after rescuing the woman the officer proceeded to question her in detail to gather more information about the incident and understand what had transpired what happened man can you tell me what happened huh Can you tell me what happened it just I don't know what is is he's smoking but was some kind of drug or something uhhuh and it's second night on another Ro so I already find as AP it knock in a door to the neighbors so they maybe cook for me cuz he took my phone from me okay I'm you he beat me up said that on the wall how did he do all that he just threw you around the apartment then and so you got home and and you guys started arguing or yeah they start arguing so he was beat me then I guess he was tired I was waiting till he fall asleep to sneak in okay I tried to sneak in and he got me by the hair and pulled you in yeah so I can he kicked you out of the apartment no he didn't let me leave okay so you waited for him to go to sleep and then he tried to leave and then when you tried to leave you woke up he grabbed your hair and then started was he punching you in the face or where was he hitting you at uh uh I I got you could take a picture ster well I don't when everything's over here we can go to a private area I don't know if we have a female officer available but if we do I'll have her take photos of you otherwise um it'll probably be in a fire department lady taking photos of your okay the man was charged with false imprisonment aggravated assault by strangulation and resisting arrest see real quick for me don't have anything right here ankle right bring that foot this way all right on March 23rd 2023 a third party contacted officers to report a kidnapping in Harris County the witness saw a woman trying to flee from a red sedan but a male attacker grabbed her and forced her back into the vehicle after locating the car at a gas station the officers quickly took action against the suspect show me your hands can you step out for me yeah I got it put your hands right I was waiting for my my truck to be towed my gosh what did I do you're just being detained right now right for what for what sir we'll let you know in just a second it wasp
