I don't know what sound it makes when it transitions on this one. Okay. So, what we're about to get started on is part two of the indictment for Brandon Dillard. Um, and we're gonna I'm just going to review his counts one through 110 in case part two is actually the first time you're seeing this. You can also see who's listed on the indictment and then um we're going to go into what the what happened to the victims, that part. So, we we'll get there. Okay. So, and this will be a complete read through of that part and then I'll look at the chat, go through some of my own commentary if I have any thoughts about what we're about to read through and we'll go from there. So, this is the state of Georgia versus Brandon Alfonsa Dillard and he is indicted for counts 1 through 110. Elias Mauricio Sto Moreno indicted for count one. Alis Cosmetics LLC counts one through 110. The veneer collection count one al-ist institute count one and then the counts broken out for count one it is violation of the Georgia RICO act then 2 through 55 is theft by deception. 56 through 79 is practice of dentistry without a license. Counts 80 through 100 is battery. Counts one or count 101 is conspiracy to commit insurance fraud. Count 102 is conspiracy to defraud a political subdivision of the state. Count 103 is theft by taking. Count 104 is commercial gambling. And counts 105 through 110 are possession of dangerous drugs. Okay. So, we're going to skip to the part we left off on, which is acts involving fraudulent training courses. So it says during the existence of the enterprise, Dillard and Sto Moreno conducted a series of fraudulent training courses that purported to teach participants how to place composite veneers and provided false certificates, suggesting participants were qualified to perform such of these procedures. The courses were held in Atlanta and other cities across the United States and were promoted extensively on social media accounts belonging to and operated by the enterprise. Sto Moreno was a dentist licensed to practice dentistry in the Republic of Colombia, but had no license or authority to practice dentistry in Georgia. The defendants used Sto Moreno's for foreign credentials to create the appearance that the courses were legitimate. Participants paid approximately $6,000 to attend the courses, believing they would receive professional equipment, legitimate instruction, and valid certification. In reality, Dillard and Sto Moreno were not authorized to provide such training or certification, and the courses did not meet any recognized legal or professional standards in Georgia. The courses were held on various dates in Atlanta and elsewhere, including but not limited to October 23rd, 2021, January 29th, 2022, May 14th, 2022, June 5th, I'm sorry, June 25th, 2022, August 20th, 2022, September 24th, 2022, October 22nd, 2022, January 28th, 2023, March 25th, 2023, May 20th, 2023, July 29th, 2023, August 19th, 2023, and October 21st, 2023. Each course was attended by multiple victims, including but not limited to Donna Anduhar, Lexus Berios, Nicole Buley, Julia Turner Bridges, Carell Caldwell, Crystal Chambers, Carol Cole, Navoy D. Emdio, Shakita Ford, Ashley Jones, Stacy Lman, Essence Martin, Shaqula Matthews, Laquishia Miles, Dolce Moreno, Kina Mosley, Kenneth Riley, Terresa Ross, Adrien Slaughter, John Smith, Ana Tanksley, Tammyra Thompson, Nikki Tidwell, Marielle Torman, Izana Vidal, Antoine Watkins, Van Williams, Destiny Williams, Shakira A Williams and Jaylen Zachary. Acts involving illegal dental and medical procedures. During the existence of the Enterprise, Dillard, Individual One, and other employees and associates of the Enterprise performed illegal dental and medical procedures on hundreds of unwitting victims in Fulton County, Georgia, and elsewhere. All under Diller's direction and supervision. These procedures included, but were not limited to, placing composite and porcelain veneers, installing bridges and crowns, removing braces, tooth shaving, deep cleanings, and fillings. Victims paid thousands of dollars for these procedures, which often caused abscesses, tooth pain and sensitivity, discoloration, problems with occlusion, hattosis, gingal bleeding, chipped or broken teeth, and other harm. The illegal procedures performed by employees and associates of the enterprise included but were not limited to the following. On or about January 12th, 2022, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Hannah Peavey at A-list Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Peavey paid approximately $4,500 for the procedure. Pave made multiple follow-up appointments at Alys Smiles to have the veneers repaired and ultimately had them removed by Dillard on or about June 3rd, 2022. The procedure caused Peavey to experience problems with her occlusion and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about January 12th, 2023, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Brandon Kaland A-list at A-list Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Kalen paid approximately $6,500 for the procedure. Kalen made multiple follow-up appointments at Alist Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedure caused Ken to experience tooth pain, sensitivity, and discoloration, and he later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to his teeth caused by Dillard. On or about February 6, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under Diller's direction performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Zakiyia Dewan McFaten at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. McFaten paid approximately $3,600 for the procedure. The procedure caused McFaten to experience tooth pain, halattosis, and gingerville bleeding. On or about March 8th, 2023, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Siana Shelton at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Shelton paid approximately $3,000 for the procedure. Shelton ultimately had the veneers removed by Dillard on or about April 20th, 2023. The procedure caused Shelton to experience tooth pain and sensitivity, and several of the veneers broke. Shelton sought corrective treatment from licensed dentists to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard, but several declined to treat her because they did not want to assume liability for the damage caused by Dillard. On or about May 3rd, 2023, Dillard and individual one and individual one was identified as his girlfriend performed illegal dental procedures consisting of the placing of veneers and installation of a bridge on victim Catira Kilroy at Aidless Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Kilroy paid approximately $11,000 for the procedure. The procedures caused Kilroy to experience tooth pain and sensitivity and gingerville bleeding and several of the veneers broke or fell out. On or about June 6th, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under dealer's direction performed illegal dental procedures consisting of the placing of veneers and installation of a bridge on victim Sveta Knox at Alysm Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Knox paid approximately $5,000 for the procedures. The procedures caused Knox to experience tooth cracking, tooth disco, excuse me, tooth discoloration, and hattosis. On or about July 19th, 2023, Dillard and an associate of the enterprise acting under Dillard's direction performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Brianna Moore at A-list Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Moore paid approximately $6,500 for the procedure. The procedure caused Moore to experience tooth decay and tooth pain and sensitivity and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about August 16th, 2023, Dillard and individual one performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Dain Felston and A-list I'm sorry at A-list Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Feltson paid approximately $5,200 for the procedure. Feltson made multiple follow-up appointments at Alys Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedure caused Felson to experience tooth pain and sensitivity. On or about August 22nd, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under Diller's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform a lip filler procedure to an Instagram user with the username Reebaby. On or about September 10th, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under Diller's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform a non-surgical Brazilian buttlft procedure to an Instagram user with the username I'm Bonita. On or about November 7th, 2023, Dillard and individual one performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Shiovanda Henry at Aless Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Henry paid approximately $5,000 for the procedure. Henry made a follow-up appointment at Alist Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedures caused Henry to experience tooth decay and tooth pain and sensitivity. On or about November 7th, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under dealer's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform lip filler and facial filler procedures to an Instagram user with the username Sophia. I'm going to say Sophia Karite. Honor or about November 20th, 2023, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Quinton Jones at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Jones paid approximately $4,500 for the procedure. Jones made multiple follow-up appointments at Alist Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedure caused Jones to experience tooth pain and sensitivity, and several of the veneers broke or fell off. One second. Uh, okay. On or about November 21st, 2023, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Sabira Chenise McNeel at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. McNeel paid approximately $4,800 for the procedure. The procedure caused McNeel to experience abscesses, tooth pain, and sensitivity, and problems with her occlusion. On or about December 2nd, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under Diller's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform a non-surgical Brazilian buttlft procedure to an Instagram user with the username Ashantique. Ashant unique on or about December 9th 2023 Dillard performed illegal dental procedures consisting of pererryodontal cleaning installation of a crown and debris I'm going to say debris debridement on victim Chiron Hajj at Alist Smiles in Atlanta Georgia Hajj paid approximately $3,000 for the procedures on or about December 12th 2023 Dillard and an associate of the enterprise acting under dealer's direction performed illegal dental procedures consisting of the placing of veneers and installation of a bridge on a victim Britney Lucas at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Lucas paid approximately $5,000 for the procedures. Lucas made multiple follow-up appointments at Alist Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedures caused Lucas to experience a broken tooth and an infection and several of the veneers and the bridge dislodged or fell out. Later, Lucas later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about December 12th, 2023, an associate of the enterprise acting under dealer's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform a jaw filler procedure to an Instagram user with the username that girl Taye on or about December 14th, 2023, Dillard performed illegal dental procedures consisting of tooth shaving and the placing of veneers on victim Jasmine McNeely. at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. McNeilly paid approximately $6,000 for the procedures. The procedures caused McNilly to experience tooth pain and sensitivity. On or about December 28th, 2023, Dillard and associates of the enterprise acting under Diller's direction performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim Terresia Garrett at Alys Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Garrett paid approximately $9,000 for the procedure. Garrett made multiple follow-up appointments at Alis Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedure caused Garrett to experience abscesses, tooth pain and sensitivity and problems with her occlusion, and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about December 28th, 2023, Dillard committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal dental procedure on victim Brandy Harrison by receiving a $1,000 deposit from her in scheduling an appointment to perform the illegal dental procedure on December 27th, 2024. The procedure was not ultimately performed because the enterprise was shut down by law enforcement prior to Harrison's appointment. On or about January 23rd, 2024, an associate of the enterprise acting under dealer's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform lip filler and facial filler procedures to an Instagram user with the username Miss Kesha D. On or about February 22nd, 2024, an associate of the enterprise acting under Diller's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform a lip filler procedure to an Instagram user with the username she got. On or about March 13, 2024, Dillard and an associate of the Enterprise acting under Dillard's direction performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on victim June Marie Gonzalez at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Gonzalez paid approximately $5,000 for the procedure. The procedure caused Gonzalez to experience the loss of multiple teeth, tooth pain, and sensitivity, and jaw problems. and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about March 13th, 2024, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of a deep cleaning on victim Tanisha Hawkins at Alysm Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. On or about March 27th, 2024, Dillard and an associate of the enterprise acting under Dillard's direction performed another illegal dental procedure consisting of the placing of veneers on Hawkins at Alys Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Hawkins paid approximately $5,400 for the procedures. Hawkins made a follow-up appointment at Alys Smiles to have the veneers repaired. The procedures caused Hawkins to experience tooth decay, tooth pain, and sensitivity, and problems with her occlusion, and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about March 18th, 2024, Dillard and Associates of the Enterprise, acting under Dillard's direction, performed illegal dental procedures consisting of a deep cleaning and tooth impressions on victim Monnique Given at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Given paid approximately $1,100 for the procedures. The procedures caused Given to experience enamel weakness and tooth pain, and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about March 20th, 2024, Dillard committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal dental procedure on victim Wana Bourgeoa by receiving a $500 deposit from her in order to reserve an appointment to perform an illegal dental procedure. On or about April 11th, 2024, an associate of the Enterprise acting under Diller's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal medical procedure by offering to perform a non-surgical Brazilian buttlft procedure to an Instagram user with the username Fancy Beauty Bar LLC. On or about May 3rd, 2024, Dillard performed illegal dental procedures consisting of a deep cleaning and the placing of veneers on victim Shakita McFaten at Alist Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. McFaten paid approximately $5,500 for the procedures. The procedures caused McFaten to experience tooth pain and sensitivity, and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about May 7th, 2024, Dillard and individual one performed illegal dental procedures consisting of multiple fillings and the placing of veneers on victim Destiny Jeter at A-list Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Jeter paid approximately $16,000 for the procedures. The procedures caused Jeter to experience infections and tooth pain, and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about September 3rd, 2024, Dillard performed an illegal dental procedure consisting of the installation of temporary crowns on victim Jade Goldburn at Alysm Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Goldburn paid approximately $3,250 for the procedure. The procedure caused Goldburn to experience tooth pain and sensitivity, and she later sought corrective treatment from a licensed dentist to repair the damage to her teeth caused by Dillard. On or about September 13, 2024, Dillard performed illegal dental procedures consisting of a deep cleaning and tooth shaving in preparation for the placing of porcelain veneers on victim Adrien Reese at Alys Smiles in Atlanta, Georgia. Reese paid approximately $5,000 for the procedure. On or about September 26, 2024, individual four acting under Diller's direction committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal dental procedure by placing a telephone call to a Fulton County District Attorney's Office telephone number to confirm a decoy appointment that had been scheduled as part of the investigation into the enterprise. On or about October 3rd, 2024, Diller committed a substantial step toward performing an illegal dental procedure on Andrew Williams by scheduling an appointment to remove his braces on October 3rd, 2024. The procedure was not ultimately performed because the enterprise was shut down by law enforcement prior to Williams appointment. Okay, and that's where we're stopping for the victims. The next one will go into their acts involving concealment of the criminal scheme. But those are just some of the victims. They said there are hundreds of victims. And you can see the consistent issues across the board. Losing teeth, sensitive teeth, abscesses, tooth decay, infections, all kinds of things. Um, and there's another part in here where they're accused of suppressing whistleblowers and people like trying to say, "Hey, they don't they're not not only do they not have a license, they're damaging people's mouths." And one of the victims listening here had to go through sever several dentists because the dentist did not want to work on someone else's work that damaged her mouth. Um, so yeah. So this is where first it it was the financial part and now it's the actual victim's harm part. So and it's it's you kind of have victims twofold. You have this the people that took the course to go do their own thing thinking that that was legitimate and then you have the actual victims that he worked on their mouths and now their mouths are damaged or they had to pay even more money to have it fixed by someone that was actually licensed. So, they went through pain for no reason and paid more money for no reason. Um, so yeah, he's uh he's in it deep on this one. And like they said, this is the one. So, these may be witnesses in his trial when it comes up since they're named they're actually named in here. But they like they said, there's hundreds of victims. Um, [snorts] so we will see though if they will be on the like if they will actually be witnesses on the stand later when his trial comes. But yeah, this is crazy. Um, let me know what y'all think.
