Okay, so you already see she's barefoot, so it's about to get crazy. But first, I need to let you know we're watching a compilation of body cam footage that I put together involving nightmare customer encounters that escalated into arrests. I will be pausing at times, giving commentary, and other times I let the footage play. It's a live reaction watch along. If you don't like commentary, the links are already in the description box. All right, let's go. No, you're not in your car. Honestly, >> nope, you're not. >> Put your foot in the car. >> What's your name? >> Do you have WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> On June 18th, 2025, Palm Beach County deputies responded to a bar disturbance involving a woman who had just been kicked out by security. When officers tried to talk with her, she tried to leave, became uncooperative, and resisted as she attempted to get back in her car. >> [music] >> You guys take her out? >> Um yeah. Uh she started like she was about to start throwing at me because she was being aggressive. I said, "Hey guys, we can't yell in here. If you want to argue, please take it outside." And then um at that point she started getting nasty and I had my basically like my security kind of guy help me out and get her out and she started fighting him and so he had to you know get her out. >> Get her out. >> Okay. >> And that was that. >> No way. She's >> okay. We'll get her out of here. >> Y >> you want to step out so we can talk to you? Okay, I'm fine. I'm fine. >> Can you just lean against the car? >> Yeah. Yeah, I promise. You're good. >> You're fine. >> You lost your shoes or you took them off? >> No, I took them off. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, >> what's your name? >> Okay. Come over here and talk to me. >> Okay. Just let me calm down, please. >> All right, we're starting with the tears early. >> My brother's on his way to pick me up. Okay, so I'm fine, but it's just the fact that I was at this bar and just randomly I promise you I don't know, but randomly from my my knowledge of my friend, they randomly just like started kicking me at the bar. >> Okay. like just randomly. I promise I don't know. Personally, I don't know because I started kicking me on the bar and I just I have a bunch of pain all over me. Some guy just kicked me to the floor. Kicked me to the ground. >> Where did this happen? Out front or inside? >> Inside. Inside. >> Some guy kicked me to the ground. >> Pushed me to the ground to the point I called my brother. That's all my knowledge. >> And you said you had a friend inside? I had a friend inside. I don't know if he left or not because I know he's not with the drama. So, I don't know if he left or not, but I know it's just me right now. And I was kicked to the ground. I literally literally looked at the ground while I was falling at the door. So, she's not going to say anything that she did. All of a sudden, she was just drinking and then all then this person just kicked her to the ground. Nobody she didn't do anything to anybody. They always clean up their stories and like I said, she has the tears early, but we'll see. I I I feel like y'all can suspect anytime there's alcohol involved, I really don't trust the person telling the story anyway. >> So, I know somebody literally touched me. I feel it like I I hurt. >> Do you have any marks on you or anything? >> You just feel pain like in your wrist or something like >> I I just I just feel >> I don't know. Like I said, I don't know because I'm drunk. I called my brother to come get me. I know he's calling me right now, but I'm dealing with you guys right now. >> Okay. >> I just know I was walking out the door and I was pushed to the ground. >> I don't know. I know I was acting a little drunk with my friend. I know that. >> Okay. >> Like I'm not completely anything specific that happened inside before you >> I just know >> besides you just being drunk. >> I know. I was talking to my friend about the guy I was with. Like literally, it was to that point. >> Okay. >> But I know I was getting a little loud. >> You guys were like yelling and stuff like that. >> Not like yelling, but like kind of a little just a little like not >> like it was a friendly loud. Like it wasn't like like I was trying to start nothing. >> It was just like a friendly laugh or like a friendly loud. >> Okay. and I was telling him about it, but he was telling me so whatever the call the cops whatever leave him out of it. I was fine with because just the fact that I was literally pushed out the bar like some >> so the friend had more sense than her cuz if she was there with a friend they got too loud probably somebody worked there asked them can they quiet down or whatever by the time the cops get here I don't see the friend so the friend must have more sense cuz the friend probably told her to let it go but she want to sit here and push the issue but she's actually the problem I feel like the friend saw what was coming >> randoming and push me at the bar. Like I know I wasn't causing trouble to where the point you had to push me out the bar. Like I get if I was being a little loud, it was obnoxious like like making you a little mad. That's to get. But the fact you literally pushed me out the bar, like I could literally probably walk in there and push and like point out the man who pushed me out the bar because it was that recent and that irrelevant at the fact that he had to push me out of the bar because I wasn't causing trouble. I was just I had a lot to say to my friend >> and that's it. Like my brother's on his way to pick me up now. I'm not going to drive home nothing. But it's to the fact that you pushed me to the ground. Like I feel it in my hand still. Like I feel it. Like you did not have to do that. You just asked me to walk out. You asked me to go to my car. Anything. But you pushed me to the point I fell to the ground. >> Like I literally looking at this man while I was on the ground like aing animal, bro. >> Okay. I'm listening to you. >> I'm not an animal. >> So the fact you had to push me I'm not I'm sorry. I'm not being you're you're hurt in your own car. >> Sorry. >> No, I'm good. >> I'm here to help you. Okay. I'm not the one that did this to you. So, there's no >> I promise it's not towards you. >> Okay. Do you need any medical attention right now? >> I don't need a medical attention. I just need the fact that like I was deal with >> I get >> inhumanely, bro. Like, you push you literally shoved me outside and pushed me to the ground when I didn't do anything. Like I know I was all I was was a little bit loud. >> My parters went in here went in there and and talked to the management >> inside blueour >> and they said that you were causing a disturbance inside and so they kicked you out of the bar. >> Nobody kicked me out of the bar. I promise you nobody kicked me out. >> Okay. >> You just said somebody pushed you [laughter] pushed you out the door. That's literally being kicked out of a bar. That's connected. Also, um, she has some new words coming out I've never heard of, like obnoxing and inhumanely. >> Well, it seems like they wanted you out of the bar and maybe you weren't you didn't hear them or something like that. So, they thought maybe something was not okay. So, they so they escorted you out of the bar to come and get me. And no, if that's the case, I'll ask my brother to come and get me. But that's not the case. I was pushed out the bar like aing animal. >> Okay. >> Like I'm hurt. >> Okay. But you didn't want any medical attention. >> Nobody told me to leave. Nobody told me nothing. I was sitting at the bar and then some guy dragged me to outside and that's when I decided to call the cops because somebody dragged me outside. >> Okay. So, they didn't call the cops on her. She called the cops to to say they did something wrong to her. And again, that goes back to the friend saying, "Do whatever the f you want to do. I'm leaving." Because he knew she was in he or she knew she was in the wrong. Okay. >> So, no, nobody told me to leave. >> I believe you. So, what we do on our end, if you're saying you fell at >> So, that's the case. Walk up to the door and ask who told me to leave because nobody I promise you on everything I love. I know I'm drunk, but nobody told me to leave. >> Okay. >> No, nobody sat there and acted how I acted till I was able to leave and call the cops to tell them how I was treated. >> How long is your brother? >> He should be like 10 minutes. >> You want to call him? cuz I know he was calling you a few times. >> Yeah, I'll call. If yall want to leave, I'll call. >> I'm not trying to leave you here. I'm just trying to >> him. You could tell. Let me just call my brother ass. >> No, like literally how the acting like I'm I'm sitting here talking about something. I probably would have. >> Thank god you didn't. >> You could have got a DUI as he was around. >> Why are you being mean to me? I'm just trying >> the way you were acting. I promise you I'm sorry if I'm drunk, but the way you were just talking is like if you were like waiting for me to leave. >> No, I was asking you a question on him. >> Yeah, but I was asked to me about four times. So, I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> Did I ask you to leave? >> Yeah, but it was asked me about four times. So, I'm sorry. >> Yeah, I didn't do that. >> I'm sorry. Are people acting like >> So, you were asked to leave about four times. >> They [ __ ] stupid. I know it's because they're trying to save their ass. They've been knew I was up. They been knew everything. They been new. >> What's your first name, man? >> Are you >> I'm just I'm just trying to leave. I'm like freak. >> Hold up. >> Zero. That is zero. This whole situation literally bar people acting like they stupid, bro. Her friend that she came with was male or female. >> Male. >> Yeah, >> I came by myself. >> No, I didn't come with a male. I came by myself. >> You said your friend was a male, but he left already. Don't worry, we're not going to get him involved or anything. I don't even know his name. >> Um, so the fact that he left, I don't know about him. >> Okay. >> Now she realizing first it was okay. The friend left. Now she mad the friend left her. You should have went home, too. cuz you wouldn't have any rich jewelry later if you just went home as well. You were not in the right and that friend knew it. Even if that other friend had possibly been drinking, he saw that clearly enough. And now you mad at him cuz you wouldn't listen to him and get some sense. >> He wasn't up. >> He wasn't even drunk. [ __ ] nothing went wrong with him. The fact that he left straight. >> Okay. So, I'm going to tell you, we watch the cameras, okay? >> Mhm. >> And I'm not making any of this up because I promise you it's all on video. Okay? Okay. Please. >> So, you were causing a disturbance inside the bar. Okay. I don't know. >> Oh, thank goodness they had cameras cuz you know, she's like, I wasn't doing anything. Then I'm on the floor. They put me on the floor. They kicked me out. I'm on the floor. That's all she kept repeating, but she didn't do anything wrong. Woo. Thank goodness for a video. >> If it was you were yelling. That's what you said that you were doing. So, it seems like you were yelling inside the bar. Okay. So, the manager asked you to leave. You refused to leave. You started throwing things at people inside the bar. So the manager requested the security to escort you out of the bar. While you were being escorted out of the bar, you started hitting the security guard and then when you went through the door the to leave was when you were given like an escort out and then that's when you fell. Okay. And I'm assuming you hit your hands. Okay. So that's why your wrist hurts. Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. I'm telling you that's what we watched on video. >> That's what you watch on video. Like you were standing right there and you watched. >> Our sergeant watched it. We have videos all around this place. I watched it. >> I didn't land a hand on nobody. >> Okay. If you don't want to believe that, >> confused about why I was getting kicked off the bar. >> Okay. >> So, like I said, >> I'm telling you the truth, ma'am. >> Just let my brother get here and take me home and y'all could just shut the up. Literally. Literally. I just want to go home. Please, please. Cuz the fact that I sat here and caused disruptions in front of a bar is highlying confusing to me because that's not what I would do. Yeah, I would sit here and get a little loud with my friend. But when my friend left is when I shut the up and was the fact that I was kicked out the bar and kicked to the [ __ ] ground from being at the bar. So yeah, obviously honestly I'm not pressing charges and they're not pressing charges. You can just shut the about to this situation. And I >> No, cuz you called the cops. You was trying to say that they was just beating on you for no reason and pushing you to the ground. You were trying to press charges. Now it's They're not pressing charges. You hope. [laughter] And you're not pressing charges cuz you don't have charges to press. No, no, no. You call them. You have to deal with this now. >> Go the home. Don't look at my car cuz you have no right to look at my car to start election. Thank you. Don't touch me and don't get next to my [ __ ] car. Okay, you're next to my car, right? My property, what I pay for, right? Walk the [ __ ] away from You're not Thank you for my brother for coming here. >> But I'm not that type, >> bro. So, what you watch >> is just what y'all want to go with. That's fine because I'm not the type to sit here and cause a a disruption with nobody. I call the cops on y'all because I wanted help. You called the cops on us >> because I wanted help. I CALLED Y'ALL BECAUSE I wanted help. >> Ma'am, we are trying to help you. >> Okay. Okay, that's done with my brother. >> I have not raised my voice. I haven't been rude to you once. You're being extremely >> This means I'm done talking with y'all. Y'all can walk away from my car and my brother cuz y'all no help. >> Y'all no help. Y'all know help. Not to happen to my fingers. Y walk away from my car. No consent on my car. No consent search on my car. You can walk away. That means >> technically I could search. It smells like weed. >> That means you can walk away. >> Nope. >> That means you can walk away. Thank you. Let my brother come here. He's right here. Y'all can walk away. I'm not driving my car, am I? No. My brother's going to take me, right? >> You were while I was running. >> No, I wasn't. >> No, you're not your car, >> honestly. >> Nope. You're done. You're done. No, I just want my license so I can go with my brother. I just want my license so I can go with my brother. >> Y'all being like this. That's crazy. >> That's crazy. I just want my license so I can go on my bike cuz I see him and I'm letting you know. And that's crazy that y'all doing this, bro. >> You did it. You're going to jail. >> I just wanted my car so I can go on my bike cuz he's right there. >> I'm suing y'all. >> I'm suing y'all. That is crazy cuz I'm What's your name? >> Deputy Henderson. ID number 41082. >> It's going to be on your probable cause affidavit. You can read it. >> Fine. That's fine. Cuz I was getting my license to go with my brother. That's pulling in right now. >> Okay. We're conducting an investigation. I told you not to get in the car. >> Then you pushed me. >> I wasn't going in the car. I was just getting my license coming right back out. You could have seen that if you would have listened. Right. Right by you would have listened. I was going to my car to get my license so I can come back out the car to my brother. >> Yeah, that's what I'm doing. Your license on? Is it on? >> Is it on? >> It's not on. It is on. >> Is it on? Where's the red light? >> It's on. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So you can let them know that I was going to my car for my license. >> Yo, bro. I love when we can be around for the true colors coming out and everybody was lying on me. And then she basically did uh lovable scorpion. I think she said it yesterday. Who you going to believe me or your lying eyes? Oh, okay. She going to go with the video. Yeah. And then your actions even right now are enough. >> I was going to my car with my license and they pulled and got me, bro. I was going to get my LICENSE FOR MY CAR and y I have on me. I've been sitting here listening to y'all. I've been helping with y'all. I've been listening to y'all. I've been going with y'all and y'all acting like a a criminal. Bro, y'all up. I was going for my license. >> And that's the best part, Mary. She called the police on herself. So they spared her and just wanted her out of the establishment. She calls the police to the playing victim thinking she's about to press charges and she's in handcuffs and we love to see it. >> THEN Y'ALL ASK NO. Then you're looking stupid because you know again they know you know >> bro they know Chris I WAS GOING FOR MY license bro you >> get in the bro you get in THE PHONE >> I'M NOT GET IN THE CAR >> I'M not >> I'm trying to get in the car You're not helping anything. You're trying to kick us. Put your feet down. >> I can't use my hand. >> Put your feet down. Sit like a lady. >> I'm trying. I can't use >> Put your foot IN THE CAR. >> MY HANDS. I CAN'T. >> PUT YOUR foot in the car. >> Sit up. You're a grown woman. YOU CAN SIT UP. >> I PROMISE. I'M TRYING. BRO, I promise you. Please stop. I'm trying. >> I'm helping you. >> I promise. No, I'm >> put your foot underneath your butt. >> Please. Just I'm trying. I promise. I'm trying. >> Not hard. >> Please. >> There. Now, put it underneath you and get in the car. I just beg. Please. I'm trying. I promise. I I'm in the out. >> No, I'm trying. I live. I promise you. I'm trying. Just please help me. You're abusing me. I'm >> What the are you doing? >> This is such a s show. This [laughter] is so chaotic. She is so embarrassing. I'm trying to hope you bro them. I'm trying. I'm going to I'm going to sue everybody in this [ __ ] I promise [snorts] you. [laughter] >> What are you going to sue them for? For watching the video? For not believing your lies? What exactly are you suing them for? [snorts and laughter] You acting grimy as when you knew I was no trouble, right? You knew I was no >> true colors right here. >> No trouble. You know I was no trouble. And you still want to acting what? For what? Your points. Your points. You could have got somebody else for your points, baby mama. You could have got somebody else. But somebody who the fact wanted to go home to their [ __ ] children and call >> Oh my god. And you got kids. Look at that them crazy eyes. Oh lord. Those eyes. She got kids. You didn't care about your kids. You were still ready to hang out. You just got kicked out the bar. You were still going to be there. You didn't You weren't thinking about your kids. And I'm not saying you don't Nobody cares about their kids if they're at a bar. I'm just saying her night would have still been going on had she not got kicked out that bar. you because I had a trouble, man. I should have just [ __ ] went home. [laughter] You You getting done for lying on my name? You're getting done for. You're lying on my name. You're getting done for because I don't spit at nobody. I don't do that disrespecting to nobody. You're done for. You're done. I hope you know you think you getting something. You're done. [screaming] >> She think she eating right now, too. She really think she ate when she said when she called that cop baby mama. Woo. Now, I don't know unless there's a husband at home. And look, I don't even use that term a lot, but I'm just saying if you going to throw it out like it's an insult, you're the one that's seeming like you're the baby mama out of y'all, too. You're done. [laughter] I can't wait for my lawyer that get everything done for. [laughter] Yo, I don't have the suspect in my life. The fact that you're saying I spit at you is crazy. Yo, just lock me up. Just lock me up so I can get my lawyer. [laughter] I don't even know what happened. Like, I promise. I don't even know what Dang, she coming down off some things. Now she started sweating profusely. She tried to, you know, trick herself into laughing it off. It's She didn't find it funny. Um, also they're already taking you and locking you up. You're in handcuffs. When people try to take control, like, hurry up and get me there. It's it they're going. It's happening. You're already under arrest. Calm down. [laughter] >> Happened to sit here and tell you what happened. I I just know some guy was throwing me out the bar and then I called you guys because I was scared. >> Okay, [gasps] I'll be right back. Okay. >> I'm sorry. [snorts] >> [laughter and gasps] [laughter] >> Why did they come up to me? Who were they? [laughter] Why did they even come up to me? Why did they even come up to me? >> My lieutenant has to take a picture of you. Okay. >> Can you fix my face up first? >> You look beautiful the way you are. >> [laughter] >> She said, "You look beautiful the way you are." Oh my god, I'm so done. That is such a great I love a good quick comeback. That's a good one. Um I want to know. I'm not going to go back and play it, but she said something about come home to me or something like I think she started having some drunk confessions towards the end before that door opened up. >> Like bro, can you let your lieutenant know? I'm okay. that I was cooperating. >> Okay. >> I went in my stuff for when my brother came and picked me up, which wasn't going to get any closer. Sit back. >> No, don't touch me. Don't ask me nothing. I'm talking to him and I'm not going to >> You don't need to walk up >> and he knows I'm not going to cry. >> I'm listen to him. >> Thank you. I was going to get my stuff, my license, everything of my information from when my brother who I literally was looking at pulling into the the parking lot to get me. I was getting my stuff and they I don't know if it was him or her who literally put their hands on me to push me against the car to get me in handcuffs when I was getting my stuff from my brother to come and get me. I wasn't being whatever the [ __ ] in cooperative whatever. I wasn't being >> I just wanted my stuff for when my brother was legally right to come and get me because that's what the they were saying on the phone, right? For him to come get me, right? >> They didn't hear you on the phone, man. >> Oh, they didn't hear me. They were they were right next to me. So, get theing camera footage cuz they were right next to me. >> I am going to look at the camera. I was getting my footage, my whatever the [ __ ] it was for my brother to come get me. And that's what he was that's what I was doing. And they put me against whatever the car I was against of my will, hurting me to get my information from where my brother came to get me so I could give it to you guys when my brother came and got me. >> I didn't need to be arrested. >> I didn't talking to me. I just want you to talk. >> I didn't need to be arrested. I didn't need none of this to where the I am hurt right now. I didn't need none of this. All I wanted was my license out of mying car that belongs to me. That belongs to me. And I have rights to get whatever the it is out my car. I have rights because guess what? I pay for my car notes. I pay foring everything out of my car. So yes, I'm allowed. >> Give me a couple minutes to look for them. I'm going look at you and I'm going to talk to you. Okay, let me get whatever the I want from the car. >> Let me look at the video. >> So when my brother comes, >> if you could just have a seat. Look, look, look that outside that white [ __ ] I want sued. Guess what? I'm going to take her for everything sheing owns. That's how my [ __ ] daughter, that [ __ ] dumb ass, knew why I shouldn't have been arrested. She knew. She knew. My brother was literally right there to come get me [laughter] right. I'm so sorry y'all. I feel like that was a mouth sound and she like licking the camera. I don't know for sure, but I feel like that's what was happening. I paused it to say something, then I heard that sound. Don't know what's coming, but she is psycho. This girl is crazy. And of course, you know, unreorseful. And this would not be her first night of binge drinking in my opinion. So, she'll probably do it again. >> Y'alling die. I hope that bitching dies. I hope I hope I hope she dies. I hope she chokes on a dick and dies because I'm hurt right now, bro. HELLO. Can y'all open the door, please? I'm trying to ask you guys a question. >> But of course, you're being stupid in the front. >> Please, can y'all get these handcuffs off of me and I will sit back here. >> UNFORTUNATELY, MA'AM, WE >> NO. I WANT TO TALK TO YOUR SERGEANT. PLEASE GET HIM TO THIS WINDOW. I'm done talking to you. AND I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU DON'TING THINK IING REALIZE THAT THAT I'M DONE TALKING TO YOU. I WANT YOUR SERGEANT. I WANT YOUR SERGEANT. I WANT THE [ __ ] GUY AT MY WINDOW. INHUMANE. INHUMANE. You acting inhumane. I'm assault YOU FOR THAT. I'MMA SAW YOU FOR THAT, [screaming] BRO. I'm going to kill that. I promise you that is done for. That [ __ ] is done for. She's gonna lose her job. She's gonna lose everying thing, bro. I'm asking for your sergeant. You're noting GETTING INTO ME. GET INTO ME. I just want to see these people in court the next day or at their bond hearing or whatever and their public defender is like, "Your honor, this was out of character for my client. She's a mother of three. They're all she has or she's all they have and all that. But I want this to be planned as the lawyers defending them. I need these videos to play with sound [laughter] cuz No, >> IT HURTS. >> WE CAN TAKE IT OFF. >> NO, PLEASE TAKE IT OFF. I ASKED YOU SO MANY TIMES. TAKE IT OFF. >> CAN YOU LET ME TALK to you, >> bro? Suck a damn You take it off. Please, bro. >> You can't do that. >> Please hurt me. >> Don't touch me. I will walk out myself. I will walk out myself. Bro, this hurts. Please fix it for you. Keep pulling off FOR ME AGAIN. Pick [screaming] me again. Pick me again. >> Pick me again. >> We're trying to help you. You're at the hospital. >> All I can think of is like a mechanical bucket. Bucking. That's all I [laughter] can think of. They got a ring on her. >> Stop acting ACT LIKE AN ADULT. [screaming] >> ACT LIKE AN ADULT. ACT LIKE AN ADULT. Stop acting like a child. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. YOU'RE HURTING ME. SIT DOWN. >> YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> SIT DOWN. >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> YOU UP. I'm [ __ ] you up. I'M CALLING YOU. I'M SIT DOWN. WHAT'S your name? I'm [ __ ] you up. WHAT'S YOUR NAME? WHAT'S YOUR NAME? >> WHAT'S YOUR NAME? What the is your name? WHAT IS YOUR NAME? >> AH, there we go. Little random sprinkle of racial slurs. >> Tell me it. Tell me >> right here. Read. Now I can't see. I want everyone. I want to see your ass. >> I WANT YOUR NAME. I WANT YOUR NAME and I want your number. >> You done for. She was ultimately taken into custody and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence. >> Now, how do you get battery on the law enforcement officer and resisting without violence? I don't know, but she still got the battery, so it is what it is. So, all of her charges are due to her actions once she encountered police. She didn't even get charged for throwing stuff and doing all the stuff at the bar that she called the police on herself for. Crazy. Crazy. I know, Mary. I'm saying. Okay, I already got the next one lined up and it's a a lot more yelling, you know. Um, this says how her 10piece McNugget order ended in total disaster. >> 30th, 2025, officers responded to a disturbance call at a local McDonald's. >> I ain't going to lie. Bash the [ __ ] out, bro. GIVE ME MY FOOD. >> GIVE ME MY FOOD. I'M NOT TRYING TO HEAR THAT. I just want to say there's so many McDonald's on so many corners that even if you're hungry and that's what you want, you can get your 10piece McNuggets somewhere else if you really crave it that bad. Um, also I just want to point out that she out of the group of friends, she's the one they don't want to serve. So she's definitely the problem. [laughter] >> Give me my [ __ ] excuse me. SHE'S MISSING HER 10. >> I'LL TALK TO HIM. I'LL TALK to talk here. >> Give me my leave. >> It's coming. >> I don't know WHO THAT [ __ ] COMING. >> IT'S COMING. It's coming. She didn't need to get 10 piece. >> [ __ ] is everybody standing at me for? Boo. [ __ ] >> Hey, you're out with police. They're going to stare. It happened to us all the time. >> Bro, she holding my order back from me, bro. Like, I want my [ __ ] >> Yeah, she was being >> Your friend was saying that she started being disrespectful. >> YES. That's not my order, >> I'm going to ask him. Can I get a refund for this? It's going to go back to this card. It say at the end. Hold on. >> I need to be right back. Is she going to stay right there? >> No, I want my order. >> Okay, but they tell you that they not going to serve you. >> She You are banned. >> You're banned from here. Okay. >> Banned. >> That's what she told me. >> Oh, at least tonight. >> Tell her in short order. >> She said you are not. >> I can't leave you right now. >> Tell her show order. I ain't going to lie, bro. I ain't going to lie. Tell her in show order. Hold on. >> Let me call her real quick. >> Like, what the [ __ ] is wrong with her? >> She called me out of my name first. We're going to go over there in the handicapped spot. >> Did you guys walk here or drive? >> Well, we got to wait on our food. Like they need >> Well, I need my [ __ ] order. I paid for that [ __ ] You're not getting your order. >> But my friend ordered it. She can get it, right? >> I mean, your friend's here. Yeah. >> Tell her. >> But you can't be. >> And what's even crazier is McDonald's food goes cold while you still got it in the bag. So everybody else food going cold with all this nonsense. Could have just driven to somewhere else and gotten some food. Now nobody can enjoy their food. >> All right, bro. I'll be right back. >> Hey, do you have your ID on you? >> No. I don't got no type of ID >> student ID or anything. >> No, I don't have no my I don't have my ID. >> Okay. What's your first name? >> I don't know. >> What's What's happening? I'm sorry. >> She's getting banned. >> For how long though? >> Until they say that you're welcome back. >> I ain't going to lie. She banning me. She calling me a [ __ ] SHE CALLED ME A [ __ ] >> As a business that called me a [ __ ] bro. THAT'S >> SHE CALLED ME A [ __ ] >> THAT does not matter. They're telling you you're banned. That's fine. >> Oh, she had that officer out of character for a second. I heard the hand claps. You better listen. The wrist jewelry is coming out. You need to listen right now. You just trespassed. >> That's what it is. Now we have to deal with it. >> That's fine, bro. I'm going home, bro. >> I need your name. >> I don't know my name. >> Akila, this is not going to be helpful for you. Okay. >> I ain't going to lie. I don't have my ID, so I >> That's fine. But you know your name. You don't need your ID for to know your name. >> No, bro. I don't know, man. >> This [ __ ] is so [ __ ] irritating. >> This is irritating. You're not giving us your name. >> Food. You're not getting your food. >> I paid for that [ __ ] >> We getting We getting it. We getting it. We getting >> [ __ ] out of here. >> Oh yeah. [ __ ] Not that deep. She call me out of my name. >> Get on the sidewalk, please. >> What? Just go up. No, bro. X right there. OUT OF HERE. OUT OF HERE. >> All she had to do was stay in a certain area. Don't go back to McDonald's. She want to go back inside. Why? You thought you was going to make it inside with the cops there. That don't even make sense. Then they just call the cops back and you definitely get arrested if they found you. Cuz now you're uh trespass after warning. >> [ __ ] OUT OF HERE. I NEED MY [ __ ] MEAL. >> You were notified of your van. OKAY. I'M LEAVING. I'M LEAVING. >> Provide your ID then. >> I'm leaving. >> They always leaving after it's too late. [laughter] Always. I was leaving. I was leaving. How you leaving? You heading back towards the door. >> Aquila. >> Give me your name and date of birth or you're going to jail. Do you understand? Stop. STOP. STOP. LET ME GO. >> STOP. >> SHE WILL TELL YOU. >> OKAY. OKAY. WE'LL WORK IN A MINUTE. >> LISTEN, BRO. >> PLEASE. She will tell you. PLEASE. ID. ID. >> We ask HER NAME. >> HER NAME IS AILA. >> She will tell you her name. LET'S take him to the truck. Get over here. >> And then this random dude. Don't ask me what he's doing here. I couldn't tell y'all, but he is in the way and HE IS ANNOYING. WE'LL TAKE ANOTHER >> HONESTLY. Here's where my mind goes. Seen too many too many body cams of predators and creeps. He gives me predator creep vibes. Why are you getting involved? It's like you're trying to ingratiate yourself to any one of the young women in the group. They don't know you. You just over here causing stuff. I don't like it. I'm not saying for sure that's his profile, but you need to sit down somewhere. I I just don't like it. >> Criminal trespass. >> NO, I'M LEAVING. >> HEY, BACK UP. BACK UP. BACK UP. Back up. BACK UP. >> HOLD ON. BACK UP. OKAY. HOLD ON. BACK UP. >> SHE SHE was notified of my van. We just banned her. >> For where? >> You going to We just told her that she was banned. She >> Okay. SO, LET HER GO, BRO. COLLEGE, BRO. LET HER GO. WHO ARE YOU? Let her go, please. Go to school every day. >> They He don't even know them, mind you. Why? He's saying she's in college. She goes to school every day. He does not know those people. >> Please let me go. >> Stop calling me. Get back. >> LET ME GO. PLEASE LET ME GO. >> I'm calm. >> I GET Y'ALL. B ME. I GET Y'ALL. I'M NOT TRYING. >> SIT HERE. SIT HERE. UH. Search her. Search her. Search her. >> I'm cool. >> I'm cool. Like I came. I can't. I can't. >> Hey, you got anything that's going to hurt me? >> No, I I don't want to hurt you, man. >> I don't want to hurt you. >> Just give me my money back. >> Why did you get hurt? >> JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. >> BACK UP, >> BRO. YOU [ __ ] SCRAP HER UP LIKE THAT. >> I AIN'T GOING TO LIE. JUST GIVE ME >> WHO ARE YOU? >> WHO is this guy, dude? >> I don't know. >> Just riding on a bike. >> I don't know him. >> He just pulled up on a bike. Put her ass in the car. I'm about to >> It's even funnier cuz they don't always do this. It's even funnier that she's so hyped up, but she calms down enough to tell the cop, "I don't even know this man." That is funny to me because a lot of times, you know, people are just trying to get the crowd on their side. Doesn't matter if they're strangers, but she still took the time to calm down and be like, "I I don't know. I don't KNOW WHO THIS IS." >> Sit down. I got it. I got it. I got it. >> All right, ma'am. I can't get arrested. >> Okay, put your feet in there. >> Okay, we're going to calm everybody down and then we'll work that out. Um, okay. Put your other foot in there. >> I can't afford to get arrested. >> Okay. Put your other foot in there. >> I just need my money back, ma'am. >> All right. They're going to go ahead and refund whatever card you use. >> Okay. It might not show up tonight because it had to go through your bank. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. >> If you can't afford to get arrested, I have a few questions, but the two primary ones were when they got you off the premises, why did you run back onto the premises to do what? that kzak cost and then oh my y'all this is really how my brain works. What was the other thing she did? Oh my gosh. Oh, when they asked her her name, she was going to get in trouble for obstructing cuz they needed her name for trespassing anyway. I don't have a name. I don't know my name. She wanted to play the I don't know my name game. It was she was she for someone that can't afford to be arrested. People be playing some crazy games. >> Okay, this is what we This is what we were listening to McDonald's. This is what we were trying to explain to you, but you wouldn't ID yourself. And then you came back after being notified that you were banned. >> I'm sorry. >> You see where we're at? >> Yeah. I'm cool. I'm cool. Cool. >> I'm cool. >> I'm cool. >> I'm cool. >> Stay in there. >> I'm staying. I'm staying. >> Okay, then put both legs in there. >> My hands just uncomfortable. I don't want to get arrested. I don't have the time. I I can't afford to tempor. >> You have no idea. >> You can't afford to get arrested? >> No, I have two court dates already. >> What are your court dates for? >> Trespassing for >> Wow. You have two other court dates for trespassing. You wanted this again. I be saying people be begging for it. She begged to be arrested. So now you have three court dates for trespassing. >> Where me w I can't like I can't afford that. I understand. >> I'm putting your ID back. Okay. >> I understand. I'm being like I just want to >> So why did you come back when we told you, hey, you're trespassed. You can't come in here. >> I just want to go, ma'am. I will never come back. I promise you. >> Okay. But I'm asking you a question. Why did you come back? >> I wasn't I wasn't in my right mind. >> Okay. What do you mean by that? >> How much have you had to drink? >> Not a lot. But I'm fine, ma'am. I promise you I would never come back here. I just want her to give me my money back. That's it. Okay. >> She didn't even have to call the police. I was not tweaking. >> Please just take me out the handcuffs. Like I got a life to live. >> Please. >> I understand. Give me a minute. Go ahead and put your hand your feet in there. I'm going to go ahead and talk to your friends. Let them know that you're okay. >> The low emotional in intelligence of all ages of people that we watch on the body cam scares me. So now the regret is setting in and you realize and I you would think by now she would know once the cuffs go on they rarely come off until it's just you know you had your bond hearing type come off or something. You've already made the choice and you already know how this goes because you did it two times before. You chose this number three. So what are you going to tell the judge when they look at your prior charges that you already have charges about trespassing? No. You have to eat this. You have to take this one instead of the McNuggets. You about to eat this consequence. >> Um, but >> I can't afford to >> You want them to know what's going on? You want to tell them? >> I can't afford to be on a mud shot. Like, I'm a criminal justice major. >> Okay. >> I Please, please don't arrest me. >> Let's shut the door real quick and myself and offic. >> After ignoring multiple warnings to leave, even after being officially banned, she still wouldn't let go of her 10piece obsession. Rather than heading to another location, she made things 10 times worse. And >> okay, so uh yeah, we got to keep going because I can't do their narration. I just needed to know if they were going to do her charges. All right, we're on to the next one. You see how this one [laughter] God people man fights police after refusing to pay restaurant bill. >> Two felonies and couple misdemeanors. Enjoy that ride, Joe, buddy. On June 2nd, 2025, officers with the Orlando Police Department responded to a call from a restaurant stating they had a customer refusing to pay his dinner tab. When the officers arrived, they could see an employee pointing at a man across the street, indicating that he is the man they called for. >> Okay. Okay. This is so cute to me that there's a little rubber ducky on the bicycle. I I have to say that. I wonder number one, does he own a Jeep when he's not on his police bicycle? because I know they do rubber duckies for Jeep owners. One day I hope to be a Jeep owner myself, but two, either way, I think these are so cute. At my job, they leave they leave random duck little little tiny ducks around and stuff like it's and other little animals and objects. It's so cute. So, I am I don't know why, but I'm just smiling so much from this little ruffle ducky. [laughter] >> What's going on today, sir? How are you doing? You going to pay for your food? Okay. You not want to talk. >> I'll talk to you later. >> Hello. He just said he's going to >> I'm going to get so many copyright issues on this video. YouTube's going to be like, "Can I monetize? You have Beyonce song on there." I'm like, "Of course, remove it. I can't help this right now." >> Hey, so I don't know what the issue is. >> What happened? >> The issue is he has a little warning. >> Uh he said that he has in >> my car. In your car? Do you have it now? >> Okay. Do you want to see if he is willing to pay or >> he's leaving? >> Are you leaving or are you paying? >> I'm going to my car to pay. >> Okay. What's in your car? Your wallet. >> My charger for my phone. >> Your charger for your phone. >> Okay. Your phone's on. >> No. No. Say no percentage. >> What do you What language do you speak? >> I don't know what that meant, >> bro. What language do you speak? >> No. Okay. >> Are you with him? >> Yeah. I'm just I came here and I just was under pressure. He was paying and then >> What are you two like on a date or something? >> No, I'm just his friend. I had >> She's an idiot in my eyes, too. It's two idiots out on a friend date, I guess, since she said they're just friends. But once your friend you met up to to have a meal with that you thought he was paying for doesn't pay, why didn't you why aren't you paying your half? And if she does, fine. But the laughing at his antics and she'll keep doing it is so annoying to me that I'm so sorry. I've already labeled her an idiot in my mind. Like who? How is this okay? This would be this would this would raise my stress levels up so much and you would never see me again if you gave a hint that this is how you operate in life. >> Sir, listen. Turn my phone on. I pay. Now I go to my car to charge my phone. >> It's not. >> Look, your phone's on. So you either need to pay or >> I just did. >> He just said he just said he didn't go through. He's staying right there. You talk to him from right here. >> His mom's coming. >> Well, that's not the thing. So, how much is the bill? >> Okay. >> No, sir. >> No. >> What would you guys have done? >> All I had was an appetizer. You want >> I want an appetizer. >> Trespass. >> It says free appetizer on the door. >> I can trespass. >> Okay, that's it. Nothing more. >> Wait. Wait. >> Okay. Do you have an ID on you, sir? >> No. >> No. No. Nothing. >> Nothing. >> Cool. What's your first name? >> No sir. >> Okay. Listen, I'll make this very simple. Okay. >> You're going to give me your ID and name. Give me your name and stuff. Do you want to go? You want to go to jail? >> Okay. >> Do you want to go to jail? [music] >> Arrested. Then I need your name. >> D. >> Spell your first name for me or give me your ID. >> D. >> It's Daniel. >> What? >> Daniel. >> Daniel. You're going to tell me your name or I will take you to jail. >> It's very simple. Huh? >> Danielle. >> Then spell it. >> D A N I E L. >> D A L >> Po. >> Okay. In case everyone's still catching up, he's not even pronouncing the words correctly in the language he's trying to fake. I I I know that most of you have noticed this, but I still have to say it out loud. I have to because he's pissing me off. >> I want to talk to him. >> Talk to him. Go >> ahead. How you doing today? Officer B. Can I smoke my cigarettes? They said I couldn't smoke in here. >> I want to smoke my cigarette outside. That's why I called the police. I was going to smoke it. Happy to do that. Get all this. >> I'm not set. >> If you guys do want to break this any further. >> All right. This is your final chance. >> You're going to give me your exact name or I'm going to place you under arrest. >> So, what is your name? >> Danielle. >> Spell it. D A N I E L for Pandho. >> Daniel. >> Daniel, what is your middle initial? >> Pandho. >> Your middle initial is Pandho. Got it. >> What is your last What is >> What is your last name? >> Pandho. >> Pandiho. >> Danielle Pandho. Pandho. >> Cool. >> See? And >> what is your birthday? >> Pandho. >> What is your birthday? >> Pandho. >> All right, that's cool. You guys want >> stand up with hands behind your back. If you resist, you're going to get you're going to get pepper sprayed. It's going to hurt. >> Very simple. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> No, you will not touch my phone. >> All right. They told him you put your hands behind your back. Blah blah blah. You're about to get pepper sprayed if you don't. That's these are the choices that he's making. >> One more. Give it up. Put your body back in the back right now. Got legs. >> I got legs. >> Headquarters. Step it up. >> Give me your [ __ ] hands. It's a 44. We're fighting one. Give me your arm. >> You got pressure on his arm. Stay on the screen. Put your hands on your back. Put on your back. [clears throat] They're inside the building. >> Pepper. [laughter] Pepper spray deployed. I'm getting >> And then it's always so disgusting once someone gets pepper sprayed cuz that's all you hear is that spitting and snotting just >> stop kicking me. Stop kicking me. Take your time. Take your time. We got plenty of time. We got plenty of time. We got friends here. >> There we go. All right. All right. We got him scared, you guys. >> Yep. We need a different supervisor for you to involve. >> Oh, he had an ID. Let me know. Hey, I'm going to roll him this way to check his pocket. Please watch out. He likes the kick and all this fun stuff. >> There he goes. Just kick me right now. >> Right there. We're good right there. >> He's got Oh, earbuds. >> We probably will eventually. >> I got one of my >> All right, we're going to roll them the other way now. all this for a bill that probably wasn't that much. And like somebody said, it probably came there, he came there knowing he didn't have any money. I halfway feel like she knew he didn't have any money either. I I just [clears throat] [sighs and gasps] I don't know why people do this. And then you make it worse because you could you could still have your some dignity and not end up like this. But you want to not give your real name. You want to not let them put your hands in cuffs cuz you you know you did steal because you weren't going to pay for that food. But you want to end up like this. >> Yeah, we will. >> My mom's here to pay. >> Yep. You're under arrest now. We're past that, buddy. You just committed two felonies and a couple misdemeanor. Enjoy that ride, Joe, buddy. >> Cop. >> Yeah, you didn't do anything about it. >> Don't talk to me. Don't talk to me. Let me Let me talk to him. >> No, you're done. Let me talk to a supervisor. >> Yeah, that's another talk to a supervisor. >> I am the supervisor. The one you tried to choke. >> All right, let me speak to the supervisor. We're done with this. Okay, we are done. We got hobble. We need to do a hobble on him. He's probably good. I didn't even catch them say the amount. So if I don't know I don't know if they will say it if they have said it but I didn't hear the amount but looking at the place I can't imagine it was high. I mean but either way you got to come with the money so you can pay whatever bill it is but it don't it probably wasn't even that much. >> So you got open bunch of times. >> Yeah. It's okay. >> We'll do it together. >> You guys want to work on gloving up? I got to >> see that's the other part. Every time Mama V, no matter what body cam we watch, I always think about how someone makes it worse financially because you don't have the money for this food bill. Now you have to have money to pay your court fees to pay to get out of jail. Like that's crazy. Like how do you make life worse? I don't get it. Yep. That accent the accent changed when he asked for that cigarette. Can he go outside and smoke a cigarette? Yeah, that accent went away real quick. Okay, 40 or $50. >> At least four four people with gloves. >> I've already got some on. >> We got to start. >> Someone get these legs cuz he's going to start kicking. >> You got a legs? >> We got to bring them up. >> Ready? >> One, two, we got to move them up. >> We got We got We got it up. Make sure that shit's tight on his ankles. >> There he goes. >> Stop right now. Stop resisting, guys. >> You want to catch more charges. >> This man's on the floor the whole video. Hold on. I'm trying to keep it moving. Golly. >> Stomach. You got me >> towards me. One of these guys. We can at least give me a second for a moment. >> He was then transported to the hospital to be medically cleared while being loaded onto the stretcher for the ambulance. The police report states that he spat in the face of another officer. The report also states that he assaulted the restaurant staff while exiting the building before officers arrived. Oh, so physically you were threatening them as well and then just nasty spitting is so nasty. >> He was then transported to the Orange County Jail where he was booked and charged with petty theft, battery, battery by strangulation for momentarily choking the officer, two counts of battery on law enforcement officer, and resist officer with violence. He served 154 days in jail and was put on probation for 2 years. The max sentence for all charges together is 15 years. >> So if he mess up that probation choking the officer, child all for what? An unpaid meal. All right, let's keep it going. We have woman arrested after LA Fitness refuses a $20 refund. [clears throat] Now, it's not that simple. They didn't She was doing a lot. We'll see here. Um, I do think that, well, actually, they didn't just refuse the refund. You'll see. They They did say there was a method they could do the refund. She just kept acting up. And als Okay, here, let me just say this. You need to do your research of what accommodations a place offers before you give them your money because you can't give them your money and then they don't have the thing that you want, but that's also maybe not a regular thing that they do. And now you're mad and you want your money back. >> 5th, 2025. Officers were dispatched to an LA fitness after a woman paid $20 to use the sauna. After discovering there were no towels available, she requested a refund, which staff declined to provide. When she refused to leave the facility, her gym visit soon turned into a tense confrontation that ended in an arrest. >> How you doing, man? What's the problem? >> I came in here to use the gym. >> Okay. >> They have $50 memberships. I paid $20 for a day pass. and he says that they don't have any towels. And I'm like, "Okay, can I can't use the facility then because I came in here to use the sauna. So, can I just have my money back for you if you don't sell towels?" >> And he says, "Well, we don't have any towels and I'm not giving you your money back." >> Okay. >> All right. Is that pretty much what happened? >> Not how it went down, right? But, uh, she came in, asked for a date pass. >> We do. day passes. They're always $20 to anyone, not just her. I I let her know. I'm like, "We have the day pass. It's $20. How would you pay?" She paid me cash. There's the receipt. Um she Before paying, I had her sign the liability waiver. Um I took her ID so I could uh write down her name, her get I asked her for her number. Uh but she did not mention to me she didn't have a towel. If she had mentioned prior if we had towels or not, I would have told her, "No, we don't have towels." And then she would have not spent her money. >> So, you guys don't want to refund the money? >> Well, the case is >> So, that's that's where we're saying. They don't they have a right to not refund? >> No, they don't. You don't have any signs or anything. And that's that's totally illegal for you not if I'm not using your service to not give me my money back. you you can sue them if you over the $20. But they're refusing service now at this point. You've already made the transaction. So now they're refusing service. >> Okay. >> Do they have >> Now that first guy that wouldn't give her a refund at all. I think he should have went ahead. It was an instant thing that happened. Just give her her instant refund or or whatever refund process you have. I think someone comes in later and is like, "We can do the refund, but it has to be through the mail or whatever." But the first guy that was like, "I'm not doing a refund." I'm like, h at least try to give her a refund cuz she just just bought the service or whatever. >> A right to refuse the service. >> They don't have a right to not give me my money back. >> You can take it up civily with them, but they're not depriving you of your $20. You have >> They are depriving They're saying they can't take it out of the system. >> They That's what they're saying. They can't. So if they can't, >> she said that what they do is the another option is to call their manager and their manager can overwrite it. Then the second option that they have is that they can um they can mail it to you. I'm not from this state and my ID even sh says that I'm not from Chicago. >> So I want my cash back. >> Well, they they're saying they can't do the cash, >> ma'am. They can mail it to your house. >> Okay. You can give them your address. >> I just I'm from here. >> What state are you from? >> And I do not have a mailing address for them to mail it to me. >> Okay. Well, they can't refund the cash. >> So, at this time, you can go to corporate, talk it out with corporate, but for now, we need you to leave. >> I I'm not leaving. >> Well, those are their two options. They either can mail you the $20 or we're going to leave and you can talk it up in corporate. >> I I want one. I want the I want the mailing address. I want the mailing address for it to be mailed to me for the money. >> They need your address. >> No, I said Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. They need your address. >> All right. Go ahead and write your address down. >> I already told you I didn't have an address. >> Here you go. >> Now >> Well, first let's get your ID. We're not We're not taking it. Where's your uh Give me your ID. I don't have any information for you. >> Yeah. >> All right. You guys want to sign complaints for that? >> You just wanted to leave. >> They wanted us to leave. >> Okay. All right. All right. Let's go. >> Let's go. Don't come back here. Go. >> I want to be arrested. >> You're not being we're not. >> Now, here's here's where I don't understand. Do you understand being upset about [clears throat] uh not getting that refund? Cuz that man should have just tried to issue her her refund. I do understand that. If they have to do it through the mail, they have to do it through the mail. That's fine. She don't have another $20, let alone the money to get out of jail. But but she wants to stand on this. And now she wants to be arrested, which will cost her more money that she doesn't have. Cuz I also suspect that this probably was more for a shower than just to use the sauna casually like some others may. So when that's that's why I think the towel meant so much that she they didn't sell towels, didn't have a towel or whatever. Um, but why make life even harder? I don't understand. >> Want to be arrested now? No. >> I said no. >> Why don't you want to leave? >> Because I get a refund if there's no [ __ ] sign. It's so legal. >> Don't they have every right as a business? >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. >> No, they don't. No, they don't. If they put my name in the system incorrectly, they could delete it. I want my money back or you arrest me. >> All right. We don't want to arrest you. >> I don't care what you want. >> I mean, what's going on? >> I'm refusing to leave. I paid $20 for the day. >> Okay. >> Do Do you have your driver's license? >> I said I don't have any information for you. I don't have to give you information because they owe me a refund. >> I don't have to give you information because they owe me a refund. >> That's not true. >> I paid $20 for the day. That means that legally if you're not giving me my money back, I can stay until closing it. >> So, here's the deal. >> That's what it means. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Here's the deal. Are you going to leave? >> That means either you arrest me or I get to stay to closing. >> Do you have an ID or no? >> I said no. >> Okay. Are you refusing to leave? >> I said no. Either you give me my money back or you arrest me. You're you're you're making this a bigger issue than what it is. If >> they don't give you your money back, if they're not going to give you your money back and you paid, then you get to stay until closing. >> You're making this a big issue when it does. >> If you don't get your money back when you paid, you get to stay until closing. >> You're making this a big issue. >> If you don't get your money back when you paid, you get to stay until closing. >> That's not how it works. >> That is how >> No, it's not. >> I I did not do anything but ask for a refund. >> Yeah, but their polic said they can't give you a refund. >> Thank you. >> This is the best description, Mary. It's strange. Um, [clears throat] and yes, I do. I think the way she was not willing to give an address, I think she was homeless. That not her fault. The even one your $20 back right now, not her fault. But once you find out, unfortunately, this is how it can be like that a lot of ways. You can pay instantly, but that refund does not come instantly. It just doesn't. Now, I don't know if someone could have called an Audible there and given her her $20. I don't know if they realize cuz see, I've had time to think about it. I'm watching it from the outside. I'm not living it. I'm not having to deal with her. So, I want to assume they may not understand the people behind the desk that, hey, that might be her last $20. She homeless. Just find try to find a way to give it back to her now. So, I can't put that on them. But watching it, I'm like, you're giving me very much. This was about to be a shower and you're homeless. Um, but I unless she wants to be arrested so she can have a place at the jail on purpose, I don't know why you do this because now there's going to be fines. There's going to be warrants out when you don't pay whatever you might have to pay. Like it just it it um snowballs. This is not a good option. >> So then that means that I pay my money, you're not giving my money back and I get to stay until closing. >> No, cuz you violated your policy if I draw a water bottle. >> How did I How did I violate the policy? chuck the water bottle across the room. >> How did I violate the policy? Because that goes against you trying to force me to give you a address for a refund. >> So if they're not going to give you your money back $20 when your monthly pass and I'm paying I'm paying for one day I'm paying for one day. I'm paying for one day half the price for a monthly pass. Thank you. I thought I was getting in the sauna. >> Okay. Well, >> you also violated their policy by throwing a water bottle across the room. >> Hey, man. >> Rules. >> We're going to we're going to ask you that we're going to give you one more opportunity to leave. Otherwise, you're going to be arrested. >> Okay. >> You you'll be you'll be arrested for both obstructing trespass. >> All right. So, you refusing identification? >> Refusing. All right. Go ahead. Turn around. Y. >> Yep. everything. >> Yep. >> Let's go to jail, everybody. [ __ ] gym is over. Chicago's over. All that [ __ ] over. Let's go to jail. Y got me [ __ ] up. >> Y'all got me [ __ ] up. Let's go to jail. Now your whole Chicago [ __ ] rain is over. >> You guys got a cage. >> Yeah, we got >> Oh no, I can't put my [ __ ] back there. Now you're off. >> [ __ ] a wig and everything. >> Go ahead. Face the car. >> [ __ ] everything else. >> Give me some more charges. >> Give me some more charges. >> Hey guys, what if I give her her money? You guys let her go. >> This dude, I forgot about him. He pissed me off. I'm like, "Now, we've been in here 8 minutes and before the cops got there, that was going on longer cuz they had to contact the cops." I'm like, "What? Could [laughter] you have not offered to give her her money?" I mean, you he's being a good guy cuz he doesn't work there. He looks like a gym patron. But I'm like, she's in cuffs. They're heading towards the car. We're We're kind of We're kind of past that now. I I understand the sentiment and the intent, but the timing is horrible. >> Yeah. on that. >> I just found out it was only $20. I don't mind giving her the 20 bucks for this instead of her going to jail, bro. >> It's her decision. >> She chose to get arrested by >> Cool. No, no problem. I kind of figured if I could just give her the $20 and save her the [ __ ] headache and save you guys the headache. >> Appreciate it. No, she chose her for no reason. >> Damn right it chose to ask for a refund. Don't even have no refund signs on that [ __ ] >> Damn, you escalated it. You don't even have no I don't escalate [ __ ] I told I'm the one THAT TOLD THEM TO CALL YOU. >> If I stay call the police, you don't TREAT ME LIKE I'M THE ONE THAT'S [ __ ] goddamn trespassing. >> Now, I don't know when he actually saw all this going on, but he does give me daylight dollars short or like I'm I'm okay. Okay, I'm going to let the cuffs go on. And then when she's going out in the cold and thinking this is her last moment, I'm about to say, "Hey guys, can I give y'all the $20?" not understanding. It's too too late. I feel like I'm making this up in my head, but I feel like he could have offered this way sooner. >> I'm the one that asked for your assistance. >> I am the one that asked for your assistance. I'm the one that asked for came in there like scream. That's getting really >> No, you came in there like I'm the one that's [ __ ] causing problems, asking for a refund. You're the one handcuff. >> And I told you I ain't got no [ __ ] eye or ever. And see, that's the point, too. That's a good point, Dean. That's a good point. He still could have been like, "Hey, here's the 20 cuz you know she's never get this refund. This still help you when you get out." Yeah, he still could have done that. [laughter] You could have still gave her that 20. Like, that's why I'm like, I don't trust his timing. I don't really trust what he was doing. >> Shut up. You [ __ ] >> Give me for that one too, you [ __ ] >> That's your first amendment right you [ __ ] >> That's your first amendment right for that one too, you [ __ ] >> You can talk. >> Give me for that one too, you [ __ ] >> Give me that one2 [ __ ] >> Get me for that one, too, you [ __ ] >> There's a female working. Yeah, I think 295 is coming. All right. >> All right. >> Get me for that one, too. >> We want to be outside. You tired of being inside, [ __ ] >> I want to be inside. I'm cold. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> Clearly you do cuz you escalated $20. >> Clearly you did cuz um you wanted me to be inside. You could have got me to spend all my [ __ ] money though for the goddamn hospital then. [ __ ] >> Are you here visiting? >> Shut up, [ __ ] Shut up. Shut up. >> Well, we are going to search you. So, where's your ID at? >> I get searched by a woman. by a woman. >> Where's your ID? >> By a woman. I said I'm refusing. You're gonna give me a charge for that [ __ ] I'm refusing. >> I'm refusing to give you any identification. I'm refusing. >> I know. That's why you're in handcuff. >> So don't keep asking me for it. You already [ __ ] got >> No, I ain't got no warrants. >> Then why don't you give us YOUR NAME? >> BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO. I want the charge, [ __ ] I want Yeah, >> you got three charges now. I want ask some more. Ask some [ __ ] mo. Add some [ __ ] mo. Add some [ __ ] mo. >> See this another part. This is where I go back to this is strange because she's already going to go to jail anyway. Why are we making this even more difficult and and I guess well maybe Auntie Natty will say so she can get more nights in jail. I don't know because why? You're already going to jail now. >> Cat on you. >> You're good. >> Are you good? >> You're good. You're good. You're good. Are you [ __ ] good? >> Turn your face down. >> You're [ __ ] good. You're not allowed to [ __ ] search me. >> Yes, we are allowed to search you. Okay. So, >> go ahead. Take it. Not searching me. But, um, go ahead. >> Well, for heavy objects, we have >> only Can we search him? You don't have to use the back of our hand. He's giving me the curses of using the back of his hand. So, >> I said I'm supposed to get a female officer just like he just told >> Just like he told you there's one in a garage, [ __ ] >> We're just doing a curse research. Okay. He's not being very thorough. >> We have to make sure >> you're pressing a little bit too hard to my person. >> Well, there's these two there's two heavy objects in here. I can't tell what it is. >> I don't care. >> You good? >> Don't touch me or my person. That mean my >> open under a coat. >> By my Gucci and [ __ ] >> All right. Not the Gucci. Not Not now. See this? this the mindset. Okay, I'mma uh skip to where she's sitting in this chair. Maybe we'll see some charges, but it's just going to be her and her potty mouth for a little longer. >> Continue to argue that since she paid the $20 day pass and wasn't refunded, she had the right to remain in the facility until closing. Was she making a valid legal point or >> All right. All right. So, she probably got trespass and maybe obstruction or whatever. Man gets karma after terrorizing store manager. Have not seen this one at all, I believe. So, we'll just see what happens together on this one. >> Are you familiar with him? >> Yes and no. >> Um I've heard about him. Was a little loud, but nothing like crazy. And then I was in here doing something with um a rehire and he came like in the office. So, I walked out and I was like, Richard, like what's going on? Like, are you okay? And he just kept getting progressively louder. And I was like, "Dude, calm down. Chill out. You don't have to yell at me." And then he started to like hug me and like do this. And I was like, "All right, dude." I said, "That's enough. Like, you need to go." And I thought he left. Well, then one of the baggers came and got me and said, "Crystal, he's back. He's like yelling at us on the front end." So, I was like, "All right." So, I text my ranger. I was like, "Rard's like aggressive, over the top. Like, I'm going to call." >> All right. So, we have someone yelling at employees. Unwanted touch. It's already enough for the police to be called. >> Was he 51 already? >> Probably. >> Hear me out. Let me finish. >> Who the [ __ ] you talking to like that? Put the body camera on. >> It is my mama raised me on. I ain't about no [ __ ] >> Oh, here we go. The body cam is on. Can tell you that right now. But how? Okay, I have seen this one. I've seen bits in pieces and I definitely saw how his demeanor changed at the end. I remember him now. >> They bring me no pieces. MY UNCLE JUST DIED. HOMEBOY, you don't know what I'm going through. >> What you going to do? >> The [ __ ] wrong with you, [ __ ] >> What are you going to do, >> man? Get out my face. >> Hey, relax, >> son. Don't touch me, sir. >> Relax. We're doing an investigation. You're causing a disturbance. I'm going to tell you right now. >> You are yelling. We're not going to have that. >> Okay. So, what do you want to do? >> Go home. >> Okay. You are causing a disturbance. You're not going to disrespect us like that. >> Yo, PUT YOUR HAND IN MY FACE. PUT THE BODY CAM ON. >> It is on. >> Put your hand in my face again. >> Listen, you're trespassing this whole plaza now. There's an O number so we can go. >> Where you going? >> I go where I want to go. >> If you come around, I go where I want to GO AT, HO. WHAT WAS THE POINT of putting up his shirt like this? I don't even understand. >> So if you come back, >> YOU CAN BE ARRESTED. >> YO, WE DON'T GIVE A [ __ ] >> If you come back, >> All right. So, he's not under arrest. They just saying if you come back, you could be arrested, right? So, all you got to do is leave. Keep walking. Just go keep walking. And honestly, I would say stop talking because they can get you for disturbing the peace, you know, and all that stuff because it's family, you know, kids around. They always go for the kids around things. So, you should just walk off and stop all that extra >> crackles. All right. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. You want to try it? Put your hands behind your back. >> No, sir. Put your hands behind your back. What I'm saying? Put your hands behind your back. Got you. >> Sir, why you dig me like that? >> Oh, now we're calm. Huh? >> Now we're sorry. >> Now, now we're talking softly. >> I was going home. I'm going home. Hey, sir. You >> stand up. >> Hey, sir. You got to put my face on the ground. >> Stand up. >> Hey, sir. Put my face right there, bro. Right there. >> Yeah, I got him. >> No, BRO. I AIN'T STRAIGHT, BRO. THEY HEAR ME, BRO. I GOT BOOTIES IN my body, bro. Help me bully me, bro. He put that around me for NO REASON. RATHER ME. I like >> Stop. Be quiet, >> bro. You get >> Stop, >> bro. If you come in on this part, do not don't let this fool you. That man was touching people against their will. He was yelling at them. He was he he he he wanted to be big and bad until the cuffs, you know, came out. And now, honestly, could they have let him yell some more while he was walking away? They maybe could have, but this is one of the ones they weren't going to wait long for him to just keep yelling, stop, yell, stop, yell, stop. They were like, you know what? Let's just cut this short. But believe me, he was being bad three minutes ago. this [ __ ] bro. I'm not resisting arrest, bro. Why you throwing me like that? My arm hurt. Yes. Why did >> And then you did not leave, right? >> Why did he ask me to leave? >> I I don't know. That's a good question. You tell me. >> I'm I'm asking you. >> I don't know. Doesn't matter. It's private property. If they ask you to leave, you have to leave. >> What do you mean when I pay $400? >> All right. So, I'm not going to argue with you. You're getting trespassed. Okay. Kyle, can you say the words? >> So, no. No. >> You just say No. Yeah. Yeah. Kyle, you don't have to listen. I don't care. >> No. No. >> I want to know where I'm getting trespassed for. >> It's private property. They could trespass me for anything they want. her above you so we can talk to him. >> Nope. I have my friends in my room. So, what am I for? >> What am I arrested for? >> Told you disorderly intoxication. >> What am >> And that sucks. You have somebody that doesn't know how to act. Also, seems like she's footing the bill for them. Um, well, for some of them cuz she keeps bragging about how much she paid. And you're going to find out everybody has to get out of the room because of her actions. You were minding your business, possibly not causing any trouble, but now you're kicked out of the room, too. >> My arrest, though. >> It didn't. Can you tell me when I'm in my reg? >> I've already told you three times. You told me. >> Get in the car. >> I will leave. See if they dropped her in the arrest. What am I arrested for? Cuz you guys just put me in handcuffs for what? >> Disorderly intoxication. >> No, you're wrong. Do you have a camera? >> Cuz you're about to You're about to get in trouble. >> Did you put me in handcuffs for no reason? >> Do you have kids up there? How did you get out of the handcuffs? >> You have You have no reason to put me in handcuffs. >> Get out of the car. >> I didn't do nothing to you. >> Well, you just now a felony. >> I did nothing to you. I did nothing to you. Turn around. >> What the you mean? I don't know what your problem is. >> I did nothing to you. What the you got going on? >> What do you What do you got going on for real? >> Really? >> What do you got going on for real? >> You're arresting me for what? >> You're going to be a little tighter then. >> For what? For what? >> Told you a million times. >> For what? For what? >> Told you already. >> For what? For what? >> Okay. So, let me leave. Get my money back. And let me >> You're under arrest. I didn't do nothing to you. >> Get inside. >> I didn't do nothing to you. >> Can you stop talking for like >> I did nothing to y'all. What do you mean I did nothing to you? >> So, what happened today? Give me a quick rund down here. >> The the bar railing there. Um I was on the other side. >> Yeah. In the pool area. >> In the pool area. She was sitting on the other side with her friends. One of her friends got up to walk around and get in the pool. And I just mentioned to her friend that she needed to swim. Her friend was perfectly cool and her other two friends were perfectly cool. She spun around and went off on me about how she's got a villa here and blah blah blah and every time I see her I've never seen her in my life. Okay. >> But she's like, "Every time I see her, you're harassing me and I got a villa here. I shouldn't have to." >> So then her friends got her calm down, I think, and she left. >> So she's swearing and yelling at like in front of like at the pool area in front of kids and everything. >> Then she left and her friend, the guy friend came up and was like, "I appreciate you. She's going through all this." I'm like, "Fine." So, I was in the park walking around and then right underneath the slide, she came in the park and found me and started screaming at me. Screaming at me. So, I >> What was she saying? >> Oh, that I would never talk to her and she'd already complained with the manager and I was going to lose my job and on and on. >> Like literally yelling, >> screaming. I mean, screaming. >> Okay. >> Screaming [ __ ] [ __ ] And I'm like, "Look, there's kids around. Just calm down." Y >> I I said, "Why don't you follow me back to the bar?" And then she So, I went to the bar and I told the bartenders, "Cut her off." >> Yeah. >> You know, >> cuz she's been drinking obviously. And then she went off and she kept going on. And then the bartender's like, "Look, you got to calm down." He goes, "I'll do whatever the [ __ ] I want." He goes, "No, you won't." So then they called one manager down. I don't know what he did. He didn't do much. Then the next thing Kyle showed up. And uh Kyle, you know, >> Yeah. He tried to calm her down. She wouldn't calm down. He told me, "Look, I'm going to refund you your money for your room." Yeah. And me need to leave the property because if not, I'm going to call the police. She run off. Just see what happens, you know, and then and you guys. Okay, >> thanks for >> good enough for me. Uh, can I just get a phone number in case I have to call you? >> The deputy then went to the suspect's hotel room to inform her friends that they needed to leave the property. >> Oh yeah, >> man. That sucks. Vacation gone cuz your friend acting up. >> Talk to my dad, please. >> Yeah, in a minute. So, >> her dad is the one who got the room. We had the manager. >> Let's talk. Let's talk manager. >> Drea, let me talk. >> So, >> I'm glad you're here. >> She was trespassed. Okay. >> Okay. Drea, if you don't be quiet, [laughter] which >> means her at the pool, though. But listen, she was stressed by she didn't come with us. She had an I don't have a >> her name is on the room. >> I don't have a physical. >> It's her dad. It's her dad. She didn't have a physical and we were all together earlier. >> How long until he gets here? >> He said 20 minutes >> and they the manager jumped. I'm not trying to let him talk. So, the manager and maintenance came upstairs and said, "You guys have 30 minutes till your dad gets here," which is her dad, >> which we can't control a grown adult. We left when she was arguing at the security guard. >> But here's the thing. Private property, right? They don't want you here. They're asking you to leave. >> So, they're going to refund [snorts] the money and everything else. They can, but you're going to have to take that up on a different day or even later today if you want. >> They didn't pay for this. >> Okay. They need to refund it. >> I understand. And they will. I I'll call my lawyer. >> That's good. >> Hello. >> Call my lawyer right now. >> Why do people think the lawyers do something on the spot with stuff like that? You can call them, but guess what? You are going to have a civil lawsuit at best if they don't want to refund you your money. There's nothing a lawyer can do except in the meantime of you needing to pack your bags and get off those people's property. >> Okay. So, >> all right. So, real quick. >> No, I'm call my lawyers >> since everyone's just been a headache today. This is what's going to happen. Okay, >> let them let them come. >> Everybody needs to go. All right. As far as your money's concerned, you can get that back at a later date. I'm sure it's they got a lot of money here. I'm sure they can refund you. However, for today, >> everybody needs to leave right now. Okay. They can get like 5 minutes to finish packing, >> but everybody's got to leave this room right now. Leave the property. Okay. >> Can we still get explanation? >> I haven't been there. Whatever. >> Not from you. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I haven't been there yet, so I don't know what's going on. >> Okay. Well, I'm sure someone can fill you in when you do get here, but I'm just letting >> Deans, you messy. Deans, I feel like you saying put your lawyer on speaker so the cop can shut the lawyer down cuz you know that lawyer can't do nothing right now. [laughter] I feel like you being messy. I'm here for it. >> You know, for when you get here, that's what's what's happening right now. Okay. >> Can I >> Well, it got nothing to do with me. I mean, I can see my son, right? He's 9 years old. >> He's 10 her little brother. You might have to get another room >> or you can just talk to the front staff when you do get here. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. See >> we'll clean up. >> We're going to clean up. He's doing his job. So, we're going to clean up. We're going to go out to the front. Let my dad. Here we go. You go first. >> Okay. Listen. So the girl that was being disrespectful, >> we all left >> when she was being disrespectful for no reason because >> she wanted to dip her feet in the pool. The >> entitlement and alcohol have their comprehension really, really slow right now because he's already explained your friend's actions. The consequences are everybody has to get out of this room. So sorry that you tried to get her to leave. She wouldn't leave. You left her down there. She caused problems for all of you. Now you have to leave. It doesn't matter that you did not stay down there with her and cause problems with her. You have to go. >> Security guard says, "Hey, you need your wristband." We're like, >> "I get that. You're no part of that, right?" Is what you're saying, right? >> So, I don't want to We don't want to be a cause to her dad and the property for something that we sent away. This is private property. >> So, here's here's what's going on, though. Okay, this is where it's kind of like guilty by association. Hold on a second. told us we have an out an >> she's part of your group though, right? >> No, she had the ID earlier before we got here. She drove. >> But she's part of you guys. >> You guys are all a group of friends, a group of people, whatever. >> Again, the slow comprehension, the avoidance of the direct question. He said, "But you all are friends here. You're all staying in this room. It doesn't matter if you took a plane, she took a car, somebody else took a boat to get here. You are seen as one party and you have to go. >> You could you could say no all you want, but you say okay, but you're all together. >> We're not getting out of this. >> Yeah, there there's really no part. >> We invited her. >> I got you. But now you all have to go because of her actions. >> But we told we we left. >> It is what I got. It's over with. >> But the hotel staff doesn't want to trespass anybody right now. But they want you to go. However, if you don't go, then we are going to trespass. And then if you don't go after, but what we're confused about is >> maintenance guy to the manager. He just came up here and said >> I guess people and I guess people cannot pick up on social cues. Like he is about to get real impolite if they keep it up. Like he's being he's doing the best he can, but the patience ran out with her with their friend already. And I just feel like we're they're missing a tone. They're missing a I don't care about what happened before. I'm talking about now. Hey, catch on. Let's go. >> You guys have an hour for your dad to get here now and get your things together. >> They're telling us that they want you to go. So now I guess I'm bad news. It's >> all right. It is what it is, bro. I know. Trust me. I get this. >> You don't own the place. I understand. >> Yeah. I'll just clean up real quick then. >> That's fine. I don't care if you guys leave that [ __ ] there. >> Yeah. That's why I said leave. >> No, I don't want to like I don't know. I don't want them to like charge extra. >> They're kicking us out. What the Leave all the extra gra extra cuz we didn't clean or something. >> They're kicking us out anyways. Pick this [ __ ] up and let's go. >> Grab your beer if you want. Hold on. >> All right, man. Step out. >> Did I call my mom? >> I want to call my mom >> here. Walk this way. >> I don't remember. I don't remember. >> You'll be able to get it out of your phone if it's in your phone. >> You put your feet underneath the step for me. >> Can I talk to you for a second? >> We haven't talked. >> Listen. >> I We haven't talked. Am I >> Watch your shins? Watch your >> I know, but can I talk to him for a second? >> You can talk to him and stuff. Keep going. >> No, no, no. Keep your feet underneath your step. Just like that. >> Can I talk to you? >> Look towards the fan. You can look and talk. Okay. >> Did I talk to you? I did nothing wrong. >> I went I went to I went to the manager in the office and I did nothing wrong. I didn't >> I didn't cuss nobody out or anything. I have an autistic baby at home and I >> Oh, you definitely cussed that man out. You cussed him out a few times and then you finally got kicked out. And now now we're going to put this on having an autistic child at home. No. No. You got to think about that. That's even more reason that I don't understand why you would put yourself in this predicament. M [clears throat] those are your consequences. >> Said at home I don't understand why I'm getting arrested. >> Sorally intoxication. >> What do you mean I have a hotel? What do you mean I'm I'm intoxicated? What do you mean? >> I can smell it. >> Smell what? That I had a drink? I'm not intoxicated. I've not shown no signs of intoxication. And I got upset that I paid $400 for a room and they were trying to the guy was trying to kick me out for it. >> I will leave. >> I will leave right now. >> I have two. >> I have to get down. Please. >> I really don't. >> Like I said, done. I have no clothes. I have to go in there. I have no clothes. >> We'll give you clothes when you get there. >> I have nobody to buy me an officer. There's nobody. >> Keep facing the front. What about my phone? >> It's all right here in a bag. It's going to come with you here. Okay. >> How am I going to get a hold of it? >> They'll let you get a number out when you get there. >> They're going to let you get a phone number out of your phone when you get there. Okay. And then they'll let you get a phone call. Okay. >> Watch your head. >> Go all the way to the front. The safest part of >> She was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence. Share your thoughts in the [clears throat] >> It tracks. It tracks. All right. That was one of the times the friends didn't get arrested, too, cuz sometimes friends don't understand you got to go. They They eventually left, so that's good. Okay. Now, y'all, let me set this one up. It says, "Nurse loses it when Arby's gives her the wrong order." This title does not do this video justice at all. Okay. What happens is that [clears throat] this nurse acts a fool about getting her wrong order, gets in an employes's face. The employee does not have the restraint to um not like feel threatened, I guess. Uh the employee hits the customer. We don't see the hit, but she admits to hitting the customer because the customer was apparently leaning all over the counter according to other witnesses employees that work there. So, this title does not do it justice on what's happening in this video. So, here you go. 29th, 2024, officers responded to an Arby's restaurant for a call of an extremely disorderly customer. >> I'm not she mean lower my voice. I've been hit. >> I understand. >> You know what I'm saying? >> You don't need to yell at me. >> I'm not yelling at you. I'm loud. I'm not yelling at you. >> That girl 21 YEARS OLD. >> I WENT 15. >> I'M NOT ASKING YOU AGAIN. STOP. Do not engage with anybody else. >> How's it going? >> You have a manager? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Can we >> She's involved. Okay, let's talk over here. Did you Did you witness any of this? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> This is >> Yeah. I mean, I'm going to talk to your employee, but tell them what's going on here. >> Oh, yeah. So, she was I guess uh she probably misheard the order a little bit and so she asked her uh why was it so much and so she started getting more room, started yelling over the speaker and stuff like that. So, I took over the headset, took my order cuz I had to make it right, you know, of course. And so, um, she comes to the window and I guess she kind of told her real quick how much she owed. So, she was like, "Yeah, whatever." Blah, blah, blah. And then I'm like, um, I'm like, you know, you fix it. So, she said, "You know that?" She yelling at her. She telling you my money back and all that. So, she started >> Oh. Then she called the employer B. I'm with Fantasy Final Fiend. Fancy fin said, "I work just about every type of hospitality there is. Why do you want to fight with the people who make your food, people who make up your room, etc." I don't know. I feel like they should be treated like royal royalty. And I have worked in hotel uh settings. I've worked fast food. So, but I I feel like even if I didn't, the risk of something happening to things that I have to deal with, I would still just treat them with respect. You do that anyway for anybody, but something that somebody has something something somebody has something uh some control over something so intimate that could go into your body, be around your body is crazy to mistreat them. If y'all hear the little dings and sounds, my little uh baby Yoga, baby Yoda Tamagotchi thing, you know, he be giving me alerts and stuff. So, ignore the beeps and all that cussing talking about she whatever >> her yelling at your employee. >> Yes. So she she come so we thought this was over with once we gave her that money back was just like we don't serve guests like that >> and so she comes back in asking for oh I'm going to file a report on this and she this and I want her 1800 number and me and the general general manager was trying to calm this lady down like she still yeah she still keep calling for she keep she trying to get over the count making threats talking about She going to be waiting outside when she get off and all kind of stuff like that. >> See, and then you threatening her with future physical violence. The other the the young lady was like, "I'll take care of it now." And I still feel like that woman that got hit that's over there yelling and we'll get back to in a second. I feel like she was in that young lady's personal space because you got to be within swinging distance to get swung on. And with all that and then other people outside of you being able to see how much how that that lady was treating you. I feel like I put this lady in the nightmare category because I do feel like she was terrorizing them but she is the one that got physically hit the you know you got to deal with the consequences of hitting somebody that didn't hit you and all that but you know I mean in life I feel like she brought those consequences on herself as far as getting hit. So I guess eventually that just kind of pushed her to the limit. >> I said get in YOUR CAR NOW. >> YOU ARE NOT TO SPEAK TO ANYBODY. >> WAIT, DID YOU TELL HIM TO SHUT UP? DON'T SPEAK TO ME. >> WE'RE NOT DOING THAT. >> TELL HIM WE NOT TELL HIM don't speak to me. >> Hey, stop now or I'll put you in handcuffs and back to my car till you can calm down. >> Listen. >> No, you listen. >> No, you listen, ma'am. >> NO, WAIT A MINUTE. >> I said whatever. What you got to do? Do whatever you got. >> Stop. Okay. I've had ENOUGH OF THE ATTITUDE. >> I'VE SEEN ASSAULTED. >> WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> Let's go ahead. >> I'VE BEEN ASSAULTED. YOU DON'T WANT TO COME OUT. >> GET OUT. >> And I feel like that's how she got in that girl face when she got out the car and said, "I've been assaulted." I feel like that's how she got in that that I just watch her. >> What are you talking about? >> LET'S GO. >> I'VE BEEN >> THAT RIGHT THERE. I FEEL LIKE SHE DID that to that girl in the in the thing and she got punched. That's what I feel like happened. She was doing the most in my opinion. >> YOU DON'T WANT TO COME OUT. GET OUT. Get out of THE CAR. >> I'VE BEEN ASSAULTED. >> I'VE BEEN ASSAULTED, MA'AM. >> AND you're the one acting like a toddler. Get out of the car. >> Watch her right there. Come in. I'm coming. Put your feet out. >> Can I call her, Mom? >> I AM. >> YOU'RE GOOD, SWEETHEART. You're good. You're good, sweetheart. >> Don't do my arm like that. >> Please. >> What is that? >> Please don't do that. Oh my god. It sure did. >> God, let me empty that out my pocket, please. >> What is it? >> It's like It's like dip. It's like dip. >> Oh my gosh. Is this your phone over here? >> Yeah, that's my phone, baby. >> Where you work at? >> I work for her. I just tried to do the nursing. >> It wouldn't have been so tight if you weren't pulling away from me. >> Wait, wait. So, the person you work for is either in the car with you or near you cuz she said I work for her. She didn't name a place. She said for which means they're referencing a person that they can see and you acting like this in front of the people you work for. She said she work at a nursing home >> for you, baby. >> Look, >> I was listening. I promise. Listen to me. >> It took three of us to get you out of that car. >> I'm sorry. >> And you weren't listening to anything nobody was telling you. >> Yes, I was. >> No, you were. And we would have you out of the car. >> Please. I'm sorry. Please. >> So, now there Listen, baby. >> Listen. You You're a God-given man. Come on now. Don't do >> stop it. >> That I promise. I got upset >> and she did me like this >> and she smacked me >> over that you >> okay that gives you no right to FIGHT US THOUGH. >> YOU'RE RIGHT. I'M NOT FIGHTING YOU, BABY. I PROMISE. >> HEY. OKAY. HEY, CHILL. I NEED YOU TO CHILL. >> JUST STOP TALKING TO her for right now. >> Yeah. I'm so sorry. >> Listen. >> But she promised she smacked me. Hey, they know it. I need I need you to take 10. Okay, baby. I'm sorry. >> Hold on. Give me a minute. Give me a minute. >> I'm okay. >> You sit right here with me. >> Okay. >> Hey, just just do me a favor. I'm not trying to be rude. Just listen to me. >> I know. I'M FINE. I'M JUST TRYING TO WORK. Just breathe. Just breathe. >> I'm just trying to work. >> Just breathe. That's all. [laughter] I got you. I'm just trying to work. Nah, cuz you had time. Cuz she was in the drive-thru originally. She had time to come inside and keep causing a ruckus and get in someone's personal space. Nah, you're not just trying to work. >> Oh god. >> And she made me, baby. >> Okay. Okay. >> She got over the counter and she snagged me. >> Let's just Let's just breathe for a second. Okay. Okay. >> Just breathe. Just breathe. You >> just stop. We'll explain it. I'm trying to help you out. >> Thank you, baby. I appreciate it. I promise you I'm not trying to be competitive. I don't have She hit me on this side right here. But I don't have any brute. >> Okay. I just need to change. >> Okay. I don't think I have a bru. I ain't looked in no mirror, but I'm black. >> And they don't get over. So, you were in the drive-thru. You said she got belligerent. What happened after that? >> I came in and I wanted to make my order. >> Okay. And I said, "Let me make an order." I said, "Lay on the window. It's very rude." I said, "Please let me make my order." Then when she come over there all jumping up, holding her hands up. And then when she reached over the counter and hit me, >> where she at? >> She skipped so much. You see how she didn't tell the officers that she called that girl a bee or that she had gotten over the counter herself with her body? You see how she's leaving all that out >> in my on this side of my face? >> Your right side? >> Yes. >> Okay. Was it closed fist, open hand? >> I don't know, babe. I don't know. She just see it. >> Okay. >> And then I lost. >> Okay. >> Uh what happened after she hit you? Did you guys just separate? >> Excuse me. >> Did you guys just separate or did you guys >> No, they grabbed her and um took her to the back when she hit >> and I cuz I was trying to get over the counter and get her. I'm not going to lie to you. >> Okay. >> You good? >> I'm not going to lie to you. She hit me and I was I was trying to get her back. >> Was there any fighting at all inside there? So she's probably more mad she couldn't get her lick back. You see that? She said she hit me. I was trying to get her back. Now it's cry cry cry cuz the police here and and you the one in handcuffs. So yeah, she was she was with it. And like they said, she also didn't mention she did not mention how she said, "I'll be out here waiting for you when you get off." Whether she meant she was or wasn't, you shouldn't threaten people like that if you don't want to deal with people believing that that's an actual threat to them. There was some I saw some some little when I walked up I just seen that happened in the drive but then she came in talking about something she want she took she well she came in talking about so come outside your assa so I did leave my patient and I sw put your hands on me please >> I'm just going to do it so I trying to get here. >> So after you guys did the refund, >> she came she came inside. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So she wouldn't So it was more of a kind of like a I don't know what she thought she was going. We was trying to solve it. We really was. She's doing the same thing she's been doing this whole time. Just yelling. We can't understand her. She's not listening. She not trying to listen. It's just and then she just yelling at at our employee trying to jump over the counter. >> Now, was there any fighting? I know she mentioned that she just swung at the customer. >> Yes. Yeah. So, we Yeah, cuz she just kept just threatening her. I'm going to be waiting for you when I'm outside and all this and all this. And we like, "No, you're not. No, you're not about to be waiting on nobody." >> Yeah. >> We ain't We ain't >> Did you guys already called the police at that time? >> Yeah. She was The general manager was on the phone, too. >> Okay. So she was so before we could get to that part, it she had already tried to really threaten her and jump over the counter and stuff like that. So it's like >> which was was the employee kind of like yelling back at her kids going back and forth for her? >> No, not really. She was kind but I could tell it was starting to upset her cuz she didn't want to work no more and it's kind of like >> you threatening. She was like, she kind of said a little bit, but not she didn't really say much. She was just threatening her the whole time. Then >> she literally was trying to jump over the counter. So I pulled her because I was not about to let her do that. >> Okay. But there was a lot of like, you know, you you know, I'm going to wait for you. Yeah. I'm going to wait for you when you get off work. All that stuff. And kept on yelling. So she couldn't the young girl couldn't hold it in. So, >> yeah, >> cuz lady in the red is wanting us to take her for threatening her, but I wanted to see footage first. >> Yeah, but definitely disorderly conduct based on what the manager told me cuz they gave her a refund at the window already. She came back in wanting the number to I guess corporate, whatever. And they tried to talk her away from the employee cuz the employee was trying to get an order and they trying to talk her over there but she continued to the counter continue yelling at the employee her and you know I'm going to wait for you when you got off pork continue calling her name so she couldn't hold it in so she was on the other side of the counter and I guess she swung she swung at the uh customer. >> Well seeing how she popped off at us it's a lot more believable when she came in. >> Yeah. The woman was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassed from the property while the employee was charged with battery. >> Yeah, I get it. I get it on um why the employee hit her. I'm but you know she got charged and she's the one that actually physically did something. But that woman was menacing terroristic threats all kinds of stuff in my opinion. The customer was but it sucks. The cops are on their way. But if she jumping over the counter, I'm like I again I just feel like you're in swinging distance and and it happens. [laughter] Okay, this one short. Well, it's not that short. Was kind of short. It's 8 minutes, but it says entitled customer meets nononsense cop. So, we'll see what happens together on this one. >> 2024 officers were dispatched to a restaurant in reference to a male subject causing a scene and refusing to leave after being denied service. Back up. Back up. Back up. Thank you. Back up. Back up. >> You need to go home. You're intoxicated. >> You. No, I'm not. >> Yes, you are. You're going to go home or you going to go with me? >> No, I'm not. >> You're going to go home or you going to go with me? Pick one >> cuz right now I got you for disorderly. >> That's not right. >> It's right because you're disrupting the business and you're intoxicating. >> I will. >> You're disrupting the business and you're intoxicated. I need you to leave. >> That whole thing doesn't last. >> I need you to leave. >> No, I'm not shaking your hand. Leave. Keep walking that way. >> All you had to do was keep walking. That's not hard. >> Go that way. >> Where's your vehicle? >> You can't Where's your vehicle? You can't >> Where's your vehicle? >> I'm walking that way. No, >> you're going to go this way. >> I'm walking that way. All right. I Go this way. Get away from them. You're too close to this individual. Go that way. >> Jesus Christ. >> Why? Why? >> Put your hand behind your back. I'm going to You're going to go to the ground. Put your hand behind your back. >> I have this whole thing. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Do not fight. I'm going to take you down to the ground. I'm not fighting. >> I'm going to take you Now look at the size of his wrist, let alone the officer himself. And you thought you was going to put up a fight, [laughter] sir. What does it say? Delray Beach. Is that Florida? I just see beach and I always think Florida. [laughter] >> 3846. >> Man, why is it always people from out of town that act up here? >> That's crazy. >> Do you do this in Ohio? >> Yes, >> you do this in Ohio, right? Well, you think we're going to be nice? >> What happened? >> Why come here, >> Alexander? Jesus Christ. >> All right. >> Doesn't have anything else, right? >> All right. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. You're good. >> Hey. >> No. No. No. I'm >> sorry. >> What am I? >> You're >> Yeah, you are. Enjoy it. >> No. Well, enjoy what? >> Enjoy it. >> Enjoy what? >> I'm watching you, bro. >> You're watching me? >> Yeah. What's that supposed to mean? >> Do a good job. >> What is that supposed to mean? >> I don't know. I don't know. I'm good. >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> How you doing, sir? >> What What exactly was he doing? Like he was sitting at the bar. No, he came in and then he he was already intoxicated heavily >> and we told him I told him he had to go and then he was like after this drink after the drink I took the drink away from him then he started getting up to leave and then he wouldn't leave at all. >> Okay. And then >> he was getting so all over his face. >> Yeah, I was there. I saw that. >> Yeah. >> And you swear a firm that the whole just raise your right hand for him. Yeah. Okay. Um >> do you have any ID on you? So I can put it down there. >> [music] >> I appreciate that. I'm just going to put you as a Yeah, I was able to catch a bit of that. >> So, I had to grab him. >> Second half. >> That's the second half. >> So, he returned. He came back and stuff like that. >> He left then he came back over here. >> Was he harassing the customers at any point? >> He wasn't harassing customers. >> Just you guys, right? Was he causing the scene? >> He was just loud. >> He was causing the scene. And then after I told him he had to go, he didn't want to leave. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> Uh well, I came here after the fact. Um I guess he got banged up. He fell. >> Fell on his chest. >> That's all I got. >> What? >> Boss, how are you feeling? >> Good. >> Anything bothering you? >> Never. Never. >> No problem. >> Yeah. >> So, >> you know where you are right now? >> Yes. Where are you? >> Well, I'm in Del Re. >> Okay. What month is it? >> What month is it? >> What's the month right now? >> February. >> Okay. >> I I if you have a problem with that, take it. >> No problem with the month at all. >> No problem. >> You need to be evaluated. >> No, I would assume. >> What's that? >> No. >> They're here to just medically check you, make sure you're okay. >> I am fine. >> Okay. All right. Tell you guys, if he doesn't want to get checked out, he doesn't want to get checked out. >> All right, boss. Good luck tonight. >> Could Could you? [laughter] >> No, he he can't do that. Nope. >> You might want to ask me that. >> Who Who can do that? >> You just got to >> When you get to the jail, they can take the cuffs off of you. According to the manager, the woman had been drinking bottomless mimosas and was now sitting on the ground screaming profanities at bystanders. Upon arrival, officers met the manager in the parking lot where the woman was still sitting on the ground. Here's [music] what the officers did next. >> Want to send a paramedic over? Hi ma'am. >> We have another barefoot one. >> Car. >> She was parked in the front. I backed it in over here for her. >> Okay. >> And we we tried calling an Uber to help her out, but obviously it's beyond that. >> Like it's a medical condition or something like point. >> Yeah. Okay. Every part of her body is blurred cuz I'm guessing pieces are sticking out and she just pointed to her behind. So, and that was blacked out when she did it. So, [sighs and gasps] Lord, we y'all in for a long one on this one. >> Okay. >> All right. I mean, I'll try and deal with her. I'm hearing them. [laughter] >> Yo, >> what's up? Don't play when I'm spinning. >> What? >> Don't [snorts] spit on one of us. >> Oh, you got to be kidding me, dog. Take a time out. [laughter] >> 119. We have adult female to turn. >> Crystal Matt. Oh, I've been >> All right. What's your name? >> Erica. >> Erica. All right. What did you take today? >> Erica. >> I'll tell you what, this video was very mistitled talking about bottomless mimosas. That man was right. Do not blame his establishment. This is not alcohol. It is definitely something else. some other some control substance going on here. It is a It is This is a lot. >> What was that? >> What did you take today? >> I couldn't tell you. >> You're not going to get in trouble. I just want to make sure we treat you properly. >> I want to be treated. [laughter] >> Just alcohol, drugs, anything. [snorts] >> Okay. Time out. >> Was she in here with anybody? Uh, she came with one friend. They had one drink. >> One mimosa. >> Are they still in there? >> No. No. She >> She's beyond intoxicated. >> Yeah. >> It's not intoxication at all. >> Yeah. >> Like she's on some some serious drugs. >> Yeah. >> I'm going to go get a >> what? >> Gloves. >> Hurry up. Cuz I going to leave me here alone with her. >> Yeah. For a second. You came up here. >> Did you come up here by yourself? >> I'm burning. >> It's not that bad out here. It's not too warm. >> That's my grandma. >> Is that your grandma's phone number? >> OPEN IT. I hate >> What do you hate? >> Okay, she she going We're going to have to fast forward through some of her cuz this is going to be a lot of nonsense. They entertaining it. Hopefully waiting on EMS to come. Okay. Yeah. Here go EMS. We'll get to that part. >> We going We're the paramedics. We're ready to take you to the hospital. >> Okay. We're here to take you to the hospital. Okay. >> Will you help us out with that? Okay. Okay. Yep. >> I'm trying to take you some things. >> Yeah. All right. She's going. >> Can you try to sit up? >> We're just trying to take her to the hospital. >> All right. >> Wait a minute. >> Now you're going to jail. Yep. Now you're going to jail. Yep. >> Now you're going to jail. >> I want that truck. >> Yeah. Just walk over here with me. She need us. As soon as they took her into custody, she needed a spit mask. She She definitely is one that needs one expeditiously. >> I just want my kids to be happy, but I I can't do Oh, yeah. My feet are burning. >> Stop. We're gonna wait right here. He has to move his car up. >> Don't move. >> All right, we're skipping ahead again. Lord, let's see what these people talking about. >> Disorderly intoxin for kicking a police officer. >> Okay. >> Do you guys have any idea? Like, does she take any kind of prescription meds or anything like that? Does she have a drinking problem, a drug problem at all? She's completely out of her mind. >> Where is she? >> Can I talk to her? >> Not right now. She She's too like she's screaming and yelling and I don't want to escalate the situation at this point. So, I would prefer if you guys not speak with her. >> Do you guys have her keys? >> Yeah. >> Can I have them? Okay. >> Yeah. Um, we'll leave her phone with her pretty much keys. >> Yeah. You don't want to take the chance and get out. Okay. [screaming] >> I know. She's ridiculous. >> Okay. Has she ever done this sort of thing before? >> No. >> Does she have mental health issues, drug issues, alcohol issues? >> Like some people can drink beer and you can't drink. >> No, she I mean she's No, >> that's I mean that's why I'm handic. >> Well, she she came here with a friend. I don't know the friend's name. >> Um but they ordered bottomless mimosas. I don't know how many they drink, but she's completely like you can't even reason with her. You talk to her, she'll look at you and say, "Shut the f up and laugh at someone else, start crying, call someone gay, rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat." >> How far is the station away from you? >> We're not. >> She won't be going to the station. She's going to be going up to jail. >> Can I? >> Um, what they're going to do again, you can hear her. Okay. In all honesty, >> yes. >> What's your address? Do you have your ID with you by chance? I do. >> Okay. So, I don't know if she had a questionable friend or if she has a habit they're not aware of cuz she definitely was on something. The suspect was charged with battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, and resisting an officer without violence. >> Child, get your friends some help. cuz I if they're saying she's never acted like that before, they don't know if her to be on a substance, you need to get get her some help because she is acting crazy. She definitely has something going on. And it um that drainage thing made me still think it's a substance in her body and not like a mental health breakdown type thing. But obviously things can be a combination, but they need to get their friends some help for real. Take it seriously. She need help. Okay. Oh, this is the last one. This is what I saved because remember my power? They were working on the power. My power went out last time I tried to show y'all this Uber, this girl in this Uber ride and we got cut off. Well, I brought it back cuz technically she's a customer, but I put it at the end just in case things wanted to act up again. So, we're going to try one more time with this unruly woman attacks police during Uber ride dispute. So, here we go. >> You out of this car. You understand me? >> That's in your rights. Go ahead. >> Absolutely. If you don't step out of this carity, go ahead. >> Come on. Step out. >> Step out. >> On November 18th, 2022, an officer was flagged down by an Uber driver while stopped at a red light. The driver reported having an issue with a passenger, prompting the officer to direct him to a nearby parking lot to continue the conversation safely. >> Okay. What's What's the issue? What's going on? >> I'm I'm sorry. She's She's been disrespectful the whole ride, and I just asked her to get out and uh she's refusing to This is civil. Can you listen? I just c the >> Are you going to take me home? >> No. >> The ride has beenated. So, >> you're with this man. >> Excuse me. Are you still on the line? Cuz you're not speaking now. >> You need to >> Okay, hold on. Jacqueline said, this is for the previous video, but Jacqueline said those were not her friends. Why do you say that they were not her friends? Um, I want to say just in case cuz I, you know, I can't hear y'all talking back and forth to me. It was a different friend that was with her and left her by herself. Those two weren't with her when they came to now check up on her. So, I just wanted to know if you were thinking cuz they were they were there and left her in that condition. Cuz no, those are not your friends that they act like that. But they weren't the ones that were with her and getting the mimosas. But I want to know if you have a different reason for saying those are not her friends. >> Hang off. You're with me now. >> I'm not with you. I'm on the phone. I'm with this man. >> Okay. She's acting. She's yelling. me. >> One could be her sister. I missed it though. So, I didn't want to claim it cuz I didn't hear it for myself, but they they had a striking resemblance that they they could have been sisters. I just didn't hear it. I was probably, you know, getting my stuff prepped. >> He has he has >> 56 minutes after my >> arrest him for speeding. >> Absolutely not. >> For what? >> Cuz he endangered my life. I can press charges on you right now. >> I want to press I want to press charges. You're being you're you're being >> I'm not you have nothing to press into my situation. >> Okay. So, step out so I can talk charges. >> Step out of the car this far. >> Step out of the car so we can talk. >> He's in the wrong. >> Step out of the car so he can talk. >> I want to press charges >> for what? >> For speeding. Endangering my life. >> No, >> he's an Uber driver. I paid him to take me to one destination. And he can end the ride. And that's >> that's not what I'm suing him for. >> You're not suing anybody? >> I'm suing him for endangering my life. Yes, I am. >> Okay. You can sue anybody you want in this. Where's your papers? >> What papers? >> Your clipboard so I can press charges. >> I'm not doing anything for that. >> Cuz you're not doing your job. >> No, you're being I can see why. >> I can see why >> I can see why he doesn't want to take you anywhere. You can end the ride. You can end the ride. You can He can end the ride. Charges and I can press charges. Is that right? >> Press charges for what? >> For endangering my life. >> Okay. You want to step out then so we can talk? >> Step out. I want you to bring the clipboard to me. >> No, that's not how this works. How does it work? Officer, >> you step out of the car and you speak with me like a civil person. Yes, you do. >> I want to I want to press charges >> for what? >> I already told you a million times. This is this don't get out. I have to press charges this. >> Hello. >> My vehicle being asked to leave the vehicle. I'm going to call Uber support. Your Uber is going to be cancelled. You're not going to be able to get your appointment. What appointment? >> You're not going to be able to get to any other appointment. All right. Good luck. You know, >> what appointment? >> Why Why are we doing this? I I I don't understand why you're doing this. >> 20 miles over the speed limit. >> Okay. And that's criminal. >> So that's now false accusation on So now you want to be fraud. >> Are you drunk? >> I'm not drunk. >> Yeah. Go ahead. Let's go to Now you're on recording accusing me of being drunk. You're on recording of accusing me of being unra. Okay. That's fraud. I'm not I I >> What is your name? >> Officer Rodriguez. >> Can I Can I get you a clipboard so I can push? >> I am not doing any of that. You need to step out of the car and we are gonna have a civilized. >> Okay, I agree. Get in the ride straight to jail. And I agree with So the So the question of the day, you feel they endangered you, but yet you won't willingly get out of the car that you're free to get out of. And so you want to stay in the danger for what? Get the f out of the car is right >> conversation because what you're doing right now it's the most and it's not going to end well for you. >> You don't sound like an officer of in any any type of form. Who are you serving here? Yourself? >> The city of Orlando? >> The city of Orlando. >> Who are you serving >> right now? The driver is the victim. So he would be if anything serving the victim cuz you're weird. [laughter] >> Listen, >> who do you serve? >> This is a civil matter. I'm asking you. >> We can we can we can escalate this to something else. >> Okay. All right. This lady is being the most >> He hasn't held me out. Not one second. Officer, the only thing he's >> He has a right to end the ride. >> He has no right to take. >> I have the right to press charges. Explain to me. >> I've asked you to step out of the car. I've asked you to step out of the car. >> Officer, let me talk to >> You haven't let me press charges. What do you mean? >> Talk to this officer. >> Weirdo. I want to press charges on his man. >> Yeah. So, I want to press charges. Where's Where's Where's Where's the location? Where's the Where's CN? >> It's some hotel. I' I've already canceled the ride, so I don't even have the location anymore. >> I know how. So, >> yes, I just he had to say, but I >> Yeah. So, you know, she had me pick her up from one hotel. >> She's having me take her to another hotel, you know, >> and uh she's been disrespectful the whole ride. You know, she started yelling at me. Obviously, she's getting upset and screaming. So, you know, it's my right to get ask her to get out of the car and absolutely. Okay. >> 100%. >> I'm just going to I have to call on my support cuz this is my boss and I have to let them know >> 100%. I would do the same thing. Especially the way she's >> acting. I mean this whole time this whole time. Why y'all hearing what's funny now? >> That makes no sense. >> I'm talking to you. >> Come on. white. I ain't even the most >> call the police or did the Uber driver call the police? Cuz you still didn't feel in danger if you're not the one calling the police. But now you don't want to get out the car. I think she can't afford that ride. That's what I'm thinking. >> Told me on recording that I would not be charged for the ride. So where's my refund? >> And I recorded this man going 85 miles 15 damn near 20 miles over the speed limit, bro. I told him kindly. I said, "Hey, the speed limit 60 years from now." So, I don't understand where this is coming from, but obviously that's his privilege. He thinks he can do whatever he wants. His his night is gone. I don't know what the man thinking, honestly. >> I ain't did [ __ ] to him this entire ride. I'm 2.3 miles away from my pulled over to that parking lot and say, "Um, sorry. This ride has been blah." No. What's the reason? >> Oh, you're on recording. It's my ride. It's my ride. Yeah. Where are your rights? I want to see it. >> All right. So, you're you're not willing to get out of the >> Get out of the car. Get out of the car. Get out of the car. >> Vehicles. Is that my understanding? Ma'am, >> excuse me. >> Excuse me. >> 5191. This is not my destination. Michael, my brother's name is Michael. She wants Uber. No wonder. This is how I get treated. Two months. >> Your name, right? >> Hello. >> She feel in danger. Michael didn't had to get out of his own vehicle to get away from her, [laughter] but she feels in danger in that car. And then she keeps wanting to talk to the person that made her feel like her life was in danger. Okay. >> Have you filed the complaint against Duper? >> That's his job, ain't it? That's his right complaint. I want my refund. That's all I was told. So that's all I want. Complaint. I'm going to file charges though cuz I got to report it before. >> You step out of the vehicle at least. >> What they say? 84 and going up. 85 speed limit $60. 60 60 miles per hour. That's him, right? >> Okay. >> Are you willing to step out of the vehicle, ma'am? >> I want my refund. When I get my refund, I'll step out. >> Well, it doesn't work like that. >> I want my refund. You don't know how it works. Obviously. Obviously, neither one of y'all know how it works, >> right? Because in this situation, the police are the least likely to know that you need to get out of that man's car. They're the least likely to understand civil versus criminal matters. Right? You would you in this situation would understand it the most that it's right. You can just stay in that man's car against his will and just sit there until you get a refund and threaten a refund. Yeah, that sounds right. >> I ain't touch this man. I ain't yell at this man. 96 [ __ ] >> Well, you're now you're now refusing under arrest. Has he called you? >> You could be >> arrest for what? >> You could be for what? >> Trespassing in a conveyance. >> He's telling you to get out of the vehicle. >> You're refusing to get out of the vehicle. You told us you're not getting out of the vehicle. >> It's all on body camera. That's exactly what you said. You said you're not getting out until you get your refund. >> And that's not how that works. >> I still haven't got my clipboard. I want to press charges. What's going on you >> want to press charges for minutes up the road. I mean trying to kill you. >> What are you trying to press charges? >> My life attempted murder. I ain't got no seat belt on. I'm in here. >> Attempted murder because you didn't have a seat belt on. You're an adult. You [clears throat] would have put your own seat belt on. And don't try to tell me that if she was driving her own car that there are times that she would not be doing 10 or 15 over. A lot of people they do do it. I'm not saying everybody, but you can't tell me she doesn't speed. Like she I she was just looking for something to try to get the refund. That's it. She's probably within walking distance of the place she actually has to go and doesn't even need to go to the ending address on her Uber ride or something. Like I feel like this is not her first time and she has bullied people into giving her a refund and she's actually where she wants to be. >> You're not wearing a seat belt. How old are you? >> Right. >> You're an adult so you know how to put a seat belt on, right? Hey, >> I don't know what your name is. Bring up the phone. Let's solve this. We don't have all night to be hanging out here. She's getting disgruntled. What do What do we want to do? You want to press charges if she refuses to leave? I mean, >> yes or no, dude. >> Yes or no? >> I mean, I need her out of the car. So, I mean, if she is What do I have? You tell me what I have to do to get her out of the car. >> Yep. We're going to go with this officer. You're going to write a statement. Can I write my statement? >> Absolutely not. >> I'm not talking to you. >> You're going to step out of this car. >> Okay. >> That's my right. Right. >> I'm going to give you I'm going to give you the opportunity to step out of this car. Absolutely. >> Specifically, >> it doesn't matter if it's me or not. >> This is the This is the chance you get to of your own free will step out of the car. Nobody puts their hands on you. Is she going to take that chance? Probably not. I'm going to give you the opportunity so that you don't have to go to jail tonight. Are you going to jack me out my car? Are you going to jack me out of this car? >> If you don't step out of this car, if you don't step out of this car, okay? After the opportunity that I'm about to give you, >> you're not the driver. This isn't even your right. Are you in your jurisdiction right now? Where's the driver? >> If you don't step out of making these allegations told me to get out of this car yet, >> I'm going to drag you out of this car. You understand me? >> That's in your rights. Go ahead. >> Absolutely. Yep. >> I wish I had that clip of Candy right now when she was like, I will drag baby. [laughter] That would be perfect right now. >> If you don't step out of this, go ahead. Drag me out. Drag me out. I'm 97 lb. Drag me out. >> Come on. Step out. >> I'm 97 lbs. So, you can ask me. >> Come on. Step out. >> I'm not I'm not out. Really though, >> I'M NOT DOING >> STOP RESISTING. >> Your hands. >> You mother, bro. You straight stealy mother. Bro, I swear to God, I got all my bond money, [ __ ] Charge me. She got bond money, but she had to make a stand to not get out of that Uber ride that she felt so endangered in being in because he didn't give her a refund. But she got money for Bond. Here we go again. Increasing our expenses for no reason. And I don't I believe she's going to have to beg somebody else for money for Bond or she's about to use her rent money to get herself out with Bond. I don't think she just has the disposable income of Bond with her because there's no way you would have done all this for a refund. >> I swear to God you going to jail, huh? Bad on Leo. Good charge. >> I swear to God you going to jail, ho. Can I get over MY KNEES? CAN I GET OVER MY KNEES? YOU AIN'T GOT TO DRAG me out. >> You got any weapons on you? >> GOT NO WHITE ON ME. >> YOU HEAR ME? >> WHAT THE I'm wearing, ho. You >> relax. >> You >> that's fine. >> You and your mama. Yeah. Put me in the car and I want all my man car. And that's my wife. Come on. For real though. >> Yeah. Hey, >> stop touching me, bro. All that [ __ ] on camera. You feel good. You feel good about yourself. >> Oh, it ain't going to do [ __ ] That's why you looking like that. >> Sit down. >> I want all my [ __ ] out of that car. I AM SITTING DOWN.
