Okay, mic check. Mic check. Hopefully y'all can hear me. Where am I at? Here we go. It's been a while. It's been a weekend. Okay, so instead of Saturday morning cartoons, we kind of have Saturday morning body cam now. Um, but I still like a good cartoon. If you don't like commentary during body cam videos, the links will be in the the description box and you can go straight to them. Don't have to hear my voice. It'll be after the live, but you can go there. Um, for everybody else, we're about to get started. All of these are people I I believe I curated everybody that acts crazy. All these were submitted to me. So, we're going to start with entitled mom uses children as a human shield when police arrive. It's not that kind. She uses them as like, well, she uses them as an emotional shield and a physical shield cuz she doesn't want to get handcuffed, but it's not the kind like where, you know, the children are about to be in danger, but she's just a bad mom in my opinion. All right, here we go. >> Why does every neighborhood always seem to have that one neighbor who ruins it for everyone else? >> Hey, so I'm the apartment manager here. >> Okay, >> and I have a tenant over there. Her name's Tasha. And she started texting me about an hour ago um just sending me stuff about the apartment. We're a piece of [ __ ] here. She's tired of those shitty apartments. On and on and on. >> Okay. >> I come outside. She came outside. She got in my face. She pushed me in the back. I'm not dealing with that. Like, first of all, I want to file a report on that. >> Right. >> So, she's out here screaming to all the neighbors. >> She's drunk. Okay. She has two kids up there. >> She's not answering the door. >> She's upstairs. >> She said she's not going to answer the door when you got here. Yeah. Yeah. Upstairs. Um, >> can I just see what you got there? like Yeah. Do you want to read them? >> Yeah, if you don't mind. >> Yeah. >> So, did you guys up the rent from 625 to 650 or what? >> Well, she paid 600 and the guys just decided to raise it 625 in July. >> Okay. >> Um, they've never really had a raise in them. And so, she's obviously mad about that through the whole text. >> Can you forward this me all these messages? >> Yeah. The owners are going to contact their lawyer because of her threatening lawsuit and this and that. >> Okay. Did you guys like say, "Hey, do you want to meet outside or anything?" Or just both you just have my chance to be out. >> Walked outside and she came down the stairs and then it was on. >> Okay. Let me uh I think he might be out talking to her out the front front there. So, let me go uh >> see if he's making any headway. I'll be I'll be back here in a moment. >> I'm sorry. I'm drunk. She intimidated me by coming down at the steps and telling me to bring it and I just really blacked out. Like I don't really know what happened. >> Okay, I'll tell you what. >> I mean, I don't even know where to start. Like what? >> Like at the beginning >> over the washer or the dryer, not drying my clothes. >> If that's what it was over, yeah, >> that's what it was over. >> Okay. So, put that in in writing here. >> Apartments, you raised the rent to 625 and I can't even dry one load of towels and they'd be dry. I'll tell you what, if you don't mind. >> You're the manager of these apartments. We need new washer and dryers. And she said they're taking them out. Go to the laundromat. >> Hey, Natasha. And I don't want to smell like smoke all night. So, I'm going to explain this to you real quick and then I'll have you fill it out. You just print your name here. >> I don't even want to do this. I don't. She can write her statement. I can be charged with what I'm charged with. I'll do my duty. And I mean, I've been through it. It's See, she needs to stay away from my apartment. She needs to stay away from my apartment. She's not at your apartment, Natasha. >> Well, no. She was about I don't know. >> My kids are up there. >> Okay. Just hang out. Do me a favor. >> Yeah. >> Just head back over here. If you don't want to fill one out, you don't have to. They're voluntary. I'm not going to make you fill one out. >> If I get charged, I get charged. It's a little petty. Whatever she thinks it was. So, >> okay. >> 616. You see this? >> I want to let you know that they're threatening to destroy my bike. That's right here. [ __ ] come back out. I can't hear it. >> So, if something happens on my bike, they're responsible. >> Okay. >> Y'all want to play games and pick sides, but I was standing up. >> When you say y'all, what do you mean? >> You >> What side have I picked? >> Because you're sitting over here siding with people that are out here threatening me. >> What are you talking about? >> They just started threatening me out here. Are you serious? >> I told you to go inside about 25 different times, ma'am. >> But guess what? I paid my rent just like they do. I was smoking a cigarette. They came outside. >> You're right. You were smoking a cigarette. I asked you if you would finish smoking your cigarette and go inside. It would alleviate a lot of the issues. >> No, it would have abbreviated if they would have went inside and not worried about what I was talking about. >> Both of you guys did. >> But I was >> He said alleviate it, ma'am. Not abbreviated. [laughter] Um, now she said at the beginning, charge me with whatever. I'll do my duty. Whatever. Right. That's what she said at the beginning. Boy, by the end of this, it's like, are you sure you want to be charged? But all she had to do was go in the house and stay in the house. finish on my cigarette when they >> So you're telling me I'm taking sides? I'm not taking sides with anybody. >> He said something about destroying my bike that's sitting out here. He literally when he walked around the corner, he just said, "Watch your bike. It's going to be destroyed." >> Okay. >> So I said, "Okay, bet. I'll come talk to you. >> Everybody's going to end up going to jail tonight real quick." >> I'm not going to jail. >> Okay. Go take care of the bike. >> Take care of the bike. >> Just move the bike and we'll get out of here. >> A 400 lb bike. I will try. >> Okay. >> I moved it here already. Like I have a a hematoma in my stomach right now. He'll move it. But Kim gave me per. >> All right. Cue the medical ailments. We got a hematoma so far. I don't know. I don't remember if she says someone died or not. It's either a pet or a family member. Sometimes >> permission to park it there. She told me she wanted to park there instead of right here. >> Okay. >> They didn't even ask me to move it. And honestly, I >> You know what, Natasha? Don't move it. Don't move it. Leave it there. And then if it if it gets damaged, then give us a call and we'll do a report for you. >> I'm just saying. Okay. We're not going to sit here and argue about it anymore. >> I don't want to argue with you guys. I already have I'm 30 some years. I've already had enough problems with you guys in my life, >> right? None of them are going to be able to keep their mouth shut tonight. I guarantee we'll be back. >> What's going on now? >> Hi. >> So, we were >> in the house. Wonderful. Was >> Yeah. In the house. We heard we heard threading on our windows. We come back outside and she's outside our windows messing with the bike and stuff and we come outside to look around and she starts cussing us out. We got footage of her getting up in her face and she ended up smacking her in the side of the head with her phone and then she came over here to get her the same time she said she was going to come get her too. She tried to rush around her. She fell into the truck and then onto the floor. She said we assaulted her. She's telling her kids we assaulted her that we smacked her in the face. >> I've got a record of that. >> Yes. Someone guys were walking up the sidewalk and said that said that he that was her forehead and he did feel a knot. He asked me if I had a problem with the bike. I don't know who he was. >> I said no at this point. It was the sheriff's son, >> Hutcherson. >> Yeah, it's his son. He's walking down the street. I don't know why he's over here drunk, flaging down. And >> saying that, oh, I'll be your witness. He wasn't even here when any of it happened. >> I have videos of >> I'm getting called the n word. >> She's she's mother my kid. And then she's saying that I heard her when she fell down drunk and she's going to press charges and going to jail. I've got it recorded. >> Okay. >> So, you're talking [ __ ] about black people? You're being racist. How can you say that? >> Black family. I have black family. Racist by all means. Don't even try to play that. >> But why are you calling him the n-word? And why? >> You can take it up and shove it up your ass and off. >> Okay. >> There's more video. >> Okay. >> Is the assault on here? >> I I haven't watched See, I >> I was going back in my house when she came at me and I had just turned my phone off. I don't know what I see. [snorts] >> Hey, Natasha, can you come out here? >> Come here. Look. No, I just want you guys to look. >> Look at what? >> I haven't been outside since you've been back. Since you left. >> Okay, that's a lie. Cuz >> they literally have you on video. The time for talking is done. >> She's got a camera running and it shows you on it. >> What was I doing? >> It just shows you knocking on the door and then it says kid, your kids say hurry up. >> Whose door? >> Window. Window. What window? >> Window down here. >> No. >> Okay. >> I have been I literally went inside when you guys asked me to go inside. >> This is my kid's dad because he said he's not about to let you guys like I've been inside with my kids. >> Okay. Well, it's on camera so >> No. Going to jail. >> What? What? Hold on. Hold on. What? >> Listen, Natasha. The last thing I want to do is this in front of your kids. So, come out. >> Hold on. I'm not going to jail. No, I'm not. Hold on. I got to talk. I DID NOTHING WRONG BUT LET MY kids officer >> Henderson I didn't do anything that my kids I swear I didn't do anything wrong >> Henderson >> please don't do this IN FRONT OF MY KIDS I DID NOTHING WRONG >> I've left everybody alone I smoked in my window when you told me to smoke in my window >> this is not okay I did nothing WRONG I DID NOTHING WRONG THOUGH WHAT DID I DO WHAT I want to know what I did >> take This is really HAPPENING IN FRONT OF MY KIDS. >> YEP. That's why I asked you to step outside. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I STAYED INSIDE LIKE YOU GUYS ASKED ME TO. >> WELL, let me see the video. I want to see the video. >> Can he take both? >> Yes, but I want to SEE THE VIDEO. >> LISTEN WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO MY KIDS. >> THE MORE YOU MOVE, THE more >> But listen TO WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO MY KIDS. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THOUGH. >> But I didn't do anything. I promise I didn't do anything. But I didn't do anything. I DID WHAT YOU GUYS ASKED ME TO DO. I STAYED INSIDE. I HAVEN'T BEEN OUTSIDE. >> She's such a boldfaced liar. Lord, those people scare me when they It's like, how can you How can you lie when they have you on video? Um Q traumatizing the kids. She's a horrible mom. That's my opinion. It gets worse. Uh but they don't get harmed. They Well, they don't get physically harmed. She's emotionally harming the heck out of them. >> NO, I'M NOT GOING TO JAIL OVER THIS. YOU'RE NOT TAKING MY KIDS IN FRONT OF your kids. >> Get out of my house right now and then we'll do deal deal with this tomorrow. No. No. No. I'm not going to jail. I'm not leaving this without my kids. >> No, you're not doing this in front of my kids. >> The last thing I want TO DO. >> SEE WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO MY KIDS. AND I DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING. I [screaming] PROMISE ON EVERYTHING. I DID NOTHING. >> I DID DO ANYTHING. YOU'RE NOT DOING THIS IN FRONT OF MY KIDS. >> STOP MAKING ME JEALOUS. >> CHILL. >> Get off me. >> Chill. >> I don't want you. >> Get in FRONT OF MY KIDS. >> STOP. >> NO. GET OFF ME. And also, where are the lights in the house? It's like a house of horrors right now. Like, turn some light on. I mean, for her, like, why is the house so dark for your kids before the police even got there? But it looks scarier when there's just a flashlight bobbing around, too. Don't let go of mama. She knows she'll be out of jail either the same night or the next day. But in a kid's mind, this is forever. You'll never see your mom again. She is so wrong for how she has them doing. And then they're lying for her. She didn't go outside. She's on video outside. The just putting the kids through everything. Look at >> we just we just need you to go over to the neighbors. >> I won't you let me hold you. Get the off me now. >> You're fine. I won't let you go. My kids will stick up for me. So >> yeah, you guys get the off me. Get the off me. I want you. I believe it was Ashley Jay, but y'all can remind me if it was someone else that said it. But this is definitely one of the examples where you make a good case for if cops could be good bull riders. This is one of those times like they probably got some good grip. >> Get the off. >> We're not sticking our fingers in your mouth. >> I just want you to bite it. >> Hey Natasha, >> please just booby HERE FOR MY >> WE'RE GOING TO get up and make our way down to the car right now. My hands slipping like Oh no, she fell down the stairs. I couldn't control. This is why I'm not in law enforcement, though. Drop your opin. >> She [clears throat] need See, some people by the time it's over, you're not even arrested for what they showed up for. You're arrested because your actions while you were getting arrested cuz that's girl. All right. Deserved all of it. And somebody does need to check on those kids because wow, your child is saying, "Ow." And you hurt them and then you're telling them to come back so you could squeeze and hold them again and traumatize them or Lord. Okay, let me make sure. I think it's the only one with kids. No. Well, this only one with little kids. The other one they was kind of doing stuff together, I guess. But here's the one. It's called Give Him a Ticket. Woman demands cop get a ticket. Big mistake. Um, I think you might have to watch your earbuds and headphones on this one because she's a screamer. >> Of Cop Cam Max. Police pursue a driver for a simple speeding violation. But the woman behind the wheel, who may have some anger management issues, insists the officer has no right to ticket her because she parked before he activated his lights. Then things get even stranger when she accuses the officer himself of committing a traffic violation. >> Hello. >> Hi, I'm on the phone with your police DEPARTMENT RIGHT NOW. YOU CAN'T PULL ME OVER when my car's off. >> Uh, yeah, I can't cuz you you I got you speeding before you were stopped. So, >> the car turning off or being parked is not homebased. Just like when you go home during a traffic stop. That is not home base. It does not save you. >> You should have had your lights on. You can't have your lights on and pull me over after. You have a cop right here trying to pull me over with my car on a park. That's enabling. You can't do that. I don't feel comfortable. I don't feel safe and I want him away from my fault. >> 9989. Do you mind coming to my stop? >> That's him calling me. That's your little friend. Go get him. Go get his sergeant. I want his sergeant here now. >> He's on his way. >> I know that parked. I've been in a parking spot and some I thought that he could do something here. >> Pathetic [ __ ] When the is he going to get here? >> Wow. Yeah. Oh [ __ ] When the is he getting here? Damn. What is the GTA? I got some white privilege signings light in my windowing trigger happy face down the street. Huh? I [ __ ] WANTED TO NOW. YOU [ __ ] IDIOT. >> NEGATIVE. I'm waiting for my sergeant. Another unit. She's high rate. >> YEAH. WHY DON'T THEY HURRY THE [ __ ] UP, TOO? >> I'm getting harassed by a police officer illegally and I feel unsafe and I want to get the away from you. >> I CAN CALL 911 IF IT'S AING EMERGENCY. DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE that means? YEAH, THIS IS A [ __ ] EMERGENCY. >> You're [ __ ] sick face. WON'T LEAVE ME THE [ __ ] ALONE. >> I literally walked up to the car. She's right. I got her 57 down Butterfield and she pulled in here and turned the car off and as I walked up, she's just losing her mind. So, >> okay. Is she by herself? >> Yeah. >> She had really no conversation with her yet? >> Nope. She literally just been yelling and calling 911, so I called you right away. Um, >> okay. >> How you doing? >> I'm I'm the sergeant you requested. >> Yeah. >> How can I help you? >> What the [ __ ] IS GOING ON? >> OKAY. WELL, from my understanding is you were traveling 57 in a 40 mph zone and that was the reason for the stop. >> I'm getting a [ __ ] parking spot. >> No, that's not >> You sure about that? >> Yeah. So he DIDN'T >> I WAS IN THE PARKING SPOT BEFORE THATING turned his lights on. >> You might have parked and then he conducted the traffic stop. That can't happen. >> I've been parked FOR A GOOD MINUTE. CAN'T [ __ ] do that. >> Sure you can. >> No the he can't. >> Okaying video. >> I don't need to pull his video right now. >> Video >> ma'am. Can I please step now? >> Is the seat belt on? >> The seat belt is not on me. Can I please step out? >> Stupid white. >> I'm sorry. [laughter] Also, Cop Cam Max put a little jab at the end. It says they hope the treatment works and that the woman doesn't appear in any future episodes. We also hope that her hair grows back [laughter] cuz her ponytail came off. YOU STUPID WHITE PRIVILEGE. [ __ ] UP. >> Thanks for watching. >> Oh, child. Okay. Well, now we have someone else. They don't necessarily come with the default privilege, but it didn't stop him. [laughter] This one says, "Woman loses it after not getting a refund." This was a wild ride. Season 3 coming out next week. Right, Zack? We had season one and two. Auntie Maddie, I would have turned my camera off for about five minutes. That spinning is disgusting. >> But it's probably security guard and you just want to put police to make it seem like you know some you don't know. Get the out of my face. They won't give me a refund. Can I get a refund? And I'm I'm a new person here. A new two people. I need a refund from my favorite store. I shop at this store all the time. I came in here for a refund because I need one. It's Christmas time and I need something else to get cuz they won't honor what I asked for. I asked for some blue snorkel size 12 Converses. I asked for them to be mailed to my house. They did not mail it or they said they did. I don't know. I never received it. All I'm asking for is a refund. They are not. >> They refusing that. They dishonoring that. And it's my favorite store. I'm a rewards member. What's up? Why can't I get a refund? >> Do you have a receipt? Yes, I do. >> Couple questions. One, I'm just being nosy. [clears throat] Who are the size 12s for? Because I'm looking at her feet. She's not a size 12. Number two, why don't you sit in a chair? Why are you sitting on the floor? There's chairs in the frame. Why are you on the floor? >> I have two receipts. No, I want to sit right here. Y'all going to have to drag me out of here if that's the case. >> This is my receipt right here. $70.19. I ordered it online in this store. I paid in this store. They refused to give me a refund because I never received the package. They saying it's stolen. It probably was, BUT WHOSE FAULT IS THAT? IS THAT MY FAULT OR IS THAT THEIR FAULT or is it somebody else's fault? Is it the police fault? Whose fault is it? Cuz I'm being at fault right now cuz I'm not getting my money back. >> Okay. >> So, whose fault is that? You the police officer. You tell me. >> Did you follow What city do you live in, miss? >> What city? What's What difference? >> Well, what you said is someone might have stolen your package. >> I didn't say that. I don't know what happened to it. Okay. >> I really don't. >> But it was not delivered. >> I don't know what happened to it. >> Y'all keep telling me and assuming it was delivered. It was not delivered. I don't know. I didn't get it. So now >> Okay. Hold on. Hold on. I'm just trying to understand. So you came here, ordered some shoes or whatever product >> 1st of December. Yes, I did. >> Okay. And this is the receipt that shows that you ordered it. Correct. >> Look at it. The blue Converse is size 12. >> Yep. >> I paid for it with my debit card >> and that pin pad right there on December 1st. Was there was there a tracking number attached to? >> I don't know. Yeah, it's on the top of it. Yep. That's the number they gave me. He told the guy told me when I paid for those shoes to insert the tracking number. I could find the package. >> Okay. And it showed that it was delivered. >> Actually, let me show you what it say. I It still say ship under my end. >> Okay. >> I'll show you. I'm a rewards member. I'll sign in and show you what it say. >> Okay. And I've been on hold with customer service this store for 31 minutes and 47 seconds. They don't answer the phone. They never do. So I don't know what else to do. It's got to be them. They got to give me a refund. And they not doing that. They just saying I got to call customer service. This is not happening. They not answering. So what else do I do? >> Well, if you can just show me [bell] the shipping information. >> The shipping information. >> Yes, ma'am. And already the police are doing extra cuz they are not customer support. It is I'm here to remove you because they call 911. You're about to be trespassed. But they're over here trying to solve this sho missing shoe issue and um customer service and everything. And Mary is correct. She is going to tell on herself. >> This is it. It say order history. It just say shipped. It don't say deliver. I can't find the other one. I can look for it. I still look for it, but it just say ship. It don't say deliver. If you look under the rewards website, under they website, it just say shipped. And that's what I kept doing. It never said deliver until they sent me a link through the text messages when I was texting them. It said it was delivered. I never got anything though. >> Okay. Does it give you an actual tracking number? >> Okay. You see how she's adding little pieces to the story? little breadcrumbs or some truth in there. So, first she never saw nothing, never heard nothing. Now, it it only says shipped as a status, you know, and then now because she reached out to them, they texted her a delivery confirmation because, you know, where she started the conversation, she said it only says shipped. That's where she stopped her story. Let her keep going. >> Though, >> I don't know. It gave the order number. I don't know if that's the tracking number, but every time I put that in, it said shipped. It didn't say delivered. So, I've never gotten it until they sent me that that picture. >> Do you know who shipped it? >> I can provide more insight on that one. >> Yeah. >> So, here's her order number >> on our website. It does show us shipped. This is the tracking number. I copied and paste it into FedEx. >> They are who delivers for us. >> She confirmed that was her. >> She did. >> Okay. >> Most likely somebody >> miss. Miss you, Miss. So it did they show you this picture? >> Yeah, I got the picture in my phone. I got the picture of my damn stuff. I'll show you the text messages. >> This is the picture right here. They sent this right here. I got that same picture. >> They sent this on the 15th. Okay. >> Same picture. >> I'm going to rewind cuz I think this is where she told on herself when they show they delivered it and took a picture of it. Hold on. Let me see if this is where it is. Not sure. >> Yeah, I got the picture in my phone. I got the picture of my damn stuff. I'll show you the text messages. >> This is the picture right here. They sent this right here. I got that same picture. >> They sent this on the 15th. >> Same picture. >> Someone most likely stole your package. Okay. >> What that got to do with me? >> Well, so this is how you're going to have to go about it. Okay. >> No, not me. Them. >> They didn't blur it once the screen got turned away a little bit. But yeah, I'm pretty sure they're saying that the delivery driver took a picture to confirm it made it to the house. I feel like that's the picture she's showing. I'm not sure, but her word said it at some point in here >> cuz I came to report it to them. >> But please hear me out. Okay, you can't report it to them. That's not how this works. Okay, >> I can't. >> They can't refund you. You have to Okay, so just please hear me out for a second. >> Okay, cuz you need to know the policy here. So tell me. >> So you live in It says East Cleveland. Okay. You're going to have to contact East Cleveland uh police. >> Uh-uh. That's not how you do it. >> Okay. So, >> that ain't how you know. >> Please explain to me how what's the best way to go about it. >> You come to the store and ask for a refund or a replacement. >> So, unless most most times they can't track the package themselves. >> Hold on, miss. Most times >> they can't track a package that's stolen though. If it if it made it to its destination and then you had a porch pirate, which honestly I don't think she had a porch pirate. I'm kind of with Mary and some of y'all in the chat, but let's just say you did. Now that's just a crime. It really don't have anything to do with them anymore cuz they got you your product. Then somebody stole it. >> Stores require a police report. >> No, they don't. If they they could do it themselves. I'm not supposed to turn that in to them. >> So, what's your guys's policy? >> I have to have the physical product in the store to ask for a >> refund. Okay. And then what about if a package is stolen? Possibly. Then what? Then that would be uh you would have to contact customer service. >> I'm calling them now. They never answer. So now what? >> Hold on. She's she's >> Cuz I'm I called him twice. >> Go ahead. Go ahead. >> So they can file a claim with FedEx. >> Okay. >> It is out of our hands. There's nothing that we personally can do in store. >> Okay. >> That's a lie. Cuz y'all are customer service on >> That's the same recording. They not answering. Hello. >> Hello. >> Hello. [laughter] >> I'm so sorry. This I've already watched this one and it was so enjoyable. I watch it again cuz she is doing the most. She's She was on the phone. You know how she said they made me wait 40 minutes and no one ever answered and she said they not answering and somebody picks up on the line while the police are standing there. That is hilarious. I'm so sorry. Stuff like that tickles me. >> This is customer service. Can I get your first and last name, please? My name is Stephanie. Need that. >> I received. Well, no, I didn't receive. Excuse me. I'm >> I don't know. Was that a fraudian slip? She said I received and she corrected herself. >> Receiving a headache right now. That's what I'm receiving. I'm in your store. I just sent an email about 36 minutes ago. I sent like four emails in total over the weekend. I purchased some Converses at Journeys in Beachwood Mall on December 1st this year. I asked for the shoes. I actually purchased two. I ordered a red one and I ordered a blue one. They told me they didn't have neither size in the store for whatever reason. I have no idea. After a while, some dude went to the back of the store and found the red shoes and told me that he had to order the blue ones. Okay, that's fine. He ordered the blue ones online. I paid for both of them. I went home. He told me to put the tracking number inside my phone and I would be able to find it. >> 15 or no, excuse me, 10 days later, I called customer service cuz I never received my package. They said they delivered it. They send me a p a message or they send me a whole text message saying that I got the package, but I never did. And I'm just asking that they send a replacement or a refund or a gift card. They telling me I'm under full investigation because the package is not missing or whatever it is. I don't know if they saying I have it or if I stole it. I don't know what the issue is, but they saying they won't issue me a refund until they do a full investigation. And >> so they still didn't say no to the refund. Then she just said they're doing an investigation. See, this is where it's like, you seem guilty to me. Why can't you let them finish their investigation? And then I'm just going to go ahead and say it. She misunderstands that she's under investigation, which all of this an investigation, but she takes it as like I'm the criminal, but it's like that's just what they call it when they have a thing open there. The whole thing's under investigation, but she takes it personally. And I'm like seem guilty. That's gonna take three weeks. Why is it gonna take so long? Why does an investigation take so long? Hell, why is an investigation underway under me anyway? I asked that my shoes be replaced. Why did I get put under investigation? >> Okay. Um, sorry to hear that you seem to be happy to check on the order. Um, do you have that order? >> Yes, I do. Is If I was you, I wouldn't shop here. Y'all don't shop here unless y'all just being nosy cuz the police is in here. [laughter] >> Okay, miss. >> I can say what I want to say. It's a freedom of speech. This man waiting for me or I'm waiting for him. >> So, ma'am, this is what's going to happen. Okay. Um, you are to leave the mall today. Okay. >> Do you hear me, miss? >> No, I don't. I'm on the phone with customer service. >> Okay. Well, you can speak to customer service off mall property. Okay. >> I have cuz I might get a refund. Don't I have to stick my card back in the pin pad to >> No. No. You're not getting that refund on this day. Maybe someday, but not this day. >> Customer service does not handle >> on the phone with customer. You seem to know the policy here, but you was just asking me questions >> because you seem to know it all. So, >> I do. Why you That's telling me what I have to do and you not telling me right. You are lying to me right now. You in my face telling me I have to leave and I'm trying to get a refund. >> Get out of my face. You about to arrest me. >> Ma'am, that's what we're trying to avoid. He's being way too nice to you. I will give you the real >> Okay, here we go. Wishing to be arrested. I don't know. I don't know why people do this. >> To arrest me cuz I'm not going nowhere until I get a refund. You need to leave the store. >> I'm not leaving. So, you don't have to arrest me. >> Ma'am, you need to leave the store. Okay. >> Customer service. >> We're not trying to do all this. Why is this what you want? >> Sorry. Just getting your order pulled up here so I can look over it. >> Did you pull it up yet? >> What? So, they already show your report. >> Missing. Sounds like >> I guess we're just not getting all the information. >> So, on your delivery, the FedEx driver uploaded a picture of the delivery. um >> to verify if that is like your correct address. >> Yeah. Why? What does that mean? What does that mean now? Cuz y'all all keep asking that. Is that my real address? Yes, it is. That's my address. However, I did not get the package. So, what does this all mean? I just lose out on $70. Is that what you're telling me? >> Uh if it is the case like the package or use the top cover that >> So, I'm out of $70. Is that what you're saying? >> YES OR NO? CUZ Y'ALL TAKE A LONG TIME saying yes or no. Yes or no? Am I out of $70.19? >> Ma'am, >> I'm not talking to you. >> I tried to explain to you that someone >> I can't hear. Would you say that again? >> You'll receive that like >> what investigation. >> You just told me I'm not under investigation. I shouldn't be. So why are you telling me I'm under investigation? You go. You contradicting yourself. What are you saying here? >> Ma'am, you're not under. >> YOU JUST SAID I WAS. >> I got that. >> This store I hope. >> Oh, we're not done. She's leaving the store. We're 10 minutes and 51 seconds into a 33minute video. >> This store go out of business. And it will. >> You guys want to just get your camera? Make sure she makes her way out. You think they >> That's a great point. Zach said it's going to cost more than $70 to bond out of jail. Exactly. >> Yep. She's mad because her scam isn't working. Mary lovable Scorpion. [laughter] What's taking so long to arrest her? I know. >> Got these a male 12. [laughter] I >> mean, it's between those or the blueies. >> That's another story. >> She's going in the vans. [ __ ] it up. >> I really don't want to arrest her. I hope you just calm down. >> I just don't think she understands the process. >> No, he doesn't. >> Because you're under investigation doesn't figure out what's going on. >> Oh, this is going to be no good. >> Do you guys want her gone or what do you guys want? >> Yeah, we want her gone. They were screaming. She was screaming obscenities in their faces for like 17 minutes. >> Okay. >> All right. Well, let's go tell her she has to leave. Yay. She's probably going to be upset. I think I don't think she's had time to properly cool down yet. >> That is such an understatement. These poor police like teammates said teammates said East Cleveland at its finest. I already saw this is funny as hell. This one time I felt sorry for the >> popo. [laughter] South. >> No, it's all right. It's not necessary. There you go. No, they came here. They going to have to put me out of this mall. Give me a refund. >> Mall security wants you out of the mall. >> I'm going to come back. >> Well, if you come back, then you're going to be arrested for trespass. >> You don't even know if I do come back. >> You just said you're going to come back. >> I will, but you don't know when. When I'm going to come back. What? Just for for today, you have to leave. Just for the day, you can come back tomorrow. >> And that's a light trespass cuz most of the times when I see trespass on body cam, it's a year minimum. They're just saying just come back another day at first. [laughter] Don't he's not going to stay like that. But yeah. Um I I'll wait. I'm trying not to talk ahead of the video. >> Oh, I could come tomorrow, but I'm Wait. I'm trespassing, but I come in here tomorrow. I'm allowed in this mall and you just harassing the out of me >> for the day, miss. >> I need a refund. I need a refund. I need some type of >> Is there anything that we can say or do to make you comply just for the day? Is there anything >> harassing me because I was in journeys giving them a HARD TIME? I SAID JOURNEYS. I hope they go out of business. I hope this store I go out of business too cuz I'm not getting NONE OF THE STUFF I ASKED FOR OR I'M PAYING FOR. I GOT RECEIPTS FOR DAYS, MAN. AND Y'ALL NOT EVEN HONORING THAT. Y'ALL NOT HONORING NONE OF MY RECEIPTS. I DID PAY FOR THEM. I PAID FOR SOME STUFF ONLINE, TOO. HE'S SAYING I CAN'T GET THAT BACK EITHER. WHY IS IT I CAN'T GET A REFUND? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? You seem to know the policy. What is the problem? Why can't I get a refund? Don't tell me TO CALM DOWN. TELL ME WHY I CAN'T GET A REFUND. >> Calm down. He's giving you the refund. >> No, he not. He just told me THAT HE UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATIONS. That's what he said. WHY CAN'T I get a refund on that? And stop smiling. Be serious about it cuz you work. No, no, I'm very serious. Okay, tell me then. >> I'm telling I've already told you. I'm going to say it again so they can hear. >> Okay, let them hear it. >> When you order something online that no longer becomes an instore problem. So, I'm telling you that I cannot give you a return for your online product. Turn this in. >> So, what do you do with online products again? >> You contact online customer service. >> Call customer service. Miss, no. No, you're leaving for the day. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. That's exactly what I'm about to do. We're about to call customer service cuz this is the only store in the United States. I looked it up. >> All I'm saying is >> I did. I did. I looked it up. Okay. But look ME IN THE FACE. LOOK ME IN THE EYE. I LOOKED IT UP. THERE'S no [laughter] >> girl. I was waiting on this part. Oh my god. She just keeps taking L's. So now she's arguing that this is the only vans and there's no vans where in South Park Mall. First of all, shout out to Who's this? Who is this? I I'll find out. The links will be in the description. But shout out to the uploader. They put up a map, a layout of the mall, and Vance is in South Park Mall. She's arguing a point she's about to lose so behemothly. It's It's just great. I love it. >> South Park Mall. >> That is not true. It is. I can call South Park Mall right now. >> Call them. >> You want me to call? You want ME TO SHOW YOU? >> YEAH. CALL. GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER. GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER to South Park Mall. Man, YOU SAID IT. SO DO IT. DO WHAT YOU SAID TO DO. Give me the phone number. I'm about to call. I'm about to call him. >> I got you. I got you. >> I'm about TO CALL HIM. >> I'M NOT TALKING. YOU SHOULD be working. I'm talking to him. >> I'm talking to him. >> I need the phone number to South Park Mall right now. Give me that phone. I call them right now. >> Oh, and I think she takes it off a speaker once he confirms they're in South Park Mall. [laughter] I I feel like I remember that. >> I'll show you the phone number right now >> cuz I can go there. Y'all ain't Y'all ain't in South Park Mall. I'll go there and get a refund, right? Go check. Go check. >> Yeah, you said they there. So, give me the number. Give me the number. >> Of course. >> Whatever. Whatever helps you remember. >> It's taking a long ass time. It should be listed somewhere, right? >> No. >> Oh, there's >> Oh, no. No. Okay. Maybe not. This your store. It should be listed all the phone numbers, but I'm wrong. >> I'm wrong. I'm wrong. Right. I am. Of course, >> I'm always wrong. So, go ahead and find that number cuz it's taking a long ass time. >> The number's right here. You ready to take it down? >> 440. >> That's not So Go ahead. 44 >> 263 >> 263 >> 7908 >> 798 >> Okay. All right. So, I'm just saying your business here is done today. Okay. Just for the day. You can come back tomorrow. This is from what mall security told me. Okay. So, I'm going to ask you again to please leave and then you can check with South Park Vans on the refund. But they're saying they cannot give that to you here today. And that's something you have to do with customer service online. >> Hi. Is this Vans? >> This a van store. >> Where is this located? >> Uh it's it's in the middle of South Park Mall. Uh it's like it went to it went towards Santa Claus kind of like to the left of it. Don't come in here unless y'all being nosy. >> I promised you. They're like, "Please do us the favor. You never have to show up again." That would be everyone's dream. I'm sure no one wants to deal with her in a drive-thru, anything. A a hotel reservation. Don't nobody want to deal with her at all. The airlines, nobody wants to deal with a person that acts like this. >> They don't even have oning Converse or Vans. They got on North Face. I hope they still in here. >> I hope they still in here. Now they Okay, now they ignoring my phone call. Which means it was never a Vans in South Park Mall. Y'all just playing cuz he won't even answer the phone. He keep hanging up on me. But you know what? Just be walking ON OUT OF HERE. >> I WOULD HAVE saved like 2 hours paperwork. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BEAUTIFUL. Merry Christmas. CUSTO want to say these cops definitely make the top of my list of the most patient but didn't have to be patient police officers. Like the arrest could have happened when she refused to leave in that first store and they said, "Hey, you got to go. They don't want you here." And she didn't leave. It's it's handcuff time, you know? So they go in the top top, you know, list of very very patient officers. But you you could have done this sooner. But yeah, you know, some cops do have patience. >> DON'T STOP HERE, Y'ALL. DON'T COME IN HERE. THEY'LL ARREST you at Christmas time. I'm telling you. I'm warning you. I just figured I have a little little uh maybe maybe get the chair out. Maybe we can wheel her in here once we get her into the chair. >> She's just Yeah, I just figured, you know, we don't you can try and figure anybody. She's she's saying I'm being too nice. I guess you know how I am. >> Who nice? Cuz I was mean in the mall ONE NIGHT. THAT'S WHY I GOT ARRESTED for a >> ma'am. AIN'T NO MA'AM. DON'T CALL ME NO MA'AM. NO MA'AM ME. >> YOUNG lady help us out. >> No, I'm not. Y'all kick me out of the blam. Pick me up if you have to. Y'all >> you're going to have to come out of >> I ain't doing cuz I got ARRESTED FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT. SO THAT'S THE charge >> for disorderly conduct and uh criminal trespass. What we got? So once you cooperate, hold up. Time out before you speak. You get out. But if you take it any further, you won't get a personal bond. It'll be it'll be more charges. So it's up to you what you >> still a way for her to leave ASAP. People people >> want to do. >> Are you telling me I got to pay for this? >> No. You're going to get out once we practice or you going to let you go? >> You going to have to put up every charge you can cuz I can't get out. I'm not getting out. I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO GO OUT BECAUSE Y'ALL ARRESTING ME. SO, I'M SUPPOSED TO GO TO COURT AND EVERYTHING. DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO. I'M NOT I'M NOT COOPERATING. OKAY. Is that it? I'm telling you right now. I'M NOT COOPERATING. YOU GOING TO HAVE TO FILE DISORDERLY CONDUCT >> just like y'all just did. >> They're doing that. You're going to get out of a personal >> ARGUING WITH ME. YOU ARGUING with you. You don't want a personal bond. >> I'm not arguing. You heard me. >> We'll be dressing, I guess. >> Yeah. Come on, man. >> Bro, you being gentle. >> I never known a cop to be real gentle with somebody. For real? >> For real. >> This is necessary. >> This is dead serious. >> It's all personal violence. >> I don't give a what it is. Y'all know >> cuz I got to walk back TO MY CAR. So this isn't a ploy to spend the night somewhere warm. Like she has a home. The whole point was the shoes didn't get delivered to her house, you know, her her place. So, I was like, what are you doing this for? Who what does this prove to anyone? >> Supposed to give a ride back to a woman. You ain't even supposed TO BE ARRESTED. >> DUH. >> THAT'S WHY IT'S GOING DOWN LIKE THIS. I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN HANDCUFFS. I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN HERE. SUPPOSED TO BE IN A MALL. SO, Y'ALL FIGURE IT OUT. GODDAMN IT. Every last one of y'all. God damn it. Do everything. Lick my goddamn too. You could do that too while you at it. Tell y'all. >> Y'all know this is wrong. I forgot about that part. >> Y'all can't stand that. Y'all have to do that. >> Don't harm. Listen to what I'm telling you. >> That's just how generally chill we are. >> Yeah. >> This y'all do with people at Christmas. THIS IS CHRISTMAS. THIS THE HOLIDAY SEASON. Y'ALL, >> MAN, IT'S 10 days to y'all. >> DON'T BE CUZ I'M NOT CHRISTMAS SHOPPING, [ __ ] AND YOU ARRESTED ME CUZ I'M CHRISTMAS SHOPPING. CALM DOWN, PLEASE. >> NO, THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL THISLY CONDUCT. >> THIS IS BEYOND. >> THAT'S WHY I'M GETTING CHARGED FOR STUPID. >> WHY? WHY? I just You're doing too much. >> YOU GOING TO ARREST ME. YOU GOING TO CHARGE ME WITH THE RIGHT CHARGES. SINCE THIS IS DISORDERLY CONDUCT, I'MMA GIVE IT TO YOU. THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL DISORDERLY CONDUCT. WHEN YOU DON'T COMPLY WITH THE LAW AND THE POLICE, THAT'S WHEN YOU CHARGE WITH SOMEBODY WITH DISORDERLY CONDUCT, NOT IN THE [ __ ] MALL WHEN THEY PAYING for stupid. >> CUZ YOU CAME AFTER ME FIRST, STUPID. >> YOU D ME? >> I CAME here because somebody called us. That's what we do as the police. >> Y'ALL THINK Y'ALL SO TOUGH. UNTIL Y'ALL GET IN THE POLICE STATION, ALL OF A SUDDEN IS, OH, JUST be just comply. Just be nice. I do that one and we'll put it in over there. And I'll hold on to coach. You're not supposed You're not That's just the WAY WE ARE. THAT'S >> YOU'RE NOT UPHOLDING THE LAW. YOU'RE DOING ALL If you going to arrest somebody, let them go. Don't take them home. Don't get them home. >> You got to talk to my boss about that. I don't make those calls. I don't even disagree with you. >> Talk to the judge, man. Let me go a >> Are you expressing any thoughts, young lady? >> Christmas time. Yeah, that would Yeah, that's a thought right now. >> Well, you watch what you say. >> I don't care what the Yeah, it is. It's a thought. You telling me to watch what I'm saying, BUT YOU ASKING ME A QUESTION HERE. >> WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? >> WELL, DUH. I JUST ANSWERED IT. YEAH, IT'S A THOUGHT. SO, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. YOU'RE STUPID AS ARE Y'ALL. YOU'RE DUMB AS IT'S A HOLIDAY. YEAH, YOU JUST ARRESTED ME. SO YEAH, I'M THINKING ABOUT THAT. WRITE THAT DOWN, STUPID. WRITE IT DOWN. WRITE IT DOWN. WRITE IT DOWN, STUPID. This is where you hear the record scratch and be like, you're probably wondering how I got here. Oh god. Lord. I I need her to watch this body cam back. I need the judge to see the body cam. I need the judge to see all the body cams of the people we've watched cuz I feel like they don't get to see it. And since that one prosecutor dropped the charges, it didn't even make it to a judge anyway. But people need to watch their body cams back. >> WRITE IT DOWN. >> HOW YOU doing today? >> WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH Y'ALL? >> Are you suffering any medical or or serious mental health issues? >> You figure it out. >> It's a yes or no question. >> I don't know how to answer that. >> Do you have do you have any medical or mental health problems? >> You don't you can't ask me that question. You should be able to identify me, examine me, and look at me and see if I have mental health. Bunch of white people want a black to look like that, right? Indeently. No shoes on, no nothing. Just sit here and look stupid. But y'all looking in the [ __ ] mirror, dummies. Y'all look stupid. Is y'all dumb? Can't even say nothing. Just sitting there doing paperwork, right? >> Yeah. Who said it? I Okay, I had so many comments now. Who said Mama V? Mama V said she's mostly she's like angry because they're not angry. And yes, this is the type of person you have to be miserable with them. And then she'd probably be sweet as pie if you were the ones that were miserable. But because they're okay and able to keep their calm, oh no, she has to go worse and worse and worse from the store clerks that didn't rise to her uh how she was acting to the cops that's not rising to how she's acting. It it makes her so mad. You got a lot of paperwork to do. What the [ __ ] is YOU DOING? WHAT TYPE OF charges is you ching up on this? Disorderly conduct, trespassing, >> murder, kidnapping. What else is you adding on there? Keep throwing in. Give me more time. Go ahead and add it on. >> Add up all the charges in here. Throw it on. Make Maybe it'll make y'all feel a little bit better. I got some sell for y'all. [laughter] How about a new heart? Y'all need that Grinches. >> This Grinch, >> can you almost took her gun out of >> criminal? You dumb. How the hell was I your gun? >> I don't have my phone on me. >> That's what I was grabbing for and I REACHED AND GRABBED SOMETHING. I should HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GRAB NOTHING. YOU STUPID IDIOT. RETARDS. >> Drag radio. >> I grab this off. M I got to read your Miranda rights. Okay. I don't intend to answer you any questions, but I do it as of anybody who comes in here. I just want you to understand you have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. If you begin to make a statement, you may stop at any time. Any statement you do make can be used against you in a court of law before making any statement or anytime thereafter. You have the constitutional right to the aid of an attorney and have an attorney with you during questioning now or in the future. If you're unable to afford an attorney, won't be appointed before you for any questions if you wish. Do you understand those rights? I read them to you. If I bring this paper over, will you sign it? Did you understand or are you refusing? >> Criminal. >> I'll take that as a refusal. And that is fine. Like I said, I don't intend to ask you any questions about uh your >> most disorderly conduct charge or your criminal trespass charge. >> Merry Christmas everybody. >> Do you wish me to notify my supervisor, Mic require, dietary issues or mental health concerns that you have? >> [snorts] >> Is there anything I can notify him about? >> Just to be safe while you're here. >> Are you single or married? >> All right, guys. I think we're going to bail for a minute and get some paperwork done. Unless you need us down here for anything. >> We appreciate it. >> Stay out of trouble. >> I do my best as much as I can. Around noon, officers were called to a mall where an iate customer was refusing to leave a shoe store. The woman, identified as 40-year-old Stephanie, was visibly upset when police arrived on scene and demanded a refund from the store after not receiving her order. During the encounter, she was on the phone with customer service, who explained to her that the package seemed to be delivered on their end, but was most likely stolen. After refusing to leave for quite some time, Stephanie eventually decided to leave the store, but not before shouting some obscenities at everyone inside. But this was however not the end of this encounter. Since security notified officers that Stephanie had gone into the van store on the other side of the mall. After arguing with staff in the van store, she eventually also left here and made her way to the center of the mall where she would start screaming that Vance as well as Journeys were quote horrible stores. This is when officers had enough and decided to put Stephanie in cuffs. She was then transported to jail where she was put into a restrained chair after causing a scene there as well. Stephanie's Christmas shopping spree ended not with new shoes, but it did end with two new charges to her name, [music] namely disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. >> Girl, she's lucky that's it. Oh my gosh. Hold on. There was something that said yes. Dean said she tried to scam up on a lawsuit for Christmas and it didn't work. She wanted them to be rough with her. I I need people to understand too though, like if you are being like that, how they respond, as long as it's not like over-the-top response, that's just necessary force at that point. So, you really taking a gamble trying to get a lawsuit out of that. Um, and I don't know. I don't know why people do that, but okay. Next one is when police catch you while ordering pizza. So, we have a little bit of a a pursuit, a little chase on this one. >> Glendale, Wisconsin are informed of two shoplifterss at Target who are currently fleeing the scene in their vehicle. As multiple units arrive on scene, one officer spots the suspects and begins to approach their vehicle, unaware he's about to take part in one of the craziest pursuits and [music] funniest arrests of his career. >> [screaming] >> taking off northbound on port. King David Paul 3628 Texas SUV delta northbound on >> if your van is missing a door and it's covered with trash bags or or or a tarp uh secured to the van, you're not going to win a uh a pursuit. You just need to go ahead and give give up the ghost on that one. Green light at Chipotle. Continuing northbound 3 light coming up to a red light at Blender on speed 60. You slow down for the red green light at Blender on >> retail type vehicle. Silver Volkswagen or Volvo. I believe >> it's a GMC. >> Continuing northbound passing clover green lights are 95. >> I'm going to try to get in front of him sticks if somebody wants to take my spot for I'll do that. 30 call it when I do that. Coming up to a little bit of traffic at Starbucks 6800 block continuing north on course coming up to a green light at green tree like okay before they keep narrating I do have to say so this is from Midwest Safety one of my favorite body cam channels if you're ever like I need to watch more body cams even when Tren is not on Midwest Safety is really good especially with police police pursuits because they'll give you multi multiple cam POVs they label things they they start doing counter ers on things. They They just have so much They circle in the vehicle if it gets far away. They do so much detail that I definitely I can't I will always remember them for police pursuits. There's another one if I ever see them again, but this one is a great channel. Um and not not even just for for police pursuits, but also now let me tell you, they also be showing a lot of stuff where people die. So, you got to be careful on them titles. Look at the comments first maybe before you go in there cuz they don't care. 28 green light going west green tree westbound coming up to light green no traffic here continuing westbound on green 65 no Slowing down for the stop sign at River. Continuing westbound stand by on which direction? North or west of traffic 3. Continuing east north on river. North on river towards hope. Continuing northbound not river road at a red light. Good open river red light. Speeds are 50. >> Speeds are 50. >> Slowing down for that red light at good hold westbound. Good Oak 45. We are in pursuit of a retail stop vehicle. 36. Continue west green light at Green Bay. Your speed are 90. Terminate. Terminate. Terminate. >> 12. Did you say terminate? >> I did. He's doing another [music] 104. Terminating back eastbound on Good Hope. He's doing another U-turn going westbound on Good Hope. Coming up to Green Bay. Red light there. Stop six. Positive sticks. POSITIVE STICKS. >> Green light. Red light there. Stop sticks. >> Got him. >> Terminate. Follow him. Terminate. Follow him. Send terminated. Everything's off. Continuing northbound. That vehicle is 35 mile. He's northbound on Green Bay. It has got good sticks on the driver's side. Tires are deflating right now. Passing the 7300 block of Good Hope on Green Bay northbound. Just following, not in pursuit. >> Vehicle's continuing. It's slowing down now. It's passing range line right now. I believe it went north on range line. I do not see it north on Green Bay. Uh, I got a citizen saying he went south on range line from good old I'm sorry from Green Bay. Going to continue to check the area. See if they distribute. We're going to check Browner Park. Disregard. He is southbound on range line. He's past the entrance to Browner Park. He's going to be coming up to Good probably westbound. He's going to be making a turn eastbound on good. >> Probably going to go south on line driver side. >> Which direction? >> South on range line. already. >> All right, the neighborhood neighborhood. >> While officers lose sight of the suspects after they enter a neighborhood, reports of two male subjects were seen running in close proximity to where the suspects were last seen. >> I was just told that two subjects ran uh westbound across railroad tracks. All right. Now, this was to me overly dangerous for the police to do this cuz this is, you know, pedestrians, bicycle, uh, a path for them. This is not on a road. Uh, and I was like, cuz they might have their music in, you know, like >> 900 from the area of Sydney. I have yet to locate that vehicle. >> 734 west side. I believe green tree that comes up the neighborhood. behind me. >> As the suspects are still on the loose, this lucky officer happens to pass by a Domino's pizza place and sees two men inside that may match the suspect's description. Just the description again. >> The two white males, one's older, wearing a black jacket with a brown paper bag and the second one is wearing a black leather jacket and darker blue jeans. Both white >> temper. I can't see the race, but there are two males standing inside a Domino's. >> This is them. 750 for my out. You're under arrest. Both of you on the ground. On the ground. On the ground. Hands behind your back. Hands behind. [music] >> Sorry. They tried to act like they were in there the whole time, y'all. Now, then I I don't know if Midwest Safety I think they did this. They added a soundtrack to them getting wrestled to the ground. I I love the sense of humor. >> Hear me? Get on the ground. Get on the ground. >> Have you lost your mothering mind today? >> TASER. TASER. TASER. TASER. TASER. Put your HANDS TO YOUR GROUND. PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND your back. >> Out of your damn mind. >> You keep your hands behind your back, too. IF YOU DON'T PUT YOUR KEEP MOVING YOUR HAND, QUIT moving your damn hand. [music] >> You can get half off Domino's pizzas when you order online right now. >> Y'all, that was Midwest Safety. They put the ad in there. They said, "Just kidding. If you didn't see it, they did it real fast. That was not an ad for YouTube or anything. >> Take on my glasses. >> Glasses right now. Were you concerned about your glasses? >> So, explain to me why I should be. >> I'll pick them up for you. >> Look, you're done doing this stuff. Okay. >> We're going to chase you all over again. Okay. >> Then why try to run out of dominoes? I didn't try to learn nothing. >> Okay. See this? >> I'm paying cameras. I'm paying for a photo. >> Yeah. What' you pay for at Target? >> I didn't target. >> Okay. So, now you lied. >> I I don't You don't have to. >> It's all on camera. See? Welcome to 2024. >> It's amazing. >> Stop moving. >> Got to sit up, man. >> You can sit right where you are. >> Thank you. >> Any nice sharp on you? >> Uh, no. >> No needles or anything? Your glasses are going to be in your front pocket. >> Are they there? Can you check the lens? Make sure there were there. Like I said, you weren't worried about them before when you tried to run out of here. Paying for a soda. >> Paying for a soda caused you to stand up on this. You tried to jump past us. >> Tell you what, watch you stop talking. Stand up. >> I'm going to come grab your stuff and go to the squad. IS it yours free? >> Yeah, mine's free. >> Yeah, I got mine on the bike trail. Have a seat. >> You injured at all? >> Yeah. >> What's going on? >> My elbow, my rib where you need me. >> We didn't need you. >> Yeah, you did. >> Okay. >> Other than that, you okay? >> My wrist >> cuz of the cuffs cuz you were fighting with us. >> I wasn't fighting. >> Okay. >> You came. How you doing, sir? >> Sorry to interrupt your business like that. They came into your business, right? >> Except right now. >> They didn't order anything. Was anything odd about their behavior? >> Did he say anything in specific? >> No. >> I appreciate your time. >> Yep. >> Where's this hat at? >> Right here. >> Did they He just came in. Did he buy a soda? Cuz he said he was trying to buy us something. >> They didn't buy anything. I was making food and when I went to ask them, "Can I help you guys?" And they said, "You were about to make an order." And I said, I I went up to the register and then I saw you guys in >> drive in >> and get out. I was like, damn. [laughter] >> All right, man. Thank you. >> The suspect with the bald head seen being arrested in the body cam footage, Gary, was charged with retail theft and resisting obstructing an officer. Believe it or not, he also had an active warrant for his arrest for eight other retail theft charges. A robbery with threat of force charge and another resisting obstructing charge. Gary took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to all but two retail theft charges resulting in a sentence of 4 years in prison and 3 years of extended supervision. He is also prohibited from all Menard's Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buys, and Targets as those were all the stores he had stolen from in the past. The other suspect involved in the incident in the body cam footage. Jon was the driver of the vehicle leading to his charges of felony fleeing, eluding, hit and run, felony secondderee recklessly endangering safety, retail theft, and possession of cocaine. As his case is still ongoing, and he has not yet been sentenced. He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. When you're shopping with your family, do you ever think you're standing 5t away from somebody who's ready to run from cops over toothpaste and hoodies? On many occasions, these thieves are in the same place as you and I. But they're not shopping. They're planning their escape. You can always spot them because they move very differently. They scan, they pace, and they're already halfway into Getaway Mobile before the first item even hits the cart. So, my question is, why are people in 2026 still trying to steal from Target like it's 1998 when they've got cameras, facial recognition, digital tracking, and corporate intel that's built like a police force? That's not bold, that's delusional. But this is the mindset that turns petty theft [music] into felony time because they got caught and instead of taking the loss, they hit the gas. Now, it's fleeing, reckless endangerment, resisting, all because they couldn't walk out empty-handed. Now, credit where it's due, these officers responded to this call very well. They use great communication and they use the appropriate amount of force while taking no BS from the suspects to make the arrest. Always remember, Target doesn't just watch you, they train the staff to tend for you. They acknowledge you within 10 ft and engage you within four to make sure you know you've been seen because when you're seen, you're already caught. >> Love their summaries. Home Depot, Target, Lowe's. I don't even know what a a Menard is. Is that a grocery store? Maybe not cuz they was the other stores weren't grocery stores. What's a Menard y'all that know that store? Yeah, the other guy. He better be found guilty. It was both of them. Yep. Basically, he has a shop online. Mindy. [laughter] Oh, okay. Now, this is one y'all sent me. I will Okay. There's a lot of emotions I felt with this one. She's She is disrespectful. She is very disrespectful. I also feel like maybe her mom off antagonized her some cuz she did a little bit on camera. Um I feel like her granddad is babying her and excusing her behavior a little bit. Um I feel like she also you'll see there's a lot going on with this this teenager. It says world's most disrespectful teen learns a lesson in authority. >> About that I'm not the one >> and I'M NOT THE ONE NOBODY SCARED OF YOUR BAD ASS. >> YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND. >> I do understand. You can't hit us. >> You can't hit us. >> You just kicked me in the face. >> On January 27th, 2024, officers responded to a domestic dispute between a mother and her daughter. Hello. >> Hi. >> Hey, please. >> Yes. >> What's going on? >> I called y'all before cuz she was beating on the garage outside and it just blew up from there. So, it's been verbal back and forth between both of us. I did snatch that that thing off her wall in her room cuz I I told her, "You got to go cuz um I can't her dog has destroyed the house. I got to pay for that. The bills are mounting stuff that I got to cover. And so I really just want her to go. Like I think she's upstairs. >> So what today? What happened today? It's just arguments. >> It's just arguments and she's just been throwing stuff. >> But she's in her she's in her You can go up. She's in her bedroom. It's messy up there, but she's in her bedroom to the left. Hey, Rachel. >> What? >> Hey, how you doing? >> What's going on? >> H >> Don't do that. He is here to help you. >> Hey, what's going on? >> I don't want I don't got to talk to you. I don't want to talk to you. >> Okay. Well, your mom called. >> I don't give a >> I mean, I'm I'm not your enemy. Okay. I'm here to help. What you saying? >> Who you on the phone with? >> Don't worry about it. >> So, what's going on, man? Who you on the phone with? >> Don't worry about it. >> I'm here to help you. Like, why are you Why are you >> miserable? >> Okay, but I'm I didn't do anything to you. I'm just trying to see what's going on if I can help you. You know what I'm saying? I didn't do anything to you. So, I see you packing up stuff. You trying to go somewhere? >> Get the out of here. My heart hurt. >> Okay. Where you where you >> don't worry about it, >> baby. I can help you. >> No, I don't need your help. I didn't call y'all. She asked for help. I didn't ask y'all for [ __ ] >> Right. Right. That's correct. She called us. Do you need a ride? >> No. >> Do you want to speak to someone? Like I said, obviously >> her [ __ ] Y'all anybody else her ass? She don't good for [ __ ] She contributes nothing to this earth. >> So all that stuff is not my concern. Like >> Jesus, that's the language I'm talking about. She's saying her mom contributes nothing to this earth while living under her mom's roof roof. And she's settled in. I mean, well, obviously she's a teenager, so she would be settled in. But, you know, it's a nice home. I'm not saying people can't be bad parents and have nice homes. Um, and I'm not saying the mom is perfect. There was a some glimp glimpses of the mom, you know, maybe not being the best, but she's a lot to take. This is like, is there a The level that she was at for me was like, is there a teen home I can send send my my teenager to and let them deal with this for a little bit because this is beyond my level. I can't do it. I I could not handle a teenager like her >> right now. >> And I'm sorry, one more thing. And y'all know how much I usually side with the the teenagers. Um especially when it's like a daughter to a mom because these moms can be very toxic towards their daughters. They get mad at them. the dad with the dad not being around it's a lot a lot of things. Um so for me to be like ah not so much on this one y'all know I just it's a lot coming from her. >> I mean I see you in distress and I'm trying to help you you know alleviate that. So it might not be with me. That's why I'm asking is somebody else that you know want to talk to. >> I mean that's my job. I'm here that's my job is to worry to help to help people. So, >> I didn't ask for your help that >> and she's wasting time because either her grandfather's close or coming. She just needs to pack a overnight bag for now. They can get the rest of her stuff later. So, this should not take too long. You know, you get what you need and you go, but it can never be that easy. >> Okay. You didn't ask for help. That's correct. But >> leave me alone. [snorts] I'm doing what I can do to get the out of here. >> But I can help you. You're not doing nothing but slowing me down. Get the [ __ ] out. >> I'm not slowing you down. Have I stopped you from doing anything you're doing? Then you need a ride somewhere where you >> I don't need a ride. I want you to leave me alone. >> So where you where you where you going? >> That's not your business. I just keep telling you that I'm not talking to you. I'M DONE TALKING. >> Do you want to talk to somebody else? >> Watch me pack my stuff up. I'm not talking to you. >> Do you want to talk to somebody else? [snorts] >> Are you arresting me? >> No, I'm not. >> GET THE OUT. IS IT ABOUT uniform that's making you upset? It's Rachel, right? Do you prefer to talk to like the EMS about what's going on? Like I'm not here to hurt you. I'm here to help you. I mean, you might, you know, you didn't call me. You didn't you didn't call and you want me to leave. I think you're here now. >> Hello. >> Hey, this is Rachel. >> Whoa. >> All right. So, this is also why I feel like I just couldn't get with the teenager on this one. So, they did call for EMS for her to be medically evaluated for her state of mind. and you'll see later, you know, but they did immediately. They already engaged them to check on her. I was like, that's thoughtful because you could just have looked at her as take, you know, take her to jail now. We don't want to talk, whatever. Um, so I thought that that was good to me. They're taking the proper steps and she just keeps upping the ante in my opinion. >> The out. I don't want y'all in here. I don't want y'all bothering me. >> Rachel, we not >> Is that not a clear answer? Leave me alone. >> Rachel, we not with your enemies. Like we here >> then leave me alone. >> We here to help you. Mommy, >> I need help. You can help me by getting out my face. Get out of my sight. I don't want to talk to y'all. I don't have [ __ ] to say to y'all. You're wasting your time and you're wasting mine. >> Why you throw the TV down? >> Because I'm pissed. Connect the dots. READ THE ROOM. GET OUT. RACHEL, just cuz you you talk to us like that don't mean that we don't have a damn >> obligations legally. >> So, we don't give a damn. >> We didn't we didn't come here >> because >> I don't care. Get your nerdy ass out of here, bro. Damn. >> We didn't come here because >> I DON'T CARE. >> WE DON'T NEED >> I DON'T CARE. >> SO, RACHEL, we can't leave. >> I don't care. >> That means you're going to have to come with us. >> I'm not doing but be black and mind my goddamn business. Are you Are you 18 years old? >> Right. So, you going to have to come with us? >> Shut up. >> You can come with us peacefully. >> He said he not arresting me. So, I don't got to come nowhere. Get the out. It has nothing to do with us. >> You You don't have to go to jail, right? But we cannot we cannot leave you here. So, you can come with us peacefully or you come with us with assistance. >> No, I WILL BEAT ALL OF Y'ALL ASSES. Don't touch me. >> You know, threatening to eat a man worker. >> Threatening me to touch me and trying to bring me out of here. Don't touch me. Don't touch me, bro. Shut your Steve looking ass up. LIKE, DAMN. NOBODY WORRIED ABOUT [ __ ] You're >> saying, baby go. >> My feelings are not hurt. >> I don't give a >> girl. Shut your ass. I've been over here trying to play victim. You a you >> [ __ ] going >> your daughter and then she >> and then that's crazy. I I don't know what history the grandfather has with his daughter, but he is letting his granddaughter talk about his daughter any kind of way. It's a lot. She threw MY DOG OUT THE FRONT DOOR. LIKE, WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? WHAT THE is wrong with you, >> Razor? We're just >> Now, [snorts] teammates, I don't know if you're thinking this is the mom right here, but she's with the medical people. The mom later says some things. She's just kind of yelling into the room right now. But this isn't the mom. Just in case that's who you're thinking is the mom. She's with the medical. >> Watch your mouth. >> I don't give a damn about none of these here. I'm out reach MY LIMIT. I TRIED TO BE NICE. I LITERALLY TRIED TO DEESCALATE every situation, but be trying me. I came in there, I asked her about Bahamas and I asked her about if I COULD WASH THE TOWELS AND SHE IMMEDIATELY STARTED GOING OFF ON ME. HER SOUL is deeply DISTURBED AND SHE DO ALL that spiritual [ __ ] trying to Nothing is going to fix that. She's the devil herself. >> Rachel, that that's what I was ASKING YOU ABOUT. >> THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU WAS ASKING ME. YOU THOUGHT YOU'RE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH ME AS I ASKED YOU ABOUT [laughter] THE BAHAMAS. I WAS TALKING TO YOU ABOUT THE BAHAMAS trip my daddy WAS GOING TO TAKE. YOU GOT MISERABLE LIKE YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT you said. >> I don't want to hear that. That's why you're still stuck where you at. >> LIKE YOU'RE THE PROBLEM. YOU DON'T REALIZE that we don't want TO HEAR THAT. NO, because this is your fault too. Your fault, too. >> No. No. It's our >> Yeah. Yeah. And he said he be about to say it's our fault. Yeah. Maybe y'all right just a lot of just really really spoiled. Um but yeah, I mean I was about to say her mom seemed like she's doing fine. Mom, I think mom just said she got her masters and everything, but what do you mean she's stuck where she is? She's she seems to be doing all right. [laughter] >> Fault. >> You keep bringing up THAT LAW DEGREE, BUT WHAT LAWYER JOB YOU GOT? NOTHING. >> SO I MEAN [ __ ] WE HAVE [ __ ] AND YOU'RE STRUGGLING AND YOU'RE STRUGGLING TOO. >> WHAT WE going to do to you? >> What we going to do? Cuz this is not real. I understand. So you going to go with >> them? Are you? >> Okay, I'll leave you alone. We don't even have to talk. Can you tell me the answer to these questions? What's today? >> [ __ ] Saturday. >> Okay. How many quarters make $1.75? >> No. >> 175. >> A dollar for 75. >> Okay, cool. Is Mickey Mouse a cat or a dog? >> A mouse. Okay, let me ask you something else. Do you know who the president is? >> Biden. >> And do you know where you're at? >> In Atlanta. >> Okay. What county? >> Okay. Well, I'm sorry, Rich. You have a great day. >> Bye. >> We can't take She She's alert, and confident. She don't want us to talk to her. She don't want us involved. Um, you know, >> well, I want her cuz she's throwing this stuff on the floor. I just want her out cuz she keeps tearing up my house. I I I completely understand that. But what I'm telling you is >> that's fine. If you can't take her, you can't take her. That's kidnapped. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> If she don't want to be assessed, so that's battery. I'm not going to touch her. >> I'm not kidding. >> Okay. >> I PISSED ON HER GRAVE. >> All right. Look, just try to calm down. You got to go with your granddaddy. So, >> don't need to keep working yourself up. >> I'm not leaving without my dog. >> Cuz she just tried to let Gracie out the front door and go get hit by a car. I'm not leaving without my dog. She's going to her. When she just came in here and tried to throw fist at me, like, come on. BUT SHE GOING TO CALL THE police just like a white woman. She knew she throwing hits and didn't want to play victim. That's exactly what she did last year cuz she called the police over here in November of 2022. No problem for that whole year. I mean, for the rest of them year, >> she's miserable. >> I'm not here to arrest anybody. I'm here to help. >> You're not helping cuz she's still >> Rachel. >> That That's not nice. I mean, >> I DON'T CARE. >> NOTHING'S NOT NICE. I don't care. This woman doesn't say >> don't say nothing about Don't say nothing about your mama like that no more. >> I don't care. I don't care. >> That's a lot. That's a crazy a lot a lot to do. And you and you're she's she's still being supported by her. Like it's not like I don't know how much she was in this girl's life. I don't know if she just raised her to be spoiled. I don't know. But this is a lot of vitriol coming out this girl's mouth. It's a lot. >> Where's your dog? >> I don't want her here. I don't want her. I don't want her >> like she she's just >> Where's the dog at? >> In the backyard. >> I've never encountered someone so miserable in my life. >> No, I'm going keep talking cuz I've been silent. I've been playing it too cool. I've been too nice. I've been too This woman says everything under the sun to me and I sit three and just take it because I don't want to be for her. >> But at a certain point in time, no, she going to hear my mouth. She need to hear what people need to be what she need to hear. >> That's why her life is the way it is. She's miserable. >> That's why she can't keep a man. That's why NOW EVERYWHERE SHE GOES IN HER WORKPLACE, THEY BEEFING WITH HER CUZ NO ONE LIKE HER. SHE'S AN unlikable person. It's going to stay that way. People sense energy. She has nothing but demonic energy and nobody >> that mean she this daughter is going to be like what her she's describing the mom as because that's how I feel the daughter's going to be in her adult life. She's always going to be beefing with co-workers. The relationships won't last. I I feel like she's predicting her own future. If that is true about her mom is going to fix that [ __ ] >> In a situation like this in the black community, IT'S ALWAYS THE MOTHER. MOTHERS ARE THEIR DAUGHTER'S BIGGEST HATERS. >> Don't touch me. >> Don't touch me. >> Get off me. GET OFF ME. >> COME ON, RACHEL. LISTEN. If that door hit me, you won't go to good jail. So, I need you to calm and control. >> I don't have this. You need to control your actions. Okay. >> His fat ass in here talking to me. >> Shut up your mouth. The man had >> You need to control your actions because if you do something, Rachel. >> Okay, man. >> Big black. Somebody cares. >> I understand. >> I didn't do anything to you. >> You're You're sitting here bothering me. Get the out mess with you. >> I'm trying to make sure this is peaceful. If you're going to go, get the [ __ ] out my face. Okay. You >> catch this [ __ ] too. >> All right. Yeah, Candace, this is Okay, Candace came in. I told you I had mixed feelings about this and I went through a lot of emotions because um y'all again, you know how I am with about toxic moms and we're seeing the result of something happening right here. So, I was like, I can't be 100% like it's it's just the daughter. But so, you you feel me? I was like, I'mma reserve some for the daughter, too. But it's it's bad. It's bad. All right. Look, >> I'm I'mma do I'mma tell you like this. >> You do one more You do one more thing like that. I'm tell you going to go with me >> up talking to me. I'm telling me. >> You going to go over this? >> Stop talking to me. >> I'm telling you right now. >> I'll be your mother. You trying to shut me. >> I'm going to tell you how to do one more thing. SHUT THE UP. NOBODY WORRIED ABOUT YOU. >> All right. >> Like I said, I WAS A FAT GOT SOMETHING TO SAY TO ME. >> I'm neither neither one of you over here being a police offic. I'm going tell you right now something else. I DON'T CARE. >> ALL RIGHT. >> DAMN. YOU BLACK. >> YEAH. >> Move out my way. >> And there's the selfhate coming out too because she's black and she's calling the cop. You I know she's saying like she's trying to talk about his complexion or something for sure, but I I always consider all that kind of self-hate. Like um I don't know like what what was the point of saying that when people say that? I mean, I I've heard it and it I don't know. I can't say in some circumstances I do maybe get it. I'm just so used to it. I'm usually desensitized to it maybe instead of actually accepting it. But yeah, she and she is she's aiming that anger towards everybody. >> Ma'am, move. I'm out of door. What? What? I'm trying to see what's going on, man. >> I'm packing MY [ __ ] I DON'T NEED YOU ANY >> OH, NO. I told you about that. I'm not the one. >> AND I'M NOT THE ONE THAT NOBODY SCARED OF YOUR FAT ASS. >> YOU PUSH THE DOOR ON ME. >> YOU GOT ALL THAT [ __ ] I'M SUPPOSED TO BE SCARED. >> NO, YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE SCARED. >> YOU'RE NOT HELPING ME. >> NO, I got to take a break with her. It's I'm actually getting a headache. Um, Candace, I'mma be your voice on this one. So, Candace Coaches says, "Yeah, she's frustrated and obviously mad, but y'all not listening to what's being said. I'll point out one thing she said. She said she's always punching on me and I try not to do anything, but then I don't call the police when she punches on me." I did catch that. I I don't know, but I'm I got you, Candace. I'mma point out some of it. [laughter] >> Get your stuff and let's go. Okay. Get what you can get so you can go. Okay. You can come back later to get anything else. All right. >> All right. Just get what you can get. >> Come on. Just if you're going to go with your granddaddy, just the best. Just get what you can get so you can go. Okay. I'm here to help you. [laughter] Okay? You're not going to be able to get everything at one time. All right? Just come get what you can get. You got a whole basket and stuff downstairs. >> Then go to your granddaddy house. Clear your head. >> Go talk to somebody. Okay. I'm not here to hurt you. >> I'm not here to hurt you. I'm not here to take you to jail. Okay. Clearly, you've been distressed and you need to go somewhere where you can clear your mind. Okay. But you you're not going to be able to grab everything right now. That's all I'm here. I'm not here to bother you. >> Stop. Stop. Put it down cuz you're going to hurt if you just just put it down. Please put that down cuz I don't want you to hurt yourself and I don't want to get hurt either. >> I'm not going to hurt you. >> If the glass breaks and it shatters, it hits me in the eye. Hit you in the eye. >> Let's not break it. >> Okay. But can I have it, please? Thank you. I'm not trying to bother you. >> Come on. When you get your stuff, come on back later. We'll come back later. >> I'm not leaving without my dog. >> Your mama. She said your dog will stay here. >> I'm not leaving without my dog cuz she the same person that just let her run out into the street before the police came. I'm not leaving without my dog. >> Sorry about that, man. Oh, you're all right. I'm not leaving without my dog. >> Come on, let's go, Rachel. >> That everyone else like we're the issue. No, you're the issue. >> Come on, let's go. You got your stuff. >> Then dancing in her jaws like a old lady. Like, this is disgusting. She should be embarrassed. Good luck trying to figure out how >> Thank you. Thank you. I got it. I got it. I got it. Meanwhile, you ain't got nowhere to live. >> Bye. >> Okay, that was my other clue that they have more of a girl to girl relationship than a mom daughter relationship when she was like, "Mean meanwhile you ain't got nowhere to live. Bye." It was I don't know how to describe it y'all, but they've had a back and forth that's not just mom daughter dynamic in this. >> Bye. That's why. >> Bye. Bye. >> That's why you struggling. >> I'm really not. >> I told you that for this. >> I told you that. >> I'M NOT LIKE YOUR FATHER. I don't have a two household. >> Oh, there's the other one. She does bring up the dad. That's she's she's the girl. Although she's making the mocking voice. She was she's saying the mom says, "I'm not like your dad. I don't have two people uh making an income." So, she does bring up that girl's dad. I'm just I'm just on the minor minority side because y'all already got the majority side. So I'm that's why I'm speaking on this one because if it had been the other one, I would also have pointed out how she's, you know, doing a lot as a teenager, but y'all got the majority. So I'm just over here speaking on the minority side. She still frustrated me. I'm like, hey, it is what it is. But I I peep the mom. I told you that >> ain't got a pot to piss in or throw out the front door. >> Look, she go. >> She about to go to I'm about you about Look, she about to go to jail, huh? Get her in the car cuz she getting >> Well, >> is that your car? Yeah, that's my car. >> Could she break something in my presence? She already should have been already going to jail. >> Yeah, I think so, too. >> Man, turn come here. Turn around, man. Man, I'm about to do this. I'm dying. I can I'm not about to keep doing this. Come here, Rachel. You going with me. >> That was an accident. I literally >> I just sat there and watched you. >> And unfortunately for this teenager, this is where it definitely goes downhill because she still had freedom of movement. Just pack your bag. You can't take the dog. Pack your bag. go with your grandfather. Um, but these are the things that's about to get you put in handcuffs. >> I'm This going to be your last time. Okay. You need to come right here. You need to get what you need to get and leave. Do not come back in here cuz I'm telling you right now. You getting ready. I I watched you. All right. Do something else then. >> Right. Now you >> Okay. I've been real I'm about to close this door. She >> I'm about to close the door and she not come back in this house. >> She What else did she break up there? >> She pushed over uh uh it was a printer or something. >> Oh, >> yeah. Let's close the door. She ain't come back in here. All right, grab your stuff. You're not You're not going back in. >> YOU KNOW WHAT? >> STOP OFF OF ME. I'M TRYING TO GET my dog. >> Get the off. >> You trying to bite me? >> You trying to bite me? >> GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind my back. >> I'm about to change you. >> I'M ABOUT TO CHANGE YOU. >> TURN AROUND. >> Turn around. >> Turn. No. [ __ ] I'M NOT PLAYING. SHE not playing. Turn around. Step back. >> TURN AROUND. BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> Turn around. Put your HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> ALL RIGHT. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. Turn around. >> We're not playing with you. >> Turn around. >> You got to breathe. SARAH, STEP BACK. I AIN'T BEING NICE. I'M DONE, MAN. She said she can't breathe. >> She'll be all right. >> Ain't nobody on her. >> She said she can't breathe. Hold on. >> She'll be all right. She's all right. >> I can't stop me. >> Nobody is on you. Only thing you got to do is let your hands go. Let your hands go. >> I want to also say, okay, cuz someone said, uh, why can't she live with the dad? And I always I do always wonder that like, how come the dad can't take the child, too? You know, uh, sometimes it's because the courts will favor the mom and if the mom fights to say no, she should stay home with me, the mom's probably going to win unless they're found to be unfit. But also uh do they how how can I put this? I I see a lot of dads not fighting for their kids too. I I you know what I mean? So it's like frustrating for the mom too because it's like you could but you just don't want to. Whereas I would be looked at as a pariah of society if I say the same thing and just be like well I don't want her full time. You know what I mean? So I I do get the frustration and that's where I think a lot of toxicity is built between the mom and a kid. Not even just a daughter. If it had have been a son, all that stuff, you know, like you look like your daddy, you know, all that stuff. I do feel that, too. >> You're gonna get tased. >> You're going to get tased. >> I want you to stop. I would get up and just stop. >> Oh, no. You don't kick ME IN THE FACE. You're going to jail. >> Yes, you did. >> You're going to jail. >> You just tried to bite me. She just kicked me in the face. >> I want you to stop, please. I promise to get tased. You are going to get tased. You don't kick me in the face. You just kick me in the face. They're building it. >> They call them for. >> They ain't going to take them. having not >> I didn't want you to stop. >> I didn't want you to stop. >> Only thing you got to do is calm down. You over here fighting. >> Told you to calm down. >> Shouldn't have caused injuries to herself. >> That subject keeps banging her head on the car and on the wall. It's got a full radio. Just go ahead and start your paperwork. Get inside. >> I just want you to stop. >> Don't worry about that. Warrant. >> You're hurting me. >> No, man. You hurting yourself. >> You're pressing my head. >> Are you going to stop begging? You got to call me. >> Well, they were trying to call me. No, I came because I didn't know J didn't come >> and I knew what the car was. Oh, >> she's supposed to be going with granddaddy, but she kept >> pushing and knocking over stuff and I I told her she had one more time. >> Because I'm tired. You don't understand. >> I do understand. You can't hit us. You can't hit us. You just kicked me in the face. >> You kicked him in my face and you tried to bite him. It's no joke. >> No. All everything aside, I know I beat you, but I did not kick you. >> Yes, you did. >> Well, I apologize. >> It doesn't matter. It's too late for that. It's too late for that. >> Cuz you was hurting me. If you would have just put your hands behind your back the first time nobody would have been told take you to jail. I told you just get your stuff but come back later. >> I'm tired of this. >> It does not matter. You can't kick anybody in the face. If I were hurting I kicked somebody in the face. I would go to jail in uniform. >> You were hurting me. >> You don't know. >> You were literally hurting me. >> That's what you need. >> You're hurting me. for this. >> I want the cups loose and they're hurting my ri. >> Oh no, you are not coming out. >> I want water. >> She say show is custo99. hurting me. >> I'm not hurting you. >> We're not hurting you. >> Yes, you are. >> What you doing? What you doing? >> I'm not dude. >> I want to get out of this. >> Watch out, sir. Back up, please. >> You keep fighting. You keep fighting. I want you. >> You keep fighting. Nobody's letting you go. You keep fighting. >> It might be too big. >> On that side. >> Stop. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. Cuz you're hurting yourself, bro. >> Nobody got their hand on your throat. >> No, it's not. No, it's not. >> My My hand is on your My hand is on your chin. My hand is on your >> No, I'm serious. Like, for real. No, it's not. >> I'm can't breathe. >> No, I'm serious. Stop talking because >> okay break. [laughter] It hurts. >> If you stop fighting, we'll let you. We'll relax you. >> Okay. >> But you keep fighting. Calm down. >> Calm down. >> I better bite you cuz it hurts. >> All right. All right. Listen. All right. LISTEN. LISTEN. LISTEN. [screaming] >> CALM DOWN. WE can adjust IT FOR YOU. >> IT HURTS. >> NO. YOU'RE FIGHTING US. WE CAN'T. >> OKAY. YOU GOT TO CALM DOWN. >> YOU GOT TO CALM DOWN. >> LISTEN. Calm down. We can adjust it for you. What's hurting on her? My >> calm down to stand up. What's hurting on you? >> It's my wrist squeezing my wrist bone like that. >> Okay, step back for me. >> Yes. >> Step back further for us. >> When you're combating us, we can't put it on correctly cuz you're fighting us. >> Holding signal. >> Stop moving. >> I'm trying to get it off. Trying to help you. Stay still. at the location. >> Just going right here and right here. >> All right, give him a second. He's trying to loosen it. Just stay still. >> Look. >> You should be feeling better now. >> I was too straight on Thanksgiving. >> Well, cops ain't meant for coffee. >> This supposed to been this simple. >> Stop. Going with granddaddy. >> Stop. And you bit me in my right hand. You play that. >> And then you kick the sergeant. >> I didn't mean to kick him. I meant to bite you, but I didn't mean to kick him. You meant to bite me. Why did you want to bite me? >> Because you were hurting me. I wasn't hurting you. It was hurting. >> I was stopping you from going in the house. >> Even my dad used to hit me. I used to scratch him when he was hurting. >> I'm not your dad. >> I don't care if I'm in danger and I feel like I'm being hurt. I'm going hurt you. He was hurting. >> All I was doing was stopping you from going in the house. >> No, you manhandled me and snatched me. >> The last time that happened to me was my dad. You My fight or flight kicked in. And you lucky you didn't get chased. Let her let her go 10:13 >> and we going to get the warn. >> I don't want to go to 1013. I just got out of >> You going to You definitely 103. You don't say you wanted >> I did not say I said I want y >> Okay, that's the same thing. >> I don't want to be 103. I don't need >> I don't want to go to I don't want I rather go to jail. Please don't you can't take it to jail. Listen, >> the jail's not going to take it. >> Okay. And I think my final point and yes, she did say she was depressed. So that was one when y'all pointed that out in the chat. I didn't want to interrupt too much. My final point is she's been sent to the hospital before for selfdeion thoughts and they said that she said stuff this time that is for self like talking about type of selfdeion type things. So, I'm like I think it it was more like I don't know how to put it, y'all. I feel like Okay, I had to go to therapy with my mom because it we it was dark. It was dark. And I I was going to go one of two ways. And I mean, I had therapy with her in my late 30s, not not at the time I was a kid. So, at the time I'm a teenager and trying to figure out what I'm doing with my life to get out of the house. I was like, I could have went one of two ways. the rebellion way like she's acting right now or if I thankfully chose the other way which was only thing I care about is school so I can get out of here. I want my education so I can get out of here. But it it takes a lot to still try to focus on that way instead of the way she's going. I can I just saying I don't I don't find her 100% innocent. I'm just saying that she has said a usually when you see the spoiled kids, they're not very specific on why they don't like their parents, but she kept naming some flags. You know what I mean? So, that's kind of where I am with it. >> No, you can take me to jail. I don't want to go back to Please don't take me to the >> Oh, yeah. Rose, you're right. She also said something with her dad. She was like, "The last time it happened to me, my dad was trying to hurt me." She said something about her dad and her fight or flight kicked in. She did say that. Bro, >> thank you. >> You don't too much to be trying to go to the jail. It's too late. >> I don't want to go to I don't want to go there. >> Jail's not going to take you in your condition right now. >> I'm not I'm just hurt cuz my own mother. Imagine Imagine our only thing you wanted was a mother's love and she treating you like this. It's damaging. It does a lot to your character. You say you >> offices once you say that >> you have to go to jail because let's say you go to >> let's say you go to jail are liable so we not playing that game >> okay y'all I'mma put us out of our misery on this one because it drags a little bit longer and I'll show they they did take her to the hospital so y'all can see that she didn't go straight to jail. She went to the hospital. They had to strap her in. But she she don't want to go to the hospital, but she she you going to do something if you saying stuff like that. So I I ain't no dragging no more. But all right. And that was one y'all sent to me. Okay. I didn't pick that one out. I had seen it and I discarded it after I saw it. But then it got sent to me and I was like, "Well, I guess we're going to talk about it." And I ain't going to do that with all videos, but I do try to pick some harder ones to talk about sometimes. Um didn't realize it was going to be that hard. I think it's sometimes until you're playing it back with other people, you don't realize how deep it actually goes. But that that one was sent to me. Okay, we are I'mma save this one cuz lovable Scorpion had to go back into the bushes and she sent this one. So, I'll save this one for another time. Um, all right. This one is entitled mother son duo terrorizes shoppers meets karma. [screaming] On October 6th, 2023 in Arizona, officers were dispatched to Ross following a report of a female shopper making threats inside the store. >> Come in. >> Hey. >> Oh, yeah. I saw it. >> Give me a sec. You stay over here. >> Dang. What's up? >> What's up, honey? >> Let's have a talk over there. Okay, >> let's move up over there. Let's go have a talk. >> Wait, hold up. I got an officer. Let me talk to me. That's so weird. Okay, wait. Hold up. I need my stuff. >> Yeah, bring it over here. Bring it over here. You're not in trouble yet. >> My son. >> So, I just want to make sure I have the right person. >> My son do something. So, was there an issue today with you? I just want to talk to you about it. >> No, I ain't had an issue. This is my first sign. So, I hope you ain't racially profiling me cuz I'm going to have a lawsuit. >> That's your right, man. >> No problem. I mean, never. You got to hear this cuz I just walked into the store. >> You want to have a talk out there? >> No, we can talk right here cuz I want to know what you >> So, apparently we have a phone call of a lady that you were following and you bumped her card against her. Hi. >> Yeah. Hey, so the description they gave us was black female ponytail, yellow shirt, blue shorts. So that's why I stopped you and I'm talking. >> Oh no. >> I'm coming out here to shop and then go. >> Wait, do you hear this? So here it is. >> 622. >> What's happening? >> Yeah. He said he had a call about me. >> Is the 964 still at the store? >> Somebody. Can you bring the other person here that I bump cart? You work here, right? >> I do. Yeah, I just have a car about me. >> I I haven't heard anything. So that's why and I'm weird cuz I'm at the checkout and I try to >> Hey, I'll be I'll be honest. It's happened today where someone fit fit the description of someone else. >> I don't like fitting description cuz I'm going to go I don't know cuz I'm going to go all the way for a lawsuit. >> Do what you got to do. >> Do what you got to do, girl. >> Do it sound like discriminating. >> I honestly don't know what's happening. That's why >> I don't even know what's happening. I'm trying to find an outfit. >> So basically, we had a call. Uh >> she worked here. female is being followed around. >> You're a worker at Ross, right? >> Yes, I'm a man. Have you heard anything about me? >> I haven't. That's our That's our It could be It could be nothing. But there was a female that called and said that >> you pointing at me. So, it's something to me. >> So, you fit the description right now. >> I fit the description. >> So, if I if I stole from your car right now and they said Hispanic male tattoos all over, >> that's just a description. You go pick. So you just going to see you're going to see a Hispanic male walking right down the street by >> You're going to go just go choose him because that's what you just did to me. >> That's my job. >> Your job is to discriminate. Everybody in the store hear him. His job is to discriminate a black woman. He got a call on a black woman like me. Okay. Come on. Finish it. >> I don't give a what he say. He discriminate because I'm not stealing. I'm buying. >> I want to take it outside. Complain about me. You work here right now. Did you have a complaint about me? >> We haven't heard anything. I've been in here for about two hours cuz I don'tict the victim. >> Have you had a complaint about me? Police department >> in my description. >> I mean, you can go talk to her. She >> I have never needed to be in Ross for two hours or any other store for two hours. What are you doing in there for two hours? >> Excuse me. >> The only black person in here. Have you had a No. >> No. I got I got a shark. I got a cart that I >> want to figure it out. >> Then she's following her around a little bit and then now she's over here. So this is the description I got. >> I want him to know the person that he's accusing me of and they can be standing right here to tell me or maybe you got somebody else. >> Hey, if it's a if it's a mistake, let everything's good. Everything's good. >> Well, bring >> If it's not, then we're just going to have a talk. >> Okay. Well, bring a person, please. I don't have time for this. I got my >> I don't got time for this too. The whole city's burning down right now. >> Probably. So with racist ass mother like you. Um you're open. >> And this is why the world doesn't change cuz you keep saying it's not going to change. You keep saying me out. You play the card because you pinpointed me out as a black person with stuff in my cart that I'm going to buy that I bumped somebody that I have somebody. >> I just want to say this is wild because this video will include some of the surveillance footage at the very very end. So, it's just like it it won't have audio, but from how I was listening to her on this video and then once they show the no sound surveillance, I'm like, "Ma'am, you could have just walked away." And also, you do not really get to face your accuser at the time of arrest. That's supposed to be at trial cuz everybody thinks they're supposed to be like have the person confront them right then and there. No, that's at trial. They don't have to talk to you then. >> And I'm going to stalk in the store. >> Who did I stalk in this store? Whoa. Tell me code cuz I want to figure it out. >> Anybody? I bumped you and I walked against you and I'm stalking you. >> What's the uh ETA on? >> [ __ ] Keep it down. >> What? What? I said what I >> Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. >> Okay. No, you're doing this stuff cuz I want to know what did I do wrong. >> Is this you know her? >> That's my son. >> So, >> he's buying something in the store. So, basically what happened was someone called in and said that your mom had bumped someone. The description that was given. Um, let's just step outside. Let's have a talk out here. >> I'm by myself. >> No, no, we'll keep your we'll keep your basket right there. We're not We just want to talk. Okay. >> You're sitting here. So, cuz I ain't nobody. >> Okay. So, here here's the thing. I got You got a call. >> Okay. >> Female. But we got to get you understand where I'm coming from. >> I understand where you're coming from, but you understand where I'm coming from at the same time. So, >> yeah. Well, you don't want to be inconvenience and you feel that I'm racial profiling you. >> Okay. If someone says black female ponytail, yellow shirt, blue shirts, >> how many black females in here with the same fit? >> Not too. Not too many. >> Not too many. So that's why I came to talk to you. I'm not trying to like jam you up. >> Said in a situation where it's not even that situation. >> Maybe we hip bump [ __ ] I don't know. >> Okay. But something was said to the female. >> I've never said anything. >> Something about I'm going to kill you or something like that. Okay. That's what we got from the dispatcher. Does that mean I believe what was said? No. >> Grandma. That's my son. >> She know she bumped that lady. That was the time I was like, "Okay, you know you bumped that lady. Maybe I did bump somebody." It's not a lot of people you just bumping in the store. You know you bumped that lady. Then you probably said what she and you'll see the lady on camera. She's going to say what uh the woman in the yellow supposedly said to her. >> Well, you look pretty good for her grandma. You look >> Thank you. I'm 43. I'm not threatening nobody in Ross, right? >> I'm a truck driver. So, what I'm what I'm going to have what I'm going to have her do is I'm going to have her go talk to whoever called in so we can kind of get the story on what happened. Okay. >> I need to know that. >> All right. Cuz I I honestly I don't want to be wasting my time too here. >> So, we need to know what happened. >> Right. Right. >> Give me a sec here. >> If there's nobody complaining, why are you racing? >> No. Sand don't >> because I don't even see anybody. >> Okay. >> If someone tells you like like I told >> like I told like I told your mom like I told your mom right now. >> Why are you getting mad? >> Well, because you're getting mad with me. So, I'm trying to tell you right now. >> Okay, hold up. This is my son. >> No, don't ask him. >> If you're impeding my invest If you're impeding my investigation right now, I'm going to arrest you. >> I'm telling you, >> we can't do that. >> If he's impeding my investigation, I can >> just go to the park. >> Hello. >> Hello. >> What's going on? >> Uh, we were in the dresses looking at the dresses and she ran into me and I said, "Oh, excuse me." like and she thought I was saying that to her and she got really aggressive like, "Oh, excuse me." And I was just like, "Okay, I'm I'm sorry." And she's like, "Oh, and you're sorry now." And I'm like, "Okay, I'm sorry." Like, "I don't want to fight with you. God bless." She walked away. She didn't like that. She just was talking on the other side. I'm going to go back around. You got You're not going to God bless me. Like, you're like, she's like, "Um, you're not going to walk out of the store alive. I'm gonna like I'm gonna follow you outside. You're This is gonna be the last day you breathe. Like I have five kids. I can't risk >> Okay. >> without That's scary. She says she's going to >> Okay. Are you fearful for your safety? >> Yes. >> And I still am to walk out of this. >> No. We'll make sure nothing happens. >> So, um, is this something you want to aid in prosecution for? >> Yes. >> Okay. And you're willing to go to court and testify against what what happened today? >> Okay. This this wasn't a this wasn't really that big of a deal. I just wanted to find out what was going on. Right. That's why I asked you to step in. I don't remember what interaction I had with somebody, but I'm waiting for this person to come out and tell me you threaten my life. I'm trying to go out. >> Why? So you can threaten them again? No. No. The Oh my gosh. >> What if I see camera that you bumped your cart? >> I don't give a >> cuz if that happens, what is that? What is that to you? If I bump it, everybody bump somebody. >> Sure, but like if you did it purposely and we see that you did it purposely. What is that part on purposely? >> I'm taking your word for it. I'm just saying. >> Well, let's go on the camera and see. >> What's up, man? >> And they better hurry up cuz I'm going to walk off cuz I'm going to go. >> I'm not going anywhere. >> Oh, you do. You have me under arrest. >> You're being detained. >> No. Tell me what am I >> You're being detained. >> Call your detective or whatever, >> detective. I got a sergeant right here. >> Where you at? >> Okay. So, what am I being? >> We're investigating >> cuz I ain't stalled nothing. We got nothing. So, we're we're investigating. >> What are you investing? >> You're being very patient and we >> and I am because I got a lot on my mind. So, what are you investigating? >> I I recommend >> cuz I have rights. >> What are you going to recommend? >> You don't You don't have to escalate this. >> I am >> because I'm pretty sure that >> I am. I'mma call another sergeant out here. >> You're going to be able to proceed with your shopping. I'm going I don't want to proceed with my shopping. What I want to proceed is with my life now. >> Let me get my phone. Hold on. Hold on. We going to hold this thought cuz I'm going to go on camera cuz I want to know what you holding me for cuz I ain't did no crime. So again, what are you holding me for? >> We're investigating. >> Investigating what? On who? >> Disorderly conduct. That's what we're trying on who are you? Are you arresting me? Am I under arrest? Cuz I'm going to leave. Okay. You can't say that. Am I under arrest? Cuz I felt you're being detained. >> I'm being detained for what? Bring me my rights. >> Disorderly conduct and possibly handcuffs if you think so. >> I could if you want. You want to be in handcuffs? >> You know what? At this point, I'm leaving. >> You're not leaving. >> My address. Am I under arrest? >> Am I under arrest? >> Okay. >> For what? >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> What are you telling me right now? >> And y'all going to get a lawsuit. Do y'all see this? >> Hey, put put it on video. Put it on video. >> Okay. I do believe because before I started watching body cams, I didn't know the difference. I thought assault was physical contact. So, I feel like she thinks she didn't assault anybody cuz she didn't make physical contact. But that's not what assault is. It's the threat of. So, I feel like in her heart of heart, she believes she did not assault that lady cuz she didn't touch her. >> They going under. I want money. I want money. Let them go. See, we were being >> No, no, no. You're not. You're going to get motherucking more charges than you think. >> Show us one detain. >> Mike Hill, >> tell them to call the um the the sergeant up over here. >> Oh, you're not fixing anything. I want you to stay here. >> Stop. Stop. You're twisting. >> Mike, come here, son. >> Don't Don't >> What was that? >> We want the sergeants. >> Okay. >> We want everybody cuz I'm I'm not moving. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> I want to see where you're going with this. I'm being very patient with >> Oh, no you're not. Because what do you arrest me for? >> Stop it, PLEASE. >> WHAT HAVE you arrested? Tell me my rights. >> You're detained. >> Tell [screaming] me MY RIGHTS. TELL ME MY RIGHTS. >> WHAT HAVE I [screaming] BEEN ARRESTED? >> SO, she didn't get up in that lady face. She didn't threaten that lady. I'm like, [laughter] this is the worst way to uh or this is the best way you're giving them probable cause before they even look at the video. I'm not saying you could act like this and um still have not done that to that lady, but I'm saying you're building a great case against yourself. Um what was I going to say? There was something I I read in y'all's comment. >> Oh. Oh, well, I can't remember. >> TELL ME [screaming] WHERE HAVE I BEEN ARRESTED FOR? >> Where have I been arrested? Get my [ __ ] cuz I want them to tell me. Oh no. Cuz y'all going to have y'all got a lawsuit. >> Y'all got a mothering lawsuit. What you arrested me for? >> We got a search cuz we got >> Oh, that's right. Okay. >> What are you arresting me for? >> You're being placed under arrest for nothing. Okay. >> No, no, no. Tell me what am I being arrested? >> Like I just said, you're being arrested for threatening. Okay. >> Threatening who? >> I ain't threatening nobody. >> My son got it on videotape. I haven't threatened nobody. They're arresting me for no reason because I fail to go with them. >> I highly adise my keep recording. Keep recording cuz we're going to have a lawsuit cuz I'm poor and I need a lawuit. >> What are you arresting me for? Get out my pockets. >> FACE THE CAR. >> GET OUT MY POCKETS. HEY, they're arresting me for no reason. All right. You're either going to cooperate and stand up to finish searching you or you're going to be wrapped up. Very uncomfortable. >> I want to be wrapped. >> I am a sergeant. Get up. >> No, I'm not. Until you talk to me like I'm a human. I will not. I am trying to adult. >> You're going to tell them to back the up. If you're a sergeant, >> I am not. >> If you're a sergeant, you going to tell them to back the up off me cuz I ain't did [ __ ] to be in this situation. And I'm gonna suit up one opportunity. >> What are you arresting me for? >> I'm giving you an talking about. Yes, I right now. What you arresting me for? What's up? >> No. No. I ain't assaulted nobody. I ain't assaulted no motheringbody. I ain't assaulted nobody. Get the sergeant out here cuz I'm going to sue you racist ass mother. No. >> Oh, he going to >> Hey, I'm going to give you one more chance. Okay. >> You ain't giving me nothing. >> You want to go in this wrap? We're going to wrap you and it's going to be very uncomfortable. >> Or would you like to just get in the car? >> I want you to rap me. >> Okay. Me. I'm going to tell you about me. >> All right. Cuz she wants a lawsuit. So, she wants the rap. Okay. I'mma tell y'all now. I'mma warn you. She's already been yelling and screaming. She acts worse. It was whatever you saw at the beginning. When you saw that, y'all like, "What the heck?" That's what she acts like. I don't understand and I don't see how she thinks this is gonna get her uh like let her win a lawsuit. It's not happening. >> I'mma stand up. You going to rap me cuz I'm sick. Go ahead. >> Shut the Who are you? You got it, lady. You caught all this. >> Why am I upset? Cuz I'm black. Ask them. Y'all hear me? Look. Y'all hear me right? Y'all hear me right? Ask me why I'm upset. Put this on y'all social media cuz these [ __ ] fa to get a lawsuit. Especially this one. Put his face. You're being really good. >> You know that, RIGHT? [screaming] >> All right. Listen. LISTEN TO ME. YOU'RE ACTING RIDICULOUS. You're going to STAY LIKE THAT UNTIL YOU CALM [screaming] DOWN. OKAY. >> You in the name of Jesus. I beat you in the name of Jesus. >> The woman was charged with disorderly conduct, making threats, and resisting arrest. Here is video of her making threats inside the store. Yep. And see what her hurt is. You have the independent witness in between them cuz I don't I don't know if that lady knew that that other lady that was getting yelled at. And then you have how she acted once police made contact with her. Yeah. And who who said it? Where are you at? Um, Liddon said, "Why they always think they can sue when they create the problem?" I don't know. Ashley said, "I know they went and got a drink when they got off work." [laughter] Okay, I think this is the last one, y'all. Last one. We going out with a bang. At least I think so. Um, entitled Karen turns a simple traffic stop into a sudden disaster. This another one where now I know it's Ashley that said it. Um I feel I feel like the cops can wrangle some some animals cuz the way these people be acting. Okay, here's the last one. >> 2024 Webster, Wisconsin. The flashing hazard lights cut through the darkness like a distress signal on a lonely stretch of road. A tribal police sergeant, initially responding to an alarm, circles back to check on a vehicle that hasn't moved. He isn't looking for a fight. He's looking for a stranded motorist. He finds a 29-year-old woman slumped over the wheel, the universal sign of medical distress, or something much more chemical. But as he taps on the glass, the scene shifts instantly from a rescue mission to a slow motion chase. The driver doesn't thank him. She flees. And when she finally stops again, she doesn't offer an explanation. She offers a masterclass in gaslighting, calling 911 on the officer arresting her and delivering a saliloquy about being the only person on this earth while kicking a cop in the chest. Let's have a quick human moment here. You know that kind of tired where your body is parked but your brain is still buffering. We've all had that. We've all pulled over for a minute thinking, "I just need to breathe, send this one text, and reset." But if you're about to watch someone take a welfare check, an actual moment of compassion, and somehow alchemize it into a felony battery charge, all while flexing the I'm a caregiver title like its diplomatic immunity and yelling like my thong during a search, do me a favor and tap like. Not because YouTube needs it, because we need it. Because what's coming next is the kind of delusion that drains your battery just from watching it. Roll your window down. Roll your window down. Hi. Is everything okay? Why are you stopped along the road? >> You got a driver's license on you? You don't have a driver's license? Okay. Whoa. Hey, wait. Wait. She's taking off on me. >> About 45. Roll the window down. >> What? >> You took off on me. >> I didn't take off. >> Failure to yield. >> Very overexaggerated. >> Really? I've got it all on camera. >> That's fine. What am I supposed to say? Blind me more and I can see more. >> Give me your driver's license. >> Can you back up? You're literally in my >> I'm just about to take you out and put you in handcuffs >> for what? Let me see cuz I'mma skip his but the link will be there if you want to listen to their analysis. I'm trying to get to see if they put her charges at the end. >> Physically kicked an officer battery possessed narcotics THC/ paraphernalia was driving while impaired. [music] She was charged with multiple felonies and misdemeanors. Yet five months later, she pleaded guilty to one count of resisting/failing to stop. The battery dismissed, the drugs dismissed. The fleeing dismissed. She paid $500. $500. That is the price tag the court put on endangering the public, wasting police resources, and assaulting a sergeant. This outcome reinforces the very delusion she suffered from on the side of the road. She believed she was special, that the rules didn't apply to her. And in a way, the court proved her right. She faced almost zero consequences for a night of mayhem. The body cam doesn't lie, but the court docket often hides the truth. This wasn't just a failure to stop. This was a battle between a woman who thought she was the center of the universe and a cop who was just trying to make sure she wasn't dead. She wanted a break from her life. Instead, she got a break from the legal system. And if that doesn't terrify you about the state of our roads, I don't know what will. >> Okay, what a way to end it. So, I have to fit them in somewhere. So, this evening, if y'all come back for the more serious ones, uh 6:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time for the serious ones this evening. And then tomorrow, it'll either be 7:45 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. Actually, maybe earlier cuz sometimes I wake up early on Sunday.
