dude did you guys took a horn out if you guys had enough or no? No, because they were juveniles. We forwarded it to C. Okay. Um I don't think we filled out a juvenile complaint form either. Why do you guys hide the names? Well, that's what we were fored it to C for. We didn't have all the information. I was able to identify Navly from a different case I had open with her. Okay. Um Okay. I called. And what is your relation? You you work here? Yeah, I work. Were you here that day and that happened? No, I have the other two. Okay. All right. Do me a favor. Write down your name and do the work for me right here. And where's the other girl? Her dad is stuck on 20 coming from work. So, she's at home. Okay. Where And anybody else at home? How old is she? She's 16. Okay. And you are 16. I can't even be still enough to write this. I don't know. So, [Applause] how you got here? Where you guys live at? I live We live up in St. Paul County. Okay. Write down your name and date of birth for me. And then I'm going to have you write your address on a different page and uh and your license. Your address and your license, correct? Yes. Okay. [Applause] Whatever. You know she has she has about she's going to give a statement. I'm going to get a statement for you guys. Yeah. We're going to give our hours. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Well, um my statement is is that um they went in there to do that and I stayed in the car because I already said and I wasn't even driving. I was in the passenger, I'm pretty sure. But anyways, and I already knew. I was like, "Uh-uh, I'm not doing that. I'm not going in there with y'all cuz I know. I knew. I That's why I stay in the car." So, who went inside the store? After checking their backgrounds, the cop explained the situation to the mother and later to the father about their daughter. This is what's going to happen. Okay. Okay. um your daughter um is going to get a 490. Okay, we're going to fill out 490, right? What's that? It's a it's a referral for defats. Okay. Because of the fact that they said they had the curtain. Okay. They said they had the what? The fact that they went inside the store and and took the liquor. Okay. Okay. So, that's going to be a referral thing for them to, you know, uh it's not a citation. It's not a citation. It's not a charge. It's just it's documentation documented that happened. Okay. Okay. Um now you know I thought due to the fact that they are minor this code would not cannot take the money from them. Okay. And they cannot pay for it and we push them for it because Right. Cuz because they are minor you know otherwise you know they'll also be breaking the law if they take money from them. They're only 21. They cannot take money. Okay. Gotcha. All right. So, I'm going to have a talk with the driver here because you know, but Well, will you scare my daughter? Well, I'm going to have a talk. They're going to see they're going to get they're going to get scared right now. Okay. Give me a minute. Let me talk to to your husband. Okay. [Applause] All right, sir. How you doing? How you doing, sir? Good. Are you the parent for uh Yeah, sir. All right. So, I just told you the wife, we're going to have to fill out a 490. It's documenting incident that happened. She's not going to go to jail. She's 16. Good. But, you know, but um you know, can I see your license? Have a talk with her. You know, uh this could have been something serious, you know. Um thank God I didn't go any worse, you know. Yeah. You know, nowadays business owners, they on the edge, you know. Yeah. Right. Thank you, sir. Is that a ID? Yes. What is it? Oh, is it an ID? Oh, so you can only have one. Okay. Okay. You're not allowed to have two. This is This is a new one. They renew it. No, no, no. This is a new one. That's a new one. Yes. You sure? Let me see. Uh, issue on the 18. No, this is a new one right here. Issue on 21. Okay. And so you got get rid of this one. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. Or leave it at home. Do not carry with you. Okay. Okay. All right. The driver, who had bought the liquor for the juveniles, was ultimately detained and placed in the cruiser. As she became emotional, the officer reassured her about the consequences, explaining that things wouldn't be as bad as she feared. All right, little fire, put your hands behind your back. Oh my god. You've been placed under arrest for shliffing. [Applause] Okay. Okay. So, what's the deal with this? Just stand back over. 10 more. You have anything in your pockets? Stand right here for me. You have anything in your pockets? Okay. Just back up my hand. Okay. I'm just going to freeze you. Okay. Money. Okay. going to count your money right here. Okay. Hey, Bruno, where you at? So, I got I got here got three $20 bills. Okay. And a $5 bill. Okay. Okay. I'm going to I'm going to keep that in your pocket right here. Okay. Put it here. Okay. All right. See you back in the proc. Okay. This is what's going to happen. Okay, you're you're going to you're going to get you're going to get a citation, okay, for shoplifting and you're going to get a bond. All right, you have to come to court. Okay. As you can see, the situation became more serious after one person was detained. The police then spoke with the other two trying to help them understand what they did wrong. Yes, sir. Okay. Let it be a lesson learned. Okay. Yes, sir. Due to the fact that you're a minor, you're 16, you're not going to go to jail today. Okay. However, you came around the same faith I said she did. She's going to get out. Won't you go ahead and steal the car? No, I we can't do that, man. But uh you just But this could have turned out really bad for you, too. All right. Because as a store owner, if she they see somebody stealing from her and they would have had some type of way or whatever. Steal anything though, sir. You were in there. You were inside the store inside the store and they got video of it. We got We got your video. Well, you guys don't wa You're part to our crime. Okay. And the fact that you drove him here, that's part to our crime as well. You see what I'm saying? Yes, sir. So, you want to tell me what actually happened here that day. Um, basically we already we already got a video. I just want to hear what happened. I know. I'm not going to lie about this. I mean, I mean, we came here. They got out the car. They went in to or Liza went in. Well, they all went in to get a bottle and then Liza went back in to get another bottle and then we just left. So, how many bottles you guys took? Like two. Two. Okay. And from the beginning, you guys didn't you guys had money to uh Um, well, you guys didn't have money. You guys figured they just just going to take it. Um, I mean, I'm know for sure we probably didn't have money. I mean, we're 16, you know, not don't got a bunch of money. Okay. But So, you guys figure since, you know, since we're minors, we can get away and not and not pay for it. No. Well, really, I mean, we're not none of us are 21. So, even if we wanted to go in there and pay for it, we couldn't. Okay. Okay. All right. So you guys Well, since we can pay for it, might as well just take it. That's our thing. I mean, no. [Applause] So, what was the deal then? I mean, I guess you guys you guys took that stuff. I mean, I mean I mean it's a done deal. You know what I'm saying? I mean, I just I just want to hear what you know, what your intentions are cuz it's I don't think I mean, we was just we're just being teenagers wanted to have fun. To me, that was it. Okay. So, you guys were at home. I was like, "Let's just go to the store and get some liquor and just take it." I mean, I guess I could say that's how it went. Okay. All right. Well, give me a minute. Okay. You just I mean, it's it's it's ridiculous. I mean, you guys shouldn't be doing this. You know what I'm saying? Yes. I'm definitely not no more. That is for sure. All right. So you understand that you know you know you the fact that you you know you guys thought about it bringing them here you know you know is still you know not right and you guys you guys depriving a owner of the property is not it's not right it's like somebody going to your house and taking something that is yours even it's a minor thing the fact that somebody take it from you it feels kind of bad you feel violated you know what I'm saying that's how they feel I mean you know hey they have all the right to do to do it okay stand by okay the woman received a citation for shoplifting. Now, see, this daughter wasn't on good terms with her mother. Disputes were common, and the police had been called multiple times before. Let's see how things played out this time. On March 6th, 2022, a 17-year-old girl got into a dispute with her mother. After assaulting her, she left home. Shortly after, she called the police to report the situation, and it was not the first time. On the way to the location, the officer met with the daughter and spoke with her. However, she told a different story, making the situation more complicated. Hey, Bianca. You mind talking with me? What is this talking about? I Yeah, I don't know. I mean, you My hand can't even move my hand no more. That [ __ ] hurt like a What'd you do to your hand? I don't even know. You see the vein, though? It like popped up and it's a little swollen. Oh, yeah. Yeah. I don't know. So, did she grab your hand? She hit me first. She slapped me first while I pushed her. We just fought like normal. We It's not the first time we fought before. I got you. But I told her she's always trying to like I don't know. She's always trying to control my like I can't have anything before she takes it away. Well, I mean you're 17, right? So you're almost 18. Yeah. But like still like Yeah. I don't know. It's just been rough. This is not the first time she's called the police on my So Okay. So I mean I don't know because she hits me first cuz she's like she be telling me like, "Oh, I'm going to do this to you." And I tell her like I'm going to do it back to you. You know I will. And she's like, "Oh yeah, I want to see. I want to see. I want to see Yeah. So, she does it to see if I feel that. Yeah. How How'd she hit you? She like tried slapping me in my face. So, she pushes me. That's how she starts it and then she like threw me. I don't even know. Did she grab your hand or She does everything, bro. She's Mexican. I know. I'm I'm asking cuz, you know, we have to No, I just I didn't even feel it till after. Yeah. Do you want uh EMS to come out and look to see if it's injured or anything? I don't know. But this hurt. I can't like I can't move my pinky back. I don't know. We can get them out here if you want. No cost to you. I don't know. I don't know. Cuz if it can go away, then it's fine. But so you can't go like this. Too much pain. It does look swollen. I'm not going to lie. My finger. Yeah. Okay. Like it's shaking, but I can't feel it. Yeah. Let me see your other hand for comparison. Yeah, you can tell if you look here. I'll hold your phone. That way you can see the comparison, too. Oh, yeah. You can see like right here. It's a lot more swollen. Yeah. Than right there. So, you definitely got some sort of injury right there. I don't know if I fell or like I don't really know. I just realized like afterwards. Okay. Yeah. So, your mom got into you for some some reason and she's like, I'm going to hit you or whatever. And you just, you know, go ahead and do it. So, she she comes at you first. You push her back and we start like fighting. You start fighting. Is it just like hands and feet? I mean hands. Yeah, just hands. She started pulling my hair, you know, just casual. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. And then she took like my earbuds. Like this is my stuff. Like she she doesn't buy my She took it and she started beating like trying to whoop me with my earbuds. So I tried to get my earbuds back. She I was like you're going to break them and they're like they're mine, you know? And then like after that she like she kept picking me. She grabbed my phone. This isn't my phone. My friend is letting me borrow it. So I was like give me my phone back because it's not it's not mine. She's letting me borrow it. And she like grabbed my stuff and she just like threw it and she like cracked it like you see like she cracked my Okay. So she threw the phone and and she threw my phone like after she was trying to like beat me. And I just left after that and she started crying like she always does. Yeah. And so she called us. I was going to call the police and I'm like you call I don't care. So yeah, it's almost here. But I can't I don't want to stay here no more because I'm fine when my dad is here but like when I'm by myself with her. Yeah. Does your dad live in Athens? Yeah, he lives here with us. He's at work right now, though. Like he doesn't live at the same house. He does. It's just like peace is here when he's here, you know, but he's gone. And she has flipping the story, too. So, what's your last name, Bianca? Is there like any way I could stay somewhere for tonight or something? Yeah, we might be able to make that arrangement. Um, so basically, you know, because you guys are motheraughter, it does come under like domestic violence issue. And it depends on, you know, circumstance of the investigation, but sometimes it might feel better, you know, just to give two people space if it comes down to that. We'll see. I mean, right now, from what you're saying, it was she came at you first. You kind of pushed back and then you two kind of fought. Yeah. Um, you got an injury to your to your left arm right here and damage to your property or your friend's property of the phone as well. Um, when's your birth date, please? On the board. You see, I'm calm like 462 cent name and date birth. You are and I appreciate you speaking with me. Meanwhile, the officer went to the house to speak with the mother. As she pointed out signs of assault, the officer wanted more details and decided to speak with her son to see if he knew more. Mhm. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yes. Okay. [Music] What happened? Can you tell me? They just like I we came from from church and then um then my mom um she got mad at her cuz she left the car on like for 40 minutes or something and then she she was mad at her and then and then um we we came home and then my mom I don't know what happened but I they got mad at each other and then they just started fighting. Okay. Do you know where? There. Where? The porch. The porch. They started fighting. You know who who first? Uh. Well, do you? No. You You're not sure? Okay. Got mad for because we had went to church and she was basically saying that like I was I had left the car on too long and that's really all I Wow. Yeah. She's like, "You left the car on too long." She's like, "Get the out of the car." She's like, "Go sit in the cuz I drive." And she's like, "Get the out of the car." She's like, "Sit on the passenger." She's like, "You're not going to drive." And she she was driving rough. And I told her like, "Can you like please drive right?" You know, I know you're mad, but you don't have to drive like that. You know, and she was just like, "No." She's like, "Stop talking to me like that." This was in the car when you guys are coming from church to your house. Okay. And she was he was like, "Yeah." She's like, "All you do is talk back." And once we got here, she was like and she's like, "You need to give um your friend Jenny her phone back. If not, I'm gonna go talk to her parents. I'm like, how is that like a threat? Like, she let me borrow her stuff. This is her phone, right? And I'm like, you need to stop trying to take away everything because I go to the gym and I haven't had a phone. Like, personally for her, she hasn't given me my phone back in 3 years. So, I just kind of like to control it, you know? So, eventually like I'mma like not like I'm not even trying to be like, how do you say like rebellious? I'm about to be grown. I don't even have my own phone, my own service. They don't let me work. They don't let me go out. just do normal. So like staying all day in the house with her it's going to get a lot of tension is going to be worse. Yeah. Cuz you're trying to be independent. You're trying to come up to your own self. Yeah. And basically that's why I started and I and I like I didn't even pop at her. I just told her like why is she like that with me? Like why does she let me have my stuff from here and there? I'm like none of this comes out of pocket and it doesn't like disappear. So you you you raising concerns, sir, like, hey, you know, I'm I'm 17 almost halfway through 18. Um I'm trying to be independent. You won't let me work. You won't let me have my phone back for 3 years. And you're just you feel like I feel like I'm being smothered. I'm being controlled by you. That's what I told her. And she got mad and she was like, "You need to stop talking to me. Like I'm not it's only the truth. Like can why can't you just let me do certain stuff?" And she just got mad and she was like, "Keep talking to me like that and I'mma pop you in your face." The case became complicated as the officer struggled to determine who initiated the assault. After gathering evidence and hearing both sides, the officers decided to take the woman to the station. It's been cracked. But like where was the phone at when she grabbed it? On the chair. She was on the chair. She grabbed it and threw on the on the floor. Yeah. Because that's when I had went to go put my stuff down when she pulled my hair and I had put it on the chair. Did she pull your hair or did she pull your ear earphones? She did both. Okay. She pulled my hair first and then like after that when we started fighting, she grabbed my earphone and she was trying to She said she she pushed you as you were walking out of the house. Yeah. Like Okay. I was walking out the house. Like you you know how my house is, right? You've been there a couple times. So I was walking out cuz that's when we were like arguing and she like basically walked behind me and she like I turned around cuz I felt like she was going to hit me already and that's where she kind of pushed me and then she tried to slap me. And then after that as like when I turned around to put myself down cuz I knew that we were going to start. So she just pushed you and and out of nowhere just just because cuz we we were already arguing. Yeah. But just because you were arguing and she just decided to push you. That's it. Cuz she was I'm telling you. She told me um Well, you know, I don't know if you know, but in the state of Georgia, uh corporate punishment is leg is still legal. So you're 17, right? So you still live under her roof. And until you're 18, you still got to do what they say. If they decide to punish you, maybe hate you a little bit. That's that's that's that that's within the rights and there we don't I mean as long as it's reasonable. So you can't just just My point is you can't hit them back just because they're hitting you. But I'm not going to let her pull my hair. Well, and it's not the first time I already told her. Well, have you have you seen your mom? She's got all scratches over here. She's got Well, she's the type of scratch herself, man. She didn't scratch herself. I know her. I know. I know her. So, you think she scratched herself? She used to do this with my dad. Okay. Well, I don't know your dad. I don't know. Mhm. Okay. Go ahead and put the phone in my car. The phone? Yeah. Both of them? Yes. Why both? Yes. We'll put them in there. I'm going to take it to jail for battery. All right. Can my brother put my stuff in my room? Sure. Yeah. The female was charged with battery on a family member. Next, these three disrespectful teens got into a heated argument with staff members at a care facility. What the cops didn't expect was for it to spiral into complete chaos with one fleeing from a police cruiser and more. Let's take a look at how it all began. On October 5th, 2023, police received a report about children at the Youth and Families Department facility in New Mexico, where they were causing disturbances and assaulting staff members. At the facility, the situation became increasingly troubling as the juveniles and their family began to argue over their actions. One of the females was acting very erratically, throwing items at the staff. Um, Vienna's rights have been terminated. The girls are supposed to be in custody. They are on runaway status, and we need them back in. um investigators have gone out to the home and assessed it is unsafe, which means that we definitely have um safety plan. Plus, we have to address the fact that we have now got paint on our walls. Um they have been up on the tables. They're out of controls and we need to get her assessed. She has twice said that she'd rather be was going to Oh, no. Y'all ain't taking me nowhere. Do you have proof of saying that? You know, I there's no Do you have proof? Do you have proof hockey? Yeah, proof. Yeah, proofs and we're worried about the safety of these girls because they're doing nothing. Um, can I report something, too? They're letting kids live here and the kids are like doing like I have videos and pictures of them living here. They have guns, too. They said there was like And they live here, sir. And they're not I don't think that's true. Yeah. So technically can we speak to prove that? Yeah. I just reported that the department has been calling me when my daughters were having an incident like the one that got tied up. All we need to focus on is the fact that we have these girls in custody. They need to come into what are they going to do? No. So what's going on? No. Y'all are up. No. So, what happened to that thing where y'all said my mom could be my parent? What happened to that? I don't know anything about that. No, we were doing a fostering connection thing and you said that it would be great if my mom could be my thing. So, I don't know paper what the call, but I have the paper about what you said. I'm working on your paper. I don't know what's going on, but I do know that something is not being I'm going to be completely honest with you. You know more about the situation than I I will from what I came to learn from the from the lady that I talked to her from what I'm gathering. It sounds like something got reported positively and then my name is in it. They're saying that I'm having marks on me. You're telling me that your officers have to have reports of me. Pat me on their camera, which I'm telling you I noticed. Excuse your name. I am not going with them. No, I Why won't you ask a question? Why do they have kids here? They say I'm doing domestic walking on the table. I was right here just talking the whole entire time. Just walking back and forth talking. I was just stay at the home. They're going to force you to get in the car. I'm talking about staying at the home. You don't have to stay at the home. Yeah, but they can force the car. Police. You realize I can't get rides anywhere from anyone I want, right? It doesn't matter. Police. So even if they do forces in a car, we can just cuz I'm not going with them. I tons of kids run away and they get away successfully. Even Tomas is got away every single time. You guys will be good. I ain't going with you though. You don't have to go with him. I said you'll be good running away. Yeah, I will. I got a whole another year. If I could just stay here for a whole another year like I was last time, then I'd be good. I'll be 18. You still got plenty more years. So, sir, no, I don't. I turned 16. Don't even 17 18. Are y'all leaving? Is it time for closing? It's time for them to go almost go drink the you and mom go outside and continue speaking along with that. No. Mom, please don't leave me. I'm not going to leave you. Please don't leave me. I'm not going to leave her. I am not going with her again. Suddenly, one of the teens became aggressive, prompting the decision to separate her. However, the kids were extremely angry. Her actions escalated the situation. Tell that to text me. Tell that to text me. I'll be too much. I just stop. Stop. No. Hey, you're putting your hands on me. I need you to put your hands on me. Come down. Stop. Calm down. Hey, wait. Calm down. Hey, [Applause] do [Applause] her. Let her go. Let her go. Let her go. What are you doing? Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Police. Let's go. Let's go. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. Please. Stop. Stop. Hold on a minute. Hold on a minute. Hold on a minute. All the dogs are putting your ass up again. What's wrong? Go. Stop. Let's go. Stop. Get the cat. Let's go. I don't know. Stop. Come on. Stop. Stop. Going outside. Stop. Stop. They don't want you here. Stop. Stop. Stop. Stop. What yall are doing to these kids is wrong. It's illegal. It's wrong. Stop. I saw you. They put your hand back. Everything that was wrong as my little kids. Y'all hold these little kids. Y'all done to my little kids. Y'all should let my kids go. Let my kids go. Stop now. Y'all give my kids like this. Y give my kids up like this. Y my kids. Stop. Stop. Let's go outside. You am going outside. I'm going outside when my child goes outside. She is. I don't care. I don't care what they're telling you. You need to get your mother judge down here and tell them he made a god. This is my family. You already done it. You already hurt these kids. [Applause] Stop. Cat. Give her the cat. Give her the cat. Give her the cat. The cat. Give her the cat. No, I'm not going outside cuz y'all already putting your hands on my cat. No. No, I'm not. I'm not going outside. Y'all are putting your hands on my kids. Y'all took my kids wrongfully from their house, but y'all put my kids back. Y'all are lying. Be a lie. Y lie. I'm telling you the truth. And I've done everything right. No, I'm not. Give me the kid. Get your hand off my hands off of her. As you can see, both the mother and her child were refusing to calm down. So, they decided to detain the child to give her a chance to settle down. Don't that my kids go enough to my children. You're detained. You're being detained. [Applause] Oh my. You're being detained. Please don't do the grass. Put in the grass. Put in the grass. They should have took my house in the first place. You were doing nothing wrong. Their dad was already sick. He was already dying. He didn't want to do nothing. [ __ ] that. They couldn't help that man. My kids don't get up. My kids at home get I'll get up. I promise I will get up. Hey, if you cooperate with us, we'll be cool with you. All right. But we're not playing with you. You need to cooperate with us. You're acting out. We do not need that right now. We're not going to play this game. Go roll to your stomach. Roll to your stomach. Roll to your stomach. And I don't want to be pushing on my kids. You want to be grabbing my kids like that. You're wrong though, dog. But that's cool, though. We will deal with it. Go get out of here. Just get back. Stop. Keep pushing me. Get back. Now put your hands up cuz they wrong. They're not right. They sent the kids back. You made a mother mistake. Let us figure out I made a mistake. Go over there or you've been charged with disorderly and get charged with me. I'm telling you. Get away. Me like this. Oh, stop. I feel trapped in here. You work with us, we'll work with you. Quit banging your head on my head. I can't blame my bang my head. Quit. We have a lot going on right now. Stop. The other teen also lost her temper and became aggressive. So, the cops detained her as well. So much easier. Stop. Stop fighting. We still have Stop fighting. Please stop fighting. Mommy, go. Please stop. Mommy, we're past that point already. Yeah, she bit me. Mom, let me go. Let me go. No, I don't want to go with you. Come on here. Talk to me. Is she okay? She's fine. She's fine. No, they better not have done anything to her. She's too young. What happened to her? Can I please go back there and check on her? Keep some Let's keep this separated for now. I am. I'm trying to get our other figure out. Okay. What's going on? And what happened to her? You're hurting yourself. That's not your You're already hurting me, too. What the Does it matter? What does it matter? Huh? If you're already hurting me, doesn't even matter. Listen to me. Does it? Relax. Relax. I want to buy my grab the wrap. Who's got a wrap? [Applause] Please give me my You got one or you got one? The chaos wasn't over and it got even crazier. The first teen somehow slipped out of her cuffs and ran off. The officer quickly went after her to catch her again. See what the rest of you stop. Stop. Stop. I told you. Secret right here at Burger King. Give me your hands. Give me your head. Put your hand up back right now. You hear me? We don't give a [ __ ] She slipped her coat. That's what you have. [Applause] Still got him. Which one needed the wrap? The ones over there. Yeah. Okay. I'm going to go ahead over that way. Legs or what? Dude, my legs are gone. Just let her go. I got her. You want to sit her up? I got her. I got her. We can do this. Okay. Relax. Relax. Okay. Just a little bit. You're all right. Hey. Hey. Look at me. Why does everybody keep judging me? I'm trying to be the [ __ ] happy me. outside. Was it locked? Yes. Dude, what the man? We'll figure it out. Okay. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. Hey, we're not here. For the officers, things had gotten out of hand. And it wasn't the first time it happened. They spoke with the manager to share their concerns and discuss possible solutions. Okay. Are we going to fix this issue on housing them here? We don't want to house them here or get or can we are we going to get anybody incarcerated today? Can we if we have a bed? Yes. Cuz this is this is starting to become a major major major It is problem. You're the Are you the watch planner that's supposed to call me back later? Uh oh. You don't have to. One of us. Yeah. One of us supposed to call you. You don't have to. You don't. Yeah. I'm here now. No. Thank you. Coming in person. You know better. Yep. No. This situation cannot be controlled. We cannot control what's here. You want to stick around? Um I think we got it, brother. You sure? Yeah. I appreciate you. They cannot control it. And it's like this all the time. Well, the thing is is what's was getting to the point we respond here every day. I know you do. We arrest them for something every day. I know you do. And there's no bed. Now it's getting worse. My guys My guys are getting bit by people. We're now we're having to physically run after them. It's so are these workers every day. Yeah. So something needs to happen. So So here's the situation that we have. They are refusing the placements that are offered, which I guess they can. I thought I thought they were juveniles. I thought they can I thought they have no say. We're trying. We're trying so hard. There's no male beds. There might be female beds in detention. So, we'll have to let this man is the one you need to talk to for that. Okay. Um, there's no placements that will take some of them and we can't put them in. We can't force them to go because there isn't a medical reason for them to go. So legally we can't put them in like an RTC, a residential treatment or a group home because they're not medically need needed. This doesn't classify as medically needed. Her she's she's in hospital like like but all of them habitually breaking rules, habitually breaking the law. That's not a that's not a medical issue. Like something's not clicking like No, it's not. And and that's the problem. And that and because they're over 14, they have the ability to refuse medical care. not placement but medical care. And so that's why we can't do anything. So when they when they do act up where we can get something where they might be detained, we try to call and get them detained. But now because the governor wants all the gun people in jail, we can't get them in jail. We're going to have to figure out something because somebody's going to get seriously hurt. And it's not and it's not going to be us. I guarantee you that cuz if they keep on doing what they're doing right now, they are going to get seriously hurt. We explain that to the kids every day and this is how they act. cuz like my guys are getting very frustrated on coming. So are we. We're scared. We don't want to come to work. We don't want to come to work. I don't want to work here in that. I'm a licensed master social worker. I don't want to work here with that. It shouldn't it shouldn't come down to one two. We have like 10. Yeah. 10 police units out here. I'm happy. Okay. But it it shouldn't have to come down to this. I know that. But we can't do anything with them. We're not allowed to put hands on them. We're not allowed to put them down on the ground. We're not allowed to do anything. I wish you all were because we can't. You guys are the only ones that can do that. That's why we call because when they get out of control like that, we can't help. We can't control them. All right. So, and when they're drunk and high, we can't control them either. So, all three girls under arrest, right? Uh-huh. Okay. So, two of them for Ario or what? What? I know the one that ran is Ario for Ario. That one's Ario and battery against me on me. She bit me. Yep. and battery on the on the CFD worker. Okay. This other one that we handcuffed in here, what is she under arrest for? I have no idea. I was I just been in Okay. She's just detained. So, she didn't obstruct anybody or anything? No. Okay. All right. So, we will release her back to them. Okay. Since No. Which one? The one that we handcuffed that was in this building. Like the That's the one that pushed somebody. Yeah. Wait, wait, wait. Not Not the one that was on the floor in here. But the one that was in this she pushed who did she who did she push? She pushed Teresa the in the ambulance. So Teresa's at the hospital. Yes. Teresa Goodwin. Okay. All three juveniles were charged with resisting arrest and criminal damage. Although those teenagers flipped the situation upside down. Next, a woman named Kayla woke the whole neighborhood up. Her yelling wouldn't stop until the cop placed her in cuffs. Here's how it started. In 2024, the officers responded to a call about Kayla and her boyfriend in dispute and yelling at a residence in Georgia. When the officer arrived, they found Kayla and her boyfriend arguing loudly. The officer talked to them and the boyfriend shared how the argument quickly turned into an assault. Call the police. He's going to jail. He's going to jail now. He's going to jail now. Thank you. Thank you. Take him, bro. Bye-bye. Go stand over there, girl. Go. Go stand over there. Stand over there. Why? cuz I'm going to talk to y'all. Stand over there. What's going on? What's up? Hold on. Hold on. What's going on? Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. One sec. Hold on. One second. All right. So, Kayla, you can talk to me. All right. So, look. This how this started. We upstairs now. Now, this man, he can change his call to a lot of people when he I never hear nothing, man. Listen, I'm okay. So, upstairs now before it escalates now. I say I say I say I said, "Man, watch out, bro. Let me out the room, bro. I have a job interview at 12:15. Let me out. She hops in front of the door. Bro, talk to me. Talk to me. She hops. She She hops. She hops in front of the door. I said, "Caleb, you're mad because I'm trying to get myself home. You got a job. It don't work when us when us together at a job anyway. We don't had history like this. So, you don't talk to these folks. You done talk. You done called your mom's or your grandma, whoever, done locked me in the room, done took my took my little uh pocket knife." Mhm. done grabbed me. I had to take all the knives, throw them in the tub so she don't go grab them. She hops over me again. Runs up on me. 555. [ __ ] what the I said you a I did. That ain't no fight. Don't put every I'm 5'5. She 5'5. Yeah. I'm get up on me. The stop that add anybody walk up and say ask where y'all was at when this man we right here in the stairwell. We right here. Ask the folks. Eddie fed that. She did not She just slapped me the up right here. I'm in this room. I'm asleep. I have epilepsy. I woke up from a seizure. I hear them arguing. I heard that girl slap him twice through my through the room. I was sleep. I woke up. I put my hand on one time yet. See, they was right here fighting or what? Bro, you did not. I was yelling. Meanwhile, Kayla was yelling in the background. She spoke with another officer and shared her side of the story, mentioning their troubled relationship and physical abuse. Do you need EMS? No. All right. Can you call? I know you. Bro, I ain't lying. I ain't lying. This put his hands on me. Listen. Can you tell me what happened, bro? Okay. Started in the room. We was in a room. Talk. Talk to me. I'm Bro, this just happened. I'm talk to me. What happened? Calm down. Calm down. What happened? I'm trying to come back. Okay. Tell me what happened. So, we was in the room and I he was we had went to a place and we had both got a job somewhere. Now, people call him. I said, "Yeah, tell them to put my application, too. I'm the one who put us in the situation to get the job." Right. He got off the phone. He never put my I said, "Bro, I I keep looking out for you and you would never look out for me." I don't put this to every job I had. I don't got this a car fixed and he not even working. I'm the only motherucker working right now. Okay? I got this car. I just put $500 on the brakes. Something that I didn't do. I don't even have a car. I don't even have a car. And I'm over here doing all this for him in this car. We get in the room. He open the blinds talking about like, "Yeah, I want to see this." He keep rushing up to me. So I push him back like mood. You know you're not going to do this because last time we got into a fight, we did that on everybody. Everybody seen that. I said, "No, we're going to have a problem. We're going to keep it in here." He keeps trying to leave the room. He keeps trying to leave the room. Bring your voice down. I can't tell you. I know that. But I I get you upset. You talking You talking at me, not to me. You understand that? So I can't even really hear what you saying. It's like you yelling at me. I ain't do nothing to you. You understand? So give yourself some minutes to calm down so you can tell me what's going on cuz I can't hear over you yelling at me. Okay. And I understand you frustrated. Let me see. Let me see your bruises. So y'all were physically fighting each other. No, what just happened, bro? We didn't even fight in the room. He just choked me. When we came out here, he keep trying to tellers what happened. Okay.
