you're not getting there because we I told her I would contact her to see to let her know if she passed her sat to let her know if she needed to come today to take her I let her know that she did not pass sat so she did not need to come so when I saw her she just ignored me walk past me bana I tried to slow her down kept walking past me keny Miss Kennedy knows as well tried to stop her didn't adhere to her Direction so that's when I called we walked through the main office goer two um she was not up here so I went to her period class she was sitting in her third period class called her two three times stay Miss Owen said just listen just listen go ahead said Glon over Goodson tried to talk to her talk to her nothing and then when he said you going to walk out in handcuffs or you going to walk out by yourself she got up took the right out of Owen CL go ahead for two took go ahead for took it right out Owen's class can you go and then that's when that took place go ahead there's nothing for her to make up she has intensive reading she has my math class which has a sub and she has Miss Owen's class she came on campus the next day after the incident happened I wasn't here but I was told that that was an issue people were chasing her around around he warned her to leave and I watched her walk up so who chased me around you were supposed to be here to begin with I came back to get my paper that next today my referral paper today Miss I could come back and make my work look at my team Miss hman said I could come back and make up my work today I have the messages to prove it you ready to listen are you ready to listen Miss Hoffman is a teacher I am an assistant principal Dean Magna as a dean we had communicated to you that you were expected not to come back to you no I didn't yes he did I your mom via email and on the phone so miss Hoffman cannot supersede what the administrators have already told you whatever makeup work you need to that's not important to me right now whatever makeup work you needed to do it could have been done online it's not online that's the thing final it's not on canas I did already work on canas she talk about end working class class is over baby class is over I explained that to you last week not let me go make my no ma the cops then explained to the student the reasons for her arrest clarifying her actions that led to the situation so this is 100% on you when you're an adult now so what I don't know what you expected to happen law enforcement and the school told you you cannot be here you have to leave and you chose not to to exit the school you chose to pull away from a law enforcement Deputy that was trying to escort you out of the school again because the whole purpose was to avoid you getting in trouble just to have you leave so you don't get in trouble and you escalated the situation to where you're in handc right now anything have to get to that point you're a grown adult you should know better by now and everybody got the same consequence everybody that was in the room got the same consequence so it's not like we did anything different for her just like I told the other kids that were in that room they they weren't in there and didn't know that somebody was smoking there's no way you could not know the whole room was full of smoke you came down to the hallway 10 minutes after they walked out and the room was still full of smoke so and they're not supposed to be in there so you're out of area doing what you're not supposed to be doing as an adult on a school campus as an adult like that's I don't understand where the confusion is how old are you again I'm 19 19 years old you're a grown adult young lady I wasn't talking told me was understand thing she had because I was not doing nothing 24 report and then I wasn't inv y'all searched me and then my mama called her and said y'all can't suspend me without no drug test y'all did not drug test me since when a school drug test students you that you don't schools don't drug test students soon as I get drug tested after probation y'all just not get here so but yeah like I was saying here for years and he's been working this for like n but like I Y my mom y can't dress suspend well you were suspended but did you get drug tested no okay so the drug testing is so was the point of suspending me cuz you're out of area yeah could did something me that you knew that that's what the suspension was for out of area y'all give me an honest answer about what y'all think she going to be mad at me who my mom you're saying mom sent you to school go ahead she didn't send you call me please come back I just not got the message of not passing I think think that where where the issue lies is and this is this is going forward for the rest of your life right if if someone who's a representative of an establishment says you need to leave you're not allowed to be here and you choose not to go when they tell you to leave then already occupied as a fight had erupted between students over a boy while dealing with the situation officers were alerted that a parent had broken into the school gym to confront her child's bully thing I know she's coming out of the car trying to get into the building how long did it take for her to get in contact like like from when you called her to to tell her about the student so I so I she came she checked her out at the main office she drove around here pick her up go well no no I don't think no she didn't know about it at that point okay so by the time she came around here she did not know about the incident but we check kids out at the front door oh right you're right so I don't know why she around here I was walking the girl up to the main office she said that's my mom right there she had already come back okay so I do not believe that the mother have prior knowledge to the incident until today until she pick up until she picked her daughter up okay that's what that she say was trying to find out is how she got in as well she got in yes we were telling her not to come in not to come in not to come in she goes in past the other coach to go into the gym and U you know soon as I see that I'm radio in and I'm getting up here to try to block her and she's she's physically confronting children not t not I'm sorry she's ver she verbally confronting your um I can't think of the role here okay that's what I was making sure just so I can put in the narrative who we spoke with okay and there was another coach that opened the door and then she just walked in past yall made that I'm not sure um she did say something about you know put her hands up putting somebody's hands on her child and I'm pretty sure she had the wrong student picked out uh that she was directing her comments because I haven't heard anything about anyone touching this child so I mean so yeah most of the time we at least hear at least once about something um this is the first time that I have heard anything concerning her daughter her daughter's a sweetheart um bullying bullying is chronically so um you could tell her however long you want her bar so it's up to two years Miss Doug here has to inform me have something okay you're you're borred from the from the campus for two years and so if if we change that then we'll be in touch with you once all of this is over I do want to sit down and talk with you mom there's ways that we can handle all of this but what yes ma'am but my my baby been telling me she been getting picked on for a long time if you call me I promise you I don't even know nobody over here I'm a single parent I do what I suppos to do I'm not bad parent I'm not no bad person and for you to press charges on me it ain't nothing but going to be a blessing because at the end of day I'm stand up for my children I ain't got nobody out here and I do what I can for mine so for another child to be putting their hand that that's who you need to be putting pressing
