All right. Sound check. Mic check. I turned my u microphone I turned my microphone down a little bit >> cuz sometimes I could hear getting loud when I get excited. So hopefully this volume is still good. >> I turned my microphone down a little bit. Um so let's see. >> We [clears throat] are starting what you saw in the thumbnail. So Samantha stole from her job. [clears throat] Um but uh what you saw in the thumbnail. First things first, I found a song that goes perfectly with this. Hopefully let me play it. But this is a reaction so you will hear my voice throughout the body. Link in the description box. So you will not hurt my siblings. All right. So I would have played this at the beginning middle and if I remember the end cuz I know everybody's not going to get for the whole body. So I would play this is our new theme song. They don't call me right cuz I know [music] [music] you're going to jail tonight. Ladies going to jail. [music] Going to jail tonight. She got me impressed. Girl, you're going to jail. You got to confess all the money you got me girl. You going You got to confess. You got to confess going to jail tonight. Ladies going. [music] All right. I didn't realize I had an echo the first time. I'll play again in the middle, but that's my new song. [laughter] It's so perfect. Okay, so first one we're starting with is what you saw in the thumbnail. Uh 18-year-old, $2,000 first month on the job. And it says, "Nothing like starting off your adult years with a felony." So, on the thumbnail it said her name was Samantha. So, here we go. Get that water for you. See, >> so I do have to I do have to make sure you just are aware whether or not you sign or not. It's okay. All right. You are being released from employment. Okay. Yes, sir. You can't come back and call us to work anymore. [snorts] >> Yes, sir. >> All right. U All right. So, these gentlemen are going to have some things that they're going to cover with you. All right. So I am required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent and not answer any questions. >> Any statement you must any statement you make must be freely and voluntarily given. You have the right to the presence and representation of a lawyer of your choice before you make any statement and during any questioning. If you cannot afford a lawyer, you are entitled to the presence and representation of a courtappointed lawyer before you make any statement during any questioning. If at any time during the interview you do not wish to answer, you are privileged to remain silent. You can make I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement, this must be of your own free will. Any statement can be and will be used against you in the court of law. Are you willing to talk to me without the presence of an attorney? >> Okay. So, can you tell me what happened? >> Sorry. I love this. >> On April 16th, 2002, officers from the Boon Beach Police Department responded to a Kohl's department store for a reported employee theft. What began as a routine retail theft call would reveal a systematic scheme involving an 18-year-old Sephora employee who had been with the company for just 33 days. The investigation uncovered thousands of dollars in stolen merchandise and raises important questions about employee screening, supervision, and the psychological factors that lead young workers down a path of criminal behavior. This footage was obtained through a public records request. >> No, I don't. >> Huh? >> I don't know. >> Oh, no problem. >> How you doing, champ? >> Funny we see you again. This time we need you. >> Yeah. >> All right. All right. So, we're going to go to the to the management office over there. And that's where we have her. >> Okay. So, what do we have so far? So, here's I'm going to just take a picture for my record keeping and then I will give it to you. Her name is Samantha Spear. She's 18 years old. Works for Sephora. She's with us 33 days. We uh through a tip and observation were able to catch her stealing multiple items. And in the interview process while they were interviewing her, she confessed to like, you know, stealing almost every day the last couple weeks. >> Okay. >> Say again. >> She knows. >> Well, no. Ricky told me >> off quick math that we were doing in our head, she stole a couple thousand dollars worth of merchandise. told her to be precise because it'll helping, you know, evaluating her future with us. >> She asked, "Am I going to be fired for this? I lose the job." >> And he was like, "Well, based off your honesty, the more honest you are with us, you take that into consideration." So, >> crazy question. >> Yeah. Right. >> Keep working here. >> You guys have video. >> Yeah. We're We'll be able to provide that. >> Yeah. From what she told us, she's been doing all the stealing for her family, for her sisters, her father, her mother. >> Like Rick said, he goes, "You know, it looks like your parents, your family put you in a predicament." >> Yeah. >> Most people start with stuff, you know. >> Well, that's what she said. She said it was she started last, you know, a couple weeks ago small stuff and then she felt comfortable with it and then it became every day that she was working. Sounds a lot more like She's going to touch. >> How do you get comfortable with stealing in the first 33 days on the job? What do you mean? And then she said she got more and more comfortable. So like the first week you were already like, "Let me test my luck." Child, I would say this is a you know, you know, a 18-year-old would make this mistake. But no, as you're going to see, it's plenty of seasoned people that will make the same mistake. This is crazy. I I don't know why people steal from their jobs. I definitely don't know why they're doing it in any of the 2020s, 20110s, any of that. It's too much technology to catch you. Like, what are you doing? It's not worth it. >> You know, I was going to say maybe a little bit. What's that? >> Yes. >> Haven't turned her yet. Um, did you been with us for a month? >> I made a copy. >> 18 years old. >> You guys going to prosecute? >> Yeah. >> You guys going to trespass her? >> Trespass. We don't typically do cursive [ __ ] unless she like she gets stupid, stands up and starts smothering everybody, but I don't think she's actually mass. >> The responding officer arrives at the Kohl's location and is immediately met by loss prevention personnel. Notice how the loss prevention team has already conducted their internal investigation before law enforcement arrival. This is standard protocol in retail theft cases. Under Florida law, merchants have broad authority to detain suspected shoplifterss under what's known as the shopkeepers privilege codified in Florida statute 812.015. This allows store personnel to detain individuals for a reasonable time when they have probable cause to believe theft has occurred. Loss prevention supervisor Rick briefs the officer on their findings. The suspect is identified as Samantha Spears, an 18-year-old who has worked in the store's Sephora department for just over a month. According to the investigation, Spears was caught on surveillance video concealing merchandise on multiple occasions. The loss prevention team indicates she has already confessed to stealing nearly every day for the past 2 weeks. They estimate the total theft at approximately $2,000. A significant amount that elevates this case from simple theft to a potential felony under Florida's theft statutes. Under Florida statute 817.034, 034. A scheme to defraud involves a systematic ongoing course of conduct with intent to defraud one or more persons. When the property obtained is valued at $1,000 or more, it becomes a thirdderee felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison. The key element here is the pattern of behavior. Not just a single incident of theft, but repeated acts over time that constitute a scheme. The officer enters the loss prevention office where Samantha Spears is being held. She appears visibly distraught, crying and showing clear signs of emotional distress. At 18 years old, this is likely her first encounter with law enforcement in a criminal capacity. The officer's approach here is critical. Notice his calm demeanor and measured tone. This is consistent with deescalation training that emphasizes treating all subjects with dignity regardless of the alleged offense. The officer must now make a crucial decision about whether to conduct a custodial interrogation, which would require Miranda warnings. The officer proceeds with a Miranda adisement. This is required because Spears is now in custody. She's not free to leave and is about to be questioned about criminal activity. The Supreme Court's decision in Miranda versus Arizona established that these warnings must be given before any custodial interrogation. Listen carefully as the officer reads each right clearly and obtains an affirmative response. Spears waves her right to an attorney and agrees to speak without counsel present. This waiver must be knowing voluntary and intelligent. Given her emotional state and age, this waiver could potentially be challenged later, though courts generally uphold waivers from 18-year-olds absent other coercive factors. Spears becomes overwhelmed with emotion when asked to explain what happened. The officer makes a tactical decision to pause the interrogation and allow her to compose herself. This demonstrates good judgment. Pushing forward with an interrogation when a subject is in severe emotional distress can lead to claims of coercion and potentially render any statements inadmissible. Under Florida law, confessions must be voluntary to be admissible in court. The officer's patient approach here strengthens the prosecution's case by ensuring any statements made are clearly voluntary. Now, before they get started, all I want to know is they were showing the preview of her shaking and crying. I just want to know, were her hands shaking when she was still in 14 days straight. Did the hand shake in those times? You know, you can show, you know, show the footage, you know, because we can see if she's shaking then because let's not do all this now. 14 days. And that's they said the last 14 days straight, but she was she was stealing I think before that 33 days on the job. For sure. 14 days you were stealing. Nah, you're not getting me with this hand shaking and these tears. No. >> All right, Samantha. So, a couple things. All right. Um certainly anytime an associate causes a loss to us, right? There's some ramifications. So the team from Boon Beach is here to talk to you. All right. So there's a couple things. All right. Here we go. Um All right. So because of this, we are going to prosecute. You understand that, right? Come back. Um, but we still need our stuff back. >> Okay. All right. One last thing. All right. This is a promisary note telling us that you're going to make it right with. All right. You still have your pen. >> All right. Your principal amount owed is what you put on this statement. Okay. >> All right. So, you're going to write that there. You're okay. Calm down. And then you're going to print your name and put the date. Get that water for you. >> So Samantha, I do have to I do have to make sure you just are aware whether or not you sign or not. It's okay. All right. >> You are being released from employment. Okay. Yes, sir. >> You can't come back to call us to work anymore. >> Yes, sir. [clears throat] >> All right. Um, all right. So, these gentlemen are going to have some things that they're going to cover with you. All right. >> All right. I'm sorry. >> You're fine. Do you have anything in your locker that we should get for you while these gentlemen are covering a couple things for you? >> It's just my bag. >> Is it locked? >> No, sir. >> Okay. What's your locker number? >> It's It's the right one. It's the one at the like very bottom. >> What's the bottom? I don't think it's a big locker room. >> Is it in this? What locker number is the locker assigned to? Um, I was originally assigned to like 75, but I throw at the bottom. >> I don't know. >> Oh, it's >> Yeah, it's a white bag. >> So, this is what I would say is this. This gentleman's going to ask you some questions. You be as honest and cooperative with him as you are with me. [laughter] >> It's like in the door. It's like, >> oh, yeah. >> He's going to just bottom. >> All right, Sam. So, I have to read you something before I talk to you. Okay. >> All right. before he does her Miranda rights. I have to agree. Lovable Scorpion said her family needs to help her pay it back and get her out of jail since she was stealing for them, too. Mhm. I agree. Yep. They need to help her cuz they she was in it by herself. So, yeah, I agree with that. >> So, I'm required to warn you before you make any statement that you have the following constitutional rights. You can make I can make no threats or promises to induce you to make a statement. This must be of your own free will. Any statement can be and will be used against you in the court of law. Are you willing to talk to me without the presence of an attorney? >> Okay. So, can you tell me what happened? Sorry. >> Oh god. >> How about we do this? Let's give her a little breather. >> All right. So, she clearly get her closer and then we'll continue. Okay. >> Sounds good, man. Sorry. Sorry. >> Just keep listen. Everyone's going to treat you with respect. No one's going to yell at you. No one thinks anything. Okay? This was a mistake, but you need to stay calm for us. Okay? Can we do that? Can we calm down for a little bit? Water. >> Get the >> Samantha is not worried if y'all were going to yell at her. Samantha is worried about the wrist jewelry that's about to decorate her hands in a second. She don't care about the yelling. >> Yeah. While Spears composes herself, loss prevention shows the officer surveillance video from the previous night. The footage clearly shows Spears concealing merchandise in a Sephora bag and her personal belongings. This video evidence is crucial. It provides objective proof of the theft independent of any confession. Under Florida's business records exception, properly maintained surveillance footage is generally admissible in court. The time stamp shows 9:06 p.m. near the end of her shift, which corroborates the pattern described by loss prevention. The officer documents the evidence and takes detailed notes. Proper documentation is essential in retail theft cases, particularly when dealing with multiple incidents over time. The promisatory note spears signed as a civil agreement to repay Kohl's for the stolen merchandise. This civil recovery is separate from criminal prosecution. Signing this document does not prevent criminal charges, nor does refusing to sign it increase criminal liability. Many defendants mistakenly believe that agreeing to pay restitution will prevent prosecution, but Florida law allows both civil and criminal remedies for retail theft. Loss prevention reveals the scope of the theft scheme. According to their investigation and Spears' own admissions, she stole merchandise almost daily over a two-eek period, taking items for herself and family members, including her parents and sisters. This systematic pattern is exactly what elevates the crime to a scheme to defraud. The officer asks about video evidence and receipts. He's already thinking ahead to what evidence will be needed for prosecution. In retail theft cases, establishing the pattern and total value is crucial for determining the appropriate charges. Listen, you want to take this over here. So, just grab this. >> I don't think you're So, we're going to take out this story. So, who want to bring card? >> So, I'm get a sworn in here. >> So, have you raise your right hand? >> Yes, we we interviewed this associate that works for us. Um, she works in the Sephora department. Um, we were actually doing investigation on her today. Her name is >> Samantha's been with us since March the 14th, 202. um through her appointment with us. Uh Samantha was found uh to be walking out of the store with merchandise has not been paid for. Um certainly was all found through video review um just following up on you know daily habits with our associates in our department. Um what we found is more than four occasions um so far came in to interview. Certainly she admitted to many more events all happening at the end of her shift walking out of the store never making a purchase. So she admitted to $1,000 now that call it came to advising that the friend is 97 and present >> and a th00and that the correct amount or is that just what she admitted? >> That's that's what she admitted to. She's going to bring back all the rest of the product. Um could be a difference. It could be a little bit more but we won't know until it's fully back in. >> All right. [clears throat] So that's it for you rehab. 12 minutes or should I get one from you? >> All right, I'll just get one for you. >> So, you could raise it right there. >> Okay. So, uh basically Ricky and I were reviewing some uh audio video going over some testing exams that I'm preparing for and an email came through and during that email it read that there was possibly dishonest association dishonest associate activity with a particular individual. Um, upon review, Ricky and I had found on multiple occasions on different days her taking merchandise, stealing it either in her Sephora bag or her purse and exiting the store. >> Okay. >> And you guys wish to prosecute? >> We wish to prosec. [music] >> So, do you guys have like a list of the like the time she stole? [music] >> Yes. And that's going to be uh put into >> evidence.com >> ptail. >> Okay. >> Once he gets the information, I'll drop I'll drop a receipt in there for [music] you. >> Um it's got the total of what we what we know until we can get back the rest. >> Okay. >> Like said based off like I told you when we walking back here based off quick math that we did $1,000. So his you know interviewing her he said the mall with us. >> Okay. Um how much longer they going to be? We going back to Samantha though cuz we we get the gist of her scheme. Let's get back to Samantha. They might be Oh, they might be done. It was like next time they talk to Samantha, the handcuffs might have came out. I'm skipping all this. We get it. Okay. Grabs here and here. >> You good? >> Yeah. I just thought about >> what >> having a female to 37 her own back. >> Yeah, I'm going to figure it out. >> The officer and loss prevention discuss charging decisions because this is a systematic theft over multiple days with a total value exceeding $1,000. The officer determines this qualifies as a scheme to defraud rather than simple retail theft. This charging decision is significant. While simple theft under $1,000 would be a misdemeanor scheme to defraud is a thirdderee felony regardless of the amount if it shows a pattern. The officer confirms Kohl's wishes to prosecute which is their right as the victim of the crime. The officer finalizes documentation and coordinates with loss prevention on evidence submission. They discuss providing surveillance video through the department's evidence system. This digital evidence chain of custody is crucial for court proceedings. Loss Prevention agrees to submit all video evidence showing the multiple thefts which will support the scheme to defraud charge by demonstrating the pattern of criminal behavior over time. Spears is prepared for transport to the police station for booking. Despite the emotional nature of the situation, the officer maintains professionalism throughout. At 18 years old with no apparent criminal history, Spears faces serious consequences that could impact her future employment, education, and housing opportunities. A felony conviction in Florida results in loss of voting rights until civil rights are restored and creates a permanent criminal record that must be disclosed on job applications. >> All those consequences for some Sephora merchandise is crazy. I think her family had her stealing while she was under 18. Nobody thought, "Oh no, 18th birthday is coming. Maybe we need to stop this." Um, also Noir Angel, what' she say? My mom drilled into me that at 18 I would go to jail. jail if I made bad choices. I'm now telling my 17-year-old that now, yes, she really showed up every day thinking she wouldn't get caught. She's in 4K. I would think if you're going to especially have a pattern of stealing, you need to use that great old internet and research the consequences of what you're doing. You could even watch a body cam like this. Someone's already out there to be your example. like you if if you're scared of the consequences, you need to understand your actions before you meet those consequences to at least make that choice. I just I don't understand. And yes, I'm still putting it on her even though she's 18 because definitely the younger generations are way more adept at getting information than the past generation. So yes, I'm still saying you could have known the same way you research anything else on Tik Tok, Google, chat, GPT, you should have put that in there. You should have asked the question. [laughter] All right. So, we're uh let's see. Yeah, we're going to we'll look at her uh charges or whatever this is at the end. Then we're going to the next one. >> Charged with scheme to defraud a thirdderee felony in Florida. If convicted, she faces up to 5 years in prison, 5 years of probation, and a $5 to$,000 fine. >> They just going to find her. We already if if that she going to get a fine, and it's going to be whatever. and she's going to keep going until she really actually has to learn the hard way one day. Okay, next up. [laughter] This is called horrible decisions. It says entitled woman attacks her manager after being fired. If this body cam shows a timestamp of anything past 2005, you I don't think you still have to pick up a paper paycheck. So, I feel like all this she didn't need to do cuz she was going to get paid through electronic deposit or something. But y'all go ahead and watch this and you can tell me what you think. All right, here we go. >> On February 18th, 2025, officers were dispatched to an assisted living center after a disgruntled employee refused to leave the premises following termination. executing in the office with my business manager. >> Where Griffin Road on North 14th Street County reference a vehicle 28 left and southbound on Griffin Blackboard F250 with luggage rack on the back. >> Hi. >> Hi. What do we got going on? >> She shouldn't be in this building. >> She needs to pay me. >> You got your driver's license on you, Miss >> Maya Anderson. >> Maya Anderson date of birth. >> All right, Maya. Are you being trespassed from the building today per the request of the staff members? >> Did you know that you didn't pay me >> for the hours that I work? >> All right, come on out. Come on out of the office, man. Come on. Come on. Don't get yourself hammed up in anything. >> Talk to you about right. >> Yeah. You need to step out of the office. >> All right. Come on. Out of the office. All right. >> It was that easy. That's Don't touch me. >> All right. >> Now, and see, here's the other thing. You can't you coming real hard at this. Don't know if she got fired for a valid reason or not, but she's not doing herself any favors. But your pay is usually behind. So, whatever you work, you still would have to wait a week or two before you get paid for that labor. They're not going to instantly give you your money right now. That's not how it works. That's not how payroll usually works unless you're on a like a cash type job, you know, a daily maybe job or something. That's not how this works. Like, and I feel like she should know that cuz she's probably gotten regular paychecks before this day. So, you're just making trouble for yourself for no reason. >> Right. Nope. Start walking out of the office right now. I'm not going to tell you twice. >> Do not touch. >> You're going to get arrested for trespass after warning. I'm giving you I'm giving you one option right now. Do you want to trespass in the building? Correct. Yeah. >> All right. If you do not step out of the office, you're going to get put in handcuffs. You're going to go to jail. I don't want to do that right now. Please step out there. Let's get this trespass on its way and then you can get out of the building. I'm not going to keep repeating myself, though. Okay. I'm not >> Go ahead and process that cuz you're sitting right there in payroll right now. I've been watching you the whole time. >> Step out. Deescalate, please. 19 K4 would shoot 1020. Please not today. Do you really want to go to jail over this? You don't want to leave? >> I want her to process my >> That's a civil matter. I can't be involved in it, but right now you are trespassing. I'm now giving you two directives to walk out of the out of the office. I've instructed you twice. My body cam has been activated and it has heard everything I'm doing. I'm giving you two now. I'm not going to give you a third. If you do not step out, you're going to end up going to jail, and I don't want to take you to jail for that for refusing to leave. That is a bogus reason to go to jail right now. If you have a civil matter with them, they can take care of that and you can contact the Lake County Courthouse and you can process all of that and take care of it. But if you refuse to leave, I got to take you to I I got to take you to jail. I don't want to do that. >> We're really going to go this route. >> It's not worth it. I'm telling you, it's not right now. Officer Uncle Dad is trying to tell her she still has time to make a decision. I don't understand why people make things harder in life. I really don't. >> It's never worth it to do this. Maya, just step out of the office. >> I'm going to tell you this right now, Rachel. >> All right. Come on. >> If you don't get my money, >> don't say any threats either. not get my money, I promise you I will go to the owner and you won't have a job just like me. >> Oh, >> prosecution. >> All right. So, you can't really see the motion, but she slapped the stuff on the woman desk toward her and some stuff hit the woman apparently. Um, I don't know why they're like this grandma. And D. Valentine says so pride is going to send her to jail. Right. Her pride is sending her to jail. He said, "Don't threaten her in front of me. Don't say a threat." What she do? Well, she changed it to fire, but I don't think that was going to be the original threat. So, she I feel like she changed that one at least. But the owner's not going to fire that manager. I'm so sorry. I feel like that's wishful thinking. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Get on the floor. Get on the floor. >> Get on the floor. >> K4. Step it up. >> Don't push. Don't push. Don't push. Throw those handkers over here. >> Hit that lady with a bunch of crap on her desk right in front of me. >> Yes, you did. >> You just battered that lady right in front of me. >> And now you just got resisting and you're getting trusted. Second one. Step up. >> Can you get a starter on a statement? back at all. >> That's not Come on. She wore him out. She wore him out. I don't know if she's strong or he's, you know, maybe not in the best of shape, but when people are determined, they do give you a run for your money. But yeah, he going to be breathing like that for a while. [laughter] What side's it on? Don't catch no more charges. [snorts] You get she better the lady right in front of me. >> Watch the lady. >> No, she slapped all the stuff right at her on the desk right in front of me. I said prosecute. She's like, "Yeah, >> you good, man? >> She can wrestle. Can you get me a statement for the battery? >> Attack 19. Elizabeth >> 10 >> 22. That >> M. Do you want to provide me your last name? She told me my last name. >> Well, I can't remember it now. I just wrestled you on the floor. Put handcuffs on you. >> Maya Alpha Middle. >> What? >> I did not. Um, can you uh ask him to try to get the video footage, too? >> Is there going to be video footage in the office? >> Yeah. Can you find out with him? I can't believe you just did that right in front of me. Could have just got a simple trespass. Or you could have just walked out of the building. >> Slap my hand on the paper. >> Yeah, you hit her with a book in the face. >> She didn't have a book. >> She had a whole bunch of crap on the desk. You just hit her with it. I just watched you battery simple touch or strike. You just did that to that lady intentionally. >> All right. She was charged with simple assault, trespass after warning, and resisting an officer without violence. God dog, the way he was breathing, I thought they were going to go with resisting with violence. That was not worth it. But again, this is horrible decision. So, here we go. Of course, none of this is going to be worth it. Yeah. He says she can wrestle. [laughter] Okay. >> [clears throat] >> Karen explodes after police deny her complaint and she is bothersome. So here we go. >> After making hundreds of complaints at the police station, this woman is about to mess around and find out. >> They are repeats when they are not repeats. WHAT I HAVE OVER HERE, SO YOU NEED to take your hands off of my possessions and not what you have. Absolutely not. So he has refused to come. You guys have been helped already? >> Uh, we spoke with a sergeant. >> Are they with you? >> They are with me. >> Give me two seconds. I'll be right back. >> That's not true. >> WE TOOK YOUR COMPLAINT. >> NO COMPLAINT. >> Not going to keep taking the same complaint over and over again. And I explain that to you. The fact that you don't like Don't get in his face. >> Don't Don't get in his face. said the fact that you don't like that >> you can touch my things and I can't get in the personal space. You can touch my things and I can make it in your personal space now >> right there for sure [clears throat] when she's putting her body on him. Handcuffs out for me. That's it. You shouldn't have touched me. We're done. I don't care. >> You just touched him. >> I DID NOT. HE TOUCHED ME. HE TOUCHED ME. HE TOUCHED ME. >> HE HE TOUCHED ME. >> Stay away from him. Don't get [clears throat] mistakes. MISS >> ONE OF THESE THREE COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE TODAY IS ABOUT officer coming down here on THE 17TH AND PRETENDING TO TAKE TWO CITIZEN AFFIDAVIT. I HAVE NOT in any moment before this at no moment before this have I put in a complaint about that. So that is not a repeat. And rather than TAKE IT, WHICH THIS POLICY SAYS YOU MUST DO, you invalidated it and pretended that THE MATERIAL I'M SHOWING YOU DIDN'T EXIST. >> They have given you what you requested. >> Yes, Lord. Thank you very much. There's no reason I have to leave here. I can get out my book and sit here and read AS MUCH AS I'D LIKE. >> YOU CAN SIT HERE and read all day, but you can't stand here and scream and know when there are PEOPLE IN HERE. YOU CAN'T COME DOWN HERE AND REFUSE TO TAKE MY CITIZEN COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT. THERE IS NO MARGIN FOR YOU TO REFUSE. IT'S A SAD STAY THERE. >> I'm calling disturbing the peace and bat on the Leo from when she first put her body against him. >> ANYWHERE. >> I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT GREGORY lying to me all on the phone yesterday that's getting filled out right now. Yes, it is. As your policy says that you will do and nobody told me when I called here on the 5th asking how to do the lobby. >> IT DOESN'T know you. YOU ASKED ME ESTABLISH YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to make me leave the lobby. >> You have no right to make me LEAVE THE LOBBY. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO MAKE ME LEAVE HERE. YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO TOUCH ME, WHICH YOU DID. YOU HAD NO RIGHT. YES, YOU DID. YOU TOUCHED ME. >> YOU TOUCHED ME. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO PICK MY THINGS UP AND CARRY THEM OUT THERE. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT to touch my things. >> I'm going to ask. >> You have no right TO TOUCH MY THINGS. LITERALLY LYING. THESE AREN'T REPEATS. I HAVE NEVER I have never complained ABOUT THAT PRETENDING. THEY PRETENDED TO TAKE JUICES AND COMPLAIN AFFIDAVITS. THEY put the numbers on the pages. They went back there and made a copy for me and then didn't sign them. AND THEN SHE ALWAYS COMES DOWN HERE GOING, "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. CHILD, Leia's [clears throat] grandma said, "Is this Florida?" I I was going to type it, but I'mma say it. I was going to say her sandals look like this is Florida, but I'm not sure. >> You're doing here for her, right? >> Yeah. They call it for 94. Stand up. Stand up. Please stand up. >> Um, stand up. >> Nicely. Put your hands behind your back. >> Oh my god. No. THIS IS NOT OKAY. THIS IS NOT OKAY. PLEASE, somebody do something about this. This is not okay. >> This is why I love Midwest Safety and some of the other ones because she's like, "Somebody do something about this." And they put in the caption that pointed to the uh the dude at the window saying, "He's definitely not going to do something about this." And I love the little quirks that people put in their edits. >> Please, this is not okay. >> THIS IS NOT OKAY. >> THIS IS NOT OKAY. This is not okay. This is not okay. This is not okay. [screaming] THIS IS NOT OKAY. PLEASE. PLEASE. Please stop. Please. I am under arrest for no reason. I am under arrest for no reason. I am under arrest for no reason. >> This is not okay. Stop. This is not okay. This is NOT OKAY. I CANNOT believe this. I cannot believe this. >> Don't kick. You're going to catch a charge. You what? What are you What are you arresting me? What are you ARRESTING ME? WHAT ARE YOU arresting me? I have every right to sit in this lobby. I'm feeling this completely. >> Oh my god. OH MY GOD. Oh my GOD. OH MY GOD. YOU ARE HURTING ME. >> YOU ARE HURTING ME. RELAX. >> What traumatized me the most about this video I remember is her feet cuz her feet came out them sandals and I was like, "Oh my god, if someone's bare feet touch me and those feet looks gross. Oh my god." >> You are YOU ARE YOU ARE BREAKING my violating my rights. You are absolutely violating my rights. You are violating my rights. I RECEDED QUIETLY. YOU CAN'T COME DOWN HERE. I REFUSE. >> I cannot believe this. >> Why am I being arrested? >> Put your foot in. >> Why am I being arrested? >> PUT YOUR FEET IN. >> WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? WHAT WAS I DOING? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? WHY am I BEING ARRESTED? WHY AM I BEING ARRESTED? WE ESTABLISH THAT I AM ALLOWED to sit there quietly and fill out a form. We establish sir. Why are you arresting me? >> You are hurting me. >> You are resisting. If you stop resisting >> that is not true. You have no right to be arresting me. >> Y'all need a few. >> All right, ma'am. You got anything on you that's going to hurt me? >> I don't have anything on me. >> There is no reason to be arresting me. I was sitting quietly in the lobby filling out a form that it is my right to fill out and these officers came up and arrested me. >> Told me to stand. >> What do you mean? >> TOLD ME TO STAND. TOLD ME TO STAND. And I have every right to be sitting there. >> What law was I breaking when I WAS SITTING THERE? >> WHAT LAW [screaming] WAS I BREAKING when I WAS SITTING THERE? >> STOP. >> NO. >> ANSWER ME. WHAT law I was breaking? >> HEY, QUIT KICKING. >> ANSWER ME. WHAT LAW I WAS BREAKING? ANSWER ME WHAT LAW I WAS BREAKING. ANSWER ME WHAT LAW I WAS BREAKING. >> ARE YOU on any medication? >> I'll take this one. >> Yes, I am. >> Anything that you're going to need, too? >> I need some shoes cuz my feet are burning, which is the reason I was doing this. >> So, that's not kicking anyone. That's because my feet are hot. >> You got a chance to caming car. >> I have every right to sit in that lobby and fill in a form. You don't have a right to tell me to leave, officer. You don't have a right to tell me to leave. >> You can't tell me to leave. >> 5 days after that fiasco, the suspect was released from custody after she posted bond. When an officer calls her to give her important information regarding her arrest, she reveals something wild. >> Hello. >> Hey, miss. >> Yes. >> Hey, how you doing? It's Officer Bates. >> Yes. >> Hey, did you say how I'm doing? because that's a rhetorical question. Go ahead. >> There was a misunderstanding. All right. Your phone is not placed as evidence. It's placed for safekeeping. You are able to come retrieve your phone. >> I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm here at the sheriff's department to file some more complaints about the jail. And um >> Oh my god. She got arrested cuz she was being a nuisance and screaming and filing complaints, which some some reason she thought she was sitting quietly. Now she's back filing more complaints. I like how they labeled her crazy lady because that's exactly the label she needs. Um, but yeah, I mean, expected. I can't act like I'm really surprised because people like this, of course, they don't feel like they did anything wrong >> about your behavior at the jail and I didn't catch that because other people were talking. I'm sorry. Um, so my there was a misunderstanding I heard. That's all I heard. >> You can come retrieve your phone. >> Okay. Sure. And the paperwork that I was asking about while you were arresting me was the ones that got left behind. Also, you nearly left my sandals on the on the hood of your cars because you were so unconcerned about about the person who under whom you were putting under arrest unfairly. Um, so thanks so much. I will make an appointment with your evidence department and that's I'm here to clear up as well. Um, I got one more which which officer so am I accused of having battered? What is his name? >> Commander Senise. >> Great. Thank you so much. >> Hold up, hold up, hold up. Can I explain one more thing to you? >> Yeah, go ahead. >> So, you know, you were issued a trespass for the Northport Police Department. >> Yes, I do. >> Okay. I went by your residence. I placed a form on your door. Okay. >> As you don't seem to understand, that is not my door. I live in an apartment around back. So, when I called over the >> So, listen. I left it on the door around back. The lady that was there told me exactly which door was yours. So, listen. Great. Great. I I actually was doing you a favor. So, anytime you were trespass trespassed from public property, you can appeal it. So, I actually was nice enough to give you the appeal form, but for you to appeal it, you need to do it through city hall. Okay? >> You are not doing I'm already trespassed off city hall. Okay? But if you call me a favor, if you call city hall and that's why you don't need to do do any favors for people like that. She don't appreciate that. And plus, don't give her access to try to appeal. But did y'all catch that? She's also trespassed from city hall anyway, so she can't go up there to file it. >> So, you can call city hall. >> You can call city hall. >> You can call city hall and schedule an appointment for your appeal. If you actually if you set up an appeal, you have authorized business to be there that day. >> Make that call once I have my phone back. Thank you so much to for taking it from me over the weekend. That was so kind of you to do. You got any questions [laughter] for me? I guess you want I want >> Do you have any questions for me? >> Appreciation for coming to my home without Do you have any questions for me? >> All right. Thank you. >> This suspect Sharon was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer and felony resisting with violence. She was later assigned a public defender to represent her in this case. However, that attorney filed a motion to raise the topic of incompetency to stand trial. The latest reports on the case indicate that after evaluation, a judge deemed she was incompetent to stand trial. while the case. >> Man, y'all better get her on her correct medication and let her stay in trial cuz no, cuz she see these people make everybody life hell, but then they incompetent. I don't like it. >> This is still ongoing. She is being held at a state facility and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. >> Some people treat the police like it's a game that you can respond in, like you can resist, throw a tantrum, and just hit restart. But in real life, there's no reset button, only consequences. Having a mindset like this woman is poison and it usually comes from the same place. I deserve special treatment and the second the law doesn't bend for them, they explode. Now, as you can't arrest me, you're not listening. But no, it's just you're not winning. And the crazy part is she's trying to get something handled while she's acting disorderly, loud, and combative, which is like demanding help or you're lighting a room on fire. It's counterproductive, and it's exactly why cops stop taking the same complaint over and over. Because some people don't want resolution. They just want to stay in charge. You don't get to treat the law like it's optional, like it's something you can argue down or just outsmart in the moment, then turn around and try to play victim when those same consequences grab you by the collar. I've seen people actually break down in the backseat of my cruiser, but the law doesn't negotiate, it enforces. Problem is, the moment you learn that, it's usually too late. >> Oh, that no better words. >> It's just after midnight in Bre County, Florida. >> No better words were spoken. It's too late at that point. And I think, okay, for the people that just got in here, I'm playing my song again. This is kind of the middle, but I'm playing it. I'm wearing it out today, but then I'll I'll pace myself for the other body cams next [laughter] weekend. [music] Going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. [music] You're going to jail tonight. That lady's going to jail. [music] Going to jail tonight. [music] [music] >> Ah, yes. A musical troll. That's so appropriate. That's [laughter] exactly what that is. Okay, next one up. Mom and teacher try hiding wanted man from police. All right, he Okay, sorry. I am mad at both of them for trying to help him and doing all this extra and there's children in the house and then of course the police don't know how dangerous or not dangerous it is in the house so that doesn't help. So they putting the kids in more danger. So, I don't like this mom. And I don't know if that's his sister or whoever, but they get on my nerves. All right. So, here we go. >> Tell me the truth. >> Can we check to make sure he is not? >> Sounds good. >> It's enough racism going on right now. >> On September 30th, 2023, officers responded to a man's mom's house to serve him with multiple active felony warrants. When officers made contact with a mother and daughter, things didn't go as smoothly as officers thought they would. You'll see what I mean. >> How you doing, ma'am? I'm Sergeant Cook with the Clark County Police Department. >> So, what we're doing here is Joan has a multiple active warrants, all felony grade. >> What? >> He's got warrants out of Columbia County for >> Can't remember. He's got warrants out of Gwet County for driving a suspended license, giving false name to officers. >> No, you must mean >> No, it's Joan. He also has warrants out of Clark County for battery and other things. Um, they're actually signing more warrants on him right now for stalking and other domestic violence reled. I've already talked. >> Here's what's going to happen. >> So, by law, we could go in, >> but we're having the sheriff's department around. Hold on. Y'all need to listen. This is important. This is important. You're This is important. >> That is not >> Listen to me, ma'am. Listen. I need y'all to listen. This is important. If I find him inside and y'all refuse to let us, y'all are both going to jail for obstruction. >> First of all, we didn't refuse nothing. We just want to know why so many police officers >> cuz I just told you he's got about 10 felony war. >> The same respect I gave you. >> You actually didn't. >> No, I did. I told her to be quiet so that you can finish. >> Go ahead. >> So, like I said, I asked him why was there so many police cars out here. Yep. >> Nobody ever refused anything. >> Okay. >> So, what are you talking about? >> Okay. Well, then I'm going to ask you, can we go inside? >> I don't like semantics. I would be so fine with him if he went ahead and detained them, even if they weren't arrested, just to get them out of the way and get to who they actually need to get that has valid warrants in that house. Um, and then the semantics part I don't like is, "Oh, we're not refusing." But you're doing everything but letting him do his job. That's still refusing. You don't have to say the words. I'm refusing for you to still be refusing. >> Why are there >> Okay. But I'm going ask you now, can we go inside and look for Joan Davis? >> Same respect you give me. You want me to tell you exactly what you told? Tell me. >> You told me if I don't tell you. I told you what was the reason why. It's because these the multiple felony warrants and for safety reasons. Okay. >> And you said if you don't give me the real reason, you're not coming in. >> No, I said if you don't give me the real reason, I'm not talking to you. So bring your camera back. Run it back. Let me look directly in your eyes because that's exactly what I said. I said to you, >> so I'm asking you now is going to tell me the truth. >> Can we check to make sure he is not? >> Nobody's coming. >> Do you have a >> We do. There are multiple ones, son. You got a paper saying you can >> They're bringing it right now. We don't need a search warrant. We can do it with the arrest warrant. >> No, ma'am. I'm telling you right. >> You need a search warrant. >> Listen to me. I'm ma'am. This is important for you to listen up. >> All I need is an arrest warrant as long as it has his address on it. That being >> just told me all them fake John. >> No ma'am. I'm just telling you what's going on. So when the sheriff's department gets here with the warrant, okay, >> with her already thinking it they meant her other son is who they were looking for, she should be wellversed in how arrest warrants work in her life because you already thought it was your other son and not this the son that's actually in the house. She should know how this process works. So sorry for you, but there's no reason you should be unfamiliar with what they're saying right now. >> If I go inside and I find him inside, >> I'm going to arrest you for obstruction. >> Just letting you know. Yeah, too many kids in here for that. >> Well, that's >> got something to do with >> Nope. It's got something to do with >> right now. There's going to be more properties. >> It's got something to do with Joan. >> This is getting ridiculous. These people keep showing up. Y Well, y'all keep showing up. >> Y'all keep showing up for her. No, we're not doing this anymore. >> We're not doing this. >> Like I told you, he's got multiple warrants out of every three different count with me. I don't have a problem with that. I don't have a problem with that. But this is too much. Well, we could be out of your hair in 5 minutes, but we'll wait till the sheriff's department gets here and we'll we'll pull everybody out of the house. >> Come on in. >> Come on. >> Come on. But when one person cuz he got too many babies in here. >> Well, I have to have two for safety reasons. >> Who Who you scared of? >> Join. >> You cannot tell me. >> He has multiple felony warrants. And some of those are >> cuz y'all making too much of a scene out here. Y'all doing too much. >> This ain't nothing but racism in respect. >> Ma'am, warrants have nothing to do with race. Wait a minute. Can somebody turn the ward off in there for me? >> Yeah, I did. Y'all said don't move. >> If you can look at your screens, this will be about the time. It's coming up where you will want to see your screen cuz I want you to see how they see he's in this house. It is crazy. If you have not seen this, >> sit right here. >> How y'all doing, little ones? >> It's in here. Okay, >> HE'S COMING OUT THE ROOF. GET DOWN NOW. LET ME SEE YOU. COME DOWN. I DO NOT WANT TO TASE YOU OUT OF THE ROOF. >> COME DOWN. COME DOWN NOW. >> Get out OF THE WAY. >> DROP DOWN. >> GET BACK. >> And see, this makes this dangerous. This specific situation. They have to watch all these people in this house. Watch for him coming out the roof. I see y'all laughing about how I did not expect him to come through that drywall, y'all. Through the ceiling. I'm telling you, when I first saw it, I said, "Now what?" Had the replay. But um yeah, they're making this worse. And those and the cops uh now, I don't He might have had one person ready to use deadly force, but the main one, he pulled out a taser. He's not He just wants to get the man in handcuffs. They don't want ALL THIS. >> HER PAIN. >> Stop touching me. >> Yeah. I just said >> everybody in the other rooms. >> Everybody in the other rooms, please. >> Everybody go in the other room. >> I'M NOT GOING TO LET Y'ALL SHOOT MY SON. MY SON in my house, >> ma'am. This is a taser. >> Mr. Come out of the roof. >> If you do not, YOU'RE GOING TO RECEIVE MORE CHARGES. >> I saw I KNOW HOW Y'ALL DO, >> SIR. COME OUT OF THE ROOF OR YOU RECEIVE MORE CHARGES. LISTEN, I need you over there. You can film from over there. >> WARREN, IF YOU UP THERE, CALM DOWN, PLEASE. NOT LET >> I NEED Y'ALL TO STEP OVER HERE. >> HEY, SIR. SIR, SIR. >> All right. It is so much chaos in this house. This is crazy. Um, Leia's grandma said, "How many people live there?" I swear I feel like I counted at least 10 people in that house. Um, and that's not including the son she thought they were looking for. Then where was somebody else said that? Oh yeah, they should clear the house out. Yes, I would have everybody would just have to step outside before I went in that house. There's just no way I would put myself in this predicament. It's a lot of people at minimum about to get tased if I'm in this predicament. It's not happening. >> Hey sir, I appreciate you. You mind having a muck? >> Thank you. Thank you, brother. I know Y'ALL stop to take a breath. >> NO. NO. ALL I'M SEEING THEM DO is my son. MOM, >> NO. Y'all not going to kill my son in my house. You're not doing it. You're not shooting. You're not going to kill. Quite a hot. >> We don't want this to escalate into anything. Okay. Everybody's just yelling. EVERYBODY JUST TAKE >> HEY, I NEED EVERYBODY TO BE QUIET. WHERE DOES HE COME OUT AT? >> Arrest her and take her out of this house. >> My son. NO. NO. NO. YOU'RE NOT going to kill my son. >> Hold. [laughter] Stop him with you acting like this. >> You cannot decide. Detain her. Put her in the car. We can always take her out. >> Sir, don't don't try to resist, ma'am. Then don't resist. My son, >> I'm not going TO TELL YOU SOMETHING. MY SON >> TAKE HER AWAY. I can't talk TO HIM. PLEASE DON'T MY SON. >> I got it on camera. >> Is there another addict face? >> Please don't. >> We can't talk with him. You screaming, yelling at me. >> I'm telling him to come down. If you up there, please. >> No, you were yelling at us. You weren't telling him to come down. Be careful coming down the step. >> We do not want him hurt. I Please don't. >> We're just doing our job, man. We're not trying to hurt him. >> Don't shoot my son. >> We don't want him hurt. We do not want him hurt. >> We don't want to hurt him. >> It's not worth him getting injured. Okay, >> sir. Please don't my son. Please. >> Nobody's him. Okay. >> My son, please. Y'all about to give me a damn heart attack. Please don't my son, sir. >> Nobody Nobody's hurting your son. >> How I know that? >> It's just an escalated situation with all the yelling right now. Okay. >> How I know y'all ain't going to shoot him. >> We don't want to hurt your son. How y'all ain't going to shoot him a 100 times like y'all do? Huh? Huh? >> How y'all How I know y'all not going to shoot him like like y'all do everybody else? >> We don't do that to anybody. >> Shot anybody. >> Please, y'all don't. And then y'all shoot him like 80 or 90 times. Put your gun unloading. >> You got her. >> I got her. >> Okay. >> In this situation, if someone did get shot in that house, it would be on that mama and that other woman. Uh I think that's his sister that was outside on that porch. It would be on them. And had they been surprised he fell through that attic and not realized, you know, oh, he's falling through, nothing else is happening. But that's on them. That's how much is that a process in a scene like that? But I They caused more chaos than it needed to. >> Is there another crawl space attic space access? How does he get out of here? >> I don't know. I don't know nothing. >> Okay. Well, then >> for safety reasons, I need everybody outside. >> No, we're not leaving. >> Ma'am, you don't HAVE A CHOICE. YOU CAN BE ARRESTED OR YOU CAN step outside. >> In the room. In the room. >> Hey sir, you mind assisting with us and have him step outside? >> Thank you. I He's been He's been helpful, too. >> Oh, y'all not. >> Joan, if you up there, come down. >> He's up there. >> What's that? >> I can't hear you cuz your family won't be quiet. >> What? >> Okay. I promise you I ain't going to hurt you, brother. If you know, Officer Cook, Sergeant Cook, I've been doing this for 23 years. This is a what? >> You have warrants out of three different counties. Uh, Columbia County, Wet County, and Clark County. >> Well, I know yours are out of Clark County. >> Okay. Well, maybe that's Denzel, but you got something out of Clark County. >> Let me talk to my brother. Let me just talk to him. >> He says he's coming down. JRock. >> From what I remember, burglary is one of them. >> What? >> Sir, I don't I don't >> Come down here, please. Cuz they got mama in handcuffs. >> They already got her in handcuffs. Calm down. >> I'll let I'll let you talk to your children. I don't mind that. >> It's too many kids in here. >> He trying to save them. But been if this she been bothering with him the whole time. >> It's it's cuz she just hit that car and all of a sudden now the police is here. But that's okay. I promise you we going to handle Trana. I promise you. I promise you. >> I promise. >> He's coming down. >> He's in the garage. >> He's coming down. >> Surround the garage. I need another unit. >> I'm right here. I'm with um [clears throat and cough] was it Mindy that said it earlier? Mindy said, "Please tell me that that that was not a teacher because ain't no way she's teaching anybody. I'm telling you, these people worry me. You should not be you should not have access to be teaching nobody's children." Um he's sitting there trying to describe the warrants to this man that still need to come down from the ceiling. The cop is very patient in my opinion. He even shut his partner up when they were outside when the partner was going back and forth with the women on the porch. He was really trying like I don't Only thing I wish they would have done was just detain everybody. Get them clear the house, detain well detain the most combative ones, get everybody out the house and then get that man because again the kids were at risk. Everybody made the situation worse than it had to be >> down. Okay, calm down. All right, y'all. Hold that. I'mma hold this hole. >> Hey, >> the attic space is right here. >> I know. >> Yeah. >> I've heard you saying I need another Yeah, this is his room. >> Yeah, >> I'm coming off. >> All right, talk to >> I appreciate it. >> One more phone call. You got me officer. >> All right, buddy. I ain't even got a weapon drawn. I ain't got a taser drawn. I'm trusting you're coming down. >> You take my warrant. >> When we get outside, I'll look at it, man. I don't have a computer with me. I just know you had some warrants. What? I got a warrant for >> From what I remember, burglar, but I don't know. >> I buddy, I don't know. I don't I didn't do it. >> No, I don't know any details. All I know is >> all I know is you have warrants. I don't know what they're for. >> I was coming here and check. He just fell through the ceiling. >> You want to back up there? >> He's standing right there. See his legs? He said he's going to make one more phone call and then he's coming down. >> Okay. >> She said, "I don't know. I don't know. She talking, >> buddy. I don't know any details. I promise you. I'm not even joing you. I just don't know, ma'am. He's standing right here. I'm dealing with >> Let me get cuz I'm a teacher and I can't have all this coming down. Come down, brother. Right now. We going to get you out. Don't worry about it. >> There's y'all's teacher. Um, now she wants to talk reason. It was dangerous for the kids before we got to this point. Now she want to tell them to come down. It's you. She almost she really could have been arrested already which really would have hurt her career talking about I'm a teacher. I can't have all this. Why were you blocking or what did it say? Uh interfering with their investigation or whatever. Obstructing. Why were you doing that then? >> I know. I know you didn't do it. Calm down right now. It's just too much. Calm down. Bro, calm down right now. Calm on down cuz look we can't have all this. >> Come on. calm down. >> We will get to the bottom of it later, but right now this is too much. I can't deal with this. Too many kids in this house. Come on. I'mma help you down. >> I've got contact with him. He's just making phone calls. >> JRock down now. Come down. >> Your kids are in the room. I got all the kids out the room. >> Come on. >> She's putting them in the back bedroom. >> Calm down. >> Be careful. We going to get to B. We We know We know it's your brother, but calm down. >> Come on. >> I'm just trying to figure calm down. >> We'll we'll figure it out once we get outside. >> I got to watch. >> I I'll tell I'll be glad to look as soon as we get out. Listen, calm down. Calm down. >> We don't need to rush in for >> That's fine. Just turn around for me. So, >> I understand that. Look, >> we'll talk to you. >> Don't be aggressive. >> Don't be aggressive. I don't mind talking to you. >> Put your hands together like a friend. >> Let me put some flipflops on your friend. There you go. >> What's that? >> What? I got a warrant for >> when we walk outside. I'll let you see them >> cuz I'm trying to figure out like what the hell >> you don't have. No, you don't have them. Not that's not >> I know. I got probation so it doesn't take >> Let me put some shoes on. >> You don't need shoes where you going, brother? >> Well, he can get some flip flops or something. Flip flops or something. They'll trade him out. >> I know he'll do about four to five shoes. >> Do you guys have any slides for him? Can he wear your shoes? Give me your shoes right now. My shoe right there. >> Whose crotch are these? >> N I want them tennis shoes. Your crops? >> No, my crop. >> You want sho? >> Right. Well, you want them right there by that computer over there. Black and whites. >> Yeah. >> Let me put them on. I ain't >> bring them over. Yeah. Over there. >> I'm saying though. I got a warrant for >> burglary. I ain't got no damn burglary. I >> I'm just saying something in Colia where you ain't even been. So, we know it ain't you. officer. >> Did you need help? >> I put them on. >> That's why we try to get me some slides. >> They're easier to work with. >> Jordan called the police on me, though. I know. >> It's okay. >> He got the audacity to be picky about the shoes they put on his feet. I'm telling you, I don't get it. Selfish and stupid is running rampant in this house. >> We going to take care of >> I know what's going on. >> But she got a warrant. I mean, she got >> This is ridiculous. I'm charging his mama, too. >> He tried to get hide in his room. Couldn't find a good hiding spot. So, got him. >> She one wouldn't let us in at first. And I told her, I said, "If I find him hiding inside, I'm going to charge you with obstruction." >> I got case on her. She my bad. But all that I know my brother in prison. >> That's all right. We We'll deal with that. But that's too much. >> I know I ain't got no burg. I'm saying. >> Yeah, that's what I'm saying. It's too much. >> Look, my mama. >> They act like you in the police car. Yes. >> What my mom getting arrested for? Come on. >> What? She She ain't did nothing. Don't join. Shut up talking. Stop. Stop. >> It's enough racism going on right now. >> It's enough racism going on right now. >> Let me know what going on. >> I need you to stop talking. >> What? I got charges for >> Yeah, we'll tell you. I mean, you got warrants right now. So, you want >> Officer, which car is not mama? >> Ma'am, I do not know. I was inside with you. If if I had to guess, it would probably going to be the one right behind this SUV. >> Mom, let me let me have my mom. Come on. No, you can't talk to me, man. Come on. You're about to lock my mama up. >> She Here you go. My Those are my cuts, right? Yeah. >> How y'all going to lock my number up? >> No, that that's not my decision. >> Officers give the mother one last chance to calm down before taking her to jail. Let's see if she chooses freedom. something. >> Can I >> Y'all know my pet peeve is when people don't let somebody talk to actually tell you what's going on. You know, that's my thing. They just overt talk for no reason. Oh my gosh. And I'mma tell you now, I'm spoiler alerting this. I think they let the mama go. The sister don't never get put in handcuffs. And I'm like, I'm with y'all. They both should have gone. All three. Him with the warrant, the mama, and the sister. All should have gone. I'm Uhuh. Cuz the way they escalated this. Nah. >> Oh god. >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> I've been doing this 23 years. Ask me how many black. >> How many? >> Zero. >> How many? >> Ask me how many. >> I don't want him to be your first. >> And it won't because you know it. >> No ma'am. You're listening to a national narrative. That's just not true. >> You know, we all are. >> No, ma'am. It's just not true. >> It is true. >> Now, let me ask you a question. I need you to calm down. >> No, Marissa is true. >> Ma'am, I can take you to jail right now for obstruction, but I'm trying to let you out, >> but you're not coming down. I don't hurt my son. >> Your son is already detained back. >> Stop talking. Stop talking. Mama, please. >> Please, mama. Stop talking. Stop it. >> Your car. >> Stop. Pull your computer out so I can show him a warrant. >> Stop. Please. >> I I know. Mama, just please >> please stop talking. >> I I know I got a probation warrant, which is cool. I know that. I'm taking that with me. >> All right. >> I know I got a probation warrant. Carry this. >> I ain't got nothing on me, man. Give me my mama. >> I know I ain't got no burglary warrant. I know I ain't got all that. >> Can you put it back in my pocket? >> No, it'll go with you, man. >> Can you Can you tell me my >> I can put the money in there. I don't you charge. >> But the phone is I'm going to hold on to the phone until we get to the jail. >> Let you know in just a second. >> I need my money. I know. >> Just have a seat. Go in there and I'll tell you your charges. Okay. >> Crank the phone. You're hot. >> Yeah. I'm going to crank it up. It is. It is up. >> Watch your niece. >> Jan is gone. >> Jan is safe. He's in the car. >> He got out willingly, mama. He came down willingly. But we need you to calm down. >> While she's thinking about calm down, I'm going to show you these warrants just so you'll know. Okay. >> I just want to get my nieces and nephew. There's too many children in your house. >> Yes, ma'am. I agree that we we want them out of the way as well. >> You are correct. Denzel has a lot of warrants, but this one right here is Jawan. >> His warrants, aggravated assault, burglary, first degree, false imprisonment, criminal trespass, time of violence. >> Apparently, he another officer. That's why I was trying to tell him I don't know nothing about this. Apparent they're signing aggravated stalking warrants. >> Who it's with, I don't know what it's about. I don't know. >> We know. But it's his other baby mama who's stalking him. But every time >> that may be that's why I was explaining I we didn't make the charges. We just have to >> we just have to execute the warrant >> and I just got here so I didn't even know you was in my house. >> I understand >> I need her to calm down. >> So if she'll calm down I'm willing to give her a break cuz I we can we have grounds to take her for obstruction but I don't want to do that. This was all blown out of proportion that doesn't need to happen. >> And we don't want her upset any more than you want her upset. >> Mama please. >> Let's go ahead and take her out. Take her out of handcuff. >> Yeah. >> What are the other three warrants for you? >> You have a assault. No, them turn. >> Is it fault? Is it probation? >> Okay. I don't know. Uh what all See, that's what I'm trying to tell you. We all we go on is this right here. All right. So, what it says here >> is egg assault, burglary, false imprisonment, criminal trespass. >> Okay. Um and officer on the other side of town, which one I don't know details, says he's charging you with aggravated stalk. >> That's a phone. >> That is a phone. I need these uh families to not just coddle whoever their family member is and pay attention to a pattern because yes maybe he and that girl go tit for tat but he is doing he is committing crimes too. Also you don't that's not the way to help him by helping him hide in the attic. You have to if you so choose help him in court. This is ridiculous. But also, I don't think they should be calling him and helping him in court because he who's going to pay for that ceiling. Who's going to pay to get that repaired? So, you got to get him a lawyer and pay to get that repaired so he can just keep doing the same things and not take accountability. Does he have a job? Does he live there with y'all? Like, what what's going on with his independence and him, you know, contributing something to the world? Like, I want to know that, too. It's It's too much. And I'm not saying that the girl he's with or was with doesn't have fault. The law needs to go for her, too, if she's committing crimes. But you can't tell me you don't see your son is out here doing the most. >> Do you have a TPO against you? >> TPO on her. She got a case. >> Okay. I'm assuming >> I am assuming that he's saying you made contact with her. >> I don't know no details, buddy. >> Listen, she pulled up in the neighborhood I was in. That ain't stopped if she pulled up in the neighborhood I was >> No, that would not be it. But I don't know any window down on grant me like I haven't did nothing >> and that may be the case and I'll let I'll tell that officer to come talk to you or a detective >> cuz I I I shouldn't be charged with it. You got to pull cameras and everything to show that I was I've been stalking anything. >> That's going to be that officer's case. They ain't even this side of town. We're east side. That's west side. >> Look, she pulled up in the neighborhood I was in yesterday. >> Okay. >> And them facts, man. That crazy. Look, I got a TPR out on her. I can print charges on her, right? >> If you file a report. Yes. >> I need to file a report on her. >> We We'll do that. We'll write your testimony on this. Have him write a testimony. That was ridiculous. >> Your money's in your pocket. I only got your phone. >> No, you took my money out. >> I took it out. Put it back. >> No, you didn't. >> I sure didn't. The other officer did. I hand it to him. He put it in your pocket. >> He's on camera, too. So, >> I don't know. I like I sto I mean that [ __ ] [ __ ] up. How how y'all can go by a car? >> I should have did the same damn thing. >> Well, I mean if you have a TPO against her >> I got one against Yeah. If you have a TP, you need >> She got a >> Whenever she's around, you need to call us. I I know I had a probation work, so I call you >> silly as hell. They sit here and just do that cuz she a female. She can call me. >> Ace moonshot, you have a point. Cop doesn't want to deal with paperwork, especially in light of the likelihood the DA will dismiss charges anyway. It's not worth the time or effort. Right. Right. Leia's grandma, thank you. She gifted a trendy membership and it went to Mindy. I plan on recording a video hopefully today to just, you know, get put something out there and let y'all know kind of what's been going on this last month. [sighs] But the way this I'm telling you, the way this cough is going and the way I don't want to be camera ready is really preventing me from doing what I need to do. But uh I I'm trying. I promise I'm trying y'all. All right, we're almost done with him. >> Which I got a whole case pending on her right now >> for her right in my car parking my window. Still in my back. are we going through here right now and talks to the DA you know the day of it looks like everything is pointing at you so you know you gota even if you have the warrant you know man up take the warrant and make a report so that way that will help you in court if you don't do that it's not going to help you officers were initially there because the suspect had a felony probation violation that include simple battery family violence cruelty to children thirdderee now a new offense of obstruction of of an officer. The suspect plead guilty to obstruction of an officer. >> So that mean he hit that girl in front of a kid. Cruelty um to children. And when you have simple battery, usually that's what that means. You did you did it in front of the children. Okay. He's not going to man up though. The officer was like, "You need to man up." He's not going to man up. They were still calling him. They were already saying, "We gonna get you out of this. We got you. We know it's it's her." that he's not gonna man up. All right. Yeah, he's gonna blame everything on the kid's mother. Lovable Scorpion. Yep. Yep. Ace Moonshot hiding behind his mommy's skirts. Ain't a good look. I agree. Okay. Next, we have road raging Karen thinks she's untouchable. I remember her face. I can't remember exactly what she did, but I knew she was wrong. I can remember that much. All right, here we go. >> All right, I'm out with the Nissan. What's going on? >> There's a guy in an orange >> speedster. Orange whatever. >> Yeah. Okay. So, he came out. I pulled out in front of him. Not in front of him. I I moved over, got in the other lane. He He stopped and he came up to this side of the car. >> Uhhuh. >> And grabbed my phone. He has your phone >> and me. No, I pulled it out of his hand. He >> She skipped a lot of steps. You pulled out in front. Oh, no. I didn't pull out in front. I pulled over to the other lane. He got on the side of my car and took my phone. You skipped a lot of steps. >> Shut the up. Give me a little like slap on my whatever. And he went that way. >> Okay. Do you have your driver's license on you? >> Yes. You know me. >> I know you. >> Yeah, we have. >> Who are you? You are officer the best. >> Officer the best. Never been called that. >> Yeah, you've you've helped me before. >> Okay. Okay. >> Wooten. >> Yep. >> Officer the best. >> Officer the best. Ford Corvette in a black sedan. Uh looks like they're trying to run each other off the road. They pulled into the cabin shopping center and looks like they're trying to hit each other. And I think we did get a report where one of them did hit the other car did hit the other car. So that's why we are here. Okay. >> Okay. >> So we do have the other car stopped up. >> No, that's true. >> This is the guy. >> That's the guy that came. >> Is this just a video or a picture? >> No, it's just a picture of it. >> I went to get me a Nosler drink at >> up up there on the main highway, whatever you call that, that goes towards Interstate 85. >> The little green station >> at at BP in Tai Road. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. And so on my way back, it's only 5 miles. All a sudden, here comes this lady in this car. That's lady yard to over. She gets right behind me, flashing her lights, going crazy, and then she pulled up beside me and goes like this. Get out of the way. Cursing, all this kind of stuff. >> He was behind me. I'm coming home from work. He was, you know, pushing me, trying to get me over, blah blah blah. Started yelling at me. He called me >> girl I that might have happened but she's skipping over a lot too cuz they do be using that word with anybody everybody. Um but she blah blah blah a lot if you're a Seinfeld fan. She yada yada over the important parts. Um, and then he got we we made it all the way to Kajjon and that's when he got out of the car. He he got out of his car, came behind me cuz I pulled over so he would stop riding me basically like to get off of me. And then he came up and said, "Don't take a picture of me. Grab my hand. Grab my phone." Minutes before this interaction, dispatch was flooded with calls from both parties accusing the other of running them off the road. And while the female has pictures and videos to back up her case, the old man only has his side of the story. >> And then I pulled off to the right and then she slammed on her brakes. I got up next to her. >> Y'all see a little 74? >> Yeah. And then and then as I I tried to get away from her, then she slammed on her brakes again and got up there next to the uh got up there and I got out of my car said, "What is wrong with you? Are you crazy?" blah blah blah and she got me and put her phone right up in my face. All this kind of stuff. >> So, let me ask you. So, when you were on 74, did y'all turn in here and ended up down there or >> every street just trying to get right >> trying to get rid of trying to get rid of >> Was he following you or were you following him in the parking lot? >> He followed me from I 85 off turn. I got all the way to right before Kedran. Probably like a mile before Kedran. Uh-huh. >> She's never She never touched my car and I never touched hers. So, that's a lie. >> Okay. >> You know, and and uh all I did is try to get away from her. >> Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Where you coming, huh? >> Midtown. >> Midtown. That's where you were >> and he followed you from Okay. I'm just trying to figure it all out. I'm sorry. Cuz our dispatch was saying >> that was aggressive. That was a little bit like And then for him to like cut me off and pull me over. I hardly doubt I'm going to go to Peach Tree City Church of Christ and then be uh threatening people in the afternoon church. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I just got to church and went home. >> You live You live here? >> No. >> Okay. >> I live in Florida. >> My girl my girlfriend lives over there. >> He hit your car. >> Yeah, cuz dispatch said that you said he hit your car. >> I I didn't say hit. I said he moved. He He might have >> He might have He moved me. No, that's not that's actually new. >> So new. >> So like, did that happen today? >> Yeah, that's never been there. >> Did he do that? >> Thanks. I don't want you getting run over. >> Let me see this one. Did that happen? Because I I got I got pushed over. >> Whole lot of damage there, is it? >> No, I'm not seeing anything, man. That's right. >> Now, that was the most aggressive driving I've ever seen in Ever. and I just got off work. >> The entire incident was witnessed by an offduty FBI agent who had even tried to deescalate the situation. >> Talk about luck. So, we have a third party witness that's an offduty FBI agent. I love it. And she know she followed that man. She is the aggressor. >> While his testimony was the missing piece, officers couldn't shake the feeling that the female was hiding something and decided to dig deeper. So, I'll be honest. I I clearly did not see the origin of it. Okay. >> What I saw is uh a white female in a black midsize SUV. I'm terrible with cars. >> You're good. You're right. Yep. You're right. >> She was following a Corvette and >> like she was hot, man. Like she was fired up. At some point she pulls up next. She's not letting him like physically go. She is following him through lanes and then at one point pulls next and just puts the phone out and records. >> Yeah. >> And he's kind of doing the same thing and I can tell it's a black dude driving the Corvette and then uh like it continued and >> Well, sir, you got that fact wrong. I don't know if he has a lot of tint on his window, but it was not a black dude. >> I'm like on the phone with an agent in Baltimore like, "Dude, I got to light this car up and just let they need to deescalate this." >> Yeah. Yeah, >> I I hit my like little siren thing. I'm next to her blasting that like air horn and she has no idea. Like she's on the phone and at that point I'm like she's probably on the phone with you guys. >> Have you had anything to drink today? >> No. Can I look at your eyes and make sure you're >> safe to drive? You haven't had anything to drink. Have you smoked anything today? >> No. >> Is that a grinder in your >> Uhhuh. [clears throat] >> Okay. But you haven't smoked. >> Okay. Do you have any problems with your eyes? Contacts, glasses, anything like that? >> I don't have contacts, but I have glasses. >> Okay. Are those just are there prescriptions or readers? >> Okay. Um, you can see me without them. >> Yes. >> Okay. What I'm going to ask you to do is I want you to just follow my finger with your eyes. Your eyes only and don't move your head. Do you understand? >> All right. >> So, you tried to deescalate it, too. Did you turn on your lights or you just turned on your your side? >> I didn't hit my lights cuz I was right next to her. I just I wasn't even looking at me. He might have heard it. >> Yeah. >> But she didn't It didn't even phase her. >> Okay. All right then. Yeah, we are. But we got that car stopped and we out with the Corvette right now. Uh she's definitely uh she's been drinking so they're doing field sobriety on her right now. Nine heel totoe steps down the line. Make sure you keep your eyes on your feet. Count your steps out loud. Keep your hands down by your side. Once you start walking, don't stop till you finish. Do you understand? >> 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 I can turn around. >> Yes, ma'am. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. >> Awesome. >> They always think they're acing this test. Your hands supposed to be at your side. You can't use them for balance. You're not listening. They already seen it in your eyes. It's a little too late anyway. I'm sure they just got to go through the motions. But they always feel like, I did your test. I passed. I aced it. I'm just fine. And yep, Pette. Even though um he thought that the other driver was black, he did say who the actual aggressor was. Always appreciated on that. >> She was the aggressor as far as like not letting the situation like like no cooler heads type thing, you know? But that's just part I saw. >> Okay. [snorts] Hey, man. I sure appreciate it, man. You be safe out there, man. >> All right, buddy. You >> too. All right. Thank you. Bye. >> Last thing I'm going to ask you do is I'm going ask you to take a deep breath straw like you're blowing up a balloon. This is not the state master test of your breath. You okay with doing that? >> Yes, sir. >> I'm going to hold it. I'm not going to let you. >> Can I be honest with you? >> Yeah, I'd love for you to be honest with me. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Go ahead. >> Cuz you already lied to me and told me you hadn't had nothing. Great. >> We're investigating currently. >> All right. Um I am a manager at a private country club. >> We just got out of an event and I tasted a couple shots. I live right here >> in Balmoral. I would have done the moment. Like I said, if we need to, we will let you know. >> However, that guy >> All right. >> Rode me off the road. >> Okay. >> And I got a little scared. >> Okay. Well, I'm just trying to make sure that you're safe to drive. That's all I'm trying to do. Ensure that you're not impaired. >> Okay. Can I leave my car here >> and just No, we can't leave your car here. >> Okay. Can I get somebody to pick up my car? Officer Wooten, >> we're kind of past that at this point. >> Why? >> Why? Why would you need somebody to pick up your car? >> Because you're making me nervous. >> The truth was closing in and choking her, but the female wasn't willing to give in. Caught between undeniable lies and a mountain of an ego. >> This is where we're at, Miss. I do believe that you are safe to operate a motor vehicle. I'm going to place you under arrest for driving under the influence. I need you to face away from me. >> Can I not have my hus >> No, your not your husband can't come. Um, yes. Every time. Bonnie said they always live close by or right around the corner. I'm 5 minutes away. My house is just right there. And Ace Moonshot got the other one. It's always a couple of shots. I had a couple of drinks. It's always two drinks. And she said, "I tasted two shots. Deita Joe." That's what she said. [laughter] Come get me. >> Not anymore. No matter past that. You should have had that before you got behind the wheel. >> So, I need you to face away from me. So, the other guy that I called you guys to help me with >> is being dealt with by three officers. >> Grab my arm and my phone. >> He probably had good reason to get upset with you because you're impaired in your driving. >> So, behind your back. Don't >> Are you serious? >> Do this again. >> Are you kidding me? >> No, ma'am. I don't have much of a uh >> Seriously, you're going to get a charge. >> You're not resisting arrest. Seriously, you can't even write a ticket correctly. >> I know. I can't read. >> It didn't work for you last time when I arrested you either. So, I'm trying to get >> Why are you doing this? Why can't you just help me? So, some guy pulls me over on the side of the road, >> grabs my phone, grabs my arm, and you guys arrest me. >> That's that uh revisionist history right there. You followed that man. You are aggressive. You did this. He did not come for you. I got to read something to you. You must go to Yeah, you're right. Yeah. Get get my phone. >> No, ma'am. Just listen. Somebody for suspects a 21. >> Somebody grabbed me and you guys are not even we're we're dealing with him. Okay. No, you're not. >> We are. I just came from there. There's three other officers up there with me. >> Why am I getting arrested? >> I need you to listen. >> Officer is about to explain everything. >> Can you grab me out of my car? >> Thank you. Can you guys just be human and not give >> We are We are just stop being please. I understand that. >> You're being so nice. You don't have to be like this again. >> I understand it. Just please talk to me. I have to read something. >> Why? That guy need to listen. Ma'am, >> I'm not my phone. Grab my hands. And now I'm the one getting arrested. >> The state of Georgia has conditioned your privilege to drive upon the highways of the state upon your submission to the state administered chemical test. blood, breath, urine, or other bodily substance for the purpose of determining if you're under submit the testing and the results indicate alcohol concentration 0.08 g or more. There it goes. They got a child at home. I have a three-year-old daughter. You don't think about that while you're out there raging and trying to get somebody else in trouble. But now you remember you have a three-year-old daughter at home. your Georgia driver's license or privileged drive on the highway may be suspended for minimum period of one year out of my car. >> Will you submit to the state administered chemical test of your breath and blood? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> The drama was just beginning as the Karen and her suddenly woke up after getting cuffed. >> Are you stop? Okay. Do not >> stop. Don't touch me like that. >> Only thing I have to correct and I do this is this is my other favorite channel cuz he is that narrator that be having like little shady stuff to say. I remember this is my one of my other favorites. Is this police insider? Who is this? Yep. Police insider. Yep. But I was going to say he said the Karen and her woke up. No, she was already activated. She just went Super Saiyan Karen. She was already here. So it it didn't wake up just now. From the time she thought she was right and followed that man, that Karen was already activated. >> Give us a reason to. >> No. Not until you understand. >> God grabbed me out of my car. >> Put your butt in here first. We're going to turn you around. Have a seat. >> If you keep Listen, if you keep acting up, you're going to get more and more charges. All right. That's the last thing you need right now. >> Grab me out of my car. >> Grab my phone. >> We'll grab your phone. We'll grab it for you. >> Grab your phone. >> Let me call her dad. >> Okay, we will. We will. Let us get you in the car. Stop acting this way and we will let you call him. Is that okay? >> Car right now. >> WHY? I didn't do it. >> Please let me come out. 1841. >> If you kick the door again, I'm going TO TIE YOU OFF. >> DO YOU WANT YOUR LEGS? >> OFFICER, shut this down. >> Please let me talk TO HIM. >> WE WILL. As soon as you start acting like a damn adult. >> Do you want to call somebody? >> Yes, but you got to give my my face to my hand. >> Well, I got your No, I just need your numbers. What's your numbers? >> I don't know the number. You don't know the numbers? >> I need my face. >> What is his name in the phone? >> I really hope he ends up in this position. >> Go to my favorites. >> Can you see that? Einstein. Yeah. >> Einstein. That's his name. >> Babes. Babes. >> I don't know what his name in your phone is. Appreciate it. >> Well, don't be a to me and I won't be a to you. >> All right. >> Open the door. >> No, you >> I want to talk to him. I'm going to let you talk to him through the window. >> I want it. >> Officer's busy. >> Look, he's on the phone. >> Jay. >> Hey. >> Hey. I'm in the back of a cop car. Officer Vasquez, can you take the phone? >> Can you give it to Officer Vasquez? >> What do you want me to tell him? >> I want you to talk to him. >> Okay, >> great. >> Thank you, Thomas. >> I'm right around the corner. I can come pick her up. >> Uh, we're way beyond that. Um, she's under arrest currently for driving under the influence. She will be going to jail. >> Can I have the phone? Come to me now. >> Hang on one second. >> No. >> Hang on one second. Give me a Just hang on. He's talking. You wanted him to talk. I get it. >> No, you don't get it. You don't get it. I'm not surprised. I'm not surprised at all. And I know she not about to say she halfway. Oh my god. [snorts] All right. I know our people present in so many ways, but I I don't believe her on this one. >> So tell me Vasquez or Thomas. >> I'm not Vasquez. >> Yeah. My my mom's black, so get over it. >> The derogatory comments and racial slurs continued to intensify on the way to the jail. She even slipped her cuffs and was determined to make >> Hell no. She's not half black. She just said her mom's black. We all know if someone has a black mom and they're biracial, the black mom usually gets you together and you would not be talking like that. So, nope. For sure. Nope. That ain't happening. And and she's despicable for even doing that. >> Things worse for herself. I hope your kids become delinquents cuz you're not serving and protecting. >> Are you trying to slip your handcuffs? >> Nope. Not at all. >> I think that's exactly what you're doing. You know I can see you. >> Okay. >> You took your handcuffs off. >> No. >> Put your hand back in it. >> Put it in. >> Put your hand back in. >> Put it Put it in back. Put it back in. It was never in. >> It was never in. You want it behind? >> It was never in. >> Y'all do not do >> I think we're going to be good. >> Can you call my husband first? >> Can you >> Oh, you hit me. >> You hit me hard. Oh, you hit me. >> Don't ever touch me like that again. Stop touching me like that. It's in the cup. Do not pull me like that, you son of a Wow. You're that bad at your job. Touch me like that again. >> Touch your seat. >> Stay in the car. >> Touch me like that. >> In the car. >> I never got out. You s touch me like that again. Touch me like that again. You >> She just She just going for the whole bingo card of slurs, isn't she? Yeah. That I mean, I don't expect anything less. I don't I knew to expect this from her, but it's just crazy how, you know, people just aren't scared to show their true color. >> You're Yeah, she's she's very racy. Yeah, I know. I could tell. >> No. Get my phone. You won't knob. You're got what? Mom and dad both. Transport. Yeah. Transport. >> We're coming. 104. >> Hey, how are you? >> Good. This is funny. >> Hey, well, look, I'm Corporal. You're at the jail now. Okay. So, everything that went on, we going we going to let it go. >> That's fine. I don't want any man touching me. >> Okay, but we got women right here. Okay, >> that's cool. >> No, all the men gone. >> They're moving. They're moving. >> Okay. Do you Do you guys know why I got arrested? >> We'll talk about it as soon as you get >> No. No. We're going to talk about it now. I just had >> Come on. You want to hear me? You're going to hear me out. >> Don't talk. Don't pull me like that. Are you >> Oh my god. >> Oh. Oh, this deserves a playback. Oh no. I need that satisfaction one more time. I was I put in the chat yank her, but I didn't remember she actually got yanked. [laughter] We're going to do that one more time. >> Do you Do you guys know why I got arrested? >> No. No. We're going to talk about it now. I just had >> You want to hear me? You're going to hear me out. Don't. Don't pull me like that. Are you >> Oh my god. Are you kidding me? >> Oh, you guys ARE >> HEY, LET MY ARM go like that. >> Oh my god. The 33-year-old female was charged with simple battery against police officer, obstruction of law enforcement officers, driving under influence, reckless driving, aggressive driving, drive-thru, safety zone, VGCSA, less than 1 ounce, and transactions [music] of related objects. YouTube thinks you'll love the >> Okay, they laid it all on the line. I appreciate that. Let me go ahead and get my I got to go back and get my likes to the other ones, too. But Yep. Yep. I appreciate that. Okay. Curious to know what y'all think about this one once you hear the whole story for this one. So, I may not add as much of my opinion. I might just kind of re repeat some things she said possibly. I don't know. I'm trying not to I don't want to insert myself in this. I want to know what y'all think. But this says police surprise Door Dash driver after she attacks store owner. All right, here we go. On October 9th, 2025, officers were dispatched to [music] a residence in reference to an assault that took place during a Door Dash transaction. >> Hello. >> Yeah. >> Hello. It's the police. Can you come and talk to us? Hi there. >> Hi. Can you come on out? We just need to talk to you about something. >> Okay. Step on out. Come on. Watch a little baby. What's going on? >> So, we need to talk to you about something that happened up at a campus town. >> Okay. >> Can you come on? Can you step on out? >> I don't listen to you guys. >> Okay. Can you step out to talk to us? I can't cuz I don't watch the little baby right now. So, >> okay. Well, I mean, you can step right here when we talk to you. >> I can't I can't. >> Okay. Well, I mean, there's something that happened up there and we need to talk to you about it. Otherwise, there's probably going to be a 49 put out for your arrest. >> What's that for? >> Well, I need to talk to you about it, but I can't do that like this. All right. All right. So, go ahead and put your hands behind the back. >> Can I just be honest with you guys? >> Well, I need I do a baby on y'all watching the baby. >> Just uh we have to read you Miranda and everything. So, before you say anything, let us read you that and then we can talk. All right. >> Can I just be your ass? Can I talk to the guy really quick? Cuz he did put his feet on me, his hand on me. He He really beat my ass one day. >> Okay. Well, you can we can talk to you here in a minute, but we got a Ricky Miranda. All right. >> All righty. You know, just like what I was explaining to you, this is about an incident that [clears throat] happened up at Campus Town at the FiveStar Chicken and Fish. All right. And we have on video a couple different incidents involving you with the person behind the register. All right. >> So, is he being locked up as well? Cuz he did put his hands on me first. >> The first time we're getting your side of the >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So we we got to get your side. That's why I'm [snorts] >> you know. >> So yeah, I'm just pretty pissed. So I went up there. I'm actually in school and everything. This is my home. Um I went up there to Door Dash after I get off work. I do Door Dash. >> Okay. >> Um so I did go up there to pick up food. And I wish you guys could see the video. Hopefully they can pull that video. He was very rude. I mean very rude. And >> when was [clears throat] this? And this was I believe last Friday. >> Okay. >> Last >> I was like yeah last Friday. Okay. >> Last Friday around 4 3 but >> he did um >> he was very rude. Then I left out came back in probably like 5 minutes later cuz he said the fool was he was rude. Came back the fool still wasn't done and he started yelling and I'm asking the guys like what is he yelling for? Um after that all that we had a shouting match. He stood on top of um the counter and he jumped feet first. Um I also have witnesses as well um because they did contact me cuz I was thinking about pressing charges but I didn't. You know what I mean? And um you know you know and that's probably that's not even probably that's where it stem from. >> Okay. >> So >> So then what what happened today then? Actually, nothing happened today. I knocked over his bananas and I laugh out. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I mean, I didn't Yeah. I didn't break anything. I didn't destroy anything, but I did knock over his bananas. I laugh out. >> Was there anything said >> What do you mean? >> Was there anything said while you were there to you? You say anything to him? >> Yeah. He said, "Um, let me talk to you." He said, that's what he said. He started because he's a he said, "Let me talk to you." He said, "Um, that happened a while ago." Cuz he wanted to explain himself. That happened a while ago, but it was just last Friday. It's not even Friday yet. Tomorrow's Friday. >> I'm so sorry. And she's explaining this story. It just gives SNL skit to me. I don't know what it is about it. Mindy says she had time to come up with a good story and this is what she came up with. She needs to get her tuition back cuz her school is not ain't schooling her at all. [gasps] Mindy. >> So, and then after that after that I'm like, "No, you can't talk to me because you put your hands on me first." I'm a female. I could take a hit. I actually wanted to apply for the police office. I don't have a misdemeanor offense. >> Mhm. >> So, I was able to take a hit. You know what I mean? But the fact of the matter is, you see how you on my porch right now cuz bananas fail. I worth more than that >> and I didn't >> She's on the They're on the porch because bananas fell [laughter] that. All right, [clears throat] y'all are coming in. Lovable Scorpion says she confused. Mindy said this is all she could come up with. Noir says she was skipping steps. Yeah. See, this is where I was like, "Huh?" And then I think the comments has said something about she lied about having a baby in there or lied about a baby being alone in the house or something. It it was it's been a lie and it's more it's more. >> Call the police. So at the end of the day, what was said after that was him saying that and I it wasn't actually nothing really said cuz I came here and knocked the bananas over. >> Okay, >> I'm not going to lie. I knocked the bananas over, but it wasn't, >> you know. >> Sure. >> I didn't touch them. I heard them. I'm pretty sure I didn't break the fruit. >> Okay. All right. Well, I appreciate you being honest about today because that's exactly what the video shows, right? You just walk on in. You literally shove. It was bananas. It was apples. It was also a couple little iPad things. All right. Um, Friday there was also video, everything scattered on the floor. Uh, looked like there was a Facebook video also. >> Did you guys see the actual the whole video? Because the video that was on Facebook was actually the second round. I actually came back to try to get my food again. >> Mhm. >> You know what I mean? >> And you see me grab my food. He snatched it out my hand. >> So tell tell us a little bit more about that because >> you're a Door Dasher. Yeah. And I gray stars. >> Very polite. >> Uhhuh. >> Yeah. >> The way like >> it sounded like you you like weren't according to him, you didn't have the right information or the right thing to like confirm that that was the food. Like can you explain more a little bit more about that? >> It was it was complete. I actually made a report with Door Dash. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I got it on my Door Dash. I made a report against the restaurant cuz she asked me cuz if you a Door Dash employee >> like me, I'm platinum. Like I could go somewhere like I door dash this morning 45 minutes. I made 35 minutes. >> Sure. So >> no cap. >> What uh >> did you make any threats against him or his children or his school? >> No, he got school. So he was saying, and this is what we take seriously, is that he was saying that you made threats saying that you knew where his kids live, where he lives, and where they go to school. >> I don't even think the guy had a green card, and I'm just being honest. >> Okay. So, did you make those threats? >> No, I did not make those threats to hell. >> It went beyond the video. >> Not No, this part seems to where it kind of crossed the line for him. That's mostly why he called. >> Oh, not me getting hit. Well, >> I mean, >> he's also thinking that he got hit, but that's what I'm saying. >> But the video was show he jumped. He was standing on top of a picture somebody. I'm already about 53. I mean, picture and I got on boots. I got stuff inside of them. I probably found one. Picture him standing on top of a thing yelling and he jumped feet first. I got, you know what I mean? >> I've already been not threatened, but actually hit. >> So, do you have video of this this part? Actually, I got a witness who was there. They should had a video, y'all. >> Y'all have that video. >> We've got There's another >> video of the altercation. We don't have a video >> of him standing up >> your side. >> Oh, that's good. That's good. I like that. I like a little line because that means somebody know they did something wrong. So, but at this point, >> it's crazy for someone that is lying to say, "Oh, I like when a little bit of lying talk about he lied on her." I don't know if there's more video or not, but she is not helping herself at all. I do believe she threatened talking about I know I know your kids. I know where they go to school. Even if she didn't know, I do believe she said that. Um, and why did you come back another time once y'all had the initial confrontation? Why did you come back? And I'm with y'all who said she came back. Pette says she came back to get her retribution by knocking over the bananas and doing all that extra stuff from whatever confrontation they had the other time. Did not contact the police to say you were attacked, which they would have, you know, that's something you should do. You came back to go ahead and be aggressive and threaten that man's kids. He's definitely going to contact the police at this point. But going back to me, every when someone goes back to chase a confrontation, you're kind of you're kind of knocking out some things that happened beforehand depending on what happened beforehand. >> Um, is there anything else that you want to say about these two incidents? >> Um, no. Other than I didn't threat him. I mean, he threatened me and my family. I'm going to >> Why would you come back today and push the fruit over? >> You said >> Why would you come back today and push the fruit over? Probably because he jumped on my head with his feet. That I hope that'll hold some resonation. >> He jumped on your head. >> Yeah, with his feet. That's the That's what I want y'all to have. >> Why did you never call? Why didn't you call us when it happened? >> Cuz I had things to do. >> Yeah. >> I'm a busy person. I just told y'all I got a full-time job, >> parttime job, and I'm a full-time student. >> Okay. [snorts] >> You see me? I'm in the house. >> And I'm not a kid. I'm 32. >> All right. So, >> but I didn't threaten him. That's actually a lie. And if he's actually taking part on the video, so y'all won't see it. >> Sure. All right. So, right now, we're going to take you to the back of this officer's squad car. Okay. And you do have some arrests. All right. So, we're going to take you to the back of the squad car. >> So, what are the arrests? >> So, for today, disorderly conduct, criminal damage property, and salt. And then for the incident on Friday, it's going to be aggravated battery and what was the other one? >> This one or the other? >> Yeah, it was another like the >> So, am I able to press chargers? >> So, >> can I ask you one question? >> Do you have any evidence or anything like that? I >> I actually have witnesses and the people >> are they nonbiased? >> No, I don't know them. If if you see the video, >> so how did you get the w how did you get the witnesses information? >> Because um they actually uploaded the video that y'all said y'all saw and I contacted the page and it was me. I got the message. >> That wasn't the female there that was holding the door open for you as you left. >> No, no, no. I actually have the messages. >> Okay. Well, we're going to go to the back. >> Can I also ask you one more question though? >> Can I go and ask or No. >> Can we ask the guy? >> Can we actually squash this? Because I am an adult. We are humans. >> Mhm. >> I could squash it. >> I got you. >> The woman was charged with assault and disorderly [music] conduct. Thanks for >> All right. What's y'all's verdict overall on that one? I tried I was in the chat a little bit, but I try not to say too much till it got in there, but let me know what y'all think about her [laughter] actions and her story. Um, dang, that was going to tell y'all. Oh, man. Well, hopefully I I remember it during this other video. But please like the live. Definitely that. Please like the live if you're in here. And I'll try to remember what else I was going to tell y'all. I was taking notes on her story in case I had to go back and check something cuz it was taking me all over the place. Hey, Miss Lady One. [laughter] Oh, Dean and Bless and Holly Favorites said, "What about the baby?" That's why I think they said she was lying in the comments. Let me see if they put it in here about the baby. Hold on. Dang it. Oh, uh, Vicki said the baby left inside alone. I I feel like she lied about a baby being in there. I feel like somebody had said that earlier, but I don't see it now in the top comment. Okay, I'mma try to remember the other thing I was going to tell y'all. But next one up, police surprise serial check fraudster at her home. These people just Oh lord. Here you go. You can just watch it. Here you go. On December 17th, 2025, officers visited a home to follow up on a string of string of fraud across multiple banks. With both suspects inside the house, they decided to speak with one first. >> Um, you want to come with us? I appreciate you meeting with us. We're not going to take long. Okay. And then you All right. So, Destiny, you you understand you're not under arrest right now, right? You are free to leave at any time. >> Yeah. I'm just trying to figure out what's like completely going on. >> Yeah, we're going to explain all that. Like I said, I I've got to kind of give you this spiel beforehand, just so you know. Like I said, you're So, real quick, first off, do you know why we wanted to speak with you? >> Not completely, though. >> Not completely. Okay. What What do you think we're here about? Just out of curious, we're with the Bartlett Police Department. You know that, right? What What comes to mind when you think of Bartlett? Like, what's what's the most recent thing? >> Barlet. >> Yeah. >> Well, the I I barely be in Bartlett, but um when I did go to Bartlett, um I did go to a bank. That's it. >> You went to a event? Okay. Can you run me through what that was? Like again, I'm not these aren't trick questions. I just don't want to put words in there. >> No, that's fine. Um, so I just went to open up um a bank account. >> Okay. >> Mhm. >> And that's the only involvement you've had in Bartlett recently. Okay. Did was there any issues with that bank account or opening up or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. Um, how did you open it up? Did you present like an ID or anything like that? Yeah. >> Do you remember the name of the bank? >> Um, Old Second. old second. Okay. Do you still have like a debit card and stuff from that bank? >> No. No. No. >> What happened to it? >> Um I lost it. >> Oh, okay. All right. >> No. So, basically, um I did go to the bank. I opened up a bank. Um showed them my information and things. Um I got one card. It wasn't working. So then I got another card. Well, it's probably somewhere in my wallet, but I I don't use it. I haven't used it cuz >> Gotcha. You had a problem with the one card though, right? >> Okay. Had you made any deposits into an account since then? >> Um >> the initial one? >> Um a check. >> Check. Okay. >> Yeah. All I did was sign a check. >> Okay. Can you tell me a little bit more about the check? A little bit. >> A little bit more about the check. Um >> like where you got it from, who you got it from, all that kind of stuff? Um, so I don't know. I sell something >> like a dirt bike. >> Okay. >> Um, they wrote me a check. I I signed it. >> Okay. >> And >> so the dirt bike that you sold it was that was your your dirt bike? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Where where did you uh sell that? >> It was in the city. >> In the city. >> I was I don't I didn't know his last name though. >> Do you have like sales paperwork for that for the bike? >> No. >> Okay. Where was the Was the bike registered to you? >> Was the bike registered to me? >> Yeah. >> No. >> What kind of bike was it? >> It was like a dirt bike. I don't I don't know what kind of dirt bike it was. >> I understand. >> Yeah. I don't know what kind of dirt bike it was, but it was a dirt bike. >> Okay. Uh and and you said it was yours. Where did you get that bike from? >> I got it from somebody else. I got it like from a friend. >> Okay. >> I'm just asking. It was It wasn't like stolen, was it? >> No, I just No. No. No. >> All right. But did you have any paperwork on that bike? Anything like that? >> No. No, I didn't have any paperwork on that bike because I got it from somebody else. All I know is I tried to sell it. I don't know. Like I completely don't know what the like what was the name of the check or where the check was from. All I know is I just signed it. >> Okay. Can you walk me through like the sale cuz I want to try to piece that together like the individual that you spoke with and all that kind of stuff. Is they're not like a friend of yours, right? No, this is somebody I met. >> You like were you with anybody at the time? >> When I was I with anybody when I was in >> She is repeating so many of his questions trying to think of a lie on the spot. She needs to stop while she's behind cuz I can't say quit while you're ahead cuz she was never ahead. Um Ebony said is uh it's your dirt bike but you can't describe what the dirt bike looks like and you sold it right. I'm telling you just she just needs to be quiet. This is not going to help her at all. city. >> Yeah. >> No. >> All right. Were you driving your dirt bike in the city? >> No. >> Okay. >> Where was the dirt bike then? >> The dirt bike was I had it in my, you know, position where I wherever I was at when I went to the city. I bring it with me. Basically, I got a Uber. >> I'll Uber everywhere. So, I got a Uber. >> How big is this dirt bike? >> It's not that big. It's like it's it's like like little kid size. It's not that big. >> Oh, okay. And who's the mutual friend that you guys got hooked up with? >> Um >> All right, Destiny, can I be completely honest with you? >> All right. I I don't believe any part of your story cuz I've already heard this part of the story. >> Unfortunately, a while back and actually hear this and we've already checked it out. You understand what we're here for? Nobody's died and nobody's been hurt. Okay. But I do need you to be honest with me because the reality is >> is that if we lie about it, it could turn into a potentially very big issue. Okay? Like I said, the issue that it's already at, we're just doing our job and following up on. Okay? Everything you're telling me, none of it adds up. And I know why it doesn't add up, cuz it didn't happen that way. Okay? I'm being completely honest with you. I'm not going to yell at you. I promise even if unless you tell me you killed somebody, you're going back in with your baby today. Okay? I promise you that. Am I lying? Have we have we had this conversation with multiple people before? >> We've done this a thousand times. >> Okay. I'm not saying we wouldn't have to address something at some point, but I'm telling you, we don't want to address it in a >> All right. Lovable Scorpion says, "So, was the dirt bike stolen or was the check fraudulent?" I think it's all the above. There was a stolen dirt bike and I think there was a fraudulent check. I feel like both. [laughter] or there there was no dirt bike ever and that's why she can't describe it because they didn't get their story together enough to come up with how they got that check. But yeah, either way, dirt bike wasn't legal if it's real or it never existed and it led to them making that excuse for this fraudulent check. Yeah. Bonnie says she is annoying me repeating the questions. You heard him. If you're repeating it, then you heard him the first time >> after a lie. >> Yeah. >> So, why don't you tell me the the real origin of that check, please? Because I I'll be honest with you, Destiny. I don't really think um it ends with you. And I I really I I I don't get that opinion. Okay. And I understand you're probably nervous if I get another >> translation. You you do not have the intellectual fortitude to pull off a scheme that's probably larger than just this check. You barely are just the scapegoat in the face that we would come after. That's what I feel like he's saying. people in trouble, but you got to think about yourself, too. And you don't want to get in trouble for something more for more than what you might have done because that that that compounds it. Okay. >> Can you tell me what really happened about that check? >> Okay. All I know is the check just got wrote. I don't know. The check got wrote. I didn't um know the amount. I just signed the back. I didn't go to the ATM to do that. Um, I I just signed my name and that was it. And it was just my account. >> No, it was your account. Okay. But don't forget, too, there's cameras everywhere, Destiny. Okay. You You told me a little bit more of the truth and a little bit more's coming out. Okay. But we need to get to the full truth, right? I'm not asking you questions I don't already know the answer to. We didn't find you by accident. I didn't just guess your name, pull out of a hat, and come here. Okay. >> So, what was the reason? >> What's that? like what was the reason >> that we came and talked to you >> is about that check. >> Okay. >> Okay. And I know you know the truth behind the check. Okay. But like I said, if you're worried about getting somebody else in trouble, okay? I'm not we're not going to cause a stir with everything, but I I I know of it. Okay. So, where'd you get that check? >> Who gave it to you? >> I didn't Nobody gave me a check. I just signed the check. Nobody gave me a check. >> Nobody gave me a check. I just signed the check. How did you get the check to sign it, Destiny? >> I just signed it. I just signed the back of it. >> Like nobody like, you know, like when you get when you have a check and you sign like the front of it. I didn't do none of that. All I did was sign the check. >> You endorsed it on the back. Okay. So, you're saying that you didn't deposit the check? >> Um, >> cuz you know where it was deposited? All right. And I can tell Can I tell you something? You were dropped off. Who dropped you off? I even know the car that dropped you off, Destiny. I don't make a living out of lying to people. Okay? I make a living out of getting the truth out of people. Okay? The only way this gets any worse for you is lying about it and making it a bigger deal. That this is not the biggest issue. Okay? It's the It's not the crime of the century. Okay? >> Yeah. >> But you understand what happens when we lie about it. We make this situation worse, right? Because then when you try to tell the truth, nobody's going to believe you >> because you lied the first time. Okay. So, >> well, okay. So, like even if I was to say everything like the truth or whatever, I'm trying to figure out what would happen next. Like, >> well, what would happen next is you go back home in your house. Okay. Well, first of all, I we'd appreciate you telling the truth to us. All right. You go back in your house, we continue our investigation. We be back in touch with you. You ever seen those show cops where like they go in, they storm the house, they take people out in handcuffs. All this is a crazy thing. Okay, that's what we do in situations that we have to. Okay, a lot of times when we talk to people, we have conversations just like this. And the worst thing is we we call them back in the station. Sometimes we run tickets. We're not here to upset your life. If I were to lie to you right now, okay, it would ruin my credibility. Let me ask you this. If I were to handcuff you right now and arrest you in the station, would you believe anything I said after that? Right? Cuz it would be a lie on what I told you before. Okay? If it makes other people look bad, okay? Your involvement is your involvement. Their involvement is their involvement. Okay? We're not here to blame anybody else. Okay? But we're here to tell the truth. All right? And I think you've kind of understood right now that like we've done our homework on this. We know the truth. >> We're just giving you the opportunity. >> Sorry. going to be for information right now. >> Somebody wrote the check. I signed it. [music] >> Um, somebody wrote the check. I signed it. They took me to the bank. I deposited it deposited into my account. But then all second um they called my phone. >> Mhm. because they knew that um for um fraud alert I guess >> and they told me um that they knew it was I like I like where I got the check from um that's what they told me and they told me they knew it wasn't me >> like the the origin >> Yeah. Yeah. Basically the same thing like you were doing. They was just trying to give me the opportunity to tell the truth. Um, I didn't cooperate because I thought I was in trouble and I I was just I was nervous. >> Well, the only thing that should scare you more, like I said, is is the not cooperating, right? You understand that? >> I'm cooperating, though. >> I know you are. So, what what did they know about the check? Okay. That you knew about the check at the time that it was cashed. >> I Wait, who? >> The the bank. >> The bank. What did they know about the check? >> Yeah. And the reason I'm asking this cuz I don't want to put words in your mouth. I don't want to tell your story. >> Like, what did they know about the check? Yeah. What was their issue with the check? >> Um, they said it was from like I guess the person who check it was, they called like from their company. >> Mhm. >> And they they called the bank. They got in contact with the bank and basically was like they didn't authorize that check to get deposited into my account. So that's when the check um locked my account. >> But there's nothing about that that was a surprise to you. You probably knew that Kyle was calling, right? >> No, I didn't. >> Maybe not from the bang. Okay. >> Yeah. No, I No, I actually didn't. >> Okay. So, as far as >> I didn't know. Sorry. I didn't know nothing was wrong with the check. Like I said, it got signed. All I did was sign it back. I didn't think like I didn't think that. >> But where did the money come from then, Destiny? If you don't think nothing wrong with the check and you just signed No, you if she's not 17 or under, so bad. Too bad for you. You endorsed a check for the purpose of funds being deposited into an account with your name on it and you didn't think the check was bad. So, where did the money come from that it was supposed to go into your account? Why did it have to be you? No. Now, she she is simple, but she ain't that simple. She doesn't understand how to maybe work the scheme, but she knew something was not right and this is this is illegal. >> It was nothing like anything wrong with the check. >> So, we know obviously you didn't get the check from that random guy in the city >> who actually gave you the check. This is very important. Okay. And if we going to be able to believe anything that you tell us, this is going to be the most important thing you tell us. my >> Yeah, but I didn't know what I don't know where she got the check from. She just wrote it and I just signed. >> What did uh what did when she gave it to you? >> Um >> this is also very important. >> I know. I know. But you can tell us. Well, if I'm being honest, she didn't tell me nothing like specific about the check or like where she got it from or she didn't tell me none of that. She just I'm telling you, she just signed it. I signed it back and we went to the bank. That was it. >> Okay. And I know she probably didn't give you specifics, but >> she didn't. >> There was a reason why she dropped you off at the drive-thru ATM and had you walk up. And I know she came into the bank with you when you were opening the account, but she's the one who told you to open up the account. Correct. And I I mean, I know she did, but And when she told you to open up the account, what did she say to you? >> Um, >> no, it's tough. But I said, this is this is part of the important stuff that we're talking about. >> Like like >> I don't know. It's It's kind of It's kind of hard to explain cuz it's not like she just like Yeah. She told me to open up the bank. >> Mhm. >> But it's not like she didn't tell me the reasons to open up the bank. She was just like, "I'm going to take you there. You going open up the bank." That's how it was. And then when she wrote to check other things like at that time, that's when you know stuff got talked about. >> Well, now this is going to be again still important. Let's talk about this stuff that was talked about because the details matter. >> She just said the money was going to be deposited to my account and it was going to be quick money. Fast money. >> Quick money. >> You're a money mule. Destiny is one of many money mules. They want your face on camera so their face doesn't have to be seen. They want you to put your name on the line. And they always tell you it's quick money. If you so happen not to get caught, you got a little quick money, but usually it just takes them a while to figure out it's fraud. It still comes around many many times unless you are with like a crazy criminal enterprise that is like really, you know, doing the whole uh what is it called? Like the shell company game like they are really deep in it. You're going to get caught. It's too easy to trace it back and you they're risking you and and I think she might be about to turn over on that girl, but most times you're the one that takes all the risk. I just don't quick money. I don't understand how quick money I do understand because people sometimes people just want the quick way. I do get it, but I wouldn't do it. I guess I'll just say that. I I know how some people get tempted, but you gotta be She needs to just get a nine to five. >> Like I said, no judgment, but given all these circumstances, right? Has she asked you to open up an account before this? >> There's been a couple more, right? >> No. No. I just She just asked me to open up >> two. Was it this in the Chase >> or was there a different one at the National Bank in Shamberg? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. Was that the same thing? There was also a check there, too. >> Okay. Where is she getting these checks? >> Um, I don't know. She already had them. >> Okay. And does she have like a checkbook of them? >> Um, no. She had a couple. >> She had she had a she didn't have a checkbook. Um, she had a couple. I like I said, I don't know where she got it from. I don't I honestly I really don't know. >> She was the one who filled out the check, the amount, all that kind of stuff when you saw her doing that. Was that here in the house? >> Okay. >> And I like I said, I just >> And that was both times at the Shambber location and then here. >> Yes. >> And these the check that she gave you the the previous time too was from the same company, right? It's the same type of check. Okay. >> And both times she just filled it out at the house. >> Mhm. >> I don't know the person that she who name she put I don't know them personally. I don't know them at all. >> Do you think that she's going to say it was your fault or or is she going to she going to be honest like you have been? >> I'm just curious. I'm not going to talk to her today. >> Yeah. Honestly, I feel like I don't feel like she's going to put on me cuz I will I mean I will hope she don't because I'm like and >> I'm not the like >> of course she's going to put it on you. That's why she didn't put her face on camera. That's the whole point. Of course [laughter] she's going to put it on you. H life is about to be really, really hard for Destiny. >> She's the one that had me doing these things. >> Mhm. >> So I would hope she's adult enough to take accountability at the end of the day. It's I like I should never got myself into that. I should have just >> cuz I had a I have a whole I had a whole job. I was working. She came to me. So and I have a whole baby. So, it's just like >> I know >> I will hope that she wouldn't do something like that, but her she probably is going to like not hurt like when I go in there, she probably going to ask what I say or she's either going to try to, you know, keep up the story that she told you guys and that she that I told you guys >> and I and I I >> don't know how it goes, but >> I don't want you to answer anything for her on behalf of her. I don't expect that from you. I just wanted to let you know and obviously we're kind of remind you like hey you can only control you and your actions. Okay. Has she been taking care of you like financially and um >> or at least giving you a place to stay or are you just kind of hanging out with her today? >> Yeah, I'm just kind of hanging out with her. Um I always just kind of hang out with I don't stay with her like if I go with her it it only be for like two to three days and that's it's only about like money moneywise. It's not about like nothing else. Yeah. Because at first really I was I was scared and worried cuz I was just like like I I don't know what to say and she was like you know you got to know what to say but it's a lot of pressure on me trying to lie and then >> it is >> keep up with trying to trying to find another way to lie and keep up with things and I just >> well and that's why I said you never know what she's going to >> even if I did keep up with a lie I felt like I had no other choice but to tell the truth because I felt like I was going to get like in trouble regardless >> because you guys already know the truth. >> We do. Let me ask you this offh hand. Is it just >> drop me off where? >> At at the bank. >> Was that was her and that's her Acura. She was driving the black car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Did she have it here today or No, >> I don't. >> Okay. But as far as what you guys were doing, you guys are the only two that were involved in in those transactions. Was there anybody else with you? >> No. >> No. >> Do you think that she got the checks from somebody else in your family? >> Yeah, she pro I really don't know, but she probably did. But she probably didn't. I can't. >> That's a specific question. Do you think she got the checks from someone else in your family? He didn't say just from somewhere someone else. That's a specific question that she may know the answer to. Cuz why would he say somebody else in your family? >> I can't I wouldn't know because she never told me where she got the chase from. >> I mean, obviously though, you know, they're not hers. So, the fact that they're not legitimate and that's >> Yeah, but I didn't think like they were not legit >> because, you know, usually when you go to a bank, they give you checks. Like when you when I went to a bank. >> Yeah. No, I get that. But I'm saying she's writing different people's names on it. She's feeling it on herself. So that part was the red flag to you, right? >> Yeah. Yeah, it was. It was. >> Is it safe to say while you were doing this, you were nervous you guys might get caught? >> I was. >> You seemed very nervous >> at the bank. I know you were keeping up a good front about it, but you seemed quite nervous. >> Yeah. Um I was because like this happening, I did not think that I couldn't get caught because I expected it to happen. So, it's like I'm not surprised because then again, she did say like you don't have nothing to worry about and you're not going to get in trouble and stuff like that. So, >> you thought she like had her your her back and everything like that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Um, >> wait. So, was this just for the old national bank? Just both. >> Well, that's how we kind of got involved in this, but there was again a couple incidents that and we we had to do our homework. We've known about both of you for for quite a minute. Okay. But I >> I also as I was watching this, excuse me, I'm curious of how he talks like say how he talks to his partner in the front seat. I cuz I feel like he's using his calming you can trust me voice for Destiny. And I wonder how he really talk when he ain't got to put on the act. I was I'm very curious about that >> cuz we know what happened. We know how it happened. We know when it happened. We know where it happened. We just don't know why it happened. Like I said, the question that I really have to answer cuz it's the one question I really can't answer just on my own, right? >> Yes. >> Is that you know, and I got to separate you, am I worried about you printing out these checks on your own and doing this again, you know? >> No. Like before she came to me, how like even if I was just to open up the bank accounts on my own without her telling me, >> my bank account would have been just regular. Like it would have been okay. I would never did anything with it. only because I don't know how to I didn't know how to do that before before she >> Yeah, understand. You know, it's not illegal to open up a bank account. >> No, I know it's not illegal to open up a bank account, but to to to get checks and then write it myself and then sign it and other people in the name. I didn't know none about that. I didn't know that's how you can do that. >> Okay. >> And so she explained it to me. Oh, I understand. So, she >> So, by the time you did it, you knew cuz she explained it to you and told you to do it. So, it don't it don't And I I do think she knew before that girl explained it to her, but you you you got to stop. You got to go ahead and take accountability on this one. >> Explain the process to you after you open everything up. >> Yeah. >> And that you're young and that makes sense to me. Okay. It's it's a scam. You know what I mean? Had a police officer been standing right next to you when you were depositing that check, would you have still done it? >> No. >> Right. Because you would have been worried you got caught and arrested for it. Right. You just did something illegal with your account after the fact to help facilitate what she wanted to do that was illegal. And she's the one who wanted you to open up the account and she had the designs the intent to do what she did. >> Um, we're trying to get the money off but >> it you're having a hard time. >> Yeah, basically. >> I get it. you kind of knew why you were having trouble with it and >> No, not really because the account bal it said account balance available and we also called the bank and they confirmed it. No, >> the first time like after that I really didn't want to do it anymore only because the the the story that I did tell them basically I had to have proof or whatever. I was kind of like surprised like dang because the money was in my account one moment then the next it wasn't and then after that didn't work I went to go open up a old second bank um and that just happened >> when you started getting the opinion somebody might figure this out pretty quick >> I get it >> but even after the first incident I did kind of think like it was a little suspicious but even after that she did go take me to open up this Oh, second like the same day or the next day is >> um I did regret it. >> I did regret it and I'm thinking like you know Christmas is around the corner. I got a daughter and then like even if like we did get the money, it's like I wasn't going to get all of it. >> They know you're getting your fee. They know how it works for the money mule. You take all the risk. You get the mo the least amount of money. They know. You already said it was quick. They told you it was quick money. You went with it. No matter how how nervous you were on that camera, you still went with it. Then you try to do it again at a second bank. This you made adult decisions. You're going to have to face adult consequences. >> Did she give you any of it of what you tried to get? >> Um, no. >> So, it almost sounds like she had you take all the risk for the most part with none of the reward. Did she threaten you in any way or she just present it as a a thing you guys can do and it would work? >> Yeah. >> Which one? >> The second one. >> Okay. So, she didn't like threaten you in any way? >> No, she No, she didn't threaten me. >> That makes it so much worse. I I almost wish she said yes, she threatened me because it gives you something. But this makes it so much worse. I I thought I could get caught, but I wanted to get Christmas gifts. Child, stop. >> Very articulate. Very smart girl. Okay. >> Lies. Lie. I'm Uhuh. I'm going to go back cuz see he about his nose about to get longer on that one. >> No, she No, she didn't turn me. >> You're very articulate. Very smart girl. Okay. I already know that you you did good in school, didn't you? >> I know you did. I can tell. I'm going to address this. I'm not going to tell her what you told me. Okay. But I already knew all that stuff. I want to see what she has to tell me. Okay. We're going to deal with her, too. Okay. >> Okay. Can it not be today? >> Well, >> like, can it be like till I leave? Because I I'm like a person like >> that's what I'm going to ask you. If there's a place you want us to give you a ride to, if there's some place you'd rather go, if you don't feel safe being if we have that conversation, okay, that's more than okay. We can accommodate that. Okay. Again, I'm not going to tell her what you said to us, >> but I'm sure she's going to probably either have her assumptions or whatever the case may be. >> Um, I think, well, like I said, I feel like it's she's going to stick to the same story line because that's what she wanted me to stick to. It's so much pressure on me because stuff is in my name. >> Yeah, >> it's in my name. And then it's like >> it just makes me look like the bad guy. Like, like I >> Dean said he's struggling to get those words out. Dean, didn't he say he said, "I'm in the business of telling the truth. I don't gain anything by lying." And [laughter] me definitely lie. >> I just did it all by myself. >> You're right. But I believe you. Okay. Now, and you know what? That may become an issue for further investigation. >> Okay. >> For her or for me. >> For her. Okay. We can give you a ride somewhere else if if you'd rather not stay with after this is over. I just don't want to be here while the like while you guys question her or anything because I don't want it's it's I feel like it's going to be so much pressure on me and then it's like when I do go back in there she's probably going to be like well what did you say? What did they say? You guys say this and I and I don't it's just I don't want to have to deal with that. >> So if you want to go in there we'll let her know hey she wanted us to give her a ride back to Clinton Heights. We're going to do that now. But I'll tell her I'll be like, "Um, I'm going to go to I'll tell her I will go to um >> and then while you're getting everything together, I'm going to have a brief conversation. You'll already be on your way out. Does that work?" >> Yeah, that's fine. >> All right. It's the police. May we come in and talk to you real quick? >> No, nothing. I >> Okay, well, we'll be outside. Destiny turned herself in and was arrested on her own accord after officers kept their promise almost a week later. She was charged with identity theft, forgery, and financial institution fraud. No information is available on the family member that allegedly masterminded the fraud attempts. Share your >> I wish we could see Destiny's interrogation video, but I feel like we probably would have got more of the same, so it probably would have been a waste of time. Yeah, Destiny is not the mastermind behind it, but we knew she was going to get her jail time. All right, next one. It took me forever and she's wearing a Home Depot shirt, and it still took me forever to realize she really worked for Home Depot. I'm not going to hold you, but this one says, "Home Depot cashier caught stealing from registers." Also, I want to say check to see if you're subscribed. If you've been here more than two or three times, I feel like you're liking the vibe. So, go ahead and subscribe [laughter] so you can just keep on coming back. All right, here we go. >> So, you need to allow me to know where the child is. I will go check on the child. Give >> I don't want to go to jail with this stuff. >> Don't listen. We understand that. I don't care about the I care about the baby. >> Why we just can't Whatever you stole, why we just can't pay for you. On August 7th, 2023, a deputy responded to a Home Depot for a reported grand theft involving an employee. Asset Protection identified the suspect as cashier, who was stopped [music] as she attempted to leave the store, claiming concern over her child. >> Hey, how you doing? >> How you doing? >> Um, so, so we had a cashier. So the story is so we had her for for for um keeping cash >> uh that was supposed to be left in the drawers. Okay. >> But she left her 5 months baby in a hotel room that she's staying at. She's not sure if her friend came to go pick up the baby. So I had to, you know, we waited for you guys, but we had to contact my boss. He told me to let her go. She's over there now >> in the break room. >> In the break room, >> but we need to make sure that the baby's okay. >> Yeah. >> Then the boyfriend shows up. He's looking for her. So, >> so where where is she at right now? >> In the break room. Make >> how you doing? You said your boyfriend's here. >> No. >> Where's your child? >> Huh? >> Where is your child? >> Okay. So, you left your child, >> huh? >> You left your child unattended? >> No. >> Who's your >> Your friend is with the child. >> This is already given. If you can huh, you can hear. Even though I'm one of those that I will disassociate so fast and I don't always hear the original question, but she heard him. If you can hug, you can hear >> Oh, okay. So, you're saying that your your child is alone? >> Is your child alone or not? >> My my child is with my friend. >> Your child is with your friend. >> So, we asked her to call cuz she told me that the child was unattended. >> Okay. >> And then she's my boyfriend. >> Okay. >> I'm we [ __ ] now. >> Are you the boyfriend? >> Okay. Could Could you just keep on moving for a second? I got to talk with her. Okay. So, let's welcome back because you said that your friend is with your baby. >> I'm going to go see. >> So, you left your baby unattended. >> Well, not earlier. I don't know exactly what I don't know exactly what they what area. >> If I could just tell him something. You can still stand right here. I just >> Sure. You can talk to him. >> Yes, but he's here now and we want to make sure the baby's okay. So talk to him >> cuz right now you're getting yourself in more trouble if you don't So be honest with him >> because your boyfriend's running over here trying to cover things up and right now we need to care the baby. >> Okay. >> Who's with your baby? >> My friend was with my >> So your baby's left unattended? No, that's what I'm saying. My My baby was left with my friend girl this morning. >> Your friend girl this morning? >> Come to work. >> Okay. So, she was with your friend. >> So, why do you think that the baby's not with your friend? She's already admitted. >> Mindy, thank you for the super chat. Mindy said, I want to know who looked at and listened to her talk and said, "Put her over some money." That is a great question. [laughter] Baby one time. >> I remember you. >> So your boyfriend can go check on your child. >> Which one? You're at You're at um >> You don't remember me? >> Yes, I do. You're at >> Royal. >> Yeah, you're at Royal. So where's the child at? >> Huh? >> Where's the child at? >> Yeah, but let's go see. >> So we can go check on them and we'll deal with that. We'll deal with you. We don't need you to leave. We can find out whether the child is there or not. >> You're Okay, ma'am. This is what you're saying. You're saying that you don't know. >> Just wait. Just wait. Wait. You're telling us that you don't know where your child is. Okay. And you don't know who is with your child. Understand that you're supposed to know that. That is another >> I do. >> But listen, listen. That's another charge. >> But no, that's not what I'm saying. >> That's what I'm telling you. >> No, that's not what I'm saying. I'm nervous. I'm sweating. >> Okay. So, what are you saying? have to talk right here. >> No, we're talking right here. >> So, who is with your child? >> Okay. My friend is supposed to be with my child. >> Okay. So, call her. >> That's the thing. I don't know her number. They said I'm allowed to leave and they was going to say, >> "Okay." All right. Let's Let's be Let's be 100% honest cuz you're not being 100% honest. >> Everybody know what's going on. >> Let's be 100% honest because again, you're not being 100% honest. You're not You're trying to get out of the fact that this is what you did. >> No, I'm not trying to get out of >> ma'am. You You are I'm I'm being I'm being very transparent with you, okay? And your actions show that you're trying to get out of this. You're not going to get out of this. That's what I'm trying to tell you. we can go over and make sure >> this is what I'm saying. >> Okay. >> That I was told >> Mhm. >> that I would be given a chance and that they were confident. >> So, we can go over I can go check to make sure she's there. But what I'm telling you is you're not getting out of this. >> Out of what? >> What's about to happen today? >> What is about to happen? She's >> what whatever is going to whatever is going to trans she's going to be prosecuted. >> Right. >> So either way we have her information. >> But since they weren't here now they're here. We need to let them know what's going on. That your baby's not safe. >> Yes. >> So right now address the baby cuz right now you're making it worse for yourself. >> No, that's not what I'm saying. What does prosecute? >> So we we're charging you for the >> Yes. >> Did she say what does prosecute mean? Uh, I do um I hope the baby is put in proper care cuz they said it's a fivemon-old that she may have left by themselves. So hopefully the baby gets in proper care. I don't know where they're at. If she was in Michigan, I'm seeing that Michigan has a great like drug recovery program cuz I she got to go to jail, but I do wish she was also put in a program because it's not going to help anything if she just go to jail and get right back out. You will be charged for the fence that you did. >> Jail? >> I don't know. >> Oh, >> you're going to be taken into custody >> for the You are going to jail for the >> Really? >> Yes, ma'am. It's a crime. >> Oh, we need to figure out what's going on with the child first. >> So, you need to allow me to know where the child is. I will go check on the child, give all the information, >> or we'll call DCF and handle it that way. >> Telling you right now, >> where's your mom? What's the address? >> It's at Royal. I know it's at Royal Inn. >> Huh? >> Can you call me? Can I get rid of this stuff? >> No. >> I don't want to go to jail with this stuff. Please. >> Check Check that bag. If they going to hand it over to you, they check that bag first because why is the first thing when you see him is to give him that bag? I feel like it's something in there. Are you going to do a check on the kid? >> I mean, he he's he's over there. He can do >> this is this is her boyfriend. >> What's the problem? >> Where's your baby? >> Why we just can't pay it? >> Why we just can't Whatever you stole, why we just can't pay for it? >> Because it's already been It's already been done. She regardless of if she's pregnant or not, >> right? So, where's the child at? >> Where's the child at? [music] >> This is too much. Where the heck is the child? Like, why are you taking so long to answer? >> Can I leave this? >> Where where is the child at? >> What happened to second chance? >> Okay. >> What happened to that? What happened to when a dude when when a dude came here tried to snatch it? Did y'all do anything about that? >> So, the second chance is to find the baby. Where's the baby? >> I'm pregnant. >> I'm pregnant. Please. >> Where's the child? >> I don't. >> No, you don't know. Is that >> baby has to Can we trespass him, please, after we're done? >> I don't care about you making it worse for me. Please, y'all. Please tell me. >> No, that's my job to do. But if you don't mind telling me where the baby's at so we can handle that, I'd greatly do that and go over to Royal. >> Can we trespass after we're done? >> I don't care about no toothpaste. You're not getting my ID. >> Sir, go ahead. >> Sir, >> you want me to >> Are you going to Are you going to help with the baby or not? >> I got the baby. >> You got the baby. >> All right, >> you can go. >> You want me to take your stuff with me? >> No, you can't take your stuff. >> Okay. I can't take off. No, you can't take >> I wish they would visually verify if he actually Cuz if you have the baby, where's the baby? You can't have the baby. You to bring the baby in here with you. So, what do you mean you have the baby? Who is the baby with? And is he fit to be around the baby? I don't think so. I don't think so at all. I feel like they need to go ahead and get custody of this child and figure this out. >> Sir, why? >> Because we just had this on her position. So, >> please, >> I need you to step away. If you have the baby, the baby's not a concern anymore. Step away. >> Okay. >> Mm- visual verification. I couldn't do nothing less with these two. Nah, we need to see the child. >> Stab that way. >> Come on, man. girl. >> Please don't be pregnant. >> All right. >> [ __ ] you. >> So, he has a baby child, right? He already said that he has a child. >> Did she have it? Did he take anything today? >> Today. >> This was officer investigation. >> Investigation. >> Can I ask y'all a question? Even though I'm not young, I never been here. >> She still didn't even then when it's it's totally a lie to me. But they they say, "Okay, he has the baby." Right? She still couldn't just say yes, he has the baby. Even if she had said yes, still check, but she won't even say yes. How are y'all just okay with not checking on this five-month old baby? Her her co-workers or boss or something knew about this baby being by itself. She won't answer for 10 minutes. Where's the baby? He come in worried about can she pay something back? Talking about I got the baby. Where's the baby? I don't I I'm surprised about this right now. Check on the child. >> So, please just can I ask you a question? >> We're listening. >> Sorry. >> No, listen. We understand that. I don't care about the I care about the baby. >> Do you guys have everything ready? >> Do you have everything ready? >> Do you have everything ready? Yes, he has everything. >> You have everything. >> Yes, everything's loaded, ma'am. Sorry. >> All right. I mean, that's what she's doing. >> Please. Yes. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Hold on. I'm just making my >> All right. >> You do it in the back. Can't nobody. Please. >> Please. >> Put your hands behind your back, ma'am. >> Hand like you're praying. >> What? >> Put your hand like that so you're praying. So, it's not hurting you. Okay, I'm still over to the car. >> I got the >> Is this a bond for this? >> I'm sorry. >> Is there a bond for this? >> I I'll advise you all that stuff in just a second. >> Oh, real quick. >> You might want to cut it down. She said she had weed all over. >> Yeah, I threw it away. You >> threw it away. Where you threw it away? >> In the toilet. It was like a little tiny joint. All right. when our faces went. >> She giving me withdrawal sweats. Certain type of sweating going on cuz his I I see the side of his face. His face look real dry. So I don't know if it's that hot outside. It is Florida. I see Orange County. But she giving me those sweats you get when you going through withdrawal. Um I'm just going to keep saying it. Check on the child. >> I'm not running, sir. Please believe just can I get my stomach off the hot thing? Oh, I wasn't putting I'm sorry. I didn't mean to put you on that. I just Since you're on handcuffs, if you fall, you're my responsibility. I don't want you to hit your face since you don't have your hands to block it. Okay? You understand? >> Mhm. >> All right. Go ahead and face the car. You don't have to put your hands up like that for a second. Just relax. Want to wait for >> 244 out4. >> I'm not hopeful. I'm sorry. Can I leave? >> Sure, you can leave. >> Our black ass outside. 244 alpha. >> You have to stay outside. >> I'm about to put you in the car. >> I got to go to my car. Um, you just stand straight up, right? Can you open my trunk, please? Uh, and grab a one of the folders. One of my own folders. >> It's hard. Hot. It's hot. It's hot. Just give it a second. Okay. >> Yeah. >> What is this back in there? >> I don't know. What is it? It's crack. Sorry. And a pipe. >> She just said that's crack. I'm sorry. >> Is in the front one. >> Pipe is in the front. I thought you said you're pregnant. >> I am. Why are you smoking? And listen, I'm trying to work. >> You got me a little bag. >> I'm trying to work. I'm doing what I need to do. >> 249. >> You want me to loosen it up so you can get it? >> No. >> Oh, I'm not ashamed. I was working. I was trying. >> I understand, ma'am. I just didn't want to pull it out and drop it. So, >> Oh, wait. >> Huh? There should be like three of them. Uh, there should be a brown bag on the left side and there there should be the little baggies inside that brown bag. >> Oh, thank you guys for being nice. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Of course. >> You know what? This is a good thing. I mean it. I get to stop using for a little bit. Get it all out. Now, Judge Matthysse taught me that what y'all do, the people that are still on crack, they you they you know, okay, fine. They get they get um what is it called? I want to use the word sober, but I don't think that's it. Basically, everything gets out of their system. So, when they go back, the high feels even better because it's been out of their system for a while. It's not cuz she actually trying to get clean at this time. Thank you. >> You have a 13 that's holding on a little handle. >> I throw the bro in the bag. So >> yeah. Oh >> the car. >> Oh lord. >> Get that out. Thank you. >> That's it. >> I wouldn't lie to you. >> Been lying. >> I believe I have a sharks in there. Oh no. I'll give my sharks away. >> You don't need the sharks for that. It's just a regular >> That's it. Now, can I please sit down? I am pregnant and hot. >> Yes, ma'am. >> I told you ain't nothing in there. >> You have a >> Get everything out. >> Not yet. >> The subject is now back. >> Yeah. >> 11:30. It's all right. I'll put it in the back. >> The investigation revealed the suspect had been ringing up customers, taking their cash, then voiding the transactions, allowing customers to leave with merchandise while keeping the money herself. She was charged with grand theft related to multiple thefts totaling $1,248.3 along with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Disclaime. They should have made sure that the boyfriend gave them their ID to properly trespass him and then they could run his ID because I definitely think he has a history. I'm with y'all on the fact that he is probably more of the pusher or the pimp. Um, they also even more so after talking about I got a pipe. Sorry, that's crack. Why did you not go check on the child? I I I am now going to forever have that question cuz what? Okay, we're getting away from Well, there's going to be one more with a mom making a horrible decision in here, but um the kids I don't think the kids were with her. Hopefully, they weren't with her, but um this one is not a mom thing. This next one is Uber driver pepper sprays woman during an air conditioner dispute. This is another one I want to know where do y'all fall? Cuz to me, um I don't know if it ever really became clear, but uh I am going to tell you my opinion. I was leaning more on the Uber driver's side on this one just because she's going to be the most vulnerable because she has to sit in the front with her back to the passenger. So that's why I was like, "Ah, I feel like maybe the Uber driver really did feel threatened." But I'm Y'all let me know what y'all think about this one. >> Yeah, I know, baby. I just wanted a cool Uber. That's it. >> I just wanted a cool Uber. Call the cops and refund my money. >> Is 911. What's the address of your emergency? >> That's the other part. She She told the girl to get out her car and you're still in her car. Uh yeah, you got to get out. You can't stay in her private property. And that was the other reason that I felt like the customer was more uh the confrontational one. But um wait till you see, you know, the end. >> I'm on North Central Avenue. It was a Uber driver. She had a uh somebody she was taking. I don't know where she was taking the lady, but we were passing by and she got out of a car that got a knife and they fight blood everywhere on the driver. I don't know what's going on. Okay, stay on the line, ma'am. Hold on. >> Yeah, bystander in this whole situation. I'm not really sure what happened, but I just seen her come out her car with all this blood on her and she just attacked me. >> I want to go to the hospital. >> Okay, I got an ambulance. Tell me. >> All right. Do you got a knife or OC spray? >> I have that in my car. >> Okay. >> I missed her because I asked her to get out the car. She was threatening me. I didn't feel comfortable. She kept threatening me. I missed her. >> She then proceeded to get out the car. >> Yeah. and scratch. Like I'm just so mad right now. I I can't >> It's taking everything in. Like >> this is such a ridiculous. Like what the [ __ ] is wrong with people? >> I want a 68 radio. It's safe for EMS to approach. >> I'm so mad. >> I know you're bad. Can I get your ID card for you, please? >> You want me to get it? Are you okay? >> You want me to get it? Are you okay? offense. All right. So, just just so I'm clear for the report, you saw him having some kind of altercation. You saw her get out of there. >> Yeah. All I seen was her getting out the car, yelling, her over there on the phone yelling. So, I stopped cuz I just seen all this blood on her and I was trying to make sure they was okay. And then she >> she said that she attacked her. >> I want to press charges. >> I got you. >> Yeah. And so she said that she attacked her and she was >> I would have called the police. >> Okay. I called >> you. I called the police. >> I got you. I'll be right with you, ma'am. >> Please. >> Yeah. Well, I got an ambulance coming. They got water. >> I got you. >> I'll be right with you, ma'am. >> Yeah. So, that's what I saw and that's what she said. So, >> this the witness. She's been OC. Uh she's got she got attacked and scratched and she used to pour the OC on her to get her off. All right, ma'am. I got an ambulance coming to uh get you uh situated with some water and stuff, but I don't have any water in my car. Sorry. >> Okay. >> Okay. What happened in the car? >> She makes me first for sure. I uh I requested I asked her if she could lift up the window cuz I requested a cool Uber. She got mad and said that uh she turned the air up and left the window down and I said, "Babe, I'm hot." She said, "Stop calling me babe." And I said, "But I'm hot and I'm sweating back here. I requested it cool over. Can you let the window out?" She stopped the car and said told me to get out. >> So she turned around and made you because you asked her to turn the air conditioner there. >> Yeah, that's exactly it. I kind of >> Okay. >> Exactly. >> Um, so I mean your elbow has a little scratch on your shoulder. Looks like it's injured a little bit. >> Yeah. >> Uh, what happened? How did that get injured like that? >> She she threw me on the floor. She grabbed me by my hair. She pulled one of my locks out. I have it in my pocket. >> Okay. And that's when I stuck her in the eye and she wouldn't let me go. She would not let me go and we fell to the ground. And >> Were you in the car or out of the car at this time? >> This time I was out of the car cuz she just made me so I got out. >> Gotcha. >> I wasn't standing in there while she attacked me. >> Got you. So how did she throw you on the floor? >> No, I mean I >> She grabbed you by my car. >> She made me I got out. >> Okay. She brought my >> I'm sorry. I'm just really mad right now and I don't want to take my aggression out on nobody. I just want a moment cuz this is crazy. Like what are we even talking about? Why does my face even look like this? How dare you think you could put your hands on me? Like what are we talking about right now? Like what is this? Like what is this? >> Okay. Can you tell me what happened? >> I asked this woman to get out of the car because she was threatening me. I pulled off. >> What is she saying exactly? The threat the threat. >> We came around. We were on the highway. She asked, "Can you turn the AC up?" The AC was on. I turned it up. She's like, she said something under her breath. I'm like, "I turned it up." She's like, "This is a comfort car. I ordered a comfort car. I wanted it cool. The AC has been like this all day." >> Yeah. >> I don't roll the windows all the way down. The window was just like this. >> Uh-huh. >> She's like, "You need to roll the windows up." I'm like, "Well, it's gonna take a second for it to cool it down because I just turned it up. Give it a second." She starts going on and on about this is comfort. This is the Uber. I'm like, "Well, would you like a new driver?" She like, "No, you need to take me home." I'm like, "Well, I don't really feel comfortable cuz you're yelling at me. I don't know you. Like, I just feel like you need a new driver." So, I pulled over here. She goes, "I'm not getting out of your car until you give me a refund." I'm like, "I can't give you a refund. Uber has to do that." She was like, "No, you're going to give me a refund." I'm like, "Okay, you you still have to get out of the car." Like, you're yelling at me, >> doing the theatrics, all of this, whatever. So then I get out of the car and I open this back door >> and she goes, "Bitch, you're going to touch me?" I'm like, "Ma'am, I'm not touching you. I just want you to get out of the car. Like, you're sitting in here. You're threatening me. You doing all of the I feel uncomfortable. Get out of the car." She's like, "Bitch, I wish you would." She gets her face out. I'm like, "Oh, so you're going to mace me?" She was like, "Yeah, [ __ ] You see touch me." Woo woo woo. I grab my mace. I proceed to mace her. It's on camera. She was recording me the whole time. The entire time I'm recording, she's recording. I'm asking her to get out of the car. Can you please get out the car? You're making me uncomfortable. She goes, "Bitch, you're going to miss me." She goes, "Boom." She hits me. So after she hits me, >> and that was outside the car right here. >> That was No, we were in the car. I missed her in the car. The doors were closed. She hits me like full-fledged hits me. So once we get out of the car, she's getting her stuff out the car. Whatever. I close the door. I go to the back to get her suitcase, which she has now. I threw that out the car. >> I go to get her suitcase. This [ __ ] rolls up on me. Like what the [ __ ] is this? Like why am I fighting a total stranger? Like I want to press charges cuz this is crazy. >> Let's flip over here so the medics can take a look at like now I have to get a technic shot cuz she dug her [ __ ] nail in my eye. >> Hey, sorry. I feel like the driver was more detailed in the sequence of events, whereas when they asked the one that got pepper-sprayed, you they said, "So, you're saying you complained about not uh the AC not being on and she pepper- sprayed you?" And she was like, "Yep, that's basically what happened." And that's I'm like, "See, even more you got me leaning to the Uber driver side just because there's no details in your story to me as much." Um, also more and more Uber drivers are getting cameras in their car, which I totally support. I had to take a Uber a couple months ago and it was a male [clears throat] driver and he has signs everywhere like this thing is, you know, monitored by cameras and I'm like, good for me and you, great. I love this. So, I I do I think Uber drivers, if you can get a camera in your car, >> I'm kind of not really sure who primary aggressor really is. really sounded like music. >> It sounds like almost but you know like she's trying to get her to get the heck out of the car and then she threatened according to her story she threatened her with the her mace. She said, "Oh, you going to miss me?" Then she pulled out her mace and in the car >> but I'm a little confused cuz first she said that she had she was at the back door when she said it >> and then she said that she's inside the car, you know, when she deployed the mace. So, like I'm not entirely sure that her remembering the stories is 100% correct cuz she's so upset. I don't think she's just I don't think she's just remembering right. I just don't think she is. >> You talking about her? >> Yeah, her. Okay. >> Now, this one I know what the heck's going on with her. >> She told me basically she wanted to get out of the car. She called her hun. Honey, honey is too hot back here. I stop. She said, "Don't call me freaking honey." So, bourbon started. Then she stopped the car and said, "Get out." She said, "Oh, she demanded a refund." She was on the app doing a refund and then that's when the mace got deployed in between the verbal. >> Uhhuh. >> And then uh they sprayed each other and I guess they got out of the car. I don't know if they got out and sprayed each other, but the physical came from outside of the car. >> I think the physical came inside the car. >> Thanks. >> Uh because my witness said that she saw her get out of the car and she's got these she's bleeding them from the face. So that's why she stopped. So all that happened inside the car. >> Inside the car. >> Yeah. So like >> I mean I >> I don't understand why she would mace somebody in the back seat in the car, but if she was like attacking her first, she might mace her to get her to stop attacking. >> Um but I'm not really clear, you know, as far as she wants to press charges. I'm sure she wants to press charges. She wants to go to the hospital. You're going have to pick cold ones out on these cars though. It's looking like to me >> I can't hear you, man. I'm sorry. I >> think she changed her mind. She's going to park her car over there. >> Okay. Somebody transport. >> She does not want to transport or she just wants >> I think she did. That's what she said. >> No, I told her what we were going to do is we'll move her car over to that block cuz she doesn't want it to. She wants somebody to come pick it up. >> So, if she parked shook >> Hey, let me get her in right here. >> Yeah. I've got my body cam. >> Okay. Yeah, I'm sure it's recording. Yeah, I got a whole bunch on my body cam and I tried to make sure that I got all of the injuries on on the body cam. Okay, >> you need to see this. >> Okay, let me come on that side. >> Yeah, I know. I just wanted to pull over. That's it. I just wanted to pull over. Call the cops to refund my money because you're not If you refund my money, I'll get out the car. >> I cannot refund you your money. >> Why not? You sound [ __ ] You are [ __ ] I requested a call. >> Get the [ __ ] out of here. What the [ __ ] is wrong with you? You got the right [ __ ] >> Ah, okay. Dang. I was going to put it all on the passenger cuz she wouldn't get out the car when she was asked, but physical contact started from the driver from that video. She was just yapping in the back. She hadn't put her hands on nothing from what I just saw. The Uber driver looked like she that's when she grabbed it by the hair possibly and you know said get out of my car. I do think you should just get out of somebody's car once they tell you you can't be in their car but the physical part seemed like it started with the Uber driver. So I got to change my opinion a little bit. Okay. >> Did you got her license still? >> She got it on hand. >> 2290. >> Okay. >> Okay. We're still investigating it and then we'll come up with a decision shortly. >> Um and from here on if I wanted to press charges or whatever >> Oh, yeah. We'll uh we're going to be looking at that. >> You're free to go. No. Do we want you don't want to go to the hospital or home? >> Where's your home? >> Um, just south of car. >> It's way we can't we can't go that far out of the jurisdiction. >> Okay. >> But she would call another >> sometimes. But we're just underst staffed today. >> Yeah. >> Like but to get to the west end. I could get you closer. >> I could get you station. >> Take you m train station. take the the south the north rail >> to the west end. >> Needless to say, the police were called and since then a warrant has been issued for the Uber driver. Who do you think was at fault? Drop your thoughts below. >> I missed that last video detail the first time, but I see. Um, still need to get out of somebody's car though. [laughter] Physical initiation. That was the Uber driver. Okay, this is the second to last video I have for y'all. Police surprise drugdeing mom at McDonald's doesn't end well. She doesn't get crazy. It's just the fact that that's what she was doing in the parking lot. >> Have you thought to yourself like, you know what, I [snorts] can't do this to this man. >> I I officer I swear I I got you. On July 24th, 2025, undercover officers posed as buyers in a drug transaction and arranged to meet the woman at a McDonald's where they intercepted the deal. Put your hands on top of your head. Put your hands together. Don't lock your fingers. Step on out. It's okay, dear. I promise you. Hop on out. >> Dang. The kid or kids are in the vehicle then. Where is it? >> Where is it? >> It's in my bag. >> Okay. The brown bag. >> No, in my book bag. >> The that one? >> Yes. >> The brown bag? >> No, my book bag. >> The book? It's in the book bag? >> Yes. >> Okay. What is your name, dear? >> Rete. >> Rcher. >> Yes. >> Okay. Right now, you're being placed under arrest. You have any idea why you're being placed under arrest? Yes. >> Okay. All right. Your cooperation is going to go. >> It's going to be needed. Okay. >> Okay. >> Who? Let's get back here cuz I don't want your daughter looking at you with your handcuffs. Set in the book bag. Come over here. Let's go in here. Anything on you? >> She going to poke me, stick me? >> No. >> Okay. No firearms in the car? >> No. Can I call my line, please? >> Yeah. Yeah, we're going to get to that. Okay. Have a seat. Okay. Who can we call for your daughter? Who's baby dad? >> Huh? >> Who's baby dad? Is he around involved at all? >> He's in jail. >> He's in jail? >> Yeah. >> Okay. But we can get a hold of mom. >> Yes. >> Okay. We'll get to that. I got to read you something really quick. before we get going. >> I'm going to jail. >> We're going to talk about that. >> I am though, sir. >> What's that? >> Am I going to jail? >> We're going to talk about that. I got to read you something first. Okay. >> Yes. >> Miss, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. [snorts] Understand? East, right? That I read to you. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, I think the It's pretty obvious, right? We texted you, ordered some dope. You came here to sell some dope. Is that pretty accurate? >> To get my money >> and to sell dope? >> No. To get my money. >> So, there's no dope in the car. Um, there is, but I came to get my money. >> Okay. Who was texting you? >> Andrew. >> Okay. Um, what's going to happen now is we're gonna figure out what's going on with your daughter real quick. See if we can't give up custody to your mom. More likely, we have to rule sixer. But I if your mom doesn't have a rule six, sir. >> It means like CSB gets out there. >> The reason the reason for that is is because you're being arrested for trafficking. Okay? It's a felony. It's per our procedure. But as long as mom is cool and everything else like that, I don't see any problems why your daughter can't go. We I would prefer that she goes with your mom and then what's going to happen is I'm going to take you down to the station to the sixth floor. We're going to have a conversation and I'll explain a little bit more about what's going on. >> Yeah. >> Sound good? >> Yeah. Can I ask you another question? Yes, ma'am. >> So, am I going to be staying the day and night jail? >> Where exactly is it? >> It should have been in my bag. >> She said it should have been in the bag. >> Huh? >> She said it should have been in the book bag >> in here. >> In this or the little thing? No, it should have been in there. >> In here >> and inside. >> Yeah. >> Inside. Inside. >> Yeah. Like it shouldn't be in there. >> Okay. >> Watch your feet right here. >> We got the dope. >> Got it. >> Yeah. >> I know all this seems like scary and fast moving right now, but I promise you my my main priority is your daughter. Okay. I have to call CSB to get them involved. I will get mom's information. My My biggest wish right now is for daughter to go with mom. >> Please. >> I listen. Trust me. What's mom's criminal history like? >> Mom doesn't have any. >> Then it should it should not Where does mom live? >> Down. That's her car. My sister could come get they could go get her right now. >> What's What's the address that your mom >> She out here slanging in her mama car y'all with the kid in the back. Doesn't make any sense. and then try to say, "I came to get my money for the drugs." Like, why are you trying to act like that's not it? And they found you. You said it was in your bag and it actually was in your bag. Why are you trying to argue this weird point? Like, they know. They just said they were Well, they didn't tell her, I guess, but they were undercover. Like, they know what you were here for. But how you in your mama car? Like, just see people be so selfish with their crimes. >> Okay, >> for now. Is this your car? She said something about this is your car. Okay, >> she's back here. Talk to me because I promise you by the end of this you're going to be more upset with her than you are with us. >> I'm not upset with you guys. >> I'm not upset with you guys at all. This is what I don't want her over here. >> This is what I can say. All right. She's caught up in an investigation right now. That's and a pretty serious one. That's all I can explain to you right now. Okay. >> You guys taking all her possessions? You guys keep it all stuff. That's mine. >> Okay. I'm going to hand that back to you. >> What? All right. You got to do something with my car. >> What's that? >> You got to do something with my car. >> Yes. >> What you got to do with my car? >> We have to tow it. >> We're going to have to tow it. >> What do you mean? >> It's not >> the offense commission. >> I cannot not be without my car. >> Listen, you're going to be able to get it back. I promise you. Yes. I won't I won't >> Oh my god. Let me make sure I don't have nothing. She I just got off work and she was just running to McDonald's or wherever the heck she was going. >> I promise you. >> Well, she did run to McDonald's, mama. She did do that part. She just forgot to tell you the rest of what she was going to be doing at McDonald's. >> This is what you're going to need. Okay. >> I need to get the rest of my stuff out of there. Please. I booked my my part. Or maybe I don't know. My mind I'm discombobulated. >> Here. Listen. Listen to me. Look at me and listen. Okay. I'm going to get you the registration cuz you'd be able to get it released today. Look at me. >> I might have to pay for this. I don't got the money. >> Oh my god. >> I promise you. We're on our remote our way to my son's seven. My seven her brother just turned seven. That's where we were on our way to there's nothing in her. That's mine. She can't fit my hood. >> Well, what we found in the car, dear, is that's why he's checking. >> There was stuff in my car. >> Oh, yeah. Some nasty stuff. Like I said, I I can't really discuss much about it, but >> Are you serious? >> I I'm This is >> There's a lot of stuff. >> This is a serious situation. >> Oh, I know. Fedol is very serious. My cousin just My cousin died. We know how safe. >> Oh my god. >> She's saying where is she going now? She can ride with us or she's going to ride with me and you can put her in the car seat. We have >> We got her tablet. >> Call your dad. Let's call you got to go with this lady for a bit. >> Awesome. So the hope is >> that's what you want to do. might know, >> but the hope is is if you guys can follow down this this this experience is as short as possible. >> I know it sucks. It's a sucky situation all around. >> I need some information from you. Okay. >> As CPS took her child under temporary custody, officers began questioning the woman at the station where she learned the situation was far more serious than she had expected. >> All right. So, we talked a little in the car, right? I think when we came up to the car, you kind of knew what was going on. What did you think was going on? >> I had just got caught up texting thinking I'm texting somebody, the person I was supposed to get the money from and delivered to and I wasn't. >> Who was texting you? >> It was supposed to be Andrew. >> Andrew, you were texting. And what was Andrew asking for? >> Um, a a 20 bag. >> 20 bag. And what do you understand that to be? Fentanyl, meth, cocaine, what? >> Um, yeah, fentanyl. >> Fentanyl. Explain to me how a girl such as yourself with a three-year-old at 24 years old gets involved with selling fentanyl. >> So, it really was like a last resort. Like I told you, my baby dad is in jail for 12 years, and that had that plays a part in everything I really have going on now, like with me being on papers and the death charges and stuff. So, I just went into a depressive like mind state and was basically just trying to figure out how to make some extra money real quick and stuff like that. >> When's the last time that you sold the girl? >> It's in my It's in my phone. >> I don't remember the exact thing, but it was a couple days ago. >> So, you didn't go into his house anymore? >> No, not No, not recent. I have not been inside his house. >> Okay. >> I think matter of fact, I think I did step foot in in his living room for like two probably like 2 minutes. >> Who is that? Is that you? >> Yeah, that's me. >> Okay. So fentanyl pretty nasty stuff and it's killing people out here. Do you realize that? >> Yeah. >> Why are you doing it? >> So like I said, I I haven't been doing it. Like I don't I don't really have a real explanation, but except that I just need the extra money. Like and I I don't I'm just my head is all [snorts] over. I can't give you a straight answer on that, sir. I really can't. Like I said, I just been trying to get some extra money in my pocket and he he hit me up out of nowhere. back. It was pretty weird to me that he even hit me up after um a month had passed by and he owed me. >> But he asked for fentanyl. You had some. You were willing to sell it to him. >> I was correct. >> Just to make some money, >> correct? >> Um well, Andrew is dead. >> He died. >> He's dead. >> What? I ain't going to hold y'all. I thought Andrew was the pseudonym for the cops to go undercover. I didn't remember that Andrew died. So, they must have kept communicating through his account to catch who was dealing to him and how he probably ODed. Wow. >> So, I had his phone and you were texting undercover today and it looks like he passed away from the dope that you sold him. the dope that I sold him. >> You are the last person that he asks for dope. Blue for fusion pulls up. You walk inside the house, you're on camera and that's the last time somebody's hurt. His mom ends up finding him dead 2 days later roughly about. So this is a pretty serious situation. Like serious. >> And y'all think it's me. You think it's >> I know it's >> it's from me. >> I know it's from you. I don't want this for you. I really don't. You seem like a really nice girl taking care of her three-year-old daughter, you know, that's just trying to make fast money. But these are the consequences when you try to make fast money here. >> Yeah, you're going to be staying here. >> You know what? I think the next time I do like a scammer thing or some more like pharmaceutical people things, I might have to call it fast money, slow time, cuz these people, they go for the quick money, don't never think about the consequences later. You have to help me, sir. >> 100%. You're out here selling this stuff. >> I'm not even My god. >> Hear me out. Listen to me. >> I can't believe you just said >> Listen to me. Look at me and listen to me. I don't think you are out here trying to sell this poison everybody because it's fun, right? >> But I can't I can't get house arrest right now or nothing. Like no supervision. >> You'll probably go to court tomorrow morning. Like I said, I'm not going to charge you for the involuntary right now or the corrupting right now. I'm just going to hold you on for the trafficking, the possession, and whatever the judge wants to bond you out on, the judge will bond you out on. You can get a bond. I'm doing my due diligence and not charging you with involuntary and corrupting right now.
