reports of a disorderly Man Hank Blair Wittenberg who was yelling racial slurs and behaving erratically the caller also mentioned that Hank had made suicidal comments upon arrival officers found Hank near the store's entrance and began assessing the situation while speaking with him what's going on my man I'm looking United States Navy bet I'm looking for those little mobility scooters okay um
